00:00:00.000 Hey everybody, today on the Charlie Kirk show, Mark Fincham running for Secretary of State of Arizona joins us.
00:00:04.000 And who planted the pipe bombs?
00:00:05.000 Kind of going back through the January 6th issue with Julie Kelly, that and so much more.

00:00:28.000 Really love the work Turning Point USA is doing, obviously, and I think you guys would too.
00:00:32.000 So get involved and see us on tour, tpusa.com slash tour.
00:00:36.000 Buckle up, everybody, here we go.
00:00:38.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:40.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses.
00:00:42.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:46.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:49.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:50.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:51.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:00:59.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:08.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:11.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at AndrewandTodd.com.
00:01:20.000 We have said frequently that the left is very interested in the plumbing of our elections.
00:01:26.000 In fact, they're more interested in how the elections work than sometimes public opinion, candidate selection.
00:01:34.000 Arizona is a battleground state, and it will remain a battleground state for the foreseeable future until we can get a governor like Kerry Lake to really have bold and conservative leadership and turn this into the Florida of the West like Ron DeSantis has.
00:01:49.000 But until that happens, this is going to be a very difficult state for either party to dominate in.
00:01:56.000 Therefore, it's going to be close elections.
00:01:57.000 And heading into 2024, with close elections, the person who actually administers the elections is going to be incredibly important.
00:02:07.000 Now, this is seeing things before they happen.
00:02:10.000 But what if I told you that someone who is an ally of George Soros, someone who is very, very left-wing, someone who is very radical, very well might become the next Secretary of State of Arizona if we do not rise up and unite and get out the vote for Mark Fincham?
00:02:26.000 And he joins us right now.
00:02:27.000 Mark, welcome to the program.
00:02:29.000 How is your race going?
00:02:30.000 Thank you.
00:02:32.000 I really appreciate the opportunity, Charlie.
00:02:34.000 I think the race is going well.
00:02:36.000 Right now, we're message over money.
00:02:39.000 You mentioned George Soros and the extreme left opponent, which he actually received a $5,000 check, dollar check from George Soros.
00:02:48.000 So that's the right line.
00:02:50.000 But Trafalgar has us at seven points ahead, plus or minus three on the margin of error.
00:02:56.000 CNN has us at three, plus or minus three.
00:02:59.000 They're calling it a dead heat.
00:03:01.000 So I would say that somewhere in the middle lies the truth.
00:03:05.000 Money-wise, we could always use more money.
00:03:07.000 He's out spending us 10 to 1.
00:03:09.000 But again, I come back to message over money.
00:03:11.000 There's one thing, no matter what, people like disgraced Rusty Bowers or Adrian Fontes or any of the folks who are acting like Democrats registered as Republicans or whatever you want to call them, they're calling me a dangerous man for one reason.
00:03:28.000 I'm dedicated to one thing.
00:03:29.000 Mission number one, hold everybody accountable to just follow the law.
00:03:37.000 Hardstop.
00:03:38.000 That terrifies them.
00:03:40.000 Okay, so let's analyze that for a moment.
00:03:43.000 Why is somebody who actually a whole set of somebodies who say that they want to follow the law and have secure and fair elections, why are they afraid of a guy who's going to do just that?
00:03:54.000 Well, perhaps it's because they're not following the law and they might be afraid of being caught.
00:03:59.000 That's the only conclusion I can come to over that.
00:04:02.000 Yeah, the propaganda campaign against you is remarkable.
00:04:06.000 They really are spending a lot of money to fear and propagandize, and people can support you at votefincham.com.
00:04:13.000 And honestly, you're not running a political race.
00:04:16.000 It's all about obeying and following the rule of law, making sure Arizona has fair and free elections, making sure only eligible voters can vote.
00:04:26.000 We don't have to overthink this, right?
00:04:28.000 On your website, it says right here, which is votefincham.com, it says, I will defend Republicans, Democrats, and Independents' sacred right to vote.
00:04:38.000 This is not complicated.
00:04:39.000 Why is it?
00:04:40.000 Why do they have to?
00:04:41.000 Why do they feel the need to lie so considerably about you?
00:04:46.000 This isn't even a policy election.
00:04:50.000 This is this again.
00:04:52.000 The singular message is: can we just follow the law?
00:04:56.000 So, and I know you know this, but your viewers might not.
00:04:59.000 I've been in the Arizona legislature for eight years, a police officer for 21 years, served with Four Intuit, helping their customers for about seven years, trying to prevent fraud with their flagship product QuickBooks.
00:05:14.000 So, I've got a deep history in this.
00:05:16.000 My education is all aligned with this.
00:05:19.000 But what I don't think people think about, the whole purpose of law and having consequences within the law if you don't follow the law, is to set an expectation of behavior, level the playing field.
00:05:34.000 That's how we have a fair playing field because everybody knows the rules going in.
00:05:40.000 Now, Adrian Fontes, for example, in 2020 tried to send out 200,000 ballots to people that didn't request them, primarily Democrat voters.
00:05:51.000 The Supreme Court and even his own party had to intervene to stop him.
00:05:56.000 Well, what very few people talk about is the fact that each one of those ballots that was printed, $2.50.
00:06:02.000 So, you do the math.
00:06:03.000 I mean, you got people, the Maricopa County taxpayer got stiffed for that one.
00:06:09.000 But, moreover, it was outside of the law.
00:06:12.000 And I mean, even Lori Roberts, you know how far left that girl is.
00:06:17.000 She called him out for making up law as he goes.
00:06:21.000 That's not somebody that you can trust in the executive branch.
00:06:25.000 In fact, he's made the accusation: well, Fincham's going to do away with mail-in voting.
00:06:31.000 Okay, so either you are ignorant to the responsibilities of the Secretary of State or you're purposely deceiving people.
00:06:38.000 First of all, the Secretary of State cannot change law.
00:06:42.000 That's a legislative prerogative.
00:06:44.000 The Secretary of State simply follows the law and sees to it that 15 counties follow the law.
00:06:52.000 So, you know, to your point, this appears to be you can't beat the message.
00:06:58.000 So, let's just beat up on the messenger.
00:07:01.000 Yeah, and they're doing it incessantly and really in a terrible way.
00:07:07.000 And so, Mark, one of the other things that I think you're focusing on is, and this is something the left seems to not care about, is you want people to trust their elections again, right?
00:07:16.000 Absolutely.
00:07:17.000 And these vote processing centers, I think, has been a failed experiment.
00:07:21.000 I would love to go back to precinct by precinct voting.
00:07:24.000 I mean, you're all about trust, right?
00:07:27.000 You're about integrity.
00:07:29.000 That's all that this is about.
00:07:30.000 And Adrian Fontes, everything that he's pushing forward, you go to his website, would only make people trust elections less.
00:07:37.000 He's a very aggressive, hyper-partisan person where he wants to have more of this kind of confusion around the structure of how we do voting.
00:07:48.000 Talk about voting processing centers, and we just have to admit this has been a failed experiment, and let's try something else.
00:07:56.000 So here's the fallacy of the voting processing center.
00:07:59.000 You know, they want to hold that up.
00:08:00.000 And I would even say the county supervisors have a hand in this.
00:08:04.000 They want to hold that up as it's more convenient.
00:08:08.000 Okay, well, no, not really.
00:08:10.000 It's more convenient for particularly the elderly in many of the areas in Phoenix.
00:08:17.000 It'd be more convenient for them to go to a local polling place that is in their precinct.
00:08:22.000 Huh, here's a novel idea.
00:08:23.000 Gosh, that was like 10, 15, 20 years ago.
00:08:26.000 Now all of a sudden we have voting processing centers that are allegedly more convenient.
00:08:30.000 Well, more convenient for whom?
00:08:33.000 The government.
00:08:35.000 Okay, so elections belong to the people.
00:08:36.000 They don't belong to the government.
00:08:38.000 Let's get back to, I don't know, here's a novel idea, customer service.
00:08:41.000 Yeah, seriously, that's exactly right.
00:08:43.000 21 years a DTS officer.
00:08:45.000 That is, people don't think about it this way, but that is a customer service job.
00:08:49.000 As a law enforcement officer, most of the time you are meeting people on the worst day of their life.
00:08:57.000 They're hoping that there is somebody behind that badge that cares about them, that is there to help them, that is there to marshal resources.
00:09:07.000 And Mark, you know, not to interrupt, but like, look at what's happening.
00:09:10.000 I mean, they ran out of Republican ballots in Pinal.
00:09:12.000 Is it Pinal or Pima?
00:09:14.000 Pinnell County.
00:09:15.000 Yeah, so in Pinal, which is a red county, if I'm not mistaken, I'm still learning my counties here in Arizona because I'm new here.
00:09:22.000 That's not acceptable, right?
00:09:23.000 I mean, you can't put up with that.
00:09:25.000 And that's poor customer service.
00:09:27.000 That's exactly right.
00:09:27.000 Yes.
00:09:28.000 They knew going in that they didn't have enough ballots.
00:09:30.000 Now, here's something that compounded the problem.
00:09:33.000 We have a record number of people who have abandoned the idea of mail-in ballots and they are going to the polls.
00:09:39.000 We are seeing an organic shift in behavior.
00:09:41.000 And that goes back to your original question, Charlie.
00:09:45.000 When you have a voting center that doesn't open on time and turns people away, 62 of them under Adrian Fontes, when he was in charge of the Maricopa County elections, they didn't open on time.
00:09:58.000 And that disenfranchised voters because they were turned away and couldn't come back.
00:10:01.000 They had to go to work.
00:10:02.000 Well, and it's votefincham.com.
00:10:04.000 Help out, Mark.
00:10:04.000 He's a great guy.
00:10:05.000 It's all about trust and integrity.
00:10:07.000 I'm telling you, this is not a political office he's running for.
00:10:10.000 It is about trust.
00:10:11.000 It's about voting.
00:10:13.000 It's about consent to the governed.
00:10:14.000 But Fontes is the designer of a lot of the chaos we've been seeing.
00:10:18.000 And now he wants to bring that havoc statewide.
00:10:24.000 I want to tell you about one of the most important organizations in the country created by co-founder of the Home Depot, Bernie Marcus.
00:10:30.000 The folks at Job Creators Network defend and advance policies that help small business owners across America grow their business.
00:10:37.000 We talk a lot about labor in the media, and we're always respondering to the complaints of labor.
00:10:42.000 And that's fine.
00:10:43.000 Obviously, it's important.
00:10:44.000 But who actually creates the jobs that labor actually is able to enjoy?
00:10:48.000 Big business has their lobbyists, but small ones don't always have the time or money to defend themselves against the forces of global corporations and their crony capitalist pals in the kingdom of Washington, D.C. Job Creators Network, that's right, Job Creators Network, fights for small business owners across America, and they're looking for a few good men and women to join their growing army of small business advocates.
00:11:11.000 They'll train you to be the face and voice of Main Street in your communities and beyond.
00:11:14.000 To learn more, go to jobcreatorsnetwork.com.
00:11:18.000 That is jobcreatorsnetwork.com.
00:11:20.000 Small business is the heartbeat, the backbone, the lifeblood of our economy and the American dream.
00:11:25.000 Learn how you can join this growing army of advocates.
00:11:29.000 Go to jobcreatorsnetwork.com now and hit the red join button.
00:11:34.000 If you are a small business owner, if you're involved, go to jobcreatorsnetwork.com.
00:11:40.000 That is jobcreatorsnetwork.com.
00:11:44.000 So, Mark, there's been so many problems with just the process of Arizona elections.
00:11:50.000 And it really troubles me because I talk to regular everyday people and they just pepper me with questions.
00:11:54.000 I'm sure you get it all the time.
00:11:56.000 Should I vote in person?
00:11:56.000 How should I vote?
00:11:57.000 I mean, let's just start with one thing.
00:11:59.000 Why is it that it takes a week for us to get Arizona election results?
00:12:02.000 How is this possible?
00:12:03.000 Why are we putting up with this?
00:12:05.000 Well, part of it, Charlie, is an unintended outcome of the mail-in voting system.
00:12:12.000 So, for example, we've got three different ways basically to vote.
00:12:15.000 Early ballots went in the mail two days ago.
00:12:18.000 So, individuals can fill that out and mail it in, or they can fill it out, hold it, and bring it to the polls, which is counted last now, right?
00:12:27.000 That's the last thing.
00:12:29.000 That's exactly right.
00:12:30.000 Who came up with that idea, though?
00:12:32.000 That's a legislative animal that needs fixed.
00:12:35.000 All right, fair enough.
00:12:36.000 That's the third way is for people to go in in person.
00:12:39.000 Now, if we want to accelerate that, and this seems kind of silly, but it is what it is.
00:12:45.000 You can spoil your mail-in ballot at the polls, turn it over in exchange for a poll ballot that can be counted.
00:12:53.000 Now, that is not a customer service process.
00:12:57.000 It's not friendly to the system.
00:12:59.000 It's what many of us in the Six Sigma world would call a serious defect because it slows down the process.
00:13:07.000 Now, in the hierarchy of ballots, the ones that are mailed in are counted first.
00:13:13.000 That's usually the early voting that comes out at 8:20 in the evening on election night.
00:13:18.000 Then, the next tranche of ballots that are counted is those that are voted on election day.
00:13:23.000 That's usually an update if everything's working properly, somewhere between 9:30, 10 o'clock, 10:15.
00:13:31.000 Then, they start counting all of the mail-in ballots that were delivered to the polls, and that is the source of the delay.
00:13:39.000 So, my recommendation, quite frankly, if you want the most secure system, those of you choose to get off of the early voting system and go to the polls on election day.
00:13:51.000 Now, there's going to be some things that the legislature is going to have to fix in the next session.
00:13:56.000 Some of those things deal with the process.
00:13:59.000 But if anybody tells you that I am against a mail-in voting, they're misrepresenting my position.
00:14:06.000 I support absentee ballots.
00:14:09.000 I would even support expanding the list of reasons for an absentee ballot.
00:14:13.000 But the key feature of that is something that we see in Tennessee, which still has, by the way, an absentee ballot system.
00:14:19.000 I'm not saying it's perfect, but it's an opt-in system as opposed to being put on a list and receiving a ballot in perpetuity.
00:14:26.000 Now, here's the problem with that: what if you move and you don't tell the state, the county that you've moved?
00:14:32.000 We now have, according to Matt Brainerd and some of the folks that have been looking at the NCOA, which is the national database that the Postal Service keeps, 55,000 people have moved out of the state of Arizona and filed a permanent change of address.
00:14:48.000 Those individuals are still on voter rolls.
00:14:51.000 So, if you want to clean up the voter rolls, perhaps the fastest way to do that is go back to an opt-in system where you can either call, write, or go online to order your absentee ballot.
00:15:03.000 Now, that's not something that's in law right now.
00:15:06.000 That is something that the legislature will have to contemplate and debate and have a discussion over maybe the next session or the session after that.
00:15:15.000 80% of Arizonans support mail-in voting.
00:15:18.000 Okay, so how do we make that system more transparent and more secure?
00:15:24.000 That's going to be a legislative issue.
00:15:25.000 Yeah, well, hopefully, with your leadership, we'll do it clearly and ethically and restore people's trust in our elections.
00:15:32.000 It's very important.
00:15:33.000 Votefincham.com.
00:15:34.000 Mark, I think you're going to win.
00:15:36.000 Fontes is a very, very scary person, funded directly by George Soros.
00:15:39.000 Check it out.
00:15:40.000 Go online and buy a hat.
00:15:42.000 Votefincham.com.
00:15:43.000 All right, Mark.
00:15:44.000 Thanks so much.
00:15:47.000 Look, you know how passionate I am about the Constitution and especially the Second Amendment.
00:15:52.000 I'm just as passionate about being responsible for protecting my family.
00:15:56.000 I just discovered the perfect way to train with your firearm.
00:15:58.000 It's so cool.
00:15:59.000 I got a whole tutorial on this.
00:16:00.000 It's awesome.
00:16:01.000 And you could do it in the comfort of your home and have a lot of fun while doing it.
00:16:04.000 It's called iTarget Pro.
00:16:07.000 And this system is a game changer for me and my family.
00:16:10.000 So what you do is you download the app and you literally load the laser bullet into the firearm and you start training.
00:16:16.000 So you have a gun, a real gun.
00:16:18.000 So it's the feel, it's the weight, it's the texture, it's the grip.
00:16:21.000 And you put this laser bullet in, and then you're able to do firearm training, but no bullet is actually fired.
00:16:27.000 So you're, and then it goes back onto the app of your accuracy, your speed, and your ability to operate the firearm.
00:16:34.000 And so the system develops muscle memory, reaction speed, sight alignment, trigger control, and more.
00:16:39.000 So right now, save 10% plus get free shipping with the offer code Kirk.
00:16:43.000 When you go to itargetpro.com, that is itargetpro.com.
00:16:47.000 Now, why should you use this?
00:16:49.000 Well, look, ammo is super expensive.
00:16:51.000 So I'm like, Charlie, I have to go all the way to the range and practice and all this.
00:16:54.000 Not with iTarget Pro.
00:16:55.000 With iTarget Pro, you get to use your gun.
00:16:58.000 You put in the laser bullet and you could fire unlimited and then it tracks your accuracy.
00:17:03.000 And for example, maybe your wife just wants to get used to holding the gun, what it might be like if there was an intruder.
00:17:08.000 Well, then you could set up a bunch of these eye targets throughout the house, the kitchen, the yard, and she's able to then practice that actual bullets and any sort of ammunition being discharged free of charge.
00:17:20.000 And then you get a full report of how accurate she was.
00:17:22.000 And by the way, no sound, right?
00:17:24.000 There's, and if someone's like not comfortable with a gun, if they're uncomfortable with kind of how they are, you know, using it, how a gun feels, it's a great way to ease someone in to firearm use and ownership.
00:17:36.000 Crime is going up.
00:17:37.000 iTarget Pro can make you comfortable owning and using a firearm.
00:17:42.000 It's much better than dry firing.
00:17:43.000 It's very, very safe.
00:17:45.000 Let's go to itargetpro.com.
00:17:47.000 That is itargetpro.com, a cost-effective way to get your family and yourself proficient to use a firearm.
00:17:54.000 God forbid you have to use it, but we see what's happening.

00:18:02.000 As we mentioned yesterday, the Democrats wrapping up case the New York Times says, January 6th panel plans a Trump subpoena.
00:18:10.000 Actually, I got to be fat.
00:18:11.000 I got to always be precise here.
00:18:13.000 Technically, Liz Jane is not a Democrat.
00:18:18.000 Let's just say the left.
00:18:20.000 And I got a lot of questions.
00:18:22.000 And to help us unpack it is someone who has done pioneer work here, very courageous, Julie Kelly.
00:18:28.000 She's been on top of it.
00:18:29.000 She joins us right now, all things January 6th.
00:18:31.000 Julie, welcome back to the program.
00:18:34.000 Hey, Charlie, thanks for having me on.
00:18:36.000 So, Julie, I'm going to play a piece of tape here.
00:18:39.000 But before I do, can you answer the question?
00:18:42.000 Because I'm really curious: why did Nancy Pelosi have a documentary team with her on January 6th?
00:18:47.000 And why are we just learning about it now?
00:18:50.000 You know, I think this video, the Nancy Pelosi insurrection movie, has backfired on the Democrats.
00:18:57.000 To your point, Charlie, why are we just seeing this on the last day during the last January 6th committee hearing?
00:19:04.000 Why didn't they show this early on?
00:19:07.000 You know why, Charlie?
00:19:08.000 Because Benny Thompson, the chairman of this committee, said when this committee was formed that Nancy Pelosi's office would be off limits to the committee.
00:19:17.000 They did not investigate her role in the lack of security of the Capitol that day.
00:19:22.000 It is her responsibility, not Donald Trump, to make sure that the building and the grounds were secure.
00:19:28.000 They were intentionally left vulnerable.
00:19:31.000 We still don't know why.
00:19:33.000 So, yes, why was Nancy Pelosi's daughter Alexandra and her son-in-law, another filmmaker, on Capitol Grounds?
00:19:41.000 Why was she recording her starting at nine o'clock in the morning throughout the day, including following her to a secure location at Fort McNair with all of these elected officials there?
00:19:53.000 So the video, the footage that we saw yesterday and last night on CNN raises a lot more questions than it answers about January 6th.
00:20:01.000 Yes, I want to play the tape here.
00:20:02.000 It's very bizarre.
00:20:03.000 And by the way, they accuse the right of being domestic violent extremists.
00:20:08.000 This is a very violent quote from Nancy Pelosi about how I'm going to go to jail for punching him for trespassing on the Capitol grounds.
00:20:17.000 Like, I just, I just, you got to, you got to just wonder if, you know, Speaker XYZ for the Republican side said that about Joe Biden or Barack Obama.
00:20:26.000 I mean, imagine if there was a video of Speaker Paul Ryan saying, I'm going to punch Barack Obama if he came up like, hold on a second.
00:20:32.000 All right, play cut 88.
00:20:32.000 What?
00:20:35.000 I'm going to punch him out.
00:20:36.000 That's why I'm going to pay the seed.
00:20:37.000 I'm waiting for this.
00:20:39.000 They're trespassing on the Capitol Games.
00:20:41.000 I'm going to punch him out and I'm going to go to jail.
00:20:43.000 He wouldn't be happy.
00:20:45.000 So at what time of day was this when she said this?
00:20:49.000 Charlie, that's a good question.
00:20:51.000 I'm trying to nail that down because the joint session started at one o'clock that day.
00:20:56.000 He seemed to be already speaking.
00:20:58.000 Trump was continuing to speak when she said that.
00:21:01.000 So I'm guessing that this was a little before one o'clock, maybe quarter to one.
00:21:06.000 But Charlie, what I noted on Twitter is how did her chief of staff know before Donald Trump knew that the Secret Service would not be taking him to the Capitol?
00:21:15.000 That's another question that needs to be answered.
00:21:18.000 You know, the committee said that they have all of these documents from the Secret Service.
00:21:22.000 We know that text messages dating all the way back to November of 2020 of top Secret Service officials have been deleted from their cell phones.
00:21:32.000 So if you're looking at this, Charlie, like an inside job that January 6th was a massive stunt, a massive entrapment operation to draw these Trump supporters there, create an insurrection that Alexandra Pelosi could record every minute of, and she's still producing her documentary, by the way.
00:21:52.000 You know, why can't we see Nancy Pelosi's records?
00:21:55.000 Why can't we see all the Secret Service records?
00:21:58.000 But for her to stand there and say that and accuse the president that he was going to trespass on Capitol grounds, it's a public building.
00:22:06.000 It's public grounds.
00:22:07.000 He's the president.
00:22:08.000 But it was a little foreshadowing, Charlie, because of course, as you know, hundreds of Americans have been charged with trespassing misdemeanors related to being on the grounds or inside the building that day.
00:22:20.000 There just seemed to be too much foreknowledge on Nancy Pelosi's part and others that we saw in that footage about not what was just going to happen that day, but what was going to happen afterwards.
00:22:33.000 And of course, Charlie, it must be said, Nancy Pelosi, Mitch McConnell, the Democrats and establishment Republicans got what they wanted on January 6th.
00:22:42.000 They did not want 12 hours of debate about election fraud in these six contested states.
00:22:49.000 They did not want a vote on a 10-day election commission, emergency election commission.
00:22:55.000 They wanted that shut down.
00:22:56.000 And it just so happens, Charlie, that the breach of the Capitol resulted in Pelosi, McConnell, and the Biden regime getting exactly what they wanted.
00:23:05.000 Because of course, that process was entirely shut down after they resumed the joint session.
00:23:10.000 I just really wonder what they knew before that.
00:23:12.000 And I agree, a mass entrapment operation sounds to be very likely.
00:23:16.000 And I mean, so Julie, who planted the pipe bombs?
00:23:20.000 The what, Charlie?
00:23:22.000 Yeah, we've forgotten about the pipe bombs.
00:23:25.000 I mean, just so everyone understands the potential Oklahoma City-style mass carnage event at both the RNC and the DNC.
00:23:25.000 Yeah, the potential.
00:23:34.000 Right.
00:23:35.000 Has anyone been arrested for that?
00:23:38.000 No one has been arrested.
00:23:40.000 No one has been identified.
00:23:42.000 This has been completely been memory hold, not just by the committee, but by DOJ and the FBI.
00:23:48.000 You remember, Charlie, early on, this was the event.
00:23:52.000 This was the emergency that set off the first wave of panic that day that prompted the evacuation of adjacent house buildings.
00:24:01.000 So this really was sort of the tip of the spear in terms of January 6th.
00:24:06.000 And you had Stephen D'Antoano, the newly promoted head of the FBI Washington Field Office, who said they were going to, you know, open up this investigation.
00:24:16.000 They offered a $100,000 reward for the identity of the pipe bomber.
00:24:21.000 Not only has that person not been identified or charged, we later learned, Charlie, that Kamala Harris was at the DNC headquarters that day when the breach happened, when the pipe bombs allegedly were found.
00:24:36.000 Now, so you had a sitting U.S. senator, incoming vice president, who was at the headquarters.
00:24:42.000 Her Secret Service detail missed the pipe bomb sitting right outside.
00:24:46.000 Amazing.
00:24:47.000 And they still haven't found the person.
00:24:49.000 I mean, come on, none of this adds up, as you know.
00:24:52.000 I mean, yeah, if you take the premise that January 6th was this, you know, really violent and awful event, then I'm just curious, like, okay, fine.
00:25:00.000 I mean, we can talk about denouncing violence.
00:25:03.000 We've done that, obviously, and we'll continue to do that.
00:25:05.000 I'm just really curious who wanted to, who was Timothy McVeigh that day, right?
00:25:09.000 And that's a big deal.
00:25:10.000 I mean, you're going to plant bombs at the RNC and DNC.
00:25:12.000 That's unacceptable.
00:25:14.000 Dozens, if not hundreds of people could have died.
00:25:16.000 I mean, I don't know the explosive capacity there.
00:25:19.000 That's really serious.
00:25:20.000 I just, it's so obvious that there's something wrong with this.
00:25:24.000 And I mean, so here on our sand is that they can pinpoint some grandma that waved the flag and was nonviolent, and then she has to go to jail using cell phone technology that was really used in 2000 Mules as well, cell phone ping technology.
00:25:38.000 But we can't use the pings to find the person who put the pipe bomb.
00:25:42.000 And let's also just be very clear: putting a pipe bomb at a political headquarters is an act of terrorism.
00:25:49.000 That's right.
00:25:50.000 This is not just, what's the word I'm looking for?
00:25:54.000 It's not just vandalism or arson.
00:25:58.000 This is a you for political purposes under the U.S. Criminal Code, if I'm not mistaken, that's domestic terrorism.
00:26:04.000 And I just don't think anyone seems to care.
00:26:08.000 Well, Darren Beatty at Revolver.news has done spectacular investigative work into the pipe bomb situation and missing video that even the FBI, when they released this video, slices of it that are missing.
00:26:23.000 But to your point, Charlie, this could be a potentially catastrophic event.
00:26:29.000 And the FBI said and confirmed that these were viable devices.
00:26:34.000 This is what they have said repeatedly.
00:26:36.000 This wasn't, you know, some clown who threw together a couple of items to make it look like a bomb.
00:26:42.000 According to the FBI, these were legitimate devices that they later detonated somewhere on January 6th.
00:26:50.000 They said that they would issue a report into the investigation.
00:26:53.000 No update.
00:26:54.000 No one is asking Chris Ray or Stephen D'Antoano for an update.
00:26:58.000 And certainly the January 6th committee yesterday, when they were going through the timeline of January 6th and when Trump didn't tweet or when this person said this, they completely overlooked the timeline that included the discovery of these pipe bombs at those two locations.
00:27:16.000 Yeah, it's just incredible.
00:27:17.000 Remind our audience about your book.
00:27:19.000 And also, what is the status of political prisoners still in Washington, D.C. in pre-trial detention?
00:27:23.000 Are there still people in pre-trial detention?
00:27:25.000 There are, Charlie.
00:27:27.000 Three of them are oath keepers who have been in the D.C. Gulag since the spring of 2021.
00:27:27.000 And you know what?
00:27:33.000 You know, it's possible.
00:27:35.000 I don't.
00:27:36.000 And they're not accused of any violent crime, Charlie.
00:27:38.000 What are they accusing?
00:27:41.000 Seditious conspiracy.
00:27:42.000 That's what they were charged with.
00:27:44.000 Their original charge was.
00:27:45.000 But they haven't been tried yet.
00:27:46.000 How is it?
00:27:49.000 They're on trial now.
00:27:50.000 Three of them are.
00:27:51.000 They're on trial now.
00:27:52.000 Jeez.
00:27:53.000 But they're oath keepers, Charlie.
00:27:54.000 And the committee yesterday brought up two of the defendants' names, two men who are on trial.
00:28:02.000 The January 6th committee showed their faces, showed, we heard audio of one of the defendants who's been in this gulag since February 2021.
00:28:11.000 They're in a D.C. courthouse fighting for their lives after being incarcerated for now 20 months.
00:28:17.000 And you've got these clowns on the January 6th committee completely breaching any decorum related to ongoing legal proceedings, talking about these defendants while it's broadcast on every single network and cable news show.
00:28:31.000 This is just such a travesty, Charlie.
00:28:34.000 And thank you for covering my work.
00:28:36.000 I talk, of course, about this in my book, January 6th, How the Democrats Use the Capitol Protest to Launch a War on Terror Against the Political Right.
00:28:44.000 Also, you can find my work at amgreatness.com, and I cover a lot of these hearings and things live, as you know, Charlie, on Twitter at Julie underscore Kelly2.
00:28:52.000 Yeah, and this is so important.
00:28:53.000 So they're rating all these pro-life leaders.
00:28:55.000 And where did all this start?
00:28:57.000 They laid the foundation.
00:28:58.000 They laid the framework with January 6th and the response to January 6th.
00:29:03.000 And I just, I really think a winning argument for us is the pipe bombs.
00:29:07.000 In a sense, the winning argument is: okay, we take your precedent.
00:29:10.000 I mean, I'm just curious, has any of the January 6th committee, did they have any discussion on the pipe bombs that we know of?
00:29:20.000 To my knowledge, Charlie, it's never been mentioned.
00:29:24.000 And I'll be curious to see if it's in their report that has now been delayed twice.
00:29:29.000 It was supposed to be released in September.
00:29:30.000 Yeah, what do you make of that?
00:29:31.000 Why didn't they release it before the election?
00:29:35.000 I don't know.
00:29:36.000 It's probably, I would assume, not complete.
00:29:38.000 They don't want exculpatory evidence sitting out there.
00:29:42.000 I think they're still working with DOJ to turn over a lot of these witness transcripts, which means, Charlie, they will never see the light of day because they will be part of this criminal investigation.
00:29:52.000 So this report won't be released now until November 29th.
00:29:55.000 Incredible.
00:29:56.000 Julie Kelly, thank you so much.
00:29:58.000 Thanks, Charlie.

00:31:04.000 Okay, I want to get to a piece of tape here.
00:31:06.000 There is something brewing in Virginia right now.
00:31:08.000 Virginia Democrat launches bill to prosecute parents who do not affirm their children's identity.
00:31:16.000 The Democrat delegate in the House of Delegates in Virginia is launching a bill that will prosecute you, the parents, if you do not affirm your 11-year-old's gender dysphoria or just confusion or questions.
00:31:33.000 This is one of the great violations of parental rights you could possibly ever cook up or imagine.
00:31:40.000 Democrat Virginia lawmaker has announced, what is this Virginia lawmaker's name?
00:31:44.000 Ah, Elizabeth Guzman, Elizabeth Guzman or Guzman, probably Guzman, Virginia delegate for the Virginia House of Delegates, a Peruvian-American politician.
00:31:57.000 You want to know why?
00:31:58.000 You want to know Hispanics, why Hispanics are not happy with their Hispanic Democrat leaders?
00:32:03.000 Because they're represented by people like Elizabeth Guzman, a Peruvian-American politician and social worker who wants to criminalize parents for loving their kids, saying, you know what, I don't think it's necessarily a good thing that you want to chop off your parts and remove your breasts.
00:32:21.000 WJLA from Virginia, Virginia parents could face abuse charges for not affirming their LGBTQ child under new bill.
00:32:30.000 This is extraordinary.
00:32:32.000 The Democrat delegates bill would expand the state's definition of a child abuse and neglect to include parents not affirming their children's gender identity.
00:32:43.000 Okay, let's play Cut 103.
00:32:44.000 Democratic Virginia delegate Elizabeth Guzman is a social worker and she's planning on reintroducing a bill in Richmond that she says would help protect LGBTQ children from their parents and guardians who may not be affirming of their child's sexual orientation and gender identity.
00:33:01.000 This is how we're going to push back.
00:33:03.000 Her bill would expand the state's definition of child abuse and neglect to include parents who do not affirm their child's gender identity or sexual orientation.
00:33:12.000 You know what I want to see?
00:33:14.000 I want to see Elizabeth Guzman at a town hall with 100 Hispanic parents.
00:33:20.000 And I want to see her in real time make the case for this bill.
00:33:26.000 I want to see Elizabeth Guzman in front of Latino working class people that love their children.
00:33:32.000 And yes, she is an elected official.
00:33:34.000 She's a delegate.
00:33:35.000 I want to see her persuade her constituents that this is a good idea.
00:33:39.000 I would love to see that.
00:33:40.000 By the way, we shouldn't just reject this bill.
00:33:42.000 We should be passing our own laws in red states.
00:33:45.000 Ban child mutilation, period.
00:33:47.000 If a court blocks that, then radically increase legal damages if somebody regrets transitioning.
00:33:52.000 Bankrupt the mutilators that call themselves doctors.
00:33:57.000 You know, we used to have lobotomies in our country, and we realized that was a bad idea.
00:34:02.000 Surgical intervention into a human being is not always a good thing.
00:34:07.000 Glenn Young has been surprisingly good on some of this stuff.
00:34:11.000 I mean that because he seemed like a typical kind of Mitt Romney type at some points.
00:34:15.000 He's been very good.
00:34:16.000 He understands his mandate.
00:34:18.000 He's doing the right thing here.
00:34:19.000 Play cut 102.
00:34:20.000 These same progressives in Fairfax County actually believe that they should lock parents out of their children's lives.
00:34:32.000 They think that parents have no right to know what your child is discussing with their teacher or their counselor.
00:34:40.000 And Glenn Young is doing the right thing to stand up against this.
00:34:42.000 Now, this woman, Elizabeth Guzman, wants to potentially put parents and children.
00:34:50.000 I'm sorry, parents and children, put parents in prison if they say to their child who's 13, yeah, let's maybe talk to a counselor or a pastor if you think you're a woman or a man because of some grooming government official.
00:35:03.000 By the way, there's something really interesting happening in Michigan with both Muslim and Christian parents speaking out against the sexualization of children in Dearborn public schools.
00:35:13.000 I'm telling you, this must be something so exciting.
00:35:16.000 The only good thing about importing people from the third world is they're not on board with white woke, white woke values of Harvard.
00:35:26.000 You got to play Cut 106.
00:35:27.000 The fundamental existence of school is not to learn about sexual pleasure, to not to learn about new sex acts.
00:35:33.000 The fundamental purpose of school is to prepare our kids to be successful adults who can go off and have careers.
00:35:39.000 And it is up to every parent to then teach their kids morality.
00:35:42.000 It is out of the place for the school to do it.
00:35:44.000 And I reject any notion that parents here are filled with hate or bigotry.
00:35:47.000 The parents don't want their kids sexualized.
00:35:50.000 I'm telling you, you're about to see something very big in early November.
00:35:53.000 The Parents' Party is growing.
00:35:55.000 And the ever angry minority of the white woke liberals, they're on the ropes.
00:36:01.000 Forward.
00:36:04.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:36:05.000 Email me your thoughts as always.
