00:02:52.000 I want to talk about all this stuff because it seemed like about two weeks ago, and I actually really remember this very well.
00:03:00.000 Charlie was on Tucker Carlson's show and he was describing that all of a sudden this messaging change happened.
00:03:07.000 And it happened really on the center right and even within conservative circles.
00:03:12.000 He went on Tucker Carlson and he said, what happened in the last 48 hours that it feels like there's this coordinated effort to all of a sudden push vaccines and push vaccine mandates.
00:03:23.000 And really it was sort of like a buckling.
00:03:27.000 We blinked on the right.
00:03:29.000 And then what happened?
00:03:32.000 The surge, not necessarily of COVID deaths or anything like that, but a surge in mandates, what I call panic porn or pandemic porn, news outlets, everybody talking about Delta, Delta, Delta.

00:03:52.000 About two weeks later after Charlie first noted that.
00:03:55.000 I remember Tucker's eyes kind of raising.
00:03:57.000 I kind of said, ah, you know, you're totally right.
00:03:59.000 48 hours is all it took.

00:04:03.000 I'm just going to go through a series of headlines.
00:04:05.000 I pulled these this morning talking about just different escalations in the pandemic.
00:04:13.000 Breaking, Governor of Maryland suggests he will impose more lockdowns due to people believing, quote, conspiracy theories about the vaccine.
00:04:20.000 New York City edict prevents majority of blacks from entering restaurants.
00:04:25.000 True story. 0.67
00:04:26.000 New York City will require workers and customers to show proof of at least one dose for indoor dining and other activities.
00:04:33.000 Now, which is kind of actually of note because you're not technically fully vaccinated until two weeks after your second dose.

00:04:44.000 You know, it's interesting, too, that the New York Times has already capitulated to the whole vaccine mandate thing.

00:07:04.000 And this is probably one of the biggest reasons that we should never give the federal government so much of our money orbit power.
00:07:15.000 We have a federalist system of government where the states have power and the federal government sure is granted certain powers, but it was supposed to be limited.
00:07:25.000 Not so limited as it was in the Articles of the Confederation, but which led to chaos and we did need a little bit more central authority as our founders decided.
00:07:34.000 So we created the Constitution.
00:07:36.000 But nevertheless, we should limit the powers that go to the federal government because of this kind of craziness.
00:07:43.000 White House doesn't deny it is considering withholding funds to force vaccinations.
00:07:51.000 Okay, so we pay our money to the federal government, and then the federal government uses that and holds it over our head if certain states want to go their own way.
00:07:59.000 So every time we send a dollar to Washington, you just remember when they send that money back to the states for road grants, whatever it is, we talked about this in a previous episode that the Biden administration is going to start using HUD grants to force local municipalities to change their zoning ordinances to basically destroy the suburbs.
00:08:26.000 And now they're saying, hey, if you're not mandating vaccinations sufficiently in your local communities, guess what?
00:08:34.000 We are going to then withhold federal funds.
00:08:37.000 Now, this is not decisional yet, as the statement from the White House made clear, but it is being floated as one of the options.
00:08:45.000 Now, remember, the carrot wasn't working anymore, folks.

00:08:52.000 So these are just, this is a sampling of headlines.

00:09:39.000 The fact is, there are things that are individual responsibilities that one has, and there are things that have to do with you individually, which also impact others.

00:14:24.000 He regrets signing a bill banning mask mandates.

00:15:26.000 And then when the vaccines, should the vaccines become available for our children to vaccinate them to keep them safe and healthy.

00:15:34.000 This is Governor DeWine out of Ohio, another Republican, quote unquote, that he's urging Ohio schools to require kids wear masks in class.

00:15:46.000 We came out last week with recommendations.
00:15:49.000 There are recommendations.
00:15:50.000 We leave it up to the local schools, 600 or some local schools.

00:15:56.000 But we have a strong recommendation that because the population in school, kids in school, most of them are unvaccinated.
00:16:04.000 And we had great success last winter, last school year.
00:16:08.000 We saw virtually no spread in the classroom when all the kids were wearing masks.

00:16:13.000 strong recommendation to our schools that they do that.
00:16:16.000 Now, some will do that, some will not.
00:16:18.000 So we have all of this sound that we, I literally just, I picked random clips.
00:16:24.000 We've got so much of this now that, you know, essentially mask mandates and vaccine mandates are now the very trendy cause du jour of our of our ruling class.

00:16:39.000 I'm going to go into six different examples, six different examples that are provable of how masks do not work.

00:16:53.000 Nevertheless, I can prove that masks do not work and that there are at least six very provable instances of when masks were mandated, cases went up.
00:17:05.000 So the mass crowd is going to have to prove to me that there's any utility in wearing masks.
00:17:10.000 Nevertheless, this is the push across the country, mask mandates, vaccine mandates, and they are not telling you all the facts, folks.

00:20:50.000 I think that if you look objectively at mask mandates, whether it's in states, cities, counties, or countries, there's no correlation between a mask mandate and reduction and incidence of the disease.

00:21:05.000 Now, I don't think the mask caused the disease, but I don't think the mask helped any.
00:21:09.000 And in fact, most people are wearing cloth masks, and 97% of virus-sized particles go through cloth masks.
00:21:15.000 So it's actually a disservice.
00:21:16.000 When Dr. Fauci says, oh, the mask is more important than the vaccine, that's malpractice.
00:21:22.000 He basically goes on to reiterate that this Delta variant is not more deadly.
00:21:29.000 And that is a very, very important piece to this entire puzzle, folks, that the Delta variant is not more deadly.
00:21:36.000 It is so, your mortality rate is so high if you are young, if you don't have comorbidities, meaning your chance of surviving this is so high that I'm not even kidding you.

00:21:50.000 So we were talking about the Sheriff Department in California, Los Angeles Times this morning, California healthcare workers must be vaccinated end of September under a new health order.
00:22:00.000 So in this LA Times article, it says the new order largely removes the testing option and allows only limited religious or medical exemptions from the vaccine requirement.
00:22:10.000 So my advice to people like Giovanna, who's emailing us, there's hundreds and thousands of you that have done, please pursue.
00:22:18.000 A lot of you are in situations working at departments like the Sheriff's Department for 15 years.
00:22:24.000 Getting out is not so easy.
00:22:26.000 Moving jobs is not so easy.
00:22:28.000 Pursue the religious or medical exemptions.
00:22:31.000 Please, by all means, there's going to be lawsuits that are coming out.
00:22:34.000 Get on board with the lawsuits.
00:22:36.000 Hopefully we start seeing a lot more class action lawsuits.

00:23:10.000 This is a guy that is just, he's a numbers guy.
00:23:13.000 He's very analytical.
00:23:14.000 Horowitz, six times the media credited mass with stopping a pandemic that then spread even more.
00:23:21.000 You heard what Rand Paul, who's actually a doctor, said about the fact that there's no correlation between masks and decreasing rates of the disease.
00:23:32.000 That is because there isn't any correlation.
00:23:35.000 As a matter of fact, there's a lot of correlation to the opposite.
00:23:39.000 Now, I want to go into the six instances that you can prove this.
00:23:44.000 And I'll just say them, and then we'll dive in in a little bit of detail on some of them.
00:23:48.000 India.
00:23:51.000 India had over 80% mask compliance in February of this year, and their cases went up almost 3,000%.
00:23:59.000 Okay?
00:24:00.000 The Czech Republic, Japan, Israel, San Francisco, and Germany are all examples, provable, statistical, proven examples of mask mandates doing nothing to stem the tide of big surges in coronavirus.
00:24:20.000 So there's a couple different reasons for this, of course.
00:24:24.000 And one of them is, you know, we sort of gloss over the most logical pieces of this.
00:24:33.000 And that's that there is a lot of gaps in a mask.
00:24:38.000 So even the most fit, you know, we played the sound from CNN that says most cloth masks don't work.
00:24:44.000 And so this gentleman, I believe his name is Dr. Michael Osterholm, said we need to start talking about better masking.
00:24:51.000 So what we have here is a divergence between two things.
00:24:55.000 One is what they see in the test laboratories, meaning they test these masks in a very controlled environment and they get to see certain results, right?
00:25:03.000 The problem is when you take these out into the public, nobody is using them as you would use them in a controlled environment.
00:25:09.000 You're touching your face, you're moving it around.
00:25:11.000 I mean, if you go to the airport, half the people have the mask underneath their nose.
00:25:15.000 There's no control for all this.
00:25:17.000 And a lot of these are just cloth masks.
00:25:19.000 A lot of these are like fashion masks.
00:25:21.000 Very few are actually N95 masks, which are the ones that have seen some improvement in a controlled environment.
00:25:28.000 Now, but here's the kicker.
00:25:31.000 Steven Petty, one of the most experienced certified industrial hygienists in the country, put together this chart based on research on mask filtration.
00:25:42.000 It demonstrated that if just 3.2% of the mask space is open, the efficacy of the mask goes down to zero.
00:25:51.000 Now, translation, 3.2% of the mask being open, what does that really mean?
00:25:56.000 So if you think about masks, there's these creases on the side of your face, up around your nose, maybe around your chin, that don't sit perfectly on your face.
00:26:06.000 And what happens when you breathe out, the air and the oxygen and everything and the particulates that are in your breath tend to move to the area of least resistance.
00:26:19.000 So you only need 3.2% of the overall surface area of the mask to be exposed for the efficacy of that mask to go down to zero.
00:26:28.000 Now, I'm going to play some clips here for the streaming audience of somebody actually testing this.

00:26:39.000 This is with a medical mask and a regular cloth mask, smoking, and she's basically breathing out, and you see the smoke going all through these uncovered areas. 1.00

00:27:17.000 By smoking a cigarette is a really visual demonstration of how coronavirus is still escaping outside of a mask and how there's basically no protection that they suggest, right?

00:27:48.000 She said, This is what everyone gets wrong from day one, or perhaps what Fauci and others originally got right.
00:27:53.000 The COVID conversation should have begun with minimum viable particulate size under pressure, which for COVID-sized particulates is 0.06 microns.
00:28:03.000 90% of exhaled particulates fall within the radically behaving particulate airborne particulate range.
00:28:09.000 Okay, so the point is: the size of what you breathe out, the particulates, is small enough to escape through the pores in the mask, even really good masks, especially cloth masks, which are ridiculous.
00:28:23.000 And Rand Paul said it very clearly.

00:28:30.000 I think that if you look objectively at mask mandates, whether it's in states, cities, counties, or countries, there's no correlation between a mask mandate and reduction and incidence of the disease.

00:28:42.000 The more mandates we got, the more of the disease we got.
00:28:45.000 Now, I don't think the mask caused the disease, but I don't think the mask helped any.
00:28:49.000 And in fact, most people are wearing cloth masks, and 97% of virus-sized particles go through cloth masks.
00:28:55.000 So it's actually a disservice.
00:28:56.000 When Dr. Fauci says, oh, the mask is more important than the vaccine, that's malpractice.
00:29:02.000 So I'm broadcasting out of California, and in my county today, the mask mandate for indoors just went into effect again.
00:29:12.000 Rand Paul just said 97% of particulates can get through your average cloth mask.
00:29:20.000 Now, it sounds like even sort of other masks, you only have to, even N95 mask, if you only have 3.2% of surface area open, they are useless.

00:31:29.000 And listen to Forbes, high rate of mask wearing in Japan responsible for preventing the spread of COVID.

00:31:37.000 96% mass compliance on November 1st.
00:31:40.000 Then a massive spike.
00:31:43.000 A massive spike in COVID.
00:31:45.000 They quadrupled COVID in Japan, even though they had 96% mass compliance.
00:31:50.000 It drops again because this is, again, seasonal.
00:31:53.000 COVID is seasonal.

00:32:00.000 In case you didn't hear it when I said it last time, there is a surge that's happening a little bit.

00:32:22.000 Well, in the South, which is where a lot of the COVID is surging right now, in the South, there is so much heat that people are forced inside.
00:32:32.000 And what do they do during the hot months?
00:32:35.000 They over-air condition internal spaces.
00:32:38.000 They tend to group in internal spaces.
00:32:40.000 And so this actually, there was a spike.
00:32:42.000 If you look at the COVID graphs from 2020, there was a slight spike late July and into August.
00:32:48.000 And then it goes down in the fall and then back up in the winter.
00:32:52.000 It's counterintuitive on some level, but it actually makes sense when you think about AC.
00:32:56.000 If you've ever been in Arizona, which is where our studio is for the show, Charlie often broadcasts out of Arizona.
00:33:03.000 You got to turn it up to like, you got to turn the AC down to like 61 just to fight the 115 degree heat outside.
00:33:10.000 So people are over-air conditioned often in the American South, and that actually increases the rates of spikes.
00:33:17.000 So, folks, let's just go over the details again.
00:33:24.000 There are six very, very solid examples.

00:34:27.000 It's not only ineffective, it's dehumanizing, which is something we haven't really talked about this hour.

00:34:34.000 We must not comply.
00:34:36.000 We must never be locked down again.
00:34:39.000 We must not allow them to steal our civil liberties and our humanity from us off of illogical nonsense, off of lies, off of propaganda that makes it seem like they're doing something that is for the good of the culture at large.

00:34:53.000 It's a lie, and it's robbing from us.
00:34:55.000 It's robbing from you, and we can't stand for it.
