00:01:21.000 We are here in sunny Palm Beach.

00:01:24.000 Really the center of the universe right now, the center of the political universe.

00:01:29.000 I got to tell you, we're still on this high and it's not it's not it's not planning to go anywhere.

00:01:35.000 And it's just amazing to think we were so engaged in campaign mode, campaign mode, campaign mode.

00:01:43.000 And think about how we ramped it up.

00:01:44.000 I said, guys, you got to find new voters and you got to register new voters and you got to get low props.

00:01:48.000 And then it happened and we won.

00:01:51.000 And we are on pace to have our civilization back.

00:01:54.000 Now, there are a lot of threats still on the horizon, especially considering that Joe Biden is potentially going to hand Donald Trump World War III on the way out.

00:02:07.000 But I want to emphasize something that I'm spending some of my time on and kind of give you guys an idea of what is a presidential transition.

00:02:15.000 Now, mind you, I'm not going to share anything confidential.

00:02:18.000 I'm not going to share anything that is Private.

00:02:21.000 However, I get a lot of questions.

00:02:23.000 Charlie, what is a transition team?

00:02:25.000 And by the way, this is one transition we can get behind.

00:02:27.000 It's actually a very real transition.

00:02:30.000 Unlike the fake transition of that man from Delaware, of which we will discuss with Nancy Mace, this is a transition that actually is a metamorphosis.

00:02:38.000 So a transition team, you're going to keep on hearing that in the news, is very simple.

00:02:44.000 You have one administration, you have the Biden administration, that has a thing called Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3. Candidates or jobs.

00:02:52.000 Tier one is all of your cabinet positions.

00:02:54.000 It's people that are quote unquote in charge.

00:02:56.000 Those are people like Lee Zeldin at the EPA, like Bobby Kennedy at HHS, like Pete Hegseth at the Department of Defense, like Matt Gates at the Department of Justice.

00:03:05.000 Tier one individuals are ones that are Senate confirmed and they report directly to the president.

00:03:12.000 Now there's about 38 Tier 1, maybe 40. I could be wrong.

00:03:17.000 But these are people that will run direct agencies that the president manages.

00:03:22.000 When he has a cabinet meeting, that is Tier 1. And there's a couple more on top of it.

00:03:26.000 Small Business Association, for example.

00:03:28.000 Administration, I'm sorry.

00:03:29.000 SBA, Department of Labor, Department of Interior, Department of Energy.

00:03:34.000 So that is Tier 1. But then it starts to get very interesting at Tier 2. Tier 2 has over 800 positions that are, of course, also presidentially appointed.

00:03:44.000 But the president, and not just President Trump, but other administrations, you just don't have time for the president to be able to look eye to eye at every single deputy.

00:03:54.000 Now, mind you, deputy attorney general, deputy secretary of defense, deputy of the CIA, the president is going to be involved in.

00:04:00.000 But if you're talking about the Department of Education, The deputy of the deputy is not necessarily going to get a face-to-face interview with the president of the United States.

00:04:09.000 So there are over 850, just approximating, tier two positions.

00:04:17.000 The tier two positions are actually what runs the government.

00:04:20.000 The tier two positions are the ones that do 80 to 90% of the work.

00:04:25.000 That is your upper mid-level management, if you will.

00:04:28.000 Those people are all presidentially appointed.

00:04:31.000 Joe Biden will have no hangovers from that.

00:04:34.000 And then you get down to Tier 3. There are 5,000 Tier 3 positions.

00:04:39.000 And back in 2016 and 2017, Tier 3 is where we just got slaughtered.

00:04:43.000 Tier 3 are the people that are usually 24, 25, 26 years old.

00:04:48.000 People that are, they're going to be assistant comms director or undersecretary to the chief of staff.

00:04:55.000 These are not Senate confirmed.

00:04:57.000 Some of Tier 2 is.

00:04:59.000 The Tier 3 are all of the ground workers.

00:05:02.000 And then after Tier 3, you have the careers.

00:05:05.000 People that are very difficult to remove.

00:05:07.000 I'm sure that President Trump working with Vivek and Elon Musk are going to try to get rid of some of the careers, considering that they work at home and they are not always there and they have second or third jobs.

00:05:17.000 The careers are a separate issue and more legally difficult to remove.

00:05:22.000 However, if you count Tier 3 plus Tier 2 plus Tier 1, That's almost 6,000 positions that President Trump can fill on day one.

00:05:31.000 Those 6,000 people will determine the structure, the form, the tone, the tempo of the federal government.

00:05:40.000 These are the people that when President Trump says, I want to be the most pro-crypto president in history, the tier two and tier three people at Treasury are actually going to get that done.

00:05:52.000 When President Trump, for example, says that he wants to hold off a new regulation, that has to go through the Office of Management and Budget, which I hope is Russ Vogt, by the way.

00:06:02.000 He's terrific.

00:06:03.000 And then it has to kind of go through the grinder of the bureaucracy.

00:06:07.000 Now, let me give you an example.

00:06:09.000 Cut 55 ready.

00:06:11.000 This is the military PSA. We play this clip a lot, but it's worthy of repeating.

00:06:15.000 This was likely, this policy was almost assuredly not created by By the Secretary of Defense.

00:06:23.000 It was almost certainly crafted and developed by these tier two type individuals.

00:06:29.000 The undersecretary of whatever.

00:06:32.000 And again, I'm in some of these transition meetings.

00:06:35.000 These titles, we got to do away with some of these titles.

00:06:38.000 They are so long.

00:06:39.000 They are so bureaucratic.

00:06:40.000 You're like, what exactly is this job?

00:06:42.000 Well, I'm the undersecretary assistant to Northern Eurasian Affairs.

00:06:46.000 Turns out, super important job, like incredibly important job.

00:06:49.000 Just the title will make you dizzy.

00:06:51.000 You can't remember it.

00:06:52.000 And then, by the way, Foster Fries, may he rest in peace.

00:06:57.000 One of our original donor and great mentor.

00:07:00.000 Foster Fries is rolling in his grave right now.

00:07:04.000 Because one of Foster's rules for life was that you never say an acronym without first explaining the acronym.

00:07:12.000 So I'm in this meeting and they're like, oh yeah, the ORIRA is going to talk to the USCEF and that will be able to go with the codec and the AFIL will go to the ACWA. I said, what in the, what are you talking?

00:07:26.000 I need an org chart and an explanation.

00:07:29.000 I think that people in government Use acronyms to either make themselves feel more important or some sort of special code that civilians don't know what they're always talking about.

00:07:40.000 Anyway, once you Google it, you can obviously figure it out.

00:07:43.000 So Cut 55 is very interesting.

00:07:46.000 This is the United States military more interested in how to use pronouns than actually creating the lethality of the United States military or to kill our enemies and protect the American people.

00:08:01.000 This is why presidential personnel is so important.

00:08:03.000 And I have to tell you, this transition is going incredibly well.

00:08:07.000 The team that is behind it, I've mentioned those names before.

00:08:10.000 Susie's doing an amazing job at Chief of Staff. 0.55

00:08:12.000 The whole team on there, Sergio, my friend at PPO, is doing a great job.

00:08:15.000 And the vetting It's far better than anything in 2016, 2017. However, it's important to understand that so much of the things that we find objectionable happen below the cabinet level.

00:08:27.000 It happened at that upper middle tier, that middle bureaucracy.

00:08:31.000 Cut 55 shows the importance of presidential personnel, which is unfolding in real time.

00:08:38.000 Play Cut 55. That's a good question.

00:08:57.000 A really good way to do that is to use inclusive language.

00:09:00.000 Instead of saying something like, hey guys, you can say, hey everyone.

00:09:05.000 Another way that we could show that we're allies and that we accept everybody is to maybe include our pronouns in our emails or like we just did introduce ourselves using our pronouns.

00:09:16.000 Now that is an official broadcast of the US military.

00:09:19.000 This is almost certainly third tier plus careers.

00:09:25.000 I highly doubt the Joint Chiefs of Staff were involved in creating that.

00:09:29.000 Are they okay with it?

00:09:31.000 Yeah, somebody probably came up to him and said, you know, sir, you know, General Smith or whatever, you know, we need to have an inclusive fighting force.

00:09:39.000 You know, we're just going to do that.

00:09:40.000 Okay, fine.

00:09:41.000 And it was written by the lower presidential personnel.

00:09:43.000 And next thing you know, we have a military broadcast about what pronouns you have to use.

00:09:49.000 Personnel is policy, as the great Morton Blackwell would say.

00:09:54.000 Now, of course, Milley was okay with it.

00:09:56.000 Milley wasn't the one actually crafting it or writing it.

00:09:59.000 Being okay with something is something completely different than actually doing the policy.

00:10:04.000 And then to what gradation of the extreme is it?

00:10:06.000 Again, the way that some of these careers or Tier 3 probably pitched it is, oh, we're just going to do a PSA about acceptance so that we're able to have our military force together.

00:10:14.000 Okay, sure, whatever.

00:10:16.000 And next thing you know, you have PSAs about what pronouns you use.

00:10:19.000 If President Trump needs to take back this government, It is Tier 3 careers and Tier 2. The sausage is made in these lower tiers.

00:10:28.000 And that vetting and those interviews are happening right now as we speak.

00:10:35.000 If your approach to everyday aches and pains is to mask them, you know, feel better for a few hours only to have the pain return and then repeat the cycle all over again.

00:10:44.000 It's time to try Relief Factor.

00:10:46.000 And the good news is Relief Factor makes it quite easy.

00:11:33.000 I want to remind you guys to get tickets to AmericaFest.

00:11:35.000 It's December 19, 20, 21, 22. By the way, tickets are running thin.

00:11:40.000 We are way ahead of last year, like way ahead of last year.

00:11:43.000 And I'm sure there will be tickets available towards the end, but they won't be good tickets.

00:11:47.000 You'll end up getting cheap seats.

00:11:49.000 You know, let's play Cut 41. This is AmericaFest.

00:11:51.000 Biggest speakers you can imagine.

00:11:52.000 Tucker Carlson, Ben Carson, Matt Gaetz.

00:11:55.000 Let's play Cut 41. What you represent, your presence here, That the largest multi-day event in conservative grassroots history is a message that will be heard by these people.

00:12:18.000 Phoenix, Arizona, people from all over the country.

00:12:21.000 It's remarkable because it brings everybody together.

00:12:23.000 One of my favorite of the years.

00:12:24.000 The energy that left us watching is here.

00:12:26.000 The stakes are high.

00:12:45.000 We have only begun to fight.

00:12:49.000 In honor of Dennis Prager, one of my favorite words, I got this from him in the English language, is earn.

00:13:09.000 To earn.

00:13:10.000 And you guys earned All of you in the audience, a chance to celebrate, to recharge, to enjoy each other's company, to find friends for a lifetime or a future wife or husband, and then get to work, to get to work.

00:13:26.000 So the transition is incredibly important.

00:13:28.000 And again, this is a transition I can get behind.

00:13:30.000 Because if you keep your guard down, again, this is why I'm living in Palm Beach, helping the way I possibly can, at least for the time being.

00:13:37.000 I'll be back in Scottsdale in due time.

00:13:39.000 Is that it's possible and conceivable that you win the election and you lose the White House.

00:13:45.000 You win the election and you lose the government.

00:13:48.000 You win the election and you lose the bureaucracy.

00:13:51.000 And so all of the personnel selection and the fights around personnel are incredibly important so that the president fulfills his mandate.

00:13:59.000 Let me give you an example.

00:14:01.000 Do you remember Miles Taylor?

00:14:05.000 Anyone remember that name?

00:14:06.000 Miles Taylor?

00:14:09.000 Miles Taylor was one of the guys that would brag in the book Anonymous, and remember the book A Warning, that he would keep papers off of the president's desk.

00:14:24.000 Miles Taylor, he was appointed by President Trump, an ungrateful individual, to serve in DHS. He was the chief of staff at the Department of Homeland Security.

00:14:38.000 And he was first recruited by John Kelly.

00:14:40.000 He then wrote the op-ed in the New York Times under the pen name Anonymous, saying, I am part of the resistance inside the Trump administration.

00:14:50.000 This might be coming back in your memory logs.

00:14:55.000 Nameless, but incredibly influential.

00:14:58.000 So every one of the personnel people that are chosen and selected could be someone that is bragging about undercutting the president's policy.

00:15:07.000 Now, how this is even remotely acceptable in the chain of command, that someone is bragging about keeping papers off of the president's desk, this is why you can't keep your guard down.

00:15:18.000 That is why the personnel that are brought into the government is more important than ever.

00:15:24.000 And it's actually quite interesting.

00:15:26.000 The president is getting criticism by some.

00:15:28.000 Oh, he's just picking people that are loyal to him on TV. Well, actually think about it.

00:15:34.000 That is the best, most transparent body of work that he has in front of him right now of whether or not these people share his worldview.

00:15:41.000 From Pete Hegseth to Sean Duffy.

00:15:45.000 Have these people actually had my back?

00:15:47.000 There's a lot of evidence that yes, they have.

00:15:49.000 By the way, every good CEO makes sure the people around them are loyal to him or her and share the worldview.

00:15:59.000 And just to be clear, Miles Taylor, who bragged about undermining Donald Trump, I don't want to use the T word too generously, but somebody tell me how that is not treason.

00:16:09.000 Somebody tell me how that is not undermining a president to keep papers off of a president's desk.

00:16:16.000 I would love to have somebody explain that to me.

00:16:19.000 So in the presidential transition, which is occurring right now, the entire future of the government is being put together.

00:16:30.000 And I'm very, very optimistic.

00:16:31.000 But we must keep our guard up.

00:16:34.000 And that is what is happening.

00:16:35.000 A 5,000-person force, for better or for worse, and right now it's trending for better, is going to hit the beaches on January 20th.

00:16:44.000 The beachhead operation.

00:16:46.000 And that will determine the entire future of our government and, with it, our country.

00:17:55.000 Joining us now is Congresswoman Nancy Mays.

00:17:59.000 Emphasis on the woman. 0.99

00:18:02.000 Congresswoman, great to see you.

00:18:03.000 I have to ask you a very simple question.

00:18:05.000 What is a woman? 1.00

00:18:06.000 Someone born with ovaries.

00:18:08.000 It's science, right, Charlie?

00:18:09.000 We should trust the science.

00:18:11.000 That's what it is.

00:18:12.000 Why is, so just let's take a step back.

00:18:14.000 Great answer, by the way.

00:18:15.000 Thank you.

00:18:16.000 You have more moral and biological clarity than your average college professor.

00:18:21.000 And certainly in the Democrat Party, what is going on here with Mr. McBride in Congress?

00:18:25.000 Well, we have a member-elect who's a man who dresses as a woman and believes he should be able to force his way into women's private spaces up here on the Hill at the Capitol, whether it's our bathrooms, dressing rooms, changing rooms, locker rooms, etc.

00:18:38.000 And, you know, he called me an extremist this week, so if protecting women makes me a bigot and an extremist, I'm totally here for it. 1.00

00:18:45.000 Guilty as charged.

00:18:46.000 Sign me up.

00:18:48.000 Because this crazy insanity, this political ideology of gender has got to stop. 0.98

00:18:55.000 And women and girls are fighting this in their towns, in their counties, in their communities, in their states across the country.

00:19:00.000 And we've got to show them that we also have the courage and bravery to say no.

00:19:05.000 And I'm hoping that this is going to start a movement across the country to give women the courage to say no.

00:19:11.000 You're okay.

00:19:11.000 You're allowed to have private spaces.

00:19:13.000 Men and their penises should not be in the locker room with you. 1.00

00:19:17.000 We've had Riley Gaines and many athletes over the years speaking up and speaking out. 0.99

00:19:21.000 Now that this is on the front door of the Capitol, I'm laying down the gauntlet and I'm saying, hell no.

00:19:29.000 This shouldn't be controversial at all.

00:19:31.000 So here's what I understand.

00:19:32.000 Is that why can't Mr. McBride dress as he chooses?

00:19:36.000 Okay, fine.

00:19:37.000 It's a free society.

00:19:38.000 I think it's delusional.

00:19:39.000 And then still go in the male bathroom. 1.00

00:19:42.000 Why is it?

00:19:43.000 And this is the core of the trans movement.

00:19:48.000 I'm going to be kind here, but I shouldn't be.

00:19:50.000 But of the whole trans project, let's put it that way.

00:19:52.000 Is that we must accommodate them.

00:19:56.000 When in reality, why don't they just go with how they were born?

00:20:00.000 Does that make sense, Congresswoman?

00:20:02.000 Why do you have to be uncomfortable for his mental illness?

00:20:07.000 Yeah, why do they have to take away, strip away, and erase the rights of women for one half of 1% of the population who have mental illness and mental health issues? 1.00

00:20:17.000 It's clearly not normal and not natural to do this to yourself physically.

00:20:22.000 And so, you know, we have to say absolutely no to the insanity.

00:20:26.000 I mean, AOC was on TV yesterday saying, I was going to inspect genital parts and force people to drop trial.

00:20:33.000 I mean, they are absolutely... 1.00

00:20:35.000 Raging mad lunatics. 1.00

00:20:37.000 Like, I'm a rape survivor. 1.00

00:20:38.000 I'm not going to be looking at anyone's private parts.

00:20:41.000 But we all know, like, this stuff goes on.

00:20:44.000 We know who you are because you're posting about it and bragging about your mental health issues on social media.

00:20:49.000 You make it really obvious who you are.

00:20:51.000 And we have to say absolutely no, but it can't stop at the Capitol.

00:20:55.000 I've heard from women all across the country, Democrat, Independent, Republican, gay, straight, lesbian, you name it, who aren't on with it.

00:21:03.000 They aren't on board with this.

00:21:04.000 And they want to see it taken out of their schools.

00:21:06.000 They want to see it taken out of public restrooms, public facilities. 1.00

00:21:09.000 And so I filed another bill yesterday that would put the same protections for women in all federal property all across the country. 1.00

00:21:17.000 My next bill is going to apply to educational institutions and schools that get any sort of federal funding.

00:21:23.000 You're next.

00:21:24.000 So when we come back in December, that bill is drafted.

00:21:26.000 I'll be filing it then.

00:21:27.000 So first of all, just thank you for your moral clarity on this.

00:21:31.000 Women need to stand up for women. 1.00

00:21:34.000 So many questions here, honestly.

00:21:36.000 I think this is way more important than people realize.

00:21:38.000 It's not some sort of silly thing.

00:21:40.000 This is fundamental natural law and biological truth and the distinctions of which I believe God granted us.

00:21:47.000 But at least people could say nature has birthed, right?

00:21:50.000 That this is the natural established order, that there are distinctions between man and woman and they are beautiful and we must understand them and protect them and keep men and women, especially in private spaces, separate. 0.84

00:22:01.000 Let's play cut 46. The press is obsessed with this because the media, of course, is on the side of the purple-haired jihadis. 0.88

00:22:07.000 Play cut 46. With your piece of legislation about banning women from using... 1.00

00:22:13.000 100% yes.

00:22:13.000 I'm not going to allow biological men into women's private spaces.

00:22:17.000 I will stand in the brink and stand in the way of anyone on the radical left who thinks that it's okay for a penis to be in a women's locker room or a bathroom or a changing room. 0.99

00:22:25.000 Hell no. 0.99

00:22:26.000 No, I'm not going to stand for it.

00:22:28.000 And the Speaker said it would be in the House rules package.

00:22:30.000 If it's not, I'll be ready with a motion, a privileged motion, to force a vote on this.

00:22:35.000 This is not okay.

00:22:36.000 I'm a survivor of rape.

00:22:38.000 I'm a survivor of sexual abuse. 0.79

00:22:39.000 And I'm not going to allow any man in any female private space. 1.00

00:22:43.000 Now, Speaker...

00:22:44.000 End of story. 0.99

00:22:45.000 And by the way, I'm getting death threats from men pretending to be women. 0.99

00:22:48.000 Why is it that these crazy people, the insanity, the radical left, are willing to kill women over a man's right to be in a women's restroom? 0.98

00:22:57.000 I just, please, keep on going, Nancy. 0.95

00:23:00.000 It's just so great.

00:23:01.000 Well, no.

00:23:01.000 I took his man card, and he's not getting it back.

00:23:04.000 These reporters...

00:23:05.000 I had Manu Raju the other night, too, from CNN, try to call me a bigot live on air, too.

00:23:11.000 And it's just, you know, these people are out of their mind, they're out of control, and we have to push back harder than ever before.

00:23:18.000 I had a confrontation with a female member, Democrat member, yesterday on the Oversight Committee, who came and wanted to have a gentle, private conversation about how trans are scared.

00:23:28.000 You know what scares me? 0.90

00:23:29.000 It's a sexual predator being in a locker room, a man watching me undress. 0.96

00:23:34.000 Like, I'm the last person in the world, a rape survivor, who's ever going to allow a guy in my private space watching me change clothes. 0.88

00:23:42.000 That is never going to happen.

00:23:43.000 And I'm going to protect other women who are vulnerable, girls who are vulnerable.

00:23:47.000 And I'm proud there was a case this week in California where high school girls are pushing back and suing the California school district because they were banned from wearing a shirt that said, Save Girls Sports.

00:23:59.000 I want to follow the science.

00:24:01.000 Let's follow biology.

00:24:02.000 Let's follow real science.

00:24:03.000 Let's follow real women. 1.00

00:24:04.000 And let's protect them.

00:24:06.000 And I'm hearing from women all over the world, like this is a fight that's happening now.

00:24:11.000 And I never thought in my right mind, I'm someone who's broken a lot of glass feelings, was the first woman to graduate from the Military College of South Carolina to Citadel.

00:24:20.000 I'm the first Republican woman ever elected to Congress from the state of South Carolina, and here I am trying to protect women, and I'm the bigot. 0.86

00:24:29.000 I'm the monster.

00:24:30.000 I'm the one that's irrational, and I'm the one that's unsafe, but this man Congressman-elect McBride wants to create a hostile work environment for women, and we just need to push back harder than we ever have before. 0.80

00:24:44.000 We need to be screaming it, shouting it from the rooftops, and let men know that we are never going to allow this to happen on our watch.

00:24:52.000 By the way, the only way you defeat this is you have to be disagreeable, and this is the issue, is that Some women, and they feel as if they have to be agreeable with what the latest phenomenon is, and you must be sympathetic with people's feelings. 0.75

00:25:05.000 You have to be disagreeable.

00:25:06.000 You cannot agree with biological confusion and sanity or for the erasure of womanhood, which is really what we're looking at here.

00:25:15.000 I want to just emphasize this for a second and just ask a question.

00:25:20.000 The Democrats, they act as if they have a monopoly on the female vote, all because of one issue, the abortion issue. 0.93

00:25:27.000 I'm pro-life.

00:25:28.000 A lot of people in the audience are.

00:25:29.000 That's not what we're talking about today.

00:25:31.000 However, there's a more fundamental issue with womanhood is that they can't even tell you what a woman is, and it is the erasure of woman identity.

00:25:39.000 Are you getting any sympathy from the feminists in the Democrat Party? 1.00

00:25:43.000 I mean, these old feminists like Nancy Pelosi, who was part of the third wave feminism movement. 1.00

00:25:50.000 Are any other females on the Democrat side being sympathetic with your cause?

00:25:57.000 On the Hill?

00:25:58.000 No.

00:25:58.000 And when I started sharing some of the death threats I've received this week, you know, they just doubled down.

00:26:04.000 And, you know, they're silent.

00:26:06.000 I mean, there are men dressed as women literally out there threatening to kill me because I don't want a man watching me undress. 1.00

00:26:13.000 And these women are cowards. 1.00

00:26:15.000 The Democrats, these far left women up here on the Hill, some of my colleagues who are doubling down on their rhetoric and abusing women and wanting to erase women. 1.00

00:26:26.000 This is a hostile work environment.

00:26:28.000 It's abusive.

00:26:30.000 And I'm just going to stand in the brink.

00:26:32.000 I'm going to stand in their way.

00:26:33.000 I will solidly stand in their way. 0.99

00:26:34.000 And the only way you can handle a bully on this and just about any other issue is by punching them back in the face. 0.98

00:26:43.000 I'm going to be bold about it. 0.97

00:26:45.000 I don't care if I hurt their feelings.

00:26:47.000 I'm about facts over feelings because this is the fight now, but what are they going to do down the road?

00:26:53.000 It's a slippery slope.

00:26:54.000 We have to protect our daughters.

00:26:56.000 We have to protect biology, protect civilization in a culture that respects women and respects men. 0.69

00:27:03.000 And this ain't it.

00:27:04.000 And this is a fight that I'm willing to die on the hill for.

00:27:08.000 And this is one of the reasons that Kamala didn't win as many women voters as Biden did four years ago. 0.90

00:27:15.000 Women's issues were on the ballot, but it's not just about abortion, as you said.

00:27:19.000 There are a lot of suburban women out there that aren't okay with Johnny and his willy-nilly being in the locker room with his girl. 1.00

00:27:25.000 It's sick. 0.97

00:27:26.000 It's twisted. 1.00

00:27:27.000 I've heard from a lot of lesbians this week. 1.00

00:27:29.000 You know, they're like, you know...

00:27:31.000 We don't want this.

00:27:33.000 This is not okay.

00:27:33.000 It's not safe.

00:27:34.000 I don't feel safe.

00:27:35.000 And we're not in on the trans movement.

00:27:38.000 I want to get in on that really quick.

00:27:40.000 We only have a minute remaining.

00:27:42.000 Again, I'm a believer in traditional marriage.

00:27:45.000 And again, that's not where we're here.

00:27:46.000 But however, can you please make a distinction that this is a completely different issue than lesbian or gay?

00:27:52.000 Can you please just emphasize that?

00:27:53.000 I think it's incredibly important.

00:27:55.000 Yeah, no, it is.

00:27:56.000 I mean, I've heard from gays and lesbians who have a same-sex partner, but they're not down with...

00:28:04.000 Other, like, men being in women's spaces or men being in women's spaces.

00:28:08.000 It's a totally—the trans movement is a totally different thing. 0.99

00:28:11.000 The gays and lesbians I've talked to feel like the trans have hijacked what they feel their rights should be. 1.00

00:28:18.000 You know, should the government be telling people who to love?

00:28:21.000 I mean, that's a freedom thing, a freedom issue.

00:28:23.000 But when you're changing your gender, when you're forcing— We're good to go. 1.00

00:28:46.000 You know, and so that's a really important distinction.

00:28:48.000 I'm glad that I'm hearing from these folks.

00:28:50.000 I think it's really important for them to chime in as well, make that distinction, and show people that this is not okay for a lot of people, Democrats, Independents, and Republicans.

00:28:59.000 It's also a winning issue for us, and we're not going to stop at the Hill.

00:29:03.000 I've had women write in and say, why just stop at the Capitol? 1.00

00:29:06.000 We need this everywhere.

00:29:08.000 And so I'm doing it.

00:29:10.000 Congresswoman Nancy Mace, thank you so much.

00:29:12.000 Talk to you soon.

00:29:13.000 She knows what a woman is and she's willing to defend womanhood. 0.99

00:29:16.000 God bless you.

00:29:16.000 Thank you.

00:29:20.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

00:29:21.000 As we gear up for another important election year, remember that we vote every day with our dollar.

00:29:25.000 One of the best ways to support America is by buying from local farms and ranches.

00:29:30.000 Good Ranchers makes this easy by delivering 100% American meat to your door.

00:29:34.000 When you shop with Good Ranchers, you're not just getting the best meat for your family, but also supporting American farmers and ranchers.

00:29:40.000 This year, instead of buying imported meat, cast your vote for American agriculture and local economy.

00:29:46.000 I've used Good Ranchers meat for quite some time and they never disappoint, Whatever your choice of protein, you'll be pleased if you cast a vote for Good Ranchers.

00:29:53.000 Use code Kirk for $25 off your order and your choice of free chicken breasts, ground beef, bacon, or wild-caught salmon for a year.

00:30:00.000 It's time to make a stand.

00:30:01.000 Vote for American Meat with Good Ranchers.

00:30:03.000 Your purchase helps keep American farms thriving and ensures you get the highest quality meat for your family.

00:30:09.000 I love Good Ranchers.

00:30:10.000 You should check it out right now at GoodRanchers.com.

00:30:13.000 Use promo code Kirk.

00:30:14.000 That is GoodRanchers.com.

00:30:16.000 Check it out right now.

00:30:16.000 Promo code Kirk.

00:30:19.000 So I want to announce right now something we've teased, an official campaign brought to you by Turning Point Action.

00:30:26.000 We call this phase two.

00:30:27.000 So there are three phases.

00:30:28.000 Phase one is winning the election.

00:30:31.000 We did it, everybody.

00:30:33.000 Phase two is giving Trump his cabinet and the personnel so he can actually do what the voters want him to do.

00:30:39.000 Then there's phase three, running the government.

00:30:42.000 And that's a whole other part of fights, and they're gonna leak, and they're gonna smear, and they're gonna slander, they're gonna attack, they're gonna criticize, they're gonna cross-examine, they're gonna undermine, they're gonna subvert, they're gonna spy, they're going to do everything you can imagine.

00:30:53.000 However, all that will be limited, dependent on what happens in phase two.

00:31:01.000 So phase two is securing our cabinet.

00:31:06.000 Donald Trump deserves his cabinet.

00:31:09.000 Donald Trump has earned the right to have the cabinet of his choosing.

00:31:12.000 Republicans agreed with that premise with Joe Biden.

00:31:15.000 They gave Joe Biden Merrick Garland.

00:31:18.000 Many Republicans gave Joe Biden the cabinet of his choosing, of their selection.

00:31:24.000 Now, Donald Trump has announced the most ambitious cabinet in American history.

00:31:30.000 This is not business as usual.

00:31:32.000 If you want business as usual, then you got the wrong administration.

00:31:37.000 You got Pete Hegseth, Tulsi Gabbard, Bobby Kennedy.

00:31:40.000 The changemakers are a Senate.

00:31:41.000 You've got Vivek Ramaswamy, Elon Musk.

00:31:44.000 And now the Senate must act to confirm the Republican Senate with a 53-seat majority, which is significant, must act to confirm Donald Trump's cabinet, must act to give Donald Trump and the voters what they wanted.

00:32:01.000 And the voters wanted change.

00:32:04.000 The voters did not want more of the same.

00:32:07.000 Senator Tommy Tuberville Defended by name, Pete Hegseth and Bobby Kennedy from the Senate floor and highlighted the number of Democrats who voted against Biden's 21 cabinet nominees, zero.

00:32:22.000 So we now have a new website where you got, we're going to be keep on plugging it all the way.

00:32:26.000 Phase two will culminate really, everybody, mid-January to early February.

00:32:30.000 So you are in phase two right now.

00:32:32.000 Phase one is complete.

00:32:34.000 Phase two, well, it's not yet complete because we still have the Electoral College, still have certification.

00:32:38.000 Don't yet see any threats on the horizon, immediate threats there, but we're staying vigilant.

00:32:42.000 Phase two is personnel, personnel, personnel.

00:32:44.000 It's also me getting back to transition to making sure that good folks are being selected any way that I could possibly happen.

00:32:52.000 Contributing all of our energy towards Donald Trump's cabinet.

00:32:56.000 Donald Trump has earned his cabinet.

00:33:00.000 So we have a website coming up and it's going to be developed called ConfirmTheMandate.com.

00:33:05.000 ConfirmTheMandate.com.

00:33:07.000 Let's play Cut 66. The other side wants to take away your freedom of speech. 0.94

00:33:16.000 They want to take away your right to vote effectively.

00:33:18.000 I could no longer remain in today's Democratic Party that's under the complete control of an elitist cabal of warmongers who are driven by cowardly wokeness.

00:33:31.000 This is what starts on day one of the second Trump term, I believe, is the mass deportation of three million federal bureaucrats out of Washington, D.C. Democrats and a lot of Republicans in Washington don't like me very much.

00:33:46.000 I don't take their bribes, and I don't take their commands.

00:33:50.000 Any general that was involved, General Admiral, whatever that was involved in any of the DEI, it's got to go.

00:33:56.000 Don't you want a president of the United States who's going to make our country healthy again? 1.00

00:34:01.000 That is confirmthemandate.com.

00:34:07.000 Confirmthemandate.com.

00:34:08.000 This is going to be one of the biggest projects we've ever embarked upon.

00:34:13.000 It will be a beginning, just an encouragement campaign that will activate into a pressure campaign for red state senators.

00:34:20.000 I never have known the grassroots activated like this for confirmations other than the Supreme Court picks.

00:34:26.000 And we will bring this roadshow on the ground, by the way, potentially to Rapid City, South Dakota, to Sioux Falls, South Dakota, to Boise, Idaho, to Fayetteville, Arkansas, to Topeka, Kansas, Tupelo, Mississippi.

00:34:40.000 You picking up what I'm throwing down?

00:34:42.000 This is going to not be a swing state tour.

00:34:45.000 This will be a red state tour.

00:34:47.000 But it's going to start with an encouragement campaign.

00:34:50.000 If you publicly come out and say that you're going to support President Trump's cabinet, then there's no reason for us to come to your home state.

00:34:57.000 But if you are a red state senator that has been benefiting from the votes of Donald Trump's coattails for the last 10 years, Well, then you're going to have to justify your voters while you're voting against Tulsi Gabbard, while you're voting against Bobby Kennedy.

00:35:14.000 Confirmthemandate.com, brought to you by Turning Point Action, will be the largest grassroots movement ever to make sure that a president gets his cabinet.

00:35:21.000 We are leading the charge.

00:35:23.000 Honored to be doing it, and it will be coming to a neighborhood potentially near you.

00:35:27.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.

00:35:28.000 Email us, as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:35:31.000 Thanks so much for listening, and God bless.
