00:02:16.000 Some people say that they're part of Antifa.

00:02:19.000 It could be through some facial recognition software.

00:02:22.000 But I'm also going to tell you something else that a lot of you might not be reading or hearing.

00:02:28.000 There were plenty of people there yesterday that were on what would be called the radical alt-right.

00:02:36.000 They would be white nationalist, ethno-nationalist types.

00:02:41.000 And I don't even like calling them Trump supporters, but the media is going to publicize a lot of them and they are going to loop all of us conservatives into it.

00:02:50.000 So I just want to tell a lot of you before you say, well, it was only Antifa that was there.

00:02:54.000 That is not true.

00:02:56.000 That's not true.

00:02:57.000 So don't say that.

00:02:58.000 We're getting a lot of emails of people that are saying that.

00:03:00.000 However, I am of the belief that there were professional instigators and agitators that I do not think that were conventional Trump supporters that were trying to stir up the crowd and possibly lead the crowd yesterday.

00:03:14.000 So this is not just an isolated event.

00:03:18.000 This has now really, I think, gone to places that none of us would have anticipated, which now, there is not just little whispers.

00:03:27.000 There are now serious whispers for the impeachment and the removal of President Donald Trump.

00:03:33.000 Let's go to Cut 66, Republican, Republican.

00:03:40.000 Well, Republican Congressman Adam Kinzinger has called for the impeachment and the removal of President Donald Trump.

00:03:49.000 On what grounds?

00:03:50.000 I'm not exactly sure, but they're going to tie the deaths of the four people yesterday on the Capitol and the activities surrounding that to the president.

00:03:58.000 Now, you might ask yourself, well, why impeach the president 13 days before Joe Biden gets sworn in?

00:04:08.000 Well, it will prevent him from ever running for president again.

00:04:12.000 And also, they are going now on what we predicted here on the Charlie Kirk show.

00:04:18.000 They are now going on a revenge campaign against every single person that was ever involved, even on the periphery, with President Donald Trump.

00:04:26.000 Play tape Cut 66 of Congressman Adam Kinzinger calling for the 25th Amendment to be invoked.

00:04:32.000 Same thing, removal of the president.

00:04:35.000 All indications are that the president has become unmoored, not just from his duty, nor even his of, but from reality itself.

00:04:43.000 It is for this reason that I call for the vice president and members of the cabinet to ensure the next few weeks are safe for the American people and that we have a sane captain in the ship.

00:04:53.000 Section 4 of the 25th Amendment allows a majority of the cabinet and the vice president to assume the duties of the office of presidency until the president is able to himself.

00:05:04.000 It's time to invoke the 25th Amendment and to end this nightmare.

00:05:09.000 So he's calling for the 25th Amendment to remove the president of the United States.

00:05:16.000 I want to go to cut 69, just kind of the news of last night, which is similar.

00:05:20.000 It's a different topic, but it's all kind of on the same day of the certification of the results of the presidential election.

00:05:30.000 And we'll get that in one second, which is Vice President Pence announcing the count 306 to 232.

00:05:36.000 So look, this is where this is headed right now.

00:05:38.000 The Democrats and the moderate Republicans and establishment Republicans, they are now going to want to go on their version of a terror campaign, a purge, if you will, of every conservative, every single Trump supporter in the country, including in Congress.

00:05:55.000 And that will not, that will begin with President Donald Trump.

00:05:59.000 Let's go to cut 69 in case you missed the news last night, which is the Vice President of the United States, the President of the Senate, announcing Vice President Joe Biden defeating Donald Trump play cut 69.

00:06:16.000 The whole number of electors appointed to vote for President of the United States is 538.

00:06:22.000 Within that whole number, a majority is 270.

00:06:26.000 The votes for President of the United States are as follows.

00:06:30.000 Joseph R. Biden Jr. of the state of Delaware has received 306 votes.

00:06:36.000 Donald J. Trump of the state of Florida has received 232 votes.

00:06:42.000 And so that is, just give everyone in case you missed it last night.

00:06:47.000 We were holding out hope that the president of the Senate would maybe send it down to state legislatures or do something of that variety.

00:06:53.000 That did not happen.

00:06:55.000 And so there were some objections last evening.

00:06:57.000 We're going to get through all we're going to get through that and we're going to play some tape of that.

00:07:01.000 But I do want to get back to what happened on Capitol Hill yesterday.

00:07:04.000 We spent a lot of time on our live stream.

00:07:06.000 For those of you that are listening on the radio right now, I encourage you to check out our live stream on our YouTube channel or our podcast page, kind of talking in great detail about what exactly drove people to go to the Capitol.

00:07:20.000 And as I mentioned, there were professional agitators.

00:07:23.000 There were members, probably of Antifa, but there were also people that would be called on the, and I have no association whatsoever.

00:07:33.000 They hate me of the right-wing identitarian people that want an ethno-state in our country.

00:07:33.000 You could just ask them.

00:07:42.000 A lot of them were there yesterday on Capitol Hill as well.

00:07:45.000 And so we need to just be very, very clear of exactly what has been happening and what has been going on.

00:07:52.000 And so look, the Democrats are now going to use this.

00:07:56.000 And some of you say, so what?

00:07:57.000 The Democrats are going to use everything against us.

00:07:59.000 Well, number one, they're going to use this for increased surveillance.

00:08:03.000 They are now going to loop almost all conservative activity under a terrorism statute, just so we're all clear.

00:08:10.000 They're going to use this as justification for that.

00:08:13.000 Number two, they are going to try and impeach and remove a president that very well might be able to run again.

00:08:19.000 That is coming very, very soon.

00:08:22.000 I would imagine the House will vote.

00:08:26.000 Yeah, impeachment articles are being drawn up right now in the House of Representatives, which is just so tragic and such a surprise.

00:08:39.000 And so, also, then the Senate will, whether or not they'll entertain them or not, we will see.

00:08:43.000 And so, the sequence of events that is unfolding in our country right now is a Democrat Party that feels more emboldened and empowered than ever before.

00:08:54.000 What would have been a very helpful counter to that is if we would have won those Georgia races decisively, people stayed at home.

00:09:02.000 Hundreds of thousands of Trump supporters stayed at home to give power to Chuck Schumer and the Radical Democrats.

00:09:09.000 And so, this is where we are right now.

00:09:10.000 We are at a place right now that in 13 days, absent a God-sized miracle, Joe Biden will become the next president of the United States and with it, have complete control of the United States Senate and the United States Congress.

00:11:02.000 And some of you say, well, we have to push back.

00:11:04.000 Well, we don't have any power because we lost the Georgia Senate runoffs.

00:11:08.000 They now have unified and complete and total control over government.

00:11:11.000 And we lost because conservatives stayed at home.

00:11:15.000 I want to play, and I just want to kind of comment on this.

00:11:20.000 There were plenty of people that just went to the rally yesterday and kind of followed the crowd to the Capitol and they had some flags and they didn't do anything wrong and all of that.

00:11:29.000 But four people did die yesterday.

00:11:31.000 And if we are going to be intellectually and philosophically consistent, if BLM Incorporated stormed the Capitol and four people died and they were bashing windows and the media called it mostly peaceful, we would be mocking them. 0.56

00:11:44.000 So let's just be a little bit consistent with this.

00:11:46.000 Is this Joe Scarborough going completely unhinged?

00:11:49.000 This is Joe Scarborough, who is wrongly calling for the arrest of Donald Trump.

00:11:55.000 But this is now going to be, this is, this is now going to be their Charlottesville moment where they're going to use this as mass justification to increase the security state and the police state's play tape.

00:12:15.000 That's insurrection against the United States of America.

00:12:18.000 Donald Trump Jr., Rudy Giuliani, and Donald Trump are not arrested today for insurrection and taken to jail and booked.

00:12:32.000 You're a real tough guy.

00:12:34.000 President Donald Trump hosted a rally yesterday, and people on their own volition, without him asking them to do that, went to the Capitol.

00:12:43.000 As I mentioned earlier, there is evidence to show that there were members of instigators, Antifa, and there were some very far-right people that call themselves Trump supporters.

00:12:56.000 But let me be very clear.

00:12:57.000 This was not representative, the people that were bashing windows and all of this, of the millions and millions of Trump supporters that I have been around all across the country that rose up in record numbers to support President Trump.

00:13:10.000 In addition, isn't it very interesting how the media has not been covering how an unarmed Trump supporter was shot dead in the Capitol? 0.83

00:13:21.000 Now, maybe that was justified.

00:13:23.000 We do generally take the position to support law enforcement. 1.00

00:13:29.000 However, this woman, Ashley, I think her name is Ashley Babbitt or something. 0.99

00:13:34.000 Ashley, who is an Air Force veteran who was killed yesterday, I'm not seeing a lot of the same groups that say, say her name, say her name.

00:13:45.000 And so I hope a full investigation gets pulled into there.

00:13:48.000 And I want to ask you guys a question.

00:13:50.000 If BLM Incorporated stormed the Capitol, do you think that they would be shooting them?

00:13:57.000 And I don't know if it was justified or not.

00:14:00.000 I'm going to reserve judgment on that.

00:14:02.000 But it seems very, very fishy and suspicious based on the video that we played that would justify the discharge of a firearm against someone that walks into the Capitol building.

00:14:16.000 We don't know if she stormed the barricade.

00:14:18.000 Maybe she was trying to do something with that.

00:14:22.000 I'm not exactly sure what the reasoning of all this.

00:14:25.000 Ashley Babbitt, may she rest in peace.

00:14:28.000 And so that is a tragedy.

00:14:31.000 Four people died yesterday.

00:14:33.000 And so based on yesterday.

00:14:35.000 And so I want to continue to dive into some of these clips here.

00:14:46.000 Calling for every Republican to be removed from office.

00:15:56.000 Congressman Matt Gates had every, let's just say, excuse that could have been made, but wasn't made to not stand and fight.

00:16:05.000 And Congressman Matt Gates, I think, brought up the best argument.

00:16:08.000 There are four cuts for Matt Gates.

00:16:10.000 I want to get through each one of them and talk about them.

00:16:13.000 So, Congressman Matt Gates was talking in support of the objection of the electoral votes of Arizona.

00:16:19.000 Mind you, Arizona is where we spend a lot of time.

00:16:22.000 There were a lot of problems and a lot of shenanigans in Arizona.

00:16:26.000 And I could tell you this: the state legislatures wanted to meet in Arizona, but the Speaker of the House in Arizona did not give them that opportunity or ability.

00:16:36.000 Let's go to Cut 57.

00:16:37.000 Matt Gaetz, let's go to Cut 57 and we'll go through it.

00:16:41.000 Matt Gates, a shining star in all of this unfortunate last 24 hours.

00:16:47.000 In 2016, Democrats found out that they couldn't beat Donald Trump at the ballot box with voters who actually show up, so they turned to impeachment and the witness box.

00:17:00.000 And when that failed, they ran to the mailbox, where this election saw an unprecedented amount of votes that could not be authenticated with true ID, with true signature match, and with true confidence for the American people.

00:17:47.000 Now, not since 1985 has a Republican president been sworn in, absent some Democrat effort, to object to the electors.

00:17:54.000 But when we do it, it is the new violation of all norms.

00:18:06.000 And again, he became the most hated man in Washington next to Senator Josh Hawley last evening, who I do want to applaud as well in just a moment.

00:18:16.000 Another important point for the country is that this morning, President Trump explicitly called for demonstrations and protests to be peaceful.

00:18:26.000 He was far more, you can moan and groan, but he was far more explicit about his calls for peace than some of the BLM and left-wing rioters were this summer when we saw violence sweep across this nation.

00:18:41.000 And I want to go to cut 60 of Congressman Matt Gates talking about the Antifa.

00:18:49.000 And it's interesting when glass started to be shattered and people started running through the halls and Democrats and Republicans were a little uneasy and scared.

00:19:03.000 Democrats, in their moment of duress, they needed the police.

00:19:10.000 And I never want to hear another Democrat call for the defunding of the police ever again.

00:19:17.000 So when you defund the police in Minneapolis and that black child is now left defenseless, they don't have the Capitol Hill police to protect them.

00:19:27.000 And I don't know if the reports are true, but the Washington Times has just reported some pretty compelling evidence from a facial recognition company showing that some of the people who breached the Capitol today were not Trump supporters.

00:19:41.000 They were masquerading as Trump supporters and in fact were members of the violent terrorist group Antifa.

00:19:48.000 Now we should seek to build America up, not tear her down and destroy her.

00:19:54.000 And I am sure glad that at least for one day, I didn't hear my Democrat colleagues calling to defund the police.

00:20:08.000 Every single speech opened yesterday with, I want to thank the Capitol Hill police.

00:20:12.000 Well, you might want to thank the Capitol Hill police, but then why are you calling for massive defunding of police in urban cities across the country?

00:20:21.000 Congressman Matt Gates deserves our credit.

00:20:23.000 He is one of the good guys.

00:20:25.000 The certification for Pennsylvania came through last evening, and Congressman Josh Hawley did object as he promised he would.

00:20:34.000 Other states, though, that we thought we were going to get objections, did not get objections.

00:20:39.000 Nevada, Wisconsin, and Michigan were not objected to, but Pennsylvania was objected to.

00:20:46.000 Senator Josh Hawley signed on to that last evening, and they were not objected to by this.

00:20:55.000 Wisconsin, Nevada, Michigan were not objected to by the Senate.

00:21:01.000 But what I'm saying is that there was a senator that objected.

00:21:04.000 Senator Josh Hawley objected to Pennsylvania.

00:21:08.000 But there were plenty of House objections to Nevada and to Wisconsin and to Michigan.

00:21:15.000 They just could not get a senator.

00:21:17.000 But Senator Josh Hawley became a moan and groan recipient from the United States Senate last evening when Senator Josh Hawley did object in writing to the Pennsylvania results.

00:21:30.000 He was not given an opportunity to speak on the Senate floor last evening.

00:21:35.000 It seems that Senator Mitch McConnell ended all debate on the Senate floor before it even started.

00:21:41.000 But Senator Josh Hawley is still very much, he's a man of his word.

00:21:46.000 He did object.

00:21:46.000 He did do what he said he was going to do.

00:21:48.000 And I think that is exactly, I think that's a very, very good thing.

00:22:47.000 That could be kind of his whole shtick.

00:22:49.000 Some people have been saying that he is 100% on the left, which we do not have any evidence to show that.

00:23:02.000 We are now going to have to have an impeachment fight.

00:23:05.000 And let me be very clear, using the power of impeachment and removal this close to the end of a term, I think is so incredibly, it's an abuse of power and unconstitutional.

00:23:16.000 The president is not to blame for any of the violence that happened yesterday in any way whatsoever.

00:23:21.000 And so I want to play, I think that we had Joe Scarborough screaming, you know, quite angrily.

00:24:35.000 If a police officer killed Ashley Babbitt, then I would expect you, Joy Reed, to dedicate hours of your programming on how there was an unarmed Air Force veteran killed in the halls of Congress for expressing their First Amendment rights.

00:24:50.000 I would expect you, Joy Reed, to go on about that because I could tell you right now, and I want to just be very clear.

00:24:58.000 And as we get all this evidence here, Joy Reed, if you spent hours of programming on Breonna Taylor, I can expect you to spend hours of programming on Ashley Babbitt.

00:25:07.000 And again, we have a default position here to see the facts to come out.

00:25:13.000 And usually the facts will show that law enforcement acted with restraint.

00:43:37.000 And so one of the first moves needs to be pressuring Joe Manchin and Mark Kelly, who's up in 2022 in Arizona, to prevent them from giving statehood.

00:43:57.000 Tax law, Green New Deal, all that stuff is super annoying, and we can fight it, and a lot of it will fail.

00:44:07.000 But the structural change stuff is where we really have to be careful.

00:44:44.000 I am of the opinion that, and this is a theory that I have come up with myself, that all the Republicans should caucus together and support Joe Manchin for Senate Majority Leader.

00:44:58.000 He voted for Gorsuch and he voted for Amy Coney Barrett.

00:45:33.000 There is no guarantee whatsoever that Joe Manchin is going to caucus with Chuck Schumer, but Republicans could stay in at least a center-right majority if they caucus with Joe Biden.

00:45:45.000 They get statehood, things change forever, and it becomes increasingly difficult for those of us that want to see the country saved to do so.

00:46:04.000 Congress must immediately transfer command of the District of Columbia National Guard from the President of the United States and put it squarely under the command and control of the mayor of the District of Columbia.

00:46:18.000 The Congress must create a nonpartisan commission to understand the catastrophic security failures that happened at the Capitol on January 6th, 2021, both to hold people accountable and to ensure that it never happens again.

00:46:37.000 So D.C. statehood is going to be on the table, as is Puerto Rico statehood.

00:46:41.000 D.C. already gets electoral votes, but that will then give them two United States senators, which will change the balance and the complexion of the United States Senate permanently, getting it to 102 members.

00:46:53.000 That is Muriel Bowser, who is the mayor of Washington, D.C. Some emails are saying, Charlie, what would you want us to do?

00:47:02.000 Some people are admitting that they boycotted the Georgia runoffs.

00:47:10.000 So don't call yourself a Trump supporter.

00:57:26.000 And if you're reading sources that tell you differently, I could tell you hard to find sources that are better than the ones that I'm talking to because you can go straight to the source.
