00:00:03.000 My name is Charlie Kirk.
00:00:05.000 I run the largest pro American student organization in the country fighting for the future of our republic.
00:00:11.000 My call is to fight evil and to proclaim truth.
00:00:14.000 If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're going to end up miserable.
00:00:19.000 But if the most important thing is doing good, you will end up purposeful.
00:00:24.000 College is a scam, everybody.
00:00:26.000 You got to stop sending your kids to college.
00:00:27.000 You should get married as young as possible and have as many kids as possible.
00:00:31.000 Go start a Turning Point USA College chapter.
00:00:33.000 Go start a Turning Point USA High School chapter.
00:00:35.000 Go find out how your church can get involved.
00:00:37.000 Sign up and become an activist.
00:00:39.000 I gave my life to the Lord in fifth grade.
00:00:41.000 Most important decision I ever made in my life.
00:00:44.000 And I encourage you to do the same.
00:00:45.000 Here I am.
00:00:46.000 Lord, use me.
00:00:48.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:49.000 Here we go.

00:01:17.000 All right.
00:01:17.000 Welcome, everybody.
00:01:19.000 It is Monday, October 26, 2026, and we are in Phoenix, Arizona at the Y Refi Studios.
00:01:26.000 How are we doing, Blake?
00:01:28.000 Oh, we're doing, you know, actually not great.
00:01:30.000 You're bummed this morning.
00:01:31.000 I'm bummed for a few reasons.
00:01:32.000 I was going to see an Elizabeth Holmes documentary with a friend, but then the friend had to cancel.
00:01:37.000 That was good.
00:01:38.000 I hope it's good.
00:01:38.000 I still want to see it.
00:01:39.000 So instead, I got the Sour Patch Kids wings at Wingstop that is nearby here.
00:01:43.000 This might have been a slightly inferior choice to seeing a documentary.
00:01:47.000 The Packers lost total referee rigging.
00:01:50.000 A Detroit Lions player kicked a ref, so they flagged the Packers for it.
00:01:54.000 It's a whole to do. 0.84
00:01:55.000 But then, most of all, I'm miffed because shenanigans are afoot in Brazil. 0.61
00:02:01.000 Which, by the way, just so you know, I came in all hot and bothered about Brazil.
00:02:07.000 Down last night.
00:02:09.000 I think it's the most likely scenario here is that it has been rigged against the Bolsonaro's once again.
00:02:16.000 And I thought Blake was going to be the contrarian, saying no, it wasn't.
00:02:19.000 So the fact that he's on board with this just, you know, it makes it all the more exciting for me to go through it with.
00:02:26.000 I'm always the downer on if we find stuff suspicious.
00:02:29.000 But the Brazil thing, it looks very wild.
00:02:33.000 You can see the chart in the prediction markets where it's like over 90% that Bolsonaro is going to win and then an abrupt.
00:02:40.000 Immediate swerve the other way.
00:02:41.000 So, this is not, it's something to be very wary of because we already had a round one in this election where Bolsonaro, the conservative candidate, was up quite significantly.
00:02:52.000 And then you had all the reasons to think that he would win the second round.
00:02:55.000 That there were other, the reason they're in the runoff is because there were minor candidates who kept anyone from over 50%.
00:03:00.000 Well, three of the three biggest minor candidates endorsed Bolsonaro, I believe.
00:03:05.000 And several of them were for parties that are basically to the right of his or in that sphere.
00:03:11.000 And then the other one is a centrist party.
00:03:12.000 But you have to basically take.
00:03:14.000 Almost all of those votes and give them to Lula.
00:03:16.000 And then everyone who didn't turn out in round one, who came out this round, also voted for Lula.
00:03:21.000 All the blanks that people, when they left that part of their ballot blank, who they wanted to run the country, they left that blank.
00:03:29.000 Lula would have had to get basically all of those as well.
00:03:31.000 He got 14 million more votes in round two than, or there were 14 million more votes counted, I should say, across both candidates.
00:03:40.000 And Lula dominated all of those.
00:03:41.000 So there's two scenarios here one, there was fraud.
00:03:45.000 I happen to think that is the most likely.
00:03:47.000 Remember that in Venezuela with Maduro, he also extended voting, and that is how he pulled off the.
00:03:55.000 Well, we didn't even mention that.
00:03:56.000 Yeah.
00:03:57.000 So this is the thing that was really shady about it that they're getting down to the last minutes.
00:04:01.000 There's been complaints from Lula's campaign that public transport broke down.
00:04:05.000 They need to extend voting hours.
00:04:07.000 And the way it's issued, it doesn't come from their electoral court.
00:04:11.000 It comes from one Supreme Court justice, Cristiano Zanin, who is formerly the defense lawyer for Lula, and he put this guy on the Supreme Court.
00:04:22.000 This justice unilaterally issues an order about four minutes before polls close, saying polls need to stay open for two additional hours.
00:04:32.000 The way this works out, apparently, is if a poll had already closed, It could not be reopened.
00:04:38.000 Only the ones that were still open.
00:04:40.000 And according to people on the ground in Brazil, it was basically all of the Lula areas either suspected or just knew that this order was coming.
00:04:48.000 So they had stayed open waiting for this.
00:04:51.000 And then they get an extra two hours for their votes.
00:04:54.000 And like even Supreme Court justices, other judges in Brazil are coming out and saying this is unprecedented.
00:05:01.000 There is no legal precedent for how this order worked out.
00:05:04.000 Even the New York Times is saying this is so bizarre.
00:05:07.000 They have experts from Brazil saying, They might need to annul these election results.
00:05:11.000 And the only defense I can see from the left, they're trotting out the, it's really suspicious, but actually he won by so much he would have won anyway.
00:05:18.000 And when they're saying, we won by enough that please stop asking questions about this shady legal maneuver we did, I think they know that they may have just stepped in it.
00:05:27.000 Well, so here's a very interesting just one off, right?
00:05:32.000 So there's many parts of Brazil, it's a big country, but let's look at Rio de Janeiro as just one example.
00:05:38.000 All right.
00:05:39.000 So he gets basically.
00:05:42.000 870,000 new votes, Lula does in round two.
00:05:47.000 That's 870,000 new votes in three weeks.
00:05:51.000 All right.
00:05:52.000 So if you gave him the best case scenario that all the no's and all the blanks went for him from round one to round two, meaning people who their votes didn't count for whatever reason in round one, they left it blank in round one.
00:06:05.000 If you gave him all of that, he would still need seven out of 10 of the votes that went for those eliminated candidates, the candidates that didn't make it.
00:06:16.000 Into round two, right?
00:06:18.000 Because this was a runoff.
00:06:20.000 The only problem with that is that all of those candidates in that area endorsed Bolsonaro.
00:06:26.000 So I'm supposed to believe that people that voted for right wing candidates, people that were further to the right of Bolsonaro, suddenly had an about face and then voted for Lula, a communist.
00:06:40.000 And what else is very striking about what happened was the first things that we've seen from the Lula camp and his party after winning this election.
00:06:50.000 Was that they're now calling for censoring social media and locking up their political opponents.
00:06:58.000 Almost on cue.
00:06:59.000 Which they've already been doing very aggressively.
00:07:01.000 Brazil's a very sinister country in terms of allowing radical judges to be issued deranged orders, targeting social media.
00:07:12.000 They basically are the country that is already getting all of the policies that the left wants in America in terms of just any judge can just shut down social media criticism of the government, shut down certain narratives.
00:07:25.000 And I think, again, I think they probably overreached this time.
00:07:29.000 They've justified to themselves every radical step because they say that the right can't get power in Brazil.
00:07:35.000 And so far, to my understanding, Bolsonaro has said he does not accept these results.
00:07:39.000 He's saying they should be annulled.
00:07:40.000 He's not.
00:07:41.000 And that becomes the next piece of this, right?
00:07:44.000 You've seen Carney out of Canada.
00:07:48.000 You've seen the EU all sort of congratulate him.
00:07:52.000 You've seen AOC congratulate him.
00:07:55.000 You've seen Alexander Soros congratulate him.
00:07:57.000 They all came out and said, Oh, look at the people rose up.
00:08:01.000 And there is the other alternative, right?
00:08:03.000 I mentioned that there are two alternatives, what happened here today or last night.
00:08:07.000 The other alternative is that they flooded the airways and got a bunch of poor people in Brazil terrified that Bolsonaro was going to cut their benefits.
00:08:17.000 Now, I have said this on social media, I've said it on this show.
00:08:21.000 The weakness with universal suffrage and giving everybody the vote, even if they're public charge, even if they're on the dole, is that once you give them welfare, getting them off of it.
00:08:33.000 Is extraordinarily hard.
00:08:35.000 Rolling back spending is extraordinarily difficult.
00:08:39.000 So, the other alternative, it wasn't cheating, and maybe it was a bit of both, is that the poor in Brazil rose up terrified that Bolsonaro was going to balance the budget, bring a bit of austerity, try and balance the books.
00:08:54.000 And they rose up and said, Don't take my free things.
00:08:58.000 So, maybe it was a bit of both.
00:09:00.000 It's possible.
00:09:01.000 There is one analysis done, and I'm leery on it, but I think it's probably directionally.
00:09:06.000 Accurate is that the people who voted Lula in represent about 21% of Brazil's GDP.
00:09:13.000 So I don't necessarily believe that.
00:09:15.000 51% of the vote.
00:09:16.000 Hold on.
00:09:16.000 51% of the vote, 21% of the GDP.
00:09:19.000 Again, who knows how accurate those are, but I would wager to bet they are directionally accurate.
00:09:26.000 So we'll see what happens.
00:09:27.000 But there's way too many shenanigans.
00:09:29.000 And the question becomes then what will happen next?
00:09:33.000 And I'm with Blake.
00:09:34.000 I think this thing needs to be a full court press.
00:09:37.000 So after.
00:09:39.000 This election result was announced.
00:09:41.000 Left wing Brazilian federal deputy Duda Salabert, who looks to be a trans individual, announced a motion to seize Flavio Bolsonaro's passport and throw him in prison, which is just insane.
00:09:56.000 So Lula says we've got to start censoring the social media companies.
00:10:02.000 And then you have one of his minions, his lieutenant, who looks to be trans, saying now you got to freeze Flavio Bolsonaro's passport and throw him in prison. 0.90
00:10:11.000 Just to be very clear as well. 0.93
00:10:13.000 There are four Supreme Court seats up for grabs in this next term, basically.
00:10:21.000 They're on the line.
00:10:22.000 So, if you're wondering what is motivating Lula and the communist left within Brazil, look no further than the courts.
00:10:31.000 They already exercised the power of this court, the Supreme Court, Lula's former personal attorney, then extends voting.
00:10:40.000 Now, I've seen some people say there were only 36,000 votes that were cast.
00:10:45.000 After the polls were reopened.
00:10:47.000 But here's the thing we don't know in what form or fashion the fraud would have been conducted.
00:10:54.000 They might have needed that time in order to complete the circle, if you would.
00:10:59.000 Maybe the fix was already in and they needed that time to sort of rectify this.
00:11:03.000 Or even those.
00:11:04.000 It's really just the fact that they issued an extremely unprecedented legal order that even other justices on their Supreme Court are saying there's no precedent for doing any of this.
00:11:14.000 It's very telling.
00:11:15.000 I like to read the New York Times about this sort of stuff because the New York Times.
00:11:18.000 Obviously, they have a bias, but they don't generally lie about things or fabricate things.
00:11:22.000 Well, they're at least be better on foreign.
00:11:24.000 And they're, yeah, and they're very much raising an eyebrow out this when they are talking to law professors in Brazil who are saying this is, there's no law that allows this.
00:11:34.000 Some of them are saying they might need to annul the results over this.
00:11:37.000 The fact that Lula, like Lula goes to his former defense attorney and gets that former defense attorney to unilaterally order polls to stay open, it's not the number of votes they got from that.
00:11:47.000 It's that that's such a ridiculous stretch thing for him to have done.
00:11:52.000 That they were probably doing other shady stuff.
00:11:55.000 I don't know.
00:11:56.000 It's that I don't think it's necessarily that they needed, oh, to keep the polls open to do the fix.
00:12:00.000 I just think there was probably a lot of it's like we say in the US if there's bad behavior, it's probably decentralized and distributed.
00:12:07.000 And there's just so many eyebrow raising things about this.
00:12:09.000 So, New York Times also brings this up.
00:12:12.000 They say the results on Sunday showed far more voters showed up to cast a vote in the second round than in the first.
00:12:18.000 And they said that's a highly unusual shift. 0.68
00:12:20.000 So I looked it up, and that's 100% the case.
00:12:23.000 2006, they had 105 million people vote in the first round.
00:12:26.000 102 million in the second round.
00:12:28.000 So it went down.
00:12:29.000 2.8 million votes.
00:12:30.000 In 2010, they went down 4.6 million votes.
00:12:33.000 So it's down again.
00:12:34.000 2014, they lost 2.4 million votes.
00:12:37.000 2018, they lost 1.4 million votes.
00:12:39.000 All right.
00:12:39.000 So up until this point, every round two in Brazil, when it goes to the runoff, fewer people voted.
00:12:45.000 Except in 22, the most recent, they gained half a million.
00:12:48.000 Okay.
00:12:48.000 But now they gained 3 million.
00:12:51.000 So 2.5 million more gained than any prior Brazilian election.
00:12:56.000 Just.
00:12:57.000 Massive surge in the number of people turning out.
00:12:59.000 And they've, again, they've never seen this before.
00:13:02.000 And then the other part of this so, again, unprecedented surge of new voters in the second round.
00:13:07.000 And even if Lula got all of those in order to close the gap and beat Flavio, he also needs a huge share of all of the people who voted for a third party candidate that were right wing candidates.
00:13:19.000 Even though these were right wing candidates who endorsed Bolsonaro.
00:13:23.000 All right.
00:13:24.000 So there's a ton of smoke here.
00:13:26.000 Here's the interesting dynamic within the Trump administration President Trump has.
00:13:31.000 Essentially, gotten along with Lula before.
00:13:34.000 I think they personally get along.
00:13:35.000 They personally get along.
00:13:37.000 Here's the kicker, though.
00:13:38.000 Marco Rubio, I can guarantee you, Secretary of State does not like the far left Latin American parties and Lula in particular.
00:13:47.000 So the question is what will be the U.S. response?
00:13:49.000 I already mentioned that Canada has congratulated him, the EU has congratulated him, AOC, all these people, Alexander Soros.
00:13:58.000 What the United States needs to do is, I think, quietly.
00:14:03.000 Pressure them behind the scenes, do not acknowledge this election result.
00:14:08.000 And we need to take pages out of the left's playbook here.
00:14:11.000 And what do I mean by that?
00:14:12.000 The left is really good at something called a color revolution. 0.70
00:14:16.000 That's when everybody takes to the streets and they mass protest and said, We are not going to stand for this.
00:14:22.000 If this was happening in some Eastern European country, if this happened in Hungary, if this happened in Hungary where there's a surprise comeback by Viktor Orban and there's this court order that was keeping the polls open.
00:14:35.000 That what they would do is they would all refuse to recognize it.
00:14:37.000 They would say, There's something, we need to be worried about the state of democracy here.
00:14:42.000 And then they would start, they would urge everyone to get into the streets and to stay in the streets until they could have full accountability.
00:14:49.000 And they would try to get institutional players and they would emphasize how not normal it is.
00:14:53.000 And they just try to ratchet up the pressure until the government screws up.
00:14:57.000 And what do, for example, in Ukraine when they had their Orange Revolution, what do some of these regimes that really did rig their elections usually do to try to cling to power?
00:15:06.000 Well, they would try to aggressively regulate social media.
00:15:09.000 Lula's already trying to desperately do that.
00:15:12.000 They try to desperately shut down anyone saying this isn't normal, this isn't okay.
00:15:17.000 And so I think what you have to do if you're Bolsonaro supporters in Brazil, he's saying they're legally challenging it.
00:15:23.000 But what they also just need to do is I think Bolsonaro supporters need to make it very difficult.
00:15:27.000 They just basically need to get in the streets and say, we don't accept this, we think this is all nonsense.
00:15:33.000 Frankly, if this is going to get resolved in a way that's favorable for Bolsonaro, his supporters need to.
00:15:40.000 Not show up to work for the next week.
00:15:41.000 And all they need to do is rally in the streets.
00:15:44.000 And they need to keep the international pressure and attention on this because there are too many anomalies.
00:15:50.000 It doesn't make any statistical sense.
00:15:52.000 They're all coming out, the head of the European Union, the head of Canada, all these left wing people who want Lula to win.
00:15:58.000 And of course, Tim Walz was also congratulating him.
00:16:00.000 Even though Lula is this pro Russia, pro China, he's not just a guy on the left, he is anti American in a real way.
00:16:07.000 They're all coming out to aggressively say, This is normal.
00:16:10.000 Don't raise your eyebrows at this.
00:16:12.000 It's all good.
00:16:13.000 There's no evidence of anything untoward about this.
00:16:15.000 There's Alex Soros on screen.
00:16:17.000 Lula, Lula, Lula, congratulations.
00:16:19.000 They're talking about what an amazing comeback it is.
00:16:22.000 Don't ask any questions. 0.99
00:16:23.000 You have to just hold firm and say, No, this is obviously bull crap. 0.97
00:16:28.000 You guys did a legally unprecedented order. 0.99
00:16:30.000 There's all these signs out of nowhere.
00:16:33.000 Every single third party voter is going to Lula.
00:16:35.000 There's more voters when there were never this many, like way more voters in the past.
00:16:39.000 Everyone has to say something stinks about this.
00:16:42.000 Something is fishy about this.
00:16:43.000 And obviously, a lot of people are drawing parallels to 2020, where Joe Biden got this astronomical vote tally that still doesn't make any sense.
00:16:54.000 Which they're not in lockdown right now, I will note.
00:16:56.000 Yeah, they're not in lockdown.
00:16:57.000 So he gets 10 million additional votes on Sunday than he did in round one.
00:17:02.000 He somehow managed to consolidate all the support for the third party candidates.
00:17:08.000 And somehow Flavio, who was more in line with those third party candidates, only got about 3 million new votes.
00:17:15.000 So something stinks in Denmark, but it's actually Brazil.
00:17:20.000 And I think the U.S. government can play a role.
00:17:22.000 I think they should.
00:17:24.000 I'm assuming Marco is on it.
00:17:26.000 But they ripped this thing.
00:17:28.000 You know, completely off.
00:17:30.000 This was a rigged gig and none of it makes sense.
00:17:33.000 None of it is statistically probable at all.
00:17:36.000 There were 33 polls, by the way, that were taken before this election, and 31 of them had Flavio winning.
00:17:43.000 The prediction markets had Flavio winning.
00:17:46.000 And now they want to take his passport and throw him in jail.
00:17:48.000 Surprise, surprise.
00:17:51.000 Before he ever stepped onto a debate stage or behind a microphone, Charlie understood something really important that if you want to lead, you first have to learn.
00:18:01.000 Charlie believed that ideas shape character, conviction, and courage.
00:18:04.000 That's why he spent years studying the classics, the American founding, and the Bible through Hillsdale College's free online courses.
00:18:11.000 He would rave about these courses all the time.
00:18:13.000 These free online courses are taught by Hillsdale College professors and draw from the same great books and enduring ideas studied on Hillsdale's campus.
00:18:22.000 Hillsdale's newest free online course is the Iliad, where Professor Stephen Smith guides students through Homer's great epic of honor, courage, friendship, leadership, and the pursuit of true greatness.
00:18:33.000 For nearly 3,000 years, the Iliad has shaped the Western imagination.
00:18:36.000 It tells the story of Achilles as he confronts injustice, rage, grief, responsibility, and the terrible costs of war.
00:18:43.000 But Homer's epic is more than a story of ancient battles.
00:18:46.000 It raises enduring questions about courage, duty, leadership, sacrifice, and self command.
00:18:51.000 Achilles is the greatest warrior among the Greeks, but Homer asks whether strength alone is enough to make a man truly great.
00:18:58.000 In this new free online course, you'll follow Achilles through the defining trials of his life and discover why one of the greatest works of Western literature still speaks.
00:19:06.000 To the permanent questions of human life.
00:19:08.000 Charlie understood that learning isn't just about gaining knowledge, it's about forming the mind and character needed to face the challenges of life with wisdom and courage.
00:19:17.000 You can enroll today completely free and take this class or their 40 plus other free online courses.

00:19:36.000 So, Secretary Scott Turner, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, you are making a Around through Phoenix, and we made this happen, which I'm so excited about.
00:19:46.000 It's great to have you here again.
00:19:47.000 Thank you so much.
00:19:48.000 I'm grateful to be here with you guys.
00:19:50.000 So, thank you for the invitation.
00:19:51.000 Yeah.
00:19:52.000 Well, every time you're in Phoenix, I actually will get my feelings hurt if you don't come by.
00:19:56.000 All right.
00:19:57.000 No.
00:19:57.000 So, you're a busy, busy man.
00:19:59.000 I'm so grateful to have you.
00:20:00.000 And one of the reasons is because, you know, without getting too political about the election, we'll stick on the policies.
00:20:07.000 But obviously, affordability is a huge issue.
00:20:10.000 It's something that Charlie talked a lot about.
00:20:12.000 And that's kind of where I want to start.
00:20:14.000 Okay.
00:20:14.000 Just set the tone because this was really, really, I think, something that was very intimate.
00:20:20.000 To Charlie and his message, because he spent so much time talking to young people about the American dream, getting a home, getting a family.
00:20:27.000 So let's start there.
00:20:28.000 Sot six.
00:20:28.000 It's the first time since George Washington that this generation has it worse off than their parents at the same age.
00:20:35.000 It has not happened, not even during the Great Depression.
00:20:37.000 It was about the same.
00:20:39.000 This generation is significantly worse off.
00:20:42.000 And the problem this is what no one mentions.
00:20:45.000 We're not poorer.
00:20:47.000 You would think that the country's gone through like an economic tailspin the last 15 years.
00:20:52.000 Like, okay, your young people can't afford homes and they're putting groceries on credit and they're killing themselves and they're socially isolated and they're addicted to benzodiazepines and Zoloft.
00:21:01.000 It's obvious you guys went through like a terrible economic catastrophe.
00:21:04.000 You lost a war, yeah.
00:21:06.000 If you look at the economic conditions, you would think the other conditions surrounding it are like abject poverty. 1.00
00:21:11.000 These are the problems that like third world nations have. 0.98
00:21:13.000 I know. 1.00
00:21:14.000 Our young people can't afford stuff and they have to finance their basic necessities.
00:21:18.000 And yet we're the wealthiest nation in the history of the world on the planet.
00:21:22.000 That was.
00:21:24.000 You know, not too long ago.
00:21:25.000 And so, this affordability issue has become top of mind for so many young people.
00:21:32.000 And I love that that's exactly where you've spent so much of your energies as the HUD secretary, dealing with first time homebuyers, dealing with the housing affordability, dealing with fraud.
00:21:43.000 So, I want to start there with housing affordability.
00:21:45.000 You have made it a massive, massive plank of your tenure here to deal with first time homebuyers and to really help them get into their first home.
00:21:54.000 Absolutely.
00:21:55.000 And thank you for setting that up for us and having me here.
00:21:58.000 You know, policies matter because people matter.
00:22:01.000 And when you have bad policies, the people suffer from it.
00:22:05.000 And one of the things that we did when we came into HUD is that, hey, man, we're going to take inventory of every program that we have at HUD.
00:22:10.000 And we've been taking inventory.
00:22:12.000 And as we travel around the country and we look at housing affordability, construction of homes, development of neighborhoods, I asked the question what is the number one hindrance to building affordable homes?
00:22:22.000 What's the number one barrier, if you will?
00:22:25.000 To develop an affordable neighborhood.
00:22:26.000 And the thing that people always say is bureaucratic red tape vis a vis regulations.
00:22:32.000 And so the president, myself, and other leaders in the administration have been laser focused on tearing down the regulatory environment because when you do this, it makes the cost of housing to build housing cheaper, which increases the supply, which helps the younger people and anybody in America be able to potentially afford to buy a home.
00:22:50.000 So, for instance, we came in a hub, we took down the affirmatively furthering fair housing rule.
00:22:56.000 That was a Biden era rule.
00:22:58.000 It sounds horrible.
00:22:59.000 When you think about it, it's a play on word, affirmatively furthering fair housing.
00:23:03.000 It sounds good, but it was terrible.
00:23:05.000 It did not build not one single house, but instead, it made building homes more costly.
00:23:10.000 It was a myriad of paperwork on localities.
00:23:12.000 And so we rescinded this to restore flexibility back to the localities.
00:23:17.000 We're here in Phoenix, Arizona.
00:23:19.000 Washington doesn't know the needs of the communities in Phoenix like Phoenix does.
00:23:24.000 But this affirmatively fair housing made Washington a national zoning board.
00:23:29.000 And so we took that down to restore it back to locality.
00:23:31.000 People just think they can, like, regulate into building more houses.
00:23:35.000 Right.
00:23:35.000 Like, the answer is people who like making money will build houses to sell them to people, and you just have to make them able to do that.
00:23:41.000 That's exactly right.
00:23:42.000 I always get annoyed because you'll see complaints of, oh, they're building too many luxury condominiums or too many single family homes.
00:23:49.000 The truth is, anything you build will lower the price of housing.
00:23:52.000 It will.
00:23:52.000 Because if you build luxury places, the people who like luxury stuff will move into that.
00:23:57.000 They just vacated the old luxury ones and know that now that's middle class housing.
00:24:00.000 Yeah.
00:24:00.000 Well, also more supply and demand.
00:24:01.000 I mean, it's a basic rule of economics.
00:24:04.000 The more supply, the lower the price will come down.
00:24:08.000 But you've also worked on first time homebuyers.
00:24:11.000 You've supported home ownership for more than 1.5 million homebuyers, 80% of which are first time homebuyers.
00:24:19.000 Absolutely.
00:24:19.000 That's huge.
00:24:21.000 People don't know this.
00:24:22.000 People don't know this.
00:24:24.000 And that's what's so important about getting this messaging out.
00:24:27.000 1.5 million homebuyers are in a home right now because of the work you're doing at HUD.
00:24:31.000 Excellent.
00:24:32.000 And thank you for bringing that up.
00:24:33.000 You know, you talk about the deregulation actions.
00:24:37.000 You can't regulate yourself into having more homes.
00:24:39.000 You have to build more homes.
00:24:41.000 And so you tear down these regulations, you increase the supply, you decrease the cost.
00:24:46.000 And now you have FHA, which is at HUD.
00:24:48.000 And to your point, 1.5 million people in America last year were able to afford to buy a home.
00:24:54.000 80% of those were first time homebuyers.
00:24:55.000 And the mainstream media doesn't talk about it because that's.
00:24:58.000 Good news, right?
00:24:59.000 And so, thank you all for bringing that up.
00:25:00.000 But we'll continue to shout from FHA as the number one first time home buyer program in our country.
00:25:06.000 We'll continue to make it strong day by day.
00:25:08.000 Well, that's that's huge.
00:25:09.000 And I mean, even in Arizona, I'm looking at some of these stats.
00:25:12.000 So, led to construction about 6,400 housing units, 1 million Americans out of poverty, more than 100 billion of investment, over a half a million jobs.
00:25:21.000 I mean, it's like that's what's so crazy about the housing piece of it.
00:25:26.000 You're creating jobs, you're also creating homes for first time home buyers, FHA, 80% of which first time home buyers.
00:25:32.000 And you get all this local investment, and you're creating housing units which drop the, you know, again, like I said, more supply.
00:25:40.000 It's going to drop the price of housing overall for people.
00:25:42.000 And I can tell you actually in Phoenix, I think as a combination of a lot of what they've been doing over DHS and ICE, deportations, like there is a lot more inventory on the market in Phoenix, which is lowering the price overall for people.
00:25:56.000 Rents have stopped.
00:25:57.000 I mean, rents in Arizona were like going through the roof.
00:25:59.000 Yeah.
00:25:59.000 And now they've stabilized or are coming down.
00:26:02.000 They went up like 50%, I think.
00:26:03.000 In the year I moved out here before I got here, I was really annoyed.
00:26:06.000 You timed that poorly, Blake.
00:26:09.000 But are you seeing that now?
00:26:10.000 Like, as you look at the landscape, are you starting to see housing prices stabilize, rents come down?
00:26:17.000 Is that happening?
00:26:18.000 Yes.
00:26:18.000 And so you alluded to, you know, those 1 million people coming out of poverty, 400,000 new housing units, 500,000 new jobs.
00:26:25.000 And that obviously was through an opportunity zone policy, which has been one of the most transformative policies in our country to create new housing, in particular, Affordable housing.
00:26:35.000 Here in Arizona, 6,400 housing units have been created in opportunity zones.
00:26:39.000 When we came in, you know, we had a border that was run amok.
00:26:42.000 You had tens of millions of people coming across the border, unchecked, unvetted, which made the housing prices go up.
00:26:48.000 Yeah, they needed to live somewhere.
00:26:49.000 People forget this.
00:26:50.000 Right.
00:26:50.000 But it also made the rents grow up.
00:26:53.000 100% of the rental increase in New York and California was because of illegal immigration.
00:26:58.000 But since the president came in under his leadership, now the border is secure, rents have stabilized.
00:27:03.000 Some places are going down, home prices are going down, deregulation is happening.
00:27:07.000 So, the American people should be encouraged that these policies that we're putting in place are an American first policy from an American first president and administration that cares about this country, in particular when it comes to housing and affordability across the board.
00:27:21.000 Yeah, and this is the part that's so difficult for me.
00:27:26.000 When I talk to young people, there seems to be a lack of just basic understanding about economics, something that is really near and dear to me because one of our jobs at Turning Point is to correct error.
00:27:38.000 But they don't understand how using the free market, using deregulations, using agencies like yours to sort of incentivize good behavior in the marketplace actually does have an effect.
00:27:50.000 And so I keep saying, and Charlie alluded to it as well in that clip, we're in a race against time to prove that our ideas actually work.
00:27:58.000 That there have been bad policies that have driven up the price of so many basic goods, too much spending out of Washington.
00:28:03.000 But as these take effect over time, we're going to get where we need to be and we're not going to destroy the country in the process.
00:28:10.000 And so.
00:28:11.000 That's the question.
00:28:12.000 Can we get there fast enough?
00:28:14.000 Can we get the relief for young people, middle class, salaried workers?
00:28:20.000 Can we get there fast enough?
00:28:22.000 And so I guess it's an open question.
00:28:24.000 Are you seeing the progress that you think you want to see?
00:28:27.000 Are you seeing it fast enough?
00:28:29.000 You know, for me, nothing is fast enough.
00:28:31.000 But, you know, I come from the private sector.
00:28:33.000 But I will say, having this assignment as a steward of HUD, as a secretary of HUD, I am encouraged by the work that we've been able to do from a HUD standpoint under President Trump's leadership.
00:28:46.000 To really fast track things for the American people as it pertains to the FHA, as it pertains to deregulation, as it pertains to opportunity zones, to securing our border.
00:29:00.000 These policies matter and are happening right now.
00:29:03.000 You know, we have this conflict going on in Iran. 0.94
00:29:06.000 You think about the president, he is making sure that a homeland is secure so that an evil regime does not have a nuclear weapon that will literally make our lives and our conversation we're having today a lot different if they have one. 0.90
00:29:19.000 Impossible.
00:29:20.000 Impossible.
00:29:20.000 And at the same time, he's laser focused on domestic policy.
00:29:24.000 You know, he's putting American people first.
00:29:26.000 He's bringing jobs back to America, manufacturing back to America.
00:29:30.000 We're leading in the super intelligence race.
00:29:32.000 You know, he secured the border.
00:29:33.000 We're bringing housing costs down, pharmacy prices down, drug prices down, you know, for the American people.
00:29:39.000 So, yes, it's happening.
00:29:41.000 Is it happening fast enough for any of us?
00:29:42.000 Probably not.
00:29:43.000 But is it happening faster than it would under any other president?
00:29:46.000 Yes.
00:29:47.000 Yeah.
00:29:47.000 And because it happened.
00:29:48.000 And I actually agree with the answer.
00:29:51.000 You know, You look at the polling, you're just like, you know, wonder what the polling would be if gas prices were not what they are.
00:30:00.000 And they will come down.
00:30:01.000 I mean, it's just so frustrating because I think they'll talk about affordability, and all you need to do is look at any left wing state to see can they deliver on affordability?
00:30:10.000 No.
00:30:11.000 They can't deliver at all on housing.
00:30:13.000 They don't want to deliver on gas prices.
00:30:15.000 And that's why everyone moves out of those states to the state.
00:30:18.000 Well, they want to get rid of single family homes.
00:30:19.000 Yeah.
00:30:20.000 So, very, and they're hostile to the American dream.
00:30:23.000 Like, they don't like it aesthetically.
00:30:24.000 That's true.
00:30:25.000 We are the party that can solve problems, and problems exist, but we're actually solving them.
00:30:30.000 And that's got to be the message.
00:30:34.000 We're having a fascinating conversation just in between the break here about how you are working on these manufactured homes, right?
00:30:41.000 So explain what that means.
00:30:43.000 I had no idea.
00:30:44.000 You just told me a crazy stat that over 20 million people, 20 million Americans already living in manufactured homes.
00:30:50.000 And then my mind goes to wait, is this like a mobile home park?
00:30:54.000 Is it?
00:30:55.000 So, the floor is yours.
00:30:56.000 This is like a big new push.
00:30:59.000 Indeed.
00:30:59.000 And, you know, that's fair because when you think about manufactured homes, the first thing people think about is the mobile homes, the trailer parks of old, you know, from the 60s and 70s.
00:31:07.000 But manufactured homes today are modern, brilliantly built homes that are luxury.
00:31:13.000 And, I mean, they have granite countertops, they have engineered wood floors, some have garages, decks, beautiful kitchens, multiple bedrooms.
00:31:22.000 And so, as you said, 22 million people in our country live in manufactured homes around.
00:31:27.000 Our nation.
00:31:28.000 And, you know, manufactured housing are half the cost of a traditionally stick built house.
00:31:32.000 And they only take about literally a fraction of the time to put up and to build.
00:31:37.000 And these houses are built in a factory, put on a truck, taken to the site, built on the site, and families literally can move in and form and raise their families.
00:31:48.000 And so they're a tremendous asset to the housing market, to the housing supply needs that we have.
00:31:54.000 We just had our innovative housing showcase on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. to showcase.
00:31:59.000 Some of these houses, I mean, you know, the HUD code.
00:32:01.000 So, the manufactured housing code sits at HUD, it's 50 years old, outdated like many regulations and code in the national government.
00:32:10.000 But the new road bill literally took the permanent chassis rule, and we are that has been taken away.
00:32:16.000 So, now you can innovate, build more manufactured housing, build multi story manufactured housing.
00:32:22.000 And so, this increases supply for Americans that are looking to be first time homebuyers or to own a nice home.
00:32:28.000 Yeah, it's a renaissance in this space.
00:32:31.000 I think that's you know, because it.
00:32:33.000 You don't want to be thinking mobile home and trailer park because that's the aesthetic isn't good.
00:32:38.000 But this is actually like a beautiful home, absolutely ready to go.
00:32:42.000 And it's $84 a square foot to build these.
00:32:45.000 And even if they're comparable to a mobile home, like we should have better mobile homes, we should have better apartment blocks.
00:32:49.000 Yeah, and that's a great point.
00:32:50.000 When the left puts up affordable housing, they always want it to look like these depressing prisons, right?
00:32:54.000 And just and God, that's a great point you made because now, either, you know, we have storms obviously in our country, these houses are weather resistant, storm resistant.
00:33:03.000 And the innovation and really the ingenuity that has gone into this next generation of manufactured housing is really incredible.
00:33:11.000 And I would encourage people to research this, come look at it, call HUD, ask us.
00:33:14.000 We'll give you all the information that you need.
00:33:17.000 You know, I've actually seen a lot of people use manufactured housing stuff for like their ADUs, like additional dwelling units.
00:33:24.000 So if you build like kind of like another house in your backyard or something, which we should also encourage.
00:33:28.000 And as another thing, the left loves to harshly regulate against.
00:33:31.000 Well, yeah.
00:33:32.000 I mean, it's, but it's interesting.
00:33:34.000 So I know people are doing it and they're beautiful.
00:33:36.000 Their design, the aesthetic is wonderful.
00:33:38.000 So, anyways, that's cool.
00:33:40.000 But I wanted to talk about this fraud.
00:33:43.000 You know, it really is a crusade, it's a whole of government approach.
00:33:46.000 JD Vance is doing an amazing job, but you have encountered a massive amount of fraud in the homeless industrial complex, especially.
00:33:54.000 And so I instantly said, So you're spending a lot of time in LA, aren't you?
00:33:58.000 Tell us what you've discovered in your tenure here so far and how the fraud is happening, specifically with homelessness.
00:34:05.000 Absolutely.
00:34:05.000 So, you know, during the Biden administration, Really, the Obama and Biden era, they had a term called Housing First.
00:34:13.000 And this Housing First model was supposed to eradicate homelessness.
00:34:17.000 But as we've seen, that has been a failed model for a long time.
00:34:20.000 How's that going for you, LA?
00:34:21.000 Well, you know, we have record funding.
00:34:24.000 And God, I want to tell you, we have record funding for homelessness.
00:34:26.000 Sounds like we're going to have record homelessness if there's record funding for that.
00:34:28.000 And we have record homelessness in our country.
00:34:32.000 The homeless industrial complex is real.
00:34:35.000 And you know that saying, follow the money?
00:34:37.000 You know, that is a real deal.
00:34:38.000 And so there's about nearly $4 billion.
00:34:41.000 Of American taxpayer dollars that's allocated and distributed for homelessness through our continuum of care program.
00:34:48.000 And we're supposed to partner with these agencies, nonprofits, cities, counties, to take care of our homeless neighbors, our homeless men, women, and children.
00:34:57.000 But what we have found is fraud just running rapidly.
00:35:01.000 There's a guy in LA, multiple guys in LA.
00:35:04.000 We just made a multiple person arrest a few weeks ago with DEA, FBI, U.S. Attorney's Office.
00:35:10.000 But one gentleman in particular, about $23 million he used, but he bought a $145,000 Range Rover, $7 million house in California, $500,000 vacation house.
00:35:22.000 And this was money that was supposed to go to feed our homeless neighbors.
00:35:26.000 And that's just one example.
00:35:28.000 Others who had money, American taxpayer money, supposed to be doing stuff for homelessness, built a bingo hall, was paying off his credit cards, was giving lavish gifts to his family.
00:35:38.000 And so, you know what?
00:35:39.000 Law and order.
00:35:40.000 Under President Trump has been restored under Vice President JD Vance with our task force to eliminate fraud.
00:35:46.000 No longer can we just allow things to be status quo.
00:35:50.000 We cannot award fraud and award crime when it comes to American taxpayer dollars.
00:35:55.000 And on the homelessness thing, it just stands out to me almost that the fact that that's under your portfolio gets at how the left has influenced our framing of things because, like, why were they saying housing first?
00:36:08.000 They're saying the problem with these individuals who are Criminals, drug addicts, often violently antisocial, mentally ill.
00:36:14.000 That the problem is they lack housing.
00:36:16.000 Like this is all downstream that they didn't have housing.
00:36:20.000 When the truth is, very often they're not in housing because of all of those problems that they have no family who can handle them or no family at all.
00:36:29.000 They're addicts, they can't maintain a job.
00:36:31.000 And that's what you need to fix.
00:36:33.000 And the fact that they're so rife with fraud, it just shows this NGO industrial complex.
00:36:41.000 The left's Plan for everything is, oh, I hate Elon Musk.
00:36:44.000 He's too rich.
00:36:46.000 I'm going to take all of his money, he's very good at distributing capital efficiently and getting a return on that money and that investment.
00:36:53.000 And I'm going to give it to the government, which is the worst distributor of capital.
00:36:57.000 So I'm going to take from the productive class.
00:36:59.000 I'm going to give it to these NGOs.
00:37:00.000 I'm going to siphon it out to these local communities.
00:37:03.000 And then I'm not going to police it at all.
00:37:05.000 There's just going to be rife with fraud.
00:37:07.000 This is fundamentally the problem with the way the left tries to fix problems.
00:37:11.000 They just make everything worse, it becomes bloated.
00:37:14.000 Administrative bloat, all this stuff, and then fraud bloat. 0.94
00:37:18.000 And it's just everything about it bothers me, it irks me, and yet it sounds pretty and compassionate when you sell it to a voter, even though it's all going to go to crap. 0.97
00:37:26.000 That's basically my take. 0.61
00:37:27.000 And it's not even doing what it's supposed to be doing.
00:37:29.000 Exactly.
00:37:29.000 This homeless industrial complex, man, you know, this housing first, that's a failed model.
00:37:34.000 We want treatment first, you know, and to your point, it's what's the root cause of homelessness?
00:37:40.000 It's mental illness and it's drug addiction.
00:37:41.000 In LA, they hand out brown paper bags with drug paraphernalia in it to keep drug addicts to continue to.
00:37:48.000 Using drugs, mentally ill, that's over.
00:37:51.000 You got to follow the incentives.
00:37:52.000 The incentives are we get paid more as an NGO if we have more drug addicts and more homeless.
00:37:56.000 So, guess what?
00:37:57.000 Guess what you end up with in places like that?
00:37:59.000 You get what you pay for.
00:38:00.000 You get what you pay for.
00:38:02.000 I hope that this has been time well spent for you.
00:38:05.000 I've been loving this, and hopefully, the audience appreciates the sheer amount of wins that this administration is putting up.
00:38:12.000 Yeah, you might be upset about the gas price at the pump.
00:38:15.000 You might be upset with Iran.
00:38:16.000 Whatever.
00:38:18.000 Cannot go backwards, not one step back.
00:38:21.000 We are finally getting our country back.
00:38:23.000 We're finally instituting common sense reforms and rooting out fraud and getting affordability back.
00:38:29.000 And you're a big part of that, Secretary Turner.
00:38:31.000 Thank you so much for your time.
00:38:32.000 Thank you.
00:38:32.000 I appreciate it.
00:38:33.000 Keep up the good work.
00:38:34.000 Thank you.
00:38:37.000 By the end of the year, more than 60,000 babies will have been saved by preborn centers.
00:38:42.000 Just this year, 60,000 babies.
00:38:45.000 And for every baby who's saved, there's a mom who's saved from a lifetime of pain and regret. 0.66
00:38:49.000 Take a stand for life by providing an ultrasound for a young woman.
00:38:53.000 When you do, she is twice as likely to choose life.
00:38:56.000 Just $28 helps provide that ultrasound that saves one baby. 0.99
00:38:59.000 $140 helps save five.
00:39:02.000 A gift of $15,000.
00:39:04.000 And I know there's people out there in this audience that can do this.
00:39:07.000 $15,000 provides an ultrasound machine that can save thousands of babies for years to come.
00:39:12.000 And $28 a month can help save babies all year long for less than a dollar a day.
00:39:17.000 So call 833 850 2229.
00:39:21.000 That's 833 850 2229.
00:39:24.000 Or click on the preborn banner at charleykirk.com today.
00:39:27.000 Preborn was so special to Charlie, and it's so important to me as well.
00:39:32.000 Right now, you can help make motherhood possible by providing ultrasounds with preborn.
00:39:36.000 I'd be so honored if you'd prayerfully consider joining us.
00:39:41.000 We have a great treat in store for you here at the top of hour two.
00:39:46.000 And that is Senator Tim Scott from the great state of South Carolina joining us.
00:39:50.000 He's also the chair of the NRSC.
00:39:53.000 So, a man that is deeply entrenched in looking at all the races, all the Senate races specifically around the country.
00:40:00.000 And we've got a lot to get to here.
00:40:02.000 So, without further ado, Senator Scott, welcome back to the show.
00:40:05.000 It's good to see you.
00:40:06.000 I hope this finds you well.
00:40:08.000 I hope we are catching you on a day where you're feeling very bullish about the races around the country, sir.
00:40:14.000 I am bullish for the next eight days without any question.
00:40:16.000 I'm bullish on maintaining the majority.
00:40:18.000 I'm bullish on defeating what I think is the most dangerous, radical, weird candidate in the field, the Democrats, Abdul El Syed.
00:40:25.000 I'm bullish about making sure that people who have cousin problems like Troy Jackson stays in Maine, doesn't come to Washington, D.C. I'm also bullish about the fact that James, as the president calls him, Tala Frico, does not see the floor of the Senate ever.
00:40:41.000 Texas is going to reject him.
00:40:42.000 So I'm bullish about our map.
00:40:44.000 All right, good.
00:40:44.000 So let's start in Texas then, because that's a place that a lot of people have questions about.
00:40:50.000 And, you know, you're seeing some people online that are studying the map and studying the data coming out of Texas.
00:40:55.000 And it does seem that Democrats got out real strong right at the beginning, right?
00:41:00.000 So those first drops were looking very, very strong.
00:41:04.000 The turnout in Texas looks like it's going to blow records away.
00:41:08.000 And that's partly because of how much money and attention this race has been spent on this race and all the attention from a media standpoint.
00:41:16.000 Are you feeling like Republicans are starting to respond?
00:41:20.000 I'm hearing good things out of the rural West Texas, East Texas.
00:41:24.000 Yes.
00:41:24.000 That we are starting to respond in kind.
00:41:27.000 And just sorry to continue on here, sir, but we don't have party registration data in Texas like we do, say, in Arizona or North Carolina.
00:41:36.000 So we don't know exactly.
00:41:37.000 It's all based on modeling.
00:41:38.000 So what are your models showing you?
00:41:40.000 What is the data that you're seeing?
00:41:42.000 Well, the good news is there was, and I think you hit the nail on the head.
00:41:45.000 Gosh, you guys are so smart.
00:41:46.000 I'll tell you, to be honest with you, what a wonderful show.
00:41:48.000 Thank you.
00:41:49.000 God, thank God for what you do and how you do it across this nation.
00:41:55.000 We have been blessed, blessed by you all.
00:41:58.000 Here's what I would tell you that there's been a huge enthusiasm gap a few months ago between Republican voters and Democrat voters, particularly, frankly, in Texas.
00:42:07.000 What we're seeing happening over the last several weeks is this margin has been closing slowly.
00:42:13.000 And now, very quickly, we're seeing this surge of enthusiasm on our side, frankly, in part because President Trump has said this election is about him.
00:42:23.000 His agenda, and I would add to that his legacy.
00:42:26.000 Republicans are coming home in Texas.
00:42:29.000 That is really good news.
00:42:31.000 When we watch what's happening, especially in the high concentrated areas of Texas where Republicans live and vote, we're excited to see what's happening.
00:42:40.000 That's really good news, frankly, for Ken Paxton.
00:42:42.000 Better news for the ability to hold on to the majority across the country.
00:42:46.000 All right.
00:42:47.000 So I have to ask the elephant in the room question here, Senator.
00:42:51.000 Obviously, there's a bit of spilt milk with Cornyn.
00:42:56.000 Yes.
00:42:56.000 Do you feel like the Cornyn supporters are coming home?
00:42:59.000 Because, I mean, candidly, a lot of the establishment in D.C., a lot of the early money in the primary went against Paxton.
00:43:05.000 And now it's.
00:43:06.000 Supporting him.
00:43:07.000 Are we seeing those wounds get mended?
00:43:09.000 Are we seeing those voters come home?
00:43:11.000 What are you hearing?
00:43:13.000 They are coming home, which is a part of the enthusiasm gap that's closed very quickly.
00:43:17.000 And one of the signs I've seen, one of the clearest indications of that, every time I was calling for funds and for votes about two months ago, four or five weeks ago, people were saying, don't spend money here.
00:43:30.000 Now, what I'm hearing is exactly the opposite.
00:43:33.000 It's people saying, how can I help in Texas?
00:43:35.000 I'm hearing Texans.
00:43:37.000 Finally, saying whether you like the guy or not, here's what we know James Tallarico is bad for Texas, a non binary god, six genders, a person who believes that capitalism is white supremacy.
00:43:53.000 You can look at my face, I can tell you this with clarity.
00:43:56.000 Free markets and capitalism change the lives of the poorest people around the world because of what we do in America.
00:44:03.000 And so, at the end of the day, what James Tallarico has said and what Ken Paxton has done.
00:44:09.000 Those two things from a political perspective, they're adding more weight to the ballot on our side.
00:44:15.000 That's good news.
00:44:16.000 And then I finally say this that when you have Ken Paxson's ex wife saying, vote for Republicans, everyone should be able to say, vote for Republicans of Texas.
00:44:28.000 And I would hope that John Cornyn as well would be able to say, whether you like the guy or not, I get the challenges between the two.
00:44:37.000 At the end of the day, this is not about John Cornyn.
00:44:40.000 It is not about Ken Paxton.
00:44:42.000 It's about President Trump finishing and creating a firewall.
00:44:47.000 So the next Supreme Court justice is decided by a Senate run by Republicans in support of President Trump, if that ever happens.
00:44:57.000 Judicial appointments, all that comes through the Senate.
00:44:59.000 We've got to have a firewall in the Senate. 0.99
00:45:01.000 Bottom line. 1.00
00:45:02.000 Yeah.
00:45:03.000 And I'm honestly pretty angry that Senator Cornyn has not endorsed Paxton so far.
00:45:08.000 I think we have to send the message that is unacceptable behavior.
00:45:11.000 If you are a Republican office holder in this country, You are against the left.
00:45:15.000 You are against what the left wants to do to this country.
00:45:18.000 Yes.
00:45:18.000 And do you have beefs?
00:45:19.000 Does politics lead to a lot of unfortunate drama and, you know, most political careers end kind of badly?
00:45:25.000 Yes.
00:45:25.000 That is in the nature of politics.
00:45:27.000 And if you are a patriot, if you care about this country, you fight for this country, even if you have a problem with the guy who beat you in a primary.
00:45:34.000 Yeah.
00:45:35.000 It's not about who, it's about what.
00:45:37.000 Yeah.
00:45:38.000 That's about mine.
00:45:39.000 But listen, I mean, we were early endorsers of Paxton, so we were happy with the primary.
00:45:45.000 But listen, We got to get it over the finish line.
00:45:48.000 We have to.
00:45:48.000 100%.
00:45:50.000 And Tal Rico, I mean, the guy was absent.
00:45:52.000 MIA.
00:45:53.000 I don't care if he was at a mental health hospital or he had the flu. 0.94
00:45:56.000 You don't do that in the middle of one of the most important races in the country, completely disqualifying all the non binary stuff, the white supremacy stuff, the vegan stuff.
00:46:05.000 I mean, I don't know.
00:46:08.000 Listen.
00:46:08.000 All of it.
00:46:09.000 All of it.
00:46:09.000 All of it.
00:46:09.000 Okay, let's turn our attention to Michigan.
00:46:12.000 I agree with you. 0.99
00:46:13.000 Abdul El Sayed is the worst candidate that I have ever seen run for U.S. Senate.
00:46:18.000 Bar none, not even a question. 0.90
00:46:20.000 He can't disavow the Muslim Brotherhood in less than 48 words. 0.84
00:46:25.000 He can't disavow care. 0.78
00:46:28.000 He's lying about his medical background. 0.59
00:46:30.000 He's lying about his ties to these radical Islamists.
00:46:35.000 He speaks, by the way, at these mosques that are in Detroit, the Detroit Islamic Center.
00:46:41.000 People don't know this.
00:46:42.000 He's speaking at them, doing events with them, and these people are radicalizing their followers.
00:46:47.000 Absolutely the most radical, violent, anti American, jihadi kind of talk.
00:46:52.000 And he speaks at these events. 0.88
00:46:53.000 And he does it every single time.
00:46:55.000 100%.
00:46:56.000 Listen, one of the most powerful things I've heard in a long time coming out of Michigan was an African American pastor on the west side of Detroit who simply said, Abdul El Sayed cares more about the West Bank than he does the west side of Detroit.
00:47:11.000 That clearly tells me the truth.
00:47:14.000 Secondly, I've heard Abdul El Sayed wants to have Medicare for all.
00:47:20.000 That's $70 trillion over 10 years, more money than the federal government takes in in revenues.
00:47:27.000 Number three, Abdul El Sayed simply has said, Let's abolish ICE, defund the police, open the prison doors, and reparations.
00:47:40.000 Even Stephen A. Smith challenged Abdul El Sayed.
00:47:44.000 We don't have the money.
00:47:45.000 Let's move on to things that actually make a difference for all Americans.
00:47:49.000 When you're being challenged by Van Jones, left, worked for Obama about who Abdul El Sayed is, I'm hoping Democrats and independents are paying attention.
00:48:00.000 I can tell you who's paying attention.
00:48:01.000 The Jewish community is paying attention. 0.74
00:48:03.000 I went to an event in Michigan with Mike Rogers, which we saw Republicans, Democrats, and independents in the Jewish community coming together because they want to create a firewall in Michigan to stop Abdul El Sayed. 0.74
00:48:15.000 Not because he's Muslim, but because he supports the Muslim Brotherhood. 0.97
00:48:19.000 Well, you know, this is the kind of dangerous person he is. 0.83
00:48:23.000 This is the, there's a, when a man like this cannot give you a simple yes or no answer, if you ask him if he wants to abolish IS, he'll say yes. 0.65
00:48:31.000 If you ask him if he disavows the Muslim Brotherhood, he'll be.
00:48:34.000 Very nuanced.
00:48:35.000 Why are you asking me that?
00:48:35.000 Very nuanced.
00:48:36.000 Is it because I'm Muslim?
00:48:37.000 And then all of a sudden he gets all cute. 0.97
00:48:39.000 Yeah, it's disgusting because he ultimately knows.
00:48:43.000 First of all, he doesn't want to alienate the Dearborn.
00:48:45.000 I mean, there's about 250,000 Muslim voters in Michigan.
00:48:50.000 So he doesn't want to alienate them.
00:48:51.000 But secondly, it's because he's telling you who he actually is.
00:48:57.000 My daughter goes to the University of Detroit Mercy. 0.99
00:49:00.000 She's in her second year of law school and she has to hide being Jewish. 0.96
00:49:05.000 And it's a hard thing to say when October 7th came. 0.93
00:49:09.000 Horrible for her.
00:49:12.000 Lots of tears.
00:49:15.000 I may go to Mike Rogers.
00:49:18.000 Sorry, guys.
00:49:20.000 You should not apologize.
00:49:22.000 No, you should not apologize.
00:49:24.000 You deserve to vote and be comfortable. 0.96
00:49:27.000 That is a Jewish woman defecting from the Democrat Party to vote Mike Rogers. 0.99
00:49:32.000 I will just say, Senator Scott, I was a little leery when Mike Rogers was the guy.
00:49:37.000 I was like, oh, gosh, a little neocon for me, a little, I don't know, old.
00:49:43.000 But the guy has been.
00:49:45.000 Throwing fastballs, like absolutely.
00:49:49.000 I mean, 10 out of 10. 0.90
00:49:50.000 The guy is doing 10 out of 10, hammering him, and he will not let Abdullah Said up off the mat.
00:49:57.000 And I'm just, I'm just, I just want to be the first to say I was a little bit wrong. 0.95
00:50:02.000 I wasn't that enthused.
00:50:03.000 I am enthused.
00:50:04.000 The guy is crushing it.
00:50:05.000 He has a real chance here. 0.95
00:50:06.000 I want to ask you you're a black American.
00:50:10.000 Some might have noticed.
00:50:12.000 What do you think is the black vote specifically in Wayne, in Flint?
00:50:17.000 Why are they not, why are they leery of Abdullah Said?
00:50:20.000 Else, yeah.
00:50:20.000 Well, I mean, I think they're because they're Christians, number one.
00:50:23.000 I mean, the fact of the matter, they rather you so listen, I love America as we are.
00:50:28.000 The bottom line is that we're not perfect, there's no perfect place on the planet.
00:50:32.000 The only perfection will see is when Jesus comes back for the second coming.
00:50:35.000 Until then, what we have to do is make what we have better.
00:50:39.000 I don't want a different America, I want this America.
00:50:42.000 I think you're hearing the same kind of sentiment out of many of the black churches in Detroit and Wayne County.
00:50:48.000 Why?
00:50:48.000 Because we want this America.
00:50:50.000 Frankly, Frederick Douglass said it back in the 1800s when he talked about we're going to fight for what we see in the Constitution, not against it.
00:50:58.000 When you love America, you want America to rise up to its full potential.
00:51:04.000 What the Democrat Socialist of America, what the Communists want, what frankly, Abdul El-Sayed wants is a different America.
00:51:12.000 He wants to change the very DNA of what it means to be American.
00:51:16.000 And I want to stand in the gap and say, no, not on my watch.
00:51:20.000 Why?
00:51:20.000 Because America's done too much for me, for my family, for who we are as a country.
00:51:25.000 We have to fight that tooth and nail.
00:51:27.000 And this, frankly, is the beginning of the war, in my opinion. 0.95
00:51:32.000 Abdul Al Sayed is the beginning.
00:51:35.000 You just talked about Minneapolis.
00:51:37.000 We see the autonomous zones in Washington state.
00:51:40.000 There is something brewing that is dark and insidious on the far left.
00:51:46.000 Do not think this fight is something we just have a skirmish.
00:51:49.000 This is an all out conflict for the soul of America.
00:51:54.000 And we must win starting now. 0.75
00:51:58.000 And if we look to Brazil, we look to France.
00:52:01.000 I mean, once you give these animals power, they're not going to give it back to you just without a fight.
00:52:06.000 Okay.
00:52:07.000 So we got to, like, you're right.
00:52:08.000 We got to win the beginning of the war.
00:52:09.000 It makes the rest of it much easier.
00:52:11.000 Let's do a quick rapid fire here, though.
00:52:13.000 Yeah. 0.67
00:52:13.000 Let's do it. 0.67
00:52:14.000 Because we got a lot of other races on the map.
00:52:16.000 You mentioned Minneapolis. 0.99
00:52:18.000 Michelle Tafoya, she's doing a great job. 1.00
00:52:22.000 She's a very eligible candidate in that state.
00:52:24.000 How are we liking her chances? 0.59
00:52:26.000 I like her chances.
00:52:26.000 She's within the margin of error without any question.
00:52:28.000 Peggy Flanagan is part of the. 1.00
00:52:30.000 The corruption that we've seen for the smaller community, she'll cover it over, whitewash it.
00:52:34.000 Michelle Tafoya, strong independent candidate who's doing a fabulous job.
00:52:39.000 Fundraising numbers are good.
00:52:40.000 She's out in the community.
00:52:42.000 She's well loved, well liked.
00:52:44.000 And frankly, she's a Minnesotan.
00:52:45.000 So the bottom line is this yes, we have to finish strong, run through the tape, not to the tape.
00:52:50.000 I believe that if there's a place that we should be excited about on the map, Minnesota is one of the three places, along with Michigan.
00:52:57.000 And frankly, don't forget New Hampshire, Johnson Nunu.
00:53:00.000 Senator Scott, we're going all out in New Hampshire.
00:53:03.000 We got our ballot chasers all over the ground.
00:53:05.000 We're pulling out all the stops.
00:53:07.000 We got big surprises for Election Day and Election Day Eve.
00:53:11.000 We're going to surprise some people there.
00:53:12.000 I think Sununu has got a great chance.
00:53:15.000 If you want to chime in on that.
00:53:16.000 Yeah, listen, he's moved the numbers probably because of your efforts based on what you just said, then he's moved the numbers significantly in the last five weeks.
00:53:23.000 We've seen him go from down nearly double digits down to now within the margin of error.
00:53:29.000 Some polls have even shown him up in the last two or three weeks.
00:53:32.000 Most show it even or down by one.
00:53:34.000 Hey, all we need is the right turnout model.
00:53:36.000 I've always said post races are decided in the last 72 hours.
00:53:41.000 If we finish strong, let nothing up, let no one off the mat.
00:53:45.000 I believe John Sununu will be the next senator representing the great state of New Hampshire.
00:53:50.000 All right.
00:53:50.000 Well, you didn't say that about Michelle.
00:53:52.000 Not saying you don't believe it, but that says a lot that you said it about Sununu.
00:53:56.000 All right.
00:53:57.000 He's got a tough race, but Sununu's, I mean, he is right there at the finish line.
00:54:01.000 Susan Collins in Maine.
00:54:02.000 You feeling good about that?
00:54:04.000 I am.
00:54:05.000 Susan Collins is a juggernaut. 1.00
00:54:06.000 She is one of the most disciplined candidates you'll see on the map.
00:54:09.000 She will continue to serve the great state of Maine.
00:54:13.000 I will also say Troy Jackson, fathering kids with his cousin, is weird, but also weird is the fact that he said he would run as a communist.
00:54:20.000 I mean, put those two together and his anger towards women.
00:54:23.000 This is a state where we should continue to see Susan Collins serve. 0.99
00:54:27.000 Darlene Graham, South Carolina, your home state. 0.97
00:54:31.000 There was this, you know, the Young Turks came out with this big thing about.
00:54:34.000 Uh, Lindsey Graham was like a total nothing burger, but I was like, Oh, okay.
00:54:39.000 Uh, how are we feeling about Darlene?
00:54:40.000 Any issues?
00:54:41.000 I can't imagine South Carolina.
00:54:43.000 I can't either.
00:54:44.000 I'm doing more work here than I have done in the past without question. 1.00
00:54:47.000 The race is too close for my comfort.
00:54:49.000 At the end of the day, what we know about the Democrats today, they are wolves in sheep clothing all across the country.
00:54:56.000 None of them are running with a Democrat by their names.
00:54:59.000 They're all pretending to be something that they're not.
00:55:01.000 If you have to lie to win, you ought to lose completely.
00:55:04.000 And Annie Andrews, as President Trump calls her, Tranny Annie, here's a person who believes as a pediatrician for a surgery, trans surgery, gender surgery for trans kids.
00:55:19.000 That's Wrong.
00:55:21.000 Period.
00:55:23.000 Number one. 1.00
00:55:23.000 Number two, she wants to take away the guns. 1.00
00:55:25.000 She made twice as much money last year for promoting gun safety, speaking at gun safety rallies than she did as a physician. 1.00
00:55:37.000 We ought to be scared of this woman. 1.00
00:55:39.000 100%. 1.00
00:55:40.000 All right.
00:55:40.000 So, Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas.
00:55:44.000 Nebraska, Kansas.
00:55:45.000 I think we're going to win, not running away in Kansas, but we're going to win in Kansas.
00:55:49.000 Nebraska.
00:55:50.000 Pete Ricketts is doing really well.
00:55:52.000 Iowa, Ashley Henson's a fantastic candidate.
00:55:54.000 I believe she wins by two or three. 1.00
00:55:56.000 It's tight as ticks there, but we're going to win there.
00:55:59.000 Husted in Ohio.
00:56:01.000 Tough race there, without any question.
00:56:03.000 John Husted is running very neck and neck with Sherrod Brown.
00:56:06.000 President will be there just in a couple of days.
00:56:09.000 That's great news.
00:56:10.000 Frankly, I'll be there the day after trying to help out a little bit.
00:56:14.000 President Trump's a big fish. 0.99
00:56:15.000 Frankly, he's a whale. 0.99
00:56:18.000 He's like the blue whale.
00:56:19.000 When he comes, he leaves a major splash.
00:56:21.000 All right.
00:56:21.000 That's the kind of guy we need.
00:56:23.000 All right.
00:56:24.000 We win there between the two.
00:56:25.000 Your prediction.
00:56:27.000 52?
00:56:27.000 At least 52.
00:56:28.000 Yeah.
00:56:29.000 I love that.
00:56:30.000 Listen, if we get 52 in the Senate.
00:56:32.000 I'm overjoyed.
00:56:33.000 I think we're all going to be.
00:56:34.000 We could get wiped out in the House.
00:56:36.000 I will be selling that so much.
00:56:38.000 If we get 50 50 in the Senate with JD as the tiebreaker.
00:56:41.000 By the way, I'll be happy.
00:56:43.000 By the way, I just want to make a final pitch.
00:56:44.000 We just got a last minute drop in Maricopa.
00:56:48.000 It was R6.9.
00:56:50.000 R6.9, the latest drop in Maricopa.
00:56:54.000 Senator, we need to take the ballot chasing that we're doing and perfecting.
00:56:59.000 And take it nationwide because these low props, we get them out and we know how to do it.
00:57:03.000 Thank y'all.
00:57:04.000 So, yeah, this get out the vote, this ballot chase that we're doing is so, so critical.
00:57:08.000 So, God bless to everybody.
00:57:09.000 God bless you, Senator Scott, for all you're doing.
00:57:11.000 Thanks, sir.
00:57:14.000 An important message from Noble Gold Investments November 3rd, control of Congress is on the line.
00:57:20.000 And whatever happens, your savings are going to feel it.
00:57:23.000 If Democrats take power, we could be looking at years of gridlock, followed by the same policies that fueled inflation before more spending, bigger deficits, and a weaker dollar.
00:57:31.000 We live through this already.
00:57:33.000 In June, 2022, inflation was out of control and unchecked.
00:57:36.000 Now, the national debt is over $40 trillion and Washington isn't slowing down.
00:57:41.000 What has gold done since 2022?
00:57:44.000 Doubled, up over 100%.
00:57:47.000 That's right.
00:57:47.000 You can't control what happens on election day.
00:57:49.000 You can control how prepared you are.
00:57:51.000 That's why so many Americans are turning to physical gold and silver.
00:57:54.000 Visit noblegoldinvestments.comslash Kirk.

00:58:03.000 Noblegoldinvestments.comslash Kirk is your wealth protected?
00:58:06.000 If not, Now is the time to act.
00:58:09.000 Past performance does not guarantee future results.
00:58:14.000 I just want to give you a quick update.
00:58:15.000 I said this at the end of the last segment, but if you look at 163 here, guys, Maricopa County AZ drop just this morning, R plus 6.9.
00:58:26.000 R plus 6.9, it was a 53,000 ballot drop.
00:58:30.000 Republicans won it by 6.9%.
00:58:34.000 So we have a 0.1 advantage over the Dems statewide, but this was a huge, huge new drop.
00:58:39.000 So we're not there yet.
00:58:41.000 We need everybody to turn out.
00:58:42.000 Today is actually tomorrow's the last day you can get in your mail in ballot in Arizona and for it to get in in time.
00:58:48.000 So, please, please, please, if you're thinking about mailing your ballot in, you've got to put it in tomorrow into the mailbox, or you've got to vote early in person or election day.
00:58:56.000 Or you can drop it off.
00:58:58.000 If you fill it out and it's past that day, just drive.
00:59:00.000 They're very close to you where you can drop off those ballots in person.
00:59:04.000 That is also a way to do it.
00:59:05.000 Wonderful.
00:59:07.000 All right. 0.99
00:59:07.000 So, we now have Brandi Cruz. 0.99
00:59:09.000 She's an independent reporter, journalist, and she's the host of the Undivided Pod Podcast.
00:59:15.000 You can get that at undividedpod.com.
00:59:17.000 And she tried to do something you're not supposed to do. 1.00
00:59:22.000 And that is go to a WNBA game and be completely sane about genders and the role of the sexes. 1.00
00:59:28.000 Brandy, welcome to the show.
00:59:30.000 I'm so sorry.
00:59:31.000 I saw the clips over the weekend of what happened to you.
00:59:36.000 I couldn't believe what happened to you.
00:59:38.000 They manhandled you like you were some thug, like a criminal, just for wearing an XXXY shirt at a WNBA game.
00:59:48.000 Tell the audience what happened to you.
00:59:50.000 And yeah, give us the whole backstory here because it was unbelievable.
00:59:54.000 Not WNBA, Portland Thorns game, which is the National Women's Soccer League.
00:59:58.000 Well, that's all that.
00:59:59.000 Same, same.
01:00:00.000 Yeah, we've done, I mean, same response, really.
01:00:02.000 We've actually, the WNBA, as we did some of those Sophie Cunningham rallies across the country that started here in Seattle, where I am, they treated us better.
01:00:09.000 You know, I mean, they didn't treat us great, but they treated us better.
01:00:12.000 I mean, obviously, you know, it's so funny to watch the left say, this was staged, this was staged.
01:00:16.000 I mean, of course it was staged.
01:00:17.000 You know, we all showed up, about 50 of us, with our XXXY shirts, had jackets on because it was an outdoor stadium until the half.
01:00:24.000 And then, Once the second half started, we revealed our t shirts and the crowd went absolutely bananas.
01:00:29.000 And one of the things that, you know, and all they had to do is just not react, and it wouldn't have been the story that it is, and just let us be there in peace and sending our political message as they sent so many political messages at these games.
01:00:42.000 And one of the things you have to know about Northwest soccer fans in particular is they're very far left.
01:00:48.000 And for them, politics and cheering on soccer teams are inextricably linked.
01:00:53.000 They, you know, have signs all the time about, you know, F Ice, there were signs F Trump.
01:00:59.000 They fly, in some instances, the Antifa flag.
01:01:03.000 They have messages about immigration, about refugees, about trans kids matter, trans kids belong in sports.
01:01:10.000 So it's not as if this setting is unused to political messages.
01:01:15.000 And that's really all we were doing with our t shirts, if you even consider a shirt with chromosomes on it to be a political message.
01:01:23.000 Well, so I went to school at the University of Washington, Brandy.
01:01:27.000 And so I remember going to soccer games being completely floored at just how political.
01:01:32.000 They were.
01:01:33.000 And so I totally understand the culture, but I think it's gotten even worse since I left. 0.57
01:01:39.000 And this just goes to show how little I know about the WNBA. 0.81
01:01:41.000 I just assumed the Thorns was a WNBA.
01:01:44.000 Yeah, exactly.
01:01:44.000 You just don't know the team.
01:01:45.000 Because I don't know the team. 1.00
01:01:46.000 Women's teams. 0.99
01:01:47.000 Yeah, probably WNBA.
01:01:48.000 And I just assumed, given our current political moment, that it was a WNBA.
01:01:52.000 So my apologies here, but this is crazy.
01:01:55.000 So you just walk in, and we have this clip.
01:01:57.000 Hopefully, we don't have to do the dump button because I know leftists don't, they have no shame themselves.
01:02:03.000 But this, just to give the audience a A sense of the scene here.
01:02:07.000 It's truly wild.
01:02:08.000 Stop 15.
01:02:09.000 They're trying to make us leave.
01:02:12.000 We haven't done anything wrong.
01:02:13.000 I'm not leaving.
01:02:14.000 I'm not leaving.
01:02:15.000 I'm not leaving.
01:02:18.000 I bought a ticket.
01:02:19.000 I'm not leaving.
01:02:21.000 So here's my question for you Why are we being escorted out, but they're not being escorted out?
01:02:28.000 I haven't done it.
01:02:30.000 No idea.
01:02:32.000 We can talk more about it at the top.
01:02:33.000 This is not the place where we're going to have to find a place.
01:02:38.000 But here's the thing is, we just wear shirts.
01:02:42.000 We have to walk out and talk.
01:03:00.000 Okay, so what is like truly amazing about this is before you get manhandled and forcibly removed from this venue.
01:03:07.000 The behind you, they're waving political flags, all over that stadium, they are shouting their politics from the rooftops, their advocacy.
01:03:17.000 You are peacefully wearing a shirt and they single you out.
01:03:21.000 Unbelievable.
01:03:23.000 All of us.
01:03:23.000 So they have not said to date, and I know multiple media organizations have asked, both local TV stations in Portland, national outlets, why we were removed.
01:03:31.000 And the Thorns have not provided any sort of explanation.
01:03:35.000 And they didn't to us in the moment either.
01:03:37.000 You heard that security guard say, You know what you did.
01:03:39.000 And I'm thinking, I really don't know what I did.
01:03:42.000 What did I do?
01:03:43.000 So, because as I said, we're taking up three rows. 1.00
01:03:46.000 And a lot of the people I was with are, I'll call them elder lesbians, you know, they're gray haired. 1.00
01:03:52.000 Democrat or a former Democrat, lesbians. 0.73
01:03:55.000 And so when security came, and we're under assault, I mean, they surrounded us. 0.96
01:04:00.000 They stockpiled trans pride flags when they realized what we were about to do.
01:04:04.000 They surrounded us.
01:04:05.000 They're hitting us with them.
01:04:06.000 We're getting beer spilt on us.
01:04:09.000 It's insane.
01:04:09.000 And I had a straight eye line to security saying, Can you help us?
01:04:13.000 And I have a ton of video we're going to release today where you just hear me very calmly over and over plead with the fans around us.
01:04:19.000 You can wave your flags.
01:04:20.000 Just please stop hitting us.
01:04:22.000 Please stop hitting us.
01:04:23.000 And then so security comes in.
01:04:25.000 And I think that they're about to kind of form a little barrier for us to continue to watch the game in peace.
01:04:31.000 No, they said, you guys have to leave. 1.00
01:04:32.000 And so some of the elder lesbians, as I've said, they decided to walk up and follow security out.
01:04:37.000 But I said, and the reason you see me dragged out, people have been saying, oh, she's not telling the whole story.
01:04:42.000 Why would they drag her out and no one else?
01:04:44.000 It's because I made them, frankly.
01:04:46.000 I was so blown away in the moment.
01:04:48.000 And I thought, if you are going to remove me, not tell me why, when I haven't done anything wrong except be assaulted, Then you're going to have to own that decision and you are going to have to put your hands on me.
01:04:59.000 And so they did.
01:05:00.000 And they, you know, you see the security guard, you know, wrench my arm behind my back, which, you know, my shoulder's killing me today over that.
01:05:08.000 And then up to the concession area where they sort of let me go and they said, you have to leave.
01:05:13.000 And they'd opened up a side gate for us to leave out of.
01:05:15.000 And I said, no, you call the Portland police.
01:05:17.000 And if the police want me out, and I won't resist the police, you know, I'll do what the police say.
01:05:21.000 But, and so they picked me up, all 148 pounds of me, and they, Tossed me out the side gate onto the streets of Portland.
01:05:31.000 Unbelievable.
01:05:32.000 Which can be a pretty dangerous street sometimes.
01:05:34.000 They let a lot of bad actors roam about.
01:05:37.000 Yeah, I mean, listen, there is like a very strange, almost like communal, religious, quasi religious element of this soccer culture.
01:05:49.000 I don't know that this is like the crux of the matter here, but it is very strange because conservatives, we tend to go to church.
01:05:57.000 We tend to do community events with our children and our families.
01:06:01.000 We build our businesses.
01:06:02.000 No, no, no.
01:06:03.000 The left, they go to soccer games.
01:06:06.000 They go to like no kings rallies.
01:06:08.000 And the fervor with which, you know, they approach this, where they feel completely immune by assaulting you, degrading you, spitting on you, throwing beers on you like there is a psychotic break.
01:06:23.000 The dehumanization is so complete.
01:06:26.000 And I think it's not unconnected to what we experienced with Charlie.
01:06:31.000 And when Charlie was killed and the dehumanization effort where they mocked his death, where they celebrate it, they call it Kirkiversary.
01:06:39.000 There is something deeply and profoundly spiritually wrong that is setting in with the far left and hotbeds like it, you know, in the Northwest, in San Francisco.
01:06:49.000 It's terrifying.
01:06:50.000 It's terrifying to watch what they did to you, Brandy.
01:06:53.000 Yeah, and I wish people would wake up to this across the political spectrum.
01:06:56.000 And I will say, you know, even in Portland, some of the fans were on our side as security was dragging us out.
01:07:01.000 And then we got out onto the streets and we were chanting Save Women's Sports.
01:07:05.000 And some of the fans, as they left, were chanting it with us. 0.80
01:07:08.000 Waking up to this radical gender ideology. 0.98
01:07:11.000 And you mentioned, Charlie, and it's very true. 1.00
01:07:12.000 I mean, this is not hyperbole that we're entering a period that reflects, you know, the precursor to some of the darkest, deadliest periods in world history.
01:07:22.000 Whether you look at, you know, I was talking to a friend about this earlier, and, you know, whenever those, you know, the Nazis and the Bolsheviks and Mao, you know, whenever you look back historically at those periods and you think, how did this happen?
01:07:35.000 How did so many people allow it to happen?
01:07:37.000 How did so many people go along with it and turn in their neighbors?
01:07:41.000 Watch the execution of people, their fellow countrymen.
01:07:45.000 Look at the Portland game.
01:07:46.000 Look at what happened.
01:07:47.000 Look at the mob mentality.
01:07:48.000 And you can see how they can be convinced because of an ideology that it is perfectly fine to answer dissent with violence.
01:07:57.000 Even in the United States of America, there was one male, large male Portland Thorns fan who pushed a 57 year old lesbian named Julie over two rows of seating.
01:08:07.000 And he later told her, because that was kind of at the beginning of this ordeal, and he later apologized and said he didn't even know what.
01:08:14.000 People were mad at us about.
01:08:16.000 He was just in the moment and it was this mob mentality.
01:08:18.000 And so I think as Americans, we have to understand that, you know, we already have clearly with Charlie and the attempt to assassinate President Trump and some of these individual instances, we already have a segment of the left that believes it is appropriate to answer speech with violence because they believe words are violence.
01:08:34.000 But I don't think we're very far removed from a nation, depending on who gets into power, of a government that also believes that.
01:08:42.000 You know, if this segment of the left continues to grow, if The Democratic Party continues to give it cover and make excuses for it, and the Democratic Party gets back in power.
01:08:51.000 Do we really believe that we're that far removed from government punishment for wrong think and wrong speech?
01:08:58.000 I don't believe so.
01:08:59.000 No.
01:08:59.000 I mean, you see what's happening in France, you see what's happening in Brazil.
01:09:03.000 I mean, there's a lot of terrifying indicators on the dashboard of democracy, as they call it.
01:09:12.000 Their system is crumbling and they're getting more and more frantic as it crumbles around them.
01:09:18.000 Brandy, I'm glad that you're okay, and I hope that there is accountability for what happened to you.
01:09:23.000 It was completely wrong.
01:09:24.000 I believe your civil rights were infringed.
01:09:27.000 I believe that you were assaulted, and hopefully, there's accountability for that.
01:09:30.000 Hopefully, the next time we talk to you, we get to hear about the DOJ cracking down or something, right?
01:09:37.000 Because this is obscene.
01:09:38.000 What happened to you is so obscene.
01:09:39.000 Please, everybody, support Brandy's work at the Undivided Podcast, undividedpod.com.
01:09:44.000 Thank you, Brandy, for coming on.
01:09:46.000 I appreciate it so much.
01:09:48.000 My pleasure.
01:09:51.000 All right, I got to play this clip because we're talking about the midterms, which we should.
01:09:56.000 And I want you to see very clearly what their plan is here.
01:09:59.000 Sot 2.
01:10:00.000 You said we're going to run Pete Hegseth out of town.
01:10:03.000 What does that mean?
01:10:04.000 It means that we're going to hold him accountable in the same way that we held Pam Bondi and Christy Nome accountable because they were kind of pushed to the side by the president.
01:10:13.000 And Pete Hegseth needs to be pushed aside by the president, or we're going to have to deal with that situation if he is not.
01:10:21.000 Do you see that?
01:10:24.000 Can't name a high crime or misdemeanor.
01:10:27.000 Can't give any specifics.
01:10:29.000 He just knows that if he is Speaker of the House come next year after these midterms, they're going to run Pete Hegseth out of Washington.
01:10:40.000 Doesn't explain why, doesn't explain how, but they're going to do it.
01:10:43.000 I.e., they're going to impeach the Secretary of War.
01:10:47.000 100%.
01:10:48.000 They're not making any ifs, ands, or buts about it.
01:10:50.000 They're not hiding the ball.
01:10:51.000 They're telling you who they are, they're telling you what they plan to do.
01:10:55.000 Terrifying.
01:10:56.000 And I mean, that's just going to be their template for everything.
01:10:58.000 I think one of the.
01:10:59.000 The biggest thing to focus on in this race, for example, is we need to keep the Senate.
01:11:03.000 And why do we need to keep the Senate?
01:11:04.000 I was telling you before the show, I think what Democrats are ready to do is they will block all appointees.
01:11:12.000 They will just say, this is an illegitimate administration.
01:11:15.000 It can't be allowed to be staffed.
01:11:16.000 So, no ambassadors, no undersecretaries.
01:11:20.000 We have way too many political appointees that need Senate confirmation in the U.S. They'll blockade them all.
01:11:25.000 No judges, certainly no Supreme Court judges, but even lower court ones.
01:11:29.000 100% paralyze the government. 0.97
01:11:32.000 And that is why it's important to hold the Senate.
01:11:34.000 As we say, not one step back.
01:11:36.000 And the thinking here is we literally just can't go backwards.
01:11:40.000 Like we have to maintain the gains we have made.
01:11:43.000 The left is absolutely fanatical about making it 2021 again.
01:11:48.000 They want the age of where they're in power, they're censoring everything, they are regulating everything.
01:11:53.000 They look towards Britain or Germany or Brazil as aspirational models.
01:11:57.000 And those are countries that are absolutely falling apart at the seams.
01:12:01.000 Desperately, they have this.
01:12:03.000 Liberal globalist elite trying to cling to power with ever intensifying control of society.
01:12:08.000 And that is the only model they know.
01:12:10.000 That's what they implement in New York, in California, in every other country.
01:12:14.000 That's what they want.
01:12:15.000 Well, it's interesting to me, too, that they've become so radicalized.
01:12:17.000 You saw that with the Brandi Cruz thing.
01:12:19.000 It's like Trump unleashed all of their demons.
01:12:22.000 Every single, you know, sort of debased instinct that the left has had has been, you know, maybe hiding under wraps for many years.
01:12:32.000 It is out in the open.
01:12:33.000 The veil has been torn, the mask is off.
01:12:35.000 They are absolutely hell bent on seizing power by any means necessary.
01:12:41.000 And increasingly, when they realize they can't win in the court of public opinion, they are willing to go to great lengths.
01:12:47.000 Just over the weekend, Obama's attorney general, Eric Holder, says that every single person that Harmeet Dillon has hired at the DOJ has to go.
01:12:56.000 They got to go.
01:12:57.000 They just got to go.
01:12:58.000 This is not the time for timidity. 0.94
01:13:01.000 Now, Eric Holder is basically a thug. 0.92
01:13:03.000 All right. 0.65
01:13:04.000 And so when you see these people that are getting.
01:13:06.000 Put back onto the Sunday shows telling you exactly what they expect to do.
01:13:11.000 We will see completely unabashed, unfettered weaponization of the legal system when these people get in power.
01:13:19.000 And I do think it was probably a mistake that we didn't go harder on some of these people ourselves, candidly.
01:13:23.000 Yeah.
01:13:24.000 Because they need to know that we will match fire with fire, that we will hit them with the same stuff they hit us.
01:13:31.000 And I don't think that we did this enough.
01:13:33.000 We'll play the clip here.
01:13:35.000 Sot 16.
01:13:36.000 You have to see, take this for what it is.
01:13:38.000 This is an aberration.
01:13:39.000 This is a.
01:13:41.000 Two, three, four year aberration.
01:13:44.000 And it's going to take some time to rebuild the reputation of the Justice Department.
01:13:48.000 Given all of the power that this Supreme Court has given to the executive branch, you can certainly make huge personnel changes within the Justice Department.
01:13:57.000 All those people who Army Dillon has hired, for instance, in the Civil Rights Division and turned around what the historic mission of that division has been, they got to go.
01:14:07.000 They just got to go.
01:14:08.000 So, whatever personnel you have to meet, this is not a time for them to get rid of all of the police. 0.99
01:14:12.000 Those Harmite Dillons that have been appointed into those positions. 0.68
01:14:16.000 This is not a time for timidity. 0.93
01:14:18.000 The power that the Supreme Court has given to the executive branch to the president has got to be used by hopefully the next Democratic president to restore some sense of order, balance, and the norms that have governed the Justice Department for decades.
01:14:33.000 You see what he just did there, too, by the way.
01:14:35.000 Not only did he come after Harmeet Dillon, who has taken the Civil Rights Division from an anti white discrimination apparatus and restored colorblindness to an actual justice apparatus.
01:14:45.000 So she's actually done an amazing job.
01:14:47.000 So he goes after that.
01:14:49.000 And then he brings up the Supreme Court because guess what?
01:14:51.000 The other thing that they want to do is they want to pack the Supreme Court.
01:14:55.000 Even Hillary Clinton is now in favor of doing this.
01:14:58.000 She's out in front on the cameras, on the Sunday shows, saying we got to pack the Supreme Court.
01:15:03.000 We talk about what the Overton window needs to shift on the right, how we needed to mainstream, oh, an immigration moratorium, actual mass deportations, a lot of stuff.
01:15:11.000 The left's Overton window has moved a lot more than ours, frankly.
01:15:15.000 And what they've moved towards is total institutional destruction in order to keep power.
01:15:21.000 The left.
01:15:22.000 They're writing their papers about how they can legally do a constitutional coup d'etat where you can decapitate the courts, decapitate our traditional apparatus, do mass amnesty, open borders, never lose an election again.
01:15:36.000 That is the game plan they are entirely ready to follow.
01:15:40.000 So the choice is yours, America.
01:15:43.000 Which way, Western man, are we going to defend this way of life in this American republic, or are we going to give it over to the communists because we're mad about gas prices?
01:15:53.000 I hope we can see further down the road than just the front of our nose.
