The Charlie Kirk Show - Hunter Biden’s Slick Tax-Free Sports Car with Sen. JD Vance

00:00:00.000 Hey everybody, how Cornell West third-party candidates and also the Bernie Bro revenge could disrupt the 2024 race?

00:00:07.000 JD Vance also joins us to talk about his fight against Biden's Department of Justice.

00:00:12.000 Email me your thoughts as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:00:21.000 That is tpusa.com.

00:00:24.000 Buckle up, everybody.

00:00:25.000 Here we go.

00:00:26.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.

00:00:28.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.

00:00:30.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.

00:00:33.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.

00:00:36.000 I want to thank Charlie.

00:00:37.000 He's an incredible guy.

00:00:38.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.

00:00:46.000 Turning point USA.

00:00:47.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.

00:00:56.000 That's why we are here.

00:00:59.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at AndrewandTodd.com.

00:01:08.000 It just keeps coming.

00:01:09.000 It's another day at the office.

00:01:11.000 $20 million in payouts to the Bidens from Russian, Ukrainian, and Kazakhstani oligarchs.

00:01:19.000 You know, it would be interesting to interview one of these oligarchs. 0.99

00:01:22.000 It'd be fascinating.

00:01:24.000 Because I guarantee you, you would find one of these oligarchs to tell you that word got out. 0.99

00:01:30.000 Word got out that all you had to do was find the cokehead, the crackhead, and give him some money. 0.99

00:01:37.000 It'd be fascinating one day. 0.95

00:01:39.000 For example, to interview Yelena Batorina, who wired $3.5 million to a shell company associated to Hunter Biden and Devin Archer.

00:01:49.000 The House Oversight Committee says they've now identified $20 million from foreign sources.

00:01:56.000 By the way, this doesn't include the $10 million bribe alleged in the FB 1023 forum.

00:02:02.000 And as we have said before on this program, I think this is a tip of the iceberg.

00:02:07.000 I think there are tens of millions of dollars in unmarked accounts and listed properties, Swiss bank accounts, Cayman Islands.

00:02:12.000 We may never find it.

00:02:14.000 Ever.

00:02:15.000 Only Joe Biden and Hunter Biden would know that.

00:02:18.000 So this is now $20 million in verifiable payments from foreign governments.

00:02:25.000 And it's hilarious.

00:02:26.000 We had Bob Mueller.

00:02:27.000 We have the entire media telling us.

00:02:29.000 Well, Bob Mueller didn't, but we had the Mueller investigation and we had the entire media tell us that Donald Trump is a Russian agent. 0.90

00:02:36.000 Oh, here's $20 million to the Bidens from the Russians, Ukrainians, and Kazakhstanis.

00:02:40.000 And one of the more incredible developments of this story: $142,300 was wired to Rosemont Seneca Bohai, and then Hunter Biden goes and buys a sports car.

00:02:57.000 That's a really expensive sports car, by the way.

00:02:59.000 $142,000?

00:03:02.000 Not exactly known for financial discipline in the Bidens.

00:03:06.000 And by the way, the key is that these two payments match.

00:03:08.000 It's $142,300, $142,300 day after day after Hunter Biden met with Kennis Rakishev at a Washington, D.C. hotel.

00:03:19.000 This is while Joe Biden was vice president of the United States, which also tells us what we have known all along, Barack Hussein Obama knew about this.

00:03:27.000 Now, did Barack Hussein Obama benefit from this?

00:03:29.000 That is a very interesting question that we may never know.

00:03:33.000 Did Barack Obama say to Joe Biden, make as much money as you can, man, but don't forget 10% for BO.

00:03:44.000 Maybe, who knows?

00:03:45.000 Maybe Joe Biden taught Barack Obama how to grease the foreign oligarchs.

00:03:54.000 This is only speculation, of course.

00:03:57.000 Now, normally the money comes into shell companies and then is paid out in small increments to conceal the size and the source of funding.

00:04:04.000 But in this case, Hunter Biden needed his sports car.

00:04:07.000 Do we know what kind of sports car it was, by the way?

00:04:10.000 And so they just money in, money out.

00:04:13.000 We now know of at least 20-plus shell companies, at least 20-plus shell companies.

00:04:18.000 So the wire comes in, and the next day a purchase for the car was made.

00:04:22.000 A full report on the findings marked this as a bribery payment, noting, quote, the law recognizes payments to family members to corruptly influence others can constitute a bribe.

00:04:34.000 Our federal law enforcement doesn't care about this at all.

00:04:37.000 By the way, Jack Smith breaking last night is probably going to do another indictment against the Trump super PAC.

00:04:43.000 Meanwhile, the Bidens are receiving $20 million from Russian, Ukrainian, Kazakhstani governments buying sports cars, and nothing happens to them.

00:04:53.000 Then Vice President Biden had dinner with many of the paying oligarchs between 14 and 15.

00:04:59.000 The Oversight Committee added in the thread announcing the release of these records that, quote, there is clear corruption that enriched the Biden family.

00:05:07.000 But of course, our FBI and DOJ would not be bothered to thoroughly investigate this.

00:05:14.000 Now, it's important to remember: this is an awfully messy situation that the Democrats are not thrilled with because Joe Biden was never supposed to become the nominee or president.

00:05:25.000 Bernie Sanders was on pace to become the Democrat nominee in 2020 prior to the South Carolina reset.

00:05:33.000 This is a piece of history we mention on this program, and the government, that government, the regime, and the Democrat Party really has covered this up.

00:05:42.000 The media has never published a book on this.

00:05:46.000 I have my own theories that they threatened Bernie Sanders' wife with federal charges in regards to her handling of a failed defunct college in Vermont, and Bernie backed off.

00:05:58.000 Bernie should have won the nomination in 2016.

00:06:00.000 Bernie Sanders should have won the nomination in 2020.

00:06:03.000 He was robbed twice.

00:06:05.000 And Bernie Sanders was an awfully agreeable team sport, wasn't he?

00:06:10.000 So this whole thing, this mess around Biden, is all because he was thrown into it when the machine coalesced with the South Carolina Clyburn reset.

00:06:23.000 Remember, Camilla dropped out very early.

00:06:25.000 Budajeg, who was this, all of a sudden, all the forces came together, and Joe Biden was anointed to become the nominee.

00:06:33.000 Stay in the basement.

00:06:34.000 We'll do the ballots.

00:06:35.000 We'll suppress your opponents.

00:06:37.000 Just do what we tell you to do.

00:06:39.000 And remember, Budajej called Joe, and that call was leaked.

00:06:43.000 So this mess is not ideal for the Democrats.

00:06:48.000 The Democrats, I think, actually look at this as a challenge.

00:06:51.000 I think the smart Democrats say, hey, boy, if we can get this guy another four years, if we can navigate this corruption, we can do anything. 1.00

00:07:00.000 We got John Fetterman, who is a brain-dead idiot, to become a U.S. Senator. 1.00

00:07:05.000 If we can get Joe Biden another four years, it proves that our machine is bulletproof.

00:07:11.000 Now, remember, they feared that Bernie Sanders was too radical to get elected in 2020.

00:07:17.000 So they just threw Joe Biden into it.

00:07:19.000 But now they look at this and they say, hmm, maybe we can do it again.

00:07:25.000 Now, mind you, there are elements to the 2024 race that have yet to really play itself out.

00:07:32.000 The Bernie bros might come back for revenge.

00:07:36.000 I'm telling you, this Bernie suppression campaign very well could end up destroying the Democrat Party in 2024.

00:07:48.000 They're going to do everything they possibly can to prevent it.

00:07:50.000 But they're, and I deal with this on college campuses, they are not Democrats.

00:07:56.000 These are Marxists.

00:07:58.000 They're not a majority of the Democrat Party, but they are the AOC, Rashida Taib, Elon Omar.

00:08:04.000 They are the activist base.

00:08:05.000 As to the Republican MAGA base, the Marxist-based is the core of the Democrat.

00:08:14.000 And the elites of the Democrat Party have been taking them for granted.

00:08:19.000 And I am telling you, there could be a splinter campaign with Cornell West running for the presidency in 2024 because the Bernie bros have had their wishes stolen from them.

00:08:32.000 They are the source of the activist energy base.

00:08:35.000 They are the loudest by far minority. 0.98

00:08:39.000 And I'm telling you, they are angry. 0.98

00:08:40.000 They are resentful.

00:08:42.000 And the Democrats are playing with a thermonuclear weapon.

00:08:48.000 They think they can control the activists of Madison, Wisconsin.

00:08:54.000 You think you can control the activists of Lansing, Michigan?

00:08:59.000 You think you can control the activists of downtown Minneapolis?

00:09:03.000 That worked when Trump was an incumbent because they hated Trump so much, we got to get rid of him.

00:09:09.000 But will it work with Cornell West, who remember is very close to Bernie Sanders?

00:09:17.000 Is there a realm of possibility where Cornell West has been dispatched by Bernie Sanders himself to get revenge against the regime?

00:09:27.000 It's awfully interesting, isn't it?

00:09:29.000 If Cornell West wins 2% to 4% of the votes in Michigan, in Wisconsin, or Georgia, Donald J. Trump will become president of the United States again.

00:09:39.000 Not to mention the whole no labels thing.

00:09:41.000 This mess of Biden is not ideal.

00:09:44.000 And I think you are going to see unexpected, unpredictable splinter campaigns that might just jeopardize the Democrat Party's stranglehold over the American people.

00:09:58.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

00:10:00.000 Don't miss the most inspirational movie of the summer, Briar Cliffs Entertainment's The Hill, starring Dennis Quaid in theaters Friday, August 25th.

00:10:47.000 Do not miss The Hill, rated PG in theaters Friday, August 25th.

00:10:51.000 Get your tickets now.

00:10:52.000 Again, it's called The Hill, rated PG.

00:10:55.000 It's in theaters Friday, August 25th.

00:10:57.000 Check out The Hill.

00:11:00.000 I got to tell you, more than most conservative commentators out there, I can give you an accurate picture into the Bernie Sanders Marxist.

00:11:08.000 I've been debating them, organizing against them.

00:11:11.000 Turning Point USA has been on these campuses understanding what drives these people.

00:11:17.000 They have not gone away.

00:11:20.000 In fact, there's more of that energy on certain college campuses than ever before.

00:11:24.000 And the auxiliary towns.

00:11:26.000 Let's just take Dane County, Wisconsin, for example.

00:11:29.000 Dane County, it's not just that the University of Wisconsin-Madison is liberal.

00:11:33.000 It's the entire city has become liberal.

00:11:35.000 And Politico.com wrote a whole piece on this, that it's not just the college, it's the college towns that have become just to say blueprints of Stalingrad.

00:11:45.000 We've been saying this on this program for quite some time, but we're now seeing it manifest, which is the Democrat coalition is an unsustainable coalition.

00:11:53.000 The Republican coalition is actually far healthier than the Democrat coalition.

00:11:59.000 The Republican coalition is muscular class, ordinary folks, parents.

00:12:04.000 The Democrats have an unstable, easily broken political community that they've built by force.

00:12:11.000 The expression would be square peg roundhole.

00:12:14.000 They've forced it through, which is rich white liberals with activist racial politics and suburban voters and Green Party Marxist types altogether because we hate Trump.

00:12:27.000 It's important to remember, Vox.com, why Bernie Sanders picked Cornell West to help write the Democrat platform.

00:12:36.000 Bernie Sanders and Cornell West are buddies.

00:12:40.000 They're close.

00:12:41.000 They're best friends, some could say.

00:12:43.000 So now Cornell West is running for the presidency.

00:12:46.000 And as we predicted on this program, and I wasn't even joking, we predicted, I said, how long before Cornell West is raided by the DOJ or investigated?

00:12:56.000 Now that hasn't happened yet, but the Daily Beast did write an article literally hours after we said it, where they said, look at all the unpaid taxes of Cornell West.

00:13:05.000 Cornell West, don't be surprised if they have Jack Smith come after you next.

00:13:09.000 Cornell West indicted on tax fraud, evasion, obstruction of justice.

00:13:13.000 Do not be shocked, Cornell West, because you are now challenging the Leviathan.

00:13:19.000 They are not happy that a Bernie Sanders type who knows his Solinsky, who knows his social contract theory, who knows how to talk about justice like a southern black preacher.

00:13:32.000 And by the way, I am the first to acknowledge Cornell West is one of the most talented and gifted communicators on the left.

00:13:39.000 He goes on Sean Hannity often.

00:13:40.000 He's very persuasive, awfully authentic, totally wrong on almost every single issue, unless it's Ukraine.

00:13:46.000 But in a TikTok era, in a social media, viral political landscape, someone like Cornell West, he can catch fire in 30 days or less.

00:13:57.000 He's fun.

00:13:58.000 He's interesting.

00:13:59.000 He resonates.

00:14:01.000 When we have a generation that is a generation of renters and not owning property where they're creating a new Russian surf, someone like Cornell West can come blitzing into college towns like Athens, Georgia, Columbus, Ohio, Tempe, Arizona.

00:14:18.000 He can come in and draw a couple hundred thousand young utopian-minded voters who don't own anything.

00:14:26.000 These are the people that fell for the siren song of Barack Hussein Obama.

00:14:30.000 These are the people that were the driving force of Bernie Sanders.

00:14:34.000 They're idealistic.

00:14:35.000 And Joe Biden does not talk to these people.

00:14:39.000 They only are filling out their mail and ballot for Joe Biden because of anti-Trump, That recipe is fading.

00:14:49.000 And now if you have real options like Cornell West, who again is good friends with Bernie Sanders, why Bernie Sanders picked Cornell West to help write the Democrat platform?

00:14:59.000 They are like this.

00:15:01.000 It's fun to go back in the archives.

00:15:03.000 Shot and Chaser.

00:15:05.000 Published in 2017.

00:15:07.000 Federal inquiry into Bernie Sanders' wife may tarnish his liberal luster.

00:15:12.000 So that was the shot.

00:15:13.000 You better comply, Bernie Sanders.

00:15:15.000 2015, we're investigating you criminally, Bernie Sanders.

00:15:19.000 2018, after Bernie Sanders was a good old boy, did what he was told, didn't challenge it, didn't start a third party.

00:15:27.000 No charges in land deal, led by Bernie Sanders' wife, Aid says.

00:15:31.000 We threaten you with federal prison.

00:15:34.000 And if you do what we tell you to do, like Rachel Maddow said, remember Rachel Maddow, Rachel Maddow, who is indistinguishable from Chris Hayes, Rachel Maddow, who says, well, maybe if under a deal where Donald Trump doesn't run for the presidency, we could drop all the charges.

00:15:49.000 They look at the DOJ as a bargaining chip to get what they want politically.

00:15:54.000 And Bernie was a threat.

00:15:56.000 I'm telling you, Bernie was a threat.

00:15:59.000 And his supporters have not gone away.

00:16:04.000 In fact, some of his supporters have actually become right-wingers, but there is this remnant.

00:16:08.000 There is this 45% of the country.

00:16:10.000 They are irritable. 0.97

00:16:12.000 They are resentful.

00:16:13.000 They're energetic.

00:16:14.000 And they are not going to support Joe Biden.

00:16:16.000 And given another option like Cornell West, woo!

00:16:21.000 You have a volcano ready to erupt.

00:16:25.000 Right now, our world is changing in many uncomfortable ways.

00:16:28.000 It's not just natural disasters, political and economic disasters.

00:16:31.000 The bottom line is you must be prepared for anything to happen at a moment's notice.

00:16:36.000 You won't get a warning.

00:16:37.000 This is not a movie.

00:16:38.000 That's why the smartest thing you could do is invest in emergency food from preparewithkirk.com.

00:16:43.000 As I speak, mypatriotsupply.com is offering a deep discount on their popular three-month emergency food kit.

00:16:49.000 How does 25% savings sound?

00:16:52.000 It's the biggest discount they offer, and it doesn't come along very often.

00:16:55.000 So act now and grab your 25% discount on each three-month food kit you order.

00:17:00.000 Get one kit per person in your family.

00:17:01.000 You will not regret it.

00:17:02.000 You are nine meals away from anarchy.

00:17:04.000 So do something about it.

00:17:06.000 Go to preparewithkirk.com.

00:17:08.000 That is preparewithkirk.com.

00:17:10.000 Save 20% today, 25% today before the sale is over.

00:17:14.000 Go to preparewithkirk.com.

00:17:16.000 That is preparewithkirk.com.

00:17:21.000 There's a lot of negative news out there, but I am comforted that one of the best political stories of the last few years is JD Vance, someone that I support in the primary, and he has been an exceptional senator as I knew he would.

00:17:35.000 Senator Vance, welcome back to the program.

00:17:38.000 Travi.

00:17:39.000 All right.

00:17:39.000 So, JD, I could call you that too.

00:17:41.000 You talk here about announcing a hold on all future nominations to the Biden Department of Justice.

00:17:47.000 Talk to us about it.

00:17:48.000 Yeah, so here's the basic idea.

00:17:50.000 Procedurally, most nominations to any presidential administration go through a process called unanimous consent.

00:17:56.000 Basically, we don't actually vote on it in the United States Senate.

00:17:59.000 We just let it sail through.

00:18:01.000 Now, obviously, voting takes time.

00:18:03.000 We're not going to win every vote, but you at least force your colleagues to go on the record for whether they support someone or don't.

00:18:09.000 And so, what I've said is we're not going to do any more unanimous consent on Biden Department of Justice nominations.

00:18:14.000 We should vote on them and we should have a debate about Joe Biden's weaponization of the Department of Justice against his political opponents.

00:18:21.000 That's all we've done is basically say, we're going to gum up the works a little bit.

00:18:25.000 We're not going to let these guys sail through.

00:18:27.000 And it's crazy, Charlie.

00:18:28.000 The media and the left has completely overreacted to this, which, of course, I welcome.

00:18:34.000 But all we're doing, the only thing that we're fundamentally saying is if you want to have more foot soldiers in the Department of Justice's political war against conservative America, we're going to force you to vote on it.

00:18:46.000 That's all that we've done, and they have absolutely had their heads exploded.

00:18:50.000 Now, Senator, for people that don't know, I lived through this because some of my friends had to go through it.

00:18:56.000 When Donald Trump was president, Senate Democrats would put holds on ambassadors to give an understanding, like non-controversial, like, hey, I'm going to be the ambassador of Barbados hold.

00:19:08.000 I mean, they mucked up every single personnel selection of the Trump White House.

00:19:14.000 But so these are Senate confirmed people.

00:19:16.000 And I think what you're doing is so important, but you're going to have to explain to the audience and to me why would most Senate Republicans just kind of do a rubber stamp of approval for the lieutenants of a all-out crusade against half the country at the Department of Justice?

00:19:36.000 Why wouldn't every Republican senator say, you get no more Joe Biden?

00:19:39.000 Sorry, your lieutenants are done.

00:19:41.000 You know, it's a good question.

00:19:42.000 A few of my colleagues have joined me and they hold, if not every single Department of Justice nominee, at least a lot of them, Josh Hawley of Missouri, a couple of others have been real leaders on this issue.

00:19:54.000 But look, it's a good question.

00:19:56.000 I think every Republican or Democratic senator should have to answer.

00:20:00.000 Why aren't you willing to put holds on nominees that are being used?

00:20:03.000 This is not an abstraction here.

00:20:05.000 These guys are being used to bring the full weight of the federal government against Joe Biden's political opponents.

00:20:11.000 I mean, obviously, you know, I'm a Donald Trump guy.

00:20:14.000 I'm supporting Donald Trump.

00:20:15.000 Step back from the Donald Trump conversation.

00:20:17.000 What about parents peacefully protesting at their kids' school board meetings, have an FBI investigation launched against them, or a pro-life activist treated like a common thug in front of his children, arrested for peacefully protesting?

00:20:32.000 This is crazy.

00:20:34.000 And every single one of these guys that we give to the Biden Department of Justice, we know they're going to be used for politics and not for law.

00:20:41.000 We shouldn't stand for it.

00:20:42.000 Yeah.

00:20:43.000 And it also is important.

00:20:45.000 We have very few ways of fighting back right now against what Jack Smith is doing.

00:20:49.000 There's not widespread appetite in the Republican Party to defund Jack Smith, unfortunately, in the House of Representatives or to defund the Department of Justice.

00:20:57.000 And so at least we could throw some sand in the gears and slow this down and remind the Department of Justice that there are co-equal branches of government.

00:21:05.000 We have separation of powers in this country.

00:21:07.000 And, you know, you cited off some of those, JD, and I think that's great.

00:21:11.000 It's also, there's so many other examples.

00:21:13.000 I mean, the constant persecution of Steve Bannon, of the harmony, the harmonization of state and local attorney general's offices with DOJ, and not to mention the gulag that has been created of pretrial detention of January 6th defendants.

00:21:29.000 This Department of Justice believes they're above the law.

00:21:32.000 They do not believe there's anything that could be done.

00:21:34.000 So, Senator, tell us who specifically are you holding up and what positions are these people going to take or what power they will assume if they're able to get approved by the United States Senate?

00:21:46.000 Well, Charlie, you're so right about that.

00:21:48.000 It's, of course, not just, we could spend the entire show talking about the ways that Biden has politicized the Department of Justice.

00:21:55.000 And here's my basic issue, Charlie, is I'm sick of the whining.

00:22:00.000 People elected us to do a job, not to sit around on our hands and tweet about things and complain about things.

00:22:07.000 As important as it is that we let our voices be heard, we do have power.

00:22:11.000 And I'll be the first to admit that power is limited.

00:22:14.000 The President of the United States has allowed the border to become a total mess and the Senate is limited in what it can do to respond.

00:22:21.000 But one of the things that we do have is the advice and consent power, and we're going to use it.

00:22:26.000 Now, this is a relatively new thing.

00:22:28.000 We have a hold on a couple of Department of Justice nominees of the Biden administration.

00:22:33.000 And as he issues new ones, we will hold all of them.

00:22:36.000 That is the policy.

00:22:37.000 And by the way, Charlie, there's a way to end this.

00:22:40.000 I have offered the olive branch to Merrick Garland.

00:22:43.000 I don't think he's going to take it, but I have said, if you commit to change the way that you have used the Department of Justice against your political opponents, then we'll revisit this hold policy.

00:22:54.000 In other words, if you actually use the Department of Justice for justice instead of politics, we will revisit this.

00:22:59.000 But I just don't think it's in the guy's DNA.

00:23:01.000 He is obsessed with using this power while he has it.

00:23:05.000 And it's why we're going to continue to do these holds.

00:23:08.000 Yeah, I think it's incredibly important and admirable.

00:23:10.000 And I think we need to do more of it, by the way.

00:23:13.000 And the other part that frustrates me is it's kind of this anarcho-tyranny where they're ignoring the enforcement of basic laws.

00:23:22.000 I don't know, crossing into our country, the visa overstays, which I want to talk to you about, JD.

00:23:27.000 But then they are cracking down on things that should not be illegal and or enforced.

00:23:33.000 Like you said, the pro-life family leader in Pennsylvania that gets raided as if he's El Chapo.

00:23:38.000 I want to talk about your visa overstay bill.

00:23:40.000 Tell us about it, JD Vance.

00:23:42.000 Yeah, very simply, one of the main sources of illegal immigration is not just the border jumpers, Charlie.

00:23:47.000 It's the people who come in through a legal visa, but then never ever do anything to either renew that visa or to go back home when they're supposed to.

00:23:56.000 The exact number is a little hard to pin down, but probably four to five million illegal immigrants in our country are visa overstays.

00:24:03.000 We've introduced legislation that's going to penalize these guys and actually make it harder for them to overstay the visa in the first place.

00:24:09.000 The basic idea is if you come to this country on a visa, you should have to pay a little money, and that money is going to get taken from you if you don't report as you're supposed to or if you don't return to your country of origin.

00:24:21.000 It's just common sense incentives to try to get this illegal immigration issue under control.

00:24:26.000 It's one slice of it, but again, it's something that we can do, not just complain, but actually offer legislation to try to fix this problem.

00:24:34.000 Yeah, they estimate that there's 700,000 visa overstays each year.

00:24:40.000 The Timely Departure Act would create a visa bond system requiring non-immigrant visa recipients to deposit a sum of money into a holding account with the Department of Homeland Security.

00:24:53.000 How much money would they potentially have to collateralize?

00:24:58.000 You know, it's a few thousand bucks, Charlie, in the way that we drafted the legislation. 0.53

00:25:01.000 I mean, it's not a ton of money, but it's, you know, it's a lot of money for a lot of people who are coming into the country.

00:25:06.000 And again, the idea is that if you want that money back, you've got to actually follow the laws of the country.

00:25:10.000 It's very simple.

00:25:11.000 And I have a silly but simple question, Senator.

00:25:13.000 Do we even know how many people are actually in America?

00:25:16.000 Like, do we have any idea?

00:25:17.000 I think we have a range.

00:25:19.000 I asked this recently of a different lawmaker, and he chuckled.

00:25:22.000 I said, no, no, how many people are actually in our country?

00:25:24.000 And you know what he said?

00:25:25.000 He said, well, somewhere between 350 and 380 million.

00:25:28.000 I mean, Senator, that's not a country.

00:25:31.000 That's a colony.

00:25:33.000 That's like a house party.

00:25:34.000 That's not a country.

00:25:38.000 That's exactly right, Charlie.

00:25:39.000 We actually don't know the answer.

00:25:40.000 The census, of course, is supposed to track this stuff, but it doesn't do a very good job, especially of tracking illegal entries.

00:25:46.000 You've, of course, I'm sure heard the number that there are five to 10 million illegal aliens in the country.

00:25:51.000 It probably understates the real number by at least 15 million.

00:25:55.000 So the real number of illegal entries, illegal aliens in the country, is probably somewhere between 20 and 30 million.

00:26:02.000 Look, it's a huge problem.

00:26:03.000 We're going to work on some other stuff to solve this, Charlie.

00:26:05.000 Think of all the remittances, all the money that these people are sending back to their country of origin.

00:26:10.000 We ought to be going after those resources.

00:26:12.000 A lot of people in DC are going to freak out about this, but I think that's one of the ways we've got to make illegal immigration not pay, right?

00:26:19.000 Why does it work?

00:26:20.000 Why do people do it?

00:26:21.000 Because they make money doing it, right?

00:26:23.000 The cartels make money. 0.99

00:26:24.000 The individual aliens make money. 0.97

00:26:26.000 We have to stop making this system pay. 0.97

00:26:29.000 And until we do that, we're going to have this problem.

00:26:32.000 I just, I can't, we're at a place in America where someone needs to run for president.

00:26:36.000 President Trump should do this.

00:26:37.000 As president, I want to find out how many people are in America.

00:26:42.000 What a concept.

00:26:43.000 So, so, Senator, in closing here, I mean, you're this is your first year, just kind of now that you're entering into kind of the fall of your first year, impressions, expectations, big fights.

00:26:56.000 Just give us kind of your nine-month update as being a United States senator and having these tough fights against the Leviathan.

00:27:05.000 Yeah, three observations, Charlie.

00:27:07.000 The first is that you still have too many DC Republicans who are in bed with some of the businesses that are working with the biggest government in the world, of course, our own government, to destroy our liberties and our fundamental rights as citizens.

00:27:18.000 We have got to get Republicans snapped out of this idea that if a private business interest wants to do something, it must be good.

00:27:25.000 What Google wants, what Facebook wants, what a lot of these companies want are not always going to be in our national interest.

00:27:31.000 We've got to wake up to that as Republicans.

00:27:34.000 The second observation, Charlie, is that as important as the work that we do is, we really have a government that needs a good president at the top of it, from border enforcement to foreign policy.

00:27:46.000 Our disastrous policy in Ukraine, you've been courageous on this, Charlie, and I appreciate that.

00:27:51.000 We need a better president, which is why I'm encouraging people to get out there and support the guy I believe is going to win is Donald Trump.

00:27:58.000 And so we've got to change this because Congress has powers, but the president has accumulated so much power to himself.

00:28:08.000 The bureaucracy has accumulated so much power to itself.

00:28:11.000 We can't kid ourselves here.

00:28:13.000 If Joe Biden is the president, even with a Republican House and Republican Senate, he's going to be able to cause a lot of damage, or God forbid, Kamala Harris.

00:28:20.000 We've got to get Donald Trump back in there.

00:28:22.000 Yeah, amen.

00:28:22.000 And Senator JD Vance has been a 10 out of 10 senator, everybody.

00:28:26.000 And he also was one of the first people to endorse Donald J. Trump for president of the United States where these other people run for the Hills.

00:28:32.000 Who is this?

00:28:33.000 Trump?

00:28:33.000 I don't know.

00:28:34.000 I can't endorse him.

00:28:34.000 J.D. was all in.

00:28:35.000 He deserves great credit for that.

00:28:37.000 And by the way, J.D., I have family in Ohio.

00:28:39.000 They are so thrilled with what you're doing.

00:28:41.000 He is, you're a rock star.

00:28:42.000 Talk to you soon.

00:28:43.000 JD Vance, keep it up.

00:28:44.000 Thanks, man.

00:28:44.000 Thanks so much.

00:28:45.000 Email is freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:28:45.000 Take care.

00:28:47.000 JD Vance has been exceptional versus some of these other gutless wonder Republicans.

00:28:57.000 So with all the corruption that we see with Joe Biden, the crimes, treason, the question is, should we impeach him?

00:29:05.000 I've said absolutely yes, 100%.

00:29:07.000 This is not even a question.

00:29:09.000 Mitch McConnell has come out and he said, ah, it could be really bad for the country.

00:29:12.000 So here's the argument.

00:29:13.000 Let's just make sure both are presented.

00:29:16.000 What are the reasons not to impeach Joe Biden?

00:29:18.000 First is that people say it won't work.

00:29:20.000 You won't remove him from the presidency.

00:29:22.000 An impeachment just sends the case to the Senate for the trial.

00:29:25.000 You need two-thirds of the Senate to convict.

00:29:27.000 Not going to happen.

00:29:29.000 In fact, we might not manage to even succeed at the impeachment.

00:29:32.000 The majority in the House is not large and it might fail.

00:29:35.000 There's another factor.

00:29:36.000 It's simply true that we have finite time in Congress.

00:29:39.000 The only reason to do impeachment is to drag it out and force the press to cover the evidence of the Biden family corruption.

00:29:45.000 So we only have the House, and we're not going to be passing laws if we do this, or we might be passing less laws.

00:29:51.000 But the Biden White House does need us to pass basic spending.

00:29:55.000 So there's the big picture.

00:29:57.000 Democrats impeached Trump twice.

00:29:59.000 If we impeach Biden in turn, we're setting up a political norm that every House just impeaches every president of the other party, and therefore it's meaningless.

00:30:06.000 I'm not as convinced by those arguments.

00:30:08.000 I think that if you do not impeach the current traitor of the White House, then you're not doing your constitutional duty to check and balance and hold the high crimes and misdemeanors accountable.

00:30:20.000 But I see the potential downsides.

00:30:23.000 And the downsides are going to be, well, Charlie, you're going to lose the House of Representatives if you don't do this.

00:30:28.000 I see it both ways.

00:30:29.000 I'll be honest.

00:30:30.000 If you do not give our voters confidence that winning elections is going to result in any sort of check and balance and cross-examination of the treachery and the treason, then people are just going to give up.

00:30:43.000 They are going to stop showing up.

00:30:46.000 So Mitch McConnell has come out and he has said that this is going to be bad for the country.

00:30:52.000 You're bad for the country, Mitch McConnell.

00:30:54.000 Sending money to Ukraine we don't have is bad for the country.

00:30:57.000 Keeping our southern border open is bad for the country.

00:31:00.000 $31 trillion in debt, which you presided over the massive, ridiculous increase of our debt is on your watch.

00:31:10.000 Neoliberalism is bad for the country.

00:31:13.000 What he's trying to say is like, well, it's really going to damage the country if we proceed with impeachment.

00:31:19.000 I am not convinced by the arguments against impeachment.

00:31:22.000 I am not.

00:31:25.000 We're already in a place where the country is significantly damaged by a bipartisan uniparty regime.

00:31:34.000 And we're just going to say, well, we're better than this.

00:31:37.000 This is the type of language that produces the losing of America.

00:31:47.000 Just rolling your eyes and saying, oh, well, you know, we don't want to participate in such activities.

00:31:52.000 Yeah, you know, the Department of Justice can go after Donald Trump and put him potentially in jail for 600 years.

00:32:00.000 Sure, they can go after Steve Bannon.

00:32:02.000 They can go after Douglas Mackey.

00:32:03.000 They can go after Dinesh D'Souza.

00:32:05.000 They can go after James O'Keefe.

00:32:07.000 They can keep January 6th defendants in pretrial detention.

00:32:10.000 They can go after moms and dads school boards.

00:32:12.000 They can go after pro-life leaders.

00:32:14.000 And also, they can just say, nope, we're not going to indict a single one of the pro-abortion activists that illegally demonstrated outside of Supreme Court justice's homes.

00:32:23.000 They're going to turn a blind eye to the arson and the destruction of pro-life pregnancy crisis centers across the country.

00:32:30.000 But then our leaders say it's bad for the country.

00:32:33.000 If Democrats do not start feeling the heat that they have administered against us, they are not going to stop.

00:32:42.000 Either we start to embrace political prosecutorial power and end this policy of appeasement, or the Democrats are going to keep on marching.

00:32:54.000 There is a belief in high society Republican circles that the Democrats are going to back off soon.

00:33:01.000 Mitch McConnell has this belief because Mitch McConnell is protected.

00:33:07.000 Mitch McConnell is a leader in the Vichy French delegation of the Republican Party.

00:33:16.000 Everything's fine.

00:33:17.000 He's protected.

00:33:18.000 Mitch McConnell doesn't have to worry about the Department of Justice coming after him.

00:33:22.000 Mitch McConnell will give Democrats what they want.

00:33:25.000 Mitch McConnell will give the Uniparty what they want, money to Ukraine, don't touch the southern border, unlimited bad trade deals, flows of people coming in.

00:33:39.000 McConnell will satisfy all those things.

00:33:41.000 But when it comes time to fight, nowhere to be seen.

00:33:46.000 So there's a debate of whether or not to impeach.

00:33:50.000 I don't think it's even a question.

00:33:52.000 I don't even think this is worth a debate.

00:33:54.000 Do it.

00:33:55.000 Go for it.

00:33:56.000 Show your voters that you actually mean business.
