00:01:27.000 I was under the impression that Minneapolis was going to be much more reserved over the weekend because of the chill, but it turns out there was no chill.

00:01:43.000 Talking about another protester that was shot by DHS officers.

00:01:50.000 We have people slowing down the footage, playing it back, looking at.
00:01:54.000 Now, listen, this gentleman, Pretty, was armed.
00:01:59.000 He was resisting arrest.
00:02:01.000 I'm not here to defend all of the actions, but I will tell you this.
00:02:05.000 I am sick and tired of liberal protesters acting like kamikaze agents.
00:02:13.000 You know, going right into the middle of an ICE operation, which is law enforcement, federal law enforcement, and not respecting authority.

00:02:25.000 If you're arguing about whether or not he was pulling for his gun, if he wasn't, you were missing the point.
00:02:30.000 The point is when you get pulled over and you have a weapon in your car, what you're supposed to do, the first thing you're supposed to do is you're supposed to put your hands, turn the car off, put your hands on the dash, roll down your window, and then you say, Officer, I have a weapon in the car.

00:02:48.000 It is a responsibility if you go into a crowd, if you are out in public and you are carrying a firearm, to let law enforcement know. 1.00

00:03:20.000 You do have a right to bring a gun to protest in America.
00:03:22.000 But let's also be clear this was not just a march.
00:03:28.000 It was not just people standing.
00:03:29.000 This was people getting in scuffles with these ICE officers.
00:03:33.000 They're doing this friction, this low level violence with them constantly.
00:03:36.000 And that's what happened with this guy, where he's getting tackled by all these ICE officers.
00:03:40.000 And we don't, as you said, we don't need to get into exactly how this occurred.
00:03:44.000 It seems like it was an unintended tragedy.
00:03:47.000 But the reason this is happening is because the strategy of the people who are opposed to ICE is to.
00:03:54.000 Maximize the friction that is going on.
00:03:57.000 Every time ICE goes anywhere, they're getting harassed by people.
00:04:00.000 They're getting screamed at by people.
00:04:02.000 They have to worry oh, is someone here about to pull a gun and shoot us?
00:04:05.000 Because people online are openly calling to do that.
00:04:08.000 It's happened in Dallas.
00:04:09.000 People have opened fire on ICE people.
00:04:11.000 They've been rammed.
00:04:12.000 They're all blowing on these whistles constantly, which is clearly not needed to actually warn anyone, which is what their claim is.
00:04:20.000 It's actually just to constantly annoy and freak people out.
00:04:23.000 I mean, you can watch the video.
00:04:25.000 There's just these whistles going off endlessly.
00:04:27.000 And they're creating a situation where everyone is maximally stressed out.
00:04:32.000 They're maximally concerned something could go wrong.
00:04:35.000 And something like this, whether it should happen or not, something like this happening is inevitable.

00:04:44.000 Yeah, this is a low level insurgency.
00:04:47.000 They're trying to avoid overtly kinetic engagements with these law enforcement officers, but this is organized, it's financed, and they are pushing everybody to the brink on purpose.

00:05:02.000 They are pushing for casualties.
00:05:05.000 They maybe don't want to be it themselves.
00:05:07.000 They maybe don't want, you know, they want to go home to their loved ones or friends or whatever.
00:05:11.000 I'm not saying that, but they fully understand that when you pressure and stress law enforcement and you do it repeatedly over the course of days and now weeks, something is going to happen.
00:05:23.000 And now we've had two instances in Minneapolis, first with Renee Good and now with Pretty, where two Americans are dead. 0.94

00:05:33.000 This is not the time to get weak in the knees and blink because that is exactly what they want.

00:05:40.000 They want us to back down.
00:05:41.000 And the message has to be clear you don't throw a tantrum and get your way in America.
00:05:45.000 We have laws, we have order, and we will enforce them.
00:05:48.000 It doesn't matter if you're financed, it doesn't matter if you have a thousand people on a signal chat and you're harassing ICE agents and looking around.
00:05:55.000 You have to remember we as a conservative movement, we as Americans must build up immunities to these tactics.

00:06:05.000 Because Republicans buckle at the knees because they blink.

00:06:48.000 And that remains the biggest challenge of all of this because we don't want Minneapolis boiling over into some bloodbath.
00:06:56.000 But you also can't just leave, you can't just say, We're going to turn down the temperature by pulling ice out of Minneapolis because once you've done that, you've established that actually rioters and insurgents have the ability to nullify federal law with the connivance of their local and state government.

00:07:15.000 Once you do that, that's not even just embarrassing for the administration.

00:08:20.000 That are going around, of you got one DHS agent standing at a door, armed, telling everybody to get back and stay back in the middle of the freezing cold in Minneapolis.

00:22:31.000 On motor patrols, so they're like in their cars and they're driving around looking for federal agents.
00:22:36.000 There are stationary patrols, people in their cars sitting on corners.
00:22:39.000 There are foot patrols, people walking around on foot, and then people stationary on foot as well.
00:22:43.000 You'll see them on corners everywhere you go in Minneapolis.
00:22:46.000 Those people are constantly just looking for plates.
00:22:48.000 Then there are plate checkers, and that's indicated by an emoji of a dinner plate.
00:22:53.000 That means that those are people who are probably home checking plates and comparing them to their Airtable database.
00:23:00.000 Okay, and then you have dispatchers who run a 24 7 call, it's active right now.
00:23:05.000 who tell people what intersections to go to.
00:23:08.000 They check the plates, they confirm it, and they tell people, go here.
00:23:11.000 And then all of the patrols go to that location.

00:23:15.000 And the goal is, of course, to impede federal law enforcement.

00:24:04.000 I think it was a distraction convoy, but there was literally like 20 cars following this convoy protesters honking their horns, blowing whistles.

00:24:15.000 If it was actually conducting operations, it wouldn't have been able to get anything done due to the fact that there was such a volume of people following them with vehicles, which are weapons.

00:24:27.000 And when we drive our car downtown, our car was marked in their database as confirmed ICE somehow.
