00:01:38.000 With us is the incredible Jack Pasobic from Turning Point USA's Human Events Daily.
00:01:44.000 First, Jack, how great is Border Battle?
00:01:46.000 People could check it out at SalemNow.com.
00:01:47.000 Is it not a phenomenal piece?
00:01:49.000 I mean, Charlie, the only thing that I have a problem with is the fact that this thing only drops once a week because episode four was such a barn burner.
00:01:58.000 And we've got five and six coming up the end of this week.
00:02:01.000 And they are not, I've been begging, but Turning Point will not give me early access to the episodes.
00:02:07.000 Can you believe it?
00:02:08.000 Yeah, Jack, you have to go to SalemNow.com and you're just see them and it's so informative.
00:02:15.000 The team has done such a great job.
00:02:16.000 In addition, we have your documentary, The Great Reset, which is airing on Real America's Voice every Sunday night.
00:02:22.000 Is that right?
00:02:23.000 That's right.
00:02:24.000 So it's every Sunday night that you're able to watch this.
00:02:26.000 It comes in with, so basically, we're doing our special, then we do Great Reset, and then you get Border Battle immediately afterwards.
00:02:34.000 So it's really this entire block takeover of Real America's Voice with the Turning Point programming plugging into that Sunday night.
00:02:41.000 I know people like to watch, they'll do Bannon on Saturday mornings.
00:02:44.000 Sometimes he'll do specials, other stuff.
00:02:46.000 But Sunday nights really is becoming the place to be when it comes to RAF.
00:02:50.000 It's pretty awesome.
00:02:51.000 So, Jack, I want to ask you: you know, you talked, you kind of tweeted this out here.
00:02:56.000 Biden admitted publicly he was coercing Saudi Arabia to lower oil prices before midterms by threatening them with consequences, and Republicans gave him a pass.
00:03:05.000 What do you mean by that?
00:03:07.000 Well, so here's the thing, right, Charlie?
00:03:09.000 The last time I was on this program, on your program, and you were one of the few people that brought this up and really gave it the attention it did.
00:03:15.000 Obviously, on Human Events, we did as well.
00:03:16.000 On Bannon, we did as well, on War Room.
00:03:19.000 But I noticed that with this issue, right, the fact that, and by the way, we just saw last night, as a matter of fact, this kind of prompted me on this, that Biden has announced yet again, another 15 million barrels from our strategic oil reserve are going to be released prior to midterms.
00:03:37.000 That he's literally stealing away the reserve of the American people.
00:03:42.000 He's stealing away all of this, encountering and going into co-quid pro quos with the Saudis, with OPEC, with everybody else.
00:03:49.000 Meanwhile, by the way, OPEC is coming out saying it's not just the Saudis, it's all of us.
00:03:52.000 We're all against you at this point.
00:03:54.000 You're ridiculous.
00:03:55.000 Your policies have allowed us to do this, and we are going to use this leverage.
00:03:59.000 They're stealing from the American people, they're entering into quid pro quos, and yet I haven't seen the Republican leadership.
00:04:08.000 I haven't seen Republican candidates.
00:04:09.000 I haven't seen this gaining the traction that it really needs.
00:04:13.000 And maybe it's because it's one of those things where they think, oh, you know, maybe the voters don't understand.
00:04:17.000 Maybe they don't understand what the strategic oil reserve is.
00:04:20.000 Maybe they don't understand what the importance of this is.
00:04:22.000 No, I think voters are actually smart, right?
00:04:25.000 And it may be, you know, Rush had that great line about low-information voters, which is true, but he also pointed out voters aren't stupid.
00:04:35.000 The American people are just busy.
00:04:36.000 Okay.
00:04:37.000 So you have to educate.
00:04:39.000 You have to use the megaphone.
00:04:41.000 You have to get the story out there.
00:04:43.000 And Charlie, you've been great on this.
00:04:44.000 Steve isn't great on this.
00:04:46.000 A lot of people, other people have been great on this.
00:04:48.000 But where are the leaders?
00:04:50.000 Where are the members of Congress that are now going back in those contentious districts?
00:04:54.000 I mean, correct me if I'm wrong, Charlie, but they're all up for election right now, bringing this, at least in the House.
00:05:00.000 So bringing this to the American people in their district to understand, you see the reason your gas prices are going up right now?
00:05:06.000 It's because of Joe Biden and this is the stuff he's doing.
00:05:08.000 Yeah.
00:05:09.000 And so I want to talk about another issue where the Republicans have been basically silent, and that is with Steve Bannon.
00:05:16.000 And so, so talk about what's happening with Steve Bannon.
00:05:21.000 What is the latest here?
00:05:22.000 You've been very outspoken on this.
00:05:23.000 You know, Steve's a friend of this program.
00:05:25.000 Walk us through it.
00:05:26.000 I mean, so, so here's another thing, right?
00:05:29.000 You got a guy, Steve Bannon.
00:05:31.000 He is the host of one of the top conservative podcasts in America, has been for two years running.
00:05:38.000 Though, of course, the Charlie Kirk show and human events are catching up on his tale very quickly, very quickly.
00:05:44.000 He was the chairman of the Trump campaign in 2016.
00:05:47.000 By the way, they already locked up one Trump chairman.
00:05:50.000 His name is Paul Manafort.
00:05:51.000 They put him in solitary for 11 months.
00:05:53.000 We did the sit-down special with him.
00:05:55.000 Now they're going after the other Trump chairman from 2016 to lock him up when, at a strategic point in the midterm elections, the Friday of October, was it the 20th?
00:06:09.000 It'll be the 21st.
00:06:10.000 They want to go after him going right into midterms to shut him up and silence him.
00:06:16.000 But also, as a point, not only for this election, but also the 24 election, because they're reminding people: if you work for Donald Trump, we will go after you.
00:06:24.000 We'll go after your businesses.
00:06:25.000 We'll investigate you.
00:06:26.000 We'll throw you in jail.
00:06:28.000 That's exactly what they did with Paul Manafort.
00:06:30.000 They're doing the same thing with Steve Bannon.
00:06:32.000 And Charlie, it's happening this Friday.
00:06:34.000 Merrick Garland, this corrupt Department of Justice, right?
00:06:37.000 It's amazing, by the way.
00:06:38.000 Step back.
00:06:38.000 On one hand, you've got the Danchenko trial going on right now, and it's exposing all of the lies and the corruption at the Department of Justice.
00:06:47.000 But then on the other hand, you've got the same Department of Justice that's going to be locking up Steve Bannon this Friday and calling for him to be jailed for a period of six months.
00:06:58.000 Now, Steve's lawyers have come back, and the latest on that is their response is: he deserves probation.
00:07:02.000 This is a first-time offender.
00:07:04.000 This is someone who's never broke the law before.
00:07:08.000 It's also something that's never actually charged in Washington, D.C., ever since like the 1970s.
00:07:14.000 So that's not exactly something where you have a precedent for it.
00:07:17.000 They've asked for probation.
00:07:18.000 They've asked for potentially home arrest.
00:07:20.000 But at the same time, you're hearing the party largely silent on this thing.
00:07:24.000 And I think when we see a fellow conservative leader who's being attacked like this, who's being shot down like this, and that's what it is, that we all need to be outspoken.
00:07:34.000 And I hope that this Friday, that there are people in the streets with signs chanting peacefully, right?
00:07:41.000 Peacefully and patriotically that they support the freedom of speech of Stephen K. Banner.
00:07:41.000 Right?
00:07:46.000 Yeah.
00:07:46.000 And so the Department of Justice is going after this kind of full speed.
00:07:52.000 And then also Steve kind of faces charges in New York as well.
00:07:58.000 And it doesn't seem as if, though, many Republicans have the courage to even speak out against this.
00:08:04.000 It's the same thing with the Alex Jones situation, right?
00:08:06.000 Which is, oh, it's a little bit too on the fringe for me.
00:08:09.000 I don't like it.
00:08:11.000 And I mean, Steve has an amazing platform and an amazing audience, and he speaks and really is helping a lot of these Republicans actually to hold on to their seats, ironically.
00:08:22.000 I really hope that people start to wake up sometime soon to what's going on with the kind of ever-growing Leviathan police state in our country.
00:08:30.000 And it's not just Steve, but it's expanding beyond this.
00:08:32.000 And Jack, there's still people that are in January 6th, solitary confinement to this day, still people that are in pre-trial detention.
00:08:40.000 They want to perp walk all of us.
00:08:42.000 Why is this so hard for so many moderate Republicans to understand?
00:08:46.000 Well, so it's that classic, you know, example of if I feed the alligator, then he won't eat me.
00:08:52.000 If I feed the alligator, he won't eat me.
00:08:54.000 But then you realize that eventually the alligator will come for you.
00:08:57.000 And so you have to stop feeding the alligator.
00:08:59.000 The alligator in this case, it could be the, you could talk about the corrupt criminal justice system.
00:09:04.000 You could talk about the wokeification of our institutions.
00:09:08.000 You could talk about all of these various things that have led us to this point.
00:09:11.000 But Charlie, it's much easier, right?
00:09:13.000 It's much easier for them to be cowards, to not be outspoken, to not point out that these are precedents now that are being set.
00:09:21.000 Okay.
00:09:21.000 So the Alex Jones case, regardless of what you think about Alex Jones said, that's not the point here.
00:09:26.000 The point is this is a new precedent that we can come after you for your speech and that we can find you up to a billion dollars for it.
00:09:33.000 That wasn't the precedent before in the United States.
00:09:36.000 The precedent was you can say all sorts of crazy things on the radio.
00:09:39.000 Howard Stern says crazy things on the radio.
00:09:41.000 Rachel Maddows says crazy things.
00:09:43.000 Doesn't become an issue.
00:09:45.000 Steve Bannon, contempt of Congress.
00:09:47.000 You can look at the whole list of people that have gone contempt of Congress.
00:09:50.000 Lois Lerner all the way back, just even in the modern era.
00:09:53.000 She was never put in jail.
00:09:55.000 Her home wasn't raided by the FBI.
00:09:57.000 The new precedents are being set every single day, and Republicans are terrified to actually do something about it, to step up.
00:10:05.000 And by the way, I would call not just for Republicans at the federal level, but I'd talk about the states as well.
00:10:10.000 Think about it.
00:10:11.000 You've got a state like California.
00:10:12.000 This is how, this is the two sides, right, Charlie?
00:10:14.000 When one side says, we will change America and we will break every rule in order to do so.
00:10:20.000 And the other side says, hey, we just want to be left alone.
00:10:22.000 Which side do you think is going to win?
00:10:23.000 The state of California just passed a new law that said if children, children, minors come to their state for gender transition surgeries or gender transition procedures and the other state said, hey, they're not allowed to do that.
00:10:35.000 You don't have custody.
00:10:36.000 California will say, we will not enforce your warrants.
00:10:41.000 We will not extradite.
00:10:43.000 We will not extradite on the basis of this.
00:10:46.000 So that's the kind of energy when I see that.
00:10:48.000 And Darren Beattie has a piece at Revolver talking about it.
00:10:51.000 When I see that kind of energy out of the left, I say, well, why can't the right do that?
00:10:54.000 Why can't the right create sanctuary states for pro-life?
00:10:58.000 Why can't they create sanctuary states for gun laws, for any number of these things?
00:11:03.000 Yep, that's exactly what is necessary.
00:11:05.000 But it's going to take some Republicans, I think, like Kerry Lake to think that way and not these normy, weak Republicans that are moral equivalents to the Vichy French.
00:11:18.000 Charlie Kirk here, look, I've told you about producer Andrew and how Relief Factor has really improved his life and relieved the pain in his knees and back.
00:11:25.000 Now, let me tell you about Yvonne in California.
00:11:28.000 She says this, quote, both my husband and I are in our 70s and so grateful to have found Relief Factor.
00:11:33.000 We tried so many other solutions, but none of them have given us the freedom from aches and pains like Relief Factor.
00:11:39.000 I hear Yvonne, Relief Factor works for me too.
00:11:41.000 Relief Factor is a 100% drug-free solution developed by doctors based on scientific research to help your body attack the underlying inflammation causing you pain.
00:11:51.000 Three weeks from now, you could be doing the things you enjoy doing.
00:11:54.000 Your first step to becoming pain-free could be just to order the three-week quick start for only $19.95.
00:12:00.000 After trying Relief Factor, over half a million people have gone on to order more.
00:12:05.000 Go to relieffactor.com or call 8004 Relief to find out more about this offer.
00:12:10.000 That's relieffactor.com or call 8004 Relief.
00:12:13.000 Live your best life and feel the difference with Relief Factor.
00:12:19.000 Jack, something suspicious is happening in China.
00:12:22.000 There is something, it's the National Congress, is that right?
00:12:26.000 Or it is, it's kind of the big, the big CCP meeting.
00:12:29.000 Walk us through what's happening here.
00:12:31.000 Okay, so this is the coronation of Xi Jinping as chairman for life of the CCP.
00:12:37.000 What the National Party's Conference is, it's a five-year, held every five-year summit for the CCP.
00:12:44.000 So this is only the 20th one, right?
00:12:46.000 So that means we can all do math out there.
00:12:48.000 That means it's been 100 years since they've been doing these.
00:12:50.000 So the 20th Party Congress, Xi Jinping has really got his leadership, his elites, his allies, the people that are on his side in every single key position now of the Politburo, the Politburo Standing Committee, the Politburo Expanded Committee.
00:13:06.000 He is across the military, across every single member of the Secretariat.
00:13:10.000 It's all of his loyalists, the generals, they're all in place for Xi.
00:13:14.000 And what he's done is essentially become the new chairman for life of China.
00:13:19.000 It's a coronation.
00:13:20.000 Now, I called this out in Newsweek.
00:13:22.000 I predicted this all the way back in January, January 31st of 2022.
00:13:26.000 And Charlie, you might remember that if you go look at the China hands and the China experts in this whole area, they'll say, well, you know, Xi Jinping, he's not as strong as everybody thinks he is.
00:13:36.000 We think there's different factions within China that are able to take him down.
00:13:40.000 We think that if the Olympics don't go well, they might, you know, he might fall flat on his face.
00:13:45.000 But Charlie, that wasn't what happened at all, as a matter of fact.
00:13:48.000 And in my piece, I predicted that the factions within the CCP are nowhere near.
00:13:53.000 I mean, they've got Jiang Zemin.
00:13:54.000 The guy's like 100,000 years old, and they say that he's going to be the face of the opposition, the old toad, they call him.
00:14:00.000 This is a guy, by the way, who was behind the crackdown at Tiananmen Square.
00:14:04.000 That's one of the reasons he got the job.
00:14:06.000 And so when you look at what's going forward with this, my gripe with a lot of it is that a lot of the experts, and you see this on the right and the left, they keep telling you that the CCP is about to collapse, the CCP is about to collapse, but that's actually not what's happening.
00:14:19.000 Xi Jinping is methodically and systematically taking out his opposition across the country to the point, Charlie, where it's gotten so bad.
00:14:28.000 We talk about lockdown policies here in the United States, and a lot of that's starting to come back on a lot of these politicians.
00:14:33.000 Of course, as we've seen videos, video coming back with sending their own words against them when it came to the efficacy of these vaccines and the fact that, no, actually, the vaccines never stopped transmission, despite what you all said no less than one year ago.
00:14:47.000 In China, the CCP, by showing their, they've made it a declaration they must be COVID-0, which is obviously insane.
00:14:55.000 It's complete insanity that you're going to be able to eradicate this from the entire country.
00:15:00.000 Well, Xi Jinping has said that you will show loyalty to me and created a new contest, basically, within the CCP.
00:15:08.000 So the provincial leaders, the city leaders, the municipal leaders of the party, Charlie, they're all trying to crack down harder than everyone else in the party to show their fealty to the emperor.
00:15:21.000 That's actually what's going on within China right now.
00:15:24.000 Yeah, is it this like, you mentioned this before?
00:15:26.000 Is this part of the superstitious that a plague is assigned from the heavens to get rid of a leader?
00:15:32.000 Or is this all just about control?
00:15:33.000 Because how can China have a productive economy while pursuing a zero COVID policy?
00:15:39.000 Well, it's a little of both.
00:15:40.000 And people will remember, you know, I always kind of throw this out that on the very first episode of War Room Pandemic, that's exactly what I said.
00:15:47.000 I said, under the theory of dynastic cycles and the theory of dynastic decline within China, if you think of the CCP as just another dynasty of China, right?
00:15:56.000 Everyone knows that China has their dynasty.
00:15:58.000 The Jing dynasty was the last dynasty.
00:15:59.000 Before that, the Yuan dynasty, you know, it fell, they were the Manchus.
00:16:03.000 They were the one.
00:16:04.000 Well, it was the Manchus, and before that was the Yuan.
00:16:08.000 The theory is that when you lose the mandate of heaven, you will see signs.
00:16:12.000 And some of those signs are foreign invasion.
00:16:14.000 Another one of the, you know, corruption, decay.
00:16:16.000 But another one of those signs is famine and pestilence.
00:16:19.000 So pestilence being diseases.
00:16:21.000 If diseases are rampant throughout your land and you cannot control them, then that is a sign that you have lost the mandate of heaven.
00:16:27.000 And by the way, this isn't, you know, an idea that, you know, that they're religious in any way.
00:16:33.000 It's just sort of this, this really ingrained Confucian idea of Confucian superstition.
00:16:38.000 Yeah, sure.
00:16:39.000 But yeah, I just, I don't understand it.
00:16:41.000 I mean, how can you lock down a country and still be economically vibrant?
00:16:46.000 I don't understand that at all.
00:16:48.000 Well, they don't care, right?
00:16:49.000 They actually don't care because it is about control and it's about maintaining power within the country.
00:16:54.000 And so they know they're going to take the economic hit.
00:16:56.000 But as we've always said, Charlie, this is why the CCP did everything they could to spread COVID to the rest of the world so that everyone would have to take an economic hit, not just them.
00:17:07.000 Yeah, there's something here that doesn't make sense because if they spread it to the rest of the world, then why would they do this?
00:17:14.000 I mean, it just might be the simple explanation might be the best.
00:17:17.000 It's that the Chinese government is just really, probably, really dumb on this and that there is some superstitious thing and they're just trying to further control the Chinese citizenry from a kind of get them further and further away from liberty because liberty probably threatens Xi Jinping more than anything else is that if you have people controlled, then they're not going to be restless in the streets.
00:17:37.000 Okay, Jack, thank you so much.
00:17:38.000 Great job as always.
00:17:39.000 Everyone check out his podcast, Human Events Daily.
00:17:41.000 Thank you, Jack.
00:17:41.000 Thanks, Ryan.
00:17:45.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:17:46.000 The southern border is wide open, and we have to tell the world about it.
00:17:50.000 Our team at Turning Point USA has been working over the last year to have a one-of-a-kind documentary all about the drugs, the guns, the crime, the criminals that are flowing across the southern border.
00:18:01.000 Our team at Turning Point USA has been working so hard on this through amazing frontline footage that shows the border patrol agents, shows people crossing the border, the illegal drug trade, the economic and societal fallout that illegal immigration has on the United States.
00:18:16.000 Every single state is a border state.
00:18:19.000 And we here being headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, want the rest of the country, want you all across America to see what we are living through in Arizona.
00:18:27.000 It's a one-of-a-kind docu-series available exclusively on salemnow.com.
00:18:32.000 That is salemnow.com.
00:18:34.000 You guys will see the porous southern border wide open and what we can do to solve it.
00:18:38.000 If you want to learn about the border, this is your opportunity.
00:18:41.000 Brought to you by Turning Point USA, available at salemnow.com.
00:18:48.000 The Surgeon General of Florida, Dr. Joseph Ladapo, and he has a fabulous new book I want to tell you about.
00:18:54.000 But first, I want to welcome him to our program.
00:18:56.000 Doctor, welcome to the show.
00:19:00.000 Pretty much, Charlie.
00:19:01.000 Yeah, well, thank you for joining us.
00:19:02.000 And the book is called Transcend Fear, a Blueprint for Mindful Leadership in Public Health.
00:19:07.000 Doctor, why don't you take an opportunity to introduce yourself first, your history, and how you found yourself to be Surgeon General of Florida.
00:19:14.000 And then also, I just loved your insight of how on earth that has become a lightning rod in recent years.
00:19:19.000 But introduce yourself, please.
00:19:21.000 Yeah, thanks.
00:19:22.000 Thanks, Charlie.
00:19:23.000 So, you know, you might be shocked if you read the newspapers to know that I went to medical school and received a PhD in a quantitative field at Harvard.
00:19:34.000 And I spent years as a physician and a researcher at NYU and then UCLA.
00:19:44.000 And I just recently joined the faculty of University of Florida.
00:19:48.000 I've had, I don't know, maybe 70 or 80 peer-reviewed publications.
00:19:53.000 I've had, I think, five NIH grants, including four clinical trials.
00:20:01.000 And when it comes to research, I have a pretty strong background.
00:20:09.000 I get fact-checked by journalists who some of whom have never taken a quantitative class in their life, but I actually do have a pretty strong background in research and also clinical medicine.
00:20:23.000 Yeah, that must be frustrating, I suppose.
00:20:26.000 You have a great spirit and a great attitude.
00:20:28.000 One of the reasons why I love you is because you have great joy and it comes across.
00:20:31.000 You love people and you want to serve them.
00:20:33.000 And it must be interesting to have some sort of 24-year-old fact checker, right?
00:20:40.000 I mean, that really doesn't have the background that you do.
00:20:44.000 I mean, what's that like?
00:20:45.000 I mean, they're telling you, no, your study is wrong.
00:20:49.000 I'm sorry.
00:20:51.000 Yeah, it's, oh man, I'm sorry.
00:20:52.000 I moved my camera.
00:20:54.000 So, so, yes, it's quite an experience.
00:20:57.000 You know, I was reading this LA Times editorial.
00:21:03.000 And this, I mean, I get it.
00:21:06.000 And frankly, like two things.
00:21:07.000 So first of all, even some people who have some training in this area, unfortunately, still don't invest the time to understand certain research methods before they go ahead and start making criticisms.
00:21:24.000 So that's one issue.
00:21:27.000 The other issue is when journalists who I have no problem, I have obviously, I have nothing against journalists, but this particular journalist at the LA Times not only doesn't have the research background, but was parroting someone else who also didn't understand the methods, but presenting that as if he understood what he was talking about.
00:21:52.000 So it's just so bizarre.
00:21:55.000 And it is amazing that there's so little self-awareness that people are just, you know, you know more about treating patients with COVID than a doctor who worked in the hospital at UCLA and has taken care of patients with COVID.
00:22:12.000 And apparently you also know more about research methodology than a guy who spent extra years in graduate school to get a PhD.
00:22:19.000 Yeah.
00:22:20.000 So just for example, I mean, we have a journalist we found who fact-checked you, who, again, might be a very sweet person, but she graduated in 2017 from Wayne State with a degree in broadcast journalism.
00:22:30.000 Again, might be a sweet person, not trying to attack her, but this stuff is very, I mean, at some point, you've gone through a rigorous, you know, life experience and you put forward a study.
00:22:41.000 And one of your tweets you put out, I really want to compliment you on because I love it.
00:22:45.000 You said, basically, look at all the wonderful discussion we're stimulating.
00:22:49.000 Isn't it great that we can discuss science transparently instead of trying to cancel one another?
00:22:54.000 I'm going to respond to the more substantive critiques.
00:22:58.000 I mean, you've been in the scientific realm your whole life.
00:23:01.000 In the last two years, you've experienced something that I'm sure have just floored you and many others, which is it's not even a matter of discussing the studies or having dialogue.
00:23:12.000 They just want to destroy you.
00:23:13.000 Where does that come from?
00:23:16.000 Well, that is a good question for those people to ask themselves.
00:23:20.000 And unfortunately, considering we're entering our third year of this and they're still doing the same thing, I don't think we can count on them to ask themselves that question.
00:23:32.000 Ultimately, I think the root of it is fear.
00:23:37.000 And whether it's fear of betting on the wrong course in terms of some of these really destructive policies and having to come face to face with that, that you made a mistake that has affected the lives of millions of people, for example, with these long school closures, or fear of losing some political battle that they think means something, or certainly they think means more than their integrity.
00:24:07.000 I'm not sure, but it's certainly not coming from a place that you want to spend any time in.
00:24:13.000 You know, it's coming from a place that has lots of sadness and misery and other things like that.
00:24:19.000 So let's talk about some of the specifics, especially in the last 48 hours, 72 hours that has really kind of, I don't know, lit the media on fire.
00:24:26.000 You came out with a report where it said, and I'm just paraphrasing, 84% increase in myocarditis or pericarditis or cardiac events for young men.
00:24:34.000 Is that correct?
00:24:35.000 That took the mRNA vaccine?
00:24:37.000 Is that right?
00:24:38.000 Actually worse, worse.
00:24:39.000 So the risk of myocarditis, which has been evaluated extensively by others, is actually more on the order of 20 times, 30 times, sometimes even 40 times.
00:24:50.000 So you're talking increases of in the thousands of percentage.
00:24:55.000 So that's, that's kind of, that is well known.
00:24:58.000 What we found that was novel that really got people very agitated.
00:25:06.000 And by the way, not because we did anything special.
00:25:08.000 The one special thing we did was just ask the question.
00:25:12.000 That's what distinguished us from other people.
00:25:15.000 But what we found was that there was an 84% risk increase in cardiac death if you're a young man and you take one of these mRNA shots.
00:25:26.000 And it was only in young men.
00:25:29.000 So it wasn't in young women.
00:25:31.000 It wasn't in older women.
00:25:32.000 It wasn't in older men.
00:25:34.000 Actually, older men also had a risk increase of, it was more modest, maybe 10%, but they also benefited.
00:25:41.000 So there was a lower overall mortality in that age group.
00:25:44.000 So this was a finding that was unique to a specific population in the study.
00:25:52.000 And it's consistent with a lot of the very tragic anecdotal evidence we've been receiving on the ground of unexplained increases in cardiac struggles with young men.
00:26:03.000 So if you Google your name, I think the media has become so dishonest in more ways than one.
00:26:09.000 They say this.
00:26:10.000 They say medical experts reject Florida Surgeon General's COVID-19 vaccine guidance.
00:26:15.000 Again, it's written kind of by that same kind of journalist posture we were talking about earlier.
00:26:21.000 And then Washington Post experts slam Florida Surgeon General warnings on coronavirus vaccines.
00:26:28.000 And so what do they mean by medical experts?
00:26:30.000 That sounds so intimidating.
00:26:31.000 It sounds so overwhelming.
00:26:32.000 Is that how science works?
00:26:34.000 You find five medical experts and you could just throw studies away?
00:26:38.000 Oh my gosh.
00:26:40.000 They really, it's ironic because what they're doing is essentially destroying science.
00:26:47.000 There's just, there's no debate, there's no discussion, there's no platform to evaluate the study or specific concerns.
00:26:56.000 And I'm going to repeat this.
00:27:00.000 There are so many people.
00:27:01.000 I'm going to call this guy out.
00:27:02.000 And I hope I'm not doing the wrong thing by doing this, but the chair of medicine at UCSF, one of the greatest medical schools in the country, put out a tweet of criticism that abjectly showed he had no idea what the study methodology is.
00:27:24.000 So if you've got department chairs who don't understand a study, but are so certain in their communication about whether that study does what it purports to do or whether you can have any confidence in its findings, that's how far off we are.
00:27:43.000 That's how far away we are from our foundational principles of honesty and integrity and curiosity.
00:27:52.000 It's hard to even put your mind around it.
00:27:55.000 I mean, it's both disheartening and just bewildering.
00:28:01.000 And it's also, I mean, has civilizational implications too, right?
00:28:04.000 I mean, if you can't have a platform or a process to be able to, let's just say, chart an inquiry into the natural world and determine whether or not something we're giving hundreds of millions of people is working, and you just suppress all that speech, that's a really bad thing for all people, including the defenders of this technology that think it's the best thing ever.
00:28:25.000 You know, so I just did a campus event the other day at University of Texas Austin, and somebody came up and they said that, Charlie, I don't like that you're asking questions about the vaccine.
00:28:34.000 It's the best thing ever.
00:28:35.000 And I asked the audience, I said, how many people in the audience here?
00:28:37.000 Raise your hand.
00:28:38.000 If you know somebody that had a very serious event from the vaccine or died, you know, inexplicably right after.
00:28:44.000 And every single hand went up in the room.
00:28:46.000 And, you know, that, and he said, oh, no, none of that, none of that matters.
00:28:50.000 You know, he said, just look at the data and the data is coming through.
00:28:53.000 And there's a lot of unanswered questions.
00:28:55.000 And so, doctor, I got to wonder, you know, this is a tough fight.
00:28:59.000 You're up against some of the massive pharmaceutical companies.
00:29:01.000 And be very clear, you're not saying don't take the vaccine.
00:29:03.000 You're not saying it's awful.
00:29:04.000 You're not saying anything.
00:29:05.000 You're just saying, wait a second.
00:29:06.000 My guidance is that for a specific age group of a specific sex, do not take this vaccine.
00:29:12.000 It's just not the guidance of the state of Florida.
00:29:15.000 And then you have all these forces coming against you.
00:29:18.000 Where do you get your strength and courage from to talk about this?
00:29:21.000 Because it would have been easy just for you to, you know, do what every other surgeon general has basically done, which is basically nothing.
00:29:29.000 Yeah, yeah, it's true.
00:29:32.000 And I mean, and what we're saying really is that, look, I mean, I think it's a bad idea.
00:29:39.000 If you're a young man at this point in the pandemic to take one of these vaccines when it is, when we have evidence of not only from our study, but other studies of cardiovascular risk, I think it's a bad idea.
00:29:52.000 So where does my strength come from?
00:29:56.000 I actually, it relates to my book, actually, what I describe in my book, because I wasn't always like this.
00:30:02.000 In fact, for most of my life until a few years ago, I wasn't like this at all.
00:30:07.000 But I worked with a guy.
00:30:10.000 Basically, I was driving my poor wife nuts with all my stress and fear and all that stuff.
00:30:17.000 And she finally found a guy who helped me deal with those things and resolve them definitively with stuff that I don't understand.
00:30:28.000 So specifically Chinese medicine stuff, meridian theory stuff related to the flow of qi.
00:30:36.000 And I worked with him and I was basically reborn.
00:30:41.000 I was like a new, I was a new man because basically he helped me.
00:30:45.000 It turns out that we store our stress and our trauma in our bodies, like in our parts of our bodies, in our muscles, in our tendons, and our ligaments.
00:30:53.000 I don't understand it, but that's the truth.
00:30:57.000 And I was doing that just like everybody else walking this planet.
00:31:01.000 And he used these mostly physical, some verbal techniques to help me shed it.
00:31:08.000 And basically it opened up a new life and new doors.
00:31:12.000 And that's how I do it.
00:31:14.000 And I have to work at it because these attacks are, they're really energetic attacks, right?
00:31:19.000 They're trying to intimidate me.
00:31:20.000 They're trying to shame me.
00:31:22.000 Trying to scare me.
00:31:24.000 And we're all humans, so you feel that.
00:31:26.000 So I've got to work on it and I work on it every day.
00:31:29.000 I spend time every day to work on it so I can show up in my fullest self and do the things that I know I'm intended to do.
00:31:38.000 That's beautiful.
00:31:42.000 Look, Good Ranchers is an amazing company.
00:31:45.000 I eat meat almost every single night, and Good Ranchers crushes it.
00:31:49.000 The unbeatable quality of Good Ranchers is something that we really need to talk about.
00:31:54.000 Good Ranchers only sources the highest quality meat, the best, pasture-raised USDA prime or upper-choice beef.
00:32:02.000 It's better than organic chicken, but what does that mean?
00:32:04.000 That means no hormones, no antibiotics.
00:32:07.000 They have prime seafood as well, caught fresh on boats and then flash-frozen to lock in the quality.
00:32:13.000 Quality is in the product, but also in the process.
00:32:17.000 They age each steak 21 days and you get every bite to peak tenderness.
00:32:22.000 It's so delicious.
00:32:24.000 It makes prep very easy.
00:32:25.000 No more trimming off 20% off every meat you buy.
00:32:28.000 Flash freezing and vacuum sealing locks in quality until you enjoy it.
00:32:32.000 And even the breed matters.
00:32:34.000 So I could tell you that Good Ranchers is going to make sure you get American meat that really is delicious.
00:32:41.000 Good Ranchers has never had to do a recall.
00:32:43.000 And unlike the grocery store, they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
00:32:48.000 Go to goodranchers.com/slash Charlie.
00:32:51.000 That is goodranchers.com slash Charlie.
00:32:54.000 Good Ranchers, American meat delivered.
00:32:57.000 Lots of grocery store meat is just dairy cattle, which is far from the best, almost as low quality as you can get.
00:33:04.000 So go to goodranchers.com slash Charlie.
00:33:06.000 That is goodranchers.com slash Charlie.
00:33:12.000 So, doctor, I got to ask you, there's a new California bill that is going to punish doctors if they question kind of the COVID narrative.
00:33:20.000 I don't know if you saw this bill or not.
00:33:22.000 It's a new law that Gavin Newsom signed into effect.
00:33:25.000 What are your thoughts or reaction to this?
00:33:30.000 I was looking at that bill and I was wondering, because Newsom has, Newsom's in a funny situation because he, and by the way, he's not particularly a trustworthy individual is my perspective.
00:33:44.000 But he's in a funny situation because the people he essentially oversees, if you will, the lawmakers in California, they are actually, they are willing to do things that he's unwilling to do.
00:33:59.000 Yes, that's correct.
00:34:05.000 They were just too far left, essentially, for him to, and really, I'm sure it has more to do with his political ambitions.
00:34:13.000 Yes.
00:34:15.000 And I was wondering what he would do about this bill.
00:34:19.000 So I looked at the statement he put out when he signed it, and he was spinning and bending and twisting to make it appear that it was so narrowly tailored that it would be, it was fine to sign it.
00:34:36.000 And oh my gosh, I think probably I haven't seen a survey of doctors, but this, it's just so stupid.
00:34:46.000 There are doctors who do practice medicine in such different ways.
00:34:53.000 And the thing is, it also assumes an arrogance about how much we know.
00:34:59.000 There are doctors, I'll tell you, my wife, I wrote about this in the Washington Post before many years ago.
00:35:07.000 My wife had severe migraines, was hospitalized multiple times when she got pregnant with our first kid.
00:35:18.000 And we saw so many doctors and she was suffering so much.
00:35:23.000 Emergency ambulances would come to the building in New York, take her.
00:35:27.000 And we finally met a doctor named Dr. Mark Green at Mount Sinai.
00:35:32.000 And Dr. Mark Green started her on a program that was not in any of the textbooks that I'd read.
00:35:39.000 And I had read so much about migraines at this point.
00:35:43.000 And he helped her.
00:35:46.000 He helped her get on a path of recovery, which means everything to us, of course, because he saved her life.
00:35:55.000 The things he did initially weren't in a textbook.
00:36:00.000 So this idea that you know so much that you can identify what's quote unquote right and wrong in a way that you can put it into law, it's just so absurd and just shows unfortunately how far off the cliff these leaders in California have gone.
00:36:18.000 It's a tragedy because it's a beautiful state.
00:36:20.000 It really is.
00:36:21.000 They're ruining it.
00:36:22.000 So about 90 seconds left.
00:36:24.000 Tell us about your book and how people can access it.
00:36:27.000 Yeah, well, my book, yes, it talks about public health, but the most important message in my book for people who want this is to know more about how I and other people have gotten free of their stress, their anxiety, their self-doubt, their fear.
00:36:44.000 And it doesn't answer that question, but it shares my own path, which again is similar to the path of many other people who've worked with this guy, Christopher Mater.
00:36:54.000 So that's really the major purpose of it.
00:36:57.000 And it's important because that's how all this nonsense stops.
00:37:01.000 When people stop being afraid to listen to their intuition, to be aligned with what they believe is true, irrespective of what other people are shoving down their throats, all of this nonsense stops.
00:37:14.000 The stupid vaccine passports, the mandates, the closing of schools, all that crap stops forever.
00:37:24.000 Yeah, that's so well said.
00:37:25.000 Transcend Fear is the name of the book, and you're doing a wonderful job in Florida.
00:37:30.000 Doctor, thank you so much.
00:37:31.000 Thanks, Charlie.
00:37:32.000 Pleasure.
00:37:33.000 Thanks.
00:37:33.000 Appreciate it.
