00:01:32.000 John, walk us through the State Department emails, the memos that you have obtained, and how that relates to Victor Shokin being back in the news cycle.

00:01:41.000 Yeah, I first interviewed Victor Shokin in the fall of 2019, and he said exactly to me what he said to Fox News last week.

00:01:50.000 And what is remarkable about that, he's been incredibly consistent.

00:01:53.000 Who's not been consistent?

00:01:55.000 Joe Biden, because Joe Biden has told us lots of things that have been unraveled to be untrue, and some of them are big ones, right?

00:02:02.000 My family never got money from China.

00:02:04.000 Yes, it did.

00:02:05.000 In fact, Hunter Biden was going to plead guilty to like three, four, five, six million dollars in two years from China and not paying taxes on it.

00:02:12.000 The laptop was disinformation.

00:02:13.000 No, it actually was a real laptop.

00:02:15.000 I never talked to my son or his business partners about their business.

00:02:18.000 Yes, he did.

00:02:18.000 He met with them, had dinners, dialed into phone calls.

00:02:22.000 The litany of falsehoods goes on and on.

00:02:24.000 But one of the enduring statements that Joe Biden has stuck to that actually sustained all the way through the 2019 impeachment of Donald Trump and everything since the elections and even until this year.

00:02:35.000 In fact, just a few weeks ago, he and the Washington Post and others were continuing to utter this line was, yes, I did fire.

00:02:43.000 I did force the firing of that Ukraine prosecutor.

00:02:45.000 I did meddle in Ukraine's internal politics.

00:02:48.000 And yes, that prosecutor was investigating my son's company, Victor Shokin.

00:02:52.000 But my decision to get rid of him had nothing to do with that.

00:02:55.000 I was carrying out the U.S. policy recommended by career officials.

00:02:59.000 So given his record, I went out to try to find the documents to see if that was true.

00:03:03.000 It turns out there was a task force.

00:03:05.000 This task force was made up of career justice, treasury, and State Department officials and the National Security Council.

00:03:11.000 And together, they made a recommendation in fall 2015 that Joe Biden shouldn't withhold the billion dollars.

00:03:17.000 He should give the billion-dollar loan guarantee because Victor Shokin was making adequate progress on an anti-corruption reform agenda.

00:03:25.000 In fact, the State Department sent a wonderful letter to Shokin saying, you're doing a good job.

00:03:29.000 That came from Victoria Newland, the top State Department official for Ukraine affairs.

00:03:33.000 So Joe Biden wasn't carrying out policy.

00:03:36.000 He changed the policy.

00:03:37.000 And it just so happened he changed the policy in a way that met his son's problem.

00:03:41.000 His son, as we know from his business partner, Devin Archer, was being pressured to deal with Shokin to slow down or stop the investigation.

00:03:49.000 Well, Joe Biden effectively did that when he fired the prosecutor by withholding a billion dollars he was told by career officials he should give to Ukraine.

00:03:58.000 Pretty extraordinary unraveling of a story that Adam Schiff and all the impeachment managers and Joe Biden and the Washington Post fact checker and others imposed on the American people for four years.

00:04:09.000 So, John, connect this also with this fake email account that Joe Biden also had, Robert Peters.

00:04:18.000 And so, what's strange about this is that he had a fake email address and it was at pci.gov.

00:04:28.000 And so it's a fake email, but it's also a government email and multiple email addresses, burner phones.

00:04:36.000 This Biden crime family actually might be more sophisticated than we ever gave them credit for.

00:04:41.000 Yeah, listen, I think when you hear James Comer and Jim Jordan talk now, that's the point they make.

00:04:45.000 And I think you just made it very effectively.

00:04:47.000 Why do you need a burner phone?

00:04:48.000 Why do you need three fake email addresses, Robin Ware, JRW Ware, and Robert L. Peters, if you're doing everything above board?

00:04:56.000 Why are you forwarding things from your private account that are government official documents to your son?

00:05:02.000 What are those?

00:05:03.000 I first discovered these accounts in 2021.

00:05:05.000 It's my lawsuit or it's my FOIA that led to the lawsuit yesterday and the discovery that there are now 5,400 emails on these private accounts that are in the possession of the National Archives.

00:05:18.000 The archives won't release that information.

00:05:20.000 Why?

00:05:20.000 They had no problem releasing Donald Trump's information, right?

00:05:23.000 But what's interesting about this is in the few episodes that we've been able to find emails from these accounts, what is Joe Biden doing?

00:05:30.000 He's forwarding sensitive government information from his government account to his private account, his private account to his foreign business pursuing son, Hunter Biden.

00:05:40.000 I'll give you two examples.

00:05:41.000 One is in May of 16, just a few months after Joe Biden succeeded in getting the Ukrainian prosecutor fired, he has a call set up with the Ukrainian president who he pressured Petro Poroshenko.

00:05:54.000 That call and the scheduling of that call is sent to his son, Hunter Biden, who just happens to have an interest in what Petro Poroshenko did and in the country of Ukraine as he's working for Brisma.

00:06:03.000 Earlier, there is an embassy cable that comes out of Turkey, Istanbul, that tells the vice president there's about to be a secret release of a U.S. hostage, a U.S. prisoner in Turkey who had long been held.

00:06:15.000 This is non-public information.

00:06:17.000 It's a sensitive moment letting this get out because Turkey may or may not do it, right?

00:06:22.000 It's a tender dry moment.

00:06:23.000 They want to be careful.

00:06:24.000 And what does Joe Biden do?

00:06:25.000 He forwards that information to his private account and then he sends it to his son.

00:06:30.000 Again, non-public government information has a little bit of the rings of Hillary Clinton and her private email. 0.63

00:06:35.000 So we're obviously there's some differences, but Joe Biden has a Hillary Clinton problem.

00:06:39.000 He also has a problem with falsehoods and with clearly now getting his job by lying to the American people.

00:06:47.000 His last job interview during the debates, all false information.

00:06:51.000 So here's what doesn't make sense, John.

00:06:52.000 So the email address that Joe Biden had was a PCI.gov email address.

00:06:59.000 That's not a federal government email address.

00:07:01.000 That's a state of Pennsylvania email address that if you type in and it goes to like the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections.

00:07:08.000 So why does he have a Pennsylvania email address?

00:07:11.000 Who made it for him?

00:07:13.000 And secondly, the buried lead here is that from an EEOPEOPOVP, which means executive office of the vice president, the staffers obviously knew that this was the communique channel.

00:07:25.000 So who made a Pennsylvania-based email address for a sitting vice president?

00:07:32.000 Yeah, we don't know the answer or whether that's an alias that refers to yet another account, but it is clear that government officials were corresponding with it.

00:07:41.000 And then that account would forward at one time that and other accounts like it, because there's three accounts that we identified.

00:07:47.000 They then get forwarded to another account.

00:07:49.000 So there's a lot of questions here.

00:07:50.000 Sometimes an email address can look like something and it can be forwarding to another one.

00:07:54.000 We don't know the answer, but the pattern is concerning.

00:07:58.000 Why lie?

00:07:59.000 Why have a burner phone?

00:08:00.000 Why have multiple email accounts that you're doing government business on when you're trained when you first come into office?

00:08:06.000 You shouldn't do that.

00:08:07.000 There's something untoward, and we don't know the full extent of it yet.

00:08:10.000 But Joe Biden, one thing we do know, the story Joe Biden gave the American people during impeachment.

00:08:15.000 And since to get his job as president doesn't add up the facts, contradict and conflict with what he's told us, that's a big problem for a president heading into reelection with an already low popularity rating because of the fact that he's got a bad inflation, bad inflationary economy, has had major missteps on the world stage, like the Afghanistan withdrawal.

00:08:36.000 An unpopular president with now the smell of corruption around him.

00:08:39.000 Yeah, it's very strange.

00:08:41.000 If you type in pci.gov, then it goes to the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections.

00:08:48.000 I mean, so Joe Biden's not technically savvy enough to make his own email address.

00:08:51.000 So somebody made him an email.

00:08:53.000 So if anyone out in the universe knows the story of why Joe Biden would have that, he never was a senator from Pennsylvania.

00:09:01.000 He was a senator from Delaware.

00:09:02.000 He grew up in Scranton.

00:09:04.000 And so the private email he had was a government email address for Pennsylvania.

00:09:09.000 Somebody has to answer for that.

00:09:10.000 Okay.

00:09:11.000 So, but despite all this, John, I want to play this piece of tape.

00:09:13.000 It's infuriating.

00:09:14.000 I think the evidence is overwhelming.

00:09:16.000 It's not a tough call.

00:09:18.000 Let's start impeachment proceedings.

00:09:19.000 But Republican Don Bacon says, nah, I'm not convinced.

00:09:25.000 Last week, I spoke with Congressman Don Bacon.

00:09:28.000 He's a Republican from Nebraska, and the district he represents is one that President Biden won back in 2020.

00:09:35.000 He said he's not ready to open an impeachment inquiry into President Biden because he hasn't seen direct evidence, A, of a high crime or misdemeanor that President Biden has allegedly committed.

00:09:45.000 And B, in all these investigations into the Biden business dealings and into the Hunter Biden plea deal and so forth, Don Bacon said he hasn't seen a direct link to President Biden.

00:09:56.000 So he said, until that there is a direct link and there is evidence of a high crime or misdemeanor, he's not ready to launch an impeachment inquiry.

00:10:04.000 Okay, so John, has your reporting demonstrated a direct link?

00:10:08.000 There are certainly insinuations of it.

00:10:10.000 I think there's a lot more evidence that's going to come out in the next six weeks that will strengthen the case.

00:10:15.000 I can tell you this.

00:10:16.000 Kevin McCarthy is short of the votes needed for a House impeachment inquiry.

00:10:19.000 A vote on the floor would not succeed right now.

00:10:21.000 So more work needs to be done.

00:10:23.000 That said, there is a lot of things happening behind the scenes that are going to direct new evidence.

00:10:28.000 And Joe Biden's going to become more and more clearly involved in his son's business dealings over the next few months.

00:10:33.000 You're going to see things like the State Department documents I made last week.

00:10:36.000 This is the beginning of an avalanche.

00:10:38.000 But my own headcount tells me that Kevin McCarthy is quite a few vote short, maybe a dozen or more vote short to get the impeachment inquiry.

00:10:47.000 So you don't have the vote until you have the votes.

00:11:59.000 And how many email addresses did he have?

00:12:02.000 There are a total of three to our Gmail accounts, Robin Ware at 456 at Gmail, and then I think JRBware at gmail.com, and then this PCI.gov.

00:12:14.000 We don't know the origin.

00:12:16.000 Well, the first two we know are Gmail accounts, so it's pretty simple to understand what's going on.

00:12:19.000 They're clearly private email accounts.

00:12:21.000 PCI.gov, we do not know if that's a redirect, meaning that it was an alias.

00:12:26.000 And then when you hit that server, it redirected somewhere else.

00:12:29.000 We are still digging into that.

00:12:30.000 Senator Grassley and Ron Johnson have been digging into it.

00:12:33.000 Remember, I first broke these email accounts back in the summer of 2021.

00:12:37.000 And for two years, we've been fighting to get this.

00:12:40.000 We just recently, through the work with the Southeastern Legal Foundation, get a total number.

00:12:45.000 But between those three accounts, National Archives say they have a total of 5,400 emails that either went to or from those accounts that conducted government business, meaning that they're part of the archives because they are government business.

00:12:58.000 That's a Hillary Clinton-like problem for Joe Biden, even before we get new information.

00:13:02.000 But the domain of PCI.gov is a mystery.

00:13:06.000 It doesn't appear that there are other places that use that email that we can find.

00:13:10.000 We don't know if it was a redirect.

00:13:11.000 Sometimes you can put an email, then it redirects when it hits a server.

00:13:14.000 We're still trying to figure those things out, as our Senate and House investigators who've been on the case for two years and yet not been able to get answers.

00:13:23.000 It clearly is one of the great secrets that we have to unravel over the next few months.

00:13:29.000 So as we continue to look into it, do you think that each one of these email addresses was basically consigned to a different foreign deal?

00:13:39.000 Meaning like was there a connection subject matter?

00:13:43.000 He was thinking, okay, my Gmail's for the China treason.

00:13:46.000 You know, my PCI gov is for the Ukraine treason. 0.75

00:13:50.000 Is there any sort of methodology to this?

00:13:53.000 There isn't.

00:13:54.000 When you look at the laptop, all three emails are implicated and all sorts of different things are coming in.

00:13:58.000 I told you about the Turkey release.

00:14:00.000 I told you about the Ukrainian president.

00:14:03.000 But sometimes it's, hey, some people think Joe Biden should run for president against Hillary Clinton in 2016.

00:14:08.000 Or did you see the latest polling numbers?

00:14:09.000 Sort of a political conversation.

00:14:11.000 Lots of different people using the different accounts.

00:14:14.000 My guess is that maybe they're different by year.

00:14:17.000 It looks like JRB Ware was in for a certain amount of time and then Robin Ware and then this PCI.gov.

00:14:24.000 It may be that he switched accounts over the years.

00:14:27.000 It seems like earlier emails are in one email count mid-years are different.

00:14:32.000 And then maybe there's a third account created every couple of years.

00:14:35.000 That's one theory that investigators have, but a lot more digging needs to occur.

00:14:40.000 The fact that the National Archives won't release these records without having to go to court like we're doing with the Southeastern Legal Foundation, frustrating, right?

00:14:48.000 I remember within 12 hours or 14 hours of me sending an email to the archives, they made it public, right?

00:14:55.000 Because reporters asked for it.

00:14:56.000 But these they've been dragging their feet on since I asked for them back in the summer of 2021 or the fall of 2021.

00:15:03.000 So the National Archives is another place where there's a real question of equal treatment of Americans.

00:15:11.000 And I think that Congress is going to put its foot down.

00:15:14.000 James Comer is marching towards a subpoena, I think, for these documents.

00:15:18.000 And probably in the next few months, we'll get answers.

00:15:20.000 But it's sad that the nation's historical agency plays a game of rope-a-dope and keep away.

00:15:25.000 And you have to go to litigation and subpoenas to get something that should be the American people's own product.

00:15:30.000 These are government work products.

00:15:32.000 We, the people, should own them.

00:15:33.000 So in closing, if you know about some of the stuff that's happening in the House and all that, do you think by Christmas, John, the evidence will be so overwhelming that the facts will be so convincing that we could be in an impeachment inquiry phase?

00:15:46.000 Walk through the timeline of what you think we can expect this fall.

00:15:49.000 Listen, it's hard to know what's going to happen, right?

00:15:51.000 There's lots of different dynamics going on.

00:15:53.000 Will witnesses cooperate?

00:15:54.000 Does Eric Schwerin come in and give the sort of testimony that we got from our earlier business partners like Devin Archer?

00:16:02.000 Does Devin Archer, who has a whole secret stash of documents that the Congress hasn't been getting a hold of because a law firm retention company has got them?

00:16:09.000 Do those documents blow up and show things that we don't know about that maybe Devin Archer was hinting at?

00:16:16.000 Will we get more bank records?

00:16:18.000 Will the Ukrainians who allegedly made the tapes?

00:16:20.000 I know there's some Ukrainians that have made overtures to Congress in the last few days.

00:16:24.000 I think there's a lot of history to be written before we can make a really strong prediction.

00:16:28.000 I like to stick with the facts.

00:16:29.000 I will say this: there is a roadmap for new and explosive facts to come out.

00:16:35.000 And I see Jim Jordan and the House Ways and Means Committee and others.

00:16:39.000 Next week, I'm going to put a new document out, a new type of whistleblower, somebody that was involved in the Securities and Exchange Commission.

00:16:46.000 And his whistleblower complaints about Hunter Biden go all the way back to the fall of 2016.

00:16:51.000 So that's going to show that government knew about Hunter Biden problems far earlier than 2020 when the IRS whistleblowers get involved.

00:16:58.000 We're continuing to peel back this onion.

00:17:00.000 There'll be a lot more facts.

00:17:01.000 I can certainly say this: there'll be a more educated, an opportunity to make a more educated decision by December because new information is going to keep falling from the trees.

00:17:10.000 But I don't know what the history is going to show.

00:17:11.000 I don't know who's going to come forward.

00:17:14.000 The Biden White House is a lot more nervous than it was six months ago.

00:18:29.000 Brown, I wanted to have you on because there seems to be, if I'm reading the social media trends correctly, a little bit of a spike in Black America's support for Trump, or at least talking about the injustice surrounding it.

00:18:39.000 Am I reading that correctly, Brandon Tatum?

00:18:41.000 Yeah, what's up, Charlie?

00:18:42.000 Thanks for having me on.

00:18:43.000 And yeah, I think you're reading it very accurately.

00:18:45.000 I mean, I think that people of, I call them Americans of African descent, are historically conservative people.

00:18:52.000 And historically, black people have distrusted the government for multiple reasons.

00:18:57.000 One being slavery, Jim Crow, and then you talk about the Tuskegee experiment. 0.60

00:19:01.000 And so black people have a healthy level of skepticism of the government.

00:19:05.000 And watching what has unfolded with Donald Trump, many of them can see the injustice that has happened to him.

00:19:12.000 And some of them have felt the same injustice or the sentiment of that.

00:19:16.000 And so I think a lot of people are waking up to what the left is doing.

00:19:20.000 I think also Joe Biden is doing such an incredibly poor job that people are just walking away from him in droves.

00:19:26.000 But I do think we're going to see an influx of Americans of African descent beginning to support Donald Trump and the Republican Party.

00:19:33.000 I sure hope so.

00:19:34.000 I'm going to just play some pieces of tape here, and it's starting to get louder and louder.

00:19:38.000 And Bran, you've been on this for a while.

00:19:40.000 The Democrats take black America for granted.

00:19:43.000 They take black America for granted, and there's a lot of bigotry involved in a Democrat Party.

00:19:51.000 I was talking to my husband about it earlier, and when I really started educating myself and informing myself on Donald Trump, one thing that I'm passionate about is human trafficking, that especially of children.

00:20:09.000 I'm not about words.

00:20:11.000 I like the fact that he says what's on his mind.

00:20:13.000 I like the fact that he doesn't say what he thinks people want to hear from him.

00:20:17.000 And to me, I know everything that he's done for the black communities, and I stand behind him.

00:20:23.000 I'm not only a Trump supporter, I am a Trump lover.

00:20:27.000 And for the longest time, I've been afraid to come out and say that.

00:20:30.000 Well, here we go.

00:20:31.000 Because I didn't want to lose my blackness or my black friends or whatever.

00:20:35.000 Brandon, elaborate on that.

00:20:37.000 How many millions of black Americans just are looking for the permission to support Donald Trump or conservative values?

00:20:44.000 Brandon Tatum.

00:20:46.000 I think it's a tremendous amount of Black Americans that are looking for someone to get behind that's legit, that's authentic, that keep it real.

00:20:53.000 And Donald Trump presents that type of a person.

00:20:56.000 And I'll just say this.

00:20:57.000 There's two different types of black people in this country.

00:21:01.000 There's the people who are sheep that follow anything the Democrats say. 0.97

00:21:05.000 They care nothing about the black community. 1.00

00:21:09.000 They only virtue signal. 1.00

00:21:10.000 They are racist against white people. 1.00

00:21:12.000 And then there's the black people like the young lady you heard. 0.99

00:21:15.000 She's married.

00:21:16.000 She's intelligent.

00:21:17.000 And she's not for the identity politics.

00:21:21.000 And I think she can see the truth in what Donald Trump is doing.

00:21:25.000 And I honestly believe a lot of black people are just looking for somebody to get behind that they can resonate with that's going to get things done.

00:21:32.000 The Democrats have failed for at least 50 years with dealing with black Americans.

00:21:38.000 And at this point, we haven't seen any results.

00:21:42.000 And so people are starting to say, okay, there has to be something more out there.
