00:00:32.000 Here we go.
00:00:33.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:35.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:00:37.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:40.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:44.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:45.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:46.000 His spirit, his love of this country.
00:00:48.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
00:00:53.000 Turning point USA.
00:00:54.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:03.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:06.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at AndrewandTodd.com.
00:01:15.000 We have a really important show in store with you today.
00:01:18.000 We're going to go to the breaking news that Donald Trump has announced he's likely going to face more federal charges.
00:01:23.000 Brought to you by Jack Smith.
00:01:24.000 This is not a surprise.
00:01:26.000 We have been predicting it.
00:01:27.000 This is a 14th Amendment play, but I want to put this in context.
00:01:30.000 We're going to go through the details of it because it's very important.
00:01:32.000 In context, there are several efforts underway, some of which that are obvious and we talk about some of which that are not so obvious, to prevent a populist nationalist conservative from becoming president in 2024.
00:01:46.000 This is a no-joke election.
00:01:49.000 You know, they like to lecture us about democracy.
00:01:51.000 We are not a democracy.
00:01:52.000 We are a republic.
00:01:54.000 But let's pretend what they mean is representative government, which we do have representative government, and we should applaud representative government.
00:02:01.000 Or we're not just applaud it, we should support it.
00:02:05.000 None of this is in the tradition of the founding fathers' vision of representative government.
00:02:09.000 These are extra-constitutional organizations, efforts underway to stop you from having a voice.
00:02:17.000 They detest you.
00:02:18.000 They hate you.
00:02:19.000 If you're a Christian, if you're a plumber, if you work with your hands, if you're an ordinary American, they hate your values.
00:02:25.000 They hate everything you stand for, and they are playing for keeps.
00:02:28.000 The 2024 election, they are playing for keeps.
00:02:31.000 There's a lot of troubling news, and there are some other developments that might really be difficult for Joe Biden and the Democrats.
00:02:40.000 So it's not all bad news.
00:02:41.000 Let's start with the news today.
00:02:43.000 I'm going to allow Joe Scarborough, because I know you guys love Joe Scarborough.
00:02:47.000 I get such a kick out of the audience.
00:02:49.000 Anytime I play a Joe Scarborough clip, I get all CAPS emails.
00:02:54.000 And so I just want to say in advance, please send me those emails.
00:02:58.000 I love receiving them.
00:03:00.000 Stop playing MSNBC.
00:03:02.000 I know.
00:03:02.000 I'm not doing it for your reaction.
00:03:03.000 I'm just doing it to make sure this is your shot of espresso.
00:03:07.000 I think it gets the audience on the edge of their seat, which is MSNBC saying that Donald Trump is going to be indicted.
00:03:18.000 Okay, play cut 34.
00:03:20.000 We have some significant breaking news.
00:03:23.000 Jonathan O'Mear, it looks like another indictment, perhaps the most significant indictment may be coming Donald Trump's way.
00:03:33.000 Yeah, we may be on the verge of that.
00:03:34.000 Enoch, just a couple of days, just in the last few minutes, Joe, Donald Trump posted on Truth Social his fledgling social media site to reveal this.
00:03:42.000 I'm paraphrasing.
00:03:43.000 He says he received a target letter from the Department of Justice from Jack Smith's office Sunday night saying that he is indeed a target of the January 6th grand jury investigation.
00:03:57.000 Target of the grand jury January 6th investigation.
00:04:00.000 Okay, so we've been waiting for months about this.
00:04:02.000 This is the serious one.
00:04:03.000 This is the big one.
00:04:03.000 This is the ballgame.
00:04:04.000 This is the potential disqualifier.
00:04:08.000 I have here a very handy turning point USA, United States Constitution, which we will reference in just a second, because it all ties together.
00:04:16.000 This is direct election interference, all that should be illegal.
00:04:18.000 It's not.
00:04:19.000 It's the federal government saying to you, the American people, we don't trust you.
00:04:23.000 We cannot allow a mandate from the American people to go after the administrative state, which Donald Trump is pledging.
00:04:28.000 And I think that's a really important connection before we go any further.
00:04:33.000 Donald Trump is pledging to purge the deep state, to purge Leviathan using Schedule F.
00:04:39.000 This is one of several reasons why they are not playing around.
00:04:44.000 There's other reasons.
00:04:45.000 There's personal revenge, pent-up resentment.
00:04:47.000 I don't like him.
00:04:48.000 He's a threat.
00:04:49.000 He's annoying.
00:04:50.000 We got to get rid of him.
00:04:51.000 Uniparty hates him.
00:04:52.000 The Ukraine thing is part of it.
00:04:53.000 The southern border is part of it.
00:04:54.000 But make no mistake, if you want to get Washington, D.C. into an active posture, say that I am your retribution.
00:05:05.000 I'm going to fire people from the administrative state.
00:05:08.000 The administrative state is now fighting for its life.
00:05:11.000 This has been bubbling up and will result in a volcanic eruption ever since Woodrow Wilson decided to defecate on the United States Constitution.
00:05:21.000 This is 100 years in the making.
00:05:23.000 Woodrow Wilson versus the American people.
00:05:26.000 It comes to fruition in 2024.
00:05:29.000 For decades, Republicans have turned our back on the administrative state.
00:05:32.000 Oh, it's fine.
00:05:33.000 We can make them work for us.
00:05:35.000 Not a big deal.
00:05:36.000 They're like postal workers and, you know, we don't want to declare war on it.
00:05:39.000 George W. Bush was a fan of the administrative state.
00:05:42.000 Even Ronald Reagan was underwhelming in disassembling it.
00:05:44.000 George H.W. Bush was a creature of the administrative state, former CIA director.
00:05:49.000 They got rid of Richard Nixon.
00:05:50.000 The administrative state took out Richard Nixon.
00:05:52.000 According to Bobby Kennedy Jr., the administrative state murdered his uncle.
00:05:57.000 So this fourth branch of government, J. Edgar Hoover, Department of Homeland Security, brought to you by you, or Republican president George W. Bush.
00:06:04.000 All of this was a constant theme of a fourth branch of government of an unelected bureaucracy that really runs the country.
00:06:11.000 The people are no longer sovereign, and it's bubbling up to this massive prize fight: people versus shadow government, people versus shadow government.
00:06:21.000 That's what 2024 is becoming.
00:06:23.000 MSNBC is saying it out loud.
00:06:24.000 They're freaking out.
00:06:25.000 They're calling it fascism, which is hilarious.
00:06:27.000 We're actually living under fascism.
00:06:29.000 So Orwellian.
00:06:30.000 Eugene Robinson is one of the most frustrating people to see on television.
00:06:33.000 I won't call him dumb.
00:06:34.000 I actually don't think he's that stupid.
00:06:36.000 But what he says is so untrue.
00:06:39.000 It's pathological lying on television.
00:06:41.000 He knows he's lying.
00:06:42.000 Play cut 28.
00:06:43.000 This is why Jack Smith is moving at a rapid pace.
00:06:47.000 Play cut 28.
00:06:49.000 He's talking about wanting to essentially fire the people in the federal bureaucracy who know how to run things, who make the country work.
00:06:59.000 I mean, this is textbook fascism.
00:07:03.000 It's outrageous.
00:07:05.000 It's incredibly dangerous, not just to our system of democracy and our democratic values.
00:07:12.000 It's just, it's just dangerous.
00:07:14.000 Yeah, danger.
00:07:15.000 I mean, their language is so simple and shallow.
00:07:19.000 They use the same 10 words over and over again.
00:07:21.000 Dangerous to democracy.
00:07:23.000 It's dangerous.
00:07:24.000 And just, can we just dwell on a second?
00:07:28.000 Make our system work?
00:07:30.000 Well, who exactly is making the system work?
00:07:33.000 No, what he's saying is protecting our system from people that dare question it.
00:07:38.000 This is exactly how Praetorian guards and permanent administrative states operate.
00:07:43.000 Very difficult to disassemble them, but Donald Trump is saying people versus shadow government.
00:07:48.000 If you want to frame the election to your friends, oh, what is 2024 about?
00:07:53.000 Is it about the economy?
00:07:54.000 Very important.
00:07:55.000 Is it about immigration?
00:07:56.000 Very important.
00:07:58.000 All of those issues cannot be acted upon if you have a separate government actually calling the shots.
00:08:06.000 And Eugene Robinson is telling you that.
00:08:09.000 Okay, so Jack Smith knows this.
00:08:10.000 Jack Smith is a proxy of the Leviathan.
00:08:13.000 He's a proxy of this fourth branch of government that the founding fathers would have found repulsive.
00:08:19.000 And so Donald Trump has said, in fact, he mentions turning point in his statement, which is, you know, nice.
00:08:26.000 to be part of history in this sense, I guess.
00:08:28.000 It was his last public event before this.
00:08:30.000 Wow, on Sunday night while I was with my family, just having arrived from the turning point event in Florida, where I won the straw poll against all other candidates with 85.7%, I got news, horrifying news that I was getting indicted.
00:08:42.000 I'm not going to read the whole thing.
00:08:43.000 It's worth reading, actually.
00:08:44.000 If you go to Truth Social, some of it is really new.
00:08:48.000 Some of it is just kind of repeating what we already know with this.
00:08:52.000 We're going to dive into it.
00:08:53.000 But I think the more important component of this is Donald Trump is preempting it.
00:09:00.000 But this is part of one of the several ways that have been wargamed.
00:09:06.000 Understand, you are living through something that has been planned.
00:09:08.000 There is a whiteboard somewhere composed by someone.
00:09:12.000 Maybe it's Mark Elias.
00:09:14.000 Maybe it's Barack Hussein Obama.
00:09:15.000 Maybe it's James Comey.
00:09:16.000 Maybe it's a mixture of all of them.
00:09:18.000 Maybe it's people in Kennebunkport, Martha's Vineyard, Aspen.
00:09:22.000 Maybe it's in Sun Valley right now.
00:09:24.000 Any one of these kind of billionaire playgrounds where these guys hang out in the summer.
00:09:28.000 I guarantee you, this has all been masterminded.
00:09:30.000 Might have been masterminded last summer.
00:09:32.000 None of this is just like accidental behavior or accidental efforts.
00:09:37.000 No, no, no.
00:09:38.000 This is centralized.
00:09:39.000 This is planned.
00:09:40.000 And I'm going to prove it to you.
00:09:42.000 I'm going to prove it to you because there's five or six efforts.
00:09:45.000 You know, try to get prop up as much irritation and annoyance in the Republican primary to have people like Chris Christie Ron try to make as much noise, try to bring down Trump's favorables in the states that matter.
00:09:57.000 Have this no labels thing.
00:09:59.000 And I got to tell you, we're going to spend a lot of time on the no labels thing in the coming days and weeks.
00:10:03.000 It's super important.
00:10:04.000 No one is talking about it.
00:10:06.000 And then finally, the criminal stuff.
00:10:08.000 Well, it's actually not finally.
00:10:09.000 It's one of many.
00:10:10.000 The criminal stuff, which involves the 14th Amendment, which is the whole ballgame.
00:10:13.000 That is the ultimate insurance policy.
00:10:15.000 That is the, if everything else falls apart, we have the 14th Amendment.
00:10:22.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:10:23.000 Does lack of energy, memory issues, brain fog, or other mysterious health issues cause you distress?
00:10:28.000 If so, listen up, because I dealt with the same exact issues until I found StrongCell.
00:10:32.000 Strong Cell is a liquid NADH supplement packed with highly bioavailable CoQ10, marine collagen, and tons of essential vitamins.
00:10:39.000 All these work together with NADH to improve your health at this cellular level.
00:10:43.000 There are cells in every area of your body, so if your cells are healthy, you'll be healthier.
00:10:47.000 I'm asked by a lot of nutrition companies to endorse their products, and I say no to most of them.
00:10:51.000 But once I saw what Strong Cell did for me personally, I reached out and teamed up with them.
00:10:56.000 Go to strongcell.com forward slash Charlie today and check it out for yourself.
00:10:59.000 I take it every day, and it's made a big impact on my life.

00:11:19.000 That's strongcell.com forward slash Charlie.
00:11:24.000 You are living through historic times.
00:11:26.000 Somebody stopped me at the Turning Point Action Conference and said, Charlie, this is so hard and all this.
00:11:32.000 I said, look, the Lord has not put you in boring times.
00:11:37.000 You should be very thankful for that.
00:11:39.000 This is not a boring moment.
00:11:40.000 Okay, so let's go through the list.
00:11:42.000 It's very important to understand there are multiple simultaneous efforts.
00:11:46.000 And yes, there is a conductor.
00:11:48.000 Who it is is actually not that important, but somebody is masterminding it.
00:11:51.000 Maybe it's Soros.
00:11:52.000 Maybe it's Barack Hussein Obama.
00:11:55.000 Maybe it's James Comey and he's like a liaison to the Intel agencies.
00:11:58.000 By the way, James Comey's running his mouth a lot lately.
00:12:01.000 It's very interesting.
00:12:02.000 He's yammering on by.
00:12:05.000 These Intel guys feel so empowered.
00:12:07.000 Instead of getting handcuffs and prison sentences, they get cable news contracts.
00:12:13.000 You see how it works?
00:12:14.000 You have state-run media that pays former Intel agency officials, and then you have college campuses that pay the corrupt bureaucrats that destroy your life.
00:12:23.000 Anthony Fauci, Georgetown, Peter Strzzok, Georgetown, Hillary Clinton.
00:12:28.000 I'm not sure if it's Georgetown, but she's paid to lecture.
00:12:31.000 So this whole system protects itself.
00:12:34.000 Okay, so Donald Trump is going to be indicted.
00:12:38.000 The contents of the indictment, we do not know.
00:12:40.000 But if I were to guess and predict, and you heard it here first, it's going to be a seditious conspiracy charge.
00:12:47.000 I don't think they're going to go for insurrection.
00:12:49.000 If they go for insurrection, I will be even surprised because that is a really high watermark, but it's possible.
00:12:56.000 I'm not saying it's impossible.
00:12:58.000 So this whole ballgame, it's a backup plan.
00:13:00.000 This is the backup plan, is the 14th Amendment.
00:13:06.000 Now, the 14th Amendment is unbelievably important, obviously, but it's way too broadly written.
00:13:15.000 I'm going to be honest, it's way too broadly written.
00:13:17.000 The 14th Amendment solved a lot of problems and it's created some problems.
00:13:23.000 It should be, I think, narrowed in scope.
00:13:26.000 Why?
00:13:27.000 The 14th Amendment is brought up by every left-wing lunatic on voting rights cases and civil rights stuff and debt abolition.
00:13:36.000 Literally, forgive my debt because of the 14th Amendment.
00:13:39.000 Way too broadly written.
00:13:41.000 It was ratified in July of 1868 and it's been used in ways that was not the intent.
00:13:49.000 Okay?
00:13:51.000 So the key here is this question of rebellion.
00:13:56.000 Again, the 14th Amendment has five different sections.
00:14:00.000 And remember, when we were having the debt ceiling debate, there was this question of can Joe Biden just raise the debt ceiling on his own because of the 14th Amendment.
00:14:10.000 So we're talking about 14th Amendment from all persons born or naturalized in the United States are sub to the jurisdiction thereof and citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside, no state shall deprive any person of life, liberty, or property without due process of law.
00:14:24.000 That's obviously really important.
00:14:26.000 But then it goes on to say, I think it's in section two here, section three.
00:14:30.000 Thank you, Blake.
00:14:31.000 Yes, is insurrection.
00:14:33.000 So remember the context of the ratification of this amendment.
00:14:37.000 This was post-Civil War.
00:14:40.000 So they said, look, if you have led an insurrection against the United States government, you can't be president.
00:14:45.000 Basically, they're saying, Jefferson Davis, you can't become president.
00:14:48.000 Robert E. Lee, I don't even know if Robert E. Lee was still alive in 1868, probably.
00:14:52.000 You can't become president.
00:14:55.000 No person shall hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, having previously taken an oath as a member of Congress or as an officer in the United States to support the Constitution of the United States.
00:15:05.000 Here's why they're indicting Trump.
00:15:07.000 This is the whole ballgame right now.
00:15:08.000 Shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.
00:15:20.000 So the 14th Amendment is the disqualification ultimate backup plan.
00:15:26.000 If no labels doesn't work, if the no Democrat primary doesn't work, if Chris Christie running his mouth doesn't work, if all the cable networks against him don't work, if Crossfire Hurricane 2.0 does not work, if trying to provoke the right wing to violence and we stay peaceful does not work, if the billions of dollars spent against Trump does not work, then they have an ultimate backup plan.
00:15:51.000 And the ultimate backup plan was originally intended to deal with the Confederacy right after the Civil War.
00:15:59.000 And so here's what they're going to do.
00:16:01.000 They're going to indict Trump very soon.
00:16:03.000 This is why we are, this is why it's moving so fast because they understand there's a timeline issue, okay?
00:16:11.000 They're going to indict Donald Trump on seditious conspiracy and or something akin to that.
00:16:17.000 Blake can look at the criminal code and find it because there's all these different measures.
00:16:21.000 But understand here, shall have engaged insurrection, put that aside, or rebellion against the same or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.
00:16:31.000 So even if Donald Trump wins the White House, someone is going to sue.
00:16:34.000 It will go up to the Supreme Court and say, look, he's a convicted felon in Washington, D.C. for giving aid to the enemies of the United States, like the Oath Keepers.
00:16:44.000 I want to talk about relieffactor.com.

00:17:16.000 Check it out right now: relieffactor.com, relieffactor.com.
00:17:22.000 This is all bigger than an election, just so we're clear.
00:17:25.000 Sometimes elections are meeting points for decades or centuries-old tensions to be resolved.
00:17:34.000 And that's what 2024 is becoming.
00:17:37.000 In 2016, it was a shot heard around the world.
00:17:39.000 Donald Trump took the administrative state by surprise.
00:17:41.000 Never should have happened, according to Peter Struckstroke Smirk.
00:17:44.000 We saw his text messages.
00:17:45.000 We're not going to let it happen.
00:17:47.000 Hillary Clinton was prideful.
00:17:49.000 Pride is an attribute of the left, didn't work.
00:17:52.000 All those guys took it easy.
00:17:53.000 Donald Trump went for the jugular.
00:17:55.000 They're not going to let that happen again unless we overcome them.
00:17:59.000 And there are all these efforts that are happening simultaneously.
00:18:02.000 And I just want to say this: you know, I get plenty of negative emails on Donald Trump.
00:18:06.000 If you cannot see that this is bigger than Trump, I want to say I feel sorry for you, but honestly, I'm repulsed by you.
00:18:14.000 By now, if you are really still playing into this, like, oh, well, Trump has done this to himself or Trump's tweets and Trump's this and Trump's that, you really don't understand the broader game at play because of how fixated you are on a personality or ego dispute.
00:18:32.000 Wake up.
00:18:33.000 This is not about tweets.
00:18:34.000 It's not about personality.
00:18:36.000 It's not about any of that.
00:18:37.000 This is about a crossing of the Rubicon of the deep state that is believing the only way through is forward of these Marxist revolutionaries using handcuffs, subpoenas, indictments, and convictions and a rigged system to tell you who they want to become president.
00:18:53.000 James Comey is yammering his mouth, Mr. Deep State, the cheerleader of deep state.
00:19:00.000 If there was a mascot, cheerleader is not the best word.
00:19:03.000 Here's the word I'm looking for.
00:19:04.000 If there was a mascot for the deep state, it would be six foot eight, James Comey, play cut 43.
00:19:10.000 You said that Trump poses a near existential threat to the rule of law.
00:19:16.000 But tell me a little bit about the specifics of what he could try to do.
00:19:20.000 What do you mean by that?
00:19:21.000 Well, think about what four years of a retribution presidency might look like.
00:19:27.000 He could order the investigation and prosecution of individuals who he sees as enemies.
00:19:34.000 I'm sure I'm on the enemies list.
00:19:37.000 Because the president constitutionally does oversee the executive branch entirely, which includes the Department of Justice, prosecutors, and investigators.
00:19:44.000 Man.
00:19:46.000 What would a presidency look like where the government goes after people they don't like?
00:19:51.000 I don't know.
00:19:53.000 That's a strange thought.
00:19:54.000 You mean like putting Steve Bannon in federal prison?
00:19:58.000 Like going after James O'Keefe?
00:20:00.000 Raiding Rudy Giuliani's apartment?
00:20:02.000 January 6th prisoners in a gulag, indicting Donald Trump, Lieutenant General Michael Flynn.
00:20:08.000 We wouldn't know what that looks like.
00:20:10.000 You're living through a retribution presidency.
00:20:13.000 Everything around you right now is a retribution presidency.
00:20:17.000 So Orwellian and to the untrained eye, they watch Mockingbird MSNBC.
00:20:23.000 Oh, yeah, that would be really bad.
00:20:24.000 Go get Trump.
00:20:25.000 I hate him.
00:20:27.000 The lack of self-awareness.
00:20:30.000 It's troubling.
00:20:31.000 It's really driven by an unclean spirit.
00:20:33.000 I believe that.
00:20:34.000 That's a separate issue, but it's totally true.
00:20:37.000 So we have these multiple efforts underway.
00:20:39.000 And let me finish on one, and then I'm going to transition to the other because they're all kind of being playing out simultaneously.
00:20:45.000 The way that they wanted it to go, and it's not going to happen, is these whiteboard people, the tabletop exercises, Aspen Institute, Sun Valley, Kenny Bunkport, Martha's Vineyard, the billionaire playgrounds where they have these long dinners and they have intel agency experts, Barack Hussein Obama, billionaires, and they all talk about it, which, yes, by definition is a conspiracy.
00:21:09.000 Multiple actors working in harmony and tandem to accomplish a goal is the textbook definition of a conspiracy.
00:21:16.000 It's happening.
00:21:17.000 We know it.
00:21:18.000 They admit it.
00:21:18.000 We know it through the emails, Hunter Biden's laptop, John Brennan, Tony Blinken.
00:21:23.000 They did it with Hunter Biden.
00:21:24.000 This is not a question.
00:21:26.000 They do it and they've done it before and they're doing it again.
00:21:28.000 And you're actively living through what was masterminded.
00:21:31.000 By the way, if you want evidence of a quote-unquote conspiracy, how about Molly Ball's article, the shadow campaign that helped win the 2020 election?
00:21:39.000 In Time magazine, she admitted and acknowledged that Mark Elias, private companies, public actors, nonprofits, unions, all worked in tandem.
00:21:49.000 In fact, so much so, they had standing Monday morning Zoom meetings.
00:21:54.000 So I never want to hear again, oh, you're a conspiracy theorist.
00:21:57.000 They brag about how they had different actors working in harmony and lockstep to obliterate the 2020 election from being anything that was fair, free, and open.
00:22:06.000 And it's happening again.
00:22:08.000 But it's different.
00:22:10.000 This is like volume two or chapter two.
00:22:12.000 This is the sequel.
00:22:13.000 It's different.
00:22:14.000 COVID is over with.
00:22:16.000 That is done.
00:22:17.000 I mean, Anthony Fauci's out in the Hinterlands.
00:22:19.000 He's doing his own thing, making a bunch of money in Georgetown.
00:22:22.000 The whole COVID health thing out of popularity.
00:22:26.000 Now, there might be another pandemic, but I don't think it's going to happen again because the American people have enlightened to it.
00:22:30.000 So now they're going to volume two, sequel two.
00:22:32.000 You are living through the second.
00:22:36.000 And like almost all sequels, it's almost never as good as the first.
00:22:39.000 I sure hope people see through it.
00:22:41.000 So the 14th Amendment, they're going to try to disqualify him.
00:22:46.000 This is the ultimate backup plan.
00:22:47.000 This is the riskiest one.
00:22:48.000 And this is not risky, but it's a matter of timing.
00:22:51.000 If Donald Trump were to win the presidency, he could preemptively pardon himself.
00:22:55.000 You could also just have his vice president who might become president.
00:23:00.000 This is an insurance plan, and it's a sloppily put one together, honestly.
00:23:04.000 It's more likely they're doing this to try to bring down his favorability rating in the battleground states, okay?
00:23:10.000 But they're trying to disqualify him from president for being a convicted rebellion rebel or insurrectionist or giving comfort or aid to enemies of the United States.
00:23:23.000 We're going to keep on building out the 14th Amendment disqualification clause that most people on television are not mentioning.
00:23:28.000 Okay.
00:23:29.000 So the GOP primary clown show, look, Donald Trump won 85% of voters in our straw poll.
00:23:34.000 He's up 60 points in West Virginia.
00:23:37.000 Ron DeSantis is not catching fire or steam.
00:23:39.000 Great governor.
00:23:41.000 Failure to launch.
00:23:43.000 Tragically for him, his announcement with Elon Musk on Twitter was not a one-off thing.
00:23:48.000 It was a canary in the coal mine of what has been an awfully clumsy presidential campaign.
00:23:52.000 They're burning through cash.
00:23:54.000 They're letting off staff.
00:23:55.000 This is all in the public domain, by the way.
00:23:57.000 It's not going well.
00:23:58.000 They have small dollar donation problems.
00:24:00.000 And to just icing on the cake, Ron DeSantis has come out today and he said, quote, Trump should have acted more forcefully on January 6th, playing into all the narratives.
00:24:12.000 So he's basically just poking me in the eye and being like, oh, Donald Trump is somewhat to blame for January 6th.
00:24:18.000 You got to do one way or the other, Ron DeSantis.
00:24:20.000 You can't do this middle ground.
00:24:22.000 Either you speak honestly and say this is a political charge of the Stasi going after him, or just say Donald Trump should be in prison.
00:24:30.000 Like, go Chris Christie or go Vivek.
00:24:32.000 This middle ground, you're going to go down.
00:24:34.000 The base does not like this nonsense.
00:24:38.000 Okay?
00:24:38.000 Does not like.
00:24:40.000 So that's going on.
00:24:42.000 So then we have this other aspect of it that I want to spend the remainder of our hour on, which there is one thing that could actually disrupt the Democrat plans.
00:24:52.000 One guy that I've watched closely for 11 years that I've always found to be super interesting and fascinating, and we will talk about it, but let's now talk about the other insurance plan, the other backup plan.
00:25:03.000 By the way, this is how afraid of Donald Trump and you they are.
00:25:05.000 They have to concoct these incredibly expensive and complicated schemes that are all kind of working in rhythm in different places.
00:25:13.000 The judicial side, the censorship side, the private actor side, the third party side?
00:25:21.000 Yes.
00:25:22.000 If you are not read up on no labels, we're about to educate you on it.
00:25:26.000 No labels is starting to bubble up in the American zeitgeist.
00:25:31.000 No labels is funded, I believe, largely through a 501c4 organization.
00:25:34.000 Nothing wrong with that.
00:25:35.000 We run 501c4 organizations, and they keep their donors anonymous, which I believe is a constitutional right and needs to stay that way.
00:25:42.000 Just interesting, though, we don't know who's exactly behind it.
00:25:44.000 I do think it would be awfully revealing, though.
00:25:47.000 Now, there were some articles that said no labels donors revealed.
00:25:50.000 It's who you would expect, though.
00:25:51.000 It's disaffected Republicans and center-left Democrats that are coming together, and they're pumping money to try and put together this idea of a very reasonable presidential campaign promoting people like Joe Manchin and Kirsten Sinema.
00:26:05.000 They did a town hall in New Hampshire, and some of the stuff in their quote-unquote policy agenda seems reasonable to an untrained eye.
00:26:13.000 They want to lower the public debt.
00:26:15.000 I'm all for that.
00:26:16.000 They want to lower health care costs.
00:26:17.000 I mean, you might as well say we want people to be happy and to live longer.
00:26:21.000 Okay, like not exactly complicated type stuff, right?
00:26:25.000 But other stuff, the immigration stuff is awful, right?
00:26:28.000 Where they want a mass amnesty, all that.
00:26:30.000 But it appeals to this kind of yearning of, I don't like Trump, I don't like Biden, I don't like Trump, I don't like Biden.
00:26:36.000 And so no labels is starting to increase their spending.
00:26:41.000 And again, this is this idea of no labels, it's obviously perfectly poll tested.
00:26:45.000 You guys can look it up.
00:26:46.000 They have a website.
00:26:48.000 It's built to honestly make you not hate them.
00:26:51.000 If you're a Republican or a Democrat, they call themselves, we are the common sense majority, which of course they're not.
00:26:58.000 This is largely Chamber of Commerce talking points of an unfettered defense, or let's just say unapologetic.
00:27:05.000 That's a better way to put it, defense of neoliberalism.
00:27:07.000 That's what it is.
00:27:08.000 Invade the world, invite the world, money to Ukrainian oligarchs, keep the borders open, free trade at all costs.
00:27:14.000 We are the last bastion of neoliberalism.
00:27:18.000 Now, honestly, I would rather some of this no labels crap than like Rashida Tlaib and Elon Omar.
00:27:23.000 And that's exactly what they want me to say.
00:27:26.000 They want me to say that because of how radical the left wingers have become.
00:27:31.000 You go to the website, no labels.org.
00:27:32.000 We're a national movement of common sense Americans pushing our leaders together to solve our country's biggest problems.
00:27:37.000 Happy talk.
00:27:38.000 That's what this is.
00:27:39.000 This is appealing to your highest level of desire, of utopian common sense, reconciliation.
00:27:49.000 But they're not going to be doing this in a way you might think.
00:27:52.000 They might draft Mitt Romney or Joe Manchin.
00:27:55.000 What if I told you no labels that has serious money behind it is going to focus on states that are comfortably Republican?
00:28:05.000 I'm going to explore how no labels and a professor from Princeton could disrupt the 2024 race.
00:28:14.000 The Lincoln Project comes out and tweets that no labels run for the presidency.
00:28:19.000 Manchin and no labels know they have no path to victory.
00:28:21.000 They're only in it to spoil the Biden candidacy and to satisfy their narcissism and their donors.
00:28:25.000 Okay, so I disagree.
00:28:27.000 So there's a way that no labels could do this to hurt Joe Biden or help Joe Biden or hurt Donald Trump and help Donald Trump or a little bit of both.
00:28:34.000 So for example, let's go through a state like Utah.
00:28:38.000 If Mitt Romney was the no labels candidate with Joe Manchin running in Utah and they won Utah, that is a way to subtract from the potential Republican nominee Donald Trump's electoral vote total.
00:28:53.000 Utah has an independent streak through it, a lot of moderate Republicans, a lot of people that yearn for a better tomorrow.
00:28:59.000 So Mitt Romney or Joe Manchin could potentially make inroads in a state like Utah, very quote unquote, open-minded state.
00:29:05.000 Arizona is another one.
00:29:06.000 That could hurt Joe Biden.
00:29:09.000 So if no labels drafted Kirsten Cinema as a candidate in Arizona, it would actually be better for Donald Trump for a third party candidate to take those electoral votes than potentially have Kirsten Cinema get them.
00:29:26.000 So I play around a lot at the website 2702win.com.
00:29:31.000 And the website only allows you to have red and blue allocation of states.
00:29:35.000 It does not even allow you to say, what if a third party ticket was able to start to win some of these?
00:29:40.000 The math starts to get very wacky.
00:29:44.000 The idea behind this is that there are many who feel politically homeless.
00:29:48.000 No labels can be used as a political surgical strike.
00:29:53.000 So potentially, if no labels were to run in 10, run hard, by the way, in 10 or 12 states, they could potentially win a state like New Hampshire and take that away from Joe Biden.
00:30:07.000 Or they could run in a state that's comfortably Republican like Idaho, where there's a new independent streak in Idaho with a lot of Californians moving there.
00:30:18.000 Or no labels could go and win a state like Nevada, especially in the mountain west where there's a lot of comfortability there.
00:30:26.000 Now, add on top of it, yeah, let's actually play Cut 46.
00:30:29.000 I'm glad you sent that.
00:30:30.000 It's starting to get headlines, everybody.
00:30:32.000 There's no guarantee if no labels hurts Trump or helps Trump.
00:30:36.000 I think the agenda is to hurt Trump.
00:30:39.000 But again, when you introduce a third-party variable, you have no idea which way the coin is going to end up, heads or tails.
00:30:48.000 It's complete risk and chance.
00:30:51.000 John Huntsman is now saying, do not leave out the possibility of third-party run.
00:30:55.000 Former governor of Utah, very well liked in Utah, coming from a billionaire family in Utah, the Huntsman family.
00:31:01.000 Play Cut 46.
00:31:02.000 Governor Huntsman, I had the No Labels organizers on a few weeks ago on the show.
00:31:08.000 They said that it wouldn't launch a presidential ticket if it was anybody else besides former President Trump and President Biden head to head.
00:31:17.000 Well, I wouldn't jump to any conclusions.
00:31:20.000 I know everybody is interested in the horse race.
00:31:23.000 Joe and I are here together because we started this endeavor years and years ago, back when nobody was paying any attention to it.
00:31:30.000 And here we are with the people now saying, and poll after poll will reinforce this, we want something different to break up the gridlock and to get us out of this doom loop that we're in.
00:31:44.000 So that could be used as a way to hurt Biden, hurt Trump, hurt them both.
00:31:48.000 We have no idea what the agenda behind it is.
00:31:52.000 I believe that it has been masterminded as a way to hurt Donald Trump.
00:31:56.000 But I think there might be some unintended consequences there.
00:31:58.000 But a new, another person that is being ignored by the media, and it's not RFK Jr., who's running for the president, who is ridiculously articulate, and he is a smart person.
00:32:09.000 His ideas are whack, but he's charismatic, and he's running a Marxist-black nationalist campaign.
00:32:17.000 And there's a thermonuclear weapon to be detonated in black America with their pent-up hatred of white liberalism is Cornell West, PlayCut 41.
00:32:27.000 How real is your run for the presidency?
00:32:30.000 And what is the likelihood the Green Party is going to be on the ballot in all 50 states?
00:32:36.000 Well, we're in the process, my brother, of gaining that ballot assets.
00:32:39.000 And my run for the presidency is the same for my run for truth and justice ever since I was 15 years old.
00:32:45.000 Okay, so if he ends up running as a Green Party candidate in the social media era, he will be able to easily get 3% or 4% and take that away from the Democrats.
00:32:55.000 That could be decisive in heavily black Georgia, heavily black Wisconsin.
00:33:01.000 Cornell West is very charismatic.
00:33:03.000 He's got a sharp tongue, and I mean that in a praising way.
00:33:06.000 I'd love to have him on the show and discuss him.
00:33:08.000 I'm not obviously supportive.
00:33:09.000 He will get AOC levels of popularity.
00:33:12.000 He has this kind of Martin Luther King civil rights vibe to him.
00:33:16.000 He talks like a black preacher, and I mean that in the most praiseworthy way.
00:33:19.000 Again, his ideas are from Neptune.
00:33:22.000 They are wacky.
00:33:24.000 But he could splinter the Democrat primary.
00:33:26.000 What is the lesson?
00:33:28.000 Nobody knows what's going to happen.
00:33:30.000 Get to work.
00:33:30.000 Become a precinct committeeman.
00:33:32.000 The cake is not yet baked.
00:33:36.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
