00:00:39.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.

00:00:50.000 He's an incredible guy.

00:01:12.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.

00:01:21.000 Joining us now is Garrett Ziegler.

00:01:24.000 The Washington Post calls him a scorched earth activist.

00:01:31.000 Washington Post, the scorched earth activist trying to take down Hunter Biden.

00:01:34.000 Garrett Ziegler, an often provocative former Trump White House staffer, seeks to influence House investigations and the public discussion.

00:01:42.000 Garrett Ziegler is with us.

00:01:43.000 Garrett, welcome to the program.

00:01:44.000 Thank you very much for having me.

00:01:46.000 I appreciate this opportunity.

00:01:47.000 So Garrett, we have all our.

00:01:49.000 We're going to go through all the detail.

00:01:50.000 So let's start at the beginning.

00:01:52.000 Tell us about your bio, how you got into this.

00:01:55.000 You worked in the Trump White House, and then I want to go through that pesky little document called the Marco Polo Report.

00:02:02.000 So I do have to give the Washington Compost article a little bit of credit.

00:02:07.000 It was much better than the Huffington Compost because they actually asked me some questions.

00:02:13.000 And so the only reason why I cooperated with the writer, because I hate the outlet, is that she promised me to include a picture of our report.

00:02:23.000 And she did.

00:02:24.000 Thank goodness.

00:02:25.000 So we got a picture of the dossier in there.

00:02:27.000 And to be frank, the title of it is wrong because I'm not going after Hunter Biden.

00:02:34.000 If Hunter Biden were just a drug addict, I wouldn't care about him.

00:02:39.000 It's his business-related crimes that I'm obsessed over.

00:02:43.000 And I am obsessed over it because I think beyond election integrity, if your president is compromised by foreign powers, nothing else matters.

00:02:52.000 Back to the bio.

00:02:54.000 Very simple.

00:02:56.000 I grew up in Illinois, southern Illinois, a town called Effingham.

00:03:02.000 I know it.

00:03:02.000 And I live there now.

00:03:04.000 So I grew up there.

00:03:05.000 My family's been there since 1850, doing nothing but faring, essentially.

00:03:12.000 And I got obsessed with President Trump's trade policies, particularly in 2015.

00:03:18.000 And so when I was a senior in college, I was able to get an internship with, and through that internship, I met Peter Navarro at the White House.

00:03:26.000 I got an internship at the White House.

00:03:28.000 And so after I graduated college, I went to school at a small Catholic school in St. Louis called St. Louis University.

00:03:36.000 I got hired by Peter.

00:03:37.000 And Peter was a college professor for 30 years.

00:03:40.000 He was very comfortable around younger people.

00:03:43.000 And it was essentially a graduate assistant position.

00:03:46.000 There were four of us.

00:03:47.000 I'm not sure if you know my other colleague, Joanna Miller.

00:03:51.000 She's been embroiled in the Jack Smith witch hunt and has been subpoenaed by him and everything in the January 6th Inquisition and everything else.

00:04:00.000 And so through that job in Peter's office, really the obsession with the CCP, I got obsessed with their infiltration of the country.

00:04:11.000 And that is why I got obsessed with the content on the Biden laptop.

00:04:16.000 If the foreign deals, Charlie, were just Brazil or Japan or Romania, I don't think that it would rise to one of the most important stories so far of the 21st century.

00:04:28.000 But because it's with the ChiComs, that is where my interest originated. 0.98

00:04:34.000 And it's what drives pretty much every single day of my life is trying to tease out who precisely affiliated with the CCP that the Bidens got money from and filling in those five W's in one age: who, what, when, where, why, how.

00:04:53.000 And this group that I founded, Marco Polo, obviously is not just me.

00:04:59.000 I'm just the public face of it.

00:05:01.000 But there's much more experienced, older guys behind me.

00:05:07.000 There's two private investigators, there's an attorney, there's an accountant, there's digital forensics folks, because I'm none of those things.

00:05:16.000 I just played with the Rubik's Cube long enough.

00:05:21.000 And, you know, I'm grateful for the opportunity to talk about this because of your just enormous reach.

00:05:27.000 And hopefully, we can just talk and get the word out there about how there actually is evidence.

00:05:33.000 Yes.

00:05:34.000 A copious amount.

00:05:36.000 All tying back to Joe.

00:05:37.000 By the way, I know Effingham.

00:05:38.000 It's a great place, working class folks, so it just makes me like you more. 0.87

00:05:42.000 Susan Petty, I don't know if you know her now, Grey Grassroots Warrior from Effingham.

00:05:45.000 Yes. 1.00

00:05:46.000 Yeah, she was a Tea Party. 0.81

00:05:47.000 She was one of the first Tea Party people to get behind Turning Point way back when, like 11 years ago.

00:05:51.000 So, Garrett, I appreciate the biography because you are an ordinary man.

00:05:55.000 You are a young patriot who saw injustice.

00:06:00.000 You saw many of the leaders of the conservative movement not care.

00:06:04.000 And then you started to compile all of the publicly available information around the Biden crime family into something called the Marco Polo Report or the Marco, just Marco Polo.

00:06:16.000 Tell us about that because the media has done quite a trick of blacklisting it from even getting out.

00:06:23.000 Yes.

00:06:24.000 So quick point of privilege on the mechanics of the blacklisting.

00:06:29.000 A personal friend of Hunter Biden's is an executive at Microsoft.

00:06:34.000 His name is Vinny Staropoli.

00:06:36.000 Joey knows him.

00:06:37.000 He has gotten Microsoft to basically block our URL, BidenCrimes.info is the free version of the report.

00:06:47.000 You can go read it online right now.

00:06:49.000 When you visit that URL on Microsoft's browser, the Edge browser, it gives a big red flag and says that our site might steal your financial information, even though there's no payment form on the site.

00:07:04.000 So the full court press has been quite astonishing.

00:07:09.000 So they have the technical aspect of it with Microsoft.

00:07:13.000 And then they make up these ridiculous lies about my group that I'm some bigot. 0.98

00:07:19.000 It's so ridiculous. 0.74

00:07:22.000 And they say that Marco Polo is my gnome diploma, which is basically my alter ego that I'm going by the name of a 15th century Venetian explorer. 1.00

00:07:31.000 It's so stupid and ridiculous. 0.99

00:07:33.000 It's just the name of the nonprofit. 1.00

00:07:35.000 But because they don't ask those questions before they run the articles, they don't like, they don't get the basics right.

00:07:43.000 So it's a C3.

00:07:45.000 It's a very small C3.

00:07:46.000 It's about a half a dozen guys.

00:07:49.000 And we did take an extraordinary amount of time, 18 months, to do this.

00:07:54.000 And the goal was to create a document that a subcommittee of the U.S. Congress would create.

00:08:02.000 And the reason why we were able to do that is because we had the help of private investigators.

00:08:07.000 When I went through the device the first time, I realized that, holy cow, this stuff is...

00:08:15.000 It's earth-moving.

00:08:16.000 So we took the 4,000 contacts in Hunter's laptop and ran them through private investigator databases.

00:08:24.000 And through that, I was able to get a good link analysis of the LLCs and everything behind these people in the laptop.

00:08:34.000 And then while we were drafting the report, Charlie, we put the email site online.

00:08:39.000 So anyone with an internet connection can go to bidenlaptopemails.com and download the entire cache themselves.

00:08:47.000 So our goal was not to guard the data in any way.

00:08:51.000 We've released all the emails.

00:08:53.000 And then in June of this year, it took us months to redact all the genitalia.

00:08:57.000 In June of this year, we released all of the photos on the device with genitalia redacted with all of the original metadata.

00:09:05.000 So the big goal, and I know I'm being loquacious, but I haven't had a chance to speak with you before about this topic, so I'm giving you all the background like you asked.

00:09:14.000 But our main goal is to, number one, lay out all the criminal activity on the device, every single statute going to the state level and up to the federal.

00:09:24.000 And the second goal is to create a permanent repository for the data.

00:09:28.000 It's bidencrimes.info.

00:09:31.000 You guys can check it out for your free copy.

00:09:33.000 But I do encourage you to help out, Garrett.

00:09:36.000 He's being sued by Hunter Biden.

00:09:38.000 We're going to get to that.

00:09:39.000 I guarantee it.

00:09:40.000 It is Garrett Ziegler, founder of the Marco Polo Project.

00:09:43.000 You guys can also get your physical copy of the Marco Polo report if you want it.

00:09:49.000 It's $50.

00:09:51.000 And it will make you very angry.

00:09:54.000 You'll see very clearly the crimes that the Biden family have committed against America.

00:10:01.000 Look, I want to tell you about Donor's Trust.

00:10:03.000 We're sponsored today by them, the principal tax-friendly way to simplify your charitable giving.

00:10:08.000 Fidelity Charitable recently released its latest giving report.

00:10:11.000 According to its report, its account holders recommended in 2022 $11 billion to nonprofits in the mix, Planned Parenthood Foundation of America.

00:10:20.000 In fact, according to the report, Planned Parenthood was the sixth most popular nonprofit among Fidelity charitable account holders.

00:10:27.000 Last year, six out of nearly 200,000 unique charities.

00:10:31.000 Does that upset you?

00:10:32.000 Well, it upsets me too.

00:10:34.000 The good news is that if you have Fidelity Charitable Giving Account, it's not too late to roll over your charitable dollars to a giving account provider that shares your values.

00:10:42.000 Roll over your giving to Donor's Trust so you can actually help expectant mothers and families in crisis.

00:10:48.000 I love Donor's Trust.

00:10:49.000 Donors' Trust givers have recommended grants to dozens of pro-life organizations and crisis pregnancy centers, including Priests for Life, Students for Life, Susan B. Anthony List Education Fund, Americans United for Life, CareNet, and others.

00:11:01.000 Visit donorstrust.org slash Charlie to learn more about Donor's Trust.

00:11:05.000 We work with them very closely.

00:11:06.000 I really like them.

00:11:07.000 If you are giving money away from now to the end of the year, you guys should look at Donor's Trust as a way to set up a donor-advised fund.

00:11:14.000 That is donorstrust.com slash Charlie to discover how you can partner with a giving account provider that shares your values.

00:11:20.000 That's donorstrust.org slash Charlie.

00:11:24.000 So, Garrett, I want to go through one of these, one of the numbers here.

00:11:29.000 There's so many links.

00:11:30.000 You're going to have us directed.

00:11:31.000 140 business crimes, 191 sex crimes, and 128 drug crimes.

00:11:37.000 So, as they say, sex sells. 0.58

00:11:39.000 What sex crimes did Hunter Biden commit?

00:11:44.000 Yes, well, we were debating internally how to lay all this out in 2021 because the data is so voluminous.

00:11:50.000 He got 200 gigabytes.

00:11:51.000 And so do you just want to do chronological, right?

00:11:55.000 Start in 2009 when the material starts and go up to 2019.

00:11:59.000 And we decided that that was too laborious.

00:12:02.000 It dragged on.

00:12:04.000 So what we did was we, like you said, separated into three sections in the order of importance.

00:12:09.000 So we think the business-related crimes are much more important than the sex and drugs crimes for the American public.

00:12:16.000 But they're still incredible and interesting.

00:12:18.000 So to answer your question directly, Hunter Biden committed prostitution offenses, sex trafficking, i.e. Man Act.

00:12:28.000 That means he moved a woman, in this case, a 19-year-old girl named Joanna Rush, across state lines for the purposes of sex.

00:12:37.000 It's a clear federal felony.

00:12:39.000 One of the whistleblowers in Congress, who ironically doesn't like our group because we publicly disclosed his name, which is ridiculous considering we pay a salary, he actually talked about this in his whistleblower testimony, Joe Ziggler.

00:12:53.000 It's no relation to me, but he talked about that the DOJ had compiled a list, I would argue, less comprehensive than ours, of the Man Act violation of the son of the sitting president.

00:13:05.000 What states he committed those?

00:13:08.000 Where did he commit those?

00:13:09.000 Connecticut was the biggest one along with California.

00:13:13.000 If somebody's following along online for free, the sex crimes are all listed starting on page 233, going to 234.

00:13:25.000 I tried to look at it, Garrett.

00:13:26.000 Not fun.

00:13:28.000 It's basically like HBO pornography.

00:13:32.000 It's not for the uninitiated.

00:13:34.000 So even though the blacked outs, you know. 0.67

00:13:37.000 Yeah, we put his cracked teeth over a couple of the genitalia.

00:13:40.000 I think that's why he's suing me because we embarrassed him.

00:13:43.000 He has his little, we call them the CEFC chiclets because the president's son got a new set of piano keys teeth paid for by the chai coms.

00:13:54.000 There was like a $1.5 million wire coming in from CEFC, and then the next day, Hunter's in a dentist's seat in downtown Manhattan.

00:14:02.000 Smile design is the exact outfit.

00:14:05.000 And he's got his teeth ground down, and that's the infamous photo.

00:14:08.000 So we call them the CEFC chiclets. 1.00

00:14:11.000 But right around that time that Hunter's getting a new grill, he's also committing federal felonies like, for example, 18 USC 1951BI-1.

00:14:24.000 What is that?

00:14:25.000 That is using a means of interstate commerce, namely Venmo, to pay hookers and pimps.

00:14:32.000 Normal people get indicted for this.

00:14:34.000 If somebody searches PACER for that statute along with the Man Act, they'll see in almost every district in the nation, presidential appointed U.S. attorneys do prosecute these crimes.

00:14:48.000 So this is not some 13th century exercise we're doing with, you know, on a monastery, picking laws that are obscure.

00:14:57.000 These are well-known statutes to the feds. 0.98

00:15:01.000 And the reason why he's not being prosecuted for them, and it's this stupid gun crime, which is a crime, but it's like, you know, he's not going to go to jail. 0.96

00:15:11.000 He'll be pardoned by either Joe Biden or a future Democrat president, and he'll get probation. 0.98

00:15:16.000 I mean, it's a gift, okay?

00:15:19.000 It's a paperwork crime, and he's a traitor to the United States. 0.98

00:15:22.000 So I just want to zero in on the sex thing for a reason, Garrett. 0.76

00:15:26.000 Some people said for years that there was underage material on the laptop.

00:15:30.000 Is there any evidence of that?

00:15:32.000 No.

00:15:32.000 What has happened is in October of 2020 when these copies were being distributed, which eventually I got mine, and they were righteously being copied because the material needs to be in the hands of as many people as possible to see the subversion in the crimes.

00:15:52.000 What happened was there was a Chinese outlet called G News that put out some false material.

00:15:58.000 For example, they put out the lie that Malia Obama was one of the girls that was fornicating with Hunter Biden, which, in fact, was one of his legal assistants names Aaron Strawder, who was basically a paid prostitute.

00:16:14.000 But she looks, by her hair, exactly like Malia Obama when she got a perm.

00:16:20.000 And so there are these lies out there that our group, ironically, gets hit viciously from the right because they think we're covering for Hunter when it's like, no, he committed 459 crimes at the very least.

00:16:34.000 And we've been more tougher.

00:16:35.000 We've been tougher on him than any group in the Western world.

00:16:38.000 But what there was evidence of is there were allegations from Hunter Biden's sister-in-law that he was sexually inappropriate with his 13-year-old niece.

00:16:49.000 Summer or actually any holiday season is such a delightful time, isn't it?

00:16:53.000 A chance to break from the daily grind and enjoy life to the fullest.

00:16:57.000 However, all the fun aside, we often find ourselves taking a break from our health routine as well.

00:17:02.000 Late nights, irregular eating habits, and the indulgence become the norm.

00:17:06.000 But when the vacation season winds down, it's time to get back on track with our health.

00:17:10.000 Although it may not be easy, it's essential to our well-being.

00:17:13.000 If you struggle to return to your health routine, I have a valuable lesson to share.

00:17:17.000 Focus on majors.

00:17:19.000 Prioritize healthy eating, exercise, and above all, quality sleep.

00:17:23.000 Just one more interesting fact about sleep to mention.

00:17:25.000 Drinking more than two servings of alcohol per day for men and more than one serving per day for women can decrease sleep quality by 39.2%, the Sleep Foundation survey reports, not even mentioning all that indulgent food and late night effects.

00:17:38.000 And sleep is the key to your body's rejuvenation and repair process.

00:17:43.000 It controls hunger and weight loss hormones, boosts energy levels, and impacts countless other vital functions.

00:17:48.000 Good night's sleep will improve your well-being much more than anything else.

00:17:51.000 Sleep is your major to focus on.

00:17:54.000 That's why I recommend you start by taking magnesium daily, but not just any supplement.

00:17:58.000 Get magnesium breakthrough by buy optimizers.

00:18:01.000 Magnesium breakthrough contains all seven forms of magnesium designed to help you fall asleep, stay asleep, and wake up refreshed.

00:18:07.000 The sleep benefits are truly remarkable.

00:18:10.000 And once your sleep is optimized, you'll find it much easier to tackle any and all of the major aspects of your health.

00:18:15.000 Trust me, it's a game changer.

00:18:16.000 Visit magbreakthrough.com slash Kirk and enter Kirk10 for 10% off any order.

00:18:21.000 This special offer is only available at magbreakthrough.com slash Kirk.

00:18:24.000 That is magbreakthrough.com slash Kirk.

00:18:29.000 Okay, Garrett Ziegler continues, Garrett, you snuck that one in.

00:18:32.000 Elaborate a little bit.

00:18:33.000 Well, the evidence is a bit nuanced in that there are at least a dozen allusions of Hallie Biden's allegations that Hunter was sexually inappropriate with his 13-year-old niece. 0.82

00:18:47.000 The exact allegations are that Hunter Biden, the U.S. president's son, was walking around naked, smoking crack and FaceTiming naked hookers around his 13-year-old daughter. 0.78

00:18:59.000 So, again, totally illegal, totally degenerate. 0.93

00:19:03.000 Part of the course, though, with Hunter, but it's not videos of Hunter having intercourse with this 13-year-old niece, which, again, I'm not saying could never happen.

00:19:15.000 I'm saying it's not on the device that he left at MacGeiser's shop.

00:19:20.000 So you've detailed 128 drug crimes, 191 sex crimes, and 140 business crimes.

00:19:28.000 Now, the drug crimes actually interest me the least. 0.52

00:19:32.000 I just assume he's a total druggie.

00:19:34.000 The sex crime certainly interests me because it shows a window into the degeneracy and the immorality of this family. 0.93

00:19:41.000 But then the business crimes, I don't even think that's a fair summary.

00:19:44.000 We're talking about treason, right?

00:19:47.000 We're talking about betrayal to the nation.

00:19:50.000 Build it out, Garrett.

00:19:52.000 What did you learn?

00:19:53.000 Help us out here.

00:19:54.000 We learned, and again, very quickly, the drug and the sex-related crimes, the way we got to that number is we would go literally through every single iMessage conversation, run the number through a PI database, ID the person, and then map out precisely which state law they violated in federal law.

00:20:18.000 Consequently, we did the same thing with the business-related crimes.

00:20:22.000 We went through all 128,000 emails, and any time that Hunter was an unregistered agent for a foreign principal and then received money for that, that's multiple federal felonies.

00:20:36.000 Spara violations, Foreign Agent Registration Act, 22 U.S.C. 612.

00:20:43.000 There's 18 USC 951 violations where Hunter was representing a foreign state, literally, and representing them to his dad's administration.

00:20:56.000 So that's the basis of the business-related crimes.

00:20:59.000 The U.S. president's son was an agent for foreign powers and foreign entities.

00:21:04.000 And what we do in this report is provide the granularity.

00:21:08.000 So, for example, China, Libya, Romania, Mexico, Serbia, those countries are all countries that Joe was the quote-unquote point person for.

00:21:23.000 And you'll find something in the report that Hunter did very little business outside of those countries over which Joe had foreign policy influence.

00:21:34.000 So, the RICO operation, and that is essentially what it was, not little fanny's delusions down in Georgia where the president tweeted something out and she said that was a further violation of their state RICO statute.

00:21:51.000 No, these are real RICO violations where they're receiving, just as one example, over a million dollars from a Romanian real estate oligarch in exchange for the U.S. government strong-arming the Romanian law enforcement to try to get charges dropped.

00:22:12.000 So, in Romania, there was a, and I'm picking one to illustrate the point, to tease it out.

00:22:20.000 In Romania, there was a gentleman named Gabriel Popovicu.

00:22:24.000 He was sentenced to seven years in prison for bribery over a commercial real estate deal in Bucharest called Benicia.

00:22:32.000 That's the English version of it.

00:22:34.000 I'm not getting the correct pronunciation, but it's B-A-N-A-S-E-A.

00:22:39.000 Popovicu realized that Hunter was close with his dad and the sitting U.S. ambassador, Hans Klem.

00:22:48.000 So, what the emails prove is that Hunter and boy Schiller-Flexner, specifically the attorney Michael Gottlieb, who ironically is Ruby Friedman's attorney and was Seth Rich's brother's attorney.

00:23:01.000 Michael Gottlieb and Hunter back-channeled with the sitting U.S. Ambassador, Hans Klem, and got the U.S. Embassy in Bucharest and the FBI attaché and their foreign office in Romania to try to pressure the prosecutor, Laura Covesi, to go easier on Popovicu.

00:23:25.000 So, the reason why I picked Romania Charlie is because people know the broad outline of the Ukrainian fiasco in the quid pro Joe, and you know it very well.

00:23:36.000 But the Romanian situation is hilariously and tragically the exact same thing whereby Hunter was trying to get and got U.S. officials to strong-arm foreign governments.

00:23:49.000 So, if Hunter, from a legal perspective, if Hunter were just hired to lobby the foreign governments themselves, no other intermediary involved, his attorneys could plausibly say that he didn't violate the FARA.

00:24:04.000 But because of the communications to the U.S. government, that is precisely what makes it illegal.

00:24:10.000 So, Hunter never stopped being a lobbyist when his daddy became the vice president.

00:24:16.000 He just stopped registering because if he registered, writers and journalists could figure out the quid pro Joe's a hell of a lot easier.

00:24:27.000 They could connect the dots.

00:24:28.000 And so he was trying to have his cake and eat it, too.

00:24:31.000 So let me, I have a couple questions here.

00:24:34.000 I want to add into this because it's an important part of the story: Hunter Biden suing you.

00:24:39.000 This was a laptop that he left, therefore information that became publicly available.

00:24:45.000 What is Hunter Biden suing you for?

00:24:47.000 The exact BS statutes are the violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, which is federal statute, 18 USC 1030, violation of the California Computer Data Access and Fraud Act, Penal Code 502, and then California Business and Professional Code Section 17,200. 0.57

00:25:10.000 It's all ridiculous, Charlie.

00:25:12.000 Many, many news outlets have had access to this data. 0.62

00:25:17.000 The reason why he's suing us is because we've dug deeper than everyone and we've humiliated him, which again was not our motive.

00:25:25.000 Our motive is to expose Joe's compromise.

00:25:29.000 But there's a backstory with this as well.

00:25:32.000 Hunter's attorney, Kevin Morris, the one who looks like the Geico Caveman, who was smoking a bong on the edge of his porch, that photo came out two months ago.

00:25:42.000 He sued us back in May for doxing, which is ridiculous.

00:25:46.000 His name was on like business records filed with the Secretary of State.

00:25:51.000 So it was public information. 0.99

00:25:53.000 This guy's totally ridiculous. 0.57

00:25:56.000 So that lawsuit will have an answer by October 4th. 0.97

00:26:01.000 And again, this is pure law affair.

00:26:03.000 This is all, let's see if we can get the young guy to go bankrupt.

00:26:08.000 That's essentially all they have right now.

00:26:10.000 So we had to scrap together the retainer for an attorney in L.A. in May.

00:26:15.000 And then we have to scrap together a retainer for this new lawsuit because they know we're very small.

00:26:21.000 Our budget for 22 was like $195,000.

00:26:24.000 Yeah, but you have millions of people behind you, Garrett.

00:26:27.000 That's the thing.

00:26:27.000 I don't mean to interrupt, but I want to make sure we get to this stuff before we run out of time.

00:26:32.000 So they're suing you.

00:26:33.000 They're seeking you because it's a obviously you're revealing things that they do not want to have be made public, obviously.

00:26:40.000 And not defamation.

00:26:42.000 No, that's what's so interesting on very, very technical stuff.

00:26:45.000 Yeah, exactly.

00:26:46.000 Not defamation.

00:26:47.000 So I just want to build this out before I get to the final thing I want to talk about.

00:26:50.000 That based on all the iMessage and all this, do you believe outside of reasonable doubt that Joe Biden was involved and aware with his son's illegal business dealings?

00:27:02.000 Totally.

00:27:03.000 And we have him on seven federal felonies laid out in our report.

00:27:06.000 You have Joe Biden specifically?

00:27:08.000 Joe Biden.

00:27:09.000 Joe Biden, seven federal felonies.

00:27:11.000 And I'll be very specific.

00:27:14.000 Joe Biden facilitated Hunter Biden's FAR violation, which is itself a violation of 18 U.S.C. Section 219.

00:27:23.000 For example, Joey facilitated a meeting with Hunter's help between all of them and Carlos Slim, the Mexican business magnate who you know of, who at the time of the meeting was the richest man on earth.

00:27:39.000 He was the richest man on earth at the time, and Hunter was trying to get buryma into Mexico.

00:27:46.000 So it's not this speculation of, oh, we need the phone records to prove that Joe was involved.

00:27:53.000 No, no, no, no.

00:27:54.000 The phone records will just be a cherry on top.

00:27:56.000 We know based on emails that Joe was involved in FARA violations.

00:28:01.000 And we know based on emails that Hunter, Eric Schwarren, and Joe all shared a bank account.

00:28:08.000 It's egregious.

00:28:09.000 We have proof that Eric could write and deposit checks on behalf of Joey, who was Hunter's business partner.

00:28:18.000 So this is the reason why the Washington Post profile slash hit piece didn't go into the report.

00:28:25.000 They asked Hunter's lawyers for comment on our number of 459 legal violations, and they said it was absurd.

00:28:32.000 And they asked David Brock to smear me and Jared Holt and a couple of other folks, but they never say what we're doing is false.

00:28:43.000 They never say, well, Garrett's interpretation of the FARA is wrong.

00:28:47.000 There's so many links I can't get it straight.

00:28:49.000 Garrett, what is the best way for people to help you?

00:28:51.000 You're a young patriot who has stepped up and compiled all publicly available information against the mafia, the cartel, the cabals, the insiders, and the oligarchs.

00:28:59.000 How can people help you defend against the regime trying to take you out?

00:29:03.000 Well, first of all, thank you.

00:29:05.000 I mean that.

00:29:06.000 And second of all, two ways.

00:29:07.000 If you want to buy the dossier, the physical report, you can read it online for free.

00:29:12.000 I urge everybody to do that first.

00:29:14.000 It's marcopolo.support.

00:29:16.000 That'll go right to the stripe link.

00:29:18.000 That is if you want a copy of the dossier.

00:29:21.000 And we've sold 10,000 on word of mouth alone.

00:29:25.000 We can't be on Amazon.

00:29:26.000 They took us off.

00:29:27.000 That's the first way.

00:29:28.000 And a good way to get something physical for your donation.

00:29:31.000 The second way is fightbiden.org.

00:29:34.000 That goes right to our donor box link.

00:29:36.000 We're very transparent.

00:29:38.000 We're going to be posting the legal invoices.

00:29:40.000 Now, we are getting the best attorneys on this matter.

00:29:43.000 That's why Hunter sued me last week.

00:29:45.000 Just to piggyback of what you said, the reason why they brought this suit last week was not just that Hunter was indicted.

00:29:50.000 They wanted it to distract, of course, but they know that the case that Morris brought is going nowhere because we got a really good attorney. 0.96

00:29:58.000 They expected me to get some backwoods idiot that they could just run roughshod over. 0.96

00:30:04.000 So we have Tom Vidal out of LA, prior cashman. 1.00

00:30:09.000 He's phenomenal.

00:30:10.000 And we're going to be fighting.

00:30:12.000 We're never settling.

00:30:13.000 I'm going to go to trial if I have to.

00:30:16.000 So fightbiden.org.

00:30:19.000 So that's the number one way, fightbiden.org.

00:30:22.000 Yes.

00:30:22.000 Okay.

00:30:23.000 Fightbiden.org is our legal war channel.

00:30:25.000 Yeah, look, and we got to raise them $175,000.

00:30:28.000 That shouldn't be an issue, Garrett, with the power of the audience, not just ours, but Bannon and all that.

00:30:32.000 FightBiden.org.

00:30:35.000 Strong cell is amazing.

00:30:37.000 I got to tell you, the combination of NADH, CoQ10, and collagen is really something.

00:30:43.000 You know, people ask me, they say, Charlie, how do you keep your energy up?

00:30:46.000 How do you just keep on pushing?

00:30:47.000 Look, part of it is diet nutrition, but I'll be honest, I take supplements really seriously.

00:30:53.000 Fact check me on this.

00:30:54.000 You can say, oh, Charlie, I'm going to fact-check you.

00:30:56.000 Type this into your search engine.

00:30:58.000 N-A-D-H. 1.00

00:31:00.000 Just type it in.

00:31:01.000 What does it tell you?

00:31:02.000 It might tell you that it is the secret to living long, anti-aging properties, more energy.

00:31:07.000 Well, all of that is being proven in more and more clinical trials.

00:31:10.000 NADH is a precursor so that your mitochondria can remain healthy and vibrant.

00:31:16.000 The elites, a lot of billionaires, people, a lot of money, they spend a ton of money on NAD.

00:31:20.000 It's a fact.

00:31:21.000 NAD just might be your secret weapon for more energy.

00:31:24.000 I take NAD every single day.

00:31:27.000 I could tell you that NADH, compared with CoQ10, the trials show very, very good things.

00:31:33.000 Don't take my word for it.

00:31:34.000 I mean, honestly, my word should be good for something.

00:31:36.000 But fact-check me.

00:31:37.000 Look at it.

00:31:38.000 And if you do it over 30 days, you'll see an increase in energy.

00:31:40.000 I wake up better than ever before.

00:31:43.000 NAD can help you potentially, again, fact-check me on this with depression, anxiety, other issues that you might be dealing with.

00:31:50.000 It is nature's gift to you so that you might have extra energy and mental clarity.

00:31:55.000 You guys can use promo code Charlie for 20% off.

00:31:57.000 It's strongcell.com/slash Charlie.

00:32:00.000 NAD might be nature's secret weapon for you.

00:32:05.000 I love it.

00:32:06.000 I take it every single day.

00:32:07.000 Try to try it for at least 30 days to see the maximum benefit.

00:32:11.000 And let me know: has NAD helped your life?

00:32:13.000 Strongsell.com/slash Charlie.

00:32:15.000 Check it out.

00:32:16.000 Strongsell.com/slash Charlie.

00:32:20.000 All right, Garrett Ziegler, patriot.

00:32:22.000 Garrett, I'm behind you 100%.

00:32:24.000 And so you just got to ask for help as it happens, okay?

00:32:26.000 Because you've done the detailed work, and I have to just give you credit how factual and how intentional and how deliberate you've been.

00:32:34.000 You deserve great praise for that.

00:32:35.000 So, Garrett, let me ask you this.

00:32:37.000 This is a passion project of mine.

00:32:38.000 You've looked through the whole laptop, okay?

00:32:41.000 Red state AGs or Red State DAs.

00:32:44.000 Where has Joe Biden or Hunter Biden committed crimes where jurisdictions overlap with red state attorneys general or district attorneys?

00:32:55.000 Probably the most important question.

00:32:57.000 Thank you for asking it.

00:32:58.000 AG of Louisiana could take action and Arkansas.

00:33:03.000 I've spoken to the former, Jeff Landry.

00:33:07.000 They can investigate a LNG deal that was supposed to take place at Monkey Island, which is on the coast there.

00:33:15.000 And multiple wire transfers went through their state.

00:33:19.000 It's within the statute of limitations.

00:33:22.000 It's within their jurisdiction.

00:33:24.000 Arkansas and Louisiana are the two main red states.

00:33:28.000 Unsurprisingly, Hunter committed many, many crimes in blue states, California, Connecticut.

00:33:34.000 D.C. is not a state, but it's still not.

00:33:36.000 And that's not going to happen.

00:33:37.000 D.C. is a waste of time.

00:33:38.000 And I'm so proud.

00:33:40.000 I'm so glad you brought that up because nothing, we don't expect accountability at the federal level.

00:33:46.000 Even if he gets a real indictment at the federal level for MAN Act, money laundering, Joey will pardon him.

00:33:52.000 But what we need to do is bring justified charges at the state level because, as you know, Joey can't pardon those.

00:34:03.000 100%.

00:34:04.000 And if God willing, Trump gets back in, he can't pardon the local ones.

00:34:09.000 I've never heard this Louisiana thing.

00:34:10.000 Just build this out.

00:34:11.000 That's interesting to me.

00:34:12.000 So, liquid natural gas deal.

00:34:14.000 What are the actors?

00:34:15.000 That's the super red state.

00:34:16.000 What's going on here?

00:34:17.000 First, I've heard of it.

00:34:18.000 So, CEFC, the Chinese company, and we put this in two pages in our dossier.

00:34:23.000 The Chinese company that Hunter Biden collected at the very least, this is a bar, $5.8 million from his uncle Jimmy.

00:34:32.000 They were seeking to buy an island right on the Gulf Coast called Monkey Island.

00:34:41.000 And on that island, they were going to build an LNG tanker facility.

00:34:47.000 Liquid natural gas.

00:34:49.000 And because of that investment of capital, namely state-backed money in China, they were going to get preferential treatment.

00:34:58.000 So Hunter Biden, Jimmy Biden, and an attorney from Mississippi, and a couple of other U.S.-based people, Greg Michaels, for example, from Houston, Texas.

00:35:11.000 They were going to give the Chinese, the Chikom specifically, preferential access to LNG. 1.00

00:35:16.000 It's totally confirmed.

00:35:18.000 Even the Washington Compost wrote about it.

00:35:20.000 Matt Viser, their groveling White House correspondent, wrote about this deal.

00:35:27.000 And there are so many felonies there from not just FAR, which is a federal, which you can still charge the money laundering charge at the state level based on the federal felony.

00:35:39.000 But there are lobbying violations that you could get them on because they were trying to get John Bell Edwards at least a public deal.

00:35:47.000 How about RICO?

00:35:49.000 It's a conspiracy, Garrett.

00:35:51.000 How about our RICO charge?

00:35:53.000 Yes.

00:35:54.000 Yes, a real one, not a tweet, but a freaking LNG construction project that has real implications for our geopolitical standing. 0.99

00:36:04.000 It is disgusting. 0.74

00:36:05.000 When Jamie Comer came forward in January of 23 with that slide deck that showed a bunch of Mandarin characters and the U.S. map, basically they were trying to carve up where LNG resides in the United States underground, obviously, and then find quick shipment routes to the coast in Louisiana.

00:36:30.000 So it's right here.

00:36:31.000 It's in our jurisdiction.

00:36:33.000 The report is, again, just a roadmap for law enforcement.

00:36:38.000 We don't expect them to bring this into the courthouse.

00:36:40.000 What this does is shortens people's learning, Kurt, right?

00:36:45.000 If you want to know what the heck was on the device, this is where you go.

00:36:49.000 And 2,000 footnotes, like you said, we don't accuse Hunter of anything we don't have primary source evidence for because that would be wrong and immoral.

00:36:59.000 But everything he does that's criminal is logged.

00:37:02.000 So I'm just looking this up.

00:37:03.000 This is near Cameron, Louisiana, and there's a Cameron.

00:37:07.000 Cameron Parish.

00:37:07.000 Yeah, there's a Cameron Parish sheriff who seems super right-wing.

00:37:11.000 So it sounds like it's time.

00:37:14.000 Because that's the slide deck.

00:37:16.000 Yeah.

00:37:17.000 So that is an insane deal.

00:37:20.000 So, Garrett, Cameron Parish Sheriff, Louisiana.

00:37:23.000 It might sound a little silly, but this is where the LNG liquefied natural gas deal was supposed to happen.

00:37:28.000 It's deep red Cameron, Louisiana.

00:37:31.000 I mean, this sounds like a potential RICO violation in the spirit of Big Fanny Willis.

00:37:36.000 Well, it's not silly at all in that on page 125, we literally list the invoice that they sent to the Chinese company.

00:37:48.000 We have the wire transfer order on October 31st, 2017.

00:37:53.000 We have the memo laying out that they were going to pump $200 million in the 246-acre project site.

00:38:03.000 And number seven in that memo, Charlie, was Hudson West, the Chinese-backed firm, will have preferential access to all LNG prior to other customers.

00:38:14.000 So this is, like you said, the English language version of this is economic treason.

00:38:22.000 The U.S. code is RICO, and I'm sure Louisiana has one, has a state RICO statue.

00:38:32.000 And again, if you're a state-level investigator, we put the names, dates of birth, cell phone number, and address of the people involved: Greg Michaels and Britt Singletary.

00:38:47.000 So the right, if they engaged in this stuff, would have been called and subpoenaed and deposed years ago.

00:38:56.000 But these people are still out there, you know, all fat and happy.

00:39:00.000 It's egregious.

00:39:02.000 And so, just so I understand, I mean, I believe this.

00:39:06.000 James Biden might really be the entry vector, I think, because he did some stuff with hospitals in Florida.

00:39:11.000 There was something in Tennessee, right?

00:39:13.000 I mean, this is a whole nother wrinkle in the cartel, if I'm not mistaken.

00:39:18.000 You're not mistaken.

00:39:19.000 You brought up a great point with AmeriCorps.

00:39:22.000 Jimmy is Joey's eyes and ears.

00:39:26.000 What Hunter, when Hunter makes the introductions, he's not smooth enough to try to actually get something to fruition.

00:39:36.000 Jimmy is the gladhander.

00:39:38.000 So Hunter makes introductory emails, but Jimmy's the one that's going to get on the phone and actually do the Rikio violations, the nuts and bolts of it.

00:39:50.000 So, I mean, we have evidence of a meeting in Atlanta with Britt, Greg Michaels, and Jimmy Biden.

00:39:58.000 We have the hotel invoice from booking.com.

00:40:02.000 So this conspiracy, ironically, Charlie, and I didn't even put this together based on the Trump indictment, but this LNG conspiracy with Monkey Island actually touches Fannie Willis's jurisdiction because the planning was done in Atlanta.

00:40:17.000 They met up there to talk about the deal.

00:40:20.000 And do we know if they visited Monkey Island?

00:40:23.000 Is that right?

00:40:24.000 They visited Cameron Parish?

00:40:26.000 I don't know if Hunter did.

00:40:28.000 I know Jimmy did.

00:40:29.000 Okay, well, that's enough.

00:40:30.000 Well, there you go.

00:40:31.000 Yeah, even if Hunter didn't step foot in Cameron Parish, he effectuated wire transfers that went through there.

00:40:38.000 Absolutely.

00:40:38.000 Think about it.

00:40:39.000 Donald Trump visited Fulton County like twice and they indicted him in Fulton County.

00:40:43.000 So the idea that you needed, I'm just, if there's any sort of jurisdictional issues, I'm trying to work through them.

00:40:48.000 Okay, so let's go let's go broadly here then, Garrett.

00:40:51.000 I mean, I don't know how going to the Hunter Biden laptop, how you remain purity of your soul after going through that.

00:40:58.000 What are the big takeaways and lessons here that you think for the movement now that you have probably a more comprehensive picture of the Biden mafia than almost anybody else?

00:41:08.000 I don't think we'll ever get this primary source data again.

00:41:12.000 It is mind-boggling how many file types we have and the size.

00:41:16.000 So 200 gigabytes, I'm not sure we're ever going to get that much on a son of a U.S. president ever again in American history.

00:41:24.000 I don't want to say never because I don't know the future, but it is insane.

00:41:29.000 And what the takeaway is, is number one, we've tried to do an investigation that I would be proud to put my name behind in that it could have been a subcommittee of the U.S. Congress putting it out.

00:41:43.000 That's what we've done.

00:41:45.000 Also, this data is relevant today.

00:41:47.000 Every time you click on the news, there will be people on that TV screen that are in the Biden laptop emails.

00:41:54.000 Even if they're not corresponding directly with Hunter, they're talking about that person.

00:42:00.000 So like Victoria Newland, she's not corresponding directly with Hunter, but she's alluded to in the emails.

00:42:07.000 And so it's really, we've called it a new Rosetta Stone in that it's a touch point.

00:42:13.000 It's a thing you go back to.

00:42:14.000 We don't expect someone to read this in one sitting.

00:42:18.000 I think it's impossible.

00:42:20.000 It's a coffee table book that you refer back to whenever you see people on the news that are connected to the Bidens.

00:42:27.000 It is a nonviolent political mafia from Ron Clain to Steve Ricchetti to Mike Donnellin to Ted Kaufman.

00:42:37.000 All of these jokers have followed Joey's assent from the Senate through the VP's office now to the presidency.

00:42:45.000 So yeah, you're building something interesting.

00:42:47.000 That would explain why they're not, why they're white knuckling for power despite the low poll numbers and the dementia.

00:42:52.000 This is an organized crime unit where all they have is the White House.

00:42:57.000 Why would they give it up?

00:42:58.000 Why would Biden not run for reelection, right?

00:43:00.000 I mean, all those people with him.

00:43:03.000 Exactly.

00:43:03.000 I mean, it's not just Joe.

00:43:04.000 It's not just Jill.

00:43:05.000 It's Ron Klain and six or seven other actors that they're going to ride this thing down.

00:43:10.000 Yes, and their fortunes, I think the exact phrase I used in the dossier was their fortunes, prestige, access all depend on Joey's political power.

00:43:22.000 So that is why, and I'm so grateful you brought up Louisiana, but an even easier case is Arkansas.

00:43:28.000 There are many, many, many money laundering violations that he committed in Arkansas.

00:43:33.000 And I was actually involved in civil litigation with Hunter this past spring.

00:43:38.000 I was a witness for the mother of Hunter Biden's child in his child support case.

00:43:43.000 She got tired of it at all and ended up settling.

00:43:46.000 But nevertheless, I got an enormous amount of data.

00:43:50.000 And I think that if the authorities in Arkansas got that data, they would have to charge him.

00:43:58.000 So I'm very interested in the state level and local violations that he made because I think that's the only way we're going to even sniff justice because it's not going to come at the federal level.

00:44:09.000 No.

00:44:09.000 But we're creating a permanent repository for the data.

00:44:14.000 So along with our legal fights, if I want your viewers and listeners to take away one thing is we are not guarding this information.

00:44:24.000 The reason why our nonprofit exists is because I have the doggedness and the organizational skills to take the raw data and put them in an accessible, searchable format for the public.

00:44:38.000 That is what our goal is.

00:44:39.000 And so we've done that with the emails.

00:44:41.000 We've done that with all the photos.

00:44:43.000 We're going to do that with all of the videos and audio messages and voicemails.

00:44:48.000 So that is completely unprecedented.

00:44:51.000 So we're taking a mini version of WikiLeaks.

00:44:54.000 We're basically, and I can say it's without reservation, we're the Biden WikiLeaks.

00:45:00.000 That is what Marco Polo is in an elevator pitch.

00:45:03.000 So Garrett, just remind the audience one last time.

00:45:06.000 You're in act of litigation against the Biden regime.

00:45:09.000 You've done nothing but report the facts, how people can support you.

00:45:12.000 Remind our audience.

00:45:14.000 You want to get a copy of the dossier, marcopolo.support.

00:45:18.000 If you want to help out us in the legal battle, it's fightbiden.org.

00:45:26.000 And our main website, which has all of that, which I just alluded to, is marcopolo501c3.org.

00:45:34.000 And I would appreciate Charlie send me the address to the studio so I can send a box of dossiers to you guys.

00:45:40.000 Yeah, I'm not going to read them, but thank you.

00:45:43.000 I flipped through it.

00:45:44.000 I flipped through it on the computer.

00:45:46.000 I said, enough of that.

00:45:46.000 That is a bunch of, that stuff should be like age-verified, you know, it is.

00:45:52.000 It's poor. 0.99

00:45:53.000 It's still going to put an ass here. 0.99

00:45:54.000 You know, I know you're doing your job, and I think you need to show how degenerate these people are. 0.99

00:45:59.000 But goodness, it's disgusting. 0.96

00:46:01.000 All right.

00:46:03.000 Garrett, thank you so much.

00:46:04.000 Appreciate it.

00:46:05.000 We're behind you 100%.

00:46:06.000 Thank you for having me on.

00:46:07.000 I really appreciate this.

00:46:08.000 We got your back.

00:46:09.000 Thanks so much.
