00:01:37.000 Lots to cover today as we had an amazing event last night in Omaha, Nebraska.
00:01:44.000 We have some pictures we could throw up there.
00:01:46.000 We had standing room only.
00:01:48.000 It was, we had to actually turn some people away.
00:01:52.000 It was incredible.
00:01:52.000 We had overflow capacity.
00:01:54.000 In the main room, it was completely jam-packed, and the energy was just incredible.
00:01:58.000 I love Nebraska.
00:02:00.000 The Patriots of Nebraska are wholesome.
00:02:03.000 They are energetic.
00:02:04.000 They are dedicated to fixing this once and for all.
00:02:07.000 So we had this huge audience.
00:02:09.000 We did this event.
00:02:11.000 And after the event, all of a sudden we got some big news because the Democrats in Nebraska, National Democrats in the media, were saying, oh, you guys ran out of time in the legislative session, and you have no evidence that the governor is actually going to do anything when it comes to a special session.
00:02:28.000 NebraskaExaminer.com, Pillan staffer confirms Charlie Kirk's talk of Nebraska winner-take-all session.
00:02:37.000 Pillen has publicly embraced a possible special session after comments by National Talk Show host Charlie Kirk, who worked with the NEGOP to hold the political rally.
00:02:48.000 Quote, the governor, and he tweeted this out as well: the governor looks forward to partnering with legislative leaders to move winner-take-all forward in a special session when there is sufficient support in the legislature to pass it.
00:03:05.000 Not if, when.
00:03:08.000 I love that diction, that word selection.
00:03:12.000 When there is enough support.
00:03:15.000 Very well could have been, oh, well, you know, if we get it and we don't know.
00:03:19.000 No, that is a very promising word selection.
00:03:22.000 Governor Pillin is an enthusiastic supporter of winner-take-all and has been from the start.
00:03:29.000 We'll sign it into law the moment the legislature puts it on its desk.
00:03:33.000 Now, this morning, there are stories now running in the Associated Press, CNN, major news outlets across the country.
00:03:41.000 Let me read to you the headline from the Associated Press.
00:03:45.000 But before I do that, I want to play a little bit of a taste from CNN.
00:03:50.000 CNN covered it perfectly.
00:03:52.000 I would rarely say that about CNN, but CNN, straight down the middle.
00:03:58.000 I got to be honest, the media coverage of this has been, they don't really know how to spin this because it's very cut and dry.
00:04:04.000 It's very clear.
00:04:06.000 It's almost been clinical.
00:04:08.000 It's here's what's happening.
00:04:10.000 Here's the ask.
00:04:12.000 The media usually, you know, they pepper in all these attacks and all this sort of stuff.
00:04:16.000 And it's almost as if here's the facts, everybody.
00:04:20.000 Not a lot of editorializing.
00:04:21.000 I got to be honest.
00:04:22.000 Not a lot of, you know, of the typical garbage we've seen.
00:04:27.000 Here is the CNN report on our turning point action event last evening, PlayCut 59.
00:04:33.000 I mean, Nebraska is hardly a battleground state, but as you said, Omaha is becoming a battleground city because of that one electoral vote.
00:04:39.000 And in a close presidential race, it's not a far-fetched scenario where this could be a tied contest and this electoral vote could matter.
00:04:47.000 That is why Trump loyalists are paying so much attention to this conversation here.
00:04:53.000 Last night, conservative activist Charlie Kirk held a rally with Trump supporters here, trying to urge Republicans in the state to change the state election law.
00:05:03.000 And all the speakers were terrific yesterday, and the audience was engaged.
00:05:08.000 And you never know when you go into these things.
00:05:09.000 I mean, I give hundreds of speeches a year.
00:05:12.000 You never know when you go to these events how the energy is going to be.
00:05:17.000 I spoke at an event recently, and just the energy was off.
00:05:20.000 I walked in there, woof.
00:05:22.000 As soon as I felt the crowd, I said to myself, I said, I think this is going to get done.
00:05:28.000 You have nearly 1,000 people on a weeknight, on a beautiful day in Nebraska, and they are there rallying, encouraging the governor, encouraging the unicameral.
00:05:42.000 Here's a little bit more from my speech last evening, which, by the way, we are going to post the entire speech on our podcast page, and it is also on our Rumble if you guys want to see it.
00:05:52.000 Play cut 71, please.
00:05:54.000 I'm going to paint a picture for you that none of us want to live through in November.
00:05:57.000 It is unacceptable for us to live through.
00:05:59.000 Let's just look at this one scenario right here.
00:05:59.000 And here's where it is.
00:06:01.000 I want you to imagine after a whole week of counting ballots and it's a counting week.
00:06:07.000 I want you to imagine this.
00:06:09.000 Donald Trump wins the state of Florida.
00:06:11.000 Donald Trump flips the state of Georgia.
00:06:12.000 Donald Trump wins the state of North Carolina.
00:06:14.000 Donald Trump wins Ohio.
00:06:16.000 He wins Iowa.
00:06:17.000 He flips Arizona.
00:06:18.000 He flips Nevada.
00:06:19.000 And Joe Biden gets 270 electoral votes.
00:06:22.000 And you see that little dot?
00:06:25.000 That little dot is Omaha, Nebraska.
00:06:29.000 It was silent when I went through that map.
00:06:32.000 I mean, it's not just persuasive.
00:06:35.000 It is signed, sealed, and delivered.
00:06:38.000 You see, if I would have done a rally to get Nebraska winner-take-all back in 2020, the math just didn't click that way.
00:06:45.000 Remember, Illinois lost an electoral vote.
00:06:48.000 Texas gained a couple electoral votes.
00:06:50.000 Florida gained a couple electoral votes.
00:06:51.000 Arizona gained a couple electoral votes.
00:06:54.000 California lost one.
00:06:54.000 New York lost one.
00:06:56.000 And it just so happens the way that the allocation of the 538 electoral votes happened this year, Nevada gains, Arizona gains, Rust Belt minorly decreased, is just that sliver in Omaha is battleground zero, is battleground zero.
00:07:16.000 Let's play cut 72, please.
00:07:18.000 Notice 48 other states go winner take all.
00:07:21.000 48 other states.
00:07:22.000 Now, imagine.
00:07:23.000 And by the way, it's not just us that are pinpointing this.
00:07:27.000 This is how you know you're over the target, by the way.
00:07:28.000 By the enemy's reaction, you can properly determine your action.
00:07:33.000 Front page of New York magazine this weekend.
00:07:36.000 You ready for this?
00:07:37.000 Nebraska Republicans may take the one electoral vote Biden needs most.
00:07:41.000 Oh, yeah, they might.
00:07:44.000 Oh, yeah.
00:07:50.000 Breaking news right now on Politico.com.
00:07:52.000 Nebraska Republicans float special session to revive Trump-backed election rule change.
00:07:58.000 The state currently awards some of its electoral college votes by Congressional District, a key backstop for President Joe Biden.
00:08:04.000 So let me repeat the big takeaway.
00:08:07.000 We are confident that the governor will call a special session, and we are confident that this will get passed if you all continue to let them know how important this is.
00:08:21.000 And I think we should publicly praise the governor in your communications.
00:08:25.000 He broke the silence last night with his tweet in the press release saying, oh, yeah, special sessions on the table.
00:08:32.000 We're looking at a special session.
00:08:34.000 And understand that the operatives were saying, ah, you guys are done.
00:08:38.000 They were almost taunting us.
00:08:39.000 The media was taking a preemptive victory lap last week.
00:08:43.000 They said, oh, you guys couldn't get it done in a legislative session.
00:08:47.000 And the governor has now broke the silence and they are chilled, silenced.
00:08:53.000 There was a Nebraska Democrat Party billboard literally outside of the church trying to troll us.
00:09:00.000 And understand here, this is what's going to happen here.
00:09:03.000 This is going to go from them being panicked to them getting very angry and very desperate.
00:09:12.000 And that was the importance of the rally last night: preparing people that the Democrats are now broadcasting to you, based on all the reports and everything, how important that little sliver an electoral vote is.
00:09:24.000 The Democrat super PAC had 3%, 3% of their budget was going to go to CD2.
00:09:33.000 3%.
00:09:34.000 You may say, oh, that's not that much money.
00:09:36.000 The Democrat, the Joe Biden super PAC is planning to raise between $700 to $800 million.
00:09:44.000 So let's say it's $700 million.
00:09:47.000 What is 3% of $700 million?
00:09:52.000 Like $25, $27 million?
00:09:52.000 What is that?
00:09:54.000 Is that about right?
00:09:55.000 Yeah, 10% would be $70 million.
00:09:56.000 Half of that is $35 million, which that's five.
00:09:59.000 So it's about 30 million, 28 to 30 million.
00:10:03.000 That's an enormous figure.
00:10:06.000 And it's all right in Nebraska's hands, and you guys deserve the credit.
00:10:12.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

00:11:15.000 Here's some breaking news in the political article.
00:11:17.000 We have no evidence of this so far.
00:11:17.000 You ready for this?
00:11:19.000 We speculated this.
00:11:20.000 Joe Biden's campaign has been in private talks with Nebraska Democrats.
00:11:26.000 And the state party continues to hammer the efforts to change the law.
00:11:30.000 Joe Biden's campaign is now directly involved in Nebraska politics.
00:11:35.000 So let's talk about this.
00:11:36.000 So they say, oh, we don't have the votes.
00:11:38.000 Well, I don't have the votes for what?
00:11:39.000 Now, I want to bring you back in time with Neil Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett.
00:11:46.000 In the Senate, there is a tradition to use the filibuster to get over the filibuster is 60 votes in the U.S. Senate.
00:11:53.000 But the filibuster is a rule.
00:11:55.000 It is not a constitutional provision.
00:11:56.000 It's not a constitutional requirement.
00:11:58.000 It's a tradition.
00:12:01.000 It's a tradition.
00:12:03.000 Do you know who originally got rid of the filibuster?
00:12:07.000 Democrats did.
00:12:09.000 For a couple circuit court judges, Democrats were the first ones to get rid of the filibuster.
00:12:17.000 And McConnell, to his great credit, and you know I am not a fan of McConnell, said you're going to regret the day that you guys have lifted the filibuster, and that day will come back to you.
00:12:28.000 So we were left with a choice.
00:12:30.000 We were left with the choice where we had the presidency that was Republican and the Senate that was Republican.
00:12:37.000 And we were trying to fill the great late Antonin Scalia's vacant seat.
00:12:44.000 There were only eight members on the U.S. Supreme Court going into February of 2017, a month into Donald Trump's first term.
00:12:54.000 Democrats were adamant that they would not vote for any Trump nominee, maybe a Manchin, Joe Manchin, maybe.
00:13:04.000 But largely, the Democrats dug in.
00:13:06.000 So McConnell had a choice, and Donald Trump had a choice.
00:13:09.000 Do you try and put a nominee that can get to 60 votes, someone that pretends to be a moderate like Merrick Garland, and propose that individual?
00:13:22.000 Or do you get rid of the antiquated tradition of saying you need 60 votes to suspend debate and instead go to a simple majority vote?
00:13:35.000 And we asked ourselves the question as a movement: do we want to win?
00:13:41.000 And Donald Trump pushed to get rid of the filibuster hard.
00:13:44.000 Mitch McConnell agreed, and we got rid of the filibuster.
00:13:48.000 Neil Gorsuch got on the Supreme Court.
00:13:51.000 Brett Kavanaugh got on the Supreme Court.
00:13:53.000 Amy Coney Barrett got on the Supreme Court.
00:13:56.000 And we flipped the Supreme Court for a generation by getting rid of the tradition of the filibuster.
00:14:04.000 So in Nebraska, they have a unicameral and they have a rule and they have a filibuster that in order to break debate, you need 33 votes.
00:14:14.000 They say, well, you don't have the votes to pass this.
00:14:16.000 That's not true.
00:14:18.000 This is supported by an overwhelming majority of senators in the unicameral.
00:14:23.000 The question is, do you have the votes to break the filibuster?
00:14:28.000 Hopefully we'll get there.
00:14:30.000 But if not, no big deal, then you temporarily suspend the filibuster the same way when we had the will to accomplish things with McConnell and Trump changing the Supreme Court away from the direction that it was headed with Obama and with the prior regime.
00:14:50.000 So they say, oh, you know, we don't have the votes.
00:14:52.000 We don't have the votes.
00:14:54.000 Well, what exactly do you mean by that?
00:14:55.000 Do you mean the votes for the filibuster or the votes for the up or down vote?
00:15:03.000 And secondly, some of these holdouts that might say, well, I don't support winner-take-all, they could vote for cloture, meaning they could vote to end the debate and then just bring it to an up or down vote for passage.
00:15:18.000 Now, mind you, the bill does not require a 33 filibuster proof majority for passage.
00:15:26.000 It simply only requires it to not die by cloture.
00:15:31.000 Why the Nebraska Senate has such a heavy lift of a filibuster in a state where Republicans outnumber Democrats two to one?
00:15:40.000 I want you to imagine if California had a filibuster rule like this.
00:15:46.000 Imagine if New York had a filibuster rule like this.
00:15:50.000 We are suckers in these red states when we put these filibuster rules that empower Democrats and defective and defecting Republicans.
00:15:59.000 So there is a will.
00:16:01.000 The same way that we had the will and we understood the importance and the significance of Supreme Court seats, there is definitely a will.
00:16:10.000 There is definitely a way if the will is there.
00:16:13.000 So we're going to keep a close eye on this.
00:16:15.000 We're going to keep the pressure on.
00:16:17.000 Understand, filibusters don't protect the minority.
00:16:20.000 They protect the majority from votes they're afraid to take.
00:16:23.000 It's their permanent excuse.
00:16:26.000 So if it comes to it, then maybe they might have to temporarily suspend the filibuster.
00:16:30.000 It is that important.
00:16:34.000 The world is in flames and bidenomics is a complete and total disaster, but it can't and won't ruin my day.
00:16:40.000 Why?
00:16:40.000 Because I start my day with a hot America first cup of blackout coffee.

00:17:15.000 Okay, let's dive into the news yesterday in Arizona.
00:17:17.000 So the Arizona Supreme Court came out yesterday and ruled that now that Roe versus Wade is overturned, Arizona has reverted to the abortion law that it had before the ruling came into force.
00:17:30.000 Well, what does that mean?
00:17:31.000 Well, Arizona used to be a much better state.
00:17:34.000 So Roe, so before Roe, it had a real and actual abortion ban.
00:17:39.000 It makes performing an abortion a felony, punishable up by five years in prison.
00:17:44.000 Now, let me just be very clear.
00:17:46.000 I'm 100% pro-life, and I've been, and I continue to be.
00:17:51.000 I want to see laws that protect the unborn.
00:17:55.000 Here's the reality, though.
00:17:56.000 This law cannot be sustained in the current political environment.
00:18:00.000 You cannot have laws that you like last if they are not in alignment with the will of the people.
00:18:08.000 It's not sustainable.
00:18:10.000 The majority of the people in Arizona almost assuredly do not want a complete and total abortion ban.
00:18:17.000 They will turn out in major numbers to get rid of it.
00:18:20.000 If it's a choice between the law and no restrictions at all up until the moment of birth, then Arizona voters will likely pick no restrictions up to the moment of birth.
00:18:30.000 Now, I think that's wrong.
00:18:31.000 I think it's a huge moral failure, but it's the reality of what Arizona and the majority of the country has come to.
00:18:37.000 Now, to be clear, this was not some liberal ruling designed to put us in a trap.
00:18:42.000 The Arizona Supreme Court is 100% Republican.
00:18:44.000 And frankly, this ruling was likely the correct one, but it still puts us in a very tough spot.
00:18:50.000 So what I sent out yesterday is very clear, which is this, which is sometimes you don't get to choose when you fight the big battles.
00:18:59.000 Getting rid of abortion is an irrefutable and necessary moral good for society in Arizona.
00:19:06.000 However, like all major moral fights in America, they come with a potential political cost.
00:19:13.000 It is likely that the majority of Arizonans won't like this decision.
00:19:17.000 The majority of people in Arizona want abortion and they want it now.
00:19:22.000 Now, incredibly, Donald Trump preempted this ruling by one day.
00:19:27.000 The best path is likely for the Arizona legislature to throw this back to the voters on the ballot in November.
00:19:33.000 Let me say that again.
00:19:34.000 That is the solution.
00:19:36.000 The solution is that the House and the Senate in Arizona can put an alternative ballot referendum, one that is supported by a vast majority of Americans, one that is popular in the state of Florida, one that Ron DeSantis got done in the state of Florida, which is a heartbeat bill.
00:19:53.000 A heartbeat bill is far more popular than a total ban.
00:20:00.000 Now, Trump has pledged to respect the will of the states and their voters.
00:20:05.000 And we can credibly message on this and decouple the top of the ticket, Trump versus Biden versus RFK, from down ballot issues.
00:20:13.000 A tall task, but infinitely more plausible given Trump's announcement.
00:20:18.000 Now, let me editorialize for a second here.
00:20:20.000 I have received some pretty angry text messages in the last couple of days because people say, Charlie, you're insufficiently pro-life.
00:20:28.000 They say that, you know, you're not fighting for the unborn.
00:20:32.000 I mean, this is silly rubbish, firstly.
00:20:35.000 Secondly, if you don't have political power, then you're not going to be able to advance any of the issues that we care deeply about.
00:20:44.000 Here's the other problem.
00:20:46.000 And this is the sad reality.
00:20:48.000 The Republican Party and many of our voters are not as pro-life as they say they are.
00:20:53.000 And that's just the reality of it.
00:20:55.000 And yesterday was the test.
00:20:57.000 Yesterday was the stress test.
00:20:59.000 Arizona comes forward at the Supreme Court and says, you know, no abortions, which was always the stated goal.
00:21:06.000 And instead of saying celebrating, people immediately come out and say we're against the ruling.
00:21:12.000 Unfortunately, there are millions and millions of people that go to church and they're Christians who secretly or not so secretly will say they want an abortion as an option in case if their daughter gets pregnant.
00:21:28.000 Now, look, over time, we can start to win more people over.
00:21:31.000 Over time, we could build consensus.
00:21:34.000 In some way, it's a proper ruling at an improper time.
00:21:38.000 You need to make sure your laws fit with the will of the people.
00:21:45.000 If the laws don't fit with the will of the people, you're going to get major political backlash.
00:21:53.000 If this election coming in November is simply and solely about abortion, then we have failed as political operatives, activists, and patriots.
00:22:04.000 There are other issues as well that are incredibly pressing that involve the culture of life, an open border, the destruction of the nation and the destruction of the country.
00:22:15.000 And the Democrats, they are salivating.
00:22:19.000 The Democrats thought they won the presidency yesterday.
00:22:22.000 I hope you understand that.
00:22:23.000 Now, we can't let that happen.
00:22:24.000 The legislature of Arizona needs to put a counterballot measure on the ballot to allow the people of Arizona to decide on whether or not they want a heartbeat bill.
00:22:34.000 If the people of Arizona say they don't want it, then the will of the people will be honored.
00:22:39.000 Donald Trump says put it in the hands of the states.
00:22:41.000 The state legislatures say we're going to put it in the hands of the voters.
00:22:44.000 The Democrats rely on this issue.
00:22:48.000 They don't have anything else to run on, anything else to run on.
00:22:52.000 And I've said this before, and I get attacked and criticized.
00:22:56.000 But the state of Arizona and the country, they are not nearly as pro-life as I am.
00:23:01.000 And that's a reality.
00:23:03.000 Politics is the art of the possible.
00:23:06.000 Katie Hobbs, the governor of Arizona, came out swinging yesterday, and she is being praised by Republicans.
00:23:13.000 She's being praised by swing voters.
00:23:15.000 Joe Biden probably received a couple point boost over this if there is no counter.
00:23:22.000 And do you know what I didn't see yesterday?
00:23:24.000 And this just proves my point.
00:23:26.000 I did not see major amount of enthusiasm in the pro-life community about this or Republicans ready to go.
00:23:32.000 Said it was running for the hills, effectively giving up on the issue.
00:23:36.000 Play Cut 56.
00:23:38.000 Hello, Arizona.
00:23:39.000 It's Governor Katie Hobbs.
00:23:41.000 Like millions of women across Arizona, I am reeling from the Supreme Court's callous decision to uphold the 1864 total abortion ban.
00:23:52.000 This archaic law, which was written by men 48 years before Arizona even became a state, threatens the lives of countless women and strips us of control over our bodies.
00:24:05.000 Today seems like a dark day, but I assure Arizona women that the fight for our reproductive freedoms is far from over.
00:24:14.000 My message to Arizona women is this: I will not stop fighting until we have fully secured the right to reproductive health care in our state.
00:24:23.000 I refuse to let radical extremists take control over women's bodies or tell my 22-year-old daughter that she has less rights than I did when I was her age.
00:24:34.000 It's the governor of Arizona, Katie Hobbs.
00:24:36.000 She shouldn't be the governor of Arizona, but she is.
00:24:38.000 And she's leaning all in on this.
00:24:40.000 Here is the counter.
00:24:41.000 You got to put it in the hands of the voters.
00:24:43.000 So the Democrats have a ballot referendum on the ballot in Arizona that says abortion, no restrictions, including late term, no rules, as wild as it gets.
00:24:54.000 So what an opportunity for, and by the way, it doesn't require the governor's signature.
00:24:58.000 The legislature can put something on the ballot if they just get it through the committee, get a vote.
00:25:03.000 And I researched all this last night.
00:25:05.000 Talked to Tyler Boyer at length about it.
00:25:07.000 So you have to have a counter one that can build consensus that can that people can support.
00:25:16.000 People say, but Charlie, if abortion is on the ballot at all, it's going to drive up Democrat turnout.
00:25:21.000 Answer, it's already going to be on the ballot.
00:25:23.000 It's already on the ballot.
00:25:25.000 We have so much going in our favor politically.
00:25:29.000 You have one of the most frail, unpopular presidents.
00:25:32.000 You have an economy that people are not thrilled with.
00:25:35.000 You have a wide open border, a country where the American people have an approval rating of Joe Biden of like 35 to 38 percent, yet he very well still might get reelected on this one issue.
00:25:46.000 I'm going to say that again.
00:25:48.000 He very well might get reelected on this one issue.
00:25:50.000 You could end up losing 60, 70, 80% of all female voters on this one particular issue.
00:25:56.000 And the media is, they are just carrying the water on this.
00:25:59.000 The framing of Arizona, they say, 1864 Civil War era law now into effect.
00:26:05.000 I was getting text messages from conservative Christian women in Arizona saying, Charlie, tell me this isn't true.
00:26:12.000 Tell, you know, we need to have some exceptions.
00:26:14.000 We need to have XYZ.
00:26:16.000 Look, I mean, this is the current state of affairs.
00:26:21.000 And what the legislature shouldn't do is some sort of like, oh, you know, we're only going to do the late term abortion.
00:26:25.000 No, throw it back to the voters.
00:26:26.000 Let the voters decide.
00:26:28.000 And by the way, if there are two competing ballot measures around the same topic, whichever ballot measure gets more votes ends up becoming law.
00:26:36.000 And what a win it would be for Arizona to say, hey, they're going to now parallel the Florida law, heartbeat bill.
00:26:43.000 Who could possibly be against a heartbeat bill?
00:26:45.000 It's common sense.
00:26:46.000 It's popular.
00:26:47.000 It's great framing.
00:26:49.000 And you just throw it into the hands of the voters.
00:26:50.000 And if the voters don't want it, you have to respect the will of the people.
00:26:53.000 We are a republic after all.
00:26:55.000 You don't have to agree with it.
00:26:56.000 You can hate it.
00:26:57.000 And the other part is this, is that Donald Trump is smart to try to decouple from this abortion enthusiasm.
00:27:04.000 You want Donald Trump to be president?
00:27:05.000 Here's a sad reality for you.
00:27:06.000 Not a sad reality.
00:27:07.000 It's just the reality.
00:27:09.000 Donald Trump needs pro-abortion voters to vote for him in some of these states.
00:27:14.000 Let me say that again.
00:27:15.000 Donald Trump needs people that support abortion to vote for him to become president.
00:27:20.000 There is no path without it.
00:27:22.000 Arizona is only about a 30% pro-life state.
00:27:26.000 And I want to just remind you: abortion bills failed in Montana, Ohio, and Kansas.
00:27:30.000 So, two things can be simultaneously true.
00:27:32.000 You can be morally clear and thrilled about the protection of the unborn and also very worried that it's not going to last and it's not going to stick.
00:27:40.000 And that if you have laws that do not fit the populace, you'll have a backlash and you'll be displaced from political power.
00:27:46.000 Just look at the Democrats in Virginia when they ignore the parents' issues and Glenn Young became governor.
00:27:53.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk.
00:27:54.000 You might be wondering why someone my age is talking to you about an organization that's been associated with older generation.
00:27:59.000 And no, I don't mean the radical AARP.
00:28:01.000 It's because preserving the foundation of our nation and promoting conservative values isn't just for seniors, it's for all Americans, regardless of age.
00:28:08.000 That's why I want to talk to you about the other organization, AMAC.
00:28:12.000 Yes, they champion issues that are critical to the senior community, but their mission and impacts go way beyond that, offering incredible benefits and opportunities for conservatives of every age.
00:28:20.000 Joining AMAC means you aren't only supporting advocacy for older Americans, you're also becoming part of a larger movement to protect our freedoms and ensure our nation endures for generations to come.
00:28:30.000 Plus, here's the fun part: you'll enjoy member-only benefits and discounts on things like travel, food, theme parks, movie tickets, special car insurance rates, and more.
00:28:39.000 The bottom line is that our fight for conservative values need fresh energy and wisdom and experience.
00:28:44.000 So, whether you're young and looking to make a difference or a seasoned patriot with an undying passion for freedom, AMAC is your home.
00:28:50.000 Join today at AMAC.us/slash Kirk.

00:28:58.000 It's the best way to play a crucial role in securing the future for all Americans.
00:29:01.000 Do not wait.
00:29:02.000 Join AMAC now at AMAC.us/slash Kirk.
00:29:07.000 The Democrats, this abortion issue is a money-printing issue for them.
00:29:11.000 Their oligarchs are so enthusiastic about protecting a woman's right to choose and pumping in hundreds of millions of dollars.
00:29:19.000 And it's not just that the pro-life issue doesn't raise as much money, it's that pro-life groups are notoriously underfunded.
00:29:27.000 Our donors are not nearly as fired up on this issue.
00:29:31.000 So, a good challenge to pro-life groups is to spend more and put your money where your mouth is.
00:29:35.000 Support Students for Life, support Lila Rose, support the great ones.
00:29:38.000 But the abortion industry is 100 to 150 to 200 times bigger than the pro-life movement.
00:29:44.000 And that should also give you some hope at how successful the pro-life movement has been despite being outspent.
00:29:52.000 Here's the reality: there are probably seven to 10 states at most that politically would tolerate and support a full abortion ban.
00:30:01.000 Probably seven to 10 states.
00:30:04.000 Arizona is not one of them.
00:30:06.000 Now, some of you are emailing me, but Charlie, this is a life or death issue.
00:30:10.000 We should not compromise on this.
00:30:12.000 Keep the 1864 ban in.
00:30:14.000 We will not budge an inch.
00:30:16.000 Okay, let's go through this.
00:30:16.000 Number one, it takes 60 days for it to go into effect.
00:30:20.000 Number two, the governor of Arizona, Katie Hobbs, said, We're not going to enforce the law.
00:30:25.000 You just get to it.
00:30:26.000 She says, We're not going to enforce the law.
00:30:28.000 Number three, the moderates in the Arizona House and Senate are already negotiating with Katie Hobbs to say, let's go back to the law of the Roe versus Wade law of 15 weeks or 18 weeks.
00:30:41.000 What I'm proposing is a counter to actually be able to drive pro-life turnout to help us in Hispanic neighborhoods to put this into the will of the people and say we're going to have a counter to your ballot referendum.
00:30:57.000 And this November, this November will decide it.
00:31:02.000 And if that bothers you, say, I don't like that plan, then you're making my point that the majority of the people don't support this.
00:31:10.000 I actually think that you could win a heartbeat bill in Arizona.
00:31:15.000 That I think you can win.
00:31:18.000 I think that there's enough support for that.
00:31:20.000 And it would also give people a little bit more.
00:31:24.000 Again, again, the total abortion ban is not tolerated by a lot of people.
00:31:27.000 It's just not.
00:31:29.000 You look at Florida, for example.
00:31:32.000 They say, oh, there's all this backlash against that.
00:31:34.000 It's actually rather largely supported in Florida.
00:31:37.000 And I also just want to emphasize one thing.
00:31:39.000 Katie Hobbs saying she's not going to enforce the law.
00:31:41.000 Does she get to just choose what laws she's going to enforce?
00:31:44.000 The Arizona Supreme Court made the right decision.
00:31:48.000 It's just as simple as it is.
00:31:50.000 The provision was really clear, which is what gets kicked into effect when Roe versus Wade is no longer the primary decision of the Supreme Court.
00:32:00.000 It's the law that was in place before.
00:32:01.000 You don't get to make up your own laws.
00:32:03.000 You don't get to come up with your own stuff.
00:32:04.000 And Katie Hobbs just comes out and says, yeah, I'm going to enforce my own laws.
00:32:07.000 You may hate the law.
00:32:08.000 Instead, Katie Hobbs should have said, I'm going to do everything I possibly can to try to pass different laws, this sort of stuff.
00:32:12.000 You guys just choose what laws you're going to enforce.
00:32:15.000 Governors and presidents just choosing what laws they want to ignore is the beginning of destroying the republic.
00:32:20.000 What if she just decides not to enforce murder laws, theft laws, anarchy, end of civilization, like Biden with student loans?
00:32:28.000 We have a process that we respect.
00:32:31.000 We are so firm to follow the law, we're afraid to put hands on foreigners that are invading Texas and send them back to the country of origin.
00:32:38.000 Oh, we got to follow the law.
00:32:39.000 Katie Hobbs just comes out brazenly because she knows the media will defend her, the courts will defend her, that the people are largely on her side on this.
00:32:47.000 And Katie Hobbs just saying, I don't care about the law.
00:32:50.000 I'm going to do what I want to do.
00:32:53.000 And we're not going to follow the Arizona Supreme Court.
00:32:56.000 That is the buried lead here with Katie Hobbs.
00:32:58.000 And she should be called out for that.
00:33:00.000 Katie Hobbs should be called out for how she gets to choose whatever laws she wants to live under.
00:33:05.000 You see, this is how Republicans should play offense.
00:33:08.000 Hold on, Katie Hobbs.
00:33:09.000 The Supreme Court comes down for, so do you get to choose which ones you like?
00:33:12.000 If the Supreme Court came down and said, oh, yeah, abortion is perfectly fine.
00:33:16.000 You would accept that decision.
00:33:17.000 You would celebrate it.
00:33:19.000 Do you respect the institutions that interpret the laws or do you not?
00:33:22.000 It's obviously very clear with Katie Hobbs, she doesn't.
00:33:25.000 Our side respects the laws, respects the customs, and respects the traditions.
00:33:31.000 So it's a real tough situation here.
00:33:33.000 It's a tough situation because morally, I'm very clear.
00:33:39.000 I want to make eventually build a movement where abortion is unthinkable and it doesn't happen in the country.
00:33:45.000 It happens in Arizona.
00:33:47.000 And I see a population that doesn't want that and doesn't fit.
00:33:52.000 And so while it might be, okay, yeah, you get 90 days or 100 days of this, by the way, they're not even enforcing it.
00:33:56.000 So the abortion clinics are remaining open.
00:33:58.000 They're just ignoring the law.
00:33:59.000 You might say, oh, this is what if they're just going to ignore the law.
00:34:03.000 And it very well could result in November where the Democrats win everything.
00:34:09.000 They might win everything if this issue isn't sorted out.
00:34:12.000 That is not hyperbole.
00:34:16.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
