00:00:34.000 Here we go.
00:00:35.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:37.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses.
00:00:39.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:43.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:46.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:47.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:48.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:00:56.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:05.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:08.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:17.000 The CDC has officially begun the process of making the COVID vaccine on the childhood vaccination schedule.
00:01:29.000 There is an entire committee called AKIP that met yesterday.
00:01:34.000 They're going to meet again today, and there's almost zero chance that they will not put this on the COVID vaccine.
00:01:42.000 That is the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices.
00:01:47.000 It is a 15-person board.
00:01:49.000 Now, these 15 people, they apply to get on the board, and the Secretary of Health and Human Services picks you and selects you.
00:01:59.000 And let's play tape of their vote yesterday, play cut 103.
00:02:03.000 Dr. Cotton.
00:02:04.000 Cotton, no conflicts.
00:02:06.000 To Ms. McNally.
00:02:06.000 Yes.
00:02:08.000 Thank you.
00:02:08.000 Yes.
00:02:09.000 Dr. Larry.
00:02:10.000 Yes.
00:02:10.000 Yes.
00:02:11.000 Thank you, Dr. Brooks.
00:02:12.000 Yes.
00:02:16.000 And Lee, no conflicts.
00:02:18.000 Yes.
00:02:20.000 This vote now passes with 15 yeses.
00:02:23.000 Go ahead and zero no's.
00:02:25.000 No conflicts, really.
00:02:26.000 They're never going to be administering vaccines.
00:02:28.000 And so this is 15 people on this advisory board that are voting to get your children closer to having to experience a mandate.
00:02:36.000 Now, it's not a mandate.
00:02:37.000 They don't have that power, thankfully, but it's going to get on the official immunization schedule.
00:02:41.000 We explained yesterday what that means.
00:02:42.000 So who are these people exactly?
00:02:45.000 We looked around and our team was not able to find a single media organization that named the names of every single person that approved to put the COVID vaccine on the official childhood schedule.
00:03:00.000 That will assuredly result in more damage and destruction than benefit and blessing.
00:03:06.000 It is almost a guarantee.
00:03:08.000 This is not a virus that significantly threatens young people.
00:03:12.000 And we know it is admitted by the Florida Surgeon General that this increases myocarditis, pericarditis, and other factors.
00:03:20.000 So who are these people?
00:03:21.000 Let's name their names.
00:03:22.000 And you can contact them.
00:03:24.000 Do so respectfully and truthfully.
00:03:28.000 Dr. Lynn Bata, Dr. Beth Bell, Dr. Oliver Brooks, Dr. Wilber Chen, Dr. Zeibel Sinaias, Matthew Daly, Camille Cotton, James Lohr, Grace Lee, Sarah Long, Veronica McNally, Catherine Poling, Pablo Sanchez, Narab Shah, Helen Kip Talbot.
00:03:54.000 Now, when you start to actually go into some of the biographies of these people, the 15-person board of which they voted unanimously to put the COVID vaccine, the mRNA gene altering shot, on the childhood vaccination schedule, you learn a lot.
00:04:09.000 And so they say that there's no conflicts.
00:04:11.000 Well, for example, Dr. Bata is a nurse.
00:04:13.000 How could you say there's no conflicts then?
00:04:16.000 So they're poised to make the final vote today, almost guaranteed they're going to do it.
00:04:20.000 It's a two-part vote.
00:04:23.000 They recommend for scheduling the vote today, and I think it's going to happen.
00:04:27.000 So this one person, Dr. Bacha, is a program clinical consultant.
00:04:33.000 Her biography states that, and she's a nurse, by the way, not a doctor, that Lynn Bacha uses pronouns, she, her, hers pronouns, and is a public health nurse at the Minnesota Department of Health, serving as the immunization program clinical consultant.
00:04:53.000 Minnesota strikes again.
00:04:54.000 There you go.
00:04:57.000 How about this person, Catherine Polling, who is on the vaccine approval board?
00:05:02.000 Why is the media not covering this?
00:05:03.000 These people have enormous power.
00:05:05.000 So Catherine Polling is a professor of pediatrics at Wake Forest.
00:05:09.000 You should keep your children far away from people like this.
00:05:12.000 Co-authored this article in a top scientific journal, quote, Racial Justice and Academic Pediatrics, a call for editorial action and our plan to move forward.
00:05:21.000 Quote, racism permeates nearly every aspect of American life, beginning with the lives of children.
00:05:27.000 It's stuff like this, the endless blathering of racism and diversity and inclusion.
00:05:33.000 That's who's on your CDC approval board.
00:05:36.000 Because some of you are emailing us freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:05:38.000 Who's approving this?
00:05:39.000 Who's doing this?
00:05:41.000 Why is it that these kids are going to potentially have to be forced to take the childhood vaccine?
00:05:47.000 Because these people.
00:05:49.000 How about this guy, Jamie Lohr, owner of the Cuyahoga Cuyuga Family Medicine in Ithaca, New York, as a vaccine fellow?
00:05:57.000 Oh, really?
00:05:57.000 You're trying to tell me that these people aren't receiving money under the table?
00:06:01.000 Yeah, right.
00:06:02.000 In the past, he approved vaccine boosters for incredibly flimsy reasons.
00:06:06.000 When Moderna boosters were approved, he said this, quote, there are probably many people who are going to get a Moderna booster who don't need it.
00:06:11.000 However, given the situation we're already in, which approved a Pfizer booster, there's enough people who are already looking for a booster.
00:06:16.000 I'm inclined reluctantly to just go ahead and recommend a similar pattern for the Moderna booster.
00:06:21.000 Or how about Dr. Oliver Brooks, who is on the committee, chief medical officer at Watts Healthcare Corporation in Los Angeles?
00:06:29.000 Black guy, went to Howard, spent his whole career in LA.
00:06:33.000 And in 2020, he spoke at a committee about the vaccine, saying, quote, that racism can be detected at a cellular level and that systemic racism can be found all the way down in your cells.
00:06:45.000 On an appearance in C-SPAN in May 2020, he dismissed people protesting to reopen the economy by saying, most of those protesters are white.
00:06:52.000 This is your vaccine approval board.
00:06:56.000 These people.
00:06:58.000 Oliver Brooks, chief medical officer at Watts Healthcare, saying that the protesters are fine because they're almost all white and exclusive of African Americans.
00:07:10.000 And so the CDC board is now poised to vote later today to put it on the official vaccination schedule with these incredibly radical, corrupt activists, one after the other, after the other.
00:07:24.000 So what does this mean?
00:07:25.000 Obviously, it means liability protection, as we talked about yesterday.
00:07:29.000 Obviously, it means that this is going to be pushed on children that do not need this.
00:07:35.000 And where is the institutional Republican Party fighting back against this?
00:07:42.000 Where is the Republican Party saying, wait a second, why are we vaccinating our children?
00:07:46.000 Answer.
00:07:47.000 At least Kerry Lake is speaking out about it.
00:07:49.000 Carrie Lake yesterday said that she is never going to force this vaccine on children in the state of Arizona.
00:07:57.000 And it is being met with massive applause, massive support.
00:08:03.000 Leaders in red states need to respond every single time the federal government does something dumb and wrong.
00:08:09.000 Don't just write a press release.
00:08:11.000 Do something that leads the country, leads your state towards a happier and better place to live.
00:08:20.000 If you go to Baccia's tweet, Lynn Baccio, one of the people on the vaccine approval board, and you just read this stuff, it is pure left-wing propaganda.
00:08:30.000 And by the way, 12 states have current laws that automatically match CDC guidelines.
00:08:35.000 So if you live in Virginia, Massachusetts, Tennessee, New Jersey, Vermont, or Ohio, this then gets put on the automatic guidelines.
00:08:45.000 Because then maybe if you live in Ohio and your kid wants to go to soccer practice or go to play football, they might say, well, are you up to date on your CDC immunizations?
00:08:54.000 You might say, well, I don't want to get the mRNA shot.
00:08:56.000 They say, well, it's what we do here.
00:08:59.000 That's the significance of this.
00:09:00.000 So 12 states have current laws that automatically match CDC guidelines.
00:09:05.000 They don't approve their own stuff.
00:09:07.000 This is one of the biggest stories happening here.
00:09:09.000 What a disservice.
00:09:10.000 What an immoral, corrupt, unspeakable act by this board that's going to harm so many children.
00:09:18.000 So here's the easy takeaway: Tennessee, Virginia, and Ohio need to immediately change their vaccine laws.
00:09:26.000 Immediately.
00:09:27.000 I don't know if Mike DeWine is going to do that anytime soon in Ohio.
00:09:34.000 Look, rights, immigration, foreign policy, marriage, sex.
00:09:37.000 Look, these are all in the news right now.
00:09:39.000 Big part of our political dialogue.
00:09:41.000 And we talk about them.
00:09:42.000 And they're the heart of so many different campaigns this election season.
00:09:45.000 But what did our founders have to say about this?
00:09:47.000 Well, the greatest college in America, Hillsdale College, I was just there with Dr. Larry R. and they do such a beautiful job.
00:09:52.000 They have an amazing new online course.
00:09:54.000 I'm actually in the process of taking it right now.
00:09:56.000 I can't wait to finish it.
00:09:57.000 Can't wait to tell you all about it.
00:09:58.000 They have the best way to learn about the founders' deep and wise insights into human nature.
00:10:02.000 Today, you can join Hillsdale professor Thomas West and David Azarad and explore all of these ideas.
00:10:08.000 And by the way, when you guys go to charlieforhillsdale.com, you guys can take the Churchill course, the Aristotle course, the Great American Story course.
00:10:16.000 You guys can take the Shakespeare course.
00:10:18.000 You guys could take the Roman History course, the Federalist Papers course, the Supreme Court course, the Intro to Constitution course.
00:10:25.000 If you're maybe, I don't know, a little down, I have an idea for you.
00:10:29.000 Are you actively learning enough?
00:10:31.000 You know, I'm not saying that learning is the answer to depression.
00:10:34.000 I'm not saying that.
00:10:35.000 But I guarantee you that people are depressed are probably not learning things that are beautiful enough.
00:10:39.000 Learning is exciting.
00:10:41.000 You dive into it.
00:10:41.000 It gives you telos.
00:10:42.000 It gives you purpose.
00:10:43.000 It gives you a cadence to your life.
00:10:46.000 No better place than Hillsdale College to do that.
00:10:48.000 Look, the Real American Founding a Conversation is the place for you to be able to learn about America's founding.
00:10:54.000 The midterm elections are right around the corner, and the founders thought about a lot of these things.
00:10:59.000 And I love Thomas West.
00:11:00.000 I can't wait to finish this course.
00:11:01.000 So go to The Real American Founding a Conversation by it's very simple: CharlieForhillsdale.com, CharlieForhillsdale.com.
00:11:07.000 Learning will enrich your life.
00:11:09.000 And one final thing about Hillsdale College: they get it.

00:11:14.000 They have none of this diversity, equity, inclusion garbage.
00:11:17.000 They are the best.
00:11:18.000 Charlie4Hillsdale.com.
00:11:20.000 They're fighters.
00:11:20.000 They love liberty.
00:11:21.000 They love truth.
00:11:22.000 The kids there are charismatic.
00:11:24.000 They're bright.
00:11:25.000 They're wise.
00:11:26.000 And they get it.
00:11:28.000 Charlie4Hillsdale.com.
00:11:30.000 Take the recent course, The Real American Founding a Conversation.
00:11:33.000 Check it out.
00:11:33.000 Charlie4Hillsdale.com.
00:11:38.000 So people are asking, Charlie, what does this mean exactly?
00:11:42.000 Does this mean that it's going to be mandated?
00:11:43.000 Not necessarily, but in certain states, it's going to be put on the official schedule that then school districts follow to be able to mandate.
00:11:50.000 And also, let's just put it aside for parents that are not as clued into this, parents that are not as well read, it gets on the official CDC website that doctors put up on the wall for reference.
00:12:03.000 They say, This is what your children need.
00:12:07.000 This is what your children need to do.
00:12:08.000 This at two months, this at the, and if you ask questions, most pediatricians say, Gotta have it, you're a bad person.
00:12:16.000 They will scold you.
00:12:16.000 We have a great pediatrician.
00:12:17.000 We don't have that issue, thankfully.
00:12:20.000 So, I want to play a piece of tape here: Cut 104, Dr. Harvey Kirsch, Risch.
00:12:25.000 I'm sorry, Dr. Harvey Risch does a great job.
00:12:27.000 Let's play Cut 104.
00:12:28.000 My trust level in those institutions is zero.
00:12:31.000 I have zero trust in the CDC and I have zero trust in the FDA.
00:12:36.000 They have shown their complete corruption with regards to industry sponsors, and it's despicable.
00:12:45.000 I believe that the people in charge of those agencies should be prosecuted in court for that degree of corruption.
00:12:52.000 They've shown that their allegiance has been to their companies and not to the American people.
00:12:58.000 My trust in the CDC is zero.
00:13:00.000 Well, now the CDC is going to put this right to mandate children.
00:13:06.000 And by the way, we're going to list all 15 names on charliekirk.com.
00:13:10.000 Be nice, be truthful, be peaceful.
00:13:13.000 I have to say that in case someone has an idea to do something they shouldn't do.
00:13:17.000 So don't do that.
00:13:17.000 We condemn that.
00:13:18.000 And by the way, Dr. Harvey has a Yale PhD.
00:13:23.000 It's a big deal.
00:13:24.000 And to say that I have no trust at all in the CDC, in the Center for Disease Control, Dr. Harvey Risch is just really something.
00:13:34.000 And so the significance of this, I think this is going to play into the midterms.
00:13:38.000 I think there's a lot of moms out there that have kept their mouths shut, that probably don't like Donald Trump, that might think Republicans are right about some things and Democrats are right about other things, but they do not want to have to have their kid be forced to take the mRNA shot.
00:13:52.000 There has got to be suburban moms out there that are going to look at this and say, this is too much.
00:13:58.000 And we got to get the message out.
00:14:00.000 You got to send this out to suburban moms out there.
00:14:04.000 And by the way, a lot of these suburban moms might be pro-choice or pro-abortion because of the issue of, well, my body, my choice, medical autonomy.
00:14:12.000 Well, how can you be about that and then also be okay with this?
00:14:16.000 And the answer is a lot of them aren't.
00:14:17.000 A lot of them think it's insane that a seven-year-old or a five-month-old or a six-month-old might very well have to take an immunization against a virus that does not pose a significant threat against them.
00:14:31.000 By the way, 97% of parents have said no to this.
00:14:35.000 What other issue is there?
00:14:36.000 97% agreement?
00:14:38.000 97%.
00:14:40.000 So 97% of the country thinks that this is a bad idea, and yet 100% of the CDC board thinks it's a good idea.
00:14:48.000 97%.
00:14:50.000 I think this is a major winning issue.
00:14:52.000 And Carrie Lake, by the way, is leaning in right on this issue and correctly about why on earth are we doing this to our children?
00:15:00.000 Why are we saying to a generation that is not at risk from getting or dying from this, this now has to get put on the official vaccination schedule?
00:15:08.000 Can they make it more transparently blatant and clear that we are a pharma state?
00:15:15.000 Let's play cut 60.
00:15:17.000 Now we're getting some information after a while.
00:15:20.000 We have time to find out just how bad the collateral damage has been.
00:15:25.000 The pandemic erased two decades of progress in math and reading.
00:15:30.000 Anxiety and depression way up.
00:15:32.000 The body mass index increase doubled for kids 2 to 19.
00:15:38.000 Drug overdose deaths.
00:15:40.000 This pisses me off.
00:15:42.000 I see these headlines all the time.
00:15:43.000 The pandemic didn't do that.
00:15:44.000 The way we handled the pandemic did that.
00:15:47.000 The way we handled the pandemic did that.
00:15:50.000 I wish I had those numbers handy when I was at Austin because some kids said, oh, the pandemic and the lockdowns weren't that bad for young people.
00:15:57.000 And I was able to rattle off some of the numbers, but not as crisply as Bill Maher.
00:16:01.000 I think one of the stories that is going to manifest itself in the midterms that is not showing itself in polling is going to be pent up pandemic reaction backlash.
00:16:14.000 I think a lot of people have been looking for an opportunity to send a message of the lockdowns, the mass mandates, the vaccine mandates.
00:16:20.000 And I don't think that's even being asked in polling.
00:16:23.000 Yeah, okay, it's economy, of course, crime, immigration, all these things.
00:16:27.000 I think there's a lot of people.
00:16:28.000 I think there's going to be a lot of silent COVID voters out there, a lot of silent lockdown voters that hated what happened in the last couple of years.
00:16:37.000 And they've been looking for an opportunity to send a very clear message.
00:16:43.000 Look, the world is in total chaos, and it's going to cause massive food shortages like we've never seen.
00:16:48.000 Are you prepared?
00:16:49.000 Do you have a stockpile of emergency food if the unthinkable happens?

00:17:39.000 There is something happening in the great state of New York.
00:17:42.000 I'm telling you, Lee Zeldon very well might become the next governor of New York.
00:17:46.000 New York is in total free fall.
00:17:48.000 What was once a great state and a great city, New York City, has just fallen apart under the intentional dystopian policies.
00:17:55.000 It's so sad to see.
00:17:57.000 New York used to be so much fun and interesting and dare I say, almost tolerant.
00:18:04.000 Like I, as a conservative in 2013 and 14, when I used to visit New York City quite often, I would spend a week in New York City.
00:18:11.000 I never felt unsafe.
00:18:13.000 I never felt that if I was wearing, I don't know, there wasn't really a MAGA hat equivalent, I guess, a Romney shirt.
00:18:21.000 How weird is that?
00:18:21.000 If I was wearing some Republican paraphernalia, I don't think someone would have stopped me.
00:18:26.000 I don't, that was not the city 10 years ago.
00:18:28.000 It just wasn't.
00:18:30.000 And New York has completely changed.
00:18:32.000 And I really think how the left reacted to Donald Trump has changed so many of these places.
00:18:37.000 It's just, it gave a license to go to the most extreme fringes of the American Academy and just allow them to run the current left-wing regime.
00:18:48.000 It changed so much.
00:18:50.000 I think Trump was the glitch in the matrix.
00:18:53.000 People that were otherwise kind of liberal-ish, but had leanings towards some radical elements, they resisted it.
00:19:01.000 But Trump just broke that entire thing.
00:19:04.000 And it's way more dangerous.
00:19:06.000 These cities are filled with garbage.
00:19:08.000 It went from corrupt to actually broken.
00:19:11.000 And I say this all the time.
00:19:12.000 And it drives people nuts when I say this.
00:19:15.000 I get mixed emails on this.
00:19:16.000 And Chicago is a great example, which is I much preferred the very corrupt mayors of Mayor Daly.
00:19:23.000 They were so corrupt.
00:19:24.000 Everyone knew they were corrupt.
00:19:25.000 They were paying off everybody and they were getting paid off.
00:19:27.000 But the city worked.
00:19:29.000 It just worked.
00:19:31.000 I'm not saying that's the only way you can run a city, but if you're giving me the option between the super corrupt guy that pays off the developers and gets paid off by the developers or the ideologue, Lori Lightfoot, I will take corruption over an ID log any day.
00:19:45.000 Of course, it's lesser two eagles.
00:19:46.000 We're talking about a major city.
00:19:47.000 You're trying to tell me you're going to get someone who really wants to clean up Chicago?
00:19:52.000 Of course not.
00:19:53.000 I will take the corrupt person that will actually want Chicago to be a really nice place or New York to be a nice place in a second over the person like Bill de Blasio.
00:20:04.000 So the question is, do I think Bloomberg was corrupt?
00:20:08.000 No, I don't think he was an ideologue, though.
00:20:10.000 I don't.
00:20:11.000 I think Bloomberg was actually a pretty good mayor of New York.
00:20:13.000 I do.
00:20:14.000 Some conservatives disagree with that.
00:20:15.000 Compared to de Blasio, he was awesome.
00:20:18.000 And so New York is just completely falling apart.
00:20:22.000 And it's not the only city that's doing this.
00:20:24.000 I want to play a piece of tape here of something that's happened in New York.
00:20:26.000 It's a news report.
00:20:29.000 Let's play Cut 100.
00:20:29.000 It's shocking.
00:20:31.000 When migrants first walk in after intake, they will see a recreational room set up with rows of couches, TVs, Xboxes, and board games.
00:20:40.000 There will also be a phone bank so migrants can connect with family in order to find more permanent housing.
00:20:45.000 Next, there is a cafeteria that will provide migrants with three meals a day, and snacks, coffee, and tea will be available 24/7.
00:20:52.000 Those meals are all culturally appropriate.
00:20:54.000 It is South American Fair.
00:20:56.000 Oh, yeah, it's South American Fair.
00:20:58.000 These people are criminals.
00:21:00.000 They're trespassers, border jumpers, and line cutters.
00:21:03.000 And every day they're here, they're continually breaking our law.
00:21:06.000 What are they migrating from exactly?
00:21:08.000 What's the crisis?
00:21:10.000 I would love someone to tell me.
00:21:11.000 Oh, they're from climate change?
00:21:12.000 Oh, from not having work?
00:21:14.000 Yeah, that's not our problem.
00:21:15.000 Sorry.
00:21:16.000 They should be immediately deported back to their country of origin.
00:21:19.000 It never happens, but it's worth saying, I suppose.
00:21:19.000 I keep saying that.
00:21:22.000 But no, instead, if you break into America, you get an Xbox.
00:21:27.000 There is a very serious New York movement against all of this garbage that's happening.
00:21:36.000 It is bubbling up.
00:21:37.000 It's bubbling up against Eric Adams.
00:21:39.000 It's bubbling up against Kathy Hochul.
00:21:42.000 It's bubbling up against AOC.
00:21:45.000 I mean, for example, you look at this.
00:21:47.000 The New York Times has reported polls show Kathy Hochl's lead dwindling as Lee Zeldon gains in the New York suburbs.
00:21:56.000 The race for governor of New York appears to be tightening, according to a pair of polls released on Tuesday.
00:22:02.000 Now, New York is a very difficult state to poll.
00:22:06.000 It has a ridiculously urban population and a very rural population with pockets of mid-level cities like Albany and Buffalo, Rochester.
00:22:20.000 And so you put all this together.
00:22:22.000 It's a very difficult state to poll.
00:22:25.000 And then you got Long Island that's becoming increasingly right-wing in a very serious way.
00:22:30.000 And also, New York is not Ohio.
00:22:34.000 New York is not Florida, where pollsters spend a lot of time understanding the proper equation, the proper tabulation of how to put together the right polling metrics.
00:22:50.000 So, for example, Florida is polled all the time.
00:22:53.000 It's polled presidentially, it's polled in governor's race, it's polled in midterms.
00:22:56.000 So, over a period of time, pollsters realize, oh, I missed on that, I missed on that.
00:23:01.000 We got to have 10% from the Jacksonville area, and we have to have 5% from the Tampa area, and we have to have 15% from the Orlando area, and we have to make sure the demographics are correlated in the I-4 corridor.
00:23:14.000 You get the point.
00:23:15.000 Same in Pennsylvania.
00:23:16.000 Pennsylvania polling has become a cottage industry.
00:23:20.000 Now, is it always accurate?
00:23:21.000 No, but it's within the margins at times.
00:23:25.000 And New York, though, is not polled a lot because it's so reliably Democrat.
00:23:31.000 And you might remember George Pataki.
00:23:33.000 He won a surprise governor's race.
00:23:35.000 The last poll had George Pataki down double digits before he won.
00:23:40.000 He either won in 1998 or in 2000.
00:23:43.000 You guys can fact check me on that.
00:23:44.000 Maybe it was 96.
00:23:45.000 I know he was governor during 9-11.
00:23:47.000 So that was what I obviously was before that.
00:23:50.000 And this is, by the way, one of the reasons why AOC, when she won in her primary, shocked the world.
00:23:55.000 Nobody paid attention.
00:23:56.000 No one knew how to poll.
00:23:57.000 It's very, very difficult to poll.
00:23:58.000 So if the polls are showing a tight race with Chuck Yu Schumer and a tight race with Lee Zeldin and Kathy Hochul, the Gretchen Whitmer lookalike, that's a warning sign for New Yorkers, for New York Democrats.
00:24:12.000 And I will say this.
00:24:15.000 Producer Andrew is a Californian.
00:24:16.000 We don't hold that against him.
00:24:19.000 If you were to say, Charlie, who would be more likely to give a middle finger to the Democrat Party with inflation, unease, and just kind of what's happening?
00:24:29.000 Would a New Yorker or a Californian?
00:24:31.000 I'd say a New Yorker.
00:24:32.000 A New Yorker, I think, yes, they're Democrat, but I think a New Yorker is far less loyal to a Democrat identity than Californians.
00:24:41.000 I really believe that many Californians assume their identity of free love, live and let live, even though it's not what it is, abortion on demand as part of their love of California is just with the Democrat Party.
00:24:58.000 I think part of that might be in the New York area, but I think the New Yorkers, in my opinion, based on my experience and based on polling, they'll be more likely to give a metaphorical middle finger to a Democrat every once in a while than someone in San Francisco or in Sacramento.
00:25:15.000 Okay.
00:25:16.000 I think New Yorkers are much more pragmatic than an average Californian.
00:25:20.000 All that to say that there might be a sneak attack happening in New York with Lee Zeldin.
00:25:25.000 And I think Chuck Schumer might be in some trouble.
00:25:28.000 I don't know if I'm not willing to say that he's going to lose, but I think it could get down to single digits.
00:25:33.000 A Quinnipiak poll has suggested an even tighter race.
00:25:35.000 And Quinnipiak, by the way, is a left-wing polling outlet with Ms. Holka leading by just four percentage points.
00:25:42.000 The narrowing gap suggests that the New York voters were growing more and more concerned about the state's direction, much as recent polling nationwide has indicated that the economy and stubborn inflation remain a top of mind concern.
00:25:53.000 This is the New York Times I'm reading from, as Republicans have expanded their edge over Democrats ahead of November's midterm elections.
00:26:00.000 So New York is a mystery.
00:26:01.000 It's very tough to poll.
00:26:02.000 You can get sneak attacks.
00:26:03.000 You can get shocking results there.
00:26:06.000 But you got to also look at the vibe.
00:26:09.000 Look at 91, AOC trying to scoff it off.
00:26:13.000 She's dancing to her protesters, chanting, AOC has got to go.
00:26:17.000 Play cut 91.
00:26:35.000 I hope you guys heard that because I did.
00:26:37.000 That is just so cringy.
00:26:39.000 Oh my goodness.
00:26:40.000 I don't know what she's trying to do there, some sort of viral moment that kind of falls on its face.
00:26:45.000 But AOC, it's her getting heckled saying AOC has got to go and then her saying, listen, listen.
00:26:51.000 So there I reenacted the entire thing.
00:26:53.000 Not exactly sure what she was trying to get at at the end.
00:26:57.000 So you have all these different dynamics at play in the state of New York, the creation of these illegal migrant shelters.
00:27:04.000 By the way, they're for single adult men, these illegal migrant shelters.
00:27:08.000 And so you know what we should be saying to single adult men?
00:27:10.000 Go back to your own country and create a life for yourself.
00:27:15.000 I mean, it's one thing, children and women, obviously we should have the same policy.
00:27:19.000 But, you know, we always kind of have this picture.
00:27:21.000 Oh, yeah, they're migrants.
00:27:22.000 These are like 19-year-old men.
00:27:24.000 You're not going to starve to death in Nicaragua.
00:27:26.000 Go back home, honestly.
00:27:27.000 Go figure it out.
00:27:29.000 Stop being a coward and turning your back on your own country just to go steal stuff from us.
00:27:35.000 AOC dancing to protesters.
00:27:37.000 I'm telling you, there's stuff, there's something happening in New York City.
00:27:40.000 There's something happened in the state of New York.
00:27:42.000 A lot of people are starting to wake up and push back in a very, very serious way.
00:27:50.000 I'll play another piece of tape here: kind of what's happening more broadly in the midterms.
00:27:56.000 Let me see if I can find it here.
00:27:58.000 Oh, yeah, this is the New York Times.
00:27:59.000 This is the New York Times.
00:28:00.000 This is their midterm message: play cut 59.
00:28:02.000 This white power and white culture is fragile and under attack.
00:28:07.000 And until we deal with the root of why they are afraid of that, so afraid that they would violently defend it from happening, then we get nowhere because we're talking about other things as if those are the root.
00:28:22.000 When in fact, the root is this root, and it is rooted in a kind of white fragility and a browning of America.
00:28:32.000 A white fragility, as Robin D'Angelo made millions of dollars selling that back to corporations.
00:28:38.000 Charles Blow from the New York Times.
00:28:41.000 That's their message.
00:28:42.000 Their message is: vote for us.
00:28:44.000 If you're not, you're fragile and white.
00:28:46.000 And you wonder why New York is all of a sudden, New York is all of a sudden in play.
00:28:54.000 I'm telling you, on election night, we're going to keep a very close eye on New York.
00:28:58.000 And by the way, we're going to start plugging this.
00:29:01.000 On election night, please make plans to watch us, our program.
00:29:05.000 I think you're going to really love what we have to say and our commentary.
00:29:09.000 And we're going to be doing this on Real America's Voice, especially as the Arizona returns start to come in.
00:29:14.000 I want to make sure Real America's Voice becomes your home for all midterm coverage.
00:29:19.000 One of the most successful things we've ever done has been our election stream coverage.
00:29:24.000 We did it for the 2020 election.
00:29:26.000 We did it for the California gubernatorial.
00:29:28.000 And of course, we did it for the Arizona primary, of which the numbers were extraordinary.
00:29:34.000 The Pennsylvania Senate race is tightening.
00:29:37.000 The latest Real Clear Politics forecast shows that Dr. Oz very well might squeak it out after all.
00:29:46.000 After being labeled dead, politically dead, John Fetterman is finally being exposed for the radical that he is.
00:29:55.000 Let's play cut 14.
00:29:56.000 John Fetterman, abortion rights deserve to be every woman.
00:30:00.000 I know it's hard for me to even make sense of what he's saying.
00:30:02.000 Play cut 14.
00:30:04.000 Abortion rights deserve to every woman, regardless of where, straight, what state that you live.
00:30:14.000 Yeah, that didn't make much sense.
00:30:15.000 He is collapsing in the polls.
00:30:18.000 His exposure of crime, the exposure, his kind of pro-criminal posture, if you will.
00:30:26.000 Newsweek, Dr. Oz predicted a triumph over John Fetterman in RCP Senate forecast.
00:30:32.000 Republicans say that they believe that Dr. Oz will take it above John Fetterman.
00:30:41.000 The calculation is drawn from RCP produce a recent average of recent polls, which puts Fetterman up 3.2 points.
00:30:46.000 However, the RCP calculated polling average for the past election significantly understated Republican support by a mean of 5.2 points.
00:30:55.000 Boy, wouldn't that just be amazing on election night to celebrate the defeat of John Fetterman?
00:31:00.000 Let's play another piece of tape here.
00:31:02.000 This is just CNN slobbering over John Fetterman.
00:31:05.000 Listen to this.
00:31:05.000 It's so disgusting.
00:31:06.000 Play cut 89.
00:31:07.000 Hasn't released his full medical records yet.
00:31:10.000 Is this enough to assuage critics?
00:31:12.000 I think it is.
00:31:13.000 I don't even think he needed the note, to be honest with you.
00:31:15.000 He's seen the guy is a political athlete.
00:31:20.000 One of the best ones I've ever seen.
00:31:21.000 He's pure talent.
00:31:22.000 He looks and sounds and acts like the state of Pennsylvania, similar to like a Tim Ryan, right?
00:31:27.000 This guy has showed that he's more than capable of doing the job.
00:31:30.000 Political athlete.
00:31:35.000 Unbelievable.
00:31:37.000 Saying that John Fetterman is a political athlete.
00:31:40.000 The latest real color politics projections currently have Adam Laxalt picking up in Nevada, Oz holding in Pennsylvania.
00:31:49.000 Bud holding in North Carolina.
00:31:50.000 Rubio obviously holding in Florida.
00:31:52.000 Ron Johnson holding in Virginia.
00:31:55.000 And JD Vance holding in Ohio.
00:31:59.000 What is the latest polling out of New Hampshire?
00:32:01.000 I haven't seen that in a while.
00:32:03.000 They really think that it's going to be tight?
00:32:04.000 That's amazing.
00:32:05.000 Wow.
00:32:07.000 I have not seen.
00:32:08.000 That's really interesting.
00:32:10.000 Keep your eye on New Hampshire.
00:32:13.000 Wow, that's really something.
00:32:16.000 New Hampshire has always been kind of a far-off distant goal for many years to win back that seat.
00:32:21.000 Got Don Boldick up against Maggie Hassen.
00:32:24.000 She's just the worst.
00:32:26.000 Yeah, the latest real color politics average says that that's right within striking distance.
00:32:34.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:32:36.000 Email me your thoughts as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
