J.D. Vance and Stephen Miller are doing a phenomenal job as the ideological vanguard of the MAGA movement. They are in the trenches every single day fighting for freedom on college campuses across the country. Today on the Charlie Kirk Show, we are joined by Lucas Miles from TPUSA Faith and Andrew Sedra from the Center for American Islamic Understanding.
00:00:55.000Building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:00:59.000We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.

00:02:10.000I was even traveling for five days, and I thought I avoided it.
00:02:14.000And we think it was the norovirus, let's just say, not fun, but recovered rather quickly all things being equal.
00:02:21.000We had an amazing event last evening in Wisconsin.
00:02:24.000I was able to muster up enough to do that event.
00:02:27.000That event was brought to by Big Pharma, because I used every drug under the sun to be able to give the speech there last night in beautiful Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.
00:02:38.000And we were there supporting Mr. Brad Schimel, hopefully to become on the Wisconsin Supreme Court, the most important race of 2025.
00:04:12.000They are in the trenches fighting for the country every single day.
00:04:16.000Stephen Miller had, without a doubt, one of the best and most dynamic And informative, might I add, cable news segments that you'll ever find.
00:04:25.000Usually cable news is largely, especially CNN, just a waste of time.
00:04:29.000I love Fox News, but CNN is just a waste of time.
00:04:34.000Stephen Miller goes on there and puts on a Ph.D. level master class on exactly what is happening with the expulsion and the deportation of these Trend de Aragua.
00:04:50.000invaders through a constitutional lens and argues rather brilliantly running circles around Miss Casey Hunt why President Trump and this administration is in their rightful authority to do this and why this district court judge is defecating on the Constitution when he dares challenge it.
00:05:32.000So you called the judge's order just earlier today, quote, patently unlawful, end quote, and said that it was an assault on democracy itself.
00:05:42.000Does that mean that the administration is ignoring this order?
00:05:47.000And might you ignore future court orders that meet the criteria you laid out?
00:05:52.000The president of the United States and his administration reserve all rights under the Constitution to conduct national security operations in defense of the United States.
00:06:02.000The Alien Enemies Act, which was passed into law by the founding generation of these countries, men like John Adams, was written explicitly to give the president the authority to repel an alien invasion of the United States.
00:06:19.000That is not something that a district court judge has any authority whatsoever to interfere with, to enjoin, to restrict or to restrain any way.
00:06:43.000If you could answer my question first, in other words, is Venezuela invading our country in a way that would apply this way?
00:06:51.000So under the, so I'll answer yours and you'll answer your mind.
00:06:53.000Under the terms of the statute, trained there, is an alien enemy force that has come here as detailed at length in the proclamation at the direction of the Venezuelan government.
00:07:07.000The statute says that a president has the ability to repel an invasion or predatory incursion That is directed by a foreign government, right?
00:07:57.000On the right, you have very calm, stable, stoic, measured, wise, alpha male, Stephen Miller with his life altogether, beautiful family, defending his nation.
00:08:23.000She doesn't have the mental capacity or the matrix to be able to even process.
00:08:31.000And she also does it in such a smug, condescending way, as if she kind of like leans back, well, are you trying to say, She was so out of her element here.
00:08:42.000And Stephen Miller was just kind of playing with her.
00:08:45.000My favorite part of the tape, you got to get this, Ryan, is when she was like, well, according to your own ex post and Steve's like, nope, nope.
00:10:01.000The impact that balance of nature makes every single day is astounding.

00:10:54.000That is balance of nature.com, balance of nature.com.
00:12:26.000He's a phenomenal husband, a resolute fighter for the country, governing nine different things across, and then he has to get ready for a cable news hit, and she still can't be prepared for it.
00:12:37.000It's Stephen Miller, and then we are going to play a little bit of J.D. Vance, play cut 112.
00:12:41.000Under a proper reading of the Constitution, District court judges provide relief to individual plaintiffs seeking relief.
00:12:51.000District court judges do not have the authority as a general matter to enjoin the functioning of the executive branch, but their authority is at its lowest point.
00:13:02.000when the president is exercising his powers as commander-in-chief.
00:13:05.000And I asked you a question, you never answered it.
00:13:07.000Can a judge in joint troop movements overseas?
00:13:09.000Can a district court judge in joint movements overseas?
00:13:26.000delineating in detail how the Venezuelan regime sent this gang, this terrorist organization to our shores.
00:13:35.000Just say no and you'll know that I'm right.
00:13:36.000I mean, that is just a chef's kiss master class.
00:13:41.000And Stephen Miller is absolutely right.
00:13:43.000A district court judge does not have authority to enjoin a president's ability to do foreign policy matters.
00:13:50.000By the way, breaking news, Chief Justice Roberts pushes back against calls to impeach judge who rules against President Trump.
00:13:58.000A legal mind here that we know very well in the program has told us exclusively, quote, this is completely improper for a chief justice to do.
00:14:07.000The courts are totally out of control right now, everybody.
00:14:11.000Understand that the sovereign, the power in America has been primarily concentrated into two buckets the last 100 years, into the unelected bureaucracy and the unelected courts.
00:14:26.000Almost all of the power has been broken into those two buckets.
00:14:30.000The sovereign is actually in the people, and that's why we have presidents.
00:14:35.000Can President Trump actually, can he impeach judges?
00:15:28.000Did these judges win seven swing states?
00:15:30.000Did these judges win a popular vote mandate?
00:15:33.000Chief Justice Roberts, quote, for more than two centuries have been established that impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision.
00:15:41.000Chief Justice Roberts, you are totally wrong here.
00:15:45.000Quote, the normal appellate review process exists for that purpose.
00:15:49.000Oh, the appellate review process will be used.
00:15:52.000And I think your Supreme Court will end up siding with President Trump.
00:15:56.000But a district court judge has no authority or jurisdiction over foreign policy decisions of a duly elected president of the United States.
00:16:08.000With President Trump making massive strides in his first month in office, a loan to deliver on campaign promises to make America great again, it's clear his administration is committed to driving down costs and unleashing prosperity across our country.
00:16:21.000But Big Pharma is standing in the way.
00:16:23.000They've raised prices on over 575 brand name drugs in January alone, blocked competition, and spent millions pushing overpriced meds on hardworking Americans.
00:16:33.000Now their pressure in Congress to implement mandates that will undermine the one real check against drug companies and ban the very market-based incentives that help employers and families save on prescriptions and health care costs.
00:16:46.000Even worse, Big Pharma wants to strip American employers of the freedom to choose health benefits that work best for them.
00:16:53.000Their proposals could hand Big Pharma a $32 billion money grab at the expense of American employers and families.
00:16:59.000Conservatives for lower health care costs warns that Big Pharma isn't on our side.
00:17:04.000They fought against solutions to lower drug prices during Trump's first term, oppose Bobby Kennedy's nomination to HHS to make America healthy again, and now they want even more government control over the private health care market interfering the President Trump's promise to cut prescription drug costs.
00:17:18.000Big Pharma is no friend of the American people.
00:17:21.000Go to pharmawindfall.com to demand fair health care practices, protect the private market, and fight big pharma's greed.
00:17:58.000He's been so generous with this whole event, incredible facility.
00:18:01.000And we have expected today about 1,800 pastors and faith leaders from all across the country that are going to be joining us here, really as a time of refreshing, as a time of encouragement, really shoring up their understanding on some of these key topics and issues that I think are facing the church today.
00:18:29.000And I think really has a celebration together.
00:18:31.000So we're looking forward to hearing from, you know, some of the top speakers in this nation that we've brought together.
00:18:59.000And that is one of our really central issues is that we want to help unify the church around primary doctrine.
00:19:06.000Look, I think that it's beautiful that churches have individual, unique, secondary positions that they take and they can celebrate within their churches.
00:19:13.000But we have to learn how to work together.
00:19:15.000and not allow those secondary issues separate us.
00:19:17.000And I think that's why we saw the problems in this nation, you know, especially over the last four years, get to where it got to because the church remained, you know, largely silent on these issues.
00:19:26.000They're debating secondary problems rather than working together to really stand for liberty and freedom.
00:19:50.000Like, those are not the things that we should be debating about as brothers and sisters of Christ.
00:19:55.000We have things like the Apostles Creed and the Nicene Creed to guide us in, which are really...
00:19:59.000You know, those aren't scripture themselves, but they're summaries of the truth of the New Testament.
00:20:02.000And these are the things we want to rally around so that we can really work together.
00:20:05.000If we're going to be in heaven together, we should learn how to work together on Earth.
00:20:08.000Yeah, and so I want to emphasize this point.
00:20:10.000What TPSA Faith is doing is so important, we've been at this for a couple years.
00:20:13.000We are rallying, training, pastors, and equipping them in the grassroots.
00:20:17.000in a way that we have not seen for quite a while, and quite honestly, in our lifetime.
00:20:23.000And I want to just, what is success look like for a pastor that comes through one of our trainings?
00:20:30.000Yeah, I think first off, they really realize they're not alone.
00:20:32.000You know, there's so many pastors, they're like that prophet in a cave thinking that they're all by themselves, but they need reminded that the Lord's reserve thousands, you know, that have not bowed the need to bail and that are willing to stand beside them.
00:20:42.000And so I think that our pastors here, they find relationships, they find friendships.
00:20:46.000I think they also find educational components.
00:20:48.000Some of these guys are spending, you know, 20 to 40 hours a week, sometimes preparing message series and things like this.
00:20:53.000And it sometimes makes it difficult for them to also, you know, read up on critical race theory and queer theory and understand, you know, issues of sovereign nations and these things.
00:21:02.000And so I think we're able to fast forward some of that understanding and really help equip them with verbiage and language that they can take to the pulpit to answer these real questions that their people are facing and asking.
00:21:46.000Last month, migrant crossings were down 94% to their lowest number all time, and that happened just in two months of serious border enforcement.
00:21:56.000Thanks to President Trump's leadership, last month for the first time in over a year, the majority of job gains went to American citizens born on U.S. soil, and that's important.
00:22:06.000For the first time and over a year, the majority of job creation actually went to American citizens.
00:22:13.000I want to play one more piece of tape here and then just ask a more broad theological question.
00:22:21.000I'd say that globalization's hunger for cheap labor is a problem precisely because it's been bad for innovation.
00:22:29.000Both our working people, our populace, and our innovators gathered here today have the same enemy.
00:22:36.000And the solution, I believe, is American innovation.
00:22:39.000And to reclaiming our heritage via America's great industrial comeback, and I believe that's what we're on the cusp of, a great American industrial comeback.
00:22:48.000So, J.D. Vance mentioned previously in the speech as well, borders.
00:22:52.000How should Christians and pastors think about immigration and borders?
00:22:58.000Yeah, you know, there's a thing within Christian theology called sphere sovereignty.
00:23:01.000And this is something I wrote about in my book, Woke Jesus, and I think it's a very...
00:23:06.000misunderstood or underrepresented aspect of the Christian faith.
00:23:10.000And I think a lot of pastors are ignorant to this.
00:23:12.000You know, when you look at God as the creator, he established a world of order.
00:23:16.000He took chaos and he brought order out of that.
00:23:20.000And this is one of the aspects, you know, of the mightiness of our God.
00:23:23.000And within that, we see authority given to kings and rulers over the nation.
00:23:28.000We see authority given to fathers and parents over their household and their children.
00:23:32.000We see authority given to elders over their churches.
00:23:36.000And so whenever you have something that tries to assert authority or the ones who are delegated authority, they have delegated authority over those areas, there's violations.
00:23:45.000We saw this during COVID when governors are telling churches that they can't sing.
00:23:48.000Their authority stopped at the church border.
00:23:51.000The pastors and the elders, it was their job to dictate and decide what was going to be, you know, would happen within those churches.
00:23:58.000We have individual sovereignty over ourselves.
00:24:00.000We, you know, what we have here in America as a representative government, we have the people, and we have a, you know, a president and the executive branch, and we have a right, I believe, a God-given right to have strong, solid borders.
00:24:13.000And the poorest nature that just allows people to come in and say, well, Jesus was an immigrant.
00:24:17.000You know, this is a false idea that's propagated by the Christian left, you know, that Jesus was somehow an illegal immigrant in Egypt, despite the fact that was also under Roman rule.
00:24:27.000You know, there's no instance in scripture that we see this.
00:24:30.000And so, look, as Christians, we want to love everybody.
00:24:33.000But people coming to this nation for the specific purpose of destroying our way of life or doing things illegal.
00:24:39.000And if they're willing to come in and commit a crime illegally from the beginning, from their entry, how good of citizens are they going to be in this nation?
00:24:47.000We need to create ways for people to get in and for there to be a wise and warm welcome for people legally.
00:24:53.000But this idea that Christianity should support a poorest southern border, this is, I think, a false doctrine and it's just a propaganda of the left.
00:25:01.000So, and the proponents for open borders primarily are our Catholic friends, and not even the rank and file, but some of the major charities.
00:25:15.000Yes. But we have to be very fair that in our own evangelical circles, there's more and more relaxed posture towards, we have to be critical of our own.
00:25:36.000And I think a lot of these guys are in this trembling category.
00:25:38.000You know, we saw, you've talked about this, you know, more than anybody, Prop 139 in Arizona.
00:25:43.000We saw so many pastors that were just silent the whole time and really gave way to radical...
00:25:48.000access to abortion within the state of Arizona.
00:25:51.000And if we take that same posture over the issue at our southern border or over some of these other social issues and then stand back a year later or two years later when we're so shocked that these things have passed and been allowed to happen.
00:26:03.000You know, we can't be surprised with that.
00:26:07.000I believe, you know, we talk about this idea of separation in church and state.
00:26:09.000The state should always be far enough away from the church that it can never tell it what to do.
00:26:13.000It's not that the state's job to dictate the church.
00:26:16.000The church is subject to God, but the church should always be close enough to the state in order to be her conscience.
00:26:21.000And we need more pastors that are rising up, that are speaking to governors and mayors and to leaders throughout our nation, reminding them of truth and biblical principles and objective morality so that they are able to see, I think, a righteous way to govern this nation.
00:26:39.000And I think that if we do that, if pastors recognize their position, we're going to realize that we are in a position of strength and that we have a lot more power than what we think we do.
00:27:12.000Yeah, so the book is called The Pagan Threat Confronting America's Godless Uprising.
00:27:16.000It's available for pre-order right now.
00:27:18.000And in this book, I go through and I lay out kind of all of the different pagan ideologies that are really on the rise today.
00:27:25.000And ultimately, what we can do about as Christians.
00:27:27.000And a lot of this comes back to you see something like the Apostles' Creed.
00:27:29.000It gives us a roadmap and apologetic for how we can navigate our faith in order to really confront these issues and ideally win people back, the hearts and minds for Christ.
00:29:33.000We got all the breaking news that we're analyzing.
00:29:34.000We're going to see what we get on the JFK files.
00:29:36.000We have the Russia-Ukranian call that just wrapped between President Trump and Vladimir Putin.
00:29:42.000We also have developing in real time this Supreme Court rebuke of President Trump.
00:29:51.000Supreme Court clerk friend of the program texted us, quote, it's ridiculous for the chief justice to advise Congress about what he believes is or is not a proper ground for impeachment.
00:30:06.000This is outrageous stuff from the court.
00:30:10.000They are radically in a proper radical position.
00:30:18.000And President Trump should keep on operating as if what a district court judge when it comes to foreign policy does not pertain to his actions.
00:30:30.000This is extremely unusual for SCOTUS to comment on current affairs.
00:30:34.000But this is the pressure of Washington, D.C. Let me explain to you exactly what is going on here.
00:30:40.000John Roberts lives in the suburbs of Washington, D.C. He's getting a lot of country club chatter.
00:32:15.000Hawaii case, Clarence Thomas wrote, quote, these injunctions did not emerge until a century and a half after the founding, and they appeared to be consistent with longstanding limits on equitable relief and the power of Article III courts.
00:32:32.000If their popularity continues, this court must address their legality.
00:32:37.000It appears to be inconsistent with longstanding limits on equitable relief.
00:32:43.000What we're experiencing is a constitutional crisis created actually by the courts, not by President Trump.
00:32:49.000What they want is a process where you have to have a month-long approval to deport every single Trend Day Aragua member.
