00:00:56.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:57.000 Here we go.
00:00:58.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:59.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:01:01.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:01:05.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:01:08.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:01:09.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:01:10.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:01:18.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:27.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:31.000 I want to focus on a statement that President Trump issued around the Chinese coronavirus.
00:01:37.000 Now, it's very interesting.
00:01:38.000 The media is pushing back against Joe Biden, saying that, wait a second, virus rates are going up in certain parts of the country.
00:01:48.000 And you can't celebrate victory yet.
00:01:50.000 Now, the intention of the media here is still unclear.
00:01:54.000 I don't trust the activist media, and I don't trust their intentions when it comes towards covering these stories, but it is sort of nice.
00:02:02.000 It's refreshing to see the Democrats have to play a little bit of defense for once.
00:02:07.000 Dr. Burks and Dr. Fauci have been on a media blitz slandering former President Trump, saying that he was unequipped and impossible to work with when it came to the Chinese coronavirus.
00:02:21.000 And President Trump had some very choice words for them.
00:02:25.000 But before I get into that, I want to talk about what Joe Biden said at the White House in regards to reopening America.
00:02:32.000 Joe Biden said, quote, I'm reiterating my call for every governor, mayor, and local leader to maintain and reinstate the mask mandate, Biden said at the White House, quote, please, this is not politics.
00:02:42.000 Reinstate the mandate if you let it down.
00:02:45.000 Meanwhile, the states that have reopened are actually faring much better than the ones that are not open.
00:02:51.000 For example, Florida has the second oldest population in the country.
00:02:55.000 Florida has one of the largest populations in the country.
00:02:58.000 Phenomenal governor, Governor Ron DeSantis.
00:03:00.000 And Florida has a much better virus infection rate, hospitalization rate, and death rate than states that were perpetually locked down, like Florida and California.
00:03:10.000 And did you know that Florida actually has a more urban population than New York City, than New York, I should say, the state of New York?
00:03:18.000 The quote from Politico is, Biden urges states to pause reopening as the Chinese coronavirus cases climb.
00:03:25.000 Now, why cases are climbing is probably because we are reopening the country.
00:03:30.000 The question is, is the vaccine actually making a difference?
00:03:34.000 Probably.
00:03:35.000 The question is, how big of a difference, we don't know.
00:03:37.000 How effective the vaccine is remains unclear.
00:03:40.000 I've said for quite some time the lockdowns should have ended last Easter once we had an idea of what we were dealing with.
00:03:46.000 Every single lockdown, every single mandate should have been lifted.
00:03:50.000 You should have trusted people to make decisions as they saw fit.
00:03:55.000 Now, I'm not one to point out mistakes that President Trump made.
00:03:59.000 I'm going to read from President Trump's statement here, and I agree with every single word of it.
00:04:04.000 But then I'm also going to say something that I wish he would have done earlier.
00:04:09.000 I think you could probably guess what it is.
00:04:11.000 Donald Trump said in his statement, it's a long statement, based on their interviews, and I quote, I felt it was time to speak up about Dr. Fauci and Dr. Burks, the two self-promoters trying to reinvent history to cover for their bad instincts and faulty recommendations, which I fortunately almost always overturned.
00:04:27.000 They had bad policy decisions that would have left our country open to China and others, close to reopening our economy and years away from an approved vaccine, putting millions of lives at risk.
00:04:37.000 Now, let me just say something about the vaccine.
00:04:40.000 We're getting a lot of questions about the Chinese coronavirus vaccine at freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:04:45.000 I'm not going to take the vaccine.
00:04:46.000 I know a lot of people that have, and that's your liberty, and you should do your own research.
00:04:51.000 And if you feel that the science is behind it, then so be it.
00:04:55.000 Donald Trump had the most effective vaccination policy that any other president could have implemented.
00:05:01.000 Anyone in a leadership position.
00:05:03.000 Instead of going through committees and going through the FDA, he said, why don't we give these pharmaceutical companies everything they ask for and have them compete against each other, Moderna, Johnson ⁇ Johnson, and Pfizer, to try to get straight to market.
00:05:17.000 Now, of course, the vaccine announcement came one week after the election.
00:05:22.000 Why Johnson and Johnson, Moderna, or Pfizer were not able to announce that they had a working vaccine in September and October and give Donald Trump the credit is purely politics, purely politics.
00:05:33.000 And Joe Biden, misrepresenting this and being a pathological liar, even though he got vaccinated under the Trump administration, says that he was left with no vaccine, no vaccine at all whatsoever.
00:05:44.000 Donald Trump continues in his statement by saying, quote, in a fake interview with last night on CNN, Dr. Fauci, who said he was an athlete in college, but couldn't throw a baseball even close to home plate, it was a, quote, roller tried to take credit for the vaccine.
00:05:57.000 Now, let me just stop here.
00:05:58.000 This statement by Trump would have been a tweet.
00:06:01.000 So now we have them in these long statements.
00:06:03.000 Continues by saying, when in fact, he said it would take three to five years and probably longer to have approved.
00:06:08.000 Dr. Fauci was incapable of pressing the FDA to move it through faster.
00:06:12.000 I was the one to get it done.
00:06:14.000 And even the fake media knows it and reports this.
00:06:17.000 President Trump is correct here.
00:06:20.000 The improbable, historic, nearly impossible effort by President Trump and his team through Operation Warp Speed to execute a successful vaccination development strategy is the envy of the world.
00:06:34.000 America has always been the leader of the world.
00:06:36.000 And by the way, when are we going to start to get thank yous from the rest of the world for our entrepreneurial drive?
00:06:44.000 How free market capitalism was able to develop this innovation?
00:06:50.000 When are we going to get thank yous from the rest of the world if they believe that this vaccination is working for them?
00:06:55.000 They can't have it either way, or both ways, I should say.
00:06:58.000 It's either this vaccination is wonderful, and thank you, United States of America, and thank you, President Trump, or it's terrible.
00:07:06.000 The statement continues by saying, Dr. Fauci is also the king of, quote, flip-flops and moving the goalposts to make himself look as good as possible.
00:07:14.000 He fought me so hard because he wanted to keep our country open to countries like China.
00:07:18.000 I close it against his strong recommendation.
00:07:20.000 Let me stop here.
00:07:21.000 This was one of the most consequential and best decisions of Donald Trump's entire presidency.
00:07:28.000 Shutting us off to the Chinese Communist Party, shutting off travel, was called xenophobic, was called hateful.
00:07:37.000 It was called bigoted by Nancy Pelosi and her allies.
00:07:41.000 She went to Chinatown and marched in Chinatown and said to Donald Trump, how dare you be a bigot towards the Chinese coronavirus?
00:07:50.000 We didn't see Nancy Pelosi walking through Chinatown in May or June of last year.
00:07:57.000 Closing down travel was the right move in defiance to all the experts.
00:08:05.000 We know exactly what the experts believe and what their agenda is.
00:08:08.000 It's perpetual lockdown.
00:08:10.000 It's people that have failed upward their entire life.
00:08:14.000 It's people that, like Dr. Fauci, are part of the permanent medical industrial complex.
00:08:23.000 I'm a big skeptic when it comes to the pharmaceutical companies, how many drugs we take in our country.
00:08:30.000 I think we take way too many drugs in our country.
00:08:32.000 I think natural solutions are far better than pharmaceuticals.
00:08:38.000 We talk here on this program about drug-free solutions, and you guys have heard me talk about that quite often.
00:08:45.000 An example for that in my own life, I had a bad back injury, and I realized that one leg is longer than the other.
00:08:51.000 And by the way, if anyone listening to this has a back injury, I encourage you to get this checked out.
00:08:55.000 It made a huge difference as soon as I got a three-millimeter lift in my shoe, a massive difference.
00:09:00.000 And as soon as I got that three-millimeter lift in my shoe, a lot of the back pain started to go away.
00:09:05.000 It's not all gone, and Relief Factor has helped with that a lot as well, and stretching and core workouts.
00:09:11.000 The point I'm making is that sometimes there are non-pharmaceutical, non-opioid, non-addictive, non-medical industrial complex solutions, always be solution-oriented, that we should look for.
00:09:25.000 The statement continues: he fought me so hard because he wanted to keep our country open to countries like China.
00:09:31.000 I close it to his strong recommendation.
00:09:32.000 I'm reading it twice, actually, which saved many lives.
00:09:35.000 Dr. Fauci also said we did not need to wear masks.
00:09:38.000 And then a few months later, he said we needed to wear masks.
00:09:41.000 And now, two or three of them, Fauci spent United States money on the Wuhan laboratory in China.
00:09:47.000 And we now know how that worked out.
00:09:49.000 Now, Donald Trump is playing right into the conjecture, the theory that we have, that this virus originated from the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
00:10:02.000 Almost all evidence is pointing to this.
00:10:05.000 It's more and more clear to those of us that actually care about the science, that care about epidemiology, not what Dr. Fauci says, that this was manufactured possibly as a bioweapon by the Chinese Communist Party.
00:10:18.000 The statement that Donald Trump published about Dr. Burks and Dr. Fauci is worthy of going through piece by piece.
00:10:24.000 And I'm going to get there, but I'm going to say one thing that I think the president should have done differently.
00:10:30.000 I'm going to say one thing that will be a piece of, I don't know if it's criticism, it's honest feedback, where I think Donald Trump did not make the right decision.
00:10:43.000 The statement continues by saying, Dr. Burks is a proven liar with very little credibility left.
00:10:50.000 Many of her recommendations were viewed as, quote, pseudoscience.
00:10:54.000 It's true.
00:10:55.000 Remember, Dr. Burks famously said that we're taking a liberal approach, small L liberal approach to counting deaths.
00:11:03.000 She said that in a press briefing, that it might be dying with the Chinese coronavirus or from the Chinese coronavirus.
00:11:10.000 We're taking a more liberal approach.
00:11:13.000 The statement continues and says, Dr. Fauci would always talk negatively about her and, in fact, would not ask to be in the same room with her.
00:11:21.000 It's a little interesting drama.
00:11:24.000 The states who followed her lead, like California, had worse outcomes on the Chinese coronavirus, had worse outcomes on the Chinese coronavirus from states like California who followed her lead and ruined the lives of countless children because they couldn't go to school, ruined many businesses and an untold number of Americans who were killed by the lockdowns themselves.
00:11:43.000 I'm pleased to hear the president mention this.
00:11:46.000 This was not going to be the main point of my disagreement with Trump, but he tolerated the lockdowns for far too long.
00:11:53.000 The lockdowns should have been released from the top down in mid-April.
00:11:59.000 We would not have had the same sort of economic catastrophe.
00:12:03.000 We would not have had to suffer for as long as we did.
00:12:05.000 We would not have lost 40% of our small businesses, mental health issues, and suicide.
00:12:10.000 Those issues would not have presented themselves.
00:12:12.000 We tolerated the anti-science lockdowns at an unreasonable cost, an immoral cost, I might say.
00:12:23.000 Continues by saying, Dr. Burks was a terrible medical advisor, which is why I seldom followed her advice.
00:12:31.000 Her motto should be, quote, do as I say, not as I do.
00:12:36.000 Who can forget when Dr. Burks gave a huge mandate to the people of our nation not to travel and then traveled a great distance to see her family for Thanksgiving, only to have them call the police and turn her in?
00:12:49.000 She then embarrassingly for her resigned, and that is true.
00:12:52.000 Dr. Deborah Burks said one thing and did the other, no different than Andrew Cuomo walking the streets of New York without a mask.
00:12:59.000 Lori Lightfoot going on vacation while being mayor of Chicago.
00:13:04.000 J.B. Pritzker vacationing in Lake Geneva.
00:13:07.000 How can we forget Gavin Newsom dining at French laundry, and he now faces a credible recall threat.
00:13:14.000 And I'm getting so many emails on this.
00:13:16.000 I want to just say, keep it up.
00:13:17.000 I want to encourage you.
00:13:19.000 I want to support all of my amazing friends in California for executing the recall against Gavin Newsome.
00:13:27.000 It's not official yet, but it is close.
00:13:30.000 The more that we as conservatives and Americans play offense, the more that we push against the Democrats in control and the impossible fights for us to win, the less likely they are going to complete a totalitarian power grab of our country.
00:13:47.000 So I just want to say for all the California patriots out there that are listening, thank you for working.
00:13:54.000 My friend Teresa Hernandez, I don't know if she's listening to this.
00:13:58.000 She's a great American.
00:13:59.000 She's been texting me updates.
00:14:00.000 Charlie, we're working it.
00:14:01.000 Charlie, we're working it.
00:14:02.000 She's terrific.
00:14:04.000 So many patriots who love their country like her.
00:14:07.000 They are working hard.
00:14:08.000 They knocked on doors.
00:14:09.000 And now we'll see what happens next in California.
00:14:11.000 But I love a good grassroots organizing, or I should say organization.
00:14:17.000 I guess organizing is applicable.
00:14:19.000 When it comes to pushing back against tyranny, the Constitution gave us this framework.
00:14:25.000 We, the people, are the sovereign in our nation.
00:14:28.000 The Constitution was not written for the times.
00:14:30.000 It was written to stand a test of time.
00:14:32.000 And in California's sense, the Constitution was written strictly for tyrants and despots like Gavin Newsom.
00:14:41.000 And in this statement, Deborah Burks is right within that ruling.
00:14:49.000 The word is out.
00:14:50.000 People are abandoning their overpriced wireless carriers and flocking to PeerTalk for the same coverage, but at a fraction of the price.
00:14:57.000 If you're with Verizon, ATT, or T-Mobile, switching to PeerTalk could save your family over $800 a year.
00:15:02.000 And switching is so easy.
00:15:03.000 You can keep your phone, keep your number, or get huge discounts on the latest iPhones and Androids.
00:15:07.000 Like right now, you can get a new iPhone SE.
00:15:10.000 Forget this, just $7 a month.
00:15:11.000 Plus, right now, take advantage of unlimited talk text and six gigs of data for just $30 a month.
00:15:16.000 And if you go over on data, they don't charge you for it.
00:15:18.000 There's a reason why PeerTalk is the highest rated wireless company by Consumer Affairs.
00:15:22.000 So stop giving your money to overpriced wireless carriers and start saving money.
00:15:25.000 From your cell phone, dial pound250 and say, Charlie Kirk, save on your wireless and get a brand new iPhone SE for over $7 a month.
00:15:33.000 That's pound 250 and say, Charlie Kirk.
00:15:37.000 We have a question here.
00:15:38.000 Hey, Charlie, I listened to your recent podcast.
00:15:42.000 Thank you for subscribing to the Charlie Kirk Show podcast.
00:15:45.000 In regards to the parties never switching, how do you rationalize that KKK members might be more likely to be Republicans than Democrats?
00:15:55.000 Thanks so much.
00:15:56.000 Love the show, Brett from Arkansas.
00:15:59.000 Well, first of all, I reject the premise.
00:16:01.000 I don't know what KKK members Brett might be talking about.
00:16:04.000 And just so the broader audience, just so you know, we did an entire campus tour last week.
00:16:09.000 In fact, we are going to be in Nashville on Wednesday.
00:16:12.000 I encourage you to check it out with Candace Owens, tpusa.com.
00:16:18.000 I reject the premise that KKK members want to be part of the Republican Party.
00:16:23.000 You might be referring to the one-off person that might have a Confederate flag here and there.
00:16:27.000 It is important to remember that David Duke, the literal founder of the KKK, endorsed Elon Omar and hated Donald Trump because he thought he was too pro-Israel.
00:16:37.000 The party's never switched.
00:16:39.000 And if your children, or maybe you, are being taught or you believe that the Republican Party and the Democrat Party switched, I highly encourage you to check out the podcast.
00:16:50.000 We have a whole video on that.
00:16:51.000 We also have it on our YouTube channel, Charlie Kirk Show podcast.
00:16:55.000 Hit subscribe.
00:16:56.000 Go through that.
00:16:56.000 It's the five lies your children are being taught about America.
00:17:00.000 And so Brett from Arkansas, I'm happy to build that out further.
00:17:03.000 I just saw that email come through.
00:17:05.000 I want to make sure I answered that.
00:17:06.000 Okay, this is the statement here from Donald Trump.
00:17:09.000 And Donald Trump is, he's pushing back.
00:17:11.000 He's pushing back against the media tour that Dr. Fauci and Dr. Burks were doing.
00:17:18.000 And it finishes by saying, finally, Dr. Burks says she can't hear very well, but I can.
00:17:24.000 There is, quote, no very difficult phone call other than Dr. Burks' policies that would have led us directly into Chinese coronavirus-caused depression.
00:17:33.000 She was a very negative voice who didn't have the right answers.
00:17:35.000 Time has proven me correct.
00:17:37.000 I only kept Dr. Fauci and Dr. Burks on because they worked for the U.S. government for so long.
00:17:42.000 They are like a bad habit.
00:17:45.000 So President Trump's words, I agree with almost all of it.
00:17:48.000 The only thing I disagree with is the lockdowns.
00:17:50.000 I think we should have opened up the country much sooner.
00:17:55.000 There's a lesson here for all of you, though.
00:17:57.000 And there's one thing that Donald Trump should have done.
00:18:01.000 He should have fired Dr. Fauci and Dr. Burks the minute this nonsense reared its ugly, usurpatious, treacherous, and deceitful head.
00:18:14.000 There should be a no-tolerance policy.
00:18:15.000 When you are a leader, you must take responsibility for not just your actions, but the actions of everyone underneath you.
00:18:24.000 While I agree with Donald Trump here, he had the constitutional power to get rid of these people, and he chose not to do it.
00:18:30.000 And the president's a friend of mine.
00:18:32.000 I'm only saying this to add context, that they should have been fired quickly and immediately.
00:18:37.000 It's refreshing to see Donald Trump speak honestly about Dr. Anthony Fauci, the anti-science activist who cared much more about cable television appearances, front page magazine cameos, or the $1 million he got from the Israeli government, which makes me sick to my stomach, than actually benefiting the American people.
00:18:57.000 That's not the right way to say it, representing the best interests of the American people, I should say.
00:19:02.000 So this is a lesson for all of you out there.
00:19:05.000 If you're in a position of leadership, leadership is hard.
00:19:08.000 Leadership comes with perks, accolades, comes with responsibility as well.
00:19:14.000 And you must be able to explain your decisions to the people that entrust you with their power, their resources, or their time.
00:19:25.000 I wish Donald Trump would have fired Dr. Fauci and Dr. Burks like he fired Jeff Sessions.
00:19:33.000 Now, maybe Donald Trump was thinking, hey, if I fire Dr. Burks and Dr. Fauci, they're just going to go on cable television and attack me endlessly.
00:19:41.000 And there probably is a good argument for that.
00:19:44.000 But they were undermining him at every single turn.
00:19:48.000 Dr. Burks and Dr. Fauci were taking every opportunity they could to achieve a political aim, to use the apparatus of the medical industrial complex to use the most powerful position of authority, doctor, to make America in their lockdown image.
00:20:03.000 It's the one portion of American society that I think gets the least amount of pushback, doctors.
00:20:09.000 Doctors can be wrong, just like plumbers can be wrong, just like taxicab drivers can be wrong, just like professors can be wrong.
00:20:16.000 Just because you have a DR in front of your name does not make you automatically right.
00:20:21.000 Now, some of my dearest friends are doctors.
00:20:23.000 Doctors have saved friends of mine lives.
00:20:27.000 Doctors have played a very positive role in my life.
00:20:31.000 But not all doctors are made equal.
00:20:33.000 Some doctors have other agendas, like Dr. Fauci, who's never been right about anything his entire life.
00:20:39.000 But here's the takeaway.
00:20:40.000 When you are a leader and people entrust you with power, the old phrase is the buck stops here.
00:20:52.000 Many people, including myself, called for the termination of Dr. Anthony Fauci from a couple weeks into this nonsense.
00:21:02.000 We said, who is this guy?
00:21:03.000 Who put him in here?
00:21:05.000 Why is he still around?
00:21:07.000 And I appreciate Donald Trump clarifying the record.
00:21:10.000 I'm just going to say this one last time.
00:21:12.000 And I'd love your thoughts, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:21:15.000 They should have been fired publicly and decisively.
00:21:18.000 And his medical team should have been staffed with loyal people who love their country and actually believed in science that were willing to talk about hydroxychloroquine, who were willing to talk about zinc, who were willing to talk about vitamin D, who were more focused on therapeutics than lockdowns.
00:21:36.000 You see, that's where our entire conversation went wrong.
00:21:38.000 For those of you that have been listening to us for over the year, by the way, our podcast has exploded over the last year.
00:21:46.000 We are nearly, I don't know the exact number, we're an exponent bigger today than we were a year ago.
00:21:52.000 Thank you for that.
00:21:54.000 Some of you might remember the loyal original listeners when I did a podcast in all caps, open America now.
00:22:03.000 Got a lot of hate for that.
00:22:04.000 People said, what do you want?
00:22:05.000 People to die?
00:22:06.000 You want to see them suffer?
00:22:08.000 You want to see them not be able to breathe?
00:22:09.000 Of course, that's not true.
00:22:10.000 Those are not my intentions.
00:22:11.000 My intentions were the opposite.
00:22:13.000 I loved people so much, I wanted them to be free.
00:22:17.000 Liberty is not something that should ever be compromised.
00:22:21.000 Liberty is so special.
00:22:22.000 It's so unique.
00:22:23.000 It is the human rarity.
00:22:26.000 It's not the human norm.
00:22:27.000 It's very rare for people to agree to be free.
00:22:30.000 It's much more common for people want to be taken care of.
00:22:35.000 So anytime I see freedom or liberty start to be infringed upon, as soon as I start to see freedom of conscience, religious worship, freedom of commerce, small business, freedom of movement, travel restrictions, not leaving your home, there better be a really good reason why that's happening.
00:22:58.000 And it has to be temporary, has to be specific, if that ever happens at all, if there's even an argument to say we are going to lock down the country as it is.
00:23:08.000 And instead, we now have Bill Gates who says we are going to have the country locked down till 2022, to the end of 2022.
00:23:17.000 This is going to last.
00:23:18.000 If Dr. Fauci and Dr. Burks would have been fired publicly in April, like they should have, based on this statement, the leaking and the lying and the treachery and the deceitful nature and the arrogance, that combination is exactly what Dr. Burks and Dr. Fauci had.
00:23:39.000 When you are committed to lying for a certain agenda, you are arrogant about it, like Dr. Fauci.
00:23:49.000 Who could possibly question me?
00:23:51.000 Why would that person still be in power?
00:23:55.000 So I think that will go down as one of the few, but one of the biggest mistakes of Trump's presidency.
00:24:02.000 And I think he's all but admitting it in that statement.
00:24:05.000 I mean, towards the end, he says, quote, I'm going to read this again.
00:24:09.000 The only reason I kept them around is because they work for the U.S. government for so long.
00:24:14.000 That's not a good reason to keep people around.
00:24:16.000 In fact, that's a reason to get rid of them.
00:24:18.000 They're around the medical establishment for that long, working for the National Health Association.
00:24:24.000 The Chinese coronavirus and the lockdowns that followed were a testing moment for our country.
00:24:31.000 And the only reason why we are not under despotic rule, even though it might feel like it, I shouldn't say the only reason.
00:24:37.000 One of the main reasons is the brilliance and the resilience of the United States Constitution.
00:24:43.000 How it was written, why it was written, the safeguards, the preventative measures against tyranny.
00:24:50.000 You know how easy it would have been if we had like the French Constitution to shut down the country still to this day?
00:24:56.000 We would not have had the Super Bowl.
00:24:57.000 We would not have March Madness.
00:24:59.000 We wouldn't have any Christmas whatsoever.
00:25:01.000 You think small businesses got hurt as is?
00:25:03.000 Imagine if we did not have the Free Establishment Clause, the Free Expression Clause.
00:25:07.000 Imagine if all of those exist.
00:25:09.000 The Founding Fathers anticipated, they gained a lot of this out.
00:25:14.000 And Donald Trump's response to the virus was terrific.
00:25:17.000 But when you have people on your team that are undermining you, they should be fired immediately.
00:25:23.000 And that's the lesson for the leaders out there.
00:25:26.000 You must take decisive action when this sort of behavior rears its head.
00:25:30.000 It's not easy.
00:25:31.000 It's easier to hope things will get better, but hope is not a strategy, as the great George S. Patton would famously said.
00:25:39.000 Lead, follow, or get out of the way.
00:25:42.000 Moral courage is the most absent yet necessary virtue or characteristic in men, as George S. Patton would say.
00:25:49.000 It's an important lesson.
00:25:50.000 It's one that's tough to talk about, which is how are leaders supposed to act when they have a goal of harmony, but there's treachery?
00:26:01.000 The answer is quickly and decisively.
00:26:03.000 The fact that Fauci and Burks were around so long only played into an anti-constitutional, should say unconstitutional, anti-science agenda.
00:26:13.000 The scientific community led by those two was nothing more than a politicized arm of the Democrat Party to try to get Joe Biden elected.
00:26:24.000 Lead, follow, or get out of the way.

00:27:22.000 Okay, I want to get to the story that is almost a Monty Python skit.
00:27:26.000 It's almost.
00:27:26.000 And by the way, I lived through a Monty Python skit recently.
00:27:31.000 It was an undisclosed location where they're known for making potatoes, but I'm not going to talk about that.
00:27:36.000 Oxford University may scrap sheet music for being complicit in white supremacy.
00:27:42.000 Now, this is the University of Oxford is considering proposals that would remove sheet music from its curriculum over woke claims that teaching the Western form of musical notation has roots in colonialism and complicity in white supremacy.
00:27:55.000 This is by Kurt Zindulka, Breitbart.com.
00:27:59.000 Our friend Alex Marlowe does a great job of that.
00:28:01.000 So, Oxford University is now saying we have to get rid of sheet music.
00:28:07.000 Also, there are documents floating around that mathematics and science must also be removed from Oxford.
00:28:15.000 The Academy is becoming nothing more than an activist camp for the most foolish and bigoted and backwards people in our country.
00:28:25.000 It continues by saying: Professors at the university said that classical music, which is taught at Oxford, which includes Beethoven, Mozart, and Schubert, among others, is too focused on, quote, white European music from the slave period.
00:28:37.000 Okay.
00:28:39.000 This is a very important point, actually.
00:28:42.000 Why does the Tokyo Philharmonic play Bach?
00:28:46.000 Why would the Tokyo Philharmonic play music from Johan Sebastian Bach?
00:28:55.000 Because his music is better.
00:28:57.000 You see, what's so incredible about Wagner, who hated Jews, by the way, but his music was incredible.
00:29:05.000 So amazing about Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
00:29:09.000 I actually saw his boyhood home in Salzburg, Austreich, Austria.
00:29:14.000 Great place.
00:29:17.000 So amazing about Johann Sebastian Bach.
00:29:21.000 What's so amazing about all of them is they were able to strike a form of art using the classical canon to pursue beauty.
00:29:30.000 Do you know the real reason they hate all of these artists and these composers?
00:29:37.000 I'm sure this is part of it.
00:29:39.000 All of them wrote to the glory of God on the top of every single one of their sheet music.
00:29:46.000 I'll forget the Latin, but it says to the glory of God.
00:29:49.000 You can get the exact Latin.
00:29:51.000 I'm forgetting it.
00:29:52.000 The music is better, makes you feel something.
00:29:56.000 It will bring you to tears.
00:29:58.000 It will drive you to ambition.
00:30:00.000 You see, part of the Western tradition is that there is beauty and goodness and truth in the world, and we should go find it together.
00:30:08.000 That's what they represent.
00:30:11.000 I encourage every single person out there right now to go listen to Claire Daylune.
00:30:17.000 You listen to it on Spotify or YouTube, one of the most downloaded, listened to songs of all time.
00:30:21.000 And tell me that that is not a spiritual experience, that that is not something that you can feel that drives you to a place of imagery, motion, and the pursuit of what's right in the world.
00:30:35.000 And then I want you to go listen to what Oxford says that we should embrace more of, which is BLM Incorporated, saying we not non-Eurocentric music.
00:30:47.000 So they want you to go listen to something like Indonesian Jengin music.
00:30:51.000 Go listen to that.
00:30:53.000 Dennis Prager talks about this quite often.
00:30:55.000 Great man.
00:30:58.000 Bach is better.
00:31:00.000 It has harmonies.
00:31:02.000 It comes from a place of brilliance.
00:31:04.000 And to pursue what is beautiful.
00:31:07.000 What is beautiful?
00:31:09.000 That which is perfected in being.
00:31:11.000 What a disservice we're doing to our young people.
00:31:13.000 Oxford, the place where some of the greatest scientific and mathematic breakthroughs have ever happened, is now becoming a place where sheet music must be removed because they're saying it's racist.
00:31:26.000 For us, we're going to keep on playing the classical canon unapologetically.
00:31:34.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
