00:03:18.000 General McInerney is saying the same things that Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell are also saying.

00:03:26.000 Sidney Powell was on Fox News with Maria Bartaromo on Sunday.

00:03:31.000 And this has been making a lot of people in the Biden campaign nervous.

00:03:36.000 And all of a sudden, you're seeing Barack Obama come out and talk on Joe Biden's behalf.

00:03:42.000 You're seeing the chattering class in the media handle this story differently than most.

00:03:53.000 They're refusing to even engage on the accusations.

00:04:02.000 I'll say a couple words in between each of Sidney Powell, who is Lieutenant General Michael Flynn's attorney, who believes that Joe Biden's transition team should be completely disbanded because President Trump is going to serve a second term.

00:05:52.000 Sidney Powell now represents Michael Flynn in one of the most immoral and atrocious legal witch hunts that we have seen in recent memory.

00:07:50.000 What we're talking about here, as verified by a three-star general who served in every single theater of combat and conflict across the planet over multiple decades, who has the highest level security clearance that someone can get in the United States government, he is saying this.

00:08:07.000 General McInerney is saying that hammer and scorecard and the tabulation of votes and the software behind it interfered with President Trump's landslide victory.

00:08:18.000 Now, I would think that this would be a little bit baseless if it wasn't for Republicans continually winning House seats, winning state legislature seats, winning governor's mansions.

00:08:32.000 Republicans won 29 out of 29 of the Cook Political Report toss-up seats. 0.63

00:08:40.000 The Economist, Larry Sabado, the Cook Political Report, all came out and they said at the minimum, the minimum, Nancy Pelosi will end up with 240 to 245 House seats. 0.91

00:08:53.000 It looks like Nancy Pelosi will end up between 221 to 225, a 20-seat difference.

00:09:02.000 How is it that President Donald Trump won counties on the Rio Grande near El Paso, the first Republican to do so since 1902?

00:09:31.000 And so a lot of this I would be considering kind of fringe popcorn if it wasn't for a pattern and a sequence of inexplicable events that all of a sudden could possibly be explained by something that someone with the highest security clearance of our government and our military credible is saying, also with a lawyer who does not bluff saying the same thing.

00:11:46.000 Senator Chuck Schumer, and you've all heard this clip before, was asked by Rachel Maddow about the CIA and all the different agencies that are at play trying to defeat and destroy Donald Trump.

00:11:58.000 And Chuck Schumer, who does not do many media interviews, said something that he probably would have said in a closed-door meeting to millions of people.

00:12:06.000 Chuck Schumer admitted that there's a superstructure that exists in our country.

00:12:10.000 Chuck Schumer said that there is something more powerful than our democratic institutions, that there is an unknown, unelected, unchecked branch of government that's supposed to only do things overseas, but they might come after you if you're a duly elected president.

00:12:52.000 And Schumer's trying to say, hey, Donald, you've contributed to my campaign before.

00:12:57.000 You're not doing the right thing here by challenging the agency.

00:13:01.000 And the CIA has done many different things across the planet, nefarious activities that have been uncovered by phenomenal journalists, Glenn Greenwald, who I don't agree with on everything, but I think he's been terrific lately.

00:13:14.000 Many other people that have uncovered the activities of the Central Intelligence Agency.

00:13:20.000 Now, what does that have to do with the election results?

00:13:23.000 Well, Sidney Powell mentioned yesterday on television alongside General McInerney on our program that the CIA developed this hammer and scorecard.

00:13:34.000 I asked the general directly last evening: Are you trying to tell me that the CIA developed this internationally, is now using this domestically?

00:13:43.000 And General McInerney, who has served our country for multiple decades as the highest level security clearance in our country, said that's exactly what's happening.

00:13:53.000 Sidney Powell said that SmartMatic was used all across the world for the purposes of the Central Intelligence Agency.

00:14:04.000 And so we know what the intelligence communities are willing to do to defeat Donald Trump.

00:14:09.000 We know that.

00:14:11.000 They spied on his campaign.

00:14:13.000 They launched a phony special investigation, the Mueller investigation.

00:14:17.000 They tried to impeach him by listening to his phone call.

00:14:21.000 Think about that.

00:14:22.000 They listened to his phone call, and they happened to have someone by the name of Shmerik Shimarela, the whistleblower, who said, I don't like this phone call.

00:14:30.000 Let's impeach him after the Mueller report fizzled out and it wasn't what they hoped it would be.

00:14:36.000 By impeaching the president with Adam Schiff in charge, the Democrats leaned on their relationship with the intelligence community to do that.

00:14:48.000 And now we should not be surprised now that the intelligence community is using something that they developed to overthrow international governments to possibly overthrow our own government.

00:15:00.000 I want you to think about that.

00:15:02.000 Our tax dollars have been covertly and secretly spent through the Central Intelligence Agency for 30 or 40 years, creating chaos and bedlam in many different places,

00:15:17.000 that then interestingly has now resulted, allegedly based on General McInerney and Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani, in that technology now being used domestically to suppress your voice and to suppress your vote.

00:15:36.000 No one voted for the CIA.

00:15:38.000 They don't run for office.

00:15:39.000 They don't buy yard signs.

00:15:41.000 They don't ask people to give them power.

00:15:43.000 Outside of the CIA director, you don't know any of these people and who they are.

00:15:48.000 Remember a couple years ago when Edward Snowden revealed that the government was massively surveilling on us, on its own citizens.

00:15:57.000 That story was headline news.

00:15:58.000 It turned into a documentary.

00:16:00.000 Snowden went from Hong Kong.

00:16:03.000 He's now in Russia to Moscow.

00:16:06.000 He wanted to end up in Ecuador.

00:16:08.000 And it outraged some people, Rand Paul in particular, a couple Democrats, about how the government could, without a warrant, without reason, and unconstitutionally listen to all of our phone calls, but we're just supposed to trust them with that.

00:16:22.000 And this was all orchestrated by our intelligence agencies, the very same intelligence agencies that Chuck Schumer warned Donald Trump in a private yet public moment, Rachel Maddow, they actually run the country.

00:16:35.000 Don't you understand?

00:16:37.000 Not the people.

00:16:38.000 It's the people in the dark suits that work in Langley, Virginia.

00:16:42.000 They run the country.

00:16:44.000 Remember when James Clapper went in front of Congress and he was asked directly, are you doing mass surveillance on U.S. citizens?

00:16:51.000 What did James Clapper say?

00:16:53.000 Let's play clip on this because it's very important.

00:16:55.000 It all ties together with exactly what we're seeing right now with the president hammer scorecard, General McInerney, play tape.

00:17:05.000 So what I wanted to see is if you could give me a yes or no answer to the question, does the NSA collect any type of data at all on millions or hundreds of millions of Americans?

00:17:21.000 It does not.

00:17:23.000 Not wittingly.

00:17:26.000 There are cases where they could inadvertently, perhaps, collect, but not wittingly.

00:17:33.000 He should have been put in prison for lying to Congress.

00:17:35.000 Instead, he gets away with it and gets hired as a contributor to CNN.

00:17:39.000 The exact opposite is true.

00:17:41.000 The government listens to all of our phone calls and revealed in the data dump by Snowden and many others since it has been clear that the government has mass surveillance capacities and capabilities.

00:17:54.000 This very same government now, designed by a man named Dennis Montgomery, according to General McInerney, put together a program, Hammer and Scorecard, to not spy on U.S. citizens, instead try to thwart their will.

00:18:14.000 Let's play tape of General McInerney, who exclusively joined our program, where I asked General McInerney specifically about this.

00:19:07.000 And so I know what they're doing.

00:19:10.000 They're in trouble because they took this.

00:19:13.000 And Dennis is a great American because he let America know what was going on.

00:19:20.000 And that is crucial that we understand it.

00:19:24.000 President Trump won by a landslide.

00:19:27.000 President Trump won by a landslide.

00:19:31.000 That's according to General McInerney.

00:19:33.000 I think that was the shorter clip.

00:19:35.000 Do we have the longer one queued up?

00:19:39.000 So, we're getting that one queued up, which is equally as important.

00:19:43.000 And General McInerney said right there that the president not just legitimately won, but he also said he's been getting calls from people in the Federal Bureau of Investigation that are getting nervous about this.

00:20:00.000 And the only reason we are uncovering any of this is because President Trump outperformed all the polling, all the expectations, all the experts so dramatically that the skewing, the cheating, the cutting of the corners is now so clear that it's impossible for them to hide.

00:20:22.000 It's impossible for them to cover up what they did here.

00:20:28.000 And so the question should be: who's going to be held accountable for this and what is the remedy?

00:20:35.000 So here's the two and a half minute clip of General McInerney, and they ask him that question directly: play tape.

00:20:41.000 Okay, hammer and scorecard were initially developed, Charlie, in 2003 as a signals intelligence on the Taliban and radical Islamists. 0.68

00:20:55.000 It was developed by a chap by the name of Dennis Montgomery, who's a genius, maybe the smartest guy in the world on this business.

00:21:03.000 In any case, when President Obama came in, two weeks, two weeks, Charlie, after he came in on February 3rd, 2009, he moved it out of the CIA over to a secret, a self-contained intelligence facility that we use in Fort Montgomery, and he started listening to U.S. citizens.

00:21:30.000 Hooks, mistake number one.

00:21:32.000 Yes.

00:21:32.000 CIA, and nobody listens to U.S. citizens.

00:21:35.000 But Barack Obama directed Jim Clapper and John Brennan to do it.

00:21:40.000 They did that.

00:21:41.000 I got involved with it in 2017, March, and I announced they were using it to listen to the Trump campaign as well as the Trump administration.

00:21:51.000 A week ago tonight, two weeks ago tonight, two days before the election, I got word that they were using Hammer and Scorecard, which was a new application.

00:22:02.000 Envision Hammer being like your iPhone and Scorecard being an app on it.

00:22:07.000 They break into communications areas.

00:22:12.000 They put a scorecard on it.

00:22:15.000 It manipulates the data, voting data.

00:22:17.000 It's only focused on voting, like your apps on your iPhone may be for your bank or whatever, travel, whatever it is.

00:22:28.000 This changes the vote count.

00:22:31.000 So it's about a 3% difference between moving votes from Trump to Biden.

00:22:38.000 And I predicted on Steve Bannon's show on Monday night, Monday afternoon, around one or two o'clock, that we were going to lose the election because they were using scorecard and hammer to change the vote.

00:22:51.000 Now, I know it's really true because Fox News will not let anybody that comes on there say scorecard or hammer.

00:22:59.000 And so they've intentionally isolated that.

00:23:02.000 Somehow they got Fox News to flip, which tells you how big this is.

00:23:07.000 And I could give you a bunch of names, I won't, of people that are involved in this that are going to shock you.

00:23:14.000 So we played the length of that clip in its entirety for a reason.

00:23:18.000 Because what the general was saying there is that he got heads up before the election that Hammer and Scorecard was going to be used.

00:23:29.000 I don't think this was the Democrats' initial plan.

00:23:35.000 I think this might have been Plan B or even Plan C.

00:23:38.000 I think Plan A was winning the election in the landslide and flipping Senate seats in Montana and Iowa and South Carolina and Kentucky, and all of that money that they poured in was going to materialize.

00:23:51.000 But then something happened on Saturday evening before the election.

00:23:57.000 I was driving from Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, back to Illinois as we were campaigning through our work at Turning Point Action for the president.

00:24:08.000 And I got a push notification that the Des Moines Register poll had just come out.

00:24:13.000 You see, I was starting to see things break on the ground in the direction of President Trump.

00:24:18.000 I started to see normal people that in my circle at events I was going to were kind of about Trump, and all of a sudden they were all in.

00:24:26.000 I was starting to see independents break towards President Trump.

00:24:29.000 I started to see events be filled with suburban married women.

00:24:34.000 I started to see things that all of a sudden were not yet reflected in the polling.

00:24:40.000 And then the Des Moines Register poll came out.

00:24:43.000 And remember, the Des Moines Register poll showed President Trump leading Iowa by seven points, Joni Ernst up four or five.

00:24:57.000 All of a sudden, the polling, which is always a lagging indicator, not a leading indicator, was reflecting what I was seeing on the ground.

00:25:05.000 And I wasn't the only one that saw that.

00:25:07.000 I am confident that the Democrat operatives who said we are not going to let this happen again, where Trump gets hot in the last 72 hours, we got to deploy everything we possibly can, which actually correlates perfectly with General McInerney's timeline of when he went on Steve Bannon's program and warned against Hammer and Scorecard.

00:25:28.000 You see, a week ahead of the election, two weeks ahead of the election, none of the tracking polls that really matter. 0.98

00:25:36.000 Quinnipiac is a garbage trash poll. 1.00

00:25:39.000 All that stuff's just nonsense. 1.00

00:25:42.000 None of the data was reflecting a Trump surge until literally 72 hours before the election.

00:25:52.000 Now, mind you, they did ballot laundering, they did voter registration, shenanigans, they did all of that.

00:25:59.000 But what if there was an emergency plan?

00:26:04.000 One that was not going to be a perfectly executed plan, but one that would work well enough to get their desired objective.

00:26:15.000 This was a riskier plan.

00:26:18.000 This is one that would have required trying to put a square peg through a round hole.

00:26:25.000 If you try hard enough with enough force, you can make it fit.

00:26:28.000 But when all of a sudden, the next person comes by, it's like, you just put a square peg through a round poll.

00:26:33.000 I get that it's going to fit temporarily, that there's something wrong here.

00:26:38.000 And that's what they did.

00:26:41.000 Their ideal scenario was not to have to use these sort of nefarious activities.

00:26:49.000 They thought through the big tech influence, Hollywood, professional athletics, higher education, mass media, the multi-billion dollar cash advantage, the Goldman Sachs bankers, the Wall Street influence.

00:27:02.000 They thought all of that working in harmony would be enough to suppress President Trump's surge.

00:27:09.000 But then normal people in the muscular class of our country started to resonate again with President Trump's movement in defiance to the ruling class elites.

00:27:20.000 And they started to then scramble and ask, what else do we have?

00:27:26.000 And according to General McInerney, they went to the emergency escape hatch plan designed by Dennis Montgomery, Hammer and scorecard, allegedly, to protect ourselves and our program here.

01:04:02.000 Americans seem to be obsessed with exercising, doing mental puzzles, consuming various juice and protein concoctions, sticking to strict diets and popping vitamins and supplements, all in a valiant effort to cheat death and prolong life as possible.
