00:01:44.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at AndrewandTodd.com.
00:01:53.000 Joining us right now is a great American, Mike Johnson from the Great State of Louisiana.
00:01:57.000 We just had a big event in Louisiana.
00:01:59.000 Congressman Johnson, welcome to the program.
00:02:01.000 Hey, Charlie, great to hear your voice, my friend.
00:02:03.000 Yes.
00:02:04.000 Thank you for your leadership and your courage.
00:02:06.000 You held a hearing yesterday on the Merrick Garland memo targeting parents at school boards.
00:02:12.000 Tell us about it.
00:02:12.000 What did you learn?
00:02:14.000 Well, we are presenting the facts of the American people to draw their own conclusions, Charlie.
00:02:18.000 You can't make this stuff up.
00:02:19.000 It's absolutely crazy.
00:02:20.000 We know now because we've been in the process of issuing subpoenas for all the documentation.
00:02:26.000 We know for a fact that the National School Boards Association, which is a leftist group, colluded with the Biden administration to insert federal law enforcement into local school board meetings.
00:02:36.000 So if you rewind in your mind back to the fall of 2021, they were, it was in the middle, by the way, of this contentious governor's race in Virginia where Terry McCulloch was up against Glenn Young.
00:02:48.000 And you remember the big issue there was what was happening in Loudoun County and some of the school districts there.
00:02:53.000 It drew everybody's attention to this wild curricula stuff.
00:02:56.000 So you had parents who, mama bears and concerned dads who showed up at school board meetings all around the country to protest mask mandates and school closures and curricula decisions.
00:03:07.000 And the NSBA, the school boards association, was intimidated by that.
00:03:11.000 So they asked the White House to get the DOJ involved to equate the parents with domestic terrorists.
00:03:18.000 And that is exactly what they did.
00:03:19.000 Attorney General Merrick Garland issued a memo October 4 of that year.
00:03:23.000 He involved the entire apparatus of the DOJ, the U.S. Attorney's Offices, the FBI, and they created a threat tag under the Domestic Terrorism Resources Unit.
00:03:33.000 And they started labeling and investigating parents for showing up at school board meetings.
00:03:37.000 You cannot make this stuff up.
00:03:38.000 Yeah.
00:03:38.000 And so who's going to be held accountable?
00:03:40.000 Who's going to be fired?
00:03:40.000 This is something I hear.
00:03:41.000 And I know this is a tough question for you to answer.
00:03:44.000 And I'm not putting it on you, but people are mad.
00:03:46.000 People are pissed.
00:03:47.000 Excuse my language.
00:03:49.000 Is someone going to be fired, like lose a pension, have to explain themselves?
00:03:53.000 Maybe go to jail for doing this?
00:03:56.000 Yeah, yes.
00:03:57.000 Look, it's a blatant violation of the Constitution.
00:03:59.000 Okay, the government obviously cannot collude with private organizations to silence and censor conservatives and people's viewpoints they disagree with.
00:04:07.000 There are civil penalties that can apply to this.
00:04:10.000 There are private lawsuits and all of that.
00:04:11.000 But the ultimate concern is the people's faith in our institution of justice itself, the system of justice that we have, which is kind of a critical thing to maintain in a constitutional republic, as you and I know and talk about all the time.
00:04:23.000 So where's the accountability?
00:04:24.000 Well, look.
00:04:25.000 We're the House majority.
00:04:26.000 We only have a majority in one house of Congress.
00:04:28.000 We're going to investigate this.
00:04:29.000 That's one power that we have.
00:04:30.000 We also have the power of the purse.
00:04:32.000 Jim Jordan and I and the rest of our committee don't have the power to go arrest and try people, put them on, you know, under oath and try them in a court.
00:04:38.000 But we can draw out the facts.
00:04:40.000 We can create legislation to reform these things to make sure this madness never is allowed to happen again.
00:04:47.000 And ultimately, we have the power of the purse string.
00:04:49.000 So we'll go to the full extent of our authority.
00:04:52.000 We may have to defund some of these agencies and certainly some of these officials who want to do big things.
00:04:58.000 They need us to send them the finances to do it.
00:05:02.000 And if they're not going to respect the Constitution and respect the fundamental rights of parents to raise their kids and let their voices be heard, then they don't deserve taxpayers' treasure.
00:05:11.000 And that's the bottom line.
00:05:12.000 That's where we're headed with all this.
00:05:14.000 It's a deliberative process because we got to lay out the facts.
00:05:17.000 This is not a partisan exercise on our part.
00:05:18.000 We're trying to defend the Constitution and tradition in this country.
00:05:22.000 And we're going to go to every length that we can to make sure that happens.
00:05:25.000 To the best of your knowledge, has Merrick Garland retracted the memo?
00:05:31.000 No, that's the crazy thing, Charlie.
00:05:33.000 We have sent him, Jim Jordan and I and the rest of the committee have sent him letter after letter, demand after demand, to retract that memo.
00:05:40.000 And he never has.
00:05:41.000 So it's been hanging out there since October 4th of 2021.
00:05:45.000 And he uses these vague terms.
00:05:46.000 This is what's so dangerous about it, okay?
00:05:48.000 He uses these vague terms like harassment and intimidation.
00:05:51.000 They're broad.
00:05:52.000 They're undefined.
00:05:54.000 Harassment is now under DOJ authority.
00:05:57.000 Harassment, Congressman.
00:05:58.000 Yeah.
00:05:59.000 I mean, even if they were, which they weren't, this harassment is for a local police officer.
00:06:05.000 That's not even, that doesn't even go to like a DA, right?
00:06:08.000 I mean, this is harassment.
00:06:10.000 Right.
00:06:10.000 I mean, look, I was the First Amendment religious liberty defense lawyer for 20 years.
00:06:14.000 Harassment is so broad you can't even define it.
00:06:16.000 It's a thousand different I get accused of that.
00:06:20.000 But if there's actual physical violence, which almost never happens or the threat of that, that is obviously to be handled by local authorities, and everybody knows that.
00:06:29.000 So you had whistleblowers within the FBI who are pushing back against this, saying, this is not our role.
00:06:33.000 What are we doing?
00:06:34.000 This is crazy.
00:06:35.000 And they were right.
00:06:36.000 But Merrick Garland keeps the memo out there.
00:06:38.000 Why, Charlie?
00:06:38.000 Why?
00:06:39.000 Because they want to intimidate parents into silence.
00:06:42.000 They want to censor and silence conservative moms and dads.
00:06:44.000 And it's had the desired effect because no one wants to go to their school board meeting and get the FBI on their back.
00:06:49.000 No, I know in some ways it's an unfair question, Congressman, that you receive a lot, but I think you're sensing the vibe that people are mad and that there needs to be some accountability.
00:07:00.000 And it's not, I mean, you're right.
00:07:01.000 You're a congressman.
00:07:03.000 You do not have indictment authority, right?
00:07:05.000 But just explain a little bit more the path forward of what happens when the people with the handcuffs break the law.
00:07:13.000 How do that well?
00:07:14.000 That's the most dangerous of all scenarios, isn't it?
00:07:17.000 It is.
00:07:18.000 It is absolutely dangerous.
00:07:19.000 We're in uncharted waters as a nation.
00:07:21.000 We've never had this.
00:07:22.000 You know, the people rely upon the system of justice being equal, that we really do have equal justice under the law.
00:07:29.000 It's chiseled into the marble above the door of the U.S. Supreme Court.
00:07:32.000 It's part of who we are.
00:07:33.000 Lady Justice wears a blindfold because you're not supposed to have two tiers, two systems of justice, one for the rich in power, one for everybody else.
00:07:41.000 But that's what people see right now.
00:07:43.000 That's the perception.
00:07:44.000 Perception is reality.
00:07:45.000 We have record low numbers of confidence among the people in our institutions themselves.
00:07:50.000 And you cannot maintain a system of government like ours, a constitutional republic, if people don't have faith in the system of justice itself.
00:07:57.000 So to have the Attorney General, Merritt Garland, in charge of all this, writing hurt over this, allowing this member to hang out there and chill the First Amendment rights, protected expression of concerned parents, is unconscionable.
00:08:09.000 It is illegal.
00:08:10.000 I mean, on its face, it's unconstitutional.
00:08:12.000 And we're going to push that as far as we can.
00:08:15.000 We'll fight them in the courts.
00:08:17.000 And hopefully, ultimately, there'll be real accountability for the people at the top.
00:08:20.000 And we're pushing that.
00:08:21.000 We're laying out the case for it methodically.
00:08:24.000 We couldn't even begin this process, as you know, until late January because we didn't have the majority.
00:08:28.000 We didn't have subpoena power until just a couple of months ago.
00:08:31.000 So we're asking everybody: look, nobody wants to move this faster than those of us on the weaponization committee and judiciary committee.
00:08:39.000 I mean, we've been chewing over this for years now, waiting for our turn.
00:08:43.000 We have it now.
00:08:44.000 We have to let the process play out.
00:08:46.000 And ultimately, you're going to see legislation that will bring reform to this chaos and you're going to see the power of the purse used because we'll have to do that.
00:08:53.000 So I also want to talk about the kind of new news here.
00:08:53.000 Yeah.
00:08:57.000 I want to make sure I understand this.
00:08:58.000 It's just kind of breaking here about the Weapons of Government Committee sending subpoenas to universities, which good for you guys for holding those islands of totalitarianism accountable.
00:09:10.000 What's going on here?
00:09:11.000 ProPublica has leaked this story, so it might be a dishonest representation.
00:09:16.000 But specifically, it seems as if University of Washington, Stanford, and Clemson seeking records related to the moderation of social media content.
00:09:24.000 What can you tell us about it?
00:09:26.000 Well, we have allegations, of course, that not only was the FBI colluding with big tech platforms, but maybe some of these publicly funded institutions have as well, that they've been censoring and silencing conservatives.
00:09:37.000 I mean, it seems Orwellian and surreal, but these things are happening.
00:09:41.000 And we're gathering the documents through subpoena authority to prove all this.
00:09:46.000 And so they don't comply.
00:09:47.000 I mean, even the Department of Justice doesn't comply with our letters and requests for information.
00:09:51.000 So we've got to use the compulsory resources within our jurisdiction to do it.
00:09:55.000 And that's subpoenas.
00:09:56.000 And so we're gathering all of this.
00:09:59.000 We're going to follow the truth where it leads.
00:10:01.000 And I think it's going to be very alarming to a lot of people.
00:10:03.000 What it's going to do for people like you and me, Charlie, it's going to confirm what we know intuitively has been happening for years now.
00:10:11.000 That the volume has been turned down on conservative voices.
00:10:14.000 It's happened.
00:10:14.000 You and me and all of us.
00:10:15.000 Well, I mean, when I go to these campuses, just recently at UC Davis, I mean, and you guys are doing the right thing.
00:10:21.000 You're fighting hard, and it's critical.
00:10:25.000 And I know the audience, we're getting a lot of your emails.
00:10:27.000 Charlie, one of the indictments and stuff coming.
00:10:29.000 Congress has a role to play.
00:10:30.000 I share that attitude.
00:10:32.000 I share that frustration, but this is necessary to find the facts, do the oversight.
00:10:37.000 The fourth branch of government, the bureaucracy is out of control.
00:10:40.000 They're unelected.
00:10:41.000 They're unknown.
00:10:42.000 They're unaccountable.
00:10:43.000 And this new Congress is doing more than any time in my lifetime to actually oversee and fulfill a constitutional mandate.
00:10:51.000 And it's promising.
00:10:51.000 I hope they keep up the momentum.
00:10:53.000 Congressman, thank you so much.
00:10:54.000 Thank you, my friend.

00:11:53.000 Promo code Kirk.
00:11:54.000 Check it out.
00:11:58.000 We talk a lot about education here and also at Turning Point USA, but Americans are getting dumber.
00:12:04.000 American IQ scores are lower in three domains, higher in one.
00:12:04.000 That's a fact.
00:12:08.000 IQ scores have substantially increased from 1932 to the 20th century, with differences ranging from three to five IQ points per decade.
00:12:17.000 But a new study shows that they've now been going down.
00:12:21.000 Why?
00:12:22.000 Well, verbal reasoning, logic, vocabulary, matrix reasoning, and letter and number series dropped during the study period.
00:12:30.000 But scores of 3D rotation, spatial reasoning, generally increased from 11 to 18, probably because of video games and screens, because you're kind of working that part of the brain.
00:12:40.000 If you're playing Halo or Call of Duty, you're not exactly working logic, vocabulary, visual problem solving, or analogies.
00:12:48.000 So education is very important.
00:12:49.000 We need more parental involvement in education.
00:12:52.000 While BLM shakes down American corporations for $83 billion, we don't talk about how fathers are no longer in the black community.
00:13:00.000 Every time someone brings up racism to you, by the way, your answer should be one number, 75.
00:13:05.000 Every time they say racism, say 75.
00:13:07.000 Every time they say racism, you say 75.
00:13:10.000 And they might say, what are you doing?
00:13:11.000 75% of black homes, black kids are raised without a father in the house.
00:13:15.000 75%.
00:13:16.000 That's not because of racism.
00:13:18.000 It's not because of the white man.
00:13:19.000 It's for a lot of other reasons besides that.
00:13:22.000 It's the most important number.
00:13:23.000 No one wants to talk about it.
00:13:24.000 And then it impacts educational outputs, IQ development, language development.
00:13:28.000 Thomas Sowell proves this, by the way, in his book, Discrimination and Disparities.
00:13:32.000 You want to know a real privilege?
00:13:34.000 Firstborn child privilege.
00:13:36.000 If you are the oldest child, you have a higher IQ, less likely to go to prison, more likely to have a higher income.
00:13:43.000 You get the most attention.
00:13:43.000 Why?
00:13:44.000 You hear the most words.
00:13:46.000 The amount of words a child hears in a day-to-day basis during the months of six months to two years, really critical child developmental time, especially if they're around adults, not other kids, increases their ability to understand language, increases their IQ substantially.
00:14:01.000 So Thomas Sowell says that's a better reason to actually be able to pinpoint how people get smarter or dumber over a period of time.
00:14:08.000 Well, AOC wants to weigh in on just the general education topic.
00:14:12.000 Let's watch this together.
00:14:13.000 Play cut 103 as AOC proves their upside down priorities while education was supposed to be talking about play cut 103 of AOC.
00:14:22.000 They are asking the Republican Party to keep culture wars out of classrooms.
00:14:27.000 Our children need urgent and aggressive educational solutions.
00:14:30.000 The American Library Association coming out against this Republican proposal.
00:14:36.000 When we talk about progressive values, I can say what my progressive value is, and that is freedom over fascism.
00:14:45.000 She used to be kind of interesting and able to go viral and someone that, you know, at least was, I don't know, someone that would catch your attention.
00:14:59.000 She's just become really boring and simple-minded, especially with her support of the proxy war in Ukraine.
00:15:05.000 She would say interesting, contrarian things.
00:15:06.000 It would be entertaining.
00:15:07.000 It'd be kind of like watching the Young Turks or MSNBC.
00:15:10.000 Like, whoa, that's kind of weird.
00:15:11.000 Now she's just kind of really mainstream.
00:15:14.000 She's kind of lost her appeal.
00:15:16.000 Freedom over fascism.
00:15:18.000 I don't know what that means, okay?
00:15:20.000 By the way, you're the fascist, AOC.
00:15:21.000 You yearn for censorship.
00:15:23.000 You deep down would have been a perfect Pulitzer member of Stalinist government.
00:15:27.000 You would have been a total march and lockstep Maoist.
00:15:30.000 And so look, math scores fell in nearly every state.
00:15:33.000 Again, we predicted this on this program.
00:15:35.000 When we talked about how the lockdowns will make kids dumber, we did it anyway.
00:15:39.000 Talked about how the lockdowns will create inflation.
00:15:40.000 We did it anyway.
00:15:43.000 And instead, we are now implementing gender ideology, fake history, grievance studies.
00:15:48.000 In the country, we are now producing students with the lowest IQ in a generation.
00:15:54.000 And by the way, in addition, they're sexualizing our kids on top of that.
00:16:00.000 And what is AOC talking about?
00:16:02.000 AOC is putting up some memo from the American Library Association.
00:16:07.000 The solution is very simple.
00:16:08.000 We need to get out of government schools.
00:16:10.000 Government schools have messed this up terribly.
00:16:12.000 We need charter schools.
00:16:13.000 We need more entrepreneurs.
00:16:15.000 We need full and complete school choice.
00:16:17.000 We need to break the back of the cartel, the teacher unions who have done such damage to our country.
00:16:23.000 The American Federation of Teachers and the National Education Association, run by Randy Whitgarten.
00:16:30.000 She runs AFT.
00:16:32.000 I can't remember who runs NEA.
00:16:34.000 I don't remember which one is which.
00:16:35.000 They're both big.
00:16:35.000 And then we need to empower parents.
00:16:39.000 Everything that they try to do, everything the collectivists and the Marxists, the totalitarians try to do is try to break the bond between a child and a parent.
00:16:47.000 Government gets stronger that way.
00:16:48.000 That's what they've done in the black community because there's no dad around.
00:16:53.000 When there's no dad around, the government gets a lot more powerful and it's easier to control those communities.
00:17:01.000 No one wants to talk about it.
00:17:02.000 No one wants to say it out loud instead.
00:17:03.000 We have to talk about racism and white supremacy and all these other white liberal fantasies.
00:17:08.000 But instead, we should say, why is it that 75% of black kids in America don't have a father around?
00:17:13.000 Is that okay?
00:17:14.000 Is that acceptable?
00:17:14.000 No, it should be unacceptable.
00:17:15.000 Instead of $83 billion to BLM to go through racketeering exercise, it should be used to maybe have a PR campaign to say, hey, black men, don't abandon the women you impregnate.
00:17:26.000 Probably a lot more effective than mansions in Malibu, BLM.
00:17:32.000 Joining us now, Kerry Lake from the great state of Arizona.
00:17:37.000 Kerry, welcome to the program.
00:17:38.000 There's an update regarding your legal challenge.
00:17:41.000 Walk our audience through it.
00:17:44.000 Well, we got news from the Arizona Supreme Court that they were going to take that portion, that ever important portion of our original lawsuit where we challenged how they, that the fact that they were not following the procedures for signature verification on the millions of mail-in ballots.
00:18:02.000 And the Supreme Court of Arizona says that that lower court judge has to listen to that and has to take that up and take a look at it.
00:18:09.000 He can't just dismiss it.
00:18:11.000 So we're ecstatic.
00:18:12.000 I mean, I've heard people trying to understand what happened in the Arizona Supreme Court.
00:18:16.000 Was it good news?
00:18:16.000 Was it bad news?
00:18:18.000 We sent in a lot to the Supreme Court.
00:18:20.000 And obviously, you always want to have them come back with everything in your favor.
00:18:24.000 The fact that this one giant pillar is going to be heard now is massive.
00:18:31.000 I heard somebody say, I don't know, is this good news?
00:18:34.000 I said, are you kidding me?
00:18:35.000 For over three years now, we've been trying to get election integrity lawsuits through the courts with no luck.
00:18:43.000 Not a single door has opened.
00:18:45.000 This is the first door that has opened.
00:18:47.000 It is massive.
00:18:48.000 It is giant.
00:18:50.000 And we are ecstatic.
00:18:51.000 The signature verification, as you know, on mail-in ballots, Charlie, it's the only security feature we have to ensure that bogus ballots aren't making it through into the final count and watering down the legal vote.
00:19:06.000 And we know that they have been being sent through with improper signatures by the hundreds of thousands.
00:19:12.000 We can prove that in court, and we're excited to have an opportunity to do that.
00:19:17.000 And we think that Maricopa County officials, election officials, Stephen Richer, we think Katie Hobbs, we think that cartel lawyer who is sitting in the Secretary of State's office are probably pretty nervous right now.
00:19:30.000 What were the other counts?
00:19:32.000 Because six out of seven got dismissed that you wished would have proceeded further.
00:19:37.000 Well, we were hoping that the Arizona Supreme Court would take a look at things like the failure of following the process of chain of custody that is so critical.
00:19:49.000 That's another security feature we have when it comes to ballot.
00:19:52.000 We should be able to track every single ballot right.
00:19:55.000 We should be able to track it and we know that if, on election day uh 400, 25 ballots were were, um were cast, that when they get back to MIK TECH for you know final tabulation that's exactly what they have.
00:20:12.000 And we know that about 300 000 ballots had zero chain of custody.
00:20:18.000 These ballots should not have been counted.
00:20:20.000 Where did they come from?
00:20:22.000 Where did they come from?
00:20:23.000 And I, you know, I am concerned that some of the other counts were not um upheld by the Supreme court, because what they're doing is basically ratifying um, a fraudulent election.
00:20:35.000 In our opinion, they are making law rather than making sure that law is upheld.
00:20:40.000 So yes, obviously we wish some of these other counts would have gone through.
00:20:43.000 We are thrilled.
00:20:44.000 We are thrilled that we, the court, ruled the way it did, because it has opened the door for us to prove this incredibly important situation, which is that our signature verification process is a total sham.
00:20:59.000 You know if you're going to take a look for people who don't know what mail-in balloting looks like, although most states are doing it.
00:21:05.000 The mail-in ballot comes in and it has a signature on the outside.
00:21:09.000 It's basically a legal affidavit saying signed by the voter, allegedly saying, yes, this is my ballot inside and i'm signing verifying it's my ballot.
00:21:19.000 Then they separate those out and they count the ballot.
00:21:22.000 Well, we have from three whistleblowers Charlie Um declarations signed under penalty of perjury, that they were rejecting tens of thousands of ballots a day as bad signatures that were nowhere near what the original voter signature looked like.
00:21:38.000 They were sending them up the chain of command to the next person and somehow, in the overnight hours, those tens of thousands were being just verified and checked and okay and sent through.
00:21:49.000 These are signatures that don't match.
00:21:51.000 How is that happening?
00:21:52.000 Our whistleblowers are going to be able to blow the top off of this sham called signature verification.
00:21:58.000 That's not being followed in Maricopa County and it is the way that they inject tens of thousands of illegal ballots into the system, watering down your vote, my vote and the good people of Arizona's legal vote.
00:22:11.000 So what is the process then?
00:22:12.000 So then, are you actually going to be able to inspect all the ballots.
00:22:15.000 Do you get a sample of them?
00:22:16.000 Does it have?
00:22:18.000 What is the process then?
00:22:20.000 Well I, I don't know exactly.
00:22:22.000 I you know.
00:22:22.000 I tell you what.
00:22:23.000 Anybody who is in college right now take a couple of legal classes.
00:22:26.000 I wish I would have taken some legal classes because i'm getting a quick education in the law and how it works.
00:22:33.000 But um, I believe that the judge just set a first appearance on the 30th, which is next week of march, and that's how we'll be going over um him taking this issue back up.
00:22:45.000 I'm not exactly sure what will transpire during that, if it's a scheduling meeting or what.
00:22:52.000 I'm going to be talking to my attorneys this morning and find out more about that, and hopefully we're able to.
00:22:57.000 I would like to be able to inspect some, some of those signatures and envelopes.
00:23:01.000 We know for a fact after looking at We the People, Shelby Bush and the work that they've done, that these signature verification, these signatures are completely not even close to matching.
00:23:13.000 It's almost as if you gave a three-year-old a crayon and said, copy someone's signature.
00:23:17.000 And that's what they look like.
00:23:19.000 Or there were many that went through with no signature.
00:23:22.000 If there's not a signature on that affidavit, which is the envelope, you cannot count that.
00:23:29.000 And we already know after seeing 2,000 mules, we've got all kinds of ballots being injected into the system, mail-in ballots that are very questionable, very questionable indeed.
00:23:40.000 And so to be able to look at this process, to be able to look at whether they followed the process, which according to our three whistleblowers, they did not.
00:23:47.000 They even had a third party group taking over looking at those ballots that got rejected.
00:23:55.000 So there were no observers at that third party.
00:23:57.000 And I don't have a name in front of me.
00:23:59.000 Otherwise, I would say what that group is.
00:24:01.000 They sent off a bunch of the rejected ballots to a third party outlet.
00:24:05.000 There were no observers there, and they started approving them.
00:24:09.000 You can't do that.
00:24:10.000 You have to have observers.
00:24:12.000 You can't have some third party outlet approving these ballots without going through the proper laws and procedures.
00:24:19.000 In Maricopa County, they don't follow election laws and they don't care about election procedures.
00:24:24.000 We've seen that in past elections, most notably the November 8th, 2022 election.
00:24:30.000 So the high court, I'm reading here from TPM, post-millennial, ordered Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson to review the element of Lake's case, again, to determine if the claim was properly dismissed previously or if Lake can, quote, prove votes were affected in sufficient numbers to alter the outcome of the election.
00:24:49.000 And, you know, Kerry, this is so frustrating because how are you even supposed to know all that until you can look at the ballots?
00:24:54.000 And we are now months and now post-election day.
00:25:00.000 And it seems as if they just do this nonsense and they know they're going to get away with it.
00:25:05.000 And they just hope they just don't get caught afterwards, right?
00:25:08.000 So we need to structurally change this as well, don't we?
00:25:11.000 Absolutely.
00:25:12.000 And until we can get the legislature to do that, it's going to be difficult with this fraudulent governor in office.
00:25:18.000 But we've extrapolated out.
00:25:20.000 I'm sorry to be looking at my notes here that about at least 130,000 ballots in the 2022 election are mismatched, should not have been counted through this, them not following the procedures in the election verification process.
00:25:33.000 So that would be more than enough to cover that so-called 17,000 barrier between KD Hobbes and myself.
00:25:43.000 So we're not worried about coming up with the numbers on it, but the system is broken and they do drag this out.
00:25:49.000 Charlie, they never expected me to fight this.
00:25:51.000 They expected us to go, oh, dang, they stole another election and we'll just kind of go quietly into the good night.
00:25:58.000 No, we're not doing that anymore because we are on the verge of losing our country.
00:26:04.000 And this, you know, I don't mean to get too sentimental here, but our forefathers nearly 250 years ago fought for us to be able to vote to have the ability to choose our own representation and representatives so that we didn't have to take orders from the monarchy, from a king across the ocean.
00:26:25.000 Blood was spilled on this great country so that we have a chance to choose who we elect.
00:26:31.000 And we're losing that ability right now if our elections are run lawlessly like they are here in Maricopa County and frankly, in many counties across this country.
00:26:41.000 And so we will push it and I will push it here in the lower court.
00:26:44.000 And we're going to push those other counts.
00:26:46.000 I'm seriously considering taking everything to the United States Supreme Court because if we don't fight this battle right now, I fear that my children, your children, whether you're Democrat, Independent, Republican, I don't care what your political affiliation is.
00:27:01.000 I want your vote to count.
00:27:03.000 I want your legal vote to count, not be watered down with a bunch of bogus ballots.
00:27:08.000 It's too important what we're going up against right now.
00:27:11.000 And so we're going to take it all the way.
00:27:13.000 And I do that, and I say that because I'm out there with the people every day, not only in Arizona, but across the country.
00:27:18.000 I've done a lot of traveling and I get stopped in airports or wherever I am.
00:27:23.000 And people say, thank you for fighting this.
00:27:25.000 We know our elections are not being run properly.
00:27:29.000 And we need somebody to stand up and fight now.
00:27:31.000 I think the Supreme Court wants a case, to be honest.
00:27:34.000 I hope so.
00:27:35.000 In 20, they didn't act with a lot of courage.
00:27:38.000 Let me ask you, Carrie, I want you to speak directly to this.
00:27:40.000 We're receiving emails of people saying they're never going to vote again.
00:27:43.000 Is that your message to these people?
00:27:45.000 Because that's sometimes what people hear when we talk about the election being broken.
00:27:50.000 Absolutely not.
00:27:51.000 I disagree with that 100%.
00:27:53.000 Do I think our system is completely messed up?
00:27:55.000 Yes.
00:27:56.000 We have a movement, and that movement came out so strong on November 8th.
00:28:02.000 Think about this.
00:28:02.000 We came out in such huge numbers that they couldn't just steal it in the middle of the night like they did in 2020.
00:28:08.000 They had to engineer a sabotage of Election Day.
00:28:11.000 They had to reveal who they were.
00:28:14.000 They had to do it in front of our eyes in such a huge way that if you voted on Election Day, there's a really huge chance you saw what was going on.
00:28:22.000 And so we've got to continue to vote.
00:28:24.000 That's what they want.
00:28:25.000 We the people in the past, you know, eight, 10 years have started to step forward and say we have to be active part in saving our republic and keeping our republic.
00:28:34.000 And as we the people rise up and get politically involved, the political elite, frankly, doesn't like that.
00:28:40.000 They want us just living our lives, ignoring what's happening politically.
00:28:44.000 We've gotten involved and they want to put us back to sleep and get us to not vote in this system.
00:28:49.000 I think we have to turn up and vote in even bigger numbers.
00:28:53.000 We have to vote on election day.
00:28:55.000 We have to vote mail and ballot, whatever way we want, but vote, vote, vote.
00:28:59.000 Even in this messed up system, the harder we vote and the bigger we vote, the harder it is for them to cheat and the more they reveal who they are.
00:29:08.000 We find out what the crime is and who the criminals are.
00:29:10.000 If we don't show up, it's a guarantee the bad guys will win.
00:29:14.000 It's a guarantee.
00:29:15.000 That's right.
00:29:19.000 Carrie, are you going to run for the U.S. Senate?
00:29:22.000 Well, first things first, I have a really important case that we just talked about in the last segment, and I want to see this through.
00:29:28.000 You know, I don't know what the courts will decide.
00:29:31.000 It's worth pushing this because if we don't push this now and fight for fair, free, honest, and transparent elections, then, boy, I don't know that we have a country much longer.
00:29:42.000 But I do know this, Charlie.
00:29:44.000 They stole this election.
00:29:45.000 They rigged this election in order to stop me.
00:29:50.000 And because that's what kind of a threat I am to the political elite uniparty system.
00:29:55.000 And when they tried to stop me, they're trying to stop the people of Arizona.
00:29:59.000 And I got in this for the people of Arizona.
00:30:02.000 And so I am not going to let them stop me.
00:30:04.000 I don't know politically what I will do next.
00:30:06.000 I never had any desire to get into politics.
00:30:10.000 And the people of Arizona recruited me to run for governor.
00:30:13.000 And we have led an amazing movement of we the people.
00:30:16.000 And so it is something I will consider, seriously consider.
00:30:20.000 I've looked at a lot of polling, probably five polls showing that I can not only win handily in a primary, but I can go on to win the entire race for Senate.
00:30:32.000 And I'm very concerned about somebody like Ruben Gallego.
00:30:35.000 The guy's not who he said.
00:30:36.000 Well, actually, he is who he says he is.
00:30:38.000 He's a socialist and maybe even, maybe even hinging on a communist, a Marxist.
00:30:42.000 And his voting record is atrocious.
00:30:46.000 I don't believe he's an honest man.
00:30:48.000 And Kirsten Sinema, she votes with Joe Biden 93% of the time.
00:30:52.000 She votes with this maniac who's driving our country into the ditch.
00:30:57.000 She votes with this guy who is bought and paid for by the CCP and Ukraine 93% of the time.
00:31:04.000 That's not representing Arizona.
00:31:06.000 That's not independent.
00:31:07.000 That's a big joke that she comes out and says she's independent-minded.
00:31:11.000 She is, I believe she's two-faced.
00:31:13.000 You see her when she's in the Senate acting one way, and then she comes and does these consultant little ads and clips where she acts like she's very docile and doing things that are very balanced for the people of Arizona.
00:31:27.000 She is a radical in the Senate.
00:31:30.000 And I don't think she's that well liked except for people like Mitt Romney, who adores her.
00:31:34.000 So that tells you what kind of person she is.
00:31:38.000 She's with people like that.
00:31:40.000 No, sorry to interrupt, but you've probably received word, Carrie, a lot of 2024 potential candidates and current candidates have been going through Arizona looking to raise money and probe what's going on here.
00:31:51.000 Donald Trump might be indicted in an awful way by New York.
00:31:56.000 How does that play into the race?
00:31:58.000 You're behind Trump in 2024.
00:32:00.000 Your thoughts.
00:32:01.000 And I'm still behind President Trump.
00:32:03.000 I love President Trump and I love his policies.
00:32:06.000 I don't know any human being that could withstand the lies, the disparaging stories, the absolute onslaught that he took for seven years.
00:32:17.000 And some people say, oh, well, we have these other candidates who maybe aren't as bullish or whatever.
00:32:24.000 They haven't withstood what Donald Trump withstood.
00:32:27.000 That man has proven he's got the metal to get us through and get himself through anything.
00:32:31.000 And they still can't stop him with these bogus indictments and all of that.
00:32:36.000 And I know that he could get into office on day one, turn this Titanic around that Joe Biden is trying to sink our country.
00:32:43.000 He can get us on better, solid footing in a world stage and domestically.
00:32:47.000 We've already seen what he can do.
00:32:49.000 He can do great things.
00:32:50.000 So I'm appalled that they keep trying to weaponize their police departments, weaponize their prosecutorial, the prosecutors against him, the DOJ against him.
00:33:02.000 They are dragging him through the mud and they're dragging Americans along with it.
00:33:07.000 And we don't appreciate it.
00:33:09.000 And that's why we support him.
00:33:10.000 And I think his support is going to grow.
00:33:12.000 I hope that he does win.
00:33:14.000 And I hope that his support continues to grow.
00:33:16.000 The polls I'm seeing shows his support is growing, even amidst all of these phony charges that they're trying to lodge at him.
00:33:26.000 Carrie Lake, thank you for your leadership.
00:33:27.000 We're going to be following the legal challenge and I'll just keep on saying it.
00:33:31.000 It is a tragedy what has happened here in Arizona, but good things can come out of awful things and the Lord will make all good things, all things to his purpose.
00:33:39.000 Keep the faith.
00:33:40.000 Carrie Lake.
00:33:40.000 Thank you so much, Charlie.
00:33:42.000 Thanks.
00:33:42.000 Thank you.
00:33:46.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:33:47.000 Email us your thoughts as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:33:50.000 Thanks so much for listening.
00:33:51.000 God bless.
