00:02:22.000But I'm also going to tell you something else that a lot of you might not be reading or hearing.
00:02:28.000There were plenty of people there yesterday that were on what would be called the radical alt-right.
00:02:36.000They would be white nationalist, ethno-nationalist types.
00:02:41.000And I don't even like calling them Trump supporters, but the media is going to publicize a lot of them and they are going to loop all of us conservatives into it.
00:02:50.000So I just want to tell a lot of you before you say, well, it was only Antifa that was there.
00:02:58.000We're getting a lot of emails of people that are saying that.
00:03:00.000However, I am of the belief that there were professional instigators and agitators that I do not think that were conventional Trump supporters that were trying to stir up the crowd and possibly lead the crowd yesterday.
00:03:14.000So this is not just an isolated event.
00:03:18.000This has now really, I think, gone to places that none of us would have anticipated, which now, there is not just little whispers.
00:03:27.000There are now serious whispers for the impeachment and the removal of President Donald Trump.

00:03:50.000I'm not exactly sure, but they're going to tie the deaths of the four people yesterday on the Capitol and the activities surrounding that to the president.
00:03:58.000Now, you might ask yourself, well, why impeach the president 13 days before Joe Biden gets sworn in?
00:04:08.000Well, it will prevent him from ever running for president again.
00:04:12.000And also, they are going now on what we predicted here on the Charlie Kirk show.
00:04:18.000They are now going on a revenge campaign against every single person that was ever involved, even on the periphery, with President Donald Trump.

00:04:35.000All indications are that the president has become unmoored, not just from his duty, nor even his of, but from reality itself.
00:04:43.000It is for this reason that I call for the vice president and members of the cabinet to ensure the next few weeks are safe for the American people and that we have a sane captain in the ship.
00:04:53.000Section 4 of the 25th Amendment allows a majority of the cabinet and the vice president to assume the duties of the office of presidency until the president is able to himself.
00:05:04.000It's time to invoke the 25th Amendment and to end this nightmare.
00:05:09.000So he's calling for the 25th Amendment to remove the president of the United States.
00:05:16.000I want to go to cut 69, just kind of the news of last night, which is similar.
00:05:20.000It's a different topic, but it's all kind of on the same day of the certification of the results of the presidential election.
00:05:30.000And we'll get that in one second, which is Vice President Pence announcing the count 306 to 232.
00:05:36.000So look, this is where this is headed right now.
00:05:38.000The Democrats and the moderate Republicans and establishment Republicans, they are now going to want to go on their version of a terror campaign, a purge, if you will, of every conservative, every single Trump supporter in the country, including in Congress.
00:05:55.000And that will not, that will begin with President Donald Trump.
00:05:59.000Let's go to cut 69 in case you missed the news last night, which is the Vice President of the United States, the President of the Senate, announcing Vice President Joe Biden defeating Donald Trump play cut 69.
00:06:16.000The whole number of electors appointed to vote for President of the United States is 538.
00:06:22.000Within that whole number, a majority is 270.
00:06:26.000The votes for President of the United States are as follows.
00:06:30.000Joseph R. Biden Jr. of the state of Delaware has received 306 votes.
00:06:36.000Donald J. Trump of the state of Florida has received 232 votes.
00:06:42.000And so that is, just give everyone in case you missed it last night.
00:06:47.000We were holding out hope that the president of the Senate would maybe send it down to state legislatures or do something of that variety.
00:06:55.000And so there were some objections last evening.
00:06:57.000We're going to get through all we're going to get through that and we're going to play some tape of that.
00:07:01.000But I do want to get back to what happened on Capitol Hill yesterday.
00:07:04.000We spent a lot of time on our live stream.

00:07:20.000And as I mentioned, there were professional agitators.
00:07:23.000There were members, probably of Antifa, but there were also people that would be called on the, and I have no association whatsoever.
00:07:33.000They hate me of the right-wing identitarian people that want an ethno-state in our country.
00:08:39.000And so, also, then the Senate will, whether or not they'll entertain them or not, we will see.
00:08:43.000And so, the sequence of events that is unfolding in our country right now is a Democrat Party that feels more emboldened and empowered than ever before.
00:08:54.000What would have been a very helpful counter to that is if we would have won those Georgia races decisively, people stayed at home.
00:09:02.000Hundreds of thousands of Trump supporters stayed at home to give power to Chuck Schumer and the Radical Democrats.
00:09:09.000And so, this is where we are right now.
00:09:10.000We are at a place right now that in 13 days, absent a God-sized miracle, Joe Biden will become the next president of the United States and with it, have complete control of the United States Senate and the United States Congress.

00:11:20.000There were plenty of people that just went to the rally yesterday and kind of followed the crowd to the Capitol and they had some flags and they didn't do anything wrong and all of that.
00:11:31.000And if we are going to be intellectually and philosophically consistent, if BLM Incorporated stormed the Capitol and four people died and they were bashing windows and the media called it mostly peaceful, we would be mocking them.
00:11:44.000So let's just be a little bit consistent with this.
00:11:46.000Is this Joe Scarborough going completely unhinged?
00:11:49.000This is Joe Scarborough, who is wrongly calling for the arrest of Donald Trump.
00:11:55.000But this is now going to be, this is, this is now going to be their Charlottesville moment where they're going to use this as mass justification to increase the security state and the police state's play tape.
00:12:34.000President Donald Trump hosted a rally yesterday, and people on their own volition, without him asking them to do that, went to the Capitol.
00:12:43.000As I mentioned earlier, there is evidence to show that there were members of instigators, Antifa, and there were some very far-right people that call themselves Trump supporters.
00:12:57.000This was not representative, the people that were bashing windows and all of this, of the millions and millions of Trump supporters that I have been around all across the country that rose up in record numbers to support President Trump.
00:13:10.000In addition, isn't it very interesting how the media has not been covering how an unarmed Trump supporter was shot dead in the Capitol?
00:13:34.000Ashley, who is an Air Force veteran who was killed yesterday, I'm not seeing a lot of the same groups that say, say her name, say her name.
00:13:57.000And I don't know if it was justified or not.
00:14:00.000I'm going to reserve judgment on that.
00:14:02.000But it seems very, very fishy and suspicious based on the video that we played that would justify the discharge of a firearm against someone that walks into the Capitol building.
00:14:16.000We don't know if she stormed the barricade.
00:14:18.000Maybe she was trying to do something with that.
00:14:22.000I'm not exactly sure what the reasoning of all this.
00:14:25.000Ashley Babbitt, may she rest in peace.
00:14:56.000And it was encouraged by our Republican colleagues.
00:15:01.000And that is why every single one of them, especially because they have been the ones trying to steal this election, that's why we are calling for them to be removed.
00:16:10.000I want to get through each one of them and talk about them.
00:16:13.000So, Congressman Matt Gates was talking in support of the objection of the electoral votes of Arizona.
00:16:19.000Mind you, Arizona is where we spend a lot of time.
00:16:22.000There were a lot of problems and a lot of shenanigans in Arizona.
00:16:26.000And I could tell you this: the state legislatures wanted to meet in Arizona, but the Speaker of the House in Arizona did not give them that opportunity or ability.
00:16:47.000In 2016, Democrats found out that they couldn't beat Donald Trump at the ballot box with voters who actually show up, so they turned to impeachment and the witness box.
00:17:00.000And when that failed, they ran to the mailbox, where this election saw an unprecedented amount of votes that could not be authenticated with true ID, with true signature match, and with true confidence for the American people.

00:17:29.000Now, we came here today to debate, to follow regular order, to offer an objection, to follow a process that is expressly contemplated in our Constitution.

00:18:06.000And again, he became the most hated man in Washington next to Senator Josh Hawley last evening, who I do want to applaud as well in just a moment.
00:18:16.000Another important point for the country is that this morning, President Trump explicitly called for demonstrations and protests to be peaceful.
00:18:26.000He was far more, you can moan and groan, but he was far more explicit about his calls for peace than some of the BLM and left-wing rioters were this summer when we saw violence sweep across this nation.
00:18:41.000And I want to go to cut 60 of Congressman Matt Gates talking about the Antifa.
00:18:49.000And it's interesting when glass started to be shattered and people started running through the halls and Democrats and Republicans were a little uneasy and scared.
00:19:03.000Democrats, in their moment of duress, they needed the police.
00:19:10.000And I never want to hear another Democrat call for the defunding of the police ever again.
00:19:17.000So when you defund the police in Minneapolis and that black child is now left defenseless, they don't have the Capitol Hill police to protect them.
00:19:27.000And I don't know if the reports are true, but the Washington Times has just reported some pretty compelling evidence from a facial recognition company showing that some of the people who breached the Capitol today were not Trump supporters.
00:19:41.000They were masquerading as Trump supporters and in fact were members of the violent terrorist group Antifa.
00:19:48.000Now we should seek to build America up, not tear her down and destroy her.
00:19:54.000And I am sure glad that at least for one day, I didn't hear my Democrat colleagues calling to defund the police.
00:20:08.000Every single speech opened yesterday with, I want to thank the Capitol Hill police.
00:20:12.000Well, you might want to thank the Capitol Hill police, but then why are you calling for massive defunding of police in urban cities across the country?
00:20:21.000Congressman Matt Gates deserves our credit.
00:21:17.000But Senator Josh Hawley became a moan and groan recipient from the United States Senate last evening when Senator Josh Hawley did object in writing to the Pennsylvania results.
00:21:30.000He was not given an opportunity to speak on the Senate floor last evening.
00:21:35.000It seems that Senator Mitch McConnell ended all debate on the Senate floor before it even started.
00:21:41.000But Senator Josh Hawley is still very much, he's a man of his word.
00:21:46.000He did do what he said he was going to do.
00:21:48.000And I think that is exactly, I think that's a very, very good thing.

00:22:49.000Some people have been saying that he is 100% on the left, which we do not have any evidence to show that.

00:23:02.000We are now going to have to have an impeachment fight.
00:23:05.000And let me be very clear, using the power of impeachment and removal this close to the end of a term, I think is so incredibly, it's an abuse of power and unconstitutional.
00:23:16.000The president is not to blame for any of the violence that happened yesterday in any way whatsoever.
00:23:21.000And so I want to play, I think that we had Joe Scarborough screaming, you know, quite angrily.
00:23:29.000Is that Joy Reed clip recent or is that, yeah, I guess that is recent?
00:23:35.000This is Joy Reed doing what she does best.
00:23:47.000And people like me have no damn right to try to elect a president.
00:23:51.000And so when you think you own it, you own the place, you ain't afraid of the police because the police are you and the police reflect back to them.
00:24:31.000And we have no evidence to show that she was part of the storming of the barricades.
00:24:35.000If a police officer killed Ashley Babbitt, then I would expect you, Joy Reed, to dedicate hours of your programming on how there was an unarmed Air Force veteran killed in the halls of Congress for expressing their First Amendment rights.
00:24:50.000I would expect you, Joy Reed, to go on about that because I could tell you right now, and I want to just be very clear.
00:24:58.000And as we get all this evidence here, Joy Reed, if you spent hours of programming on Breonna Taylor, I can expect you to spend hours of programming on Ashley Babbitt.
00:25:07.000And again, we have a default position here to see the facts to come out.
00:25:13.000And usually the facts will show that law enforcement acted with restraint.
00:25:17.000However, I have seen the video of Ashley Babbitt being killed and bleeding out.
00:25:35.000But what police officer, why he would shoot somebody without a warning and unarmed like that, I'm not really sure how to reconcile with that because anytime a police officer acted in that manner or fashion with any of these massive movements that we've seen, we have always said the police officers acted improperly or acted incorrectly.
00:26:03.000And so, Joy Reed, also, there were over 52 people arrested yesterday.
00:26:08.000So I don't know what sort of alternate universe world you're living in where you think that there's like a wink and a nod between police officers and the people that were there yesterday, but this is a narrative that is now going to grow as if the people there got special treatment.
00:26:22.000Well, I could tell you right now that if you were there yesterday bashing windows and went into congressional offices and vandalized and did those things, you are probably going to get investigated for terrorism statutes under the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
00:27:52.000Just showing that imagery to show exactly what we have, what we lived through in the last couple months and how people were not arrested and were not held accountable.
00:28:13.000Well, D.C. and Puerto Rico are probably going to be added as states unless we can stop it with Joe Manchin and with some of the other senators that are on the edge.
00:28:24.000So as soon as those states are added, they get two more United States senators.
00:28:48.000If I was a Democrat, I would have told people to stay at home and to stay at home if I was a Trump supporter.
00:28:54.000If I was a Democrat, I would be funding these Trump supporters that were happy, these Trump supporters, that were happy to see what happened in Georgia happen.
00:29:02.000It's an absolute, you're going to see the a lot of people, a lot of these, a lot of you guys that are saying that, or a lot of people that are saying there's not even that many people, they have no idea what the left has in store or in plan.

00:35:42.000However, there is going to be a resurgence in Republican circles because of what happened yesterday and in kind of the intelligentsia of their reaction to it.
00:35:52.000They say, see, that's what happens when we go in that awful conservative populist direction.

00:36:01.000In reality, that kind of anger, that kind of outrage, generally from the people that were there is when you actually govern outside of conservative populism for the last 30 or 40 years.

00:38:36.000One that could have had generational impact on actually improving elections and maybe actually giving the president of the Senate a path to send this back down to the state legislatures.

00:40:20.000And so both at the exact same time yesterday, which is, if you do not trust the institutions of how you elect your leaders, the pressure release valve, people are going to combust.
00:40:34.000Two weeks ago on our radio program here, we said that people are about to bubble over.
00:42:34.000I could tell you the president, according to all my conversations and things that I could tell you, has absolutely no plans to sign the Insurrection Act or use the executive order mentioned right there.
00:42:43.000So I'm talking to actual human beings that are involved in this and not just speculation of message boards of people that wish they were involved in this.
00:42:54.000In some ways, today is not my favorite show to do because I feel as if I have to tell a loved one that a loved one has passed away because I'm saying that metaphorically, but I'm trying to just tell people right now that now we have to plan and we have to move forward.
00:43:34.000They're already calling for statehood for Washington, D.C.
00:43:37.000And so one of the first moves needs to be pressuring Joe Manchin and Mark Kelly, who's up in 2022 in Arizona, to prevent them from giving statehood.
00:43:49.000The biggest changes right now that we have to fight back against are structural changes that actually change the way that we govern our country.
00:43:57.000Tax law, Green New Deal, all that stuff is super annoying, and we can fight it, and a lot of it will fail.
00:44:03.000And the left is going to try to go way too big, and they're going to fail with a lot of it.
00:44:07.000But the structural change stuff is where we really have to be careful.
00:44:31.000All of a sudden, you lose your capacity to have oversight, investigations, and otherwise.
00:44:36.000And so the other part of this of kind of what we need to do is first and foremost, we need to try and lift up Joe Manchin.
00:44:44.000I am of the opinion that, and this is a theory that I have come up with myself, that all the Republicans should caucus together and support Joe Manchin for Senate Majority Leader.
00:44:55.000Joe Manchin is Senate Majority Leader.
00:45:08.000He did vote for Kavanaugh, despite all the nonsense.
00:45:12.000Joe Manchin is a Democrat, but he does have some center-right tendencies.
00:45:18.000I would much rather see him become Senate majority leader with 50 Republicans backing him, therefore 51, and Kamala Harris doesn't become the tiebreaking vote, than 50 coming for Chuck Schumer and then 51 coming to Kamala Harris.
00:45:33.000There is no guarantee whatsoever that Joe Manchin is going to caucus with Chuck Schumer, but Republicans could stay in at least a center-right majority if they caucus with Joe Biden.
00:45:43.000But the biggest fight right now is statehood.

00:45:56.000First, we must get statehood on the president's desk within the first 100 days of the 117th Congress.
00:46:04.000Congress must immediately transfer command of the District of Columbia National Guard from the President of the United States and put it squarely under the command and control of the mayor of the District of Columbia.
00:46:18.000The Congress must create a nonpartisan commission to understand the catastrophic security failures that happened at the Capitol on January 6th, 2021, both to hold people accountable and to ensure that it never happens again.
00:46:37.000So D.C. statehood is going to be on the table, as is Puerto Rico statehood.
00:46:41.000D.C. already gets electoral votes, but that will then give them two United States senators, which will change the balance and the complexion of the United States Senate permanently, getting it to 102 members.

00:47:02.000Some people are admitting that they boycotted the Georgia runoffs.

00:54:28.000So that's Senator Kramer, who says that President Trump bears some responsibility for inciting that.

00:54:39.000I will not be surprised if the House of Representatives impeaches the president tonight or tomorrow to try and prevent him ever from running for the presidency again.
00:55:19.000Speaker, the evidence is compelling and irrefutable.
00:55:22.000Non-citizens overwhelmingly voted for Joe Biden in exchange for the promised amnesty and citizenship, and in so doing, helped steal the election from Donald Trump, Republican candidates, and American citizens across America.
00:55:38.000Madam Speaker, in my judgment, if only lawful votes cast by eligible American citizens are counted, Joe Biden lost and President Trump won the Electoral College.
00:55:51.000So Mo Brooks is basically saying that amnesty is coming and we have to figure out a way to push back against it.
00:55:57.000So for those people that said the Georgia runoff doesn't matter, well, then you handed the keys to mass and amnesty to Senator Chuck Schumer.
00:56:04.000They are going to try to legalize 20 foreign nationals that are here illegally in this country.
00:56:09.000I want to compliment my friend Congresswoman Elise Stefanik, who gave a phenomenal speech last evening when a lot of people told her not to.

00:56:20.000The right to vote is sacred, that a representative has a duty to represent his or her constituents and that the rule of law is a hallmark of our nation.

00:56:56.000And she very well could have backed down, but she was really, really clear, and she deserves praise for that.
00:57:04.000So where we are right now is we are 13 days out from a transition.
00:57:09.000President Trump did say today that he is going to have an orderly transition between his presidency and the Biden presidency.
00:57:18.000And so that is going to be underway, if not already.
00:57:22.000And all of my sources in the White House have basically told me it's over.
00:57:26.000And if you're reading sources that tell you differently, I could tell you hard to find sources that are better than the ones that I'm talking to because you can go straight to the source.
00:57:37.000But then the question is, what do we do?
00:57:48.000There are mayor races all across the country this spring.
00:57:51.000Go look up your provisional races and go run for them.
00:57:54.000If you think your elections are not, they're not being conducted properly, then become an election judge.
00:58:00.000Ask how the elections are being done, or go find a way that you can implement actual changes in how elections are being administered in this country.
00:58:10.000We are currently in a moment right now where if we do not act in broad and dramatic ways, tangibly trying to take back terrain from the left, then we might as well roll over and surrender.
00:58:24.000I could tell you, that's not what I'm doing.
00:58:26.000What I'm doing is we're already planning out ways that we're going to be able to win over millions of more people.
00:59:02.000There were people that were probably on the professional left, but there were also people on the very, very far right on the identitarian white nationalist right that were there yesterday.
00:59:12.000So what you do is you dedicate yourself every single day to learning more about this country, learning more about what drives us as Americans, what makes us different, and then you act.
00:59:24.000Look, I'm going to be honest, the next couple months are going to be terrible politically.
