00:03:14.000They get their salaries, their benefits, all the stuff that supports their lifestyle is based on this idea of rising extremism and rising hate.
00:03:26.000The Southern Poverty Law Center, when you go to their website, they make it seem as if the same way the climate change alarmists, that there is an impending apocalypse of white nationalism and white extremism.
00:03:38.000Now, I got to be careful without saying any names here, but five or six years ago, I was at a friend of mine's home.
00:03:45.000And the friend I grew up with, still very close with him, and his parents are very, very liberal and very wealthy.
00:03:54.000And on the kitchen table was a mailer from the Southern Poverty Law Center, a thick booklet, thick booklet of all the hate groups.
00:04:24.000So the Southern Poverty Law Center needs to continue this falsehood that somehow there are militia, white nationalist groups coming out of the hinterlands to come lynch black people again.
00:04:37.000But of course, they've expanded their scope.
00:04:42.000They've expanded that to LGBTQ issues because one of the ways the left works is through intersectional politics.
00:04:50.000They need to find coalitional partners to work in symmetry and in harmony with one another because as America has become more racially decent, what is the Southern Poverty Law Center supposed to do with $700 million in cash?
00:05:04.000By the way, the SPLC has come really hard about against a dear friend of ours, Jack Poseobic, trying to smear and slander him.
00:05:10.000He's stronger than ever, but they really tried to take Jack Poseobic off the chessboard.
00:05:17.000The SPLC finds their targets with Alinskyite tactics to make it seem to an otherwise uninformed audience that there is this mass white supremacist movement bubbling up in the country.
00:05:41.000Because Visa, MasterCard, Bank of America, major institutions use the Southern Poverty Law Center list as justification to not do business with these groups, to debank them.
00:06:12.000It's that famous Seinfeld episode, though, when all of a sudden you start listing Marxists, they lose their mind.
00:06:19.000It's a great one where Elaine tries to order, she tries to order Chinese food and she gets put on some sort of blacklist and she's dating a Trotskyite.
00:07:14.000The Southern Poverty Law Center, which sits on $700 million and raises $100 million a year, has now listed Moms for Liberty as an extremist hate group on their hate watch.
00:07:31.000They say, quote, Moms for Liberty is a far-right organization that self-identifies as part of the modern parental rights movement.
00:07:39.000They oppose LGBTQ and racially inclusive school curriculum and advocated book bans.
00:08:06.000They don't want to kill a mockingbird.
00:08:07.000They don't want the actual books that could teach virtue, goodness, and courage.
00:08:10.000But the second that we take a stand and say, yeah, you know, a nine-year-old shouldn't learn about the intimate details of anal sex, they say that we all of a sudden want book bans.
00:08:20.000I want you to listen to some of the examples.
00:08:22.000And they try to say, oh, they want book bans.
00:08:23.000They don't want pornography in front of eight-year-olds.
00:08:27.000Somehow, this is wildly controversial to the Southern Poverty Law Center.
00:08:32.000The Southern Poverty Law Center is now listing them so that other groups can marginalize them, smear them, slander them, spy on them.
00:08:41.000Do not be surprised when the FBI, Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, uses these lists to then go spy on moms and dads.
00:08:52.000By the way, who has ever held accountable for the fact that Merrick Garland sent out a memo to say to spy on moms and dads that show up at school board meetings?
00:09:00.000This right here is a Soviet-style tactic to basically acknowledge and admit the Parents Party is one of the greatest, most robust threats to these perverts running our country.

00:10:05.000There is a network of hundreds of millions of dollars of nonprofit money that is used to smear you, slander you, spy, not spy, but monitor everything that Turning Point USA does, that Moms Her Liberty does.

00:12:02.000They have to try to sexualize children, which makes them vulnerable, makes them easier to be controlled.

00:30:00.000Honestly, Charlie, it is a bunch of nonsense for them to take moms across the country that have just been getting involved in school board elections and getting involved in school board meetings and trying to impact school board policy for the first time in decades and to put us on a list with true terrorists and true people that the first picture when you go to their website on the list of these people is some person with Nazi flags doing a high Hitler sign.
00:30:27.000And they want to place my picture right next to this gentleman for the work that our moms are doing across the country.

00:31:40.000And we will argue with them about if it's hateful to want to make sure that parents are involved in their child's education or in the decisions being made if a child wants to change their name or their gender or use the restroom of the opposite sex or sleep in an overnight field trip with the opposite sex.
00:31:57.000If you want to call me hateful as a mom because I want to make that decision for my child, not some principal or vice principal or counselor, then we can have that discussion.
00:32:08.000But some of the things on that list are just untrue.
00:32:11.000Some of the things they have said about us are factually inaccurate.
00:32:14.000What we have found over the last two and a half years is someone in the media, sometimes some radical far-left media like Vice or Media Matters, will literally make stuff up about us, publish it, and then mainstream media picks it up like it's fact.
00:33:51.000It is our right, our natural right from God to raise these children, to direct their education, their medical care, their religious upbringing, their moral upbringing.
00:33:59.000The government of the United States of America has been interjecting itself for decades.
00:34:03.000And I will say some of that is because parents have been negligent.
00:34:07.000Parents have abdicated some of their responsibilities to public schools.
00:34:11.000But we, as an organization, decided two and a half years ago that we were going to stand up to that and try to solve this problem.
00:34:17.000And look at the pushback, the slander from the Biden administration, from the DOJ, from the NSBA, and now the Southern Poverty Legal Center, if I got their name right.

00:34:31.000The other one they say here is you look at the National Teachers Union met and drafted a proposal to replace the word mother with birthing person.

00:36:07.000So we are building a four-day event that is packed full of training how to run for school board, training how to support a candidate for school board, training how to be a school board activist.
00:36:38.000We've had a donor reach out and offer $300,000.
00:36:42.000They will match up to $300,000 for every donation that comes in so that we can fight back against the Southern Poverty Law Center because they do not like that they are trying to silence parents.
00:36:53.000They see the work our organization is doing.
00:36:55.000We are joyful warriors at Moms for Liberty.

00:37:43.000You know, this all started out of necessity and love of your kids.
00:37:47.000And now, how many chapters do you have?
00:37:49.000Tell us more about the genesis of this and why SPLC considers you to be such a threat.
00:37:54.000I love to talk about our organization.
00:38:10.000As we were coming off the school boards, we like to say when we were serving that we saw behind the education curtain, we saw the problems with public education where it was failing students, but we also saw how they were, as a district, at school districts, they really were starting to step on parental rights left and right.
00:38:27.000All of America by the end of 2020 saw what school districts were doing.
00:38:31.000They were shutting off microphones, locking doors, shutting down meetings, canceling meetings so parents couldn't speak.
00:38:37.000And then, you know, parents were seeing what was being streamed into their living rooms and dining rooms as their kids were doing work.
00:38:43.000And so we kind of looked at what was going on around the country and we watched these parents just struggling to attempt to connect with their school districts and impact change.
00:38:57.000Our goal is to have 3,000 chapters by the end of this and a Moms for Liberty member at every school board meeting from now to the end of time.
00:39:04.000We're laser focused on parental rights and public education.
00:39:09.000And just so you know, two and a half years in, we are now at almost 300 chapters.
00:39:13.000So that's 300 counties in the country that have a Moms for Liberty chapter.
00:39:17.000We're in 45 states and we're approaching 120,000.
