00:01:02.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:01:04.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:01:06.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:01:10.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:01:13.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:01:14.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:01:15.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:01:23.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:32.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:36.000 Hey, everybody.
00:01:37.000 I hope you guys enjoyed the third night of the Republican National Convention.
00:01:41.000 What a moment right there with our national anthem. 0.99
00:01:44.000 There were more disabled veterans standing for the national anthem at that moment than the entire National Basketball Association during their little bubble league. 0.99
00:01:54.000 We're going to get into the NBA. 1.00
00:01:55.000 We're going to get into Kenosha.
00:01:57.000 We're going to get into Jacob Blake.
00:01:59.000 We are going to get to all of that.
00:02:00.000 But first, I want to just give a recap of the Republican National Convention night three.
00:02:04.000 If you guys did not see this convention tonight, it was incredible.
00:02:08.000 I mean, some of the best speakers, Rick Rinnell, gave a phenomenal speech.
00:02:10.000 Kaylee McEnany, a Chinese dissident and human rights fighter and activist, which I think LeBron James would benefit from listening from.
00:02:18.000 Burgess Owens and so many others.
00:02:21.000 Madison Cawthorne, my friend, who is going to be the youngest elected member of Congress if he wins his race in North Carolina, which it sure looks like he will.
00:02:29.000 But let's start with Vice President Pence.
00:02:31.000 Vice President Pence, first, just the intro, just the setup was incredible.
00:02:35.000 If you look at just how he comes right where we won that amazing victory, where our national anthem was inspired by Francis Scott Key, just the, I have to give the convention credit.
00:02:47.000 At every single one of these setups, the imagery, the flags, the patriotism, the nationalism has been totally and completely incredible.
00:02:56.000 And so Pence was speaking live from Fort McHenry.
00:02:59.000 Again, this is the site where the British in 1812 stood for our, where we stood up against the British.
00:03:06.000 Let me stood up against the British and our young republic from the onslaught from British troops.
00:03:13.000 It is also a place where off the coast of Baltimore Harbor, as a prisoner of the British, Francis Scott Key wrote the Star-Spangled Banner, which people say you're not allowed to say, you know, even recite in our country because it's allegedly racist.
00:03:27.000 Pence had some great quotes throughout the speech that the heroes that held this fort stood their life, stood for their life, liberty, and freedom and the American flag.
00:03:37.000 But they were hardly ever mentioned at last week's DNC.
00:03:40.000 Instead, they took four days attacking America.
00:03:44.000 Pence looked really strong.
00:03:45.000 He looked stoic.
00:03:47.000 He looked presidential and an amazing personal witness to the president's love of our country and amazing to actually have live applause.
00:03:55.000 I think actually having an audience in front of him and also for Melania last night, I think it makes it a lot easier for the audience to connect with what was saying.
00:04:03.000 Instead of just people at home saying, yeah, I agree with that.
00:04:06.000 You actually have people that are engaging with this speech in real time.
00:04:11.000 Other kind of notable quotables is Vice President Pence said, Americans see President Trump in a lot of different ways, but there's no doubt how President Trump sees America.
00:04:21.000 I think that was one of the best quotes of the entire convention.
00:04:24.000 Another one is that America is a nation that deserves more gratitude than grievance.
00:04:28.000 That is similar to something that I said in my speech and other speakers have been saying throughout this convention, that we need to be grateful, not angry, that we live in America.
00:04:37.000 Vice President Pence also said, and if you want a president who falls silent while our history and our background is demeaned, Trump is not your man.
00:04:44.000 Another one that he said is, in a city known for talkers, President Trump is a doer.
00:04:49.000 Now, of course, Vice President Pence oversaw the Chinese coronavirus task force and rightfully pushed back against the false Chinese virus narrative when it came to the ventilators, PPE, and our response to the Chinese attack on our soil.
00:05:05.000 But he also acknowledged that there has been real loss, which is very important.
00:05:10.000 And this is kind of in the tone of Vice President's 2016 speech, Come On Home, pushing to open up schools.
00:05:17.000 He talked about his wife who's a schoolteacher.
00:05:19.000 So that's kind of a very intentional slight towards Dr. Jill Biden, who did her entire speech from a classroom, which I actually thought was one of the more effective speeches of the Democrat convention last week.
00:05:31.000 Now, also, Vice President Pence said, quote, last week, Vice President Biden didn't say one word about the rioting and the violence on our streets.
00:05:40.000 So let me be clear, the violence must stop.
00:05:43.000 Whether it's in Minneapolis, Portland, or Kenosha, we will have law and order on our streets of this country for every American of every race, color, and creed.
00:05:52.000 And then he gave a beautiful tribute to Officer Dave Patrick Underwood.
00:05:55.000 The tribute was phenomenal.
00:05:57.000 I just believe that Vice President Pence was one of the most effective political tacticians in dismantling Joe Biden.
00:06:03.000 He did it from a very stoic perspective.
00:06:05.000 And quite honestly, I was surprised at how aggressive Vice President Pence was going after Vice President Biden.
00:06:12.000 I thought he did it very effectively.
00:06:13.000 At the end of the speech, of course, President Trump and Melania joined them on stage as Trace Adkins came out and sang the national anthem.
00:06:21.000 Again, where it was written.
00:06:23.000 Disabled American veterans were all throughout the front row.
00:06:26.000 And unlike those spoiled brats in the National Basketball Association, they stood to honor our flag and our country.
00:06:32.000 We are going to get to the NBA because there's a lot of breaking news happening with the National Basketball Association that ties with Kenosha, which ties to the Republican National Convention.
00:06:40.000 I thought it was an incredible cap to the evening from an optics and a patriotism standpoint.
00:06:46.000 President Trump and Mike Pence then walked over and joined all of them and took pictures with their supporters.
00:06:51.000 So let's kind of go through the evening.
00:06:52.000 So first of all, just we want to make sure we mention Hurricane Laura is coming.
00:06:56.000 Our thoughts and our prayers are to all people in the southeast, specifically in the Texas-Louisiana border.
00:07:01.000 It's a major category four storm.
00:07:04.000 Please seek shelter.
00:07:06.000 It is not something to be joking about.
00:07:08.000 And they say there are winds up to 150 miles an hour.
00:07:12.000 So please stay safe.
00:07:13.000 Kelly and Conway floated out that President Trump could postpone the convention speech because of the hurricane.
00:07:19.000 My people that I'm talking to at the White House said that's not going to happen.
00:07:23.000 That President Trump is going to talk tomorrow.
00:07:25.000 So we'll see what happens.
00:07:26.000 Now, I want to get to Kenosha because it's very important because it's kind of the unspoken news story of the entire convention.
00:07:33.000 But I just want to go through some of these other speakers.
00:07:35.000 First, Madison Cawthorne.
00:07:36.000 Madison Cawthorne has been on our show here on the Charlie Kirk show twice.
00:07:40.000 And before I get more into Madison's remarks, he's a total star.
00:07:43.000 He'll be the youngest congressman in American history if elected.
00:07:47.000 Same age when James Madison, Madison Madison, signed the Declaration of Independence.
00:07:52.000 If you guys email us your questions, freedom at charliekirk.com, and we select your question here on the live stream, then you guys get a signed copy of the New York Times bestseller, The MAGA Doctrine.
00:08:03.000 We gave away a bunch of books last night.
00:08:04.000 So email us, freedom at charliekirk.com, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:08:08.000 Madison had some of the best lines of the entire convention.
00:08:11.000 I think he actually had better lines than I did at certain times.
00:08:13.000 I got to give Madison credit.
00:08:14.000 He was terrific.
00:08:17.000 Information without wisdom, tribalism without truth.
00:08:19.000 Phenomenal.
00:08:20.000 To liberals, be a liberal.
00:08:21.000 Listen to other ideas.
00:08:22.000 This is a winning message for younger voters in particular.
00:08:26.000 Madison is calling out the absolute moral fraud that the left has become in our country.
00:08:31.000 I thought, and then, of course, Madison, he's unfortunately paralyzed from the waist down.
00:08:37.000 And then he stands for the flag.
00:08:39.000 Meanwhile, those spoiled brats of the National Basketball Association, LeBron James, and all those other individuals do not stand for our national anthem.
00:08:46.000 They sit. 0.88
00:08:46.000 They kneel. 0.88
00:08:47.000 They don't sit.
00:08:48.000 They kneel in total and complete disrespect to our veterans.
00:08:50.000 Yet Madison Cawthorne, who can't stand, stands for the national anthem.
00:08:55.000 If a paraplegic can stand for our pledge and our flag, then these millionaires and billionaires that act like they're aggrieved, they can do that.
00:09:04.000 Jack Brewer, also a former NFL player and member of Black Voices for Trump, from a political strategy standpoint, there's actually data coming out that shows that the Joe Biden for president campaign is increasingly nervous on how President Trump is making inroads in the black community.
00:09:19.000 I want to give credit to Jared Kushner.
00:09:21.000 I want to give credit to the entire team that has been focusing on black outreach.
00:09:25.000 This has been the most effective Republican convention for going to ask for black people's votes than I've ever seen.
00:09:32.000 And it hasn't been doing it in a pandering fashion.
00:09:34.000 It's been real-life stories.
00:09:36.000 Jack Brewer had an amazing faith-filled message about binding up racial wounds.
00:09:41.000 He ended up with quoting 2 Chronicles 714, quote, if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my faith and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and I will forgive their sins and heal their land.
00:09:57.000 Also, the Chinese civil rights activist, I might mispronounce this, I mean, no disrespect.
00:10:01.000 I thought he was incredibly powerful.
00:10:04.000 Chen Guang Cheng, I think I pronounced that correctly, a Chinese civil rights activist, incredibly powerful.
00:10:10.000 LeBron James should be forced to watch this guy, Cheng Guan Cheng.
00:10:14.000 He said, quote, the CCP, the Chinese Communist Party, is an enemy of humanity.
00:10:20.000 Very powerful message to send back to the White House and the entire country.
00:10:23.000 And did you notice that the Democrats did not have any sort of messaging at all on China? 0.90
00:10:27.000 Because the Democrats are bought by the Chinese Communist Party. 0.63
00:10:30.000 The Democrats are a wholly owned subsidiary of Mao Zedong 2.0, who calls himself Xi Jinping.
00:10:38.000 Hollywood is bought by the Chinese Communist Party.
00:10:40.000 Sports are bought by the Chinese Communist Party.
00:10:42.000 All of the movie producers are bought by the Chinese Communist Party, which of course is related to Hollywood.
00:10:47.000 Wall Street is bought by the Chinese Communist Party.
00:10:49.000 The S ⁇ P 500 and the Dow Jones 30 companies on the industrial average, almost all of them are bought by the Chinese Communist Party. 0.54
00:10:56.000 This is exactly why the Chinese Communist Party gets so angry when President Trump puts sanctions on China and also why the Chinese Communist Party has immersed themselves so deeply in the Diane Feinstein and the rest of the Democrat leadership. 0.57
00:11:12.000 Cheng Guang Cheng, total hero, ignored by CNN because CNN is also a partially owned subsidiary of the Chinese Communist Party.
00:11:22.000 Now, not literally or materially, but CNN really holds the water for the Chinese Communist Party.
00:11:27.000 Andrew Cuomo also helps defend the Chinese Communist Party.
00:11:32.000 He calls the Chinese coronavirus the European virus. 0.60
00:11:35.000 This is where the Democrats stand on the most important issues in our country.
00:11:38.000 Lee Zeldin, a dear friend of mine, he gave a phenomenal speech.
00:11:41.000 And what I loved about his, I just got to give credit to the Trump campaign.
00:11:46.000 The convention, no two speeches are similar.
00:11:49.000 Every speech is going after a very specific group communicating under a unified message, a unified narrative.
00:11:55.000 Lee Zeldin, who has phenomenal foreign policy credentials, gave a phenomenal defense of how the president's urgent message to the Chinese coronavirus helped his home district and gave kudos to Jared Kushner and the White House team.
00:12:09.000 That's going to be one of the left's most ardent and impassioned attacks against the president.
00:12:14.000 And it's imperative for the president and the Republican National Committee and the convention to continue to destroy this narrative. 0.73
00:12:21.000 If you can convince people that the president acted adequately and quickly in response to the Chinese attack on our nation, a viral attack on our nation of how the Chinese Communist Party wanted to destroy America through a pathogen, then Trump's numbers will go up.
00:12:36.000 We're also joined tonight by Senator Joni Ernst from Iowa. 0.77
00:12:39.000 She talked about jobs.
00:12:41.000 I love the Heartland appeal.
00:12:42.000 I love the fact that she was actually in front of a tractor, kind of in front of the kind of agricultural base of our country, something that Joe Biden does not believe in and cannot represent.
00:12:52.000 And she talked about how the Green New Deal would essentially prohibit animal farming and kill farmers in our country.
00:12:58.000 We are also joined tonight at the Republican National Convention by Sam Vigil.
00:13:04.000 This is the husband of a woman, Jackie Vigil, who was killed in cold blood by a border-jumping, line-cutting criminal who called himself an immigrant, illegal in Albuquerque.
00:13:17.000 Trump and President Trump and Attorney General's Barr's Operation Legend brought her killer and his accomplices to justice.
00:13:25.000 So think about this.
00:13:26.000 The Democrats put illegals on couches during their convention, complaining that they need free stuff from us, the American people.
00:13:34.000 And President Donald Trump puts people that lost their loved ones, their spouses, and their wives, because of illegal criminals in our country.
00:13:43.000 Who actually stands for the American people?
00:13:45.000 Joe Biden doesn't.
00:13:46.000 Kamala Harris doesn't. 0.92
00:13:47.000 And by the way, Kamala Harris is giving some form of a rebuttal to the speech right now, probably waving her hands wildly and cackling her way through the entire speech.
00:13:56.000 I'm not going to watch it because I actually want to be with you guys more importantly, but I am going to get notes and I'm going to respond to it in real time.
00:14:03.000 It's a very, very powerful counter narrative to the left's on gun violence.
00:14:08.000 This was a heartbroken man.
00:14:09.000 If you guys saw, this is one of the most powerful testimonies of the entire convention.
00:14:14.000 Because President Trump is a law and order president who won't let needless crimes stand.
00:14:20.000 What's the Democrats' solution?
00:14:22.000 Block the very operation that brought to justice Jackie Vigil's killers.
00:14:28.000 Clarence Henderson, the civil rights leader from the 1960s, tells the powerful personal story of his own civil rights struggle.
00:14:36.000 He's talking about protesting racial injustice and segregation.
00:14:39.000 This is the Republicans contending for the black vote.
00:14:42.000 Thank you.
00:14:43.000 Amen. 0.83
00:14:44.000 Finally, we should go after the votes of all Americans, forgotten America.
00:14:50.000 He said, I'm a civil rights activist and I'm a Republican.
00:14:52.000 By the way, the civil rights era was thanks to Republicans.
00:14:58.000 It's Republicans who authored the Civil Rights Act, passed the 13th and the 14th Amendment.
00:15:02.000 It was the Republican Party that was founded as an anti-slavery party in Ripon, Wisconsin.
00:15:06.000 It's the Republican Party that cares about how people act, what they think, what they do, not what they look like, not in their immutable characteristics.
00:15:15.000 I actually think there's going to be a massive halo effect from this strategy. 0.66
00:15:18.000 Not only do I think that Republicans are going to win over more black votes, but I think they're going to win over more suburban and independent voters because of the president and their focus on trying to win over black voters. 0.50
00:15:31.000 It's going to give people who think that President Trump is a racist actually comfort in voting for President Trump.
00:15:38.000 It kills the racist narrative.
00:15:41.000 Former acting director of national intelligence and my friend and current RNC advisor, Rick Rinnell, gave a phenomenal speech.
00:15:48.000 You know, the one thing that I felt was missing from the last two evenings, and it's tough because there's only so much time you get, was there was very little to no focus on how Obama and Biden spied on the incoming Trump administration.
00:16:01.000 Well, who better to talk about that than Rick Grinnell?
00:16:05.000 He talked about Washington politicians and what they did for decades.
00:16:08.000 You know what they did for decades?
00:16:09.000 They sent their loved ones to war to go fight for an objective that was not clear so that Washington politicians could demagogue that, get a power trip, expand the national defense apparatus to really a national war apparatus, and put us in perpetual and endless conflict.
00:16:28.000 That is not good for anyone.
00:16:30.000 It's not good for our country. 1.00
00:16:31.000 It's not good for the middle class. 1.00
00:16:32.000 And it certainly is not good for our entire country.
00:16:36.000 And so Rick Grinnell said what Matt Gates said the first evening, which is that President Trump is the first president in our lifetime not to start a new war, the first president not to put us into an endless encounter overseas.
00:16:50.000 And again, we are taking your questions right here before I get further into Rick Rinnell's speech, freedom at charliekirk.com, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:16:58.000 If you email us your questions and we select your question, then you guys get a signed copy, a free signed copy of the New York Times bestseller, the MAGA Doctrine.
00:17:07.000 So Rick Rinnell also talked about the spying.
00:17:10.000 He talked about how President Trump was spied on by Joe Biden.
00:17:16.000 He had a quote where he said, I saw the roots of the Russia bogus narrative.
00:17:21.000 And I could tell you that it was baseless, it was without any sort of evidence, and was targeted at a president that they did not like.
00:17:28.000 Obama spied, and then they all covered it up.
00:17:32.000 The Democrats never want you to know who's actually in charge, but that's not the case for President Trump.
00:17:37.000 Trump puts you in charge, the American people.
00:17:40.000 Some of the other speakers that kind of stood out for me tonight, Kaylee McEnany was phenomenal.
00:17:46.000 Kaylee McEnany shared her story about testing positive for the BRCA mutation.
00:17:52.000 She shared a very touching story about a double masectomy, about how Ivanka Trump was the first person to call her.
00:17:59.000 And then the president called her.
00:18:01.000 And this was long before she served as White House press secretary.
00:18:04.000 A very humanizing story, the president.
00:18:06.000 Very effective and very noteworthy.
00:18:08.000 Truly courageous of Kaylee to share this very personal story in order to shed a light on who the president really is.
00:18:15.000 The second lady, Karen Pence, who I don't think gets enough credit for the amazing work she does for our country, she talked about Susan B. Anthony and the 19th Amendment and the women's suffrage movement, which was thanks to Republican activism.
00:18:27.000 And then Kellyanne Conway, who gave credit to the president for how he stands up for women in his administration. 0.96
00:18:33.000 And obviously, the RNC is pushing tonight to make gains with suburban women. 0.91
00:18:37.000 Currently, the president is down about 10 to 12 points in most polls with suburban women.
00:18:41.000 If President Trump can make up that deficit with suburban women and black voters and continue to motivate the base of the Republican Party, we are going to beat Joe Biden.
00:18:50.000 We're going to get to some polling in just a second.
00:18:53.000 Now, Sister Dr. Deidre Byrne, a surgeon and former member of the Little Workers, The Sacred Hearts of Jesus Mary, she gave a very powerful pro-life message.
00:19:03.000 She called Donald Trump the most pro-life president ever and then called the Biden-Harris the most radical abortion ticket in history.
00:19:13.000 Incredible. 0.51
00:19:15.000 So by and large, this convention between Sister Byrne has been the most aggressive push at winning the cultural battle against abortion.
00:19:25.000 Makes sense considering the president's place in history as the most pro-life president to ever hold office.
00:19:32.000 Then, of course, the great Lou Holtz.
00:19:34.000 I love Lou Holtz.
00:19:35.000 I always have.
00:19:35.000 I've loved Lou Holtz football commentary.
00:19:38.000 I love Lou Holtz on television.
00:19:40.000 I thought he was a phenomenal Midwestern Notre Dame football coach.
00:19:45.000 The strategic brilliance of having sister Deidre Byrne and then Lou Holtz is phenomenal.
00:19:51.000 So, Lou Holtz was the head football coach of Notre Dame for years.
00:19:55.000 Notre Dame is not just an Indiana thing, it's all across the Midwest.
00:19:58.000 If you're a Midwestern Catholic, you think very highly of Lou Holtz.
00:20:02.000 You almost like sanctify the Notre Dame football coaches.
00:20:07.000 And his love and appreciation for America really stood out for me.
00:20:10.000 And he makes all of his decisions on three words: trust, commitment, and love.
00:20:14.000 And he said, Can I trust him?
00:20:16.000 President Trump says what he means and he means what he says.
00:20:19.000 And he's kept more promises than he's made.
00:20:22.000 Coach Holtz came out as a strong pro-life advocate, calls Biden a Catholic in name only.
00:20:28.000 Shots fired from Coach Holtz.
00:20:30.000 And then he said, is he committed?
00:20:31.000 President Trump always finds a way to get something done.
00:20:34.000 It's a lot easier to find an excuse than a solution.
00:20:37.000 Then he asked, Do you love people?
00:20:39.000 Prison reform, school choice, welfare reform.
00:20:41.000 President Trump loves our country and our great people.
00:20:45.000 Trust, commitment, and love.
00:20:47.000 And if I ask these questions, three questions out of Joe Biden, I can't say yes to these three questions.
00:20:51.000 Trust.
00:20:52.000 Joe Biden has been on every single issue of every topic, every side of every issue, incorrectly.
00:20:57.000 He supported the war in Iraq, then he supported withdrawing from Iraq.
00:21:01.000 He supported overthrowing more of Mark Gaddafi.
00:21:03.000 He supported not doing anything against ISIS.
00:21:05.000 Then he supported sending billions of dollars to Iran and $1 billion of cash straight to Iran so that they could continue to hate our country and fund terrorist proxies to kill our middle-class men and women that are fighting overseas.
00:21:18.000 I would encourage everyone to go back and listen to one of my favorite episodes of Charlie Kirk Show when I explained last year why college football is essential to the American ethos.
00:21:28.000 Coach Holtz is a picture of the American dream.
00:21:31.000 He says he grew up in a one-bedroom shack and is now the definitive voice of college football, speaking at the RNC.
00:21:36.000 He's so well respected across the Midwest.
00:21:39.000 This was political brilliance by the Trump campaign.
00:21:41.000 And a complete reminder that America needs college football back.
00:21:45.000 We need college football back right here, right now.
00:21:47.000 We don't need the National Basketball Association.
00:21:49.000 In fact, they're doing that for us, actually.
00:21:52.000 I actually don't want them canceled.
00:21:54.000 I'm not a cancellation guy, but the National Basketball Association actually doing that work for us.
00:21:59.000 Michael McHale was a police officer and former president of the National Association of Police Organization.
00:22:04.000 He recently endorsed the president of the United States.
00:22:06.000 And we've seen a massive flood of endorsements for the president from the police associations and unions.
00:22:11.000 Trump is the law and order president.
00:22:13.000 And this segues perfectly to what I want to talk to you right now about Kenosha.
00:22:17.000 There were some other great speakers throughout the evening that I want to get to, but I really want to get to Kenosha, what's happening in real time as one of an American city is burning down in front of us.
00:22:26.000 And by the way, please email us your questions: freedom at charliekirk.com, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:22:31.000 And if we select your question, you guys get a signed copy of the New York Times bestseller, The MAGA Doctrine.
00:22:38.000 So, Kenosha right now is on fire.
00:22:40.000 How do we get here?
00:22:41.000 Well, I want to just read some facts because the media is lying to you.
00:22:44.000 The activist media is lying to you in real time.
00:22:47.000 Julie Bossman, you guys can see their tweets for yourself at Julie Bossman.
00:22:51.000 Let's just walk through the facts of what is happening in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
00:22:55.000 Number one, here, let's go back in time.
00:22:58.000 The Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation, which is investigating the shooting of Jacob Blake, is offering an initial account of what happened on Sunday.
00:23:06.000 Number one, according to the Department of Justice, Kenosha Police Department officers were dispatched to a residence in the 2800 block of 40th Street after a female caller reported that her boyfriend was present and was not supposed to be on the premises.
00:23:22.000 Hmm.
00:23:23.000 Someone was committing a crime and was somewhere where they weren't, shouldn't be.
00:23:26.000 Okay.
00:23:27.000 During the incident, officers attempted to arrest Jacob S. Blake, age 29.
00:23:35.000 Law enforcement deployed a taser in an attempt to stop Mr. Blake.
00:23:39.000 However, the taser was not successful in stopping Mr. Blake.
00:23:42.000 Let's stop there.
00:23:43.000 I've heard thousands of people on social media say, well, why didn't the police officers try to stop Mr. Blake with a taser?
00:23:50.000 They did.
00:23:51.000 The media is not fully covering this.
00:23:52.000 In fact, we could go as far as say the media is lying to you.
00:23:55.000 The activist media is going out of their way to lie to you.
00:23:58.000 The media is not telling you that Jacob Blake was there because he was committing a crime and his girlfriend called the police because she felt unsafe.
00:24:08.000 Now, I'm going to get to a minute exactly what happened from there, and I'm not saying it was justified to shoot him in the back, but the lack of nuance when we talk about these sorts of issues and saying that we should cancel all basketball because of this, because some guy who's a known criminal who violates that order to go to his girlfriend and then resists arrest from a taser.
00:24:28.000 Let me continue.
00:24:28.000 Mr. Blake then walked around his vehicle, opened the driver's side door, and leaned forward.
00:24:34.000 This is after the police tried to tase him.
00:24:36.000 So he said, sir, please stop.
00:24:37.000 We are going to put you under arrest.
00:24:39.000 He says, no.
00:24:40.000 He resists arrest.
00:24:42.000 They try to tase him.
00:24:43.000 He continues on.
00:24:44.000 He goes to his car.
00:24:46.000 While holding onto Mr. Blake's shirt, Officer Rustin fired his service weapon seven times.
00:24:52.000 I'm not saying that part is justified.
00:24:54.000 I'm not.
00:24:55.000 However, when your adrenaline is pumping and someone's going to a car to go grab what actually has turned out to be a weapon, be very careful how you judge these situations.
00:25:05.000 During the investigation following the initial incident, Mr. Blake admitted that he had a knife in his possession, a lethal weapon.
00:25:13.000 DCI agents recovered a knife from the driver's side floorboard of Mr. Blake's vehicle.
00:25:17.000 A search of the vehicle located no additional weapons. 0.94
00:25:22.000 And so what ensued is BLM Incorporated, the insurrectionists and the terrorists in our country, decided that they wanted to burn down our entire civilization. 0.92
00:25:30.000 Again, they decided to do this in the sleepy town of Kenosha, Wisconsin. 0.97
00:25:35.000 I know Kenosha, Wisconsin really well.
00:25:37.000 I grew up about 45 minutes down the street from Kenosha, Wisconsin, and it is a shame of what they are doing to this American city that, quite honestly, does not deserve what is happening right now in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
00:25:49.000 They do not deserve the arson, the burning, the looting, and the terrorism.
00:25:54.000 So then, according to witness accounts and video footage, this is going on to what happened last night.
00:25:59.000 Before I get into last night, so BLM Incorporated burns down all of Kenosha, Wisconsin.
00:26:04.000 And the activist media says, well, it's mostly a peaceful protest.
00:26:06.000 Oh, really?
00:26:07.000 Mostly peaceful.
00:26:08.000 You mean like they almost, they didn't burn down the entire civilization.
00:26:11.000 Now, I wanted to say this.
00:26:12.000 Jacob Blake is still alive.
00:26:14.000 We're praying for him.
00:26:15.000 He might be paralyzed.
00:26:17.000 I am not justifying seven discharges of a weapon.
00:26:21.000 However, I'm also not saying that Jacob Blake acted perfectly here.
00:26:25.000 In fact, he didn't.
00:26:27.000 His own girlfriend called the police on him.
00:26:29.000 There's not some guy strolling down the street and the police officer said, oh, let's go after him.
00:26:34.000 No.
00:26:35.000 His own girlfriend thought that he was a menace to an innocent.
00:26:40.000 And so then he resists arrest after he was tased, goes to his car to go grab a lethal weapon, and then the police officer discharges his weapon.
00:26:49.000 That's the part that we have to have a conversation about.
00:26:51.000 I'm not justifying or supporting it, but it's not like Jacob Blake was Sitting peacefully in his yard. 0.90
00:26:58.000 It wasn't like it was just a five-year-old playing in his yard when a white five-year-old's playing in his yard and a black criminal comes and kills him. 0.91
00:27:07.000 And I'm not trying to overly racialize this because that's not the right way to have a civilized society. 0.82
00:27:12.000 It's not how we built our civilization.
00:27:14.000 However, when you have someone like Jacob Blake who was acting, let's just put it this way: why did his girlfriend call the police?
00:27:23.000 Obviously, there's something that he hasn't done that's necessarily correct.
00:27:27.000 She considered him a menace.
00:27:28.000 And again, not justifying the seven discharges of a weapon. 0.97
00:27:31.000 But if you have no nuance at all, and all you say is, oh my goodness, another black man who's in the hospital at the hands of a police officer, then you have a sloppy mind, you have a lazy mind, and you're trying to create racial unrest in our country. 0.97
00:27:43.000 It's that simple. 0.84
00:27:44.000 And so now, Kenosha, Wisconsin, a once sleepy town, has become a domestic terror hotspot for BLM Incorporated. 0.78
00:27:52.000 You guys have seen this arson on television. 0.86
00:27:55.000 I'm going to get into exactly what happened last night, but Cannon Hinnett in North Carolina, five-year-old white boy who was shot in cold blood in front of his sisters by a black criminal.
00:28:05.000 I'm not trying to racialize this.
00:28:07.000 I'm not.
00:28:07.000 But the media didn't cover this at all.
00:28:09.000 The activist media didn't cover this.
00:28:10.000 And guess what?
00:28:11.000 No one called for the end of the NFL, the end of hockey, the end of ML Major League Baseball.
00:28:16.000 You say that's a tragedy.
00:28:17.000 Why is no one talking about this?
00:28:18.000 Because it doesn't fit the narrative.
00:28:20.000 Right now, the Democrat Party, they need racial unrest.
00:28:23.000 But I'm going to tell you one thing: BLM Incorporated might get Trump re-elected.
00:28:30.000 BLM Incorporated actually might get Trump to win the White House.
00:28:33.000 I'm going to get to that in a minute.
00:28:35.000 But then last night, I think it was Kyle Rittenhouse, who's the young man who fired his weapon last night and killed two people.
00:28:42.000 So the police don't do their job because they're outmanned.
00:28:46.000 National Guard, because of Governor Evers, who's a Marxist who's running the state of Wisconsin, refuses the help from President Trump.
00:28:54.000 So what happens?
00:28:56.000 The terrorists take over.
00:28:57.000 BLM Incorporated take over.
00:28:59.000 And what do you expect is going to happen?
00:29:01.000 Bad people from all across the country and just decent, reasonable people are going to rise up.
00:29:07.000 Kyle Rittenhouse was being chased through the streets by these thugs.
00:29:12.000 He had an AR-15, from what I could tell by the video.
00:29:14.000 I'm not justifying what he did, by the way.
00:29:16.000 I'm not.
00:29:17.000 But you have to understand the story.
00:29:19.000 He's getting chased through the streets.
00:29:20.000 They smack him with a skateboard.
00:29:24.000 He trips and falls.
00:29:26.000 And then he fires his gun several times.
00:29:29.000 Shots can be heard elsewhere.
00:29:31.000 And Kyle Rittenhouse has been indicted for first-degree murder.
00:29:35.000 Now, according to the witnesses and the video footage, police apparently led the young man, Kyle Rittenhouse, responsible for some or all the shootings, walk past him with the rifle over his shoulder as a member of the crowd were yelling at him.
00:29:47.000 I'm not advocating for vigilante justice.
00:29:50.000 I'm not.
00:29:51.000 Media Matters, if you're watching this, I am not advocating for vigilante justice.
00:29:57.000 I'm just asking, how do you get to vigilante justice?
00:30:00.000 How do you get to something bad? 0.64
00:30:02.000 You get to something bad when the police are not welcome in your city, when the National Guard is not welcome in your city, and you allow BLM Incorporated to run Kenosha, Wisconsin, a small sleepy town on Lake Michigan in southeast Wisconsin.
00:30:15.000 The sheriff told the journal Sentinel that armed people have been patrolling the city streets in recent nights.
00:30:21.000 I wonder why.
00:30:22.000 Because you're not doing your job.
00:30:24.000 But he did not know if the gunman was among them.
00:30:27.000 They're a militia, Beth said.
00:30:28.000 They're a vigilante group.
00:30:29.000 The FBI said it's assisting in this case.
00:30:32.000 Now, Wisconsin Lieutenant Governor Mandela Barnes, who is black, said in an interview with the news program Democracy Now, which might as well be just state-run Pravda propaganda.
00:30:43.000 I just got a news alert that Barack Obama is tweeting alongside LeBron James.
00:30:46.000 So let's get that in real time.
00:30:48.000 Thank you.
00:30:50.000 That the shootings were not surprising and that white militias have been ignored for too long. 0.59
00:30:55.000 I'm not supporting white militias.
00:30:56.000 I'm not supporting vigilante justice.
00:30:59.000 But when you allow BLM Incorporated to go into Southeast Wisconsin under a complete and total misinterpretation of the facts, you're going to get chaos.
00:31:07.000 If you do not have stability, if you do not have the rule of law, then all sorts of very unruly, very questionable characters are going to come out of the woodwork, and you're going to lose your civilization and you're going to lose your country.
00:31:19.000 And so the lack of facts in this situation in particular has been incredibly concerning.
00:31:25.000 But we've burned down Minneapolis, we burned down Seattle, burned down Portland, burned down New York City, burned down Los Angeles around lies.
00:31:34.000 Police officers keep communities safe.
00:31:37.000 Police officers actually drop the rate of crime.
00:31:40.000 Police officers are able to address these problems head on.
00:31:46.000 And actually, thanks to Rudy Giuliani's pro-police forms in the 1990s, more black and Hispanic people were able to live quiet and peaceable lives. 0.55
00:31:55.000 Now, the National Basketball Association, which is part of overly paid, spoiled millionaire brats, has said they might cancel their season. 0.90
00:32:04.000 Doc Rivers, who's a millionaire black man coach for the Clippers, I think he's a Clipper coach, came out and he said something ridiculous yesterday. 0.94
00:32:14.000 We'll get the quote.
00:32:15.000 But then President Barack Obama said, quote, I commend the players on the Bucs for standing up for what they believe in.
00:32:22.000 Coachers like Doc Rivers and the NBA and WNBA for setting an example.
00:32:25.000 It's going to take all of our institutions to stand up for our values.
00:32:28.000 How about Barack Obama?
00:32:29.000 You say, huh, I don't support the seven discharges of a firearm, but why did Jacob Blake resist arrest?
00:32:35.000 Why did it take a taser and then a weapon?
00:32:38.000 Why did it take that?
00:32:39.000 How about Barack Obama?
00:32:40.000 You say something about the facts of this case.
00:32:42.000 It wasn't like Jacob Blake was just sitting in a car and someone said, now's a great time to go execute him.
00:32:50.000 This is a diabolical campaign to turn people against each other on race.
00:32:55.000 BLM Incorporated want a race war in this country, which is really a class war.
00:32:59.000 That's what they want. 1.00
00:33:02.000 Doc Rivers, Barack Obama, they can fly in their private jets all day long.
00:33:06.000 But you know who the real people that are going to suffer is?
00:33:08.000 When the police retreat, black middle class and lower middle class families are going to have to fend for themselves and they're going to get slaughtered.
00:33:17.000 Here's just some statistics on police.
00:33:20.000 12% of all white and Hispanic homicide victims are killed by cops each year.
00:33:25.000 4% of all black homicide victims are killed by cops each year.
00:33:29.000 Why? 1.00
00:33:30.000 Because a black-on-black homicide rate is so high. 0.91
00:33:33.000 Did you know that a police officer is 18 and a half times more likely to be killed by a black man than an unarmed black man is to be killed by a cop? 0.91
00:33:40.000 Do you know that black men make up 42% of all the cop killers over the last decade, even though they're 6% of the nation's population? 0.93
00:33:47.000 If you look at all the interracial, all the interracial violence, victimizations, excluding homicides, so robberies, aggravated assaults, and rapes, blacks commit 85% of all interracial victimizations. 0.97
00:33:59.000 Whites commit 15%. 0.70
00:34:02.000 Last year, there were 15 unarmed blacks killed by police. 0.96
00:34:05.000 Some say nine.
00:34:06.000 You go one by one, about three out of the 15 were probably incidents where the police should be tried.
00:34:12.000 The other ones are people that were in their car.
00:34:14.000 They said they had weapons, or they charge police officers forcibly.
00:34:19.000 There are 1,000 fatal police shootings every single year.
00:34:23.000 Out of 365 million police interactions a year, blacks make up 25% of these fatal police encounters, even though they commit 10 times the amount of gun violence of whites and Hispanics combined.
00:34:34.000 The rate at which officers use force, lethal or not, is directly connected to the rate of violent crime, not race. 0.60
00:34:42.000 It has nothing to do with race. 0.77
00:34:44.000 In New York City, black males, I'm sorry, in New York City, blacks make up 23% of the population, yet they make up 50% of all the police stops.
00:34:53.000 Now, people say, well, it's because of racial profiling.
00:34:55.000 No, it's not.
00:34:56.000 Don't fall for that trap. 1.00
00:34:57.000 Blacks commit 75% of all the shootings in New York City. 1.00
00:35:01.000 And yet, LeBron James and Obama and Doc Rivers, they don't talk anything about the absolute crime of black on black virus in this country. 0.99
00:35:11.000 Or no fathers. 1.00
00:35:12.000 They're going to shut down the National Basketball Association.
00:35:15.000 Sure, LeBron James.
00:35:18.000 Great.
00:35:18.000 No one's watching you anyway.
00:35:20.000 Trap around when you say Black Lives Matter, you're silent on Chicago.
00:35:23.000 You're silent on the million abortions a year in our country.
00:35:26.000 You're silent of the absolute slaughter of the declining black birth rate in this country. 0.99
00:35:31.000 There are few people that animate me as much as LeBron James. 0.99
00:35:35.000 But LeBron James is the worst of the intersection of foolishness, deceit, power, fame, and money. 0.86
00:35:45.000 So to finish the statistic, if you add Hispanics to black shootings in New York City and you account for nearly 100% of all the drive-by shootings in just New York City alone, we're going to get even more facts throughout this. 0.95
00:35:56.000 But if we do not have facts about what's actually happening in this country, then we're just going to allow the loudest demagogue to win.
00:36:04.000 And that's what they want.
00:36:05.000 And this is their playbook to defeat Donald Trump, but it's not working.
00:36:09.000 It's actually, I have to give credit to Benny Johnson.
00:36:12.000 I was just hanging out with Benny Johnson.
00:36:13.000 Benny made a great point.
00:36:15.000 Black Lives Matter very well could have been a Tea Party-style movement that could have denounced the extremism in their ranks.
00:36:22.000 They could have said, no, anyone who does violence is not part of BLM.
00:36:25.000 You're out, gone.
00:36:26.000 They could have consolidated themselves to a true political movement.
00:36:30.000 They had 68% approval ratings in certain parts of the country.
00:36:33.000 Instead, BLM Incorporated might win Trump the White House.
00:36:37.000 You want to hear some recent polling numbers? 0.83
00:36:39.000 How about Wisconsin?
00:36:41.000 The latest Wisconsin poll by Trafalgar, which was the most accurate polling firm going into 2016, has President Donald Trump up one point in Wisconsin. 0.99
00:36:54.000 Go ahead, BLM Incorporated. 1.00
00:36:56.000 Go burn down our entire civilization. 1.00
00:36:58.000 We're not going to take that.
00:37:00.000 We decent, reasonable Americans are not going to tolerate the arson of America.
00:37:04.000 We're not.
00:37:05.000 And the more that you go out of your way to try to destroy normal people's lives, there is going to be a response to that.
00:37:12.000 Some of the other recent polls show that Donald Trump is coming very closely in the margin of error.
00:37:18.000 Shows Donald Trump up two points in North Carolina.
00:37:20.000 Donald Trump only down one point in Arizona.
00:37:22.000 Donald Trump only down three points in Pennsylvania.
00:37:25.000 Only three points in Florida, all within the margin of error.
00:37:28.000 And these are change polls and CNBC polls.
00:37:31.000 A three-point shift in Trump's direction last week shows no post-convention boost for Joe Biden, but definitely President Trump will get one this week after his convention.
00:37:42.000 So now you have all this ties together.
00:37:44.000 Amazing night for the Republican National Convention.
00:37:46.000 But Barack Obama and Doc Rivers and LeBron James, the Lakers and the Clippers have recently voted to cancel their season.
00:37:56.000 Do they want Trump to win at this point? 0.96
00:37:58.000 I mean, people at some point do not want their core cultural institutions to just be complete and total fools at all times. 0.95
00:38:06.000 But that's where LeBron James is.
00:38:07.000 And it's very dangerous, by the way.
00:38:09.000 More people are going to unfortunately die in the crossfire of what LeBron James is creating in this country.
00:38:14.000 You want to cancel basketball?
00:38:17.000 Go ahead.
00:38:18.000 I'm not watching it anyway.
00:38:20.000 It's incredibly dangerous what these people are doing.
00:38:22.000 We want to take some of your questions.
00:38:24.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:38:27.000 And if we select your question, you guys get a signed copy of the MAGA doctrine.
00:38:31.000 But BLM Incorporated actually might get President Trump re-elected.
00:38:35.000 You see, in early June, I was worried about the movement of BLM.
00:38:40.000 Now, we're here on the Charlie Kirk show, we've said this once.
00:38:43.000 We believe all lives matter.
00:38:44.000 We believe Black Lives Matter.
00:38:45.000 We believe all lives matter.
00:38:46.000 We say it that way all the time.
00:38:47.000 All lives matter and black lives matter.
00:38:50.000 We do not say the organization's name.
00:38:52.000 We say BLM Incorporated.
00:38:55.000 Because when I criticize the organization, I want to make sure I'm making it very separate than criticizing a phrase that is true.
00:39:03.000 I want to make sure I'm separating the two.
00:39:07.000 BLM Incorporated in early June very well could have been a very political, powerful political movement.
00:39:12.000 Instead, they have now been one of the number one base drivers for conservative support in the entire country.
00:39:20.000 They very well might be one of the reasons why President Trump is going to win the White House.
00:39:25.000 Did you guys see last night?
00:39:26.000 I want to get the exact quote on this.
00:39:28.000 Chris Cuomo and Don Lemon chatting late last night, kind of on their handing off for the show.
00:39:35.000 And Don Lemon said, I just want to be honest with the audience.
00:39:40.000 It's coming up in focus groups.
00:39:42.000 It's coming up in polling.
00:39:44.000 It's coming up in everything we're doing.
00:39:47.000 The riots are playing a role here.
00:39:49.000 It's resonating.
00:39:50.000 And Joe Biden has not denounced the riots.
00:39:52.000 It's because this is the base of his party.
00:39:54.000 As Victor Davis Hansen beautifully says, these are the shock troops.
00:39:58.000 You see, Joe Biden made an alliance with the Bernie Sanders wing of the party.
00:40:03.000 The Bernie Sanders wing of the party is pro-arson, pro-terrorism, pro-destruction of our cities.
00:40:09.000 And you can see it happening in real time in Kenosha.
00:40:11.000 They all love Bernie Sanders.
00:40:12.000 So Joe Biden made this alliance.
00:40:14.000 And by making this alliance, he has now lost control of being able to denounce what is happening in the inner cities and even in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
00:40:28.000 I'm going to read this exact test by Don Lemon.
00:40:30.000 Text.
00:40:31.000 I'm going to lead this text, not test by Don Lemon.
00:40:34.000 He says the Rorschach text, which is test which is true.
00:40:37.000 Here's what he says.
00:40:38.000 What's happening in Kenosha is a Rorschach test for the entire country, Don Lemon said.
00:40:42.000 And I think this is a blind spot for Democrats.
00:40:45.000 I think Democrats are ignoring this problem or hoping that it will go away.
00:40:49.000 This is Don Lemon speaking, who's a complete fraud.
00:40:52.000 And it's not going to go away.
00:40:54.000 And so, unless someone comes up with a solution over the next 73 days or 70 so, however many days are left, 68 days, the problem is not going to go away.
00:41:07.000 The problem is not going to be fixed by then.
00:41:09.000 But then what can they do?
00:41:11.000 And I think maybe Joe Biden may be afraid to do it.
00:41:14.000 He's got to address it.
00:41:15.000 He's got to come out and talk about it.
00:41:16.000 Don Lemon continued.
00:41:18.000 He's got to come out and do a speech like Barack Obama did about race.
00:41:21.000 He's got to come out and tell people that he's going to deal with this issue of police reform in this country.
00:41:25.000 What's happening now on Donald Trump's watch when he is the president and Kamala Harris the vice president, then they'll take care of this problem.
00:41:30.000 Guess what?
00:41:31.000 The rioting has to stop.
00:41:32.000 This is Don Lemon.
00:41:35.000 Chris, as you know, and I know it's because showing up in the polling, it's showing up in the focus groups.
00:41:41.000 It is the only thing right now that is sticking.
00:41:45.000 Now, I just want, if the media was at all honest, Don Lemon's not worried about actually people dying in the streets.
00:41:54.000 Don Lemon's not worried about businesses being burned.
00:41:57.000 He says this at the end.
00:41:59.000 It's showing up in the focus groups.
00:42:01.000 It's the only thing right now that is sticking.
00:42:05.000 It's showing up in the polling.
00:42:07.000 Don Lemon only cares about this because he thinks it actually might hurt them politically.
00:42:13.000 Don Lemon doesn't care that innocent lives are being lost in the inner cities of our country.
00:42:18.000 He only cares because Trump could win.
00:42:20.000 He doesn't care that black businesses are being burned.
00:42:23.000 He doesn't care that innocent lives are being caught in the crossfire. 0.91
00:42:27.000 He doesn't care that police officers are being demonized.
00:42:30.000 He only cares about it from a political vulnerability standpoint.
00:42:35.000 That's how Don Lemon views the world.
00:42:37.000 What actually might get in the way of Democrats getting more power?
00:42:41.000 That's what Don Lemon is most concerned about.
00:42:44.000 He's actually worried.
00:42:45.000 He's like, well, it might be really tough for Democrats to win after this.
00:42:48.000 It might be really tough for us to defeat Donald Trump.
00:42:54.000 I want to get to some of your questions here: freedom at charliekirk.com, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:42:58.000 But for those of you that are just tuning in, we did an entire and comprehensive takedown of what has happened in Kenosha.
00:43:03.000 And just to kind of recap it, there's a lot more to this story than the activist media is telling you.
00:43:10.000 That Jacob Blake was called.
00:43:13.000 The police were called on him by his girlfriend.
00:43:15.000 He was not just an innocent bystander.
00:43:17.000 He resisted arrest.
00:43:19.000 He was tased, went to his car, grabbed a weapon.
00:43:23.000 And then I do not support the seven discharges of a firearm.
00:43:27.000 I think that's probably an overreaction.
00:43:30.000 It's probably incorrect and improper.
00:43:32.000 That's why we have a judicial system.
00:43:34.000 However, to say that Jacob Blake acted perfectly, he totally complied.
00:43:38.000 He did what the police officer told him to do is a lie.
00:43:42.000 LeBron James knows it's a lie.
00:43:43.000 Doc Rivers knows it's a lie.
00:43:45.000 And they're only sending this sort of message because they're worried that Donald Trump might actually get re-elected.
00:43:52.000 In fact, LeBron James said that.
00:43:53.000 He tweeted that in all caps today.
00:43:55.000 He said, I'm getting so effing sick of this guy.
00:43:58.000 Okay, LeBron James.
00:44:00.000 And we went through some of the numbers on police in this country.
00:44:04.000 More police means more black lives are saved, more stability, more black prosperity.
00:44:10.000 The Democrats are always looking for another issue to be able to turn people against each other.
00:44:16.000 The Democrats are political opportunists.
00:44:18.000 Democrats want division to sow chaos so that they can assume control.
00:44:25.000 That is the Democrat playbook.
00:44:26.000 It's rules for radicals.
00:44:28.000 It is one of the key rules that they talk about within the playbook of how they go about to assume power.
00:44:36.000 Right now, they're failing on a lot of different issues.
00:44:40.000 And I think one of the most ironic twists, the beasts that they created might actually destroy them.
00:44:46.000 You see, they allowed BLM Incorporated to go nuts.
00:44:50.000 They've allowed BLM to do whatever they want.
00:44:52.000 And they thought that decent and reasonable Americans are not going to say, you know, I was with you on kind of the George Floyd incident was not handled correctly thing.
00:45:03.000 But the 81 days of rioting and looting, not a total fan of that.
00:45:10.000 Here's a prediction for you: a couple predictions.
00:45:12.000 And I want to get to your questions at freedom at charliekirk.com, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:45:16.000 Please email me your questions.
00:45:18.000 And if I take one of your questions, you guys get a signed copy of the New York Times bestseller, The MAGA Doctrine.
00:45:23.000 Number one, Joe Biden is going to blame the riots on Donald Trump.
00:45:28.000 This is going to happen in the next couple days.
00:45:30.000 It's unavoidable.
00:45:31.000 Donald Trump has to get out and head of it.
00:45:34.000 And I think that Donald Trump actually has to send in the National Guard and quell this rebellion very quickly and show that he could do that.
00:45:40.000 The people that I'm talking to in Southeast Wisconsin are demanding that President Trump does exactly that.
00:45:47.000 Biden's strategy is to pathologically lie his way to the White House.
00:45:52.000 Not even his strategy.
00:45:53.000 It's his team around him.
00:45:54.000 They understand that now the riots are becoming the number one issue in our country.
00:45:59.000 They're now understanding that the crime that is spreading all throughout the Midwest, all across Chicago and all the way to New York and Los Angeles, is becoming a huge political vulnerability.
00:46:09.000 But by the way, outside of the political vulnerability, this is an evil thing happening in our country.
00:46:14.000 Can we just address it because it's the right thing to do, not because we think that people are going to get votes or not get votes because of it?
00:46:23.000 President Barack Obama, again, tweeted out in support of the NBA taking time off, which actually might be a good thing for our country if the National Basketball Association isn't playing.
00:46:34.000 But now BLM Incorporated is a political insurrection movement that is viewed very unpopular across the electoral battleground states.
00:46:44.000 That could have very well been a very full-fledged political movement that I believe is actually helping Republicans.
00:46:52.000 And I actually don't support, I'm not a Don Lemon guy.
00:46:57.000 So if I take Don Lemon's thesis at face value, if I want Donald Trump to get re-elected, then I would want the rioting to continue, but I don't.
00:47:09.000 I don't like innocent lives to be caught in the crossfire.
00:47:12.000 I don't like to see innocent people suffer.
00:47:15.000 I don't like to see people that mean well see their livelihoods completely and totally destroyed.
00:47:21.000 I don't like that.
00:47:24.000 And I think that unlike Don Lemon, I think that we as Republicans, if we can, and conservatives and Trump supporters, if we can solve this problem, that we're actually going to be richly rewarded politically.
00:47:36.000 Let me get to some of your questions here, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:47:38.000 And again, we are recapping a phenomenal night at the Republican National Convention.
00:47:43.000 Here's one right here.
00:47:44.000 Charlie, I love your show.
00:47:45.000 I thank God for you.
00:47:46.000 Well, thank you.
00:47:47.000 I listen almost daily from Boise Idaho.
00:47:50.000 Geez.
00:47:51.000 At this point, what is the biggest obstacle to a fair political process?
00:47:55.000 Can the media be held liable for the way they are shamelessly miscovering news?
00:47:59.000 God bless, keep fighting.
00:48:01.000 Look, they absolutely need to be held accountable.
00:48:03.000 Unfortunately, there's not many ways to do that.
00:48:05.000 That's why Nicholas Sandman is an American hero for what he did.
00:48:08.000 Nicholas Sandman suing CNN successfully and suing the Washington Post successfully is one of the greatest acts of holding the media accountable that we are going to see in recent memory.
00:48:20.000 Here's Tabra T. Hillary is already telling Biden not to concede to Trump under any circumstances if Trump is declared the winner.
00:48:28.000 If he doesn't concede, does it even matter?
00:48:30.000 What are the possible ramifications of that?
00:48:32.000 Thanks, Charlie.
00:48:33.000 Tambra T.
00:48:35.000 So look, it's kind of funny because they actually accuse Donald Trump of this.
00:48:39.000 They accuse Donald Trump of not conceding the election and not conceding the election results.
00:48:44.000 Yet they're the ones that are actually doing it.
00:48:46.000 It's so incredibly Orwellian.
00:48:48.000 And for those of you that aren't really familiar with Orwell, he wrote 1984, he wrote Animal Farm.
00:48:52.000 So here's how Orwellian thinking works.
00:48:54.000 It's called double speak or double talk or double think.
00:48:56.000 It's all kind of the same thing.
00:48:58.000 So it would be: if I go up to somebody eating some cookies and I ask them, how many cookies did you eat?
00:49:05.000 They say, oh, I ate three cookies.
00:49:06.000 Well, they really ate 10 cookies.
00:49:08.000 That would be a lie.
00:49:09.000 Here's how doublespeak works.
00:49:11.000 Double think works.
00:49:12.000 I go up to the person eating cookies and I say, how many cookies did you eat?
00:49:17.000 And they got crumbs all over their face and they say, I didn't eat any cookies.
00:49:22.000 You did.
00:49:23.000 What are you talking about?
00:49:24.000 Like, I see you eating the cookies.
00:49:25.000 Like, no, I didn't eat any cookies.
00:49:27.000 You did. 1.00
00:49:27.000 And you're also a racist and your country's awful. 1.00
00:49:29.000 Like, what are you talking about? 0.99
00:49:30.000 That is how Orwellian thinking works.
00:49:33.000 So Hillary telling Biden not to concede while they're the ones thinking that Trump is not going to relinquish power in office.
00:49:40.000 Look, if he doesn't concede, it doesn't matter.
00:49:42.000 It doesn't take someone to concede to win the White House.
00:49:44.000 It's just precedent.
00:49:45.000 All it takes is for 270 electors to go to the Electoral College and to elect the president of the United States.
00:49:50.000 The ramifications are Joe Biden will go down as a sore loser and he's on pace to lose.
00:49:56.000 Joe Biden's on pace to lose when President Trump is on pace to win.
00:49:58.000 Do you know that on Friday, the day after he gives his primetime address tomorrow, he's on the road again to New Hampshire?
00:50:04.000 The more Trump travels, the more he moves, the more his support grows because Joe Biden is the shelter-in-place candidate.
00:50:10.000 And as virus numbers go down, the American people are going to have no tolerance at all whatsoever.
00:50:14.000 So this is a very interesting thing.
00:50:16.000 The media needs to keep the virus message going to get to keep Biden's political numbers up.
00:50:24.000 Here's the next question.
00:50:26.000 And again, if you guys email us and we select your question, freedom at charliekirk.com, freedom at charliekirk.com, then you guys get a signed copy of the New York Times bestseller of the mega doctrine.
00:50:34.000 Hey, Charlie, love your content.
00:50:36.000 How do you explain support of President Trump when people discredit everything he has done because they hate him so much?
00:50:41.000 Is it worth the fight with people so filled with hate?
00:50:43.000 Ask questions, Jesse.
00:50:44.000 Say, do you not like the fact that Iran is being held in check, that illegal immigration is finally being addressed, that we had the lowest black, Hispanic, disabled, and Latino unemployment well before the virus? 0.74
00:50:54.000 Do you not like the fact that China is finally being held accountable?
00:50:56.000 Do you not like the fact that President Trump is actually addressing the cartel of rotten insiders that have done so much damage to our country?
00:51:03.000 Some people are just filled with malevolence, bitterness, and deceit.
00:51:05.000 There will be 60 million people that come up and vote against Donald Trump.
00:51:09.000 All we need is to win by one more vote: Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Florida, North Carolina, Iowa, Ohio, and obviously the core states that are going to be no-brainers.
00:51:18.000 And we win the White House.
00:51:19.000 It doesn't matter how many angry people show up.
00:51:20.000 Praise God for the founding fathers for coming up with the Electoral College system.
00:51:25.000 Let's get to some more questions here.
00:51:27.000 Jonah from Illinois.
00:51:29.000 Hi, Jonah.
00:51:30.000 I'm going to send you a New York Times bestseller, the MEGA Doctrine, because I'm selecting your question.
00:51:35.000 Also, it's good to hear from someone from Illinois.
00:51:37.000 Hey, Charlie, I was just curious if you think the Republican National Convention will boost Trump and polling and his odds in the general election.
00:51:43.000 And if so, what night do you think would be the most effective to grab those voters who are still undecided?
00:51:48.000 First of all, yes, I think that Trump is going to get a massive boost from this convention, a very serious one, because most people were not supporting Donald Trump on the polls because they did not feel adequate reason enough to go support him.
00:51:59.000 It was not like enthusiastic support for Joe Biden.
00:52:01.000 So I just want to paint that picture for you.
00:52:03.000 Versus Mitt Romney and versus John McCain, the support for Joe Biden was a reluctant flight to safety support.
00:52:11.000 Like, I don't really feel comfortable with Donald Trump.
00:52:13.000 The persuasiveness, the persuasion brilliance of this convention is going to allow people to have that kind of comfort in voting for Donald Trump, something that has been really missing, quite honestly, over the last couple months.
00:52:27.000 And so, yes, I think they're going to get a very big boost.
00:52:30.000 And I think that the odds are going increasingly in Donald Trump's favor.
00:52:33.000 I love looking at the betting odds.
00:52:35.000 The latest betting odds, just so you know, last week before the Democrat National Convention began, the betting odds had Donald Trump at 31% at winning, 31%.
00:52:47.000 In fact, you go all the way to about a month ago and had him at 36%.
00:52:53.000 The odds now have Donald Trump at 45% of winning and Joe Biden at 54% of winning.
00:52:59.000 The betting markets are rarely ever wrong.
00:53:01.000 These are people that are able to just place, it's just no different than sports betting.
00:53:05.000 It's getting within the margin of error very, very quickly.
00:53:08.000 I think there's going to be a significant Trump boost in the convention.
00:53:12.000 Let's take a couple more questions here.
00:53:14.000 Hi, Charlie.
00:53:14.000 I'm a conservative college student.
00:53:16.000 You should get involved with Turning Point USA.
00:53:17.000 I have felt like a proud American watching the RNC so far, but then I feel discouraged when I go on social media and see my liberal friends casting the RNC, the president, and conservatives in general.
00:53:26.000 How do you suggest I deal with these conflicting emotions?
00:53:29.000 Will avoiding political conversations with these liberals whom I consider my friends be better for my sanity?
00:53:33.000 Or do I have a responsibility to correct their misconceptions and share my conservative values?
00:53:36.000 Sincerely, Taylor T. Thank you for listening, by the way.
00:53:39.000 You win a signed copy of the MAGA doctrine.
00:53:41.000 It's tough.
00:53:42.000 It's tough.
00:53:43.000 And I've been through that.
00:53:44.000 I think that very little good happens when you engage endlessly in these kind of conversations and these kind of internet debates back and forth with liberals and with leftists.
00:53:55.000 However, I think it is fair to pick out certain conversations and kind of post once or twice, then retreat from that conversation, just kind of see how it goes.
00:54:04.000 I actually think that conservatives need to engage more, not less, with people that spread outright lies and act like micro-tyrants online.
00:54:12.000 That being said, if you do that with some of your friends, you're going to lose a lot of friends.
00:54:16.000 Just understand.
00:54:17.000 You're going to lose a lot of friends if you come out and you stand for truth.
00:54:20.000 But that's why I encourage you to get involved with Turning Point USA.
00:54:22.000 That's exactly why we do what we do.
00:54:24.000 Kevin Jay from Brewster, New York, he said, New York is going red.
00:54:28.000 Just watch.
00:54:29.000 I actually love hearing that because if someone who's on the ground in New York is saying that and they're seeing those trends in New York, I think it's pretty fair to say that Minnesota is going to go red.
00:54:39.000 He says, Grinnell just nuked the deep state thoughts.
00:54:42.000 Huge fan.
00:54:42.000 Love your show.
00:54:43.000 Thank you, Kevin Jay.
00:54:44.000 I'm going to send you a signed copy of the New York Times bestseller, the MAGA Doctrine.
00:54:48.000 Yeah, I mean, look, the deep state spied on Donald Trump, created an intergovernmental coup against a president.
00:54:53.000 This involves Sally Yates.
00:54:55.000 This involved Susan Rice.
00:54:56.000 This involved Joe Biden.
00:54:57.000 This involved every level of the executive branch of government to go after Donald Trump.
00:55:02.000 I think Donald Trump needs to talk about the spy scandal and Spygate even more.
00:55:06.000 I bet you're going to hear something from him tomorrow night in his address.
00:55:09.000 Nicholas said, do you think labeling BLM as a terrorist organization will open the door for the federal government to conduct arrests of activists associated with BLM?
00:55:18.000 BLM should be classified as a domestic terror organization.
00:55:18.000 Yes.
00:55:22.000 We should RICO their finances. 0.87
00:55:24.000 We should go after people that are funding them and we should hit them very, very hard, very quickly.
00:55:30.000 Hello, Charlie, huge fan.
00:55:32.000 I've been expressing my conservative views on Instagram recently, and I was wondering how to deal with all the nonsense when I go back to school.
00:55:38.000 Well, get a couple close conservative friends and be ready for a massive amount of retaliation for the views that you hold.
00:55:44.000 That's all I can say, Connor, because it's a hard environment.
00:55:47.000 In fact, it's a tougher environment than ever before to be an outright and spoken conservative in this atmosphere.
00:55:53.000 Remember, the left hates the idea that there are other ideas.
00:55:56.000 They want college to be a place where everyone looks different but thinks the same.
00:55:59.000 And their idea of diversity is skin color, not diversity of thought.
00:56:04.000 Very, very important that you guys continue to be ambassadors of freedom and for liberty, no matter what happens.
00:56:11.000 Stand for American exceptionalism.
00:56:13.000 Stand for our Constitution.
00:56:14.000 Stand for Western civilization.
00:56:15.000 Stand for moral thinking.
00:56:17.000 David T. says this.
00:56:18.000 Hi, Charlie.
00:56:19.000 I live in California and have seen an enormous amount of enthusiasm for the Trump-Pence administration in my county.
00:56:25.000 Close to zero support for Biden.
00:56:28.000 Also in Southern California, the 25th Congressional District was flipped red for the first time in 1998 this past May.
00:56:34.000 I was wondering if you think Trump has the potential to flip California red.
00:56:38.000 You know California better than I do.
00:56:40.000 I know some people that are working very hard on this, Pastor Rob McCoy, Pastor Jack Hibbs, and many others.
00:56:44.000 I don't think California is going to turn red, but I think if you're seeing enthusiasm for Trump in California, I can only imagine what is being felt on the ground in Florida, Minnesota, and in other areas.
00:56:56.000 Guys, please continue to email me your questions in.
00:56:58.000 And if you guys, we're going to send out another 10 copies of the MAGA Doctrine.

00:57:18.000 Here's a question.
00:57:19.000 It is Brett from Michigan.
00:57:20.000 Hey, Charlie, I really want to help the president.
00:57:22.000 What can I do?
00:57:23.000 We have to win Michigan.
00:57:24.000 Thanks so much.
00:57:24.000 The biggest thing you could do to get the president re-elected is to think small, not big.
00:57:30.000 What do I mean by that?
00:57:31.000 Own your precinct.
00:57:32.000 Own your neighborhood.
00:57:34.000 Every door that you see when you drive home, know what doors are voting for Trump and know what doors are not voting for Trump.
00:57:40.000 We as conservatives sometimes think too macro, not micro enough.
00:57:44.000 So when you drive home from work and you see the 10 doors of your neighbors and you know all their names, be bold enough to go to those neighbors and say, are you supporting President Donald Trump?
00:57:54.000 And if not, can I walk you through why I think you should?
00:57:57.000 And some of them might say, I hate you, blah, blah, blah, blah.
00:57:59.000 That's the type of boldness that it's going to take to get President Donald Trump re-elected.
00:58:03.000 Own your neighborhood.
00:58:06.000 If you own your neighborhood, we're going to get this president re-elected.
00:58:10.000 Just own the city block that you live in, and we can get President Trump four more years.
00:58:17.000 Email us your questions, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:58:19.000 Guys, if you want to get involved with Turning Point USA, I'm wearing a Turning Point t-shirt.
00:58:23.000 All these comments were on my personal behalf tonight, but get a t-shirt from Turning Point USA.

00:58:38.000 I thought Vice President Pence was terrific tonight.
00:58:40.000 Madison Cawthorne, a star, is born.
00:58:42.000 Happy to say he was a twice guest on the Charlie Kirk Show before a lot of people were talking about him.
00:58:46.000 Ambassador Rick Rinnell was terrific.
00:58:48.000 Burgess Owens and so much more.
