00:00:39.000His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:00:48.000We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:00.000With the Turning Point movement that we have started on campuses across the country, I've had the honor of traveling to many of these universities and engage in rigorous debate with the next generation.
00:01:12.000When you talk to as many students as I do, there are several familiar themes.
00:01:15.000I see disillusionment with the media, a lack of hope in their job prospects, and I hear them commonly claim that they're victims and that they deserve better.
00:01:23.000While college students actually realize it or not, they're forming ideologies that will affect the way they think and treat others for a lifetime.
00:01:31.000I'd like to recommend a great book to any young person in this time of life.
00:01:35.000It's called Reflections on the Existence of God by best-selling author Richard Simmons III.
00:01:39.000This guy doesn't shy away from the hardest questions of life.
00:01:42.000Reflections on the existence of God is a collection of short essays that tackles the biggest question of all.
00:02:48.000Well, on Friday, I announced a letter that I had sent to President Trump, in fact, asking him to appoint a special counsel to investigate election irregularities across the nation.
00:03:03.000You know, we've heard so much about all the horrible things that took place, and all sides are saying different things.
00:03:11.000Those on the left say this election was fair and that we're sore losers.
00:03:16.000Obviously, our side thinks that we won this race and that it was robbed in many ways.
00:03:22.000And so this special investigation that I called for, the special counsel, would be independent of A.G. Barr and would investigate and come up with their own report.
00:03:34.000And so no matter what side of the argument you fall on, you should be for the people across our great nation having confidence in the election, even if you're not on the winning side.
00:03:48.000We believe that an independent investigation by an independent body would lead to conclusions that would put all these competing arguments to rest.
00:03:58.000So, one thing I don't quite understand is why is it that the Department of Justice and the FBI have not done this yet?
00:04:05.000It seems as if there are so many glaring pieces of evidence for voter fraud.
00:04:10.000For example, Congressman, we have the whistleblower in Wisconsin, Susan, who is not talked about as much, where she says that every one of her developmentally disabled patients was forced against their will to vote for Joe Biden.
00:04:45.000Last week, A.G. Barr came out and said that he didn't believe there was fraud.
00:04:50.000I don't know where he was getting that information.
00:04:52.000I don't know why he felt the need to come out and say that, even if he believes it.
00:04:56.000But there's just so many questions that I have.
00:05:00.000Why is it that the FBI is so interested in investigating and prosecuting admission scandals at our elite educational institutions more than they are investigating fraud in the biggest presidential election in history?
00:05:17.000I don't know the answer to that, which is why I was suggesting that the president take matters into his own hands and help spur along someone independent that would actually have the bandwidth.
00:05:30.000The DOJ is spread thin across millions of investigations, and a special counsel would mean a team of professional investigators that are just tasked with unveiling the truth and restoring faith in these elections, which we just don't have.
00:05:43.000Ted Cruz yesterday said that he would argue the Pennsylvania case and wanted to jump into that because it's just not right that so many Americans feel that there isn't faith in the electoral process.
00:05:56.000And your question, why isn't the FBI doing more?
00:05:59.000I don't know, but it's disappointing considering the investigations they've been so eager to jump into in the past.
00:06:06.000Yeah, and you say that the DOJ is spread thin.
00:06:09.000I wish I could believe that because they're going after Steve Bannon.
00:06:16.000You know, they have plenty of personnel to go after Roger Stone.
00:06:20.000I mean, they sent a small Central American army after I mean, you could have overthrown a Central American dictatorship with the amount of platoon forces they sent towards Roger Stone.
00:06:35.000I mean, Roger is, I'm not saying Roger did nothing wrong and, you know, Roger deserved a pardon, but why did they have to send that kind of forces?
00:06:44.000People are losing complete and total faith in our justice system and with it, our country.
00:06:50.000How has been the support for what you've been calling for from other members of Congress?
00:06:55.000It's great, but it's coming after many of us sent a letter to the Attorney General 10 days ago, or maybe it was two weeks ago, saying, please investigate, and nothing happened.
00:07:06.000So people are pretty eager to see something happen.
00:07:10.000We're building support since I first sent the letter initially Friday.
00:07:14.000I've had probably 20 plus just in the last day say we'd like to sign on.
00:07:19.000And we're going to resend it, I think, tomorrow on Wednesday or Thursday of this week.
00:07:26.000And the sentiment among members of Congress, Republican members of Congress, that believe there is fraud that should be investigated is just general frustration that the DOJ has done nothing, that the head of the department comes out and says what he says.
00:07:42.000I believe it was to the New York Times.
00:07:43.000He's so comfortable talking to them, but he's not comfortable discovering facts for the American people.
00:07:49.000And if we don't have faith in our election systems, then we won't have faith in our government and our leaders.
00:07:56.000Even when we've been on the losing side of elections, this has not been something that our side has said.
00:08:03.000We didn't all scream that we were cheated when Barack Obama won.
00:08:08.000We said we were out-hustled and we lost the race and we'll pick up our pieces and rebuild and come back in four or eight years.
00:08:17.000So it's not as if Republicans just scream, we were cheated every time we lose an election.
00:08:22.000We've been on the losing side before, but this one in particular, there have been so many instances of fraud.
00:08:29.000And the fact that no one seems to want to investigate them is alarming and upsetting.
00:08:33.000Yeah, it's because they've benefited significantly from it.
00:08:36.000And we just were watching cable television and we saw some weird progressive group airing ads that are very expensive ads saying that, well, Bill Barr says there's no fraud.
00:08:50.000Why are you all of a sudden running ads telling us that there's no fraud?
00:08:55.000I mean, I thought you guys won perfectly.
00:08:58.000Why do you all of a sudden you have to run kind of counter messaging?
00:09:00.000Kind of goes to show that there might be something there that we don't know that we might be missing.
00:09:06.000So I also want to, you have a comment on that.
00:09:09.000You know, just to kind of go along with that, if I was the other side, I would say, yes, please appoint an independent prosecutor so we can show you that your facts are wrong.
00:09:21.000We can show you that we really won this and that it was fair.
00:09:24.000If I were Joe Biden and I believe that I won, I would want everyone to believe that I won, even those that didn't vote for me.
00:09:32.000It would just eliminate so many issues.
00:09:34.000Donald Trump, if he really believed he lost, would be making exit plans and would be saying, what can I do, Mr. Biden?
00:09:43.000But because he doesn't believe that he lost, he's not doing that.
00:09:46.000And so why wouldn't the other side want to convince the losing side that they say we are that this thing was fair?
00:09:53.000And we all just move forward as good Americans and the winning side have the support of the losers as much as they possibly could and everyone be at peace with it, even if they don't like it.
00:10:04.000And the answer is, because I believe that they know there is fraud in some of these states, Georgia especially, it just doesn't make sense, the irregularities, and they don't want them investigated.
00:10:14.000Why are we not checking signatures and doing a full audit?
00:10:17.000Why are we just recounting ballots that were potentially with issues the first time around?
00:10:42.000Because it's so obvious that the Chinese are funding Democrat soft money groups.
00:10:47.000You know, it is, we are told that an investigation is underway.
00:10:51.000We, at the time, we sent that request to start this investigation to Bill Barr and also to the EPA because they have an investigatory wing within the EPA.
00:11:04.000Never in my wildest dreams did I think, well, we need to send this to the EPA because Bill Barr may do nothing with it.
00:11:10.000But in hindsight, now that we are where we are, considering what he said last week about the lack of fraud, his take on it, I'm especially pleased that we sent it to the EPA because now I'm realizing that they perhaps are more eager to uncover these irregularities than our friends in the DOJ.
00:11:32.000So the answer to your original question is we're told that they are looking into it and they are investigating.
00:11:41.000With those green groups, it just doesn't make sense how they have so much money and why they don't disclose it.
00:11:47.000So many of these groups are based offshore.
00:11:50.000They use their nonprofit status and their charity status to claim that they don't have to divulge the source of their revenues, but where they potentially run afoul of the laws or when they are lobbying Congress or when they're spending in elections and influencing votes, so to speak, whether it be in Congress or across the nation.
00:12:10.000If they're doing that with foreign funds and not disclosing, first of all, if they're doing it with foreign funds, it's illegal.
00:12:15.000If they're not disclosing it, then it's an absolute criminal intent enterprise.
00:12:20.000And that's what this investigation seeks to uncover.
00:12:28.000A lot of you guys are emailing us, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:12:31.000How do I give back this Christmas season?
00:12:34.000Look, I know it's been a tough year, but those of us that are Christians, we are called to help and to assist regardless of the circumstances around us.
00:12:42.000Whether we had a blessed year or a tough year, it's time to step up and do something.
00:12:51.000They help kids whose parents are in prison.
00:12:54.000It's not even about the fact of what their parents did.
00:12:56.000It's the fact that the kids are alone.
00:12:59.000And the kids, if they do not hear from their parents, they're more likely to also get involved in crime in the future.
00:13:05.000So let's really communicate the love of Jesus Christ with a personalized note from their dad and an access to a Bible in either Spanish or English.
00:13:14.000And that's what the Fellowship Angel Tree program does.
00:13:17.000Last year, the Angel Tree program blessed over 300,000 children of prisoners all across America.
00:13:22.000What's so cool is that if you give directly, it doesn't go to overhead or all that stuff.
00:13:26.000It goes straight to the kid, especially this Christmas season.
00:13:31.000There's a banner on the top of it, charliekirk.com, and we are getting behind it.
00:13:35.000We're donating a little bit of money from the Charlie Kirk Show to Angel Tree because we really believe in what they're doing.
00:13:40.000There's an Angel Tree banner there on charliekirk.com.
00:13:43.000You guys can check it out and support what we are doing.
00:13:47.000And I think that's really important because for a gift of $220, you can bless 10 children of prisoners with a personalized Christmas present and a personal note from their incarcerated parent.
00:13:58.000Plus, every Angel Tree family is also given access to free, easy-to-read copy of the Bible in English or Spanish.
00:14:13.000Can you give us more kind of detail into how groups like the Sierra Club and these radical environmental groups are, they have a suspicious amount of funding that comes through.
00:14:25.000And by the way, I believe that Act Blue and BLM, I believe they're also funded by the CCP and their auxiliary groups.
00:14:34.000If I, and this is such, this is the easiest argument to make, and the left has no patience for this because it's true.
00:14:40.000If I was the CCP, I would be the biggest BLM Incorporated fan ever.
00:14:44.000I would be the biggest Sierra Club fan ever because this would destroy American energy independence and divide the country racially.
00:14:51.000Going back to the Sierra Club example, though, can you give us some specifics of the enormity of these budgets, how much support they actually have, and how we don't know where it's coming from?
00:15:02.000Let me first compare this to a group that we're familiar with, which is the NRA.
00:15:07.000If you look at the NRA and their revenues, you can actually pin it all down and say, yes, they've got X number of donors that contribute less than $100 a year combined with their big donors.
00:15:19.000It makes sense that they have the bank accounts that they have.
00:15:22.000It makes sense why their headquarters is out in rural Virginia where the rent is not too expensive.
00:15:29.000And there aren't that many groups like the NRA on the conservative side.
00:16:20.000A lot of the things these green groups do besides influence elections or lobby Congress is they have teams of lawyers that are suing energy companies constantly.
00:16:32.000They are just causing litigation to up the price of doing business for these energy companies.
00:16:38.000And they say that their goal is to get America off their addiction to oil and that they want to move into a green energy future, which sounds good to the average Joe until you really look into it.
00:16:51.000And before you think about the jobs that energy creates across the U.S.
00:16:56.000And then when you realize that China is actually the supporter of all this green energy push because they have all the green technology, if they can get to the point where the United States has no energy industry of their own, then one, we're weaker.
00:17:12.000And two, we're now relying on China for the green energy.
00:17:16.000And so these green groups, we believe, have been getting funding from places like China who have various intentions.
00:17:24.000And that's what this request for this investigation is about.
00:17:28.000Because two months ago, when we requested it, we were in the middle of the presidential election.
00:17:34.000And we believed that China was getting involved in a way that influenced the vote.
00:17:40.000And we think that this investigation will turn something up.
00:18:04.000And there's nothing wrong with them doing that.
00:18:06.000But if they're getting foreign funding, then they are breaking the law because foreign governments should not be interfering in our elections.
00:18:15.000And so that is something that we can't seem to uncover.
00:18:18.000And an investigation allows the EPA and the DOJ to get into bank accounts and see where money's coming from and see what kind of influence potentially these outside nations are having.
00:18:33.000But places like the Sierra Club, they are involved at the local level.
00:18:37.000They have gone into large cities and small cities.
00:18:40.000They've turned county commissioners' courts upside down.
00:18:44.000And they have, especially in places like Texas or New Mexico, wherever there's some kind of energy potential, they go into the local area and they'll fund races that are not on the radar of the national scene or even the state scene.
00:19:00.000And they will infiltrate these local city and county elections so they can cause more trouble for energy producers in the area.
00:19:09.000It's alarming, but if you can control a city council, you can really cause an energy producer quite a bit of problems if they're in your town.
00:19:18.000Congressman, I want to commend you for your great work you're doing to try and inspire investigations, which would be great if our Department of Justice actually was a Department of Justice, of which the country, the conservative movement and kind of conservative America no longer believes we have a fair justice system, which is a very sad moment in our country.
00:19:38.000Can you, I want to shift gears here and talk about Texas.
00:19:42.000President Donald Trump did historically well for Republicans in the Rio Grande Valley.
00:19:50.000This is something that is not talked about enough, but the Democrats are reeling over the losses, both on the state and federal level there.
00:20:26.000And I think that message that Donald Trump is the law and order president is something that really matters in places along the Mexican border where security can sometimes be an issue.
00:20:37.000The economy is something that is good or bad down in South Texas based on how the rest of the nation is going.
00:20:46.000And I just don't believe that the average family in the southern part of our state along the Mexico border believes in the socialist agenda, that they are the far-left values holders that so many Democrats in Washington seem to espouse.
00:21:06.000You look down at South Florida and the Cuban areas, people that have a heritage and a background of escaping that Cuban communist regime, they don't suddenly just move to America and start supporting a socialist Democratic Party just because they are not white Republicans.
00:21:27.000And Democrats, I think, like to spread this message that if you are not an Anglo-white Republican, then you don't belong with this group.
00:21:41.000We want you to continue to vote for Democrats and what we espouse.
00:21:46.000We want you to count on the government to take care of you.
00:21:49.000We want you to stay home and do as we say during this coronavirus.
00:21:54.000And we're seeing in places like South Texas and South Florida that the Republican Party is appealing to people that want a better life that escaped, whether they escaped from communist Cuba or they came from Mexico and want to better their lives.
00:22:10.000The Republican Party values appeal to the Hispanic vote.
00:22:17.000When running a business, HR issues can kill you.

00:23:23.000Can you give us some idea of what's going on in Dallas and Houston?
00:23:26.000Because as Hispanics are becoming more conservative, at least in this last election, what has been happening in Harris County and Dallas County and Tarrant County?
00:23:36.000Because it seems as if they're going actually in the opposite direction.
00:23:40.000You know, for the last decade, all we have heard from the Democrats in Texas is that this state is trending blue.
00:23:49.000As the Hispanic population increases, it is inevitable that Democrats are going to take over.
00:23:56.000How assuming is that for Democrats to just say that they've got these votes because Hispanics just must naturally be Democrats?
00:24:06.000I think it's been a rude awakening for Democrats in Texas to realize that just because you're Hispanic doesn't mean you're a Democrat.
00:24:18.000It's insulting, I think, to the Hispanic people across Texas and places like South Florida to assume that they wouldn't have a mind of their own, that they wouldn't want to better themselves and make decisions for themselves.
00:24:33.000But that is what we see among the Democratic class of people in Washington and around the nation, is that they just assume that they know best.
00:24:42.000And we've seen that so much throughout these coronavirus restrictions and lockdowns.
00:24:47.000Democrats are making decisions for other people and assuming that that's what they want.
00:24:52.000And I think that in Texas, Democrats really were awakened in a bad way.
00:24:58.000And they've done a lot of soul searching in the last month and are realizing that the state is perhaps not trending blue and that the Republicans in Texas are modernizing with the rest of the world.
00:25:10.000It's not the same Republican Party that it was perhaps 10 years ago.
00:25:15.000We have evolved and we've been more inclusive.
00:25:17.000If you look at the House victories around the United States, not a single House Republican got beat.
00:25:23.000And every new member of the House Republican Conference, this next Congress, is either a minority or a veteran or a female.
00:25:45.000I think in Texas things are going well.
00:25:47.000I think nationwide people are realizing that the Republican Party of yesterday is not what we have today.
00:25:54.000I get so frustrated when I hear these people talk about how the Republican Party needs to evolve with the times and that we're going to just get left behind.
00:26:04.000The governor of Maryland said that, I think, a few days ago.
00:26:06.000I've heard that from Mitt Romney, as if we're just some backwards people and we deserve to lose.
00:26:12.000Well, the election results of last month don't indicate that.
00:26:16.000The election results of last month, where Nancy Pelosi now has the thinnest majority ever and we picked up so many seats, indicate that the American people are on board with what we've been talking about on the Republican side in Congress for quite some time.
00:26:30.000So it's laughable to me when we start getting preached to by some of the elites in our party that haven't been doing the outreach that the rest of us have been doing.
00:26:43.000So if things continue as they seem, you know, as the current trajectory, Nancy Pelosi will have a very slim majority, one of the slimmest actually in the last 100 years.
00:26:56.000What is going to be the position of the Republicans in the minority, but a slim minority, to try to take back the House of Representatives in 2022?
00:27:09.000I'm sure there's already a lot of conversations about it because if Republicans do their job with redistricting and all of this, we should take back the House.
00:27:38.000Nancy Pelosi's already announced that she's not running again because I think she knows that in two years there's a really good chance that Democrats lose.
00:27:45.000She doesn't want to be around when that happens.
00:27:48.000So she will conveniently say she's retiring probably in the next year or so.
00:28:04.000We campaign for returning America back to normal and reviving the economy, opposing the lawlessness that so many across our nation rejected back in November.
00:28:17.000And we're in opposition to these socialist policies.
00:28:24.000Even since they've lost these seats, they don't seem to learn.
00:28:27.000And they continue to push their far-left agenda.
00:28:31.000They're trying to get things in these last bills before we close out the holidays.
00:28:36.000And I really don't know what the Democrats' plan is moving forward, but they typically do not learn from their mistakes.
00:28:42.000They're continuing to give a voice to some of these far-left extremists that we frankly just love to see on television because it's a reminder to the voters that the Democratic Party is not the party that they perhaps belonged to 10 and 20 years ago.
00:28:59.000The Democratic Party is far extreme, far left, and not what most Americans want.
00:29:06.000And so the message I think will then, of course, depend on who is going to become president of the United States, whether Trump will be able to be able to change a couple of things or whether it will be Joe Biden.
00:29:20.000And I think that a lot of the Democrats are almost resigning to the fact that this will be their last kind of go-around, which is why they're trying to make Georgia such an aggressive push.
00:29:33.000As we're doing this podcast right now, God bless Texas is trending on Twitter because it looks like Texas is asking the Supreme Court to rule the election in four battleground states unconstitutional, which is pretty incredible.
00:29:51.000Texas, the state of Texas on Tuesday filed an election lawsuit in the U.S. Supreme Court against Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
00:29:59.000I mean, I think it's great that we're all coming together.
00:30:05.000Texas, for example, is my home, and we're acknowledging that there is discontent, not just with the results, but with the process.
00:30:15.000And I've said this before: you know, if we lost this election and it was fair, then fine.
00:30:20.000We will work harder next time and we will be ready.
00:30:23.000But if we lost this election because it was cheated and stolen, then what do you do?
00:30:29.000And that's why we're fighting because we believe there was fraud.
00:30:34.000And the answer really, no one knows exactly how much, which is why I've asked for this independent counsel to understand and investigate and make this process fair and answer these questions and put to bed all of these statements that are competing from both sides.
00:30:53.000And it's just, it's stunning to me that the other side would not want to have the confidence of our side.
00:31:07.000Ted Cruz actually offering to argue the Pennsylvania case, I think, just speaks to the volume of support that he has back home and that people across the nation feel.
00:31:20.000Never in the history of a presidential election have so many people felt it was stolen.
00:31:24.000And it's not just because President Trump says it.
00:31:27.000It's because we have seen so many instances of fraud.
00:31:30.000And the fact that our own Justice Department won't investigate it is scary to me.
00:31:35.000And It needs to change fast because the American people deserve better.
