00:00:46.000 Lord, use me.
00:00:48.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:49.000 Here we go.

00:01:09.000 But without further ado, Tom Homan, the great Tom Homan.
00:01:13.000 I think that's the biggest round of applause we've gotten for any of these guys so far.
00:01:33.000 And you know why we're all here.
00:01:35.000 We're going to be talking about marginal tax rates.
00:01:41.000 Healthcare.
00:01:42.000 What do we got here?
00:01:43.000 Yeah, Israel?
00:01:44.000 No.
00:01:45.000 Borders are Mr. Bordersar, Tom Homan, you are an American folk hero at this point.
00:01:51.000 You're an American hero.
00:01:52.000 You're my hero as well.
00:01:59.000 You are tasked with overseeing probably the most important political plank of President Trump's 2024 election, I would say, in his campaign.
00:02:09.000 And that would be deportations, making sure the bad guys get removed from our country.
00:02:14.000 and you have a heck of a job dealing with a lot of these blue states, blue cities, blue counties, blue mayors.
00:02:21.000 Why don't you just give us an update of how the task is unfolding?
00:02:25.000 All right.
00:02:25.000 So when President Trump, I was the first guy he called, when he called me, and I agree to come back, which my wife's still pissed off about.
00:02:38.000 How many times are you going to unretire?
00:02:40.000 Anyways, you're like Michael Jordan of Deporters.
00:02:44.000 He asked me, he said, look, I want you to oversee three things.
00:02:48.000 I need to secure the border.
00:02:50.000 I need to run the biggest deportation operation in the nation's history.
00:02:54.000 And we need to find these 300,000 missing kids.
00:02:58.000 So where are we at?
00:02:59.000 we got the most secure border right now in the history of this country i just got back a few days go I went to Texas border.
00:03:12.000 I went to Arizona border.
00:03:14.000 And I went to the California border.
00:03:17.000 I toured the border by air, in the river on boat, and a four-wheel drive on some of the most treacherous parts of the border.
00:03:27.000 In three days, I didn't see a single illegal alien.
00:03:34.000 Now contrast that with 10,000 a day under the previous administration.
00:03:39.000 So look, I don't take credit for any of this.
00:03:41.000 It's a men and women, the board patrol.
00:03:43.000 Men and women wearing that uniform.
00:03:44.000 They're standing in that line every day.
00:03:46.000 God bless each and every Border Patrol agent.
00:03:48.000 I love them each and every one of them.
00:03:54.000 And none of this wouldn't happen unless we had President Trump in the overall office, who happens to be the greatest president in my lifetime.
00:04:02.000 Bottom line, hard stop.
00:04:07.000 So, and when he told me, he says, these are the three things.
00:04:09.000 So, we can lock the board down.
00:04:11.000 We've done it before.
00:04:12.000 We did it in Trump 45.
00:04:13.000 But the numbers this year in Trump 47 are far better than Trump 45.
00:04:21.000 Daily people coming to the border across 2,000 miles of border as average about 160.
00:04:27.000 And every one of them are being turned around.
00:04:29.000 No one's being released in the United States.
00:04:36.000 Deportation operation, he promised the country historic deportation operations.
00:04:42.000 It's already historic.
00:04:43.000 More people have been deported since he's been in office in less than one year than any time in history of this nation.
00:04:52.000 The biggest year we ever had was FY12.
00:04:54.000 FY12, there was 409,000 people removed.
00:04:58.000 We're at over 650,000, and we're not even done yet.
00:05:02.000 So the president's delivering on record deportation, despite the sanctuary cities, despite the protesters, despite the hate, the men and women of ICE are getting this done at an amazing rate.
00:05:15.000 The children, that was the toughest out of all three.
00:05:19.000 And let me tell you why.
00:05:21.000 Because we can find you.
00:05:23.000 You own a home, you got a car, you have credit cards, you pay bills, you have a digital footprint.
00:05:28.000 Kids don't.
00:05:29.000 So we had to rely on the digital footprint of the unvetted sponsors.
00:05:34.000 Many of the addresses the agents are going to are parking lots.
00:05:39.000 Many of these addresses were never checked.
00:05:41.000 A lot of these sponsors weren't even fingerprinted.
00:05:46.000 No DNA testing.
00:05:48.000 So a half a million children, a half a million, were smuggled across the border under Joe Biden.
00:05:54.000 Many victims of trafficking.
00:05:57.000 So they lost track of 300,000.
00:05:59.000 They couldn't find them.
00:06:00.000 300,000.
00:06:02.000 i'm happy to report as of this week the trump administration has found 129 000 these are 100 129 000 children that the last administration wasn't even looking for And look, many of them were safe with their families just hiding out.
00:06:25.000 They didn't want to be deported.
00:06:27.000 But many were involved in sex trafficking, being sold to sex slavery, forced labor.
00:06:34.000 President Trump's leadership has saved thousands of lives of these young kids.
00:06:40.000 So God bless President Trump and God bless those man.
00:06:47.000 That's where we're at.
00:06:48.000 I love it.
00:06:49.000 And, you know, something that a lot of people talk a lot about, and I think it's a good thing to talk about because people don't, you know, they want mass deportations and they want it yesterday, right?
00:06:59.000 They want all 20 million or whatever the number is.
00:07:01.000 Some people just make up wild ones.
00:07:03.000 I think someone said 100 million.
00:07:04.000 100 million.
00:07:05.000 I would take 100 million people getting the traffic would be amazing.
00:07:11.000 So, but, Tom, you know, we have a net flow of people out of the country.
00:07:19.000 And I think back to the Eisenhower administration, the last real deportation effort that has been done in this country.
00:07:27.000 And there is this ratio of if you deport one person, chances are you're going to get X number of deportations.
00:07:34.000 That ratio was about 1 to 10 in Eisenhower.
00:07:37.000 So we're actually getting a lot more people out of this country.
00:07:39.000 What is the total number we think have left either of their own accord and they've taken the deal that you guys are offering with plane tickets and a stipend?
00:07:46.000 What do we think that number is at right now?
00:07:48.000 Just below 1.9 million.
00:07:50.000 Wow.
00:07:51.000 Is that on top of the 650,000 deportation or is that all in?
00:07:55.000 No, yeah, they had over 600,000.
00:07:57.000 We're about 2.5 million.
00:07:59.000 2.5 million.
00:08:00.000 And let me say this, because this isn't talked about enough.
00:08:04.000 That was always a part of the plan.
00:08:06.000 People say, oh, you shouldn't count them.
00:08:07.000 You didn't deport them.
00:08:08.000 That was always a part of the plan.
00:08:09.000 We knew if we put 1,000 ICE teams on the streets and show there are consequences for this country illegally.
00:08:15.000 And you heard from day one, there's a lot of media out there.
00:08:18.000 A home only wants criminals and public safety threats.
00:08:21.000 Look, I said in day one, we are going to prioritize the public safety threats and national security threats because they pose the most danger.
00:08:27.000 But if you're in the country legally, you're not off the table.
00:08:30.000 We find you're going home.
00:08:31.000 So because of what ICE is doing, they sent a message to the whole world.
00:08:36.000 No free pass anymore.
00:08:37.000 We have laws.
00:08:39.000 You want to be part of the greatest nation on earth?
00:08:41.000 Do it the right way.
00:08:43.000 If you're in this country legally, we're going to seek you out.
00:08:45.000 We're going to find you and deport you.
00:08:46.000 Because of what ICE is doing every day that the left's hating, that sent a message to the whole world.
00:08:51.000 The most vulnerable people in the world are not giving their life savings to a criminal cartel to swim across the river.
00:08:57.000 They know there's no free pass here right now.
00:08:59.000 So because of that, that's a big part.
00:09:03.000 We have the most secure border ever.
00:09:05.000 People aren't willing to make that sacrifice and put themselves in danger.
00:09:08.000 Plus, the ICE operation is sending a strong message.
00:09:11.000 Leave on your own.
00:09:12.000 If you're not formally deported, you may leave yourself an avenue in the future to come and visit a visa, work visa, or maybe have a relative that can petition from you.
00:09:21.000 But if we have to formally find you and deport you, you're not coming back.
00:09:24.000 So I think those two things are a game changer for people.
00:09:27.000 So look, secure border because of President Trump, because of men and women aboard to wear the green uniform.
00:09:34.000 But a lot of it has to do with ICE doing every day in the country.
00:09:37.000 That was always one of the most infuriating things with the border rhetoric, where they'd say, oh, you can't secure the border because there's 10,000 people there, and your only option would be to shoot all of them.
00:09:47.000 And really, you're revealing what the truth is, which is even a little bit of toughness in showing that we're a real country and the demand melts away.
00:09:56.000 The people arriving endlessly, they just melt away.
00:09:59.000 The problem sort of solves itself eventually.
00:10:01.000 Well, we were enforcing the law.
00:10:03.000 The last administration ignored the law.
00:10:05.000 You know what federal law says when it comes to the border without profit documentation?
00:10:10.000 You shall be detained.
00:10:12.000 Not maybe, not think about it, not giving it to an NGO to be, you know, put in a hotel room 500 bucks a night.
00:10:20.000 And when President Trump came in, he told us, now you enforce the law as written in the book.
00:10:24.000 So, you know, ICE, because they're enforcing the law, because President Trump let them fulfill the mission and the oath they took.
00:10:32.000 Now you're seeing what's happening.
00:10:34.000 This country's much, and despite the rhetoric out there from the left, the majority of people ICE arrest are criminals.
00:10:41.000 They just think they're they're not, they don't think they're criminal enough.
00:10:44.000 Oh, it's just a DUI.
00:10:45.000 DUI killed 12,000 people here last year.
00:10:47.000 So DUI is a public safety threat.
00:10:49.000 So over half are criminals.
00:10:52.000 And a lot of them, except people say, well, last number, look, we're around 60% criminal.
00:10:57.000 It was like 70%.
00:10:58.000 It's floating around 62%.
00:11:01.000 I look at the data every day.
00:11:02.000 So who are the other 35%?
00:11:05.000 A lot of them are national security threats.
00:11:08.000 Most national security threats don't have a criminal history because they're laying low to wait for the dirty deed, right?
00:11:14.000 Many of them are final orders.
00:11:15.000 These are people who had due process at great taxpayer expense, were already removed by a federal judge and said, I'm not going to become a fugitive.
00:11:23.000 You damn right we're looking for them.
00:11:24.000 And we find that we're executing the removal.
00:11:27.000 So, and are there people they're arresting that are not a public safety threat, not a national security threat, not a fugitive?
00:11:35.000 Yeah.
00:11:36.000 Absolutely.
00:11:37.000 We're enforcing immigration law.
00:11:38.000 So we're finding people going to be arrested.
00:11:38.000 Yeah.
00:11:40.000 Yeah.
00:11:40.000 And how many have stolen IDs and social security numbers?
00:11:44.000 I mean, these are not victimless crimes either, by the way.
00:11:47.000 Actually, we're doing a surge on that right now.
00:11:51.000 Illegal aliens that are using your social security number, we're going to criminally charge them with identity theft.
00:11:55.000 We're going to charge the employer for knowingly hire.
00:11:58.000 Look, we're going to enforce the law.
00:12:00.000 I think if you think the numbers are good now, wait till we surge on worksite enforcement and wait till these 10,000 new officers are on the street.
00:12:07.000 You think the numbers are good this year?
00:12:09.000 Wait till next year.
00:12:10.000 Yeah.
00:12:12.000 I'll clap for that.
00:12:18.000 Candles were lit on Bondi Beach by families, by children, by people of faith to celebrate a festival of light, a festival from Bible times, one that Jesus himself celebrated.
00:12:28.000 People gathered with hope, seeking unity and comfort in tradition.
00:12:32.000 But instead of light, there was darkness, violence, fear, hatred showing itself at a time meant for prayer and rejoicing.
00:12:40.000 Times like this remind us that even with the ceasefire in Israel, Jewish people are being targeted simply because of their faith.
00:12:47.000 And times like this remind us why the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews exists to stand in the gap, providing safety and security to God's people.
00:12:56.000 The fellowship brings together Christians and Jews to be a light to suffering Jews in Israel, the former Soviet Union, or wherever the needs are greatest.
00:13:04.000 Together, we can make a real difference in the lives of those who need hope the most.
00:13:08.000 Your gift today will help provide the security that God's people so desperately need.
00:13:12.000 Visit urgentifcj.org.
00:13:14.000 That's one word, urgentifcj.org, or call now at 866-338-IFCJ.
00:13:20.000 That's 866-338-4325.
00:13:27.000 So you have often gone on TV.
00:13:30.000 I've heard you say, listen, you know, to these Blue City mayors, we understand you don't like this, but just don't get in our way.
00:13:37.000 If you impede immigration enforcement, that's a crime.
00:13:41.000 And it always strikes me when you say that line that impede is doing a whole lot of work in that sentence because I look at what they're doing, whether it's, you know, telling folks that you're coming or they're turning a blind eye to these citizen networks that are monitoring where ICE vehicles are at.
00:14:01.000 I mean, how is all of that not illegal?
00:14:04.000 How come we can't arrest so many of these jerks that are trying to get in your guys's way?
00:14:09.000 Well, there it is.
00:14:11.000 And Attorney General Pam Bondi and her staff are looking at that.
00:14:15.000 I can tell you this: 18 USC 111 impeding interference with an ICE officer.
00:14:21.000 We got historic number of prosecutions.
00:14:24.000 So for the protesters out there that want to cross that line and be a criminal, you spit on an ICE officer, you put a hand on an ICE officer, you interfere with the officer's arrest, you're going to jail.
00:14:35.000 And you're going to be prosecuted.
00:14:36.000 And the numbers show it.
00:14:38.000 I hear people say all the time, why aren't you arrested tomorrow?
00:14:40.000 We're arresting.
00:14:41.000 You impede us.
00:14:41.000 You put hands on us.
00:14:42.000 There's zero tolerance, zero tolerance.
00:14:44.000 You put a hand on an officer, you're going to jail.
00:14:47.000 And not some local jail, you're going to go to federal prison.
00:14:50.000 So we're taking it seriously, but I agree with you.
00:14:52.000 And I've said, look, when I was ICE director, I remember the first news interview I did, the lap went crazy.
00:14:58.000 Guy says, Sanctuary City officials, we need to look at them.
00:15:01.000 At what point are you harboring and concealing an illegal alien?
00:15:04.000 When I was an agent a long time ago, I had hair.
00:15:10.000 I prosecuted.
00:15:11.000 You're still some of that tough.
00:15:12.000 Very little.
00:15:13.000 More than me.
00:15:17.000 I got you, B. Somebody's been deporting all your hair follicles, sent off to El Salvador.
00:15:24.000 So when I was an agent in Phoenix, Arizona, I did a big, big piece of my career here.
00:15:30.000 I've arrested U.S. citizens for knowingly harboring, concealing, illegal alien in their home or illegal alien in the workplace.
00:15:38.000 We got governors and judges that do that.
00:15:40.000 Here's my question.
00:15:41.000 If you got Holman County jail, and we know for a fact, based on fingerprint, biometrics, by graphical data, we have an illegal in that jail right now.
00:15:53.000 We know he's in that jail because we just got a printout saying he's in that jail.
00:15:57.000 We have a warrant for his arrest, or he's been deported before, which means we can prosecute him for a felony.
00:16:02.000 If we're not allowed in that facility, if we're not allowed to access that facility, is that not harboring concealing?
00:16:10.000 So, I've asked the OJ to look at it.
00:16:12.000 So, look, Pam Bonnie is suing, Department of Justice suing sanctuary cities across the country.
00:16:18.000 I have faith we'll win.
00:16:20.000 And when we do, you're going to see the whole world get lit on fire.
00:16:23.000 Because sanctuary cities, until then, until then, I've said, and people say, oh, you're threatening Democratic cities.
00:16:30.000 No, I'm not.
00:16:31.000 I'm threatening sanctuary cities.
00:16:33.000 If you don't want to work with us, then get out of the way.
00:16:36.000 We'll do it for you.
00:16:37.000 But what we're going to do, we're going to flood the zone.
00:16:40.000 If you don't give us access to the jail, look, back in my day, one agent can arrest one illegal alien in a county jail.
00:16:49.000 It's safer for the alien, it's much safer for the agent, and it's safer for the community, right?
00:16:53.000 Well, if you're going to knowingly release a public safety threat in the community, that means we ought to send a whole team now to arrest him on his surface.
00:17:01.000 He has access to who knows what weapons.
00:17:04.000 So, what we're going to do, since we know sanctuary cities are a problem, since we know sanctuary cities are knowingly releasing criminal public safety threats to the community, what are we going to do?
00:17:13.000 We're going to flood the zone.
00:17:15.000 We're going to send more officers to sanctuary cities and flood the zone.
00:17:18.000 So, my message to sanctuary cities is: you know, you're going to get exactly what you don't want.
00:17:23.000 You're going to get more agents in your communities and you're going to get more collateral arrests.
00:17:26.000 Because when we find that bad guy, many times they're with others.
00:17:30.000 If they're in the country lately, they're coming too.
00:17:32.000 I want to give you guys a shout-out because you've mentioned there's going to be consequences for this.
00:17:38.000 And I think with Amphest going on, people didn't hear about this.
00:17:41.000 But they may remember back in April, there was this Milwaukee County judge, Hannah Duggan, and there was an illegal immigrant in her court for battery, had committed a violent crime, and she hindered ICE from being able to arrest him, said, I'm not going to allow you into my chambers, tried to shelter him, I think, let him out through a back door.
00:18:00.000 She scurried him out the back door.
00:18:01.000 Yes.
00:18:01.000 And this week, she was convicted in a court of felony hindering of officers.
00:18:10.000 That might have got a larger applause than you got, right?
00:18:12.000 Yeah, by look.
00:18:14.000 That's how hungry the people are for justice.
00:18:17.000 You're going to see more of that.
00:18:19.000 Good.
00:18:20.000 So, look, I'm not up there to threaten anybody, but I've been clear from day one.
00:18:20.000 Can't wait.
00:18:25.000 Sanctuary cities, if you don't want to help us, just get out of the way.
00:18:30.000 We'll protect your community for you.
00:18:32.000 Any mayor or governor that wants to push back on ICE and say, we don't want you in our neighborhoods, their number one responsibility is the safety and security of their communities.
00:18:42.000 ICE has taken a lot of public safety threats out of your community.
00:18:45.000 You all be thanking us, not protesting us, not pushing back against us.
00:18:48.000 So it's not a threat.
00:18:50.000 I'm just telling you what we're going to do.
00:18:51.000 We're going to flood the zone, and we got 10,000 new agents coming on.
00:18:55.000 Watch what happens.
00:18:56.000 Yeah.
00:18:59.000 Love to hear that.
00:19:00.000 And I think, you know, I recently talked with Stephen Miller, who I know you work closely with in the White House.
00:19:05.000 Yeah, Stephen.
00:19:06.000 Talk about him for a second.
00:19:08.000 How good is he?
00:19:08.000 He's brilliant.
00:19:10.000 He's great.
00:19:10.000 Do we love Stephen Miller?
00:19:13.000 Look, I'm an old man.
00:19:16.000 I can tell you right now, Stephen Miller is probably the smartest man I've met in my life.
00:19:20.000 The guy, every day, we have a meeting every day, and I sit there and he brings up stuff.
00:19:24.000 And I go, wow, I haven't heard that in 35 years.
00:19:28.000 I mean, this guy knows this issue.
00:19:30.000 I'm proud to work with him.
00:19:31.000 He's a game changer.
00:19:32.000 He's the architect.
00:19:34.000 He's brilliant.
00:19:36.000 I respect him greatly.
00:19:38.000 Yeah.
00:19:39.000 Well, again, I go back to this word impede.
00:19:41.000 These guys are impeding the heck out of you guys, and you know it.
00:19:44.000 And I'm just going to leave it here because you've answered the question, but I hope there's more we can do legally to get these guys to stop impeding the good work that you guys are doing because it's so important.
00:19:54.000 A lot of these mayors need to go see jail cells as far as I'm concerned.
00:19:58.000 Well, and governors.
00:20:05.000 I know things you don't.
00:20:09.000 Just got that out of there.
00:20:10.000 Wait.
00:20:11.000 I can just say, look, wait and see.
00:20:18.000 By the way, this is why the midterms are so important, right?
00:20:22.000 Because getting these Republicans to do anything next year ahead of these midterms, they're going to be total cowards.
00:20:27.000 They don't want to rock the boat.
00:20:28.000 Little do they know that would actually galvanize support and more people would show up for them.
00:20:33.000 But if we have a good outcome in these midterms, and even if we don't, frankly, because we still have the federal branch, but there is going to, I believe that you guys are going to be even more emboldened.
00:20:43.000 There's going to be even more runway for you guys to do some really important things.
00:20:47.000 I think we're done.
00:20:47.000 Let me end.
00:20:48.000 Let me end with this.
00:20:49.000 I want to say the same thing I said last week when I was down in San Diego and did a press conference.
00:20:56.000 I'm asking every mayor or governor, you cannot like us.
00:21:00.000 You can protest us.
00:21:03.000 You can impede us.
00:21:04.000 You can call us all the names you want.
00:21:06.000 I'm asking them to stop the hateful rhetoric.
00:21:09.000 Because I said back in March, if the hateful rhetoric doesn't die down, there's going to be bloodshed.
00:21:09.000 Yes.
00:21:17.000 And there has been.
00:21:18.000 People have died.
00:21:19.000 And as I said last week, throughout my long career, I've buried Board of Patrol agents, I've buried ICE agents.
00:21:26.000 And the worst part of my job is handing a folded flag to a child or a spouse.
00:21:31.000 I don't want to bury anybody else.
00:21:33.000 So please stop the hateful rhetoric because ICE threats of assault are up like 1,800, no, excuse me, 8,000%.
00:21:42.000 Actual assaults are up like 1,200%.
00:21:44.000 So I'm begging you, no more bloodshed.
00:21:48.000 And every night I go to bed, I pray for the men and women of ICE and Borbacho, but I also pray for the people we're looking for.
00:21:55.000 I don't want anybody to die.
00:21:57.000 So for God's sakes, stop the hateful rhetoric, just like us all you want.
00:22:01.000 But stop calling these people Nazis and racists and Gestapo because you've got nuts out there that feel emboldened to take action.
00:22:10.000 Again, argue with us all you want.
00:22:12.000 Come to the table and talk to me.
00:22:13.000 Sanctuary cities, I want to work with sanctuary cities.
00:22:15.000 I want them to work with us and concentrate on public safety risks.
00:22:19.000 But stop the hateful rhetoric.
00:22:21.000 I'm telling you, the bloodshed isn't over.
00:22:25.000 No, it's not.
00:22:26.000 So, you know, God bless the men and women of ICE.
00:22:29.000 God bless the men and women in Borbacho.
00:22:31.000 God bless President Trump, and God bless the greatest nation on earth.
00:22:37.000 The big, beautiful bill, it included funding for the expansion of ICE.
00:22:44.000 So I imagine hiring for that is ongoing, training for that is ongoing.
00:22:50.000 Can you lay out the picture of how much is the force expanding?
00:22:53.000 How quickly will those men and women be rolled out into the field?
00:22:57.000 And how will that translate to the pace of deportations across the country?
00:23:02.000 Thousands are already in the field, new hires.
00:23:06.000 10,000.
00:23:07.000 We expect all 10,000 will be on the street by the end of January.
00:23:14.000 That's great.
00:23:15.000 Of course, with that, I push from day one for 100,000 beds.
00:23:19.000 We'll get to 100,000 beds.
00:23:21.000 And it's not because, you know, because when you hire 10,000 more people, look, right now, when all this started, we had 5,000, just under 5,000 deportation officers.
00:23:32.000 We're hurting 10,000 more.
00:23:34.000 We're tripling the size of the workforce.
00:23:36.000 So we need 100,000 beds.
00:23:38.000 Everybody we arrest, we need a bet.
00:23:41.000 We don't arrest somebody in New York City and send them to Venezuela the next day.
00:23:46.000 We have to bet them down and make arrangements to fly south.
00:23:49.000 So we need a bed for everybody we arrest.
00:23:51.000 So we need 100,000 beds.
00:23:52.000 We're the hundred thousand beds with 10,000 new agents.
00:23:56.000 With more walls being bought, I went down and looked at more wall construction.
00:24:00.000 It's going to be an amazing year.
00:24:02.000 It's going to be an amazing year.
00:24:03.000 And we've got more judges coming, more Border Patrol.
00:24:07.000 Wasn't there 3,000 more Border Patrol in the— I think it's five.
00:24:10.000 5,000 more Border Patrol.
00:24:11.000 So this is a part of our government.
00:24:13.000 It's the only part that hasn't grown since its inception.
00:24:16.000 And you guys have finally got more funding for it.
00:24:19.000 This is the first ICE buildup I've seen.
00:24:21.000 Border Patrol, and I love the Board of Pro.
00:24:23.000 I started as Border Patrol agent.
00:24:24.000 They get plussed up all the time.
00:24:26.000 And everybody they arrest, many of them come to ICE.
00:24:27.000 ICE didn't get a plus-up.
00:24:29.000 Now ICE got the plus-up they deserve.
00:24:31.000 And perfect timing.
00:24:34.000 We're running the biggest deportation operation this country has ever seen.
00:24:37.000 And we need more boots on the ground.
00:24:39.000 And we're getting boots on the ground.
00:24:40.000 Amen.
00:24:41.000 You want to do a few questions, Mr. Homan?
00:24:43.000 Can we do that?
00:24:44.000 Emma, do you want to?
00:24:45.000 Awesome.
00:24:49.000 Good afternoon, Mr. Homan.
00:24:50.000 Thank you for your service to the country.
00:24:52.000 So I have two questions.
00:24:55.000 Why is crossing the border a civil offense and not a criminal offense?
00:24:59.000 And can we make it a criminal offense?
00:25:00.000 And what would the steps be for that?
00:25:03.000 Well, crossing the border illegally is a criminal offense.
00:25:06.000 Title VIII, United States Code 1325.
00:25:09.000 It's a crime to enter the country legally.
00:25:11.000 And it's called, you know, 8USC 1325.
00:25:14.000 I can tell you right now, the record prosecutions for 1325 are going on right now.
00:25:18.000 We have a historic number of prosecutions on the border.
00:25:21.000 Not only are 1325, but 8USC 1326 is re-entering the country legally after you've been formally deported.
00:25:27.000 That's a felony.
00:25:28.000 13 USC 1325 illegal entry is a misdemeanor, your first offense.
00:25:34.000 If you get deported, come back, that's a felony.
00:25:36.000 So we are prosecuting them cases.
00:25:38.000 A record number of 1325, 1326 prosecutions are amazing.
00:25:43.000 So that's actually showing the consequences actually also a part of why the border is so secure.
00:25:49.000 So I want to be clear.
00:25:50.000 I know there's politicians out there saying entering the country legally is not a crime.
00:25:54.000 As I said to AOC years ago, it is a crime.
00:25:59.000 And any legislator don't know that should go back to school.
00:26:03.000 They quit their job here.
00:26:05.000 Pardon me?
00:26:06.000 They quit their job.
00:26:09.000 Appreciate the question, but that's a misnomer.
00:26:13.000 You read a lot of the media, they say it's administrative.
00:26:15.000 No, it isn't.
00:26:16.000 It's a crime.
00:26:19.000 This is Lane Schoenberger, Chief Investment Officer and Founding Partner of YReFi.

00:27:33.000 Yeah.
00:27:35.000 Sure.
00:27:38.000 All right.
00:27:39.000 Next question.
00:27:40.000 You can come on up and we'll keep asking the questions.
00:27:41.000 Did you get photos of like, did any kids dress up as like ice agents for Halloween?
00:27:48.000 They should have.
00:27:49.000 Yeah, they should have.
00:27:51.000 All right.
00:27:52.000 We'll get them up.
00:27:52.000 Next question.
00:27:53.000 Yeah.
00:27:54.000 All right.
00:27:54.000 There you go, buddy.
00:27:55.000 Come on.
00:27:55.000 Yep.
00:28:00.000 Aw, this is a good picture.
00:28:03.000 Yeah, let's go.
00:28:04.000 Oh, that's great.
00:28:14.000 Because you're so brave, here's one of my coins.
00:28:24.000 Thank you very much.
00:28:29.000 Future board tour agent?
00:28:31.000 What?
00:28:31.000 You want to be a board tour agent?
00:28:33.000 Sure.
00:28:35.000 Let's go.
00:28:36.000 Awesome.
00:28:37.000 Well, hopefully, by the time he's old enough, we won't even need them.
00:28:42.000 So, Tom, I don't know if you remember me from last year or SAS.
00:28:44.000 I don't remember which one it was, but I did get to ask you a question about if you're going to war with the cartels.
00:28:48.000 And I was right.
00:28:49.000 I'm very pleased to announce that we are going to war with the cartels.
00:28:52.000 It's very dangerous.
00:28:53.000 It's very evil.
00:28:54.000 Fentanyl is a super amazingly powerful weapon.
00:28:56.000 It should be classified as a weapon, and people should think about it that way.
00:28:59.000 My question to you, kind of related, is when you're in front of the MSM, what you should ask them is, how is it that it's not racist to not deport people who are stealing jobs from minorities?
00:29:12.000 They call you racist all the time.
00:29:13.000 They're the ones who are racist.
00:29:14.000 You need to ask them that question and say, you're the ones, you're the media, you're the ones who say you're defending the people's interests.
00:29:21.000 Tell me how it's not racist to not deport the people who are stealing jobs from minorities.
00:29:27.000 That's what I think you should ask them.
00:29:28.000 Yeah, well, look, that's a great point.
00:29:29.000 And I'll tell you something.
00:29:30.000 I tell people that we don't talk about much at all.
00:29:33.000 They say that, look, have a heart.
00:29:35.000 I mean, you're racist.
00:29:36.000 Why are you deporting people?
00:29:37.000 They're just simply coming here for a better life.
00:29:40.000 I get that.
00:29:41.000 But what's happened under the Biden administration, millions of people came to the border and claimed asylum, which they weren't qualified to claim.
00:29:48.000 That's why, based on immigration court data, nearly nine out of ten people who claim asylum at the border end up with an order removal.
00:29:56.000 They get order deported.
00:29:57.000 Why?
00:29:57.000 Because they don't qualify for asylum.
00:29:59.000 They're not escaping fear and persecution from their home government because of race, religion, political affiliation.
00:30:05.000 They're coming here for a better life.
00:30:06.000 And I get that, but that's not asylum.
00:30:08.000 So while they're making these frauds and asylum claims or clogging up the courts back to seven years, there are actually thousands of people in the world that really are escaping fear and persecution that needs our help.
00:30:19.000 And they're sitting in the back seat.
00:30:20.000 And I'll say another thing about illegal immigration.
00:30:23.000 Every illegal immigrant across the board legally is a cheater because there are millions of people standing in line, taking their tests, paying their fees, getting vetted, doing a background investigation to be part of the greatest nation on earth.
00:30:37.000 And now they're back in the bus.
00:30:39.000 So do I apologize for enforcing immigration law?
00:30:42.000 I absolutely do not.
00:30:43.000 We're going to enforce it.
00:30:44.000 And again, we always prioritize the most dangerous in the community.
00:30:50.000 But if you're in the country legally, we're looking for you.
00:30:53.000 And when we find you, we're going to deport you.
00:30:57.000 Simple as that.
00:30:58.000 Amen.
00:31:03.000 Hi, Mr. Homan.
00:31:05.000 I'm from Boston, and I had a question.
00:31:09.000 I'm sorry.
00:31:12.000 So our state, between the state and city government, is very left-leaning, sanctuary city, and they give drivers licenses regardless of immigration status.
00:31:25.000 I'm curious what you're doing to help make sure those people don't get on the voter rolls.
00:31:33.000 That's an issue dealing with right now.
00:31:35.000 We're prioritizing that across the country.
00:31:40.000 I'm sorry you're stuck there.
00:31:42.000 I mean, it's look, it's a great city, but your governor, mayor, I mean, your mayor still testified in front of Congress under oath that I was lying about the criminal threat of illegal aliens in Boston.
00:31:53.000 Look at the numbers of the criminals we took off the street of Boston.
00:31:56.000 You're welcome, city of Boston.
00:31:57.000 You're welcome to the state of Massachusetts.
00:31:59.000 But voter rolls and illegal aliens voting all over it.
00:32:03.000 You're going to see a big difference coming.
00:32:08.000 Not me.
00:32:08.000 I'm not on it.
00:32:09.000 I can tell you people are on.
00:32:10.000 I'm a little busy, but that's being looked at by other branches.
00:32:15.000 But we've got the greatest president in history.
00:32:18.000 Has that concerned too, and we're looking at it.
00:32:24.000 I love you.
00:32:25.000 Mr. Holman, you're the only one having everyone just yell that they love you from the audience.
00:32:29.000 I'm going to say that.
00:32:30.000 Well, you know, I'm married.
00:32:35.000 I don't know if I'm retired again.
00:32:36.000 I might not be.
00:32:37.000 Yeah, don't do it again.
00:32:39.000 Look, I got, look, and I want to say something.
00:32:42.000 You know, I took a hell of a pay cut to come back.
00:32:45.000 You know, the death threats against me and my family, apart from my wife, for a long time, amazing.
00:32:54.000 When I got the call, all kidding aside, she told me you need to do it.
00:33:00.000 Because she saw the last four years, she got angry too.
00:33:03.000 I think you all got angry the last four years.
00:33:05.000 So even though she knew, okay, here comes the protests at the house again, I had a thousand people protest at one of the homes at my vacation home where my wife was, but she's putting up with it because she understands what we're doing right now is saving lives.
00:33:23.000 You know, by having illegal immigration down 94%, think about this.
00:33:27.000 There's been studies done that 31% of women that make that journey through the cartels get sexually assaulted.
00:33:32.000 They get raped.
00:33:35.000 Under Joe Biden, over 4,000 aliens died making that journey, historic record.
00:33:40.000 A quarter of a million Americans died from fentanyl, historic record.
00:33:43.000 They say his policies were humane.
00:33:45.000 No, they're killing Americans at record numbers, killing aliens at record numbers.
00:33:48.000 No humanity there.
00:33:49.000 President Trump has ill immigration on 94% right now.
00:33:52.000 When 94% less people are coming, how many people aren't being raped?
00:33:57.000 How many children aren't dying making that journey?
00:33:59.000 How many women and children aren't being sex trafficked?
00:34:01.000 How many pounds of fentanyl isn't coming across the country to cross the border to kill Americans?
00:34:06.000 How many no-inspective terrorists aren't coming?
00:34:08.000 President Trump's saving thousands of lives every month.
00:34:11.000 And what we're doing right now is just, I'm excited every day.
00:34:15.000 Look, I get tired, but every time I read hip peacetime, I get all fired up again.
00:34:18.000 So keep writing them because I'm not going anywhere, folks.
00:34:23.000 I'm not going anywhere.
00:34:24.000 Yeah.
00:34:29.000 You know, how many angel moms are being prevented as well?
00:34:33.000 You know, we have a few at this event, and every time you see them, it takes your breath away.
00:34:39.000 We have another question over here.
00:34:41.000 Yes, Mr. Holman.
00:34:43.000 I'm 18 years, law enforcement just outside of Chicago.
00:34:49.000 This is something that gets to everybody I work with.
00:34:53.000 When you guys had your operations in Chicago, I had two people I ran through NCIC.
00:34:59.000 Automatically came up, Trendagua.
00:35:02.000 And I notified my command, and they said, just print it out.
00:35:07.000 We'll put it in our folder.
00:35:11.000 I cannot tell you how infuriating it is for us on the streets knowing that I got a guy sitting in front of me, Trendagua.
00:35:22.000 He knows what after I run him and then sits there and laughs at me.
00:35:27.000 Had to just process him, and because of the state laws in Illinois, he got to walk back out on the streets.
00:35:33.000 I never saw him again because we have catch and release for crimes now in Illinois.
00:35:40.000 What advice can one can you give us to the boots on the ground who want to take these guys and do something with them, knowing that they're trend agua, for example?
00:35:53.000 And two, is there a way that ICE can actually come up with an anonymous tip line so we can actually call you guys to say, hey, my state won't let me arrest this guy, but I got a trend agua guy sitting in my car right now, and my boss wants me to walk him out the door.
00:36:12.000 Well, there is a new tip line.
00:36:20.000 I forgot what it was.
00:36:25.000 Where's my chief mustache?
00:36:26.000 She would know.
00:36:27.000 Anyways, there is a tip line.
00:36:29.000 I'll have you announce, I'll get that tip line.
00:36:32.000 DHS something.
00:36:34.000 Anyways, there is a tip line you can call.
00:36:36.000 Make a phone call.
00:36:38.000 Make a phone, create a liaison with ICE there in Chicago, make a phone call, help us out.
00:36:44.000 Look, I said this before law enforcement across the country, the men and women on the front line, the men working on the streets, they support 100% what we're doing.
00:36:58.000 It's the administration.
00:37:00.000 It's ones who work for the mayor or the ones who are elected, some sheriffs, right?
00:37:06.000 They put politics ahead of public safety.
00:37:08.000 I just can't believe that.
00:37:09.000 That they took an oath to enforce laws and protect their communities.
00:37:13.000 They're not doing that.
00:37:14.000 So call the tip line.
00:37:18.000 866DHS2ICE.
00:37:21.000 Is that the right one?
00:37:22.000 All right.
00:37:22.000 Yes, it is.
00:37:22.000 866DHS, the number two, ICE.
00:37:28.000 866-DHS, the number two, ICE.
00:37:32.000 And I'd give you my number if I did that one time, and I regret that because I'm not kidding.
00:37:38.000 I had to shut my phone down.
00:37:40.000 Not even the protesters, they just call and they're like, is this Tom Holman?
00:37:44.000 Cool.
00:37:48.000 Well, give us a call, and if you get in trouble, let me know.
00:37:52.000 We'll give you a job.
00:37:59.000 Actually, you know, Rochester PD up my home state in New York, you know, some of those officers got in trouble for responding to assistance from ICE.
00:38:07.000 And I actually flew up there.
00:38:08.000 I offered him a job.
00:38:09.000 I said, if you want to, you want to be a special agent, let me know.
00:38:14.000 So we're hiring a lot of cops.
00:38:15.000 We're hiring a lot of people right now.
00:38:17.000 So long prior law enforcement experience is a priority.
00:38:20.000 So we love that.
00:38:21.000 And NYPD is about to have a mass exodus out of that PD.
00:38:28.000 Hi, Mr. Holman.
00:38:29.000 Thank you for all you do.
00:38:29.000 I'm from Minnesota.
00:38:31.000 So what is the status on the Somali deportations in Minneapolis?
00:38:34.000 And realistically, how many can we get rid of?
00:38:36.000 Because it's kind of been taken over.
00:38:37.000 And is there one specific one?
00:38:39.000 Yeah, two.
00:38:41.000 And let's talk about denaturalization while we're talking about it.
00:38:46.000 Look, all that's happening.
00:38:47.000 We're looking for criminal Somalis.
00:38:49.000 We're looking for Somalians that weren't vetted properly.
00:38:52.000 We're going to be re-vetted if we are not satisfied with the vetting process and we think there's an issue with either public safety or national security.
00:39:00.000 They'll be set up for deportation.
00:39:03.000 There is talk of DNA.
00:39:04.000 Look, we're going to follow the law.
00:39:06.000 The last administration just ignored the law.
00:39:08.000 Vetting was poor.
00:39:09.000 I can't tell you how many board relations called me last four years saying they had to release somebody before vetting came back.
00:39:16.000 And when vetting came back, when that illegal alien was already released, they came back hot from the Bureau.
00:39:22.000 So President Trump is going to fix all the terrible things the Biden administration created.
00:39:28.000 And it's a lot of work, but we're going to get it done.
00:39:32.000 So the Twin Cities, all over it, a lot more agents are underway there.
00:39:38.000 So you're going to see a lot of action up there.
00:39:42.000 Can we do one more, Tom?
00:39:43.000 One more if it's clear.
00:39:44.000 One more.
00:39:45.000 We want to be done at two.
00:39:47.000 So, yeah.
00:39:48.000 One more here.
00:39:51.000 Hi, Mr. Homan.
00:39:52.000 Thank you for all your help in making America great again.
00:39:58.000 I'm from Austin, Texas, aka Western California.
00:40:03.000 What steps can be taken to help prevent the violence against and the blocking of the duties of ICE agents?
00:40:11.000 And they're telling us we have to wrap, so make it a quick answer, unfortunately.
00:40:16.000 Vote.
00:40:20.000 Vote for your city council.
00:40:22.000 Vote for your mayor.
00:40:23.000 Vote for the school board.
00:40:24.000 It all starts from the ground up.
00:40:26.000 Vote.
00:40:26.000 Put the right people in the offices who are telling law enforcement, who are spreading lies about the ICE and Borgho, vote.
00:40:34.000 We need to vote from the ground up and take back this country and support law enforcement.
00:40:40.000 We're living in a world right now where law enforcement, all of a sudden, they're the bad guys, and the ones that broke the law are the victims.
00:40:49.000 President Trump's going to turn that around.
00:40:52.000 When he says he's going to make America great again, he's going to make America safe again.
00:40:55.000 He's going to make America healthy again.
00:40:57.000 Thank God, President Trump.
00:41:00.000 Tom, I'd be remiss if I didn't give you a chance.
00:41:02.000 This is our first Amfest without Charlie.
00:41:04.000 He loved you.
00:41:05.000 You loved him.
00:41:06.000 I just wanted to give you a chance to say whatever and we can wrap it up there.
00:41:20.000 Charlie is my friend.
00:41:22.000 I love them.
00:41:22.000 And I miss them every day.
00:41:32.000 Ladies and gentlemen, Tom Homan.
