00:01:00.000 Brought to you by my friends, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage, 888, 888 1172 or AndrewNTodd.com.
00:01:10.000 Could this be the week that the first time in American history, a former president is arrested?
00:01:17.000 Sure seems that way.
00:01:20.000 The Manhattan District Attorney, Alvin Bragg, is indicating alongside Donald Trump's statements that Donald Trump might be handcuffed, processed, fingerprinted in Manhattan this week.
00:01:34.000 He would be the first former president in history to face criminal charges.
00:01:39.000 What is in dispute?
00:01:40.000 Did Donald Trump murder somebody?
00:01:41.000 Did he burn down a department store?
00:01:45.000 Did he do mass looting?
00:01:46.000 Did he embezzle money?
00:01:48.000 Did he short a bunch of stocks?
00:01:50.000 Did he scam the crypto market?
00:01:53.000 Did he falsify bank documents?
00:01:56.000 Did he oversee the Silicon Valley Bank?
00:01:59.000 Was he a chairman of Lehman Brothers?
00:02:02.000 Did he do the made-off scheme?
00:02:04.000 Nope.
00:02:05.000 Donald Trump made a personal payment in his own personal life while a presidential campaign was occurring regarding something with Stormy Daniels, of which it is very unclear what exactly is going on there, because Stormy Daniels in 2018 came out and said, yeah, we actually didn't have it in a fair.
00:02:23.000 You guys didn't know that, did you?
00:02:24.000 She came out and said that in 2018.
00:02:26.000 Media won't cover that.
00:02:28.000 But Alvin Bragg is coming out and saying that this is a campaign finance violation that needs to elevate all the way to the level of a felony.
00:02:36.000 Let's catch you up on it.
00:02:37.000 Play cut two.
00:02:38.000 Former President Trump claiming authorities will arrest him tomorrow.
00:02:42.000 He would be the first former president in history to face criminal charges.
00:02:46.000 The possible arrest related to a hush money payment made to adult film star Stormy Daniels.
00:02:51.000 You'll remember it happened in the run-up to the 2016 election.
00:02:54.000 The Manhattan District Attorney's Office has been investigating the case for years, and a grand jury is reportedly on the verge of bringing charges.
00:03:04.000 On the verge of bringing charges.
00:03:06.000 They're saying an arrest is imminent, that they've been investigating this for years.
00:03:10.000 But of course, now that the 2024 presidential campaign is starting to heat up, the Manhattan District Attorney is getting into full gear and they say as early as tomorrow, you could see Donald Trump, the 45th president of the United States, once the darling of New York who saved Woman Rink, built the actually purchased the Plaza Hotel, did the Hyatt deal, saved the convention center.
00:03:35.000 One of the most notable philanthropists in the history of New York City, they want to seek revenge against him.
00:03:42.000 And it's obvious why, and we'll talk about it, but let's build out this, their argument.
00:03:45.000 Their argument is that Donald Trump in his own private life paid Stormy Daniels as a hush money payment as a way to try and influence the 2016 presidential campaign.
00:03:55.000 This is such, this is beyond an abuse of the criminal justice system.
00:03:58.000 Even if you hate Donald Trump, even if you are the most anti-Trump person, you cannot possibly justify that this is what the criminal justice system is for.
00:04:10.000 This is not even a novel legal theory.
00:04:12.000 This is a fiction of the legal code.
00:04:15.000 Signs indicate that Bragg's plan is to claim that Trump's payments to Stormy Daniels were improperly classified as a legal expense.
00:04:23.000 Now, even that would just be a misdemeanor if true.
00:04:26.000 So to make it a felony, like Bragg has been saying, that it's a crime was committed to cover up another crime.
00:04:32.000 And the theory goes that it goes a bigger crime making this in illegal campaign contribution.
00:04:37.000 This is such an abuse.
00:04:39.000 It basically says any spending in your personal life is actually for a political campaign.
00:04:45.000 And then it just begs the question, was Donald Trump selling our country out to the Chinese Communist Party so his cocaine-addicted son could make money and our national security could be compromised?
00:04:56.000 Did Donald Trump smash a bunch of devices even though they were under subpoena and they just disappeared?
00:05:03.000 Did Donald Trump engage in a summer of love, of looting and fire and arson?
00:05:08.000 No, of course not.
00:05:09.000 A city that is more dangerous than ever.
00:05:12.000 And the local DA is going straight after the 45th President of the United States.
00:05:18.000 Why is this happening?
00:05:21.000 Now, many of you say, well, Charles, because they want to take out Trump before 2024.
00:05:25.000 That's partially true.
00:05:28.000 But there is a promise that was made, top-down, and it's almost been a competition.
00:05:34.000 It's what a competition between Letitia James and the Fulton County person and Alvin Bragg is a competition to seek revenge over justice.
00:05:45.000 Seared into the memory of the Democrat Party elite is how they felt that night in 2016 on election night.
00:05:56.000 Not only were the expectations high, they were metaphorically measuring the drapes.
00:06:03.000 They had their cabinet all picked out at the Kravitz Center.
00:06:07.000 They were ready for what came next.
00:06:09.000 What came next was supposed to be the seamless entrance into the destruction of America, the postmodern America, the abolition of the Republican Party, the first female president that would keep the neoliberal order going.
00:06:23.000 The Supreme Court was supposed to be a 7-2 left-wing majority.
00:06:29.000 Circuit courts were to be flooded with left-wing radicals and activists.
00:06:33.000 The borders would be completely and totally wide open.
00:06:35.000 We would enter the Paris Climate Accord.
00:06:37.000 The Iran deal would be approved.
00:06:40.000 We would destroy finally the American middle class.
00:06:43.000 Silicon Valley would get everything that they asked.
00:06:45.000 Wall Street would remain untouched.
00:06:48.000 The muscular class would be pummeled.
00:06:51.000 We would have a whole regime of anti-racism implemented in every single portion of our country.
00:06:56.000 We'd have endless war invading Libya to Syria to Ukraine.
00:07:00.000 War, as far as the eye can see, we would add another 5 million green card immigrants because why not?
00:07:06.000 We invade the world.
00:07:07.000 We invite the world.
00:07:08.000 All of this was planned.
00:07:10.000 It was ready.
00:07:11.000 It was on a piece of paper.
00:07:13.000 All they needed to do was beat the crazy developer man from New York City.
00:07:18.000 And Hillary Clinton lost.
00:07:20.000 And she lost in a humiliating fashion.
00:07:23.000 It was a legit surprise.
00:07:25.000 And you cannot ever properly capture the feeling of the Democrat elite when that occurred.
00:07:36.000 The glass ceiling was not broken that evening.
00:07:38.000 The crying, the despair, the drunkenness, the panic, the paranoia that the man who was down 10 points in the polls suddenly won that night.
00:07:50.000 Weeping and the gnashing of the teeth.
00:07:51.000 It is seared into the consciousness.
00:07:54.000 It never has gone away.
00:07:56.000 That night is the night that the Democrat Party said shall live in infamy.
00:08:01.000 Regardless of how they did in the midterms, regardless of how they were able to implement Joe Biden, that memory of 2016 for the septogenarian, octogenarian, Marxist, miserable creeps like Nancy Pelosi and Schumer, they felt as if time was robbed from them.
00:08:18.000 They felt as if that was going to be the climax of the revolution.
00:08:21.000 Because you might remember in the 2008 presidential primary, there was the Obama camp and the Clinton camp.
00:08:27.000 And Obama brought in a whole bunch of other radicals and cronies that got rich and they were able to run the government.
00:08:33.000 The Clinton camp still had some say they ran the State Department, you had the Podestas, but they were really waiting for their shot to run the government.
00:08:40.000 And they said, okay, fine, Obama, you get eight years, but then Hillary and 16, this is it.
00:08:44.000 We run the government in our image, just like the Clinton Global Initiative.
00:08:48.000 We're going to get fabulously wealthy.
00:08:50.000 We're going to take over the government.
00:08:51.000 We're going to do it our way.
00:08:52.000 And then this guy, Donald Trump, comes and runs a completely different type of campaign.
00:08:56.000 It wasn't a Mitt Romney neoliberal campaign.
00:08:59.000 It wasn't open borders.
00:09:00.000 It wasn't free trade.
00:09:01.000 And these people swore to themselves, we will have our revenge.
00:09:05.000 It's not enough to defeat him.
00:09:07.000 It's not enough to displace him from office.
00:09:09.000 No, no, no.
00:09:09.000 We need handcuffs.
00:09:10.000 We need perp walks.
00:09:11.000 We need orange jumpsuits.
00:09:13.000 We need the demolition of his business.
00:09:15.000 The cruelty is the point.
00:09:16.000 We're going to take him down by any means possible because that night was supposed to be the entrance into a new America.
00:09:23.000 We were supposed to enter into a brave new world that night at the Javit Center.
00:09:28.000 We were supposed to break through into a new chapter, a new eon where we run everything.
00:09:33.000 The courts are taken over.
00:09:34.000 The country will never go back to Republican dominance.
00:09:37.000 And the man who everyone mocked and ridiculed and scorned at, who had a 1% chance of winning, according to the New York Times, turned everything upside down 180.
00:09:47.000 And these people have not forgotten.
00:09:50.000 This, more than anything else, is about revenge.
00:09:56.000 It's petty.
00:09:58.000 It's personal.
00:10:00.000 But in the same place where they were supposed to be celebrating Hillary Clinton's victory, Manhattan in one of the boroughs in New York, that's exactly where they want to take him down.
00:10:10.000 And it's by no mistake, this quote-unquote thrill kill is supposed to humiliate Donald Trump in the same city that he made a name for himself.
00:10:19.000 They get off on this stuff.
00:10:20.000 These people are sick.
00:10:22.000 They're twisted.
00:10:25.000 They find this sadistic pleasure.
00:10:32.000 It's a fetish where they say, oh, yeah, you wrote the art of the deal.
00:10:35.000 Well, now you're going to have to write the art of how to get out of jail.
00:10:37.000 That's how these people are.
00:10:38.000 These are secular, miserable, joyless fanatics.

00:11:49.000 Liberals are jubilant.
00:11:50.000 There's a hashtag arrestmas.
00:11:52.000 They are celebrating.
00:11:54.000 They are salivating.
00:11:55.000 You see, when you do not have a belief in the divine or the internal or you do not have a strong ethical code, you find meaning in the cruelty of others, in the treatment of others.
00:12:06.000 And Donald Trump has been made as a Hitlerian type figure.
00:12:10.000 And right now, liberals all across the internet are celebrating.
00:12:14.000 They're having parties.
00:12:15.000 They're saying that finally we are doing it.
00:12:17.000 And they're going to realize that, okay, Donald Trump gets fingerprinted in the process.
00:12:20.000 Your life is still super miserable with all your cats in your apartment in Brooklyn.
00:12:23.000 Like, it doesn't make your life any better all of a sudden because Donald Trump has to fly in and has to fight a felony.
00:12:29.000 It's a really bad way to run your life to all of a sudden act as if your meaning is connected to somebody else's life becoming more difficult.
00:12:36.000 But that's what you get when you have an entire university system that isn't built on wisdom or goodness.
00:12:42.000 So the left is celebrating.
00:12:44.000 They're salivating.
00:12:46.000 It's happening in great numbers.
00:12:47.000 This is all built on revenge.
00:12:49.000 It's built on revenge because it was the regime that never got implemented.
00:12:53.000 Donald Trump disrupted so much of this, in particular in the courts and the international scene, from how he rearranged NATO to getting out of the Parents' Climate Accord to redoing NAFTA to finally holding the Chinese Communist Party accountable.
00:13:05.000 And if it wasn't for the virus and the lockdowns and the infiltration of Fauci and Burks into the Trump government, then Donald Trump would have easily have won four more years.
00:13:15.000 In fact, of course, we believe if it wasn't for Zuckerbucks and the mail-in ballots and the signature verification, he would still be president.
00:13:24.000 But there's a second element here that really bothers me, and I don't think this is going to be covered by most people in media, which is why have Republican district attorneys, why have Republican attorney generals not started to investigate the legitimate crimes of the Democrat mafia?
00:13:41.000 You see, they think they can keep on doing this against Donald Trump, against Steve Bannon, against all of the people on the right, and they kind of snicker and they say, yeah, we're going to abuse power, and the right won't even look into our own crimes.
00:13:53.000 And they laugh.
00:13:54.000 Why is it that the Attorney General of Arkansas or some DA in Arkansas does not have an open criminal investigation into the crimes of Hunter Biden?
00:14:02.000 At least give the Democrats a little bit of a fear that we're willing to use political power to look into the actual crimes that they have committed.
00:14:09.000 You see, you have one side that is enthusiastic to use the legal system to try to turn our country into a Stalinist nightmare.
00:14:17.000 We have another side that is terrified to even use the legal system in a legitimate way to look into the actual crimes of the entire Democrat regime.
00:14:26.000 You see, here we are.
00:14:27.000 We're going to be talking about how unjust this is and how abusive this is and how it's an overreach.
00:14:32.000 All that stuff is legitimate, and we should say that.
00:14:34.000 But we are now in a power dispute.
00:14:38.000 We're in a power dispute.
00:14:39.000 There will be one winner.
00:14:40.000 Either the right will win or the left will win.
00:14:43.000 The left thinks they can win by putting us in jail and by ridiculing us and by using the criminal justice system against us.
00:14:52.000 But when they are able to continue to commit crimes, and look, the House GOP is doing their job, but this is less of a congressional issue.
00:15:03.000 The House GOP demands the New York City district attorney turn over documents and give testimony as to the politically motivated persecution of Donald Trump.
00:15:11.000 That's a great sign.
00:15:12.000 That would not have happened a decade ago.
00:15:13.000 Paul Ryan and his pack of moderates would have been like, whoa, this is not us.
00:15:17.000 We don't want to interfere with an investigation.
00:15:19.000 That's ridiculous.
00:15:20.000 I'm glad they're doing that.
00:15:21.000 I'm talking about district attorneys.
00:15:24.000 I'm talking about attorney generals.
00:15:26.000 Do we have a current grand jury right now in a red state against Joe Biden, the treason he's committed against America?
00:15:33.000 If not, why not?
00:15:33.000 Ask your attorney general.
00:15:36.000 Do we have a current investigation into the Clinton Crime Foundation of the crimes that they committed against the American homeland or maybe even committed in Arkansas?
00:15:44.000 The way Arkansas is a super red state that the Clintons and the Bidens have both heavily trafficked throughout the last couple of years.
00:15:50.000 You're trying to tell me that you couldn't find a misdemeanor that Hunter Biden committed in Arkansas.
00:15:55.000 So, if this is the new threshold, if the new threshold of American politics is, wow, you have a misdemeanor of a payment to Stormy Daniels that could be classified as a campaign finance thing, then what exactly would you call it when you get a $3 million wire from a Chinese Communist Party-affiliated company?
00:16:11.000 Why does a Republican district attorney not investigate them right now?
00:16:14.000 I don't want excuses, I want answers, and you should too.
00:16:18.000 I want a sheriff, a DA, and panel a grand jury.
00:16:21.000 I don't like where we are in our country.
00:16:24.000 I don't like talking like this.
00:16:26.000 They will not back down.
00:16:28.000 They will not respect us, they being the regime, they being the left, until there is even a micron of fear that their crimes might be exposed.
00:16:37.000 You want to have this stop?
00:16:38.000 Then you have to all of a sudden look into these people and you have to make them feel as if there is a check in the balance for the actual crimes they've committed.
00:16:47.000 Mutually assured destruction.
00:16:48.000 We have one side that is usurping the Constitution.
00:16:51.000 We have one side that is investigating us.
00:16:54.000 We have one side that is absolutely going after us every single day.
00:16:57.000 On our side, we do press releases.
00:16:59.000 Well, you know, this is a very unfair indictment.
00:17:02.000 Yeah, of course it is.
00:17:03.000 We need a war deterrent.
00:17:06.000 They're at war against us.
00:17:08.000 They're about to go indict Donald Trump and they're going to fingerprint him and perp walk him.
00:17:13.000 The only way that you get them to stop is if their cronies and their leaders start to be a little uneasy and nervous that they might be fingerprinted and processed for the actual crimes they've committed.
00:17:29.000 Okay, Kirk fans, I need you to stop and pay attention to this.
00:17:33.000 I have never experienced anything quite like the new Strong Cell product.
00:17:37.000 I take it right before every single show.
00:17:38.000 It's so easy.
00:17:39.000 And you've got to read up on everything that has been packed into these tiny bottles.
00:17:43.000 You see, Strong Cell is a new scientific cocktail of cellular level replenishment.
00:17:48.000 It's so simple.
00:17:49.000 Just drink one small bottle of strong cell liquid per day, and boom, you guys get NADH.
00:17:55.000 I've kind of become a student of NAD.
00:17:57.000 I'm going to tell you more about that in a second.
00:17:59.000 Look, Strong Cell is a formula that helps boost your body's natural energy and restoration at the cellular level.
00:18:06.000 NAD is a crucial coenzyme that is critical for creating energy in your cells.
00:18:12.000 Now, you might say, Charlie, this sounds too good to be true.
00:18:15.000 NAD, go look it up online.
00:18:16.000 Go do five minutes of research on NAD.
00:18:19.000 It is a miracle coenzyme.
00:18:21.000 Some people call it the anti-aging enzyme.

00:20:06.000 Thank you for coming out for one last rally before election day tomorrow.
00:20:17.000 The scene here is so different than it was a few hours ago when people were happy and relaxed.
00:20:24.000 There are people who are just in shock and they are just stunned at the idea that they were completely sure they were coming to this event to celebrate Hillary Clinton becoming the first female president.
00:20:37.000 And now they are confronting the reality that they could be walking out of here, perhaps expecting that Donald Trump is going to become president.
00:20:45.000 It was humiliating.
00:20:47.000 And they made a pledge.
00:20:49.000 They made a blood oath.
00:20:50.000 They made a promise to themselves that we will never forget and we will put this man in handcuffs.
00:20:55.000 That's the way the left operates.
00:20:58.000 They're petty.
00:20:59.000 They're personal.
00:21:00.000 They do not believe in forgiveness.
00:21:01.000 They do not move on.
00:21:02.000 For them, this life is everything.
00:21:05.000 They do not have a teleological belief in the eternal or the divine.
00:21:09.000 Some of them claim to, but this is it.
00:21:11.000 This is their ballgame.
00:21:13.000 And he stole it from them.
00:21:15.000 Joining us now is Stephen Miller, excellent legal mind to help unpack the entrance into a Stalinist country that we are seeing in real time.
00:21:24.000 Stephen, welcome to the program.
00:21:26.000 Stephen, you served significant time alongside President Trump, and you did a wonderful job in the administration.
00:21:31.000 You're also a great legal mind.
00:21:33.000 Walk us through what we're seeing here with the Manhattan District Attorney in your own words.
00:21:37.000 Yes, well, thank you.
00:21:38.000 And as you mentioned, I was with President Trump going all the way back to the early days of the original campaign on through that whole campaign through the entire administration, every single day of it.
00:21:52.000 And as you laid out, this is exactly what you said.
00:21:58.000 The Clinton campaign, the Democrat establishment, the financial establishment, the entire architecture of the Deep State could not abide, could not allow, could not permit President Trump to be president of the United States, could not have a person whom they could not control, whom their normal techniques of manipulation, psychological warfare,
00:22:25.000 and intimidation could not influence.
00:22:29.000 In other words, they're used to the idea that they can manufacture or leak intelligence, whether it be to the New York Times or to anybody else, or suggest that there's going to be some kind of political prosecution and be able to control the behavior when the other team gets their candidate in.
00:22:46.000 President Trump, they could not, still cannot do that with.
00:22:49.000 And so this is all it has always been and continues to be about that, which brings us again to the Soros DA in Manhattan.
00:22:59.000 So you have a situation here where, if I remember correctly, Mr. Bragg won the Democrat primary in New York, specifically in Manhattan, also known as New York County, with 85,000 votes and was significantly funded by George Soros.
00:23:18.000 So a very small number of people living in Manhattan selected one prosecutor who now assumes for himself complete control over the electoral process for 300 million Americans.
00:23:35.000 This case is built on one legal lie and falsehood and just complete deception after another.
00:23:47.000 But the simplest version of it is this.
00:23:49.000 The Department of Justice and the FEC, which has sole legal authority over our election laws, declined repeatedly over a period of years to pursue any kind of criminal matter against President Trump related to the dispute with Miss Daniels because there was no crime.
00:24:16.000 In fact, it's quite the opposite.
00:24:18.000 As anyone who works in the government can tell you, and I worked in the government for many years, the rule is the exact opposite.
00:24:28.000 Federal campaign funds shall not and cannot be used for a personal matter.
00:24:35.000 You cannot use campaign funds to pay for your alimony, to pay for your child support, to pay for your home repairs, and certainly not to pay for personal legal disputes arising from anything.
00:24:51.000 They expected him to use it from his campaign fund for whatever the reason for the Stormy Daniels transaction was.
00:24:57.000 I mean, it's not even a novel theory.
00:25:00.000 Just so everyone understands, let's pretend.
00:25:02.000 Don't say, don't say, yeah, exactly.
00:25:04.000 Stop.
00:25:04.000 People stop saying novel theory.
00:25:06.000 As I said, it's a lie.
00:25:07.000 It's an inversion.
00:25:09.000 Ask yourself this question.
00:25:11.000 If President Trump or his subordinates or his campaign had taken federal election funds and transferred them to Ms. Daniels, what would have happened?
00:25:25.000 The Department of Justice would have charged those individuals with a crime for the misappropriation of campaign funds.
00:25:33.000 Yeah, and so here's under the so let's just build out what their case is this, that Donald Trump was running for the presidency and that he only made this payment for Stormy Daniels to Stormy Daniels for political purposes, of which there's no evidence of any of that.
00:25:47.000 And it should have been classified as a campaign payment.
00:25:51.000 I mean, Stephen, this is not just show me the man, I'll show you the crime.
00:25:55.000 It's show me the man and I'll make up the crime.
00:25:59.000 Exactly.
00:25:59.000 Make up the crime, make up the law, make up everything.
00:26:02.000 And even that doesn't really fully convey the extent of this madness because the prosecutor in Manhattan, elected in a Democrat primary with 85,000 votes, has absolutely no authority, no authority to enforce federal election law whatsoever.
00:26:18.000 None.
00:26:19.000 So he's making his own law that he doesn't have authority to enforce in the first instance.
00:26:25.000 And just if you were to take what he was saying seriously, and nobody should, because again, it's all about what you laid out and what I laid out about the real motives.
00:26:32.000 But you're going to take it seriously.
00:26:35.000 Under this theory, if a candidate is running for office and there's a dispute over, say, alimony with his ex-wife, and the ex-wife requests a different amount of alimony based on years-long disputes, whatever, that the candidate would be legally obliged to transfer all the alimony payments over to his campaign.
00:26:59.000 And from now on, his wife will get all of her alimony payments from his election campaign.
00:27:04.000 But to not do that would be a crime.
00:27:05.000 That if you tried to pay alimony with your personal funds, you're a criminal.
00:27:09.000 What kind of criminal pays alimony out of their own pocket?
00:27:12.000 Obviously, that's what campaigns are for.
00:27:14.000 That is what this would mean if it was taken seriously.
00:27:17.000 But again, the whole point is, the whole point is that they are Marxists and the truth is nothing to them.
00:27:23.000 No, that's right.
00:27:24.000 So, Stephen, let's talk about something I mentioned in the previous segment.
00:27:27.000 And what irritates me is that, look, we are in a struggle for power for the future of America.
00:27:33.000 It's not enough to complain about this.
00:27:35.000 I'm asking an open-ended question.
00:27:37.000 Why is it that we do not have district attorneys or attorney generals, attorneys general across the country using their political power to investigate the legitimate crimes of Hunter Biden, Hillary Clinton, James Comey, the international crimes?
00:27:51.000 Forget the DOJ and the FBI.
00:27:53.000 If they're the only side that is willing to use political power and they're willing to do it on a public scale against a former president, then we're going to continually just be steamrolled by these people.
00:28:05.000 There needs to be some deterrence here.
00:28:06.000 Do you agree?
00:28:09.000 Yes, I think you've laid it out correctly.
00:28:11.000 So here's how I put it.
00:28:13.000 Conservatives have to be able to hold two truths in their mind at the same time and understand there's no contradiction between them.
00:28:21.000 Truth one, it's a terrible tragedy that all of our institutions, and especially our legal institutions, have been taken over by the left.
00:28:30.000 Truth two, neutrality alone will not save those institutions or the country.
00:28:36.000 And I think the second one is that Stephen was saying that this myth that we live under neutrality.
00:28:41.000 And by the way, some of the, you know, some of the crew here in the Wall Street Journal, they're going to be writing like, well, this is really bad against Trump, but let's just try to turn down the temperature.
00:28:49.000 I yearn.
00:28:50.000 I desire.
00:28:51.000 I want to live in a country where the temperature is turned down.
00:28:56.000 I think that would be excellent, but it's not realistic.
00:28:59.000 And they're going to continue to commit crimes.
00:29:02.000 They're going to continue to subpoena, indict against us while they're able to do whatever they want to do.
00:29:10.000 Hunter Biden is going to get away with it.
00:29:11.000 Joe Biden will get away with it.
00:29:13.000 The Obama family will get away with it.
00:29:14.000 I mean, you talk about documented actual crimes.
00:29:17.000 I mean, think about it.
00:29:18.000 This is pretty extraordinary.
00:29:19.000 Here you have Donald Trump, who's been a New York City developer for 40 to 50 years.
00:29:25.000 They've indicted him from the Department, not indicted.
00:29:27.000 They've investigated him from the Department of Justice, two impeachments, Manhattan and Georgia.
00:29:31.000 And the best they have is a payment to Stormy Daniels that they said was a paperwork thing.
00:29:38.000 I mean, you show me the developer in New York.
00:29:40.000 Most of them, I'll show you the crime.
00:29:41.000 This is the best that they have.
00:29:43.000 But I think what Stephen was saying is that there has never been a series of investigations into any human being, and this is the best that they have.
00:29:52.000 The best they have is a fiction, a lie, a fabrication of a legal theory.
00:29:58.000 I think that they thought they were going to find out that Donald Trump was ordering hits against people.
00:30:03.000 Oh, wait, hold on a second.
00:30:04.000 Let me ask you a question.
00:30:05.000 Was it as if Donald Trump rode down with Jeffrey Epstein on Lolita Express?
00:30:10.000 No, no, that's reserved for Bill Clinton and Bill Gates.
00:30:12.000 Why are there not active criminal investigations into Bill Gates and Bill Clinton, all the people that went down to the island with Epstein?
00:30:19.000 At least investigate them.
00:30:21.000 Ask the question.
00:30:24.000 Were Bill Gates and Bill Clinton involved materially or financially in the trafficking of underage women to Jeffrey Epstein's island?
00:30:32.000 That's a lot more important of a question to answer than did Donald Trump issue a payment to Stormy Daniels into some sort of island.
00:30:43.000 By the way, rich, high-profile people get extorted all the time.
00:30:47.000 And so here we now know Bill Gates and Bill Clinton were flying on a private island with Jeffrey Epstein.
00:30:52.000 There might have been underage women involved.
00:30:54.000 We do know that underage women were on the island.
00:30:59.000 And so where's the criminal investigation at?
00:31:01.000 Where's the Republican DA that's looking into that?
00:31:03.000 Well, I don't have a jurisdiction of that.
00:31:05.000 That's not true.
00:31:06.000 There's Republican DAs and sheriffs and prosecutors all across the country where these people have entered and exited and entered and exited.
00:31:15.000 You're trying to tell me that the Alvin Bragg has a great claim to jurisdiction just because Donald Trump lived in New York and he happened to be running for president at the time?
00:31:24.000 No, they're twisting the law to do it.
00:31:26.000 This is a question of deterrence.
00:31:29.000 You have one side that is trying to put us all in jail.
00:31:32.000 And then our side just complains about it.
00:31:34.000 I really hope it gets better.
00:31:36.000 I really wish America was the way it was.
00:31:38.000 I really want things to calm down and simmer down.
00:31:42.000 Boy, those Democrats, they're really nasty.
00:31:45.000 And, you know, there's going to be a backlash.
00:31:48.000 I just laugh when people say that.
00:31:49.000 There's going to be a backlash.
00:31:51.000 What backlash exactly do you expect?
00:31:54.000 You think people are going to run to the polls in 2024?
00:31:58.000 Because, you know, I'm really going to be more motivated to vote for Donald Trump because they indicted him in New York.
00:32:03.000 Yeah, there might be a backlash in the primary.
00:32:06.000 There's only a backlash if you create one.
00:32:09.000 They will not stop unless we stop them.
00:32:11.000 We need their ruling class, the Democrat ruling class, to feel the pressure of investigations, subpoenas.
00:32:17.000 It's not as if there's a lack of material there.
00:32:20.000 You show me, and this is the reason why.
00:32:21.000 It's not that they are worse people than the Republicans, and they, it's because they have acted in a pattern of behavior for multiple decades, believing they will never be held accountable.
00:32:33.000 That's why there's such low-hanging fruit there.
00:32:36.000 The Bidens did brazen acts of treason against America because they kept telling themselves, chuckling on their porches, smoking their cigars, overlooking their Delaware estates, saying, yeah, we'll get away with it.
00:32:49.000 We control the criminal justice instruments.
00:32:51.000 And they were largely right.
00:32:53.000 But now the Republican Party needs to change.
00:32:55.000 The proper response is today, Republican attorney generals and Republican district attorneys and Republican prosecutors need to start issuing indictments.
00:33:05.000 Not just, I'm sorry, not indictments, subpoenas, investigations.
00:33:08.000 Start asking questions.
00:33:09.000 Ask questions of the Clintons.
00:33:10.000 Ask questions of the Bidens.
00:33:12.000 Ask questions of James Comey and Peter Struckstroke Smirk.
00:33:16.000 I mean, there is a plethora of Democrat criminal activity that we have well documented.
00:33:21.000 And it's not enough to write an op-ed in the Wall Street Journal.
00:33:24.000 We need actual accountability.
00:33:26.000 Let me tell you a fear I have that I don't know if the bad guys have put this into the calculus, but it seems as if they're hoping for this.
00:33:34.000 And I want to make it very clear something we should not do.
00:33:39.000 The national security apparatus, as they continually have a supply and demand problem with terrorism and domestic violent extremism, they are salivating.
00:33:48.000 They are hoping that Trump Make America Great Again Patriots like you will act in an uncharacteristic way because of this injustice.
00:33:58.000 Just understand that they would love nothing more than to infiltrate using people like Ray Eps to turn up the temperature and make you do something that you might regret.
00:34:08.000 Do not fall for it.
00:34:10.000 Stay peaceful.
00:34:11.000 Stay disciplined.
00:34:12.000 Speak your mind.
00:34:13.000 Protest this outrage.
00:34:15.000 But understand that the national security apparatus, they would love nothing more than to use this as a reason to expand Patriot Act 2.0.
00:34:24.000 They have 400 people in the D.C. gulag.
00:34:26.000 They'd love to put another 600 people in the D.C. gulag.
00:34:29.000 And so if you are going to protest and if you're going to speak out your mind, know this.
00:34:32.000 Do not play into their plans to do something that you might regret that might be uncharacteristic.
00:34:38.000 The best way to actually fight back against this is to get our own people that we have given arrest authority to, that we have given investigative authority to, to go do what the Manhattan DA equivalent has done.
00:34:51.000 You're trying to tell me these Democrats have not committed crimes in red states.
00:34:54.000 We know the Clinton Crime Initiative had offices and a base in Arkansas.
00:35:00.000 We know that Hunter Biden...
00:35:03.000 You're trying to tell me Hunter Biden didn't do a hush money payment to the sugar, he was the sugar daddy to that woman that he impregnated and denied it was her.
00:35:12.000 And then there's this poor child that is growing up without a father in Arkansas.
00:35:18.000 That whole situation has not been covered by the media.
00:35:20.000 And could that payment be classified as a campaign finance violation?
00:35:25.000 And by the way, this is done all the time if it is actually done what they say Donald Trump did.
00:35:30.000 Did you know the Obama campaign fined big for hiding donors and keeping illegal donations?
00:35:37.000 Did you know that Bill Clinton did a $850,000 hush money payment and nobody cared?
00:35:44.000 Bragg is using the criminal justice system to indict Trump, even though Hillary and Bill Clinton did the exact same thing.
00:35:51.000 Of course, this is all just complaining because they're always going to do the same thing.
00:35:56.000 And yes, we might have the moral high ground, but at what point do we say we're actually going to be willing to use political power to even the playing field?
00:36:07.000 I do not find delight in talking about this.
00:36:11.000 But you're going to see two types of Republicans emerge.
00:36:14.000 You're going to see the type of Republican that complains about it.
00:36:17.000 Oh, wow, this is terrible.
00:36:18.000 This is wrong.
00:36:18.000 This is, okay, that's fine.
00:36:22.000 And then you're going to see a second type of Republican that will be harder to pinpoint.
00:36:27.000 And I want you to take notes.
00:36:28.000 I want you to see how each person lines up.
00:36:30.000 The second type of Republican is somebody that understands the dynamics that we are not living in a neutral country.
00:36:37.000 They've weaponized the entire criminal justice system.
00:36:40.000 And honestly, they need to start to feel the pressure too.
00:36:43.000 They got to start to feel the spice.
00:36:45.000 Mutually assured destruction helps us avoid nuclear war.
00:36:50.000 Right now, you have one side of nuclear weapons and you have one side that are willing to use it.
00:36:55.000 When are we going to start to do the same?
00:36:59.000 It's the only thing they understand.
00:37:01.000 They don't understand arguments.
00:37:02.000 They don't understand truth.
00:37:03.000 They don't understand precedent.
00:37:05.000 They don't resonate with any of that stuff.
00:37:07.000 All they see is pure power politics.
00:37:12.000 It's why they actually fear Donald Trump.
00:37:14.000 It's because Donald Trump was able to displace them from power for four years.
00:37:18.000 That's why they have to try to remove him.
00:37:22.000 And it's going to be very fascinating how many Republicans are going to kind of just say the normy thing here because they want Donald Trump out of the picture.
00:37:30.000 But I want to push back on what some people are saying.
00:37:32.000 You're emailing me freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:37:35.000 Oh, Charlie, this is going to be major backfire.
00:37:37.000 This is going to be there.
00:37:38.000 It might be philosophically backfire.
00:37:41.000 It might not be popular in the eyes of lots of people.
00:37:43.000 But how did the raid on Mar-a-Lago backfire on them?
00:37:46.000 Did we use that in the midterms that people care?
00:37:48.000 No, people kind of roll their eyes and they move on in life.
00:37:50.000 They're like, whatever.
00:37:52.000 The only way this stops is when Republican attorneys general and Republican prosecutors start to actually use political power against the Democrats that are criminalizing and persecuting us.
00:38:09.000 And just to summarize all of this, what you're about to see tomorrow, if Donald Trump gets fingerprinted, if Donald Trump gets arrested, it is petty.
00:38:17.000 It is personal.
00:38:18.000 And it is pent-up revenge of a blood oath that they made to one another that night they were supposed to take over the American government in 2016.
