00:01:13.000 We are, boy, we are on top of a lot of the news right now and some things that are really breaking that I want to go into, including how the media has been covering what tragically happened last week and kind of some new revelations that have been coming out, which is one of the main reasons why I think that the rush to impeachment, this drive-by impeachment, was such a mistake because we are still getting and gathering information as to what happened last week.

00:01:41.000 Now, it might seem very simple what happened.

00:01:48.000 But do not conflate your feeling as to what happened with the detailed facts with what happened.

00:01:55.000 What do I mean with that?

00:01:56.000 Your feeling should be saddened, troubled that our Capitol was overrun and that people died.

00:02:05.000 However, there seems to be a lot of details that are now coming out that are showing that this was pre-planned.

00:02:16.000 This was not necessarily just an extension of people that went to the president's speech at the Washington Monument.

00:02:23.000 But first, I want to lead with this story.

00:02:26.000 And I'm going to tell you how we're going to be covering this story, the story of what happened at the Capitol from this point forward.

00:02:37.000 There's not an election coming up anytime soon.

00:02:40.000 Anyone trying to score political points at this moment, I think, is doing a disservice to their listeners and their viewers.

00:02:48.000 And so we are now hearing repeated calls from the media that everything on the Capitol was right-wing inspired.

00:02:57.000 That's not necessarily true.

00:03:00.000 John Sullivan just got arrested yesterday, who is a left-wing activist charged in the Capitol riot.

00:03:07.000 John Sullivan, 26, a founder of the protest group, Insurgents USA, recorded himself entering through a Capitol window.

00:03:15.000 John Sullivan, by the way, was spotted by many people, conservative journalists.

00:03:22.000 He was on Anderson Cooper last week.

00:03:26.000 He disguised himself in a Trump hat and broke into the Capitol.

00:03:32.000 The Newsweek article I'm reading from says, quote, as the mob pushed through the barricades towards the Capitol, Sullivan was heard shouting, We've accomplished this, bleep.

00:03:41.000 We did this together.

00:03:42.000 Bleep, yeah, we're all part of this.

00:03:44.000 Let's burn this bleep down.

00:03:48.000 Now, he thought he might not be arrested because in past things he was involved in, there wasn't a lot of police or federal action.

00:03:56.000 This is different.

00:03:58.000 So let me just tell you one thing that I think we need to zero in on.

00:04:04.000 Stop using right versus left labels with all of this.

00:04:07.000 It drives me nuts.

00:04:09.000 Well, right-wing protest, left-wing infiltration.

00:04:12.000 The real divide of what happened at the Capitol is chaos versus order.

00:04:17.000 It's not right versus left.

00:04:19.000 It's not conservative versus liberal.

00:04:21.000 This is not really built on ideological lines.

00:04:25.000 Now, some of the people that might have followed the initial penetration into the Capitol, yeah, they might have had some ideological preferences.

00:04:34.000 And we're always going to shoot at you straight here on the Charlie Kirk show.

00:04:37.000 Some of those people are Trump supporters.

00:04:40.000 Some of those people are registered Republicans that voted in Republican primaries.

00:04:44.000 Some of those people, like this guy, John Sullivan, is not.

00:04:48.000 He was wearing a camouflage disguise.

00:04:52.000 But the most telling revelation that is coming out actually pushes back against the entire reason why President Donald Trump was impeached.

00:05:04.000 The reason why President Donald Trump was impeached in the shortest impeachment ever in the history of the country, probably in the history of the Western world, never before has an impeachment or a censure been moved through that quickly.

00:05:19.000 The main thesis, argument that they were making is there were 300,000 people at the ellipse.

00:05:26.000 President Donald Trump fired them up and deployed them to the Capitol.

00:05:30.000 Therefore, everything at the Capitol was because of President Donald Trump's words and incitement.

00:05:36.000 There's already a lot wrong with that argument.

00:05:38.000 There's already a lot wrong with that narrative, such as what does incitement mean?

00:05:45.000 Who was there at the Capitol beforehand?

00:05:47.000 But now even more telling information is coming to light.

00:05:51.000 We are now learning that while there were people that got mixed up into this and probably broke some windows and followed the crowd, that this is more and more looking like something that was planned and plotted with the dates circled for quite some time.

00:06:13.000 So I want to go through some terms here because there's a lot of terms being thrown around.

00:06:18.000 What is an insurrection?

00:06:20.000 An insurrection is a violent uprising against an authority or government.

00:06:25.000 What is terrorism?

00:06:26.000 The intentional use of violence for political or religious reasons.

00:06:31.000 For the people that came to Washington, D.C., that were dressed in complete and total riot gear and then ended up participating in that kind of those acts of violence and they had the intent to want to usurp their government through the use of violence for political or religious reasons.

00:06:55.000 We would call that a domestic terrorist if BLM Incorporated was doing that.

00:07:00.000 I've been to over 40 Trump rallies in the last couple of years.

00:07:03.000 Isabel, you've been to a couple, right?

00:07:04.000 Yeah, many.

00:07:05.000 They're really fun.

00:07:06.000 I have never seen anyone at a Trump rally dress like this.

00:07:12.000 Never.

00:07:14.000 This guy, whomever this is, looks like he went all the way to the top level of the Capitol that you could go alongside other people with flags.

00:07:25.000 Seems to be celebrating or calling people up or something.

00:07:28.000 I don't want to imply what he's doing at that moment.

00:07:30.000 Does he look like he's going there to go fight for election integrity?

00:07:33.000 Probably not.

00:07:36.000 Again, I don't want to overly stereotype, but there's hundreds and hundreds of pictures of people like this.

00:07:42.000 That all of a sudden you're looking at a crowd of people that are wearing the typical MAGA hat or the typical MAGA beanie with their kind of Trump jacket.

00:07:51.000 And then all of a sudden next to them, you have a guy that dressed that looks like he wants to be on Seal Team 6.

00:07:58.000 And so, more and more information is now coming to light that what happened on January 6th was not an act of randomness.

00:08:07.000 That what happened on January 6th was a pre-plotted attempt for some of these guys or whomever they are to effect violence against our system of government.

00:08:22.000 Look at the pipe bombs.

00:08:23.000 You look at the amount, the mace that was used against the police officers.

00:08:28.000 Let's play tape here of Anderson Cooper interviewing John Sullivan, who has now been arrested.

00:08:35.000 Again, people call him a left-wing activist.

00:08:37.000 I call him a pro-chaos activist.

00:08:40.000 I'm done with right versus left.

00:08:42.000 He's a chaos activist.

00:08:51.000 Yeah, so basically all the protesters kind of stormed to get into the chamber.

00:08:57.000 We tried to get into like the main entrance right when you walked down the hallway.

00:09:02.000 But that being said, nobody was able to get in because there's two guards refusing to move.

00:09:07.000 So this clip, by the way, is really hard to find on any sort of clipping service like Grabian or otherwise.

00:09:13.000 So we had to get someone filming their television that actually had it on DVR.

00:09:18.000 It's really strange.

00:09:19.000 We struggled to find it.

00:09:20.000 I wonder why.

00:09:21.000 So this guy was trying to get in front of it saying he was a journalist covering it when in reality there was tape that was coming out that he said, F, F, yeah, you know, this is our country.

00:09:30.000 You know, this is our building.

00:09:31.000 We're going to take it back.

00:09:32.000 I have not seen this video until recently where it seems as if this is from inside of the Capitol being taken by whom?

00:09:40.000 It's called Uncensored TV.

00:09:42.000 I just found it on social media of people that seem to be inside the Capitol.

00:09:47.000 And this woman in the pink hat keeps on popping up in a lot of these kind of pictures.

00:09:51.000 Like when people are looking through pictures and group pictures, this woman in the pink hat seems to be sending out directions or seems to be kind of, and so what she does in this video is she walks, she goes through the window and with a bullhorn starts saying, and I'm going to paraphrase, if you want to take this building, there are weak defenses on this side, go do that.

00:10:14.000 And then you kind of hear the organizers, we need more people, we need more people.

00:10:18.000 And so based on this, this is a trimmed version of the video, but based on this video, this video is super important because what for me is what it showed is that there were definitely organizers.

00:10:31.000 Those organizers looked really out of place.

00:10:33.000 One of the organizers in this video is wearing a gas mask as if he was trying to clean up Chernobyl.

00:10:39.000 And I think he regretted being seen on camera because he was giving orders that the gas mask on.

00:10:44.000 He realized he was on camera and he puts the gas mask out almost back on completely and quickly because I think he really regretted being identified.

00:10:53.000 Now, whether, again, I'm not going to, people are saying these are right-wing or left-wing.

00:10:58.000 It's irrelevant.

00:10:58.000 You're inside the Capitol building trying to launch an attack on our country.

00:11:02.000 You're chaos, okay?

00:11:04.000 You could call it whatever you want, insurrectionist, terrorist.

00:11:07.000 You kind of, you listen to this, but what the point is that there looks like there was a hierarchy in an organizer, and people that did not come to DC with this in mind that got caught up in it.

00:11:17.000 Does that make them innocent?

00:11:18.000 Absolutely not.

00:11:19.000 And that's not the point.

00:11:21.000 The point is that I think that these people that wanted to plan something beforehand, insurrectionists, whatever you want to call them, they all of a sudden got massive amounts of infantry support because of very angry people that were alongside of them.

00:11:38.000 And so you had the instigators and the bad guys all of a sudden have extra bodies that they otherwise wouldn't have had.

00:11:45.000 So let's play tape here and I'll keep the mic on so I can narrate it.

00:11:49.000 What's the floor plan?

00:11:52.000 They're asking what is the floor plan of Capitol.

00:12:08.000 We just need a plan.

00:12:09.000 We need enough people.

00:12:11.000 We need to push forward.

00:12:25.000 In the other room on the other side of this door, right here where these people are standing, there is a glass that if somebody gets broken, you can drop down into a room underneath it.

00:12:37.000 So this is a woman in the pink hat with a bullhorn giving orders to these other guys.

00:12:45.000 Some of which are draped in Trump flags, some of which look like they're want to be military guys.

00:12:52.000 And it just looks to be total chaos.

00:13:03.000 She is giving direct advice to these people on how to take the building.

00:13:14.000 And these insurrectionists are saying, we need more people.

00:13:17.000 We need more people.

00:13:18.000 This guy right here, he's going to regret it in a second.

00:13:21.000 He puts on his gas mask.

00:13:23.000 And all of a sudden, oh, geez, I don't want to get filmed.

00:13:25.000 Well, you already, yeah, go put on your gas mask.

00:13:27.000 Does that look like a guy you've seen at a Trump rally?

00:13:31.000 No.

00:13:32.000 With a gas mash sign like that.

00:13:35.000 But then as you can kind of see, it looks like there were other people that were.

00:13:39.000 You can stop the tape.

00:13:40.000 But as you could see in the tape, it looks like there were people that just looked like regular Trump supporters that were mixed in with that.

00:13:47.000 And they obviously made a horrendous mistake.

00:13:50.000 A lot of them have said that.

00:13:51.000 And these arrests are just going to continue.

00:13:53.000 And it does kind of reinforce a point that the FBI was making, which is that there's going to be a lot more video and tape coming out that will be very, very alarming as it comes out.

00:14:05.000 And hard to disagree with that after this last video.

00:14:09.000 This last video shows a group of people that went into the Capitol that had, they were kind of having a huddle, if you will, through a, there was a window right there, and they were trying to contemplate the best way to, in their own words, take the building.

00:14:27.000 They said that they had a floor plan, which infers that the leader studied the floor plan.

00:14:35.000 Then about halfway through the video, a woman in a pink hat who just keeps on popping up in a lot of different pictures.

00:14:41.000 And I do not believe the woman in the pink hat has been arrested yet.

00:14:45.000 But if you know any of these guys that are doing this or they recognize you, please, you know, be helpful in trying to bring justice with this.

00:14:56.000 When you have people that are saying, oh, I need to look at the floor plan.

00:15:00.000 I need to look at the schematics of a building, really?

00:15:04.000 Of the United States Capitol building.

00:15:06.000 And so then she screams through the window, whomever this person is.

00:15:11.000 I don't care their political affiliation. 0.99

00:15:13.000 With a bullhorn, she's screaming through the window. 1.00

00:15:16.000 And I want to get it written down because she was talking really quickly and it was really loud.

00:15:22.000 But Isabel, the essence of what she was saying was, if you want to take the building, go here, not there.

00:15:27.000 She was saying, I've been in the other room.

00:15:30.000 I think.

00:15:30.000 I hope we can get a transcript of that specifically.

00:15:33.000 But essentially, this is the floor plan.

00:15:35.000 This is what you need to know.

00:15:36.000 And I can help you get it as deep to the Capitol as possible. 0.96

00:15:39.000 Which is chilling that this woman was that, Just so we're clear, that kind of pushes back against one narrative, and it does reinforce a different narrative that some Democrats and some Republicans are pushing.

00:15:54.000 So, one narrative that that pushes back is that this was just an out-of-control, you know, just expulsion of anger.

00:16:01.000 People just ran in and they came in and they couldn't control themselves, and then they got it out of their system.

00:16:07.000 This advances a different narrative.

00:16:10.000 Again, we're putting all these pieces of evidence together to try to find out what really happened here.

00:16:14.000 This piece of narrative: if you have a woman with a bullhorn that's going through a window and someone who's receiving that, a guy with a gas mask that looks like he's trying to navigate Chernobyl or Nagasaki, if you have that, then that goes to show that that person was just not there because they got drummed up at a rally because of something President Trump said.

00:16:38.000 That woman in the pink hat, the guy that was saying, and then the other part of the video, which is interesting, as we get it back up, is they were saying, We need more people, we need more people, as if we need more personnel.

00:16:52.000 And so, at that point, some of the people that got worked up at the rally might have participated in that, but it seems as if there was somebody or a group of somebodes that were there that had a plan in mind.

00:17:04.000 Right, Charlie, and that fits into the CNN article we were talking about yesterday as well.

00:17:09.000 A bit a really important piece of the investigative reporting that's coming out after the fact of this event happening is the reality that the FBI has reported it's received more than 126,000 tips by Wednesday morning of last week.

00:17:23.000 So, that was well before the attack happened, well before the president's speech.

00:17:28.000 That's not to say people didn't get caught up in the moment, have a heat of the moment passionate.

00:17:33.000 I think that's what responds.

00:17:35.000 Yeah, is that people then, some people, not everyone, remember there were hundreds of thousands of people that didn't get near the Capitol that went to the permitted free speech election integrity speech at the ellipse.

00:17:48.000 There are tens of thousands of people, we don't know how many, let's say 15,000, that then went to the Capitol.

00:17:54.000 And then there are people that saw it and then they got involved.

00:17:57.000 That point, you're still criminally liable.

00:17:59.000 Absolutely.

00:18:00.000 However, it seems that, according to all available reports, that there was a hierarchy.

00:18:07.000 There was somebody that was planning this, that was trying to penetrate the United States Capitol.

00:18:12.000 We have to find out who those people are.

00:18:13.000 We do and hold them accountable because that behavior is absolutely not open.

00:18:17.000 It's terrible.

00:18:18.000 It's very clear.

00:18:18.000 I don't know how else to tell about that.

00:18:21.000 Outside of the, and I think the other part of this where these, you know, these folks that did this, I mean, I don't want to try to, I don't want to try to imply their motives because I don't know what their motives would be, but I think that they used a political kind of facade as an opportunity to accomplish some of their very, very evil goals and objectives.

00:18:45.000 Last Wednesday was a passionate day for many, many Americans in our country.

00:18:49.000 We are experiencing extreme political divides right now.

00:18:52.000 And when you can capitalize on a moment like that to take advantage of people's emotions to accomplish some goal, and again, we don't necessarily know what the motive behind the actions of last Wednesday was.

00:19:03.000 It's a pretty easy way to make a big splash when it comes to making as much damage happen as possible.

00:19:08.000 That's right.

00:19:09.000 And so that video, amongst others, and so we're kind of piecing all these videos together.

00:19:14.000 And the best way I can describe everything that we have been presented is it's chaos.

00:19:19.000 And so it's not right-wing fundamentalism.

00:19:22.000 It's not left-wing fundamentalism.

00:19:25.000 It looks chaotic.

00:20:07.000 However, at this point in the video, as you can see on the live stream, this woman, this pink hair pat woman, starts saying, Hey, guys, I've been in the other room.

00:20:16.000 In the other room on the other side of this door, right where we are, these people are standing.

00:20:20.000 There's glass that if it's broken, you can drop down into a room underneath it.

00:20:24.000 There's also two doors in the other room.

00:20:26.000 There's also one in the rear and one in the right where you go in.

00:20:29.000 So we should probably coordinate together if we're going to take this building.

00:20:34.000 We got another window to break, guys, to make getting in out easy.

00:20:38.000 And this window here needs to be broken.

00:20:40.000 And then these guys start to say, we need more people.

00:20:42.000 We need more people.

00:20:44.000 They start to grab furniture and in a processional line start to go into the other room.

00:20:50.000 So this woman with the, by the way, if you know this pink hat woman, please tell the authorities immediately.

00:20:58.000 And this other guy here looks to be a leader.

00:21:00.000 So whomever this journalist is or whomever filmed this, this is invaluable.

00:21:04.000 This guy right here, he is saying, we need more people.

00:21:08.000 Help us, help us, help us.

00:21:10.000 And then all of a sudden he puts on his gas mask in kind of like a last minute, oh my goodness, why are you filming me?

00:21:15.000 Yeah, okay, now you look like a Chernobyl-like type.

00:21:18.000 Looks look like a congressional office here.

00:21:20.000 This is this violates like every law.

00:21:23.000 Like it's not a matter of, it's not a matter of like some laws.

00:21:32.000 Looks like they're taking devices that this guy right here in all black and look, and it looks like a mixture, right?

00:21:52.000 And so, but, and then they go to this, and they're breaking that window.

00:21:54.000 And then the video continues and they break that window as per the directions of that woman, right?

00:21:58.000 She had some very clear intelligence on how to take as much ground as possible in the Capitol building.

00:22:51.000 As we know, D.C. looks a lot like a war zone right now.

00:22:54.000 I think there are more troops in DC than there are in Afghanistan.

00:23:01.000 But we're hearing that there's only going to be two so-called First Amendment zones in the entirety of Washington, D.C., near Pennsylvania Avenue this week.

00:23:11.000 Only up to 100 people will be allowed inside each space.

00:23:14.000 Anyone must go through metal detectors to get in, and they'll be escorted into the free speech or First Amendment zone.

00:23:21.000 The National Park Service just announced this during a press conference.

00:23:24.000 Look, it's hard to disagree with their line of thinking with some of this, but yeah, I mean, I think that the entire area, I mean, is on complete lockdown, especially with what we saw.

00:23:36.000 And while I am a free speech absolutist, that seems a little bit over the top.

00:23:42.000 But I think that all of us can agree that, you know, this is something happened here at the Capitol that was not just a spontaneous outrage of political results.

00:24:32.000 The motion was filed in federal court in Phoenix, says that Chansley should be detained because he wants to return to Washington for the inauguration.

00:24:43.000 It says, here's what the shaman believes.

00:24:46.000 Chansley has openly spoken about his belief that he is an alien, a higher being, and he is here on earth to assent to another reality.

00:24:55.000 The document says, quote, I am able to perceive multiple different frequencies of light beyond my five senses, and it allows me to see into these other dimensions.

00:54:09.000 Well, look, the Republican Party is now going to be determined whether or not it's going to continue to be a grassroots party, whether it's going to be a party that embraces very popular ideas of renegotiating trade deals, of stricter immigration, of challenging entrenched corporate interests, or whether it's going to go back to be a Chamber of Commerce party that Liz Cheney wants us to go towards.

00:55:44.000 But simultaneously, they're blanketing all conservatives with this new label of domestic terrorist, led by the new Osama bin Laden, in Eric Swalwell's words, that label being placed on President Trump, and then completely erasing your ability to exist in society.

00:55:59.000 They're threatening to take your social media accounts away, to take your diplomas away from where you went to college if you're a Harvard grad.

00:56:06.000 They're trying to remove Rudy Giuliani's ability to practice law in the state of New York from the New York Bar Association.

00:56:13.000 They're trying to pay people, the former mayor of New York City, who was mayor during 9-11.

00:56:18.000 That's right.

00:56:18.000 So that's the reality that we're talking about.

00:56:19.000 They're trying to run the Southern District of New York prosecutorial office.

00:56:23.000 That's who they're trying to strip away.

00:56:25.000 Let's go to Cut 88 of AOC basically saying, you know, all that media stuff, social media, your ability to say stuff I don't like, that's the real problem.

00:56:34.000 AOC basically pinpoints that media literacy is the true problem in our country.

00:56:39.000 And we're going to have to figure that out to rein in the media environment in our country.

00:56:44.000 You know, I do think that several members of Congress in some of my discussions have brought up media literacy because that is a part of what happened here.

00:56:57.000 And we're going to have to figure out how we reign in our media environment so that you can't just spew disinformation and misinformation.

00:57:12.000 So basically, if you have opinions that she does not like, she wants to loop you into misinformation and disinformation.

00:57:20.000 Look, freedom of speech is, it's amazing that we have actually been able to keep freedom of speech for this long as a country.

00:57:27.000 Freedom of speech is something that we have talked about many times here in this program.

00:57:31.000 It is moral, but it's difficult.

00:57:32.000 It's difficult because powerful people are constantly challenged when you allow freedom of speech.

00:57:37.000 When you don't allow freedom of speech, like in North Korea or in China, and you challenge powerful people, you disappear.

00:57:43.000 And so freedom of speech is the most important thing.

00:57:46.000 Now, what AOC might consider disinformation, what AOC might consider misinformation, we consider ulterior viewpoints.

00:57:57.000 When all of a sudden they start to expand the guidelines this dramatically, and look, the answer to people being incorrect or the answer to people being wrong, like her, is more speech.

00:58:10.000 I'm not advocating for a law when we were in power, when we had the White House and the Senate and Congress to go censor socialist voices.

00:58:19.000 That would be wrong.

00:58:20.000 That would only empower them, actually.

00:58:22.000 And it would also, it wouldn't actually, it wouldn't be moral in any way, shape, or form around it. 0.71

00:58:27.000 Alexandria Casio-Cortez is doing what most people with totalitarian impulses almost always do: shut up the guy that challenges your power.

00:58:35.000 And the rest of the world gets this too, Charlie.

00:58:37.000 We've seen international figures from around the world in the last few days point the finger at big tech in America and say that is a very dangerous precedent and should not be the culture we're accepting.

00:58:47.000 We're hearing that from Australia, France, Germany, Russia, Poland, Mexico, just to name a few.

00:58:52.000 And that number only continues growing by the minute.

00:58:55.000 So it's amazing to me that we are the stand for free speech in the world, supposedly, based on our constitution and the way that we've governed our people for so long.

00:59:04.000 But now it's the rest of the world telling us you made a huge mistake.

00:59:07.000 We're looking to you for leadership on this issue, and it's time to step up.

00:59:12.000 That is so incredibly true.

00:59:14.000 And if we do not have speech, which AOC wants to go after because she considers it to be disinformation, then we don't have a civilization.

00:59:23.000 We put up with a lot of disinformation the last couple of years.

00:59:25.000 The entire Mueller-Russia hoax, the entire thing was disinformation.

00:59:30.000 We put up with it.

00:59:31.000 We tried to win the argument, which I think we ended up winning because we had better ideas and we had truth on our side.

00:59:38.000 Whereas they want to, they are indulging in very dangerous totalitarian impulses.

00:59:43.000 Let me just tell you something, AOC, that you might feel like you run the Democrat Party.

00:59:48.000 You might feel like you have all the cards, but when the corporate Democrats are in control, which they are, they're going to want to shut you up next.

00:59:54.000 If they shut us up, which they basically have through Parlor and through Amazon web services and all this stuff, and a lot of our voices have been severely muted, you think they're going to continue to allow you to gallivan talking about how entrenched corporate Democrats have to go?

01:00:13.000 They want you shut up sometimes even more than us because you're an annoyance in their own caucus.

01:01:04.000 The corporation cannot curtail the liberty of press and religion of these people consistent with the purposes of the Constitution guarantees.

01:01:14.000 And certainly, the corporation can no more deprive people of freedom of press and religion than it can discriminate against commerce.

01:01:22.000 Ownership does not always mean absolute dominion.

01:01:26.000 The owners of privately held bridges, ferries, turnpikes, and railroads may not operate them as freely as a farmer does on his own farm.

01:01:35.000 That's the Supreme Court of the United States in 1946.

01:01:41.000 There is so much wisdom in what he said right there.

01:01:46.000 So basically, let's take a great example.

01:01:49.000 Let's say a very easy example.

01:02:09.000 And it's a private, it's a private expressway for about 50 miles.

01:02:14.000 Yeah, the Chicago Skyway.

01:02:16.000 And it's owned by a private group of investors and they have a toll and it's like $15, but it gets you through Chicago a lot easier.

01:02:21.000 But despite it being privately owned, because they have so many people that depend on it as a thoroughfare, they can't all of a sudden put in a tollway and say, you know what?

01:02:30.000 No Republicans are allowed to drive on our expressway.

01:02:33.000 No people of hate are allowed to drive on our expressway.

01:02:36.000 And what Glenn Beck, the point he's making, which is a terrific point, is that once you have the volume of the entire citizenry and the populace start to go through your enterprise, your highway, your ferry, your social media platform, then all of a sudden you become a choke point for the entire civilization.

01:02:52.000 Whereas just a private farm in rural Indiana, if all of a sudden that private farm says, you know what, we're only going to allow people of faith to come onto our farm for our Bible study.

01:03:02.000 You can't all of a sudden show up at that guy's farm and say, no, I want to have an American atheist meeting there.

01:03:06.000 Okay, that's not the way it works.

01:03:08.000 And so a lot of the private property arguments was always argued in for small businesses and medium businesses and also for even fairly large business, a couple thousand people.

01:03:18.000 But once you have a platform, a highway, a ferry, an airline that has tens of millions of Americans going through it, all of a sudden you're no different than a public forum.

01:03:28.000 Well, millions of people from around the world, too.

01:03:30.000 That's important to remember is the rest of the world uses our social media sites to communicate as well.

01:06:42.000 This is just a prediction that if Trump starts to declassify stuff, they're going to start to ban accounts that then spread the declassified documents.
