00:01:30.000 Okay, everybody.

00:01:30.000 We are here live at the RNC in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

00:01:35.000 First, I wish it was under better circumstances.

00:01:37.000 First, we have to have gratitude that I believe the Lord intervened this last Saturday.

00:01:43.000 And I don't say that lightly, but President Trump literally was a head tilt away from not being with us right now.

00:01:50.000 The security failure, what happened with the Secret Service, You're all going to remember where you were that Saturday.

00:01:56.000 I'll tell you, I was walking through my gym, going to go work out.

00:02:00.000 And I was, you know, looking at the rally, Trump takes the stage, typical type of B-roll.

00:02:05.000 And then all of a sudden I said, well, that's weird.

00:02:07.000 Why are a bunch of agents holding up Trump?

00:02:09.000 My initial reaction was that it was what we saw back in 2016, when there was a false alarm, very similar circumstance, a bunch of agents went around Trump, they get him off stage.

00:02:18.000 And then I look closer and he has blood.

00:02:22.000 He has blood on his face.

00:02:23.000 I said, well, this is not right.

00:02:24.000 The minutes we knew that Donald Trump was shot, part of his ear was taken out. 0.98

00:02:29.000 Just a head tilt away from having his brains blown out by a would-be assassin. 0.93

00:02:35.000 Only 120 yards away.

00:02:38.000 Now, I'm not exactly sure the distance here.

00:02:40.000 Just understand, that's about 120 yards from here to the arena.

00:02:44.000 Is that about right, Andrew, would you say?

00:02:45.000 About 100 yards.

00:02:46.000 About 100 yards?

00:02:47.000 Right to there.

00:02:48.000 How the Secret Service did not clear that out is Inexcusable and we are going to have hearings and we are going to have investigations immediately for exactly who was responsible and how this was allowed to happen.

00:03:01.000 But first we need to, we need to press pause and reiterate our gratitude to the almighty.

00:03:07.000 There is no other reasonable explanation here where Donald Trump's head tilt and just looking to a graph and immigration graph off to the side saved his life and What ensued after was, first of all, the media.

00:03:22.000 CNN said what?

00:03:23.000 He fell after there were loud noises.

00:03:25.000 That was CNN's original reporting.

00:03:27.000 We had report after report.

00:03:29.000 They were unwilling to say that it was an assassination attempt.

00:03:32.000 This is the closest that a president or former president has come to dying from an assassination attempt since Ronald Reagan in the 1980s.

00:03:42.000 It has been nearly 40 years, and we're going to go into great detail what has actually happened to the Secret Service and how they have Lost the trust of the American people after this, but praise God, Donald Trump is alive and well.

00:03:54.000 He is more committed than ever to make this country great and to retire Joe Biden and to win in November.

00:04:02.000 And I want to, I want to bring here, Noah.

00:04:04.000 Noah, can you come up here?

00:04:05.000 So this is Noah for Micah.

00:04:06.000 Noah was at the rally.

00:04:08.000 In Butler, Pennsylvania, Noah, you are a turning point action representative for us.

00:04:13.000 By the way, you're the one that registered a thousand voters, right?

00:04:16.000 That's right.

00:04:17.000 So Noah, walk us through what happened.

00:04:19.000 You were just feet away from Someone losing their life and almost the assassination of Donald Trump.

00:04:27.000 Walk us through what you saw on Saturday.

00:04:29.000 Well, I just want to start off to say so like we start off the day very normal.

00:04:33.000 So made a tweet saying it's going to be a very eventful day here at the Trump rally.

00:04:37.000 Well, little did I know what was going to actually transpire so.

00:04:42.000 It was, you know, near five, you know, eight minutes as Trump was getting into his speech.

00:04:47.000 A lot of our team was already in there.

00:04:49.000 I was, you know, right in there as well, watching from the very back of the crowd.

00:04:53.000 And all of a sudden, we started to hear these shots pop off.

00:04:57.000 And a lot of our volunteers were like, oh, it's fireworks, it's fireworks.

00:05:02.000 And then, you know, all of a sudden we started seeing people running.

00:05:05.000 And then we were like, what the heck is going on?

00:05:07.000 People were screaming, Trump got shot.

00:05:09.000 Trump got shot.

00:05:10.000 Trump got shot.

00:05:11.000 And I saw a few Gen Z kids starting to cry and tear up all, um, and then people said, never surrender.

00:05:18.000 I mean, it's still shaking me up right now.

00:05:20.000 And so, so Noah, I want to just first, what was so striking to me is how calm the crowd was.

00:05:27.000 That the crowd didn't rush in panic.

00:05:29.000 People sometimes die if you, you know, they say you can't say fire in a crowded theater.

00:05:34.000 That how calm the crowd was.

00:05:36.000 How do we explain that?

00:05:37.000 Donald Trump got shot.

00:05:39.000 Another man lost his life.

00:05:40.000 His name, can you get his full name, please?

00:05:42.000 I don't want to miss say it.

00:05:43.000 By the way, we should support his GoFundMe.

00:05:46.000 And two other people were hospitalized and the crowd just remained still.

00:05:50.000 It's remarkable.

00:05:52.000 Yeah, it was utter shock.

00:05:53.000 I mean, a lot of people were in panic and, like, disbelief that it actually happened.

00:05:58.000 I mean, I was in disbelief, too.

00:06:00.000 Like, I was frozen.

00:06:01.000 I didn't know what was going on.

00:06:02.000 And, you know, watching it all unfold, watching the Secret Service, the state police tear down the barricades, start to rush in there and, you know, try to get to the bottom of this thing.

00:06:13.000 But, like, we had people Like, pointing somewhere, looking around, like, saying, hey, there's something going on, like, right before Trump got shot.

00:06:20.000 Like, they're saying three minutes, they knew something was going down.

00:06:23.000 So, for three minutes, everyday Trump supporters were trying to warn the police and Secret Service, and they did nothing?

00:06:30.000 Yes, that is correct.

00:06:32.000 So, you're okay.

00:06:35.000 The man's life who was shot and killed is Corey Compitatore.

00:06:40.000 Comparatory.

00:06:41.000 That is not an easy one to say.

00:06:42.000 Comparatory.

00:06:43.000 Yes.

00:06:44.000 Who lost his life by this would-be assassin.

00:06:47.000 Noah, you are in the grassroots registering voters every single day, having seen and witnessed a almost assassination of Donald Trump, which by the way, you saw history there.

00:06:58.000 I mean, that is the first time that a shooter was able to get even close to a

00:07:02.000 president or former president in 40 years.

00:07:04.000 The secret service has been bragging to us about how great they are,

00:07:08.000 about how exceptional they are.

00:07:09.000 This was a humiliation of the United States government of our country.

00:07:13.000 And only by the grace of God is Donald Trump alive and well.

00:07:17.000 Does this convict you to want to work harder and to register more voters?

00:07:21.000 What is your attitude now after this?

00:07:23.000 My attitude after this, and I will tell you, starting today, and I would love to talk to this person again, saw a guy wearing a Trump hat, Trump shirt.

00:07:30.000 Like, are you registered to vote?

00:07:31.000 He's like, nope, I don't care to vote.

00:07:33.000 So he shows up at a rally and he's not registered to vote?

00:07:35.000 Yes, you get a lot of that when you go to Trump rallies.

00:07:38.000 Went to Schnecksville, Philly, Wildwood, this rally.

00:07:41.000 So many people just do not vote.

00:07:43.000 And I would love to talk to these people who aren't voting now and say, hey, would you like to vote now?

00:07:48.000 Look what's going on with our country.

00:07:50.000 I mean, never surrender.

00:07:51.000 I mean, this emboldens me to do more for my country.

00:07:54.000 I mean, those 1,000 voter registrations, I want to get 1,500.

00:07:56.000 After that, I want to get 2000.

00:08:01.000 I want to keep climbing because every single registration is going to save this country.

00:08:05.000 I have two takeaways.

00:08:06.000 Number one, you assume that everyone going to a Trump rally is a registered voter.

00:08:10.000 That is not correct.

00:08:11.000 And that's why what we're doing at Turning Point Action is so important.

00:08:14.000 And Noah, you're a hero.

00:08:15.000 But number two, we are not asking you to take a bullet.

00:08:18.000 We're asking you to fill in a ballot.

00:08:21.000 Donald Trump took the bullet for you.

00:08:23.000 We are asking you to fill in a piece of paper and to put it into the mail.

00:08:27.000 These people say, oh, I don't vote.

00:08:28.000 I don't, I think that is a ridiculous response, but I think that attitude is going to start to change.

00:08:33.000 Don't you?

00:08:34.000 And this is a opportunity for us to work harder to unite the country.

00:08:34.000 Yeah.

00:08:39.000 And that is Donald Trump's message.

00:08:41.000 And also remind everybody that we are living under a Biden regime that has done such damage and destruction to this country.

00:08:48.000 And Andrew, do you have a question quickly for Noah here?

00:08:51.000 No, I mean, no, you lived through history.

00:08:54.000 I think Charlie said it well.

00:08:55.000 I mean, what, What is your message to the rest of your Gen Z counterparts across the country that are not engaged right now after what you just saw?

00:09:04.000 Put it in the plainest terms you can.

00:09:06.000 This is your future we're fighting for.

00:09:06.000 Get involved.

00:09:08.000 And I mean, if you want to have a future, if you want to have a house, you want to have lower gas prices, food prices, want to have a family, you need to vote.

00:09:16.000 You need to get out there and vote for Donald Trump.

00:09:18.000 Do you believe being there and witnessing it and reflecting that it was a spiritual moment, what happened there?

00:09:24.000 And you know, I think it was a shot heard around the world moment.

00:09:24.000 I do.

00:09:27.000 I think people are going to come out and vote in droves for Donald Trump.

00:09:30.000 I think people of faith are going to turn out big this cycle.

00:09:33.000 Noah, God bless you, man.

00:09:35.000 You gotta get to 1,500 registered voters, okay?

00:09:38.000 I'm gonna do it.

00:09:39.000 Alright, Noah, God bless you, man.

00:09:41.000 We're glad you're okay, and glad that the Turning Point Action staff is okay.

00:12:44.000 God bless Charlie Kirk.

00:12:46.000 Amen, amen, amen.

00:12:47.000 They love you.

00:12:48.000 By the way, Charlie, everywhere I went in Europe, in England, I would say I'm with Real America's Voice News, and then they'd kind of look at me and I'd say, you know Charlie Kirk?

00:12:55.000 They all knew Charlie Kirk over there in Europe, too.

00:12:58.000 All right, who here are delegates?

00:13:00.000 Let me see that.

00:13:00.000 Delegate, delegate.

00:13:01.000 Where are you from?

00:13:02.000 North Carolina.

00:13:03.000 North Carolina.

00:13:04.000 Missouri.

00:13:05.000 Missouri.

00:13:05.000 Let me get over here.

00:13:06.000 North Dakota.

00:13:07.000 North Dakota.

00:13:07.000 We got an alternate here.

00:13:08.000 Alternate.

00:13:09.000 North Carolina.

00:13:14.000 Florida, Florida, yes sir.

00:13:17.000 And let me say that all Trump, all MAGA, all MAGA, all MAGA.

00:13:22.000 Charlie, this is it.

00:13:24.000 And right here, we got law enforcement, supporting law enforcement.

00:13:26.000 Hi, Melissa Robey from We Back Blue.

00:13:28.000 What's up everybody?

00:13:29.000 We're so excited to be here.

00:13:30.000 There's so many members of law enforcement here protecting these people and I'm so proud of them.

00:13:34.000 Thank you.

00:13:36.000 And we are thankful for President Trump and for God's hand and for the angels that were on him.

00:13:42.000 Just an incredible thing.

00:13:43.000 God's hand is on President Trump.

00:13:44.000 But as you said, Charlie, it is time for everyone in this country who loves this country to stand up with boldness, to stand now for such a time as this.

00:13:52.000 It's an honor to do it.

00:13:53.000 These folks are doing it.

00:13:55.000 Now it's time for you to do it as well.

00:13:57.000 Congressional District 13, vote for Brad Nott for Congress.

00:14:00.000 We're going to flip that red.

00:14:02.000 I want to say thank you to Turning Point for a fantastic prayer vigil yesterday in the park across from our hotel, and great pastors speaking and standing up boldly.

00:14:12.000 Charlie?

00:14:12.000 Ben, you're doing a great job.

00:14:13.000 We'll throw back to you in a second here.

00:14:15.000 So coming up next, we have Speaker Newt Gingrich.

00:14:18.000 Again, we have not lived through an assassination attempt similar to what we saw on Saturday since Ronald Reagan.

00:14:25.000 The Secret Service then had relaxed protocols and then They went through a massive change saying, we will never allow that to happen again.

00:14:32.000 We saw the slipping of the Secret Service in recent years, from with Kamala Harris to not sweeping buildings, to diversity, equity, inclusion being prioritized in the United States Secret Service.

00:14:46.000 And this is a moment we need to pause, have gratitude, but also say, why is this acceptable?

00:14:53.000 In the greatest country ever where the leader of the opposition movement and a former president nearly has his head taken off when someone is 120, 130 yards away, literally as far from here to the arena, 120, 130 yards away, completely unacceptable.

00:15:08.000 All right.

00:15:09.000 I want to just remind everybody here that is watching and that is seeing the events unfold that the proper course of action, of course, is to stay calm, stay peaceful and credit to this entire movement.

00:15:22.000 Credit to so many of you, where the media has been saying, oh, we're really worried about right-wing political violence.

00:15:28.000 We're really worried about right-wing domestic terrorism.

00:15:32.000 What you saw this last weekend was the opposite of that.

00:15:35.000 You saw Donald Trump put his life on the line and literally take a bullet for you.

00:15:39.000 They impeached him.

00:15:41.000 They indicted him.

00:15:42.000 They convicted him.

00:15:43.000 They shot him.

00:15:44.000 And he is stronger than ever before.

00:15:46.000 And he is committed to make this country great again, unite this country, and bring us back Alright, I need to tell you guys about StrongCell.

00:17:48.000 Mr. Speaker, welcome.

00:17:49.000 Delighted to be here.

00:17:50.000 Well, thank you for taking the time.

00:17:51.000 You're going to be a great speaker.

00:17:52.000 I'm going to be a great speaker.

00:17:53.000 I'm going to be a great speaker.

00:17:54.000 You and I were talking off air here.

00:17:56.000 On Saturday we were both numb.

00:17:58.000 Yeah, I was so emotionally upset I could barely function.

00:18:03.000 I've known Trump for 30 years.

00:18:05.000 And you sit here and you watch your friend getting shot live on television.

00:18:10.000 It's extraordinarily emotional.

00:18:13.000 People ought to understand that.

00:18:15.000 This isn't a game.

00:18:16.000 This isn't a mannequin.

00:18:17.000 This is a real human being.

00:18:19.000 And I thought, frankly, that Melania's statement was so beautiful.

00:18:24.000 And she makes the point that she's sitting there watching Barron's life and her life potentially totally changed.

00:18:31.000 And it's so beautiful.

00:18:32.000 I hope everybody will read it.

00:18:33.000 It's a magnificent statement.

00:18:36.000 Mr. Speaker, we have not seen anything close to this since Ronald Reagan, who was shot 40 years ago.

00:18:42.000 Yeah, I've made the point.

00:18:43.000 I was in the chamber.

00:18:44.000 Reagan walks into the House chamber 30 days after he was shot to deliver a major speech on economic policy.

00:18:53.000 And we just went crazy.

00:18:55.000 Because, again, it's very much like Trump.

00:18:58.000 He gets shot, walks into the hospital, turns to the doctor and says, I hope you're not Democrats.

00:19:05.000 And the doctor says, today, we're all Republicans.

00:19:08.000 It's a great moment.

00:19:12.000 Trump was not just shot at, but shot.

00:19:15.000 He was shot.

00:19:15.000 And I believe it was divine providence.

00:19:18.000 Well, I do too.

00:19:20.000 I've said very strongly, this is a providential moment, something which Washington and Lincoln would have understood.

00:19:27.000 And they both described providential moments.

00:19:30.000 And I think that the fact that he has been basically saved is an enormous thing.

00:19:37.000 And if you add to that in an amazing way, Today the judge in Florida dismissed the entire case against him.

00:19:46.000 It's almost like things are beginning to fall into place for a truly historic presidency that will actually get America back on track to being the most unique country in the world.

00:19:59.000 When I first saw it, I thought it was a false alarm.

00:20:02.000 I thought it was one of those where the Secret Service agents go around him.

00:20:07.000 Couple takeaways.

00:20:08.000 First of all, there were hundreds of thousands of people on social media saying that they wished that the shooter would not have missed.

00:20:16.000 That is the picture of part of the American left.

00:20:20.000 Secondly, the media's coverage.

00:20:23.000 Well, it was, I mean, to have CNN describe it as, you know, the president has scored it off having fallen as opposed to having been shot, I think was just despicable.

00:20:33.000 And again, tells you a lot about the bias that Donald Trump has lived in for nine years.

00:20:39.000 I mean, every single part of the way, he's had that same problem.

00:20:43.000 President Trump has said that he's completely changing his speech at this convention.

00:20:47.000 You've been, you've been to a few conventions.

00:20:49.000 Yeah, occasionally.

00:20:50.000 Is it about, what, let me think, is it probably at least 10 conventions?

00:20:54.000 Is that right?

00:20:54.000 Something like that, yeah.

00:20:55.000 Incredible.

00:20:56.000 But, well, I've been around a while.

00:20:59.000 But, you know, I think he's doing the right thing.

00:21:02.000 He's at a magic moment when even most of the people who are, I mean, the hardcore left is never going to be for Trump, and they shouldn't be.

00:21:10.000 He doesn't fit their values.

00:21:11.000 But there's a large block in the middle, my guess is, the number of never-Trump-er Republicans shrank by 50% in two days.

00:21:19.000 They just looked and said, you know, you got to be for him.

00:21:23.000 And I think that will give him, Lincoln used to say, that with public sentiment, with popular sentiment, anything is possible.

00:21:31.000 Without popular sentiment, nothing is possible.

00:21:34.000 And I think that Trump is in a position now, potentially, to have a very large majority of the American people on his side.

00:21:42.000 And with that, to have the Congress on his side, because in the end, the Congress, by definition, has to follow the will of the people or they get fired.

00:21:50.000 And if you were to, you probably might be, giving him advice as to how he captures this moment to unite the country in his speech and his messaging, what would you tell him?

00:22:01.000 Well, look, I think as a historian, the message is very simple.

00:22:06.000 He has now become a historic figure and in a way he has to let himself grow into that.

00:22:14.000 He was a candidate, he was a champion for half the country, but It's very different if you're Charles de Gaulle or Dwight Eisenhower or Abraham Lincoln or George Washington to be at the level Trump is on the edge of.

00:22:28.000 He has to grow into being that person.

00:22:30.000 I think so far, the first couple of days, he's lived that out perfectly.

00:22:34.000 He's got to be a person who reaches out and says, you may or may not agree with everything, but can we find a way to work together?

00:22:42.000 He has to find a way to say to the world, you know, our goal is not American dominance, but it is the end of violence and it is the end of countries invading each other.

00:22:50.000 And can't we find a way to work together?

00:22:53.000 And I think that's a totally legitimate.

00:22:55.000 It's not I'm anti Putin.

00:22:57.000 I'm pro peace, you know, and I will see whether or not that continues.

00:23:01.000 But so far, I can tell you everything I've heard from the senior staff, everything I've seen in the media.

00:23:08.000 I think Trump thinks that it was providential.

00:23:11.000 You know, Reagan, Chris and I did a movie about Reagan, and then we did another movie on John Paul II.

00:23:17.000 And when they meet for the first time, one of the things they compare is the fact they've both been shot.

00:23:25.000 And why did God spare them?

00:23:28.000 And it's a very profound moment.

00:23:30.000 And I think you have the same thing here, that Trump now has to say, and I think he knows this and he said this to Gordon of the New York Post, you know, by any reasonable standard he should be dead.

00:23:42.000 Because the shot wasn't that far away, it came that close to his head, you know, in 9 out of 10 worlds, Donald Trump's dead.

00:23:52.000 And in this one providential moment, Donald Trump's alive.

00:23:56.000 Now, why did that happen?

00:23:59.000 And one quick historical story.

00:24:02.000 Washington, trying to save Braddock's army after it's been ambushed by the French and Indians, is on the biggest horse in the army, and he's physically the biggest man.

00:24:12.000 He has four bullet holes in his coat, has two horses shot from under him.

00:24:17.000 Ten years later, he's at a meeting with the Indians, and one of the chiefs says to him, all of us were trying to shoot you.

00:24:26.000 You were so obvious, you were on this big horse.

00:24:28.000 He said, I personally shot at you 13 times.

00:24:31.000 He said, obviously God has some mission for you, because none of us could hurt you.

00:24:36.000 And that's part of the underlying sense that Washington had.

00:24:40.000 That is, that is so profound.

00:24:41.000 He talks about providential events.

00:24:43.000 So this word is not one that, you know, just, both Lincoln and

00:24:47.000 Washington, he's providential.

00:24:49.000 I think Trump has to, at some level, really be thinking deeply about what is

00:24:54.000 the mission God wants him to be on, not what's the mission Donald Trump wants to be on.

00:24:58.000 That is, that is so profound.

00:25:01.000 Part of this, Mr.

00:25:02.000 Speaker, is also making sure this doesn't happen again in the next weeks

00:25:08.000 or months before the election.

00:25:10.000 I failed to comprehend.

00:25:13.000 From about here to those gates right there is about 120 yards.

00:25:16.000 We could see it just so the audience can.

00:25:19.000 How is it possible that you have on a roof, there's not that many roofs in Butler, Pennsylvania.

00:25:24.000 This is not Gotham City.

00:25:26.000 Well, by any standard, there should have been police on the roof.

00:25:29.000 At minimum.

00:25:30.000 That's standard operating procedure.

00:25:31.000 Now, I did see an article, and I've just sent some notes to guys in Congress asking them to verify it, but there is an article that came out a little while ago that part of Trump's detail had been transferred to Jill Biden.

00:25:45.000 Jill Biden.

00:25:46.000 Jill Biden, not Joe.

00:25:47.000 Oh.

00:25:47.000 Jill?

00:25:48.000 Jill.

00:25:49.000 Dr. Jill.

00:25:50.000 And under the protocol that a First Lady Outranks a former president. 1.00

00:25:58.000 Now this, this is, this is mindless, but remember, this is the Biden administration that has for months refused to protect Robert Kennedy Jr.

00:26:07.000 But think of, think to yourself, I mean, how grotesque is it when you have somebody whose father and uncle were both assassinated to tell them we're not going to protect you?

00:26:16.000 It tells you, it tells you what mean, nasty people.

00:26:20.000 The Biden team.

00:26:21.000 And I have to isolate this.

00:26:23.000 Joe Biden's reaction was, as you would imagine, were thoughts and prayers, Kamala Harris, other people as well.

00:26:29.000 But I found it a little bit hard to believe for some of them, not necessarily them, in the media where they say thoughts and prayers, but they were saying that Donald Trump is akin to Hitler in the weeks prior.

00:26:40.000 So which is it exactly?

00:26:42.000 Is it that Donald Trump's a threat to democracy and that he's Hitler or that you're praying for him?

00:26:46.000 Look, I could barely stand watching Biden last night because the whole speech is a lie.

00:26:53.000 I mean, it doesn't mean any of that stuff.

00:26:57.000 I mean, you know, it's just, you watch it.

00:27:00.000 And in fact, the way they worded it, and I'm sure his staff wrote it, the way they worded it, everything that's in there is designed to punch Republicans. 1.00

00:27:08.000 And you think to yourself, you know, do you guys think the American people are so stupid? 1.00

00:27:13.000 That they can't figure out when you're just plain lying to them? 1.00

00:27:16.000 And that's what he was doing.

00:27:18.000 I found it a very hard speech to watch and an almost impossible speech to comment on in a decent way.

00:27:24.000 It's hard to even unpack the political dynamics of this.

00:27:28.000 Before this, we were originally going to have you on the show, Mr. Speaker, to discuss Joe Biden and the coup within the Democrat Party.

00:27:35.000 Right.

00:27:35.000 Does he remain?

00:27:37.000 I think he probably does.

00:27:38.000 I mean, I've always thought that because there's no mechanism to get rid of him.

00:27:41.000 But I also try to remind everybody, the great danger of Joe Biden is not his brain.

00:27:47.000 It's his policies.

00:27:50.000 And to get rid of his brain while keeping his policies doesn't get you anywhere.

00:27:54.000 I mean, Kamala Harris would be worse. 1.00

00:27:56.000 So you've got to look at it in that context and recognize that this is not about a single... Now the news media would like to be about Joe Biden because the news media doesn't want you to realize every one of their major policies fails.

00:28:10.000 Everyone.

00:28:11.000 And they don't want you to think about that.

00:28:13.000 So they'd rather focus on Biden as an incompetent rather than focus on the policies as disastrous.

00:28:20.000 Closing out here, Mr. Speaker, you said the plan that God has for President Trump.

00:28:24.000 What do you believe that to potentially be?

00:28:27.000 I would never attempt to understand what God wants.

00:28:32.000 I have no idea.

00:28:34.000 And neither does anybody else.

00:28:36.000 But I will tell you, if you had said to me Saturday morning, you know, do you think that we'll go through this next 48 hours?

00:28:42.000 I would have said, it's inconceivable.

00:28:45.000 It never would have occurred to me Saturday morning that we could have gone through the turmoil, the emotions, having a president almost killed, and have him say the next morning, yeah, of course I'm going to the convention.

00:28:59.000 You know, it's remarkable.

00:29:01.000 You know, we are blocks away, some people say, from where Teddy Roosevelt was shot.

00:29:05.000 Yeah, that's right.

00:29:07.000 Of course, it's slightly different.

00:29:08.000 In fact, I didn't use it deliberately, because knowing Trump, he'd have promptly wanted to get out of the car and go back and finish the speech.

00:29:14.000 But the truth is, Roosevelt was shot near here in 1912.

00:29:18.000 He had a copy of the Constitution.

00:29:21.000 Now, he was shot with a .22, not with a rifle.

00:29:23.000 And the bullet barely penetrated.

00:29:26.000 It was in him, but it didn't have the full force of the bullet because the Constitution slowed it down.

00:29:33.000 Roosevelt finishes the speech.

00:29:36.000 And then goes to the hospital.

00:29:38.000 Well, I didn't want to use it over the weekend because I didn't want Trump to think, gee, I guess maybe I should have stayed and finished the speech.

00:29:44.000 But Mr. Speaker, he was saying fight.

00:29:47.000 His reaction was amazing, was unbelievable.

00:29:51.000 It put him in the league with people like Charles de Gaulle or Dwight Eisenhower or Margaret Thatcher, I mean, or John Paul II.

00:29:57.000 I mean, people whose courage Which in every one of those cases I think comes from a sense of divine guidance and a sense that history is bigger than they are.

00:30:10.000 Their job is to understand their role in history.

00:30:12.000 Thank you so much for your time.

00:30:13.000 Great to be with you.

00:30:14.000 You do a great job.

00:30:15.000 I'm honored to be with you.

00:30:16.000 Give it up for Mr. Speaker everybody.

00:30:20.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

00:30:21.000 Stop what you're doing and listen to this.

00:30:23.000 Your God-given freedoms are up for the taking.

00:30:26.000 Even worse, those doing the taking are the same people who've sworn to defend your freedom.

00:30:31.000 They think they can violate your right to protect your family.

00:30:34.000 They think they can force their delusions onto your children.

00:30:37.000 They think they can force the media and hide the truth.

00:30:40.000 But you know what they can't take away?

00:30:42.000 They cannot take away self-reliance and peace of mind.

00:30:46.000 Got water filtration?

00:30:48.000 Well, you should!

00:31:28.000 Joining us now is Mike Davis.

00:31:29.000 Mike, welcome.

00:31:30.000 Thank you.

00:31:31.000 So Mike, obviously, praise God that President Trump is okay.

00:31:36.000 Also, he received some major news today on the documents case.

00:31:40.000 Tell us all about it, Mike Davis.

00:31:41.000 So Judge Eileen Cannon correctly dismissed Jack Smith's case.

00:31:49.000 Down in the Southern District of Florida because Jack Smith's Appointment violates both the Appointments Clause of the Constitution and the Appropriations Clause.

00:31:59.000 When you have an office created, it has to be through legislation.

00:32:04.000 And what happened, the Office of Independent Counsel was the prior office that was created by legislation.

00:32:10.000 Congress let that lapse after Ken Starr's investigation of President Clinton.

00:32:15.000 And the Justice Department just tried to do an end run.

00:32:17.000 They tried to create the Office of Special Counsel by fiat.

00:32:20.000 So Judge Cannon did her job as a judge and said this is unconstitutional.

00:32:25.000 So that case is no more.

00:32:27.000 So does this mean that also the January 6th case could just be disassembled?

00:32:32.000 Is that right?

00:32:33.000 Well, it's so that Judge Cannon's decision is binding on the Southern District of Florida.

00:32:38.000 It's persuasive in D.C.

00:32:40.000 I don't think Judge Chuckin is going to side with Trump on that one.

00:32:43.000 So this will have to get resolved by the election when President Trump wins on November 5th.

00:32:48.000 And when he takes office on January 20th, his acting attorney general on day one needs to dismiss these Biden Democrat cases against Trump.

00:32:57.000 This is obviously lawfare and election interference.

00:33:00.000 And the House of Cards is crumbling.

00:33:02.000 And for quite some time, Donald Trump has had to endure this onslaught and this blitzkrieg of lawfare.

00:33:10.000 Does the presidential immunity case also potentially impact the Georgia case or the New York State case? Absolutely.

00:33:16.000 Both. Absolutely. So with the presidential immunity decision, the Supreme Court held that

00:33:22.000 the president of the United States, any president, is immune from criminal prosecution for his

00:33:27.000 official acts, not his personal acts. And what we saw with that case in New York is that Alvin

00:33:34.000 Bragg, the Soros-funded DA, used evidence that was subject to presidential immunity.

00:33:40.000 So there has to be a mistrial declared in that case.

00:33:43.000 Remember, the jury, this Manhattan jury, found him guilty.

00:33:46.000 He has not been convicted or sentenced yet.

00:33:49.000 Judge Marchand pushed back that hearing until September.

00:33:53.000 I think Judge Marchand knows he's going to have to declare a mistrial, and if he doesn't, the Supreme Court of the United States will step in again.

00:34:00.000 How do we, when Donald Trump becomes president again, God willing, And it's hard to believe that there's not some sort of providential play going on here.

00:34:09.000 How do we make sure that this weaponization of justice doesn't happen in 2028, 2029?

00:34:12.000 A time where President Trump might not be president.

00:34:17.000 For the next President Trump, five, ten years down the road.

00:34:19.000 Because it's one thing to win and put the right people in place.

00:34:23.000 How do we structurally make sure this never happens again?

00:34:26.000 Well, I think the Supreme Court has largely done that, and so has Judge Cannon.

00:34:29.000 And President Biden should be very happy with the Fisher decision on January 6th, the presidential immunity decision, and Judge Cannon's decision.

00:34:38.000 Because guess what?

00:34:39.000 On November 5th, President Trump is going to beat Biden like a drum.

00:34:43.000 Trump's going to be back in office.

00:34:45.000 And does President Biden want to go from being the hunter to the hunted?

00:34:50.000 I think he should be very happy.

00:34:51.000 And President Biden had an opportunity, which he missed, where he could have said, I would

00:34:55.000 pardon Trump after he got shot.

00:34:57.000 He missed a window where he could have said, I think this lawfare needs to be taken away.

00:35:02.000 But he doesn't, the law, understand this was all, this was all steps of escalation against

00:35:06.000 Trump and the language created the environment where Donald Trump got shot this last weekend,

00:35:12.000 the lawfare, all of it together.

00:35:14.000 And President Trump is stronger than ever before.

00:35:17.000 I don't say this lightly, but I blame President Biden for what just happened to President

00:35:21.000 Trump because President Biden's entire campaign strategy has been to label Trump a dictator

00:35:28.000 who must be stopped at all costs.

00:35:31.000 They tried to bankrupt Trump.

00:35:33.000 They tried to throw him in prison for the rest of his life.

00:35:35.000 They tried to throw him off the ballots.

00:35:37.000 And now we have President Trump's opponents trying to assassinate him.

00:35:40.000 Biden should be ashamed.

00:35:41.000 He should bow out.

00:35:42.000 His own party doesn't even want him.

00:35:44.000 In closing, how do people support you, your Article 3 Project, and you have been so ahead of the curve on all this lawfare stuff.
