00:00:00.000 Hey everybody, today Charlie Kirk Show.
00:00:01.000 Steve Bannon joins the program.
00:00:03.000 Really important comments.
00:00:04.000 I'm worried we're going to run out of ballots on election day.
00:00:06.000 Explain an election day warning.
00:00:08.000 We have got to communicate with our local county officials.
00:00:12.000 I'll talk about that.
00:00:13.000 Email us your thoughts, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:00:15.000 Get involved with turning pointusa at tpusa.com.
00:00:18.000 That's tpusa.com.
00:00:20.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:21.000 Here we go.
00:00:22.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:23.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses.
00:00:25.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:29.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:32.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:33.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:34.000 His spirit, his love of this country.
00:00:36.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
00:00:41.000 Turning point USA.
00:00:43.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:00:51.000 That's why we are here.
00:00:54.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at AndrewandTodd.com.
00:01:03.000 Had an amazing campus event last evening in Tallahassee, Florida.
00:01:07.000 I met many of you.
00:01:07.000 Thank you for the kind words and your prayers and support.
00:01:10.000 Turning Point USA is leading the charge in educating the next generation on American exceptionalism, conservative ideas, conservative values, free markets, individual liberty, the Constitution.
00:01:22.000 It's awesome.
00:01:22.000 And we have another Turning Point USA event coming up on Tuesday.
00:01:25.000 We are not stopping almost every single day.
00:01:28.000 We are organizing, we are educating, and then on Turning Point Action, we have some amazing events coming up.
00:01:33.000 Super Saturday door knocking.
00:01:34.000 We are going full court press, everybody.
00:01:38.000 And I mean, our team was just saying last night, you know, as we were up very, very late after the event, we were saying, man, like, this is going to bring us into the ground.
00:01:48.000 Like, we are giving everything that we have, and that's the way it's got to work in an election season, especially what we're doing at Turning Point Pack and Turning Point Action.
00:01:54.000 We have got to go 10 out of 10.
00:01:56.000 And I encourage all of you to do the same.
00:01:57.000 It has to be an active posture.
00:01:59.000 The Democrats are on defense.
00:02:00.000 They are collapsing.
00:02:01.000 In fact, there are some new polls out as we wait for Steve Bannon in just a second here.
00:02:06.000 In Michigan, Tudor Dixon, the amazing Tudor Dixon, former Real America's voice host, is within the margin of error against the wicked witch of Michigan, Gretchen Whitmer.
00:02:16.000 The Minnesota governor's race is tied.
00:02:20.000 There is something happening right now.
00:02:22.000 And by the way, these polls could still be underestimating the support.
00:02:24.000 And something that we're going to be talking about throughout the hour and something I just want to warn everybody about.
00:02:29.000 I am very worried that so many people are going to show up on Election Day, that they are going to run out of ballots.
00:02:34.000 The lines will be so long, so intimidating, that they will be so overwhelming that it's going to probably be an issue if we do not put our recorders' offices on notice, the Secretary of State's offices on notice, and demand answers now, wherever you are across the country.
00:02:51.000 Especially if you're listening right now in Pennsylvania, if you're listening in Florida, if you're listening in Georgia, if you're listening in Wisconsin, if you're listening in Michigan, especially though, if you're listening in Arizona, which is a circus of how we do our elections, Katie Hobbs, who's running in the race for governor, is administering her own election, is also the Secretary of State.
00:03:11.000 How is that even legal?
00:03:12.000 How is that acceptable?
00:03:13.000 It shouldn't be.
00:03:14.000 Katie Hobbs just sent out 6,000 ballots without having any of the federal races on them or state races.
00:03:20.000 I'm confusing one of the details there.
00:03:22.000 So Katie Hobbs is supposed to oversee her own election against the amazing Kerry Lake, and she can't send out the right ballots.
00:03:29.000 Everybody out there, we have to put the pressure on it this moment.
00:03:32.000 We are 18 days out to make sure that we have plenty of ballots, to make sure that the lines will be processed quickly and fairly, because I'm very afraid that the lines are going to be so long, the enthusiasm will be so overwhelming that it's going to have a deterrent effect because people do not trust mail-in voting or absentee balloting.
00:03:50.000 We need answers now from Stephen Richard.
00:03:52.000 We need answers from Katie Hobbs.
00:03:54.000 We need answers from our local recorder's office.
00:03:58.000 And I'm telling you, what's happening with Steve Bannon, what's happening with all these different things across the country is only going to galvanize our base.
00:04:04.000 It's going to only increase our turnout.
00:04:06.000 But I do not want to have to toast the Charlie Kirk show on Election Day, where all of a sudden we're going to be talking about our show.
00:04:14.000 And I'm going to be getting email after email.
00:04:16.000 Charlie, they just ran out of ballots in Maricopa.
00:04:17.000 Charlie that just ran out of ballots in Sun City.
00:04:19.000 Charlie, they just ran out of ballots in Fulton County.
00:04:21.000 Charlie, they just ran out of ballots in Pennsylvania.
00:04:24.000 That's not acceptable.
00:04:25.000 Because are the local election offices prepared for a double or triple midterm model turnout of the most fired up conservative base of independents, of mama bears, of parents that we've ever seen?
00:04:38.000 Are they prepared for that?
00:04:40.000 Because early voting numbers in certain states are significantly down, especially in Arizona because no one trusts the elections in Arizona because you have all these smug, arrogant left-wingers that are running the elections that don't answer questions directly and instead condescend you.
00:04:53.000 So people say, you know what, forget it.
00:04:55.000 I'm going to show up in person.
00:04:56.000 Okay.
00:04:57.000 But we need every single Republican leader stepping up and speaking out and saying, are we prepared for the deluge?
00:05:05.000 Are we prepared for the wave?
00:05:06.000 Are we prepared for the tsunami that could be happening?
00:05:10.000 One way that they could stop the tsunami, one of the ways that they could stop this overwhelming movement is by saying, oh, we ran out of ballots or the lines are four hours.
00:05:18.000 The lines are five hours.
00:05:19.000 The lines are six hours.
00:05:21.000 It's a very huge, it's a massive concern.
00:05:24.000 Everybody I'm talking to, I've seen a couple people that have emailed us freedom at charliekirk.com, say, Charlie, I plan to show up on Election Day.
00:05:30.000 Well, look, I could tell you, because of the way Arizona does their elections, they've got rid of precinct voting that you're about to see something massive.
00:05:38.000 Do they have the staff, the personnel, the ability?
00:05:40.000 And by the way, in Arizona, it's so stupid.
00:05:41.000 They print ballots.
00:05:42.000 They literally print ballots when you show up.
00:05:44.000 Of course, that will never be abused.
00:05:46.000 And so there is something looming in our country.
00:05:49.000 But what if all of a sudden the red wave becomes a red ripple because our election officials are not prepared?
00:05:56.000 They're like, oh, well, we've never seen turnout like this.
00:05:58.000 We don't know what's happening.
00:05:59.000 Could you just imagine their excuses?
00:06:01.000 And by that time, it's too late.
00:06:03.000 You see, we focus on campaigns.
00:06:05.000 Democrats focus on election day.
00:06:07.000 You see, if I was the Democrats, the way that I would stop the red wave is I would have every single vote in person place woefully under-resourced, tragically underprepared.
00:06:16.000 I would not have the right staff, the right personnel.
00:06:19.000 I would have chaos happen on election day.
00:06:21.000 That would be my strategy.
00:06:22.000 Is the surprise or is the trick up the sleeve of the Democrat Party have it so that you get super frustrated when you show up on election day?
00:06:28.000 What else do they have left?
00:06:29.000 Subpoena Donald Trump.
00:06:30.000 That didn't work.
00:06:31.000 Convicting Steve Bannon.
00:06:32.000 That's only going to encourage more people.
00:06:35.000 The Dobbs decision isn't proving to be anything massive for them.
00:06:38.000 The only thing they have left is to try to blunt the actual wave itself on Election Day.
00:06:44.000 Now, lines are great if people are willing to stand in them.
00:06:47.000 But what if the October surprise is to clog up the Election Day plumbing to maybe have a 5%, a 6%, a 7% kind of taper-off effect?
00:06:56.000 And some of you might say, oh, Charlie, I'm willing to wait in line forever.
00:06:58.000 Yeah, you're what we call a four out of four Republican.
00:07:01.000 You are a super Republican.
00:07:02.000 God bless you.
00:07:03.000 You're a conservative.
00:07:04.000 You're a MAGA type.
00:07:04.000 America first.
00:07:05.000 You show up to rallies.
00:07:06.000 You listen to this program.
00:07:08.000 God bless you.
00:07:08.000 We need you.
00:07:09.000 You're instrumental.
00:07:10.000 But what about the two out of four Republican?
00:07:11.000 Someone that's paying too much in gas, that knows that they should vote every election cycle, makes a habit out of it, has three kids yelling in the back of the car, and they say, okay, I got to go vote.
00:07:20.000 And it's 3:30 in the afternoon.
00:07:21.000 And they show up at one of the voting centers in Arizona.
00:07:23.000 And there's a line of 300 people.
00:07:25.000 And they say, yeah, they ran out of ballots.
00:07:27.000 They can't print them fast enough.
00:07:28.000 The personnel don't know what they're doing.
00:07:30.000 And it's kind of crazy here.
00:07:31.000 But if you wait in line, you will be eventually able to vote.
00:07:33.000 It might be a two to three hour wait.
00:07:34.000 Do you think that mom's going to do that?
00:07:36.000 She's going to say, forget it.
00:07:39.000 Charlie Kirk here.
00:07:40.000 Look, I've told you about producer Andrew and how Relief Factor has really improved his life and relieved the pain in his knees and back.
00:07:46.000 Now, let me tell you about Yvonne in California.
00:07:49.000 She says this, quote, both my husband and I are in our 70s and so grateful to have found Relief Factor.
00:07:54.000 We tried so many other solutions, but none of them have given us the freedom from aches and pains like Relief Factor.
00:08:00.000 I hear you, Yvonne.
00:08:01.000 Relief Factor works for me too.

00:08:31.000 That's relieffactor.com or call 8004 Relief.

00:08:40.000 Joining us now, Steve.
00:08:42.000 Steve, how are you doing?
00:08:43.000 Walk us through the decision this morning.
00:08:45.000 I'm doing good.
00:08:45.000 Look, I respect the judge.
00:08:47.000 I respect the court.
00:08:48.000 I respect the process.
00:08:50.000 You know, he laid out in his summary the four areas of appeal.
00:08:53.000 We're going to appeal in four different segments.
00:08:56.000 I feel very good.
00:08:57.000 And just everybody, that's all noise.
00:09:01.000 Signal is 8 November.
00:09:02.000 That's what we got to do.
00:09:03.000 If we want to end all this madness, we have to vote them out of office.
00:09:06.000 And that's why everybody's got to focus on the signal is converging everything to the 8th of November.
00:09:12.000 Let's have that.
00:09:12.000 Today was Judgment Day for me.
00:09:14.000 I fully accept it.
00:09:15.000 It is what it is.
00:09:16.000 On 8 November, the American people, Charlie, rendered judgment on the illegitimate Biden regime.
00:09:21.000 And we need all MAGA to turn out.
00:09:23.000 Do you share the concern, Steve, that in Arizona in particular, the infrastructure might not be prepared for an election day tsunami?
00:09:31.000 Should we really be warning about this?
00:09:32.000 What are your thoughts on that, Steve?
00:09:34.000 I think you have to.
00:09:34.000 Look, people have opinions at Michael and Dell Crowd about voting only on game day.
00:09:38.000 I know Kerry Lake had a turnout.
00:09:40.000 I think people got to really talk about this and reach into their heart of whether it's set up to do it and make their decision by voting early.
00:09:49.000 Yeah, we've been talking about that a lot on this program.
00:09:51.000 And I say, look, if you got to vote early, if you don't want to wait long in lines, then do it.
00:09:55.000 Vote early in person.
00:09:56.000 There's a risk that obviously a lot of people still might touch that ballot, but it's better to vote early than not vote at all.
00:10:01.000 Do not put your ballot in the mail.
00:10:03.000 We are not endorsing mail and voting at all.
00:10:05.000 But if you show up in person, better than not at all.
00:10:07.000 But I'm just very worried.
00:10:08.000 I know this, the Stephen Richard character, Maricopa County recorder, Katie Hobbs, who's the Secretary of State over her own election, which should be illegal and not allowed in the state of Arizona.
00:10:18.000 I could just see the last October surprise is the clogging of the MAGA wave, if you will, is trying to blunt it, confuse it, throw a little smokescreen where we might be at lunchtime on election day and we might be getting reports across the country.
00:10:31.000 Charlie, I tried to vote to four-hour wait.
00:10:33.000 We have to get ahead of this and warn it and put these people on notice that this is not acceptable.
00:10:38.000 So, Steve, what keeps, you know, what drives you to keep going?
00:10:41.000 You've been attacked from every possible direction from the Mueller investigation to the Senate Intelligence Committee to the state of New York to the Department of Justice.
00:10:50.000 And you just keep fighting and you're focused solely on Election Day as the Democrats' Judgment Day.
00:10:55.000 You know, people complain all the time to me, Charlie, things are so tough, and you never let that get to you.
00:10:59.000 Talk about that, Steve.
00:11:00.000 I find that super interesting and important for our audience to learn.
00:11:03.000 Well, Charlie, you know, and you've met my daughter.
00:11:05.000 You know, I volunteered and served in the Navy as a naval officer under a destroyer in the Western Pacific and the Persian Gulf.
00:11:10.000 My daughter went to West Point, served in Iraq with the 101st Airborne.
00:11:14.000 What keeps me going is this country.
00:11:16.000 And, you know, I served this country in a formal capacity at the early stages of my career in my early 20s.
00:11:22.000 And after I was fortunate enough to make some money, I've decided to serve my country ever since I really met Andrew Breitbart right after the financial collapse.
00:11:30.000 I met Andrew a couple of times around the financial collapse of 2008.
00:11:34.000 And the reason I did it, I made a movie then called Generation Zero.
00:11:37.000 It was about Gen Z.
00:11:38.000 It's about how Generation Zero is going to get wiped out.
00:11:41.000 What keeps me motivated, quite frankly, is you, Pesobic, the people at Turning Point.
00:11:46.000 I see this generation coming up, and we have an obligation to bequeath this generation the same constitutional republic with the same basic economic opportunities that were bequeathed to us.
00:11:58.000 I've had a blessed life.
00:12:00.000 I had, you know, my dad didn't make a lot of money, but we had a family of five, and my mom was a homemaker.
00:12:05.000 It was kind of a, I look back at it, it was an absolutely golden childhood.
00:12:08.000 I had every break in the world, and it was just terrific.
00:12:11.000 And we want to provide that and make sure that I'm part of that generation that hands that off.
00:12:17.000 And so, what does it, that we work seven days a week here at the war room, 18, 20 hours a day, is simply that we owe our previous generations to bequeath to you guys, the up-and-coming next generation, really the people under 40, the same country we had.
00:12:32.000 And we're in a fight for that.
00:12:33.000 It's not a given.
00:12:34.000 It's going to happen.
00:12:34.000 In fact, starting, as you remember, after the election was stolen in November of 2020, starting around January 20th, when Biden stepped in, we have long odds.
00:12:44.000 All Wall Street's against us, the university's against us, big tech's against us, Hollywood, the Uniparty, the Globalists, the World Economic Forum.
00:12:52.000 But we've got the American people, and this participatory populism gets bigger every day.
00:12:57.000 And the inclusive nature of it gets bigger every day.
00:13:00.000 And I see guys like you and all these young people picking up the baton.
00:13:04.000 I see the story in the Federalists that now Conservative Inc., you know, says we're not conservatives.
00:13:08.000 Hey, it's fine.
00:13:09.000 We're redefining politics in this country.
00:13:11.000 The biggest turnaround and victory in political history is not simply going to be 2016, which was number one.
00:13:18.000 It's going to be this midterm election in 2022.
00:13:21.000 And this is definitely driven by the people.
00:13:24.000 Ron DeSantis doesn't matter.
00:13:26.000 Steve Bannon doesn't matter.
00:13:27.000 Charlie Kirk doesn't matter.
00:13:28.000 Donald Trump doesn't matter.
00:13:30.000 This is a victory for the people.
00:13:32.000 And if we converge all the forces and people come out and we do those things that you're talking about in Arizona, we got a lot on the table we could lose and not close on.
00:13:39.000 Remember, it's one thing to win.
00:13:40.000 It's the other thing to close.
00:13:41.000 We must close.
00:13:42.000 So this is a people's victory.
00:13:44.000 And that's what keeps me motivated every day, brother.
00:13:47.000 What happened to you, Steve, is only going to fuel our fire.
00:13:49.000 I could speak to our audience all across the country.
00:13:52.000 It's so wrong when you see these criminals, these legit criminals on the left, Peter Struckstroke, Smirk, James Comey, Lisa Page, Andrew McCabe, Hunter Biden, and they walk scot free.
00:14:03.000 And you take advice from your legal counsel, and then they go after you and try to persecute you in a Soviet show trial style.
00:14:12.000 Final call to action for our audience, because some people say, okay, Charlie, I'm going to vote.
00:14:16.000 What else?
00:14:16.000 Steve, that's not enough.
00:14:18.000 Not enough.
00:14:20.000 Tell us about it.
00:14:21.000 The precinct strategy, go become a still time to be a poll worker, a poll watcher, to go join Melody Jennings and the people watching the boxes to get out the vote, to do phone banks across the country.
00:14:33.000 You don't need to write a check.
00:14:35.000 What we need now is everybody's shoulder to the wheel.
00:14:37.000 We must close on this.
00:14:39.000 We must close on the biggest political turnaround in American history, and they hate it.
00:14:42.000 That's where they're trying to shut down the war room.
00:14:44.000 That's trying to shut me down.
00:14:45.000 That's where all over Charlie, huge front page story in the Arizona Republic last week, trying to tie Charlie to illegal political activities.
00:14:53.000 It's everybody, whether it's Project Veritas, turning point, they're coming for everybody.
00:14:58.000 So we just have to, the way we do this is victory.
00:15:01.000 The way we turn around is victory.
00:15:02.000 And there's no substitute for victory, Charlie.
00:15:04.000 No substitute for victory.
00:15:06.000 Amen.
00:15:07.000 That's right.
00:15:07.000 It's a once-in-a-generation opportunity to be able to execute upon a political annihilation event of the Democrat Party and put them into a Democrat civil war for a generation.
00:15:17.000 That's what we have in 18 days.
00:15:19.000 Steve, keep the faith.
00:15:20.000 Thanks for your leadership.
00:15:21.000 Talk to you soon.
00:15:22.000 Thank you, Steve, for joining us.
00:15:23.000 Appreciate it.
00:15:26.000 Are you like every one of us that thinks our country has gone nuts, whether it's Russia Gate market crashes or selling oil to China or this insane inflation?
00:15:35.000 Well, right now, you need a financial mind who understands your concerns, but at the same time, as a Christian worldview of money.
00:15:42.000 That's why you should talk to my friends at PAX Financial Group.
00:15:45.000 Look, I've given my money to PAX Financial to manage.
00:15:47.000 If it's good enough for me, I think it's good for you.
00:15:50.000 Like all of us, they have concerns, but they also have hope.
00:15:52.000 In this market, you must have a financial person who shares your hope and at the same time can help you with biblical responsible investing, B-R-I, biblical, responsible investing.
00:16:03.000 That's why I want you to text the word Charlie to 74868.
00:16:08.000 That is Charlie to 74868 to connect with my friends at the PAX Financial Group.
00:16:13.000 Biblical responsible investing.
00:16:15.000 So take out your phone.
00:16:16.000 Just text Charlie to 74868.
00:16:18.000 That's 74868.
00:16:20.000 Text Charlie to connect with my great friends at the PAX Financial Group.
00:16:27.000 If you live in a state like Georgia or Arizona or Pennsylvania or Wisconsin, it's worth a kindly written email but focused email asking your local officials if they are prepared to have the infrastructure and the personnel to be able to facilitate a massive red wave on election day.
00:16:49.000 So for example, in Arizona, they do all this goofy stuff.
00:16:51.000 And Tyler Boyer from Turning Point Action does such a great job of explaining it.
00:16:55.000 From the best of my knowledge, and he's educated me, and Austin Smith, who's going to be a new state rep in Arizona, has educated me as well.
00:17:01.000 And we have a lot of friends.
00:17:02.000 Obviously, we're headquartered in Arizona.
00:17:04.000 Is that they've got rid of precinct voting and it's now voting center.
00:17:08.000 And it's conceivable, these voting centers, there's less of them, less places to go vote.
00:17:13.000 It's conceivable that thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands of people are going to show up across the valley and they have to print ballots.
00:17:22.000 They have to literally create ballots at the voting center to then facilitate the people that are showing up in record numbers.
00:17:31.000 I do not trust the Arizona Board of Elections.
00:17:34.000 I do not trust the Georgia Board of Elections.
00:17:36.000 I do not trust the Pennsylvania Board of Elections.
00:17:38.000 I don't trust any of these to be able to facilitate this massive red wave.
00:17:43.000 And so someone emailed us, freedom at charliekirk.com, and they said, on election day, I'm bringing a fold-up chair and staying as long as it takes.
00:17:51.000 Good.
00:17:52.000 But most people won't.
00:17:53.000 And they're going to try to create a deterrent.
00:17:56.000 They're going to try to create a backlog.
00:17:59.000 They're going to try to create a traffic jam.
00:18:02.000 They think they can stop the red wave if there's a traffic jam on election day.
00:18:06.000 So two things need to be communicated.
00:18:08.000 Number one, all of you that are listening that are planning to vote on election day, plan to do nothing else.
00:18:14.000 You just got to plan for five or six hours.
00:18:17.000 If you get out in 20 minutes, praise God, you're the lucky one.
00:18:20.000 But be ready for a pipe burst all of a sudden in Maricopa County or whatever nonsense that might arise.
00:18:25.000 That's number one.
00:18:26.000 Number two is we have to put our election officials on notice and repeatedly ask questions and repeatedly and incessantly put them out in public and say this.
00:18:37.000 For example, I tweeted Stephen Richer, who is, I think he's the recorder, his official title in Maricopa.
00:18:42.000 I said, hey, Stephen Richer, mail in numbers are way below 2018, which means we will have a tsunami at the polls.
00:18:50.000 Can you guarantee every voter on Election Day will have a ballot?
00:18:53.000 Will you have enough ballot paper, backup printers, technicians, so that no one goes without a ballot?
00:18:58.000 We need to keep this narrative going because I'm seeing every single fundamental.
00:19:02.000 And I'm telling you, the Democrats are running out of time to be able to execute on an October surprise.
00:19:07.000 The subpoena on the January 6th committee didn't work.
00:19:09.000 The Dobbs stuff isn't resonating.
00:19:11.000 They're running low on money.
00:19:12.000 Their candidates are awful.
00:19:14.000 We are consolidating.
00:19:15.000 We're winning every single demographic except hyper-educated people with PhDs, whatever.
00:19:20.000 You can have them.
00:19:20.000 We're beginning to win Hispanics.
00:19:22.000 We're beginning to win the muscular class.
00:19:24.000 We're starting to win with women.
00:19:25.000 We're winning across the board.
00:19:27.000 So what happens all of a sudden on election day when people that are upset with inflation and crime and the southern border invasion, they want to go vote for Carrie Lake and Blake Masters, and the infrastructure itself is not ready.
00:19:40.000 And so, look, if you have the time or if you are at all worried, I do not recommend voting by mail, but there is an argument that if we can get 10 or 15% of our base to vote in person and early, yes, there is a risk there.
00:19:55.000 It's not the worst thing in the world.
00:19:58.000 Someone replied to my tweet where they said, stagger the votes.
00:20:00.000 By that, I mean vote early in person from next Monday to the 31st, then have the last avalanche of votes on election day to put them away.
00:20:07.000 And I don't necessarily disagree with that.
00:20:09.000 I just don't trust early voting as much as I trust game day voting.
00:20:12.000 I'll be very honest.
00:20:14.000 But in everything, in life, everything is a risk.
00:20:17.000 Okay.
00:20:18.000 And so my biggest concern, the risk that I want to make sure I communicate to you is an election day fiasco.
00:20:28.000 And so, for example, some of these people, you know, some of you guys are emailing us, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:20:33.000 What happens if they run out of ballots?
00:20:34.000 Can they extend election day to the next day?
00:20:37.000 Well, look, a judge can extend voting hours by an hour, two hours, five hours.
00:20:42.000 But once Election Day is over, that's it.
00:20:43.000 There's no do-over.
00:20:45.000 That's what makes this whole kind of game day voting strategy very, very risky.
00:20:50.000 So let's put ourselves kind of in the Democrats position.
00:20:53.000 The Democrats know they're losing in the polls.
00:20:55.000 They're losing in support.
00:20:56.000 Independents are collapsing.
00:20:57.000 A massive fired-up MAGA America first wave.
00:21:00.000 Parents Party growing.
00:21:01.000 You got Carrie Lake up against, you know, the wine mom, Katie Hobbs.
00:21:05.000 You got an incredible avalanche of support that is growing and expanding and is solidifying and strengthening.
00:21:11.000 The only thing the Democrats have left is to try to ruin Election Day itself.
00:21:16.000 And so, you know, someone said here, well, Charlie, what do you mean they print ballots?
00:21:19.000 Yeah, I mean, just so you know, when you show up on game day on election day in Arizona, they're literally printing new ballots for you.
00:21:27.000 So if there's 500 people in line at a voting center, they got to print new ballots for every single person that votes on game day, every single one.
00:21:35.000 So we got to talk about this.
00:21:36.000 We got to figure it out.
00:21:37.000 We got to try to, yes, have the wave on game day.
00:21:41.000 But if we mess up game day and they have some sort of surprise for us, oh, we're under-resourced.
00:21:45.000 Or I could just see Stephen Richard and all these people.
00:21:47.000 It was unprecedented turnout.
00:21:49.000 We've never seen anything like it.
00:21:51.000 And then all of a sudden, the suburban mom pulls into the parking lot with two kids in the back and she says, forget it.
00:21:55.000 I'm going home.
00:21:56.000 They don't need my vote.
00:21:58.000 What kind of taper are we looking at here?
00:22:00.000 Ballot shortages are a legitimate concern.
00:22:04.000 This happened.
00:22:05.000 Was it in Pinal?
00:22:06.000 I think it's in Pinal.
00:22:07.000 It happened in Pinal County in the Republican primary.
00:22:10.000 They just ran out of Republican ballots.
00:22:12.000 And by the way, Katie Hobbs, who's supposed to be in charge of this, is also running for governor.
00:22:16.000 It's in her interest to mess up the election, which, by the way, is something I think we have to talk about more.
00:22:20.000 It is in the interest of Katie Hobbs to have a chaotic election day.
00:22:24.000 You want to talk about a conflict of interest.
00:22:27.000 I mean, Katie Hobbs will benefit from Election Day being total and complete bedlam.
00:22:32.000 And by the way, the Democrat numbers coming in are very, very concerning in Arizona.
00:22:36.000 They look awesome for Republicans and conservatives.
00:22:39.000 So how do we fix it?
00:22:40.000 The only way we can really fix it is a couple of things.
00:22:42.000 If you can vote early and in person and securely and you trust that methodology of voting, then so be it.
00:22:49.000 I'm a game day guy.
00:22:50.000 We're going to be waking up at 6 a.m. on election day.
00:22:52.000 Yes, we have the show.
00:22:54.000 Actually, it will be at 10 a.m. at that point because of the time change.
00:22:57.000 And we're going to wait in line and we're going to be game day.
00:22:59.000 So I'm a game day guy.
00:23:00.000 And I know a lot of you are as well.
00:23:02.000 I'm going to wait in line.
00:23:03.000 I'm going to do it.
00:23:03.000 I'm going to securely vote in person.
00:23:06.000 But some people say, Charlie, what if I get a mail-in ballot and I want to submit that ballot?
00:23:10.000 Well, look, then make sure you show up and submit that ballot, not in a Dropbox, but to somebody and actually see them process it at a voting processing center.
00:23:20.000 Shelly says, don't most people have mail-in ballots they can simply drop off to take and yet drop off in person?
00:23:25.000 Yes, but a lot of you decided not to do that in the primary, God bless you, where you put an X through the ballot, you show up, and then you vote with a ballot they produce for you on election day.
00:23:36.000 Someone says here, Bob, why can't it be demanded that for every precinct there needs to be the same amount of ballots that equal what is on the votes register?
00:23:43.000 Because they print ballots.
00:23:45.000 They don't even have ballots waiting for you.
00:23:47.000 They have printers that produce new ballots when you show up.
00:23:50.000 This is how screwed up this is.
00:23:51.000 I'm just trying to warn you.
00:23:52.000 What if they don't have enough ink?
00:23:53.000 What if the printer stops working?
00:23:55.000 Could you just imagine?
00:23:56.000 Oh, yeah, in four of the heaviest Republican precincts or voting centers in Scottsdale and Mesa, we've run out of ink.
00:24:04.000 Supply chain shortage.
00:24:05.000 Sorry.
00:24:06.000 These are things we have to talk about now.
00:24:08.000 I don't trust these people at all.
00:24:10.000 And they're like, oh, yeah, I'm going to show up in person.
00:24:12.000 Oh, yeah, a pipe could burst.
00:24:14.000 Or I'm sorry, we have an electricity failure in Mesa, Arizona.
00:24:18.000 Air conditioner went out.
00:24:19.000 Whatever it is.
00:24:21.000 When you put all of your eggs in the game day basket, just rationally, you increase the likelihood of them being able to see our, we are broadcasting our strategy to them.
00:24:31.000 And I'm not saying it's a bad strategy.
00:24:33.000 I'm saying we have to put them on defense now in every single state.
00:24:38.000 Do you have the printing supplies?
00:24:39.000 Do you have the technicians?
00:24:41.000 Do you have the staff?
00:24:42.000 Are you staffed up to be able to withstand this?
00:24:46.000 And we need to talk about this nonstop.
00:24:49.000 Someone says here, email is freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:24:53.000 Charlie, I will give my spot to anyone that can't stand in line.
00:24:55.000 I'll go to the back of the line.
00:24:56.000 If I'm there all day, so be it.
00:24:58.000 God bless you, John.
00:24:59.000 That's the way you should be thinking.
00:25:01.000 Someone says here, Charlie, can you sue the state if they do indeed run out of ballots?
00:25:05.000 If so, what would be the course of action?
00:25:06.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:25:06.000 There's no course of action.
00:25:07.000 Once election day is over, it's over.
00:25:09.000 You might be able to get a couple-hour injunction extending it.
00:25:12.000 But once it's a once people are deterred, they're deterred.
00:25:16.000 I just want you to imagine the visual of someone who's upset about gas prices, pornography in schools.
00:25:22.000 She has a couple of kids and she votes passively and she wants to vote.
00:25:27.000 Shows up on election day, her suburban van, kind of, you know, the typical van mom, and she has a couple kids that are just rambunctious in the back seat.
00:25:35.000 She pulls into the parking lot and there is a line around the block.
00:25:39.000 And she gets out and she asks, How long have you been waiting?
00:25:42.000 Well, they ran out of supplies and they don't really know what's on here.
00:25:45.000 And you can't fault the mom for saying, forget it.
00:25:49.000 That would be a catastrophe on Election Day.
00:25:52.000 We have done all the work.
00:25:53.000 We've recruited great candidates.
00:25:55.000 We're making arguments.
00:25:56.000 We're finally with parity on television, running better advertisements.
00:26:00.000 We got the Democrats on defense.
00:26:01.000 They don't have a message.
00:26:03.000 The one thing that could still go wrong is the plumbing of elections.
00:26:06.000 And I think they're going to try to intentionally clog it.
00:26:09.000 These people are not trustworthy at all.
00:26:12.000 And this is the one risk in game day voting: if they know we're all going to show up on game day, then why wouldn't they try to prevent our strategy?
00:26:22.000 So someone says this: it depends what state.
00:26:24.000 So if I take my absentee ballot in person, do the X it out and give me a new ballot?
00:26:29.000 Can I use my old ballot as my sample ballot?
00:26:31.000 Good question.
00:26:31.000 I don't know, but they should exit out in person and give you a new ballot to vote in there.
00:26:35.000 That's the way it works in Arizona.
00:26:37.000 Charlie, I'm watching your show and I live in Maricopa County.
00:26:39.000 We've already seen some shady stuff of mail-in ballots.
00:26:41.000 My father, who passed away four years ago, received the mail-in ballot.
00:26:43.000 He lived in Cochise County and was registered as a Democrat.
00:26:47.000 Oh, really?
00:26:47.000 Dead people getting ballots?
00:26:48.000 No, that doesn't happen, according to Stephen Richer and Adrian Fontes and Katie Hobbs.
00:26:54.000 I don't trust these people.
00:26:58.000 Voting in person on election day is a great idea if we can get assurances that these criminals can conduct a fair election.
00:27:06.000 Charlotte says, use paper mail and ballot on game day.
00:27:10.000 Okay?
00:27:12.000 So, yeah, here's what somebody says.
00:27:13.000 This is smart.
00:27:14.000 Charlie, if that were to happen and the mom shows up, she can have my spot.
00:27:17.000 I'll go back to the line I have all day.
00:27:19.000 Good for you.
00:27:19.000 Yeah, that's the other thing, guys, is that if you are, and we're going to talk about this leading up, if you are voting in person and you start to see unfolding chaos, try to actually be a problem solver and don't just complain about it.
00:27:32.000 Say, hey, do you guys need more volunteers?
00:27:34.000 Is there something?
00:27:35.000 Can we run to Staples and get you more ink?
00:27:39.000 Whatever this excuse might be, because as soon as Election Day closes, that's it.
00:27:44.000 I am very afraid.
00:27:47.000 And yes, get video evidence with ever happening.
00:27:49.000 I'm very afraid that this wave will be so big that you're going to try to fit a semi-truck through a residential door.
00:27:56.000 It's just not going to fit.
00:27:57.000 You're going to have a log jam.
00:27:59.000 You're going to have a traffic jam.
00:28:00.000 You're going to have to slow things down.
00:28:02.000 And I think that is the strategy.
00:28:04.000 So we've got to talk about it.
00:28:05.000 We got to get assurances.
00:28:07.000 And by the way, in certain areas, it might make sense to go vote early to try to prevent this kind of traffic jam.
00:28:12.000 I'm not one of those guys.
00:28:13.000 I'm not.
00:28:14.000 I'm not going to vote early after what happened in the 2020 election.
00:28:17.000 I'm just not.
00:28:17.000 I know a lot of you agree with me.
00:28:19.000 But if you vote early, I do not follow you.
00:28:21.000 I'm not one of those people that scold you if you vote early.

00:29:18.000 Mike said, Charlie, to your concern in Arizona about ballot availability on game day, drop your ballot off at a voting center on game day.
00:29:25.000 Don't wait in line to fill out and then drop it off.
00:29:28.000 This is one of the many reasons they could not steal it during the primaries.
00:29:31.000 Even Carrie Lake talked about this.
00:29:33.000 That's a good point, Mike.
00:29:34.000 Thank you for that.
00:29:35.000 And look, I'm not trying to tell you how to vote, but I'm telling you that if you want to vote early and in person, that is better than not voting at all.
00:29:45.000 I will never shame anyone or scold anyone.
00:29:46.000 And by the way, someone said here, Charlie, I'm 88 and disabled and really struggle getting around.
00:29:52.000 I'm voting in person.
00:29:53.000 I don't want to risk an election day.
00:29:54.000 God bless you for voting, honestly.
00:29:56.000 I hope the vote counts.
00:29:58.000 I hope that it's processed correctly.
00:30:00.000 But honestly, that is better.
00:30:02.000 Someone said here, listening to your show this morning about the traffic jam, how the precinct voting centers will likely run out of Republican ballots.
00:30:08.000 Well, it's not even a matter of running out of Republican ballots because there's no Republican ballots, but in Republican areas, they're going to run out of ballots.
00:30:14.000 Plumbing issues out of ink.
00:30:15.000 They're printers.
00:30:16.000 Thank you for alerting us, even though we have to take out mail and ballots to these voting centers and wait and observe that they have to properly process our ballot.
00:30:23.000 That's right, Lisa.
00:30:25.000 So if, for example, if you take in a mail and voting ballot and you say, I no longer want it, and you surrender it and they put an X through it, then they have to go print you a new ballot.
00:30:34.000 Lynn says, Charlie, here in Minnesota, you could go in person, take a ballot at home, have it signed by another registered voter that they saw your ballot before, then watch you sign your failed ballot, have it dated before honor election day, then walk into City Hall in my case.
00:30:48.000 That's my plan.
00:30:48.000 That sounds really complicated.
00:30:52.000 That's a lot of work, but God bless you for that.
00:30:56.000 Charlie, I'm working the polls on election day first time.
00:30:58.000 It was strongly suggested that I have to vote early.
00:31:00.000 The reason being here in Red Virginia, if we have to red part of Virginia voting early, our money resources go to the blue part of the state to help turn it red.
00:31:08.000 So what do we do about this?
00:31:10.000 We have to have a massive media campaign, tweets, social media, letters, emails, bombarding, respectfully, the offices of the people that administer these elections and get them on the record publicly that they have enough people.
00:31:24.000 Tell us how, do you have enough printing supplies?
00:31:26.000 Do you have enough people, enough personnel?
00:31:28.000 I'm so worried about this.
00:31:29.000 So, for example, Republicans lead by expanding margin on generic ballot, 48.4% to 43.4%, according to big data poll.
00:31:39.000 When the Republicans have a 5.1% generic ballot lead and early voting is now down, I'm telling you, you are going to see something on Election Day that would make a presidential-style turnout.
00:31:52.000 Because look, here's the thing is that a lot of you, maybe not a lot of you, let me rephrase that.
00:31:57.000 A lot of gender Republicans used to vote by mail, and that's not happening anymore.
00:32:01.000 So a lot of people are saying, yeah, I'm just going to show up on election day.
00:32:03.000 Ooh.
00:32:05.000 Maybe you should just go voting early unless you want to lose a whole day and vote in person.
00:32:09.000 I know there's a risk to that.
00:32:10.000 I'm telling you, you could have five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten the amount of turnout, more so than anyone I think is expecting.
00:32:21.000 And that could result in less people voting.
00:32:25.000 It could end up being a deterrent.
00:32:27.000 It's a matter of how bad do you want it.
00:32:29.000 Something tells me there's not going to be super long lines in Democrat areas.
00:32:32.000 Something tells me that if you're a Republican in a Democrat area, maybe in downtown Phoenix, you'll be able to waltz right in and vote and have no problem.
00:32:38.000 Something tells me, though, that in Cave Creek or in Scottsdale or in rural Georgia or in central Pennsylvania or in western Michigan or in northern Wisconsin, there's going to be lines and lines and lines and lines.
00:32:54.000 And it's one thing to have lines.
00:32:55.000 Some of you are expecting that.
00:32:56.000 It's another thing to not even have any idea how to facilitate it and have the people that otherwise would vote be completely deterred and turned away.
00:33:06.000 Charlie, in regard to the potential ballot shortage, voters who receive a mail-in ballot have an official ballot in hand.
00:33:11.000 It could be filled out and handed out at the voting precinct.
00:33:13.000 This depends on your state, by the way.
00:33:14.000 Not every state works this way.
00:33:16.000 Fill out the ballot, put it in the envelope, and take it to the polling place in person.
00:33:20.000 Turn in the ballot without the envelope.
00:33:21.000 The ballot should be placed into the ballot box with the other printed ballots by the poll worker.
00:33:25.000 No one can be refused the right to vote.
00:33:27.000 A mail-in ballot is an official ballot.
00:33:29.000 Take your own ballot with you.
00:33:30.000 This may alleviate some of the waiting in line and get more votes submitted.
00:33:33.000 That's a good point.
00:33:33.000 D, thank you.
00:33:34.000 I don't think that's as secure as asking for a new ballot, but it's better than not voting at all.
00:33:40.000 Charlie, I called Maricopa County and asked if they're ready with enough ballots.
00:33:43.000 He said he wasn't at a polling place, but he was sure that they are ready.
00:33:46.000 I emailed Maricopa County and asked if they are ready.
00:33:49.000 I also posted on Facebook.
00:33:50.000 Laurie, you're doing the right thing.
00:33:51.000 We need to put them on pressure.
00:33:52.000 We got to put pressure on them.
00:33:53.000 Put them on notice.
00:33:54.000 Do you have enough?
00:33:55.000 You have enough printers?
00:33:56.000 You got enough people?
00:33:56.000 You got enough personnel?
00:33:58.000 Have them so overcompensate with it that there won't be a problem.
00:34:01.000 And then we've done our job.
00:34:02.000 I want to be wrong.
00:34:03.000 On election day, I want to say, wow, there's no problems.
00:34:06.000 Everyone's voting so easily.
00:34:07.000 We will have done our job.
00:34:09.000 We got to get this right.
00:34:10.000 It's the last thing the Democrats have up their sleeve.
00:34:16.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
