00:08:30.000Wow, on Sunday night while I was with my family, just having arrived from the turning point event in Florida, where I won the straw poll against all other candidates with 85.7%, I got news, horrifying news that I was getting indicted.

00:09:42.000I'm going to prove it to you because there's five or six efforts.
00:09:45.000You know, try to get prop up as much irritation and annoyance in the Republican primary to have people like Chris Christie Ron try to make as much noise, try to bring down Trump's favorables in the states that matter.
00:12:14.000You have state-run media that pays former Intel agency officials, and then you have college campuses that pay the corrupt bureaucrats that destroy your life.

00:14:55.000No person shall hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, having previously taken an oath as a member of Congress or as an officer in the United States to support the Constitution of the United States.
00:15:08.000Shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.
00:15:20.000So the 14th Amendment is the disqualification ultimate backup plan.
00:15:26.000If no labels doesn't work, if the no Democrat primary doesn't work, if Chris Christie running his mouth doesn't work, if all the cable networks against him don't work, if Crossfire Hurricane 2.0 does not work, if trying to provoke the right wing to violence and we stay peaceful does not work, if the billions of dollars spent against Trump does not work, then they have an ultimate backup plan.

00:24:00.000And to just icing on the cake, Ron DeSantis has come out today and he said, quote, Trump should have acted more forcefully on January 6th, playing into all the narratives.

00:24:18.000You got to do one way or the other, Ron DeSantis.
00:24:42.000So then we have this other aspect of it that I want to spend the remainder of our hour on, which there is one thing that could actually disrupt the Democrat plans.
00:24:52.000One guy that I've watched closely for 11 years that I've always found to be super interesting and fascinating, and we will talk about it, but let's now talk about the other insurance plan, the other backup plan.

00:28:38.000If Mitt Romney was the no labels candidate with Joe Manchin running in Utah and they won Utah, that is a way to subtract from the potential Republican nominee Donald Trump's electoral vote total.
00:28:53.000Utah has an independent streak through it, a lot of moderate Republicans, a lot of people that yearn for a better tomorrow.
00:28:59.000So Mitt Romney or Joe Manchin could potentially make inroads in a state like Utah, very quote unquote, open-minded state.
00:29:09.000So if no labels drafted Kirsten Cinema as a candidate in Arizona, it would actually be better for Donald Trump for a third party candidate to take those electoral votes than potentially have Kirsten Cinema get them.
00:29:26.000So I play around a lot at the website 2702win.com.
00:29:31.000And the website only allows you to have red and blue allocation of states.
00:29:35.000It does not even allow you to say, what if a third party ticket was able to start to win some of these?
00:29:44.000The idea behind this is that there are many who feel politically homeless.

00:29:53.000So potentially, if no labels were to run in 10, run hard, by the way, in 10 or 12 states, they could potentially win a state like New Hampshire and take that away from Joe Biden.
00:30:07.000Or they could run in a state that's comfortably Republican like Idaho, where there's a new independent streak in Idaho with a lot of Californians moving there.
00:30:18.000Or no labels could go and win a state like Nevada, especially in the mountain west where there's a lot of comfortability there.

00:31:08.000They said that it wouldn't launch a presidential ticket if it was anybody else besides former President Trump and President Biden head to head.
