00:02:56.000 We continue covering the Bronx takeover, the MAGA takeover of the Bronx here with Gavin Wax, who is the president of the New York Young Republicans.
00:03:06.000 He's doing a great job with that.
00:03:08.000 Gavin, give us some idea of what it was like yesterday and some context for our national audience of how remarkable it is to have a turnout like that in the Bronx.
00:03:18.000 Well, thank you for having me on, Charlie.
00:03:19.000 And absolutely, this was a historic event by any measure.
00:03:22.000 I mean, the last Republican to win the Bronx was 100 years ago with Calvin Coolidge and many other presidents, Republicans and Democrats have tried to visit the South Bronx.
00:03:31.000 Jimmy Carter tried.
00:03:32.000 Reagan tried.
00:03:33.000 All those ended up in disaster.
00:03:35.000 What we saw yesterday was a massive outpour of support for President Trump in one of the bluest areas of the country.
00:03:41.000 You know, some estimates as high as 25,000 people showed up being on the ground there myself, you know, setting up from the early in the morning and not leaving until well after the rally finished.
00:03:50.000 I can attest to those numbers.
00:03:51.000 There were more people outside trying to get in than were actually able to get inside due to the security and due to the limitations of the park.
00:03:58.000 So, this just goes to show the outpouring of support.
00:04:00.000 And despite what some people are trying to say, the vast, vast, vast majority of these people, if they were not from the Bronx, they were from Upper Manhattan, they were from the outer boroughs.
00:04:08.000 This was a New York crowd through and through.
00:04:11.000 It really showed all sides of this city, all sides of America.
00:04:15.000 And it reiterates that make America great again applies to all Americans, not just red states, but blue states, urban America, suburban, rural, you know, from Detroit and the Rust Belt to the South Bronx.
00:04:25.000 It doesn't matter.
00:04:25.000 And what we saw there today, which you're seeing on the screen right now, is just more confirmation of that.
00:04:30.000 Yeah, I mean, so this kind of walk us through how this evolved.
00:04:34.000 It was originally going to be kind of like a meet and greet.
00:04:36.000 I'm going to go to the Bronx.
00:04:37.000 And then it turned into like a full-fledged MAGA rally.
00:04:40.000 Break that down for us.
00:04:41.000 Yeah, absolutely.
00:04:42.000 We had the honor of having President Trump at our annual gala this past December.
00:04:46.000 I became aware of some, I saw a great video that Kara Castranova did on Newsmax where she went to some man on the street type of videos in the Bronx.
00:04:53.000 And, you know, we were talking New York politics.
00:04:55.000 And I just brought it up.
00:04:56.000 I said, hey, did you see this video?
00:04:58.000 You know, there's a lot of support on the ground here.
00:04:59.000 You really should consider doing something historic.
00:05:02.000 You know, and I mentioned again how others have failed where he can succeed, being a native New Yorker himself.
00:05:07.000 He seemed to like it.
00:05:08.000 We were in talks with the team starting in January, scouting different locations.
00:05:12.000 It was originally planned to be an indoor rally.
00:05:15.000 We had some venues that were indoors, but then the numbers kept jumping up.
00:05:19.000 It went from more of a retail stop, then from an indoor kind of like roundtable, and then it fully scaled up to a rally.
00:05:26.000 So we picked the biggest park in the South Bronx, which is being defined as south of Fordham Road, and that's Gretona Park.
00:05:32.000 We worked with City Council Member Joe Borrelli to get all the permits for the park, you know, paid the money.
00:05:37.000 We were fighting to get more space, but obviously the city of New York was not going to be as amenable as they could have, which was also part of the reason why many people struggled to get in because the number of mags that Secret Service could have is only dependent on the permit.
00:05:51.000 But we still packed it out.
00:05:52.000 The club printed almost six, 7,000 flyers, double-sided bilingual Spanish and English.
00:05:59.000 And our friends at the Bodega Association, who we did the Bodega stop with in the Heights and the Hispanic National Supermarket Association, spread those across the entire Bronx.
00:06:07.000 And we took over several electronic billboards in the lead up to the event to promote.
00:06:11.000 So honestly, anyone saying otherwise, they should be ashamed of themselves because this scared the living crap out of AOC and the Democrat establishment of the Bronx.
00:06:20.000 They couldn't even muster a protest in the days leading up to it or the day of.
00:06:24.000 They had a town hall with AOC with about 12 people half asleep.
00:06:28.000 Richie Torres had a press conference with about 30 people.
00:06:31.000 I mean, these guys are jokes.
00:06:32.000 They're clowns.
00:06:33.000 And Trump really came to town in a strong way.
00:06:35.000 Let's play 177.
00:06:37.000 I want to play the tape here of AOC's.
00:06:39.000 It wasn't even a town hall.
00:06:40.000 I mean, it was like five or six people.
00:06:45.000 Yeah, Play Cut 177.
00:07:00.000 I mean, that's just sad.
00:07:02.000 And there's like nine people there.
00:07:05.000 So does that, let me be clear, Gavin.
00:07:07.000 Was that happening concurrently with simultaneously with the Trump rally?
00:07:12.000 Oh, yeah.
00:07:12.000 I mean, people were lining up with the Trump rally starting at 8, 10 o'clock.
00:07:16.000 I think this happened probably before, obviously, the speaker started, but it was happening as things were building up.
00:07:21.000 And, you know, she was out there on Twitter praying to God for rain.
00:07:25.000 I had no idea she believed in God.
00:07:26.000 So that was the biggest surprise.
00:07:27.000 But it's kind of interesting.
00:07:28.000 They're showing their hand here, Charlie.
00:07:31.000 Why would they be praying for rain?
00:07:32.000 Why would they be trying to shut down the subways if they didn't think President Trump had any support?
00:07:37.000 Because, you know, it would make sense that if he truly had no support in the Bronx, then let him do his rally and let him be embarrassed.
00:07:43.000 But the fact is, they were trying to sabotage this event because they had a suspicion that he would get a good showing, that he would, a lot of people would come out.
00:07:51.000 And let me just remind your viewers that this is a park deep in the Bronx.
00:07:55.000 There's very little parking.
00:07:57.000 So, any idea that there were like, you know, people driving in from the suburbs are being busted, it's totally ridiculous.
00:08:02.000 Anyone would have seen the buses if there were supposedly buses.
00:08:05.000 It's really the only way to access it is primarily through the subway.
00:08:08.000 And we had Trump supporters taking over the subways coming up to this.
00:08:12.000 And, you know, we overwhelmed the opposition and the protesters.
00:08:15.000 So, again, you know, you look at her route, you look at her little town hall or whatever you want to call it.
00:08:19.000 You look at all these other people.
00:08:20.000 They are, they are scared.
00:08:21.000 They realize that this was a huge day for President Trump.
00:08:24.000 We're not saying that he's going to win the Bronx, but he's making a dent, and politics is all about moving things on the margins.
00:08:29.000 And he certainly did that yesterday.
00:08:31.000 So, I mean, there's some chatter that Donald Trump can win New York.
00:08:35.000 I'm not a believer in that.
00:08:36.000 I want him to win Arizona first before he wins New York.
00:08:41.000 But what would that possibly take?
00:08:43.000 I mean, that is a potentially what I think you showed is a longer-term effort.
00:08:47.000 This can tighten, but 23 points short in 2020.
00:08:52.000 I bet he's going to perform much better, and that will carry a lot of other House Republican types.
00:08:57.000 What's going on here?
00:08:58.000 Look, I agree with you.
00:08:58.000 Oh, absolutely.
00:08:59.000 It's still a very, you know, long shot, but I do think this is going to be the closest it's ever been for President Trump.
00:09:05.000 It's probably going to be the closest any Republican has been in New York at presidential level in a very long time.
00:09:10.000 You know, you see the Sienna polling coming out every month.
00:09:12.000 They do a poll, and they're generally one of the better pollsters here in New York, especially as it comes to gubernatorial races and others.
00:09:17.000 They've shown every month it's tightened by a point.
00:09:20.000 So I think the most recent poll had it about as a nine-point differential.
00:09:24.000 And, you know, if that trend continues for another six months, you know, you could bring it within three within the margin of error if he keeps that up.
00:09:30.000 I certainly think he's going to see a boost from this latest rally.
00:09:34.000 But like you said at best, this is going to help down ballot candidates.
00:09:36.000 It's also going to help his national popular vote figure, which, of course, doesn't matter in the strictest electoral sense, but it's certainly a number to brag about.
00:09:44.000 And it's a number that shifts the narrative.
00:09:46.000 But listen, I think states like New York are realigning.
00:09:49.000 I think states like New Jersey are realigning.
00:09:51.000 We are seeing a whole change going on in this country where some of these Democrat-dominated areas are finally beginning to wake up.
00:09:57.000 They've seen years of mismanagement and one-party rule, and they're pushing back.
00:10:02.000 And I think President Trump is taking advantage of that to the best of his abilities.
00:10:05.000 So I think these moves are strategic.
00:10:07.000 And New York City is a microcosm of the country.
00:10:09.000 So he can come to the Bronx.
00:10:11.000 He can go to the Bodega.
00:10:12.000 He can meet with the Steamfitters Union in Midtown.
00:10:14.000 And he can talk about issues like the border.
00:10:16.000 He could talk about issues like crime, like corruption in New York in a big media market.
00:10:21.000 So none of these things are wasting any resources from elsewhere, particularly when he's already in New York for this crooked and ridiculous trial.
00:10:28.000 But I definitely think he's going to have a very good showing in New York.
00:10:31.000 I think it's going to be beneficial across the board.
00:10:33.000 And if you told me in 10 years that New York is a more purple state, I believe it.
00:10:37.000 It wasn't too long ago that Lee Zeldon got 47% in this state.
00:10:41.000 People forget that.
00:10:43.000 So if Lee Zeldon was able to get 47%, I think that shows a good floor for where most Republicans should be going forward.
00:10:49.000 So final comment here, Gavin.
00:10:49.000 Yeah.
00:10:52.000 It seems like the Trump trials are continuing.
00:10:55.000 Is Trump going to do a rally at Madison Square Garden?
00:10:58.000 I'm hoping, I'm praying.
00:11:00.000 I know that's come up a few times.
00:11:01.000 I mean, I've heard some numbers in terms of the cost there.
00:11:03.000 It certainly would be a lot, but I can't think of anything better in terms of optics, in terms of New York aesthetics than taking over the garden and packing that out.
00:11:11.000 I think that would be historic in a big way.
00:11:13.000 And look, again, New York is very close to PA, for example, or even New Hampshire.
00:11:19.000 And some of these other states that are a little bit more in play are certainly much more critical.
00:11:22.000 So there's no reason you can't have a bunch of PA residents coming in from New York, from Pennsylvania.
00:11:29.000 So I think all these things work.
00:11:31.000 They're cumulative.
00:11:32.000 We saw the same thing in Wildwood.
00:11:33.000 That's in the Philadelphia metro area.
00:11:36.000 That's in their media market.
00:11:37.000 So they're not just targeting New York.
00:11:39.000 They're not just targeting New Jersey.
00:11:40.000 It's these entire media markets.
00:11:42.000 And I think that's a brilliant move.
00:11:44.000 Very good.
00:11:45.000 Gavin Wax, thank you so much.
00:11:46.000 Really appreciate it.
00:11:47.000 Thank you, Charlie.
00:11:47.000 Thank you.
00:11:51.000 Are you ready to lose weight, but not sure where to start?
00:11:53.000 I understand.

00:12:18.000 And finally, probably most importantly, I lost 30 pounds.

00:12:41.000 Dr. Ashley Lucas has her PhD in chronic disease and sports nutrition.
00:12:44.000 Her program is based on years of research and is science-based.
00:12:47.000 Second, the PhD program starts nutrition, but it's so much more.
00:12:50.000 Go to myphdweightloss.com, myphdweightloss.com, call 864-644-1900.
00:12:57.000 I lost over 30 pounds.
00:12:58.000 Dr. Ashley Lucas, great American.
00:13:00.000 Check it out.
00:13:00.000 Myphdweightloss.com.
00:13:04.000 How many people at that Bronx rally yesterday do you think have a four-year degree?
00:13:09.000 I just, let's just guess.
00:13:10.000 Can we show the B-roll again?
00:13:12.000 At that Bronx rally, what percentage do you think got a four-year degree?
00:13:18.000 I'd say probably 20%, maybe, 15, 20%.
00:13:23.000 In the hood, that is the muscular class.
00:13:25.000 They work at their hands.
00:13:26.000 One of the reasons why they're so outraged is that Joe Biden is going out of his way to bribe and pander for sweeping student loan amnesty.
00:13:36.000 He took a law that Congress passed after 9-11 allowing for an emergency suspension of student loans due to the war on terrorism and said this allowed him to use the COVID emergency as an excuse and cancel any loans he wanted.
00:13:49.000 Last year, the Supreme Court said, nope, you can't do that.
00:13:51.000 That's clearly not what the law was meant for.
00:13:53.000 But however, Joe Biden keeps on doing it.
00:13:55.000 How desperate is Joe Biden to win?
00:13:58.000 How desperate are Democrats to cling on to power?
00:14:01.000 They're just flagrantly ignoring the Supreme Court and doing amnesty anyway by tweaking their plans slightly and claiming it's a totally new approach.
00:14:08.000 Biden has already given out more than $15 billion worth of student loan forgiveness, affecting more than 300,000 borrowers.
00:14:16.000 Right now, his administration says they're planning a bigger amnesty, hitting as many as 30 million borrowers.
00:14:23.000 Their plan is basically slightly tweak our old forgiveness, say it's a totally different one, and dare the Supreme Court to stop us again.
00:14:30.000 And of course, if the court does stop them, they'll just find another way to ignore them.
00:14:35.000 This is a lawless regime.
00:14:37.000 The Biden government doesn't view the Supreme Court as an equal branch of government to be listened to.
00:14:42.000 It's an obstacle to be overcome or to be steamrolled.
00:14:46.000 Even if it fails, the plan is to make it so that there are millions of people who either credit Biden with forgiving their unpaid loans or make them believe that a Biden win for them is a direct financial windfall for them.
00:14:58.000 Biden is basically trying to buy votes with taxpayer dollars very directly.
00:15:03.000 And this creates mass resentment amongst those of us that did not go to college.
00:15:09.000 I did not go to college and I do not have a four-year degree.
00:15:12.000 Many of you do not have a four-year degree.
00:15:14.000 The same perversion that is involved in the plunder intergenerationally of older people that are stealing from their children, this is equally as perverse.
00:15:25.000 We are going to tax the plumber so that they can bail out the feminazi who has a degree in North African lesbian poetry.
00:15:35.000 How does that make sense?
00:15:37.000 We are going to tax the police officer, take his money to go pay the Starbucks barista barista that has a marketing degree.
00:15:49.000 It is a tax and it is a plundering of those that did not go to college.
00:15:57.000 It's also a tax and a plundering for those of you that went to community college and paid your way through school.
00:16:04.000 It is a tax and theft of those of you that played college sports, woke up very early at 5 a.m. to get into a 40-degree pool to go swim laps because not that you were that passionate about swimming, but you wanted to get your school paid for, understandably.
00:16:21.000 It is an insult to those of you that worked three jobs to pay yourself through college.
00:16:26.000 What Joe Biden is doing is he is mass signaling on the incentive structure side, which is, should you pay off your loans?
00:16:37.000 And I could tell you, a family that I know very well has about $30,000 in student loans.
00:16:42.000 They have a ton of money.
00:16:44.000 And recently we were having dinner with them and they said, yeah, you know, we're not going to pay up our student loans.
00:16:48.000 I said, why?
00:16:48.000 They said, oh, Biden's going to do it for us.
00:16:50.000 We'll just pay the minimum.
00:16:51.000 I said, well, that's really morally questionable just to have me, Charlie Kirk, write a check so that your student loans can be paid off.
00:16:59.000 However, many people are going to make that calculation.
00:17:01.000 It's called a moral hazard.
00:17:02.000 Why would anybody pay off their loans?
00:17:05.000 And you are punishing the tens of millions of people that lay drywall, that drive taxi cabs, that drive trucks.
00:17:18.000 It makes America a sicker society, encouraging destructive behavior, predatory behavior.
00:17:25.000 And Joe Biden is so desperate to try to do better with younger voters, specifically college-educated younger voters.
00:17:31.000 He is willing to take the money from folks that shower before work and after work.
00:17:38.000 Take their money away.
00:17:39.000 And by the way, there's other people that didn't go to college that aren't just in the muscular trades.
00:17:42.000 There's people that didn't go to college that are in computer science, that code, that are entrepreneurs.
00:17:48.000 Anyone who does not have a degree, this is Robinhood in reverse.
00:17:53.000 Steal from the poor to give to the elites.
00:17:57.000 Take from those who don't have to those that do have.
00:18:01.000 Why?
00:18:01.000 Because they decided to go study something stupid at Northern Arizona University.
00:18:07.000 You are on the hook for that, not the welder, not the mechanic.
00:18:13.000 Anybody who works with their hands, we need a triumphant message this November that you will not vote for Joe Biden and his upside-down backwards plundering attacks, taking your money and Robinhood in reverse.
00:18:27.000 Take money from the workers to give it to the elites.
00:18:33.000 You might have heard Mike Lindell and MyPillow no longer have the support of their box stores or shopping channels the way they used to.

00:19:26.000 Promo code Kirk.
00:19:29.000 Joining us now is Judge Mark Henry, County Judge of Galveston County.
00:19:34.000 So, Judge, welcome to the program.
00:19:36.000 Little Galveston County, Texas could end up playing a very outsized role in our national political discussion.
00:19:42.000 And a Fifth Circuit ruling could help Republicans flip over a dozen seats.
00:19:46.000 Please explain how this happened.
00:19:48.000 Certainly.
00:19:48.000 Thanks for having me, Charlie.
00:19:50.000 The concept is called a coalition district, which means you don't have enough of a minority to create a precinct for them.
00:19:56.000 So you have to group minorities together.
00:19:59.000 The problem is it only ever benefits Democrats.
00:20:01.000 It never benefits Republicans.
00:20:03.000 The Biden DOJ came down, threatened us after our county commissioner redistricting said, if you don't create a coalition district, we're going to sue you.
00:20:12.000 I said, sue us.
00:20:13.000 That's fine.
00:20:14.000 They sued us.
00:20:15.000 We knew we would lose at the trial court level because the Fifth Circuit ruled on this in 1994.
00:20:21.000 But when we went to the Fifth Circuit to appeal it, the three judge panels said, well, we've already ruled on this, but we were wrong.
00:20:27.000 Please ask for a full court hearing on this.
00:20:30.000 They granted it within a couple of days.
00:20:32.000 We had that full court hearing a couple of weeks ago.
00:20:34.000 And now we hope that we're on the verge of the entire court reversing the previous court's decision to allow coalition districts.
00:20:42.000 If that happens, then coalition districts are done underneath the Fifth Circuit, and that's at least five seats in the House of Representatives.
00:20:49.000 If the state legislatures will go back and redistrict and break up the coalition districts, then if the Supreme Court will take it and rule similarly, which we think they will, then that's where you're going to get the 12 or more seats across the country.
00:21:02.000 But again, the individual states have got to go back and engage in the redistricting process and break up the coalition districts.
00:21:09.000 So would this then be in effect this November or is it too tight to this election?
00:21:15.000 It'd be too soon because the ruling from the Fifth Circuit, while it would be immediately effective, the state legislatures wouldn't have time to go back, redistrict, hold elections, and have candidates on the ballot in November.
00:21:26.000 So it's not going to be anything that's going to impact this November's election.
00:21:30.000 But if the states will do what we're hoping to give them the tools to do, it will be effective for 2026.
00:21:36.000 Please explain how this happened.
00:21:38.000 I know there's some legal minutiae here, but break it down in layman's terms how this all happened.
00:21:43.000 The Voting Rights Act of 1965 established a lot of criteria for trying to fare up elections.
00:21:50.000 Something that is not mentioned anywhere in the Voting Rights Act is coalition districts.
00:21:55.000 It's what I call legal fiction.
00:21:57.000 But some plaintiffs started arguing it and some courts started allowing it.
00:22:02.000 And it's just been going on for a while now.
00:22:04.000 The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals rejected it a long time ago.
00:22:08.000 The Fifth Circuit, like I mentioned, affirmed it in 1994 in a split decision, nine to seven.
00:22:14.000 So it was only two votes to pass it in 94.
00:22:18.000 And that's what, again, we're trying to get rid of.
00:22:20.000 It's legal fiction, doesn't exist anywhere.
00:22:22.000 It's a concept that plaintiffs, always Democrats, came up with to protect seats that they could not otherwise get.
00:22:28.000 Yeah, so the significance of this is remarkable.
00:22:31.000 And Sheila Jackson Lee is probably only a congresswoman because of coalition districts.
00:22:37.000 And Judge, can you help me understand?
00:22:38.000 It's the left that is always complaining about gerrymandering.
00:22:42.000 They're the ones that are coming in to try to create districts and maps that best fit their political agenda.
00:22:49.000 That's exactly right.
00:22:50.000 And you're right on both those points.
00:22:51.000 Sheila Jackson Lee's district looks somewhat like a boomerang.
00:22:54.000 They have to draw this really crazy precinct to get her or to get a Democrat, her in this case, elected.
00:22:59.000 But yes, you're absolutely right.
00:23:01.000 And the thing that I find interesting is that this is a county commissioner lawsuit.
00:23:07.000 The Biden DOJ seem to care a lot about a little old county commissioner, and they're going to end up flipping the House of Representatives more favorably toward the Republicans.
00:23:16.000 So I like the irony in that.
00:23:18.000 So the timeline is that this would be in effect in 2026.
00:23:22.000 And just everyone understands the potential coalition-based districts in Florida, there's Orlando, Tampa, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Georgia, Georgia 7th, Indiana, the 7th, North Carolina, 1 and 12, Ohio, 11th, South Carolina, 6th, and several in Texas.
00:23:36.000 So this could have wide-ranging national implications.
00:23:39.000 Is that correct?
00:23:40.000 That is exactly what we hope and expect.
00:23:42.000 Yes.
00:23:43.000 So the Fifth Circuit, once they issue their opinion, if it goes our way as we expect it will, that will cover the states of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi.
00:23:50.000 Then we need to get it to the Supreme Court so they can have a ruling to make this a national issue, where nationwide there are no more coalition districts.
00:23:58.000 So if it goes up to SCOTUS, so does it need to appeal or what is the process there?
00:24:04.000 Correct.
00:24:05.000 Once the Fifth Circuit issues their opinion, we expect the plaintiffs will appeal to the Supreme Court, but that's where it needs to go because we're going to have differing decisions out of courts of appeal across the country.
00:24:15.000 That's really difficult for a nation to have different courts of appeal having different opinions on a legal issue.
00:24:22.000 So we have a small three, four House majority right now.
00:24:25.000 We're talking 12 seats.
00:24:26.000 So in reality, if this would have been fixed previously, Republicans would have a much greater House majority potentially.
00:24:33.000 Is that right?
00:24:34.000 That's absolutely correct.
00:24:36.000 Once again, it's up to the state legislatures to have the will to go in and say, okay, now that we've been given these tools, let's take advantage of them, redraw the congressional districts, and do away with coalition districts.
00:24:47.000 So then is that the action item to have the audience contact their state legislatures, make them aware of what is happening here?
00:24:54.000 What is the call to action for the audience?
00:24:57.000 That is a great call to action.
00:24:58.000 You've got to wait until the Supreme, the Fifth Circuit issues their opinion.
00:25:02.000 We expect that to be this summer.
00:25:04.000 I don't think it's going to be all that long of a wait.
00:25:07.000 And as soon as that happens, then those three states, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, absolutely contact your legislatures and say, get in there, redistrict using these new tools that you've been given by Galveston County.
00:25:19.000 Well, you guys are doing great.
00:25:20.000 I want to just ask you just a Texas question here.
00:25:23.000 Texas does not get enough attention for the amount of Democrat money pouring into Texas.
00:25:29.000 Ted Cruz is going to have a closer Senate race than I think people realize with Allred, who's raising a ton of money.
00:25:36.000 Can you just talk about the politics of the border?
00:25:39.000 We are seeing certain congressional districts that used to be Democrat safe havens become more and more Republican.
00:25:45.000 Educate our audience on that.
00:25:47.000 I know that you're in Galveston, which is not quite on the border, but still the same state.
00:25:51.000 Walk us through that.
00:25:52.000 Absolutely.
00:25:53.000 The border is a complete and total nightmare.
00:25:55.000 We do send constable, deputy constables and deputy sheriffs down to the border to help our friends in Kinney County.
00:26:01.000 Kinney County only has six law enforcement officers.
00:26:04.000 When we go down there, we generally double or more than double their law enforcement presence.
00:26:08.000 And these constables and sheriffs come up and tell me how terrible it is.
00:26:12.000 It is just unbelievable.
00:26:13.000 They destroy private property.
00:26:15.000 They leave trash everywhere.
00:26:17.000 And they're breaking the law by just jumping across the water and coming into the country.
00:26:22.000 We see them here in Galveston County.
00:26:24.000 Virtually every magistrate court I see the docket for has got Spanish only by some of the defendants.
00:26:30.000 They are, you know, I can't say that that's definitive, that they're illegally here, but there's more and more that don't speak English at all.
00:26:36.000 So it's a problem for every county in this country.
00:26:39.000 And I'm surprised that some people still don't realize that.
00:26:42.000 In Texas, do you believe that that issue is going to swing in Republicans' favor even more so in 2020?
00:26:50.000 Is it baked in, if you will, with the everyday Texan when I visit, the border is a top issue?
00:26:56.000 Without question.
00:26:57.000 And I've got to say, I'm pleasantly surprised that one of the groups who's most upset are the people who immigrated here legally.
00:27:03.000 They're very upset that they went through the process correctly, did everything right, and now it doesn't matter.
00:27:08.000 You don't have to do that anymore.
00:27:10.000 Just come on over.
00:27:11.000 It's remarkable.
00:27:12.000 Judge, thank you for your leadership on this, and thank you for educating our audience.
00:27:16.000 We'll be watching this very carefully and closely.
00:27:18.000 Thank you so much.
00:27:19.000 Email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:27:22.000 Let's go to Cut 109, please, talking about the, there are more Republicans and dissatisfied Democrats in the state of New York than we'd like to admit.
00:27:33.000 And I want to build you up, and then I want to also just kind of make sure we sober ourselves because there's a new article out of RealClear Politics that I think is very important.
00:27:41.000 Play Cut 109.
00:27:42.000 Could Trump's visit help him make inroads in these voting blocks that have been more traditionally Democratic, like with black or Hispanic voters?
00:27:52.000 The real reason why Donald Trump is going to the Bronx is to say to the Democratic voters of the Bronx, has Joe Biden been here?
00:27:59.000 I don't think he necessarily thinks he's going to get black and Latino voters to vote for him.
00:28:03.000 The strategy is to get them to abstain from voting for anyone on the top.
00:28:07.000 New York is the reason why Joe Biden didn't have unified government in 2022.
00:28:12.000 We're the ones who lost the four members of the House who went over to the Republican Party.
00:28:16.000 So, yes, it seems like a long shot that Donald Trump would ever win New York, but looking at those Lee Zeldon numbers in 2022 does make me realize that there are a lot more Republicans and dissatisfied Democrats in the state of New York than we'd like to admit.
00:28:31.000 Here's the other part of the Bronx rally that's very important.
00:28:34.000 It makes Democrats defend their own turf.
00:28:37.000 It's easier to defend turf than it is to take new turf.
00:28:39.000 But now they're going to have to spend more money in House seats.
00:28:41.000 They're going to have to spend, pour more money into these core districts.
00:28:45.000 Remember when Donald Trump said, what do you have to lose?
00:28:48.000 He does not have to ask that now because blacks already know what they're losing.
00:28:51.000 Their purchasing power, their country.
00:28:53.000 Now, things feel really good, everybody, but I want to talk about this article in RealClear Politics.
00:28:58.000 Quote, in our Real Clear Politics National Two-Way Average, Marquette today has the race tide.
00:29:03.000 Exactly where we had it three months ago.
00:29:06.000 Quinnipiak has Biden up one, and Mornay Consult the day before has Trump up one.
00:29:09.000 Now, these are national polls, not state-based polls.
00:29:12.000 Quote: RCP polling averages show a very, very close 2024 election.
00:29:16.000 It is so tempting, everybody, to see these Bronx clips, to see this and say, we're going to win in a landslide.
00:29:22.000 Ain't wrong.
00:29:24.000 Stop it.
00:29:25.000 Go do the work.
00:29:26.000 This should then show you we can win.
00:29:29.000 And honestly, I think this is going to be super tight.
00:29:31.000 I think this is going to come down to 5,000 votes here, 10,000 votes here, 500 votes here, 200 votes here.
00:29:36.000 Register new voters.
00:29:37.000 Chase those ballots.
00:29:38.000 Get involved in your communities.
00:29:40.000 Show up to our people's convention in Detroit.
00:29:42.000 This should give you the fuel to fight.
00:29:45.000 This should give you the confidence that we can do this, that our coalitions are building.
00:29:49.000 But there are still tens of millions of people out there that will vote on abortion.
00:29:53.000 There are tens of millions of people out there that will vote Democrat no matter what.
00:29:56.000 Will vote blue no matter who.
00:29:58.000 We need a clipboard army.
00:29:59.000 We need every single one of you to download the Turning Point Action app and to knock on more doors and to find low-propensity voters.
00:30:05.000 Your job this Memorial Day weekend, let me be very clear: you have homework, everybody.
00:30:09.000 Find one person at the grocery store, at the restaurant, at the coffee shop, at a Memorial Day party.
00:30:17.000 You find one person, and when politics comes up, because it will, because everything about politics now, say, hey, are you registered to vote?
00:30:23.000 And if they are not registered to vote, get them registered to vote right then and there.
00:30:26.000 tpaction.com/slash vote.
00:30:28.000 We'll put it on the bottom.
00:30:29.000 That is your homework.
00:30:30.000 That is your task.
00:30:32.000 That is your duty.
00:30:33.000 I did it with two low-propensity voters this week.
00:30:36.000 Two new Republicans on the voting rolls in November or November right here in Arizona.
00:30:42.000 That is your homework this Memorial Day weekend.
00:30:45.000 Find a low-propensity voter and get them registered to vote.
00:30:48.000 Stop just looking at polls thinking we're going to win.
00:30:53.000 Three weeks from today, we will be in Detroit for the People's Convention.
00:30:58.000 And no matter where you are in the country, you should make plans to come to Detroit.
00:31:02.000 We have President Donald Trump as the keynote.
00:31:05.000 Can you get any better than that?
00:31:06.000 President Donald Trump as the keynote.
00:31:09.000 By the way, he's going to be fresh off the trial with some exclusive remarks.
00:31:12.000 It's going to be amazing.
00:31:13.000 We got Vivek Ramaswamy, Dr. Ben Carson, Steve Bannon, Donald Trump Jr., Candace Owens, Congressman Michael Cloud, Mike Lindell, Congressman Eric Burleson, Scott Pressler, Brandon Tatum, Matt Gates,
00:31:28.000 Tom Klingenstein, Warren Davidson, Carrie Lake, Lee Zeldon, Bishop Aubrey Shines, Congressman Eli Crane, Kimberly Guilfoyle, Jack Pesobic, Senator Rick Scott, Nigel Farage, Lara Trump, Governor Christy Noam, Congressman Byron Donalds, Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard, and Benny Johnson.
00:31:51.000 This is in Detroit.
00:31:52.000 I mean, that is the best speaker lineup in the country.
00:31:54.000 It's in three weeks.
00:31:55.000 It's not too late to get your tickets.
00:31:57.000 It's tpaction.com/slash peoples.
00:32:01.000 And we are going to have breakouts and trainings.
00:32:04.000 The energy will be off the charts.
00:32:07.000 It's an all-star team.
00:32:09.000 And it's all about chasing ballots and finding low-propensity voters.
00:32:14.000 Ignore the polls, chase ballots.
00:32:21.000 Ignore the polls, get in the streets.
00:32:23.000 Ignore the polls, knock on doors.
00:32:25.000 Ignore the polls, get it done.
00:32:29.000 It is so tempting to want to just look at this as if you are watching a sports game.
00:32:34.000 You're watching the Yankees game.
00:32:36.000 You're watching the Arizona Cardinals.
00:32:37.000 You're watching the Dallas Cowboys.
00:32:39.000 What makes politics different and what makes this different is that not only do you get to cheer for your favorite team, you get to participate alongside of your team and make it happen.
00:32:51.000 Just today, we hosted a moms coalition at Turning Point Headquarters.
00:32:56.000 We can put that image up.
00:32:59.000 We had over 40 homeschool moms and 20 kids, all of which are now signing up for ballot chasers.
00:33:04.000 All that energy.
00:33:05.000 Deploying that spirit to go knock on doors and to go find low-propensity voters right now.
00:33:12.000 We are winning with low-propensity voters.
00:33:14.000 We are winning with low-propensity voters.
00:33:18.000 And that's up right there.
00:33:19.000 That was just at Turning Point Headquarters just a couple minutes ago.
00:33:22.000 The team is doing a great job.
00:33:24.000 And it's going to require all of us, going to require you.
00:33:27.000 That's why we're doing what we're doing in Detroit, to give you the marching orders, to give, to make you know that you're not alone.
00:33:32.000 You hear from your biggest leaders.
00:33:33.000 The breakout sessions alone are worth its weight of coming.
00:33:37.000 How to use the Turning Point Action app, how to take over your local Republican Party, how to become a precinct committeeman, how to properly register voters, hearing from people like Scott Pressler, Steve Bannon, Mike Lindell, and then the names that are moving the dial every day: Candace Owens, Vivek Ramaswamy, Ben Carson.
00:33:55.000 This is how we win, and it's going to require every single one of us.
00:33:59.000 Stop being a spectator.
00:34:01.000 It's not like watching the Dallas Cowboys where you think you make a difference because you wear your favorite jersey and you cheer real loud.
00:34:07.000 You make no difference.
00:34:08.000 Dak Prescott is going to win or lose regardless of your cheering.
00:34:11.000 Donald Trump will win or lose based on your agency and your action.
00:34:15.000 It's a big difference.
00:34:16.000 If election integrity is your thing, we're going to have entire workshops of how to secure our elections, how to get involved and see what's actually happening and to prevent that in Maricopa County, in Pinal County, in Fulton County, in Cobb County.
00:34:30.000 No matter what state you are from, coming to Detroit at our People's Convention is going to be time well spent.
00:34:37.000 Every single one of you is a mini campaign office, a force multiplier.
00:34:41.000 That's how you have to think about it.
00:34:44.000 And you say, well, Charlie, I can't leave the home very much.
00:34:46.000 Totally get it.
00:34:47.000 Then use the Turning Point Action app to start making calls.
00:34:50.000 Some of you are unable to knock on a lot of doors, still influence your local family, and make a list.
00:34:55.000 We're going to tell you one of the things that we're going to start talking about over the summer is: have you made your list of your hundred voters that you're responsible for?
00:35:01.000 100 people that during voting month, you're going to start knocking up.
00:35:04.000 So, Charlie, how do I know those people?
00:35:05.000 You know 100 people.
00:35:06.000 Go through your phone.
00:35:07.000 Go through your phone and find those 100 people that you know hate Joe Biden, and you just have to be responsible for them.
00:35:13.000 You get 500,000 people to own their neighborhood, we are going to have a tsunami.
00:35:21.000 I'm not guaranteeing victory.
00:35:22.000 I think it's 50-50.
00:35:23.000 I still think Joe Biden has advantages in certain ways.
00:35:27.000 He has a lot of money.
00:35:28.000 He controls the intel agencies.
00:35:29.000 They are going to deploy something dramatic and asymmetrical.
00:35:34.000 It could be a virus.
00:35:35.000 It could be a cyber attack.
00:35:36.000 It could be a drone strike.
00:35:37.000 It could be a war.
00:35:38.000 Be on your guard.
00:35:39.000 Only the paranoid survive.
00:35:40.000 The question is: do you want to be free or be a slave?
00:35:43.000 And it's going to require agency, going to require grit, require work, require hustle.
00:35:47.000 And what we do at Turning Point Action is we work our tails off.
00:35:50.000 We will work harder than the Marxists.
00:35:52.000 So join us in Detroit.
