00:00:03.000 My name is Charlie Kirk.
00:00:05.000 I run the largest pro-American student organization in the country fighting for the future of our republic.
00:00:11.000 My call is to fight evil and to proclaim truth.
00:00:14.000 If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're gonna end up miserable.
00:00:19.000 But if the most important thing is doing good, you'll end up purposeful.
00:00:24.000 College is a scam, everybody.
00:00:26.000 You gotta stop sending your kids to college.
00:00:27.000 You should get married as young as possible and have as many kids as possible.
00:00:31.000 Go start a turning point, you would say college chapter.
00:00:33.000 Go start attorney point, you would say high school chapter.
00:00:35.000 Go find out how your church can get involved.
00:00:37.000 Sign up and become an activist.
00:00:38.000 I gave my life to the Lord in fifth grade.
00:00:41.000 Most important decision I ever made in my life, and I encourage you to do the same.
00:00:45.000 Here I am, Lord use me.
00:00:48.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:49.000 Here we go.
00:00:56.000 The Charlie Kirk Show is proudly sponsored by Preserve Gold, the leading gold and silver experts and the only precious metals company I recommend to my family, friends, and viewers.
00:01:08.000 All right, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:01:10.000 This is Andrew Colvitt, executive producer of this fine show.
00:01:14.000 And I'm joined in studio here in DC.
00:01:16.000 No, we did not change the set.
00:01:18.000 We're just on location in Washington, D.C. And uh I'm joined by Jack Pasobi.
00:01:24.000 What's up, man?
00:01:25.000 Uh, you know, we're uh we're holding it down here in the Imperial Capitol while Blake is on assignment in Italy.
00:01:31.000 I'm just gonna out him right here.
00:01:33.000 I was gonna say we don't usually tell people specifically where they are.
00:01:37.000 Well, in this instance, it's just too cool, I have to say it.
00:01:39.000 It is pretty cool.
00:01:40.000 He has a family member that's taking the vows uh to become a nun.
00:01:44.000 Female, which is super based, uh, which is super based.
00:01:48.000 It's actually Blake, isn't it?
00:01:49.000 Blake's joining nunnery.
00:01:51.000 Blake's joining a nunnery.
00:01:52.000 There's there's too many too.
00:01:54.000 Finally found a place for Blake.
00:01:55.000 Too many tripwires in that minefield.
00:01:58.000 You just uh you just laid for me.
00:01:59.000 So, anyways, we are uh honored to be with you guys.
00:02:02.000 We I I just have to say, we've gotten such a tremendous outpouring of just feedback from our show yesterday that we did from the White House.
00:02:10.000 Uh, truly, truly uh grateful for all the the nice notes and the kind uh things you guys have said.
00:02:16.000 We had a tremendous show.
00:02:17.000 We had James Blair, who's one of the most powerful people actually in the administration.
00:02:22.000 People don't realize that, but he's head of like political and policy, uh deputy chief of staff at the White House that we had.
00:02:28.000 Of course, JD Vance.
00:02:30.000 We announced that JD, if you guys want to throw this uh graphic up, JD is going to be speaking on campus with Erica Kirk on October 29th at Ole Miss, there in Oxford, Mississippi.
00:02:43.000 Gonna be an amazing, amazing event.
00:02:45.000 Uh and he's said he's just gonna take questions.
00:02:48.000 Has a sitting vice president or president ever done something like this before?
00:02:52.000 No.
00:02:52.000 Uh as far as I'm as far as I'm aware.
00:02:54.000 Can't think of anything.
00:02:56.000 But the the courage that it takes, as you know, essentially the second most powerful man in the world to sit in front of students at a college.
00:03:05.000 There's gonna be like 10,000 people there taking questions for probably like an hour, let's just say.
00:03:12.000 But he's willing to just do that and take questions.
00:03:15.000 They're gonna be unscripted.
00:03:16.000 It's gonna be.
00:03:17.000 I mean, who does that?
00:03:18.000 Right.
00:03:18.000 Even the town halls that they do, you know, on CNN, we can get into AOC and Bernie did theirs last night.
00:03:23.000 Yeah, but that was all planned.
00:03:24.000 It was all planned, and they know which questions are coming.
00:03:26.000 This is gonna be completely raw, and he's willing to take hard questions from both the left and the right.
00:03:29.000 So take that much time out of his schedule, and with the logistics, with the security, with the pre-planning that has to go in.
00:03:36.000 I mean, that it's just a testament to how much Charlie meant to JD and how big of an impact that Charlie's legacy had, not on only JD as a person, but really on JD's polit uh uh politics.
00:03:52.000 And JD really has told the story that uh that Charlie was the one that really backed him, encouraged him when he was first running for Senate, and then eventually uh where he is now in the vice presidency.
00:04:03.000 Yeah, JD would tell you this as well.
00:04:05.000 He would not be where he is today as the sitting vice president of the United States because he probably wouldn't have been senator, and then he probably wouldn't have had so much backing and support from a lot of people that Charlie helped uh bring about when he was being considered for vice president.
00:04:21.000 Charlie really spearheaded that.
00:04:22.000 And then, of course, all the efforts that turning point action, the Charlie that you did, Jack, to get JD in office, get to get uh President Trump in office.
00:04:30.000 So I actually, we've both been doing the media rounds, uh, Jack.
00:04:33.000 Because we're in DC, we're in the Imperial Capitol, might as well make use of it.
00:04:38.000 I actually went on the with Dana Perino and Bill Hemer this morning to talk about the interview that I had with J.D. Vance yesterday and to just thank him for what a tremendous human being he is and and for willing to emulate Charlie's, you know, his style, his mission on campus to actually take the questions.
00:04:55.000 Play cut 243.
00:04:57.000 Uh, I just want to give a huge shout out and hat tip uh to uh the vice president.
00:05:02.000 You know, people I don't know how people imagine this working, but he had he and Usha have been so um just generous, and they have been the ones offering to help.
00:05:12.000 They have been the ones saying, hey, we want to make sure that Charlie's legacy lives on.
00:05:16.000 How can we help?
00:05:17.000 What can we do?
00:05:18.000 And I just love that uh the vice president wants to honor Charlie by emulating Charlie at these events.
00:05:23.000 You know, yes, he'll give a few minutes of remarks, but he wants to he wants to interact with the students.
00:05:28.000 And people need to understand that part of what made Charlie so amazing is that, yeah, he spoke, but he he listened.
00:05:35.000 And and this is gonna give the vice president an opportunity to do just that.
00:05:39.000 So your your reaction, Jack.
00:05:41.000 No, it's it's it's huge.
00:05:43.000 I mean, to have the vice president, sitting vice president of the United States, a guy who has been spearheading and and look, I was in the room the other day when uh Marco Rubio and JD Vance came in coming up, getting off of the call with like the Hamas negotiations and Qatar, and we know that J.D. Vance has been involved with working with Whitkoff and the Ukraine-Russia war, and so we're in the middle of a government shot.
00:06:05.000 There's so many things that are going on in DC that he has on his portfolio, and he's gonna take all of this time to honor Charlie.
00:06:14.000 And by the way, to continue the tour that the left tried to stop.
00:06:18.000 Yeah, absolutely.
00:06:18.000 What that's exactly right.
00:06:19.000 And JD said in that interview, you know, with me, he said, listen, we're gonna we're gonna each take a piece of this.
00:06:26.000 And that's nobody can replace Charlie.
00:06:28.000 There's nobody's gonna hold a candle to Charlie.
00:06:31.000 As the Bible said, we are unfit to tie the sandals of Charlie.
00:06:35.000 But here we are, and we're we're we're attempting to do our best.
00:06:38.000 We miss him, but we're gonna we're gonna keep uh we're gonna hold the torch as best we can, and JD's gonna be a big part of that, and just so grateful to him.
00:06:46.000 So also, Jack, I played a clip of mine.
00:06:48.000 I'm gonna play a clip of yours, and that is about this this theme of this rise of left-wing violence.
00:06:53.000 I did a town hall with News Nation last night.
00:06:56.000 You did.
00:06:57.000 I did it.
00:06:57.000 You're going viral right now.
00:06:59.000 Mr. Viral.
00:07:00.000 Oh, you're definitely you're definitely going viral right now.
00:07:02.000 In a bad way.
00:07:03.000 We're viral on the left.
00:07:03.000 Hopefully not.
00:07:04.000 Yeah, we'll we'll say it wasn't.
00:07:05.000 Well, here's here, but but you actually kind of commented on something similar.
00:07:10.000 Uh, again, another Fox News hit.
00:07:12.000 But by the way, give it up for Real America's Voice and Salem Radio Network that carries this show live every day.
00:07:17.000 And for Real America's Voice that you did such great work to set up the shot, uh, the shoot yesterday, the interviews, they did all of that, Parker at the White House.
00:07:26.000 At the White House.
00:07:27.000 And the day before at the Treasury Department.
00:07:27.000 We're so grateful.
00:07:30.000 Nobody could do it like Ray America's voice.
00:07:30.000 So thank you.
00:07:32.000 Thank you to the our RAV family.
00:07:33.000 So here's here's Jack Pasobic.
00:07:35.000 Uh, yesterday evening, last evening, uh, 262.
00:07:38.000 Mark Bray was denounced by the president of Dartmouth University because of his embrace of violence all the way back in 2017.
00:07:48.000 He said if you label someone a white supremacist, if you label someone a fascist, then he endorses violence against them.
00:07:54.000 I would just say this to Rutgers.
00:07:56.000 I spoke with Turning Point Headquarters earlier tonight.
00:07:58.000 We stand by our chapter, we will defend our chapter.
00:08:01.000 And if the university wants to make an issue of it, they can find out how good our lawyers are.
00:08:06.000 All right.
00:08:07.000 So this is a really big story that's been bubbling up and it's kind of hitting a crescendo right now because I'm being asked about it, you're being asked about it.
00:08:14.000 It's big.
00:08:14.000 Mark Bray at Rusk Rutgers University.
00:08:16.000 Tell us about Mark Bray.
00:08:18.000 So Mark Bray is Dr. Antifa.
00:08:20.000 This is a guy who, by the way, was run out of Dartmouth uh years ago, back in 2017, because of his support for violence.
00:08:27.000 And he claims that Antifa violence is ethically and morally justified when it is done against people who he decides are white supremacists and fascists.
00:08:38.000 And he wrote a whole book on this in 2017.
00:08:41.000 He wrote op-eds about this.
00:08:42.000 He came out, the president of Dartmouth denounced him.
00:08:45.000 Then of course, Rutgers went and gave him this.
00:08:47.000 And by the way, it's a part-time teaching position.
00:08:50.000 I just want to be very clear about that.
00:08:52.000 So he came up and has been spreading this hate and domestic terrorism all throughout his tenure at Rutgers.
00:08:59.000 Well, in the wake of Charlie Kirk's assassination, the turning point chapter on campus was saying, look, this guy has been here for all this time.
00:09:07.000 He's spreading violence.
00:09:09.000 Our leader was just taken out.
00:09:11.000 We don't feel safe with him on campus.
00:09:14.000 He's creating a harassing and violent toxic environment for us.
00:09:17.000 And we would like to see see something done about him.
00:09:20.000 They launch a petition.
00:09:21.000 Then he flies to Spain on the taxpayer dime.
00:09:25.000 I gotta chime in on this part.
00:09:26.000 Like the flying to Spain part.
00:09:28.000 So this is a guy who advocates for preemptive violence to kill to take down fascists, to kill fascists.
00:09:33.000 What is a fascist?
00:09:34.000 A fascist to him is a conservative.
00:09:36.000 So he advocates for a violent world for us to exist amidst violence, political violence.
00:09:42.000 The second the temperature gets turned up on him just a little, not that we condone any form of violence, but this guy gets a little bit of heat on him and he flies straight to Spain.
00:09:53.000 Absolute coward.
00:09:55.000 He cannot exist in the world for that which he advocates for.
00:09:59.000 And then you know, and taking a vacation.
00:10:01.000 These kids are meanwhile getting doxxed on campus.
00:10:04.000 The university is launching an investigation on the kids, not him, not him, not on the violence that he advocates for, but on him.

00:11:28.000 So yes, I went to this town hall last night.
00:11:31.000 Fetterman is actually the one that's going most viral, John Fetterman, because he said, I'm not going to call conservatives fascists, right?
00:11:39.000 So Fetterman is striking this civil tone.
00:11:41.000 It was supposed to be this very civil uh debate.
00:11:44.000 Uh Chris Cuomo had reached out, asked me to be a part of it.
00:11:48.000 I said, sure, I'm gonna be in town.
00:11:50.000 I I'm happy to do a sim civil debate, a conversation.
00:11:50.000 Let's do it.
00:11:53.000 So I go there, I'm backstage, and you've got, you know, Jim Jordan, you got Ro Connor, Stephen A. Smith, Bill O'Reilly, Chris Cuomo.
00:12:01.000 They're all having these very nice.
00:12:02.000 This is over there, Everett Kennedy.
00:12:05.000 They're all having these very nice conversations.
00:12:06.000 It's all very civil, it's very chill.
00:12:09.000 And then all of a sudden, my segment comes up and they put me with this Midas touch kid, Midas Mockler.
00:12:14.000 Midas toucher.
00:12:15.000 Put the he puts the mock and mockler, and we talked backstage.
00:12:18.000 He was very nice.
00:12:19.000 And, you know, I was like, okay, we'll talk about new media.
00:12:22.000 We'll talk about the importance of that, and then what's turning point doing?
00:12:25.000 I thought it was gonna be just like this.
00:12:26.000 This kid comes in and he's like, you need to disavow these young Republicans from New York.
00:12:32.000 I mean, it came at me real real hot, real hot.
00:12:35.000 I had no idea that I was walking into that situation.
00:12:38.000 Wait, can I just say, by the way, on the Fetterman piece?
00:12:40.000 So Fetterman comes out, he says, I'm not going to call conservatives fascists.
00:12:44.000 Right?
00:12:44.000 That was the big thing last night.
00:12:45.000 What do we see in Axios this morning?
00:12:47.000 The Democrats are now moving to oust Fetterman.
00:12:49.000 They're gonna primary him in Pennsylvania.
00:12:51.000 Oh my goodness.
00:12:52.000 So so you are no longer allowed to live civilly with your political opponents.
00:12:57.000 Yeah, have to claim.
00:12:58.000 And by the way, he is a 93% Democrat voting record.
00:13:03.000 So, like, like he votes with the Democrats all the time on every single issue.
00:13:06.000 It's not good enough.
00:13:07.000 But it's not good enough because he won't call Republic and this shows you.
00:13:11.000 I'm I'm sorry, but like we we're on Charlie's show, right?
00:13:15.000 This shows you the mindset and the ecosystem that leads to a heinous act like this because they demand this theological fealty to you must say the words.
00:13:26.000 You must say the words.
00:13:27.000 And if you don't say that, then they're gonna throw you out of office.
00:13:30.000 Well, let's look since we're on Fetterman, let's play that clip 270.
00:13:33.000 I knew I know and I love people that voted for President Trump.
00:13:36.000 Uh, but they are not fascists, they're not Nazis, they're not trying to destroy her the constitution, those things.
00:13:42.000 We really gotta turn the temperature down.
00:13:45.000 And for that, he's getting basically primaried by his own party.
00:13:50.000 Right, and politically speaking, so I mean, obviously, we're both from Pennsylvania.
00:13:53.000 So Trump wins Pennsylvania, but then Fetterman also won Pennsylvania.
00:13:56.000 So he's in this same boat with like Whitmer, Josh Shapiro, a number of people who are demic Bill Evers in Wisconsin, who are representing states as Democrats in places where Trump won.
00:14:06.000 You'd see this also with John Osloff in Georgia, of course, in Arizona as well, which Charlie, of course, is very close to.
00:14:12.000 Yep.
00:14:13.000 And this is a perfect example of this clip I'm about to play from Jimmy Kimmel of the current state of the Democrat Party.
00:14:20.000 This guy is still lying.
00:14:22.000 He almost lost his job.
00:14:24.000 As a matter of fact, he probably will, let's be honest, because his ratings are falling off a cliff.
00:14:27.000 And because he's not funny.
00:14:31.000 His ratings are falling off a cliff.
00:14:33.000 He's gonna his show will die the way it's supposed to die, which is because it's too expensive and it's unsuccessful.
00:14:38.000 So that's fine.
00:14:39.000 But meanwhile, despite getting a pretty stern slap on the wrist, we'll call it a slap on the wrist.
00:14:44.000 That's about what it was.
00:14:45.000 He's still out there saying Antifa is not real and that Trump supporters are domestic terrorists.
00:14:50.000 And if you want to know why conservatives are getting so upset about the rise of left-wing violence, it's because of this rhetoric that is it put this sheer sheen of respectability because it shows up on the nightly news or it shows up on late-night talk shows.
00:15:04.000 275.
00:15:06.000 Antifa is just short for anti-fascist.
00:15:08.000 It's not a club you can join.
00:15:10.000 There are no membership dues, but they have matching signs.
00:15:14.000 Okay, well, I guess we better round up these domestic terrorists too.
00:15:22.000 Listen.
00:15:24.000 I'm gonna tell you this.
00:15:25.000 Spread it around.
00:15:26.000 There's no chaos in Portland.
00:15:28.000 None.
00:15:29.000 There is no chaos in Chicago.
00:15:31.000 There was no chaos in Los Angeles.
00:15:33.000 They're pretending there's chaos as a pretense for a military takeover.
00:15:39.000 I find this highly offensive on so many levels.
00:15:43.000 And to the point that maybe I might just throw to you, Jack, but I will say this.
00:15:47.000 There is chaos in Portland and Chicago.
00:15:49.000 Go try living in the sh south side.
00:15:51.000 Go try working at a federal ice facility.
00:15:54.000 Go try uh being a journalist and covering the events without getting a black eye or getting a uh, you know, a liquid cement uh milkshake thrown at your head.
00:16:05.000 So yeah, I don't I by the way, and the whole point of Antifa, Jack, and you know this better than anybody, is that it is intentionally decentralized.
00:16:12.000 It is intentionally this amorphous, flexible, loose network of left-wing militants.
00:16:19.000 And and and they certainly do have tactical flow.
00:16:19.000 Right.
00:16:21.000 We know there's financiers, we know there's the rest of it.
00:16:24.000 But what Jimmy Kimmel is doing, uh remember, this is playing towards that slim base that he still has left, and he has to keep repeating like recursive thoughts over and over again.
00:16:35.000 We are not violent, they are violent, we are not violent as as I and I hate to say it, but as the left wing violence continues throughout this country.
00:16:45.000 We just had bloody September.
00:16:46.000 Who knows what'll be next?
00:16:48.000 We've got three names, Tyler Robinson, uh Ryan Ralph, Ryan Ryan Routh, and uh Luigi Maggioni.
00:16:55.000 Hey everybody, this is Andrew Colvet, executive producer of the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:17:00.000 Burna is proud to continue supporting Charlie Kirk's mission and the important work of Turning Point USA because empowering Americans to defend their freedoms begins with protecting themselves, their families, and their communities.
00:17:10.000 The Berna, less lethal launcher, looks like a firearm, but it isn't one.
00:17:14.000 It fires powerful chemical irritant and kinetic projectiles that can stop a threat in its tracks, giving you the time and space you need to get to safety.
00:17:23.000 And now you can hear from Charlie in his own words.
00:17:25.000 Burna is about preventing tragedy and preserving life without the consequences of using lethal measures.
00:17:31.000 It's legal in all 50 states, requires no background checks, and over 500,000 units are in the hands of responsible citizens and law enforcement.
00:17:39.000 Burna can be shipped directly to your door.
00:17:41.000 I've personally tested the Burna pistol and can vouch for its effectiveness and its ease of use.
00:17:46.000 Be prepared, be confident, be safe.
00:17:48.000 Go to Berna B Y R N A dot com.
00:17:51.000 That's Berna.com and see why tens of thousands of Americans are choosing Berna for peace of mind.
00:17:59.000 I'm told that we have the great coach Tommy Tubberville on the line.
00:18:03.000 Coach, welcome to the show.
00:18:04.000 Hey, Andrew, how are you doing?
00:18:06.000 How's it going?
00:18:07.000 I'm doing all right, coach.
00:18:08.000 Thank you so much.
00:18:09.000 And uh I want to start this.
00:18:10.000 Um by the way, I'm also joined by Jack Pasobic.
00:18:12.000 Um, coach, this is uh your first time joining the show since everything happened.
00:18:17.000 So I want to start there.
00:18:18.000 There's a lot we need to get to, but let's start there.
00:18:20.000 Charlie loved you, coach.
00:18:23.000 He believed in you.
00:18:24.000 He knew you were one of the fighters uh in Washington.
00:18:27.000 Now you're you're working on a gubernatorial campaign in the great state of Alabama.
00:18:31.000 But maybe just start there, reflect on uh what this month has meant to you and and kind of where you're at.
00:18:36.000 Yeah, I met Charlie six, seven years ago.
00:18:39.000 He helped me in my campaign for the Senate seat.
00:18:41.000 And we got to be good friends.
00:18:43.000 I saw him at the White House a couple of times uh during the campaign.
00:18:47.000 And uh just over the last year since President Trump got elected, he and I were uh were put on the Air Force uh basically the Academy Board and to try to work with Air Force Academy to try to help our young leaders of the future.
00:19:01.000 And Charlie and I had several conversations, and we were really outspoken on a lot of things that need to be changed.
00:19:08.000 And again, Charlie was uh he was one of the kind and uh you you always enjoyed talking to him because you'd always learned something.
00:19:17.000 I I learned something a long time ago.
00:19:18.000 You speak a third of the time, you listen two-thirds of the time.
00:19:22.000 And if uh I could have listened all day to Charlie, but it's a it's a shame of what's happened, uh, seemed like just yesterday.
00:19:29.000 Uh, but his memory will go on and his teachings because he did so much for young kids.
00:19:34.000 I spent my life on college campuses, and Lord have mercy how much we needed somebody like Charlie.
00:19:40.000 And now, Erica and and you guys and everybody on board going in that direction, we have to continue that uh ministry on college campuses.
00:19:51.000 That's where it starts.
00:19:52.000 That's where we're gonna change our country.
00:19:54.000 And Charlie was on the right track.
00:19:56.000 Well, and coach, I just have to say thank you uh on behalf of everybody at Turning Point USA for joining us on November 5th, an upcoming event.
00:20:05.000 Campus stops gonna be huge with alongside Eric Trump, Laura Trump, and Benny Johnson on November 5th.
00:20:12.000 I think we've got that graphic, guys, if you can throw it up.
00:20:15.000 You are going to be uh helping us kick that event off in November 5th at Auburn University, a place you know just a little bit about.
00:20:23.000 Coach, maybe tell us uh why you felt uh like you needed to be a part of this.
00:20:28.000 Well, first of all, we'd working on this with Charlie before uh uh he lost his life.
00:20:36.000 And uh he wanted to come to Auburn.
00:20:38.000 We were working out the details, and obviously now things have changed, but it hadn't changed in the fact that uh we're still gonna bring his thoughts and memory to uh Auburn.
00:20:48.000 Uh my understanding is uh it's gonna be a hard ticket to get.
00:20:52.000 Uh, we've got a lot of great Americans on that campus that uh that really love Charlie and want to continue on.
00:21:00.000 And again, I'm you you hate to say this, but uh things have really even uh multiplied even after what happened to Charlie.
00:21:10.000 Uh but again uh his memory is coming to Auburn.
00:21:14.000 Uh again, we've got a great group of Benny and Laura and Eric.
00:21:17.000 Uh, I look forward to seeing them.
00:21:18.000 I'll actually leave DC, come back, fly back just for that.
00:21:22.000 I live only three or four blocks from the campus, so I'm looking forward to uh turning point coming to Auburn and uh sharing a lot of thoughts about uh about the future of Turning Point.
00:21:34.000 And of course, Eric and Laura coming there.
00:21:37.000 They'll they'll bring a lot of other insight.
00:21:39.000 Benny also, but I'm just looking forward to being around college kids again and having a chance and opportunity to to kick something off that I think is gonna be pretty special in the in the Auburn area in the Auburn Arena, around uh, you know, 10,000 people or so that will grab a halt and keep this thing going.
00:21:57.000 Well, God bless you for it.
00:21:58.000 And you know, Erica Kirk is been a stalwart.
00:22:02.000 She has been very firm.
00:22:03.000 We are going to 10x turning point.
00:22:05.000 We are going to grow the movement that Charlie started and that his death has ushered in this groundswell of enthusiasm and patriotism.
00:22:14.000 Uh we're committed to it.
00:22:15.000 It's a sacred duty, and it's folks like you throwing in and pitching in and uh making sure that your influence is heard, that the kids get to hear from you directly.
00:22:26.000 That um makes me very, very confident that we are going to take the baton from Charlie and run with it uh as best we can, but God's gonna bless it.
00:22:35.000 I truly believe it.
00:22:35.000 And so thank you for making the time, Senator.
00:22:38.000 Uh it it's a it's a huge blessing to us.
00:22:40.000 Now, something else you and Charlie shared, uh, and I've mentioned this on the show before is that at towards the end of his life, Charlie probably more than any other issue raised the alarm bells about the rise of Islam in the West.
00:22:55.000 Obviously, he had just visited London and the UK, saw it up close and personal, realized half the TV channels were uh in a different language, mostly mostly uh um uh Middle Eastern languages, I think that's safe to say.
00:23:10.000 Uh and it it really disturbed him.
00:23:12.000 And then he he we saw these different communities within the United States trying to uh put together Muslim-centric uh cultures and sort of uh you know, having mosques and having an HOA that was basically paying towards the mosque and epic city, I think is what they called it in Texas.
00:23:29.000 But there's other examples, uh, Dearborn, Michigan.
00:23:32.000 There's a rising tide of Islam in the West.
00:23:34.000 And Coach, you are introducing legislation to ban Sharia law in the United States.
00:23:39.000 Tell us about it.
00:23:40.000 Well, first of all, uh, this is a great country, greatest country ever on the face of the earth.
00:23:45.000 Uh we have freedoms, we have a constitution.
00:23:48.000 Uh and you have the right to come here and be a part of this country.
00:23:53.000 The the thing that you don't have the right to do is to attack our constitution, other religions, uh, speak out against America, speak out against Americans, uh, death to America.
00:24:05.000 That's wrong.
00:24:05.000 Sharia law is not going to fit here.
00:24:07.000 Uh, it it got no chance.
00:24:09.000 Charlie and I had talked talked about this recently, uh, before his death.
00:24:14.000 And uh he was starting on that campaign.
00:24:17.000 I'm gonna continue that campaign uh in his name because we have a great country, but we can't, if you don't assimilate with America and love our flag and love our people and put put your foot forward to help make this country greater instead of downgrade it, you have no place here.
00:24:37.000 So we need to ban Sharia law, and we need to make sure that anything that is done uh towards American people, if spoken out against, I don't care what it is.
00:24:47.000 If you if you speak out against this country, and right now it's mostly comes from uh radical Islamists, then you don't you don't deserve to be here.
00:24:56.000 So it's time to make a stand.
00:24:58.000 Charlie started it.
00:24:59.000 Uh, we're gonna continue on with it, and we're gonna stand up for what we believe in, and that's the greatest country on the face of the earth.
00:25:05.000 Well said, sir.
00:25:06.000 Well said.
00:25:07.000 Jack?
00:25:08.000 Well, coach, uh I want to say thank you so much for coming on.
00:25:10.000 And and I know Charlie shared so many of the values that you fight for, so many of the values that it it seems that as a country we we seem to have forgotten about many times.
00:25:21.000 And unfortunately, one of those values is the idea of being civil.
00:25:25.000 And and Andrew and I have been sitting here talking today and really for the past month about the violence that we've seen come from these elements on the far left.
00:25:35.000 And and coach, what is it that that drives them to be so directly violent?
00:25:41.000 And you have your your colleague, John Fetterman, he came out last night and he's on this panel with Andrew and says, Well, I don't think we should call Republicans fascists.
00:25:49.000 And we wake up this morning and Democrats are trying to primary him out of office in Pennsylvania.
00:25:54.000 Yeah, uh John's one of the few that speaks out uh for America on the on the Democratic side right now.
00:25:59.000 They are just moving in the direction of socialism and fascism and communism.
00:26:05.000 You name it, they're trying to do it because they want power.
00:26:08.000 They don't want anything better for our country.
00:26:10.000 They want they want people to join their cause to tear our country down and make something different than what it is, what it was and how it was built.
00:26:17.000 We've made it 250, almost 250 years.
00:26:20.000 We'll celebrate that next year.
00:26:22.000 And constitutional republics and any kind of democracy never really lasts past that point.
00:26:29.000 And so we have other people that won't change us to what they are.
00:26:32.000 Europe is gone, they've lost it.
00:26:34.000 Uh the immigration system in Europe has and most, I'd say 90% of the countries has overtaken them.
00:26:41.000 I don't know where they can regain it, but they want the big apple.
00:26:45.000 They want the United States of America.
00:26:45.000 Okay.
00:26:47.000 And we better wake up and smell the roses.
00:26:50.000 The thing that Charlie was speaking about and let people know that this is not uh a socialist country.
00:26:57.000 This is not a country that's tanked taken over by a Certain religion.
00:27:01.000 We have a set of rules.
00:27:02.000 We have a game plan.
00:27:03.000 It's called the American Constitution.
00:27:06.000 And we're not going to change that.
00:27:07.000 And we'll fight for it.
00:27:08.000 We have before.
00:27:09.000 And if we have to fight for it here, we'll fight for it here.
00:27:12.000 But we are going to let our kids and grandkids have what we've all had to grow up in the future of the greatest country ever.
00:27:19.000 Well said, sir.
00:27:21.000 We, you know, we I've commented on this that I did not feel I didn't even really internalize the fact that there was a government shutdown going on.
00:27:30.000 This is something that you are actively involved in, uh, being a part of the Senate.
00:27:34.000 Uh I got to DC and it's like, oh, I can feel the shutdown here.
00:27:38.000 This is like the one place where you can you can feel it.
00:27:40.000 I understand that eventually some of these paychecks for our servicemen, you know, might get held out, but luckily we found like a stopgap for that in the short term.
00:27:48.000 Tell us about the shutdown.
00:27:50.000 Are you optimistic it's going to end soon, or are the Democrats just gonna, you know, be uh not be moved, not be uh budged in this fight for health care for I don't know, illegals?
00:28:00.000 Yeah, well, here's here's what you gotta understand.
00:28:03.000 It's the craziest thing I've ever been around.
00:28:04.000 And I've been around a lot of crazy stuff in the last five years in the Biden administration, and now thank goodness President Trump got elected.
00:28:11.000 But this is the budget that we've had for the last four years, and every Democrat has voted for it.
00:28:18.000 Now all of a sudden, President Trump is not in office.
00:28:20.000 He's trying to make changes.
00:28:22.000 He's trying to get his head above water in terms of what the Biden administration did to our country exec and executive branch.
00:28:28.000 So he's trying.
00:28:28.000 He's doing everything he possibly can.
00:28:31.000 The problem is uh the Democrats don't like it.
00:28:34.000 And so now they want to change the narrative.
00:28:36.000 Okay, we want a trillion and a half more dollars in this budget.
00:28:39.000 Wait a minute.
00:28:39.000 We're spending two trillion more than American taxpayers send already.
00:28:43.000 We're two million, two trillion over uh uh over the budget.
00:28:47.000 And so we really need to cut it, not beyond.
00:28:49.000 They want to add a trillion and a half.
00:28:51.000 They want 50 billion for illegal aliens health health care insurance, and they want to take away the the 50 billion dollars that was in the one big, big beautiful field that will take care of rural hospitals.
00:29:02.000 We cannot do that.
00:29:03.000 It is needed all across this country.
00:29:07.000 This is Lane Schoomberger, chief investment officer and founding partner of Y Refi.
00:29:12.000 It has been an honor and a privilege to partner with Turning Point and for Charlie to endorse us.
00:29:17.000 His endorsement means the world to us, and we look forward to continuing our partnership with Turning Point for years to come.
00:29:24.000 Now, hear Charlie in his own words tell you about why refi.
00:29:27.000 I'm gonna tell you guys about why refi.com.
00:29:29.000 That is yrefy.com.
00:29:31.000 Why refi is incredible?
00:29:33.000 Private student loan debt in America totals about 300 billion dollars.
00:29:36.000 Why refi is refinancing distress or defaulted private student loans?
00:29:40.000 You can finally take control of your student loan situation with a plan that works for your monthly budget.
00:29:44.000 Go to why refi.com that is why refi.com.
00:29:47.000 If you have a co-borrower, why refi can get them released from the loan?
00:29:51.000 You can skip a payment up to 12 times without penalty.
00:29:53.000 It may not be available in all 50 states.
00:29:55.000 Go to why refi.com.
00:29:57.000 That is Y R E F Y dot com.
00:29:59.000 Let's face it, if you have distress or default of student loans, it can be overwhelming.
00:30:03.000 Because of private student loan debt, so many people feel stuck.
00:30:07.000 Go to why refi.com.
00:30:08.000 That is Y R E F Y dot com.
00:30:11.000 Private student loan debt relief, why refi.com.
00:30:16.000 So continue on.
00:30:17.000 You're talking.
00:30:18.000 I mean, this is the central dynamic, the conflict that's happening right now in Washington.
00:30:22.000 This they want one point, did you say 1.3 trillion dollars of additional spending for health care for illegals, able-body men and women, et cetera.
00:30:31.000 Yeah, and take care of the health care that's going to rural hospitals, which is there's nothing more needed.
00:30:38.000 Our health care, Obamacare ruined our health care system in this country.
00:30:41.000 It was supposed to make it more affordable, uh, more doctors, more nurses, more hospitals.
00:30:48.000 It's done just the opposite.
00:30:49.000 It has destroyed our health care system.
00:30:51.000 So they've got a subsidy in there that was put in for COVID, which was fine.
00:30:55.000 We might have needed it, but we don't need it anymore.
00:30:57.000 It's made, it's made things more difficult for the American people.
00:31:01.000 And so premiums are gonna go up anyway because of inflation, but they're blaming the premiums that are going up on health care uh on our insurance policies on publicans voting against this.
00:31:13.000 That that that's not the case.
00:31:16.000 So here's what's gonna happen.
00:31:18.000 I don't know whether we'll open it up again, but we're gonna have to have the same conversation in December.
00:31:23.000 And so four or five weeks from now, and or at the end of November.
00:31:27.000 And so uh the Democrats have lost their mind.
00:31:30.000 If they don't want to pass it, that's fine.
00:31:31.000 President Trump is going through the bloated government in Washington, D.C., he is furloughing and firing people that don't have a don't have anything to do.
00:31:39.000 Now they got a job making 175,000.
00:31:42.000 Sometimes most of the time they work for home.
00:31:44.000 He is getting a correction that we have desperately needed in Washington, DC.
00:31:48.000 So, Coach, what is your message?
00:31:51.000 I mean, because we understand that there's this fight over the 1.3 trillion dollars in health care for working men and women, as they like to say, but it's actually way uh way more sinister than that because a lot of these are illegals.
00:32:02.000 But what's your message?
00:32:03.000 Because we know there's actually just a political calculus at play here.
00:32:06.000 Chuck Schumer's worried about his left flank.
00:32:08.000 He took a lot of uh uh in coming from his own party when he went with the CR last time.
00:32:14.000 He's worried about AOC primarying him.
00:32:16.000 She was on uh Town Hall with Bernie Sanders last night on CNN with Caitlin Collins.
00:32:20.000 We know that there's just there's just pure partisan uh politics at play here with Democrats, and they don't want to budge.
00:32:27.000 What's your message to them?
00:32:29.000 Well, they don't care about the American people, they're worried more about politics, power.
00:32:33.000 Schumer, as you said, he voted for the CR.
00:32:37.000 He really didn't want to back in the spring.
00:32:39.000 President Trump's first CR.
00:32:41.000 He voted for it, and he took a shellacking from the AOCs, the far left uh progressives of the Democratic Party.
00:32:49.000 And so he knows this time if he votes for it, he's dead meat.
00:32:53.000 Uh, he will not be back in the Senate after next year.
00:32:55.000 IOCO run against him and beat him.
00:32:57.000 So that's his problem.
00:33:00.000 Yep.
00:33:01.000 No, I I agree with you, uh, coach, and he's got a heck of a heck of a party to try and wrangle in.
00:33:07.000 I mean, we sometimes joke that the conservative movement is a bunch of rauco, independent-minded, hard to hard to control people.
00:33:15.000 But I actually think that the divide between sort of these moderate old school Democrats and the new left might be even more dramatic.
00:33:22.000 I mean, you know, to put a finer point on what we talked about earlier, Jack.
00:33:26.000 It's the left wing of the Democrat Party that if it's Democrat Socialists of America communist that is actually advocating for political violence.
00:33:35.000 Coach, we are so honored to have you.
00:33:37.000 Uh again, I know what a uh how much faith Charlie put in you, how much belief he had, and we we uh wish you all the best in your gubernatorial run in the great state of Alabama, and we will be seeing you in Auburn uh in just a few weeks.
00:33:51.000 Thank you.
00:33:52.000 Look forward to seeing you guys.
00:33:53.000 Talk to you soon.
00:33:54.000 Absolutely.
00:33:55.000 Thank you, Coach.
00:33:55.000 Thank you.
00:33:56.000 Talk to you soon.
00:33:56.000 I want to play a couple clips of Charlie talking about Islam, because he really was hammering this day in and day out.
00:34:03.000 Based based.
00:34:04.000 Uh, let's go ahead and play 253, how Islam is a conquering religion.
00:34:08.000 253.
00:34:10.000 For anyone that has eyes to see and ears to hear and actually reads the Kadith and reads parts of the Quran, you know that conquest is an Islamic value.
00:34:24.000 To submit is literally what Islam means.
00:34:28.000 To make those submit.
00:34:30.000 It's very hard to get serious Muslims to admit to this that they actually do want conquest, that they do want to take over.
00:34:41.000 Jack, I mean, ultimately that is what we're seeing kind of play out in places like London and now New York, and we have the debate huge debate that's going to be taking place tonight between Andrew Cuomo, Sliwa, and uh Momdani.
00:34:55.000 Mondani.
00:34:56.000 And so tonight, um, in lieu of thought crime, or you know, we're still doing the Thought Crime show, but it's actually going to be as Charlie would have wanted, by the way, a debate watch and then a debate reaction show.
00:35:07.000 So I want everyone to tune in this evening.
00:35:10.000 I think the debate starts 7 p.m.
00:35:12.000 So you don't need to worry about going to some other channel.
00:35:12.000 Eastern.
00:35:16.000 We will be streaming the program tonight on Charlie Kirk on the on the Charlie Kirk platforms, platforms and all the platforms, and then we'll be coming on afterwards.
00:35:25.000 Andrew, actually, you're gonna be flight.
00:35:27.000 I gotta catch the flight, but I'll do the pre-showing on the phone.
00:35:29.000 And I'll watch part of the debate, and then you guys are gonna take it from there.
00:35:32.000 Yeah, and we'll get um we'll get and Blake's on assignments.
00:35:34.000 We'll get we'll get Tyler, myself, Cliff Maloney, and you know, I want to get Mikey.
00:35:39.000 Yeah, actually we had him.
00:35:41.000 We had him last week on Thought Crime, and he's great.
00:35:43.000 Mikey's gonna be on the show tomorrow for our AMA.
00:35:45.000 So uh please join members.charleykirk.com, become a member and help us uh in this time, but also get to take part in our AMAs.
00:35:53.000 That's the only way to get to talk to Mikey.
00:35:55.000 That's the only way to call in is at a member.
00:35:56.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:35:57.000 Well, there you go.
00:35:58.000 So uh and you get to talk to Mikey, which is you know, wouldn't want to talk to Mikey.
00:36:03.000 I mean it's a big deal.
00:36:04.000 So, yeah, listen, um you know, look at this.
00:36:08.000 You see, uh go go ahead and throw up image two seventy-eight.
00:36:12.000 This is from July 7th.
00:36:14.000 The conservative movement needs to focus more time, energy, and focus on how Islam is rapidly taking over the West.
00:36:20.000 That's a Charlie tweet, 278.
00:36:22.000 We could go to another one, 279.
00:36:24.000 Which year is that?
00:36:25.000 This year this year.
00:36:25.000 That's his year.
00:36:26.000 And September 3rd.
00:36:27.000 This is seven days uh before.
00:36:30.000 You hear a lot of pundits fear monger about the rise of Christian nationalism right in front of their eyes, Islam is taking over public places and gaining political power.
00:36:38.000 Islam is a fundamentally political ideology that aims to conquer us military or militarily or demographically.
00:36:44.000 This is absolutely right.
00:36:45.000 277, Islam is the sword the left is using to slip the throat of America.
00:36:50.000 So it's a really tragic one.
00:36:52.000 Can I just say that?
00:36:52.000 Yeah, that was September 9th.
00:36:54.000 Yeah.
00:36:55.000 I mean, here's here's August 7th.
00:36:57.000 Mass import Islam, destroy America.
00:36:59.000 It's that simple.
00:37:00.000 Charlie was was raising the alarm bell.
00:37:03.000 He was he was uh being as loud as he could about this issue.
00:37:07.000 And I will not forget it.
00:37:09.000 You know what it was is because he went to Oxford and Cambridge because he was over there in London and he saw it with his own eyes.
00:37:15.000 That was one not the last foreign trip, but one of the last big trips that he did outside of the country.
00:37:21.000 And he came back, and the very first thing he did was identify what the problem was, and he just boiled it down to it's down to its bones, down to its very DNA is only Charlie could do, and said, guys, they're ahead of us, but we're on the same path.
00:37:36.000 We're on the very same path with Islam.
00:37:38.000 And then he was over there seeing what was happening.
00:37:40.000 Uh obviously he saw how bad the infiltration on campus was, but he saw it around the cities as well.
00:37:46.000 And uh, we saw, of course, the huge rally for Tommy Robinson, which had already been uh pre-scheduled the same week that Charlie was killed, and that that was very much a repudiation of the mass migration of Islam and third worlders into London.
00:38:00.000 And then because Charlie uh was murdered three days prior, I think I have the dates right there, it just became this connection of Charlie and Christianity and Western civilization, sort of all mixed together in one.
00:38:16.000 Charlie Charlie's mantra at the end was save the West.
00:38:18.000 Save the West, save the West.
00:38:20.000 And I think he he had wanted to travel internationally in 2023, 2024, but he said, America first, we're gonna stay domestic, we're gonna stay focused here at home.
00:38:31.000 We win the election, and he finally allowed himself to schedule a few trips.
00:38:35.000 And so, of course, he went to London, but then he went to uh Korea, the South Korea, and Japan as well.
00:38:41.000 I'm so glad he got to do that.
00:38:42.000 I'm so grateful because he really liked it.
00:38:44.000 Yeah, he actually liked it.
00:38:45.000 He loved how clean it was, and he was reminded that we don't have to live this way.
00:38:49.000 We do not have to live with crime and filth.
00:38:51.000 I mean, it's optional.
00:38:52.000 And yeah, it's it's all about political will.
00:38:55.000 We learned this with the border and so many other things.
