00:02:56.000 Coin Telpro what is that?
00:03:00.000 Cointel Pro was a series of FBI projects that were covert and honestly illegal projects conducted by the United States Federal Bureau OF Investigation, aimed at surveilling infiltrating, discrediting and disrupting domestic American political organizations.
00:03:20.000 Cointelpro went from 1956 to 1971, and some of their targets were the Nation Of Islam, was Martin Luther King Jr's organization, the Southern Pastor Leadership Conference or whatever the the name was.
00:03:36.000 And the only reason we ever learned about Cointelpro, the only reason we were able ever able to get to the bottom of Cointelpro's operations, was not because of some cross-examination from Congress, was not because of a lawsuit.
00:03:58.000 It was about something that I don't support, which was breaking and entering into a federal building.
00:04:06.000 So during the famous Muhammad Ali Frazier fight, which was one of the most watched sporting events to date, on March 8th, 1971, A group of activists broke into the small two-man office at the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Media, Pennsylvania.
00:04:30.000 They stole more than 1,000 FBI documents that revealed years of systematic wiretapping, infiltration, and media manipulation designed to suppress dissent.
00:04:44.000 The Citizens Commission to investigate the Federal Bureau of Investigation, as the group called itself, forced its way in at night with a crowbar while much of the country was watching the Muhammad Ali Frasier fight.
00:04:57.000 When agents arrived for work the next morning, they found the cabinets virtually empty, virtually emptied.
00:05:02.000 Within a few weeks, the documents began to show up, mailed anonymously in Manila envelopes with no return address in newsrooms of major American newspapers.
00:05:13.000 From that point forward, after 1971, Cointelpro was sunsetted and the federal government's effort to wiretap and infiltrate American political organizations seemingly stopped.
00:05:30.000 Now, there's a lot to learn from that.
00:05:31.000 The first of which is, why do so few people know about Cointelpro and the fact that our own government was involved in that?
00:05:39.000 Why is that kind of a fringe thing?
00:05:40.000 It's verifiable.
00:05:43.000 Secondly, isn't it interesting how the reporters who then received that stolen information from the government were never investigated or never had their doors kicked down?
00:05:57.000 You see, let's start with this number one takeaway.
00:06:00.000 Whether it be the Pentagon Papers, whether it be the Panama Papers, whether it be Donald Trump's tax returns, journalists that receive information that might have been illegally obtained and then they publicize it has always been protected by the First Amendment, press freedom.
00:06:21.000 And anyone is a journalist.
00:06:23.000 You see, some people who are journalists think that they have gone through some form of a sacred Catholic church sacrament.
00:06:32.000 You see, in the Catholic Church, I'm not a Catholic, but I know this, one of the sacraments is the sacrament of initiation.
00:06:40.000 The point is that you are not a priest before that, but then you become a priest.
00:06:44.000 Journalists think that they are in the same sort of protected class that anyone else can't be there.
00:06:51.000 Every single human being can be a journalist and you have the press freedom that the New York Times or the Washington Post enjoys.
00:07:01.000 So why is it that James O'Keefe, who decided not to publish, who tried to hand it over to law enforcement, tried to do the right thing, was criminalized in the sense he had his door kicked down, his phone confiscated, put himself in handcuffs at 6 o'clock in the morning because he even encountered a stolen diary.
00:07:25.000 Let me ask you the most obvious question.
00:07:28.000 If the New York Times received Donald Trump Jr.'s diary that was stolen on a hunting trip, do you think the New York Times would have published it?
00:07:40.000 If the New York Times would have received Eric Trump's diary, if the New York Times would have received Ivanka Trump's diary, do you think they would have published it?
00:07:50.000 Of course.
00:07:50.000 And they would have said it's press freedom.
00:07:52.000 They'd get a Pulitzer Prize for it.
00:07:56.000 James O'Keefe from Project Veritas has been targeted by this regime in an unprecedented fashion.
00:08:05.000 His door kicked in, his devices confiscated.
00:08:08.000 And now, while all of that is happening, why don't Senate Republicans realize the significance and the incredible aggressive nature of what our government is tasking?
00:08:26.000 Right now, as I do this broadcast, there are Senate Republicans that are on their way to a signing ceremony for an infrastructure package to celebrate along Joe Biden.
00:08:39.000 There are Republican senators right now that are in transit to go celebrate with Joe Biden and gladhand the White House while journalists that call out Joe Biden are having their phones confiscated and their doors kicked in.
00:08:57.000 This regime isn't playing around.
00:08:59.000 They're unpopular.
00:09:00.000 They're messing up the country.
00:09:02.000 But on Friday evening, the Department of Justice just announced criminal charges against Steve Bannon for contempt of Congress.
00:09:13.000 Now, contempt of Congress is something that is not necessarily new.
00:09:20.000 Remember when Eric Holder was held in contempt of Congress?
00:09:23.000 Why is it that Eric Holder back in 2012 was held in contempt of Congress as the Attorney General of the United States, and he was never prosecuted or had criminal prosecution against him?
00:09:39.000 A federal grand jury indicted former Trump advisor Steve Bannon for contempt of Congress over the January 6th Commission and his relationship with that.
00:09:50.000 Same could be said for Lois Lerner or Eric Holder was never indicted.
00:09:55.000 I mean, he was held in contempt by Congress, never indicted by the Department of Justice, obviously.
00:10:01.000 And so this regime is accelerating.
00:10:05.000 They are trying to take a certain chess piece off the board as quickly as possible, namely James O'Keefe and Steve Bannon.
00:10:15.000 Steve Bannon, a private citizen, is being held to a higher standard than Eric Holder, who is the Attorney General of the United States, who decided not to testify in front of Congress.
00:10:27.000 Now, you might say, Charlie, what was Eric Holder?
00:10:30.000 What was the big situation around?
00:10:32.000 Now, we have a lot of young listeners, a lot.
00:10:36.000 We have listeners get this, that were, let me think about this.
00:10:40.000 They were like seven years old when this story was happening.
00:10:44.000 Fast and Furious.
00:10:45.000 Fast and Furious was a gun-running operation that was done by the Obama administration to arm cartels to try and trace the guns to where the cartels go, and that actually resulted in the death of Border Patrol agent Brian Terry.
00:11:06.000 Story that many people don't actually even remember or know about.
00:11:10.000 You have Bannon indicted.
00:11:13.000 You have O'Keefe's dorg being kicked in.
00:11:16.000 They're not playing around.
00:11:17.000 So why are Senate Republicans playing around?
00:11:21.000 If you're listening to this and your Senate Republican is gladhanding the Biden regime and going to that infrastructure signing package, that would be a good question.
00:11:30.000 Why would you ever live with aches and pains in your life if you didn't have to?
00:11:34.000 That's a question that anyone who's considered trying 100% drug-free relief factor should think about.
00:11:40.000 And it's one that I want to ask you yourself.
00:11:42.000 People frequently seek out other products like CBD supplements to combat pain in their lives, but find that pretty often that either that doesn't work for them or it leads to an undesirable outcome.
00:11:52.000 Charlie Kirk here, so many people have had their lives changed by taking Relief Factor, and you could be the next one.
00:11:58.000 If you're living with aches and pains, why not give it a try?
00:12:01.000 And 70% of the more than half a million people who have tried Relief Factor end up ordering more.
00:12:06.000 And that's because it works for them the way it worked for me.
00:12:08.000 Isn't it time to get out of pain?
00:12:10.000 Your first step to becoming pain-free just might be to order the three-week quick start for the discounted price of only $19.95.
00:12:17.000 Just go to relieffactor.com.
00:12:19.000 That's relieffactor.com or call 800 for relief to find out more about this offer.
00:12:23.000 Feel the difference.
00:12:24.000 That's relieffactor.com.
00:12:26.000 ReliefFactor.com.
00:12:28.000 Feel the difference.
00:12:29.000 Check it out today.
00:12:32.000 I caught this Tucker Carlson segment last week briefly, and I found it to be mostly entertaining, honestly, when Tucker had some House Republican on who sent this letter to Joe Biden saying that we need to send U.S. troops to Ukraine to try and protect the Ukrainian border against Russian aggression.
00:12:51.000 So let's talk a little geopolitics right now.
00:12:53.000 There's two stories.
00:12:54.000 We'll do this in a couple minutes.
00:12:56.000 We don't do a lot of this because there's just honestly not that much concern regarding most of the stories that are happening that are of significance are happening in America.
00:13:04.000 Number one, there's a huge migration issue right now between Belarus and Poland, and Poland is holding the line over that.
00:13:14.000 And that is one issue.
00:13:15.000 Belarus, the capital of Belarus, is the wonderful city of Minsk, and they are trying to come into Poland, and Poland is holding the line territorially.
00:13:24.000 The migrants are stranded.
00:13:25.000 They're trying to go to Lithuania or they're coming from Lithuania or whatever.
00:13:29.000 And so Poland's holding the line there.
00:13:30.000 So that's one thing that's happening, and that's really upsetting the European Union because Poland is willing to use force to actually defend their territorial borders.
00:13:37.000 But the more important story is why all of a sudden is Washington, D.C. concerned about borders?
00:13:44.000 If you want to get Washington, D.C. really fired up about borders, don't talk about the southern border.
00:13:51.000 Don't talk about the border between U.S. and Mexico.
00:13:53.000 No, no, no, no.
00:13:54.000 The border they get really fired up about is the Ukrainian-Russian border.
00:13:59.000 Now, let me be very clear.
00:14:00.000 Vladimir Putin's a thug, okay?
00:14:02.000 I'm not a Putin apologist.
00:14:03.000 There are some people that do that.
00:14:04.000 I think it's kind of weird.
00:14:05.000 I'm not really into that.
00:14:06.000 He's obviously kind of an autocrat.
00:14:08.000 But am I kind of like wake-up spending time at night wondering or concerned whether or not Vladimir Putin is going to expand the Russian border by 100 miles or not?
00:14:18.000 I couldn't care less.
00:14:20.000 But for whatever reason, there is this new campaign through Republicans to demand U.S. troops to go to Ukraine and defend Ukraine against Russian aggression.
00:14:34.000 Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said that he's concerned about reports of unusual Russian military activity near Ukraine.
00:14:41.000 He added, as we've made it clear, any escalatory or aggressive actions would be of great concern to the United States.
00:14:47.000 Why?
00:14:48.000 Why would that be of great concern?
00:14:50.000 Again, I'm not like a Russian, I'm not like a Russia fan, but our own border is being compromised.
00:14:55.000 Our own border is being invaded.
00:14:57.000 Our country is being invaded.
00:14:58.000 Why am I supposed to care about Ukraine again?
00:15:00.000 What does that have to do with us?
00:15:02.000 How is that an existential threat to our existence?
00:15:06.000 And warning to Russia, Blinken and the Biden administration officials know its playbook, pointing to Ukraine's escalation in 2014 under the Obama administration.
00:15:16.000 Although Russia's intentions are uncertain, the presence at the Russia's elite First Guard tanks and army lends credibility concerns that Russia is planning additional incursions into Ukraine territory.
00:15:26.000 Republicans urge the administration to, quote, immediately consider an appropriate U.S. military presence and posture in the region and to initiate appropriate intelligence sharing activities in the U.S. and Ukraine.
00:15:36.000 Why are Republicans not calling for troops to go to the southern border?
00:15:41.000 Why do we want American troops to go to the Ukrainian border, which might be a good cause?
00:15:46.000 Fine, whatever.
00:15:47.000 You know, stop Russian aggression.
00:15:49.000 I guess we're supposed to care about stuff like that.
00:15:51.000 But our own border is being compromised.
00:15:54.000 We have 1.4 million gotaways this year alone.
00:15:56.000 We have millions of people coming into our own country.
00:15:59.000 And the reason is this: because the defense apparatus in Washington, DC, in D.C. makes billions of dollars off this fake shadow campaign against Russia, this shadow boxing type thing of like, oh, yeah, we're supposed to be afraid of Russia.
00:16:12.000 Is Russia the one that is sending millions of people across our southern border to break our laws?
00:16:18.000 Is that Russia?
00:16:19.000 Or is that Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras, Mexico, and the Southern Triangle?
00:16:25.000 No, instead, if you really want to get House Republicans fired up, have them talk about Ukrainian borders.
00:16:32.000 No, no, no, don't worry, everybody.
00:16:33.000 Our Republican senators, they're on their way for an infrastructure signing package with Joe Biden.
00:16:38.000 You want to talk about an upside-down backwards priority?
00:16:42.000 They shouldn't even be caring about Russia-Ukraine.
00:16:44.000 You know what the position should be?
00:16:46.000 Solve it yourself.
00:16:48.000 You guys have had hundreds of years of conflict of where that border is supposed to be drawn, what river.
00:16:54.000 That's not our country.
00:16:55.000 Know the restraints of your own power.
00:16:58.000 And in fact, the Founding Fathers talked about this.
00:17:00.000 The Framers did.
00:17:01.000 They said the purpose of borders is to know the limitations on your own military, socioeconomic, and cultural power.
00:17:12.000 But a borderless society means that you think you can govern anything.
00:17:15.000 What does that mean?
00:17:16.000 They are the most prideful, least humble ruling class in world history.
00:17:21.000 I don't care about Ukraine's border.
00:17:22.000 I care about our own.
00:17:26.000 Internet privacy is extremely important.
00:17:29.000 New news out shows that Google has been colluding with the federal government to hand over your data if you might have searched something wrong into the search bar.
00:17:40.000 So what are you doing to protect your search history?
00:17:43.000 Well, this is why you need ExpressVPN.
00:17:45.000 Using the internet without ExpressVPN is like going to the bathroom and not closing the door.
00:17:51.000 It's in fact even worse than that.
00:17:53.000 It's inviting someone to the bathroom, which is really weird and creepy.
00:17:55.000 Internet service providers know every single website you visit.
00:17:59.000 ISPs can sell this data and information to ad companies and tech giants who then use your data to target you.
00:18:07.000 Express VPN creates a secure, encrypted tunnel between your device and the internet.
00:18:13.000 So your online activity cannot be seen by anyone.
00:18:16.000 It's as easy as closing the bathroom door and fire up the app and click one button.
00:18:20.000 I use it on all my devices.
00:18:22.000 Every device, I have those beautiful three letters with a rectangle around it.
00:18:27.000 It's rated number one by CNET and tech radar.
00:18:31.000 It works on phones, laptops, and even routers.
00:18:31.000 Here's the cool thing.
00:18:34.000 So everyone who shares your Wi-Fi can be protected.
00:18:38.000 Here's the thing.
00:18:39.000 I have it on my iPhone.
00:18:40.000 I have it on my iPad.
00:18:42.000 I have it on my computer.
00:18:43.000 ExpressVPN for me has been a game changer to be able to know that the tech companies or the government, they have to go through a whole nother barrier to try to spy on us.
00:18:55.000 And we see with the new announcements out of DC.
00:18:57.000 If you spoke at a school board meeting lately, you better get a VPN.
00:19:01.000 Secure your online activity by visiting expressvpn.com/slash Charlie today.
00:19:05.000 That's expressvpn.com slash Charlie.
00:19:09.000 It's extremely important to anonymize your online activity.
00:19:14.000 Expressvpn.com/slash Charlie.
00:19:20.000 We have with us two moms who are fighting for liberty and freedom, Amanda Ray and Valerie Shannon.
00:19:25.000 Get those names right?
00:19:26.000 Yes, from Scottsdale, Arizona.
00:19:29.000 So our audience is sort of briefed and versed on this whole drama.
00:19:34.000 And partially so because I called out Jan Michael Greenberg for being a creep like months ago when I spoke at the, because I just kind of a weird guy.
00:19:42.000 And you guys have been on the front lines of this for a while in Scottsdale.
00:19:47.000 Moms that were concerned about your kids' education and you came out and spoke out about that.
00:19:52.000 But in the recent weeks and now days, this has become a national news story of what we have seen in Scottsdale.
00:19:59.000 So let's just start from there.
00:20:00.000 Let's start first.
00:20:01.000 Kind of, why were you concerned about your kids education?
00:20:04.000 And then, how did you get your?
00:20:05.000 How did you get into this?
00:20:06.000 Do you ever think that you would be kind of in the midst of a national news story like this?
00:20:11.000 No, not at all.
00:20:12.000 I think um, like all of us, we were not really paying attention to what was happening in education.
00:20:18.000 And then, when covet hit and our kids came home and we started to get a bird's eye view into the classroom of what's happening um, and then I realized how much control that school boards have.
00:20:27.000 I didn't know a single board member's name um, so when I found out that they had the the ability to keep us learning online, we started researching and we discovered Jan Michael Greenberg, who was a 24 year old boy unmarried, no children in the district.
00:20:44.000 Um had run unopposed and elected to to make decisions for our, our children, and so, you know, we tried to figure out like, what's his, what's his reason here.
00:20:53.000 He was listed as a politician on his facebook page and I was like well, this is nonpartisan, why is he here?
00:20:59.000 So we started to advocate for um parental rights and increased um transparency in the district and um, you know, moms have instincts and I think we all are just like there's something not right here.
00:21:11.000 And so we followed that and we just pulled that thread and then in august, in an unsolicited email uh, Jan Michael sent a screenshot of his desktop to another parent as he was harassing her and calling her anti-semitic and a white supremacist and told us that we were dangerous because because of a George Soros implication.
00:21:32.000 Yeah, a screenshot of something that was was um said in a in a private group.
00:21:38.000 Um, he attacked her.
00:21:39.000 We, we've always kept it to his, his issues and his behavior on the board, but he pulls the race card.
00:21:45.000 Of course he does.
00:21:46.000 Yeah, I mean, he's a white male, so he's an oppressor unless he pulls a race card, so he's got to pull something.
00:21:50.000 So um, that's how it started and we, he sent us the screenshot.
00:21:53.000 We actually didn't follow it for a long time because who's dumb enough to send a url without password protecting it?
00:22:00.000 So we then typed in the url and I mean I, I clicked on the link and physically got ill seeing photos of my eight and ten year old, photos of me, photos of my homes and property records, background checks on 47 different parents.
00:22:18.000 Um, and it was yeah, I mean I I, we all.
00:22:21.000 Just I was in shock.
00:22:22.000 So let me just kind of repeat that you have an elected school board member in Scottsdale that had pictures of eight and 10 year olds so my eight and ten year old and then Kim Stafford, who was sent the screenshot.
00:22:38.000 Um, her 13 year old daughter's photo was there and the title of the photo is Kim Stafford's kid.
00:22:45.000 And why?
00:22:46.000 This is someone who's on the school board who took an oath to protect your children and is like creepily cataloging and spying on them and then sending it to parents in an attempt to intimidate them from speaking out, to keep us from speaking out with that private information, with that private information, not knowing that there is a link to the entire google drive right there.
00:23:10.000 So he just exposed his whole dossier.
00:23:12.000 Basically he made it public.
00:23:13.000 It was already public to anybody that had the link.
00:23:15.000 He gave it to us and we don't know who else he sent it to.
00:23:19.000 Who else did he stare at.
00:23:20.000 We don't know who all has had the link.
00:23:21.000 We don't know who he has shared this information with, and so in in there were also, I heard, divorce proceedings for some people, vacation home records, social security numbers I mean very personal information, professional license information, employment information.
00:23:39.000 Yeah, he looked up my husband's um licenses.
00:23:43.000 He looked up a nurse, a single mom, looked up her nursing license because she went to a medical freedom rally and it looks like he saved a screenshot of a complaint to the maybe to the State Nursing Board.
00:23:54.000 We don't know yet, but somebody filed a complaint against this single mom trying to raise her kid because she spoke out for medical freedom and for her job.
00:24:05.000 For her job.
00:24:06.000 What is her job?
00:24:07.000 She works, she works as a nurse.
00:24:08.000 So they file a complaint in retaliation.
00:24:11.000 Yeah, because they don't like that.
00:24:12.000 She's complaining at school boards right, correct.
00:24:15.000 And so this person, Jan Michael Greenberg childless unmarried, lives with his parents still, and grandparents lives with oh so, intergenerationally is like cyber stalking eight-year-olds.
00:24:28.000 Yeah, maybe he's, maybe my eight-year-old's a political opponent, I don't know.
00:24:33.000 Maybe she's running as a mom.
00:24:36.000 I can't imagine your reaction to that.
00:24:38.000 Like, I mean, it's beyond, like upset right, I mean it gets to the point of like who do you think i'm?
00:24:45.000 Who you are?
00:24:46.000 Like we're gonna kind of have to solve this, you know.
00:24:49.000 Okay, so I will tell you i'm being cryptic, but like no, I couldn't imagine the, the visceral response that I had.
00:24:56.000 When I clicked on that link, I was, I was away, I had left my husband and kids at home.
00:25:00.000 I clicked on that link and I physically got ill because of the visceral reaction of seeing somebody spend so much time dedicated to looking at your children and yourself.
00:25:10.000 It was disgusting.
00:25:11.000 He's just scouring, scouring the internet, looking for anything he can to download private information, to blackmail, and in my case I think it was a shakedown.
00:25:20.000 Uh force yeah right, because she makes a good defendant.
00:25:23.000 Yeah, that one of the file names is Amanda Ray runs successful businesses, makes good defendant.
00:25:29.000 But then in another meme he says that i'm uh my, he questions my financial acumen.
00:25:33.000 I'm a financial advisor, so so, but let's, let's go to the why.
00:25:38.000 And then I want to talk about how actually broad this is, because it's not just this childless creep who's going to refuse to resign, but they'll.
00:25:44.000 You know he's going to have a storm coming.
00:25:46.000 Trust me, that's going to be fun to watch.
00:25:48.000 Um, but you guys were effectively speaking out right, so talk a little bit about that.
00:25:55.000 So they never were challenged before Both of you started to show up at meetings.
00:26:00.000 What were you complaining about?
00:26:01.000 What were you challenging?
00:26:03.000 And then he starts to create a dossier on you.
00:26:05.000 Well, initially, it started out, we were challenging the closure of schools.
00:26:09.000 And that's kind of how we all connected.
00:26:11.000 When we started challenging the closures, wondering who's making the decisions for these closures, started looking at who's running the school board.
00:26:16.000 That's when we found Jan Michael.
00:26:18.000 That's how we all connected.
00:26:19.000 And then we started listening to the board meetings and we started learning about all of these committees and wondering, well, how did these individuals get on these committees?
00:26:27.000 We didn't know about these committees.
00:26:29.000 And then finding out that they were closed door committees that were reporting to the board.
00:26:34.000 And so there were some open meeting law violations.
00:26:37.000 So that attorney general complaint has been filed.
00:26:41.000 And so we would speak out in regard to masks, the mask mandates.
00:26:46.000 Scottsdale is one of the last schools remaining in Arizona that continues to have a mask mandate.
00:26:52.000 There was also the recall petition that was filed, not just for the mask mandate, but for parental transparency, for parental rights, transparency, all of this with the closed door meetings.
00:27:01.000 And so when we were out there getting signatures for that, for the recall is when Jan Michael's father was out in the body can taking photographs of us.
00:27:11.000 Yes, yes, I recall that you were there.
00:27:13.000 There was this guy on a motorcycle.
00:27:15.000 Yes.
00:27:15.000 Like a weirdo.
00:27:17.000 I mean, like, we could handle a lot at Turning Point, but then our security team is like, there's this guy in a motorcycle that's like taking pictures of people.
00:27:24.000 Yeah.
00:27:24.000 Well, it was 105 degrees that night.
00:27:26.000 You remember how hot it was?
00:27:27.000 And he was wearing a leather jacket.
00:27:28.000 Leather jacket, helmet, never took the helmet off, hid his license plate.
00:27:34.000 And when I spoke to the police and said, Hey, can you check this out?
00:27:37.000 Like, I knew who it was.
00:27:38.000 When I got there at four o'clock, he pulled it right in front of me.
00:27:41.000 He talks about it in the body cam, how he was there to intimidate me.
00:27:44.000 And the police were like, well, you know, he has a right to be here.
00:27:47.000 Meanwhile, Jan Michael and the board are barricaded inside with police protection.
00:27:53.000 And we're like sitting ducks, but we're the domestic terrorists.
00:27:57.000 And they have weaponized the weaponized the government against us.
00:28:02.000 They're too busy having pictures of your eight-year-old trying to profile that to try to intimidate you to stop talking.
00:28:09.000 I know, how dare I want to have be involved in my children's money?
00:28:12.000 Meanwhile, the Scottsville Police Department holds a press conference with Menzel earlier in the year.
00:28:18.000 However, when she complains about this creep on a motorcycle taking photographs of all of us, they say he has every right to be there.
00:28:24.000 However, we're not allowed inside the board meeting except for one at a time to speak.
00:28:28.000 That's the one that you were at and spoke.
00:28:30.000 And then when he uploads the body cam footage to the drive, we find out not only did he do all of that, but he hired a PI through a law firm to take our license plates.
00:28:40.000 Like, why?
00:28:40.000 Why are you taking my license plate number?
00:28:42.000 Is that legal?
00:28:43.000 Like, is it legal?
00:28:44.000 This is the question.
00:28:46.000 There's a lot I want to talk about with this.
00:28:47.000 So he's probably right on the line.
00:28:51.000 The minor thing he's got to be really careful with, right?
00:28:53.000 If he's like cyber-stalking minors, we have a lot of laws against that.
00:28:58.000 So there's been some criminal complaints, right?
00:29:01.000 Yeah, the Scottsdale PD has an investigation open.
00:29:04.000 And, you know, for what legitimate purpose does he need photos of my children and other children?
00:29:10.000 We didn't find any photos of boys.
00:29:12.000 It was all little girls.
00:29:16.000 I don't let my kids ride the bus anymore.
00:29:19.000 Yeah, so you, as a mom with instinct, like, what do you think is really going on here?
00:29:24.000 I mean, I shudder to think.
00:29:27.000 I don't know if he's going to hire some tweaker to nab my kids and he needs to identify them, or if there's something more dark, you know, I try not to go.
00:29:38.000 I try not to go there, but it's, it's gross.
00:29:41.000 It's gross.
00:29:42.000 I mean, I think you should.
00:29:43.000 We are in a time where you have publicly elected taxpayer-funded school board members that are creating dossiers and information of addresses, locations, pictures.
00:29:54.000 Like, oh, no, no, no, that's just information.
00:29:55.000 Like, oh, hold on a second.
00:29:57.000 Why do you need that list?
00:29:58.000 Like, why are you compiling that?
00:29:59.000 Yeah.
00:30:00.000 And you consider them to be literally talking to them as a threat.
00:30:03.000 Like, you're classifying them as an existential threat against you.
00:30:08.000 And I think his father is the main driving force here in a lot of different ways.
00:30:12.000 You said that this might go deeper than just him, though.
00:30:16.000 The superintendent might be involved.
00:30:17.000 This sounds like Loudoun County.
00:30:19.000 I mean, in some ways, Loudoun was very similar.
00:30:21.000 They had a parent hit list that got revealed, but that was teachers.
00:30:25.000 That was not even the school board.
00:30:26.000 This is different.
00:30:27.000 Like, that was teachers that were classifying parents, which is bad, obviously.
00:30:31.000 So, but you said that the superintendent might be aware of this?
00:30:35.000 We know that the superintendent and vice president Julie Sanowski both were copied on that email where he sent the screenshot and were copied on the email where Kim Stafford said, it's disturbing that you have a Google Drive dedicated to us.
00:30:49.000 So they know about they had constructive knowledge that the drive exists.
00:30:52.000 Whether or not they, whether or not Julie followed the URL, I don't know, but I know for certain that Scott Menzel had access to files there, whether it was direct or they've been sent to him.
00:31:00.000 So they knew or they should have known.
00:31:04.000 You have homeowners insurance for a good reason.
00:31:06.000 Charlie Kirk here, because without it, a fire, flood, or burglary could destroy you financially.
00:31:11.000 But there's another major crime your homeowner's policy does not cover.
00:31:14.000 It's called home title fraud.
00:31:16.000 The FBI calls title fraud one of the fastest growing crimes and it can ruin you financially, which is why you need home title lock.
00:31:22.000 Title fraud happens when a criminal forges your signature on documents stating you sold your home to him.
00:31:27.000 Then he takes out loans against your home and leaves with the payments.
00:31:29.000 You'll spend a fortune in legal fees trying to prove you didn't commit fraud.
00:31:33.000 Home title lock puts a barrier around your home's title.
00:31:36.000 The instant they detect anyone, from a cyber thief to a renter to a relative trying to forge their way to your home's title, they help shut it down.
00:31:43.000 Go to home, titlelock.com and register your address now to see if you're already a victim.
00:31:47.000 It's a very important service.
00:31:48.000 Make sure your home is not being stolen without your consent.
00:31:52.000 Make sure your home is not being stolen without your knowledge.
00:31:54.000 Home titlelock.com, promo code radio for 33 days of protection.
00:31:58.000 That's home, titlelock.com, promo code radio.
00:32:01.000 Home title lock.com promo code radio.
00:32:07.000 You didn't even send your kids to school today because out of safety concerns.
00:32:10.000 Yeah, both of my daughters stayed home today because I don't feel safe with this person on the board.
00:32:16.000 Well, and it's even beyond that.
00:32:17.000 So it's beyond the creep Jan Michael Greenberg.
00:32:20.000 He's also basically identifying for any person who's loyal to him in the district all of your information as well.
00:32:25.000 Yeah.
00:32:26.000 So it's like a doxing campaign.
00:32:27.000 Like we're going to dox parents we don't like if you come and complain against us.
00:32:32.000 Correct.
00:32:33.000 And it's really perplexing and concerning that there were files on the drive directly from the district unredacted.
00:32:44.000 What do you mean by that?
00:32:46.000 There was an email from Scott.
00:32:49.000 Yeah.
00:32:50.000 So in January, in January, Jan Michael's dad had intimidated me and made me feel uncomfortable at a board meeting and then sent me an email from or sent me a Facebook message from a fake profile.
00:33:02.000 He likes to create aliases on Facebook.
00:33:05.000 So this one he created a Facebook profile of a black man named Frank Graham, sent me an email and told me that he saw me, he finally saw me in person and that I should buy a Peloton bike.
00:33:16.000 And so I sent this to Scott Menzel and said, I don't feel safe going to meetings.
00:33:21.000 And what can you do about like this is we shouldn't feel intimidated or harassed by showing up.
00:33:26.000 Scott paid some lip service, said he'll look at security or whatever.
00:33:30.000 That email where I said I was afraid of the school board president's dad was printed directly from a legal records manager in SUSD, William Barry, with my full email address and my phone number unredacted.
00:33:46.000 And that was printed and then was uploaded to the Greenberg files.
00:33:51.000 And so the files, just so everyone understands, this is a working dossier of political opponents, of moms, and there's some dads, but it's mostly a mom's thing, if I'm not mistaken, and children.
00:34:02.000 So you have now a childless elected school board member who lives with his parents who in his free time goes and finds pictures of eight-year-olds.
00:34:11.000 Right.
00:34:12.000 And then the district releases my email and my publicly boxes you.
00:34:17.000 Right.
00:34:18.000 And so does, I imagine that the legal department also has access to my emergency contacts for my children, their health records.
00:34:25.000 That person probably has access to all of our children's information.
00:34:29.000 And the reason they're doing, our audience knows this, but I'm just going to tie it all together, is they want to try to shut you up.
00:34:34.000 So let me ask both of you, how are you taking this?
00:34:37.000 Are you now going to double down?
00:34:39.000 Because I think that could be some inspiration to some people out there.
00:34:42.000 Because I know moms listening to this right now, they're like, boy, I don't know if I want my eight-year-old spied on by a school board member.
00:34:47.000 How are you guys handling this?
00:34:49.000 I'm doubling down.
00:34:51.000 I've never really spoken out.
00:34:54.000 I've done everything kind of privately.
00:34:55.000 I've emailed them to death.
00:34:57.000 I'm tired of emailing them.
00:34:58.000 I'm tired of begging for them to listen.
00:35:00.000 And they're not listening.
00:35:02.000 So I'm doubling down.
00:35:03.000 And I'm not intimidated.
00:35:06.000 I will drive to every school board meeting.
00:35:07.000 I will speak at every school board meeting.
00:35:10.000 I'm not going to back down.
00:35:11.000 Yeah.
00:35:11.000 I mean, we created a hashtag last year, shamed into silence.
00:35:15.000 So the idea here was they were going to call us racist, call us all of the right-wing conspiracy theorists and shame us to not talking.
00:35:24.000 And there's strength in numbers.
00:35:27.000 And so I think moms across the entire, I have people reaching out to me from all different states saying, we have something weird going on too.
00:35:34.000 Like those moms, we have instincts for a reason, and it's to protect our kids.
00:35:38.000 And we have to stop shutting those instincts down and follow them.
00:35:43.000 But just so people know that you guys are being called names, your life has been changed, but you guys are saying, I don't care.
00:35:49.000 I'm still going to do this.
00:35:50.000 That's important because that's what stops some moms short.
00:35:53.000 Like, I don't want the hassle.
00:35:55.000 Or they pull their kids out and send them to private school or charter school.
00:35:59.000 And I'm saying, no, I'm not.
00:36:00.000 These are our schools.
00:36:01.000 These are our public schools.
00:36:02.000 These are our communities.
00:36:03.000 These are our taxpayer-funded schools.
00:36:06.000 Yes.
00:36:07.000 And also for students who have IEPs and 504s.
00:36:11.000 And we need to make sure that we're guarding their rights as well.
00:36:14.000 And you can't just leave the public school system and let it fall.
00:36:18.000 Yes.
00:36:18.000 No, I mean, I completely agree.
00:36:20.000 And one of the problems and one of the reasons why this has happened is that the influential, wealthy people have always taken their kids out.
00:36:28.000 Therefore, this public schools, which has been this vacuum.
00:36:31.000 It's called Bright Flight.
00:36:32.000 Yes.
00:36:33.000 They leave.
00:36:33.000 Especially in Scottsdale.
00:36:34.000 They go to Notre Dame or like whatever.
00:36:37.000 You guys are now going to call for his resignation.
00:36:39.000 You guys are going to see this all the way through.
00:36:41.000 So people can help you by showing up at the meetings, kind of following you guys.
00:36:45.000 Do you have a website or anything that they can?
00:36:47.000 Yeah, I mean, there's a press conference this afternoon where we're asking parents to show up.
00:36:51.000 And that starts at 4 o'clock at the Mojave Annex building, the same place the meeting's going to be held.
00:36:56.000 Meetings at 6 o'clock.
00:36:57.000 We need everybody there for that.
00:37:00.000 We personally don't have a website address, but if you go to recallsd.org, that's where they're taking donations to get this guy out.
00:37:09.000 And Facebook, Facebook page too, SUSD CAN.
00:37:13.000 That's where we consolidate our thoughts.
00:37:17.000 Thanks so much for listening.
00:37:18.000 Everybody, email us your thoughts, freedom at charliekirk.com.
