00:01:26.000 I want to tell you guys about Relief Factor.
00:01:28.000 You've heard me talk about it before.
00:01:30.000 Relief Factor is 100% drug-free supplement.
00:01:33.000 Yesterday, I was playing basketball.
00:01:36.000 I was throwing the football around, and honestly, a year ago, I would not have been able to do that.
00:01:41.000 Relief Factor is terrific.
00:01:42.000 For less than the cost of a cup of coffee a day, you are able to get Relief Factor for $19.95, the quick start.
00:01:50.000 And it's really incredible.

00:01:53.000 The Talbots, Pete and Seth Talbot, are friends of mine.
00:01:56.000 They do a great job and they do a great job for our country.
00:01:59.000 So check it out, relieffactor.com.
00:02:01.000 It goes after four different metabolic pathways.
00:02:04.000 I know a lot of people that have taken it and they have wonderful things to say.
00:02:07.000 ReliefFactor.com.
00:02:11.000 What if I told you that there are 10 new rules that we are living under?
00:02:18.000 It's not Jordan Peterson's 10 Rules for Life.
00:02:21.000 It's not Jordan Peterson's new book, 10 Rules for Beyond Order.
00:02:26.000 It's not the 10 Commandments.
00:02:28.000 No, there are 10 rules that we must recognize that are changing America.
00:02:38.000 A friend of mine, Victor Davis Hansen, wrote a piece that says the 10 radical new rules that are changing America.
00:02:47.000 This piece is so good.
00:02:51.000 It's so precise that it's worth examining in full.
00:02:58.000 For those of you that don't know, Victor Davis Hansen is probably the best, most talented scholar in the country.
00:03:04.000 He works for the Hoover Institution.
00:03:06.000 He writes for American Greatness at amgreatness.com.
00:03:10.000 Common guest on Fox News, wrote The Case for Trump.
00:03:15.000 He actually has just recently started commenting on politics.
00:03:25.000 He used to just comment on Greek history.
00:03:30.000 He's a classicist, focusing on Socrates and Plato and Aristotle and ancient Greece, Homer, Odysseus.
00:03:40.000 But Victor Davis Hansen, because he is a master of wisdom, because he studied things that actually mattered for a couple decades, is so beyond brilliant in his capacity and his ability to analyze what's actually happening here through A historic lens.
00:04:00.000 So, here are 10 rules, radical new rules that are changing America.
00:04:05.000 I want to go through each one of them in detail and give some examples and some tape and some clips.
00:04:12.000 Number one: money is a construct, it can be created from thin air.
00:04:20.000 Annual deficits and aggregate national debt no longer matter much.
00:04:26.000 Prior presidents ran up huge annual deficits, but at least there were some concessions that money was real and had to be paid back.
00:04:34.000 Not anymore.
00:04:35.000 As we near $30 trillion in national debt and 110% of annual GDP, our elites either believe that permanent zero interest rates make the cascading obligation irrelevant, or that larger the debt, the more likely we will be to be forced to address needed income redistribution.
00:04:59.000 I'm going to tell you a story.
00:05:01.000 It was in 1998, just 23 years ago.
00:05:06.000 Venezuela was one of the top economies on the planet, had more natural gas and oil depositories than any other country, had a booming middle class.
00:05:21.000 But then a man named Hugo Chavez got elected president of Venezuela.
00:05:29.000 He decided to implement massive social programs called Boliviarian Missions.
00:05:38.000 30 of them, massive social programs.
00:05:43.000 Blow out spending on education, subsidized food, subsidized housing, and healthcare.
00:05:50.000 When it started, it all seemed to go very well.
00:05:53.000 And I'm reading from a piece from the Manhattan Contrarian, never heard of them before.
00:05:56.000 They're terrific.
00:05:57.000 I'm paraphrasing parts of it and I'm adding into it.
00:06:01.000 Not only was everything going so well, it had some of the most amazing economic growth between 2004 and 2010 of any country.
00:06:08.000 Because when you have a massive, immediate influx of cheap money, you are going to get a sugar high.
00:06:14.000 For many of you that have children or have dealt with young kids, go give them Skittles, Twizzlers, MMs, and go see how they act.
00:06:25.000 Be on a sugar high.
00:06:26.000 You feel like you can own the world.
00:06:30.000 But anyone that's dealt with that or has experienced it, I have, knows that there's a moment where all of a sudden the blood sugar starts to go down.
00:06:41.000 And all of a sudden, you start to realize: I have no carbohydrates, protein.
00:06:47.000 I don't feel that well.
00:06:51.000 Venezuela regularly started to complain around 2010 that some of the services weren't all that they were promised to be.
00:07:03.000 Then around 2013, things started to fall apart very quickly.
00:07:08.000 And eight years later, now Venezuela has, I think it was 1,400% inflation.
00:07:17.000 We can get the exact numbers.
00:07:19.000 An almost non-existent middle class and one of the worst economies on the planet.
00:07:27.000 One of the biggest lies, according to Alexander Soshanitsyn, who wrote the Gulag Archipelago, said that when people say that it can't happen here, no, no, the laws of economics are equally applicable to all countries, all people, in all times.
00:07:42.000 There's some people that believe in this idea of the modern monetary theory that John Maynard Keynes might actually be right, that we could have massive influxes of cheap money and we'll never experience inflation because technology will be our salvation.
00:07:56.000 Boy, are we pushing the boundaries of the laws of economics?
00:08:01.000 And history tells us that you're going to get a sugar high.
00:08:03.000 We are living to the sugar high right now.
00:08:06.000 Merger and acquisitions are at record highs.
00:08:09.000 The market as sweet as it could possibly be.
00:08:12.000 We have multiples of companies that are 85 times earnings.
00:08:17.000 Bitcoin is up, which is an indictment of the dollar.
00:08:21.000 Housing prices are up.
00:08:22.000 Things feel really good.
00:08:27.000 And I'm going to use a more graphic analogy.
00:08:30.000 We are stuffing our arms or shooting our arms up with heroin.
00:08:37.000 Cheap money being the heroin.
00:08:40.000 But as Victor Davis Hansen beautifully puts in this piece, money's just a construct.
00:08:47.000 It doesn't represent value.
00:08:50.000 Money is nothing more than a white supremacist tool to try to keep them in power.
00:08:56.000 So let's crush the monetary system.
00:09:01.000 And every country that tries to live off of the sugar high pays a price.
00:09:10.000 Every single time our country has decided to indulge in the temptation of cheap money, we experience a crash.
00:09:22.000 2008 was largely because of the artificial lowering of interest rates after 9-11, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and the massive government intervention into the private lending market when it came to mortgages.
00:09:39.000 So for our solution, Hank Paulson, a government Sachs guy, Goldman Sachs, government Sachs, decided to come in as the Secretary of the Treasury and say, I don't want a water gun.
00:09:51.000 I want a bazooka.
00:09:53.000 $800 billion.
00:09:55.000 Now, that doesn't sound like that much money now.
00:09:57.000 That was 12 years ago, everybody.
00:10:00.000 12 years ago, $800 billion sounded like a monumental amount of money.
00:10:05.000 We executed TARP, which was the targeted assets relief program.
00:10:11.000 The stimulus, which was $900 billion, and rates remained relatively low.
00:10:17.000 Now, Republicans, one in 2010, complaining about the debt, won in 2014 complaining about the size of government, delivered on very little of it.
00:10:27.000 Donald Trump expanded the deficit, but at least we had correlated economic growth, but it's nowhere even close to the debt and deficit that we're experiencing right now.
00:10:38.000 But the new radical revolutionary rule that we must embrace, and if not, you're a racist, is that money's a construct.
00:10:45.000 And quite honestly, it's similar to the Whose Line Is It Anyway episode.
00:10:50.000 Let's play this quite little tape.
00:10:51.000 You guys remember Drew Carey?
00:10:52.000 This is our new economic policy running our country.
00:10:56.000 The rules made up.
00:10:58.000 The money doesn't matter.
00:10:59.000 Play tape.
00:11:02.000 Thank you.
00:11:05.000 Oh, welcome to Whose Line Is It Anyway, the show where everything's made up and the points don't matter.
00:11:11.000 That's it.
00:11:12.000 Everything's made up.
00:11:13.000 The deficits don't matter.
00:11:14.000 The money doesn't matter.
00:11:17.000 Whose Line Is It Anyway seems to be running our government.
00:11:19.000 In fact, I think there's more rational thinking in that show than there is in the halls of Congress.
00:11:23.000 Number two, laws are not necessarily binding anymore.
00:11:27.000 Quote, Joe Biden took an oath to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, but he has willingly rendered federal immigration laws null and void.
00:11:36.000 Some rioters are prosecuted for violating federal laws, others not so much.
00:11:40.000 Arrests, prosecutions, and trials are fluid.
00:11:43.000 Ideology governs when a law is still considered a law.
00:11:48.000 Is that a good point?
00:11:51.000 Crime rates do not necessarily matter.
00:11:54.000 If someone is carjacked, assaulted, or shot, it can be understood to be the victim's fault as the perpetrators.
00:12:01.000 Either the victim was too lax, uncaring, or insensitive, or he provoked his attacker.
00:12:06.000 How useful the crime is to the larger agendas of the left determines whether a victim is really a victim and the victimizer really a victimizer.
00:12:14.000 Do you guys know there's a mass shooting that happened in the last 24 hours by a black former NFL player who killed five people and then himself?
00:12:23.000 Is that headline news?
00:12:25.000 Did we stop talking about the fact that the Boulder shooting was a Muslim?
00:12:32.000 Did we not talk about the fact that the Capitol was attacked last week by a Nation of Islam supporter?
00:12:38.000 Those are three high-profile tragedies that no one seems to want to talk about.
00:12:45.000 Well, it's because crime is not bad to the left if it fits their agenda, it fits their purpose.
00:12:57.000 I'm going to play again a piece of tape that just reinforces this when it comes to the southern border.
00:13:03.000 This is a local news outlet from San Diego that says the border gates are stuck wide open and people are walking through.
00:13:08.000 This proves Victor Davis Hansen's point: Cut 51.
00:13:13.000 But we're at the border right now, and this gate, by the way, this is one of the gates that actually works.
00:13:18.000 It goes open, it goes closed.
00:13:19.000 Border Patrol drive through, but about 37 or 38 spots do not, by the way, we went to one of the gates and all it was missing was a motor.
00:13:28.000 And so all he had to do was put the motor in.
00:13:30.000 But apparently, when the stop order came down, they just stopped everything and gates are literally just stuck wide open and people are walking through.
00:13:39.000 People are just walking through.
00:13:40.000 You hear that?
00:13:43.000 And as Victor Davis Hansen says, the laws are not necessarily binding anymore.
00:13:46.000 If you want to enter America illegally, welcome.
00:13:52.000 But if you want to open your church, you're going to jail.
00:13:56.000 If you want to come into America and sex traffic children, we will open up the gates for you, literally.
00:14:04.000 But if you want to bring your child to a park, you could get arrested.
00:14:10.000 You see, human beings, we're not built to handle this kind of contradicting government rule.
00:14:18.000 It is pure despotism and tyranny, the impartial execution of our laws.
00:14:25.000 For a specific political agenda to serve a ruling class that wants you to be able to chemically castrate your children like the governor of Arkansas does, and then to be able to shoot yourself up with heroin.
00:14:45.000 But if you dare misgender somebody in California, for example, you can go to jail.
00:14:54.000 Basically, not enforcing certain laws on the books, like the mayor of Baltimore that says we are no longer going to faithfully execute the laws of prostitution, drug trafficking, amongst other crimes.
00:15:08.000 It won't be illegal anymore.
00:15:10.000 But you open up your coffee shop and have more than five people in there, the police are going to pay you a visit.
00:15:18.000 Rule number three, it's going to take some time to build this one out.
00:15:21.000 Racialism is now acceptable.
00:15:23.000 We are defined first by our ethnicity or religion and only secondarily, if at all, by an American community.
00:15:28.000 The explicit exclusion of whites from college dorms, safe spaces, federal aid programs is now non-controversial.
00:15:34.000 It is unspoken payback for the perceived past sins or some type of good racism.
00:15:39.000 Falsely being called a racist makes one more guilty than falsely calling someone else a racist.
00:15:45.000 I have submitted for years now, the most powerful force in American politics Is being called the R-word.
00:15:54.000 It's worse being, it's the worst thing you can call anyone.
00:15:57.000 It dominates the American psyche.
00:16:01.000 It dominates every decision.
00:16:03.000 I will do whatever you want.
00:16:04.000 Just don't call me the R-word.
00:16:06.000 Please.
00:16:08.000 But if you all of a sudden become a racist against white people, perfectly fine.
00:16:14.000 Where there are textbooks that say we must abolish whiteness.
00:16:18.000 That Colombia has black-only and Latino-only graduation ceremonies.
00:16:25.000 Racialism is now not just accepted, it's encouraged.
00:16:31.000 They want segregation, they want black-only dormitories.
00:16:37.000 This is one of the new radical rules that's dominating our country.
00:16:42.000 Everybody's mother always says, eat your vegetables.
00:16:45.000 And even as adults, we still have excuses why we don't eat them.
00:16:47.000 They taste terrible.
00:16:48.000 It's too much trouble to prepare.
00:16:50.000 Fruits and veggies are so expensive.
00:16:52.000 Your mom wanted you to eat your fruits and vegetables because she knew that's how we get and stay healthy.
00:16:57.000 Well, your mom never listened to your excuses.
00:16:59.000 Balance of Nature has listened.
00:17:02.000 All 10 daily servings of fruits and vegetables are in six small capsules.
00:17:06.000 They're absolutely no trouble, always fresh, nothing artificial, and ready to take.
00:17:10.000 And the cost literally pennies per serving.

00:17:34.000 Rule number four by Victor Davis Hanson: the immigrant is mostly preferable to the citizen.
00:17:39.000 The newcomer, unlike the host, is not stained by the sins of America's founding and history.
00:17:44.000 Victor Davis Hanson writes: Most citizens currently must follow quarantine rules and social distancing, stay out of school and obey all the laws.
00:17:52.000 Those entering into America illegally need not follow such laws and apparently superfluous COVID-19 rules.
00:18:00.000 Their children should be immediately schooled without worrying of quarantine.
00:18:04.000 Immigrants need not worry about their illegal entry or residence in America.
00:18:08.000 Our elites believe that illegal entrants more closely resemble the founders than do the legal citizens, about half of whom they consider irredeemable.
00:18:15.000 Point exhibit A, and I do want to get to this whole list, so I'm not going to spend too much time on each one of them, but it's a phenomenal piece.
00:18:24.000 A new decision in New York is saying that illegals get $2.1 billion.
00:18:33.000 That's right.
00:18:35.000 A new fund has been created in New York City that offers one-time payments up to $15,600 to illegals, people that broke the law to come here, criminals, who lost work during the pandemic.
00:18:54.000 That's right.
00:18:56.000 People that are criminals that came here in defiance to international law and broke the law every day by being here illegally, which again is one of the biggest misnomers that people have.
00:19:09.000 They say, oh, it's a misdemeanor to cross into a country.
00:19:11.000 No, no, no.
00:19:12.000 Harboring yourself and illegally domiciling yourself is the breaking of the law every hour by the hour being here.
00:19:20.000 It's illegal occupation.
00:19:22.000 It's like saying I break into somebody's house and I live there for a couple of years.
00:19:26.000 They're not only going to be charged for illegal breaking into the house, you're going to be charged for living in the house beyond that.
00:19:34.000 New York City is not giving $15,600 to middle-class plumbers or HVAC workers.
00:19:42.000 No, no, no, no.
00:19:44.000 To illegals.
00:19:46.000 You see, the person who invades your country is getting preference over the citizen, over you.
00:19:54.000 How many people watching this could use $15,600 right now?
00:19:58.000 Well, all you have to do is denounce your citizenship, go to Mexico, illegally break into America, go to New York City, and you could be eligible for $15,600.
00:20:07.000 Rule number five: most Americans should be treated as we would treat little children.
00:20:13.000 Americans cannot be asked to provide an ID to vote.
00:20:15.000 Noble lies told by our elites about the Chinese coronavirus are necessary to protect the Neanderthals from themselves.
00:20:22.000 Victor Davis-Hansen continues by saying: Americans deserve relief from the stress of grades, standardized testing, normative rules of school behavior.
00:20:33.000 Americans are still clueless why it is good for them to pay far more for their gasoline, heating, and air conditioning.
00:20:40.000 Victor Davis Hansen is saying that the citizenry must be treated like a nursery.
00:20:48.000 Five, six, seven, eight-year-olds are now able to watch Car EV or change their gender, but adults, you don't deserve an explanation why your utility bills are going up.
00:21:00.000 Rule number six: hypocrisy is passe.
00:21:06.000 Virtue signaling is alive, Victor Davis Hansen writes.
00:21:10.000 Climate change activists fly on private jets.
00:21:12.000 Social justice warriors live in gated communities.
00:21:15.000 Multi-billionaire elites pose as victims of sexism, racism, and homophobia.
00:21:20.000 The elites need their exemptions to help the helpless.
00:21:23.000 What matters is what you say to lesser others about how you live, not about how you yourself live.
00:21:28.000 For example, Camulette Harris owns a firearm, but she doesn't want you to be able to firearm.
00:21:33.000 The people that say they hate walls live in gated communities.
00:21:38.000 The people that say they hate the idea of guns are protected by armed guards every single day.
00:21:43.000 The people that fight against charter schools and private schools send their kids to private schools.
00:21:47.000 The teacher union head of Berkeley, California, was against school closures and public schools, yet he sent his kid to public school.
00:21:55.000 Hypocrisy is the new, not just normal, it's the thing that important people do.
00:22:03.000 But rules aren't for us.
00:22:05.000 We're important.
00:22:05.000 We're smart.
00:22:06.000 Don't you understand?
00:22:07.000 I run Google, okay?
00:22:09.000 My name's Jay-Z.
00:22:11.000 I'm important.
00:22:13.000 You're not.
00:22:15.000 And the media, of course, gets away with it, whether it be Gavin Newsom eating at French laundry, or John Kerry boarding an airplane without a mask on, or John Kerry flying on a private jet to Iceland to go get a special award for climate change, whatever that is, the award for climate change.
00:22:38.000 That they get a complete endorsement by the activist press that you can do whatever you want, whenever you want to do it, however you want to do it, as long as your public statements are in line with the new dogma of the American left.
00:22:53.000 Rule number seven: ignoring or perpetuating homelessness is preferable to ending it.
00:23:01.000 According to the left, it is more humane to let thousands of homeless people live, eat, and defecate, and use drugs on public streets and sidewalks than it is to green light affordable housing, mandate hospitalization for the mentally ill, and create sufficient public shelter areas.
00:23:18.000 I was just in Los Angeles.
00:23:20.000 What a tragedy.
00:23:23.000 What a disgrace of what that city has become.
00:23:28.000 For hundreds of yards driving on the 405, you can see on the side of the road homeless encampments.
00:23:36.000 Instead of trying to transition people to living quiet and peaceable lives themselves, there is a top-down draconian order to say we must subsidize homelessness.
00:23:52.000 Whose streets are these?
00:23:53.000 They're everyone's streets.
00:23:57.000 Instead of trying to end these problems or at least try to curb them, they want to subsidize it and expand it.
00:24:06.000 Rule number eight: McCarthyism is good.
00:24:11.000 Destroying lives and careers for incorrect thoughts save more lives and careers.
00:24:17.000 Cancel culture and the Twitter reign of terror provides needed deterrence.
00:24:25.000 Now that Americas know that they are one word or act or look away from losing their livelihoods, they're more careful and will behave in a more enlightened fashion.
00:24:35.000 The more so the social media guillotine, the humane scientific tool the woke.
00:24:39.000 Now, maybe Victor Davis Hansen listens to this podcast, or maybe we are just having this mind-meld.
00:24:46.000 But a lot of that, right there, are things that we've talked about at great length here on this program.
00:24:53.000 Joe McCarthy was a senator from Wisconsin, and he famously had the either Senate or House.
00:25:02.000 I think it was, of course, he was a senator, obviously.
00:25:04.000 So it was the Senate Committee on Un-American Activities, if I'm not mistaken.
00:25:08.000 And he would have these hearings on trying to find the communists in our government.
00:25:14.000 And what no one wants to say, but I'll say it is: McCarthy was wrong about some things, but really right about most things, that there was a communist infiltration happening in our country.
00:25:23.000 The way he went about doing it, less than desirable.
00:25:27.000 But it became this pejorative, like, oh, you're going to have a McCarthyite.
00:25:30.000 Wait, I'm sorry, what?
00:25:31.000 I don't want communists in my country.
00:25:33.000 I don't.
00:25:34.000 I don't want them infiltrating our apparatus, our institutions of government.
00:25:39.000 But now, McCarthyism is embraced by all the top levels of power.
00:25:44.000 What used to be considered a negative, which was a reign of terror, is that if you step out of line and you don't agree with us, we're going to destroy your life.
00:25:59.000 Rule number nine: ignorance is preferable to knowledge.
00:26:03.000 Probably my favorite rule in the sense of how true is this.
00:26:06.000 It is better to know nothing, but be very confident about it than to actually pursue knowledge and wisdom.
00:26:12.000 Wisdom, of course, is the knowledge of all things eternal, things that do not change.
00:26:20.000 Victor Davis Hansen beautifully writes: Neither statue toppling nor name changing nor the 1619 project requires any evidence or historical knowledge.
00:26:29.000 Like renaming the Abraham Lincoln School in downtown San Francisco.
00:26:34.000 Heroes of the past were simple constructs.
00:26:36.000 They weren't real people.
00:26:37.000 They were just figments of your imagination.
00:26:40.000 Undergraduate, graduate, and professional degrees reflect credentials, not knowledge.
00:26:48.000 Boy, is that true.
00:26:49.000 The brand, not what created it, is all that matters.
00:26:52.000 It doesn't matter if you actually know anything.
00:26:54.000 All that matters is that you went to Brown.
00:26:56.000 You went to Yale.
00:26:57.000 You went to Harvard.
00:27:00.000 Some of the most deceitful, arrogant, and self-righteous people are produced from these institutions.
00:27:10.000 And finally, the 10th rule by Victor Davis Hansen: wokeness is the new religion, growing faster and larger than Christianity.
00:27:22.000 We're given the same speech every day.
00:27:26.000 Its priesthood, wokeness, outnumbers the clergy and exercises far more power.
00:27:33.000 Silicon Valley is the new Vatican.
00:27:35.000 And Amazon, Apple, Facebook, Google, and Twitter are the new gospels.
00:27:39.000 Americans privately fear these rules while publicly appearing to accept them.
00:27:45.000 They still could be transitory and invite a reaction.
00:27:50.000 Or they are a near permanent and institutionalized.
00:27:54.000 The answer determines whether a constitutional republic continues as once envisioned or warps into something never imagined by those who created it.
00:28:03.000 The 10 rules that are changing America.
00:28:06.000 And then I want to get into another piece that Victor wrote that ties all of this even more beautifully together.
00:28:11.000 Money is a construct.
00:28:12.000 Laws are not necessarily binding anymore.
00:28:15.000 Racialism is now acceptable.
00:28:17.000 The immigrant is more preferable to the citizen.
00:28:19.000 Most Americans should be treated as we would treat little children.
00:28:22.000 Hypocrisy is passe.
00:28:24.000 Ignoring or perpetuating homelessness is preferable to ending it.
00:28:28.000 McCarthyism is good.
00:28:29.000 Ignorance is preferable to knowledge.
00:28:31.000 And wokeness is the new religion, growing faster and larger than Christianity.
00:28:35.000 How did we get here?
00:28:38.000 A couple reasons.
00:28:40.000 Very weak people and corrupt people and self-righteous and money-worshiping people that run our country and our corporations, like Ed Bastion and James Quincy.
00:28:50.000 Our universities are largely to blame.
00:28:52.000 We sent way too many kids to college for far too long for a lot of different reasons, but also because parents didn't want to have to face their neighbors and explain to their friends that their kid wasn't going to Stanford or Harvard or Princeton or Yale or some school.
00:29:05.000 And instead of asking the question of whether or not these universities will be developing character or getting my child a skill, it's, oh, they got the piece of paper.
00:29:17.000 You extrapolate that over a couple decades.
00:29:20.000 You have 60 million people that have been indoctrinated to hate their country.
00:29:26.000 She is one of the most powerful voices for faith, family, and for freedom.
00:29:30.000 Someone I know very well.
00:29:31.000 We had a lot of fun together for a couple of years at Turning Point USA, and she's doing awesome.
00:29:36.000 And she's a frequent guest of the show.
00:29:38.000 It's Candace Owens.
00:29:39.000 And I want to tell you, Candace has joined the powerful lineup at the Daily Wire, great company, launching a new show where Talk Show meets late night.
00:29:47.000 She'll continue to call out leftist lies and the corruption of media and big tech.
00:29:52.000 So join Candace each week as she welcomes powerful voices, talk about the most critical issues, break down what's actually happening in our country, and trust me, you're going to laugh a lot too.
00:30:03.000 Candace is unfiltered and quite honestly uncancelable.
00:30:07.000 Even as she says, all the things other on the right wing are afraid to say, Candace is a dear friend.
00:30:12.000 She's a fighter.
00:30:13.000 She loves our country.
00:30:13.000 And I know all of you love supporting Candace Owens.
00:30:17.000 So here's how you do it.
00:30:18.000 Her full show is available to Daily Wire members only.
00:30:23.000 Use code Charlie and get 25% off your Daily Wire membership now.

00:30:40.000 It's that easy.
00:30:41.000 It's dailywire.com.
00:30:43.000 Support Candace Owens.
00:30:44.000 Candace is a fighter.
00:30:45.000 She loves her country.
00:30:47.000 I've seen her and her commitment personally and what she's done.
00:30:52.000 And again, she's moved the dial so much.
00:30:54.000 So go to dailywire.com, use the code Charlie and get 25% off your Daily Wire membership now.
00:31:04.000 How do we get here?
00:31:05.000 How do we get to the place where those 10 rules, as I was reading them, I'm sure you were saying, oh man, that's true.
00:31:11.000 That's true.
00:31:12.000 And they're awfully depressing rules.
00:31:14.000 How did we get here and what can we do to fix it?
00:31:17.000 We got here because many of the people in charge of our country, people that run our corporations, our colleges sit on the board, they did very little to actually change the trajectory of the nation and push back against this nonsense and actually properly educate young people.
00:31:34.000 Exhibit A, and Victor Davis Hansen mentions him in his piece, Ed Bastion.
00:31:40.000 Ed Bastion, who's the CEO of Delta, who might be the embodiment of what I can't stand the most in America.
00:31:48.000 This guy earns $17 million a year.
00:31:53.000 A year.
00:31:56.000 He has an opportunity to take a stand against the wokesters in his own company.
00:32:03.000 Instead, Ed Bastion only cares about an extra yacht in the Bahamas or whatever it might be.
00:32:07.000 I'm going to be tougher on him than just a random woke activist that graduated from Emory University.
00:32:14.000 This guy's supposed to be in charge.
00:32:18.000 We also got here because of the university system, where all these ideas originate from, where far too many donations go, kids go to school, too much attention is given to them.
00:32:28.000 College enrollment needs to go down dramatically in our country.
00:32:31.000 And if you're listening to this podcast, I'm not telling you not to go to college.
00:32:34.000 Just have a good reason to go.
00:32:36.000 And for parents out there, there's two things you must guarantee when your kid goes to college.
00:32:39.000 Number one, they're going to get a skill.
00:32:41.000 And number two, they're going to share your values when they graduate.
00:32:43.000 And a good number three is making sure that they're not going to be financially insolvent.
00:32:48.000 Victor Davis Hansen writes perfectly in this piece, The Wealthy and the Woke.
00:32:52.000 Victor Davis Hansen's like Robert Frost.
00:32:54.000 He's a poet.
00:32:55.000 He's amazing.
00:32:57.000 I thought this sentence, might be two sentences, technically three, is some of the best I've heard in some time.
00:33:06.000 Victor Davis Hansen writes, wokeness is not really about fairness for minorities, the oppressed and the poor, past or present.
00:33:14.000 It is mostly a self-confessional cult of anointed bullies like Ed Bastian and hypocrites of all races and genders like James Quincy, CEO of Coca-Cola, who seek to flex and increase their own privilege and power.
00:33:29.000 Period.
00:33:30.000 Let me read this again.
00:33:32.000 It is mostly a self-confessional cult of anointed bullies and hypocrites of all races and genders who seek to flex and increase their own privilege and power.
00:33:47.000 Period.
00:33:49.000 Self-appointed bullies.
00:33:52.000 People that are going to be in charge and say, if you do not do this, we're moving the all-star game from a black county to a white county.
00:33:58.000 It's not about the minorities or the oppressed.
00:34:00.000 Of course not.
00:34:01.000 It's about you.
00:34:02.000 It's about your corporate bonuses.
00:34:04.000 It's about your social status.
00:34:06.000 It's about your kid getting into Harvard.
00:34:07.000 It's about your membership at a local country club.
00:34:10.000 It's about getting invited to the right Christmas parties.
00:34:13.000 It's about you.
00:34:15.000 And you virtue signal to the rest of us as if you're such a good person when the tough but the right fights are right in front of you and you decide to run away from them.
00:34:27.000 You decide to run away from them because you don't want to be called the R-word.
00:34:30.000 You don't want the New York Times, the Washington Post to publish a scathing editorial about you.
00:34:34.000 You don't.
00:34:36.000 So you've made a decision to engage in this self-confessional cult of anointed bullies.
00:34:47.000 And all you want to do is increase your own wealth, your own power, your own privilege.
00:34:51.000 So you go through these 10 rules.
00:34:52.000 You say, how did this happen?
00:34:54.000 The people in charge let it happen.
00:34:56.000 That's how.
00:34:58.000 The people who run our universities, the people who run our companies, some parents let it happen, our politicians let it happen, all because they were hedging.
00:35:06.000 They were cutting corners.
00:35:08.000 They wanted what was expedient and what felt good, not what was good.
00:35:14.000 For a couple decades, we were able to get away with it.
00:35:18.000 But now, because of the biggest vulnerability that is being exposed by the left, the left says, Okay, I'm going to use your own market system and your own love of money against you.
00:35:30.000 You can either keep getting paid and obey to us, obey everything we ask in the woke thing, or you can stop getting paid and oppose us.
00:35:41.000 You can either have your kid get into a good college and agree with us and be silent, or your kid won't get into that college if you oppose us.
00:35:53.000 It's pure extortion.
00:35:55.000 And the people that should have courage and clarity of leadership-the CEOs, the board members, the head of these county schools-they have failed us.
00:36:05.000 We deserve better elites in our country.
00:36:08.000 The 10 rules that have radically redefined America, pour over them, read them, spread them to your friends.
00:36:15.000 It's incredibly important we know them, especially right now.
