00:01:41.000 We have some bombshell news here, some exclusive news in just a second.
00:01:46.000 She did a story last year and it went very viral.
00:01:49.000 Jennifer Van Law, she's going to be on in just a second.
00:01:52.000 And it was all about the spending, how much money they spent on flowers, the money they spent on all this nonsense.
00:02:00.000 And now a new bombshell report from Jennifer shows they've basically fixed nothing.
00:02:06.000 They did not listen to you.
00:02:07.000 They didn't receive the feedback.
00:02:09.000 They have continued their broken practices at the RNC.
00:02:14.000 Jennifer, welcome back to the program.
00:02:16.000 Tell us about your new reporting that you're sharing exclusively here.
00:02:20.000 Well, I went back to see if Ronna had learned anything, like you mentioned in the intro since the report last year and found she had not.
00:02:27.000 In addition to the wasteful spending, we found that the DNC in comparison had spent in the things that they should spend on like voter file maintenance, get out the vote texting, transfers to the state parties, while we have almost no cash on hand and have been spending on things like restaurants in Washington, D.C., floral arrangements, and management consulting, that kind of thing.
00:02:49.000 So, Jennifer, you have here in the documents that are now going to be going public, the RNC, despite raising less money than the DNC, spent $1 million on management consulting.
00:03:01.000 The DNC spent $114,000 on management consulting.
00:03:06.000 What is management consulting?
00:03:08.000 Well, it's a category that really doesn't have a lot of deliverables.
00:03:11.000 It has just coaching for executives.
00:03:14.000 It could be almost anything that they decide they want it to be.
00:03:18.000 It could also be not much of anything, something where they just want to toss some money to people.
00:03:24.000 I'm not accusing them of saying that's what they did, but it's pretty nebulous and there's not really anything to show for it.
00:03:31.000 Yeah.
00:03:31.000 So the next one, Jennifer, I want to go through is flowers.
00:03:34.000 You know, we hit the RNC for spending all this money on flowers and floral arrangements.
00:03:39.000 And they laughed and they just kept on doing it.
00:03:41.000 The RNC hates you guys so much that even though we exposed them last year, they said, huh, you caught us.
00:03:48.000 We're going to keep doing it.
00:03:49.000 The RNC spent $70,328 on flowers.
00:03:53.000 The DNC spent $795 on flowers.
00:03:56.000 Jennifer, what's going on here?
00:03:58.000 It's just insane.
00:03:59.000 And everyone should remember this is just in a 13-month period.
00:04:03.000 So I'm not good at math, so I'm not even going to try to divide that, but that's a lot of flowers every month.
00:04:09.000 And they don't have that many events.
00:04:11.000 And like you said last year when we spoke, I think as a donor, you would rather win than have flowers at events.
00:04:16.000 That's nearly $6,000 a month, nearly that they're spending on flowers.
00:04:21.000 That's $6,000.
00:04:22.000 Meanwhile, the DNC, $795.
00:04:25.000 Let's go to the next line item here, Jennifer.
00:04:27.000 The RNC spent $39,000 on voter file maintenance, stuff they should be spending on.
00:04:34.000 Their counterparts, the DNC, spent $235,000 on voter file maintenance, nearly six times more than the RNC.
00:04:46.000 Why is the RNC spending so much on flowers and not as much on voter file maintenance versus the DNC?
00:04:54.000 Yeah, I would rather take that entire floral arrangements budget and put it into voter file maintenance, and it still wouldn't be doing everything we need.
00:05:02.000 And when I sent it to the producer, I'm not sure if you have the screenshot, but the states in which the DNC spent the money were battleground states.
00:05:11.000 We spent money in Virginia, which is a battleground, and then a bunch in Hawaii.
00:05:15.000 It doesn't make sense.
00:05:17.000 Well, it makes sense if you're trying to share up the national committee position in Hawaii because you're afraid that you might be voted out as chair.
00:05:24.000 Let's go to the next line item.
00:05:26.000 Over $116,000 was spent by the RNC for media booking consultants.
00:05:32.000 The DNC spent $0.
00:05:35.000 What's going on here?
00:05:37.000 So there was one woman who had worked at the RNC before, and then now she's a contractor making $96,000 a year to book RNC people on media shows.
00:05:47.000 In my mind, I work in media.
00:05:48.000 That's pretty excessive and probably not very much needed because we know that people are going to want Ronna McDaniel or some of her surrogates on shows.
00:05:57.000 I don't know that they need to be pitched to producers.
00:06:00.000 So, Jennifer, we continue on this document.
00:06:04.000 The RNC spent $263,000 on limousines.
00:06:09.000 The DNC spent $7,000 on limousines.
00:06:12.000 Tell us about this.
00:06:14.000 So there was actually a much higher amount.
00:06:15.000 It all goes under transportation services in their category on the FEC.
00:06:20.000 And then I noticed that a lot of them had the names limo in the title.
00:06:23.000 So some RNC members said, well, just because it has the name Limo in the title doesn't mean that we're getting a limousine.
00:06:29.000 We could be getting little sprinter vans that take our donors to events or to the debates, that kind of thing.
00:06:37.000 Well, I did find some expenses that seemed to go into that.
00:06:40.000 That was about $46,000.
00:06:41.000 So that left that $263,000 amount unexplained, many of which were in amounts that matched what it costs to get from Reagan National Airport to the RNC headquarters in a chauffeur vehicle.
00:06:56.000 Yeah, so why not take an Uber?
00:06:58.000 I'm just, I'm really confused.
00:07:00.000 I guess you need a limousine.
00:07:02.000 This is not a serious operation here.
00:07:04.000 Another really incredible line item is get out the vote texting.
00:07:09.000 So since Rana is spending $70,000 on flowers, when the Democrats spend $700 on flowers, the Democrats, they spent $235,000 on voter maintenance.
00:07:20.000 The Democrats, 40, Republicans, $40,000.
00:07:23.000 But this is the kicker: G-O-T-V texting.
00:07:27.000 The Democrats spent $1.6 million to get out the vote.
00:07:31.000 Republicans spent $86,000.
00:07:34.000 How is that possible, Jennifer?
00:07:36.000 Well, it's possible when you don't have the infrastructure to get these things done.
00:07:40.000 There was one vendor that the DNC sent that amount to, and it was a vendor that created things through the community organizing process.
00:07:48.000 I'm not sure if it was through AOC or a different type of candidate like her, but this tech ecosystem that they built created this ability to send out all the bulk texts and have accurate voter files because the DNC is spending on that.
00:08:04.000 So the RNC just doesn't have the infrastructure to do it.
00:08:07.000 So they just kind of toss some money at it to be able to say, oh, we're doing get out the vote texting.
00:08:12.000 And it's just totally not enough.
00:08:17.000 Well, obviously, $86,000 for the GOP, $1.6 million.
00:08:22.000 So here's the takeaway.
00:08:24.000 The DNC is running a lean operation outraising the RNC, spending their resources on get out the vote, voter file maintenance.
00:08:33.000 The RNC is not raising as much money, but it has this over this incredible albatross of garbage that is occurring there.
00:08:45.000 Okay, I want to go to, let's go to another one.
00:08:49.000 Let's go to these state outlays.
00:08:50.000 Can you give some details here?
00:08:52.000 The Democrats are spending on swing states and Republicans are not.
00:08:56.000 Can you elaborate on that?
00:08:58.000 Well, on the state transfers to state parties, the DNC transferred $10 million more to state parties than the Republicans did.
00:09:07.000 And that's vital because through the state parties, that's where you do the get out the vote things.
00:09:12.000 That's where you support your local parties and your county parties.
00:09:17.000 And with the just shows that we're fixing to get our clocks cleaned in November if something doesn't change quickly.
00:09:23.000 In closing, Jennifer, has the RNC shown any remorse or communication to you in writing this story?
00:09:29.000 Or has it just been hostile and rather bitter from the RNC?
00:09:34.000 It's mostly been silence, but also just bitter.
00:09:40.000 They think that I don't have my numbers correct or wonder where I got the numbers.
00:09:43.000 They're on FEC.gov.
00:09:45.000 Anyone can download them and do their own analysis of them.
00:09:48.000 I don't think that they like that.
00:09:50.000 I would like to see itemized receipts of some of these things to see exactly what they were spent on so that the people that are donating and trying to save our country can have some accountability.
00:10:01.000 Jennifer, the story's going up on Red State.
00:10:03.000 We're going to riff on this.
00:10:04.000 And I just want to reiterate the numbers.
00:10:06.000 The RNC spent $70,000 on flowers.
00:10:09.000 Democrats spent $795.
00:10:12.000 The RNC spent $1 million on management consulting.
00:10:16.000 The DNC, $114,000.
00:10:19.000 The RNC, $297,000 on office supplies.
00:10:23.000 The DNC, $45,000 on office supplies.
00:10:26.000 The RNC spent $116,000 to get booked on TV.
00:10:29.000 The DNC spent $0.
00:10:32.000 The RNC spent $263,000, $263,000 on limos.
00:10:37.000 The DNC, $7,000.
00:10:39.000 The DNC spent $1.6 million to get out the vote.
00:10:42.000 The Republican Party, only $86,000.
00:10:46.000 If you were controlled opposition and wanted us to lose, this is how you would spend your money.
00:10:50.000 Jennifer, great work.
00:10:52.000 Thank you so much.
00:10:53.000 Thank you.

00:12:00.000 Look, we run a couple big organizations here at Turning Point USA and Turning Point Action.
00:12:05.000 $70,000 on flowers.
00:12:07.000 It's a joke.
00:12:08.000 $70,000 on flowers.
00:12:11.000 $297,000 on office supplies.
00:12:14.000 And by the way, I understand you got to run some operation, but I got to compare you to your competitor.
00:12:19.000 Why is the DNC only to spend $45,000 on office supplies?
00:12:23.000 Okay, Jennifer Van Law continues.
00:12:24.000 And Segal, Shada.
00:12:26.000 Segal, you're doing a great job in Nevada.
00:12:29.000 What are your thoughts on this?
00:12:30.000 You're in the grassroots.
00:12:31.000 You're accountable to the people of Nevada.
00:12:34.000 Why are we putting up with this from the RNC?
00:12:37.000 Well, I don't know why we're putting up with this and why we have been putting up with this.
00:12:40.000 But Charlie, you know, I introduced the resolution on fiscal responsibility last week and got a lot of blowback because nobody wants to really discuss the big elephant in the room and things that Jennifer has been amazing at uncovering.
00:12:56.000 You know, there's a reason why we keep on losing.
00:12:58.000 And when you look at Jennifer's numbers, what you really see is, you know, we don't invest in infrastructure.
00:13:05.000 We give these crony contracts to our friends.
00:13:10.000 And essentially what we're doing is we are destroying the Republican Party from within.
00:13:15.000 And that's why I decided to bring this resolution.
00:13:19.000 And I want transparency and we all want transparency.
00:13:23.000 And so either Jennifer or Segal, what is the path forward?
00:13:23.000 Yeah.
00:13:26.000 How are you guys going to fix it this meeting?
00:13:28.000 Is the regime going to listen to you?
00:13:30.000 And don't are they at the very least embarrassed that they spend nearly, I'm going to make sure I get this right, that $263,000 on limousines and the DNC spent $7,000.
00:13:42.000 What can we do to fix this?
00:13:43.000 Do they listen to you?
00:13:45.000 Well, first of all, it's exposing it, right?
00:13:47.000 Because when the 168 has no idea what's going on behind closed doors, the first step is exposing it and then attacking this cancer that is living within us.
00:13:59.000 It is an albatross of spending.
00:14:03.000 And the only way that we could do it is go full throttle against the leadership and hopefully get enough people to join us to really, I mean, overtake what we've been seeing now.
00:14:18.000 Jennifer, we're going to get a final number of cash on hand.
00:14:22.000 Historically, is the RNC doing well?
00:14:24.000 Are they raising record amounts of money?
00:14:25.000 Are people supporting them in big ways?
00:14:28.000 How are they doing versus other years?
00:14:30.000 I don't have all of those numbers in front of me, but the fundraising numbers are way down.
00:14:34.000 Their budget, I think, was 30% less that they ended up having to spend in 2023 than what they had budgeted.
00:14:41.000 They did cut some of those bloated management consulting contracts back.
00:14:44.000 One guy that was getting $20,000 a month graciously went down to $10,000 a month.
00:14:49.000 But, you know, they also paid $97,000 in management consulting to the man who's the treasurer for WinRED.
00:14:56.000 I struggle to see what that person is contributing with management consulting.
00:15:01.000 In my mind, if you're not a good, if you don't have good managers, get better ones.
00:15:04.000 You don't spend $87,000 a month on management consulting.
00:15:10.000 So they just need to really investigate all of these expenditures and start running a lean machine.
00:15:16.000 Yeah, in closing, guys, we're told the RNC is establishing a line of credit to potentially collaterize their building in DC.
00:15:22.000 Do either of you heard this?
00:15:24.000 What's going on here?
00:15:26.000 Yeah, I've heard about it.
00:15:28.000 And, you know, I just don't understand one thing.
00:15:31.000 I don't even know what the source of this loan is.
00:15:34.000 Is somebody getting a kickback for this loan?
00:15:37.000 Why are we up to $10 million when we're already in debt?
00:15:42.000 You know, it's just there's so much murkiness surrounding the financials that there's a serious lack of trust in the fiscal ability at the RNC.
00:15:54.000 And until there's more transparency, I don't think that we should entangle ourselves with any more financial issues.
00:16:04.000 Yeah, Jennifer and Segal keep fighting.
00:16:07.000 This will prove to be an interesting week.
00:16:08.000 But the most disappointing takeaway is that, okay, last year we expose it.
00:16:12.000 We expected that they would correct some things.
00:16:15.000 They said, oh, people are watching.
00:16:16.000 They don't care.
00:16:17.000 They know they're being watched.
00:16:19.000 They stick a middle finger in your face and they say, yeah, we're going to keep on spending the money recklessly because I'm in charge and you aren't.
00:16:26.000 That's the most disappointing part is that if we saw a cleaned up financial report, I would say, okay, you know, the message received.
00:16:32.000 No, it's the opposite.
00:16:33.000 They've leaned into this recklessness.
00:16:35.000 They're almost proud of it.
00:16:37.000 They have zero humility, zero reflection, zero admission that they could do stuff better because they have contempt for you, the members of the 168.
00:16:47.000 They have contempt for the grassroots.
00:16:49.000 Thank you both.
00:16:49.000 We'll talk to you soon.
00:16:50.000 Thank you, Charlie.

00:17:57.000 In just a second here, we'll have the great Steve Bannon.
00:18:00.000 He just gave an amazing speech from Las Vegas at the Restoring National Confidence.
00:18:04.000 This thing is building in eyeballs.
00:18:06.000 It's going viral.
00:18:07.000 It's really starting to get traction.
00:18:09.000 And it has thrown the RNC off their game.
00:18:12.000 They just wanted a nice, sleepy Las Vegas meeting.
00:18:14.000 Don't ask any questions.
00:18:16.000 We're going to do some resolutions.
00:18:18.000 You know, it's kind of a chill type meeting as they always have before.
00:18:22.000 And this is just torpedoing their plans.
00:18:26.000 And by the way, it's time to wake them up.
00:18:30.000 It's time to get the RNC into an active posture because they have a lot to answer for.
00:18:34.000 These financials are completely inexcusable.
00:18:36.000 They're completely inexcusable.
00:18:38.000 And I'll reiterate it.
00:18:39.000 Okay, you have bad spending practices over a couple of years.
00:18:42.000 That's unacceptable.
00:18:43.000 It was shocking last year.
00:18:45.000 But then you have this article that comes out a year ago from Jennifer Van Laar saying, hey, RNC, here's all the bad stuff you're doing.
00:18:51.000 And they keep on doing it.
00:18:53.000 That's what's extraordinary.
00:18:54.000 They got caught.
00:18:55.000 They got exposed.
00:18:57.000 Donors have been complaining about this.
00:19:00.000 And they just keep on doing it.
00:19:02.000 Steve Bannon joins us.
00:19:03.000 Steve, welcome to the program.
00:19:05.000 Steve, you gave a great speech.
00:19:06.000 What's the vibe on the ground there?
00:19:07.000 What's your take now in day two of the Restoring National Confidence Summit?
00:19:13.000 Charlie, you've made it happen.
00:19:14.000 I mean, this is a typical turning point USA action conference where people are jacked up.
00:19:20.000 I mean, I think yesterday went so well, and then you and Don Jr. culminated it, but it was people are jacked.
00:19:26.000 I can see today coming on the show here early.
00:19:29.000 People are very focused.
00:19:30.000 So we've got, I just think we need to focus 100% what the problem is.
00:19:35.000 And the problem is we're not united.
00:19:38.000 And the reason we're not united, you have just horrible leadership at the RNC that's mismanaged things.
00:19:45.000 I mean, I just, I started the talk by saying the New York Times report, Biden's got a quarter of a billion dollars in PAC money.
00:19:52.000 He's putting in TV and digital in the six battleground states.
00:19:56.000 How are we going to compete with that when we've pissed away $350 million already on a phony primary and they're going to continue it all with Nikki Haley and raise another $150,020 million?
00:20:06.000 You're going to be a half a billion dollars of money that's not going to come to any group here, right?
00:20:12.000 To close the deal of Trump's big victory.
00:20:15.000 So I think we're here.
00:20:16.000 They're coming.
00:20:17.000 I think we got to get very focused.
00:20:18.000 You've got a bunch of people in the national committee that are furious that put in all these resolutions about spending and resolutions about the credit facility, everything.
00:20:27.000 But I think we're here and I think we've got to bring this thing home.
00:20:30.000 There's some new reporting, Steve, and I just want to catch you up on it.
00:20:33.000 I'm sure you're going to cover it in the afternoon show.
00:20:34.000 Jennifer Van Law, who we love, has a new bombshell story, an exclusive story, contrasting the RNC spending with the DNC spending.
00:20:41.000 And here's some top lines here, Steve.
00:20:43.000 You know, we complained about the RNC spending last year.
00:20:45.000 They didn't change anything in this last calendar year.
00:20:48.000 They spent $70,000 on flowers in this last year.
00:20:51.000 The Democrats spent $795 by contrast.
00:20:54.000 Steve, get this.
00:20:55.000 The DNC spent $1.6 million on GOTV texting.
00:20:59.000 The Republicans only $86,000.
00:21:02.000 And here's the kicker.
00:21:03.000 Media booking consultants.
00:21:05.000 Rana and the RNC spend $116,000 on media booking.
00:21:08.000 The Democrats, $0.
00:21:11.000 Voter file maintenance.
00:21:13.000 The Republicans spent $39,000 on voter file maintenance.
00:21:16.000 The DNC on $235,000 on voter file maintenance.
00:21:20.000 Now, let me play a piece of tape here that connects it.
00:21:22.000 The RNC is spending more on flowers than on voter file maintenance.
00:21:26.000 Let me say that again.
00:21:27.000 They're spending more on flowers on voter file maintenance, which is why this tape from your show this morning, Steve, is important.
00:21:33.000 This is a grassroots warrior that says Turning Point Action is giving us what the RNC has failed to give, play cut 22.
00:21:40.000 Thank you to Turning Point.
00:21:41.000 I've learned more in one day than I have in two years.
00:21:45.000 Okay, what are two or three things you learned that you're doing?
00:21:49.000 So they have the Turning Point data people have dug down to precinct level six precincts of mine that had target voters that were likely voters in 2016, 2020 that did not vote.
00:22:01.000 And they're Republicans down to 25,000 voters.
00:22:04.000 I can hit those six precincts now with my walk list.
00:22:07.000 I've never gotten that dug down from the RPOF or the RNC.
00:22:11.000 Turning point has done it.
00:22:12.000 I'm taking it home to my people, my precinct captains, and going out and doing this now.
00:22:16.000 25,000 votes.
00:22:18.000 That's amazing.
00:22:19.000 It's huge, huge.
00:22:19.000 So thank you.
00:22:20.000 Thank you.
00:22:21.000 Thank you, Charlie Kirk.
00:22:22.000 Thank you, Steve, for everything you do.
00:22:24.000 Steve, they're spending more on flowers than data.
00:22:26.000 That's why that clip is so powerful.
00:22:28.000 Your thoughts, Steve Bannon.
00:22:30.000 It just summed it up right there.
00:22:31.000 You've got so many great people out here that are doing such great work and they're strapped for resources.
00:22:36.000 I mean, essentially, turning points, the new turning point actions, the new RNC.
00:22:40.000 But you can only do so much.
00:22:42.000 What you guys have done of exposing what the reality is on the data and where the real votes are should be done by the RNC.
00:22:50.000 The closing of the deal in 2020 should be the RNC.
00:22:53.000 This is why it's got to happen.
00:22:54.000 It's got to happen now.
00:22:55.000 We don't have time to mess around.
00:22:56.000 If we don't make, if there's not changes coming out of the RNC in this, you know, in this meeting, then I think it is going to be tough.
00:23:07.000 President Trump will win, but it's going to make it so tough.
00:23:10.000 This has to happen.
00:23:11.000 And Jennifer, if you're telling me her article that I think was on Red State, we had it on a year ago.
00:23:18.000 If there has not been significant changes in their spending on her new story, first off, I think people ought to go to district attorneys and start filing criminal complaints because they're taking money under false pretenses.
00:23:32.000 And they were warned and they swore.
00:23:35.000 In Laguna last year, they swore that all those days were over.
00:23:39.000 And if you're telling me they took people's money and continued that spending that Jennifer, I think, did on the red state analysis last year, if it's still just as bad, to me, that's beyond civil.
00:23:50.000 People ought to go to district attorney and saying, hey, they misled me in taking my money because they're still spending it on the lavish lifestyle.
00:23:58.000 And to think that she needs to get a booker for $100,000, you book yourself.
00:24:03.000 That's what the DNC doesn't do.
00:24:04.000 You know all the producers.
00:24:06.000 You just need to make some phone calls.
00:24:08.000 I mean, it's just another example of just out of control.
00:24:11.000 But we've taken action on everything else.
00:24:14.000 We need to take action here.
00:24:15.000 Well, no, and Steve, so just to reiterate it, this is according to Jennifer Van Laar's reporting.
00:24:20.000 It's another Red State article that shows that there has been no behavioral or spending adjustment or improvement post-the bombshell article last year.
00:24:28.000 And that's just insulting, Steve.
00:24:30.000 I mean, that's an F, that's an FU.
00:24:32.000 That's an FU to the little donors.
00:24:34.000 So the guys giving them the 50s, I hope we've cut off, but that is an FU.
00:24:38.000 We're not going to change.
00:24:40.000 You didn't overturn us in Laguna.
00:24:42.000 We're running this thing and we're going to spend the money exactly like we want.
00:24:45.000 If that means all these bogus debates with CNN and Fox and hanging out with these fat cats at ABC, then if Jennifer's analysis is as good as her first one, they just gave an FU to the grassroots.
00:25:00.000 I agree, Steve.
00:25:00.000 Can you elaborate?
00:25:01.000 Joe Biden is building the war chest.
00:25:03.000 He's doing $250,000 per plate fundraising in Miami.
00:25:06.000 And by the way, that's just the beginning.
00:25:07.000 He's going to try to raise a billion dollars.
00:25:09.000 The war industry, the pharmaceutical industry, there's a lot of special interests that are going to pipe money in.
00:25:13.000 We need to try to have at least a competitive type war chest.
00:25:17.000 And, you know, faith in the RNC is at an all-time low.
00:25:19.000 Talk about what the Democrats are doing here.
00:25:21.000 Steve, I totally agree.
00:25:22.000 We are going to win.
00:25:23.000 The question is: will we have more ballots than them?
00:25:25.000 That's a separate question, right?
00:25:26.000 Those are two different questions.
00:25:28.000 Winning and actually being called the winner are two different questions.
00:25:31.000 Talk about Biden's war chest.
00:25:34.000 It's January, and he just announced a $250 million, quarter of a billion dollar buy.
00:25:39.000 And he timed it because remember, Trump's gone through the phony primary.
00:25:42.000 Now he's got to go into the law fair, the meat grinder, right?
00:25:46.000 And this is, they're taking his company, putting him in bankruptcy.
00:25:49.000 They have this other thing in New York that charging $88 million for this bizarro, right?
00:25:54.000 All of this is happening, and he's just starting, even with Fannie Willis, who should probably be in jail at some time.
00:26:00.000 You got Georgia, you got legal, you got time, it's opportunity costs.
00:26:04.000 Biden's announced in January a $250 million buy.
00:26:08.000 That is going to be $1 billion when it's finished.
00:26:11.000 $1 billion in seven states, digital and TV and radio.
00:26:17.000 Biden's going to dominate the airwaves.
00:26:18.000 You're not going to be able to, it's going to be a psyop, right?
00:26:22.000 That you just overwhelm these places.
00:26:25.000 And so they're just getting geared up.
00:26:27.000 And like you said, the arms industry, the biopharmaceutical industrial complex, all of it.
00:26:32.000 Plus, foreign donors.
00:26:33.000 You got all these foreign guys running around putting money in all these NGOs.
00:26:37.000 You don't know what they're doing.
00:26:38.000 The forces are raided against President Trump and the money in back of it is unparalleled in American history.
00:26:44.000 And this is what's happening.
00:26:46.000 And you have an RNC that has taken a $10 million credit line.
00:26:49.000 And who knows, they haven't disclosed what the collateral is.
00:26:52.000 Have to take a line of credit.
00:26:53.000 Why?
00:26:53.000 Because the small donors cut them off.
00:26:55.000 Why?
00:26:55.000 Because Jennifer's red state articles last year and they swore, they swore and swore at Laguna.
00:27:02.000 Those days are over.
00:27:03.000 We're not going to do that anymore.
00:27:04.000 She misrepresented.
00:27:06.000 Rana came all the thing are not happening.
00:27:08.000 Won't happen again.
00:27:09.000 And if what she's saying, and she's pretty precise on the documents, and it shows you, once again, somebody internally leaked it to her because they're outraged, then to me, that people that the small donors and others that were there, including some of the national committee men who Segal tells me don't get to see any, there's no monthly statement of where the money's going.
00:27:30.000 They haven't seen anything.
00:27:31.000 That's why she put her resolution up.
00:27:33.000 then they ought to go talk to a local district attorney.
00:27:37.000 Steve, just I want you to riff on this.
00:27:39.000 You're one of the best business minds out there.
00:27:41.000 Talk about what it means to take out a line of credit and collateralizing.
00:27:44.000 These are unusual, desperate steps, let alone for a major American political party.
00:27:48.000 It's look, normally the small donors, big donors come in, you got plenty of cash, you allocate your resources on your programs.
00:27:55.000 It's usually a year in advance.
00:27:56.000 And obviously you add to things that are working, take away from things that are not working.
00:28:00.000 But remember, the small donors cut them off because of fiasco last year at Laguna and people not believing them.
00:28:07.000 And we went out of our way, which we don't often do to say nobody should give them a nickel until they can prove what they're doing.
00:28:12.000 And then when they started, and I beg these guys, when they started with the debates, I said, nobody's going to put a penny.
00:28:19.000 It's $350 million they've raised and put into these debates, right?
00:28:22.000 And they've allowed these other campaigns to raise this money and put it in at $350 million that didn't go to any of the great activities that you're talking about here or to set up like Biden's doing this massive war chest.
00:28:33.000 And so they had to go get, I guess, their headquarters or something for collateral, go to a bank and take out a loan.
00:28:39.000 And that loan is now going to pay, I guess, operating expenses, but it's $10 million because they're broke.
00:28:44.000 They don't have cash.
00:28:45.000 And the reason political parties don't do this is that they don't have a problem getting donors, particularly small donors, if people believe in their cause.
00:28:54.000 And what people believe in is President Trump.
00:28:56.000 And they've seen with their own eyes that the RNC does not back him.
00:28:59.000 They've got their own agenda and their own agenda doesn't raise any money.
00:29:03.000 And so we are where we are.
00:29:05.000 That's why we need to remove senior leadership.
00:29:08.000 And if it's not removed this week so we can get organized and team up with all these great people here, then I got to tell you, President Trump's journey to his second term and third victory is going to be even tougher.
00:29:22.000 This is one that's an unforced error, right?
00:29:25.000 This is one we're doing to ourselves, and that's why we got to set things right this week.
00:29:29.000 And I just want everyone to understand there's this untapped resource, this reservoir of talent and the grassroots that is on display there that has been completely underutilized.
00:29:38.000 And you look around and you say, we have an all-star team.
00:29:41.000 We're sitting on the Permian basin of talent.
00:29:43.000 And we like drill, baby, drill.
00:29:45.000 And the RNC is like, nope, sorry, we're just going to, we're not going to tap into it because we're afraid that they, you know, they, they might own guns or something.
00:29:54.000 I don't know, or that they might be too conservative for us.
00:29:58.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

00:31:01.000 Jack, welcome.
00:31:02.000 Jack is now with Steve Bannon here.
00:31:04.000 Jack, what's been your impression on the ground here at restoring national confidence?
00:31:08.000 I mean, Charlie, this is a historic event.
00:31:10.000 I don't think anything has ever been done like this in American politics going back to, I mean, you really have to go back from historical sense and talk about the, you know, the formation of the Republican Party itself out of the Whig Party because that is the level that this event is at, the historical level, because what essentially the attempt is here is not to create a new party.
00:31:33.000 All right.
00:31:34.000 At least in name.
00:31:34.000 But what it is, is an attempt to birth a new party within the current party and really one that actually lives up to the ideals or a hostile takeover.
00:31:45.000 A hostile takeover.
00:31:46.000 It's a hostile takeover.
00:31:48.000 I agree.
00:31:48.000 It's either birthing or hostile takeover.
00:31:50.000 Here's why it's got to be hostile takeover.
00:31:52.000 We've given these people plenty of warning.
00:31:54.000 The grassroots has given them plenty of warning.
00:31:56.000 And I want to go back to a point you made that I can't reiterate enough.
00:32:00.000 The talent that has come here on their own nickel is unbelievable.
00:32:04.000 The efforts they're putting in every day is incredible.
00:32:07.000 You have some of the most dedicated people, county chairs, precinct captains, people at tons of, I think 50 or 60.
00:32:16.000 I thought they always said that Charlie flies the audience in.
00:32:18.000 That's how he gets all the people at the biggest.
00:32:21.000 Charlie, this thing's unbelievable.
00:32:22.000 I tell you, the dedication, I mean, our show, because the West Coast is on 7 to 9 live, and we get here at like 5:30 and people are already here at like 6 o'clock, 6:30, enthusiastic, ready to go.
00:32:36.000 It's been incredible.
00:32:36.000 The talent people you just mentioned, and not one of them have been contacted by the RNC or working anything in the RNC.
00:32:43.000 And that woman, the types of programs they're talking about, they're getting done at the grassroots level.
00:32:48.000 I mean, right on the deck plates, the RNC has never given them any information, no assistance, no data, no money, nothing.
00:32:56.000 So they've shown what they're interested in.
00:32:58.000 They're interested in hanging out with fat cats of the networks.
00:33:00.000 They're interested in having all these big profiles in Politico.
00:33:03.000 That's not going to win elections.
00:33:05.000 And their only task and purpose is to win and to close on wins.
00:33:10.000 And they're failing across the board on that.
00:33:12.000 They've got to go.
00:33:13.000 You know, there's a lot of dynamics at play here.
00:33:15.000 And we need to unite the tribes.
00:33:17.000 Talk about the primary.
00:33:18.000 This is, and I was asked about this by some reporters.
00:33:21.000 Interestingly, that hasn't been a primary topic of conversation here.
00:33:24.000 You know, the media wants us to talk about the primary.
00:33:27.000 Major Wall Street donors want us to focus on the primary.
00:33:31.000 But Jack, correct me if I'm wrong, the grassroots here, they're really focused on like super detailed, the most detailed, focused audience I've ever been around.
00:33:40.000 I see Steve nodding his head.
00:33:41.000 They're talking about precinct and voter registration numbers.
00:33:44.000 I mean, this is a sophisticated audience.
00:33:48.000 This is not just people, you know, running through a wall, right?
00:33:50.000 Jack, can you riff on this?
00:33:52.000 I'm so impressed by the wisdom and the intelligence of these grassroots people.
00:33:56.000 Well, and at the end of the day, this is not your typical, it's not your typical turning point conference.
00:34:01.000 It's not your typical CPAC or something like that.
00:34:03.000 This is a working conference of people who have put in the time on these campaigns, working ground games, working ground operations in some of the toughest districts, by the way, in the entire country.
00:34:14.000 So they know what the Democrats have been throwing at them.
00:34:16.000 They know about the ballot harvesting operations that went on in 2020.
00:34:20.000 They know about the illegality that went on in 2020.
00:34:22.000 They've seen it.
00:34:22.000 They want to find ways to counter it.
00:34:24.000 These are people who understand their precincts because they live there, right?
00:34:27.000 These are people who understand their neighborhoods because it is their neighbors, because it's the people they go to church with, the people they see at the shopping, you know, the supermarket when they go shopping or whatever.
00:34:36.000 And so they understand that the way to win is to win through those hyper-localized areas.
00:34:42.000 And so is it a Trump audience?
00:34:44.000 Sure.
00:34:44.000 It's generally a Trump audience.
00:34:46.000 I said something, you know, very gracious about the DeSantis supporters.
00:34:50.000 When I got up and spoke, I said, look, I think there were good people there.
00:34:52.000 I think the primary is frankly over.
00:34:54.000 But what I really hear at this event is it almost, they know Trump's going to be the nominee.
00:35:01.000 And they say, we want to beat the Democrats at the ballot box.
00:35:05.000 I did not say good things about the DeSantis supporters or DeSantis.
00:35:08.000 I think it's a total freaking vanity play, just like Nikki.
00:35:12.000 I didn't say something nice about DeSantis.
00:35:13.000 No, no, but my point is that it's just a waste of time and money.
00:35:17.000 We've wasted over a year.
00:35:19.000 We wasted $350 million.
00:35:20.000 It's going to be $500 million by the time Tricky Nikki finishes this.
00:35:25.000 It's distracted us.
00:35:26.000 And we've wasted money.
00:35:27.000 Think if you had $350 million to spread around to the people here, we would win the White House with 40 states and 400 electoral votes.
00:35:37.000 We'd win the House and the Senate.
00:35:38.000 We'd have it veto-proof in the Senate.
00:35:41.000 We'd win governorships, state legislatures, town councils, school boards, all of it.
00:35:47.000 That's what we could win if those resources were not diverted to a bunch of vanity projects.
00:35:52.000 Ron DeSantis is never going to be the president of the United States.
00:35:58.000 Axios.
00:35:58.000 Oh, they're saying this.
00:35:59.000 He's already working on 2022.
00:36:01.000 And I said, already working on 2020.
00:36:02.000 He doesn't have Mike Allen's.
00:36:03.000 That's a maspatory fantasy, okay?
00:36:06.000 He doesn't have the rights to.
00:36:07.000 You're not all of Axios or just that?
00:36:09.000 Just that.
00:36:10.000 Nikki had tricky Nikki's not going to win.
00:36:12.000 It's a vanity play for the donors who all want to be big shots, right?
00:36:16.000 And for Ronna and her team of highly paid.
00:36:20.000 The reason this is happening is all about political operatives.
00:36:22.000 It's all about consultants that are getting paid.
00:36:24.000 They're getting paid 20% on these media buys.
00:36:27.000 That's what's happening.
00:36:29.000 The people here, the grassroots here, are not going to pay some operative 20% to do anything for them.
00:36:34.000 You know why?
00:36:35.000 They don't need it.
00:36:36.000 These people have all had former jobs.
00:36:38.000 Other jobs, they're smart and they're tough and they know how to get things done.
00:36:41.000 And they're not going to have a bunch of consultants, Jeff Rose, come in and take their money and not have any results.
00:36:48.000 Got to go, guys.
00:36:49.000 We are just getting warmed up in Vegas.
00:36:50.000 We have a whole day of work still ahead of us.
