00:03:10.000 But of course, now that the 2024 presidential campaign is starting to heat up, the Manhattan District Attorney is getting into full gear and they say as early as tomorrow, you could see Donald Trump, the 45th president of the United States, once the darling of New York who saved Woman Rink, built the actually purchased the Plaza Hotel, did the Hyatt deal, saved the convention center.

00:03:42.000 And it's obvious why, and we'll talk about it, but let's build out this, their argument.

00:03:45.000 Their argument is that Donald Trump in his own private life paid Stormy Daniels as a hush money payment as a way to try and influence the 2016 presidential campaign.

00:03:55.000 This is such, this is beyond an abuse of the criminal justice system.

00:03:58.000 Even if you hate Donald Trump, even if you are the most anti-Trump person, you cannot possibly justify that this is what the criminal justice system is for.

00:04:10.000 This is not even a novel legal theory.

00:04:12.000 This is a fiction of the legal code.

00:04:15.000 Signs indicate that Bragg's plan is to claim that Trump's payments to Stormy Daniels were improperly classified as a legal expense.

00:04:23.000 Now, even that would just be a misdemeanor if true.

00:04:26.000 So to make it a felony, like Bragg has been saying, that it's a crime was committed to cover up another crime.

00:04:32.000 And the theory goes that it goes a bigger crime making this in illegal campaign contribution.

00:04:39.000 It basically says any spending in your personal life is actually for a political campaign.

00:04:45.000 And then it just begs the question, was Donald Trump selling our country out to the Chinese Communist Party so his cocaine-addicted son could make money and our national security could be compromised? 0.67

00:21:38.000 And as you mentioned, I was with President Trump going all the way back to the early days of the original campaign on through that whole campaign through the entire administration, every single day of it.

00:21:52.000 And as you laid out, this is exactly what you said.

00:21:58.000 The Clinton campaign, the Democrat establishment, the financial establishment, the entire architecture of the Deep State could not abide, could not allow, could not permit President Trump to be president of the United States, could not have a person whom they could not control, whom their normal techniques of manipulation, psychological warfare,

00:22:59.000 So you have a situation here where, if I remember correctly, Mr. Bragg won the Democrat primary in New York, specifically in Manhattan, also known as New York County, with 85,000 votes and was significantly funded by George Soros.

00:23:18.000 So a very small number of people living in Manhattan selected one prosecutor who now assumes for himself complete control over the electoral process for 300 million Americans.

00:23:35.000 This case is built on one legal lie and falsehood and just complete deception after another.

00:23:47.000 But the simplest version of it is this.

00:23:49.000 The Department of Justice and the FEC, which has sole legal authority over our election laws, declined repeatedly over a period of years to pursue any kind of criminal matter against President Trump related to the dispute with Miss Daniels because there was no crime.

00:24:16.000 In fact, it's quite the opposite.

00:24:18.000 As anyone who works in the government can tell you, and I worked in the government for many years, the rule is the exact opposite.

00:24:28.000 Federal campaign funds shall not and cannot be used for a personal matter.

00:24:35.000 You cannot use campaign funds to pay for your alimony, to pay for your child support, to pay for your home repairs, and certainly not to pay for personal legal disputes arising from anything.

00:24:51.000 They expected him to use it from his campaign fund for whatever the reason for the Stormy Daniels transaction was.

00:24:57.000 I mean, it's not even a novel theory.

00:25:00.000 Just so everyone understands, let's pretend.

00:25:02.000 Don't say, don't say, yeah, exactly.

00:25:04.000 Stop.

00:25:04.000 People stop saying novel theory.

00:25:06.000 As I said, it's a lie.

00:25:07.000 It's an inversion.

00:25:09.000 Ask yourself this question.

00:25:11.000 If President Trump or his subordinates or his campaign had taken federal election funds and transferred them to Ms. Daniels, what would have happened?

00:25:25.000 The Department of Justice would have charged those individuals with a crime for the misappropriation of campaign funds.

00:25:33.000 Yeah, and so here's under the so let's just build out what their case is this, that Donald Trump was running for the presidency and that he only made this payment for Stormy Daniels to Stormy Daniels for political purposes, of which there's no evidence of any of that.

00:25:47.000 And it should have been classified as a campaign payment.

00:25:51.000 I mean, Stephen, this is not just show me the man, I'll show you the crime.

00:25:55.000 It's show me the man and I'll make up the crime.

00:25:59.000 Exactly.

00:25:59.000 Make up the crime, make up the law, make up everything.

00:26:02.000 And even that doesn't really fully convey the extent of this madness because the prosecutor in Manhattan, elected in a Democrat primary with 85,000 votes, has absolutely no authority, no authority to enforce federal election law whatsoever.

00:26:18.000 None.

00:26:19.000 So he's making his own law that he doesn't have authority to enforce in the first instance.

00:26:25.000 And just if you were to take what he was saying seriously, and nobody should, because again, it's all about what you laid out and what I laid out about the real motives.

00:26:32.000 But you're going to take it seriously.

00:26:35.000 Under this theory, if a candidate is running for office and there's a dispute over, say, alimony with his ex-wife, and the ex-wife requests a different amount of alimony based on years-long disputes, whatever, that the candidate would be legally obliged to transfer all the alimony payments over to his campaign.

00:26:59.000 And from now on, his wife will get all of her alimony payments from his election campaign.

00:27:04.000 But to not do that would be a crime.

00:27:05.000 That if you tried to pay alimony with your personal funds, you're a criminal.

00:27:09.000 What kind of criminal pays alimony out of their own pocket? 0.90

00:27:12.000 Obviously, that's what campaigns are for.

00:27:14.000 That is what this would mean if it was taken seriously.

00:27:17.000 But again, the whole point is, the whole point is that they are Marxists and the truth is nothing to them.

00:27:23.000 No, that's right.

00:27:24.000 So, Stephen, let's talk about something I mentioned in the previous segment.

00:27:27.000 And what irritates me is that, look, we are in a struggle for power for the future of America.

00:27:33.000 It's not enough to complain about this.

00:27:35.000 I'm asking an open-ended question.

00:27:37.000 Why is it that we do not have district attorneys or attorney generals, attorneys general across the country using their political power to investigate the legitimate crimes of Hunter Biden, Hillary Clinton, James Comey, the international crimes?

00:27:51.000 Forget the DOJ and the FBI.

00:27:53.000 If they're the only side that is willing to use political power and they're willing to do it on a public scale against a former president, then we're going to continually just be steamrolled by these people.

00:28:05.000 There needs to be some deterrence here.

00:28:06.000 Do you agree?

00:28:09.000 Yes, I think you've laid it out correctly.

00:28:11.000 So here's how I put it.

00:28:13.000 Conservatives have to be able to hold two truths in their mind at the same time and understand there's no contradiction between them.

00:28:21.000 Truth one, it's a terrible tragedy that all of our institutions, and especially our legal institutions, have been taken over by the left.

00:28:30.000 Truth two, neutrality alone will not save those institutions or the country.

00:28:36.000 And I think the second one is that Stephen was saying that this myth that we live under neutrality.

00:28:41.000 And by the way, some of the, you know, some of the crew here in the Wall Street Journal, they're going to be writing like, well, this is really bad against Trump, but let's just try to turn down the temperature.

00:28:50.000 I desire.

00:28:51.000 I want to live in a country where the temperature is turned down.

00:28:56.000 I think that would be excellent, but it's not realistic.

00:28:59.000 And they're going to continue to commit crimes.

00:29:02.000 They're going to continue to subpoena, indict against us while they're able to do whatever they want to do.

00:29:10.000 Hunter Biden is going to get away with it.

00:29:11.000 Joe Biden will get away with it.

00:29:13.000 The Obama family will get away with it.

00:29:14.000 I mean, you talk about documented actual crimes.

00:29:17.000 I mean, think about it.

00:29:18.000 This is pretty extraordinary.

00:29:19.000 Here you have Donald Trump, who's been a New York City developer for 40 to 50 years.

00:29:25.000 They've indicted him from the Department, not indicted.

00:29:27.000 They've investigated him from the Department of Justice, two impeachments, Manhattan and Georgia.

00:29:31.000 And the best they have is a payment to Stormy Daniels that they said was a paperwork thing.

00:29:38.000 I mean, you show me the developer in New York.

00:29:40.000 Most of them, I'll show you the crime.

00:29:41.000 This is the best that they have.

00:29:43.000 But I think what Stephen was saying is that there has never been a series of investigations into any human being, and this is the best that they have.

00:29:52.000 The best they have is a fiction, a lie, a fabrication of a legal theory.

00:29:58.000 I think that they thought they were going to find out that Donald Trump was ordering hits against people.

00:30:03.000 Oh, wait, hold on a second.

00:30:04.000 Let me ask you a question.

00:30:05.000 Was it as if Donald Trump rode down with Jeffrey Epstein on Lolita Express?

00:30:10.000 No, no, that's reserved for Bill Clinton and Bill Gates.

00:30:12.000 Why are there not active criminal investigations into Bill Gates and Bill Clinton, all the people that went down to the island with Epstein?

00:30:19.000 At least investigate them.

00:30:21.000 Ask the question.

00:30:24.000 Were Bill Gates and Bill Clinton involved materially or financially in the trafficking of underage women to Jeffrey Epstein's island?

00:30:32.000 That's a lot more important of a question to answer than did Donald Trump issue a payment to Stormy Daniels into some sort of island.

00:30:43.000 By the way, rich, high-profile people get extorted all the time.

00:30:47.000 And so here we now know Bill Gates and Bill Clinton were flying on a private island with Jeffrey Epstein.

00:30:52.000 There might have been underage women involved.

00:30:54.000 We do know that underage women were on the island.

00:30:59.000 And so where's the criminal investigation at?

00:31:01.000 Where's the Republican DA that's looking into that?

00:31:03.000 Well, I don't have a jurisdiction of that.

00:31:05.000 That's not true.

00:31:06.000 There's Republican DAs and sheriffs and prosecutors all across the country where these people have entered and exited and entered and exited.

00:31:15.000 You're trying to tell me that the Alvin Bragg has a great claim to jurisdiction just because Donald Trump lived in New York and he happened to be running for president at the time?

00:31:24.000 No, they're twisting the law to do it.

00:31:26.000 This is a question of deterrence.

00:31:29.000 You have one side that is trying to put us all in jail.

00:31:32.000 And then our side just complains about it.

00:31:34.000 I really hope it gets better.

00:31:36.000 I really wish America was the way it was.

00:31:38.000 I really want things to calm down and simmer down. 0.98

00:32:11.000 We need their ruling class, the Democrat ruling class, to feel the pressure of investigations, subpoenas.

00:32:21.000 It's not that they are worse people than the Republicans, and they, it's because they have acted in a pattern of behavior for multiple decades, believing they will never be held accountable.

00:32:36.000 The Bidens did brazen acts of treason against America because they kept telling themselves, chuckling on their porches, smoking their cigars, overlooking their Delaware estates, saying, yeah, we'll get away with it.

00:32:51.000 And they were largely right.

00:32:53.000 But now the Republican Party needs to change.

00:32:55.000 The proper response is today, Republican attorney generals and Republican district attorneys and Republican prosecutors need to start issuing indictments.

00:33:05.000 Not just, I'm sorry, not indictments, subpoenas, investigations.

00:33:08.000 Start asking questions.

00:33:09.000 Ask questions of the Clintons.

00:33:10.000 Ask questions of the Bidens.

00:33:12.000 Ask questions of James Comey and Peter Struckstroke Smirk.

00:33:16.000 I mean, there is a plethora of Democrat criminal activity that we have well documented.

00:33:21.000 And it's not enough to write an op-ed in the Wall Street Journal.

00:33:24.000 We need actual accountability.

00:33:26.000 Let me tell you a fear I have that I don't know if the bad guys have put this into the calculus, but it seems as if they're hoping for this.

00:33:34.000 And I want to make it very clear something we should not do.

00:33:39.000 The national security apparatus, as they continually have a supply and demand problem with terrorism and domestic violent extremism, they are salivating.

00:33:48.000 They are hoping that Trump Make America Great Again Patriots like you will act in an uncharacteristic way because of this injustice.

00:33:58.000 Just understand that they would love nothing more than to infiltrate using people like Ray Eps to turn up the temperature and make you do something that you might regret.

00:34:08.000 Do not fall for it.

00:34:10.000 Stay peaceful.

00:34:11.000 Stay disciplined.

00:34:12.000 Speak your mind.

00:34:13.000 Protest this outrage.

00:34:15.000 But understand that the national security apparatus, they would love nothing more than to use this as a reason to expand Patriot Act 2.0.

00:34:24.000 They have 400 people in the D.C. gulag.

00:34:26.000 They'd love to put another 600 people in the D.C. gulag.

00:34:29.000 And so if you are going to protest and if you're going to speak out your mind, know this.

00:34:32.000 Do not play into their plans to do something that you might regret that might be uncharacteristic.

00:34:38.000 The best way to actually fight back against this is to get our own people that we have given arrest authority to, that we have given investigative authority to, to go do what the Manhattan DA equivalent has done.

00:34:51.000 You're trying to tell me these Democrats have not committed crimes in red states.

00:34:54.000 We know the Clinton Crime Initiative had offices and a base in Arkansas.

00:35:00.000 We know that Hunter Biden...

00:35:03.000 You're trying to tell me Hunter Biden didn't do a hush money payment to the sugar, he was the sugar daddy to that woman that he impregnated and denied it was her.

00:35:12.000 And then there's this poor child that is growing up without a father in Arkansas.

00:35:18.000 That whole situation has not been covered by the media.

00:35:20.000 And could that payment be classified as a campaign finance violation?

00:35:25.000 And by the way, this is done all the time if it is actually done what they say Donald Trump did.

00:35:30.000 Did you know the Obama campaign fined big for hiding donors and keeping illegal donations?

00:35:37.000 Did you know that Bill Clinton did a $850,000 hush money payment and nobody cared?

00:35:44.000 Bragg is using the criminal justice system to indict Trump, even though Hillary and Bill Clinton did the exact same thing.

00:35:51.000 Of course, this is all just complaining because they're always going to do the same thing.

00:35:56.000 And yes, we might have the moral high ground, but at what point do we say we're actually going to be willing to use political power to even the playing field?

00:36:07.000 I do not find delight in talking about this.

00:36:11.000 But you're going to see two types of Republicans emerge.

00:36:14.000 You're going to see the type of Republican that complains about it.

00:36:17.000 Oh, wow, this is terrible.

00:36:18.000 This is wrong.

00:36:18.000 This is, okay, that's fine.

00:36:22.000 And then you're going to see a second type of Republican that will be harder to pinpoint.

00:36:27.000 And I want you to take notes.

00:36:28.000 I want you to see how each person lines up.

00:36:30.000 The second type of Republican is somebody that understands the dynamics that we are not living in a neutral country.

00:36:37.000 They've weaponized the entire criminal justice system.

00:36:40.000 And honestly, they need to start to feel the pressure too.

00:36:43.000 They got to start to feel the spice.

00:36:45.000 Mutually assured destruction helps us avoid nuclear war.

00:36:50.000 Right now, you have one side of nuclear weapons and you have one side that are willing to use it.

00:36:55.000 When are we going to start to do the same?

00:36:59.000 It's the only thing they understand.

00:37:01.000 They don't understand arguments.

00:37:02.000 They don't understand truth.

00:37:03.000 They don't understand precedent.

00:37:05.000 They don't resonate with any of that stuff.

00:37:07.000 All they see is pure power politics.

00:37:12.000 It's why they actually fear Donald Trump.

00:37:14.000 It's because Donald Trump was able to displace them from power for four years.

00:37:18.000 That's why they have to try to remove him.

00:37:22.000 And it's going to be very fascinating how many Republicans are going to kind of just say the normy thing here because they want Donald Trump out of the picture.

00:37:30.000 But I want to push back on what some people are saying.

00:38:09.000 And just to summarize all of this, what you're about to see tomorrow, if Donald Trump gets fingerprinted, if Donald Trump gets arrested, it is petty.

00:38:17.000 It is personal.

00:38:18.000 And it is pent-up revenge of a blood oath that they made to one another that night they were supposed to take over the American government in 2016.
