00:02:04.000 For years, we were told that it's a good thing that these tech companies have all of this power.
00:02:11.000 The founding fathers did not just believe in limited government, they believed in limited government because they believed in the limited centralization of power.
00:02:22.000 They believe that what Lord Acton famously said, that all of you know this quote: absolute power corrupts absolutely.
00:02:32.000 Montesquieu, in the book, The Spirit of the Laws, wrote about the genius of checks and balances, about the necessary equal yet separate stations to be able to develop power structures.
00:02:50.000 And what's really incredible is that when you read the Declaration and the United States Constitution, they both talk about this equal and separate stations.
00:03:05.000 That the laws of nature and nature's God will allow human beings to pursue virtue, to allow themselves to engage in liberty outside of an intervening power source coming in and manipulating a specific prescribed way of life.
00:03:33.000 In the Declaration, it says separate and equal station.
00:03:37.000 And so we should have a check and balance on our leaders.
00:03:40.000 Those should be elections.
00:03:42.000 Unfortunately, far too often, we don't have those checks and balances on our leaders.
00:03:47.000 We should have checks and balances on our federal agencies like the CDC, NIH, and others.
00:03:53.000 Unfortunately, far too often, that doesn't happen either.
00:03:57.000 But the check and balance that is totally missing is what is the check and balance against companies and billionaires, tech companies in particular, manipulating elections as we know it.
00:04:12.000 A new story from the Federalist says the 2020 election wasn't stolen.
00:04:17.000 It was bought by Mark Zuckerberg.
00:04:21.000 This is a true story of the account of how Mark Zuckerberg privatized the government's voter registration and vote counting for Democrats in 2020.
00:04:30.000 The founding fathers always believed that if there was power, there must be a check and a balance against that power.
00:04:35.000 What is our check and balance against Mark Zuckerberg spending $400 million?
00:04:43.000 During the 2020 election, Facebook CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, spent hundreds of millions of dollars to turn out likely Democratic voters.
00:04:51.000 But this wasn't traditional political spending, William Doyle from the Federalist rights.
00:04:55.000 He funded a targeted private takeover of government election operations by nominally nonpartisan but demonstrably ideological nonprofit organizations.
00:05:06.000 This was done through the Center for Technology and Civic Life, CTCL.
00:05:09.000 We've talked about this in great detail on this show, but this new story from the Federalist is shocking.
00:05:18.000 You know, we talk, we are always under, we are always accused.
00:05:21.000 You are a threat to democracy, as we did on the show previously.
00:05:25.000 Just type in threat to democracy and then go to news.
00:05:29.000 The Pandora papers are a threat to democracy.
00:05:32.000 Trump is a threat to democracy.
00:05:34.000 Bloomberg, how to save democracy.
00:05:36.000 New York Times, how to counter pro-Trump extremism and threat to democracy.
00:05:41.000 You know, we are a republic, not a democracy.
00:05:46.000 But if you read this story, who's the real threat to democracy?
00:05:50.000 The guy playing golf at Mar-a-Lago?
00:05:53.000 Or the $420 million spent by Mark Zuckerberg, who put money into local government official races, and it came with strings attached.
00:06:03.000 Every single CTCL and Center for Election Innovation and Research grant spelled out in great detail the conditions under which the grant money was to be used.
00:06:14.000 The mail-in ballot scheme that many of us know had shenanigans and tomfoolery, treachery, and likely illegal behavior associated was subsidized by a $419 million cash infusion from one person.
00:06:40.000 This is not a matter of Democrats outspending Republicans.
00:06:42.000 Private funding, the election administration, was virtually unknown in the American political system before the 2020 election.
00:06:48.000 So let me be very clear.
00:06:49.000 This is not that Mark Zuckerberg ran a bunch of ads saying, vote for Biden, don't vote for Trump.
00:06:54.000 We're used to that.
00:06:56.000 We were used to 100 million here and 50 million there.
00:07:00.000 There's processes for that.
00:07:02.000 Do I like it?
00:07:03.000 I don't, to be perfectly honest.
00:07:06.000 I think that it largely reinforces kind of a corporate oligarchy.
00:07:11.000 Do I think AOC's reforms of publicly funding elections are the solution?
00:07:15.000 No.
00:07:16.000 But I'm open to suggestions.
00:07:18.000 Do I think it's the biggest issue in the country?
00:07:20.000 No, I do not.
00:07:22.000 But this is something different.
00:07:23.000 This is not Mark Zuckerberg writing a massive check and saying, go support this candidate.
00:07:28.000 No, this is direct intervention into the actual administration of how the elections themselves are conducted.
00:07:37.000 That's a total diff, that's a massive difference.
00:07:40.000 So it was where, you know, a billionaire would say, okay, here's 10 million bucks, go get this person elected.
00:07:44.000 Zuckerberg said, here's $419 million.
00:07:47.000 Here's how you have to run your election.
00:07:49.000 The article continues by saying the CTCL and CER Money, Center for Technology, Civic Life and Center for Election Innovation Research, CEIR, money, had nothing to do with traditional campaign finance, lobbying, or other expenses that are related to increasingly expensive modern election.
00:08:09.000 It instead had to do with financing the infiltration of election offices at the city and county level by left-wing activists and using those offices as a platform to implement preferred administrative practices, voting methods, and data-sharing agreements, as well as to launch intensive outreach campaigns in areas heavy with Democratic voters.
00:08:33.000 So, the scheme that Zuckerberg and the Center for Technology and Civic Life concocted was that the true change is not going to come in another $200 million boosting Biden.
00:08:47.000 It's going to say, hey, we need to fix the way that they count the votes.
00:08:52.000 Now, I'm sure a lot of you are thinking the obvious.
00:08:55.000 Isn't this illegal?
00:08:56.000 Yes.
00:08:57.000 And no one has done anything about this.
00:09:00.000 You cannot come in and tell a local government, hey, I'm going to give you money if you change the way you do your elections.
00:09:06.000 It is not constitutional.
00:09:08.000 You have to go through the state legislature.
00:09:10.000 You have to go through any form of the appropriation of how elections are done, not just infuse money and say, hey, I'm going to incentivize you to do elections the way I want you to do them.
00:09:19.000 For instance, the CTCL-CEIR funded self-described vote navigators in Wisconsin to, quote, assist voters potentially at their front doors to answer questions, assist in ballot curing, and witness absentee ballot signatures.
00:09:35.000 Stacey Abrams called these people happy faces, counting the votes amidst the election night chaos in Fulton County, Georgia.
00:09:43.000 Mark Zuckerberg Center for Technology and Civic Life demanded the promotion of universal mail-in voting with their $420 million.
00:09:53.000 How?
00:09:53.000 By suspending election laws because people were too afraid to go vote in person, but they were okay to go burn down a Wendy's in downtown Atlanta.
00:10:04.000 Extending deadlines that favored mail-in over in-person voting greatly expanded opportunities for ballot curing, expensive bulk mailings, and other lavish community outreach programs that were directed by private activists.
00:10:18.000 This right here is the best example of how our economy is rigged: private-public partnerships colluding together to crush you.
00:10:28.000 What do you have here?
00:10:29.000 Private-public partnerships and saying, hey, we're going to change the way we cure ballots.
00:10:33.000 We're going to change the way that we do community outreach.
00:10:36.000 Do you want this $30 million Phoenix?
00:10:39.000 And the money went directly into the administration of the elections.
00:10:43.000 And no one did anything about this.
00:10:45.000 No one thought to say, wait a second, a private company can just come in with a bunch of money and tell the local city, like, this is how we're going to count our ballots?
00:10:55.000 Isn't this everything that the Democrats said that this is the threat to democracy, we were told, for years?
00:11:01.000 Private interests telling elections how to do their business.
00:11:04.000 Silence from the left, obviously, because it benefits their political objectives.
00:11:08.000 It makes them more powerful.
00:11:10.000 I'm just getting started on this story because there was an unprecedented intervention of private tech money that came into, and this is not to mention all the tech censorship, by the way.
00:11:20.000 This is a totally different thing.
00:11:21.000 This is $400 million that came in as 501c3 corporations and said, hey, if you do not count the ballots, we want you to do the outreach the way we want you to, you're not going to get this money.
00:11:34.000 It was incentivizing and subsidizing the takeover of American elections.
00:11:39.000 You want to know what happened in 2020?
00:11:41.000 This story right here that we're going through, I think is part of the smoking gun, part of the smoking gun.
00:11:50.000 Hey everybody, I want you to imagine over 100,000 Americans losing their jobs.
00:11:54.000 Well, you could stop imagining because it's reality, everybody.
00:11:56.000 Since 2015, over 100,000 independent farms and ranches in the United States have shut down.
00:12:02.000 Why?
00:12:02.000 Because foreign meat is stealing their business and robbing you of the quality and flavor you deserve.
00:12:07.000 China has destroyed the American economy through dumping products, and they've also waged war on American ranchers.
00:12:13.000 It's time to stick it to China, and that's what Good Ranchers does so well.
00:12:16.000 They exist to support local American farms that help you make great American meals.
00:12:21.000 Together, they want to restore the American ranch and your meals to the former glory.
00:12:25.000 Get the beef, chicken, and seafood that cannot be imported or matched at goodranchers.com.
00:12:30.000 Did you know that the product of USA TAG has been stolen by foreign countries?
00:12:34.000 They process their meat here and then label it like it came from America fraudulently because of these labeling laws that favor foreign imported meat.
00:12:42.000 Over 100,000 independent American farms and ranchers have closed since 2015.
00:12:46.000 Good Ranchers is here to put America first at the dinner table and the ranchers that have worked to raise the meat we eat.
00:12:52.000 They send you a box.
00:12:54.000 Everyone listening to this needs to eat and feed their family.
00:12:57.000 And if you want to support our program, if you like the Charlie Kirk show, you can kill two birds, one stone.
00:13:02.000 Buy really good meat and get food because you have to eat anyway and support our program at goodranchers.com slash Charlie right now and save $20 off.
00:13:09.000 Or better yet, subscribe and save the box of Mount Watering Meats.
00:13:12.000 I'm telling you, they send us these meats and there is a fight over who gets the perfectly marbled filet mignon or the marinated chicken.
00:13:22.000 It is a beautiful sight when the box of meats arrive at our office.
00:13:26.000 Our mouths are watering.
00:13:28.000 The children begin singing.
00:13:31.000 Everything just seems a little bit lighter and brighter.
00:13:35.000 In fact, the day gets better when the Good Ranchers box arrives because you know with the beautiful Phoenix weather, you can watch some college football, throw a couple steaks on the grill, turn up the volume, and enjoy being an American because you're eating American meat, not Chinese meat, not Argentinian meat, not Vietnamese meat, not Iranian meat, not Egyptian meat, but instead American meat.
00:14:04.000 So save on each box of Mount Watering American meats.
00:14:07.000 Go to goodranchers.com slash Charlie.

00:14:21.000 As you guys know, how hard we are working to save the country.
00:14:24.000 Goodranchers.com/slash Charlie.
00:14:30.000 25 of the 26 cities and counties that received a million dollars from Zuckerberg Center for Technology and Civic Life were won by Biden in 2020.
00:14:39.000 The 10 largest Center for Technology Civic Life grants in Georgia are the following: Fulton, Cobb, Gwinnett, DeKalb, Clayton, Douglas, Cherokee, one by Trump, Henry, and Muskegee.
00:14:51.000 If I mispronounce any of them, I'm sorry.
00:14:53.000 I don't live in Georgia.
00:14:54.000 But nine out of ten of the biggest counties received massive money from Zuckerberg.
00:15:00.000 In fact, Fulton County and Cobb County and Gwinnett County received a combined $15 million from the Zuckerberg Center for Technology and Civic Life for the actual administration of election.
00:15:16.000 I know a lot of you are saying, how on earth is this possibly legal?
00:15:21.000 Well, the Attorney General of Georgia didn't think to do anything about this.
00:15:25.000 The Secretary of State Brad Rauffensberger was perfectly fine with this.
00:15:29.000 Governor Brian Kemp signed a consent degree of Stacey Abrams that allowed the downfall of Georgia to occur.
00:15:36.000 The Federalists continues by saying the Center for Technology and Civic Life demanded the promotion of universal mail-in voting through suspending election laws, extending deadlines that favored mail-in over in-person voting.
00:15:49.000 I just want to re-emphasize this.
00:15:51.000 You have a private company or corporation or nonprofit funded with $420 million that comes in and demands the suspension of the law.
00:16:02.000 Where are the state legislatures?
00:16:05.000 This was, in my opinion, one of the sneakiest, treacherous, most treacherous and deceitful actions.
00:16:12.000 But honestly, the state legislatures in Georgia, they did not meet in the summer of 2020, best of my knowledge, about election integrity at all.
00:16:20.000 The summer leading up to the election, they should have had a special session in July, and they should have said, hold on a second, we need to have a pregame meeting here.
00:16:26.000 We got to have a huddle.
00:16:28.000 And this goes to show how weak, incompetent, and spineless the Republican Party is.
00:16:35.000 If the Republican Party actually care about winning elections, which sometimes they do, but they're so incredibly dumb sometimes.
00:16:44.000 They don't know what, why do you not have a special session in July of 2020 in Arizona, in Georgia, in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and just be like, hold on a second, we're in the midst of the Fauci virus, Chinese coronavirus pandemic.
00:16:58.000 We're about to have mail-in ballots go everywhere.
00:17:00.000 They're about to be mailed out.
00:17:01.000 Can we have a couple hearings about this before we know what we're doing?
00:17:04.000 Can we slow down?
00:17:07.000 Can we kind of have a, what's the game plan here, right?
00:17:09.000 Like, who's in charge?
00:17:11.000 And instead, these state legislatures, they were on vacation.
00:17:15.000 They went to Pine Mountain or something, which is actually very nice.
00:17:18.000 Or they went to, I don't know where they went, but this is my, and I say this privately all the time, and I'll say it.
00:17:26.000 I don't really care about saying it publicly.
00:17:27.000 I don't mind, is that these state legislatures and the leadership of these states, they were either too lazy or too dumb to do anything in the summer of 2020.
00:17:38.000 And we're going to keep on going through the story with Mark Zuckerberg.
00:17:40.000 And yes, hopefully his organization will be held accountable.
00:17:43.000 They probably won't be.
00:17:44.000 He will definitely not be held accountable for any of this.
00:17:47.000 But the real question is that the Republican states, they were not solution-oriented.
00:17:51.000 They weren't thinking of what was happening in front of them on how they could say, hold on a second.
00:17:57.000 If Fulton County needs more money, we'll appropriate more money from the legislature to get the election done.
00:18:02.000 We're not all of a sudden going to say, stop administering the law because Zuckerberg is coming in with a bunch of Zuckerbucks.
00:18:09.000 And they had these big zucker boxes everywhere.
00:18:13.000 Why didn't the legislature meet?
00:18:16.000 No one can answer that question.
00:18:18.000 I met with a bunch of Georgia state legislators.
00:18:20.000 My goodness, you guys can do better.
00:18:22.000 I asked them this question.
00:18:23.000 They said, well, we never really thought about that.
00:18:25.000 Well, what do you think about?
00:18:27.000 And do you think?
00:18:28.000 It's a very serious question.
00:18:29.000 Arizona, same thing.
00:18:31.000 Why didn't you guys have a special session in June, July, and August leading into the election to kind of have a pre-huddle meeting?
00:18:37.000 What's going on?
00:18:38.000 Where's the money coming from?
00:18:40.000 Are we prepared for mail-in ballots going the way they are?
00:18:43.000 Why are we telling people they shouldn't vote in person?
00:18:46.000 Let's get our communication strategy right.
00:18:48.000 Let's make sure this election is conducted correctly.
00:18:50.000 Let's appropriate more money if necessary.
00:18:53.000 Let's try to get our election results in on election night.
00:18:56.000 All these things would have, in my personal opinion, prevented a vast majority of this nonsense from happening.
00:19:03.000 They could have had hearings all throughout the month of July.
00:19:06.000 And you know what this would have done?
00:19:08.000 This would have made it impossible for the media to ignore this story.
00:19:11.000 It would have put them on defense.
00:19:12.000 Instead, we have this story from Time magazine we covered in great detail when it came out.
00:19:17.000 Remember?
00:19:18.000 The secret history of the shadow campaign that saved the 2020 election.
00:19:22.000 While they were planning the takeover, Republicans were going on vacation in the summer of 2020.
00:19:28.000 They could have been holding sessions.
00:19:29.000 They could have been issuing subpoenas.
00:19:31.000 They could have been asking questions.
00:19:36.000 It's on them.
00:19:37.000 And we're going to go into more detail on how the Center for Technology and Civic Life interfered with the 2020 election to a great degree.
00:19:43.000 But this is how I want to change the mindset of the Republican Party.
00:19:46.000 Stop taking excuses as answers from your spineless Republican leaders.
00:19:51.000 They let this happen.
00:19:56.000 Did you know that if you shop at Nike, they turn around and give your hard-earned dollars to pro-abortion groups like Planned Parenthood and the Population Council?
00:20:04.000 Did you know that Airbnb gave $500,000 to the Marxist Black Lives Matter organization?
00:20:09.000 Your first vote is at the ballot box, but that isn't enough to defend our traditional Judeo-Christian values.

00:21:31.000 We will be in the great Waco, Texas area.
00:21:34.000 And this weekend, then we're going to Michigan.
00:21:37.000 And then I'm speaking at Gary Hamrick's church right outside of Washington, D.C.
00:21:42.000 And then drum roll, everybody.
00:21:44.000 Prayers especially as we go to Burlington, Vermont.
00:21:51.000 That'll be special.
00:21:53.000 And then we go to Boise, Seattle, right, first.
00:21:56.000 We go to Seattle first, and then Boise, and then University of Oregon, where I can't wait to be booed by school I love.
00:22:06.000 That'll be interesting.
00:22:09.000 I think they'll be all right.
00:22:10.000 Go ducks, everybody.
00:22:11.000 University of Oregon.
00:22:12.000 And then, trying to think.
00:22:14.000 Then we go to Denver.
00:22:16.000 That'll be fun.
00:22:17.000 Two events in Denver.
00:22:19.000 Brave Church.
00:22:20.000 Is that right?
00:22:21.000 Is that the name of the church?
00:22:22.000 I think it's a massive auditorium, right?
00:22:24.000 It's like 3,000 people.
00:22:26.000 It's going to be incredible.
00:22:27.000 I don't even know if they still have tickets available for that.
00:22:29.000 It's sold out, 3,000 people.
00:22:31.000 It's incredible.
00:22:32.000 I think they're wildly confused about who's speaking.
00:22:35.000 And then we go from there to Atlanta, and then we speak at Clemson.
00:22:41.000 And then we do a church in Anderson, South Carolina, and then we speak at University of Alabama.
00:22:47.000 Roll tide, everybody.
00:22:49.000 Sorry, you lost A ⁇ M.
00:22:50.000 I was actually really happy to see that.
00:22:52.000 And then we do University of Arizona that following Monday.
00:22:57.000 We are working on getting that schedule on CharlieKirk.com.
00:23:00.000 It's part of our improvement process as we are constantly growing.
00:23:05.000 So, and that's actually not all the stops.
00:23:07.000 And then I think I go to, I'm speaking at First Baptist Dallas after that.
00:23:11.000 So we give over 300 speeches a year.
00:23:14.000 I think I gave four yesterday, didn't I?
00:23:17.000 Four in San Antonio?
00:23:18.000 It was four.
00:23:19.000 No, it was three.
00:23:20.000 It was three.
00:23:20.000 It could have been four.
00:23:22.000 All right, let's, I want to talk.
00:23:23.000 I want to get back to the Center for Technology and Civic Life story.
00:23:26.000 And by the way, if any of you guys have any questions about that schedule, because I'm sure it makes your head turn, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:23:32.000 You guys can email us at any time.
00:23:34.000 We are going where it matters, giving a platform to these ideas and playing offense.
00:23:39.000 We are working our tail off.
00:23:40.000 So thank you guys for making it possible.
00:23:43.000 We have the best listeners on the planet.
00:23:44.000 Tell everyone that because I'm very biased.
00:23:47.000 Okay, so let's go.
00:23:48.000 I'm going to get to Center for Technology and Civic Life, but I want to just focus on this.
00:23:53.000 It's a total detour.
00:23:54.000 We'll be back to the election integrity story.
00:23:56.000 There is a massive supply chain issue right now happening in our country.
00:24:00.000 And we've talked about this for quite some time, but now the White House has come out and they've said that there might be shortages as Christmas approaches, that there will just be some things that people cannot get.
00:24:10.000 Quote from Reuters: White House officials are scrambling to relieve global supply bottlenecks, choking U.S. ports, highways, and railways, warning that Americans may face higher prices and empty shelves this Christmas season.
00:24:23.000 The White House warning comes as shipping containers remain backlogged as ports on both of the country's coasts.
00:24:29.000 Recent reports say that 65 cargo ships are waiting to dock the high-traffic port of Los Angeles, which is currently full.
00:24:36.000 Additionally, 8,000 shipping containers are stuck at the port of Savannah.
00:24:42.000 Now, I believe the same way that I believe that inflation was intentional, I think this bottleneck is intentional.
00:24:47.000 Why?
00:24:48.000 To try to create an argument for mass immigration.
00:24:51.000 Can't find the labor, can't unpack the boats, let's get an immigration bill through.
00:24:56.000 Remember, almost everything the other side tries to advocate for is around this idea of expanding the amount of people coming into the country.
00:25:08.000 And now, this is a very important question: which is what are the other possible reasons that we're having shortages?
00:25:16.000 Could it be the vaccine mandates, paying people not to work?
00:25:20.000 All of those things are much more likely to be a reason that we are having the supply chain bottleneck.
00:25:28.000 And this goes to show, which I think President Trump needed to focus on this more, which is a robust and popular self-sufficiency agenda.
00:25:41.000 People are very much in favor of making things in America.
00:25:48.000 Why do we have to import all these things?
00:25:50.000 Why can't we make it here in this country?
00:25:52.000 We need to be more clear and more upfront about how we want to re-domicile American manufacturing here in America, manufacturing here in America.
00:26:06.000 We're going to keep our eye on the supply chain issue.
00:26:08.000 It is constantly growing.
00:26:10.000 And by the way, and this is just something to look at, if the economy crashes, supply chain issues, currency being inflated, debt everywhere you can see, that can bring in the great reset.
00:26:24.000 We've covered the great reset.
00:26:25.000 Okay, let's keep on going through this story here: the Center for Technology and Civic Life.
00:26:31.000 So Zuckerberg spends $420 million in the election.
00:26:35.000 No one cares about it.
00:26:36.000 Republican legislatures, they meet the summer before.
00:26:39.000 They let it happen.
00:26:41.000 The Center for Technology and Civic Life drove the proliferation of unmonitored private drop boxes, which created major chain of custody issues and opportunities for novel forms of mail-in-ballot engine electioneering.
00:26:52.000 I'm reading from the Federalists.
00:26:54.000 Allowed for the submission of numerous questionable post-election day ballots and created opportunities for illegal ballot harvesting.
00:27:00.000 The Center for Technology and Civic Life increased funding for temporary staffing and poll workers, which supported the infiltration of election offices by paid Democrat Party activists, coordinated through a complex web of left-leaning nonprofit organizations, social media platforms, and social media election influencers.
00:27:17.000 The amount of additional money these groups poured into the election offices in Democrat voting areas, we were told it's nonpartisan, it's garbage.
00:27:25.000 This was a Democrat support operation was staggering.
00:27:32.000 To put it in perspective, federal and state matching funds for COVID-19 related election expenses in 2020 totaled $479.5 million.
00:27:41.000 The Center for Technology and Civic Life and CEIR money totaled $419.5 million.
00:27:49.000 These two private nonprofits were responsible for an 85% increase in total additional election funding.
00:27:55.000 Although the Center for Technology and Civic Life and CEIR are chartered as nonpartisan 501 companies, the research that the Federalists did suggests that the spending that took place was highly partisan.
00:28:07.000 Of the 26 grants the Center for Technology and Civic Life provided to cities, such as in counties in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Virginia, $1 million or larger, 25 of the 26 went to areas won by Biden.
00:28:21.000 That's not exactly bipartisan.
00:28:24.000 The only county on this list won by Donald Trump was Brown County, Wisconsin, received about $1.1 million, less than $1.3 million, $1.3% of the $85 million that CTCL provided to the top 26 recipients.
00:28:41.000 But even in Brown County, Wisconsin, where heavily Democrat Green Bay is located, funding disparities are stunning.
00:28:48.000 The Wisconsin legislature provided roughly $7 per voter to the city of Green Bay to manage its 2020 elections.
00:28:55.000 Rural counties in Wisconsin received approximately $4 per voter.
00:28:59.000 The Center for Technology and Civic Life boosted Democrat voting Green Bay resources to $47 per voter, while most rural areas still had the same $4 per voter.
00:29:09.000 Preliminary analysis shows that this partisan Zuckerberg funded $420 million targeting of the Center for Technology and Civic Life funding was repeated in battleground states across the country.
00:29:23.000 The figure below shows that the counties that received the Center for Technology and Civic Life ranked per capita the CTCL spending in Texas.
00:29:31.000 As can easily be seen, the counties with the highest per capita levels of CTCL spending were Democratic counties.
00:29:38.000 This was a partisan intervention.
00:29:42.000 And it continues, it says, did Zuckerberg flip Wisconsin and Georgia?
00:29:47.000 The Federalist writes, and this is a PhD, William Doyle, PhD principal researcher at the Cesar Rodney Election Research Institute in Irvine, Texas, Irving, Texas.
00:29:58.000 He specializes in the private funding of American elections.
00:30:01.000 Good for him.
00:30:03.000 I should have him on our show and ask him about this.
00:30:05.000 Our preliminary results in Georgia and Wisconsin suggest a similar impact on Biden's vote margin from CTCL spending.
00:30:12.000 And spending in those states was likely large enough and targeted enough to have shifted them into Biden's column.
00:30:18.000 The research and analysis projects will culminate in the creation of a counterfactual electoral map based on the combined results of state-by-state analysis.
00:30:28.000 It will reflect how the election results would have looked after the last legal ballot was counted if CTCL and CEIR did not spend $419 million in 2020.
00:30:39.000 He writes, quote, We have good reason to anticipate that the results of our work will show that CTCL and Zuckerberg's involvement in the 2020 election will give rise to an election was not fair.
00:30:51.000 The 2020 election, with many loopholes, money poured in, and it was bought by Mark Zuckerberg.
00:31:00.000 We have always been lectured what happens when there's a massive intervention into elections from private interests.
00:31:07.000 Now that has actually happened.
00:31:11.000 And the media is quiet.
00:31:14.000 I was told that democracy dies in darkness.
00:31:17.000 That's the top of the Washington Post.
00:31:21.000 And despite all of this, that all of this happened, now all of a sudden you're seeing more people pop up and say, despite all of the shenanigans, as we mentioned yesterday, the conservative movement has become anti-fragile.
00:31:38.000 That Trump's popularity, his power in the Republican Party, has grown since he has left office, Bob Woodward has said.
00:31:44.000 It has not shrunk.
00:31:47.000 What's going on really now is an iron curtain of obedience to Trump.
00:31:51.000 It's not just polite deference, it is obedience.
00:31:54.000 It really is an iron curtain because it is so strong.
00:31:59.000 And Vox came out a month before the election, Vox, which is a liberal outlet, and said that these billionaires spending all this money is going to have an astoundingly large role in shoring up all of these issues.
00:32:13.000 And they said this is the downside of billionaires funding elections.
00:32:17.000 But of course, when it helps them, they're silent.
00:32:21.000 Attorney Generals across the country need to investigate the Center for Technology and Civic Life.
00:32:25.000 And the state legislatures, the Republican legislatures, I hope you guys know you let this happen.
00:32:31.000 You didn't do your oversight.
00:32:33.000 You didn't do committees.
00:32:34.000 You guys should have, and maybe you didn't have the ability to call a special session.
00:32:37.000 Maybe a governor has to.
00:32:38.000 All you had to do is ask.
00:32:40.000 President Trump could have sent out one tweet at the time he had a Twitter account and said, I demand a special session in Georgia, and it would have happened.
00:32:49.000 Instead, this happened in the shadows.
00:32:51.000 This happened without people's knowledge, without their consent.
00:32:56.000 One of the reasons why the American system has lasted so long is consent of the governed, not the consent of the tech billionaires that come in with unlimited money and blur the election lines, interfere with how we actually do elections.
00:33:11.000 It's unprecedented.
00:33:13.000 The question is: will anything happen because of it?
00:33:16.000 That is the question.
00:33:20.000 Are you worried about America's future?
00:33:22.000 Times of trouble are full of reasons to despair, but I want to give you one of the ways that this show is able to stay relevant, yet tap into timeless wisdom.
00:33:32.000 It's thanks to Hillsdale College.
00:33:34.000 Hillsdale College was founded in 1844 to teach these things and to teach them every single day.
00:33:40.000 The things I'm talking about are the great books: Western society, the philosophy that built our civilization.
00:33:47.000 And you can get all those things from Hillsdale College professors right in your home.
00:33:52.000 Take the courses alongside of us here on the Charlie Kirk show.
00:33:55.000 My goal is to finish every single Hillsdale College course.
00:33:58.000 It's going to take some work, takes some time, but it's so fulfilling, everybody, when you learn American history.
00:34:04.000 You learn who Socrates was, Plato, and Aristotle.
00:34:06.000 You learn what they wrote about, the things that they contributed to the Western heritage.
00:34:13.000 And through Hillsdale's free online courses, we can study the history of our civilization, the wisdom of ancient and Christian philosophers, and the writings of Shakespeare and Mark Twain.
00:34:23.000 We can reacquaint ourselves with our Constitution.
00:34:26.000 We can learn how the Constitution has been undermined, and more importantly, how it can be recovered.
00:34:32.000 It's very important, everybody, you go to charlie4hillsdale.com.
00:34:36.000 And I'm just looking at my own little portfolio here of my online courses.
00:34:40.000 I'm really excited when I go into it because I'm able to see how much progress I make.
00:34:45.000 Maybe you are a parent and you say, man, I want to try to better teach history to my children.
00:34:49.000 Charlie4Hillsdale.com can allow you that opportunity to dive deep into these ideas, to be able to understand exactly who is Dante and what did he teach?
00:35:01.000 Who is Mark Twain?
00:35:03.000 What is the Constitution and the meaning of it?
00:35:05.000 Well, Constitution 101 course at charlie4hillsdale.com is phenomenal.

00:35:26.000 It's charlie4hillsdale.com.

00:35:29.000 I cannot speak favorably enough about Hillsdale College.
00:35:32.000 It truly is amazing.
00:35:33.000 So, my friends, we are in this fight for defense for family, faith, and freedom.

00:35:57.000 Charlie4Hillsdale.com.
00:36:02.000 What if I told you that Joe Biden and Hunter Biden shared bank accounts?
00:36:07.000 Does that mean that the president might be looped into an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation?
00:36:13.000 Don't get your hopes up.
00:36:15.000 Hunter Biden is still under investigation for tax issues.
00:36:20.000 I'm sure that'll get cleared up pretty soon because Merrick Garland is too busy investigating moms and dads who children are being raped in bathrooms because they're complaining.
00:36:31.000 How dare you complain about that?
00:36:32.000 Merrick Garland says, you're a domestic terrorist, actually.
00:36:35.000 Constitutional law expert Jonathan Turley says this, quote, with these new disclosures, we have accounts being used to pay both Hunter and Joe Biden and money being reimbursed to Hunter Biden from an individual associated with a company called Rosemont Seneca.
00:36:48.000 Now that's a company that has been tied to payments to China and Russia.
00:36:52.000 And so this is getting more and more serious.
00:36:54.000 The question is, why is the Justice Department considered the appointment of a special counsel?
00:36:58.000 Good question.
00:36:59.000 Not going to happen.
00:37:01.000 And where's the Republicans calling for that?
00:37:03.000 We know there's a criminal investigation into the tax issue, possible money laundering.
00:37:08.000 But there's also serious questions about whether the Biden family conducted an extensive influence peddling operation involving not just Hunter, but his uncle and potentially the president of the United States.
00:37:19.000 Now, this is not new for those of us that have been covering the Biden family for a while.
00:37:23.000 We know that they're purchased by China, and we know that when it comes down to it, Joe Biden will yield to his employers, China, when it comes to the seizure of Taiwan.
00:37:34.000 We know that Joe Biden and his handlers believe in a strong China, not a weak China.
00:37:39.000 They refuse to call China an enemy.
00:37:42.000 Instead, they are perfectly comfortable and fine with the Chinese Communist Party, the evil, tyrannical Chinese Communist Party, coming to power and employing them, including Russia as well.
00:37:56.000 Interestingly enough, Russia has now come out, since our own intelligence apparatus says we must be enemies with Russia.
00:38:02.000 Russia was like, fine, if the Americans don't want us, let's just go make friends with China, which was so dumb because we could have had an alliance with Russia, and they're a bunch of thugs and gangsters, but it would have been helpful to create an international coalition against China, not the first time that we would have partnered with Russia for a greater good despite their own shortcomings domestically.
00:38:22.000 But now China and Russia are together and Russia has come out and said that Taiwan is part of Russia, a part of China, that Taiwan is part of China.
00:38:30.000 It's going to be very interesting.
00:38:32.000 In fact, I think it's going to be very sad when we see China move dramatically on Taiwan.
00:38:38.000 I don't know if America is going to do anything.
00:38:40.000 I don't.
00:38:41.000 That is the big international issue in front of us right now.
00:38:45.000 Of course, let us not forget Joe Biden and his regime giving $85 billion in weapons to the Taliban.
00:38:52.000 And what does Joe Biden say about his son, Hunter Biden?
00:38:55.000 He says, I'm very proud of my son after he sold $375,000 worth of painting.
00:39:03.000 Now, we haven't focused a lot on the painting issue.
00:39:06.000 There's so much other stuff going on.
00:39:07.000 We know Hunter Biden's corrupt.
00:39:09.000 He should be in prison.
00:39:10.000 We spent way, this is how you know how screwed up America is right now.
00:39:15.000 We spend more time and more people pay a price for John Gruden's emails, what he sent 10 years ago, than Hunter Biden's email.
00:39:23.000 All John Gruden has to do is say, I self-identify as Hunter Biden, and no one will talk about his emails anymore.
00:39:30.000 But Joe Biden says he's very proud of his son and his newfound career.
00:39:34.000 And you got to give it to the Biden family.
00:39:36.000 They found a way that they can now pay for access that they won't get investigated in.
00:39:41.000 What is the one thing that has total and complete subjective value?
00:39:47.000 Art.
00:39:49.000 There's only a limited amount of garbage art that Hunter Biden is making.
00:39:53.000 Therefore, there's a finite amount of it, and people want to get close to him.
00:39:56.000 He is selling these garbage paintings that look like a five-year-old vomited on a canvas for $75,000 each.
00:40:05.000 He's saying he doesn't know who's buying them, even though he's taking pictures of the people that are buying them.
00:40:10.000 It's a brilliant way for the Biden family to make money off of doing absolutely nothing.
00:40:14.000 And we know why they're doing it.
00:40:16.000 They're trying to get close to the president's son.
00:40:17.000 Who's buying these pieces of art?
00:40:19.000 Could you imagine if Donald Trump Jr. went into the art business?
00:40:23.000 If Donald Trump Jr. started to just become, I am now Pablo Picasso, buy my art.
00:40:28.000 There would be a special counsel immediately looking into Donald Trump Jr. who's buying the art, who's behind it.
