00:00:08.000 Hey, everybody, I give instant reaction to the Republican National Convention from Tiffany Trump's speech, who I thought was phenomenal, Melania Trump, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, and so much more.

00:00:25.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:26.000 Instant reaction to the Republican National Convention night two.
00:00:30.000 Here we go.
00:00:31.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:33.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:00:35.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:38.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:41.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:42.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:43.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:00:52.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:01.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:03.000 Hey, everybody.
00:01:04.000 Hope you guys are having a great night.
00:01:06.000 And if you're having a great night, that means you probably watched the Republican National Convention.
00:01:10.000 What a phenomenal production.
00:01:12.000 I mean, I watched the whole thing from start to finish.
00:01:15.000 And it's hard for me to say this.
00:01:16.000 I think today was even better than yesterday.
00:01:18.000 There was not one speaker that did not fit the narrative, that did not make an argument from all sorts of different places of the country, all sorts of different age groups, all sorts of different belief systems, that President Donald Trump is worthy of four more years.
00:01:31.000 It was really incredible.
00:01:32.000 We're going to dive into so many different pieces of kind of that argument that was made tonight.
00:01:37.000 But here's some just a couple takeaways.
00:01:39.000 Every speaker tonight was able to communicate the humanity of Donald Trump, able to really dispel some lies of the American left and the activist media, which is very important, and was also able to show a compelling truth of how if Donald Trump is re-elected, their life will materially improve.
00:01:57.000 Now, look, President Donald Trump was dealt a very difficult hand this year.
00:02:01.000 The Chinese Communist Party sent over the Chinese coronavirus, and because of that, our entire country went into bedlam.
00:02:08.000 We shut down our country.
00:02:10.000 We lost over 165,000 Americans and counting.
00:02:14.000 And so for an incumbent to be able to make an argument to get re-elected in the midst of a crisis like that is pretty incredible.
00:02:21.000 But I want to just give credit to these Republican National Convention producers.
00:02:24.000 They did a phenomenal job.
00:02:26.000 The unified stage, actually having a crowd for Melania Trump, all of that, I think made a tremendous difference.
00:02:32.000 The production standpoint was world-class.
00:02:34.000 I think the aesthetics were phenomenal.
00:02:37.000 And so if you kind of look at how this has been reacted to, you see a lot of people in the middle and moderate Democrats, at least from what we have been analyzing from social media and other places, that are thinking very positively and favorably of this convention.
00:02:53.000 So let's start with just a couple of cuts.
00:02:55.000 For those of you that didn't watch the entire convention, let's start backwards.
00:02:58.000 Let's first start with Melania Trump.
00:03:00.000 So can we just do the intro for Melania Trump?
00:03:02.000 It was so incredible.
00:03:03.000 When you have someone as elegant as Melania Trump, the long intro right through the White House, right to the White House, right by the Rose Garden, and then right up to where she gave her speech was absolutely incredible.
00:03:16.000 I mean, the entrance alone was noteworthy.
00:03:20.000 And look, I think it was like 150 steps in heels on live national television.
00:03:26.000 And look, she was kind of born from that moment, if we're honest.
00:03:29.000 A runway model.
00:03:30.000 She's an immigrant.
00:03:32.000 Melania Trump is a woman who knows the American dream.
00:03:35.000 I love that she mentioned communism and the horrors that she saw firsthand.
00:03:39.000 She honored law enforcement and first responders.
00:03:42.000 She addressed the Chinese coronavirus head-on, which stood in dramatic contrast to most of the rest of the speakers.
00:03:49.000 And she did not attack the other side.
00:03:51.000 It was very strategic in her approach there.
00:03:55.000 And she expressed strong sympathy for the victims of the pandemic.
00:03:59.000 So, while we are pulling tape for Melania, let's actually go back to one of the other speakers that I thought was very compelling.
00:04:06.000 Do we have tape from Kentucky Attorney General, Kentucky Attorney General?
00:04:11.000 No, not yet.
00:04:12.000 Okay, we'll get there.
00:04:12.000 How about Eric Trump?
00:04:13.000 I thought Eric Trump had financially.
00:04:14.000 I know we have Eric Trump.
00:04:15.000 Actually, we do have Melania.
00:04:16.000 Let's get to Melania's tape right here.
00:04:18.000 And Melania's entrance, just watch his entrance.
00:04:21.000 You could not have designed a better Hollywood moment.
00:04:24.000 Show me another first lady who could have pulled this off.
00:04:26.000 play Melania Trump.
00:04:51.000 So just a couple of thoughts there.
00:04:53.000 First of all, 150 steps at least in heels, they're in back.
00:04:56.000 Not easy to do.
00:04:58.000 Second thing is that I just love the wardrobe.
00:05:00.000 I love the fashion choice.
00:05:02.000 It was kind of, I don't want to say it was camo-like, but it almost looked, I'm glad she did not wear a very long dress.
00:05:08.000 I thought it was very much, it was if the country right now is in a moment that needs action.
00:05:13.000 I thought that her wardrobe perfectly reflected it.
00:05:16.000 And I thought her message was terrific, just but also just everything from this convention has been thought out.
00:05:22.000 It has been put into action to have a reason for it.
00:05:26.000 And so, look, again, we want to go through Melania's Trump's remarks again.
00:05:30.000 I thought the most powerful part of her entire speech was how she framed Donald, as she called him, or President Trump, as someone who is going to fight for the middle class of this country.
00:05:40.000 And when you say he cannot do something, he is absolutely going to be able to do it.
00:05:45.000 Let's play some more tape from Melania Trump's speech.
00:05:48.000 To fight for school choice, giving parents more options to help their children flourish.
00:05:55.000 My husband knows how to make a real change.
00:05:59.000 From the day that I met him, he has only wanted to make this country the best it can be.
00:06:06.000 For many years, I watched him grow concerned and frustrated.
00:06:10.000 And I'm so proud to see the many things he has done in such a short time.
00:06:17.000 America is in his heart.
00:06:20.000 So while at times we only see the worst of people and politics on the evening news, let's remember how we come together in the most difficult times.
00:06:33.000 So that moment in particular, and she went on to say that when you say that Donald Trump can't do something, that is a great way to say that he can do it.
00:06:41.000 She was being able to be a softer, lighter touch of, let's just say, President Donald Trump tells blunt truth and he is able to communicate very directly to the American people.
00:06:52.000 Melania Trump has high favorability amongst suburban voters, swing voters, and independents, especially in Midwestern states.
00:06:59.000 Tonight, we also heard from Eric Trump and Tiffany Trump.
00:07:01.000 I consider both of them friends.
00:07:03.000 I thought they both delivered phenomenal speeches tonight.
00:07:06.000 Tiffany Trump in particular, her speech was definitely tailored more towards independent voters and persuadable voters.
00:07:13.000 Tiffany is a dear friend, and I saw her speak back in 2016.
00:07:17.000 And in this speech, she really had, I think, she had like a star-is born moment.
00:07:22.000 She talked about cancel culture.
00:07:23.000 She talked about big tech censorship and so much more.
00:07:27.000 Very, very proud of Tiffany Trump.
00:07:28.000 And I just want to make sure she gets the credit that I believe she deserves tonight for the stage that she stepped up so beautifully on.
00:07:35.000 Play tape of Tiffany Trump.
00:07:38.000 Make America Great Again is not a slogan for my father.
00:07:42.000 It is what drives him to keep his promise of doing what is right for American citizens.
00:07:49.000 The energy of change and opportunity is with us.
00:07:53.000 God has blessed us with unstoppable spirit.
00:07:56.000 His spirit, the American spirit, my dad has proven to be driven by that spirit.
00:08:02.000 He has demonstrated his faith in his uncompromising heart and actions.
00:08:07.000 My father has made me believe that America can truly be great again.
00:08:14.000 So Tiffany there was able, and there's other part where she talked about big tech censorship, but Tiffany, she really, I think, came up from this moment and stepped up to the plate phenomenally.
00:08:26.000 And look, so I think the best phrase there, and I wrote it down, is that make America great again is not his phrase.
00:08:30.000 It is your phrase.
00:08:31.000 It is our phrase as a country.
00:08:34.000 It is, you know, we talk about bringing our country out of a less than desirable situation and make America great again.
00:08:41.000 What does that actually mean?
00:08:42.000 It means that we can get our country back to greatness, back to prosperity, back to how incredible things once were.
00:08:50.000 And I think it's really important to say because the Democrats, a lot of their phrases are centered around the strategic brilliance of a specific central planner, where Make America Great Again is about we the people, which is in the preamble of our founding documents.
00:09:03.000 And so I think it's also really incredible how all of these speeches fit beautifully together, how we were able to see Tiffany Trump to Melania Trump make arguments for President Trump that were atypical than what you would have seen from just a typical political convention.
00:09:19.000 Tiffany Trump had a moment where she said, this is not even just about politics.
00:09:23.000 Try to transcend all party lines, try to transcend all political preconceptions, and instead vote around decency and reasonability, freedom of speech, and different ideas.
00:09:34.000 This is a common theme.
00:09:36.000 One big takeaway I have from this, and this is something I think that we are seeing from a lot of the speakers at the Republican National Convention, is that cancel culture and the idea of destroying people because of opposing ideas is wildly unpopular in the eyes of the American people.
00:09:53.000 In fact, we are seeing, I think that we saw at least five or six speakers tonight go out of their way to say that President Donald Trump is going to defend the free speech rights of all Americans.
00:10:03.000 This is a winning issue.
00:10:04.000 I'm so thrilled to hear this and to actually have speakers go out of their way to talk about how President Donald Trump is going to talk and advocate for first principles, freedom of speech, and freedom of expression.
00:10:16.000 Another speaker tonight, and I just consider this guy to be a total hero.
00:10:20.000 He is younger than I am.
00:10:21.000 I thought his speech was beautifully produced.
00:10:24.000 I think it could have gone with, I think, I wish the audio was a little bit better because you could hear some people behind it because it was obvious that they filmed it right at the Lincoln Memorial where this entire incident went down.
00:10:33.000 And I think it was terrific where they chose it.
00:10:35.000 It was Nicholas Sandman.
00:10:36.000 Nicholas Sandman, I mean, you want to talk about the ultimate level of just kind of breaking through.
00:10:43.000 Just, I mean, a lot of us in our life hope to achieve success.
00:10:47.000 Very few of us are going to be able to achieve success of where you are going to be on CNN bashing CNN while being paid by CNN.
00:10:56.000 This is someone that Hammer and Nigel said that on Twitter.
00:10:59.000 I think it's hilarious.
00:11:00.000 You may be cool, but you'll never be Nick Sandman on CNN bashing CNN and being paid by CNN.
00:11:05.000 A common theme throughout this convention is a culture fight, is that outside of just high taxes or low taxes or Democrats bad, Republicans good, this is a culture fight that we are going to lose our freedom of expression, our capacity to disagree, get in the marketplace of ideas and work things out.
00:11:22.000 And no one embodies that better than Nick Sandman playtate.
00:11:26.000 I learned what was happening to me had a name.
00:11:29.000 It was called being canceled, as in annulled, as in revoked, as in made void.
00:11:37.000 Canceled is what's happening to people around this country who refuse to be silenced by the far left.
00:11:43.000 Many are being fired, humiliated, or even threatened.
00:11:48.000 And often the media is a willing participant.
00:11:52.000 But I would not be canceled.
00:11:54.000 I fought back hard to expose the media for what they did to me, and I won a personal victory.
00:12:01.000 Well, much more must be done.
00:12:02.000 I look forward to the day that the media returns to providing balanced, responsible, and accountable news coverage.
00:12:10.000 I know President Trump hopes for that too.
00:12:13.000 So, for those of you that don't remember, Nick Sandman was the individual, and the way he articulated it was perfect.
00:12:17.000 And the story leading up to Nick Sandman's speech was phenomenal.
00:12:21.000 It's captivating television, where that agitator, that professional Native American activist, goes up and bangs the drum right in his face, trying to provoke him and trying to get the footage that, in Nick's own words, the footage that they needed.
00:12:35.000 And then you had Bill Maher, you had Don Lemon, the CNN elitists.
00:12:39.000 All of them, by the way, have really regretted what they did against Nicholas Sandman.
00:12:44.000 And then Nick was able to explain exactly why he did what he did.
00:12:47.000 He said, don't do anything that might embarrass your family.
00:12:49.000 And what does the media think of people like Nick Sandman, who are from the heartland of our country, that wear Make America Great Again hats?
00:12:56.000 What do they think of him?
00:12:57.000 They think he is the enemy.
00:12:58.000 They think that there is something completely and totally wrong with him.
00:13:01.000 And they went out on a pathological revenge campaign to try to destroy Nicholas Sandman.
00:13:05.000 But he truly gets the last laugh.
00:13:07.000 Do we have a clip of him actually putting on the Make America Great Again hat, or at least a still?
00:13:11.000 It's absolutely incredible.
00:13:12.000 When he put on the MAGA hat, it was one of my favorite moments because at the very end, he said, well, and we're going to make America Great Again, puts on the hat in front of the Lincoln Memorial.
00:13:19.000 Take that scene.
00:13:20.000 And while you're paying the severance to him, ultimate level of you are not going to bully us Trump supporters into total and complete submission.
00:13:29.000 And so if I was kind of looking from a public polling perspective, it is very persuadable.
00:13:35.000 It's very persuasive.
00:13:36.000 That's the best way I can put it.
00:13:37.000 Persuasive.
00:13:37.000 When you talk about people like Nicholas Sandman, you talk about the McCloskeys, you talk about suburban women that are going to determine this entire election.
00:13:45.000 That is going to be very hard for Democrats to go up against when they say, oh, Nick Salmon's actually a bad person.
00:13:50.000 For every mother out there that has a kid, for a son in particular, and you're worried about him being wrongly accused and his entire life being destroyed, can we put that up right now?
00:13:59.000 Is that on the screen?
00:14:01.000 Nick Salmon putting on the hat.
00:14:03.000 That is what victory looks like.
00:14:04.000 You guys want to know what 2020 is going to be?
00:14:06.000 You want to know the theme of this election?
00:14:08.000 That picture.
00:14:09.000 Print it out right now.
00:14:10.000 Put it on your refrigerator.
00:14:11.000 That's what it looks like.
00:14:12.000 It's, I'm going to put the hat on, even though you try to destroy my life.
00:14:15.000 You just try to destroy my family, publicly humiliate me, and entrap me by some lunatic Native American activist that came up and banged a drum in his face endlessly and filmed it.
00:14:23.000 Thanks, you guys, take it off.
00:14:25.000 That is exactly what victory looks like.
00:14:27.000 God bless you, Nicholas Sandman, for taking on the tough fights and for going out of your way to make sure that you stand for our country and stand for the next generation.
00:14:36.000 That's the other thing that I was really pleased to see.
00:14:37.000 Nick was a direct appeal to Generation Z. Generation Z, young Generation Z male voters in particular, they rightly feel under attack because they hold different views.
00:14:47.000 They feel that they are being assailed because of their beliefs.
00:14:50.000 They feel as if their entire life can be over if they put one bad thing on social media.
00:14:54.000 And Nick Sandman is the hero personified of all those things together.
00:14:59.000 And he deserves so much credit all together.
00:15:03.000 Another part of this, we don't have a clip for this, but I want to just mention this, is the Women for Trump montage.
00:15:07.000 I just got to give the campaign credit.
00:15:10.000 The imagery, the cinematography, the visuals of all of these videos that they play in between speakers that are five or six minutes long are phenomenal.
00:15:19.000 They should run them uninterrupted on cable television on any sort of advertising they can get their hands on.
00:15:24.000 The Women for Trump montage was phenomenal.
00:15:26.000 Brooke Rollins, a friend of mine, Katrina Pearson, Stephanie Grisham, Kaylee McNaney, Ronna McDaniel, Laura Trump, Kimberly Guilfoyle, Mercy Schlapp, and Kellyanne Conway, who of course is the first woman to ever manage a presidential campaign.
00:15:39.000 Brooke Rollins, a friend of mine who's head of all domestic policy at the White House, said something incredible.
00:15:43.000 That just out of senior staff at the White House, they have combined 75 kids together.
00:15:48.000 Never again do we want to hear the criticism that Donald Trump hates women.
00:15:51.000 He doesn't empower women.
00:15:52.000 It is outrageous.
00:15:53.000 It is baseless and quite honestly should be rejected wholeheartedly.
00:15:57.000 It is something that I think is one of the biggest lies that is told about this president: he does not empower women.
00:16:02.000 He has more women in senior positions in senior staffing positions at the White House than any other president on record.
00:16:09.000 I want to get to Secretary Mike Pompeo, who I thought was terrific straight from Jerusalem.
00:16:16.000 But before I also want to make one other point here, is that when our nation's stakes, when things are actually the stakes are the highest, President Trump has entrusted the toughest jobs to women.
00:16:26.000 And that is a great quote right from the video.
00:16:28.000 I'm just reading from some of my notes I was taking as I was watching this.
00:16:30.000 You guys can also email us throughout this entire broadcast.
00:16:33.000 We are going to be giving 10 signed copies of the New York Times bestseller, The MAGA Doctrine, away to 10 people that email us during this live stream.
00:16:41.000 Any of your questions, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:16:44.000 It's freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:16:44.000 That's right.
00:16:47.000 Do we have Mike Pompeo pulled up?
00:16:49.000 I want to get to Mike Pompeo, who is actually phenomenal from Jerusalem.
00:16:53.000 Now, you know that you're on the right path when House Democrats say they are going to subpoena and hold investigations because you gave a RNC acceptance speech in your personal capacity.
00:17:03.000 I just think they were mad that someone that is as well-respected and as popular as Senator Mike Pompeo made the arguments that he made at the Republican National Convention play tape.
00:17:14.000 He's pulled back the curtain on the predatory aggression of the Chinese Communist Party.
00:17:18.000 The president has held China accountable for covering up the China virus and allowing it to spread death and economic destruction in America and around the world.
00:17:28.000 Now, look, I'm not going to take credit for anything, but I was one of the first people to put the phrase China virus on Twitter.
00:17:35.000 I love the fact that Senator Mike Pompeo is unafraid to go after these fights, unafraid to take on China, call it the Chinese coronavirus, talking about lowering the temperature in North Korea, about how we armed Ukraine, we killed Qassam Soleimani, we moved the embassy to Jerusalem, the United Arab Emirates and Israel peace deal, and also bringing hostages home.
00:17:56.000 President Trump is the first president in my lifetime not to go start a foreign and reckless war overseas and send our loved ones and our middle-class patriots right into the conflict.
00:18:05.000 Senator Mike Pompeo articulated that beautifully and perfectly.
00:18:09.000 And he actually became the first ever Secretary of State to address a convention.
00:18:13.000 Of course, the House is trying to endlessly investigate him.
00:18:16.000 And that just shows that you're right over the mark.
00:18:18.000 Even though there were no government resources made in the creation of the speech, there are no public assistance at all whatsoever.
00:18:23.000 Mike Pompeo talks about the successful foreign policy accomplishments of President Donald Trump.
00:18:29.000 And Senator Rand Paul also touched on this as well.
00:18:32.000 Senator Ram Paul is probably my favorite senator in the entire United States Senate.
00:18:35.000 He's a friend of mine, playtape of Rand Paul.
00:18:38.000 I'm supporting President Trump because he believes as I do that a strong America cannot fight endless wars.
00:18:47.000 We must not continue to leave our blood and treasure in Middle East quagmires.
00:18:53.000 I flew with him to Dover Air Force Base to honor two soldiers whose remains were coming home from Afghanistan.
00:19:00.000 I'll never forget that evening.
00:19:02.000 I can tell you the president not only felt the pain of these families, but the president is committed to ending this war.
00:19:10.000 President Trump is the first president in a generation to seek to end war rather than start one.
00:19:17.000 He intends to end the war in Afghanistan.
00:19:19.000 He is bringing our men and women home.
00:19:23.000 Presidents who end wars get re-elected.
00:19:26.000 Let me say that again.
00:19:27.000 Presidents who end wars get re-elected.
00:19:31.000 And this is something that President Trump is doing that no other president in the modern era has actually had the courage to go out of their way to try to end these endless wars.
00:19:40.000 And this is something that, quite honestly, is contrarian to the Republican orthodoxy.
00:19:45.000 This is contrarian to how the Republican establishment is supposed to view political strategy.
00:19:51.000 However, President Trump says, why are we spending hundreds of billions of dollars in Afghanistan, losing thousands of our loved ones, so that we can try and bring ideas that are not palatable at all in the region for people that brutally hate us and do not share our worldview?
00:20:05.000 President Donald Trump heroically and is correctly trying to end the endless wars.
00:20:11.000 President Trump being the voice for middle-class Americans, by the way, if you want to win Wisconsin, you want to win Minnesota, you want to win Ohio, it is those states paired with the southern states that are sending the most people into our armed forces.
00:20:23.000 They are the ones that have had to see their loved ones go overseas to die for a cause that they themselves cannot clearly articulate after 15, 16, 17 years.
00:20:33.000 And so President Trump, I'm so pleased to hear Rand Paul talk about that.
00:20:36.000 And it's true.
00:20:37.000 My conversations with President Trump echo that completely.
00:20:40.000 When I spend time with the president, he talks about how ridiculous these wars are.
00:20:44.000 And he asks, what does success look like?
00:20:47.000 What does victory look like in the Kandahar Valley?
00:20:50.000 Why did we invade Iraq in the first place?
00:20:52.000 Which I believe, and President Trump has said this for years, that the invasion of Iraq was one of the worst foreign policy decisions in American history.
00:21:01.000 And so you saw, you heard Mike Pompeo talking about how President Trump has not been a dove in the Middle East, but instead he has been a tactician, picking off certain terrorists when they dare come up against American interests, negotiating peace against the United Emirates and Israel, moving the embassy to Jerusalem, recognizing the Golan Heights, but also withdrawing from Afghanistan and recognizing that endless quagmires 3,000 miles away, where 2,216 people have died in Afghanistan.
00:21:30.000 And if Afghanistan in that much better of a place since we have invaded it, where 2,216 of our young warriors, men, and women have died overseas, it is unacceptable that we have been in that region for as long as we have been.
00:21:43.000 And guess what?
00:21:44.000 The Democrats have nothing to say about this.
00:21:46.000 They have no response at all whatsoever.
00:21:48.000 They always like to think of themselves as the party of peace.
00:21:51.000 One of the reasons why President Trump is able to win over traditional Democrat voters is because President Donald Trump is able to communicate to middle-class workers that he is no longer going to send their sons and their daughters halfway around the world to go fight for something that quite honestly is a mission that victory cannot be clearly argued for.
00:22:13.000 Oh, we're going to be there endlessly, or we have to be there or else they're going to kill us here is no longer an argument that is going to resonate with the middle class of this country.
00:22:20.000 And that is how you go win the Midwest.
00:22:22.000 That is how you win Ohio.
00:22:23.000 That is how you win Michigan, Pennsylvania, and other states.
00:22:26.000 So another speaker that I want to, I think we have the Eric Trump quote.
00:22:29.000 I think we talked about that earlier.
00:22:30.000 Let's pull up Eric Trump.
00:22:32.000 I love this part when he addressed his father directly.
00:22:34.000 I thought it was one of the most powerful parts the entire evening.
00:22:37.000 Eric is a friend of mine, Playtate.
00:22:39.000 Boo, my father will continue to fight for you.
00:22:45.000 In closing, I'd like to speak directly to my father.
00:22:48.000 I miss working alongside you every single day, but I'm damn proud to be on the front lines of this fight.
00:22:54.000 I'm proud of what you're doing for this country.
00:22:57.000 I'm proud to show my children what their grandfather is fighting for.
00:23:01.000 I'm proud to watch you give them hell.
00:23:04.000 Never stop.
00:23:06.000 Continue to be unapologetic.
00:23:08.000 Keep fighting for what is right.
00:23:11.000 You are making America strong again.
00:23:13.000 You are making America safe again.
00:23:16.000 You are making America proud again.
00:23:19.000 And yes, together with a forgotten man and woman who are finally forgotten no more, you are making America great again.
00:23:27.000 Dad, let's make Uncle Robert very proud this week.
00:23:32.000 Let's go get another four years.
00:23:34.000 I love you very much.
00:23:36.000 God bless you, and God bless the United States of America.
00:23:43.000 Phenomenal.
00:23:45.000 Such a powerful moment.
00:23:46.000 Let me tell you four reasons why that was powerful.
00:23:48.000 I think it was just a 45-second clip.
00:23:50.000 Number one, it felt as if this was a private conversation between Eric and his father.
00:23:55.000 It felt as if this was so genuine and heartfelt that he went out of his way to put it into his speech.
00:24:00.000 And that really humanizes President Trump.
00:24:02.000 It goes back to what I talked about that the Republican Party did so effectively tonight.
00:24:06.000 Number two, did you notice a word there that you don't hear describing President Trump very often?
00:24:11.000 Grandfather.
00:24:13.000 That's awesome.
00:24:13.000 We should talk about that more often.
00:24:15.000 How President Trump is a grandfather, that he looks at things in a term of multi-generations.
00:24:21.000 That he looks through things as a prism of, I am going to try to make sure not just my kids, but my grandkids can live a better life.
00:24:29.000 And then you heard another word, dad, casual.
00:24:32.000 As if President Trump is, yes, a president, he's a businessman, he's a billionaire, he's a mogul, but he's also a father.
00:24:38.000 And the fourth thing that I really got to take away from there is Uncle Robert.
00:24:42.000 And our condolences go to the entire Trump family that is mourning the loss of President Trump's brother and the uncle of Don and Tiffany and Ivanka and Baron and Eric this week.
00:24:53.000 I thought that Eric Trump's little segment right there was one of the most effective.
00:24:58.000 Now, whoever on the political team came up with the brilliant idea to have the naturalization ceremony filmed, make them in charge of all of the programming decisions.
00:25:09.000 I have a feeling that Jared Kushner was involved because it's very, very smart what they did.
00:25:14.000 So if you, I don't know if you guys saw this or not, but the president and acting Department of Homeland Security director Chad Wolf, they decided right near the top of the hour, right before I believe it was Mike Pompeo and Eric Trump and Melania Trump, there was a decision to film a naturalization ceremony.
00:25:34.000 Now, this was phenomenal for a couple reasons.
00:25:36.000 Number one, it shows the humanity of Donald Trump.
00:25:39.000 Number two, it shows and it dispels the lies of the left.
00:25:42.000 Oh, Donald Trump hates immigrants.
00:25:43.000 You want to see the biggest contrast between the Republican National Convention and the Democrat National Convention last week?
00:25:49.000 It was unbelievable.
00:25:50.000 You had this illegal immigrant on the couch that said, we deserve free stuff.
00:25:54.000 Meanwhile, in this beautiful presidential fashion, you have President Donald Trump looking at five legal immigrants, all of which that were just so thrilled to meet their president, get naturalized, become citizens.
00:26:05.000 I think we have an abbreviated clip from this.
00:26:06.000 I want you guys, if you didn't see this, it is so powerful.
00:26:09.000 Play tape.
00:26:11.000 Phenomenal job in so many ways.
00:26:13.000 Today, America rejoices as we welcome five absolutely incredible new members into our great American family.
00:26:21.000 You are now fellow citizens of the greatest nation on the face of God's earth.
00:26:27.000 Congratulations.
00:26:29.000 Great going.
00:26:32.000 You follow the rules.
00:26:33.000 You obeyed the laws.
00:26:34.000 You learned your history, embraced our values, and proved yourselves to be men and women of the highest integrity.
00:26:42.000 It's not so easy.
00:26:43.000 You went through a lot, and we appreciate you being here with us today.
00:26:49.000 You've earned the most prized, treasured, cherished, and priceless possession anywhere in the world.
00:26:56.000 It's called American citizenship.
00:27:00.000 There is no higher honor and no greater privilege, and it's an honor for me to be your president.
00:27:07.000 Thank you very much.
00:27:09.000 So here's one of the reasons I like that.
00:27:11.000 It felt like insider access.
00:27:12.000 It felt like we could get right into this very, very human moment of President Trump being able to communicate to people as human beings.
00:27:22.000 I thought it was phenomenal.
00:27:23.000 And just the entire picture of it was just a total and complete repudiation of how the left has been trying to build up President Donald Trump as the anti-immigrant president.
00:27:35.000 Now, I agree with President Donald Trump.
00:27:37.000 It's long past time to pass the RAISE Act to restrict immigration.
00:27:42.000 And I supported President Trump and having a complete and total moratorium into our country, especially past, especially past the pandemic.
00:27:52.000 But the left has degraded the value of citizenship.
00:27:55.000 Do you know what I loved most about that?
00:27:57.000 You saw the entire swearing-in ceremony.
00:28:00.000 One of the parts of that that I was like, wow, that's right, they do have to do that.
00:28:03.000 Where the citizens put up their hand and they said, we denounce any allegiance to a foreign power or prince.
00:28:10.000 Now, some of that is, of course, just historical reciting of tradition, but it's actually really important that you are now a member of the great American family.
00:28:19.000 And they all had flags and they seemed so excited.
00:28:21.000 And they all, based on the descriptions that were provided, were working, spoke English.
00:28:26.000 All five of those individuals, based on the criteria that President Trump has put forward as what a citizen should be in our country, they met them beautifully off the charts.
00:28:37.000 And it was a real sacred moment.
00:28:38.000 And that's what I thought was so cool about it: throughout the Democrats had that ridiculous moment where these illegals were on the couch and they said, we deserve free stuff.
00:28:48.000 We deserve citizenship.
00:28:49.000 Donald Trump wants to throw us out.
00:28:50.000 Yet, Donald Trump comes through the door.
00:28:53.000 They say, ladies and gentlemen, the President of the United States walks right into a naturalization ceremony.
00:28:57.000 You could just see the people on the left lose their mind the moment that Donald Trump goes straight up to the podium and talks about the need for legal immigration, not illegal border jumping, not illegal border hopping into our country.
00:29:12.000 And this is a great difference because, and look, I think that if we really talk about what differentiates President Trump from the Democrats, it is President Trump stands for the rule of law.
00:29:24.000 He stands for the Constitution.
00:29:26.000 He stands for sane immigration policy.
00:29:29.000 And I thought this was, I get more messages on this particular moment, more so than any other moment tonight, except maybe Tiffany's speech, which a lot of people texted me because they knew I know Tiffany, I know Eric, and also Melania's speech.
00:29:42.000 So if we look at what citizenship actually is, citizenship should always benefit the country of which they are immigrating into.
00:29:50.000 And if all of a sudden we view citizenship as this degraded, devalued border jumping exercise that anyone can become a citizenship, sitting citizen, and citizenship means nothing, then all of a sudden we have destroyed and disintegrated this tradition that we have in our country.
00:30:06.000 And it was connected beautifully, indirectly, but it was done beautifully when Melania Trump also talked about how she was an illegal immigrant in this country and she struggled to get into America.
00:30:19.000 And there was another really beautiful moment.
00:30:21.000 I think we have this clip of Lydia Brodine when she was talking to Vice President Pence.
00:30:27.000 Vice President Pence is also a friend of mine.
00:30:30.000 Vice President Pence was playing Oprah tonight.
00:30:32.000 He was basically, he had the documentary special where he was kind of playing a host.
00:30:37.000 I thought he was phenomenal.
00:30:39.000 I thought Vice President Pence was better than Oprah back when Oprah wasn't a mean, bitter, angry person that wanted to destroy our country and talks about how awful our history is.
00:30:47.000 I thought Vice President Pence was terrific as being able to get people to tell their stories about the beauty of America.
00:30:53.000 Play Lydia.
00:30:55.000 What did the Paycheck Protection Program mean to your company as the coronavirus struck?
00:31:01.000 Yeah, it was a huge, tremendous help and a big blessing.
00:31:06.000 And so we applied.
00:31:07.000 We were accepted really quickly.
00:31:08.000 We're so grateful.
00:31:10.000 You can't believe how much relief we had.
00:31:13.000 We want to continue serving our clients.
00:31:14.000 We've got to continue growing our economy, right?
00:31:17.000 We want to all continue to move forward.
00:31:20.000 So we were able to make it.
00:31:27.000 Because of the support of family and friends, the government.
00:31:35.000 I tell my children, you know, they are born here in the U.S.
00:31:41.000 And I tell them, you are so blessed to live in America.
00:31:46.000 So blessed to live in America.
00:31:48.000 I did not hear that message communicated once throughout the entire Democrat National Convention.
00:31:53.000 Everything was about gratitude, not anger, that they live in the United States of America.
00:31:57.000 It was about we are thankful that we are citizens of this beautiful gift that we have been given and the sacrifices that were made before us.
00:32:04.000 And of course, America has made mistakes and individuals in America have made missteps.
00:32:08.000 But how do we approach those missteps?
00:32:10.000 Is it with anger and venom and repudiation of everything that we have been given?
00:32:14.000 Instead, it is an embrace of this heroic journey of our country that the next 100 years can be even better than what predated us or what preceded us.
00:32:24.000 And again, I want to just give Vice President Mike Pence.
00:32:28.000 He was absolutely terrific.
00:32:30.000 I think that throughout this, he talked about Abraham Lincoln.
00:32:33.000 He was calm.
00:32:34.000 He was compassionate.
00:32:35.000 And you guys can see the political brilliance of the Trump team come through here.
00:32:38.000 I just want to give them credit.
00:32:40.000 Every single story, every second of programming was basically saying like California, New York, you guys are citizens of this country, but this is a political convention.
00:32:51.000 It was about winning Wisconsin.
00:32:54.000 It was about winning Minnesota.
00:32:55.000 It was about winning Michigan, winning Ohio, winning Florida, and yes, even winning Maine.
00:33:01.000 Yes, winning Maine.
00:33:02.000 I love the state of Maine.
00:33:04.000 Maine is one of my favorite places in the country.
00:33:06.000 If you're watching from the state of Maine right now, email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:33:10.000 The first person who emails us from the state of Maine, I'm going to send you a signed copy of the MAGA Doctrine.
00:33:14.000 Maine has suffered from opioid addiction.
00:33:16.000 Maine has been absolutely abused by the political elites for years.
00:33:20.000 Maine is sometimes one of the most forgotten states in the entire Union.
00:33:24.000 Maine has the hardest working people, I think, in the entire country.
00:33:27.000 No, I shouldn't say in the whole country because every state has hardworking people, but some of the hardest working people I've ever been around.
00:33:32.000 They are proud people.
00:33:33.000 They love their country.
00:33:35.000 I love spending time in Acadia National Park.
00:33:37.000 It's one of my favorite places on the entire planet.
00:33:39.000 And I spent time around these lobstermen.
00:33:42.000 And I think that's the correct term, right?
00:33:44.000 Lobstermen.
00:33:44.000 Yeah, I love that.
00:33:45.000 Lobster.
00:33:46.000 It makes me think of Dr. Jordan Peterson, right?
00:33:48.000 Sit up straight with your shoulders back, everybody.
00:33:49.000 Increase your serotonin levels, which I actually have to do a better job of doing sometimes.
00:33:52.000 But I love these lobstermen.
00:33:54.000 And actually, if you look at the lobster industry, they're suffering a lot under opioid addiction.
00:33:59.000 And President Donald Trump, because he was tough on border security, because he was tough on the flow of drugs coming into our country, he's actually improved those communities.
00:34:07.000 But also, he has been talking about deregulating their industry.
00:34:10.000 They love him.
00:34:11.000 I think Maine is in play.
00:34:12.000 This is the brilliance of the Trump strategy.
00:34:15.000 The foolishness of the Democrat National Convention strategy is like, let's boost our numbers in Malibu and Manhattan.
00:34:20.000 Like, good luck with that.
00:34:22.000 President Trump's like, we're going to go win Maine.
00:34:24.000 Play tape.
00:34:25.000 Maine's lobstermen are true environmentalists.
00:34:28.000 We practice conservation every day.
00:34:30.000 If we didn't, we'd be putting ourselves out of business.
00:34:34.000 Four years ago, the Obama-Biden administration used the Antiquities Act to order thousands of square miles of ocean off limits to commercial fishermen.
00:34:43.000 They did it to cater to environmental activists.
00:34:46.000 Although Maine's lobstermen don't fish there, Obama's executive order offended us greatly.
00:34:51.000 It circumvented the Fisheries Council's input.
00:34:54.000 President Trump reversed that decision, reinstating the rules that allow stakeholder input.
00:35:00.000 And he supports a process that seeks and respects fishermen's views.
00:35:05.000 And so that is a middle-class American that had his life almost destroyed under President Donald Trump in the state of Maine, where Donald Trump won one electoral vote.
00:35:14.000 And President Donald Trump delivered real results for Mainers and lobstermen.
00:35:19.000 And a lot of us enjoy lobster, maybe all across the country, but we kind of forget that it's American citizens and American jobs that are reliant on American jobs that are producing the lobster that all of us enjoy as a luxury item all across the country.
00:35:34.000 And so that's just one example of the brilliance of the political strategy that I think the Trump campaign was employing tonight was being able to say, we want to go win Maine.
00:35:43.000 We want to go win Minnesota.
00:35:44.000 The mayor from Minnesota was also terrific.
00:35:46.000 And these kind of real-life middle-class testimonies were phenomenal.
00:35:50.000 Another part of the evening that I just thought was so moving, the language and the narrative, was Billy Graham's granddaughter, Sissy Graham Lynch.
00:36:00.000 I've got to know her.
00:36:01.000 She's very smart, very capable.
00:36:04.000 She loves the Lord.
00:36:05.000 She proclaims Jesus Christ as the Savior of the world.
00:36:07.000 And she had some fighting words for the secular left Democrats.
00:36:12.000 Play tape.
00:36:13.000 Violence us.
00:36:15.000 Even during the pandemic, we saw how quickly life can change.
00:36:19.000 Some Democratic leaders tried to ban church services while marijuana shops and abortion clinics were declared essential.
00:36:27.000 But you know what truly is essential?
00:36:30.000 Our right to worship freely and live our faith in every aspect of life.
00:36:35.000 The Biden-Harris vision for America leaves no room for people of faith.
00:36:41.000 Whether you're a baker, a florist, or a football coach, they will force the choice between being obedient to God or to Caesar, because the radical last God is government power.
00:36:54.000 Obedient to God or to Caesar.
00:36:57.000 That is a direct reference to the Bible talking about render under Caesar what is Caesar's.
00:37:03.000 But she's almost saying that, and she said this, I wrote this, no room for people of faith.
00:37:08.000 Those are fighting words.
00:37:09.000 And I agree with you, Sissy Graham Lynch.
00:37:11.000 You are exactly right.
00:37:13.000 And for a lot of any of the Christian pastors that are going out there and they are saying that we're going to go vote for Joe Biden, well, what does Billy Graham's granddaughter have to say?
00:37:22.000 Billy Graham's granddaughter talks about how marijuana and cannabis dispensaries remained open while churches were forcibly closed.
00:37:30.000 I talked about in my remarks last night that churches are more important than casinos, that churches are more important than strip clubs like they are in New Jersey, why churches are more important than even Lowe's or Home Depot.
00:37:42.000 And yet this entire lockdown has gone to show that our government, absent Donald Trump, our state and local leaders, do not believe that salvation is essential and they do not believe that church is essential.
00:37:54.000 Now, a lot of people are going out of their way to attack Billy Graham and Franklin Graham.
00:37:59.000 But by doing so, they do not even recognize that it is Franklin Graham and it is their organization that mobilized the Central Park to go help their fellow Americans that were suffering from the Chinese coronavirus.
00:38:13.000 And we forget the horror that people of faith had to live through under Barack Obama.
00:38:19.000 Thank you, Sissy Graham, for reminding us what Joe Biden and Barack Obama did to people of faith.
00:38:25.000 The Joe Biden campaign, they are freaking out tonight.
00:38:28.000 The Biden campaign knows they have a messaging deficit to make up from.
00:38:32.000 And there's a lot of structural problems with how the Biden campaign is now going to try to make up for this.
00:38:38.000 They're going to try to run even more paid advertising that is rooted in complete and total falsehoods.
00:38:43.000 But the Trump campaign, by elevating and platforming people like Sissy Graham, people of faith, to talk about these cultural issues, like the Maine lobsterman or the Wisconsin dairy farmer, which I think we're going to get to in a second.
00:38:58.000 That is the changing electoral map.
00:39:00.000 Now, I want to just tell you guys right now, I pour over the electoral map.
00:39:04.000 I spend hours a week going through the electoral map at different combinations.
00:39:08.000 I know what it's going to take to get President Trump to win to 270 electoral votes.
00:39:13.000 It's not an easy path.
00:39:14.000 But all of a sudden, if you start talking about winning some of these states, like Maine, and of course, carrying Arizona, Iowa, Ohio, North Carolina, as I call the core four, and then, of course, taking Florida, all you got to do is win one more on top of that.
00:39:27.000 Then you got to win Florida plus one.
00:39:29.000 So in the core four, core four, Florida, and then plus one.
00:39:33.000 And that one, and of course, you got to hold Georgia, which I think is a no-brainer, hold Texas, which is going to happen.
00:39:38.000 But if you hold, if you do the core four, which is Arizona, Iowa, Ohio, North Carolina, which is four states that Barack Obama won in 2008, if you do the core four plus one, President Donald Trump gets re-elected as president of the United States.
00:39:51.000 However, if you win the core four plus Minnesota and you do not win the first congressional district in Maine, then forget it.
00:40:00.000 You are not elected president of the United States.
00:40:01.000 That one vote in Maine, which President Donald Trump is probably going to win again, could bring him over the top.
00:40:07.000 Pennsylvania is going to determine a lot of the electoral vote, by the way, a lot of it.
00:40:11.000 But I think Minnesota is absolutely in play.
00:40:13.000 You know what's so funny about Minnesota?
00:40:14.000 And I think we have the mayor of Minnesota in there, and we're going to get there in a mayor of a town in Minnesota, which is from the Iron Belt.
00:40:20.000 Is that what he called the Iron Belt or the Iron Ring?
00:40:22.000 It's phenomenal.
00:40:22.000 I love the language he uses.
00:40:23.000 It's terrific.
00:40:25.000 But the one funny thing about Minnesota, it is the only state outside of the District of Columbia that Ronald Reagan did not win in that triumphant win in 1984.
00:40:33.000 What incredible irony.
00:40:34.000 If Donald Trump wins the White House for re-election, similar to Reagan by winning the one state that Reagan did not win, Washington, D.C., of course, not being a state.
00:40:44.000 But it is the industrial Midwest.
00:40:46.000 It is Wisconsin.
00:40:46.000 It is Minnesota.
00:40:47.000 It is those states.
00:40:48.000 And then, of course, as I mentioned, Maine that comes into play.
00:40:52.000 And so you can see how President Trump and his convention were really going after that, how their entire team was trying to communicate.
00:40:59.000 These states are also very pro-life states.
00:41:01.000 I want to get to Abby Johnson here.
00:41:03.000 Abby Johnson, phenomenal, probably one of the best speakers the entire evening.
00:41:08.000 The media wanted nothing to do with her.
00:41:10.000 The activist media that wants more abortions, not less abortions.
00:41:13.000 They are going to attack her.
00:41:14.000 And I think it's already begun.
00:41:16.000 Play tape of Abby Johnson, former Planned Parenthood abortion factory supervisor who saw somebody actually execute a life in front of her.
00:41:25.000 Horrific imagery, play tape.
00:41:28.000 Later in August, my supervisor assigned me a new quota to meet, an abortion quota.
00:41:35.000 I was expected to sell double the abortions performed the previous year.
00:41:40.000 When I pushed back, underscoring Planned Parenthood's public-facing goal of decreasing abortions, I was reprimanded and told abortion is how we make our money.
00:41:52.000 But the tipping point came a month later when a physician asked me to assist with an ultrasound guided abortion.
00:42:00.000 Nothing prepared me for what I saw on the screen.
00:42:05.000 An unborn baby fighting back, desperate to move away from the suction.
00:42:12.000 And I'll never forget what the doctor said next.
00:42:16.000 Beam me up, Scotty.
00:42:19.000 The last thing I saw was a spine twirling around in the mother's womb before succumbing to the force of the suction.
00:42:30.000 Beam me up, Scotty, as if this is some sort of Star Trek video game.
00:42:34.000 If you guys don't know the reference to Beam Me Up Scotty, it is James Tiberius Kirk in the first Star Trek series used to say that when he wanted to get beamed back up to the Starship Enterprise, as if it's just some sort of casual game that they're playing.
00:42:47.000 This is the sinister nature of Planned Parenthood.
00:42:50.000 If you're watching this right now and you're pro-choice, thank you for watching.
00:42:53.000 I hope that you are being exposed to something that you might not have heard before.
00:42:56.000 But what Abby Johnson said is a former pro-choice Planned Parenthood abortion factory supervisor.
00:43:02.000 She saw a human life get sucked up and the casual nature that the abortion factory supervisors have, and I don't even call them doctors because doctors believe in first doing no harm.
00:43:13.000 And by definition, abortion factory supervisors, or whatever you want to call them, abortionists, by definition, they do harm.
00:43:21.000 By definition, they are taking innocent life and they are destroying lives that never had a chance to actually speak for themselves.
00:43:29.000 Now, some people do not understand the statistics when it comes to abortion.
00:43:35.000 We did an entire podcast, and I just want to say right now, please email us your questions right now in real time.
00:43:40.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:43:44.000 Please email us your questions because we want to actually answer some of your questions here in just one second.
00:43:50.000 But according to the Guttmacher Institute, and I want to try to get the statistic right here.
00:43:54.000 We just had it pulled up.
00:43:57.000 I'm going to try and find it here.
00:43:58.000 The Guttmacher Institute talked about how 98.6% of all abortions in the country, 98.6% of all abortions in Florida.
00:44:08.000 I'm sorry, 98.6 of all abortions in Florida were elective, were based on socioeconomic reasons.
00:44:14.000 98.6%.
00:44:17.000 Pro-life is a winning message.
00:44:19.000 Talking about the value of innocent lives is a victory-driven message for the Republican Party.
00:44:26.000 Wisconsin is one of the most important states.
00:44:28.000 I think Wisconsin actually might determine the election alongside Minnesota.
00:44:33.000 And there is this great testimony tonight from Jason Joyce.
00:44:36.000 I felt like I knew him because I grew up around people like Jason Joyce in northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin.
00:44:42.000 That's where I grew up.
00:44:43.000 The accent felt so familiar to me, that beautiful Wisconsin Midwestern accent.
00:44:48.000 He talked about the Badgers.
00:44:50.000 I said to myself, he's going to mention the PACAS or the Badges.
00:44:53.000 And he mentioned the Badges.
00:44:54.000 He said that President Trump has a lot in common with the Badges.
00:44:57.000 And play tape, Jason Joyce, Midwestern patriot.
00:45:01.000 That by the coronavirus, President Trump is rebuilding.
00:45:06.000 And our economy is roaring back again.
00:45:11.000 But when I hear that Joe Biden is ready to raise taxes, crush us with regulations, and weaken our international trade position, I shudder.
00:45:22.000 We simply cannot endure a Biden-induced recession.
00:45:27.000 Some will struggle.
00:45:28.000 Some will not survive.
00:45:30.000 And working men and women of America will get crushed yet again.
00:45:36.000 This is not time to hand our government over to a washed-up career politician who will be nothing but a puppet of the radical left Democrats.
00:45:49.000 As a lifelong resident of Wisconsin, I'm a fan of the Badger football team.
00:45:54.000 Many may not realize that the Wisconsin...
00:45:57.000 So there was actually John Peterson.
00:45:58.000 I got my wires crossed here.
00:46:00.000 I was reading too many things at once.
00:46:02.000 Jason Joyce was the lobster farmer.
00:46:04.000 Apologize for that.
00:46:05.000 But John Peterson, just good, decent Midwestern.
00:46:09.000 I love the fact he was actually getting a little upset.
00:46:12.000 I love the fact that he was actually getting a little righteous indignation because he was invested in it.
00:46:16.000 He owned a Wisconsin metal business.
00:46:18.000 And actually, I was getting him confused with a previous speaker who owned a Wisconsin dairy farmer.
00:46:23.000 That was Chris Peterson.
00:46:24.000 She was terrific.
00:46:25.000 And she talked about how Trump's economic boom helped farmers all across America more than any other president in my lifetime understood and supports American farmers.
00:46:35.000 You know, for me, as someone who has to endure nothing but negative commentary when it comes to President Donald Trump, I really enjoyed these last two days.
00:46:42.000 I enjoyed the first-person stories.
00:46:44.000 I enjoyed the different picture that was being portrayed to the American people.
00:46:47.000 And I was actually very thankful that, God willing, some people that think nothing but negative things about President Donald Trump were actually getting a positive perspective on the president, what he was doing, what he's been doing to our country, actually bring our country back to greatness.
00:47:03.000 And I want to just convey one thing.
00:47:05.000 What President Trump and the Republican National Committee and what the Republican Convention have had to do these last couple days is very, very difficult.
00:47:14.000 It's very difficult because President Trump was dealt a very unfair hand when the Chinese Communist Party sent this virus in from halfway across the world.
00:47:24.000 It is very hard to get a president re-elected when you have to endure something like President Trump has had to endure this past year.
00:47:31.000 However, President Trump has not only endured it, he has rebuilt our country.
00:47:36.000 The stock market is at record highs.
00:47:37.000 The economy, we believe, is on a V-shaped recovery.
00:47:40.000 And the left, more than any other time in my lifetime, and I think in the history of our country, they want to pathologically destroy this country from within.
00:47:49.000 They are burning our cities.
00:47:50.000 You see it in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
00:47:52.000 You see it in Minneapolis.
00:47:53.000 You see it in Seattle and Portland and all across the country.
00:47:56.000 It is remarkable the stakes of what we are living in right now.
00:48:01.000 And so do we have a clip now of the man that was pardoned?
00:48:05.000 Do we?
00:48:07.000 What was his name?
00:48:08.000 I'm sorry.
00:48:09.000 So many names tonight.
00:48:10.000 John Ponder, right?
00:48:12.000 John Ponder, CEO, Hope for Prisoners.
00:48:15.000 He was pardoned on live television.
00:48:17.000 Incredibly emotional.
00:48:19.000 I think that he played, I think he just did phenomenal play tape.
00:48:24.000 Thank you.
00:48:25.000 So now I'd like to invite John's wife, Jamie, to join us as I grant John, I'm not sure you know this, a full pardon.
00:48:36.000 So I don't know if you know that, Jamie.
00:48:38.000 Come on over here.
00:48:39.000 It's just an honor.
00:48:41.000 And you have done incredible work.
00:48:43.000 Thank you, sir.
00:48:44.000 And all of Las Vegas and all of Nevada and all of every place in this country is very proud of you.
00:48:50.000 The job you've done bringing people back.
00:48:53.000 And you're right.
00:48:53.000 I was supposed to be there for five minutes.
00:48:55.000 I stayed for an hour because it was so interesting, Jimmy.
00:48:59.000 Congratulations to both.
00:49:00.000 Thank you, sir.
00:49:01.000 Richard, thank you very much for the job you do.
00:49:03.000 Thank you.
00:49:04.000 Fantastic.
00:49:05.000 Thank you.
00:49:15.000 Okay.
00:49:17.000 I think I'll give it to Jamie.
00:49:18.000 What do you full pardon right there?
00:49:23.000 And for those of you that did not catch it towards the first part of it, John Ponder runs an academy to help former prisoners be able to get back into their life underneath them and John Ponder being a former prisoner himself.
00:49:36.000 We want to take some of your questions.
00:49:37.000 Email us, everybody, freedom at charliekirk.com, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:49:41.000 Let's take some of your questions.
00:49:42.000 But before we do, I think we have a couple of clips here that we haven't yet played.
00:49:46.000 Do we have Pam Bondi?
00:49:47.000 I think Pam Bondi was a really, really effective speaker and focused clearly on the corruption on Joe Biden.
00:49:54.000 She took down Joe Biden's family dealings, Hunter in Ukraine, Hunter in China, the brother of Joe Biden, James in Iraq, Costa Rica, Jamaica, and so much more.
00:50:03.000 These are not isolated incidents.
00:50:06.000 Instead, building the Bidens back better.
00:50:08.000 And she had a one liner I think we wrote.
00:50:10.000 I'm going to say after this clip, I'm going to try to find in my notes.
00:50:12.000 First play tape.
00:50:14.000 When millions of Americans voted for Donald Trump, they knew he'd be different, and he is.
00:50:21.000 He's a tough, no-nonsense outsider who can't be bought or intimidated.
00:50:27.000 He won't even take a paycheck from the American people.
00:50:31.000 He donates his paycheck to charities across this country.
00:50:36.000 Democrats have been lecturing America about integrity for four years, while their nominee has been writing the textbook on abuse of power for 40 years.
00:50:46.000 If they want to make this election a choice between who's saving America and who's swindling America, bring it on.
00:50:53.000 Joe says he'll build back better.
00:50:56.000 Yeah, build the Bidens back better.
00:50:59.000 Our president is in this to build a safer, better, and stronger America.
00:51:05.000 And he will finish what he started to keep this a real land of opportunity for everyone.
00:51:14.000 One of my favorite quotes she said, she said something along the lines of Trump is rebuilding while the Bidens are swindling.
00:51:19.000 I love that.
00:51:20.000 I love Pam Bondi's speech because she is the former Attorney General of Florida for eight years, and she was acting as a prosecutor towards the Biden crime family, which is something that is not talked about enough about how Joe Biden was saving America versus swindling America.
00:51:35.000 I like rebuilding America and swindling, but saving and swindling is also really good.
00:51:39.000 But I don't think it's talked about enough about how the Biden family used their proximity to power to be able to enrich themselves.
00:51:46.000 And no one delivered that message better than Pam Bondi.
00:51:49.000 And I think that in some ways, it was a little bit of a different message throughout the entire evening because the whole message was building up President Trump and reinforcing his humanity and dispelling lies and showing the truth of what the president has done for this country and the beauty that we have in this country of the greatest civilization ever to exist in the history of the world and our moral prerogative to fight for it and to defend it.
00:52:12.000 And this kind of came out of nowhere, to be honest with you.
00:52:15.000 I did not expect this.
00:52:16.000 I thought Pam Bonnie was going to talk about her friendship with Donald Trump.
00:52:18.000 I thought she was going to talk about how Donald Trump was an effective leader towards women, all those things, true.
00:52:22.000 But Pam Bondi came out like a prosecutor and just laid the case against the Bidens.
00:52:28.000 And that is Republicans win when we play offense.
00:52:31.000 We play win.
00:52:33.000 We win when we play offense.
00:52:34.000 Now, what other clips do we have here?
00:52:35.000 I want to see what else we got before we take some questions here.
00:52:40.000 Let me see.
00:52:41.000 I think we have one.
00:52:43.000 Do we have one more of Tiffany Trump here?
00:52:44.000 Let's play Larry Kudlow really quick.
00:52:48.000 Our economic health is coming back.
00:52:50.000 With emergency spending and tax cuts, Americans are going back to work.
00:52:56.000 There's a housing boom, there's an auto boom, a manufacturing boom, a consumer spending boom.
00:53:02.000 Stocks are in record territory.
00:53:05.000 A V-shaped recovery is pointing to better than 20% growth in the second half of this year.
00:53:12.000 Now, looking ahead, more tax cuts and regulatory rollback will be in store.
00:53:17.000 Payroll tax cuts for higher wages, income tax cuts for the middle class, capital gains tax cuts for investment, productivity, and jobs.
00:53:27.000 Much more regulatory relief for small businesses.
00:53:31.000 In economic terms, folks, this is no time for a $4 trillion tax hike.
00:53:39.000 And so that framing right there, and I know this might sound very simple, but people are not going to go out of their way to go vote for higher taxes.
00:53:49.000 People are not going to go out of their way to reduce their incomes, especially at a time like this.
00:53:54.000 Now, the Kentucky Attorney General, Daniel Kamara Camera, he had one of the greatest lines.
00:53:59.000 He quoted Lincoln by saying, Any nation that does not honor its heroes will not long endure.
00:54:05.000 I think that he gave one of the best speeches of this convention so far.
00:54:09.000 He called out Biden's you ain't black comment better than any other person, except maybe Senator Tim Scott last night.
00:54:16.000 Very effective, talking about diversity of thought and then powerfully said, Look at me.
00:54:21.000 Do we have that clip poll that we get in that one up of the Attorney General of Kentucky?
00:54:26.000 And he is definitely a rising powerhouse in the Republican Party.
00:54:30.000 He is a rising star.
00:54:31.000 You can just tell that he has a very bright future ahead of him.
00:54:34.000 And I thought he gave a phenomenal endorsement of the president.
00:54:38.000 I thought he gave one of the best summaries of what the president is doing to actually fight for forgotten America and actually being able to bring dignity to parts of America that have been so incredibly disenfranchised.
00:54:50.000 So, and you guys can email us your questions: freedom at charliekirk.com, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:54:56.000 One thought that has came to me: look at all of the rising stars that have been speaking at this convention of black leaders.
00:55:01.000 You have Kim Klesick, Tim Scott, Attorney General of Kentucky.
00:55:06.000 You also have other leaders that are scheduled to speak throughout the week.
00:55:10.000 You have Jeron, who works in the White House, who's a dear friend of mine, who does a terrific and a phenomenal job.
00:55:15.000 You know what was so refreshing for me is Republicans are usually not very good storytellers.
00:55:19.000 And in this instance, in this instance, Republicans told better stories than even the Democrats did last week.
00:55:25.000 And of course, we can't forget Vernon Jones.
00:55:27.000 So let's take some of your questions.
00:55:29.000 Email us, freedom at charliekirk.com, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:55:32.000 Jenna C says, why does the Democrat Party, by the way, you have now won a signed copy of the New York Times bestseller, the MAGA Doctrine, why does the Democrat Party denounce wealth with so much wealth so much, yet many of their donors are mega wealthy?
00:55:45.000 Well, here's why.
00:55:46.000 It's because the Democrat Party has made a calculation that they want to serve the interest of the permanent ruling class, the 1 to 2% of our country, or even more so, the 1% of the 1%, and they want to create a permanent underclass.
00:55:59.000 45 to 50% of our country that are addicted to government programs have very little future of actually making any sort of decent living for themselves and actually increase the pie of people that are perpetually dependent on the federal government.
00:56:12.000 Their big bet is to be ruling over the most unequal parts of America, Silicon Valley, New York City, Manhattan, Los Angeles, where the wealthiest and the poorest people in America are going to vote for Democrats.
00:56:25.000 Now, we have talked about this quite often on the Charlie Kirk show, where if you do not have a vibrant and sustainable middle class where people can have many children, people can affordably pay for health care, people can buy a home and see their life get materially better, then that is how you're going to see a Marxist revolution happen in your country.
00:56:43.000 If you do not have a sustainable middle class, your country will deteriorate.
00:56:48.000 And so that's exactly why the Democrats no longer want to represent the middle class in our country.
00:56:53.000 They're almost annoyed by middle class voters.
00:56:55.000 They do not want the workers that shower before work and shower after work in their party.
00:57:01.000 In fact, they don't want the manufacturing jobs.
00:57:03.000 They do not want people that actually work with their hands.
00:57:05.000 Instead, they would much rather have a country that people are permanently addicted to government programs.
00:57:13.000 They have absolute and total power, and the ruling class is more important.
00:57:16.000 Donald Trump actually seeks to make the ruling class less important.
00:57:19.000 Let's play a tape.
00:57:20.000 We got it up here at the Attorney General of Kentucky.
00:57:23.000 Enjoy.
00:57:24.000 I think often about my ancestors who struggled for freedom.
00:57:28.000 And as I think of those giants and their broad shoulders, I also think about Joe Biden, who says, if you aren't voting for me, you ain't black.
00:57:38.000 Who argued that Republicans would put us back in chains?
00:57:42.000 Who says there is no diversity of thought in the black community?
00:57:46.000 Mr. Vice President, look at me.
00:57:49.000 I am black.
00:57:50.000 We are not all the same, sir.
00:57:52.000 I am not in chains.
00:57:54.000 My mind is my own.
00:57:56.000 And you can't tell me how to vote because of the color of my skin.
00:58:02.000 Phenomenal.
00:58:03.000 He is calling out Joe Biden for the racist that he absolutely is.
00:58:07.000 And if you look at the record of how the Democrats have treated the black community, black people should be defecting from the Democrat Party in record numbers.
00:58:17.000 Here's a tweet of mine that I've sent out previously.
00:58:19.000 If politicians wanted to keep black people poor, they should just send them the Baltimore public schools.
00:58:24.000 A recent report in 2017 found that 13 high schools in Baltimore had zero students proficient in math.
00:58:29.000 90% of black boys in Baltimore cannot read at grade level.
00:58:34.000 That is run by Democrats at the local level, the state level, and at the, honestly, the congressional level or the federal level as well.
00:58:41.000 And yet they go out of their way to try to blame Republicans.
00:58:44.000 Let's get to another question here.
00:58:45.000 Justin Clark, do you think that all the Californians moving to Texas could present a problem for Trump winning the state of Texas, Justin Clark?
00:58:51.000 That is the conventional wisdom, but actually out-of-state voter registration, meaning that new people moving to the state of Texas are actually favoring Republicans.
00:58:59.000 It is immigration and people that have come to the state of Texas that have had children, illegal immigrants that have had children, and the Hispanic trends that are voting, that are trending Democrat.
00:59:08.000 That is one of the reasons why Texas is skewing blue.
00:59:12.000 Zachary F. asks, how would you compare Michelle Obama's message with Melania's tonight?
00:59:17.000 And how do you think that Trump's message should be when he addresses the American people on Thursday?
00:59:21.000 Well, I will be there in person on Thursday when the President of the United States accepts the nomination and gives his address to the American people.
00:59:28.000 I think it's going to be one of the most important speeches of his presidency, one of the most important speeches of Western civilization for that.
00:59:35.000 First of all, I think that Melania's speech was far better than Michelle Obama's speech.
00:59:41.000 I think that Melania's speech was forward-thinking.
00:59:44.000 It was healing.
00:59:45.000 It was magnanimous.
00:59:46.000 Michelle Obama went out of her way to attack Donald Trump.
00:59:49.000 I love the, I mean, you just saw the difference.
00:59:51.000 Melania Trump coming on that long walk down the Rose Garden, 150 steps in heels, steps up on stage, stands up in front of a live crowd.
01:00:01.000 Michelle Obama records her speech, sits down in the living room, and that's it.
01:00:06.000 I mean, huge differences, massive.
01:00:10.000 And also just in the content of the speech, Michelle Obama was dark and divisive.
01:00:14.000 And I love how they see, they say, oh, this Republican convention was so dark and divisive.
01:00:18.000 No, it's not.
01:00:19.000 That's just a lie.
01:00:20.000 That's Orwellian.
01:00:21.000 It's not even a lie.
01:00:22.000 It's the opposite of the truth.
01:00:23.000 I mean, it would be one thing if it was just one thing off from the truth.
01:00:28.000 It is the opposite of the truth.
01:00:29.000 And then Bette Midler, who I didn't even know was still a thing, tweeted that, quote, she still doesn't know how to speak English about Melania Trump.
01:00:36.000 Democrats are racist.
01:00:38.000 Democrats do not like immigrants.
01:00:39.000 Democrats say they like these things.
01:00:41.000 They say they're not racist.
01:00:42.000 When it comes down to it, they go out of their way to attack people on their immutable characteristics or the fact that Melania Trump grew up in a communist country and is a freedom-loving American and is the first first lady of the United States to be a naturalized citizen.
01:00:58.000 She speaks over six languages.
01:00:59.000 She's a loving mother.
01:01:01.000 And yes, she's also stunning.
01:01:02.000 She's a lot better looking than you, Bette Midler, if I may say so myself.
01:01:06.000 And I went there.
01:01:06.000 So what?
01:01:07.000 Next question.
01:01:10.000 Did you see ABC saying, seeing Trump will be sued over the military being in the naturalization video and Pompeo being in Israel?
01:01:18.000 What are your thoughts?
01:01:19.000 Again, it is incredible how the Democrats will not focus on the content.
01:01:23.000 They are going to try to find procedural reasons as to why Donald Trump should not become president of the United States.
01:01:31.000 They're not going to talk about the fact that President Donald Trump actually had a naturalization ceremony, not to mention there were two service members in the Democrat National Committee nominating video, which is far worse than an actual, nothing in that naturalization video was political.
01:01:47.000 It was all just a government ceremony that was aired.
01:01:50.000 And of course the Democrats are going to try to attack it because they're trying to attack it because it was effective.
01:01:57.000 It actually worked.
01:01:59.000 So next question here from Jacob.
01:02:01.000 You guys can email us your questions right now, freedom at charliekirk.com, freedom at charliekirk.com.
01:02:05.000 If I select your question, you get a signed copy of the New York Times bestseller, The MAGA Doctrine.
01:02:10.000 New York Times bestseller, the MAGA doctrine.
01:02:12.000 Let's get to this question right here from Jacob.
01:02:14.000 Good evening.
01:02:15.000 I'm a lifelong, longer New Yorker, longer New Yorker.
01:02:18.000 He said longer.
01:02:19.000 I'll say lifelong New Yorker who never saw it to be political or cared much for politics.
01:02:23.000 This is the first year I'm going to the polls and I'm voting for our president to get a second term.
01:02:27.000 God bless you.
01:02:29.000 I just feel this is the most crucial time to get out and vote.
01:02:31.000 You're right.
01:02:31.000 I love America, the good, the bad, and the ugly, all of it.
01:02:34.000 And I don't want to lose our country to backwards thinking people.
01:02:37.000 Keep what you're doing and thank you and God bless.
01:02:39.000 Now, is New York in play?
01:02:40.000 I don't know.
01:02:41.000 But here's what I will say, Jacob.
01:02:42.000 Thank you for watching, by the way.
01:02:43.000 And please email us so you can redeem your signed copy of the New York Times bestseller, the MAGA doctrine.
01:02:48.000 Do not think things are monolithic.
01:02:51.000 Do not think things just because they are one way are going to be that way.
01:02:56.000 I am encountering thousands of people.
01:03:00.000 When I travel, I was in Maine, I was in Michigan, I was in Illinois, Wisconsin, Florida, Battleground States, Arizona, you name it.
01:03:05.000 People are coming up to me and said, Charlie, did not vote in 16, I've ever voted in my life, and now I'm voting in 2020.
01:03:10.000 I'm like, you didn't vote in 2016?
01:03:11.000 You didn't think it wasn't important to get Hillary Clinton elected as president of the United States?
01:03:14.000 They said, no, but now it's more important than ever before.
01:03:16.000 Just as articulated by Jacob's email right here.
01:03:19.000 And so, this is something the Democrats are not counting on.
01:03:21.000 So, if you go to the latest polls, which, you know, I look at some of the polls.
01:03:24.000 I do.
01:03:25.000 I don't believe them, but I like keeping an eye on them.
01:03:27.000 I like seeing if there's trends.
01:03:28.000 I think some of them actually might generally try to catch some of these trends.
01:03:33.000 I think that some of these actually might, is this right?
01:03:37.000 What?
01:03:39.000 This latest poll here between Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, North Carolina.
01:03:43.000 Did you guys see this?
01:03:44.000 The latest poll has, wow, there's no way that could be right.
01:03:48.000 I'm sorry, I'm reading this on RealClear Politics in real time.
01:03:50.000 It says the average in the top battleground states has Trump up half a point in the moving average.
01:03:56.000 It's pretty incredible.
01:03:57.000 That poll must have been taken in the last 24 hours.
01:04:00.000 I'm trying to see the poll that they're referencing here.
01:04:03.000 So, we're going to put that up.
01:04:04.000 I'm sorry, it just kind of took me away.
01:04:05.000 I was going to talk about a poll I saw earlier.
01:04:06.000 Forgive my, this is the beauty of live live stream, everybody.
01:04:09.000 You get to see my reaction.
01:04:10.000 I'm like, how on earth is that possible?
01:04:12.000 By the way, Trump's favorability is up four points in just the last couple of days.
01:04:16.000 That's how you know it is a good and well-executed election.
01:04:19.000 Let me see right here.
01:04:22.000 Oh, I'm sorry.
01:04:23.000 I see what they did here.
01:04:24.000 Okay, that was just a selection of a couple polls.
01:04:26.000 I see exactly what this is.
01:04:27.000 What this was is the Battleground states Trump in 2016 versus 2020.
01:04:31.000 I was looking at this on Real Clear Politics, that Trump is actually up a point on 2016 than he was in 2020 here.
01:04:37.000 What I was going to right now is just the people are surveying likely voters versus actual voters versus newly registered voters.
01:04:44.000 So, someone like Jacob, who's just recently registered to vote, he is not going to be reflected in the polling.
01:04:48.000 Jacob is not going to be reflected in the polling, mostly because Jacob is a new voter.
01:04:53.000 No one's going to call him.
01:04:54.000 And so, Jacob, thank you for your question.
01:04:56.000 When I look at this poll right here, let's take this poll, for example, in Minnesota that has Donald Trump tied in Minnesota.
01:05:03.000 That's right, according to the Trafalgar group, which had actually was the most accurate polling going into the 2016 election, has Donald Trump polled with, tied with Joe Biden.
01:05:14.000 They're still going with likely voters.
01:05:16.000 That's right.
01:05:16.000 They are going with likely voters.
01:05:18.000 New voters that are just coming and getting registered right now.
01:05:21.000 And by the way, Republicans are outpacing Democrats with new voter registrations.
01:05:26.000 That's right.
01:05:27.000 Republicans are outpacing Democrats with new voter registrations.
01:05:30.000 Actually, let me get a citation for that.
01:05:33.000 So, there was one during the coronavirus, which is at GOP.
01:05:36.000 This is on July 20th, July 11th, 2020.
01:05:40.000 Trump gets some good election news.
01:05:41.000 GOP voter registration outpaces Dems.
01:05:44.000 A slowdown in adding new voters in the roles during the pandemic has played to the Republicans' advantage.
01:05:50.000 This is July 11th, 2020.
01:05:53.000 And you go through this, that in all the battleground states, more Republicans are registering than Democrats in the states of Florida, Colorado, Maine, North Carolina, Pennsylvania.
01:06:01.000 Democrats have made up a smaller share of new registrants than ever before.
01:06:06.000 Something's happening in this country.
01:06:08.000 It's not going to be reflected in the polling, everybody.
01:06:09.000 You can feel it.
01:06:10.000 Got people coming up.
01:06:11.000 They're like, I'm voting Republican.
01:06:12.000 I'm not going to let the arson eluding the terrors and the insurrection go unaddressed.
01:06:16.000 I love my country.
01:06:18.000 Joe Biden will not leave the basement.
01:06:19.000 And we're starting to see that reflected in this beautiful convention.
01:06:22.000 Let's get to the next question here.
01:06:23.000 Joy C from Idaho, please keep on emailing your questions, everybody.
01:06:26.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com, freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
01:06:29.000 Hello, where do you feel millennials stand on this election?
01:06:31.000 How do you feel their vote will affect the outcome?
01:06:33.000 Couple thoughts on this.
01:06:35.000 Number one, I think that with campus closures, it's going to benefit Donald Trump.
01:06:39.000 They cannot ballot harvest.
01:06:40.000 They can't cheat.
01:06:40.000 They can't do voter fraud.
01:06:42.000 They can't drive people directly to the polls.
01:06:44.000 That's one of the things.
01:06:46.000 Also, I think that record amounts of millennials and Gen Z are going to vote for Donald Trump.
01:06:50.000 I mean, you just look at this YouTube stream right now.
01:06:52.000 We got 4.2,000 people watching, most of which are young people.
01:06:56.000 We filled up the entire convention hall, which was a church in Phoenix, Arizona, with 3,300 young people in the midst of the pandemic.
01:07:06.000 It was 107 degrees outside for the Students for Trump turning point action rally back in June.
01:07:11.000 There's something very special happening in this country that I do not think is getting really articulated by any of the public polling.
01:07:16.000 But you're starting to see it in just the amount of people that are engaging into this convention, the ratings, the people that are defecting the new voter registration.
01:07:23.000 I think you've got to factor all those things in together for some very sizable trends that are happening.
01:07:27.000 And yes, you have to go out and vote.
01:07:29.000 You have to go vote in person.
01:07:30.000 Try to actually show up to the polls.
01:07:32.000 I think that Donald Trump is going to win the youth vote in certain states.
01:07:34.000 I think he's going to lose the youth vote in New York and California.
01:07:37.000 But there is no enthusiasm for Joe Biden.
01:07:39.000 Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have no enthusiasm whatsoever for younger voters.
01:07:43.000 In fact, younger voters, Generation Z and millennials, they are repulsed by Senator Harris and they think that Joe Biden is a complete and total mockery.
01:07:50.000 I think that Donald Trump has an amazing opportunity to make gains in these communities.
01:07:55.000 He really does.
01:07:56.000 And that's something that we are doing every single day at Students for Trump.
01:07:58.000 And I think that young people actually might be one of the deciding reasons as to why Donald Trump wins four more years in the White House.
01:08:06.000 I actually think that is one of the reasons why Donald Trump is going to win and why Joe Biden is going to lose.
01:08:11.000 Let's get to your questions here.
01:08:12.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com, Freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
01:08:15.000 Love the show.
01:08:15.000 Hi, Charlie.
01:08:16.000 How can Trump change the narrative that Democrats are portraying?
01:08:19.000 That he has not done enough to combat the Chinese coronavirus.
01:08:22.000 Well, look, you know what's one of the things that no one's talking about?
01:08:26.000 In almost all of the key battleground states right now, I'm going to share some numbers with you guys.
01:08:31.000 Trends are heading in President Trump's direction when it comes to the virus.
01:08:35.000 If you actually look at, let's take, for example, some of the Sunbelt states.
01:08:40.000 Let's take Florida, for example.
01:08:41.000 They reached their peak almost six weeks ago, where they had 11,870 daily new cases.
01:08:48.000 That has been cut by almost 75%.
01:08:51.000 You are looking at the Sunbelt, like Arizona, Florida, and Texas.
01:08:54.000 A lot of their summer peaks are actually going down.
01:08:57.000 And so President Trump, I think on Thursday, has to communicate that.
01:09:00.000 And look, by mid-September, if the virus becomes a backseat issue, President Trump is going to have a phenomenal coalition of support to get him to win four more years.
01:09:12.000 From Maggie V, she says, I'm from Wisconsin.
01:09:14.000 We are seeing riots like never before due to the recent shooting.
01:09:16.000 How do you see the riots affecting the polls?
01:09:17.000 It's not going to help Democrats.
01:09:19.000 And if you are seeing the riots, Maggie Vee, tell your friends right now, say, you have to go vote Republican right now.
01:09:25.000 Go register as a Republican right now and get your ballot and vote as soon as you possibly can and go vote in person.
01:09:33.000 The riots are going to be one of the main reasons why the Republicans, I believe, are going to keep the Senate and God willing Donald Trump is going to win reelection.
01:09:41.000 And communicate that to people.
01:09:43.000 You see the business owners that are losing their businesses.
01:09:45.000 You are seeing decent, reasonable people getting slaughtered in the streets.
01:09:49.000 Hey, Charlie, 20-year-old future politician here.
01:09:52.000 I live in New Jersey and fear mail-in voting fraud.
01:09:55.000 How can I ensure that my vote actually goes to Trump?
01:09:57.000 And do you think mail-in voting will affect the election?
01:09:59.000 Yes, when you got ballots everywhere.
01:10:00.000 If Donald Trump loses, it'll be because of the ballot fraud.
01:10:03.000 It'll be because of vote-by-mail ballot fraud.
01:10:03.000 It's that simple.
01:10:06.000 We have to have the lawyers, we have to have the infrastructure and the capacity to be able to fight back against it.
01:10:10.000 It is a huge issue.
01:10:11.000 How do you actually deter against it?
01:10:13.000 Go vote in person and turn in your ballot in person.
01:10:17.000 Hi, Charlie.
01:10:18.000 Love your podcast and listen to it every day.
01:10:19.000 I'm a high school conservative from California.
01:10:21.000 And let me tell you, it's not easy being one.
01:10:23.000 How would you recommend bringing these topics up in class discussion on class debates in my U.S. history course?
01:10:27.000 Thank you for everything you do.
01:10:29.000 Ask questions.
01:10:30.000 Eden, the best way to address it is to ask questions.
01:10:33.000 And also, just be ready and anticipate being mocked, being persecuted, and really becoming a public enemy of the teacher.
01:10:42.000 But ask them questions.
01:10:43.000 Say, don't you think it's interesting how Donald Trump doesn't think someone is not black if they don't vote for him?
01:10:48.000 Why does Joe Biden think that?
01:10:50.000 Always ask questions.
01:10:52.000 That is the way that you're able to win the argument.

01:11:21.000 We're going to give out another pile of MAGA doctrine books tonight, right here, right now.
01:11:26.000 In closing, Tiffany Trump was phenomenal.
01:11:28.000 Very proud of her as a friend.
01:11:29.000 Eric Trump, one of the best moments.
01:11:32.000 The RNC tonight showed the humanity of President Trump.
01:11:35.000 It really dispelled a lot of the bitter and sinister lies of the left.
01:11:39.000 It showed the truth of the president, and it celebrated our country, this gift that we have been given, this gift that has been preserved and protected and fought for.
01:11:48.000 It made the argument for pro-life.
01:11:50.000 It talked about school choice more effectively than Republicans ever have.
01:11:54.000 And we've been talking about this on this program for so long.
01:11:56.000 That school choice for black kids, school choice for all Americans is going to be a winning issue.
01:12:00.000 And people are going to support that politically coming into November.
01:12:04.000 It talked about Trump rebuilding while Biden was swindling.
01:12:07.000 Nick Sandman gave one of the greatest, I think, cultural arguments as to why President Trump deserves four more years in epic, dramatic form.
01:12:15.000 The Democrat mayor from Minnesota gave one of the best arguments for why President Trump can preserve our steel industry and the iron backbone of America.
01:12:23.000 And then Melania capped it off.
01:12:25.000 150 steps in heels, coming down the rose garden, taking that epic left turn, giving a speech to unite our country as an immigrant, someone who speaks six languages, someone who loves her husband and loves her country, all capped off while President Trump and her walk past that.
01:12:40.000 And she's her fashion choice, aesthetic, incredible.
01:12:45.000 The Republican National Convention, a celebration of the greatest country ever to exist in the history of the world.
01:12:50.000 The Democrat National Convention, inherent contradictions, sparring past each other.
01:12:58.000 Not celebrating America, but condemning America.
01:13:01.000 That's what's going to be on the ballot coming into November.
01:13:03.000 Whether we want to have quiet and peaceable lives, whether we want to believe that church is more important than a casino, whether we want pastors to not be locked up, but instead we want violent prisoners to go to jail and stay in jail.
01:13:14.000 In California, 17,000 violent criminals have been released from California.
01:13:18.000 Now is the call to action.
01:13:19.000 Everyone, please subscribe to my podcast right now.
01:13:21.000 We got to deliver President Trump four more years.
