00:01:47.000 Well, I decided to put the title on this book when I finished it.
00:01:52.000 Let's look around today, even before we get into any history or background on the Democrat Party hates America.
00:01:58.000 You look at the border, you look at our value of our currency, you look at what's going on in our classrooms, you look what's going on in our courtrooms, you look what's going on with the price of fuel and soon to be the elimination of the combustion engine.
00:02:15.000 You look at what's going on in the streets, particularly in our inner cities, where people are being mugged, raped, and brutalized, and murdered with very little consequence.
00:02:24.000 And I can go on and on and on.
00:02:26.000 This is the news that we're faced with almost every day.
00:02:29.000 This is what you, Charlie, and I have to deal with almost every day when we talk about it.
00:02:33.000 This is what the American people see every day.
00:02:35.000 Well, these aren't natural disasters.
00:02:38.000 Somebody's causing all these things to happen.
00:02:41.000 So, who's causing all these things to happen?
00:02:44.000 It's man-made.
00:02:45.000 Who are these men?
00:02:46.000 What's the Democrat Party behind every single one of these?
00:02:50.000 And when you go back in history, the Democrat Party has never accepted America and Americanism.
00:02:57.000 It's never accepted the Declaration of Independence.
00:03:01.000 It doesn't even accept it today.
00:03:03.000 Never accepts the Constitution.
00:03:05.000 It is rewriting our history about our founding.
00:03:08.000 It's done this before. 0.56
00:03:10.000 So we have a party that was the party of the Confederacy, the party of slavery, the party of segregation, the party of eugenics, the party of the Klan, the party of lynching. 0.66

00:03:26.000 It's not America's history.

00:04:14.000 So you got to look at the Democrat Party through the lens of power, their power, because the Democrat Party, Charlie, is not a typical political party.
00:04:25.000 It's an autocratic entity that doesn't seek to win elections.
00:04:30.000 It seeks to control elections, control the outcome of elections, to diminish the viability of any opposition parties or any opposition of any kind.
00:04:40.000 And so this book gets very deep into the history, as you know.
00:04:43.000 It's very hard to do an interview or answer an interview on this book because it is so comprehensive.
00:04:50.000 It's comprehensive.
00:04:51.000 It is.
00:04:52.000 And I've spent a lot of time, Mark, flipping through it.
00:04:54.000 I want to just isolate one sentence that I think is super powerful.

00:05:00.000 The Democrat Party has evolved into an anti-American political and cultural entity.
00:05:07.000 It's an institutional home for the Marxist ideology in its Americanized forms.
00:05:12.000 Mark, part of the challenge I have with people that have a muscle memory of a past that no longer exists, 1980s, 1990s, it's hard, Mark, for some people I talk to for them to believe that the leading American political party that controls the White House and the United States Senate and all the bureaucracies has contempt for the country they govern.
00:05:34.000 That's why I think your book is so important, Mark.
00:05:36.000 It really challenges limiting beliefs.
00:05:39.000 You do it in a fabulous way.
00:05:41.000 But I want to just isolate, this is a party that has bitterness towards what you and I love.
00:05:49.000 This is no longer a policy debate.
00:05:51.000 We want different things.
00:05:53.000 Mark Levin.
00:05:54.000 It always amazes when people say to me, well, can't we get something going here, the bipartisan?
00:05:54.000 100%.
00:05:59.000 I don't know.
00:06:00.000 Should we have done something bipartisan with the Confederacy?
00:06:03.000 Some things are right and some things are wrong.
00:06:05.000 When people are, as they say, they use the phrase fundamentally transforming America, shouldn't we believe them?
00:06:12.000 When one of the leading Democrat lights in the Democrat Party is a Marxist by the name of Bernie Sanders, shouldn't we understand that?
00:06:19.000 When 10 to 15% of the Democrat caucus in the House of Representatives are Marxists, shouldn't we accept that and have to deal with it?
00:06:28.000 So what I've tried to do in this book is rather than deal with the ephemeral or the ambiguous, it's to put a label on it.
00:06:36.000 American Marxism sort of set the stage.
00:06:39.000 But the fact of the matter is we have a political entity, which is more than a party.
00:06:44.000 It's your typical autocratic party that wants to do what?
00:06:48.000 That wants to devour this society, that wants to replace the country.
00:06:52.000 They want allegiance to the party, not to the country.
00:06:55.000 They don't give a damn about the country.
00:06:58.000 Your fuel prices, the open border, elections.
00:07:02.000 They have a fourth branch of government that they've created with some help of Republicans, but it's their government, which issues more regulations and laws than Congress ever could.
00:07:10.000 We don't even have a representative republic anymore.
00:07:13.000 You know, you and I, we're not asking members of Congress to eliminate the incandescent light bulb because apparently it kills people.
00:07:21.000 They're going through our homes.
00:07:23.000 They're eliminating all kinds of appliances.
00:07:25.000 Any government that has the power to eliminate a light bulb has no limits on its power.
00:07:33.000 And so what this party does is every waking hour of its leadership is to try and destroy the status quo, destroy our traditions, destroy our customs, destroy real law and order, particularly in our communities, as they empower and centralize the police state.
00:07:50.000 If people want to really understand, let me just say this to you, Charlie.
00:07:54.000 Was a great review done by Thomas Lifson of the American Thinker, founder of the American Thinker.
00:07:59.000 He's very bright guy, intellectual guy.
00:08:03.000 And he said, you know, for most of my life, I was a Democrat as an adult.
00:08:08.000 And then I decided they don't really represent me.
00:08:11.000 He said, so I couldn't support them anymore.
00:08:12.000 He said, now that I've read your book, I am ashamed of myself.
00:08:16.000 How the hell could I have ever voted for any of these people or supported any of these people?
00:08:22.000 And when people read this book, as you know, Charlie, they're going to find out the truth about this party.
00:08:26.000 Yes.
00:08:27.000 They're going to find out the truth about their great hero, Franklin Roosevelt, who was a bigot, racist, and an anti-Semite, just as they have Woodrow Wilson. 0.92

00:08:38.000 And yet, he's one of the great so-called intellectuals behind the progressive era, as you know.
00:08:45.000 And he re-segregates the military.
00:08:47.000 He re-segregates the federal bureaucracy. 0.51
00:08:50.000 He's the one with the 1917 Espionage Act that, of course, the Democrats have dusted off and are now using against President Trump, as well as the Klan Act that they've dusted off and they're using that. 0.64

00:09:02.000 Those are their laws.
00:09:03.000 Those are the laws that they've always used to repress people.
00:09:07.000 But you're going to learn a lot, like in the case of FDR, that he had a federal anti-lynching bill come to his desk in 1940.
00:09:14.000 That's just 83 years ago.
00:09:16.000 And he wouldn't sign it because he wanted to run for a third term as president.
00:09:20.000 He was afraid he would offend Southern racists and segregationists.
00:09:24.000 He refused to invite Jesse Owens in 1936 after the Berlin Olympics.
00:09:30.000 All the white Olympians were invited.
00:09:32.000 Jesse Owens wasn't.
00:09:33.000 Jesse Owens was asked, did Hitler snub you?
00:09:37.000 And he says, I never met Hitler.
00:09:39.000 He didn't stub me.
00:09:40.000 FDR snubbed me.
00:09:42.000 And he supported FDR's opponent.
00:09:44.000 Joe Lewis, the great boxer, when FDR decided not to sign that anti-lynching bill, he voted Republican.
00:09:53.000 He wanted nothing to do with FDR.
00:09:54.000 FDR, as the people watching will soon learn, didn't lift a finger for the black community.
00:10:01.000 He didn't lift a finger for the Jewish community in the middle of the Holocaust.
00:10:05.000 As a matter of fact, FDR did not want black journalists at his press conference.
00:10:09.000 He refused to talk to the NAACP.
00:10:12.000 They set up the Federal Housing Authority in 19, I think it was 36, the first big program of the New Deal.
00:10:20.000 And he, the New Deal, they decided that they would help subsidize mortgages because people were losing their homes.
00:10:26.000 I'm just giving a few examples, Charlie.
00:10:28.000 And what happened?
00:10:30.000 Well, they decided that there would be no subsidies to black communities or communities around black communities.
00:10:36.000 So what they did, Charlie, is they took a red marker with these maps of the country and they circled these communities and they called it redlining.
00:10:46.000 And that's where we get redlining from the New Deal.
00:10:48.000 And the more people learn the truth about the Democrat Party and unravel what's taken place, the more they will understand how diabolical and anti-American it is and that it's not your typical party.
00:11:03.000 And I start the book off explaining that this party is really an outrageous entity that rejects everything American.
00:11:12.000 And among other things, censorship, a state-run party, that's what I call the Democrat Party, the monopoly party in this country, and it is, needs a state-run media.
00:11:23.000 All totalitarian regimes, authoritarian regimes, they need to control what is said to the people.
00:11:30.000 They need to control the language.
00:11:32.000 Lenin said the language needs to be changed to accommodate the needs and desires of the party.
00:11:38.000 You see that taking place in this country today?
00:11:40.000 So I take all these puzzle pieces that we're experiencing today.
00:11:45.000 I look out over the horizon of the history of the Democrat Party, which has never accepted this country ever.
00:11:51.000 Yes.
00:11:51.000 And its principle.
00:11:53.000 And I put the book together, and that's what it's about.
00:11:56.000 They never have.
00:11:57.000 The Democrat Party hasn't changed because one of the lies they have is the switch, Mark, is that somehow the party switched.
00:12:03.000 That, oh, the Democrats became Republicans and the Republicans became Democrats.
00:12:08.000 They have an uninterrupted line of controlling people from slavery to the Ku Klux Klan and segregation to government addiction and benefits.
00:12:18.000 They are not about liberation.
00:12:20.000 They're not about flourishing.
00:12:21.000 They're not about freedom of speech.
00:12:23.000 They are at odds with the promise of a free society.

00:14:21.000 We're the only side that wants to, quote unquote, work with both sides.
00:14:25.000 And you summarize it beautifully here, piece by piece, whether it be about crime, their bad history, whether it be about critical race theory and their implementation of it, their motives are flawed, which I think is one of the most powerful parts of what you summarize here.
00:14:40.000 And Mark, if I go through kind of the sequence of your books, you know, Liberty and Tyranny, and then, of course, Rediscovering America, Unfreedom of the Press, American Marxism, it all just kind of led to this book.
00:14:51.000 Talk about that, Mark, because they all play together very, very beautifully.
00:14:56.000 Well, that is a great question.
00:14:57.000 I got to thinking about After American Marxism, actually, after I finished writing it, there's something missing here.
00:15:04.000 I can't write books that are a thousand pages long because all they'll do is turn out to be good doorstops because nobody's going to read a book that long, including me.
00:15:14.000 So I said, I need to take the next step here.
00:15:17.000 Who's responsible for these things?
00:15:19.000 And it's the Democrat Party. 0.96
00:15:21.000 As pathetic as the Republican Party is in so many ways, the Republican Party isn't leading an effort to overturn the government. 0.99

00:15:33.000 The Republican Party wasn't blocking little black kids from going to school with little white kids.
00:15:39.000 The Republican Party isn't trying to degrowth our economy so people are impoverished with the price of fuel, the price of food, and so forth and so on.

00:15:51.000 The Republican Party gets votes because it's a default party, if you will.
00:15:56.000 People say, I don't want to vote for these Democrats, so I'll vote Republican.
00:15:59.000 They don't really know what the Republican Party stands for, and maybe that'll be another book for another day.
00:16:03.000 But in this case, the Monopoly Party is the Democrat Party, and they know exactly what they want to do.
00:16:10.000 And they are in a sprint right now to destroy separation of powers, balances, and checks between the branches.
00:16:19.000 In other words, to destroy the Constitutional Republic.
00:16:23.000 They are lording over us.
00:16:25.000 They are reigning over us by executive order and bureaucratic fiat.
00:16:29.000 So we can't really reach those decisions as a people.
00:16:34.000 They are packing the courts right now with radical left-wing bombthrowers, which is why they seek to pack the Supreme Court and one day likely will.
00:16:43.000 They want to eliminate the filibusters so even when they win one election, they can make permanent changes to the country because they know that's not how the Republicans roll.
00:16:52.000 The borders are wide open, creating mayhem for the migrants, destroying the interior of the United States.
00:16:59.000 People are losing their lives as a result of fentanyl.
00:17:03.000 Women are being sexually abused. 0.98
00:17:05.000 Children are being sold into sex slavery. 0.98
00:17:08.000 Mother Nature didn't do any of this. 0.79

00:17:24.000 Is it a coincidence that they're all happening at once?

00:17:31.000 Now, many of these things could be stopped if the Democrat Party wanted to stop them, but they don't.
00:17:36.000 As for the Republicans you mentioned, particularly in the Senate, they're placeholders.
00:17:41.000 They haven't done a damn thing.
00:17:43.000 And they're not going to as long as they have McConnell and the other Republicans leading them. 0.67

00:17:50.000 They're there because they're lazy and they're comfortable.
00:17:53.000 And maybe they've got their special interest to support the next election, but they have absolutely no purpose whatsoever.

00:18:25.000 What are the marching orders for our troops, for our students watching, for the people in the audience to defeat a party that hates the country that they're overseeing?

00:18:36.000 What is Marxism?
00:18:38.000 Marxism was an idea.
00:18:41.000 What is the Declaration?
00:18:43.000 Basically, it was ideas that were written about by John Locke.
00:18:48.000 What about our Constitution?
00:18:49.000 Where does it get its ideas from, the founders?
00:18:53.000 From Montesquieu, three branches of government and so forth.
00:18:58.000 So what am I trying to say?
00:18:59.000 You have Thomas Paine, who really lit a fire under the revolution.
00:19:04.000 Ideas do have consequences, bad ideas and good ideas.
00:19:09.000 The more people who learn, particularly young people in colleges and universities, but all people, what a diabolical and evil entity the Democrat Party is, the more we are able to explain its real history rather than the propaganda that it has built up, a cocoon, if you will, of deceit and lies and demagoguery.
00:19:32.000 Until we can pierce that, educate ourselves, inform our fellow citizens, our family members, neighbors, friends, colleagues, fellow students, whomever they are.
00:19:41.000 Just say, read this.
00:19:43.000 Read this, read this, read this.
00:19:47.000 I think the more people who turn on the Democrat Party will be a result in which we can eventually destroy the value, the strength of this party as the monopoly party, which it is today, and get back to business, our own lives, and having a limited government and so forth.
00:20:04.000 There's not going to be one simple thing we can do, but there's one simple thing we cannot do, Charlie.
00:20:10.000 If we lose the next presidential election, despite their best efforts to destroy Donald Trump, or for that matter, anybody who steps up and challenges them, it is going to be not only much more difficult, but perhaps impossible to claw our way back.
00:20:25.000 That's where we are today.
00:20:26.000 I totally agree.
00:20:28.000 And I want to just, for the audience, what gives you hope on the horizon right now, Mark?
00:20:31.000 What are you seeing in the country with the ordinary citizen, the parents at school boards?
00:20:36.000 What is giving you hope that we can defeat these Marxists?
00:20:39.000 Well, how do you know I have hope that we can?
00:20:42.000 See, I don't look at things that way.
00:20:44.000 I tell my audience, fight like hell.
00:20:48.000 Everybody else can think about hope.
00:20:50.000 When I get calls, when people say, what can we do?
00:20:53.000 I always say, it's not about we.
00:20:55.000 What are you going to do?
00:20:58.000 What are you going to do after this call into my radio show to spread the word of liberty, to challenge tyranny, whether it's a small role or a big role?
00:21:09.000 I can't look at parents of the school board meeting or people yelling at AOC and believe, okay, great, the American people have awakened.
00:21:18.000 It's not a matter of the American people awakening.
00:21:22.000 I don't know if they've awakened or not.
00:21:24.000 I've been involved in the Tea Party movement, the Reagan Revolution, all these different efforts that are underway.
00:21:30.000 So I don't want to create a Pollyanna situation.
00:21:33.000 I say this to people.
00:21:34.000 When you're fighting a military battle, it's not, I'm just saying, what gives you hope.
00:21:40.000 It is we have to defeat these.
00:21:43.000 So fight, fight, fight, never give up.
00:21:48.000 And if we win, then I've got a lot of hope.
00:21:51.000 But on the other hand, I'm not deluding myself either.
00:21:55.000 And part of it is you must know your enemy.
00:21:57.000 You must know that they intimidate you, they smear you, they slander you, they have the media on their side.
00:22:03.000 But I believe this is winnable.
00:22:05.000 That's one of the things I do want to make sure we communicate, Mark.
00:22:08.000 Again, I'm not trying to get into the gambling odds here of, oh, are we the favorite or the underdog?
00:22:13.000 Look, they control everything, but you have a moral obligation to fight.
00:22:19.000 And they have been fighting and taking over institutions for 30, for 40, for 50 years.
00:22:25.000 Your reaction, Mark?
00:22:27.000 100% correct.
00:22:29.000 We have men and women who've put their lives on the line since the founding of this country in order to actually establish this country.
00:22:36.000 The least we can do is something in our lives and in our roles to spread the word, to push back.
00:22:42.000 Just look at your kids and your grandkids.
00:22:43.000 Do you really want to surrender them to the teachers' unions?
00:22:46.000 Do you really want to surrender your liberty to the Democrat Party?
00:22:50.000 Do you really want to destroy citizenship?
00:22:52.000 And you can go on and on and on.
00:22:54.000 So the issue isn't what we can do.

00:26:47.000 He's now indicted, but it seems as if it's like a kid glove indictment, whereas other indictments, this only, I think, makes me more suspicious about something, maybe special deal, carve out.
00:27:01.000 What are we to make of this, Julie?
00:27:03.000 So not to correct, but just because I want to emphasize how dubious and sketchy this whole thing is.
00:27:10.000 It's not even an indictment.
00:27:12.000 It's an information, which is the misdemeanor version of a criminal federal indictment.
00:27:18.000 And in this information, he gets away with one really low-level disorderly conduct charge.
00:27:25.000 So I have said, I know you and I have talked about this, and I have said this on Twitter, and I'll say it regardless if Ray Epps wants to sue me or not.
00:27:34.000 If the law was being applied equally, Ray Epps would be facing a multi-count felony criminal indictment.
00:27:42.000 He would not just be facing this information with a low-level misdemeanor.
00:27:47.000 He would too be charged with obstruction of an official proceeding, which is a common felony count that has been applied to more than 300 JSIC defendants, including President Trump.
00:27:59.000 He would face conspiracy to obstruct because he was in cahoots with people.
00:28:03.000 He was there that night trying to get people to go to the Capitol.
00:28:06.000 He whispered in the ear of Ryan Samsel right before that first exterior breach happened when Ryan Samsung knocked over those metal bike racks and then led this group up the stairs to the west side of the Capitol.
00:28:20.000 That group included Ray Epps.
00:28:22.000 Ray Epps was in a restricted area interfering with law enforcement, another common felony count, for over an hour that day.
00:28:31.000 So the fact that he is getting away with not just this low-level misdemeanor, but Charlie, the fact that this was announced yesterday and he's pleading guilty already today, this is the quickest resolution I've seen in more than 1,100 pending or settled January 6th cases.
00:28:49.000 So this still stinks to high heaven and is going to do nothing to satisfy or answer questions that we still have about Ray Epps and other uncharged agitators involved in January.
00:29:03.000 So did he go into the Capitol?
00:29:06.000 I don't think he did, right?
00:29:07.000 He did not.
00:29:08.000 So, but there's other people that did not go into the Capitol that have been charged severely, that were on the steps.
00:29:15.000 But the biggest part that if they wanted to isolate, which again, they get whatever they want, right?
00:29:22.000 I mean, unfortunately, it's a totally rigged deal, is that he is on camera, you could say inciting, encouraging.
00:29:29.000 You could even, with an aggressive prosecutor, go as far, because they've made this argument, to say that he was planning, that he was orchestrating, conspiring.
00:29:39.000 Enrique Tario is not even someone who was in D.C. and they charged him for planning.
00:29:45.000 Why wouldn't they get the field marshal, the guy that's like calling shots, the field general?
00:29:51.000 It doesn't add up.
00:29:53.000 It doesn't add up.
00:29:54.000 And to your point, Enrique Tario was in Baltimore on January 6th.
00:29:58.000 Ray Epps did far more to agitate the crowd, to direct people to the Capitol to interfere with law enforcement.
00:30:04.000 He was involved in that first exterior breach.
00:30:07.000 He was involved in the second exterior breach.
00:30:10.000 Look, I've been in courtrooms when I've seen the government prosecutors detail these breach points, use this as incriminating evidence, including for those who didn't go inside the building.
00:30:21.000 So the fact that you have a key instigator, an individual who was there at those key moments.
00:30:28.000 Furthermore, not only was he just there, he was part of this mob.
00:30:32.000 This is how DOJ and judges describe it, part of a mob that prompted the joint session of Congress to recess.
00:30:40.000 He was there at 10 minutes to one.
00:30:42.000 Joint session convened at one o'clock.
00:30:45.000 He was there until after the joint session was recessed based on what was happening outside and inside the building.
00:30:51.000 If anyone is right for the obstruction of an official preceding felony, it's Ray Epps.
00:30:56.000 So the question for Merritt Garland and Matthew Graves, the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, is why he doesn't face that count when more than 320 defendants have been slapped with that felony, including Donald Trump, and has resulted in years in prison and pretrial detention.
00:31:15.000 Yet Ray Epps has walked around as a free man, now has a slap on the wrist.
00:31:19.000 His case is already settled as of today.
00:31:21.000 And now all we wait is for the sentencing recommendation from DOJ.
00:31:26.000 So why, let me just reiterate this.
00:31:30.000 And I want you to then get into speculation.
00:31:32.000 Again, speculation for everyone watching out there.
00:31:35.000 Shouldn't have, first of all, anyone who didn't go into the Capitol just get this charge?
00:31:39.000 I mean, that should have been the standard, if that's there.
00:31:42.000 So then Ray Epps, one of the most wanted individuals, gets downgraded to nothing.
00:31:46.000 So then what is the explanation here, Julie?
00:31:49.000 What is the possible reason for this?
00:31:51.000 The only possible reason is that they are protecting him for some reason.
00:31:57.000 That if they did charge him with these felony counts, that maybe he would flip or he would come forward and explain his role, who he was there working for.
00:32:07.000 Things just do not add up.
00:32:09.000 And his case, recall, he told the January 6th committee, or they produced some of his text.
00:32:15.000 He texted his nephew at around 2.30 on January 6th with a text.
00:32:19.000 I orchestrated it.
00:32:21.000 So he was bragging about his involvement.
00:32:24.000 Well, what did he orchestrate?
00:32:26.000 He didn't orchestrate calming down the police because he certainly didn't.
00:32:30.000 He was there throughout the initial assault that police officers unleashed against protesters on that west side of the building.
00:32:38.000 You can see him interacting with police officers.
00:32:41.000 That has caused the indictment of several January 6th defendants, including those who didn't go inside of the building.
00:32:47.000 When you talk about the Proud Boys or you talk about someone like Ryan Samsell, who, by the way, he never went in the building either yet.
00:32:54.000 He has been in jail since January 2021, still awaiting trial.
00:32:59.000 His trial is finally scheduled for next month, which could be another reason, Charlie, why they finally charged Ray Epps with this single misdemeanor.
00:33:09.000 I have no doubt that the defense in Ryan Samsel's case will call Ray Epps as a witness and force him to say on the stand what he did whisper in Ryan Samsell's ear before he knocked down those initial bike racks.
00:33:22.000 There are conflicting accounts of what Ray Epps said.
00:33:26.000 Ryan Samsell told me something different than what he told the FBI in his initial interview.
00:33:31.000 This has been a really unresolved piece of what the opening salvo for January 6th.
00:33:38.000 And so this could be a way to protect him from taking this stand in that case next month.
00:33:45.000 But it certainly does not do what the corporate media said yesterday.
00:33:48.000 And that is exonerate Ray Epps and prove that he is a victim of right-wing conspiracy theorists like me and Tucker Carlson and others who have questioned the role of Ray Epps and why he remained uncharged almost three years later.

00:35:20.000 It just defies belief that you have the Attorney General and what is the DOJ considers comparable to 9-11, Pearl Harbor, the Boston Marathon bombing, real legitimate terror attacks.
00:35:32.000 And he can't answer basic questions, as I said, not just that House Republicans want answers to, but the American people, because they recognize now that what they thought they saw on January 6th that afternoon was not legitimate.
00:35:48.000 That there were so many government agencies, federal and local, who were involved weeks before, FBI informants, undercover agents from the Metropolitan Police Department, plain clothes officers with Capitol Police, undercover Secret Service, undercover park police.
00:36:05.000 You even had the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia at the time, Michael Sherman, walking around in street clothes like he was an undercover agent.
00:36:14.000 So it begs the question that we've asked over and over: if you had all of this intelligence, if you had all these undercover agents and FBI informants working with these alleged militia groups months before and on the ground with them on January 6th, how did this insurrection still happen?
00:36:32.000 And Merrick Garland, again, cap dancing around serious questions.
00:36:36.000 I really commend Representative Massey, not just for calling him out, but also continuing to drill down in the issue of the pipe bomber and why that still is unsolved.
00:36:48.000 It seems to have no interest by FBI investigators or DOJ.
00:36:53.000 Certainly the corporate media has completely lost interest in that as well.
00:36:57.000 They have completely lost interest.
00:36:58.000 And I mean, Merrick Garland is lying.

00:38:01.000 It's hard to believe, given what we now know by these brave whistleblowers and the lawyers who are representing them, how closely in cahoots the DOJ was with Hunter Biden's attorneys.
00:38:15.000 And in fact, I believe it was Congressman Ship Roy who just asked Mayor Garland, you know, is it normal for tax matters, tax investigation, potential tax charge to be discussed at Maine Justice, which we know happened with Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monacos, one of her deputies, talking, meeting directly with Hunter Biden's attorneys before this plea deal was announced.
00:38:39.000 And of course, he danced around that answer as well, because the answer is no.
00:38:44.000 If we got charged with tax crimes and we were working with whoever, the IRS or DOJ, we certainly would not be given a meeting in Washington, D.C. with a top DOJ official to iron out whatever plea deal we wanted to negotiate.
00:39:01.000 So he knows, just like everyone, you know, right-thinking Americans know, this was a sweetheart deal that Hunter Biden got away with this four years, that people like David Weiss and others dragged their feet on this.
00:39:15.000 And then finally, when it was presented to Biden-appointed U.S. Attorneys Matthew Graves and the one in Central California, they both declined to prosecute.
00:39:24.000 And of course, the statute of limitations on Hunter's 2014 and 2015 tax matters has already expired. 0.99
