00:00:00.000 Hello, everybody.
00:00:00.000 Today in the Charlie Kirk Show, we have two candidates running for office that I think are really interesting and worthy of our support.
00:00:06.000 Kevin Kiley running for Congress in California and Congressman Mill Brooks running for Senate in Alabama.
00:00:12.000 Some great conversations about the future of the Republican Party.
00:00:15.000 And if you live in Alabama or you live in that area of California, listen and text it to your friends.
00:00:20.000 Email me your thoughts as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:00:32.000 Happy 10 years, everybody.
00:00:34.000 Thank you for supporting us at Turning Point USA.
00:00:36.000 The next 10 will be even better.
00:00:38.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:39.000 Here we go.
00:00:40.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:42.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:00:44.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:48.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:51.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:52.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:53.000 His spirit, his love of this country.
00:00:55.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:01:01.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:10.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:14.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:22.000 We are going to be talking to two candidates that I believe deserve to be in Congress.
00:01:27.000 One in, I think they still call it the upper chamber and the lower chamber.
00:01:30.000 They still have that expression, Connor.
00:01:32.000 I don't know.
00:01:32.000 One in the House and one in the Senate.
00:01:34.000 And they're both doing a wonderful job, and they both have primaries coming up.
00:01:39.000 And so, first, we have Kevin Kiley from California, who is one of the few conservatives in California, and he does a great job.
00:01:47.000 Kevin, welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:01:49.000 Thanks, Charlie.
00:01:50.000 Great to be with you.
00:01:51.000 So, your race is tomorrow.
00:01:52.000 Is that right?
00:01:54.000 It is.
00:01:55.000 Tell us about your race.
00:01:56.000 Tell us about, is there a potential for a runoff?
00:01:58.000 So, how does it work?
00:01:59.000 It's the top two.
00:02:00.000 Is it like a jungle primary?
00:02:01.000 How does it work?
00:02:02.000 Yeah, California has this crazy top two system, which is a total mess.
00:02:06.000 It's made kind of a joke of our election system.
00:02:09.000 In many races in the state, actually, you now have the Democrats are spending tons of money to prop up the Republican that they want to run against in the general.
00:02:17.000 It's this sort of pick your opponent strategy.
00:02:19.000 Fortunately, we don't have any shenanigans like that in my race.
00:02:23.000 I just have one Republican opponent.
00:02:24.000 There are two Democrats on the ballot.
00:02:26.000 So you're very likely to have a Dem on Republican runoff.
00:02:29.000 And I've gotten the support of President Trump.
00:02:32.000 Things are going well, and we're just trying to get across the finish line here.
00:02:35.000 It's the only open seat in Congress that's a Republican district in California.
00:02:40.000 So it's a really important one in terms of winning back the majority and making it be the right type of majority that's actually going to do something to get the country back on track.
00:02:48.000 So this kind of crazy system, is it conceivable that you'll be up against another Republican coming in in November?
00:02:54.000 It's conceivable, and that does happen.
00:02:56.000 I mean, more often, it's two Democrats running against one another.
00:02:59.000 And it's theoretically possible, although in this case, it's probably very unlikely.
00:03:02.000 Okay, so it's likely that it will be you and a Democrat, basically.
00:03:06.000 That's right.
00:03:06.000 So tell us about your race.
00:03:08.000 Where, I mean, that the gerrymandering is insane.
00:03:11.000 They just sent me, is that his district?
00:03:13.000 That looks like a crowbar, a picture of your district.
00:03:17.000 Yeah, we got Tahoe and Death Valley in one district.
00:03:20.000 So go figure.
00:03:21.000 Okay, so it's a lot of farming country there, right?
00:03:25.000 And it's a Republican tilt district.
00:03:27.000 Tell us about what are your, what are the people in your district worried about?
00:03:31.000 What are the top issues on their mind?
00:03:33.000 Well, I think people are seeing, you know, everything that has happened in California with Gavin Newsom, the Democrat supermajority, which is driving our state into the ground.
00:03:41.000 They see that now Nancy Pelosi and Joe Biden are doing the same thing to the country.
00:03:45.000 And so there is sort of a desire and demand for change, unlike anything I've ever seen in politics.
00:03:51.000 And I've been fighting these battles in California against Newsome, against the Democrats at the Capitol.
00:03:56.000 And, you know, that's sort of the mentality I'm going to take to Congress to make sure that we do not let these radical failed policies ruin our country in the same way they're ruining our state.
00:04:06.000 But if the particular issues, I mean, number one is inflation or immigration are probably the top two, rising crime rates and all of the mandates and just sort of authoritarian policies that we've gotten used to in California and that have been adopted by the Biden administration.
00:04:22.000 Those are probably the things at the top of the list.
00:04:24.000 And I just want to reinforce this.
00:04:25.000 You know, sometimes, so we have our turning point action and turning point pack, and we're doing a lot of different things.
00:04:29.000 And some of our donors sometimes say, Charlie, why are you doing anything in California?
00:04:33.000 They're wrong.
00:04:34.000 Can you talk about how if we don't win some of these seats in California, we can't take back the House of Representatives?
00:04:39.000 Well, yeah, that's a great point.
00:04:40.000 Some of the, you know, this district, for example, this is a lean Republican district.
00:04:44.000 It is absolutely a seat that we need to win if we're going to take back control of Congress.
00:04:48.000 And so California is one of the most important battlegrounds when it comes to winning back the House.
00:04:54.000 But beyond that, you know, Gavin Newsom has said that California is a model for the nation.
00:05:00.000 And there's this sense that, you know, as California goes, so goes the country for better or worse.
00:05:05.000 And so that's what I say to all the folks who are leaving our state.
00:05:08.000 People are leaving California right now in record numbers because of these dramatic policy failures, is that if the same thing happens to America, then where are you going to go?
00:05:17.000 And so I've tried to, that's one of the points I've tried to make in this campaign is that California has a very important role to play in the battles ahead to tell our story, just to tell the story of California's decline, of how we have out of control homelessness, surging crime, crumbling infrastructure, more poverty than any state in the country, failing public schools.
00:05:37.000 The list goes on and it is a direct result of the radical failed policies that we've in politics that we've had in this state.
00:05:43.000 Yeah.
00:05:43.000 And so when we look at taking back the House of Representatives, I think that activists and donors in particular, even people that just give like 100 bucks and 50 bucks there, which are so important, they need to recognize and realize there's battleground districts in every state, in Illinois and in California and in New York.
00:05:59.000 Do you feel at times that, you know, it's tough to kind of get national support in California?
00:06:04.000 It's kind of just like we're going to raise the money and then go bring it elsewhere.
00:06:08.000 Yeah, you know, there has been that sense, especially when it comes to the state level.
00:06:12.000 But I think that, you know, folks realize that when it comes to control of Congress, California has the most seats in Congress.
00:06:19.000 And so we absolutely need to have donors and activists and volunteers active in the seats that are winnable here.
00:06:25.000 And we have some really good pickup opportunities across the state.
00:06:28.000 The district I'm running in, by the way, is an open seat.
00:06:31.000 There's no incumbent.
00:06:32.000 It's just sort of, you know, a creation of the redistricting process.
00:06:36.000 And it's the sort of seat that's got kind of a plus five voter registration advantage.
00:06:40.000 President Trump won it by about two points.
00:06:42.000 So it's exactly, if we don't win a seat like this, then that could put our chances of winning the House in jeopardy.
00:06:47.000 So it's very important that folks invest in every way they can in bases in California.
00:06:52.000 Yeah, I say this all the time, that if California was half as bad, I would live in California, just half.
00:06:58.000 Just like if it was, it's so, it's gotten to be so bad, but it is the most beautiful place on the planet.
00:07:04.000 It's just awesome.
00:07:06.000 And some of the people are great.
00:07:08.000 There's a lot of great people in California.
00:07:09.000 Some not so great people.
00:07:11.000 But there's the great, I will say, though, do you see kind of a fighting spirit, though?
00:07:14.000 I mean, I see kind of a remnant of people that are going to double and triple down and they know what they're up against.
00:07:20.000 Talk to us about that.
00:07:21.000 Oh, totally.
00:07:22.000 So yeah, a lot of people are leaving.
00:07:23.000 This is true.
00:07:24.000 For the last couple of years, we finally reached a breaking point where more people are leaving California that are coming, despite all of the natural advantages that you just alluded to.
00:07:33.000 But there are also a lot of people staying and saying we're going to stay and fight.
00:07:36.000 And by the way, it's not just Republicans.
00:07:38.000 So look what's going on in San Francisco right now.
00:07:40.000 San Francisco is like the most liberal city in the entire country.
00:07:44.000 They already recalled three of their school board members by overwhelming margins, like 75% of the vote.
00:07:50.000 These were school board members who refused to open schools who are all on board with the draconian mandates.
00:07:55.000 The citizens of San Francisco recalled these people overwhelmingly.
00:07:59.000 And in the election tomorrow, the polls indicate that their district attorney, the Soros-backed DA, who's refused to prosecute anyone, he's going to be recalled from office overwhelmingly.
00:08:08.000 We're seeing a similar thing happen in Los Angeles.
00:08:11.000 And so I do think, and I see it, by the way, every place I go.
00:08:14.000 When I hold campaign events, I have people who tell me they've never voted Republican before.
00:08:18.000 They're going to vote differently this year because they've just had it, because they've seen the results of these radical failed policies.
00:08:25.000 And, you know, they're ready to try something new.
00:08:28.000 Yeah, I think that's really important.
00:08:29.000 And also, Gascon movement is also big.
00:08:32.000 Tomorrow, they also, they might, you might get a non-commie mayor tomorrow in LA, Caruso, who I don't know where he stands on stuff, but I'm being told by even conservatives in LA, he's not terrible.
00:08:44.000 That's what I'm being told.
00:08:45.000 That Caruso used to be a Republican.
00:08:47.000 I mean, I'm not, I don't live in LA and have no plans to live in LA, but certainly a you know, a non non-left-winger as a mayor of LA would be great.
00:08:57.000 So, in closing, here, you would be part of a freshman class that I think would have to operate with a pretty, you know, let's say a sense of urgency.
00:09:06.000 People are fed up, people want answers.
00:09:08.000 You know, you go into Congress, what would kind of be your niche?
00:09:11.000 Every congressman tries to find a niche.
00:09:13.000 What policies, what issues, what topics would you take if elected to Congress?
00:09:19.000 Well, first, what you said is so important that we need to actually have a Congress that's going to go and do something.
00:09:24.000 When I talk to people who are Republicans, who are activists, they are as frustrated often with the Republicans as the Democrats because we get control of Congress, we get a majority, and then we don't do anything with it.
00:09:33.000 And so, even if we don't have the White House in the next two years, we need to actually step forward and take action immediately by using the full investigatory and oversight powers of the House of Representatives to rein in the Biden administration to stop this agenda from going even an inch forward further.
00:09:48.000 But I think that, you know, for me, I think that the number one priority of the new Congress is going to be to turn the economy around.
00:09:54.000 I mean, people are feeling the effects of outrageous gas prices and inflation in all facets of their life.
00:09:59.000 And so, if we can step forward with immediate solutions there, then that's going to set us on the right path to win back the White House as well in 2024.
00:10:05.000 We got an email about you, Kevin.
00:10:07.000 It starts interesting.
00:10:08.000 No, it's actually pretty good.
00:10:09.000 You'll like it.
00:10:09.000 Hi, Charlie.
00:10:10.000 I met Kevin and I live in his district.
00:10:12.000 The only reason I would not vote for him is because California still needs him badly.
00:10:16.000 But since I, too, believe we need to take back the country and we'll be part of a max mass exodus from the state, I'd love to see him in Congress.
00:10:22.000 He has my vote.
00:10:23.000 So there you go.
00:10:24.000 All right.
00:10:24.000 I'll take it.
00:10:25.000 You got fans all across the country.

00:10:30.000 Check it out: electkevinkile.com.
00:10:32.000 And we'd love to get you in this like weird, wacky runoff and support you all along the way.
00:10:38.000 And he has President Trump's endorsement.
00:10:40.000 Very important.
00:10:41.000 So, all right, Kevin, keep up the great work.
00:10:43.000 Good luck tomorrow.
00:10:43.000 Thank you.
00:10:44.000 Thanks, Charlie.

00:11:34.000 I just want to talk more about our young women's leadership summit.
00:11:38.000 And it's amazing.
00:11:39.000 So you have the whole drag queen circus that is ongoing in Dallas.
00:11:45.000 And we have our young women's leadership summit, which is now, it's really been an interesting thing because usually when we have one of these conferences, the media reaction is immediate.
00:11:54.000 There's been a little bit of a delay effect.
00:11:56.000 I think the media might have been too busy at pride parades or something over the weekend.
00:12:00.000 They're super distracted.
00:12:02.000 And so now they're all kind of cascading down to cover our women's summit, trying their best to try to find something wrong with our event.
00:12:12.000 And there was nothing wrong with our event.
00:12:13.000 I thought it was the best event we have to date.
00:12:16.000 And credit to our Turning Point USA events team that did a phenomenal job and credit to our field staff.
00:12:22.000 They did such an amazing job to get people there.
00:12:24.000 And you know, it was so awesome is when we asked how many of you this was your first young women's leadership summit, I'd say 80% of the hands go up.
00:12:32.000 And that's just amazing.
00:12:33.000 So it's not the same people every single year that are coming.
00:12:36.000 And it's people they come, they get training, they get filled up.
00:12:40.000 It's just awesome.
00:12:40.000 And so we're bringing new people into the movement.
00:12:42.000 As they graduate, bring new people in.
00:12:45.000 As they graduate, we bring new people in.
00:12:47.000 So we got this email from this person, Claire.
00:12:50.000 Sounds like a miserable person.
00:12:52.000 She says, I'm a reporter for the Daily Dot.
00:12:54.000 We're covering criticisms of your recent summit for young women, at which speaker after speaker urged the crowd of 15 to 26-year-old women to get married, have children, and be subservient to their husbands.
00:13:04.000 Okay, first of all, no one said to be subservient to their husbands.
00:13:07.000 We did say that as women and as wives, be open to being led.
00:13:14.000 That's what we did say.
00:13:15.000 And we said, find a man that is worthy of you and how beautiful and special you are.
00:13:24.000 And find a man that is willing to lead in a tumultuous and chaotic world.
00:13:30.000 That is what we did say.
00:13:31.000 We didn't say, be subservient.
00:13:34.000 Many people feel this is misogynistic.
00:13:36.000 Hold on.
00:13:37.000 This is a journalist writing.
00:13:38.000 Many people.
00:13:40.000 Lots of people are saying.
00:13:44.000 Many people.
00:13:45.000 What kind of a journalist writes that?
00:13:47.000 Many people.
00:13:48.000 Yeah, so specific.
00:13:50.000 And many of your cat people friends believe that this is misogynistic and essentially a call to turn back the clock on women's equality.
00:14:02.000 Some further took Benny Johnson telling the crowd to have American babies as a code for white Christian Republican babies.
00:14:09.000 Okay, if you think American means white and Christian, maybe you're the racist Claire.
00:14:16.000 Maybe American babies.
00:14:18.000 I mean, by the way, we had an amazingly diverse crowd there.
00:14:20.000 We had Hispanics, we had blacks, we had amazing.
00:14:24.000 What kind of racist are you?
00:14:25.000 Do you have any comment?
00:14:26.000 Actually, our comment is us responding right now that you're just not a very happy person, that you try to destroy others.
00:14:34.000 And I just want to say this, though, that I think that we do need a culture that does lift up and celebrate marriage.
00:14:41.000 You can obviously make whatever decision you want in your life, obviously.
00:14:45.000 But I don't think there's a fair hearing right now for the nuclear family.
00:14:48.000 I don't.
00:14:49.000 I don't think there's a fair hearing for the entire kind of journey that you could be on to find a partner and marry them.
00:14:59.000 I don't think that is properly presented to young people at all.
00:15:02.000 Everyone else says, go be a boss babe and go graduate from college and go work for some weird company, earn all your money and travel the world.
00:15:12.000 And then when you're 32 or 33, you could start looking.
00:15:14.000 And the problem is, you might not find an adequate partner at that age.
00:15:19.000 The clock does tick.
00:15:21.000 And they say, oh, you could freeze your eggs.
00:15:23.000 Like, okay, maybe.
00:15:25.000 And again, everyone has a different path and different journey.
00:15:27.000 I waited till I was 28.
00:15:30.000 No, hello.
00:15:31.000 I was 27 when I got married.
00:15:33.000 And look, there's just no guarantees.
00:15:35.000 You have to be open-minded wherever God is going to lead you, obviously.
00:15:39.000 But there is kind of a culture that has set in, which is marriage is terrible.
00:15:43.000 It's awful.
00:15:43.000 It's beautiful.
00:15:44.000 It's lovely.
00:15:44.000 It's amazing.
00:15:46.000 It's something I want for all people.
00:15:48.000 And again, you can make whatever decision you want.
00:15:50.000 That wasn't the point.
00:15:52.000 And the one thing the reporter did kind of get right is that, yes, there was an urge.
00:15:58.000 Of course, there was an urge.
00:15:59.000 Obviously, if there's something that has worked for a long period of time, why wouldn't we want to urge young people to go do that beautiful thing?
00:16:07.000 There was not an insistence.
00:16:08.000 And by the way, there also wasn't like a shaming.
00:16:11.000 Like, if you don't do these things, you know, you're never going to, it's like, it's just, instead, it's a glorification of the beautiful good, the good, the true, and the beautiful.
00:16:20.000 That's awesome.
00:16:21.000 And yet the media immediately portrays it as you want to turn back the clock on women's equality.
00:16:26.000 Hold on.
00:16:27.000 You mean that there might be something to the fact that women were actually happier at a certain period of time than like going to pursue a corporate career at all costs?
00:16:37.000 Every study shows that women that are married and have children by the age of 35 or 40 are much happier in every single category than women that are not.
00:16:48.000 Again, make whatever decision you want.
00:16:49.000 I'm a big fan of choice and agency.
00:16:52.000 But I think in our culture, a fair hearing, a glorification of the ideal of marriage is something that we should continue to do.
00:17:01.000 And I was so proud of our event.
00:17:03.000 I think it was awesome.
00:17:07.000 It's really out of control.
00:17:08.000 Inflation is at a 40-year high.
00:17:10.000 Your cash is getting sucked right out of your wallet with higher prices on gas, groceries, practically everything.
00:17:16.000 Look, you got to take charge of your money right now.
00:17:17.000 So here's a principle that we say: don't use the big banks that hate you.
00:17:21.000 Bank of America is canceling conservatives.
00:17:23.000 A team member that we have at Turning Point USA literally just had his bank account shut down by Bank of America.
00:17:30.000 Literally, no longer allowed to use Bank of America because of his politics.
00:17:34.000 True story.
00:17:34.000 So when you want to consolidate your debt and use equity in your home to do so to lower your monthly expenses, you have to use my friends, Andrew and Todd, at andrewandtodd.com.
00:17:45.000 You have to know what you're going through.
00:17:47.000 So look, I just had dinner with Andrew and Todd in Orange County.
00:17:50.000 We had a great time.
00:17:51.000 They love the Lord.
00:17:52.000 They know the Bible super well.
00:17:54.000 They're ethical.
00:17:55.000 They're beautiful people.
00:17:56.000 They really are.
00:17:56.000 They're wonderful.
00:17:57.000 And Andrew and Todd aren't brokers.
00:17:59.000 They're bankers who handle your refi loan personally from start to finish.
00:18:04.000 And they're always in your corner.
00:18:05.000 In fact, they're helping me with the problem right now.
00:18:07.000 Just all this nonsense with interest rates and all this.
00:18:10.000 They're helping me clarify it.
00:18:11.000 They're phenomenal to work with.
00:18:12.000 They're responsive.
00:18:14.000 They're Christians.
00:18:15.000 They're conservative.
00:18:16.000 It's AndrewandTodd.com to beat inflation by lowering your monthly expenses and protect your greatest asset, your home.
00:18:23.000 So don't use these woke banks.
00:18:24.000 Bank of America, again, my team member, I'm not going to say his name.
00:18:28.000 You guys know him.
00:18:28.000 He's been on our show.
00:18:29.000 Literally, Bank of America sent him a note saying, we are no longer allowing you to bank with us.
00:18:34.000 Boom, like that, all because of politics.
00:18:37.000 Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage share your values.
00:18:40.000 I trust them.
00:18:42.000 That's why I work with them.
00:18:43.000 I hang out with them casually and I've got to know them really well.
00:18:46.000 They'll treat you right and that when you use them, you're not using Citibank or Chase or these people that hate your values, that believe in this trans nonsense.
00:18:54.000 Don't use those banks, diversity, equity, inclusion banks.
00:18:57.000 Nope.
00:18:57.000 Andrew and Todd at andrewandTodd.com.
00:19:01.000 So just write that down right now.
00:19:02.000 Write it in your phone.
00:19:03.000 You might say, oh, Charlie, I don't need to refinance or whatever.
00:19:05.000 Well, maybe you will two months from now.
00:19:07.000 Maybe you young millennials out there, maybe the millennials listening to our show, my fellow millennials, you're going to buy a home soon.
00:19:13.000 Maybe you're getting married and you want to buy something.

00:19:28.000 They love America.
00:19:29.000 And they're great friends.
00:19:31.000 So I encourage you to use them as your go-to partner for anything mortgage-related.
00:19:36.000 Stop using the banks who hate you, andrewandTodd.com.
00:19:42.000 Look, I got to be very honest.
00:19:44.000 I don't give out these kind of compliments lightly.
00:19:48.000 I am, I'm a tough grader, as many of you know.
00:19:54.000 Rarely do I see a piece of art in the conservative political space where I just kind of say it's phenomenal.
00:20:01.000 And Matt Walsh's documentary, What is a Woman, is special.
00:20:04.000 I'm telling you.
00:20:05.000 I came in with some, I was like, all right, another one of these kind of documentaries.
00:20:10.000 And it's good.
00:20:11.000 It's very, very, very good.
00:20:15.000 In fact, it's so good.
00:20:16.000 We've partnered with the Daily Wire, dailywirey.com slash Charlie, just to help promote it.
00:20:20.000 We just had Matt at our Young Women's Leadership Summit.
00:20:22.000 I mean, there's some clips from there that it's hilarious.
00:20:26.000 It's entertaining.
00:20:27.000 It is eye-opening.
00:20:30.000 It's, I just, from one content creator to the other, I have respect.
00:20:35.000 I really do.
00:20:37.000 Okay, there is a couple primary races that are heating up and bubbling up across the country, and one in the beautiful, amazing state of Alabama in particular, that is promising to kind of be an inflection point of what is the direction we want the United States Senate to go in.
00:20:53.000 And there's been all sorts of kind of drama around this race.
00:20:58.000 And today, it's a runoff.
00:20:59.000 We have made our endorsement official to Mo Brooks.
00:21:04.000 And we have it right up here.
00:21:05.000 Turning point action officially endorses Mo Brooks.
00:21:08.000 And I endorse Mo Brooks in this runoff for the Alabama Senate race.
00:21:13.000 And with us right now is Mo Brooks, who I hope will become the next senator from Alabama.
00:21:18.000 Welcome to the program.
00:21:20.000 My pleasure.
00:21:21.000 And thank you so much for the endorsement.
00:21:22.000 It's very, very meaningful.
00:21:24.000 You guys have a great reputation in the state of Alabama for conservative values and in particular, moral values, which are so absent in Washington, D.C.
00:21:34.000 That is totally true.
00:21:35.000 And so I want to just first compliment you.
00:21:38.000 I was looking at the race from afar, and I thought the way that you handled the 2,000 mules deal on television was just awesome.
00:21:47.000 And it's very rare to see a politician kind of push back and willing to kind of talk about this.
00:21:54.000 So we have, I think it's cut 36 on the sheet.
00:21:57.000 So let's play this and I'd love to get your reaction.
00:21:59.000 Play cut 36.
00:22:00.000 Still no evidence or proof provided that there was any sort of fraud in that.
00:22:05.000 Well, no, that's wrong.
00:22:06.000 I don't know why you people and me keep saying that, but that is absolutely false.
00:22:10.000 That is absolutely false.
00:22:12.000 You keep saying it every time, but that's absolutely false.
00:22:14.000 That elections are going to be stolen if we don't fix these problems and those problems were not fixed.
00:22:19.000 So I don't know who's telling you there's no evidence, but that tells me you haven't done your homework.
00:22:23.000 I'm sorry.
00:22:24.000 That's the way it is.
00:22:25.000 The courts and the judges that have timeouts.
00:22:28.000 Don't go into that.
00:22:29.000 The courts do not have the...
00:22:30.000 Wait a minute.
00:22:31.000 No, no, I'm getting in the last word on this one because you just made a false statement, okay?
00:22:35.000 The courts are not the final arbiter of who wins federal election contests.
00:22:40.000 Congress is.
00:22:42.000 Your reaction to that kind of back and forth.
00:22:45.000 Well, it's most unfortunate, but so many people in the news media, the talking heads, they don't do their homework.
00:22:52.000 They're generalists.
00:22:53.000 There absolutely was an enormous amount of voter fraud and election theft activity in the 2020 elections.
00:22:59.000 And all you have to do is go back to the 2005 bipartisan report by the Commission on Federal Election Reform.
00:23:06.000 Their task was to identify the systemic flaws in our election system that could result in stolen elections.
00:23:12.000 They did their job.
00:23:13.000 It was bipartisan, headed up by Democrat President Jimmy Carter and Ronald Reagan, White House Chief of Staff James Baker.
00:23:20.000 And they warned that if these problems are not fixed, then you're going to have winners declared losers and losers declared winners.
00:23:27.000 And instead of fixing the problems, what the Democrats did was look at that report and exploited the systemic weaknesses that the Commission on Federal Election Reform had identified.
00:23:37.000 So your race is coming up when?
00:23:40.000 It is just 15 days away, June 21st.
00:23:44.000 I'm against, it's in a Republican primary theoretically, but my principal opponent has become the Democrat nominee in the Republican primary.
00:23:52.000 This past Friday, the executive director of the Alabama Democratic Party made some very strong words in favor of electing Katie Britt to the United States Senate.
00:24:03.000 So that gives you an idea of what I'm up against.
00:24:05.000 It's not only the Democratic Party, but also it's the Powercrats in Washington, D.C., the Mitch McConnells of the world, the special interest.
00:24:12.000 So it's the people versus the Democrats and the Powercrats.
00:24:15.000 And I hope the American people, particularly the people of the state of Alabama, will do their homework to discern what is in the best interest of our country.
00:24:23.000 And if they do their homework, then I'm comfortable that we'll win that election.
00:24:27.000 So you and I both have a lot of respect for President Trump.
00:24:30.000 There's just kind of been some confusion for some people with that whole deal.
00:24:34.000 And part of us endorsing you is I'm going to encourage the president to re-endorse you.
00:24:41.000 Can you kind of help our audience through that?
00:24:43.000 I think it's, I think we have to have a light heart about it, right?
00:24:47.000 So walk our audience through it.
00:24:49.000 Well, Donald Trump does what Donald Trump is going to do whenever Donald Trump wants to do it.
00:24:53.000 Often he is correct.
00:24:54.000 Sometimes he makes mistakes.
00:24:56.000 I would submit that in the Alabama Senate race, not one of his better decisions.
00:25:00.000 I clearly am the MAGA candidate.
00:25:03.000 I am the conservative.
00:25:04.000 I have the track record.
00:25:05.000 Katie Britt, my foe in this primary, is clearly never Trump, anti-MAGA, a part of the Mitch McConnell machine.
00:25:13.000 She's a part of the special interests that run Washington, D.C., what we call the swamp.
00:25:17.000 And for that matter, she's a part of the swamp in as much as she's been a professional lobbyist five of the last seven years.
00:25:23.000 You can't get any more of a swamp creature than being one of the registered lobbyists who push special interest agendas rather than what's in the best interest of our country.
00:25:32.000 So hopefully the people of the state of Alabama will figure this out slowly, but surely they are.
00:25:37.000 We hit rock bottom after Donald Trump withdrew his endorsement back in March for a number of reasons, but you really have to get to him.
00:25:44.000 I'm not sure if I'm the right person to explain what I think is the primary reason that he withdrew his endorsement.
00:25:50.000 But since then, as the public has figured out that I am the MAGA candidate, that I am the conservative in this race, that my opponent is being supported by the Democrat Party, they're coming aboard and they're coming aboard strong.
00:26:03.000 I've got a quote from the executive director of the Alabama Democratic Party that was uttered this past Friday.
00:26:09.000 It's a tweet, so it only takes about 30 seconds.
00:26:11.000 If you want me to read it to you, please do.
00:26:13.000 That's helpful.
00:26:14.000 It's very problematic in a lot of different ways.
00:26:16.000 This is what Alabama Democratic Party executive director Wade Perry said about Katie Britt this past Friday.
00:26:23.000 Also bear in mind that he was liberal Democrat Doug Jones, became a senator from Red Race, Red, Ruby Red, Alabama.
00:26:30.000 He was Doug Jones' campaign manager.
00:26:33.000 So he has inside knowledge, good knowledge about what Katie Britt did to help elect a liberal pro-abortion candidate in the state of Alabama.
00:26:40.000 Here's his quote.
00:26:41.000 Yep, she's referring to Katie Britt.
00:26:43.000 Pretty awesome.
00:26:44.000 Super helpful to us in the Doug Jones thing in 2017 and showed real leadership in supporting the gas tax increase for needed infrastructure improvements.
00:26:53.000 I think the world of her, most Dems understand she just has to say certain things, end quote, in order to win a Republican primary.
00:27:02.000 And if you've kept track of this campaign, I've tried to do the honorable thing, describing things in a truthful fashion, while the other side of the coin, they have been unabashedly, unashamably, stridently dishonest, both in attacking my reputation and my record.
00:27:20.000 And the same thing with Mike Durant, who's an American war hero and who also has helped create hundreds of good paying jobs in the Tennessee Valley part of the state of Alabama.
00:27:29.000 So they're vicious, no rules barred.
00:27:31.000 They don't care what the truth is.
00:27:33.000 They covet this Senate position more than they covet the truth.
00:27:36.000 And that's what I'm battling.
00:27:38.000 It's the people versus the Democrats and the Powercrats.
00:27:41.000 And I hope Alabamians will discern enough to make a good decision for our country because our destiny depends on it.
00:27:47.000 So one of the issues that I know is on a lot of people's mind in Alabama is the issue of immigration.
00:27:52.000 And I certainly had my disagreements with Senator Sessions and then Attorney General Sessions, how he handled the Russia situation.
00:27:59.000 However, I will say I really admired his stance on immigration.
00:28:02.000 Can you talk about that?
00:28:03.000 I think that would be a good contrast point with your opponent talking about kind of the mass immigration versus putting our citizens first.
00:28:10.000 Jeff Sessions and I were covering copies of each other concerning border security and the huge influx of illegal alien labor that is undermining American jobs and wages of struggling American families.
00:28:22.000 I'm willing to do anything I can possibly do to give us border security and protect American families from the unfair competition of these surges of cheap foreign labor that the Chamber of Commerce, masters of the universe crowd, want to inflict upon struggling American families.
00:28:41.000 And so Jeff Sessions and I teamed together to help stop the Gang of Eight Amnesty Bill in the latter part of the Obama administration.
00:28:49.000 When Paul Ryan was the Speaker of the House, I was the guy that reached an agreement with Paul Ryan that Paul Ryan signed that said there will be no amnesty of any kind voted on the House floor unless first there is a vote of the GOP conference approving that amnesty legislation.
00:29:06.000 So I fight the Democrats tooth and nail.
00:29:09.000 Unfortunately, I'm also forced to fight rhino Republicans who support open borders and cheap foreign labor because there's money in it for their campaigns from the United States Chamber of Commerce, from Big Ag, from a lot of different special interest groups that again care more about their profit than they care about the United States of America and the American citizens who are being hurt by these tsunamis of cheap foreign labors.
00:29:32.000 Absolutely the worst thing to do when you have horrible inflation that is undermining wages.
00:29:40.000 I just want everyone to understand the significance of that answer because that question is one that moderate Republicans can't hide from.
00:29:49.000 They could talk a good game on inflation.
00:29:51.000 You probably have an identical shtick.
00:29:53.000 They could talk an okay game on taxes, but immigration, they can't hide from it because the Chamber of Commerce, they want mass amounts of foreign labor to pour into America that would depress jobs in Alabama.
00:30:05.000 The other issue is trade.
00:30:08.000 Can I interrupt just for a second?
00:30:09.000 Yes, please.
00:30:09.000 We're talking about border security.
00:30:12.000 Katie Britt was the president of the representative of the United States Chamber of Commerce in the state of Alabama, and she is an open borders, cheap foreign labor lobbyist and supporter.
00:30:22.000 And how do we know that?
00:30:24.000 Because every single special interest group that profits from cheap foreign labor has endorsed Katie Britt in this Senate race, and they are funding her campaign with millions of dollars.
00:30:34.000 That's what's funding these dishonest attack ads against me.
00:30:39.000 That's an important point.
00:30:40.000 I mean, we don't like the chamber at all.
00:30:41.000 And you can go read the Chamber of Commerce's website, Mass Foreign Labor.
00:30:45.000 By the way, they're pushing all this transgender stuff now, diversity, equity, inclusion.
00:30:50.000 Remember, the chamber is for mass, not just mass immigration, but cheap foreign products from foreign countries coming in.
00:30:58.000 So that's a really important distinction.
00:31:00.000 And that's something that I really think that Senator Sessions, who I honestly look back, wish he never would have left the Senate in some sense, because he was good on those issues.
00:31:08.000 He was really good on the immigration trade issue.
00:31:10.000 He was great.
00:31:12.000 I just think he messed up.
00:31:13.000 On border security, absolutely the best in the United States Senate.
00:31:16.000 Yeah, and he just totally messed up on the Russia recusal thing.
00:31:18.000 And so I just want to reemphasize for our audience: you know, if you have friends in Alabama, we got to kind of get a grassroots thing going here.
00:31:24.000 The election is two weeks out.
00:31:25.000 And most people in these vote day of.
00:31:27.000 Is that right?
00:31:28.000 Is that correct?
00:31:29.000 In Alabama, that is correct.
00:31:30.000 You have to have a legitimate excuse in order to get an absentee ballot, such as you're handicapped and can't get to the polls or you're out of state, something big.
00:31:38.000 We do not do this horrible mass mail out of ballots that causes so much voter fraud.
00:31:46.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:31:47.000 Free speech, religious liberty, the Second Amendment.

00:32:39.000 Go to patriotmobile.com slash Charlie.
00:32:41.000 That's patriotmobile.com slash Charlie or call 972 Patriot.
00:32:47.000 So let's talk about another issue here, which is trade.
00:32:50.000 Alabama is well known as being a strong manufacturing state, the backbone of some of the kind of industrial prowess that America has enjoyed over the last 100 years, in particular, the ability to make iron.
00:33:06.000 So tell us, what is your stance on trade and why is that Republicans can't get their act together?
00:33:13.000 Well, the reason the Republicans don't get their act together is, again, follow the money.
00:33:18.000 By way of example, Mitch McConnell is famous for believing in power politics.
00:33:23.000 And the way you get the money to deploy power politics tactics in a campaign is you do what the special interest groups want you to do.
00:33:31.000 And if you do that, then you'll get rewarded with tens of millions of dollars that you can then use in elections with which to pummel your opponents with negative false attack ads.
00:33:41.000 I disagree with that method of government.
00:33:43.000 I believe that the challenge is for us to do a good job.
00:33:46.000 And if we do a good job, then the public will re-elect us.
00:33:49.000 And that's an anathema to the Mitch McConnell team and the way in which they try to govern things.
00:33:54.000 That is one of the reasons why they do not want me in the United States Senate.
00:33:58.000 After all, I am one of the founding members of the House Freedom Caucus.
00:34:01.000 You know, people like Mark Meadows, Mick Mulvaney, Jim Jordan, Ron DeSantis down in Florida.
00:34:07.000 We're all part of that same group.
00:34:09.000 We only invite people to participate if we believe that they're both conservative and they have the backbone to fight for the conservative values that they say they believe in when they're running for election.
00:34:21.000 So on foreign policy, excuse me, foreign trade, we have to recognize that there are some entities around the globe that take advantage of us, China being the number one perpetrator of unfair trade practices against the United States of America.
00:34:37.000 That's why we have over $300 billion a year that hemorrhages from our economy to the Chinese Communist Party's economy.
00:34:47.000 We don't have fair trade laws with Communist China.
00:34:51.000 And by way of example, they use slave labor.
00:34:54.000 And an American manufacturer cannot compete against slave labor.
00:34:57.000 So we have to be extraordinarily tough against the Communist Chinese Party's way of competing unfairly against American manufacturers.
00:35:09.000 And if we'll balance that playing field a little bit, then we'll have some of those manufacturing jobs returning to the United States of America, and Americans will have a better opportunity to make a better living.
00:35:21.000 That's awesome.
00:35:21.000 So in closing here, as a senator, you know, there's senators that go and really change how things work.
00:35:27.000 That's why we got behind JD Vance.
00:35:28.000 That's why we got behind you and why there's a lot of these other exciting candidates.
00:35:32.000 Josh Hawley is just phenomenal.
00:35:34.000 Can you just give our listeners and the people listening in Alabama just kind of a final guarantee that you're going to go to the Senate and you're going to really fight?
00:35:42.000 You're not just going to go to get along.
00:35:44.000 Because I think that's a big concern that people have, which is people that say one thing and they do the other, and then you just kind of vote for them in the general because it's a lesser of two evils.
00:35:52.000 What are your thoughts on that?
00:35:54.000 Well, you can look at my background to rest assured that I'm going to do what I say I'm going to do because I've held elected office.
00:35:59.000 My opponent has not been so much elected to the position of dog catcher or anything better than that.
00:36:05.000 So in effect, my opponent can parrot back to the public what the polls say that she should say, regardless of whether she believes what she's really saying.
00:36:13.000 And quite frankly, there are a lot of instances in which she flip-flops diametrically opposing positions.
00:36:18.000 And then there are also a lot of instances in which she says one thing to get your vote, which is diametrically opposed to her history.
00:36:25.000 By way of example, she signed Grover Norquest no taxes pledge after having her history in the state of Alabama is raising more taxes than any other Republican candidate in the history of the state of Alabama.
00:36:39.000 That's a big distinction.
00:36:40.000 But with me, I've been in public life.
00:36:43.000 You can look at my record.
00:36:44.000 You can verify that I'm going to do what I say I'm going to do.
00:36:46.000 That's why you know I'm going to be strong on border security because I've done it.
00:36:50.000 That's why Numbers USA has given me an A-plus grade every single year in the United States Congress.
00:36:55.000 You know I'm pro-life because I've done it.
00:36:57.000 And that's why National Right to Life has graded me an A every year I've been in the United States Congress.
00:37:02.000 You know I'm going to defend the Second Amendment right to bear arms because I've done it.
00:37:05.000 That's why the NRA, Gun Owners of America, the National Association of Gun Rights have all endorsed me for the United States Senate and the state of Alabama.
00:37:13.000 So it really comes down to this.
00:37:14.000 It's the people, regular Joe and Jane citizen versus the special interest groups, the Democrats and the Powercrats.
00:37:22.000 And these people have the money.
00:37:24.000 They have the deception.
00:37:26.000 My trust is in the American people to discern the truth.
00:37:29.000 And if they do that, we'll do just fine.
00:37:32.000 But it's a challenge because of all the deception put out by the KPIs.
00:37:35.000 It is a challenge.
00:37:36.000 And I hope in the next week or two, we'll start to see some stuff out of Mar-a-Lagu or Benminster, and we'll see what happens.
00:37:44.000 But we're behind you.
00:37:46.000 Congressmen, keep fighting and reject the chamber at all costs.
00:37:50.000 It's one of the main reasons we endorsed you.
00:37:52.000 Thank you so much.
00:37:55.000 Thank you so much for listening, everybody.
00:37:57.000 Email me your thoughts as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:37:59.000 Thanks so much for listening.
