00:02:37.000 Today, we have President Trump live at Dream City Church.

00:02:40.000 Producer Andrew is co-hosting as well today.

00:02:43.000 It is a town hall, Chase the Vote Town Hall in Phoenix, Arizona.

00:02:48.000 Not too late if you want to get in the car and come here.

00:02:50.000 We have a couple thousand people outside already.

00:02:52.000 Andrew, don't you see this?

00:02:53.000 It's incredible.

00:02:54.000 As somebody who had to find a way into the venue this morning, I can tell you it is already packed out there.

00:03:00.000 So it was a wild entry.

00:03:03.000 And you can get your tickets at tpaction.com slash town hall.

00:03:07.000 President Donald J. Trump will be here today, a major show of force, his first event post-show trial conviction.

00:03:16.000 But I want to get into some amazing Arizona news.

00:03:19.000 But first, today is the 80th anniversary of D-Day.

00:03:23.000 80 years where the heroes of the American, British, and Canadian armies stormed Normandy Beach to liberate Europe and Nazi tyranny.

00:03:31.000 We honor their heroic achievement and sacrifice as we try to fight to salvage the country and the freedoms that they fought to save.

00:03:39.000 Joe Biden was actually born before D-Day and frankly looks more and more decrepit than the handful of men who fought there who are still alive today.

00:03:49.000 Today, while in France, to honor the events of that day, President Biden later was mysteriously escorted away while his wife was with French President Macron in the middle of greeting surviving veterans.

00:04:03.000 Is Biden going to actually make it to next November?

00:04:05.000 We don't know.

00:04:06.000 But in some ways, we kind of hope so.

00:04:08.000 But just this week, the Wall Street Journal published a report quoting both Republicans and Democrats saying that behind closed doors, it's even worse.

00:04:16.000 Biden is forgetting the details of his own policies, nodding off in meetings more and more.

00:04:21.000 D-Day, one of the most important days in American history, probably one of the most incredible military accomplishments in American military history.

00:04:30.000 A amphibious invasion, a land and sea invasion to liberate France from Nazi control.

00:04:36.000 What we were fighting for was good versus evil.

00:04:40.000 And unfortunately, those evil forces have now taken over America from within.

00:04:45.000 Let's play cut 118.

00:04:47.000 And people don't realize what they have. 0.99

00:04:50.000 They bitch about it.

00:04:52.000 And then nowadays, I am so upset that the things we did and the things we fought for and the boys that died for it is all gone down the drain. 1.00

00:05:06.000 Our country gone to hell in a handbasket.

00:05:11.000 We haven't got the country we had when I was brave.

00:05:15.000 Not at all.

00:05:16.000 Nobody will have the fun I had.

00:05:19.000 Nobody will have the opportunity I had.

00:05:22.000 It's just not the same.

00:05:25.000 And that's not what I was, that's not what they died for.

00:05:33.000 Just not it.

00:05:35.000 That is not what they died for.

00:05:37.000 You know, we remember the sacrifice of what they did on D-Day.

00:05:42.000 Andrew, we have another piece of tape here.

00:05:43.000 Why don't you introduce that?

00:05:45.000 Well, yeah, this is actually from this year.

00:05:47.000 I mean, that clip that Charlie just played is a classic.

00:05:51.000 I mean, it brings tears to a lot of people's eyes every time they see it because the men and women that served this country so valiantly in World War II, guys like that, that remember a country that the institutions were strong, the values were strong, and we've lost so much of that.

00:05:51.000 It's a classic.

00:06:08.000 And this is actually a clip, Cut 112, from this year's D-Day celebration.

00:06:13.000 There are still World War II vets among us, and many of them actually got flown out to Normandy Beach or Omaha Beach for the celebration where Biden was with 20 other heads of state, including Emmanuel Macron, which we mentioned before.

00:06:29.000 And this guy's saying he feels like a foreigner in his own country.

00:06:31.000 Let's go ahead and play it.

00:06:32.000 Cut 112.

00:06:33.000 The real truth?

00:06:34.000 Yeah.

00:06:35.000 I feel like a foreigner in my own country lots of times, and I don't like it.

00:06:40.000 It makes my heart real heavy.

00:06:42.000 And I just hope we can pull out of this.

00:06:45.000 There's too much Hollywood going on in Washington all the time.

00:06:51.000 The important subjects they don't cover.

00:06:54.000 Sort of thing is, I hope that I hope all the guys will rally up and we'll go back and straighten it all out.

00:07:01.000 These are patriots sounding the alarm.

00:07:04.000 They know what they fought for.

00:07:05.000 And it really is a question of who actually won the war.

00:07:07.000 We might have won the military war militarily.

00:07:11.000 However, culturally, these influences have taken over the entire United States.

00:07:17.000 Yeah, I mean, what I love about that clip, though, is there's still this optimism in America that he shows at the end.

00:07:23.000 He said, you know, yeah, I'm upset with a lot.

00:07:25.000 I feel like a foreigner in my own country sometimes, and that makes my heart heavy.

00:07:29.000 But I'm hoping that they'll go back and they'll sort it all out.

00:07:32.000 And, you know, I could say that I feel the same.

00:07:37.000 You know, the hope in November, the hope that we are going to get better leaders, it's real.

00:07:42.000 I think a lot of these World War II veterans share a hope in America, a belief in America.

00:07:47.000 And we can't lose sight of that, Charlie, in my opinion.

00:07:50.000 There is an undercurrent of evil in every free society.

00:07:53.000 And when we remember D-Day, these are men that were literally crapping their pants before they were going to that beach.

00:08:02.000 I mean, imagine it.

00:08:03.000 You don't know the time or the hour.

00:08:05.000 In fact, it was planned originally on June 3rd, but the invasion was delayed slightly because of weather.

00:08:13.000 The Nazis were totally taken by surprise.

00:08:15.000 They thought the invasion was going to happen at a different part of France.

00:08:18.000 And in fact, they did not believe it right out of the gate.

00:08:21.000 They found it to be very, very hard to believe that the Allied forces would actually go to Normandy Beach, which was a harder terrain for them to be able to successfully do an invasion.

00:08:32.000 And when Dwight D. Eisenhower gave the order, in fact, I want to read from this.

00:08:36.000 It's incredible.

00:08:37.000 When he signed the letter and gave the order, the supreme headquarters of the Allied Expeditionary Force, soldiers, sailors, and airmen of the Allied Expeditionary Force, you are about to embark upon the great crusade towards which we have striven these many months.

00:08:49.000 I want you to imagine, we're not asking you to storm Normandy Beach, by the way.

00:08:53.000 We're asking you to go fill in a mail-in ballot and get your neighbor to do the same. 0.82

00:08:56.000 We're not asking you to go up against the Nazi turrets.

00:09:00.000 We're asking you to go tell your friends to go vote for Donald J. Trump and to campaign and advocate for the restoration of this country.

00:09:09.000 80 years ago, the greatest generation stormed the beaches that we may be free.

00:09:15.000 And I still believe that there's a fighting spirit left in this country.

00:09:17.000 I think that the American people are ready to take back this country.

00:09:21.000 I mean, Andrew, what we're looking at right now, we're going to be cutting there, is 2,000 or 3,000 people already basically ready to come into this event hours before.

00:09:29.000 I mean, we're talking about five or six hours before.

00:09:31.000 There are people here at 5:30 in the morning ready to go.

00:09:34.000 And the American spirit is not dead.

00:09:36.000 The American spirit is very much alive.

00:09:39.000 And I want to play that tape of Eisenhower reading the letter.

00:09:42.000 And we have some breaking news here.

00:09:44.000 Steve Bannon has officially been sentenced to federal prison, according to the National Pulse.

00:09:50.000 Steve Bannon must report to jail by July 1st, which, Andrew, I think it's a four-month sentence.

00:09:55.000 So they're trying to take Steve Bannon out of the election all of July, all of August, all of September, all of October.

00:10:04.000 It's a four-month sentence.

00:10:05.000 So unless they're, by the way, monitoring this in real time, so there very well might be.

00:10:09.000 Yeah, he lost his appeal in Washington, D.C., the swamp, which, of course, so he just, the judge just ruled stories developed.

00:10:17.000 According to National Pulse, originally was supposed to be, and by the way, you might say, what's his crime?

00:10:21.000 It's contempt of Congress for invoking executive privilege, the same thing that has Peter Navarro in federal prison.

00:10:29.000 It says former Trump advisor Stephen K. Bannon, host a war room, must report to jail by July 1st after losing his appeal in Washington, D.C., a judge ruled Thursday.

00:10:39.000 They're coming after everybody.

00:10:41.000 And by the way, our next segment, we're going to have everyday Arizona Patriots that are being targeted by the Arizona Attorney General.

00:10:48.000 The lawfare is all this regime has left.

00:10:50.000 They cannot win the arguments.

00:10:52.000 They're losing on policy.

00:10:54.000 Their radical ideas are out of the mainstream in this country.

00:10:56.000 So they must use force.

00:10:59.000 You can govern a country by persuasion, dialogue, and speaking and reason or by blunt force.

00:11:06.000 Yeah, I'm getting lots of messages here right now.

00:11:08.000 I want to get to the Arizona news here.

00:11:10.000 So it seems, okay, yeah.

00:11:11.000 So Jack Pasobic has just said it's a four-month prison sentence, all of July, all of August, all of September, all of October.

00:11:20.000 They're effectively taking Stephen K. Bannon out of this election.

00:11:24.000 That's what this is all about.

00:11:26.000 They're trying to take Steve Bannon out of this election.

00:11:28.000 So this is a top-down, bottom-up great squeeze strategy.

00:11:33.000 Listen carefully. 0.65

00:11:34.000 Take Trump out or make him a convicted felon.

00:11:37.000 By the way, his sentencing is on July 11th.

00:11:38.000 Don't be surprised if they put him in prison.

00:11:40.000 Take out one of the lieutenants of the MAGA movement, Steve Bannon.

00:11:45.000 Take out Peter Navarro.

00:11:47.000 Take out Tyler Boyer.

00:11:48.000 This is orchestrated.

00:11:49.000 This is coordinated.

00:11:50.000 This is a desperate regime that is trying to take out one of the most important voices.

00:11:57.000 Steve Bannon would get out of federal prison, according to this, two days before the election.

00:12:01.000 So that means the entire early voting month, all of September, all of October, War Room would be without its top lieutenant.

00:12:08.000 Do you have a reaction to that, Andrew?

00:12:09.000 Yeah, I mean, we're going to be doing what we can to get him on the phone from jail.

00:12:15.000 I think it's despicable.

00:12:16.000 I think this timing is not incidental at all.

00:12:19.000 I happen to think that Peter DeVaro is going to come out of prison and he's going to then take over as guest host of War Room.

00:12:27.000 Maybe I don't want to get over my skis here, Mr. Rob Sig, but I mean, that would make sense to me.

00:12:33.000 So, I mean, listen, next man up.

00:12:35.000 That's my message.

00:12:36.000 Next man up, we've got a job to do.

00:12:39.000 And, you know, frankly, Charlie makes voices like yours all the more important.

00:12:43.000 So we're going to hold up.

00:12:44.000 We're going to hold this down.

00:12:44.000 We're going to pick up the slack.

00:12:46.000 Geez, this is outrageous.

00:12:48.000 Steve Bannon is joining us at the People's Convention next weekend.

00:12:51.000 So all the more reason to get your tickets to the People's Convention and show his support of Steve Bannon.

00:12:56.000 But that right there, breaking news, Steve Bannon sentenced to four years, four years, four months in federal prison starting July 1st, effectively taking him out of the entire presidential election.

00:13:06.000 Symmetrical, coordinated, harmonized warfare against Steve Bannon and War Room.

00:13:12.000 Unbelievable.

00:13:13.000 We want to go to Brian Glenn first.

00:13:15.000 We got him all.

00:13:16.000 So as you guys know, we're doing a live event.

00:13:17.000 We're going to be here with State Senator Justine Watsack in just a second.

00:13:20.000 But we have an amazing crowd out here waiting to come into the Turning Point Action Town Hall.

00:13:25.000 Doors are now open.

00:13:26.000 People are now flooding in.

00:13:28.000 Let's cut to Brian Glenn, who is out with some great patriots out there.

00:13:31.000 Brian, what are you hearing?

00:13:32.000 What are you seeing out there in that 100-degree waiting line in the shade?

00:13:37.000 Brian, what's going on?

00:13:40.000 Oh, it feels good out here, Charlie.

00:13:42.000 You got it right.

00:13:43.000 Let's grab the camera real quickly.

00:13:44.000 There are thousands, and it's safe to say that right now at this point, doors just open here at Dream City Church.

00:13:53.000 These people are fired up.

00:13:54.000 They're ready.

00:13:55.000 We broke the news here earlier in the previous segment about Steve Bannon getting sentenced to four months in prison.

00:14:03.000 What's your thoughts on that?

00:14:04.000 That's crazy.

00:14:05.000 Just crazy.

00:14:06.000 That goes with the whole plot.

00:14:08.000 Yeah.

00:14:09.000 Yeah, it's just unbelievable that they're sending them to prison and other people who need to go to prison aren't going.

00:14:18.000 It's just another way they're trying to silence MAGA.

00:14:21.000 And of course, War Room and Steve Bannon is a big part of that, as well as all the lineup here on Real America's Voice.

00:14:26.000 But let's talk about President Trump.

00:14:27.000 He's here in town.

00:14:28.000 Is this the first time you guys have seen the president in person?

00:14:31.000 It's first time for me.

00:14:32.000 He's already been to a rally.

00:14:34.000 I was at a rally at the airport in 2020.

00:14:38.000 Okay.

00:14:38.000 So on day one of his administration, what should be his top priority?

00:14:43.000 I think immigration.

00:14:45.000 Drill, baby, drill. 1.00

00:14:47.000 Drill, baby, drill. 1.00

00:14:48.000 A lot of energy stuff.

00:14:49.000 How about you guys?

00:14:49.000 On day one for President Trump, what should he's first thing to do?

00:14:52.000 What's your first task of him?

00:14:54.000 The border and then drill.

00:14:57.000 Yeah.

00:14:59.000 Likewise.

00:15:00.000 Yeah.

00:15:02.000 Yeah, the border.

00:15:03.000 Everything that, excuse me, that Biden undid.

00:15:06.000 Biden really undid all of this stuff for there.

00:15:09.000 And of course, President Trump is scheduled to speak here a little later today.

00:15:13.000 And of course, all these thousands of Patriots are here now.

00:15:16.000 President Trump did come here back a year ago.

00:15:18.000 And Charlie, you got it right.

00:15:20.000 I think we've got three times the amount of people at this point before the doors open.

00:15:26.000 What's your first thing?

00:15:26.000 We're glad you're here.

00:15:27.000 Where are you from?

00:15:28.000 Sue Brady from San Diego.

00:15:30.000 All right.

00:15:30.000 What brings you here today?

00:15:32.000 I'm part of Turning Point Action and Turning Point Faith, but I've never been able to see President Trump in person.

00:15:39.000 So I'm so excited to be here and brought a couple of friends.

00:15:44.000 And we just love him so much.

00:15:46.000 We're so thankful.

00:15:47.000 He's such a hero.

00:15:49.000 He really is.

00:15:49.000 I mean, I think the biggest one ever in American history.

00:15:52.000 So we want to support him, let him know we love him.

00:15:55.000 And we're praying like crazy for him.

00:15:58.000 And of course, Chase the Vote is a great initiative pushed out right now to really go after and get those votes.

00:16:04.000 We'll talk a little bit about that.

00:16:05.000 Totally.

00:16:06.000 Yeah, we've been doing that as part of Turning Point in San Diego.

00:16:09.000 Our church, Awakened Church, is a, what do they call it?

00:16:13.000 We're, you know.

00:16:14.000 A satellite, kind of a satellite for Turning Point.

00:16:16.000 So we've been going out door to door, canvassing, asking people, you know, who's registered to vote at their address, you know, and just going to take a door-to-door action with these kind of voter fraud, I think.

00:16:30.000 There's a lot of people on the voting rolls that should not be on the voting rolls.

00:16:34.000 That's a big part of that.

00:16:36.000 Let me see if I can bring some other folks in here. 1.00

00:16:38.000 Yes, yes.

00:16:39.000 Yes, we're, yeah, we're, we're, I love MTG.

00:16:45.000 She's awesome. 0.83

00:16:46.000 Got a few fans out here, I would imagine.

00:16:49.000 If I could talk to this gentleman, right?

00:16:51.000 Yeah, go ahead.

00:16:52.000 What's your name?

00:16:52.000 Where are you from?

00:16:52.000 Dave?

00:16:54.000 Yes.

00:16:54.000 Dave from Palo Alto, California.

00:16:56.000 Okay, real quick, I got about 30 seconds.

00:16:57.000 What brings you here today?

00:16:59.000 Obviously, to see Donald J. Trump.

00:17:02.000 First time to see him?

00:17:03.000 No, the second time.

00:17:04.000 There we go.

00:17:05.000 I saw him in D.C. Day one.

00:17:06.000 What should he do?

00:17:07.000 Day one, I think that there's a number of things that he should do.

00:17:12.000 Give me one.

00:17:13.000 Okay, border or forest.

00:17:15.000 Border.

00:17:15.000 Yeah, I think border's pretty important.

00:17:17.000 You go, well, hey, I'm going to talk to back inside.

00:17:19.000 Andrew, Charlie, you've got a big crowd out here waiting to see you guys a little bit later.

00:17:23.000 We'll check back with you.

00:17:25.000 Yeah, can't wait.

00:17:26.000 Thanks so much, Brian.

00:17:27.000 Really appreciate it.

00:17:27.000 Thank you.

00:17:28.000 We are now joined by Justine Watzak.

00:17:31.000 Did I get that right?

00:17:31.000 Yes, you did.

00:17:32.000 Welcome, State Senator.

00:17:34.000 So first, what do you think of this crowd here in Arizona?

00:17:36.000 It's going well, right?

00:17:37.000 This is amazing.

00:17:38.000 I think I've been to every single Trump rally.

00:17:41.000 Oh, wow.

00:17:42.000 Trump event.

00:17:43.000 One of my favorites was when he actually came to Pima County.

00:17:47.000 Are you from Pima County?

00:17:48.000 I represent LD 17, which is the district that surrounds Pima County.

00:17:52.000 So I represent Tucson, you know, the whole southern Arizona.

00:17:57.000 And when he came in 2020, I just remember thinking there's no way he could lose.

00:18:01.000 This is incredible.

00:18:02.000 There were 20,000 people that were turned away that day.

00:18:05.000 In Pima County.

00:18:06.000 In Pima County.

00:18:07.000 And so I thought, no, he's going to win.

00:18:09.000 This is amazing.

00:18:10.000 The people showed up, and that's supposed to be a very Democrat stronghold, but it was not a Democrat stronghold that day.

00:18:16.000 He should have won.

00:18:17.000 Do you think we're doing better in Pima than even in 2020?

00:18:20.000 Oh, 100% we are.

00:18:21.000 It is.

00:18:22.000 People are coming out in droves.

00:18:24.000 You have people that are changing their registration to Republican daily.

00:18:29.000 So your district then is south of Tucson, is that right?

00:18:33.000 Or is it?

00:18:33.000 It's like a giant number seven that goes around Tucson.

00:18:37.000 Okay, I was going to say, because Tucson is a Democrat stronghold and you being a MAGA faithful is a tougher, is it all Pima County?

00:18:44.000 Is it a little bit of Cochise or is it Little Pinal?

00:18:47.000 It's a sliver of Pinnell.

00:18:48.000 I have saddle broke up in Pinal, but the way I like to describe it is that Tucson being that Democrat stronghold, LD 17 is the Republican district that is built on granite and Tucson is built on quicksand.

00:19:00.000 So it's my job to go down there and throw out a life raft to them once in a while.

00:19:05.000 I love it.

00:19:06.000 So what is your reaction to Attorney General Chris Mays using the Attorney General's office?

00:19:12.000 She became Attorney General by 270 votes-ish, right around that number, going after Tyler Boyer, going after Kelly Ward. 0.98

00:19:19.000 What is your reaction?

00:19:21.000 Well, I will tell you that Mays is attempting to create a chilling effect on our freedom of speech.

00:19:26.000 That's really the bottom line.

00:19:27.000 She's abusing her power in office by just stopping anyone who questions elections. 1.00

00:19:34.000 Look at what she has done to President Trump on a national level.

00:19:37.000 And that national threat should scare every American because now it's spilling over into our states.

00:19:45.000 And, you know, anybody who has the audacity to stand up to election integrity or to protecting President Trump, such as Senator Hoffman, Senator Kern, Tyler Boyer, we have really great Americans that are fighting, and they're all being taken down by one person who thinks she has the audacity to do this, the authority.

00:20:07.000 If we had another mic, I'd get Anthony.

00:20:08.000 I want to get Anthony Kern up here in a second, but let me ask you, what is then the call to action?

00:20:13.000 And do you think this is going to backfire on the Democrat Party for weaponizing the legal system here in Arizona, going after these great patriots?

00:20:21.000 Absolutely.

00:20:22.000 You know, I've seen more and more advertising and memes and people just getting out there and speaking their mind out in the streets saying, I am going to defend President Trump.

00:20:33.000 I don't care if he is convicted.

00:20:35.000 I don't care if he goes to jail.

00:20:37.000 President Trump has even said, you know, I'm not afraid of going to jail because everything they do to that man only makes him stronger.

00:20:44.000 It gives him more power.

00:20:46.000 I equate it to, I'm a Gen Xer, so I'm a big Star Wars fan.

00:20:50.000 And when Darth Vader tried to take down Obi-Wan Kenobi, he said, if you strike me down, it will only make me stronger.

00:20:58.000 And that's exactly what's happening to Trump.

00:21:00.000 So I'm going to sub you out with Anthony Kern.

00:21:02.000 Thank you so much for your great work.

00:21:03.000 Great to see you.

00:21:04.000 Thank you.

00:21:04.000 As we get Anthony Kern up here, I apologize for the background noise.

00:21:07.000 We are hosting an event.

00:21:08.000 Ooh, let's not get tripped up here.

00:21:11.000 I want to tell you guys about some amazing news that came out today.

00:21:14.000 So we have been registering voters every single day at Turning Point Action.

00:21:19.000 Every day we are out there registering new voters in Arizona.

00:21:22.000 New update.

00:21:23.000 This is an exclusive update on voter registration numbers.

00:21:28.000 Our team requested updated numbers from the Secretary of State's office, and they're very strong.

00:21:32.000 In just one month, Republicans have increased their margins over Democrats to 243,000, a month net gain of 7,000 voters.

00:21:41.000 Before, Republicans had 40,000 more registered voters than Independents, and that lead has increased to nearly 65,000 in April, a net gain of nearly 25,000.

00:21:51.000 We are winning the voter registration war in Arizona, winning it every single day.

00:21:55.000 We need to keep the pressure on, keep registering neighbors and family, and then chase the votes this October.

00:22:01.000 Joining us now is Anthony Kern.

00:22:03.000 How are we doing, man?

00:22:04.000 You got to get right into that mic.

00:22:05.000 So like right into there.

00:22:07.000 So you are one of the alternate electors that has been indicted by Chris Mays.

00:22:12.000 How are you holding up?

00:22:13.000 Oh, very well.

00:22:14.000 Yeah, actually, it's helping my campaign for Congress, Charlie.

00:22:16.000 And, you know, I remember, I'm old enough to remember when an indictment on a politician, they fled the next day and they almost fled the country.

00:22:23.000 Today, because of the lawfare that the Democrat Party is doing, when you get indicted by the Democrat Attorney General or the Department of Justice or the FBI, it's a badge of honor because the Democrats have absolutely weaponized our government and it is time to push back.

00:22:39.000 Yeah, I completely agree.

00:22:41.000 So the lawfare is one element of it.

00:22:45.000 They are trying to demoralize us.

00:22:48.000 Are you fighting even harder now that you are facing this indictment and potential prison time?

00:22:52.000 100%.

00:22:53.000 So I've had the FBI, the DOJ, and the Attorney General at my door at my residence in Glendale.

00:23:00.000 I've had them at my door so many times that we've had to actually close the shades.

00:23:04.000 I've had to put up no trespassing signs.

00:23:06.000 I've put cameras up all around my property.

00:23:08.000 Wow.

00:23:08.000 Because I do not trust our government right now.

00:23:13.000 Here's the thing, Charlie.

00:23:15.000 Righteousness exalts a nation.

00:23:16.000 I serve Jesus Christ.

00:23:18.000 He is my defender.

00:23:19.000 As long as I serve him and please him, I'm going to please the voters of CDA.

00:23:23.000 I'm going to stand in the gap.

00:23:25.000 And it's time for fighters like Donald Trump and Anthony Kern and Charlie Kirk and the Freedom Caucus here in Arizona and the Freedom Caucus at the United States Congress.

00:23:34.000 It's time for us to just stand up and push back.

00:23:37.000 This is our 1776 moment, Charlie.

00:23:39.000 I love it.

00:23:39.000 And by the way, just some of the audio background, we're doing a final run-through, final test.

00:23:44.000 So President Trump is not up.

00:23:45.000 Look how beautiful that looks.

00:23:46.000 Doesn't that look great?

00:23:47.000 It looks great.

00:23:47.000 By the way Dream City Church, what an amazing venue.

00:23:49.000 This is a first-class place here.

00:23:51.000 So I want to ask Arizona: we are winning the voter registration battle.

00:23:56.000 Is Donald Trump better positioned to win this state than in 2020?

00:24:02.000 Absolutely, 100%.

00:24:03.000 Charlie, I get out there every day in my run for Congress and I talk to voters.

00:24:08.000 The voters do not like what is going on.

00:24:11.000 They are afraid.

00:24:13.000 And they do see what has happened to Donald Trump and the sham indictment in New York a few days ago.

00:24:19.000 And they want to have people in government, not only righteous leaders, but they want to have people that are not part of the system.

00:24:27.000 And the system is the Republican and the Democrat system.

00:24:30.000 So we've got to have fighters that push through that, like Donald Trump.

00:24:34.000 And I think Donald Trump is going to do very, very well in Arizona.

00:24:37.000 Well, we need to work.

00:24:38.000 We need to chase the ballots.

00:24:39.000 We need to work in our area.

00:24:40.000 How can people support you, Anthony, and get behind what you're doing?

00:24:42.000 Thank you, Charlie.

00:24:43.000 My website's kernforcongress.com.

00:24:45.000 Just get on there, get a sign, donate some money, be a volunteer.

00:24:51.000 But more importantly, is every Republicans down the ticket starting at Donald Trump?

00:24:55.000 It's very important that we ensure we vote Republican and we ensure that all of our sphere of influence, whether it be at our church, whether it be in our neighborhood, whether it be whatever meeting, the Lions Club, make sure everybody that is registered to vote that is Republican gets out to vote, casts their ballot, gets in line, and does their civic duty to turn this country around.

00:25:16.000 Love it.

00:25:17.000 Love it, my man.

00:25:18.000 Thank you so much.

00:25:19.000 Keep fighting.

00:25:19.000 We're behind you 100%.

00:25:20.000 I know you are.

00:25:21.000 Thank you.

00:25:22.000 We have your back.

00:25:25.000 Remember, as a kid, your parents and grandparents making you try all the vegetables on your plate or when they coaxed you to eat fruit instead of sweets?

00:25:31.000 That's because they knew what was good for you.

00:25:34.000 And it's truer today than ever before.

00:25:36.000 You need to eat your fruits and veggies.

00:26:19.000 Joining us now is Joseph Traplick.

00:26:21.000 Say that right?

00:26:22.000 Yes, you did.

00:26:22.000 Okay, good to see you, man.

00:26:23.000 How are you?

00:26:24.000 I'm doing great.

00:26:24.000 Arizona State Representative.

00:26:26.000 So what part of Arizona do you represent?

00:26:28.000 Scottsdale, Fountain Hills.

00:26:29.000 So you're my guy.

00:26:30.000 Absolutely.

00:26:31.000 So we have to do better in Scottsdale.

00:26:33.000 It's been going a little blue lately, right?

00:26:35.000 Only the South part.

00:26:36.000 Is that right?

00:26:38.000 Some of those northern precincts, though, we got to run up the score a little bit more.

00:26:41.000 Yeah, North Scottsdale is pretty safe.

00:26:43.000 It's mostly South Scottsdale that has the Democrats.

00:26:46.000 We disavow those guys in South Scottsdale.

00:26:48.000 So tell us about what you're dealing with here in the Arizona legislature, the big issues in front of you.

00:26:53.000 So right now, I just want to say, you know, the Democrats destroy everything.

00:26:56.000 So we have a governor that's a Democrat in the state house, in the state of Arizona.

00:27:01.000 And so we're fighting on the budget.

00:27:02.000 That's really, you know, as vice chairman of appropriations, I'm part of the budget process.

00:27:06.000 And I think a lot of people don't know some of the past that we've had huge successes.

00:27:11.000 Our 2.5% flat tax here in Arizona for all-income earners, huge success last year.

00:27:16.000 We also have ESAs, which is the school choice here in Arizona.

00:27:20.000 And the left just wants to destroy these.

00:27:22.000 They want to get rid of ESAs in the budget.

00:27:24.000 They say it's bankrupting our state budget.

00:27:27.000 And what's interesting, Charlie, is, you know, we have a $17 billion budget this year.

00:27:32.000 And 50% of the general funds will go towards K-12 public education, 50%.

00:27:38.000 Yet the ESAs that the school choice will be only 2% of that amount from K-12.

00:27:44.000 Yet the Democrats say we are going to bankrupt the state with ESA school choice.

00:27:49.000 And it works.

00:27:49.000 People like it.

00:27:50.000 It's popular, right?

00:27:52.000 ESAs are a terrific thing.

00:27:55.000 So the governor has been rather quiet on most of these.

00:27:59.000 Where does she stand on this stuff? 1.00

00:28:01.000 Well, right now, she's pushing against us on almost everything that we're trying to accomplish.

00:28:05.000 That's good for the state of Arizona, especially on the conservative Republican side.

00:28:09.000 We have a $2 billion deficit right now.

00:28:11.000 A lot of people don't know that.

00:28:12.000 And that's from the governor.

00:28:13.000 We put a budget up last year that if she would have signed it instead of vetoing that budget, we would have had a $500 million surplus this year.

00:28:22.000 Instead, we're faced with a $2 billion deficit because of her compromises that he made us do to sign that budget.

00:28:28.000 Otherwise, we would shut the state down.

00:28:30.000 So we have to have a budget.

00:28:31.000 We have to have it signed.

00:28:32.000 And so we have to work with now a Democrat governor that has no business in that office.

00:28:36.000 She's destroying that office. 1.00

00:28:37.000 She's obviously destroying the state with a $2 billion deficit. 1.00

00:28:40.000 And we're going to continue to fight to protect the values that we have in this budget, which is, you know, the tax rebate we did last year.

00:28:48.000 When you have a surplus, it means you tax too much.

00:28:50.000 You know that.

00:28:51.000 Our taxes are too high here.

00:28:53.000 100%.

00:28:53.000 And now we're at 2.5% flat tax.

00:28:55.000 We should be zero.

00:28:56.000 That's right.

00:28:57.000 With that surplus, we actually, the Freedom Caucus, I'm a founding member of the House Freedom Caucus here in Arizona.

00:29:02.000 We actually gave a tax rebate.

00:29:04.000 We fought for a tax rebate to our citizens of Arizona.

00:29:08.000 If we paid too much in taxes, let's give the money back to them.

00:29:10.000 Absolutely.

00:29:11.000 And that's what we did last year, and we're trying to protect that this year and expand it as well.

00:29:14.000 I want to talk just for a second about the political environment here.

00:29:17.000 What does President Trump have to do to be successful here in Arizona?

00:29:22.000 The voter registration numbers are increasingly good.

00:29:25.000 What issues does he focus on?

00:29:26.000 What does he have to do to win this state?

00:29:29.000 Well, I mean, obviously, we're a border state, and the border is out of control.

00:29:32.000 And what he was doing in his presidency, securing the border, building the walls, what we need here still. 0.89

00:29:37.000 When we get this wall built and we stop this invasion that's coming into our country, 12 million illegal aliens have entered into this country, and they're not good people. 0.97

00:29:47.000 And we feel it in Scottsdale. 1.00

00:29:48.000 We feel it. 0.98

00:29:49.000 I mean, from the migrant shelters to the crime, the vagrancy, this is not an isolated incident.

00:29:54.000 Oh, you're seeing people on the streets, on the corners, begging for money. 0.95

00:29:57.000 I mean, you're seeing this right now in Scottsdale, and it's in every city, too, every suburb. 0.99

00:30:02.000 And what you're also seeing is migrant crime. 1.00

00:30:05.000 It's a new crime. 0.99

00:30:05.000 They call it migrant crime. 0.99

00:30:07.000 We're seeing it in all the cities, and Scottsdale's seeing it, too. 1.00

00:30:10.000 That's exactly right.

00:30:12.000 So how could people follow you, Joseph?

00:30:13.000 How could people get behind you?

00:30:14.000 Any call to action for the audience here?

00:30:15.000 Well, I'm going back for my third term.

00:30:17.000 I'm running for Speaker of the House.

00:30:19.000 My website, josephchaplet.com.

00:30:21.000 And just happy to serve the state of Arizona and be here fighting for the conservatives and being here for the constituents on what we need to do for the state house in the state of Arizona.

00:30:30.000 Well, thank you, man, for your great leadership.

00:30:32.000 And we need to win this state back.

00:30:34.000 Thank you very much.

00:30:34.000 We need President Trump to win this.

00:30:36.000 We are going to win.

00:30:36.000 You feel good?

00:30:37.000 You feel President Trump's chances are good?

00:30:39.000 You know, from everything I see, yeah, I mean, the crowd outside is the biggest crowd I've seen in a while.

00:30:43.000 I mean, every good thing.

00:30:43.000 This was at 6 a.m. all of a sudden.

00:30:45.000 They disappeared.

00:30:46.000 I was here early.

00:30:48.000 The line was forming down the street with cars.

00:30:51.000 The traffic is a nightmare.

00:30:52.000 There's thousands of people out here at 6, 7 a.m.

00:30:55.000 This is a huge wave coming.

00:30:58.000 You know, look, they're at the population here in Arizona.

00:31:00.000 There's more conservatives.

00:31:02.000 There's more.

00:31:03.000 Registered Republicans than Democrats by six points now.

00:31:06.000 Right.

00:31:06.000 And the independents tilt our way center right.

00:31:08.000 So it is a turnout election.

00:31:11.000 You're a great man.

00:31:11.000 Thanks for joining us.

00:31:12.000 Thank you, Charlie.

00:31:12.000 Yeah, we got to keep Scottsdale clean away from all this nonsense.

00:31:19.000 With us is Andy Biggs and Congressman Andy Biggs and Congressman Eli Crane.

00:31:23.000 Welcome, guys.

00:31:24.000 Thanks.

00:31:24.000 Thanks for having us, Trelawney.

00:31:25.000 Lots happening here.

00:31:26.000 First, just, Andy, you've been around Arizona politics a long time.

00:31:29.000 This is an impressive show of force here.

00:31:31.000 Absolutely.

00:31:32.000 Just think of the hours before we even open up here, and you have thousands and thousands of people already out here.

00:31:39.000 That's fantastic.

00:31:40.000 Eli, your reaction to this incredible crowd.

00:31:42.000 This is amazing, Charlie.

00:31:43.000 This is one of the things I love about your organization, man.

00:31:46.000 I mean, you guys do such a great job of turning people out.

00:31:50.000 And the other thing I've told you before is the fact that you guys focus a lot of your attention on colleges, man.

00:31:56.000 It's like it was one of the areas that I think a lot of us kind of thought was gone and lost, but you guys went into the past.

00:32:03.000 There's signs of the peace.

00:32:05.000 And I think, you know, people with courage have always impressed me.

00:32:09.000 And I just love this event, this organization.

00:32:12.000 I'm proud to be here with the senior congressman from Arizona.

00:32:15.000 Well, you guys are doing great.

00:32:16.000 And, you know, there's a lot of negativity, but these two are two rock star patriots in the state of Arizona, and they're doing great.

00:32:23.000 And so let's just kind of walk through this.

00:32:27.000 In the last couple weeks, we had Merrick Garland, we had Fauci.

00:32:31.000 Your reaction, Andy Biggs, to their testimonies and their, let's say, statements that they gave under oath.

00:32:41.000 Well, so I think it demonstrates clearly why we need every good, right-thinking patriot to get out and vote this time, because what you saw was how weaponized the government was, whether it's under Fauci, who they admitted that they didn't have any scientific basis for everything from the masks to the six-foot radius thing.

00:33:02.000 And then you had Merrick Garland with all his weird statements and obfuscations.

00:33:09.000 It demonstrates to me with what you guys are doing and what so many in Arizona are doing around the country is registering new voters, getting them enthused.

00:33:19.000 They have to get out and vote.

00:33:21.000 Otherwise, you get more of the same attack on the American people.

00:33:27.000 And that's what they exhibited between Fauci and Garland.

00:33:32.000 They demonstrated that they willfully attack the American people.

00:33:36.000 And that's the fight we're in right now.

00:33:38.000 Eli, your reaction to that, to Merrick Garland's testimony.

00:33:43.000 You know, I saw clips of it.

00:33:45.000 I'm not on those committees, Charlie, but I think my reaction to it is frustration.

00:33:51.000 My frustration is, as Republicans, why don't we ever do anything about it, right?

00:33:56.000 I mean, the American, it's one thing we campaign on, that we're going to hold some of these bureaucracies and some of their leadership accountable.

00:34:03.000 And we have a lot of these guys dead to rights, but because we don't have backbone and courage in Republican leadership, we never do anything with it.

00:34:11.000 So my reaction is frustration.

00:34:13.000 Yeah, I just, so help me understand, guys.

00:34:15.000 I don't think either of you voted for this, but the lack of the Republican ability to follow through, new FBI building, FISA, what do your colleagues say to this?

00:34:25.000 Because you don't have 3,000 people at 104-degree waiting because they want a new FBI headquarters.

00:34:31.000 It's because they want their country back.

00:34:33.000 And the FBI has waged war on the American people.

00:34:37.000 And so it's one thing to have performative street theater when you bring Merrick Garland.

00:34:41.000 It's another thing not to actually, I don't know, defund the FBI or cut their budget at all.

00:34:46.000 Your reaction to that, Andy?

00:34:48.000 Well, first of all, you're exactly right.

00:34:50.000 Our job in Congress, what the founders gave us to check both the judicial and the executive branches is the funding.

00:34:59.000 We have that.

00:35:00.000 That's our authority.

00:35:01.000 That's our number one check.

00:35:03.000 And I was in a meeting of conservatives yesterday morning, and I said, look, you know, we can talk all we want, but there are people in this room of conservatives who are professing to be conservatives who vote to fund this kind of weaponization over and over again.

00:35:17.000 And you're talking about doing it again.

00:35:19.000 And that's part of the problem.

00:35:21.000 But I'll tell you something else that needs to happen, Charlie.

00:35:25.000 I know Eli and myself, we have begged the speaker to engage in lawfare back, hire the attorneys, litigate this stuff, because a lot of this is litigable and litigable?

00:35:36.000 I don't know if I just made up a word.

00:35:37.000 Able to be litigated.

00:35:39.000 There you go.

00:35:41.000 We have to be engaged in the same lawfare because the other side, even though we have the uprising of the people, they're with us.

00:35:50.000 But the other side uses the courts to their advantage, and we have got to do the same.

00:35:55.000 I was actually in that meeting, Charlie, and Andy got pretty upset, man.

00:35:59.000 I thought he was going to start swinging and throwing blows.

00:36:01.000 And it's hard.

00:36:02.000 As you know, this guy's one of the nicest guys in the world.

00:36:04.000 So it's hard to get this guy upset.

00:36:06.000 But when he sees, you know, us spending money we don't have and not using the power of the purse to hold some of these organizations accountable.

00:36:13.000 This guy gets upset.

00:36:14.000 Yeah, I just, the lack of fight from certain Republicans, is it because they think everything is fine or they're worried that they're going to lose re-election?

00:36:24.000 They actually will be less likely to hold office if they don't fight.

00:36:28.000 Yeah, I mean, I think so many of them, I was, you know, in a different meeting I was at, I was doing the same thing in that meeting too, Eli.

00:36:35.000 So I was going for the trifecta yesterday.

00:36:39.000 But some of them, I was looking at him and I'm thinking, they've been here so long.

00:36:42.000 They're just happy to be in Congress.

00:36:44.000 They just want to be in Congress.

00:36:45.000 They don't want to see a change.

00:36:48.000 I mean, if it were to change, that'd be great, but they're not going to do anything that is risky for them personally or their political career.

00:36:57.000 The reality is it takes courage.

00:36:59.000 We need more people like Eli Crane, who's just been awesome.

00:37:02.000 He's been the best of his class to come in and actually stand up and fight.

00:37:07.000 And so, Charlie, and what you guys are doing, there's not a tinker's damn worth of good by even with a lot of people outside who profess to be good.

00:37:18.000 We need inside and outside, it needs to be a unified approach to attack those.

00:37:24.000 We have to do a counteroffensive because they're attacking us and beating us.

00:37:27.000 Yes, but there is no plan right now for a counteroffensive.

00:37:30.000 Instead, it's just kind of a I hope it gets better.

00:37:32.000 Is that right, Eli?

00:37:33.000 To go back to that, Charlie, remember when Chuck Strumer said that the Intel agencies have, you know, seven.

00:37:38.000 Six ways to Sunday.

00:37:39.000 Yep.

00:37:40.000 Getting back to you.

00:37:40.000 That's another thing right there.

00:37:42.000 And that's why you see so many people lined up out here is because the guy that they're mainly here to see, President Trump, has shown he has the courage to actually take these agencies and organizations on.

00:37:54.000 And that's obviously why the entire apparatus in the Uniparty is scared to death about him coming back into power.

00:38:00.000 So that is why the number one ingredient, we need people, candidates that are intelligent.

00:38:06.000 We need people that can play well, build teams.

00:38:10.000 But we need people with courage, Charlie.

00:38:12.000 We need people with courage.

00:38:14.000 And that's why I'm so excited to be here alongside other folks with courage.

00:38:18.000 And I'm excited to hear what President Trump has to say today.

00:38:21.000 Yeah, courage is so incredibly important.

00:38:24.000 Where are the subpoenas post-Donald Trump's conviction here?

00:38:27.000 Why is that so hard to get, Andy?

00:38:29.000 It's hard to get because we have to go through this rigmarole process of voting on everything.

00:38:35.000 And if you were to appoint a special House counsel and give them authority to issue subpoenas and then sue for contempt, civil contempt, you would change the whole dynamic.

00:38:48.000 We have people that won't, they don't, they didn't want to vote for Mallorca's impeachment.

00:38:53.000 They didn't want to vote to hold contempt for Garland.

00:38:58.000 And the reality is, Mary Garland is exhibiting contempt. 0.96

00:39:01.000 And if you don't bring the pendulum back completely to the other side and show how uncomfortable it is, so the other side feels uncomfortable, you'll never get the equilibrium again for this country to go forward in a positive way.

00:39:14.000 And Eli, if you were, what then is the marching order for Speaker Johnson or for the House Republicans to fight fire with fire?

00:39:24.000 Well, it's the thing that I've been telling Speaker Johnson the entire time.

00:39:27.000 I always tell him, Mr. Speaker, the American people don't expect you to win every fight, but they expect you to fight, and that's something that you're not doing.

00:39:36.000 And it has to happen, Charlie.

00:39:39.000 We have to fight.

00:39:40.000 We have to be willing to fight because anytime you engage in a battle with somebody who's fighting to win and you're fighting to lose by less, which is what the Republicans do, you're going to lose every time.

00:39:52.000 That's right.

00:39:52.000 Andy Biggs and Eli Crane, I want to get both your reaction here.

00:39:55.000 Steve Bannon has now been sentenced to four years in federal, four years, four months in federal prison during an election year.

00:40:00.000 That's what I meant to say.

00:40:01.000 So they're taking him out of the field of battle, if you will.

00:40:05.000 Your reaction, Andy Biggs?

00:40:06.000 Well, this is a result of our failure in the House to actually intervene again with the special law affair.

00:40:14.000 We should have been engaged in law fare.

00:40:16.000 But this is election interference.

00:40:19.000 This is the warfare that's out there.

00:40:21.000 And when I use the term warfare, the other side gets all bent out of shape, but they have no problem executing.

00:40:26.000 And we've got to execute as well.

00:40:28.000 And we're still trying to get Peter Navarro so we can actually get him.

00:40:33.000 He's in federal prison as well.

00:40:34.000 That's right.

00:40:35.000 And we want to be able to do podcasts with him and do interviews.

00:40:38.000 And I have the BOP director who's going to be before my subcommittee in a couple weeks because we're trying to get back at her again because she is the one that refuses to let us talk to Navarro. 1.00

00:40:51.000 I expect Steve's going to get the same thing.

00:40:54.000 And we're going to have to do everything we can to protect these guys.

00:40:57.000 Eli, your reaction.

00:40:58.000 I want to play this tape here.

00:40:58.000 This is Steve Bennett outside of the federal courthouse here, being sentenced to four months in federal jail right before an election, Play Cut 121.

00:41:07.000 Merrick Garland, Lisa Monaco, the entire Justice Department, they're not going to shut up Trump.

00:41:12.000 They're not going to shut up Navarro.

00:41:13.000 They're not going to shut up Bannon.

00:41:15.000 And they're certainly not going to shut up MAGA.

00:41:17.000 There's nothing that can shut me up and nothing that will shut me up.

00:41:21.000 There's not a prison.

00:41:22.000 There's not a prison built.

00:41:24.000 There's not a prison built or a jail built that will ever shut me up.

00:41:27.000 All victory to MAGA.

00:41:29.000 We're going to win this.

00:41:30.000 We're going to win at the Supreme Court.

00:41:31.000 And more importantly, we're going to win on November 5th in an amazing landslide with the Senate, the House, and also Donald J. Trump back as President of the United States.

00:41:42.000 Eli Crane, your reaction to Steve Bannon going to federal prison.

00:41:46.000 Well, you know, Charlie, I hope your listeners and people watching this, if this hasn't woken you up yet, Donald Trump says all the time, they come after me to get to you, right?

00:41:59.000 He's what stands largely in between the tyranny that the Democrats want and our Constitution and the way of life we've had for a long time.

00:42:09.000 People think that, oh, it's just Donald Trump because he's so bombastic, because he says, you know, he gets in Twitter fights.

00:42:15.000 No, it's not.

00:42:16.000 It's anybody that gets in their way, Charlie.

00:42:18.000 It's anybody that they see as a true threat on the board.

00:42:21.000 They will go after and they will try and put you in jail.

00:42:24.000 And so this is why this is so important.

00:42:27.000 This isn't big taxes, little tax fight anymore.

00:42:30.000 This is about what kind of country are we going to have?

00:42:33.000 Is it going to continue to descend into a third world banana republic where political opposition is in prison?

00:42:40.000 This is one more example of it.

00:42:41.000 And if I know anything about Steve Banner, Bannon, he considers it an honor to serve jail time for righteousness and for the American people.

00:42:53.000 The lack of holding this Department of Justice accountable is the whole issue.

00:42:57.000 Why do we keep on funding this?

00:42:58.000 Why do we keep on putting up with this?

00:43:00.000 They actually run the country.

00:43:02.000 Andy, is it because some of your colleagues are afraid that they're going to get indicted or that they because I mean, one of your friends in the House said that there's a blackmail operation going on.

00:43:13.000 I mean, is that part of this?

00:43:14.000 What is going on here?

00:43:16.000 It's multiple fronts.

00:43:18.000 Lack of courage for many people.

00:43:21.000 The intelligence community may have something on some of these people, we suppose, but by and large, it gets down to this.

00:43:29.000 We have actions we can take.

00:43:31.000 And until we take action, so where somebody like Americ Garland's held accountable, or May Yorkis is held accountable, or somebody who's on the left that has been weaponized and going after conservatives for political purposes, because that's what this is.

00:43:46.000 Until we actually take action, you're not going to see this thing stop.

00:43:50.000 That's right.

00:43:51.000 And my guys won't, our guys won't do it necessarily, and we have to get them to do it.

00:43:57.000 Final thoughts, Eli Crane.

00:43:59.000 And it's easy, Charlie.

00:44:00.000 It's easy to put this on politicians.

00:44:02.000 I know I've been guilty of it many times myself, but this message is to the American people.

00:44:06.000 Quit sending cowards up to Washington, D.C., especially in the House of Representatives. 0.97

00:44:11.000 Every two years, you can fire me if you think I suck, if you think I'm doing a horrible job. 0.99

00:44:16.000 You guys, please quit sending us cowards. 0.96

00:44:19.000 Send us men and women of honor and courage so that we can actually turn the tide for the American people.

00:44:24.000 Email us, freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:44:26.000 Final thoughts.

00:44:27.000 How is Trump going to win Arizona?

00:44:28.000 Trump's going to win Arizona because a number of things.

00:44:32.000 First of all, his message is resonating.

00:44:34.000 The issues that he's winning are 80-20.

00:44:37.000 You got people on the ballot that are going to dilute the left.

00:44:40.000 And quite frankly, Joe Biden's support is crumbling because the economy remains bad and the borders open.

00:44:46.000 Eli, final thoughts? 0.96

00:44:47.000 I think you're seeing right here why he's going to win Arizona and why we're going to win this presidential election because the people of this country, even though they're busy, Charlie, they're not stupid.

00:44:57.000 They know this isn't what our country is supposed to be.

00:45:00.000 And they want us to return to a place where we have leadership, strong leadership, because they know that there's peace through strength, not only in the United States of America, but around the world.

00:45:13.000 Hey, everybody.

00:45:14.000 This month as we celebrate Father's Day, I'm reminded of my own dad.

00:45:17.000 He's a man of strong values, went to church, had family dinners, and we always honored the flag.

00:45:22.000 These values shaped our home.

00:45:23.000 My dad taught me to stand up for my beliefs, cherish loved ones, and appreciate our freedoms.

00:45:27.000 This Father's Day, I found a perfect way to honor him with an AMAC membership.

00:45:31.000 AMAC, the Association of Mature American Citizens, champions the values my father instilled in me, family, faith, and freedom.

00:45:38.000 AMAC.us slash Charlie is the way you do that.

00:45:41.000 By joining AMAC, you support an organization that fights for these principles.

00:45:45.000 For June, you get a two-year membership for just $16, two years for the price of one.

00:45:50.000 Join me and thousands of others, proud to be AMAC members.

00:45:53.000 Go to AMAC.us forward slash Charlie.

00:45:55.000 Let's celebrate Father's Day by standing up for what our dads believe in.

00:45:59.000 Happy Father's Day, everybody.

00:46:01.000 And again, that is AMAC.us forward slash Charlie.

00:46:07.000 Let's celebrate Father's Day together.

00:46:09.000 AMAC.us forward slash Charlie.

00:46:13.000 Kerry Lake, how you doing?

00:46:15.000 I'm doing great.

00:46:16.000 Just got in, walked through a huge crowd of the most patriotic Americans you could ever find.

00:46:20.000 It's a great group out there, isn't it?

00:46:23.000 And a few of them are in.

00:46:24.000 Some of them are getting their seats.

00:46:25.000 The parking lot is full.

00:46:27.000 We're moving them through. 0.99

00:46:28.000 We're getting them. 1.00

00:46:29.000 We're moving them through. 1.00

00:46:29.000 I'm so excited. 1.00

00:46:30.000 We're happy to have President Trump come to Arizona.

00:46:32.000 Hey, whether he's here or not, we support him.

00:46:35.000 But it's always great to have him here, you know, going into such an important election.

00:46:39.000 So much happening, though, Charlie.

00:46:40.000 I feel like I woke up today and I feel like we're not in America anymore.

00:46:44.000 You know, with what's happening with Steve Bannon, locking him up, locking up people who are speaking the truth.

00:46:50.000 You know, Peter Navarro still sits behind bars and they're going after everyday individuals as well.

00:46:56.000 And so this election could not be more important.

00:46:59.000 And I really appreciate what Turning Point is doing to help make sure that we have a little bit more fair election so that we have a shot at it.

00:47:07.000 We're doing our best.

00:47:08.000 And some good news this morning, Carrie.

00:47:12.000 When you ran for the governor's race, and she should be governor of Arizona, shouldn't she? 1.00

00:47:15.000 She should be governor. 1.00

00:47:16.000 And when you ran for the governor's race in 2022, you did an amazing job.

00:47:21.000 We had about 120,000 more registered Republicans than Democrats statewide.

00:47:26.000 Now we have 242,000 more registered Republicans than Democrats.

00:47:30.000 That's huge.

00:47:30.000 And if we keep the pressure on, and again, we're doing our work, Attorney Point Action.

00:47:35.000 A lot of groups are doing it.

00:47:36.000 If we keep the pressure on, we can get 300,000 potentially more registered Republicans than Democrats.

00:47:41.000 That means that you running for the Senate is a better terrain as far as registered R's versus Ds than even in the governor's race.

00:47:50.000 And we know exactly what happened there.

00:47:51.000 We all saw what happened.

00:47:52.000 And so, Carrie, tell us about your race.

00:47:55.000 I finally, finally, yesterday, I rejoiced I saw one of your advertisements on television because that creep, that snake, Ruben Gallego, has been running this misleading advertisement for quite some time.

00:48:07.000 For our national audience, walk us through the framing of your race because you are running against a communist.

00:48:12.000 That's right.

00:48:13.000 Well, and you talked about how many Republicans we have voting over Democrats and Independents.

00:48:18.000 And the good news is that he's pumped in roughly $7 million and he's going to put 20 million more in ads.

00:48:24.000 We're never going to be able to keep up with that.

00:48:26.000 That's kind of money that God knows where it's coming from.

00:48:28.000 Soros money.

00:48:29.000 Soros money.

00:48:30.000 It truly is.

00:48:31.000 And so the good news, though, is that he's kind of topping out at about 46%.

00:48:36.000 And people don't know him yet.

00:48:38.000 And once people learn about his record, and we're working to make sure they know about his record, we're running ads right now.

00:48:44.000 We have a $10 million ad buy.

00:48:46.000 And that's important to just lay out what this is about.

00:48:48.000 Look, if you like a wide open border, if you love giving amnesty and asylum to the millions of people pouring across and you want to give them our jobs, our housing, and the ability to vote, if you like crime soaring on the streets, a growing homeless population, an economy that's in the toilet, and World War III, then you might like Ruben Gallego because he truly is a guy.

00:49:10.000 He's your guy.

00:49:11.000 He's a Joe Biden mini-me.

00:49:12.000 And this should send a shiver down your spine.

00:49:14.000 He voted with Joe Biden 100% of the time.

00:49:17.000 He is like Joe Biden, but 40 years younger.

00:49:19.000 So imagine sending someone like that to D.C. and having Joe Biden for 40 more years.

00:49:24.000 Carrie, I'll go a step further.

00:49:25.000 I think he's even more radical than Joe Biden.

00:49:28.000 I think he is Bernie Sanders type.

00:49:30.000 I mean, Joe Biden hates the country.

00:49:31.000 I think Rubin hates the country.

00:49:32.000 He's younger.

00:49:33.000 He has terrible ideas.

00:49:35.000 He doesn't believe in borders.

00:49:37.000 He wants to destroy the U.S. dollar.

00:49:40.000 He's a Marxist.

00:49:41.000 And if you want to just take it from, you know, the economic point of view, we're all struggling.

00:49:47.000 I mean, everyone's struggling.

00:49:48.000 Even if you're doing well, you're still struggling more than you were five years ago under President Trump.

00:49:53.000 And in January, we're going to have some really big decisions that are made in the United States Senate and in Washington, D.C. when it comes to whether we keep President Trump's historic tax cuts.

00:50:02.000 Everybody got a tax cut under President Trump.

00:50:05.000 Those expire in January.

00:50:07.000 Do you want someone like Ruben Gallega making those decisions?

00:50:11.000 He's already said those tax cuts are going away.

00:50:13.000 That means we're going to have a 20 or 30 percent spike in our taxes come January on top of the inflation that keeps creeping up, up, up.

00:50:22.000 So it's really, if you want to look at it just from your pocketbook, he's a disaster.

00:50:27.000 If you want to look at it from your safety and security, he's a disaster.

00:50:30.000 And if you want to look at it on the ability to have your rights and freedoms, your inalienable rights, your God-given rights, he and Biden are a disaster.

00:50:40.000 We've seen that.

00:50:40.000 And we just talked a little bit about, you know, Steve Bannon is going to be locked up.

00:50:43.000 They're locking up Peter Navarro for coming after literally everyone.

00:50:47.000 I met a woman the other day, Charlie, in 2020.

00:50:51.000 She's just a mom with a nine-year-old boy, and she was flying some Trump flags from her car. 0.92

00:50:57.000 And they noticed as they were going down the freeway, the Biden bus was right next to them.

00:51:01.000 So they took a video and it went viral.

00:51:02.000 It was them with their Trump flags going by the Biden bus.

00:51:07.000 And that video went viral.

00:51:08.000 She has been under a lawsuit for four years since then.

00:51:13.000 They said that was voter intimidation.

00:51:15.000 A bunch of Soros-linked attorneys have filed a lawsuit against her, suing her under some old KKK law, saying that she was trying to intimidate voters by flying her Trump flag.

00:51:26.000 So if you don't think they're coming after everyday individuals, they are.

00:51:30.000 And this is why we have to get out and vote.

00:51:32.000 We have to, I tell everybody everywhere I go, download the Turning Point app.

00:51:35.000 Thank you, Turning Point Action app.

00:51:36.000 Download it, right, everybody?

00:51:38.000 It's a great app.

00:51:39.000 And honestly, if you have 10 minutes of spare time a day or 10 hours, you can help these people that want to get involved to learn how to do it, make it easy, and have an impact.

00:51:50.000 Not just get involved with busy work, but actually have an impact.

00:51:53.000 You can set them up in their neighborhood.

00:51:55.000 Which door should they knock on?

00:51:57.000 Who can they have the best chance of bringing over and making sure they get registered to vote? 0.69

00:52:02.000 So, Carrie, I want to now just speak about the individual issues.

00:52:07.000 One of the top issues that I think you're going to run on and that you can exploit Ruben Gallego on is the issue of housing.

00:52:14.000 It is harder than ever for Arizonans to afford a home.

00:52:18.000 That used to be the reason people would move here.

00:52:20.000 I mean, you remember it 20 or 30 years ago.

00:52:22.000 Arizona used to brag about being the most affordable state in the country.

00:52:27.000 I bought a house when I moved here in 1994.

00:52:29.000 I was 24 years old.

00:52:31.000 It cost $87,000.

00:52:33.000 It was a three-bedroom home with a big bag.

00:52:35.000 What would that cost?

00:52:36.000 So, what neighborhood generally?

00:52:38.000 It was North Phoenix.

00:52:39.000 Okay, North Phoenix.

00:52:40.000 So that home would be $600,000 or $700,000.

00:52:45.000 I'm guessing at least half a million now, and it was $87,000.

00:52:49.000 And so my daughter.

00:52:50.000 Unsustainable.

00:52:51.000 My daughter, who's incredible, she's 21.

00:52:54.000 She said to me the other night, we were reading dinner.

00:52:55.000 She said, Mom, I did the math.

00:52:56.000 If I work every waking hour and save as much money as possible, I still won't be able to afford a house in Arizona.

00:53:03.000 This is, our young people have no hope for their future because even if they do everything right, there's just no way to attain that American dream.

00:53:12.000 And frankly, Charlie, we are giving up.

00:53:14.000 You know, 12 million people are here right now, illegally under the Biden invasion.

00:53:18.000 And we're compassionate people.

00:53:20.000 That's not how you come into our country.

00:53:21.000 We have a legal immigration system. 1.00

00:53:23.000 But these 12 million people, guess what?

00:53:25.000 They have to have housing.

00:53:27.000 And so we're competing. 1.00

00:53:28.000 American citizens are competing for housing with people here illegally. 1.00

00:53:32.000 When people say the border doesn't affect the economy, I disagree. 0.87

00:53:35.000 We have 12 million people coming in.

00:53:37.000 They are taking jobs and driving down wages.

00:53:40.000 Many of them will work for peanuts.

00:53:42.000 Yes.

00:53:42.000 And that means you, the American citizen who's a working class, middle class, your wages get depressed because of that.

00:53:50.000 Then when it comes to your rent prices, all of a sudden, 12 million people are competing for housing.

00:53:55.000 It's a basic supply and demand.

00:53:56.000 You don't have to be a world-renowned economist to figure that one out.

00:53:59.000 When 12 million people are here, they need housing, your rent price goes up.

00:54:04.000 And it's really the middle class and working class Americans who are bearing the brunt of this. 0.98

00:54:10.000 We're paying their way. 0.97

00:54:11.000 We're paying for their airline ticket.

00:54:13.000 We're paying for their cell phone. 0.98

00:54:14.000 We're giving them jobs.

00:54:15.000 We're paying for their Medicare.

00:54:17.000 And the left will stop at nothing to make these people citizens, give them amnesty, and get them voting because they want to change our country forever.

00:54:26.000 And they know that people don't like the policies of Joe Biden and the left.

00:54:30.000 Those policies don't work.

00:54:31.000 And that's why you're seeing people standing out here in 100-degree heat, soon to be 110-degree heat.

00:54:37.000 And they are fighting so hard to make sure that their vote counts.

00:54:40.000 99 right now.

00:54:41.000 99.

00:54:42.000 It's unbelievable.

00:54:42.000 They want their vote to count.

00:54:43.000 They want President Trump, the one guy that's been fighting for them, to win this election.

00:54:47.000 They want me to win for Senate and turn this nightmare around.

00:54:51.000 And I assure the people of this great country that when I get to D.C., I'm going to work for the people of this country.

00:54:57.000 No lobbyists will own my vote.

00:55:00.000 Nobody can bribe me and nobody can blackmail me.

00:55:02.000 My vote belongs to the people of Arizona.

00:55:05.000 Terry, that's so important.

00:55:06.000 Joe Biden, the Democrats, and Ruben Gallego, they have gone on a spending spree of money we do not have that has made the dollar worth less and has essentially inflated the price of assets.

00:55:18.000 And so your daughter and young people or working class people, they all of a sudden realize that they are not able to upgrade their standard of living.

00:55:27.000 And you couple that with mass migration, as you say.

00:55:30.000 Those are the two big issues: cheap money and mass migration.

00:55:34.000 Cheap money and mass migration. 0.58

00:55:36.000 You previously had a three-way race and it was kind of goofy and we weren't sure it was happening.

00:55:40.000 Now it is one-on-one.

00:55:41.000 It is Carrie Lake Patriot versus Marxist Communist Ruben Gallego.

00:55:45.000 One-on-one.

00:55:47.000 He should be very, very beatable, especially we have more registered Republicans than Democrats.

00:55:51.000 Donald Trump is going to, I hopefully, build this beautiful movement across Arizona.

00:55:55.000 State 48 loves Trump.

00:55:57.000 He's had a wonderful relationship with the state for quite some time.

00:56:00.000 What areas are you focusing on in Arizona?

00:56:03.000 Where do you need help the most?

00:56:05.000 Well, we're working to reach every part of Arizona.

00:56:08.000 And we're not just working to bring in more Republicans.

00:56:11.000 I mean, I feel that the Republicans are going to show up and vote, and they're going to vote to vote Biden out and make sure that Ruben Gallego is out.

00:56:18.000 We're working really hard right now to reach in and grab all those independents.

00:56:22.000 I'm finding that when I talk to independents on the campaign trail, they're very much conservative leaning.

00:56:28.000 A lot of them are MAGA, and they just don't want to be part of the Republican Party.

00:56:32.000 They're upset by what they see in Washington, D.C.

00:56:34.000 But guess what?

00:56:35.000 Every event we go to, we're seeing disaffected Democrats.

00:56:39.000 The Democrats that used to think the party worked was for the working class, and now they're realizing it's not.

00:56:45.000 They're realizing that the open border, the steady drumbeat of war is not working for them.

00:56:50.000 We were down in Nogales.

00:56:51.000 Nogales is 99% Hispanic.

00:56:54.000 And Nogales, Arizona, right there on the border for people across the country who don't realize where it is.

00:57:00.000 It's really, everyone registered there is primarily Democrat and independent.

00:57:04.000 We had a big crowd of over 200 people, and everyone came up to me afterward and said, I'm a truck driver.

00:57:10.000 It's $6,000 more a month to haul the loads that I haul.

00:57:13.000 When I leave at 2 a.m., I work the 2 a.m. to 2 p.m. shift.

00:57:17.000 My wife and children are home alone, and I'm worried for their safety. 1.00

00:57:21.000 They're doing huge drops of illegal immigrants into Nogales.

00:57:25.000 These are people from Asia, Africa, all 170 different countries.

00:57:30.000 They don't speak the language. 0.99

00:57:32.000 They're roaming around the streets, and people don't feel safe anymore.

00:57:35.000 So, Carrie, let's talk more about the issues.

00:57:38.000 Federal spending is out of control, inflation, and war.

00:57:41.000 Where do you stand on all these foreign wars?

00:57:44.000 Well, obviously, we've seen so many wars start up.

00:57:47.000 They go on for years.

00:57:48.000 They're called the endless wars.

00:57:49.000 And we were really happy when we had a president like Donald Trump come in and say, we're going to end the endless wars.

00:57:55.000 These are multi-trillion dollar wars.

00:57:57.000 Now, I'm not somebody who is an isolationist who wants to stick my head in the sand, but we shouldn't be starting up wars.

00:58:02.000 And right now, it sure looks like Joe Biden is beating the war drums.

00:58:05.000 And sadly, it's gotten to the point, Charlie, where it's now gotten away from him.

00:58:10.000 He doesn't have the power to pull this back anymore.

00:58:14.000 There's no respect for Joe Biden, and this is why we need a strong leader like President Trump.

00:58:18.000 So there are no noble fights, but there are a lot of wasted wars, and we lose so many of our young people.

00:58:24.000 So many innocents die, and that's why President Trump was trying to bring peace to the world.

00:58:28.000 We had the Abraham Accords, and I want to see us going more in that direction.

00:58:32.000 The problem with peace, of course, is that it doesn't bring a lot of money in for the war machine.

00:58:38.000 But peace brings prosperity to everyday individuals, and that's what we want.

00:58:44.000 We want to return.

00:58:45.000 You talked about Arizona being an affordable state.

00:58:48.000 It used to be the most attractive state to come to.

00:58:50.000 We had the great weather, beautiful views, and people could come here and retire, maybe have a second home, retire here as a snowbird, and it was affordable.

00:58:57.000 And now it's not that way anymore.

00:58:59.000 It's gotten to where it's way too expensive.

00:59:02.000 And people right now, because of the interest rates, are afraid to sell their house because, guess what?

00:59:07.000 They're never going to get a 3% interest rate again.

00:59:10.000 And so, the inventory is not there for people who do want to buy a home.

00:59:14.000 The people who do want to sell their home are afraid to sell it because they're never going to be able to find that kind of an interest rate.

00:59:19.000 It's just, it is a snowball spiraling out of control.

00:59:23.000 And Joe Biden and his administration are trying to fluff the pillows on the Titanic while they are the ones that steered it straight into an iceberg.

00:59:30.000 And so, we got to make a big change.

00:59:33.000 This is just this election about do you want peace, prosperity, and safety, or do you want to see America's last days?

00:59:41.000 Ronald Reagan said we plunged into a thousand years of darkness, and I feel like that's kind of what's on the ballot: peace and prosperity, safety, and security, or a thousand years of darkness, losing America, losing our rights.

00:59:54.000 And so, it's very clear which direction we need to go.

00:59:57.000 And we're on the campaign trail.

00:59:59.000 We just went across northern Arizona.

01:00:00.000 We went from the New Mexico border across Navajo Nation through the White Mountains into Flagstaff and Williams and ended at Bullhead City on the Nevada border.

01:00:12.000 And I will tell you, everywhere we went, record crowds, the enthusiasm has picked up.

01:00:17.000 People who weren't even involved in the last election, maybe they just were like, yeah, whatever, I'm not really going to vote, or all I do is vote.

01:00:23.000 Now they want to get involved.

01:00:24.000 How do I get involved?

01:00:25.000 How can I become a volunteer?

01:00:28.000 How can I make sure that this next election is secure or at least more secure?

01:00:33.000 We're going to swamp the vote.

01:00:35.000 We are going to vote, make it too big to rig.

01:00:38.000 Stay right there, Carrie.

01:00:39.000 Brian, really quick.

01:00:40.000 I want to go to Brian here.

01:00:41.000 He's right a couple feet away.

01:00:43.000 Brian, what are you hearing?

01:00:45.000 Hey, Charlie Kirk.

01:00:46.000 By the way, there's thousands of people outside waiting to get in here.

01:00:49.000 This place is going to be packed.

01:00:50.000 I'm talking to a few Carrie Lake supporters.

01:00:52.000 Obviously, we talk about saving America.

01:00:55.000 Not only does it happen to the White House, it also happens here in Arizona with this citizen.

01:01:00.000 Of course, it does.

01:01:01.000 We're the state that everyone's looking at, and we need Carrie to help us help get Trump in. 0.66

01:01:07.000 What should Carrie Lake do on day one of being in the Senate? 1.00

01:01:11.000 What should her top priority be?

01:01:12.000 Anything she can do to help restore the power back to the people is what we're interested in.

01:01:17.000 And that's why we support Carrie because she's on the same page as President Trump of giving the people the power back where it belongs. 1.00

01:01:23.000 How about you?

01:01:24.000 I agree with her.

01:01:25.000 I agree with her.

01:01:26.000 Nice thing about Carrie Lake is what? 1.00

01:01:28.000 Her determination.

01:01:30.000 She's a very powerful, very powerful woman, very strong.

01:01:33.000 And it's somebody that this state needs.

01:01:35.000 This data has been pretty much left in the dunks for so long.

01:01:38.000 We can see it.

01:01:38.000 I mean, look what's going on at the border.

01:01:40.000 Look what's going on with veterans.

01:01:41.000 Veterans are kind of ignoring in the state nowadays.

01:01:43.000 And somebody like Carrie Lake can really put her fist down and make sure that we get what we need. 1.00

01:01:47.000 Absolutely.

01:01:47.000 Charlie, back to you.

01:01:48.000 Thank you so much.

01:01:50.000 I don't know if that's a veteran, but thank you for your service.

01:01:52.000 We appreciate you.

01:01:54.000 And how can people support you?

01:01:55.000 CarrieLake.com, K-A-R-A-N-A-L-A-K-A-K-A-K-K-A-R-I-L-A-K-E.com.

01:01:58.000 We have 455,000 veterans living in Arizona. 0.58

01:02:01.000 And right now, Joe Biden, that administration, wants to take our veteran health care and make it accessible to people here illegally.

01:02:08.000 Veterans have fought for this country. 0.95

01:02:10.000 We're on the 80th anniversary of D-Day.

01:02:13.000 These are the most brave men and women in our whole country, and they have not been treated well.

01:02:17.000 We're going to start treating them the way they should be as heroes and give them the services that they've earned and make sure that they are in Arizona.

01:02:25.000 It's a great place for veterans.

01:02:26.000 Carrie Lake, thank you so much.

01:02:28.000 Give it up for Carrie Lake, everybody.

01:02:29.000 Email us, freedom at charliekirk.com.

01:02:34.000 Joining us now, someone who understands the border issue and has been on the for quite some time.

01:02:40.000 Corey McGarr, Arizona State Rep, welcome to the program.

01:02:42.000 Thank you very much.

01:02:43.000 So what can the state do to help curtail the invasion on the southern border?

01:02:49.000 Well, actually, we can do quite a lot, actually.

01:02:51.000 The federal government, to say it's been a travesty what they've done on the border would be an act of unmerited grace.

01:02:57.000 They have absolutely, but maybe you actually would say that they've been successful.

01:03:02.000 When you draw people in, when you incentivize them, and then you give them priority passes all around the country, it seems like that's what they wanted.

01:03:10.000 And so, what we can do, and what we've done in Arizona, which mimics in some ways the Texas law, but actually is enhanced, we can actually start enforcing this at the local level, in the state level.

01:03:22.000 And so, we passed a bill a couple days ago, the Secure the Border Act.

01:03:25.000 And what we do is we define lawful presence in the state.

01:03:29.000 And it is contrary to what the federal government has been doing, where they are giving basically endless amounts of parole to people who come across the border illegally.

01:03:38.000 So, we've passed this bill.

01:03:40.000 It's going to go to the ballot, and the state will vote on it to enact this.

01:03:43.000 So, it bypasses our crazy government.

01:03:46.000 And so, what we're able to do is, again, we're able to enforce border security.

01:03:50.000 We're able to actually arrest and deport here in the state.

01:03:54.000 Yeah, and so that's remarkable.

01:03:56.000 We're always told the states can't do anything, the states can't enforce this, but states actually have a lot of power.

01:04:01.000 Well, absolutely. 0.99

01:04:02.000 See, the thing is, the naysayer is exactly why Republicans and conservatives have been losing for decades. 0.96

01:04:08.000 The left constantly pushes the envelope, they try to see what they can do, and then when they get their hands slapped, they start again. 1.00

01:04:15.000 We've never even tried, and so we're going to do this.

01:04:18.000 Texas has been successful.

01:04:19.000 We take ours a little bit further.

01:04:21.000 We actually de-incentivize this going forward.

01:04:23.000 The drawing magnet that they've had, where they give benefits, they give money, we're going to stop that.

01:04:28.000 We have e-ferrified for any benefits that they would receive.

01:04:32.000 So, if they're not lawfully present, we exclude the people who've been paroled by the president.

01:04:37.000 We exclude them in lawful presence.

01:04:41.000 So, let's just kind of take a step back. 0.96

01:04:43.000 How many people are coming into Arizona illegally every day, would you say?

01:04:48.000 I think the last number I saw was about five or six thousand come across the border every day.

01:04:53.000 And quite frankly, I mean into Arizona.

01:04:56.000 I mean, I'm sure if that was Arizona if that was Arizona, okay, wow.

01:05:01.000 That's remarkable.

01:05:02.000 And so, is there any concern from Governor Hobbes to do anything about this?

01:05:07.000 No, and the reason why I could say that with absolute confidence is we have passed this type of bill as a bill, and she has vetoed every way along the long line.

01:05:16.000 We've even passed things that call the drug cartels terrorist, and she's vetoed that.

01:05:21.000 I mean, she's defending the drug cartels at this point.

01:05:24.000 Anything that stops with fentanyl, she has vetoed anything that has to do with this, she is contrary to.

01:05:31.000 So, why do you think that is?

01:05:33.000 You know, I'd like to say that she has some maniacal plan, but I would give her too much credit. 1.00

01:05:38.000 I don't think she's that smart.

01:05:39.000 There are people who want to implement this type of mass amnesty.

01:05:43.000 They want to bring in new Democrat voters, and so she's just a willing pawn in this whole thing. 0.64

01:05:49.000 The good thing, again, the state legislature's taken action.

01:05:51.000 We're able to put a bill forward that goes to the people and avoids her completely, and we're going to find out what the people really want.

01:05:58.000 So, tell me then, as it is being laid out today, the Democrat Party seems to be completely for open borders.

01:06:06.000 Where is your race?

01:06:07.000 Tell us about your race.

01:06:08.000 My race specifically, yes.

01:06:09.000 So, my race is a right-leaning district.

01:06:12.000 Thank you.

01:06:13.000 What part of the valley?

01:06:14.000 So, we're actually down in Fima County.

01:06:15.000 Oh, you're out in Pima.

01:06:16.000 Okay.

01:06:17.000 So, it's Marina Oro Valley side of Wilkinson.

01:06:19.000 I know it's two sides.

01:06:20.000 And so, the race was a right-leaning district.

01:06:23.000 The Democrats came out super hard, and they made it fairly close in the last election.

01:06:28.000 We have, and just like the state, where we've grown in Republican representatives.

01:06:34.000 Registration, which is great news today.

01:06:35.000 Huge news out of Arizona.

01:06:37.000 We're growing there, and the Democrats are coming back.

01:06:40.000 So, we're actually gaining more representation.

01:06:42.000 You feel that on the ground in Pima?

01:06:44.000 Oh, yeah.

01:06:44.000 I mean, you're just talking to independents.

01:06:46.000 So, that's where we go when we knock our doors as independents.

01:06:48.000 And the independents last time were closer.

01:06:51.000 Not 50-50, that would be an exaggeration, but we're seeing people across the board.

01:06:55.000 Democrats are coming to our side.

01:06:57.000 They are tired of what they're seeing.

01:06:58.000 So, Donald Trump did not win Pima County last time.

01:07:03.000 Do you think he'll do better this time in Pima County?

01:07:05.000 I think it's going to shock a lot of people.

01:07:07.000 When you see the polling for Biden and he's got 20% on approval with his own party, he's got 20-30% of his party that's not happy with him.

01:07:16.000 So, I talk to people all the time.

01:07:18.000 I'm originally born and raised in New Jersey.

01:07:19.000 I see Democrats all over the place, tired of him.

01:07:22.000 He's going to make it much closer.

01:07:24.000 So, in Pima County, in particular, Tucson, right near the border, what are the biggest issues facing the voters when you talk to them?

01:07:33.000 Well, I mean, that's number one, is always going to be the border in this case because they're being overrun.

01:07:38.000 They're doing street releases in Pima County.

01:07:40.000 And so, they see these people coming through.

01:07:42.000 It's leading to the So, what do you mean by street releases?

01:07:45.000 What are those?

01:07:45.000 They're just letting people go.

01:07:46.000 They're letting people that have that have been from all over the world.

01:07:51.000 Yes, they're literally letting people from all over the world loose. 0.90

01:07:54.000 And legal Hispanics don't like this in Pima County. 0.95

01:07:57.000 No, actually, they're the most angry because if they came across in a legal fashion, they went through the process, and now these people have been given front row to the country.

01:08:08.000 They're kind of upset about this.

01:08:09.000 And so, there's no group that is happy about this except for the people literally being shipped around the country on our dime.

01:08:15.000 And so, help me understand.

01:08:17.000 In Pima, it's been a Democrat stronghold.

01:08:20.000 And a lot of small business owners, a lot of Hispanics, we see movement with the Hispanic community towards Donald Trump's direction.

01:08:27.000 Totally.

01:08:28.000 And so, tell us about your race then.

01:08:31.000 It's a pretty tight race, would you say?

01:08:33.000 I'm going to say somewhat competitive.

01:08:34.000 Somewhat competitive.

01:08:35.000 Okay.

01:08:35.000 We're coming around.

01:08:36.000 I mean, the good thing is, is we went from having a lot of great things under Trump to a lot of bad things under Biden.

01:08:41.000 So, people get to see the results very, very firsthand.

01:08:44.000 And they're seeing it quickly.

01:08:46.000 So, what you're seeing is people who were maybe wishy-washy and people, maybe they don't even like Trump, but they liked what the results were.

01:08:53.000 And so, Trump's going to have a huge downballot effect.

01:08:56.000 He's going to draw out people.

01:08:57.000 He's going to get people to switch over.

01:08:59.000 So, we're going to, I think, look, I think we're going to have a red wave in Arizona, but that means we need to do all the right things first.

01:09:05.000 Yeah, we have to do the work, get into the grassroots, and register voters, and do the difficult but necessary type of gritty type of effort.

01:09:14.000 So, when we're focusing on the grassroots and the state house in particular, what is the composition of the Arizona State House right now?

01:09:21.000 It's very, very close.

01:09:23.000 It's a one-seat majority in the House and a one-seat majority in the Senate.

01:09:28.000 We are one seat away from having this turned into California.

01:09:32.000 And so, turnout and getting people out this cycle is more important than ever.

01:09:36.000 Absolutely.

01:09:37.000 The Democrats in my district turned out at 90%.

01:09:41.000 The Republicans, we missed 20,000 Republicans that didn't vote in the district.

01:09:45.000 They made it incredibly close because we just didn't show up.

01:09:48.000 Say that again?

01:09:48.000 How many?

01:09:49.000 20,000.

01:09:50.000 20,000 Republicans that didn't show up?

01:09:52.000 Did not show up.

01:09:53.000 What is the reason for that?

01:09:54.000 They're just apathetic?

01:09:55.000 They don't believe?

01:09:57.000 No, I think that there's a lot of conservatives that didn't show up because they've been told that your vote doesn't count, that if you do this, it's just going to be rigged anyway.

01:10:06.000 And that, quite frankly, is probably the left trying to plant that seed and grow it.

01:10:10.000 If your vote doesn't count, don't vote.

01:10:12.000 Well, if you don't vote, they don't have anything to steal.

01:10:14.000 Well, no, I mean, if you don't vote, they have anything to steal.

01:10:17.000 And so, the losing by less in these areas like Pima County is critically important.

01:10:23.000 Of course.

01:10:24.000 And so, what other parts of the state are necessary for us to improve our House and state Senate majority?

01:10:32.000 So, Maricopa County is going to be huge.

01:10:34.000 There are several swing districts where you have in the House one Republican and one Democrat.

01:10:39.000 In a lot of these, we have voter advantages.

01:10:42.000 And we should, if we were turning out like we should, we should run the House in this way.

01:10:46.000 We should run the table.

01:10:47.000 We'd probably pick up four seats in just the House and be able to get some really conservative stuff done if we had them there.

01:10:53.000 Well, you know, we wish you great luck on this.

01:10:55.000 What is the best way people can help you and support you?

01:10:58.000 So, my website is Magar for Arizona.

01:11:00.000 Spell that out. 0.99

01:11:01.000 M-C-G-A-R-R for Arizona. 0.78

01:11:04.000 Again, it's a semi-competitive race, so anything that you can give would help. 0.75

01:11:08.000 Very good.

01:11:08.000 All right.

01:11:08.000 Thanks, man.

01:11:09.000 Appreciate it.

01:11:10.000 Thank you.

01:11:13.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

01:11:14.000 What an unbelievable start to 2024.

01:11:16.000 We had last month saving babies with pre-born by providing ultrasounds.

01:11:20.000 And we're doing again this year what we did last year.

01:11:22.000 We're going to stand for life because remaining silent in the face of the most radically pro-death administration is not an option.

01:11:27.000 As Sir Edmund Burke said, the only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing, and we're not going to do nothing.

01:11:33.000 Your gift to pre-born will give a girl the truth about what's happening in her body so that she can make the right choice. 0.53

01:11:39.000 $280 can save 10 babies.

01:11:41.000 $28 a month can save a baby a month all year long.

01:11:45.000 And a $15,000 gift will provide a complete ultrasound machine that will save thousands of babies for years and years to come.

01:11:51.000 And will also save moms from a lifetime of pain and regret.

01:11:54.000 Call 833-850-2229.

01:11:57.000 That's 833-850-2229.

01:12:00.000 Or click on the pre-born banner at charliekirk.com.

01:12:03.000 That is charliekirk.com and click on the pre-born banner.

01:12:06.000 Also, save moms from a lifetime of pain and regret.

01:12:08.000 I'm a donor of this organization.

01:12:09.000 They're terrific.

01:12:10.000 Go to charliekirk.com, click on the pre-born banner.

01:12:15.000 As you know, our elections are not what they should be here in the state of Arizona.

01:12:19.000 And someone is running to help change that.

01:12:21.000 Justin Heap, who is challenging Stephen Richard.

01:12:23.000 Welcome to the program.

01:12:24.000 Thank you for having me, Charlie.

01:12:25.000 So tell us all about it.

01:12:26.000 What you're running for recorder.

01:12:27.000 I'm running for Maricopa County Recorder.

01:12:29.000 So Maricopa has been nationally known for its inability to run effective elections.

01:12:35.000 And it's not just the last one or 2020.

01:12:37.000 This goes back the last five election cycles have been disasters and embarrassments, honestly.

01:12:43.000 Yeah, in the last election cycle, we had half our voting machines in Maricopa County went down the day of our polling stations were shut down.

01:12:50.000 We had a three-week delay before we knew who would even won the election.

01:12:55.000 And that is fully put on the election officials that are current that have been running our elections.

01:13:00.000 They said everything was smooth.

01:13:02.000 It was the greatest election ever.

01:13:04.000 Yeah.

01:13:05.000 It was unbelievable.

01:13:06.000 Half the machines go down.

01:13:08.000 Yeah.

01:13:08.000 And I mean, and it's certain that that disenfranchised tens of thousands of voters having it go in, especially for Republicans and for our party.

01:13:17.000 Day of voters are majority Republican.

01:13:19.000 So if half the Day of voting polling centers go down, we know that hurts Republicans a great deal more than it does Democrats.

01:13:26.000 So let's talk about what you would do different as recorder.

01:13:28.000 The first is, I think we need to get back to precinct-based voting and not this voting center stuff.

01:13:33.000 Explain to our audience what this voting center stuff is.

01:13:36.000 Yeah, so we in Arizona until 2018, we used to vote by precinct.

01:13:41.000 I'm a big, I totally agree.

01:13:43.000 That's the best system back to.

01:13:44.000 A precinct is a very small voting block.

01:13:46.000 It's in your neighborhood or at a local church.

01:13:49.000 There's a thousand people on the voter rolls.

01:13:51.000 You come in, you show ID, they give you your ballot, and you run it through the machine.

01:13:55.000 In 2018, we decided to go to what we call the voting center model, which has been a disaster.

01:14:01.000 So now we have voting centers all over the county with 50,000 voters there.

01:14:05.000 You can go to anyone.

01:14:06.000 They can print out your ballot there.

01:14:08.000 It has made every change we've done, we've made since we left precinct voting has made voting take longer, more difficult, and caused more frustration.

01:14:16.000 And in this last time, it failed us totally.

01:14:19.000 So why did we get rid of precinct voting?

01:14:22.000 What was the reason for that?

01:14:24.000 It works too well?

01:14:26.000 Honestly, it seems from my perspective, after having talked to a lot of people, it seems that the election officials in Arizona have decided that their job is to make it as easy as possible on election officials.

01:14:38.000 And they've said it's difficult to find all the precincts and to staff them.

01:14:41.000 So wouldn't it be nicer if we just had a few voting centers that we could just staff and do it large? 1.00

01:14:47.000 This is so stupid. 0.98

01:14:48.000 I'm sorry. 0.99

01:14:49.000 Like, it's just, it centralizes voting, not decentralizes it.

01:14:54.000 Not to mention the voter fraud elements of it, which are a whole separate thing. 0.74

01:14:57.000 But just from a logistical infrastructure running election standpoint, this is silly.

01:15:04.000 No one would think it would make more sense to consolidate.

01:15:07.000 And so then the other part is confusion because people don't know where to vote.

01:15:14.000 Right?

01:15:14.000 So, I mean, for example, my neighbors were like, well, I used to go vote at this school and now it's over here.

01:15:19.000 And then you can also vote in different voting centers.

01:15:23.000 And it's also, it creates longer lines and congestion, does it not?

01:15:26.000 No.

01:15:27.000 Were they trying to kill day of voting?

01:15:30.000 It really does feel if the goal is to kill day of voting, I think we are going in that direction with the voting center models.

01:15:37.000 We have lots of voters who are constantly contacting us.

01:15:39.000 They now have to drive 18, 20 miles to the nearest voting center just to vote and then stand in line for three to four hours.

01:15:46.000 It's been an absolute disaster and the people are losing confidence.

01:15:50.000 No, and this is really important, everybody.

01:15:51.000 And again, as Arizona goes, the country goes.

01:15:55.000 As Maricopa goes, Arizona goes.

01:15:57.000 And the way that Maricopa elections are done is just awful.

01:16:02.000 Does Stephen Richard agree with this voting center model?

01:16:05.000 Apparently he does.

01:16:06.000 Yeah, he does.

01:16:08.000 As you said, Stephen Richard can't understand why anyone was upset after the last election.

01:16:12.000 He said, this is one of the best-run elections.

01:16:15.000 And his general modus operandi is to say, if there are problems, he blames the voters.

01:16:20.000 But this is what, I mean, if you make a mistake in life, this is my Fauci thing.

01:16:24.000 Just own it and say I made a mistake.

01:16:26.000 What drives me nuts about Stephen Richard is his arrogance and his hostility and his ferocity towards critics.

01:16:34.000 Like, oh, no, everything was great.

01:16:35.000 Actually, I went to a voting center on Election Day and the machines all went down.

01:16:41.000 People were getting out of line and left and did not end up coming back to vote.

01:16:45.000 It was a disaster.

01:16:46.000 I saw it with my own eyes.

01:16:48.000 Yeah, I was at a voting center too.

01:16:50.000 I saw tons of people leaving.

01:16:51.000 Then in Stephen Richer, after the election, it took three weeks for us to count the ballots and get a result.

01:16:58.000 And if you run an election that badly, nobody's going to have confidence in it.

01:17:03.000 So we're behind you 100%.

01:17:05.000 I'm voting for you.

01:17:06.000 We've endorsed you.

01:17:07.000 How can we get behind you?

01:17:08.000 How can people support you?

01:17:10.000 Tell us what that's all about.

01:17:11.000 Well, the biggest thing I think is we need, we are fundraising right now.

01:17:15.000 We need to be able to get the message out because the truth is a lot of people honestly don't know what the reporter's office is.

01:17:21.000 They don't know that the recorder's office is the person in charge of elections.

01:17:25.000 And in Arizona, Maricopa County Reporter is the most important election official in the state.

01:17:31.000 If you care about fixing the system and getting people and restoring trust, we've got to replace Stephen Richard, but we need funds to get that.

01:17:39.000 And your website.

01:17:40.000 Okay, so it's just real simple.

01:17:41.000 It's my name, JustinHeap.com.

01:17:43.000 Right.

01:17:43.000 JustinHeap.com.

01:17:44.000 Thanks so much, man.

01:17:45.000 Appreciate it.

01:17:45.000 Jake Hoffman, welcome to the program.

01:17:47.000 Thank you for having me, Charlie.

01:17:49.000 So tell us, man, you are indicted as an alternate elector.

01:17:52.000 We stand with you 100%.

01:17:53.000 How are you hanging in there?

01:17:54.000 You know what?

01:17:54.000 I'm doing great.

01:17:55.000 Today, I actually went to the courthouse, pled not guilty.

01:17:58.000 The reality is that this is a sham political witch hunt, as you know, and it has nothing to do with the people who were alternate electors back in 2020.

01:18:07.000 This has everything to do with a corrupt Marxist attorney general named Chris Moore.

01:18:12.000 She should not even be attorney general.

01:18:13.000 She should not.

01:18:14.000 And she is.

01:18:14.000 She put 280 votes.

01:18:15.000 She is putting her finger on the scale, trying to influence illegally the 2024 election. 1.00

01:18:22.000 She wants to get at President Trump. 0.50

01:18:24.000 And we're not going to let her.

01:18:25.000 So we're going to fight this because we know the truth is on our side.

01:18:28.000 We will be vindicated.

01:18:30.000 And so the judicial process will ferret that out.

01:18:32.000 And as you can see here today, the crowd is massive.

01:18:35.000 There are smiles on everybody's face.

01:18:37.000 This is a group of happy warriors ready to re-elect President Trump.

01:18:40.000 Now, the energy here is absolutely incredible.

01:18:41.000 And it's very clear that the AGs are coordinating with other state AGs, right?

01:18:46.000 They're coordinating with each other, Wisconsin, Michigan.

01:18:50.000 To your best of your ability, what you're able to say publicly, Jake, you guys were using your constitutional ability to petition your government as alternate electors in the case that it was conclusive that Donald Trump won the state of Arizona.

01:19:02.000 Well, listen, I'm not going to comment on our specific case, but what I will comment on is if you look at the Michigan case right now, it's falling apart because there was no intent to defraud whatsoever.

01:19:12.000 This was a constitutional process that the Michigan electors undertook that was intended if the law, the lawsuits turned out that the election should have gone towards President Trump, Congress would have had the ability to act.

01:19:23.000 That's plain and simple.

01:19:25.000 All it was that Michigan did.

01:19:26.000 And so, you know, you can see the case falling apart because of that.

01:19:28.000 The truth is on their side as well.

01:19:30.000 No, that's right.

01:19:31.000 And so, Jake, we see the lawfare operation increasing.

01:19:35.000 I think the American people are not going to put up with it.

01:19:39.000 If you're trying to put together a political battle plan to win this state, what do you think is necessary for Trump to win the state and for us to expand our majorities?

01:19:46.000 Well, listen, we have to focus on the fact that the government should not be weaponized against political opponents.

01:19:51.000 We have to focus on the fact that under the Biden administration, more than 10 million illegal aliens have been allowed to come into this country.

01:19:58.000 They are set up to be future Democrat voters.

01:20:01.000 That is rigging the system, literally rigging the system in favor of Democrats.

01:20:05.000 We have to focus on the fact that the economy is in complete shambles and on the verge of total collapse.

01:20:10.000 Our dollar is being devalued.

01:20:12.000 Our wages are stagnating.

01:20:13.000 We have to talk about the issues that President Trump is talking about, the issues that impact people every single day at their kitchen table.

01:20:20.000 When we talk about those, we win.

01:20:22.000 Yeah, and so again, I want to talk about your district, Queen Creek area, is that right?

01:20:28.000 Yeah.

01:20:28.000 So just in that district, how many Republicans are there that did not vote in 2022, that voted in 2020?

01:20:34.000 So we had over 25,000 voters just in my district alone that did not cast a ballot.

01:20:40.000 They left those ballots sitting on the bottom.

01:20:42.000 How is that possible?

01:20:43.000 You know, honestly, I think apathy.

01:20:45.000 I think the fact that we've got, you know, folks have sowed dissension within the Republican Party about casting your ballots and whether they count.

01:20:53.000 But the reality is that you cannot win if you don't try.

01:20:56.000 And so we have to make sure that we're chasing every single one of those votes, that we leave no low propensity votes sitting on kitchen counters.

01:21:03.000 Because when you turn those votes in, the margin of victory becomes so overwhelming that there is no possible chance that the funny business that we see out of people like Stephen Richard and Adrian Fontes can occur.

01:21:15.000 Yeah, and so mail-in is so easy.

01:21:19.000 And again, I understand that there's some issues with it, but it's better to vote by mail than not vote at all.

01:21:23.000 Well, and keep in mind, under the current system, we actually have 28 days of early in-person voting as well.

01:21:29.000 So you can go into it.

01:21:30.000 So talk about this.

01:21:31.000 What is IPEV?

01:21:32.000 In-person early voting.

01:21:33.000 Walk us through.

01:21:33.000 Yeah, so in-person early voting is where you show up to a poll, a polling place.

01:21:37.000 Now, there aren't as many of them as on election day, but they are quite, you know, they're all over the place.

01:21:42.000 You show up, you scan your ID, so you've identified who you are using government-issued ID, and then you cast a ballot, and that ballot goes through the tabular.

01:21:51.000 That's a good one for all of us.

01:21:52.000 The biggest concern we have is dirty rolls and the amount of ballots going out.

01:21:56.000 But that doesn't necessarily invalidate if you yourself go vote.

01:22:00.000 That's correct.

01:22:01.000 And you can show up in person.

01:22:02.000 So the get out the vote operation that is necessary is we have to work the districts, work the precincts, chase the ballots.

01:22:11.000 What have the Democrats been doing so successfully in the state and what can we learn from them?

01:22:14.000 Well, Democrats have been doing what's called relational canvassing.

01:22:18.000 So that means they've been actually paying people to go and knock on the doors of their neighbors and help them vote and then make sure that those ballots get in the mailbox, right?

01:22:27.000 But look, to your point in underperformance, we had in 2022 compared to 2018, Mojave County, which is a deep Ruby reduction.

01:22:34.000 Yeah, the western part of Arizona.

01:22:35.000 R plus 50, Republican plus 50 county, they underperformed by almost 6%.

01:22:41.000 In 2020?

01:22:42.000 In 22 compared to 2018.

01:22:45.000 Oh, and really?

01:22:46.000 Yes.

01:22:46.000 In 22 versus 18.

01:22:47.000 Midterm to midterm.

01:22:49.000 Wow.

01:22:50.000 How is that possible?

01:22:51.000 Well, in Yalapai County, which is another big Prescott area, they underperformed by over 5%.

01:22:57.000 Oh, wait, overperformed?

01:22:58.000 Sorry, underperformed.

01:22:59.000 Okay, so what do you mean by turnout or you mean performance?

01:23:02.000 I mean in turnout.

01:23:03.000 So, okay, got it.

01:23:05.000 So you're saying that Mojave County from a presidential year to a midterm had a 6% drop-off in turnout.

01:23:12.000 Correct.

01:23:13.000 That's under.

01:23:14.000 It's tough because midterms have lower turnout.

01:23:16.000 But if it would have been only a 3% drop-off.

01:23:18.000 They do.

01:23:19.000 But if you look at the margins of loss, right, the margins of defeat for Kerry Lake, for Abe Homeday.

01:23:25.000 18.5%.

01:23:25.000 So Abe Homeday is the best argument.

01:23:27.000 You wouldn't be indicted right now.

01:23:27.000 Absolutely.

01:23:28.000 That's correct.

01:23:29.000 It's 280 votes.

01:23:30.000 So if just, I don't know, 300 people in Mojave County would have just sent in a piece of paper, Abe Homeday could be attorney general.

01:23:37.000 That's correct.

01:23:37.000 And the margin of victory would have been overwhelming even for Chris Finchman, Secretary of State, and Blake Masters for you.

01:23:43.000 No, no, no, no, I understand that.

01:23:45.000 But Kerry Lake is back.

01:23:46.000 Kerry Lake and Abe Homeday's.

01:23:48.000 Abe Homeday is so simple.

01:23:49.000 I mean, right now, Jake, I want you to look at this crowd.

01:23:51.000 I'm looking at 250 people right now.

01:23:52.000 That's right.

01:23:53.000 This is the margin of indictment, no indictment, right?

01:23:56.000 Indictment, no indictment.

01:23:58.000 So what else have Democrats done well that we can learn from in the state?

01:24:03.000 Because here's the good news, Jake.

01:24:04.000 Antony Point Action is working every single day.

01:24:07.000 The voter registration numbers are good in this state, and they're getting better.

01:24:11.000 In fact, in 2020, when Trump only fell 10,000 votes short, there's 120,000 more R's and Ds registered.

01:24:19.000 Now it's 242,000.

01:24:20.000 So it just keeps on getting bigger and bigger and bigger. 1.00

01:24:23.000 So we have a structural built-in advantage, Rs versus Ds in the state.

01:24:27.000 We have 6% more registered Republicans than Democrats.

01:24:31.000 What else can we learn?

01:24:32.000 Because it's really ours to lose.

01:24:34.000 It is.

01:24:35.000 Well, look, we have to continue to get better at messaging and messaging not only what we stand for, but also messaging the actions of Democrats.

01:24:43.000 When you look at things like just broke yesterday, a pay-to-play scandal unfolding in the governor's office with Katie Hobbs.

01:24:49.000 Yes, walk us through that one.

01:24:50.000 So that's 400,000.

01:24:51.000 There's an Arizona group home provider that's been very, very friendly to the Hobbes campaign and to the Arizona Democratic Party.

01:24:59.000 Well, they got denied for a 20% increase in their fees.

01:25:03.000 Three days later, they donated $200,000, $100,000 to Katie Hobbs, $100,000 to the Arizona Democratic Party.

01:25:09.000 And two months later, they get a 60, almost 60% increase in their fees, amounting to millions and millions of new taxpayer dollars because they spent $400,000 to support Katie Hobbs and Democrats.

01:25:22.000 When people hear these things, it polarizes them our way.

01:25:25.000 Because what the average everyday person wants, they don't want a corrupt government that cronies and benefits itself.

01:25:32.000 They want a government that works for them.

01:25:34.000 They want a government that creates a vibrant economy that secures the border.

01:25:37.000 That's what Republicans offer.

01:25:39.000 Democrats don't offer that. 0.99

01:25:40.000 They're the party of death, destruction, and chaos. 0.99

01:25:42.000 They really are.

01:25:43.000 And so the path forward from a voter turnout standpoint is that low-propensity voters, especially, we need to try to drive out those votes in voting month.

01:25:55.000 Is that correct?

01:25:56.000 That's correct.

01:25:57.000 And also, we need to then say, hey, if we do voting month and we do better in voting month, and then election day comes, we get another pass at those that don't engage in voting month to do drop-offs of their ballot or vote in person.

01:26:10.000 That's right.

01:26:12.000 So in traditional times, though, Republicans used to win early voting in this state.

01:26:17.000 They did.

01:26:17.000 Is that right?

01:26:18.000 And so then what changed?

01:26:20.000 Well, you know, look, there's a lot of people who have concerns about early voting.

01:26:23.000 And I think right now.

01:26:23.000 No, I share those concerns.

01:26:25.000 I have bigger concerns about losing, though.

01:26:27.000 Yes, absolutely.

01:26:27.000 Not voting is not an option, period.

01:26:29.000 I mean, that's just stupid. 0.99

01:26:30.000 And look, there's an education process that has to occur. 1.00

01:26:32.000 We all know that there are problems with early voting.

01:26:34.000 I mean, hell, President Jimmy Carter, after he left office, did a report saying that there's a problem with early mail and voting, right?

01:26:40.000 So this is not a Republican-only concern.

01:26:42.000 This is Democrats, too.

01:26:43.000 But the reality is we have to understand that there are people who are going to vote early.

01:26:48.000 We have to make sure that they turn in their ballots.

01:26:50.000 We can't tell them, no, no, no, don't turn it in come day of.

01:26:53.000 If they're only going to vote early, they have to vote.

01:26:55.000 And if they're going to vote early in person, they have to vote.

01:26:58.000 And then if they're going to vote on election day, we have to make sure that occurs as well.

01:27:02.000 So, um, so, so, Jake, how can people support you in particular?

01:27:05.000 How can you do that?

01:27:06.000 Well, thank you, uh, Charlie.

01:27:08.000 So, uh, when it comes to the legal fight, uh, the Center for, oh, God, what's Harmin's?

01:27:14.000 I don't know.

01:27:15.000 What is your legal?

01:27:16.000 Uh, I'll figure it out.

01:27:18.000 Jakehoffman.com is a great way to get in touch with me.

01:27:20.000 Jakeoffman.com, uh, Center for American Liberties.

01:27:23.000 That's the uh, that's the uh, the nonprofit where you can support all the electors in Arizona.

01:27:28.000 So, the uh what is your trial date?

01:27:30.000 Are they going to try to rush this trial before the election?

01:27:33.000 Uh, you know what?

01:27:34.000 I don't think they are.

01:27:34.000 They're going to drag this out.

01:27:35.000 As from what I've been told, this could take 18 to 24 months.

01:27:38.000 The reality is, as I said at the beginning, this is not about necessarily convicting us.

01:27:44.000 They know that the truth isn't on their side, the facts aren't on their side.

01:27:46.000 This is about tipping the scales in the 2024 election this November.

01:27:50.000 So, they want to see this thing continue through them so that they can have as many headlines trying to attack Republicans and attack President Trump as possible.

01:27:58.000 We're not going to let that happen.

01:27:59.000 We're going to make sure President Trump wins in a landslide.

01:28:01.000 Yeah, and that's going to take the grittiness.

01:28:03.000 That's going to take the work.

01:28:04.000 And you're going to be working your district.

01:28:05.000 You're going to be chasing every ballot in Queen Creek.

01:28:06.000 We need to chase every single, and we're working through that.

01:28:09.000 And it's going to require a grass.

01:28:11.000 I mean, look at this, Jake.

01:28:12.000 This is MAGA country.

01:28:13.000 Do you think Joe Biden could draw a crowd like this?

01:28:14.000 No, absolutely not.

01:28:15.000 This is unbelievable what we see out here.

01:28:17.000 I mean, again, we're going to run out of seats for some of these folks here.

01:28:20.000 I mean, it's unbelievable.

01:28:21.000 We did tell people it's first come, first serve, right?

01:28:23.000 So we've got people parked 15 blocks away right now.

01:28:26.000 I mean, it's unbelievable.

01:28:27.000 As I drove in, I saw people hiking their way in.

01:28:29.000 Are you serious?

01:28:30.000 Yes.

01:28:31.000 Geez.

01:28:32.000 Jake Hoffman, you're a good man.

01:28:33.000 We stand with you 100%.

01:28:35.000 And we're going to see you at the People's Convention in Detroit next week.

01:28:37.000 Is that right?

01:28:38.000 Absolutely.

01:28:38.000 TPaction.com/slash peoples.

01:28:41.000 That one, we have even more space.

01:28:42.000 So tpaction.com slash peoples.

01:28:44.000 Thanks, man.

01:28:45.000 Appreciate it very much.

01:28:46.000 Thank you.

01:28:46.000 I want to go to Brian Glenn, who's on the press risers right now in the Chase the Vote Auditorium, just right here.

01:28:53.000 Brian, what are you seeing?

01:28:54.000 What are you hearing?

01:28:54.000 What is the vibe from the attendees?

01:28:58.000 Well, the music is pumping in here and people are starting to flow in.

01:29:01.000 We all saw the long lines earlier.

01:29:04.000 And I think we spoke before we came on, it's going to sell out.

01:29:09.000 When Trump's name or your name is a part of this whole organization, it's an event.

01:29:13.000 People come out.

01:29:14.000 Let me step aside and show you what I'm talking about.

01:29:17.000 There's mass amounts of people coming in.

01:29:20.000 And it seems like when you see a section that doesn't have a body in it, just give it about a minute and someone's going to sit down.

01:29:27.000 But it has a very much, it has a feel to a rally.

01:29:30.000 People are excited.

01:29:31.000 The music is on very much like you would hear at a rally.

01:29:35.000 But there is a sense of concern because this is the first public speech, if you will, from President Trump since the 34 indictments came down.

01:29:47.000 So that is the buzz amongst a lot of people in here.

01:29:50.000 And obviously with the news breaking earlier on Steve Bannon, that's what's on a lot of people's mind as well.

01:29:56.000 So there is optimism.

01:29:59.000 Arizona, as you know, you're out here all the time.

01:30:02.000 They're fired up.

01:30:03.000 They know the road to the White House comes through Arizona.

01:30:07.000 And it's so important.

01:30:09.000 And you had Kerry Lake on earlier, that that Senate seat here in Arizona, that's the way we win the majority in the Senate is through Kerry Lake.

01:30:18.000 And she's got a ton of supporters here. 0.94

01:30:20.000 I was out front when he walked up.

01:30:23.000 When she walked up to the building, you would think that, you know, President Trump was out front.

01:30:27.000 A lot of support here on the ground in Arizona, but the vibe is very positive.

01:30:32.000 But, you know, we have been talking off camera and the seriousness of what's going on with Steve Bannon.

01:30:39.000 And in my opinion, this ongoing effort to silence Tamaga's voice.

01:30:45.000 I mean, obviously, War Room is one of the biggest megaphones for the MAGA agenda, the America First agenda.

01:30:52.000 And Steve Bannon has been a tip of the spear on that.

01:30:55.000 So a lot of people are concerned.

01:30:57.000 You got Peter Navarra who's serving time.

01:30:59.000 Bannon's up on deck.

01:31:01.000 And then, of course, what's on everybody's mind, and it's the number one question I get, Charlie, is is Trump going to jail?

01:31:08.000 What are they going to do?

01:31:10.000 And I think that we have to be very, you know, cautious, I think, by going ahead and assuming that he's going to be sentenced to jail.

01:31:19.000 None of us want that.

01:31:20.000 But if you look at the track record of the left, Charlie, they do not care.

01:31:25.000 They did not go this far to give a slap on the wrist.

01:31:28.000 And if I could for just one second, I want to try to let people know that the Republican Party, in my opinion, has not done enough up to this point.

01:31:41.000 We get a lot of, you know, strongly worded letters.

01:31:45.000 We get some maybe some C-SPAN clips.

01:31:47.000 We get a one-minute floor speech clip.

01:31:50.000 But in my opinion, the House Republicans have completely dropped the ball in this.

01:31:56.000 They have not been out in front of what eventually happened.

01:31:59.000 And so I'm very disappointed in the Republican Party right now.

01:32:03.000 I'm very disappointed in the conference.

01:32:06.000 And it's for what I understand the first day back on the floor, Charlie, it was like a break from a summer vacation.

01:32:13.000 This is the first time that the House Republicans met after the 34 indictments.

01:32:17.000 And it was like a school break.

01:32:19.000 It was school kids talking about what they did over the break, laughing and smiling.

01:32:23.000 And that's not the conference I want, Charlie.

01:32:25.000 I want a conference that knows that their leader of the Republican Party is in jeopardy of being put behind bars.

01:32:35.000 What is the plan?
