00:00:56.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:05.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:08.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:16.000 I want to thank our new publicist, The New York Times, The Rise of a Conservative Radio Juggernaut.
00:01:22.000 Thank you.
00:01:22.000 An entire article about Salem media, about the impact that we have here on this program, radio stations across the country, and of course, our wonderful partners at Real America's Voice.
00:01:33.000 But this is more about kind of our radio reach, and it goes on and on and on about how Salem media has a massive influence.
00:01:42.000 Nicole Hemmer, a political historian at Vanderbilt University, the Center of Medical Mutilation of Children, and author of The Messengers of the Right, Conservative Media and the Transformation of American Politics, said Salem's effect was far-reaching.
00:01:56.000 They're using their many different properties for coordinated message misinformation, which is undermining democracy.
00:02:02.000 I just love it.
00:02:03.000 They can't, it is, it's an incantation at this point.
00:02:07.000 Do you notice how they don't call us racists as much anymore?
00:02:10.000 Because that doesn't work.
00:02:11.000 The hyper-racialization of American politics actually isn't resonating as much.
00:02:17.000 And something that I do want to comment on about this midterm cycle, and I said this early, and I don't think this has received nearly the platform that I think it deserves is: have you noticed how we're not talking about race this midterm election?
00:02:33.000 Have you noticed that we're not talking about BLM or systemic racism?
00:02:37.000 It is a losing issue for the Democrats.
00:02:42.000 Now, they replaced it with fascists, but this is actually a little bit, dare I say, a chance for us to celebrate just a little bit of a victory, just a little bit.
00:02:54.000 We pushed back hard on Juneteenth.
00:02:57.000 We pushed back hard on Floyd Apalooza.
00:03:00.000 We pushed back hard on Chaz, the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone.
00:03:04.000 We've pushed back hard on critical race theory.
00:03:06.000 And yeah, there's some pockets of radicals and postmodern insurgents across the country, but generally, Democrats now realize it is a political liability, not a political benefit, to run on the hyperracialization of America.
00:03:21.000 And we did that because we did not give an inch.
00:03:24.000 Now, other Republicans did, like Mike Braun, who I think has atoned for his mistake when he said, well, BLM is a wonderful organization.
00:03:31.000 Boom, Tucker went after him.
00:03:33.000 Or that woman that used to run the think tank in DC, where she said, well, we need to have some sort of racial reconciliation.
00:03:39.000 Boom, we went after her.
00:03:41.000 One after the other, after the other.
00:03:43.000 We went after Braun as well.
00:03:44.000 And guess what?
00:03:45.000 Now the Democrats have lost one of their most potent tools.
00:03:48.000 Now they have to call us a bunch of semi-fascists and attackers of democracy.
00:03:52.000 And that just doesn't resonate as much.
00:03:55.000 You see, a suburban house mom, her great fear is one day being called a racist.
00:04:01.000 It doesn't really bother her to be called a threat to democracy.
00:04:05.000 That sounds so nerdy and wonky.
00:04:08.000 A threat to democracy?
00:04:09.000 Like, yeah, okay, great.
00:04:11.000 Now, I mean, in PhD circles and in graduate classes, I guess that's a zinger insult.
00:04:16.000 You're a threat to democracy.
00:04:18.000 But being called a racist, I mean, that appeals to almost everyone.
00:04:21.000 No one wants to be called a racist.
00:04:23.000 And they don't do it anymore because they realize it doesn't stick like it used to.
00:04:29.000 Anyway, that's a sidebar as I read this New York Times article.
00:04:32.000 So you guys can read this, how the rise of a conservative radio juggernaut at the New York Times.
00:04:36.000 I read the New York Times, so you don't have to.
00:04:38.000 And they're complimenting the reach of this program about how it says here, Salem Media Group reaches more people than they realize.
00:04:47.000 This is my favorite line of the whole thing.
00:04:48.000 Their hosts are big names and they have huge reach, which makes them one of the most powerful forces in conservative media that hardly anyone knows about.
00:04:57.000 Well, thank you for finally noticing.
00:05:00.000 So, okay, let's get into some news here that I think is really important.
00:05:04.000 I want to go to this cut where it shows in very clear terms our midterm situation.
00:05:11.000 Go to cut two.
00:05:12.000 Look at worsening views of the economy, Nate.
00:05:15.000 Look at this.
00:05:15.000 Two-thirds of people say it is getting worse.
00:05:18.000 So I ask people, okay, well, let's turn to politics here.
00:05:20.000 Who do you blame for this?
00:05:21.000 What's the reason?
00:05:22.000 Well, look, there's more folks now who say that Democratic policies have harmed the economy than helped it.
00:05:28.000 It's not the only reason they see for this, but they're reasoning out of results, right?
00:05:32.000 There, if they want to pinch parties in power, okay, must be doing something wrong.
00:05:36.000 And then by contrast, they think, well, Republican policies more likely would help.
00:05:41.000 Republican policies more likely can help.
00:05:43.000 Now, but what are the other threats to our liberty, to our republic, that are bubbling up across the country that are not getting coverage?
00:05:51.000 For example, ranked choice voting.
00:05:55.000 Ranked choice voting is one of the most dangerous, subterranean, and serious risks to our country that almost nobody talks about.
00:06:06.000 Ranked choice voting is going to determine whether or not the snake, Lisa Murkowski, or the patriot, Kelly Shabaka, become the next senator in Alaska.
00:06:15.000 Ranked choice voting is a project of academics designed to destroy the conservative movement, the America First movement, the populist nationalist movement, and instead yield to technocrats in red states and radicals in blue states.
00:06:29.000 Ranked choice voting is really pushed by this organization called Fair Vote, of which one of their board members is head of programming at George Soros' Open Society Foundation.
00:06:39.000 Just to give you an idea of kind of the family of funding that is behind this idea of ranked choice voting, and it is spreading all across the country.
00:06:47.000 Ranked choice voting is not where you go into a voting booth and vote for candidate X or Y, but you rank them in order of preference.
00:06:56.000 Sounds nice, sounds fun, it's actually awful.
00:06:58.000 It's terrible.
00:06:59.000 It's anti-American.
00:07:00.000 And if we were to use the technical definition of democracy, which I hate the word democracy because no one actually knows what it means, it's anti-democracy.
00:07:07.000 This is a very simple explanation.
00:07:09.000 I think this video is very helpful of what ranked choice voting is.
00:07:13.000 Play cut 33.
00:07:15.000 Ranked choice voting is another voting method which allows voters to rank their candidates in order of preference.
00:07:21.000 In a ranked choice voting election, a candidate needs to earn more than half of the votes to win.
00:07:26.000 All first choices are counted.
00:07:28.000 And if a candidate has a majority, then they win, just like any other election.
00:07:33.000 If not, the candidate with the fewest votes is eliminated.
00:07:36.000 And voters who pick that candidate as number one will have their votes count for their next choice.
00:07:41.000 This process continues until a candidate earns a majority and is declared the winner.
00:07:46.000 Yeah, so for the 50% of the vote.
00:07:50.000 You can win with a plurality.
00:07:51.000 And so it keeps on going to the second and third round, of which people that might say, well, I like Kelly Schabaka, but you know, I don't want a Democrat, so then I'll rank Kelly, you know, Lisa Murkowski.
00:08:01.000 And Murkowski will not be the first choice of a lot of Democrats, but she will be the second choice for a lot of Democrats.
00:08:06.000 And eventually, through these different rounds of voting, you get the moderate, even though that moderate is not the first choice plurality, of which that's actually a way a flourishing and functioning election would work because there's so many candidates.
00:08:18.000 So they flood the zone with all sorts of different candidates.
00:08:22.000 They confuse voters of this methodology, and it's going to give a hand up.
00:08:28.000 It's going to give an incumbent advantage, if you will, to people like Lisa Murkowski against Kelly Schabaka.
00:08:38.000 Well, ranked choice voting is on the march.
00:08:41.000 It is well funded.
00:08:42.000 The left knows that they could destroy our movement via rank choice voting.
00:08:49.000 And it's already in place in Maine and Alaska.
00:08:53.000 And this cycle for all of our patriots in Nevada, we have to pull the alarm and warn you that there is something called question three, which is going to be on the Nevada ballot.
00:09:06.000 And this is a chance to stop ranked choice voting in its tracks.
00:09:13.000 Look, I want to tell you my latest discovery.

00:11:12.000 Check it out right now.
00:11:16.000 Ranked choice voting is a huge threat.
00:11:18.000 And it is currently being used in Alaska as a uniparty ploy to defeat Kelly Shabaka.
00:11:26.000 We got to get Kelly Shabaka over 50% in the first round of voting, which is a side note.
00:11:32.000 And this is just one of the most important things I got to say, which is if you have a state that has ranked choice voting, just pick your top candidate and that is it.
00:11:42.000 Ryan emailed us and reminded me, please educate your audience.
00:11:44.000 They need to just pick their top choice and leave the others blank.
00:11:47.000 That's right.
00:11:48.000 You are not forced to fill out the rest.
00:11:51.000 And so Annie says this: Charlie, can you please explain ranked choice voting?
00:11:57.000 It's very hard to understand.
00:11:58.000 I have tried to understand it, but till now have been unable to wrap my head around it.
00:12:03.000 I'm sure there's others like me.
00:12:04.000 Perfectly understandable, Annie.
00:12:05.000 It took me a while to understand it too.
00:12:06.000 So let me do the best job I possibly can.
00:12:09.000 And we'll play that video again, but that was a little short.
00:12:11.000 You get a ballot.
00:12:12.000 You have all the candidates listed, and it kind of goes in columns.
00:12:16.000 Okay, so hear me out here: columns from left to right.
00:12:20.000 And the columns go through round one, round two, round three, and round four.
00:12:28.000 And depending on how the ballot is configured, you rank your candidate as to be your preference, one, two, three, or four.
00:12:39.000 So you say, this is my first candidate.
00:12:41.000 This is my second candidate.
00:12:43.000 This is my third candidate.
00:12:45.000 This is my fourth candidate.
00:12:46.000 And so then through the rounds, it goes through: okay, so candidate A was your first choice.
00:12:53.000 Candidate B was your second choice.
00:12:56.000 Candidate C was your third choice.
00:12:58.000 And candidate D was your fourth choice.
00:13:01.000 And so when they tabulate it, they'll say, okay, let's do our first round of counting.
00:13:06.000 And let's say that Kelly Shabaka in Alaska, there's a picture of ranked choice voting.
00:13:10.000 Let's say Kelly Shabaka in Alaska gets 48% of the vote.
00:13:16.000 Pretty impressive, right?
00:13:17.000 48% against three other candidates.
00:13:21.000 Not enough.
00:13:23.000 So then Kelly Shabaka will go to the second round of voting.
00:13:28.000 And then they will tabulate if anybody, then they, I'm sorry, this is where it gets complicated.
00:13:34.000 If I understand correctly, then they eliminate the last place person.
00:13:37.000 Well, then it goes to the second round of voting.
00:13:40.000 And then they tabulate them again.
00:13:43.000 To see now with the last person eliminated and all the people that had the last person ranked first, they retabulate them again.
00:13:52.000 And then if no one gets to 50 plus percent, let's say Kelly Shabaka gets back to 49%.
00:13:59.000 Well, then they go to the third choice of voting, eliminating whoever got last again.
00:14:03.000 And it goes through this process until somebody gets 50 plus percent of the vote.
00:14:07.000 Now, if you're confused, that's the point.
00:14:10.000 I did the best I could.
00:14:11.000 I apologize if that didn't make any sense.
00:14:13.000 Essentially, there are rounds of voting giving a preference on the rank.
00:14:19.000 Now, this is going to sound a little bit more clandestine than it actually is, but it is effectively an algorithm.
00:14:26.000 Now, I'm not saying that to freak you out.
00:14:28.000 The media is going to have a field day when I say that, but it is a matrix of which how the votes are counted, right?
00:14:34.000 Because if it was ranked choice voting and you win with a plurality, not a majority, then there's really no need for it.
00:14:41.000 But they say, well, this is the most democratic way to do it.
00:14:43.000 No, it's not because you're running up against four other candidates.
00:14:48.000 So by definition, the person that might have a ton of enthusiasm at 47, 48, 49% can't win.
00:14:53.000 In fact, if I remember correctly, Donald Trump only won a plurality, not a majority in some of the states in 2016 and 2020.
00:15:00.000 It's very hard to get a majority of voters.
00:15:03.000 And they say, well, that's just what you have to do.
00:15:04.000 What they're asking for is uniparty type candidates that can get a little bit of Republicans, eliminate a little bit of Democrats, and then protect and preserve regime-style politics.
00:15:15.000 That's what they want.
00:15:17.000 And so in Alaska, this is a way, and we have them on camera saying this, that this is a way to protect Lisa Murkowski.
00:15:27.000 Now, this is coming to Nevada.
00:15:29.000 If any of our patriots are out there in Nevada, you have to get the word out.
00:15:35.000 Vote no on question three, which would change the state's general elections to a ranked choice voting system.
00:15:42.000 Vote no on question three.
00:15:44.000 It wouldn't pass into law yet, has to pass again in 2024, but this is an easier way to stop it right now.
00:15:51.000 It is a backwards, intentionally complicated matrix, an algorithm to try and preserve the uniparty and stifle your voice.
00:16:03.000 Look, the world is in total chaos and it's going to cause massive food shortages like we've never seen.
00:16:09.000 Are you prepared?
00:16:10.000 Do you have a stockpile of emergency food if the unthinkable happens?

00:16:55.000 Preparewithkirk.com.
00:16:59.000 We're getting so many emails, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:17:02.000 And honestly, you know what the consensus is?
00:17:05.000 Confusion.
00:17:07.000 People are living in Alaska emailing us right now saying, I don't even know how to do this.
00:17:12.000 And I'll give you one example.
00:17:13.000 Great patriot here, Kathy, from president of the Matsu Republican Women's Club.
00:17:18.000 She makes a great point.
00:17:18.000 God bless you.
00:17:20.000 She says, please correct your message.
00:17:22.000 You're correct with Kelly Shabaka-Murkowski race that people shouldn't rank Murkowski.
00:17:26.000 However, in the race for our lone U.S. House seat, if people only choose one Republican, Begich or Palin, then the Democrat will surely win.
00:17:33.000 In that race, voters need to rank Republicans one and two.
00:17:37.000 Begich and Palin or Palin and Begich and nothing else.
00:17:40.000 Thank you.
00:17:41.000 Great point, Kathy.
00:17:42.000 Thank you for clarifying that.
00:17:43.000 So in certain circumstances, you don't rank.
00:17:46.000 In other circumstances, you do rank because then it could benefit the Democrat.
00:17:51.000 Are you confused yet?
00:17:52.000 That's the point.
00:17:55.000 We just got a note in our chat.
00:17:57.000 Yet another reason it's insane.
00:17:58.000 Yeah.
00:18:00.000 Kathy didn't mean to make any issues for the Alaskan grassroots up there.
00:18:04.000 Thank you for correcting me.
00:18:05.000 Here, James says, Charlie, I'm a Nevada voter, and I'm very concerned.
00:18:09.000 Even if the voters only selects one candidate and leaves the other blank, does that open the process to fraud by allowing another party to complete the rest of the vote?
00:18:15.000 Maybe.
00:18:16.000 I don't know.
00:18:17.000 Any idea how to fully cancel out the remaining non-select individuals out voting the vote submission?
00:18:21.000 I have no idea.
00:18:22.000 I'm sorry.
00:18:23.000 That's a great question.
00:18:24.000 James, he says, loves the show and the positive vibes.
00:18:27.000 Thank you.
00:18:27.000 We try to stay positive.
00:18:28.000 Our best days are ahead.
00:18:30.000 So you go to fairvote.com, which is the major organization that is pushing this.
00:18:34.000 By the way, what's so amazing about fairvote.com, I'm sorry, fairvote.org.
00:18:37.000 I stand corrected, is they really don't have that sizable of a budget.
00:18:42.000 They're getting this done with limited resources.
00:18:47.000 This has been the best ROI of the Democrats in quite some time to be able to destabilize the MAGA movement.
00:18:55.000 Now, it's so nonsensical.
00:18:57.000 Here's just one example, and this is going to be a little confusing, but you can, theoretically, make a candidate lose by raking them higher.
00:19:08.000 You can actually sabotage a campaign.
00:19:10.000 For the first time in American politics, you can actually make a specific candidate lose, even though your specific candidate might not win.
00:19:18.000 For example, if supporters of candidate B change their first place votes to A, which in the process makes B fall to third place, so that candidate is eliminated, his second choice vote then goes to C, causing C to win, which would cause A to win in the first example.
00:19:34.000 This entire thing is a problem trying to fix a problem that doesn't exist.
00:19:40.000 All of this is a response to 2016.
00:19:42.000 All of this is a response to Donald Trump winning in 16.
00:19:46.000 They see what is happening.
00:19:48.000 A diverse, parents-centered, patriotic, forward-thinking, positive movement in all 50 states.
00:19:58.000 And they have to stop it, and ranked choice voting is a way to stop it.
00:20:01.000 They say it's a way to de-radicalize our politics.
00:20:04.000 That is insane.
00:20:05.000 That is nonsensical.
00:20:06.000 It's not true.
00:20:07.000 Deradicalize our politics.
00:20:10.000 Okay, this is a weird but simple example.
00:20:14.000 Play cut 44.
00:20:16.000 Under ranked choice voting rules, it's not enough just to get the most votes.
00:20:21.000 You need a majority.
00:20:23.000 More than 50% of the votes.
00:20:25.000 Purple's ahead, but it has only seven votes.
00:20:29.000 It needs at least 11 to win.
00:20:31.000 So we eliminate the color in last place.
00:20:34.000 Sorry, Orange fans.
00:20:35.000 We're going to your second choice.
00:20:38.000 Two more for green.
00:20:39.000 One for purple.
00:20:41.000 But no color has 11 votes yet.
00:20:44.000 Still no majority.
00:20:46.000 Bye-bye, blue.
00:20:49.000 One more for purple.
00:20:50.000 Four for green.
00:20:52.000 And we have a winner.
00:20:53.000 The ranked choice voting way.
00:20:55.000 If you wanted to destabilize faith in elections, do that.
00:21:01.000 If you wanted to sow distrust in our democracy, that's a great way to do it.
00:21:08.000 I understand it, and it is still confusing to me.
00:21:12.000 And by the way, it also begs the question of who's doing the counting, who's doing the tabulating.
00:21:17.000 It's not, we had enough problems in 2020 with signature verifications and ballot trafficking and mules.
00:21:26.000 Now we want to overly complicate it to say, well, yeah, bye-bye, blue, and bye-orange, and we're doing this.
00:21:31.000 So now we have an algorithm.
00:21:32.000 We have a multi-process tabulation.
00:21:37.000 It introduces potential counting and tallying issues, some that could be innocent mistakes or some that could be malevolent, some that could be benign or some that could be actually in some way sinister to try to boost a candidate.
00:21:53.000 That video is just one of many that explains ranked choice voting, but you go to the website, it's spreading all across the country.
00:22:00.000 In Kansas, for example, they use ranked choice voting in the 2020 Democrat presidential primary.
00:22:06.000 They use ranked choice voting in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina for military and overseas voters.
00:22:15.000 In Virginia, they used ranked choice voting in their Republican nominating convention.
00:22:19.000 Indiana, they used it in their Republican nominating convention.
00:22:22.000 This is exactly how the Soros groups operate.
00:22:25.000 They introduce it and they let it spread like a contagion under massive propaganda.
00:22:30.000 And if you are a moderate, if you're a Mitt Romney type, if you're a Murkowski type, this is a gift from above.
00:22:37.000 You don't have to win over voters.
00:22:39.000 You don't have to win over your Republican voters anymore.
00:22:41.000 You can just win over a little bit of Republicans and be like, well, a Democrat's going to win.
00:22:44.000 You might as well rank me second.
00:22:46.000 Now, Shabaka is telling people to only rank her first because people get confused and might rank her multiple times, nullifying their votes.
00:22:53.000 So this is how insane this gets.
00:22:55.000 So this is the ballot.
00:22:56.000 So if in every, let's pretend candidate A is Kelly Shabaka.
00:23:00.000 If you ranked her first through every single one, then it nullifies your entire vote.
00:23:05.000 So if you rank Kelly one, two, three all the way across the board, it cancels your entire ballot.
00:23:13.000 How is that Democratic exactly?
00:23:16.000 You know, for the folks that were always like, every ballot should count.
00:23:19.000 It doesn't matter if the signature doesn't match.
00:23:21.000 Every ballot should count.
00:23:22.000 It doesn't matter if he's dead.
00:23:24.000 Hold on a second.
00:23:25.000 So now if you don't know how to fill out these ballots, and we're getting email after email of our wonderful Alaskan patriots, I love Alaska, great people, saying, Charlie, I've been trying to call the Alaska Board of Elections and people can't ask.
00:23:37.000 They don't even know how it works.
00:23:38.000 You call some intern at the Alaska Board of Elections.
00:23:41.000 Say, yeah, I think this is what you do.
00:23:44.000 Oh, you think this really, in some ways, is the danger, is the pernicious nature of allowing academics to run our elections.
00:23:54.000 But let's just even put that all aside.
00:23:56.000 It is a massive takeover threat to stop our movement.
00:24:01.000 Okay, email us your thoughts about that.
00:24:02.000 Freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:24:04.000 So, again, I'm getting so many questions here.
00:24:06.000 People in Alaska, they're asking me questions.
00:24:08.000 Could putting a zero in those unwanted spots, will that make you destroy your ballot?
00:24:13.000 Probably.
00:24:14.000 I don't know.
00:24:15.000 How many people have more than a choice for anything?
00:24:17.000 It makes no sense.
00:24:18.000 Yes, exactly.
00:24:19.000 And these are patriots from Alaska all across the country.
00:24:21.000 It is spreading.
00:24:22.000 It's on the ballot in Nevada.
00:24:24.000 It is New Mexico.
00:24:25.000 They use it for local elections in Santa Fe and Las Cruces.
00:24:28.000 They use it in local elections in Colorado.
00:24:30.000 It's in the most cities per capita by far in Utah.
00:24:34.000 It's in Minnesota.
00:24:35.000 It's in Illinois.
00:24:36.000 It's in Michigan.
00:24:37.000 It's in New York.
00:24:38.000 It's in parts of Vermont.
00:24:39.000 It is in Connecticut.
00:24:41.000 You guys can check it out, fairvote.org.
00:24:43.000 They use it in Maine.
00:24:44.000 It's like a three-card monty of elections.
00:24:47.000 But that's not it.
00:24:48.000 There's other things on the ballot that this midterm I want to make you aware of for our great patriots across the country.
00:24:53.000 There's over 130 ballot measures and referendums on the ballot this year.
00:24:58.000 I want to focus on a couple of them.
00:24:59.000 Kentucky, Amendment 2.
00:25:01.000 It would clarify if there is no right to abortion in the state constitution.
00:25:04.000 It doesn't ban abortion.
00:25:06.000 Then, right then and there, it would just explicitly give the legislature the power to ban it if they want, very similar to what happened in Kansas and failed.
00:25:13.000 In Montana, referendum 131 would explicitly state that all babies born alive are people and must be given medical care.
00:25:20.000 Why do we need to put that on a ballot?
00:25:22.000 Well, it's because laws that shouldn't have to exist, but because they do, they have to because of left-wingers and liberals.
00:25:28.000 Michigan Prop 3 and California Prop 1 and Vermont Prop 5 would make abortion a state constitutional right.
00:25:36.000 Probably can't stop the last two, but Michigan might be competitive.
00:25:39.000 So Vermont and California will make abortion a constitutional right.
00:25:43.000 Missouri Amendment 3, SD measure 27, and ND measure, these are all marijuana legalization measures.
00:25:50.000 Arkansas marijuana initiative, they would all try to fully legalize marijuana.
00:25:55.000 Colorado Proposition 122.
00:25:59.000 Can we just get some stats, please, on Colorado, on the crime, on the vagrancy?
00:26:04.000 Colorado is not in a great spot.
00:26:06.000 Producer Andrew is very bearish on Colorado.
00:26:09.000 He doesn't like Colorado very much.
00:26:10.000 I love Colorado.
00:26:11.000 I think it's beautiful.
00:26:12.000 I think it's gorgeous.
00:26:13.000 I think some of the people that have moved there are degenerates.
00:26:16.000 I think it's an absolutely spectacular place.
00:26:20.000 Andrew thinks it's totally lost.
00:26:21.000 I think there's life left in Colorado.
00:26:23.000 I really do.
00:26:24.000 I think there's so many great patriots that could rise up and retake the state of Colorado.
00:26:28.000 I know I might be just foolishly optimistic in that way.
00:26:32.000 I'm very optimistic about Colorado if the work gets done and people rise up.
00:26:37.000 So Coloradans have seen a 35% jump in violent crime.
00:26:41.000 I'm doing this for a reason.
00:26:42.000 A 35% jump in violent crime and historic rise in property crimes.
00:26:46.000 Okay, you go to downtown Denver, it's not what it used to be.
00:26:49.000 It is an open-air drug pit.
00:26:51.000 It's dangerous.
00:26:51.000 It's awful.
00:26:53.000 And that's not to say that all of Colorado has become that way, but downtown Denver is unrecognizable.
00:26:58.000 Okay, so you got rising crime all over Denver.
00:27:01.000 You got all sorts of issues.
00:27:02.000 So what is the priority of the Colorado kind of drug lobby with all the rising crime?
00:27:10.000 Proposition 122 would legalize psychedelic plants and fungi and let people raise them at home for personal use.
00:27:19.000 That's the priority of Colorado.
00:27:21.000 And I hate to say this, and I don't want to be cynical.
00:27:24.000 I bet it passes.
00:27:25.000 I really do.
00:27:26.000 I bet the psychedelic, the psychedelic referendum is going to pass.
00:27:32.000 If you want to see kind of America growing apart, these two referendums, I think, are very telling.
00:27:40.000 On one hand, you have Oregon, Measure 114, which would ban ammunition magazines with no more than 10 rounds.
00:27:47.000 I don't think that's constitutional.
00:27:50.000 This won't stop any murders, but obviously it'll put a lot of ordinary gun orders into being prospective felons.
00:27:54.000 I don't think how popular that will be in Eastern Oregon.
00:27:56.000 You ever been there?
00:27:57.000 It's like very, very conservative.
00:27:58.000 By the way, I fully support Eastern Oregon seceding from Oregon and becoming part of Idaho or becoming its own state.
00:28:04.000 Eastern Oregon is a categorically different state than Western Oregon.
00:28:09.000 Eugene, Salem, Portland.
00:28:13.000 That's a totally different operation than the Patriots from the Sun River Valley bend on.
00:28:19.000 One of my favorite places in the world is Bend Eastward.
00:28:22.000 But then you have Iowa on the other side that should show where America is right now, which will create a specific individual constitutional right to own and carry a firearm and even stronger than the Second Amendment.
00:28:35.000 So in Oregon, they want to put ammunition restrictions on.
00:28:37.000 And in Iowa, they want to say there should be no restrictions at all.
00:28:41.000 Really kind of goes to show where the country's at.
00:28:45.000 Email me your thoughts, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:28:47.000 A lot of emails about ranked choice voting and kind of what to do with it.
00:28:50.000 I'm going to do my best to go through it.
00:28:51.000 And yes, I do think ranked choice voting is unconstitutional.
00:28:54.000 I think there have been some lawsuits, but a judge has not really heard them, I think, correctly yet.
00:29:03.000 All right, I got a very simple question, and no one has been able to answer it.
00:29:09.000 Which there is this story that came out here.
00:29:11.000 And I'll be very honest.
00:29:13.000 I didn't read all the news reports on it.
00:29:14.000 So if you guys could tell me the why in this story, it would be very helpful.
00:29:20.000 But you all probably saw the what.
00:29:22.000 Boston University develops new COVID strain with 80% lethality, raising ethical questions about the research.
00:29:29.000 Research at Boston University have developed a new strain of COVID-19 that has an 80% kill rate on mice infected with it.
00:29:36.000 The mutant variant, which was developed as a hybrid of Omicron about the original, and the original strain from Wuhan, was exposed to rodents in a laboratory at Boston University.
00:29:45.000 Researchers also infected human cells with the deadly variant, finding it five times more infectious than Omicron.
00:29:51.000 So I kept on reading what the Daily Mail said.
00:29:53.000 Why are they doing?
00:29:54.000 What is the goal here exactly?
00:29:56.000 Why are we creating gain of function research and creating new viruses?
00:30:01.000 What is the best case scenario out of this?
00:30:05.000 Can anyone, can they do a press conference and take questions and say, what is the best case scenario exactly of this?
00:30:11.000 And now, I don't want to hear the filibustering from the media.
00:30:15.000 Oh, these are doctors.
00:30:16.000 We must trust them.
00:30:17.000 Oh, really?
00:30:19.000 You want to know about the medical profession, where the medical profession is going?
00:30:24.000 Listen to the insanity.
00:30:27.000 Listen to the idiocy that is infecting the medical profession.
00:30:30.000 This is the new Hippocratic oath they have, for example, at the University of Minnesota Medical School.
00:30:34.000 We touched on this a little bit last week.
00:30:36.000 They're pledging allegiance to the Hippocratic oath to fight colonialism and the gender binary.
00:30:41.000 And these are the people that could potentially be playing with an 80% lethal virus.
00:30:45.000 Why is Boston University doing gain of function research here domestically?
00:30:51.000 Can anyone answer that very simple question?
00:30:54.000 What if it leaks?
00:30:55.000 And by the way, as we learned in the Wuhan Institute of Virology, all it takes is for one leak.
00:31:01.000 What is the assurance we have that some numbskull won't put something in a wrong tube and then it will just kind of go out and like, oh, sorry, now there's an 80% lethality virus that could be spread.
00:31:12.000 Sorry.
00:31:14.000 What the heck is going on here?
00:31:15.000 Why are we putting up with this?
00:31:16.000 Who is funding it?
00:31:18.000 Boston University, if there is one call of action for action for our entire audience, everybody here should email Boston University and their medical school immediately and say, you guys are sick people.
00:31:31.000 Stop it.
00:31:33.000 Close it down.
00:31:34.000 Shut it down.
00:31:35.000 Make that virus go away.
00:31:36.000 We don't trust you.
00:31:37.000 We don't trust your scientists.
00:31:39.000 We don't trust any of it.
00:31:41.000 Can anyone please tell me what the best case scenario is at creating a mutant virus that could kill 80% of the American people in the world?
00:31:49.000 This is your medical community, PlayCut 45.
00:31:52.000 We commit to collaborating with social, political, and additional systems to advance health equity.
00:31:58.000 We commit to uprooting the legacy and perpetuation of structural violence deeply embedded within the healthcare system.
00:32:06.000 We recognize inequities built by past and present traumas rooted in white supremacy, colonialism, the gender binary, ableism, and all forms of oppression.
00:32:18.000 We commit to promoting a culture of anti-racism.
00:32:22.000 A culture of anti-racism.
00:32:24.000 These social justice warrior fools are going to be playing around with deadly pathogen viruses.
00:32:29.000 Do you trust them?
00:32:31.000 Someone's got to answer at Boston University.
00:32:33.000 Where's Pocahontas?
00:32:34.000 Where's that other old crow, Markey or whatever his name is?
00:32:39.000 Or where's Charlie Baker, the alleged Republican that's the governor of Massachusetts?
00:32:44.000 Can anyone tell me what's going on at Boston University?
00:32:48.000 Don says, Charlie, Bill Gates said they're waiting for a stronger virus to come out.
00:32:51.000 Event 201 lays out their plans.
00:32:53.000 Don from California.
00:32:54.000 You know what, Don?
00:32:55.000 A couple years ago, I would have scoffed at that.
00:32:56.000 Now I'm like, I don't know.
00:32:58.000 Can somebody tell me what their plan is at Boston University?
00:33:01.000 Who's funding this?
00:33:02.000 Who's overseeing it?
00:33:03.000 What is our assurance that this thing's not going to leak?
00:33:04.000 Because some numbskull who's pledging allegiance to anti-racism and defeating the gender binary might by mistake, like, oh, sorry, infected myself.
00:33:11.000 Now the whole world dies.
00:33:13.000 Why is this happening on American soil?
00:33:14.000 Shut it down immediately.
00:33:16.000 We're not a serious country.
00:33:17.000 We're not.
00:33:18.000 Our borders are wide open.
00:33:20.000 We have 87,000 new IRS agents, and we can't get an answer from Boston University as to why they're creating a superkiller virus.
00:33:27.000 Why is this even legal?
00:33:30.000 Whoever is doing this should be investigated and shut down and potentially held criminally accountable.
00:33:34.000 You don't just create bioweapons and get away with it.
00:33:39.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:33:40.000 Email me your thoughts.
00:33:41.000 As always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:33:43.000 Thanks so much for listening.
00:33:44.000 God bless.
