00:02:55.000 February 28th, 1993.

00:02:57.000 I was born that year.

00:02:58.000 I was born in October of that year.

00:03:00.000 What happened on it, February 28th, 1993?

00:03:04.000 It began a siege, a siege that many of you remember in vivid detail.

00:03:11.000 And the siege was televised.

00:03:14.000 It was a great example, a masterclass in federal overreach in how an unnecessary sequence of events can lead to 82 people killed and 28 children.

00:03:30.000 I'm, of course, talking about the Waco siege.

00:03:33.000 At the centerpiece of that was David Koresh.

00:03:37.000 It was in Waco, Texas. 0.94

00:03:39.000 A 51-day siege ensued when David Koresh, obviously a lunatic, was accused of having a methamphetamine lab and trafficking drugs and having underage girls that he's impregnating. 0.85

00:03:53.000 No one's defending that.

00:03:54.000 But what you don't know about the story is that David Koresh left his compound rather frequently.

00:03:59.000 In fact, he would go for jogs almost every single day.

00:04:02.000 Why didn't the FBI just go pick up David Koresh when he was going for a run?

00:04:06.000 He was going to a Walmart.

00:04:07.000 He was filling up one of his cars with a tank of gas.

00:04:10.000 No, the federal government made a decision. 0.95

00:04:14.000 They made a decision to try to make an example out of David Koresh and the branch Davidians. 0.91

00:04:20.000 It's a major compound in the rural part of Waco. 0.95

00:04:25.000 David Koresh was a perfect enemy and a perfect villain. 1.00

00:04:30.000 He was a Christian. 0.99

00:04:31.000 He impregnated a bunch of women. 0.54

00:04:32.000 He thought the world was ending.

00:04:35.000 He had a very, very strong opinion on eschatology.

00:04:38.000 He had a bunch of guns and weapons. 0.65

00:04:40.000 Bill Clinton and Janet Reno, a lunatic, very similar to Merrick Garland, thought this would be a perfect time to show the full force of the federal government.

00:04:51.000 Remember, this was after the terrible events in Ruby Ridge, when the federal agents killed quote-unquote anti-government forces via a sniper rifle up in Idaho.

00:05:04.000 That's Janet Reno on screen right now.

00:05:06.000 The federal government made a decision.

00:05:08.000 They made a decision to escalate, not de-escalate.

00:05:12.000 The government had an itchy trigger finger.

00:05:16.000 By doing so, 82 people died. 0.78

00:05:19.000 They kept on escalating and escalating, raiding nurseries, using tear gas, engaging in open firefights with the branch Davidians, despite the fact that David Koresh said he was going to surrender, that they were negotiating with him. 0.57

00:05:33.000 This is one of the darkest moments in the history of the FBI and the ATF, the Alcohol Tobacco Firearms Division. 0.80

00:05:42.000 It's kind of forgotten.

00:05:44.000 Now, some people, you know, have done some shows on it.

00:05:46.000 There's been Netflix specials and books.

00:05:49.000 But if you ask a random person on the street how many people died at the Waco siege, they'd say maybe 10, 15, 82 people were killed by our federal government, unnecessarily, because the federal government made a decision.

00:06:07.000 And the decision was: we're in charge.

00:06:10.000 They mobilized tanks.

00:06:12.000 They burnt that compound to a crisp.

00:06:15.000 And it was a soft declaration of force against innocent children and women.

00:06:23.000 And of course, there were men opening fire on federal agents.

00:06:26.000 No one is defending that.

00:06:29.000 But the federal government, they were responsible for the opening salvo.

00:06:34.000 Fast forward to what we learned yesterday.

00:06:36.000 Yesterday, we learned that the Mar-a-Lago raid that happened in August of 2022, federal agents were given authorization by the Attorney General of the United States to potentially use deadly force and open fire on Secret Service agents.

00:06:59.000 They did prep work with medics, and documents show that the United States Secret Service were preparing against the United States Secret Service potentially for an intergovernmental firefight.

00:07:13.000 This was a reckless, drama-seeking, destructive, almost cataclysmic.

00:07:20.000 Dare I say, were they trying to create a Waco 2.0 at Mar-a-Lago?

00:07:27.000 It was basically an attack by one branch of government to another. 0.63

00:07:32.000 And you think about all these quote-unquote macho sniper raids they did to arrest January 6ers for no reason.

00:07:39.000 It seemed as if the federal government hoped for a violent shootout, like to act as over-the-top and authoritarian as possible.

00:07:48.000 In Waco, it was exactly the same thing.

00:07:51.000 Waco was a show of force.

00:07:53.000 I'm Janet Reno, and I'm in charge.

00:07:56.000 We have tanks.

00:07:57.000 And if you dare step out of line, I'm going to bulldoze your home.

00:08:00.000 You see that footage you see on screen?

00:08:02.000 That's them going into a nursery. 1.00

00:08:05.000 Look how cool we are.

00:08:06.000 Look at all the funding that we have.

00:08:08.000 What we learned yesterday, thanks to Julie Kelly's excellent reporting, and we have Julie Kelly coming on the program later this hour, is that the federal government, the FBI, they were given a green light to use potentially lethal force.

00:08:20.000 They were preppering with medics, where they were going to have secret service agents firing on FBI agents.

00:08:28.000 This was an ongoing negotiation over documents, over pieces of paper.

00:08:33.000 And Merrick Garland went as far to say that we are going to use the full power of the FII to potentially start a firefight with other federal agents.

00:08:45.000 What if Donald Trump during the raid would have gone down and said, stop it, stop it, and would have been somewhat, let's just say, oppositional to the FBI?

00:08:57.000 Could they have shot Trump?

00:08:58.000 Is that what Merrick Garland was hoping for?

00:09:01.000 The same way that they killed David Koresh, were they hoping that they could get an opportunity where Trump might have gotten really angry that they were going through Melania's closet where Donald Trump was defending his property as a former president of the United States?

00:09:16.000 And all of a sudden, the FBI just opens up a pistol and boom, there solves their Trump problem.

00:09:21.000 And they've been wishing for that for quite some time.

00:09:23.000 At a minimum, at a very baseline minimum, this was hugely reckless from people who wanted to feel tough.

00:09:31.000 At the worst, they were looking at an excuse to use violence.

00:09:34.000 And that's not a surprise.

00:09:35.000 These federal agents have an itchy trigger finger.

00:09:40.000 And Waco is the perfect example.

00:09:42.000 Ruby Ridge is the perfect example.

00:09:45.000 And not just against a former president, but against the United States Secret Service.

00:09:50.000 They very well could have called the Secret Service and said, hey, we have a search warrant.

00:09:55.000 Guys, just let us in.

00:09:56.000 We don't want this to be any situation.

00:09:58.000 Thank goodness the Secret Service complied.

00:10:02.000 There is no template for this.

00:10:04.000 A former president has never had his home raided.

00:10:07.000 Jimmy Carter didn't have his home raided when he's been in hospice.

00:10:10.000 Bill Clinton has had his home raided.

00:10:13.000 The Secret Service doesn't have, oh, yes, according to Training Manual 71.4, when the FBI shows up with a warrant, thankfully the FBI laid down their arms.

00:10:25.000 Donald Trump put on Truth Social, wow, I just came out of the Biden witch hunt trial in Manhattan, the ice box.

00:10:33.000 And Michonne reports that crooked Joe Biden's DOJ and their illegal and unconstitutional raid of Mar-a-Lago authorized the FBI to use deadly lethal force.

00:10:41.000 Now we know for sure that Biden is a serious threat to democracy. 0.79

00:10:45.000 He's mentally unfit to hold office, 25th Amendment. 0.73

00:10:48.000 This could have ignited a civil war.

00:10:50.000 Praise God, it didn't.

00:10:52.000 Is that what Merrick Garland wanted?

00:10:55.000 Did Merrick Garland want to see a civil war sparked?

00:10:59.000 Is our federal government actively at war with its citizens?

00:11:03.000 Certainly feels that way.

00:11:04.000 It feels as if that the enemy is not the illegal invaders on the southern border or the Mexican drug cartels or the Chinese Communist Party.

00:11:12.000 But no, it feels as if the enemy is us, is that they believe the domestic enemy is us.

00:11:20.000 What if they would have shot Trump right there in the Mar-a-Lago living room?

00:11:24.000 They had the green light to do that.

00:11:26.000 Maybe that's what they wanted. 0.99

00:11:28.000 Did they want to see an act of siege on Mar-a-Lago, burn it to a crisp, kill Secret Service agents, and kill Trump? 0.99

00:11:35.000 Certainly seems that way. 0.93

00:11:39.000 Look, for over 10 years, Patriot Mobile has been America's only Christian conservative wireless provider. 0.65

00:12:44.000 None of us want to talk this way.

00:12:48.000 We don't want to say that our government is at war with citizens.

00:12:51.000 Why would they say, Hey, you know, look, you're a former president.

00:12:55.000 You got a bunch of documents that we don't want.

00:12:57.000 We have a search warrant.

00:12:58.000 Here is your six-hour notice.

00:13:00.000 They say, Oh, no, he would have destroyed the documents.

00:13:03.000 You see, here's how it works: to get an authorization for a search warrant from a judge is a very high threshold.

00:13:13.000 To raid a home is a high threshold.

00:13:16.000 In order to get a judge to sign off on a warrant to raid a home, you need to show probable cause to the judge that if you do not have an imminent raid or an imminent intervention, that such evidence will be destroyed.

00:13:37.000 That is the reason you have raids.

00:13:40.000 So, let's just take a different, let's take an example: the west side of Phoenix, where there's plenty of drug dealers, and there's some guy running a cocaine operation.

00:13:50.000 They could send him a letter saying, Sir, by this date, by June 1st, can you please send us all your business records?

00:13:59.000 The guy's not going to listen, right?

00:14:00.000 He'll destroy everything. 1.00

00:14:01.000 He's a hardened criminal.

00:14:03.000 So, we've developed in, and we should, it should exist.

00:14:07.000 We've developed in our processes the ability to raid private property, a protocol if, if, if you can prove to the judge that if you don't raid, all that evidence will be destroyed.

00:14:20.000 They'll be flushing cocaine down the toilet.

00:14:23.000 They'll be incinerating documents, so on and so forth.

00:14:27.000 It is supposed to be rarely and sparingly used.

00:14:32.000 Merrick Garland personally requested this raid.

00:14:36.000 I am not one to go out of my way to compliment the DC Uniparty Republicans.

00:14:44.000 But I think that we should repeat ourselves and repeat ourselves. 0.87

00:14:48.000 Thank you, Mitch McConnell, for not putting this craven, evil reptile on the United States Supreme Court. 0.86

00:14:56.000 He could have. 0.93

00:14:57.000 I'm just, I call balls and strikes here.

00:14:59.000 I'm not a fan of the turtle, Mitch McConnell.

00:15:02.000 McConnell made a decision to not fill that Supreme Court seat.

00:15:07.000 Remember, we were told Merrick Garland is a very moderate man.

00:15:10.000 He's a very moderate in his disposition.

00:15:14.000 He ordered the raid.

00:15:16.000 This is Merrick Garland's operation.

00:15:18.000 And just so we're clear, from Janet Reno to Bob Mueller to Merrick Garland, all of these snakes have been around the FBI even before Oklahoma City, Ruby Ridge, Waco.

00:15:31.000 They were all involved in these domestic issues.

00:15:36.000 So it's not unheard of that Merrick Garland would also want to try to create a Waco 2.0.

00:15:42.000 Let's just play this out before I play Cut85.

00:15:45.000 What if the Secret Service said, no, you're not allowed to entry in here, actually?

00:15:48.000 Our job is to protect the president.

00:15:49.000 Would it have been a standoff, a shootout?

00:15:52.000 What would the FBI have done?

00:15:53.000 Well, they were ready.

00:15:54.000 They had medics on scene in case there was a firefight.

00:15:59.000 What is that?

00:16:00.000 Our own government going at war against one another?

00:16:03.000 This is the stuff that happens in Nicaragua or in Senegal when a junta tries to take over.

00:16:09.000 Play cut 85.

00:16:11.000 There are, however, certain points I want you to know.

00:16:15.000 First, I personally approve the decision to seek a search warrant in this matter.

00:16:22.000 Second, the department does not take such a decision lightly. 0.99

00:16:27.000 This guy's a psychopath. 0.67

00:16:30.000 Does he get some sort of thrill for mobilizing the Gestapo? 0.92

00:16:37.000 You are living through a series of events and developments where the American government, the administrative state, is at war with the sovereign.

00:16:47.000 And it hasn't started here.

00:16:48.000 It's been bubbling up and bubbling up and bubbling up.

00:16:52.000 He orchestrated Merrick Garland, which is the designer and the architect with Joe Biden's approval, obviously, potentially having FBI agents shooting at the United States Secret Service, a friendly fire shootout.

00:17:05.000 And maybe Donald Trump or Melania or Baron or one of the campaign staff or one of his lawyers getting caught in the crossfire.

00:17:14.000 I want you to imagine back in August of 2022, news reports that there is a firefight at Mar-a-Lago.

00:17:21.000 Like, what country is this?

00:17:23.000 You're the FBI.

00:17:24.000 You call up the head of the Secret Service, and there is a head, by the way, and you say, we need to meet privately.

00:17:29.000 You bring him into the FBI and say, look, we have this really tough.

00:17:31.000 And by the way, they shouldn't have done the raid in the first place.

00:17:33.000 But let's say you have to do this.

00:17:34.000 We have this really tough situation.

00:17:35.000 Can we navigate this?

00:17:36.000 Can you just make sure the agents on scene know that this is going to happen?

00:17:40.000 We want to make sure we get expedited entry.

00:17:42.000 No, no, no.

00:17:43.000 What if Merrick Garland was saying, eh, maybe we get entry or maybe we get Waco again.

00:17:48.000 And maybe Mar-a-Lago doesn't exist anymore.

00:17:55.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

00:17:56.000 If you owe back taxes, fair warning, you're not going to like this.

00:18:02.000 Then it's up to the 20,000 new IRS enforcement agents to find you.

00:18:06.000 Why the IRS targets you and not millionaires?

00:18:58.000 Joining us now is Julie Kelly, who set the internet ablaze yesterday with her reporting and her revelations.

00:19:05.000 Julie, congratulations on the great reporting.

00:19:07.000 Fill our audience in who is not aware of everything you learned and shared yesterday.

00:19:12.000 So thanks, Charlie, for having me on.

00:19:14.000 I did not think that that would happen, quite frankly, although it's understandable why.

00:19:20.000 I was waiting yesterday.

00:19:21.000 Motions on sealed.

00:19:23.000 Motions were scheduled to be filed yesterday.

00:19:25.000 Two key motions by Donald Trump.

00:19:27.000 Motion to suppress evidence collected during the armed Mar-a-Lago raid.

00:19:34.000 So as soon as those hits docket, I was looking through them and I saw in the motion a reference to the use of deadly force policy that had been included in the operational order that the FBI and law enforcement put together.

00:19:50.000 So that kind of shocked me.

00:19:52.000 And then I went to the exact exhibit that was attached to this motion and it's 20 some odd pages operational order that included this use of deadly force policy that the FBI apparently, now Charlie, we'll get to this.

00:20:08.000 I'm told this is standard operating procedure.

00:20:10.000 You know, this is nothing to see here.

00:20:12.000 This is a nothing burger.

00:20:14.000 No scandal here whatsoever.

00:20:16.000 But there were other interesting tidbits in that document.

00:20:20.000 First of all, they referred to Donald Trump as F. POTUS.

00:20:24.000 So I guess right then and there, you can argue that this was not a customary standard operating procedure plan.

00:20:33.000 They talked about what would happen if Donald Trump arrived at Mar-a-Lago during the raid.

00:20:38.000 Of course, it was a nine-hour plus raid.

00:20:40.000 He was in New Jersey, New York area, could have easily flown down as soon as he found out.

00:20:46.000 They talked about engaging Secret Service agents, whether that was communication or, as they said, if there was some resistance from Secret Service agents, how FBI agents, investigators would proceed.

00:21:03.000 There also was a revelation that a medic was embedded in this FBI team of 30 plus agents from Washington and Miami.

00:21:13.000 And then a map indicating how, if anyone was injured, could get to the nearest trauma center about 18 miles away.

00:21:22.000 So my eyes were, you know, bugging out of my hat as I was reading this.

00:21:26.000 I had to read it a few times.

00:21:28.000 And then, as I said, these are court filings.

00:21:30.000 So I just started posting the screenshots of those yesterday.

00:21:34.000 So Julie, I mean, yeah, the naysayers here, this is standard operating procedure.

00:21:38.000 Dan Bongino, a former Secret Service agent and American patriot and friend, says the following.

00:21:43.000 This is absolutely a big deal.

00:21:45.000 Don't buy the BS otherwise.

00:21:46.000 It was not a standard op.

00:21:47.000 The Mar-a-Lago raid was an unprecedented action with a significant potential for confusion and blue-on-blue issues and conflict.

00:21:54.000 It also involved competing equities between federal agencies with equal statutory claims interrupt the other activities. 0.99

00:22:00.000 Anyone telling you otherwise is either dumb or playing dumb. 0.95

00:22:03.000 I've done more de-confliction with Russians and a foreign op I did for the Secret Service than the FBI did in their search warrant for Mar-a-Lago. 1.00

00:22:12.000 Only an idiot would pitch the, it's the standard paperwork line. 0.97

00:22:16.000 Go serve a search warrant at the White House in the cocaine case while filling out your standard paperwork and see how that works out for you. 1.00

00:22:21.000 Wake up.

00:22:22.000 Julie Kelly, your reaction.

00:22:24.000 It was, I was shocked, as shocked as I was to read this motion and the exhibits behind it to see former federal prosecutors and former FBI agents, whistleblowers who we've all interviewed and aligned with and supported immediately come out and disregard this, downplay it, saying, well, of course, this is exactly what happens in every FBI raid.

00:22:51.000 Agents have to be armed.

00:22:52.000 They have to be advised how to use deadly force in this scenario.

00:22:58.000 And they always have a medic embedded and they always tell you how to get to the nearest trauma center.

00:23:04.000 But this has never happened before in history.

00:23:08.000 So the idea that, again, as I said, they referred to him at least twice as a former president, F. COTIS.

00:23:15.000 That's how they described him in this order as the suspect.

00:23:19.000 So right then and there, there should have been nothing standard SOP about this raid or the documents behind it.

00:23:28.000 So it's shocking to see these former law enforcement officials, former prosecutors, and now of course the media is going crazy saying the same thing, that we are just supposed to accept that an unprecedented raid, authorized, by the way, by Attorney General Merrick Garland, I guess that's standard operating procedure too, Charlie.

00:23:50.000 As you know, the Attorney General signs off on every single FBI raid across the country.

00:23:55.000 No, that doesn't happen.

00:23:57.000 So none of this is customary.

00:23:58.000 None of it is ordinary.

00:24:02.000 And it was very shocking.

00:24:04.000 And so Dan's point is well taken and accurate that no one should be defending this and just saying, oh, well, this is, you know, this is usually how it happens, use of deadly force.

00:24:15.000 I mean, Charlie, what if there had been a confrontation between armed FBI agents and Secret Service?

00:24:23.000 Who wins?

00:24:24.000 Who has superiority?

00:24:26.000 The Secret Service is tasked with protecting the president and his family.

00:24:32.000 And then you have these rogue FBI agents.

00:24:33.000 We know out of the hopelessly corrupt Washington Field Office, there were four of them there.

00:24:38.000 There was an individual, by the way, speaking of not being ordinary, there was a top official from the counterintelligence unit, perhaps Jay Bratt, who was also involved in the raid.

00:24:50.000 An individual and official from FBI headquarters there, and the assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida was there.

00:24:59.000 That's not normal.

00:25:01.000 None of this is normal.

00:25:03.000 So to see that kind of support for this from even people on our side, very disappointing.

00:25:12.000 So I have so many questions here.

00:25:15.000 I guess one off the top of my head that we don't have to dive into here, Julie, is why are Republicans still funding this?

00:25:21.000 Like, why are we giving the FBI a new building?

00:25:24.000 Speaker Mike Johnson has just approved a sterling, beautiful new FBI headquarters so that the FBI can keep on running traps against the American citizenry.

00:25:38.000 So that's just kind of one thought here.

00:25:40.000 So, but let me let me ask this question, though, Julie, which is, is there any repercussion here?

00:25:48.000 And is there any remorse from federal agents regarding what's happened here?

00:25:55.000 Because, I mean, is there any blowback?

00:25:57.000 Is there any contrition, I suppose?

00:25:59.000 Oh, absolutely not.

00:26:01.000 No, of course not.

00:26:03.000 They consider themselves heroes for rummaging through Melania's bedroom suite, as also was disclosed in some filings yesterday, and rummaging through Barron's room, which was also confirmed yesterday by some of these documents.

00:26:18.000 So, no, I mean, these people have no humility.

00:26:23.000 They have no conscience.

00:26:24.000 So, how would they possibly feel remorse about what happened?

00:26:29.000 So, again, though, and I'm outside the courthouse right now in southern Florida and Fort Pierce, it was covered a hearing this morning in the classified documents case.

00:26:39.000 We really have to commend, once again, Judge Aileen Cannon, because without her courage in allowing these documents to be filed publicly, we would not have this information because the government doesn't want us to know about this.

00:26:57.000 And for the FBI last night to come out with a statement, again, reiterating that this is normal.

00:27:04.000 There's nothing untoward about this.

00:27:06.000 It was handled in their normal protocol fashion.

00:27:10.000 Yes, why are we still funding Jack Smith?

00:27:13.000 Why are we still going to move forward with an FBI headquarters?

00:27:20.000 Where is the agenda, Charlie, to drastically, if not completely dismantle defund the FBI because at this point, it's not salvageable.

00:27:30.000 But also holding these people accountable.

00:27:33.000 It's frustrating to read these documents and see the agents' names redacted.

00:27:37.000 They shouldn't be redacted.

00:27:39.000 If you're a police officer accused of some sort of malfeasance, your name isn't redacted from official filings.

00:27:47.000 So why don't we know who these Washington Philadelphia agents are who participated in this or the Miami agents for that matter?

00:27:55.000 So we need a lot more accountability and transparency.

00:27:58.000 And unfortunately, the only place we're getting it right now is in Judge Cannon's courtroom.

00:28:04.000 There's no push on behalf of DC Republicans to fix this.

00:28:09.000 Again, Speaker Johnson has just given the FBI everything they wanted, not a dollar cut, new headquarters.

00:28:16.000 That is the DC Republican way.

00:28:19.000 And we endlessly fund this.

00:28:20.000 We enable it.

00:28:21.000 We subsidize it.

00:28:23.000 The Republican Party needs an Intel agency reform agenda badly, but that's a separate issue for another time.

00:28:28.000 Julie, great work. 0.99

00:28:29.000 Thank you so much.

00:28:30.000 And come on again soon.

00:28:31.000 Thank you.

00:28:32.000 Will do.

00:28:33.000 Thanks, Charlie.

00:29:33.000 I just want to thank you guys in the audience.

00:29:35.000 You are extraordinary.

00:29:37.000 Patriots all across the country that want to know what's going on, that want to fight, that are in the grassroots.

00:29:44.000 Some of you have emailed us.

00:29:45.000 Charlie, how do I get involved?

00:29:46.000 Your place to get involved for this election season is tpaction.com.

00:29:52.000 That is tpaction.com.

00:29:55.000 And it's a perfect segue.

00:29:57.000 Right now, we are hiring the largest ever ballot chasing army, the largest grassroots army ever in the history of the conservative movement.

00:30:06.000 Tyler Boyer is running that movement.

00:30:10.000 In fact, we have a great little video I want to play to you just showing the energy and the size and the intensity of Turning Point.

00:30:18.000 I think we have that clip here we could play.

00:30:21.000 Kind of really a powerful, powerful piece.

00:30:25.000 Yesterday in the state of Arizona, there was an arraignment, an arraignment for the alternate electors issue.

00:30:34.000 Tyler Boyer, who is running our ballot chasing operation, was arraigned yesterday by his own government.

00:30:43.000 He's a seventh generation Arizonan.

00:30:46.000 And what is his crime?

00:30:48.000 Did he do a drive-by shooting?

00:30:50.000 By the way, there are 45 shootings in Chicago this last weekend.

00:30:53.000 Did Tyler Boyer throw a grenade into a crowded theater?

00:30:59.000 No, no, no.

00:31:00.000 His crime is allegedly, they say, well, he signed a document and he defrauded the people of Arizona.

00:31:10.000 These are bad, bad people.

00:31:13.000 One of the news articles has this.

00:31:15.000 Stuart Green, who is retired and lives north of Sedona, said he drove two and a half hours to witness the proceedings.

00:31:20.000 Quote, I wanted to see the facings of the people who tried to end our democracy.

00:31:24.000 Okay, Student Green, you should stay in Coconino County.

00:31:26.000 They deserve you up there.

00:31:29.000 Very, very weird person.

00:31:31.000 Yeah, sorry, gas was so expensive driving all the way down on I-10.

00:31:36.000 You don't get that reimbursed by Chris Mays.

00:31:39.000 And we're not a democracy.

00:31:39.000 We're a constitutional republic.

00:31:41.000 They're trying to take Tyler Boyer out during ballot chasing season.

00:31:46.000 They're trying to schedule the trial in the middle of early voting.

00:31:49.000 Let me say that again.

00:31:50.000 They're trying to schedule the trial for the alternate electors and take Tyler Boyer out of the game as a PR stunt and use the court system as a way to, okay, they're going after Trump from the top and they're going after Tyler Boyer from the bottom.

00:32:03.000 But our movement will not waver.

00:32:05.000 Our movement is growing.

00:32:07.000 This is direct election interference.

00:32:09.000 And we are only using this as an accelerant, Chris Mays, as a reason to keep fighting.

00:32:15.000 We do not give up.

00:32:16.000 We double down.

00:32:17.000 We are emboldened.

00:32:18.000 We're raising more money because of this.

00:32:20.000 We're hiring more people because of this.

00:32:22.000 We're anti-fragile.

00:32:23.000 We're chasing more ballots while you guys are trying to use the instruments of power to indict our people.

00:32:30.000 We use this as super fuel to keep us going.

00:32:34.000 Play cut 88.

00:32:36.000 Gallup poll indicates that more Americans are leaning to the right.

00:32:39.000 We're living in a very weird world now where the conservatives are the one who seem to be very in touch with how people communicate.

00:32:45.000 They're becoming conservative in record numbers.

00:32:48.000 They are rebelling against a kind of ideology on the left that holds them responsible for all the world's failing.

00:32:55.000 Turning point, turning point, turning point is very much to credit for that.

00:32:59.000 It's been big and it is very organized.

00:33:01.000 They've unleashed parents to object to material in the school library.

00:33:05.000 Completely innocuous material out of the classroom.

00:33:08.000 If you don't want to hear it in a school board meeting, why should children be able to check it out at the school system?

00:33:14.000 They started teaching kids.

00:33:15.000 You know what?

00:33:15.000 We're going to teach kids how to run for school board office.

00:33:17.000 Conservatives are seizing control of the American classroom.

00:33:21.000 38% of Americans say they're conservative now on social issues.

00:33:25.000 This is the highest percentage ever.

00:33:27.000 Nobody works harder.

00:33:28.000 Nobody pushes harder than Turning Point.

00:33:30.000 And nobody produces results like Turning Point USA.

00:33:36.000 You can't indict that.

00:33:37.000 You can try Chris Mays.

00:33:39.000 You can try to arraign Tyler Boyer.

00:33:41.000 You can try to interfere with the election.

00:33:44.000 You can try your best.

00:33:46.000 You can try to keep on raiding our homes and asking for documents.

00:33:49.000 It'll be like whack-a-mole.

00:33:51.000 We only multiply in number.

00:33:53.000 You are not ascendant, and you know it.

00:33:55.000 This ruling class is not acting like a confidential.

00:33:59.000 They're acting like a paranoid, very low self-esteem group of people.

00:34:05.000 And yes, okay, so they might have a trial with Tyler Boyer, who runs our ballot chasing operation, the largest get out the vote operation in the conservative movement in the midst of early voting.

00:34:16.000 We're only going to make it more of a reason to chase ballots, more of a reason to get low-propensity voters. 0.96

00:34:21.000 Game on.

00:34:22.000 We're not giving up.

00:34:23.000 We're doubling down.

00:34:24.000 We are multiplying.

00:34:26.000 And you are not.

00:34:26.000 And I think deep down, they know it.

00:34:29.000 We're going to work harder than ever before.
