00:02:26.000And he was on our program discussing Hammer and Scorecard, which is a program that was developed by the Central Intelligence Agency, the CIA, to try and supplant and potentially overthrow certain governments that the United States was not, let's say, favorable towards or that they did not think very highly of across the country, across the world, I should say.
00:02:55.000Hammer and scorecard, according to General McInerney, was used in this last election, and he accurately predicted this a couple days before the election.
00:03:06.000General McInerney said that he believes there is a 90% chance that President Donald Trump will serve a second term.
00:04:02.000I'll say a couple words in between each of Sidney Powell, who is Lieutenant General Michael Flynn's attorney, who believes that Joe Biden's transition team should be completely disbanded because President Trump is going to serve a second term.
00:05:05.000I mean, she is now saying on national television that Joe Biden is not president-elect, that President Donald Trump is going to serve a second term.
00:05:18.000Sidney Powell, again, this is not just some fringe character.
00:05:22.000Sidney Powell is a well-respected, a very factual, reasonable, and rational legal mind.
00:05:33.000She wrote License to Lie, which is one of the best books that talked about the Merrill Lynch barge scandal and the corruption in the Department of Justice that exists.
00:05:43.000And she focused on Andrew Weissman in that book, who, of course, helped lead the Mueller investigation until he was found out to be a Clinton crony.
00:05:52.000Sidney Powell now represents Michael Flynn in one of the most immoral and atrocious legal witch hunts that we have seen in recent memory.

00:08:07.000General McInerney is saying that hammer and scorecard and the tabulation of votes and the software behind it interfered with President Trump's landslide victory.
00:08:18.000Now, I would think that this would be a little bit baseless if it wasn't for Republicans continually winning House seats, winning state legislature seats, winning governor's mansions.
00:08:32.000Republicans won 29 out of 29 of the Cook Political Report toss-up seats.
00:08:40.000The Economist, Larry Sabado, the Cook Political Report, all came out and they said at the minimum, the minimum, Nancy Pelosi will end up with 240 to 245 House seats.
00:08:53.000It looks like Nancy Pelosi will end up between 221 to 225, a 20-seat difference.
00:09:02.000How is it that President Donald Trump won counties on the Rio Grande near El Paso, the first Republican to do so since 1902?
00:09:12.000Why is it that Atlanta, Milwaukee, Philadelphia, and Detroit stopped tabulating votes all at the same time on election night?
00:09:22.000Even Politico called the Democrats' performance a, quote, dumpster fire.
00:09:31.000And so a lot of this I would be considering kind of fringe popcorn if it wasn't for a pattern and a sequence of inexplicable events that all of a sudden could possibly be explained by something that someone with the highest security clearance of our government and our military credible is saying, also with a lawyer who does not bluff saying the same thing.

00:09:57.000Even their own manual explains how votes can be wiped away.

00:11:46.000Senator Chuck Schumer, and you've all heard this clip before, was asked by Rachel Maddow about the CIA and all the different agencies that are at play trying to defeat and destroy Donald Trump.
00:11:58.000And Chuck Schumer, who does not do many media interviews, said something that he probably would have said in a closed-door meeting to millions of people.
00:12:06.000Chuck Schumer admitted that there's a superstructure that exists in our country.
00:12:10.000Chuck Schumer said that there is something more powerful than our democratic institutions, that there is an unknown, unelected, unchecked branch of government that's supposed to only do things overseas, but they might come after you if you're a duly elected president.
00:12:26.000You take on the intelligence community.
00:12:28.000They have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you.
00:12:32.000So even for a practical, supposedly hard-nosed businessman, he's being really dumb to do this.
00:12:38.000And this, again, the context of that is when President Trump was just tweeting against the CIA.
00:12:42.000This is when President Trump was president-elect.
00:12:45.000He didn't have any sort of authority or power to actually do anything about the Central Intelligence Agency, just tweeting about the CIA.
00:12:52.000And Schumer's trying to say, hey, Donald, you've contributed to my campaign before.
00:12:57.000You're not doing the right thing here by challenging the agency.
00:13:01.000And the CIA has done many different things across the planet, nefarious activities that have been uncovered by phenomenal journalists, Glenn Greenwald, who I don't agree with on everything, but I think he's been terrific lately.
00:13:14.000Many other people that have uncovered the activities of the Central Intelligence Agency.
00:13:20.000Now, what does that have to do with the election results?
00:13:23.000Well, Sidney Powell mentioned yesterday on television alongside General McInerney on our program that the CIA developed this hammer and scorecard.
00:13:34.000I asked the general directly last evening: Are you trying to tell me that the CIA developed this internationally, is now using this domestically?
00:13:43.000And General McInerney, who has served our country for multiple decades as the highest level security clearance in our country, said that's exactly what's happening.
00:13:53.000Sidney Powell said that SmartMatic was used all across the world for the purposes of the Central Intelligence Agency.
00:14:04.000And so we know what the intelligence communities are willing to do to defeat Donald Trump.
00:14:22.000They listened to his phone call, and they happened to have someone by the name of Shmerik Shimarela, the whistleblower, who said, I don't like this phone call.
00:14:30.000Let's impeach him after the Mueller report fizzled out and it wasn't what they hoped it would be.
00:14:36.000By impeaching the president with Adam Schiff in charge, the Democrats leaned on their relationship with the intelligence community to do that.
00:14:48.000And now we should not be surprised now that the intelligence community is using something that they developed to overthrow international governments to possibly overthrow our own government.
00:15:02.000Our tax dollars have been covertly and secretly spent through the Central Intelligence Agency for 30 or 40 years, creating chaos and bedlam in many different places,
00:15:17.000that then interestingly has now resulted, allegedly based on General McInerney and Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani, in that technology now being used domestically to suppress your voice and to suppress your vote.
00:16:08.000And it outraged some people, Rand Paul in particular, a couple Democrats, about how the government could, without a warrant, without reason, and unconstitutionally listen to all of our phone calls, but we're just supposed to trust them with that.
00:16:22.000And this was all orchestrated by our intelligence agencies, the very same intelligence agencies that Chuck Schumer warned Donald Trump in a private yet public moment, Rachel Maddow, they actually run the country.
00:16:53.000Let's play clip on this because it's very important.
00:16:55.000It all ties together with exactly what we're seeing right now with the president hammer scorecard, General McInerney, play tape.
00:17:05.000So what I wanted to see is if you could give me a yes or no answer to the question, does the NSA collect any type of data at all on millions or hundreds of millions of Americans?
00:17:41.000The government listens to all of our phone calls and revealed in the data dump by Snowden and many others since it has been clear that the government has mass surveillance capacities and capabilities.
00:17:54.000This very same government now, designed by a man named Dennis Montgomery, according to General McInerney, put together a program, Hammer and Scorecard, to not spy on U.S. citizens, instead try to thwart their will.
00:18:14.000Let's play tape of General McInerney, who exclusively joined our program, where I asked General McInerney specifically about this.
00:18:23.000And this is exclusive to the Charlie Kirk show.
00:18:27.000And if the people you are watching are not talking about this, then you need to take pause and ask the question why.
00:19:39.000So, we're getting that one queued up, which is equally as important.
00:19:43.000And General McInerney said right there that the president not just legitimately won, but he also said he's been getting calls from people in the Federal Bureau of Investigation that are getting nervous about this.
00:20:00.000And the only reason we are uncovering any of this is because President Trump outperformed all the polling, all the expectations, all the experts so dramatically that the skewing, the cheating, the cutting of the corners is now so clear that it's impossible for them to hide.
00:20:22.000It's impossible for them to cover up what they did here.
00:20:28.000And so the question should be: who's going to be held accountable for this and what is the remedy?
00:20:35.000So here's the two and a half minute clip of General McInerney, and they ask him that question directly: play tape.
00:20:41.000Okay, hammer and scorecard were initially developed, Charlie, in 2003 as a signals intelligence on the Taliban and radical Islamists.
00:20:55.000It was developed by a chap by the name of Dennis Montgomery, who's a genius, maybe the smartest guy in the world on this business.
00:21:03.000In any case, when President Obama came in, two weeks, two weeks, Charlie, after he came in on February 3rd, 2009, he moved it out of the CIA over to a secret, a self-contained intelligence facility that we use in Fort Montgomery, and he started listening to U.S. citizens.
00:21:41.000I got involved with it in 2017, March, and I announced they were using it to listen to the Trump campaign as well as the Trump administration.
00:21:51.000A week ago tonight, two weeks ago tonight, two days before the election, I got word that they were using Hammer and Scorecard, which was a new application.
00:22:02.000Envision Hammer being like your iPhone and Scorecard being an app on it.
00:22:31.000So it's about a 3% difference between moving votes from Trump to Biden.
00:22:38.000And I predicted on Steve Bannon's show on Monday night, Monday afternoon, around one or two o'clock, that we were going to lose the election because they were using scorecard and hammer to change the vote.
00:22:51.000Now, I know it's really true because Fox News will not let anybody that comes on there say scorecard or hammer.
00:22:59.000And so they've intentionally isolated that.
00:23:02.000Somehow they got Fox News to flip, which tells you how big this is.
00:23:07.000And I could give you a bunch of names, I won't, of people that are involved in this that are going to shock you.
00:23:14.000So we played the length of that clip in its entirety for a reason.
00:23:18.000Because what the general was saying there is that he got heads up before the election that Hammer and Scorecard was going to be used.
00:23:29.000I don't think this was the Democrats' initial plan.
00:23:35.000I think this might have been Plan B or even Plan C.
00:23:38.000I think Plan A was winning the election in the landslide and flipping Senate seats in Montana and Iowa and South Carolina and Kentucky, and all of that money that they poured in was going to materialize.
00:23:51.000But then something happened on Saturday evening before the election.
00:23:57.000I was driving from Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, back to Illinois as we were campaigning through our work at Turning Point Action for the president.
00:24:08.000And I got a push notification that the Des Moines Register poll had just come out.
00:24:13.000You see, I was starting to see things break on the ground in the direction of President Trump.
00:24:18.000I started to see normal people that in my circle at events I was going to were kind of about Trump, and all of a sudden they were all in.
00:24:26.000I was starting to see independents break towards President Trump.
00:24:29.000I started to see events be filled with suburban married women.
00:24:34.000I started to see things that all of a sudden were not yet reflected in the polling.
00:24:40.000And then the Des Moines Register poll came out.
00:24:43.000And remember, the Des Moines Register poll showed President Trump leading Iowa by seven points, Joni Ernst up four or five.
00:24:57.000All of a sudden, the polling, which is always a lagging indicator, not a leading indicator, was reflecting what I was seeing on the ground.
00:25:05.000And I wasn't the only one that saw that.
00:25:07.000I am confident that the Democrat operatives who said we are not going to let this happen again, where Trump gets hot in the last 72 hours, we got to deploy everything we possibly can, which actually correlates perfectly with General McInerney's timeline of when he went on Steve Bannon's program and warned against Hammer and Scorecard.
00:25:28.000You see, a week ahead of the election, two weeks ahead of the election, none of the tracking polls that really matter.
00:26:41.000Their ideal scenario was not to have to use these sort of nefarious activities.
00:26:49.000They thought through the big tech influence, Hollywood, professional athletics, higher education, mass media, the multi-billion dollar cash advantage, the Goldman Sachs bankers, the Wall Street influence.
00:27:02.000They thought all of that working in harmony would be enough to suppress President Trump's surge.
00:27:09.000But then normal people in the muscular class of our country started to resonate again with President Trump's movement in defiance to the ruling class elites.
00:27:20.000And they started to then scramble and ask, what else do we have?
00:27:26.000And according to General McInerney, they went to the emergency escape hatch plan designed by Dennis Montgomery, Hammer and scorecard, allegedly, to protect ourselves and our program here.

00:29:35.000Remember, the founding fathers actually wanted presidents to be elected based on congressional district originally, leaving it to the states.
00:29:45.000But it used to be that every congressional district voted for president, and that was their singular electoral vote, similar to how Nebraska does it.
00:29:55.000And when we'll be able to see actual precinct by precinct data, not just county by county data, we'll be able to zero in exactly where a lot of this irregularity and manipulation very well might have been concentrated.
00:30:11.000You see, President Donald Trump executed a surprise red tsunami on the country despite being outspent, lied about, having every single activist news network against him.
00:30:26.000The tech companies, the corporate elites, the Wall Street bankers.
00:30:31.000Not only did Mitch McConnell do better in the U.S. Senate, he did convincingly better.
00:30:39.000And they flipped a Senate seat in Alabama and lost only two incumbents.
00:30:45.000Nate Silver, who gets paid millions of dollars to lie to you, said that it's almost a guaranteed fact that the Democrats will take back control of the United States Senate.
00:31:00.000Tom Tillis won convincingly, Steve Daines won convincingly.
00:31:09.000And John James lost very narrowly as of the recording of this program.
00:31:13.000However, what's very interesting is how John James and Sean Parnell have similar complaints to exactly what happened.
00:31:25.000Sean Parnell was running for Congress in Western Pennsylvania.
00:31:30.000It's probably fair to say that they were both caught up in the collateral damage of the parachute escape hatch emergency option that was deployed by the Democrat operatives that were willing to do whatever it takes.
00:31:52.000We do not care about any sort of Western morality.
00:31:56.000We are willing to bend the rules and lie and cheat and engage in treachery to get our way.
00:32:04.000Lawyer for President Trump and also the lawyer for Nicholas Sandman, Lynn Woods, says that the fraud is so massive, it'll be impossible for them to cover all of this up.
00:32:18.000One of the lessons is that President Donald Trump outperformed all of the models, all of the projections that they needed to stop the counting in Atlanta, Philadelphia, Detroit, and Milwaukee.
00:32:32.000They needed to stop the counting in Allegheny County because President Donald Trump very well could have been called president-elect on election night.
00:32:42.000When people go to sleep and President Trump is up 600,000 votes in Pennsylvania, and all of a sudden that lead steadily over a couple days gets winnowed down to eventually a Biden lead, allegedly.
00:32:57.000Yeah, people are going to be really skeptical.
00:32:58.000When we are doing this live stream on the Wednesday after the election and they say there are no new ballots to count in Georgia and all of a sudden they show up with 50,000 new ballots, most of which in Fulton County, Georgia, yeah, people are going to start to lose faith in the people that actually count the ballots because we never got firm answers of how many ballots are remaining.
00:33:26.000And the less answers that we got and the more bullying that we received from our rulers and from Secretary of State's offices and from the people that ran voting tabulation, the more distrust was created in actually how we elect many of these leaders.
00:33:45.000What if I told you that the evidence is right in front of us and the activist media won't cover it?
00:33:52.000Rudy Giuliani was on Fox News talking about this exactly.
00:33:58.000Let's go to cut 45, where Rudy Giuliani says that they have identified 632,000 illegal votes cast in Pennsylvania.
00:34:45.000Play cut 47 of Rudy Giuliani saying how the SmartMatic system has a back door so you can see how many votes are needed to get an electoral advantage.
00:34:54.000Very creepy stuff, and it's completely consistent with what General McInerney and Sidney Powell have been saying.
00:35:02.000And I have a graphic showing the states where they stopped counting, which I thought was also strange to stop counting in the middle of election night.
00:35:14.000One source says that the key point to understand is that the SmartMatic system has a back door that allows it to be, or that allows the votes to be mirrored and monitored, allowing an intervening party a real-time understanding of how many votes will be needed to gain an electoral advantage.
00:35:31.000Are you saying the states that use that software did that?
00:35:37.000Well, I know I can prove that they did it in Michigan.
00:36:56.000And so let's play cut 48 on how Rudy Giuliani says they have evidence that he can't disclose yet, but he says, quote, I'm confident this election will be overturned.
00:37:07.000Can you prove the case without the hardware or the software?
00:37:12.000We have people that I can't really disclose that can describe the hardware in great detail.
00:37:19.000We have some of the people, former government employees, our government employees and others that were there at the creation of SmartMatic.
00:37:50.000And they really believe that based on the information they have, that this election can be overturned.
00:37:55.000Now, the question is, will there be corruption in the courts?
00:37:58.000Will the Supreme Court act in that manner?
00:38:01.000But when you have reputable people, the former mayor of New York, Rudy Giuliani saying this, but it's actually even more credible than that.
00:38:11.000What did Rudy Giuliani do before he was mayor of New York?
00:38:15.000He ran the Southern District of New York office, the very same office now that is being weaponized against Rudy Giuliani, where he was under investigation for nothing, despite the fact that Hunter Biden and the Clintons did infinitely worse things that we have documentation of.
00:38:35.000And we know based on publicly available reports how easy it is to hack a voting machine.
00:38:41.000We talked on this program, how Politico magazine said you can hack a voting machine in seven minutes or less.
00:38:49.000In Cut 55, we have Dr. Andrew Appell, who testified in front of Congress about how easy it is to hack a voting machine.
00:38:59.000Each voting machine is a computer running a computer program.
00:39:03.000Whether that computer counts the votes accurately, or makes mistakes, or cheats by shifting votes from one candidate to another, depends on what software is installed in the computer.
00:39:12.000Installing new software is how you hack a voting machine to cheat.
00:39:15.000I wrote a vote-stealing computer program that shifts votes from one candidate to another.
00:39:19.000Installing that vote-stealing program in a voting machine takes seven minutes per machine with a screwdriver.
00:39:25.000But really, the software I built was not rocket science.
00:39:27.000Any computer programmer could write the same code.
00:39:30.000Once it's installed, it could steal elections without detection for years to come.
00:39:35.000One of the biggest points of irritation that I have to share with you is how Republicans aren't talking about this and how some people in the chattering class and the pundits and the prognosticators have just remained silent.
00:39:49.000And they're mostly remaining silent under this false mirage of normal.
00:39:58.000I get it that life is tough, that you may be a little bit exhausted.
00:40:08.000You might just need a little bit of a rest.

00:40:13.000I want to go back to when we were able to just talk about corporate tax policy and talk about whether or not we want a 36% marginal tax rate.

00:40:28.000Well, first of all, when both parties got along, they generally got along declaring endless and senseless wars and sending middle-class families spiraling into debt, expanding the size and scope of government, exploding the national debt, and keeping our borders wide open.
00:40:48.000But secondly, this false promise of the return of normal is a wish of the ruling class.
00:40:56.000The ruling class wants to return to normal so they can go back to Davos, Switzerland, a place that most middle-class families will never visit and can't find on a map, so that that can be the true power center of decisions on the planet,
00:41:11.000where President Donald Trump believed in a self-determined American future, that people in Missouri, Montana, and Mississippi should have more say than the champagne-swirling private jet-flying tech oligarchs and Wall Street bankers that gather in Davos every single year that feel that they can call the shots for you that have been wrong about everything.

00:41:44.000They've been wrong about foreign wars, immigration, all of it.

00:49:41.000Quote, in 2018 alone, voters in South Carolina were reporting machines that switched their votes after they inputted them.

00:49:53.000The letter from Elizabeth Warren and other Bolshevik senators continues by saying, in addition, researchers recently uncovered previously undisclosed vulnerabilities in nearly, quote, three dozen back-end election systems in 10 states.
00:50:07.000And just this year, after the Democrat candidate's electronic tally showed he received 164 votes out of 55,000 cast in Pennsylvania's state judicial election.

00:51:45.000Bernstein and Woodward, who are now chattering class apparatchiks that go on television and just throw open-ended, baseless accusations towards our president, they were the ones that actually were meeting in parking garages at 2 a.m. with deep throats to actually get the information to uncover the corruption that did exist in the Nixon administration.

01:03:53.000He said, I have long argued that we should focus on giving all terminally ill people a good, compassionate death, not euthanasia or assisted suicide for a tiny minority.
01:04:02.000Americans seem to be obsessed with exercising, doing mental puzzles, consuming various juice and protein concoctions, sticking to strict diets and popping vitamins and supplements, all in a valiant effort to cheat death and prolong life as possible.
