00:01:31.000 In just a second, we have the legendary Brett Favre joining us, but I have to get some things off my chest first.

00:01:37.000 I gotta talk about some things that Brett may or may not be able to talk about.

00:01:41.000 And, you know, we talk a lot about lawfare.

00:01:43.000 We talk about how people are targeted by government agents and government agencies.

00:01:48.000 And this is a story that you guys need to know about.

00:01:50.000 We expect our government officials to act in the public interest.

00:01:54.000 You'd think that in the state of Mississippi, a deep red state, a great state full of patriots, we wouldn't have to deal with this kind of nonsense. 0.96

00:02:02.000 But this sort of targeting is not immune in Mississippi to the favorite son of Mississippi and our next guest, Brett Favre.

00:02:08.000 And if it could happen to him, it could happen to anybody.

00:02:10.000 This story is chilling.

00:02:12.000 You know, we talk a lot about Letitia James and Alvin Bragg targeting Donald Trump.

00:02:16.000 But let me tell you about what's been happening in Mississippi below the radar.

00:02:19.000 If you don't know about this, you've got to pay attention.

00:02:21.000 It's all about this guy by the name of Shad White.

00:02:23.000 Several years ago, Shad White informed Brett Favre that a well-known Mississippi non-profit company had used federal welfare funds that it received from the state to pay Brett for an endorsement and advertising work that Brett agreed to do for the non-profit.

00:02:36.000 No big deal there.

00:02:37.000 Even though Brett had done nothing wrong, he did not know the source of the funds, and Brett had performed services for the non-profit, he returned all the funds to the state of Mississippi.

00:02:46.000 Brett returned the funds, no questions asked, and because he had done nothing wrong and did not ask for a release of any claims or anything else, Shad White publicly congratulated Brett for his upstanding and generous conduct.

00:02:56.000 However, for purely political reasons, similar to Alvin Bragg and Fannie Willis, White then later turned on Brett.

00:03:03.000 The state, led by Shad White, sued Brett for the money that he'd already returned.

00:03:07.000 That's really bizarre.

00:03:08.000 How do you even do that?

00:03:09.000 White knew that suing Brett would attract widespread publicity, and it has.

00:03:13.000 In fact, the publicity has made Brett persona non grata in many circles and has damaged his ability to make a living in the state of Mississippi.

00:03:21.000 You see, Shad wanted that publicity because he's a very ambitious person, like Fannie Willis.

00:03:25.000 He wants to be the next governor of Mississippi.

00:03:27.000 In other words, he decided to try and advance his career by improperly destroying American patriot and great man, Brett Favre.

00:03:35.000 Now, White recently has written a book about his efforts to go after Brett.

00:03:38.000 Yes, you heard me right.

00:03:39.000 He wrote a book.

00:03:40.000 He's trying to personally profit from going after Brett Favre.

00:03:43.000 But where is the crime?

00:03:44.000 What is the issue?

00:03:45.000 Do you see a pattern here?

00:03:46.000 As state auditor, he's the one responsible for auditing state agencies in Mississippi to ensure they are running properly.

00:03:53.000 Talk about the fox guarding the hen house.

00:03:55.000 Now after he was sued, Brett asked the court to throw out White's ridiculous lawsuit seeking funds that Brett had already returned.

00:04:02.000 But before the court ruled on his request, the state dropped its original claims and sued Brett for something else altogether.

00:04:08.000 Now, they claimed that federal welfare funds the state transferred through its state non-profit to another state entity, Southern Miss University.

00:04:15.000 Brett's alma mater were used to put up some building on that state college's property.

00:04:19.000 It's all very confusing.

00:04:21.000 And they claim that this was done for Brett's benefit and therefore Brett's responsible.

00:04:24.000 And if a building the state owns, paid for state money, really belongs to Brett.

00:04:28.000 These are ludicrous claims.

00:04:30.000 No different than what we've been seeing in the lawfare type chapter.

00:04:32.000 But again, in the deepest red state, Mississippi, they're not immune to this. 0.93

00:04:37.000 Now, to bring these ludicrous claims, the state isn't using state attorneys.

00:04:40.000 Instead, they retain private lawyers.

00:04:42.000 And believe it or not, the same kind of funds, federal welfare funds, to pay for those private lawyers.

00:04:47.000 Now there's no way Brett could be responsible for any of this.

00:04:49.000 Every relevant state agency and numerous public officials and lawyers had specifically approved the transfer of funds to construct the building.

00:04:55.000 It's all out in the open.

00:04:57.000 And yet state auditor Shad White is trying to blame retired quarterback, non-lawyer, American patriot, Private citizen Brett Favre.

00:05:04.000 On top of all this, Brett and his lawyers, while they're doing everything they can to possibly defend Brett in court, and have sued Shad White in a separate case for defaming Brett, having very limited ability, limited in their ability to publicly protect his reputation because of a Democrat elected judge has put a gag order on his parties and lawyers.

00:05:20.000 Now, no public official should have the power to unjustly attack a private citizen.

00:05:24.000 It's wrong when Letitia James does it, and it's wrong when Shad White does it. 0.97

00:05:28.000 And we have a message for Shad White at Turning Point Action and all of us here.

00:05:32.000 We've been watching you, and we don't like what you're doing here. 0.98

00:05:34.000 And we're going to make sure that you're not elected as governor of Mississippi, and you do not have a political future if this nonsense and this garbage continues. 0.87

00:05:41.000 An American hero like Brett Favre is now We have to stand by him. 0.94

00:05:45.000 You took a risk by going after Brett, and the American people are waking up to this, and we won't stand for this type of lawfare.

00:05:50.000 So we'll see you on the campaign trail, Shad.

00:05:53.000 Joining us now is Brett Favre.

00:05:54.000 Sorry, Brett, I had to get it off my chest.

00:05:56.000 And NFL Hall of Fame quarterback Brett Favre.

00:05:59.000 And as a Bears fan, Brett, I just want to say you've caused me a lot of misery in my life.

00:06:04.000 It was my pleasure.

00:06:06.000 It was your pleasure.

00:06:09.000 I'm so glad that you're here.

00:06:10.000 Hey, somebody had to do it, Charlie.

00:06:11.000 Somebody had to do it.

00:06:12.000 I gotta tell you, I was trying to think, what year specifically you were at Green Bay?

00:06:17.000 It was early, late 90s to what, like 2007, 2008?

00:06:18.000 90s to what, like 2007, 2008?

00:06:21.000 Yeah, 90, 92, 2007.

00:06:25.000 Yeah, so basically my most formative years of being a Chicago Bears fan.

00:06:30.000 So just kind of looking at the landscape of the American culture, American politics right now, you know, you speak out about these types of issues.

00:06:38.000 You love the country.

00:06:39.000 What is your your belief of the kind of where America is right now?

00:06:43.000 Well, I think we're in a precarious position and, you know, I hate to, you know, I hate to say it this way, but I just I think it's got to be said, I think we're We're on the ledge and we can fall off and fall to our death, or we can step back off the ledge and regroup while we still have an opportunity.

00:07:11.000 And yeah, it's been well documented that I like Donald Trump.

00:07:16.000 I believe in Donald Trump.

00:07:19.000 That makes me conservative, so be it.

00:07:22.000 Do I agree with everything that President Trump says or does?

00:07:26.000 No, but I can say that about everyone.

00:07:29.000 Is anyone perfect?

00:07:30.000 Absolutely not, including myself.

00:07:33.000 Far from it.

00:07:34.000 But I believe, I mean, I believe 100% in my heart that Donald Trump cares about this country.

00:07:45.000 And I look to a couple of things.

00:07:47.000 Why I say that?

00:07:50.000 First of all, I mean, really think about it.

00:07:53.000 If you're just kind of in the middle, you don't really pull for this side, you don't really pull for this side, but you're looking for something.

00:08:02.000 Why would Donald Trump want to become president?

00:08:05.000 He's had everything he could possibly ask for.

00:08:10.000 He's at an age where you would think ride off into the sunset, enjoy your life, but no.

00:08:17.000 He doesn't take a salary.

00:08:19.000 Not that he needs one either way, but some people are greedy.

00:08:22.000 Doesn't take a salary.

00:08:24.000 Bust his you-know-what for this country and for doing right by this country.

00:08:30.000 And has even taken a bullet.

00:08:33.000 And quite frankly, that has made him stronger.

00:08:36.000 I'm talking about him individually.

00:08:37.000 I think the consensus across the country is He's pretty tough, whether you like him or not.

00:08:45.000 He's pretty resilient, whether you like him or not.

00:08:47.000 But I think that he really, really cares about Improving this country and leaving it in a better place than where he initially got it.

00:08:58.000 And so that's kind of where I think we are.

00:09:01.000 I love that.

00:09:02.000 And Brett, as someone who's taken a fair amount of hits, I mean, you were always legendary for no matter how hard they hit you, you'd always get back up.

00:09:08.000 Just speaking as an NFL player, a man, The reaction when Donald Trump got shot, I mean, it was one of the most remarkable things I've ever seen.

00:09:19.000 Well, it's one of those moments that you, I, and everyone else will remember exactly where they are when it happened.

00:09:27.000 I was in Vail, Colorado.

00:09:28.000 We were doing a, my wife, several friends.

00:09:34.000 There was about eight of us and we were actually doing a long bike ride.

00:09:40.000 It's called Triple Bypass.

00:09:41.000 It's like 5,000 riders.

00:09:43.000 And prior to going out, I was watching the rally.

00:09:49.000 And I'm preoccupied with different things.

00:09:53.000 I put my eyes on the TV and hear a little bit, see a little bit.

00:09:57.000 And so I glanced up.

00:09:58.000 When I did, I saw him dive to the ground.

00:10:01.000 And I was like, what the hell is going on?

00:10:04.000 Is this live?

00:10:06.000 And lo and behold, it was an assassination attempt.

00:10:10.000 Um, I honestly, I think for about three hours, I was numb.

00:10:15.000 Like, did I really see what I just saw?

00:10:18.000 And, uh, is it real?

00:10:19.000 Um, and then I got to thinking about it, you know, after it kind of set in and I'm like, they will do whatever they can do.

00:10:29.000 Yes.

00:10:30.000 Whatever means possible to steer this election in the next four years.

00:10:39.000 That was obvious.

00:10:41.000 So, really a sad time.

00:10:46.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

00:11:38.000 I'm sure there were some days you didn't feel too well.

00:11:42.000 You had to suck it up a little bit.

00:11:45.000 You could say that.

00:11:50.000 There were several moments where I would say there was three or four.

00:11:52.000 you didn't feel too well, you had to suck it up a little bit?

00:11:54.000 You could say that.

00:11:56.000 There were several moments where I would say there was three or four.

00:12:02.000 I mean, there's a lot of times I was hurt, but I would say there were three or

00:12:04.000 four different times where midweek, I was like, there's no way I'm playing.

00:12:10.000 Bye.

00:12:11.000 Uh, I wanted to play, but there's no way I can play one.

00:12:15.000 And probably the most obvious one would be a broken thumb on my throwing hand.

00:12:21.000 Uh, I remember that, you know, who would even consider trying to throw with a broken thumb?

00:12:28.000 Uh, but you know, I think my success after injury in, you know, in the, in the, The game immediately after, it seemed like I played better than any other time in my career.

00:12:43.000 So when I played hurt, I played extremely well for whatever reason.

00:12:48.000 And that enabled me to, well, first of all, convince the doctors that I could play.

00:12:55.000 And secondly, create more confidence for me that I could do it while hurt.

00:13:01.000 So, but yes, it's sort of a, Now, as I look back, I go, like two things I think about.

00:13:10.000 I'm like, how incredible was that?

00:13:13.000 That you, you know, in today's game, 321 straight starts.

00:13:17.000 And then the flip side is, were you out of your mind?

00:13:22.000 You know, you're, you're feeling the repercussions of those 321 games.

00:13:28.000 And even though you're like Mike Holman's favorite, uh, berm for me, he called me John Wayne.

00:13:36.000 Because I was, in his mind, tough and whatever.

00:13:42.000 But now, it's like I wake up and that little voice says, hey John Wayne, remember when you were jawing with Warren Sapp, headbutting, and you said it didn't hurt?

00:13:58.000 You're paying for it now.

00:14:01.000 It is what it is.

00:14:03.000 I loved every bit of my 20-year career and had a lot of fun, played with a lot of great teammates and a lot of great memories.

00:14:12.000 Yeah, and it's just, again, one of the toughest athletes ever to play.

00:14:17.000 I remember separated shoulder, busted thumbs.

00:14:20.000 I mean, I remember all sorts of crazy, goofy stuff there.

00:14:23.000 And you fought and persevered through all of it.

00:14:26.000 You look at the league today, and you look at what you went through, and you're paying some of the price now, I'm sure, physically for that.

00:14:33.000 And you're looking at the league.

00:14:35.000 Do you think the NFL runs the risk of being too cautious when it comes to player injuries?

00:14:39.000 No, I really don't.

00:14:41.000 I can't say that I agree with the NFL in a lot of things they do, but I do think, I think it would be unfair for me to say they are not taking the necessary steps.

00:14:51.000 I think it's, for lack of a better term, I think it's watered the game down a little bit.

00:15:01.000 Because you think of football and you think of hockey, you think of fights, you think of checking a guy into the wall, you think of big hits.

00:15:11.000 It wasn't that long ago in some respects, but in others, it's a long, long time ago.

00:15:17.000 When your team, Chicago, would play the Giants, it would be a 6-3, just knockout, knockdown drawing out.

00:15:28.000 And those were, you know, every once in a while one of those games is good.

00:15:31.000 It's good.

00:15:32.000 It's good for football.

00:15:33.000 It's good for the fans.

00:15:35.000 Yeah, everyone wants to see scoring.

00:15:39.000 But two great defenses, two stellar running games, and it's a stalemate.

00:15:46.000 It's down to the finish.

00:15:48.000 And I bring that up because those days are over.

00:15:51.000 And so you're going to see more of a wide open, We want, you know, the league, their mentality, I would think, is we want a lot of scoring.

00:16:01.000 We want a lot of the wow factor, you know, in comparison to other sports.

00:16:07.000 We want the home run, the grand slam.

00:16:10.000 We want the three-point shot of the major 360 dunk.

00:16:14.000 Or, you know, we want excitement and we want the start I can't say that I don't agree with them.

00:16:29.000 I guess what I'm saying is it's a new era.

00:16:32.000 It's a new era.

00:16:34.000 There's a cost to everything.

00:16:36.000 It was probably more dangerous and harder, obviously, when you played.

00:16:39.000 In some ways, it was more raw and authentic.

00:16:42.000 It's just a different sport.

00:16:44.000 Brett, we're out of time here.

00:16:45.000 I just want to say we support you 100%.

00:16:46.000 We'd love to meet you.

00:16:48.000 Thank you for supporting President Trump.

00:16:51.000 My hope is you'll make your way up to Wisconsin and convince your Packer faithful to make the right choice.

00:16:57.000 Thank you, Brett.

00:16:57.000 Gosh, I hope so.

00:16:58.000 I hope so.

00:16:59.000 Thanks for having me on the show.

00:17:00.000 God bless, Brett.

00:17:00.000 Hope to see you soon.

00:17:01.000 Thank you.

00:17:04.000 Joining us now is one of my favorite pro-life warriors.

00:17:06.000 She's just been terrific and really heroic this last year, especially last couple months.

00:17:12.000 Kristen Hawkins, President of Students for Life of America.

00:17:16.000 Kristen, welcome back to the program.

00:17:18.000 Thanks, Charlie.

00:17:18.000 Thank you for all that you are doing right now.

00:17:21.000 We're trying our best here.

00:17:22.000 So, Kristen, I've been wanting to have you on for quite some time.

00:17:25.000 We have all this news to discuss.

00:17:27.000 I want to first dive into this ridiculous and quite honestly sinister fact check by ABC News.

00:17:35.000 Where they say, they say that there are no post-late-term abortions don't happen.

00:17:41.000 And then they say that, they say that there's no late-term abortions essentially.

00:17:44.000 And then they say there's no abortions after birth.

00:17:47.000 Both of which are not true.

00:17:48.000 I want to play the tape and I want you to factually respond to this please.

00:17:51.000 Play cut 145.

00:17:53.000 I did a great service in doing it.

00:17:54.000 It took courage to do it.

00:17:56.000 And the Supreme Court had great courage in doing it.

00:17:58.000 And I give tremendous credit to those six justices.

00:18:02.000 There is no state in this country where it is legal to kill a baby after it's born.

00:18:06.000 Madam Vice President, I want to get your response.

00:18:08.000 That is not what a debate moderator is supposed to do.

00:18:11.000 Kristen, what is the truth here?

00:18:12.000 Well, I mean, the truth is there are nine states plus Washington, D.C.

00:18:17.000 that have no limits on abortion.

00:18:19.000 This means late-term, third-trimester abortions happen. 0.99

00:18:23.000 Last night, I was at Ohio University.

00:18:26.000 I personally called Dr. William Hearn's late-term abortion facility in Boulder, Colorado.

00:18:31.000 You all can Google it yourselves.

00:18:33.000 We're right on the website.

00:18:34.000 It talks about the third-trimester abortions he commits, and I already scheduled an abortion there with his facility.

00:18:42.000 These abortions happen and because they're happening later in the pregnancy, children are being born alive and then they're being left to die.

00:18:52.000 That is why we have attempted for a number of years to pass the Born Alive Infant Survivors Act in Congress, which Kamala Harris voted twice against, which would make it a crime for abortionists not to give a child oxygen and call the EMTs.

00:19:09.000 And so this is fact.

00:19:11.000 We know this happens.

00:19:12.000 The CDC themselves has admitted this happens.

00:19:15.000 They've admitted there's over 11,000 abortions that happened in late trimester abortions last year in 2023.

00:19:24.000 We know personally of many abortion survivors who were boarded.

00:19:28.000 No, it's not.

00:19:35.000 But it's still happening.

00:19:37.000 And Democrats want to just rewrite the narrative and say, this is all lies.

00:19:41.000 But it's not.

00:19:42.000 I mean, Minnesota had a law where you actually had to record babies who were born alive and had to record that to the state.

00:19:50.000 Tim Walz signed into law legislation that said abortion facilities no longer have to record this information.

00:19:57.000 But while he was governor, before he signed that law, we know from the state of Minnesota, at least eight babies were born alive in late term abortion facilities in the state of Minnesota, and they died gasping for air.

00:20:14.000 Minnesota also removed the requirement to provide life-saving care and just called it, to just change it to care, which can basically mean whatever.

00:20:22.000 So this is, again, Kristen, this video right here is one of the most amazing videos.

00:20:26.000 I hope our audience just drops what they're doing, watch and listen to this, okay?

00:20:30.000 This is Kristen Hawkins, who just, so you're on a campus, is that right, debating a pro-abortion activist?

00:20:38.000 And they said there's no such thing as late-term abortions. 0.99

00:20:41.000 What was the context of this?

00:20:43.000 I was at Northern Arizona University having a table.

00:20:46.000 You had just been there, so they were all riled up, Charlie, because I think we met each other by a couple days.

00:20:51.000 And I was also in front of the transgender dorm, which you added complexity there.

00:20:56.000 Didn't realize I was there.

00:20:58.000 This woman was debating me, telling everybody who was watching that I was a liar, that late-term abortions don't exist. 0.99

00:21:04.000 And so I called up a late-term abortion facility in the state of Maryland, and you will hear what exactly they did.

00:21:12.000 This is such a powerful video.

00:21:14.000 Playcut 126.

00:21:16.000 I just turned 32 weeks pregnant.

00:21:18.000 Am I able to come in for an abortion ASAP? 0.83

00:21:26.000 Can I still have an abortion at 34 weeks?

00:21:32.000 Sure, I have five minutes.

00:21:34.000 Yeah, I just found out that she could have Down syndrome. 1.00

00:21:36.000 I can still have the abortion, right?

00:21:38.000 Even though she has Down syndrome?

00:21:40.000 Yes, so we just have to do an in-sit because the doctor said... 0.80

00:21:44.000 It doesn't f***ing matter!

00:21:46.000 That's late-term abortion, ma'am. 1.00

00:21:47.000 That's abortion in the eighth month of pregnancy that's discriminatory based on someone's genetic code. 1.00

00:21:54.000 She just confirmed she would commit an abortion on me with my child who's viable and can live outside the womb. 1.00

00:22:00.000 Kristen, that video's, I mean, again, it's that old, it's the parallax, which is they say it's not happening, but it's good that it is.

00:22:07.000 That's right.

00:22:08.000 And they, they, when it's, I did this last night on the campus and there were a hundred people in the room, half of them were protesters.

00:22:15.000 And it was fascinating.

00:22:16.000 You could hear a pin drop.

00:22:17.000 I thought for sure they're going to start shouting at the abortion facility. 0.98

00:22:20.000 They were intrigued.

00:22:22.000 And I would say mortified to learn that this was actually the truth, that lady term abortion facilities do exist in our country. 0.51

00:22:29.000 And that is why we have got to do our job in the pro-life movement, within the conservative movement, to call ABC out on this BS and to back up President Trump

00:22:41.000 and what he said at that debate.

00:22:42.000 Because as we all know, he was debating ABC, not so much Kamala Harris most of the time.

00:22:47.000 But we've got to back him up on this. That late-term abortion is real in our country,

00:22:53.000 and fanaticide is real in our country. And I know we like to think that we are the most

00:22:57.000 humane country in the world.

00:22:59.000 We give all this money away in humanitarian crises across the globe, yet we're killing our pre-born children, and more should be required of us.

00:23:09.000 So we've got to spread the word right now that this is the reality, and this will be our reality in every state of the union.

00:23:17.000 If Kamala Harris and Tim Walz win, and the Democrats Keep control of the U.S.

00:23:23.000 Senate.

00:23:23.000 They have made it very, very clear they want to pass the Women's Health Protection Act, which would force legal abortion with no limits and every state taxpayer-funded.

00:23:35.000 More babies will be born alive gasping for air and there won't be anyone to help them.

00:23:40.000 The abortionists will not even be legally required to treat them.

00:23:44.000 That is why you've noticed, Charlie, In states like California and Colorado, they've changed their laws since the end of Roe.

00:23:51.000 And they don't just say abortion now, they say pregnancy outcome.

00:23:54.000 And they've changed the language to be so deceptive because the lawyers are saying, when you say the word pregnancy outcome, and you had an abortion, even if the baby is born alive, as long as the baby is dead, you still have fulfilled your pregnancy outcome.

00:25:18.000 So this is a very difficult video.

00:25:20.000 It's an advertisement.

00:25:21.000 So I want to just give everyone a disclaimer that this is not a pleasant minute.

00:25:26.000 So if you don't want to listen to it, I'm giving you a heads up.

00:25:29.000 But this is about Kamala Harris and Tim Walz of babies that were gasping for air.

00:25:35.000 Very hard to listen to, but this is an advertisement you guys are going to be running and it's necessary.

00:25:39.000 Play Cut 149. Students for Life Action is responsible for the content of this advertising,

00:26:08.000 not authorized by any candidate or candidate's committee.

00:26:12.000 That's hard to listen to, Kristen.

00:26:14.000 For any parent, I was inspired to write that during the DNC convention as a mom of two kids with cystic fibrosis.

00:26:22.000 Listening to their breath is very important and something I did a lot when my babies were infants.

00:26:29.000 And I can think of no worse sound as a parent than when you hear your child struggle to breathe.

00:26:37.000 And that is the reality of infanticide in our country.

00:26:40.000 This is a reality Of what late-term abortions produce. 1.00

00:26:44.000 Children who can live outside of the womb.

00:26:47.000 If they were born down the hall, down the street, they would be given every protection as long as their parents said that they were worthy of life.

00:26:56.000 But if they're born inside an abortion facility, we say that's the intended pregnancy outcome. 0.57

00:27:02.000 And I think America needs this reality check right now.

00:27:05.000 That's why I wrote this commercial.

00:27:06.000 We produced it.

00:27:07.000 And our goal is to get it on primetime cable news.

00:27:10.000 And I want to make, because there's, look, you and I both wish the country was more pro-life, Kristen, right?

00:27:14.000 this voters need to see this voters who are on the fence pro-life voters who may

00:27:19.000 be considering sitting out of this election cannot do that they they have

00:27:23.000 to be held responsible and I want to I want to make because there's look you

00:27:27.000 and I both wish the country is more pro-life Kristen right and but there

00:27:31.000 are millions of us that are pro-life and pro-life voters what is your message

00:27:34.000 here about a minute and a half of people that say Trump is not as pro-life as I

00:27:37.000 would like to be I hear that.

00:27:39.000 But what is your message then to that voter that might be staying at, I'm going to stay at home because Trump's not as pro-life as I am?

00:27:45.000 We have a job as pro-lifers, as Christians, to limit evil, to do the maximum amount of good what we have.

00:27:53.000 And when it comes to voting, we are not voting for a preacher or a priest.

00:27:57.000 We're voting for a politician who's going to help advance our goals.

00:28:00.000 Kamala Harris and Tim Walz will attempt to shut down the entire pro-life movement,

00:28:04.000 as they've done before, as she did as Attorney General at the Pregnancy Resource Centers.

00:28:09.000 We must not be fighting just for our mere existence or First Amendment rights.

00:28:14.000 We have to keep moving the ball forward.

00:28:15.000 We must keep saving lives.

00:28:17.000 When you look at the number of children who are going to die, and

00:28:22.000 Harris-Walz administration versus a Trump-Vance administration.

00:28:26.000 It is clear.

00:28:26.000 I morally cannot justify not voting for Donald Trump because more babies will die if Kamala Harris is elected.

00:28:34.000 And this is why we're going to the airwaves with this commercial and why we're hoping we get this crowd funded as quickly as possible if folks go to studentsforlifeaction.org.tv.

00:28:45.000 I could read headline after headline here, but this was mentioned in the debate by Kamala Harris, that in states that do not have abortion facilities or where it's illegal, women are having miscarriages, they go to the emergency room, and the emergency room refuses them care.

00:29:03.000 What is the truth here?

00:29:04.000 That is a lie.

00:29:04.000 The Association of American Medical Colleges, AMAC, actually has fact-checked this and has said, quote, every state has an exception that allows for an abortion needed to save the life of a pregnant person.

00:29:18.000 To date, no physician has been criminally prosecuted in any state for providing an abortion that was due to a medical emergency.

00:29:25.000 There has been a lot of stories, as we know, reported of women being denied miscarriage care.

00:29:31.000 That is inaccurate.

00:29:32.000 Every single pro-life law on an abortion prevention act in a state specifically says nothing in this law affects miscarriage care because that doesn't make sense, right?

00:29:44.000 In a miscarriage, a child has already died.

00:29:49.000 One of the things we are seeing though, there was a case in Texas where a woman went to an emergency room having a miscarriage and she believed she was being mistreated because she knew Texas was pro-life and they didn't offer her immediate emergency surgery, which actually isn't the standard of care for a miscarriage.

00:30:07.000 And so now you actually have people, young women, who are confused about what the standard of care for a miscarriage is.

00:30:14.000 For many women, it is not an emergency surgery. It's sometimes a pill. It's sometimes

00:30:19.000 laboring at home to pass your deceased child. But every single story in the media of a woman who

00:30:27.000 has said she's had to go across state lines to get a medically necessary abortion or was forced

00:30:34.000 to travel for an abortion has either been proven to be misleading or false. Yes. And yet they

00:30:41.000 use that repeatedly.

00:30:43.000 And I can't imagine that they lie, lie, lie, lie to you, except to this truth.

00:30:49.000 So I can't I can't quite see the doctor ever refusing medical care.

00:30:56.000 If someone is bleeding out, for example.

00:30:59.000 That's what they're saying, is that women have to go into their cars and bleed out alone?

00:31:02.000 That's what they're saying?

00:31:04.000 No, I mean, that's what they're saying.

00:31:05.000 That's what they're claiming.

00:31:07.000 If you go to an emergency room and you're pregnant, you're having a miscarriage, you're septic, you're having an emergency with your pregnancy, when you're still pregnant, your child's still alive, and they refuse care, that is dereliction of duty.

00:31:19.000 That's negligence.

00:31:21.000 Every hospital has a medical ethics board.

00:31:24.000 Every state has a medical Ethics Committee.

00:31:27.000 So when a law is passed in a state about abortion, the Ethics Committee, usually it's a state organization, will create the guidelines for the hospitals, for the physicians.

00:31:39.000 If a physician is confused about the state law, he or she can go to the hospital medical ethics board, to the hospital administrators.

00:31:48.000 But there are no pro-life laws that say that a woman should not receive life Because, obviously, we're pro-life. 0.97

00:31:54.000 We don't want women to die who are pregnant. 1.00

00:31:57.000 That's the antithesis of who we are, right?

00:32:00.000 Of course.

00:32:02.000 Kristen, very quickly, can you give us a state-by-state breakdown of where abortion is on the ballot?

00:32:07.000 What are the action items to educate our audience?

00:32:10.000 I know Prop 139 in Arizona, there's like Amendment 4 in Florida.

00:32:14.000 Just kind of give us a quick overview, a minute and a half remaining, please.

00:32:17.000 Yeah, you go to abortion ballot.com you will see every single state that abortion is on the ballot and there'll be a flyer you can download an unbranded flyer that has the amendment on it with red line like a teacher red line what it really means.

00:32:32.000 So you're looking at Arizona, we're looking at Florida, now Missouri, Montana.

00:32:38.000 Nebraska, Nevada, South Dakota.

00:32:42.000 These are the states that we're extremely concerned about right now that have all trimester abortion amendments.

00:32:49.000 All of these amendments, no matter what is called, will lead to abortion up until the moment of birth in these states, and they are all being deceptively advertised.

00:32:59.000 So go to abortionballot.com.

00:33:01.000 It's an easy educational website that you can promote, that you can Print out this flyer, take it to your church, take it to your workplace, because Americans need to know really what's at stake here.

00:33:12.000 I think that's great, and again, the states that focus on Arizona, Florida, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, South Dakota, and the South Dakota one is all of a sudden sneaking up on us.

00:33:22.000 There's not enough attention on that one.

00:33:23.000 That one should be a no-brainer.

00:33:25.000 Blake's got to get on that.

00:33:26.000 That's right.

00:33:27.000 You're absolutely right, Governor.

00:33:29.000 Noam's got to get on this.

00:33:30.000 I mean, there's a lot we can be doing, and we need to be demanding of our Republican leadership in the states to speak out.

00:33:38.000 Every Republican governor, the state house, state senate leaders must be speaking out denouncing these abortion mandates.

00:33:44.000 They cannot hide.

00:33:45.000 You cannot run from the abortion bully. 0.76

00:33:48.000 And I know there's some inside the Beltway, swampy consultants that run, and that's just false.

00:33:54.000 You have to face the bully in the eye.

00:33:56.000 That is a rule throughout life.

00:33:57.000 Thank you so much, Kristen.

00:33:58.000 Excellent work.

00:33:59.000 Thank you.

00:33:59.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.

00:34:00.000 Email us, as always, freedom at charlottekirk.com.

00:34:03.000 Thanks so much for listening, and God bless.
