00:01:31.000 There's so much news happening.
00:01:33.000 We have Lieutenant General Michael Flynn joining us in just a couple of moments about Russia Gate, about ObamaGate, and the path forward on whether we're going to indict John Brennan, James Comey, or Barack Obama.
00:01:48.000 What is the game plan?
00:01:49.000 What does he know?
00:01:50.000 We're going to dive into that.
00:01:51.000 But first, amazingly, crime is actually going down across the country.
00:01:56.000 The Donald Trump effect is real.
00:01:58.000 The more that we do mass deportations, the more that criminals know that they might end up getting a prison sentence, the more that we're seeing the rate of violent crime decrease.
00:02:08.000 But that is not stopping, of course, all violent crime.
00:02:11.000 Washington, D.C. is no different.
00:02:13.000 Washington, D.C., we saw a massive increase in carjackings, and we just decided to stop policing.
00:02:19.000 Now, let's just take a step back.
00:02:21.000 I was recently asked to give advice to a group of Republican lawmakers and donors.
00:02:25.000 They said, Charlie, what is the issue that you think Republicans should own and should be known for?
00:02:31.000 I said, honestly, we should be much tougher on crime.
00:02:34.000 We need more people in jail.
00:02:35.000 We need more arrests.
00:02:37.000 We need no, let's just say, ease.
00:02:43.000 We need no accommodation to criminals.
00:02:45.000 People do not like criminals.
00:02:47.000 Make liberals defend them and celebrate them.
00:02:50.000 We need more police officers.
00:02:51.000 We need higher standards.
00:02:53.000 We need more rigidity.
00:02:54.000 We do not have enough people in jail in this country.
00:02:58.000 And that is shocking when people hear that.
00:02:59.000 They say, oh, we have a prison industrial complex.
00:03:02.000 We're just a more violent country than other countries.
00:03:05.000 We also, the average rapist, only spends about five to six years in prison.
00:03:09.000 Where are all the suburban women that talk about how terrible rape is, as they should, and yet they're not marching in the streets demanding that rapists spend more time in jail?
00:03:19.000 More people in jail, longer sentences, and more cops on the street, more enforcement.
00:03:24.000 One of my hopes is to turn the Republican Party into a resolutely stronger party on crime.
00:03:32.000 The Democrats, they can't do this because they think it's a racist.
00:03:36.000 They have to pander to a criminal base of their party.
00:03:39.000 And they think everything is through racial and systemic terms.
00:03:42.000 We are not harsh enough on crime in this country.
00:03:45.000 We put up with it too much.
00:03:46.000 We try to accommodate the criminal.
00:03:48.000 And this is not just about stopping criminals.
00:03:50.000 If you enforce the law, housing will be cheaper because more of the country will be livable.
00:03:56.000 When you think about it, why is that housing prices go up so much?
00:03:59.000 Because you have a small group of law-abiding young people that want to live in certain zip codes.
00:04:06.000 Why don't you open up more zip codes?
00:04:08.000 If you enforce the law, we'll have more manufacturing here in America.
00:04:11.000 If you enforce the law, the economy will grow faster and the economic loss from crime is in trillions of dollars.
00:04:19.000 The Republican Party needs to become harsher and harder on crime.
00:04:24.000 President Donald Trump agrees.
00:04:25.000 If I had to rank President Donald Trump as being 10 out of 10 on certain issues, he is 10 out of 10.
00:04:31.000 And at his best, he is in the flow state, as we call it, when it comes to border and crime.
00:04:38.000 President Donald Trump is in that kind of Michael Jordan fourth quarter.
00:04:42.000 Watch him do his best work when it comes to crime and when it comes to the border.
00:04:47.000 Unquestionably the best American president on immigration and on crime in the zone.
00:04:54.000 When America has less crime, everything is better.
00:04:56.000 That's why the left loves crime so much.
00:04:59.000 It makes everything worse.
00:05:01.000 And just a couple days ago, something happened in Washington, D.C. that caught the president's attention.
00:05:06.000 By the way, we're still waiting for hate crime arrests in Cincinnati of the young woman that was nearly beat to death, hospitalized, had to take an Uber home while the police watched her, Holly, in Cincinnati.
00:05:18.000 We're still waiting for hate crime arrests because she was obviously targeted because of the color of her skin.
00:05:22.000 It was a black-on-white hate crime, not an arrest yet.
00:05:25.000 We're expecting arrests from this Department of Justice.
00:05:28.000 We are eagerly anticipating it.
00:05:30.000 We are ready to receive those arrest warrants, and the mayor never even called her.
00:05:35.000 But unfortunately, another situation happened in Washington, D.C. involving someone that has been, boy, he's had a year.
00:05:44.000 I actually had a chance to meet this young man and text with this young man.
00:05:47.000 He is known as Big Balls.
00:05:50.000 Now, remember, Big Balls nearly got run out of the government because he was a quote-unquote racist.
00:05:58.000 Remember?
00:05:59.000 Big Balls nearly got run out of the government.
00:06:01.000 This is a very important story, everybody.
00:06:04.000 Now, I want you guys, Blake, can you remind me why he almost got run out of the government?
00:06:09.000 It was some like tweet or social media post, and JD Vance stood up for Big Balls.
00:06:14.000 His name is Edward Corstini.
00:06:18.000 And he was basically the victim of an online lynch mob trying to kick him out of the federal government for thought crimes, for believing he said something spicy.
00:06:32.000 But this is so important.
00:06:36.000 Oh, is it a different guy?
00:06:37.000 I thought they were trying to run this guy out.
00:06:39.000 It wasn't Big Balls.
00:06:41.000 Oh, a different guy said the Indian thing.
00:06:44.000 Got it.
00:06:45.000 Big Balls is just a meme.
00:06:46.000 Got it.
00:06:47.000 Well, Big Balls apparently is, quote unquote, a different person on the team.
00:06:50.000 So I stand corrected.
00:06:51.000 But the point remains, they were trying to run this guy out of government.
00:06:55.000 They were trying to run him out of government because of Doge.
00:07:00.000 They were trying to doxx this young man.
00:07:02.000 They were trying to destroy this young man's life.
00:07:04.000 That is correct.
00:07:07.000 What happened the other night was remarkable.
00:07:08.000 Two teenagers were teenagers.
00:07:10.000 I'm so sick of this.
00:07:11.000 Oh, yeah.
00:07:12.000 Teenagers.
00:07:13.000 I wonder, teenagers at 3 a.m. going wilding trying to carjack teenagers.
00:07:18.000 Do you notice they never use the race when it's blacks, but they almost always use the race when it's whites?
00:07:24.000 And if it ends up being two white offenders, I will correct the record and I will apologize.
00:07:29.000 I will.
00:07:30.000 We don't quite know yet, but I have a sneaking suspicion I think we all know because they're not telling us.
00:07:35.000 Two teenagers, ridiculous, were arrested.
00:07:38.000 Don't you guys hate that?
00:07:40.000 Isn't teenage crime the problem in this country?
00:07:42.000 You know, teenage carjacking.
00:07:44.000 Two teenagers were arrested in connection to the attempted carjacking of a former Department of Government Efficiency staffer known as Big Balls.
00:07:51.000 Authorities said the 15-year-old suspects who were charged with the unarmed carjacking were among several teens who allegedly approached the victim, Edward Costanini, and a woman police identified around 3 a.m. Sunday in Washington's local Logan Circle neighborhood.
00:08:07.000 This group allegedly made comments about taking the car before Corstanini pushed his significant other into the vehicle for safety and prepared to confront the group.
00:08:17.000 Law enforcement officials said Corstanini turned to face the teenagers and several of them attacked him until police patrolling the area intervened.
00:08:26.000 The group fled on foot when the police approached, authorities said.
00:08:31.000 And so this is heroic behavior.
00:08:33.000 This is like Trump and Butler.
00:08:35.000 This is Daniel Penny-esque.
00:08:38.000 This young man should be on the front page of every single newspaper.
00:08:42.000 This is the type of son that I want my, this is the type of man I want my son to grow up to be to defend women against a mob.
00:08:52.000 And I think we know what kind of mob it actually is.
00:08:55.000 I don't see it on the front page of the Wall Street Journal.
00:08:57.000 I don't see it on the front page of the New York Times.
00:08:59.000 Mike Lee wants to give him the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
00:09:02.000 Now, if he had shot and killed one of these attackers, they would try to indict him for murder.
00:09:07.000 That is the left.
00:09:09.000 But here is a young white man who's working in the federal government as a Doge staffer, very similar to Kyle Rittenhouse.
00:09:18.000 And we are only saying, well, these were just a bunch of youths and teenagers.
00:09:23.000 Oh, a bunch of teenagers going carjacking at 3 a.m.
00:09:27.000 We should no longer put up with this.
00:09:28.000 We should treat juvenile individuals at a adult threshold.
00:09:36.000 We should have the juvenile threshold at the adult.
00:09:40.000 And this young man could have been killed.
00:09:42.000 President Trump is calling for 14 years and older, and he is right.
00:09:46.000 And I believe it's time to exercise the federalization of Washington, D.C. Bring in the troops, cut out the crime, federalize Washington, D.C. President Trump has the power to do it.
00:09:57.000 He has exercising home rule over the nation's capital.
00:10:01.000 Make D.C. the safest city in America.
00:10:04.000 Bring in the Marines.
00:10:05.000 Call in the Insurrection Act.
00:10:07.000 Make the crime go to zero.
00:10:08.000 Use it as an example.
00:10:10.000 Make D.C. as safe as Tokyo.
00:10:13.000 Make D.C. as safe as Singapore.
00:10:16.000 Make D.C. as safe as Seoul, South Korea.
00:10:19.000 We can do it, but we choose not to because we don't want to offend the teenagers.
00:10:26.000 You see, I know so many of you, when you're out at night, you're worried about teenager crime.
00:10:31.000 How can we call ourselves a superpower when our great capital is a dangerous dump?
00:10:36.000 Beijing isn't like this.
00:10:38.000 Tokyo's not like this, but D.C. is, and it's because we're choosing.
00:10:42.000 It's time to federalize D.C., roll in the tanks, bring in the military, federalize the town, and bring teenage crime to zero.

00:12:09.000 Senator Corey Booker tweeted out a response to one of my viral contention videos that I had on Jubilee from a guy by the name of Garrison Hayes.
00:12:19.000 I believe that's his name.
00:12:21.000 And it's very linked to the first topic here.
00:12:24.000 So, Garrison Hayes says that I was wrong in a video where I said that 13% of the population, blacks, commit well over 50% of the crimes.
00:12:35.000 And he says, wrong, 38% of America's prison population is black, and that's according to the U.S. government.
00:12:42.000 Now, his response is statistically illiterate.
00:12:46.000 And he talks about exonerations.
00:12:48.000 It's very, he goes to great lengths to try to fight against the reality that black America commits way more crimes than the percentage of their population.
00:13:00.000 And it's an unnecessary rationalization.
00:13:03.000 The fact that you have to rationalize it is an impediment to solving the problem.
00:13:09.000 Play cut 380.
00:13:11.000 Black Americans are about 13 to 14 percent of the population.
00:13:13.000 Yes.
00:13:14.000 About half of all prisoners are black.
00:13:15.000 Wrong.
00:13:16.000 Just 38% of America's prison population is black.
00:13:19.000 That's according to the U.S. government.
00:13:20.000 But it makes you wonder why Charlie feels the need to add an additional 12% to the black prison population.
00:13:26.000 Could it be because his bigoted talking points only work if he exaggerates?
00:13:30.000 If Charlie were actually looking for the race that makes up half the prison population in the U.S., he'd look no further than white people at 57%.
00:13:38.000 So blacks commit more crimes than whites do.
00:13:40.000 Wrong.
00:13:41.000 No, blacks absolutely commit more crimes than white people.
00:13:44.000 Number one, do you know what per capita means, Harrison?
00:13:47.000 Do you understand fractions?
00:13:48.000 Or is it Garrison, whatever his name is?
00:13:49.000 Garrison, Harrison, Garrison, Harrison?
00:13:51.000 I don't know.
00:13:53.000 So whites, which are 57% of the population, have a lower prison threshold than their allotment in the American population.
00:14:02.000 And whites count Hispanics as white too.
00:14:07.000 So whites plus Hispanics are actually lower than their threshold in the federal data.
00:14:13.000 But let me dive deeper into this.
00:14:15.000 So let me play his second piece of tape here.
00:14:18.000 Play cut 381.
00:14:20.000 What's painfully obvious is that Charlie Kirk isn't interested in understanding the statistics he so carelessly misquotes.
00:14:26.000 He's interested in making bad faith arguments.
00:14:28.000 Something that becomes even more obvious in his next point.
00:14:31.000 Blacks are 13% of the population and they commit 58% of all the murders.
00:14:34.000 Wrong again and loud this time.
00:14:36.000 If Charlie were interested in honesty, he would have mentioned the other 1350 statistics.
00:14:41.000 Yes, black people are about 13% of the population, but make up 53% of all criminal exoneration.
00:14:48.000 And then people like you have the nerve to parade these stats around as though they prove something.
00:14:53.000 And the reality is that you probably know these stats, but you leave them out on purpose.
00:14:57.000 Because to bring that stat into this conversation would make some people think.
00:15:01.000 And that's the last thing a person like you wants.
00:15:04.000 All right, Garrison.
00:15:05.000 By the way, you're welcome.
00:15:06.000 We'll have a chat anytime.
00:15:08.000 I'll explain to you what per capita and what a fraction means.
00:15:11.000 If you can understand that, Garrison.
00:15:14.000 Exonerations are only a tiny share of total convictions.
00:15:17.000 We literally have 2 million people in jail or in prison at any time, but the total number of exonerations is only a few thousand.
00:15:23.000 If blacks are 55% of murder exonerations and also about 55% of murder convictions, that indicates that really they're getting convicted at the right rate.
00:15:34.000 If they were wrongly convicted all the time, there'd be a higher share of exonerations.
00:15:38.000 Just 38% of prisoners are black means they're also vastly overrepresented of all crimes.
00:15:43.000 Also, 57% misses it lumps in white and Hispanics into all the white category.
00:15:50.000 And finally, the key is this.
00:15:53.000 So much of black crime goes without arrest and conviction and a prison sentence.
00:16:00.000 Half of all Chicago murders are unsolved.
00:16:03.000 If we actually arrested every single black criminal, it would go to 60 or 65%.
00:16:08.000 And that's just the rough math of the unsolved black-on-black crime in downtown Chicago because of anti-snitch culture and lack of policing.
00:16:17.000 In most dangerous cities, police are overwhelmed and there is bad reporting and 911 calls go unanswered.
00:16:24.000 And the left, meanwhile, wants to pile up grievances and let criminals roam free.
00:16:29.000 And yes, there is a number right here that I was citing in 2019 FBI data.
00:16:34.000 Interestingly, we haven't gotten the data in a while, but I know under Kash Patel we will.
00:16:38.000 51% of all murder arrests were black Americans.
00:16:42.000 13% of the population, 51% of all the murders.
00:16:47.000 And a sitting senator just applauded this nonsense.
00:16:51.000 And we're not even bothering to mention random muggings.
00:16:54.000 We're not even bothering to solve the carjackers.
00:16:58.000 And they call me a racist.
00:16:59.000 They just stop it.
00:17:00.000 This is not 2016.
00:17:01.000 This doesn't mean anything.
00:17:02.000 I'm the only one actually fighting to make black neighborhoods safer.
00:17:07.000 You peddling this garbage, Garrison Hayes or whatever your name is.
00:17:13.000 You're siding with criminals.
00:17:15.000 And Garrison Hayes cannot get past the irrefutable piece of information that black America has almost a multiple effect on their proportion of the population versus the crimes that they commit.
00:17:29.000 And until we can say that truth repeatedly, openly, and honestly, we will not solve the teenage crime issue in this country.
00:17:42.000 We're honored to be partnering with the Allen Jackson Ministries.
00:17:45.000 And today I want to point you to their podcast.

00:18:44.000 Joining us now is Lieutenant General Michael Flynn.
00:18:47.000 Sir, great to see you.
00:18:48.000 Thank you so much for taking the time.
00:18:50.000 I want to take a step back before we get into the details of ObamaGate and Russia Gate.
00:18:54.000 I want you to remind everyone what happened to you and what the FBI did to you.
00:18:58.000 We have a lot of younger listeners in our audience that are not as familiar or have memory of it.
00:19:03.000 They didn't live through it.
00:19:04.000 The FBI sent people to entrap you in the guise of offering you help in the first days of the administration.
00:19:11.000 You were patient zero, sir.
00:19:13.000 Please walk us through it and remind us.
00:19:15.000 Yeah, so for your audience, Charlie, when President Obama first met with President-elect Trump right after the 2016 presidential election, he had a very short conversation with him.
00:19:29.000 And President Obama at that time told President Trump that he should not hire me.
00:19:35.000 And it was very odd.
00:19:36.000 And Trump and I spoke about that after his meeting with Obama.
00:19:40.000 It was just odd that why would the President of the United States in transitioning the entirety of the government point out one person, in this case, me, to not hire?
00:19:49.000 And of course, you know, what Trump did was he then hired me as the national security advisor.
00:19:54.000 And we now know, Charlie, when that, so if you go back and you look at the dates and the timeline, now we know about this 8 December 2016 meeting.
00:20:03.000 We know about the 5 January 2017 meeting where there was collusion inside the Oval Office led by Barack Obama.
00:20:12.000 And it's very clear now.
00:20:13.000 The evidence is really clear.
00:20:15.000 We were able to, in my case, sort of jump forward or fast forward.
00:20:20.000 Jim Comey, the director of the FBI, sent in two agents to my office.
00:20:25.000 They interviewed me, no problem.
00:20:27.000 And I didn't have any issues with it.
00:20:28.000 I'd been working with the FBI for the better part of 15 years prior to that.
00:20:32.000 And I didn't lie to them then.
00:20:34.000 And they actually said that.
00:20:36.000 They wrote it down.
00:20:37.000 We found that out in evidence later on.
00:20:39.000 They then came after me very hard when the Mueller investigation hit.
00:20:45.000 When they came after me, this is where they brought my family in, right?
00:20:48.000 And they threatened me and they threatened my son, my youngest son, who was about to have a child with basically all kinds of felony counts.
00:20:57.000 And we're going to throw you in prison for years.
00:21:02.000 So that was all true.
00:21:03.000 That's all come out.
00:21:04.000 And they went after me because, you know, why?
00:21:07.000 Why did Obama say that to Trump?
00:21:08.000 Why did Obama go after me so hard early on?
00:21:11.000 Because Charlie, there's no, there's been, you know, I'll pat myself on the back here.
00:21:15.000 There's not been a national security advisor to the United States of America with my background.
00:21:20.000 Not one.
00:21:21.000 I mean, going back to Henry Kissinger, who I met three or three times to do kind of a handoff.
00:21:27.000 And let me interject.
00:21:28.000 You were also very cautious on Russia.
00:21:31.000 You see, they needed to take you out because they wanted to get to a kinetic war against Russia.
00:21:37.000 And you had a much more cautious, realistic, and restrained approach to Russia.
00:21:42.000 So you were critical, not only to manufacture the Russian narrative because they tried to gin up something because of some trip that you took or whatever, but to use you as a centerpiece.
00:21:53.000 You were a stumbling block because you did not believe in the DC Empire's view that Russia was our greatest enemy.
00:22:03.000 You were necessary for removal.
00:22:05.000 I would argue that if you sustained through the first Trump administration, that we might never have got, we might never have had Russia gate.
00:22:12.000 Please continue.
00:22:13.000 Yeah, no, I agree.
00:22:14.000 You know, one of the things that I talked to Trump about during the 2016 campaign and certainly going into the administration after he won was I wanted, and I still am, I still believe this, we must pull Russia out of the of the influence, the sphere of influence that China has, right?
00:22:33.000 China is really the sort of the wolf at the door here.
00:22:36.000 So we have to pull Russia.
00:22:38.000 And that's what I was talking about then.
00:22:40.000 We've got to figure out ways to pull them out.
00:22:42.000 We've never been to war.
00:22:43.000 We've never been at war with Russia.
00:22:44.000 Russia supported us during World War II.
00:22:46.000 Russia supported us in the Middle East.
00:22:48.000 I mean, most people, maybe a lot in your audience don't realize, but we were working with the Russian Navy.
00:22:52.000 We were working with Russian military in places like Syria going against al-Qaeda and ISIS.
00:22:57.000 So we had a great relationship after the end of the Cold War.
00:23:00.000 I actually worked and trained with Russian forces in different training exercises and scenarios that we had in the 90s and into the early 2000s.
00:23:09.000 And of course, until 9-11.
00:23:11.000 So Russia actually, and I wrote something in the last four days here, Charlie, about sort of rules for diplomacy that I would bring your audience to the attention of that.
00:23:21.000 But there's 80% in a recent, in a good poll, 80% of the Russian people in Russia today, mostly young people, Charlie, want a more positive relationship with the United States of America because they feel aligned with us.
00:23:36.000 So back then in the 2016, 2017 timeframe, the Obama administration did some really terrible things.
00:23:44.000 They expelled a bunch of Russians.
00:23:46.000 They put sanctions on all these on the Russians for no other reasons than to upset the incoming Trump administration.
00:23:52.000 And one of the actions that I took, among many talking to foreign leaders, which was I was authorized to do and fully by rights to do, I spoke with the Russians multiple times to let them know: look, let's let cool heads prevail.
00:24:06.000 President Trump has a different view on foreign policy.
00:24:09.000 Let's let us get into the office of the presidency so we can start a different tack going down the road when it came to Russia.
00:24:18.000 The Obama administration wasn't having anything of it.
00:24:20.000 And frankly, the intelligence community and many, many on both sides of the political aisle that likes to have a war, you know, a boogeyman in the name of Russia, Russia, Russia, because Charlie, and this is for your audience, there are billions and billions of dollars that flow into the coffers as long as we have that boogeyman called Russia.
00:24:43.000 And the American taxpayers, Charlie, we can't afford it anymore.
00:24:47.000 We can't afford to have these wars going on.
00:24:50.000 And for everybody that's dying.
00:24:52.000 Even if we could afford it, we should not be at war against Russia.
00:24:56.000 Even if we were endlessly rich and we had a sovereign wealth fund, it is not in our geopolitical interest.
00:25:02.000 I don't like Putin.
00:25:03.000 You don't like Putin.
00:25:04.000 I don't like the way they've been acting.
00:25:05.000 I don't like the fact they bomb churches on Palm Sunday.
00:25:08.000 That really bothered me when they did that.
00:25:11.000 But the real enemy is all to the east.
00:25:13.000 It's the Chinese Communist Party.
00:25:14.000 Can we build a hegemonic coalition against the rise of the Chinese Communist Party?
00:25:19.000 It's all about China.
00:25:21.000 So much of this is about trying to distract and divide, separate what should be a coalition against the Chinese Communist Party.
00:25:30.000 So now let's talk about John Brennan.
00:25:32.000 I'm of the opinion, and I want your opinion, Lieutenant General Michael Flynn, that we need to be very cautious and very careful going about possibly indicting Barack Obama himself.
00:25:44.000 I think we should start with John Brennan.
00:25:46.000 I think John Brennan is the central nervous system.
00:25:49.000 He's the offensive coordinator.
00:25:50.000 He was calling the plays.
00:25:52.000 He was the maestra of the orchestra.
00:25:54.000 I think that is the lowest hanging fruit, and he does not have presidential immunity.
00:25:59.000 Do you agree?
00:26:00.000 And if so, what could he be charged for realistically?
00:26:04.000 Yeah, I do agree that he is the sort of the lynchpin here, Charlie.
00:26:07.000 And I do think that there are people.
00:26:09.000 In fact, I know because partly Tulsi has said it, but I also am aware that there are whistleblowers that have come forward with some very, very egregious information as it relates to that man that you're showing right now.
00:26:22.000 There are going to be other leaders that were in the rooms with Barack Obama, with those two, with Obama and Brennan, that are also going to, you know, they're going to talk because they don't want to get into trouble here.
00:26:37.000 There is a conspiracy and it is still an ongoing conspiracy.
00:26:41.000 And so all this talk about statutes of limitations, you know, I'll leave it to the constitutional lawyers who have studied this thing and looked at the problems that this guy is involved in, that Brennan is involved in.
00:26:54.000 But he's got a lot.
00:26:57.000 He's at risk right now in a big, big way.
00:27:00.000 And I have a funny feeling that once you start to bring these people in, and I've been very public about guys like Jim Clapper, because Jim Clapper, I believe you bring Jim Clapper in, Jim Clapper will spill the beans.
00:27:10.000 Jim Clapper has already said publicly on a cable news network that they were ordered by Obama to do it.
00:27:17.000 We now see the evidence.
00:27:18.000 So he said it, and that's fine.
00:27:21.000 But now we have the evidence coming out of the director of national intelligence's mouth and documented that shows that, in fact, these things happened.
00:27:30.000 Tulsi Gabbard the other day on another show talked about these things happening.
00:27:35.000 So the legalities of what these people are facing, I think, are severe.
00:27:40.000 It has to happen.
00:27:41.000 I think that the president, the president of the United States also needs to understand this, again, for your young audience, the president of the United States is the president of the United States.
00:27:50.000 He is the commander-in-chief, but he's also the chief law enforcement officer of the country, not the attorney general.
00:27:58.000 The attorney general is the attorney general.
00:28:00.000 And frankly, you don't even need to be a lawyer to be the attorney general of the United States of America.
00:28:04.000 Most people don't know that.
00:28:05.000 But the chief law enforcement officer is the president who has extraordinary authority and power, executive power.
00:28:11.000 And the president's going to have to, he's going to have to weigh in from time to time to direct his justice system to follow what I call the constitutional order of our country to go after and hold to account people like Brennan, people like Jim Comey.
00:28:28.000 And there are going to be others.
00:28:30.000 And once they start that ball rolling and they start holding these people accountable, I think, and frankly, the evidence is there.
00:28:37.000 We don't need years-long investigations.
00:28:41.000 The evidence is there.
00:28:42.000 And frankly, for the courageousness of Tulsi Gabbard, who I'm a big fan of, you know, she's exposing more and more.
00:28:50.000 And what these people do know, Charlie, is they know that there's more to come.
00:28:53.000 I mean, she is like a good lawyer, and even though she's not one, she's holding cards that these people know exist.
00:29:02.000 People like him know exist.
00:29:03.000 People like Comey know exist.
00:29:05.000 She's holding these cards because they're going to use them in the courtroom, right?
00:29:10.000 In the rule, in the system that we call, you know, our constitutional order, right?
00:29:14.000 And so when this happens, you know, Katie bar the door as to what these people are going to, or what these people are going to start talking about.
00:29:22.000 But that has to happen.
00:29:24.000 You know, at the same time, President Trump is having to deal with the situation in the Middle East.
00:29:31.000 He's having to deal with a, frankly, it's a losing war in Ukraine.
00:29:35.000 So Ukraine lost the war.
00:29:37.000 That part is done.
00:29:38.000 They're already talking about 60-year-olds trying to get 60-year-olds to serve in the Ukrainian military.
00:29:43.000 So, you know, it is a giant money laundering pit, and that needs to end.
00:29:48.000 And the president, he knows that, but he's got to really take heed of the type of advice that he's getting.
00:29:54.000 But his number one priority, Charlie, and I'll finish with this, is what we all have come to believe in, this phrase, not make America great again.
00:30:02.000 That's Trump's campaign bumper sticker, and it got him two victories.
00:30:06.000 But really, the phrase is America first.
00:30:09.000 And America first is not in isolation to the rest of the world.
00:30:12.000 That's important.
00:30:13.000 America first is getting and making sure that we take care of our country for the young people of the future.
00:30:20.000 It's America first, not America only.
00:30:23.000 It's a very important distinction.
00:30:25.000 It's America leader.
00:30:26.000 It's America first.
00:30:28.000 But it's also, we do not want America everywhere.
00:30:30.000 That's also a difference.
00:30:32.000 It's not America everywhere.
00:30:33.000 President Trump has blazed a new trail.
00:30:36.000 So let's play CUT 393, please, if we have that loaded.
00:30:39.000 John Brennan and Jim Comey and I are part of the group that were tasked by President Obama to put together all the reporting we had on the Russian interference, which we did.
00:30:53.000 President Obama directly and personally confronted Putin about the Russian interference in September and did not accept at face value Putin's protestations.
00:31:06.000 John Brennan directly did the same thing with his counterpart.
00:31:10.000 Lieutenant General Michael Flynn, what did we do?
00:31:12.000 Is that the clip that you were mentioning?
00:31:14.000 Yeah, I'd say that's perfect.
00:31:15.000 That was perfect.
00:31:16.000 So thank you for teeing that up.
00:31:17.000 So for your audience, so he said in September, and that's September of 2016.
00:31:23.000 What's very important is on the 3rd of August of 2016, three August 2016, Brennan, back to Brennan, he brought into President Obama at that time into the Oval Office the dossier and told Obama at that time that that was made up information from the Hillary Clinton campaign that they were going to use as their October surprise against Trump to win the presidency.
00:31:49.000 So Brennan and Obama on the 3rd of August of 2016 knew then that it was made up baloney from the Hillary Clinton campaign to attack Trump so she could be the president.
00:32:00.000 So here is Clapper.
00:32:01.000 It's a really important piece of evidence here that Clapper says in September, so a month later, here is Clapper saying that the president directed him as a director of national intelligence to gather all the evidence about what Russia was doing to interfere in our elections.
00:32:18.000 Well, Obama already knew that this scheme was in play.
00:32:21.000 That was August of 2016.
00:32:23.000 Now we fast forward, Trump wins.
00:32:26.000 And I'll remind your audience again: there was a very famous text message that I brought out in my case from Strzok to his lover and number two lawyer at the FBI, Lisa Page.
00:32:39.000 Peter Strzok was the deputy director of counter espionage for the FBI.
00:32:42.000 And in his text message to her, if Trump wins, we have an insurance policy, right?
00:32:48.000 If he should win, we have an insurance policy.
00:32:50.000 Well, after I get picked by Trump, after Obama said, no, we can't have him, I get picked by Trump to be the national security advisor.
00:32:58.000 Now it's like, oh my God, this guy who ran one of the largest intelligence agencies in the world, you know, had a very different view and was very close to Trump on our foreign policy ideas.
00:33:07.000 You know, on the 8th of December, this is one of the bombshells that Tulsi discovered.
00:33:12.000 On the 8th of December in the Oval Office, after Trump beat Hillary, which they didn't expect, they then sat in that meeting and they conspired to start the engines of Russia, Russia, Russia going.
00:33:24.000 Fast forward one more month, 5 January 2017, they did it again.
00:33:29.000 This time in that meeting, and this is hard evidence, Charlie, in court in the court of law, the hard evidence that during that 5 January meeting, they said, essentially, we need to get Flynn out in order to get Trump.
00:33:41.000 Okay.
00:33:42.000 And we know that because there were notes that were written by people in that meeting that we were able to put out in my case.
00:33:49.000 And, you know, your audience, your audience thinks I, you know, I spent five years in prison.
00:33:53.000 My case was dismissed.
00:33:54.000 I was never convicted.
00:33:55.000 I mean.

00:34:54.000 Finish your thought, Lieutenant General Michael Flynn.
00:34:56.000 And please also, in your answer, what do you want the administration to focus on that you're afraid they might miss in the cacophony of corruption here?
00:35:06.000 What would you say is the strategic plan, the pinpoint, the North Star that we can't lose sight of?
00:35:13.000 Lieutenant General Michael Flynn.
00:35:15.000 Yeah, thank you, Charlie.
00:35:16.000 I think for Trump, Trump really needs to, he needs to remind people what our country is all about, that light right on the hill, right?
00:35:28.000 He's got to give hope to the American people.
00:35:31.000 And the way he gives us that hope is by telling the American people that, look, here is our plan, what's already been exposed to do things to reform the government, to reduce the size of the government.
00:35:45.000 And he's already talking about our economy and the things we need to do, as we just talked about, America first, but it does not mean America alone.
00:35:53.000 He also is going to, he must end this war in Ukraine.
00:35:57.000 He has to.
00:35:57.000 We can't keep pouring more money into a sieve.
00:36:02.000 He's got to end that war.
00:36:03.000 And he also needs to figure out a way to bring the Middle East back to the Abrams Accords, which I thought was one of the fundamental big ticket marks on his previous administration.
00:36:14.000 So those are three big issues.
00:36:17.000 The idea of hope matters to the American people, but it's hope with a purpose.
00:36:22.000 And that purpose means you're going to have to hold people accountable.
00:36:26.000 The president is going to have to spend days of his time directly involved in where are we with holding these people accountable?
00:36:35.000 Because the American people, Charlie, are not walking away from this.
00:36:38.000 They are not walking away from the idea of liberty.
00:36:40.000 So I want to zero in on two of the things you said.
00:36:43.000 The Russia thing, I completely agree.
00:36:45.000 I don't think we should be sending more weapons to Ukraine.
00:36:47.000 I know why Trump is doing it, and I can even make an argument for it, and I sympathize for it.
00:36:53.000 But how do we end this thing then?
00:36:55.000 Because it seems as if Putin does not want a settlement to it.
00:36:59.000 If you were advising, what is the way that we could come to a conclusion to this Russian-Ukrainian war?
00:37:07.000 Yeah, I think, you know, President Putin made a statement yesterday.
00:37:11.000 I think it was 24 hours ago.
00:37:13.000 And it's very important.
00:37:13.000 And Trump should listen to it.
00:37:15.000 If one of his advisors hasn't brought it to him, Trump needs to listen to Putin's speech like in the last 24, 48 hours.
00:37:21.000 And his speech, he said, these are our lines, right?
00:37:25.000 So Trump needs to call up Putin and he needs to say, okay, you know, where are you?
00:37:31.000 And I'm just talking about the two of them.
00:37:33.000 I'm not talking about with Zelensky because Zelensky is neutered.
00:37:37.000 He's not effective.
00:37:38.000 Trump needs to call up Putin and say, where is it in that red lines, those red lines that you drew that you are willing to negotiate?
00:37:46.000 Are you willing to negotiate?
00:37:47.000 Are you willing to negotiate, let's say, an election in the four Donbasses, the four provinces that Putin mentioned in his speech?
00:37:55.000 Are you willing to talk about, you know, because there's a place, geography, and I'll point your audience to it, a place called Odessa, you know, and Crimea.
00:38:03.000 We have to think about that.
00:38:04.000 Also, east of the Urals, east of the Urals, the Ural Mountains are in Russia, right?
00:38:09.000 And east of the Urals matter.
00:38:10.000 And Trump and Putin, if Putin was listening to me right now, Charlie, and Obama, or I'm sorry, and Trump was listening to me, they would know what that means.
00:38:19.000 The other thing is, Charlie, we tend to think about Ukraine in isolation of just that piece of geography.
00:38:24.000 Cuba matters.
00:38:25.000 Venezuela matters.
00:38:27.000 Other parts of the world matter in these alliances and these structures that we have.
00:38:31.000 So the United States of America ought to be bringing in Cuba.
00:38:35.000 What's the future relationship that we're going to have with the Cubans?
00:38:38.000 What's our future relationship that we're going to have with the Venezuelans?
00:38:41.000 I mean, there's more to negotiating than just that piece of turf that splits the Russian Federation and Ukraine right now.
00:38:50.000 And frankly, I think personally, I would tell Trump NATO has to be off the table because Putin and they're just not going to allow it.
00:38:58.000 And frankly, if you go back to the 1994 Budapest Accords, where we committed to no expansion of NATO.
00:39:08.000 And I wrote about this in an article that I published in the last 48 hours here about my rules for diplomacy.
00:39:14.000 People can go to my website to read it or go follow me on X, read it.
00:39:19.000 We've lied.
00:39:20.000 We basically lied as a nation on that regard.
00:39:25.000 So now let's go to, you mentioned the Abraham Accords.
00:39:28.000 On this program, we are on team civilization.
00:39:31.000 We want Israel to win.
00:39:33.000 However, a lot of people are growing exhausted with the war.
00:39:36.000 Israel, it does not help to have long wars, long conflict.
00:39:40.000 It's not good for anybody involved.
00:39:43.000 A lot of people are in America.
00:39:44.000 They're growing exhausted with this issue that is certainly being used to divide a lot of good people.
00:39:51.000 What then is your advice on the Israel issue?
00:39:53.000 Thoughts on Netanyahu, his government, the Likud Party, please, Lieutenant General Michael Finch.
00:39:59.000 Yeah.
00:40:00.000 So first of all, Charlie, wars of attrition never help either side because they come at a huge cost in lives and treasure.
00:40:09.000 I think that for the Israelis internally, the Israelis need to do some soul searching.
00:40:13.000 There's going to have to be some truth bombs that are going to have to come out of the Israeli leadership.
00:40:20.000 And they're going through their own machinations right now between Netanyahu and the leadership in the military because they're talking about the occupation of Gaza.
00:40:29.000 Go ask any Marine that served in Beirut during the Beirut barracks bombing, which was like back in 1983.
00:40:35.000 We lost hundreds of Marines.
00:40:38.000 So occupation forces don't, you know, they don't work.
00:40:41.000 So there's got to be soul searching there.
00:40:42.000 But that soul searching also has to occur in the White House.
00:40:47.000 And President Trump is going to have to talk to his own internal team to say, what is it that we can do?
00:40:52.000 He's going to have to engage the leadership of the Arab world.
00:40:55.000 And I mean, in a much bigger way than he's doing right now.
00:40:58.000 I know that he's got Witkoff doing all kinds of things.
00:41:00.000 He's got Special Envoy Witkoff in the Middle East and Oman.
00:41:04.000 He's got him up in Russia.
00:41:06.000 We're spreading our forces too thin here.
00:41:08.000 We have got to make a decision about Ukraine.
00:41:11.000 And I think the war has got to end.
00:41:13.000 And so the funding of additional resources, that has got to end.
00:41:16.000 I'm sorry.
00:41:17.000 I mean, I love Trump.
00:41:19.000 I've fought tooth and nail for him.
00:41:21.000 I've been on Team Trump, Team America.
00:41:26.000 Back to the wars and back to kind of the future.
00:41:29.000 So for the, you know, because now I'm going to use the word nuclear, Charlie.
00:41:34.000 And I know I don't want to take too much time because I know you got a show to run here.
00:41:37.000 You're good.
00:41:37.000 But for your audience, your young audience, nuclear warfare scares the crap out of me.
00:41:43.000 So it should scare the crap out of your young audience.
00:41:46.000 We have had discussions about nuclear capabilities more in the last year, year and a half, than in my, you know, almost four decades of service in uniform and to this country.
00:41:58.000 I've never heard this much talk about nuclear capabilities and nuclear standoffs.
00:42:03.000 Once you cross that threshold, and here we are on the anniversary of the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, those are devastating capabilities.
00:42:12.000 And I wrote about that again in this article because you can't talk about a tactical nuclear weapon.
00:42:20.000 It's poison.
00:42:20.000 It's going to kill millions and millions of people and it's going to destroy the fabric of a large, large chunk of geography just from the tactical standpoint.
00:42:30.000 Never mind the strategic aspects of using a nuclear capability, which then escalates it even further, which is what we're continuing to see in the Middle East and in Europe.
00:42:42.000 Trump doesn't want any of that.
00:42:43.000 You know, President Trump, you campaigned on being the president of peace.
00:42:47.000 I know that's what you want.
00:42:49.000 And what I want you to do is I want you to tell the American people what your plans are, what your objectives are to achieve that, because we will stand with you as long as we understand what it is that you're trying to achieve.
00:43:01.000 And I do, if I were with the president sitting in the Oval Office, I would recommend that.
00:43:05.000 And I would help craft some of that.
00:43:07.000 We've got to tell the American people, we got to be totally transparent because what Tulsi Gabbard is dropping in terms of the subversion and espionage directed against the American people over the last, I don't know, eight, 10 years is just extraordinary.
00:43:23.000 That's going to have to be dealt with.
00:43:25.000 And these wars are going to have to be dealt with.
00:43:28.000 And it needs almost a state of the union-like speech to the American people.
00:43:32.000 Maybe it's an Oval Office speech by the president.
00:43:35.000 I mean, I want this president to so succeed and in a big, big way where, you know, they start, you know, give me the tools and I'll start chipping away on Mount Rushmore.
00:43:47.000 That's how much I want him to succeed.
00:43:49.000 And he can do it.
00:43:50.000 He's got the mandate to do it.
00:43:52.000 He's not the political, you know, he doesn't have that sort of thing, he's not a typical politician.
00:43:58.000 He knows, he uses good common sense, but he's got to tell the American people the direction that he's heading.
00:44:04.000 And we'll go with him.
00:44:05.000 Lieutenant General Michael Flynn, thank you so much for your time.
00:44:08.000 Excellent, as always.
00:44:09.000 You were patient, zero.
00:44:11.000 You've been through so much.
00:44:11.000 You're a patriot.
00:44:12.000 Come back soon.
00:44:13.000 Thank you.
00:44:14.000 God bless, Charlie.
