00:00:00.000 Hey everybody, is the rule of law dead?
00:00:02.000 Or say hello to 12,000 of your new citizens from Haiti that have just been let into the country?
00:00:07.000 What can Texas do about this a lot?

00:00:25.000 We also talk about the Arizona State viral video of students being harassed because of their race and so much more here on the Charlie Kirk Show.

00:02:12.000 Hey, everybody.

00:02:33.000 Expressvpn.com slash Charlie.
00:02:39.000 I want to begin today by talking about the rule of law.
00:02:43.000 The rule of law is the bedrock of American society and a free society.
00:02:49.000 The promise of human equality as articulated in the United States Constitution is that all people will be treated the same under the law regardless of your skin color or your background or your need.
00:03:06.000 That we are not going to make need-based arguments under our constitutional republic.
00:03:12.000 Special accommodations will not be given if you are able to make a more emotional plea.
00:03:18.000 Now, we know that's not the case.
00:03:19.000 We know that throughout history, the rule of law in our constitutional republic has disappeared.
00:03:27.000 It's evaporated.
00:03:28.000 It's vanished.
00:03:28.000 It's actually been vaporized.
00:03:31.000 And so the question then becomes, what will govern you?
00:03:35.000 What are you going to live under?
00:03:37.000 Are you going to live under the rule of law or live under the rule of man?
00:03:42.000 The rule of law, by definition, which is the written constitution that we have, the written constitutional republic, means that you are being governed by things that do not change.
00:03:55.000 It is in writing.
00:03:56.000 It's a reference point.
00:03:57.000 People know what to expect.
00:04:00.000 People know that if you burn down a building, you go to jail, unless you're protesting for St. George Floyd during Floyd-Palooza.
00:04:09.000 You assault a police officer, you go to jail, unless you're doing that during Floyd-Palooza.
00:04:18.000 You see, the idea of the rule of law is that if you do something, you're going to have to pay for it.
00:04:25.000 This creates incentives, and this creates penalties, this creates consequences for action.
00:04:33.000 The entire constitutional system that we live under is a series of agreed-upon laws, measures, and principles that make sure you, as the citizen, which means co-ruler in Greek, co-ruler of this country, know what to expect, that you're not going to be living in a sea of uncertainty, chaos, or confusion.
00:05:02.000 It's supposed to be built on universal truths.
00:05:06.000 The United States Constitution being the greatest political document ever written and the longest-lasting constitution of its kind, it stood the test of time because it was not written for the times.
00:05:17.000 It was written to stand the test of time.
00:05:19.000 It was an analysis of human behavior.
00:05:25.000 And as we see this breaking news over the weekend, we ask ourselves the very serious question: Do we still have the rule of law in America?
00:05:37.000 Do we still have the rule of the written universal truth?
00:05:44.000 Do we still have the rule of the eternal principle?
00:05:52.000 Well, this weekend, the head of Department of Homeland Security, Alejandro Mayorkas, admitted on Fox News Sunday that 10,000 to 12,000 Haitians have been released into the interior of the United States.
00:06:12.000 He said it could even be higher.
00:06:14.000 The number that are returned could even be higher.
00:06:16.000 We do follow the law as Congress has passed it.
00:06:18.000 We know that's not true.
00:06:19.000 Mayorkis is saying, oh, we're following the law.
00:06:21.000 No, you're not.
00:06:23.000 The Secretary said the administration will make determinations whether they will be returned to Haiti based on our public health and public interest authorities.
00:06:31.000 But it says here that 12,000 have now been released into the interior of the United States.
00:06:40.000 And 12,400 have been given a little certificate saying, you got to go see some immigration judge.
00:06:45.000 You think they're going to come back and do that?
00:06:47.000 They're going to come back and see the judge for their hearing.
00:06:52.000 Mayorkas said on Fox News, I wouldn't call this a flood.
00:06:56.000 Now, statements like that do violence to the English language to say that 12,000 Haitians is not a flood.
00:07:05.000 You see, if we were governed by the rule of law, not the rule of man, if we were governed by the universal principles that if you break into a country, you will be deported quickly, this wouldn't even be a question.
00:07:19.000 And of course, if the southern border was filled with 12,000 Hungarians, Biden would have scolded them and said, go back to where you come from, go back to Budapest.
00:07:30.000 Instead, we are governed by carve-outs, exemptions, and special treatment.
00:07:36.000 We have this new way of looking at immigration policy in our country of open border immunity.
00:07:44.000 If you are a potential Democrat voter in a category that is preferred by this regime, you'll get preferred and perpetual legal relief.
00:07:58.000 But if you're Cuban, Mayorkis says don't even try coming here.
00:08:01.000 Why?
00:08:01.000 Because Cubans vote Republican, obviously.
00:08:04.000 80 to 90% of Cubans are voting Republican as they come here.
00:08:07.000 They get less Republican as they get older.
00:08:11.000 Biden wants to make sure the political demographics are in alignment with the future of the country that he and his regime want.
00:08:20.000 Department of Homeland Security continues by saying in this article that at any point there could be as many as 30,000 migrants coming into the country.
00:08:32.000 Governor Greg Abbott responded saying the United States Constitution itself requires that the President and the federal government secure the sovereignty of the United States of America, including the states in the United States of America and the Biden regime has abandoned any pretense of securing the sovereignty of either Texas or the United States by having these open border policies that you so well articulated.
00:08:51.000 He was talking about the interview that he was in.
00:08:54.000 They've created a magnet that led to these massive groups of Haitians, Haitians, as well as other groups that are coming here for one reason.
00:09:01.000 They're going to allow them across.
00:09:03.000 12,000 Haitians are now your fellow citizens.
00:09:05.000 Did they earn it?
00:09:07.000 Did they come here the right way?
00:09:09.000 Did they apply?
00:09:10.000 Did they wait in line?
00:09:12.000 No, they were given a special exemption of open border immunity because Biden and Mayorkis, Harris, Valerie Jarrett, Ron Klain, even though Valerie Jarrett's not technically in the government, we all know she's calling the shots, Ron Clain, what they see is political upside.
00:09:29.000 300 to 400 pregnant women, potential people to get on government assistance, bring them all in.
00:09:36.000 Rule of man or rule of law.
00:09:40.000 So what's that to say for the next 100,000 people that are coming into the country?
00:09:45.000 Let them all in.
00:09:47.000 And rough estimates show that Biden has added 1 million new illegals into the country since he has become president.
00:09:55.000 A tough realization for people to hear that they don't want to hear.
00:09:59.000 And I said this at an event in Texas in Houston last week.
00:10:03.000 I said the rule of law is dead in our country.
00:10:05.000 And some people disagree.
00:10:06.000 They say, Charlie, the rule of law will always be alive.
00:10:09.000 So you think that our leaders are actually following what's written in the Constitution?
00:10:13.000 It's become a laughable reference document that will be used at their ease and their convenience when they want it and ignored at every other turn.
00:10:23.000 We are no longer a nation of laws.
00:10:26.000 We are a nation of political will.
00:10:30.000 What does that mean?
00:10:33.000 20 years ago, our world changed.
00:10:35.000 Regardless of your views, the fact remains that we lost thousands of lives that horrific morning on September 11th and over the past 20 years since.
00:10:44.000 Brave men and women in our first responder communities answered the call and rushed into the unknown as we watched in horror as the morning unfolded before our eyes.
00:10:53.000 343 firefighters were lost that day, and almost all of our first responders who answered that call have perished since.
00:11:00.000 Minutemen Coffee, being unapologetically patriotic and constitutionally based, honors all of our men and women who serve and have served this amazing country.
00:11:09.000 Minutemen Coffee is proud to partner with the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation to bring to America the 9-11 tribute roast and honor all of our first responders and military who have perished since 9-11.
00:11:21.000 Give back and purchase the 9-11 tribute coffee and all the net proceeds raised will benefit those heroes whom this amazing foundation serves.
00:11:28.000 Go to minutemencoffee slash 911.com.
00:11:32.000 That's minutemencoffee slash 911.com.
00:11:37.000 Special exemptions, carve-outs, and favors.
00:11:41.000 Immunity is given if you are a third world citizen and you want to come into America to potentially vote for Democrats.
00:11:51.000 Democrats will do whatever you possibly can to let you into the country.
00:11:55.000 And so let's go to cut seven, where Mayorkas says, look, 10,000 or 12,000 Haitians have been released into the United States and more could follow.
00:12:03.000 Basically, to the whole third world, we want you here unless you're Cuban.
00:12:07.000 Now, if you're Cuban, don't you dare come here, even though Mayorkas himself is a Cuban.
00:12:11.000 Maorkis does not want Cubans because they could be Republicans.
00:12:15.000 Play cut seven.
00:12:16.000 You say that 12,400 will have their cases heard by an immigration judge, and another 5,000 are being processed by your department.
00:12:26.000 Mr. Secretary, of those 17,400, how many have been released into the U.S. and how many more potentially could be released into the U.S.?
00:12:37.000 They're released on conditions, and approximately, I think it's about 10,000 or so, 12,000 have been released.
00:12:44.000 Yes.
00:12:45.000 So they're released on conditions.
00:12:47.000 What does that mean?
00:12:47.000 They're given a piece of paper that says show up to a court date in 2037 to some judge that they don't even speak the language for.
00:12:57.000 And here's the other thing.
00:12:58.000 He is not executing deportation raids of these people, so there's no enforcement of it.
00:13:04.000 And then for the pregnant women, they have anchor babies.
00:13:07.000 And so once the anchor babies are born, they're tied to the land.
00:13:11.000 Well, you can't deport an illegal woman with one child.
00:13:14.000 The child didn't choose that future.
00:13:16.000 Do you see how this works?
00:13:17.000 Instead, they should be deporting on the Port-au-Prince, which they, of course, will not do.
00:13:23.000 Now, if I have to go to a major event, they force you to be tested.
00:13:29.000 They ask for a vaccination card.
00:13:32.000 But again, since the rule of law is dead and has been dead for quite some time, and it's been this, quite honestly, distraction of a fixation by so many people to act as if what judges actually say matter, which the left knows that's not true.
00:13:48.000 They know that it's a nation of political will, which means you must create action to change the law.
00:13:55.000 So in cut five, American citizens must be tested for the Fauci virus, but Haitians, they're not tested for COVID because we want them here, Mayorkas says.
00:14:06.000 Cut five.
00:14:08.000 Do we know who has tested positive if people got sick, any kind of symptoms among this group of 15,000, you said?
00:14:17.000 Yes, so we did not, we do not test that population of individuals.
00:14:24.000 We do not know.
00:14:25.000 I do not know, I should say, if I may be perfectly accurate, I do not know whether anyone was sick with COVID.
00:14:32.000 Yeah, don't test the migrants, but your three-year-old in school has to wear a mask.
00:14:38.000 Continues by saying, actually, let's go to cut.
00:14:41.000 Actually, we'll play cut three in a second.
00:14:43.000 I want to build this out a little bit.
00:14:47.000 And so this regime is salivating at the opportunity to be able to remake the demographics of this country.
00:14:56.000 Now, we've been calling for Texas to secure the border, to find the Haitians and deport them themselves.
00:15:03.000 Governor Abbott of Texas says his state is now implementing a policy where anyone crossing the border will be arrested and jailed for trespassing.
00:15:12.000 Now, these are two different things.
00:15:14.000 First of all, with all due respect, Governor Abbott, if you now say you have this authority, you said you did not have this authority nine months ago.
00:15:22.000 So what changed?
00:15:23.000 I'll tell you what changed.
00:15:24.000 Political will change.
00:15:25.000 You want to get re-elected?
00:15:26.000 That's what changed.
00:15:28.000 You want to get re-elected, so now all of a sudden you are willing to do what we on the Charlie Kirk show have said for quite some time because we are living in a post-constitutional America.
00:15:36.000 We don't celebrate that.
00:15:37.000 We don't enjoy that.
00:15:39.000 We don't want to live in a post-constitutional America.
00:15:41.000 I wish I lived in the free society I grew up in.
00:15:44.000 That society is dead.
00:15:46.000 We are now in a society of political will.
00:15:48.000 Are you going to do what is necessary to save the country, or are you going to sit idly by and act as if the Constitution is still valid, which has been invalidated by half the country, aka Democrats?
00:15:58.000 Play cut three.
00:16:00.000 As opposed to catch and release, Texas has imposed a policy where we are going to arrest and jail people who come across the border for trespassing into areas into the state of Texas.
00:16:13.000 Not good enough.
00:16:14.000 Deport them yourself and find every single one of these Haitians and get them out of the country.
00:16:19.000 Create a confrontation with the federal government.
00:16:21.000 Make the federal government march in federal agents, which they will not do because the agents do not have the will themselves to go confront the implementation and the enforcement of the law.
00:16:30.000 While I'm pleased to hear that Governor Abbott is implementing a policy where anyone crossing the border will be arrested and jailed for trespassing, what he's basically saying, he's admitting that every single illegal that has crossed into the country since January is on his watch and his responsibility.
00:16:44.000 He was not doing this in March.
00:16:45.000 He was not doing this in April.
00:16:47.000 He was not doing this in May.
00:16:48.000 He's doing this now because he's up against some very serious threats in the Texas gubernatorial primary, where political pressure is making him now do the right thing.
00:17:01.000 Have you ever wondered why internet access is so much cheaper these days, like 30 to 40 bucks a month?
00:17:06.000 It's because internet service providers aren't just making money off subscription fees.
00:17:09.000 They're making money off of you.
00:17:10.000 It's disgusting.
00:17:11.000 So what the best way to make sure that your data is totally encrypted is you need an ExpressVPN, the VPN that I use at expressvpn.com.
00:17:22.000 ExpressVPN creates a secure tunnel between all your devices and the internet so that everything you do online is encrypted.
00:17:28.000 It reroutes your connection through a secure server.
00:17:31.000 This blocks your internet provider from seeing everything you do online.
00:17:34.000 All they can see is that you're connected to an ExpressVPN server, but nothing beyond that.
00:17:38.000 And it's not just for your phone or computer.
00:17:40.000 ExpressVPN works on all your devices.
00:17:42.000 It works on your tablets, smart TVs, and even your router, so your entire family can always stay protected.
00:17:48.000 I can't stress this enough.
00:17:49.000 ExpressVPN is so simple to use.
00:17:51.000 You just open up the app, tap one button to connect, and that's it.
00:17:54.000 Your data is your business.
00:17:55.000 Protected at expressvpn.com slash Charlie, expressvpn.com slash Charlie to get three extra months of ExpressVPN protection for free.
00:18:04.000 That's expressvpn.com slash Charlie to learn more.
00:18:10.000 I'm going to dive into this just a little bit more.
00:18:12.000 Just to give you an idea of how planned this invasion is of our country.
00:18:18.000 Biden is planning to bring in about 10 times as many refugees as he will brought last year, the State Department confirmed.
00:18:26.000 So for in 2022, he wants to bring in 40,000 refugees from Africa because we don't have enough Elon Omar energy going on here.
00:18:36.000 15,000 East Asian refugees, 10,000 Europe and Central Asian refugees, 15,000 Latin American and Caribbean refugees, 35,000 Near East and South Asian for 115,000, 125,000 total.
00:18:53.000 Not to mention the 1.3 million green cards we give out automatically, plus the 1 million, plus anywhere between 1.5 to 1.8 million people that are let into our country illegally.
00:19:03.000 And according to Brandon Judd from Breitbart.com, Biden has added nearly 1 million criminal illegals to the United States in eight months.
00:19:12.000 The massive catch and release operation ensures that border crossers and illegals are released into the United States with only notices to appear in an immigration court or notices to report to the immigration and customs enforcement.
00:19:24.000 Brandon Judd writes that 600,000 border crossers are in addition to the more 300,000 illegal aliens the Department of Homeland Security says.
00:19:36.000 And of course, as we've said, anywhere between 12 to 15,000 have now been released into the United States, Haitians, and they've just been given preference.
00:19:47.000 Remember, we played this last week, and boy, did the media hate this.
00:19:49.000 Oh, my goodness.
00:19:50.000 They were coming after us like crazy.
00:19:52.000 Connor texted me, Charlie, you're trending, LOL.
00:19:55.000 I said, yeah, it feels the same as if Cut 18, we're going to get to it in a second.
00:19:59.000 This feels exactly the same when I'm not trending, or when I am trending, I'm not trending.
00:20:03.000 I don't have Twitter.
00:20:04.000 Connor has Twitter, and so it works out nicely.
00:20:08.000 And so Julian Castro, remember Julian Castro, one of the Castro brothers from Texas, not the Castro brothers from Cuba.
00:20:16.000 I know it's easy to confuse them.
00:20:19.000 He brags that because of this refugee, because of the open borders, because of the changing demographics, Texas will change.
00:20:29.000 Now, if you dare say out loud what the other side says out loud, they call you a white supremacist floating a white replacement theory.
00:20:38.000 But Julian Castro himself says that Texas is going to become a blue state because of the changing in racial demographics.
00:20:46.000 Now, this is not going as planned because Texas Democrats have now lost the Rio Grande Valley, at least temporarily, because legal Hispanics are really upset with the flow of illegals coming into their country.
00:21:02.000 With that being said, though, there is some truth to what Julian Castro is saying, where he says, look, we just need to make Texas basically Nicaragua, and then we get to be in charge.
00:21:14.000 Play Cut 18.
00:21:16.000 In a couple of presidential cycles, you'll be on election night.
00:21:19.000 You'll be announcing that we're calling the 38 electoral votes of Texas for the Democratic nominee for president.
00:21:25.000 It's changing.
00:21:26.000 It's going to become a purple state and then a blue state because of the demographics, because of the population growth of folks from outside of Texas.
00:21:34.000 Because of demographics.
00:21:35.000 He says it out loud.
00:21:36.000 So basically, he's saying in a celebratory manner, he's predicting, he's trying to tell the host on CBS, this is back in 2013, right, Connor?
00:21:46.000 So this is eight years ago.
00:21:48.000 He is saying that Texas will change because demographics will change alongside of it.
00:21:53.000 Now, I will say, many of their demographic projections have proven to be wrong, not just politically, but otherwise.
00:22:01.000 But there is some truth.
00:22:02.000 There is a moving average of truth.
00:22:05.000 And this matters so much because a Republican can never win the White House again without Texas.
00:22:13.000 We know this, obviously.
00:22:14.000 It's self-evident in a variety of different ways.
00:22:17.000 And so you take Arizona, for example.
00:22:19.000 Arizona has changed dramatically because of the flow of illegals that continue to come into Arizona, that continue to domicile themselves, specifically in Tucson and then in Phoenix as well.
00:22:31.000 But if an election is determined by 10,000 votes in Arizona and 9,000 votes in Georgia and 60,000 votes in Pennsylvania, yes, the 12,000 Haitians that then have children, that makes a significant difference.
00:22:45.000 These things add up and they add up quickly.
00:22:48.000 And so a million votes is an enormous Democrat advantage.
00:22:51.000 And you want to know why California continues to go in a death spiral?
00:22:55.000 Immigration has played a massive role in this.
00:22:57.000 Did you know that only 27% of people in the state of California, 27%.
00:23:02.000 So in a state of 36 million people, that would be, let's see how good my math is.
00:23:06.000 That would be about almost 9 million people.
00:23:09.000 Fact check me on the math, Connor.
00:23:12.000 That 9 million people in California, 8 or 9 million people out of 37 million people in California were not born in the United States.
00:23:20.000 As Victor Davis Hansen says, do these people believe in the American story?
00:23:24.000 Do they know what Iwo Jima is?
00:23:25.000 Do they know who Abraham Lincoln is?
00:23:27.000 Do they even speak English?
00:23:29.000 Probably not.
00:23:30.000 I was just flying out of Houston Intercontinental Airport this last weekend, and I heard more Spanish kind of announcements than English.
00:23:42.000 And I'm not saying that people that speak Spanish deserve any less human dignity.
00:23:46.000 That's dignity.
00:23:46.000 That's, of course, not the point.
00:23:47.000 That's a sloppy, stupid accusation that they throw at people that actually want a unified language, where English should be the official language of the United States.
00:23:55.000 Do you know what it creates?
00:23:56.000 It creates more segregation, not less.
00:23:58.000 It creates more confusion.
00:24:01.000 And all of this goes into this war, this persistent and dare I say, pathological war on white men in this country.
00:24:13.000 And there is a clip that we're going to get cooked up here, and I want to play the entire clip.
00:24:18.000 It's a two-minute clip, and it happened at Arizona State University, where at Arizona State University, there were two white men, one with a Bass Pro Shop hat on, one with Don't Blame Me, I Didn't Vote for Biden shirt, that were approached by a black woman harassing them relentlessly for being in the multicultural space for simply being white men,
00:24:47.000 demanding that they leave the multicultural space, saying that whites do not have a culture, that your whiteness is infecting this campus.
00:24:58.000 And these white men handled it rather well.
00:25:00.000 But the most incredible part of this entire segment that happened is that it was the black activist that recorded this and posted it as if she was proud of the fact that she was harassing two white male students at Arizona State University based solely on their skin color.
00:25:20.000 Julian Castro says that Texas is going to change because the demographics are becoming less white and more Hispanic.
00:25:29.000 That's him saying that.
00:25:30.000 That's not us.
00:25:31.000 Joe Biden said something very similar in a speech a couple years ago.
00:25:37.000 Now, never would I say that a specific skin color correlates to a specific political outcome.
00:25:45.000 Some of the whitest states in America are actually some of the most liberal states in America.
00:25:50.000 For example, Vermont is one of the whitest states in America, and it's one of the most liberal states in America.
00:25:58.000 Let's be fooling ourselves where all of a sudden you bring in people from a completely different culture, regardless of skin color, that do not share your language, do not share the idea of what it means to be an American.
00:26:09.000 So I want all of you to listen to this clip very carefully.
00:26:12.000 Is this the whole clip, Connor?
00:26:15.000 Because when you send your child to college, first of all, this is the type of nonsense that they have to experience, and where people being harassed simply for not looking a certain way.
00:26:31.000 You see, the bargain of the Civil Rights Act was that, hey, if we pass the Civil Rights Act, we are going to be colorblind.
00:26:40.000 We are going to be no longer caring about race.
00:26:44.000 And what happened as an opposite of that was that we became more race conscious, not less.
00:26:54.000 And so here's Majorkis saying that we're going to have 12,000 Haitians released into the interior of the United States, and more could follow.
00:27:02.000 Over a million illegal aliens have come into the United States in just eight months.
00:27:07.000 And the other side says out loud, well, this is very simple.
00:27:09.000 This is about politics.
00:27:11.000 That we need to keep these borders open because it benefits us.
00:27:15.000 And so I'm going to ask the question I asked again at the beginning, which is: is it the law that's governing us or the man or man that's governing us?
00:27:24.000 And that's something that Governor Greg Abbott and the people of Texas need to realize, that the federal constitution and their willingness to enforce it is dead and has been dead for quite some time.
00:27:34.000 Democrats created sanctuary cities in Portland, Seattle, Chicago, and New York.
00:27:40.000 They ignored federal law when it came to cannabis in Colorado, Nevada, and Oregon.
00:27:45.000 The enforcing of the law is now going to fall on the shoulders of the states.
00:27:52.000 The states are now going to have to take their rightful position, no longer be a passive participant in this failed national project.
00:28:00.000 And it is a failed national project.
00:28:02.000 It's a failed national project because we have an administrative state, the Department of Homeland Security, that cares nothing to actually enforce our borders.
00:28:11.000 The states created the federal government.
00:28:13.000 The federal government did not create the states.
00:28:15.000 So what does that mean?
00:28:16.000 It means the states were sovereign well before this federal compact was sovereign.
00:28:20.000 Start doing something about it.
00:28:23.000 Find every single one of these Haitians, knock on their door as a, hi, I'm a Texas Ranger.
00:28:28.000 You're going home.
00:28:29.000 Find them and do that.
00:28:31.000 What's the federal government going to do?
00:28:33.000 Play this out.
00:28:34.000 What are they going to do?
00:28:35.000 Write a letter?
00:28:36.000 Because that's what we've been doing.
00:28:37.000 They're going to back down.
00:28:39.000 In fact, you'll have Border Patrol and DHS agents applauding the state of Texas for doing this.
00:28:47.000 The admission for conservatives to say that the rule of law is largely dead is very tough because the rule of law in a conservative worldview is sacrosanct.
00:28:58.000 The rule of law is something that we treasure, we hold near and dear.
00:29:04.000 But instead, it is this question of political will.
00:29:08.000 And actually, we have a podcast coming later this week.
00:29:10.000 We haven't discussed it yet about Friedrich Nietzsche, who actually was one of the first people to talk about the power of political will.
00:29:19.000 That's why you guys should all subscribe to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:29:22.000 We're not going to be a pro-Nietzschean podcast because he was wrong about a lot, but he did identify something that I think is really important.
00:29:31.000 How many years have I been telling you about Relief Factor?
00:29:33.000 A lot.
00:29:34.000 Truth is, I know millions of people.
00:29:36.000 In fact, some people say over 100 million people are struggling with some kind of pain, maybe from exercise or just getting older.
00:29:42.000 Now, Pete and Seth Talbot, they are on a mission.
00:29:44.000 You rarely see this kind of focus and commitment.
00:29:46.000 They recently shared with me that they are doubling down and want to literally double their total number of happy customers in the next year.
00:29:52.000 And I believe they'll do it.
00:29:53.000 So here's the deal.
00:29:54.000 Go to relieffactor.com.
00:29:56.000 That's relieffactor.com or call 800-500-8384.
00:29:59.000 People ask me, tell me why Relief Factor is so successful in lowering or eliminating pain.
00:30:04.000 I'm often asked that question.
00:30:05.000 So maybe you want to be able to do cartwheels or be able to do backflips like producer Andrew.
00:30:10.000 Maybe you want to be able to run a marathon, swim underwater, go scuba diving, jump out of an airplane, but maybe it's your knee pain, back pain, joint pain, whatever pain it might be.
00:30:18.000 Maybe Relief Factor is for you.
00:30:21.000 ReliefFactor.com, 100% drug-free.
00:30:23.000 Check it out.
00:30:24.000 ReliefFactor.com.
00:30:28.000 Let's go to this right here, Arizona State University.
00:30:31.000 If you have a child or grandchild you're sending to college, this is what they might be experiencing.
00:30:37.000 Two, I think it was two black students that came up and started harassing two white students for the color of their skin, where all of a sudden the oppressed, alleged oppressed, becomes the oppressor.
00:30:45.000 Is that interesting how it works?
00:30:47.000 Play tape.
00:30:47.000 You're making this space uncomfortable.
00:30:49.000 I'm uncomfortable.
00:30:50.000 But you're white.
00:30:51.000 Do you understand what a multicultural space?
00:30:53.000 It means you're not being centered.
00:30:55.000 White's not a culture?
00:30:56.000 No.
00:30:56.000 No, it's not a culture.
00:30:57.000 It's white is not a culture.
00:30:59.000 Say it again to the camera.
00:31:00.000 You think whiteness is a culture?
00:31:02.000 This is insane.
00:31:04.000 So anyways, this is the violence that ASU does, and this is the type of people that they protect.
00:31:09.000 Okay, this white man thinks he can take up our space.
00:31:12.000 And this is why we need a multicultural space.
00:31:15.000 Because they think they can get away with this shit.
00:31:17.000 Every single part of the campus centers you.
00:31:19.000 This is the only space that you're not centered and you're still trying to censor yourself, which is peak white cis male bulls.
00:31:28.000 Oh, you're not racist.
00:31:29.000 You are racist.
00:31:30.000 Your sticker is racist because police, that's a job.
00:31:33.000 You can choose to be a police.
00:31:35.000 I don't choose to be black.
00:31:40.000 Okay?
00:31:40.000 No, you can choose to be a cop.
00:31:43.000 You can choose to kill people with a badge and you're protecting that shit, which means that you're racist.
00:31:49.000 So Arizona State, that's just a small flavor of the video.
00:31:53.000 By the way, these two white men were just minding their own business, doing homework.
00:31:58.000 And these two black women came up and started harassing them, as you just heard, and demanding that they leave the multicultural center based purely on the color of their skin.
00:32:09.000 So now we have, and just, I know this is a surprise for a lot of adults out there, but there are plenty of black-only dormitories, black-only learning centers on campuses that they want to have their own area to learn.
00:32:23.000 It's so funny.
00:32:24.000 Arizona State University, which is such a fraud.
00:32:26.000 They really are.
00:32:27.000 They've become so terrible.
00:32:29.000 And Arizona State University releases a one-paragraph thing.
00:32:33.000 The dean of students is aware of a disagreement between a handful of students that was captured in a video circulated on social media.
00:32:41.000 The dean of students' office will be discussing it with all involved.
00:32:44.000 ASU is a community of more than 100,000 people from all 50 states and 150 opinions.
00:32:49.000 Differences of opinion are part of the university experience.
00:32:53.000 The university expects respectful dialogue between students and all engagement.
00:32:56.000 Oh, I'm sorry.
00:32:57.000 Wait, first of all, why do you have to discuss it with the white kids?
00:33:00.000 What did they do wrong?
00:33:01.000 And let me be clear.
00:33:02.000 Could you imagine if a couple black kids were just eating and white kids came up and said, blackness is not a culture.
00:33:08.000 Get out of here.
00:33:09.000 What is wrong with you?
00:33:10.000 Get out of our own area.
00:33:11.000 Do you think that Arizona State University would say, disagreement is a part of the university experience?
00:33:16.000 What a fraud.
00:33:17.000 Be very careful when you send your children to college.
00:33:20.000 You may never see them again.
00:33:21.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
