00:01:37.000 We are here in Gainesville, Georgia at beautiful Free Chapel for our Faith Forward Pastor Summit.
00:01:44.000 And I am back in the chair.
00:01:45.000 Very special thank you to producer Andrew for filling in on short notice yesterday.
00:01:50.000 I was in very bad shape yesterday.
00:01:53.000 I got very sick over the weekend.
00:01:55.000 I haven't been that sick in nearly five years, actually.
00:01:58.000 It was the sickest I was in nearly five years.
00:02:01.000 I could not move.
00:02:01.000 It takes a lot to take me out of the chair for a sick day.
00:02:05.000 There is something nasty going around.
00:02:07.000 I did every preparation measure imaginable.
00:02:09.000 That thing roared through the house.
00:02:10.000 I was even traveling for five days, and I thought I avoided it.
00:02:14.000 And we think it was the norovirus, let's just say, not fun, but recovered rather quickly all things being equal.
00:02:21.000 We had an amazing event last evening in Wisconsin.
00:02:24.000 I was able to muster up enough to do that event.
00:02:27.000 That event was brought to by Big Pharma, because I used every drug under the sun to be able to give the speech there last night in beautiful Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.
00:02:38.000 And we were there supporting Mr. Brad Schimel, hopefully to become on the Wisconsin Supreme Court, the most important race of 2025.
00:02:48.000 is happening in Wisconsin.
00:02:49.000 It all starts today.
00:02:51.000 Early voting starts today in Wisconsin.
00:02:53.000 So we did that event intentionally aligning with the push for early voting there.
00:02:58.000 So much to cover here is we are here at the TPUSA Faith Pastor Summit.
00:03:02.000 Also, Jensen Franklin is a partner here doing this at Free Chapel.
00:03:08.000 And lots to cover.
00:03:09.000 We're going to have Lucas Miles on the program.
00:03:11.000 who is our director at TPSA Faith.
00:03:14.000 We're going to have Jensen Franklin himself on the program.
00:03:17.000 We are also going to have Andrew Sedra on the program all about the rise of Islamism and Muhammadism.
00:03:23.000 Very important topic as the rise of Muhammadism in the West is one of the greatest existential cultural threats.
00:03:31.000 Forget the whole idea of the Houthis and the terrorists and Iran.
00:03:34.000 That's important, but the cultural...
00:03:36.000 ascension of Muhammadism is directly at odds with a free society.
00:03:41.000 We're going to explore that with Andrew Sedra.
00:03:43.000 It is slow motion cultural suicide.
00:03:46.000 But I want to emphasize two rock stars that President Trump has empowered.
00:03:50.000 There is an ascendant.
00:03:52.000 There is a growing.
00:03:53.000 There is a increasingly popular force and energy in the conservative movement.
00:04:01.000 In ideological vanguard, J.D. Vance and Stephen Miller.
00:04:05.000 I want to brag on both of these incredible leaders for a second.
00:04:09.000 They're both great friends of mine.
00:04:11.000 I'm honored to call them friends.
00:04:12.000 They are in the trenches fighting for the country every single day.
00:04:16.000 Stephen Miller had, without a doubt, one of the best and most dynamic And informative, might I add, cable news segments that you'll ever find.
00:04:25.000 Usually cable news is largely, especially CNN, just a waste of time.
00:04:29.000 I love Fox News, but CNN is just a waste of time.
00:04:32.000 Why would anybody watch CNN?
00:04:34.000 Stephen Miller goes on there and puts on a Ph.D. level master class on exactly what is happening with the expulsion and the deportation of these Trend de Aragua.
00:04:50.000 invaders through a constitutional lens and argues rather brilliantly running circles around Miss Casey Hunt why President Trump and this administration is in their rightful authority to do this and why this district court judge is defecating on the Constitution when he dares challenge it.
00:05:09.000 She was so in over her head.
00:05:11.000 It was delicious to watch.
00:05:14.000 Let's just talk.
00:05:15.000 These are two young guns.
00:05:16.000 You got Stephen Miller and J.D. Vance that are the ideological vanguard.
00:05:20.000 They are simultaneously fighting for the president and his agenda.
00:05:24.000 I wish I could play the entire 10-minute clip of Stephen Miller.
00:05:26.000 Obviously, we can't on this program.
00:05:28.000 But let's play a little bit of a snippet.
00:05:30.000 It's worth every minute.
00:05:31.000 Playcut 108.
00:05:32.000 So you called the judge's order just earlier today, quote, patently unlawful, end quote, and said that it was an assault on democracy itself.
00:05:42.000 Does that mean that the administration is ignoring this order?
00:05:47.000 And might you ignore future court orders that meet the criteria you laid out?
00:05:52.000 The president of the United States and his administration reserve all rights under the Constitution to conduct national security operations in defense of the United States.
00:06:02.000 The Alien Enemies Act, which was passed into law by the founding generation of these countries, men like John Adams, was written explicitly to give the president the authority to repel an alien invasion of the United States.
00:06:19.000 That is not something that a district court judge has any authority whatsoever to interfere with, to enjoin, to restrict or to restrain any way.
00:06:29.000 You can read the law yourself.
00:06:30.000 There's now one clause in that law that makes it subject to judicial review, let alone district court review.
00:06:37.000 Stephen Miller continues here on this constitutional scholar masterclass.
00:06:42.000 Play cut 109.
00:06:43.000 If you could answer my question first, in other words, is Venezuela invading our country in a way that would apply this way?
00:06:51.000 So under the, so I'll answer yours and you'll answer your mind.
00:06:53.000 Under the terms of the statute, trained there, is an alien enemy force that has come here as detailed at length in the proclamation at the direction of the Venezuelan government.
00:07:07.000 The statute says that a president has the ability to repel an invasion or predatory incursion That is directed by a foreign government, right?
00:07:16.000 Are they a state or a government?
00:07:18.000 Yes, it is documented that TDA was sent by the Venezuelan government in the proclamation.
00:07:24.000 And here's an even more important point.
00:07:25.000 Under the Constitution, who makes that determination?
00:07:28.000 A district court judge elected by no one or the commander-in-chief of the Army and Navy.
00:07:33.000 The president and the president-in-law makes a decision of what triggers that determination in the statute.
00:07:37.000 So do you then think we are actually at war with Venezuela, the nation state of Venezuela?
00:07:42.000 You're not hearing me and you're not understanding me.
00:07:44.000 You're not hearing me.
00:07:45.000 By the way, can we just get a side-by-side image up on screen?
00:07:49.000 I hate to overly generalize, but you're going to have to indulge me in my generalizations for a moment.
00:07:55.000 That's what's going on in America.
00:07:57.000 On the right, you have very calm, stable, stoic, measured, wise, alpha male, Stephen Miller with his life altogether, beautiful family, defending his nation.
00:08:08.000 On the left...
00:08:11.000 You have scrambled.
00:08:13.000 Not really a clear thinker.
00:08:15.000 I'm not even saying she's not bright, which obviously she isn't.
00:08:18.000 She can't control that.
00:08:20.000 But she's just a sloppy thinker.
00:08:23.000 She doesn't have the mental capacity or the matrix to be able to even process.
00:08:31.000 And she also does it in such a smug, condescending way, as if she kind of like leans back, well, are you trying to say, She was so out of her element here.
00:08:42.000 And Stephen Miller was just kind of playing with her.
00:08:45.000 My favorite part of the tape, you got to get this, Ryan, is when she was like, well, according to your own ex post and Steve's like, nope, nope.
00:08:53.000 And then he reads it word for word.
00:08:55.000 And some CNN producer then puts up the quote and turns out Stephen Miller was right.
00:08:59.000 She got his, she got even the quote wrong that he was then rehearsing.
00:09:07.000 that he was then saying.
00:09:09.000 And of course she had people in her ear, obviously three or four producers piping in trying to give her one-liners.
00:09:17.000 It's just a perfect picture of what is going on in the country right now.
00:09:22.000 It really was a 10 out of 10 master class.
00:09:24.000 So you got Stephen Miller and then we have the J.D. Vance element.
00:09:27.000 The future is very bright, everybody.
00:09:28.000 It's not just President Trump that is shouldering this burden.
00:09:31.000 You have an entire team.
00:09:33.000 You have Hegseth.
00:09:34.000 You got Marco Rubio.
00:09:35.000 You got Elon Musk.
00:09:36.000 You have this phenomenal deep bench.
00:09:39.000 And they don't know which attack vector to focus on because it's a team of all stars.
00:09:43.000 You look at Trump 2 versus Trump 1. In Trump 1, we did not have this chorus.
00:09:49.000 We did not have this chorus, this symphony of rock stars and all stars.
00:09:58.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:09:59.000 The numbers don't lie.
00:10:01.000 The impact that balance of nature makes every single day is astounding.

00:10:19.000 And billions, yes, billions of fruits and veggie supplements consumed by people who have decided to start living better.

00:10:50.000 Use discount code Charlie to get 35% off plus free shipping.
00:10:54.000 That is balance of nature.com, balance of nature.com.
00:10:58.000 Okay, let's play cut 134, please.
00:11:02.000 Read the statute, Alien Enemies Act, 1798.
00:11:06.000 It says if a predatory incursion is perpetrated by a foreign government.
00:11:12.000 So it lists the three qualifying actions.
00:11:16.000 It could be enacted war.
00:11:16.000 It does say in the very beginning, there has to be a declared war against a nation or a state.
00:11:21.000 That's what it says.
00:11:21.000 No. Wrong.
00:11:23.000 Look at the statute is on my account on social media.
00:11:26.000 That's actually where we found it.
00:11:27.000 The, yes, it says, or a predatory incursion, or an invasion.
00:11:33.000 The statute delineates three criteria for triggering the enemy's act.
00:11:39.000 One is an act of war, which by the way, an invasion is an act of war, but put that aside.
00:11:44.000 One is an invasion, which this is.
00:11:46.000 One is a predatory incursion, which this is.
00:11:49.000 So it actually meets all three statutory criteria.
00:11:51.000 Wrong. The same way that J.D. Vance has his not today, Margaret, or what was it?
00:11:57.000 Stop talking, Margaret or whatever it was, or just stop with your yammering Margaret.
00:12:03.000 Stephen Miller has wrong.
00:12:05.000 And by the way, she was wrong.
00:12:06.000 She has a whole platoon of producers.
00:12:09.000 This is all she does, right?
00:12:10.000 This is all Ms. Casey Hunt does.
00:12:12.000 Her job is to do one hour of just reading a teleprompter.
00:12:18.000 Her whole day is just configured around this.
00:12:21.000 Stephen Miller is up at five in the morning.
00:12:24.000 He's got three kids.
00:12:26.000 He's a phenomenal husband, a resolute fighter for the country, governing nine different things across, and then he has to get ready for a cable news hit, and she still can't be prepared for it.
00:12:36.000 I got to play one more here.
00:12:37.000 It's Stephen Miller, and then we are going to play a little bit of J.D. Vance, play cut 112.
00:12:41.000 Under a proper reading of the Constitution, District court judges provide relief to individual plaintiffs seeking relief.
00:12:51.000 District court judges do not have the authority as a general matter to enjoin the functioning of the executive branch, but their authority is at its lowest point.
00:13:02.000 when the president is exercising his powers as commander-in-chief.
00:13:05.000 And I asked you a question, you never answered it.
00:13:07.000 Can a judge in joint troop movements overseas?
00:13:09.000 Can a district court judge in joint movements overseas?
00:13:12.000 Stephen, yes or not?
00:13:13.000 I am not going to get into the- Just say no, and then you'll know that I'm right.
00:13:17.000 This is a separate question, Stephen.
00:13:19.000 Okay, we're not talking about other troops overseas.
00:13:21.000 I need to ask you about something else.
00:13:23.000 The president issued a proclamation.
00:13:26.000 delineating in detail how the Venezuelan regime sent this gang, this terrorist organization to our shores.
00:13:35.000 Just say no and you'll know that I'm right.
00:13:36.000 I mean, that is just a chef's kiss master class.
00:13:41.000 And Stephen Miller is absolutely right.
00:13:43.000 A district court judge does not have authority to enjoin a president's ability to do foreign policy matters.
00:13:50.000 By the way, breaking news, Chief Justice Roberts pushes back against calls to impeach judge who rules against President Trump.
00:13:58.000 A legal mind here that we know very well in the program has told us exclusively, quote, this is completely improper for a chief justice to do.
00:14:07.000 The courts are totally out of control right now, everybody.
00:14:11.000 Understand that the sovereign, the power in America has been primarily concentrated into two buckets the last 100 years, into the unelected bureaucracy and the unelected courts.
00:14:26.000 Almost all of the power has been broken into those two buckets.
00:14:30.000 The sovereign is actually in the people, and that's why we have presidents.
00:14:35.000 Can President Trump actually, can he impeach judges?
00:14:38.000 Of course he can.
00:14:39.000 He'd have a hard time to do it.
00:14:41.000 But constitutionally, it's one of the only checks and balances in our system.
00:14:45.000 And now John Roberts is coming out trying to say that it's wrong for Donald Trump to do this.
00:14:51.000 They are creating the constitutional crisis here because they are losing their grip on power.
00:14:56.000 President Trump used the...
00:14:59.000 law of the land to repel and to be able to deport Trenda Aragua.
00:15:04.000 Could you imagine if every time we have to deport somebody, they have to have a separate hearing.
00:15:11.000 They have to have a separate deportation hearing for every...
00:15:14.000 That's the way that they could destroy deportations through bureaucracy.
00:15:18.000 They could end the deportation effort by grinding it down to a halt by using...
00:15:26.000 The federal bureaucracy.
00:15:28.000 Did these judges win seven swing states?
00:15:30.000 Did these judges win a popular vote mandate?
00:15:33.000 Chief Justice Roberts, quote, for more than two centuries have been established that impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision.
00:15:41.000 Chief Justice Roberts, you are totally wrong here.
00:15:44.000 You are totally wrong.
00:15:45.000 Quote, the normal appellate review process exists for that purpose.
00:15:49.000 Oh, the appellate review process will be used.
00:15:52.000 And I think your Supreme Court will end up siding with President Trump.
00:15:56.000 But a district court judge has no authority or jurisdiction over foreign policy decisions of a duly elected president of the United States.
00:16:08.000 With President Trump making massive strides in his first month in office, a loan to deliver on campaign promises to make America great again, it's clear his administration is committed to driving down costs and unleashing prosperity across our country.
00:16:21.000 But Big Pharma is standing in the way.
00:16:23.000 They've raised prices on over 575 brand name drugs in January alone, blocked competition, and spent millions pushing overpriced meds on hardworking Americans.
00:16:33.000 Now their pressure in Congress to implement mandates that will undermine the one real check against drug companies and ban the very market-based incentives that help employers and families save on prescriptions and health care costs.
00:16:46.000 Even worse, Big Pharma wants to strip American employers of the freedom to choose health benefits that work best for them.
00:16:53.000 Their proposals could hand Big Pharma a $32 billion money grab at the expense of American employers and families.
00:16:59.000 Conservatives for lower health care costs warns that Big Pharma isn't on our side.
00:17:04.000 They fought against solutions to lower drug prices during Trump's first term, oppose Bobby Kennedy's nomination to HHS to make America healthy again, and now they want even more government control over the private health care market interfering the President Trump's promise to cut prescription drug costs.
00:17:18.000 Big Pharma is no friend of the American people.
00:17:21.000 Go to pharmawindfall.com to demand fair health care practices, protect the private market, and fight big pharma's greed.
00:17:27.000 Congress can put a stop to this.
00:17:29.000 You can make a difference.
00:17:30.000 Let's fight back.
00:17:31.000 Visit pharmawindfall.com.
00:17:36.000 All right, joining us is Lucas Miles.
00:17:38.000 Lucas, welcome to the program.
00:17:39.000 Hey, thank you so much for having me.
00:17:41.000 So, Lucas, we are here in Gainesville, Georgia at the Faith Ford, TPUSA Faith event conference training.
00:17:50.000 Tell us all about it.
00:17:52.000 Absolutely. We're here at Pastor Jensen Franklin's Church, which Jensen's like America's pastor.
00:17:56.000 He's just, he's so good to us.
00:17:58.000 He's been so generous with this whole event, incredible facility.
00:18:01.000 And we have expected today about 1,800 pastors and faith leaders from all across the country that are going to be joining us here, really as a time of refreshing, as a time of encouragement, really shoring up their understanding on some of these key topics and issues that I think are facing the church today.
00:18:29.000 And I think really has a celebration together.
00:18:31.000 So we're looking forward to hearing from, you know, some of the top speakers in this nation that we've brought together.
00:18:35.000 And it's going to be an incredible.
00:18:39.000 1800 pastors and faith leaders.
00:18:40.000 That's remarkable.
00:18:41.000 There's not many groups that are gathering people like this at this size.
00:18:44.000 That's over about 500 senior pastors, spouses.
00:18:48.000 We have ministry leaders, you know, associate pastors, worship pastors that are all gathering here.
00:18:52.000 And this is, you know, sometimes just getting 30 pastors in a room is like hurting cats and it's hard to do.
00:18:57.000 They have theological differences.
00:18:59.000 And that is one of our really central issues is that we want to help unify the church around primary doctrine.
00:19:06.000 Look, I think that it's beautiful that churches have individual, unique, secondary positions that they take and they can celebrate within their churches.
00:19:13.000 But we have to learn how to work together.
00:19:15.000 and not allow those secondary issues separate us.
00:19:17.000 And I think that's why we saw the problems in this nation, you know, especially over the last four years, get to where it got to because the church remained, you know, largely silent on these issues.
00:19:26.000 They're debating secondary problems rather than working together to really stand for liberty and freedom.
00:19:30.000 Yeah, it's closed-hand, open-handed issues.
00:19:32.000 One hundred percent.
00:19:32.000 Another way to put it, which is, look, you got to be a Trinitarian, right?
00:19:36.000 We're not going to do the whole dualistic thing.
00:19:38.000 Yep. But, you know, for eschatology, that's an open-hand issue.
00:19:43.000 It's a secondary issue.
00:19:43.000 And so, you know, look, and some of these issues are tertiary, you know, and we can get into worship styles and different things.
00:19:49.000 Do we sing hymns or modern songs?
00:19:50.000 Like, those are not the things that we should be debating about as brothers and sisters of Christ.
00:19:55.000 We have things like the Apostles Creed and the Nicene Creed to guide us in, which are really...
00:19:59.000 You know, those aren't scripture themselves, but they're summaries of the truth of the New Testament.
00:20:02.000 And these are the things we want to rally around so that we can really work together.
00:20:05.000 If we're going to be in heaven together, we should learn how to work together on Earth.
00:20:08.000 Yeah, and so I want to emphasize this point.
00:20:10.000 What TPSA Faith is doing is so important, we've been at this for a couple years.
00:20:13.000 We are rallying, training, pastors, and equipping them in the grassroots.
00:20:17.000 in a way that we have not seen for quite a while, and quite honestly, in our lifetime.
00:20:23.000 And I want to just, what is success look like for a pastor that comes through one of our trainings?
00:20:30.000 Yeah, I think first off, they really realize they're not alone.
00:20:32.000 You know, there's so many pastors, they're like that prophet in a cave thinking that they're all by themselves, but they need reminded that the Lord's reserve thousands, you know, that have not bowed the need to bail and that are willing to stand beside them.
00:20:42.000 And so I think that our pastors here, they find relationships, they find friendships.
00:20:46.000 I think they also find educational components.
00:20:48.000 You know, pastors...
00:20:48.000 Some of these guys are spending, you know, 20 to 40 hours a week, sometimes preparing message series and things like this.
00:20:53.000 And it sometimes makes it difficult for them to also, you know, read up on critical race theory and queer theory and understand, you know, issues of sovereign nations and these things.
00:21:02.000 And so I think we're able to fast forward some of that understanding and really help equip them with verbiage and language that they can take to the pulpit to answer these real questions that their people are facing and asking.
00:21:12.000 I love it.
00:21:12.000 I want to go back to what we were talking about earlier.
00:21:14.000 One of our Christian brothers, J.D. Vance.
00:21:16.000 A phenomenal guy.
00:21:17.000 And a Midwesterner.
00:21:18.000 So you and I both have a next date over from me.
00:21:20.000 Yeah. So if you actually put Charlie, Lucas, and Jady together, you got the trio of the Midwestern Rust Belt.
00:21:25.000 I like it.
00:21:26.000 I like it.
00:21:26.000 You got Illinois, you got Indiana and Ohio.
00:21:28.000 J.D. Vance gave an amazing speech this morning that's going very viral that I want to play piece of tape.
00:21:34.000 And also, I just want to say, everybody, the President Trump, Vladimir Putin phone call is being translated as we speak.
00:21:40.000 We're going to have a breaking news analysis in just a couple moments live here on the program.
00:21:44.000 But first, let's play cut 113.
00:21:46.000 Last month, migrant crossings were down 94% to their lowest number all time, and that happened just in two months of serious border enforcement.
00:21:56.000 Thanks to President Trump's leadership, last month for the first time in over a year, the majority of job gains went to American citizens born on U.S. soil, and that's important.
00:22:06.000 For the first time and over a year, the majority of job creation actually went to American citizens.
00:22:13.000 I want to play one more piece of tape here and then just ask a more broad theological question.
00:22:19.000 Let's play cut 115.
00:22:21.000 I'd say that globalization's hunger for cheap labor is a problem precisely because it's been bad for innovation.
00:22:29.000 Both our working people, our populace, and our innovators gathered here today have the same enemy.
00:22:36.000 And the solution, I believe, is American innovation.
00:22:39.000 And to reclaiming our heritage via America's great industrial comeback, and I believe that's what we're on the cusp of, a great American industrial comeback.
00:22:48.000 So, J.D. Vance mentioned previously in the speech as well, borders.
00:22:52.000 How should Christians and pastors think about immigration and borders?
00:22:58.000 Yeah, you know, there's a thing within Christian theology called sphere sovereignty.
00:23:01.000 And this is something I wrote about in my book, Woke Jesus, and I think it's a very...
00:23:06.000 misunderstood or underrepresented aspect of the Christian faith.
00:23:10.000 And I think a lot of pastors are ignorant to this.
00:23:12.000 You know, when you look at God as the creator, he established a world of order.
00:23:16.000 He took chaos and he brought order out of that.
00:23:20.000 And this is one of the aspects, you know, of the mightiness of our God.
00:23:23.000 And within that, we see authority given to kings and rulers over the nation.
00:23:28.000 We see authority given to fathers and parents over their household and their children.
00:23:32.000 We see authority given to elders over their churches.
00:23:36.000 And so whenever you have something that tries to assert authority or the ones who are delegated authority, they have delegated authority over those areas, there's violations.
00:23:45.000 We saw this during COVID when governors are telling churches that they can't sing.
00:23:48.000 Their authority stopped at the church border.
00:23:51.000 The pastors and the elders, it was their job to dictate and decide what was going to be, you know, would happen within those churches.
00:23:58.000 We have individual sovereignty over ourselves.
00:24:00.000 We, you know, what we have here in America as a representative government, we have the people, and we have a, you know, a president and the executive branch, and we have a right, I believe, a God-given right to have strong, solid borders.
00:24:13.000 And the poorest nature that just allows people to come in and say, well, Jesus was an immigrant.
00:24:17.000 You know, this is a false idea that's propagated by the Christian left, you know, that Jesus was somehow an illegal immigrant in Egypt, despite the fact that was also under Roman rule.
00:24:27.000 You know, there's no instance in scripture that we see this.
00:24:30.000 And so, look, as Christians, we want to love everybody.
00:24:33.000 But people coming to this nation for the specific purpose of destroying our way of life or doing things illegal.
00:24:39.000 And if they're willing to come in and commit a crime illegally from the beginning, from their entry, how good of citizens are they going to be in this nation?
00:24:46.000 We need to reform immigration.
00:24:47.000 We need to create ways for people to get in and for there to be a wise and warm welcome for people legally.
00:24:53.000 But this idea that Christianity should support a poorest southern border, this is, I think, a false doctrine and it's just a propaganda of the left.
00:25:01.000 So, and the proponents for open borders primarily are our Catholic friends, and not even the rank and file, but some of the major charities.
00:25:15.000 Yes. But we have to be very fair that in our own evangelical circles, there's more and more relaxed posture towards, we have to be critical of our own.
00:25:25.000 Yes, 100%.
00:25:26.000 Can you comment on that?
00:25:27.000 Yeah, I think that there's multiple things that are happening here.
00:25:30.000 You know, we've talked a lot about this idea of there's true pastors, trembling pastors, and traitorous pastors.
00:25:34.000 I love that categorization.
00:25:36.000 And I think a lot of these guys are in this trembling category.
00:25:38.000 You know, we saw, you've talked about this, you know, more than anybody, Prop 139 in Arizona.
00:25:43.000 We saw so many pastors that were just silent the whole time and really gave way to radical...
00:25:48.000 access to abortion within the state of Arizona.
00:25:51.000 And if we take that same posture over the issue at our southern border or over some of these other social issues and then stand back a year later or two years later when we're so shocked that these things have passed and been allowed to happen.
00:26:03.000 You know, we can't be surprised with that.
00:26:05.000 We have, it's the church's job.
00:26:07.000 I believe, you know, we talk about this idea of separation in church and state.
00:26:09.000 The state should always be far enough away from the church that it can never tell it what to do.
00:26:13.000 It's not that the state's job to dictate the church.
00:26:16.000 The church is subject to God, but the church should always be close enough to the state in order to be her conscience.
00:26:21.000 And we need more pastors that are rising up, that are speaking to governors and mayors and to leaders throughout our nation, reminding them of truth and biblical principles and objective morality so that they are able to see, I think, a righteous way to govern this nation.
00:26:39.000 And I think that if we do that, if pastors recognize their position, we're going to realize that we are in a position of strength and that we have a lot more power than what we think we do.
00:26:48.000 I completely and totally agree.
00:26:50.000 And if it's not for the church to stand up on these moral issues, then we get into societal confusion.
00:26:58.000 And I believe that's one of the things we're experiencing right now.
00:27:01.000 If you do not live by the Christian ethic, you will live by the secular ethic.
00:27:05.000 And the secular ethic is inherently pagan.
00:27:08.000 You're actually composing a book around these elements, right?
00:27:11.000 One minute.
00:27:11.000 Tell us about it.
00:27:12.000 Yeah, so the book is called The Pagan Threat Confronting America's Godless Uprising.
00:27:16.000 It's available for pre-order right now.
00:27:18.000 And in this book, I go through and I lay out kind of all of the different pagan ideologies that are really on the rise today.
00:27:25.000 And ultimately, what we can do about as Christians.
00:27:27.000 And a lot of this comes back to you see something like the Apostles' Creed.
00:27:29.000 It gives us a roadmap and apologetic for how we can navigate our faith in order to really confront these issues and ideally win people back, the hearts and minds for Christ.
00:27:39.000 Lucas Miles is with us here.
00:27:41.000 List off a book or two.
00:27:43.000 Yeah, so I wrote the book called Good God, The Christian Left, Woke Jesus.
00:27:47.000 I also was part of Barna's book called The Helping Millennials Thrive and Now the Pagan Threat.
00:27:51.000 And tonight, we will be streaming this event as well.
00:27:54.000 Yes, on Rumble.
00:27:56.000 On Rumble, great.
00:27:57.000 We won't be on YouTube because we're not allowed to.
00:27:59.000 We've got to play it safe.
00:28:00.000 It's not YouTube safe.
00:28:01.000 But we have tonight yourself, I'll be speaking.
00:28:04.000 We have Jensen Franklin and Matt Walsh.
00:28:07.000 What incredible lineup.
00:28:08.000 I'm honored to be part of it.
00:28:08.000 Matt Walsh is going to light this place up.
00:28:10.000 We're going to talk about the eradication of trans ideology from the public square and what Christians can do about it.
00:28:16.000 Lucas, thanks so much, man.
00:28:17.000 God bless you.
00:28:18.000 You too.

00:29:07.000 You don't have to ignore that mountain of student loan statements on your kitchen table anymore.
00:29:11.000 Just call 888 Y-ReFi 34 or log on to YREFI.com.
00:29:15.000 That is Y-R-E-F-Y.fY.com.
00:29:18.000 Can you imagine being debt free and not living under this burden anymore?
00:29:21.000 Be unburdened by what has been.
00:29:23.000 But most importantly, find a friend or a family member that might have private student loan debt and go to Y-Refi.com.
00:29:31.000 Okay, a lot happening right now.
00:29:33.000 We got all the breaking news that we're analyzing.
00:29:34.000 We're going to see what we get on the JFK files.
00:29:36.000 We have the Russia-Ukranian call that just wrapped between President Trump and Vladimir Putin.
00:29:42.000 We also have developing in real time this Supreme Court rebuke of President Trump.
00:29:51.000 Supreme Court clerk friend of the program texted us, quote, it's ridiculous for the chief justice to advise Congress about what he believes is or is not a proper ground for impeachment.
00:30:06.000 This is outrageous stuff from the court.
00:30:10.000 They are radically in a proper radical position.
00:30:18.000 And President Trump should keep on operating as if what a district court judge when it comes to foreign policy does not pertain to his actions.
00:30:30.000 This is extremely unusual for SCOTUS to comment on current affairs.
00:30:34.000 But this is the pressure of Washington, D.C. Let me explain to you exactly what is going on here.
00:30:40.000 John Roberts lives in the suburbs of Washington, D.C. He's getting a lot of country club chatter.
00:30:48.000 John Roberts plays golf.
00:30:51.000 The weather's getting nicer in Washington.
00:30:54.000 He has to have lunch.
00:30:56.000 Maybe at Bethesda Country Club.
00:30:58.000 Who knows?
00:30:59.000 He's got to be around the high society folks.
00:31:01.000 And he's getting a lot of chatter.
00:31:03.000 His wife is getting a lot of chatter.
00:31:05.000 He's starting to feel the pressure.
00:31:06.000 The regime is waking up, everybody.
00:31:09.000 We had those first 40 days.
00:31:11.000 We were able to do whatever we wanted, and boom, executive order this, and almost there was no opposition.
00:31:16.000 That's over.
00:31:16.000 We called that play last week.
00:31:19.000 We said the opposition is alive.
00:31:21.000 The resistance is activated.
00:31:24.000 And John Roberts is getting a lot of phone calls, getting a lot of little whispers.
00:31:29.000 A lot of guys in the country club locker room saying, so when are you going to speak out against this madman, chief justice?
00:31:35.000 He's getting a lot of pressure.
00:31:37.000 It's exactly what is going on here.
00:31:41.000 And I think he's completely out of life.
00:31:43.000 President Trump is the chief executive and commander-in-chief.
00:31:48.000 If there is a case that John Roberts wants to weigh in on, well, then that case will come right up to him.
00:31:55.000 That case will come up to him and he will say, I believe this is the right interpretation or the wrong interpretation.
00:32:02.000 But for him to preemptively come out like this, it's totally out of line.
00:32:06.000 And I'm not just saying this.
00:32:08.000 We are getting text after text from legal expert, legal expert, Supreme Court clerks and many others.
00:32:14.000 In the 2018, Trump v.
00:32:15.000 Hawaii case, Clarence Thomas wrote, quote, these injunctions did not emerge until a century and a half after the founding, and they appeared to be consistent with longstanding limits on equitable relief and the power of Article III courts.
00:32:32.000 If their popularity continues, this court must address their legality.
00:32:37.000 It appears to be inconsistent with longstanding limits on equitable relief.
00:32:43.000 What we're experiencing is a constitutional crisis created actually by the courts, not by President Trump.
00:32:49.000 What they want is a process where you have to have a month-long approval to deport every single Trend Day Aragua member.
00:32:57.000 That is outrageous.
00:32:58.000 It is wrong.
00:32:59.000 And we are eventually going to win up at the U.S. Supreme Court.
00:33:02.000 You are going to win up at the U.S. Supreme Court.
00:33:04.000 But this is their plan, and the plan is very well underway.
00:33:07.000 Thanks so much for listening.
00:33:08.000 Everybody. Email us, as always, Freedom at Charliekirk.com.
00:33:11.000 Thanks so much for listening and God bless.
