00:02:47.000 Hey, everybody, welcome to this episode of the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:02:49.000 Look who decided to come to stop by our studio.
00:02:52.000 It's Kyle Rittenhouse.
00:02:54.000 How's it going, Charlie?
00:02:55.000 Good man.
00:02:56.000 I was just hanging out and then I saw you and I was like, got to go on the podcast, Charlie.
00:02:59.000 Got to go on the podcast.
00:03:01.000 Kyle, you have so many fans that listen to us and rightfully earned.
00:03:05.000 And you have a big announcement that you just recently made.
00:03:08.000 Tell us about it.
00:03:09.000 Yeah, we decided to, me and my team, we launched the media accountability project to hold the media accountable.
00:03:16.000 And we're going to continue to hold them accountable with it.
00:03:20.000 Well, I love it.
00:03:20.000 Have you announced any lawsuits yet?
00:03:24.000 We are working on filing some.
00:03:25.000 We're looking at Whoopi Goldberg first, a couple others, Tiffany Cross.
00:03:30.000 You called me a little white supremac murderer after I was acquitted.
00:03:34.000 After you were acquitted.
00:03:35.000 After I was acquitted.
00:03:36.000 So let's kind of talk about this.
00:03:38.000 I mean, there's kind of two trials you went through, right?
00:03:40.000 You went through the trial in the courtroom and then the trial of public opinion that is guided by these smear artists that are in our media, right?
00:03:51.000 So, in some way, you got acquitted in the courtroom, but then you had to enter into a world that thought things that were completely untrue about you that have real damages to you.
00:04:00.000 Because of the mainstream media that wants to push their own agenda, that wants to lie and spread their own narrative.
00:04:08.000 Every day I see an article of just complete nonsense, and we're going to hold these people accountable.
00:04:13.000 I don't want to see anybody else have to experience what I experience.
00:04:17.000 And that's what it's all about, right?
00:04:18.000 I mean, whether it be the Covington kids or anyone else that's been lied.
00:04:21.000 I mean, I get lied about all the time, but they say it's protected under the First Amendment.
00:04:24.000 Like, yeah, okay.
00:04:25.000 But this was intentional slander and libel against you.
00:04:29.000 So, talk about what this is going to look like.
00:04:30.000 Is there a website people can go to?
00:04:33.000 You know, talk us, talk to us about that.
00:04:34.000 You can go to tmap.org to join us in this battle to holding these people accountable.
00:04:41.000 Yeah, and to get and actually get into the fight, right?
00:04:44.000 To get into the fight and join, not join to help us to help us fight this battle.
00:04:52.000 And so, I just have to ask you kind of on a personal note: how have you been holding up in the last couple of months?
00:04:58.000 You know, Charlie, I've been all right, but to be honest, it's been hard with all these lies that the media spread.
00:05:05.000 It's hard to live a normal life.
00:05:06.000 Like, I try my best.
00:05:08.000 I'm learning to be a pilot right now.
00:05:09.000 Congratulations.
00:05:10.000 Thanks, Charlie.
00:05:11.000 But I have to go out and defend myself because of what they did, the lies they said.
00:05:18.000 Even after I was acquitted by a jury of my peers, they doubled down and they jumped on the bandwagon and they need to be held accountable.
00:05:26.000 Yeah, and accountability is a really rare thing, right?
00:05:29.000 So, you know, justice is giving to each man his due.
00:05:34.000 And thankfully, the justice system treated you correctly, which is very heartwarming, honestly, that it wasn't politicized and you had a judge that just did the right thing.
00:05:44.000 And despite Binger and all those weirdos that were in the prosecution, I believe your trial of 2021 was a turning point, get it, and also kind of a high point for justice because we see so much injustice in our world in a variety of different ways.
00:06:00.000 But now you're saying, listen, I want to live my life.
00:06:03.000 I want to be a pilot, but you probably have this, you know, difficulty and where at every corner you turn, there's someone that is trying to either smear you or push back against you.
00:06:18.000 Or you don't know if you walk into a room, if people already have a perception of you that's completely false.
00:06:23.000 Is that right?
00:06:24.000 That is, that is true, Charlie.
00:06:25.000 I don't know, like, say I go to like a meeting or something.
00:06:29.000 I don't know what, like, say I want to get a job in 15 years at like a law firm when I become a lawyer.
00:06:35.000 I don't know if I'm going to have an interview and they're just going to be like, oh, we saw an article from CNN or whatever.
00:06:43.000 Yeah.
00:06:43.000 So that's something we got to hold them accountable for so I can have those opportunities.
00:06:49.000 So I can have that opportunity to get jobs in the future.
00:06:52.000 That's why we're starting this because we don't want to see anybody else go through that.
00:06:56.000 And so many young people are smeared and destroyed by the media.
00:07:01.000 And the media should be having, I think they should learn their lesson, but they haven't, right?
00:07:07.000 So can you walk through some of these instances?
00:07:09.000 You had people after your post-trial acquittal still like lie about you.
00:07:16.000 Why do you think they keep doing that?
00:07:18.000 They want to double down.
00:07:19.000 They want to push their own narrative, their own agenda.
00:07:22.000 They just want to, they just want to, they just want to lie.
00:07:25.000 They want to destroy my life.
00:07:27.000 And if they can do it to me, they can do it to anybody else.
00:07:30.000 And it's not right and it needs to be stopped, Charlie.
00:07:34.000 Yeah.
00:07:34.000 And I think they keep on doing it as well because they don't think there's a cost to it.
00:07:38.000 And so what you're trying to insert into the conversation is in the back of every one of these really evil reporters.
00:07:45.000 Not all of them are evil, but some of them are a cost that they might think more carefully, right?
00:07:50.000 That now, let's the law is in the favor of the smearer, not the person who's been smeared.
00:07:59.000 But you feel as if you potentially have some claims that could be substantive against these people.
00:08:05.000 Oh, absolutely.
00:08:07.000 Tell us a little about that.
00:08:09.000 In generalities.
00:08:10.000 Well, like Whoopi Goldberg, after I was acquitted by a jury of my peers, 12 people of my peers.
00:08:17.000 Whoopi would never say anything that isn't fact-based.
00:08:20.000 Oh, my bad.
00:08:22.000 Sorry.
00:08:22.000 Sorry, Charlie.
00:08:24.000 But she called me a murderer on live television on ABC on The View.
00:08:30.000 She called me a murderer after I was lawfully found to acted in self-defense.
00:08:36.000 Yes.
00:08:36.000 And no apology.
00:08:38.000 Nothing.
00:08:39.000 No attraction.
00:08:40.000 No, nothing from ABC.
00:08:43.000 Total crickets.
00:08:44.000 And so this is societal.
00:08:47.000 I hope everyone listening understands that.
00:08:49.000 That a lie, if it does not get confronted, will grow and will infect your entire society.
00:08:56.000 Now, in America, we have some of the loosest libel and slander laws on the planet.
00:09:01.000 Now, some of that's a good thing because we like speech, right?
00:09:05.000 We like creativity.
00:09:08.000 We love free speech, right?
00:09:09.000 We like to be able to speak our mind and we don't want people to always kind of be in this box of like, oh, I might not be able to, you know, be free.
00:09:18.000 However, there's no freedom in what you're living through.
00:09:21.000 No, it's slander.
00:09:23.000 Like, I have the same rights as everybody else.
00:09:26.000 I believe in the Constitution.
00:09:28.000 I love the Constitution.
00:09:29.000 But there's a limit when you start calling people a white supremacist and a murderer.
00:09:33.000 Those are just lies.
00:09:34.000 And I don't, that shouldn't happen to anybody.
00:09:37.000 Nobody should have to experience that.
00:09:39.000 With no evidence.
00:09:40.000 Nothing.
00:09:41.000 Contrary evidence, actually, right?
00:09:43.000 So you come out and you say very clearly in your Tucker interview, I like some of the things the Black Lives Matter group is standing for.
00:09:50.000 Like all these things that would a normal person be like, oh, okay, he's not a white supremacist.
00:09:54.000 I might not, you know, agree with everything he did that night, but he didn't do anything illegal and he isn't like the worst person on the planet.
00:10:00.000 But they keep on doubling and tripling down.
00:10:02.000 And these people need to pay a price.
00:10:05.000 You know, use that word accountability.
00:10:07.000 I love it.
00:10:08.000 That's a nicer term.
00:10:09.000 They need to, they need to understand that the next Kyle Rittenhouse, the next Nicholas Sandman, right?
00:10:16.000 The next Duke La Crosse team, which I don't know if you remember that story or not.
00:10:19.000 Might have been before your time, which was a completely made-up story of this woman who claimed that these Duke La Crosse people raped her, and it was just totally untrue.
00:10:28.000 That the media and these reporters, they need to be much more careful with what they say because it's not just them talking in an empty room.
00:10:35.000 They're talking to millions of people.
00:10:37.000 Exactly.
00:10:38.000 Like I'm trying to think of this one article, Tiffany Cross.
00:10:42.000 I just mentioned that.
00:10:43.000 Who is that again?
00:10:44.000 I think her name is Tiffany Cross.
00:10:46.000 I forget the organization.
00:10:48.000 But she called me a white supremacist little murderer after I was acquitted.
00:10:52.000 And I'm like, that's not true.
00:10:54.000 Sank from the Young Turks completely lied about me.
00:10:56.000 Chank, yeah.
00:10:59.000 Do you know my history with him?
00:11:00.000 Oh, you got it.
00:11:01.000 It's very colorful.
00:11:02.000 Just look up Charlie Kirk Chink.
00:11:05.000 But we got to give Anna Kasparian credit.
00:11:09.000 When I was acquitted and during the trial, she actually apologized.
00:11:12.000 So I'll give you a trip.
00:11:13.000 She might have been covering for the whole network, though.
00:11:15.000 That might have been a little bit of a legal.
00:11:17.000 I'm kidding.
00:11:18.000 Yeah.
00:11:19.000 Sank, I encourage you to follow your co-workers, Anna's footsteps, because accountability is coming for you, Sank.
00:11:27.000 You know what I love?
00:11:29.000 How no one knows how to pronounce his name?
00:11:30.000 Chank.
00:11:31.000 Kenk.
00:11:32.000 I can never pronounce it.
00:11:33.000 It's the weirdest thing.
00:11:34.000 And it's kind of really creepy that they're called the Young Turks.
00:11:37.000 I don't know if you know anything about that.
00:11:38.000 Like they committed like genocide and then they call themselves that.
00:11:41.000 Different issue for a different time.
00:11:42.000 But not good.
00:11:45.000 You know, you know, I was watching a video the other day.
00:11:47.000 I was doing some research on the Young Turks.
00:11:49.000 They called me this racist white supremac, but some of the videos they post.
00:11:55.000 I encourage anybody to do that.
00:11:58.000 You could guest post my show any day, Kyle.
00:12:02.000 I will buy you your single-engine plane.
00:12:04.000 I'm not kidding.
00:12:04.000 They are so nasty towards me.
00:12:06.000 But, you know, with me, they always kind of do it in the realm of like, here's what we think, and like all this.
00:12:10.000 With you, like, they went right after it.
00:12:12.000 Oh, yeah.
00:12:12.000 Well, there's going to be a letter going to them real soon.
00:12:15.000 Oh, I love that.
00:12:17.000 And so.
00:12:18.000 Are you going to take on other cases for other people?
00:12:20.000 This is a nonprofit, right?
00:12:22.000 So people can support it at tmap.org.
00:12:24.000 Is that right?
00:12:25.000 They can go to tmap.org to donate and join our fight for justice.
00:12:30.000 Sorry to jump back a little bit.
00:12:32.000 No, it's okay.
00:12:33.000 But the acquittal was justice part A. Us winning these lawsuits is justice part B, holding the media accountable.
00:12:40.000 That's justice part B.
00:12:42.000 Yes.
00:12:42.000 And justice is giving every man his due.
00:12:45.000 And you did nothing wrong.
00:12:46.000 In fact, you did everything right that night.
00:12:49.000 You did everything right after that, despite being treated horribly, you know, going into prison unnecessarily, you know, in pre-trial detention, all this stuff.
00:12:58.000 And then being lied about and slandered.
00:13:01.000 And, you know, you look at real material costs.
00:13:04.000 You look at, you know, sponsors and advertisers that pulled advertising from shows based on lies about you.
00:13:10.000 This whole thing, right?
00:13:12.000 And no one actually wanted to go a level deeper to find out what the truth actually was.
00:13:16.000 And that's really what you want, right?
00:13:17.000 Is the truth.
00:13:19.000 That's all anybody wants is the truth to be told.
00:13:22.000 Yeah, I don't know if the media wants that.
00:13:24.000 I think they just want power.
00:13:25.000 Exactly.
00:13:26.000 And they want control over everybody.
00:13:29.000 Yes, that's exactly right.
00:13:34.000 How are you going to find new favorite pieces of outdoor gear?
00:13:36.000 If you sign up for Battle Box, that's B-A-T-T-L-No-E-Box, it finds you.

00:13:56.000 Find out why outdoor enthusiasts call Battle Box the best gear I never knew I wanted.
00:14:01.000 Producer Andrew got Battle Box.
00:14:03.000 It was unbelievable.
00:14:04.000 The stuff in there was so incredible.
00:14:06.000 I think producer Andrew, in addition to running an Iron Man, in addition to exploring the Amazon, he might actually try to traverse the side of El Capitan.
00:14:17.000 It's in Yosemite National Park for all of you keeping score at home.
00:14:20.000 Producer Andrew's a very active person.

00:14:42.000 What have you learned since the acquittal?
00:14:44.000 Are you happier?
00:14:47.000 I'm glad I got acquitted.
00:14:49.000 Huge stress reliever.
00:14:50.000 Yeah.
00:14:52.000 I'm going to frame that.
00:14:53.000 Glad I got acquitted.
00:14:55.000 Huge stress reliever, Kyle Rittenhouse.
00:14:58.000 Huge.
00:14:59.000 You got that off your plate.
00:15:00.000 Got that off my plate.
00:15:02.000 Life in prison, not fun.
00:15:05.000 You know, I've got to be careful.
00:15:07.000 Like, God forbid I went to prison and accidentally dropped the soap.
00:15:10.000 Oh, geez.
00:15:10.000 Oh, my gosh.
00:15:12.000 Yeah, I don't know.
00:15:13.000 So that's off.
00:15:14.000 That's off your.
00:15:14.000 It's off my chest.
00:15:15.000 God was with me.
00:15:17.000 Yes, amen.
00:15:18.000 One thing I did learn from this is my connection with our Lord grew closer every single day.
00:15:24.000 Just praying, my walk with God growing every day, being there with him, feeling his presence.
00:15:30.000 It's really well, I never prayed.
00:15:35.000 I think I told you this in our last interview, Charlie.
00:15:38.000 I never prayed for an acquittal.
00:15:39.000 The Lord knows what we want.
00:15:41.000 So I prayed for the strength to get through each day and to get through every battle that I may encounter.
00:15:47.000 That's what I prayed for.
00:15:49.000 And I don't go to church.
00:15:52.000 I watch YouTube church.
00:15:54.000 Oh, yeah.
00:15:54.000 So I watch YouTube church.
00:15:55.000 Who do you watch?
00:15:57.000 Christian Church Sunday Live.
00:16:00.000 That's usually what I Google.
00:16:01.000 And then I click the first one.
00:16:03.000 Good for you.
00:16:04.000 And I really got to find a church in my area.
00:16:07.000 That's okay.
00:16:08.000 You're closer to the Lord than most people who say they're Christians are.
00:16:11.000 So that was really comforting for you then.
00:16:14.000 Yes, it was.
00:16:15.000 Feeling the Lord's presence, and I could hear people's prayers.
00:16:18.000 I can hear the Lord answering everybody's prayers, answering my prayers, and just helping us win this battle.
00:16:25.000 Because it just wasn't me on trial.
00:16:27.000 It was everybody in the world on trial.
00:16:29.000 It was everybody in the United States.
00:16:31.000 Self-defense was on trial in Wisconsin.
00:16:33.000 I think I told you this last time.
00:16:34.000 Satan, Satan, means prosecutor.
00:16:38.000 So you could go figure that one out.
00:16:41.000 Finger.
00:16:42.000 You could connect one and two.
00:16:44.000 So, you know, you're so since you got acquitted, big stress reliever, but you see all these obstacles, right?
00:16:52.000 You still want to live a normal life.
00:16:54.000 And you see the power these media companies have.
00:16:57.000 And they just get to go on with their life.
00:16:58.000 And meanwhile, they just leave people completely damaged forever.
00:17:01.000 Exactly.
00:17:02.000 Like, you experienced it, Charlie.
00:17:06.000 I've never been lied about.
00:17:08.000 Neither.
00:17:11.000 Yes, I experience it every day.
00:17:13.000 And you understand the lies.
00:17:15.000 Especially with Amfest.
00:17:16.000 Did you see the lies they were spreading about us speaking together?
00:17:19.000 Yes.
00:17:20.000 Like, thank you again for having us.
00:17:21.000 Wasn't that the funnest thing ever?
00:17:22.000 It was amazing.
00:17:23.000 You know what I loved about that?
00:17:24.000 It's like how angry these unhappy people got that you got a rock star entrance.
00:17:31.000 And I was like, yeah, of course he did.
00:17:33.000 Obviously, comes out.
00:17:34.000 He's got the lights everywhere.
00:17:36.000 Charlie, I do got to ask you a question.
00:17:38.000 I didn't hear this song until like three days after.
00:17:40.000 I couldn't hear anything.
00:17:41.000 What was that song?
00:17:42.000 It was like Wicca Wicca Kyle Ridded House.
00:17:44.000 I'll be like, wait, what?
00:17:46.000 That's like a Benny Johnson, like Drew Hernando.
00:17:48.000 Who made it?
00:17:49.000 I have no idea.
00:17:50.000 We have a whole like subreddit culture that I'm not involved in around here.
00:17:57.000 But that was so much fun.
00:17:58.000 But yeah, people were lying, obviously.
00:18:01.000 And all the support there was just so beautiful and amazing.
00:18:03.000 Well, that's true.
00:18:04.000 There are millions of people that are behind you.
00:18:06.000 Truly.
00:18:07.000 So you're going to keep on living your life, but you're going to do this?
00:18:10.000 Yeah, I'm going to live my life.
00:18:11.000 I'm starting college here at ASU in March.
00:18:15.000 So yeah, I'm just going to continue living my life, learning to be a pilot, doing my undergrad, going to law school.
00:18:22.000 I'm helping my buddy at his rehab project right now.
00:18:24.000 So I'm doing a lot of like electrical work.
00:18:27.000 I got to rip down an entire kitchen the other day.
00:18:30.000 And was that wiring a mess?
00:18:33.000 You know who I'm talking to, Mr. A-Dog.
00:18:37.000 And you're just enjoying life.
00:18:39.000 Yeah, just enjoying life, trying to be as normal as possible.
00:18:42.000 Oh, and poor Milo.
00:18:44.000 Your dog.
00:18:45.000 Yeah, poor Milo.
00:18:46.000 Why?
00:18:46.000 He got snipped the other day.
00:18:48.000 Oh, really?
00:18:49.000 He's in a cone.
00:18:50.000 Oh, geez.
00:18:51.000 So, why'd you do that?
00:18:52.000 Why did I do it?
00:18:53.000 Was he too high energy?
00:18:54.000 His energy level is through the roof.
00:18:57.000 Is it higher or lower since then?
00:18:59.000 I don't know.
00:19:03.000 He's been a little out there on that medicine they give him.
00:19:06.000 But he keeps running into the wall.
00:19:10.000 Yeah, I know.
00:19:11.000 It's the most hysterical thing I've ever done.
00:19:12.000 My boyhood dog, I remember that.
00:19:14.000 Not fun.
00:19:15.000 You met Briggs.
00:19:16.000 Yeah, I love your new.
00:19:17.000 It's a Dutch Shepherd, right?
00:19:19.000 Oh, I just want to take him home with me.
00:19:20.000 Yeah, he's a beast.
00:19:22.000 He's terrific.
00:19:23.000 Well, Kyle, we're behind you 100%.
00:19:25.000 T-M-A-P.org.
00:19:27.000 It's going to be T-Map.org, T-M-A-P.
00:19:30.000 We're behind you, man.
00:19:30.000 God bless you.
