00:00:14.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:15.000 Here we go.
00:00:16.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:18.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:00:20.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:24.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:27.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:28.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:29.000 His spirit, his love of this country.
00:00:31.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:00:37.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:00:46.000 That's why we are here.
00:00:49.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:00:58.000 In just a couple hours, Donald Trump will be arraigned.
00:01:00.000 He was indicted last week.
00:01:02.000 We're going to finally, hopefully, get some specifics of the indictment.
00:01:06.000 Donald Trump will be surrendering in front of the Manhattan courthouse.
00:01:10.000 And I just want you to take a pause here, and I don't think anyone's making this argument.
00:01:14.000 I want you to imagine Donald Trump's mindset as he landed yesterday on Trump Force One.
00:01:21.000 Landed, I think he landed at LaGuardia or JFK.
00:01:24.000 It's irrelevant where he landed, but as he had a motorcade coming into New York City, you could imagine the emotion that Donald Trump was feeling as he was looking at a skyline that he largely developed.
00:01:33.000 He was looking at a city that he largely built.
00:01:36.000 Looking at a city that he saved.
00:01:38.000 Looking at the convention center deal that was his first deal in Manhattan.
00:01:43.000 Looking at what was once called the Hotel Commodore, now the Grand Hyatt right near Grand Central Station.
00:01:48.000 Looking at the woman rink in Central Park that he did the deal quicker than anybody else.
00:01:53.000 Looking at Trump Tower.
00:01:55.000 Looking at the Plaza Hotel that he was an owner of.
00:01:58.000 Looking at the real estate portfolio that he built, but not just his own personal portfolio, the streets that he helped cleaned up, the charities he supported.
00:02:04.000 So the same city that he was heavily involved in, he was considered to be Mr. New York.
00:02:10.000 In fact, when I was growing up and I first visited New York City, if you would have said, hey, who is the first billionaire that comes to mind here?
00:02:19.000 It wouldn't be a hedge fund guy.
00:02:21.000 It wouldn't be a celebrity.
00:02:22.000 It'd be Donald Trump.
00:02:24.000 It'd be the man who built things.
00:02:28.000 It'd be the man who wrote the art of the deal.
00:02:32.000 And make no mistake, that is part of this entire thing.
00:02:34.000 They want to publicly humiliate him in the city that he largely built.
00:02:39.000 They want to perp walk him on the streets that he cleaned up.
00:02:43.000 They want him to blow a gasket.
00:02:46.000 The fact that they go to New York first at the first venue is intentional.
00:02:50.000 They know that New York is close to his heart.
00:02:52.000 Donald Trump was the one walking the World Trade Center carnage, donating millions of dollars of time, money, and resources.
00:02:59.000 Donald Trump was famously on the phone saying, it smells like death, but we're going to lean in and we're going to make New York City great again.
00:03:06.000 You see, Donald Trump wanted to make America great again, but his first ambition was to make New York City great again.
00:03:12.000 These people are very angry.
00:03:13.000 They're very mad for multiple reasons.
00:03:15.000 They're angry that Donald Trump robbed them of a seamless handing off of the regime from Hussein Obama to Hillary Rodham.
00:03:25.000 They're angry and they're spiteful of what happened at the Javit Center.
00:03:30.000 When they were supposed to have a celebration, they thought they were going to a wedding and a coronation.
00:03:35.000 And instead, they were going to a funeral.
00:03:38.000 There's several layers here, and I do not think we can overlook the petty, the pathological, and the personal elements of these people that thought at the Javit Center Hillary Clinton was going to break the glass ceiling.
00:03:51.000 This is a personal revenge campaign.
00:03:54.000 Now, make no mistake, this is not a rock-solid case.
00:03:57.000 This is a fabricated, synthetic case.
00:04:01.000 And as we say commonly, they're not going after Donald Trump.
00:04:03.000 They're going after you.
00:04:04.000 He just happens to be in the way.
00:04:06.000 But the reason that New York City is worth focusing on is that Donald Trump is Mr. New York.
00:04:12.000 And isn't it like these political cockroaches and these serpents to try to humiliate him in the very venue that is so close to his heart to say, hey, you might have built something.
00:04:27.000 You might have made billions of dollars.
00:04:29.000 But now we're going to show you that the very same arena, the place where the American dream was best articulated in the art of the deal, where if you put your mind to something, anything is possible, where Donald Trump was Mr. New York overlooking Central Park, doing the apprentice, do the apprentice, one of the most popular TV shows ever.
00:04:48.000 Now they know what they're doing here, and they want to try to put it on full spectacle display.
00:04:54.000 And the sick part of this is, is they're enjoying every part of it.
00:04:58.000 Watch this clip.
00:04:59.000 Stephen Colbert, who I guarantee Stephen Colbert has never used the NDA process ever.
00:05:04.000 Of course not.
00:05:06.000 Because celebrities would never use an NDA process via lawyers to try to silence people that have something to say about them.
00:05:12.000 No, Stephen Colbert and all of these Hollywood smug liberals would never use the nondisclosure process.
00:05:21.000 Of course not.
00:05:22.000 Stephen Colbert gets celebratory applause.
00:05:25.000 These are bloodthirsty hordes.
00:05:27.000 This is very similar to Roman Coliseum times, where people want more.
00:05:32.000 They want the blood.
00:05:32.000 They want Donald Trump on full display.
00:05:35.000 And this is the thing.
00:05:36.000 They do not want a quick political death of Donald Trump.
00:05:39.000 They want a torturous, medieval, slow drip.
00:05:42.000 They want to try to make him suffer.
00:05:45.000 It's not enough just to say, off with this head of the guillotine.
00:05:47.000 The guillotine is too swift.
00:05:50.000 The guillotine is too quick.
00:05:52.000 They want to try to put this on full display.
00:05:54.000 Soviet show trial style.
00:05:57.000 This is Stephen Colbert, who, of course, he would never use the NDA process.
00:06:02.000 Play cut 20.
00:06:04.000 It's true.
00:06:05.000 If this indictment stands, then no one who has their fixer pay six figures in hush money to their porn star lover, then reimburses that fixer out of business accounts, then falsifies it as legal fees and conspires with the publisher of the National Inquirer to catch and kill stories about his other extramarital affairs as part of another illegal violation of campaign finance laws will be safe.
00:06:27.000 Folks, you know the old saying, first they came for the former president and I said nothing because he is so guilty.
00:06:37.000 These people are joyful.
00:06:38.000 This is a day of celebration.
00:06:40.000 Even if you hate Donald Trump in this audience, even if you think Donald Trump is the worst president ever and he's a narcissist and he's off, this is a bad day for the nation.
00:06:49.000 Period.
00:06:51.000 The left is euphoric.
00:06:54.000 This is a ghastly display.
00:06:56.000 There is no going back from this.
00:06:58.000 The damage will be for multiple generations.
00:07:01.000 There is no recovering.
00:07:02.000 There is no healing.
00:07:03.000 And I hear from people, they say, oh, Charlie, how do we heal the land?
00:07:07.000 I'm sorry.
00:07:08.000 We're currently being stabbed by the American left.
00:07:11.000 Healing comes once we stop them from stabbing us.
00:07:15.000 Then we can heal the wounds that they've done.
00:07:18.000 America 1.0, I hate to say it, as we know it, no longer exists.
00:07:24.000 We're in a totally new phase, a post-constitutional order, revenge-style politics.
00:07:29.000 They had a decision to make.
00:07:31.000 They could have said, hey, guys, we do not want to escalate.
00:07:34.000 We know what it's going to mean if we indict Donald Trump.
00:07:37.000 They want the escalation.
00:07:40.000 The escalation is exactly how they think they're going to remain powerful.
00:07:44.000 Remember, this is how the Roman Republic ended.
00:07:46.000 Julius Caesar's enemies were planning to arrest and probably execute him the moment he stepped down from the political office and gave up his army.
00:07:53.000 Caesar knew this.
00:07:54.000 So what did he do?
00:07:55.000 I'd rather not be executed.
00:07:55.000 He said, no, thanks.
00:07:57.000 And he attacked the Republic instead.
00:07:59.000 That is the incentive system we're creating.
00:08:01.000 It will never go away.
00:08:03.000 The Constitution was this bedrock, this promise from the founders.
00:08:06.000 And the American left is decidedly shredding it.
00:08:10.000 This goes far beyond Trump.
00:08:11.000 Trump is just a single player in now this massive game that your grandkids are now going to have to live through.
00:08:18.000 I'm hearing from people they say, oh, Charlie, this is actually a good thing.
00:08:22.000 We are going to try to build out some of the positives throughout the hour and try to find them and seek them, but we're not going to do the hopium thing.
00:08:28.000 This is a bad day for America.
00:08:30.000 This is unspeakably evil what they are doing to our republic.
00:08:34.000 It's a funeral.
00:08:36.000 And some people say, well, Charlie, you know, come on, give us some of the positive.
00:08:38.000 And we're going to talk about that.
00:08:39.000 But when you go to a funeral, you don't kind of turn around and say, hey, you know, what's the good news here?
00:08:44.000 You kind of realize the time, place, and manner in the setting that you're saying goodbye to something.
00:08:49.000 And that's what we're doing today.
00:08:51.000 Not fun, not joyful.
00:08:54.000 We're going to try to find any of the positives, any of the seed of equivalent benefits.
00:08:57.000 We're going to try to pray that God reveals his will throughout all of this.
00:09:03.000 But these people are not stopping here.
00:09:04.000 This is step one into the new America.
00:09:06.000 Welcome to it, everybody.
00:09:07.000 You now live in a country that we once feared would exist.
00:09:10.000 I said for years, one day we're going to wake up in a country we don't recognize.
00:09:15.000 Welcome, April 4th, 2023.
00:09:19.000 You're now living in that country.
00:09:23.000 Look, reverse mortgages can be complicated and even a little scary.
00:09:27.000 Your home is your biggest investment and often your biggest asset.
00:09:30.000 You need the people I trust.
00:09:31.000 I was just working with Todd from Andrew and Todd on a project, and Todd delivered.
00:09:36.000 He is amazing.
00:09:37.000 Todd of Akien is fabulous.
00:09:39.000 He's quick.
00:09:40.000 He's responsive.
00:09:41.000 You actually texted me back.
00:09:42.000 I mean, it's incredible.
00:09:43.000 Most bankers are awful.
00:09:45.000 And Todd of Aikien and Andrew Del Rey from Sierra Pacific Mortgage, they love the Lord.
00:09:49.000 They see the world the way we do.
00:09:50.000 They're, of course, not woke.
00:09:52.000 They're the opposite of woke.
00:09:53.000 They're patriots and they're amazing to work with.
00:09:55.000 So, look, reverse mortgages are a way to get cash out of the equity in your home and eliminate your monthly mortgage payments forever.
00:10:02.000 You pay back the loan when you no longer live in your property.
00:10:07.000 Andrew and Todd have helped countless people get a reverse mortgage.
00:10:10.000 It might not be right for everybody, but for people it fits.
00:10:13.000 It truly is a life changer, helping you preserve your way of life in difficult times.
00:10:18.000 If you're considering in a reverse mortgage or need more information on how it works, they'll give you an honest assessment.
00:10:23.000 That's right.
00:10:23.000 They're honest.
00:10:24.000 They're really amazing people.
00:10:26.000 Ethical, full of integrity.
00:10:27.000 At andrewandTodd.com.
00:10:29.000 Now, maybe you're looking for a first-time home buyer.
00:10:31.000 Here's the thing: every single person in the Charlie Kirk show audience that uses banks, stop using the big banks and start using Andrew and Todd.
00:10:38.000 Give them a call at 888-888-1172, 888, 888, 1172, or online at andrewandodd.com.
00:10:43.000 That's 888-888-1172.
00:10:46.000 AndrewandTodd.com.
00:10:47.000 They'll give you an honest assessment of the options available to you.
00:10:50.000 They're fabulous people.

00:10:53.000 If you have mortgage needs, if you have any banking needs when it comes to homes, reverse mortgage, refinancing, whatever, go to andrewandtodd.com.
00:11:03.000 That is andrewandodd.com.
00:11:08.000 It is a funeral.
00:11:09.000 You must understand the tone of what's happening.
00:11:11.000 We have the great Jack Pesovic live on the ground in Manhattan, right outside of the courthouse.
00:11:17.000 Jack, I know we're trying to get all of our tech together.
00:11:19.000 Jack, tell us what's going on on the ground.
00:11:22.000 Jack, the floor is yours.
00:11:24.000 Well, Charlie, thank you so much for having me.
00:11:26.000 I just spoke here along with about 500 Trump supporters that are just in the park across the street that way.
00:11:33.000 The courthouse itself is directly behind me where President Trump is expected to arrive momentarily.
00:11:40.000 The barricades have been put in place.
00:11:42.000 The NYPD is everywhere.
00:11:44.000 I actually think every acronym in the entire country is here today, from the FBI to the CIA to the CNN to the SBLC to the NBC, all of them.
00:11:54.000 I actually saw sweaty Ben Collins walking around a little bit earlier.
00:11:58.000 Grab a towel, sweaty Ben.
00:11:59.000 But Charlie, here's what's going on.
00:12:02.000 And I said this earlier: they can gag Donald Trump, but they can't gag all of us.
00:12:08.000 Because what you're seeing behind me in this courthouse, that is what happens in communist countries.
00:12:13.000 The arrest of a former leader, the arrest of the opposition candidate to win the next election.
00:12:19.000 That's what happens in communist countries.
00:12:20.000 But you know what doesn't happen in communist countries, Charlie?
00:12:23.000 The hundreds of people who show up to protest for their freedoms.
00:12:28.000 And if you don't show up, if you don't exercise your freedoms, these people will take them away.
00:12:35.000 Jack, I completely agree.
00:12:36.000 And what Donald Trump has become, he's become a symbol of the regular American fighting for their rights against a regime that tries to crush the constitutional order and our small R Republican style of government.
00:12:49.000 Jack, give me some idea of the vibe on the ground.
00:12:53.000 Are there left-wing protesters?
00:12:55.000 Are there liberals that are celebrating?
00:12:58.000 Give me a little vibe on the ground.
00:12:59.000 Jack, please respond.
00:13:01.000 Sure, Charlie.
00:13:02.000 So here on the ground, again, like I said, there's about 500 Trump supporters.
00:13:06.000 I spoke, MTG spoke, Gavin Wax, Vishburg.
00:13:10.000 But then there's also several hundred Antifa left-wing protesters.
00:13:14.000 They're split on the other side of the park.
00:13:17.000 The police is doing a pretty good job of keeping them and keeping everyone apart.
00:13:21.000 There's also cars and trucks that are actually driving around.
00:13:25.000 We're in the secure area here, but there's cars, there's trucks, there's pickup trucks, freight trucks driving around with flags, some supporting Trump, some anti-Trump.
00:13:36.000 But it's interesting that you don't see anybody supporting Joe Biden.
00:13:39.000 You don't see anybody supporting Alvin Bragg.
00:13:41.000 Everyone is here for one man.
00:13:44.000 Everyone is here for one purpose, and that is Donald Trump.
00:13:48.000 So it has been relatively peaceful.
00:13:51.000 And I'm not saying that in an MSNBC kind of way.
00:13:54.000 I mean, it's actually been quite peaceful.
00:13:56.000 People have come up and yelled at me and yelled this and that as I've been walking around here and there from the other side, but nobody's tried to, you know, take a swing or knock me over or attack with anything like that.
00:14:06.000 When Marjorie Taylor Green came in here, the press nearly completely just bowled her over.
00:14:12.000 You saw her security had to push back like linebackers.
00:14:16.000 NYPD was having to fight people off.
00:14:18.000 These journalists, these media vultures were trying to get in and press Marjorie Taylor Green's not a big person, by the way, about 5'3.
00:14:24.000 So they're pushing her off.
00:14:26.000 I was standing next to her, so I had to kind of push people out of the way just to be able to get there to speak from that bullhorn for the American people and for the fact that this isn't about left versus right right now.
00:14:37.000 This is about freedom versus tyranny.
00:14:40.000 Which side is going to?
00:14:41.000 We understand what the establishment is trying to do.
00:14:44.000 And these left-wing protesters that are here today that are going along with it, what I would say to them is: what's going to happen when that same government tyranny is turned on you and your leaders?
00:14:54.000 Do you really want to go down this road or do you want to stick with the republic that we once had?
00:15:00.000 But, Charlie, I said yesterday, I said in my speech today, watching that aerial view of the procession out of Mar-a-Lago, another procession, the motorcade, which is going to take place from Trump Tower down Fifth Avenue, right here to the courthouse very soon.
00:15:14.000 You can hear the helicopters flying overhead, the sirens going on.
00:15:18.000 This is, we are witnessing, Charlie, a funeral procession for our republic.
00:15:22.000 That's right.
00:15:23.000 Jack, you're doing a fabulous job on the ground.
00:15:25.000 Stay safe.
00:15:26.000 It's the number one news story in the country.
00:15:28.000 And Jack, I think you pinpointed something.
00:15:30.000 We've been calling it a funeral.
00:15:32.000 It's a funeral for our republic, a funeral for the country that existed.
00:15:35.000 And we're going to talk about what we can do.
00:15:36.000 That doesn't mean that we're now going to give up, but there is a moment where today you must grieve.
00:15:44.000 You must acknowledge and admit this is nasty.
00:15:47.000 This is ghastly.
00:15:48.000 This is disgusting.
00:15:49.000 And this is wrong.
00:15:50.000 You cannot lie to yourself.
00:15:52.000 This has never been done before.
00:15:54.000 They're doing it for absolutely immoral, illegal, and unconstitutional reasons.
00:16:00.000 So, you must have to go through the process of mourning, and then you must remember the pit in your stomach of seeing Donald Trump, a duly elected president, perp walk for the first time in American history by these political cockroaches.
00:16:15.000 I want to talk about relieffactor.com.
00:16:17.000 I want you guys to check out relieffactor.com, 100% drug-free, knee pain, back pain, joint pain, elbow pain.

00:16:53.000 Today is the runoff, or the not the runoff, it is the actual end election date for the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
00:17:01.000 The RNC is not talking about this nearly at all.
00:17:04.000 I don't know what they're doing.
00:17:05.000 D.C. Republican groups are not talking about any of this.
00:17:08.000 The future of Wisconsin and potentially the future of our republic goes right through Wisconsin.
00:17:13.000 We're going to talk about this throughout the hour.
00:17:15.000 But if you are in Wisconsin, you have a moral obligation to go vote today.
00:17:20.000 If you know somebody in Wisconsin, text them, call them.
00:17:23.000 If we lose the Supreme Court in Wisconsin, it's going to be very difficult to win Wisconsin in 2024.
00:17:29.000 The D.C. Republican groups aren't mentioning it at all because I don't know what they're doing.
00:17:33.000 They're bought and paid for, weak as ever, gutless wonders, waste of rations.
00:17:37.000 Vivek Ramaswamy is here.
00:17:39.000 He's running for president.
00:17:40.000 He's clear and he's courageous.
00:17:43.000 And Vivek wants to be the Republican nominee, but he is speaking out of what's happened to President Trump, unlike the other people running for president who are gutless wonders.
00:17:52.000 Vivek, what are your thoughts?
00:17:54.000 How should we think about this?
00:17:55.000 Also, you have an FEC campaign finance comment you want to mention.
00:17:58.000 Vivek, the floor is yours.
00:18:00.000 Yeah, well, I actually had a conversation today with a former FEC chairman right here in the room that I'm sitting in you with you with.
00:18:06.000 This actually was an FEC chairman a long time ago.
00:18:08.000 Getting into the details here.
00:18:09.000 So, Charlie, we do not want to live in a country where the party in power uses police power to arrest its political opponents.
00:18:17.000 That's where we are today.
00:18:19.000 And Alvin Bragg, you will know, ran on a campaign promise of investigating Trump.
00:18:25.000 It is not the carriage of justice when a prosecutor goes after a person that they politically pledged to go after.
00:18:31.000 That is politicization.
00:18:32.000 That is injustice.
00:18:34.000 And I say this as somebody who's running against Trump.
00:18:36.000 That's why I've been so outspoken about this: is that those of us running against Trump have special credibility from Joe Biden to any other Republican in this primary to actually make that case.
00:18:47.000 Now, I actually care about the law and legal details.
00:18:50.000 I was trained as a lawyer.
00:18:50.000 I care about details.
00:18:51.000 You know this, Charlie.
00:18:52.000 Let's get into this.
00:18:53.000 The heart of this case is Alvin Bragg is actually bringing effectively a federal crime in state courts.
00:18:59.000 The state crime he's alleging, the alleged business record falsification, is itself expired under the statute of limitations and is at most a misdemeanor.
00:19:10.000 So he's tying this to a federal campaign finance violation.
00:19:13.000 This is what I talked to about the former FEC chairman earlier today.
00:19:17.000 That means two things.
00:19:19.000 One is actually he's got the law wrong.
00:19:21.000 Because if somebody was going to use their own money to be able to say buy a suit or buy clothing using campaign funds, we say that's not allowed.
00:19:29.000 There's good case law on that.
00:19:31.000 You know what?
00:19:32.000 President Trump or any other business leader who pays hush money for sexual claims like this, it would be wrong to use campaign funds actually to settle that.
00:19:40.000 Yet Alvin Bragg is saying that the crime that was committed here is that he did not use campaign funds, that he used personal corporate funds to do it.
00:19:47.000 That's a flawed case.
00:19:48.000 But here's another dimension that nobody's looked at, Charlie, and I'm looking at this deeply because I am running for U.S. president.
00:19:54.000 I've already pledged to say that one of the things I'm going to do in this country as president is fix the politicization of the justice system by pardoning anybody who was convicted as part of a politicized prosecution.
00:20:07.000 That includes the likes of Douglas Mackey, who's now facing 10 years for making memes, making fun of Hillary Clinton supporters when people on the other side did the exact same thing, yet went unprosecuted.
00:20:18.000 That includes certain January 6th defendants who were peaceful, not violent, and were denied due process.
00:20:24.000 Those are controversial things as to say as a candidate, but I've pledged to say that if I'm president, I'm going to pardon those victims of political prosecution.
00:20:32.000 President Trump's case fits that bill.
00:20:35.000 Conventional wisdom will tell you, legal wisdom says that this is a state crime, not a federal crime, so U.S. president can't pardon them.
00:20:43.000 That's wrong in this case because Bragg is actually charging this based on a federal offense.
00:20:49.000 And if that federal offense were pardoned, be it by President Joe Biden or be it by President Vivek Ramaswamy, that state crime could not stand.
00:20:57.000 And so I'm actually pledging to pardon not only the other victims of politicized federal prosecutions, but President Trump as well, not even because it's about President Trump, but because it's about this country.
00:21:08.000 If they can do it to Trump, they can do it to you.
00:21:11.000 They can do it to anybody.
00:21:13.000 That is actually the point and the principle we ought to defend.
00:21:16.000 And it takes a leader who understands this stuff in depth and has the conviction, the spine, likely as an outsider instead of a professional politician, to actually do it, tells you why I'm in this race.
00:21:28.000 Vivek, how should we respond?
00:21:30.000 So the way I look at this is there's two courses of action.
00:21:35.000 The first course of action is we can continue to write strongly worded op-eds and tweets and hope the bad guys stop stabbing us, beating us up, pummeling us, suffocating our republic, and torturing and humiliating us and just hope it stops because we have strongly worded op-eds.
00:21:54.000 Or we could say, man, what a tragic and awful day for America and internalize the absolute nastiness of this and then say, we unfortunately now have to embrace a lawfare strategy of deterrence to go indict BLM, to go investigate Soros, to go look into Antifa, to empower state AGs, NDAs, not celebrate the moment, but understand it necessitates that action.
00:22:21.000 Vivek Ramaswamy, your reaction.
00:22:23.000 I think that we have to use executive power to get this right.
00:22:27.000 I do not think being a bystander or a commentator is sufficient.
00:22:30.000 So I've been very specific.
00:22:32.000 And I'm going to be express about this, Charlie.
00:22:34.000 We need to go further.
00:22:35.000 The next U.S. president look at this from a federal perspective further than Trump ever did in actually cleansing this managerial rot.
00:22:42.000 You have to take certain parts of the federal police state that have become so politicized and actually shut them down.
00:22:48.000 So I've said I'm going to shut down, literally shut down the FBI.
00:22:52.000 The president of the United States can constitutionally do it.
00:22:56.000 But then you have to also take a look at saying, you know what?
00:22:58.000 Anybody else who's been protected by that same weaponized federal government, we're going to put that on full display.
00:23:04.000 Take congressional hush money.
00:23:05.000 You're going to talk about hush money for sexual indiscretions.
00:23:08.000 How about $18 million of taxpayer dollars that have been used to protect members of Congress?
00:23:15.000 Put that out on full display.
00:23:16.000 The Jeffrey Epstein client list, why are we protecting that?
00:23:19.000 Put that out on full display.
00:23:21.000 Talk about Anthony Fauci, Merrick Garland, James Comey, people who have reached beyond their own constitutional ordained authority, even Albin Bragg for prosecutorial mis for prosecutorial discretion.
00:23:31.000 If there are violations of law there, we need to apply the law even-handedly.
00:23:36.000 That is what it's going to take in this country, not as you put it, just strongly worded op-eds.
00:23:41.000 I'm looking in the mirror here, right?
00:23:41.000 And you know what?
00:23:43.000 I've written books.
00:23:43.000 I've written many of those strongly worded op-eds.
00:23:46.000 I've started businesses to take these things, take this battle on through the market itself.
00:23:51.000 But if we're really going to take this to the next level, we're going to have to take that America First agenda further than anybody, even Trump in his first term, was able to do and do it without apology because we're not doing it just with vengeance and grievance.
00:24:06.000 We're doing it because that's what first principles demand.
00:24:09.000 Do it with the moral authority that says that, yes, we are on the morally solid footing that allows us to go the distance further than we ever have or ever would have if we weren't doing it with that moral authority.
00:24:22.000 Whether it's shutting down the politicized FBI, whether it is actually prosecuting all crimes even-handedly in this country, and then also stopping the federal government from protecting the select few in Congress, Jeffrey Epstein, client list, whatever it is.
00:24:35.000 We have to go full bore on this.
00:24:37.000 That is what it's going to take.
00:24:38.000 And I am confident that if we do, we rediscover our country on the other side of it.
00:24:44.000 Because no, this is part of the America First agenda, as I see it.
00:24:47.000 America First is bigger than any of us, right?
00:24:50.000 It is bigger than even the Republican Party.
00:24:52.000 Let's be really honest, okay?
00:24:54.000 If we're just calling the spade a spade, we're using the Republican Party as a vehicle to advance our agenda.
00:24:59.000 It has nothing to do with the essence of the Republican Party as it's existed.
00:25:04.000 It's just a blank slate, a hollowed out husk.
00:25:06.000 We're using it as a vehicle to achieve an America First agenda.
00:25:10.000 But if we acknowledge that, I think a lot of independents, a lot of people who are even outside of politics, see the corrupt police state and come along with us.
00:25:17.000 Look, we need purpox, we need handcuffs, we need indictments.
00:25:20.000 For example, New York Post story, yeah, New York Post story shows, and just one of many.
00:25:24.000 These Democrats, they commit crimes all over the place because they don't think the law applauds to them.
00:25:29.000 Jimmy Biden, which is Joe Biden's brother, he allegedly defrauded healthcare companies in Florida and Tennessee.
00:25:38.000 Where's the indictment or investigation against him?
00:25:40.000 Oh, you're trying to tell me there's no spine?
00:25:42.000 Gutless Wonders, Republicans?
00:25:44.000 So you're going to allow Donald Trump be perp walked, Donald Trump be charged in New York.
00:25:48.000 But Jimmy Biden, who allegedly, allegedly, allegedly defrauded healthcare companies.
00:25:52.000 Where are the subpoenas?
00:25:53.000 Where are the investigations?
00:25:54.000 Why don't we say, okay, you indict Donald Trump?
00:25:56.000 We indict Jimmy Biden.
00:25:57.000 Game on.
00:25:58.000 And next is Hunter.
00:25:59.000 And then is Soros.
00:26:00.000 And then we go after Obama.
00:26:02.000 And then we go after Zuckerbucks and we go after all these different types of people.
00:26:05.000 You want equal justice under the law?
00:26:07.000 Well, guess what?
00:26:07.000 We have handcuffs too, pal.
00:26:10.000 This goes both ways, equal and opposite reaction.
00:26:13.000 I don't celebrate this moment.
00:26:15.000 I don't find delight in this moment.
00:26:16.000 I don't think we should say, wow, this is a wonderful thing.
00:26:19.000 They started it, but we're going to win it.
00:26:20.000 Let me say that again.
00:26:21.000 They started it.
00:26:22.000 We're going to win it.
00:26:23.000 Final thoughts, Vivek.
00:26:24.000 What's one step further than you mentioned, Charlie, is actually many of these crimes that Trump has alleged of, they're not even actual crimes.
00:26:30.000 Whereas the things you're talking about, even you're talking about Anthony Fauci.
00:26:33.000 You want to talk about what's going on with Hunter Biden.
00:26:35.000 There are actual crimes hiding in plain sight that we're not going after.
00:26:39.000 So it's not that, oh, you went for these small crimes.
00:26:41.000 We're going to go for those.
00:26:42.000 They're going after non-crimes and yet using police power to protect the select few from even going after them.
00:26:48.000 So I think you have to win on both counts is depoliticize the system from going after made-up crimes, actually go after the real crimes that they're hiding and protecting people from.
00:26:58.000 That's what it's going to take more than just rhetoric.
00:27:00.000 It's going to take executive action from the top, setting that tone for our police administrative state to do the right thing.
00:27:07.000 They started this.
00:27:08.000 We have a buffet line of options of potential indictments against these criminals.
00:27:13.000 We got the Clinton Foundation, we got BLM, Open Society Foundation, we got Antifa, we got Zuckerbox's Center for Technology and Civic Life.
00:27:21.000 What we need is a Republican AG, which is not attorneys general.
00:27:24.000 It is aspiring governor because all they want to do is move up the ladder and say, hey, pal, actually, you're not going to win a primary.
00:27:31.000 You're not going to come to a Lincoln Reagan Day dinner.
00:27:33.000 You're not going to come to a little coffee until we start to see Purple Ox handcuffs and subpoenas and indictments.
00:27:38.000 That is now the threshold.
00:27:39.000 They started it.
00:27:39.000 We're going to win it.
00:27:40.000 If you don't have the stomach or the spine, go retire and be a cable news commentator.
00:27:44.000 Vivek, thanks so much.
00:27:45.000 Great job.
00:27:46.000 We'll have to be back on soon.

00:29:35.000 So just to get a little idea of who's supporting this indictment, this is a public nudist on the street of New York who, just a little bit of a picture of the spiritual darkness, the motivating, let's just say, actions of these people.
00:29:52.000 This goes to show who exactly is supporting Donald Trump, the indictment of Donald Trump.
00:29:57.000 Who are these people?
00:29:58.000 Play Cut 29.
00:29:59.000 Here's the mascot of the Trump indictment.
00:30:01.000 She is exhibit A of the pro-Alvin Bragg folks.
00:30:04.000 In fact, she is the Grand Marshal of the Apparatchik parade.
00:30:09.000 She's a perfect embodiment.
00:30:11.000 Like just boom, put her right on TV.
00:30:13.000 Play Cup 29.
00:30:16.000 Why are you going in here and calling all the white people in here racists?
00:30:19.000 No, I'm calling them dumb Republicans.
00:30:20.000 No, you're calling them racist.
00:30:25.000 Why are you trying to instigate violence right now?
00:30:27.000 Because I'm black and I like violence.
00:30:29.000 I'm an animal.
00:30:30.000 So I'm an animal.
00:30:31.000 I'm a black animal.
00:30:33.000 Yeah.
00:30:35.000 Now, that's a real person outside the courthouse.
00:30:37.000 You know, wouldn't bother be wearing clothes saying I'm black, I like violence.
00:30:40.000 I'm a black animal saying that on the streets.
00:30:43.000 Now, obviously, there's some mental problems there, but obviously, you know, if you have mental problems, you get to compete in female sports.
00:30:50.000 So it's not as if mental problems, you know, prevents you from being taken seriously.
00:30:55.000 I mean, our president has dementia, for God's sakes.
00:30:58.000 I mean, John Fetterman can't speak in sentences, so it's not exactly a disqualifying factor anymore.
00:31:03.000 It's actually, it seems to be a, it seems to be a characteristic that gets you higher in life, tragically.
00:31:09.000 Email us, freedom at charliekirk.com right there.
00:31:12.000 It's an embodiment of moral decay.
00:31:13.000 I want to get some other tape here.
00:31:15.000 Let's go to this right here.
00:31:17.000 Let's go to Morning Joe has some comments here.
00:31:21.000 They say, don't show Donald Trump on TV.
00:31:23.000 You see, the people that are the defenders of democracy, the people that want a free and open press, they say, we shouldn't even televise Donald Trump in New York.
00:31:29.000 Play Cup 24.
00:31:31.000 We got to cover it.
00:31:32.000 It's something that needs to be covered.
00:31:33.000 It's extraordinarily important.
00:31:35.000 But doing three hours of hero shots, and if he walks down to the courthouse, seriously, anybody that takes that live is just, You need to report in-kind contributions to the Donald Trump campaign against Ron DeSantis.
00:31:49.000 It doesn't have to be the OJ Bronco chase.
00:31:52.000 And that's what we had yesterday.
00:31:53.000 And God, I hope it's not what we have today.
00:31:56.000 And I'm hoping today they've learned from yesterday that if he does a glory walk down Broadway, that it's not covered for three hours.
00:32:06.000 Yeah, it's an in-kind contribution to show Donald Trump actually being arraigned.
00:32:11.000 I want to just zero in on something.
00:32:13.000 So their plan right now, this is a couple-step plan.
00:32:18.000 They want to try to get Donald Trump in what he perceives to be a corner.
00:32:22.000 They think this is what they learned from January 6th.
00:32:26.000 They think this is what they learned from that Cassidy liar, that Donald Trump will act erratically and will then try to get his supporters to do something uncharacteristic.
00:32:39.000 They're trying to create the preconditions and the pretext for January 6th, 2.0, a Fed surrection, where people are going to act in a way that will then validate the national security state.
00:32:52.000 We very well might be on the verge of a bank collapse, a currency collapse.
00:32:55.000 Our border is wide open.
00:32:57.000 They're going to try to capitalize and seize on your heightened tensions.
00:33:03.000 And then the symbol of the MAGA movement being indicted unjustly, how are you going to act?
00:33:09.000 Not only is this a Soviet show trial to try to put it on full display to try to demoralize you, they simultaneously want to try to, they want to try to input the proper ingredients and the recipe that could make another January 6th filled with federal agents, filled with false narratives, that then all of a sudden they can then use the national security state in an unprecedented way.
00:33:32.000 There's information optics involved in all of this.
00:33:34.000 It's very important that they're trying to use you as pawns in their game.
