00:01:02.000His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:01:10.000We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:02:15.000It's a true story about the discovery of the treatment of COVID-19 to prevent hospitalization and death.
00:02:21.000And our shock when we found out instead of celebration and relief, we were crushed with censorship and reprisal.
00:02:30.000And there was a suppression of treatment to the public, which resulted in catastrophic hospitalization and death.
00:02:38.000And I mean, you were on the cutting edge from the beginning of trying to talk about treatments.
00:02:44.000And now we have the latest story out of Florida where the Florida Surgeon General says the mRNA gene-altering vaccine technology resulted in an 84% increase in cardiac events for young men.
00:03:02.000If I remember correctly, you have a history in kind of the cardiac world, if I'm not mistaken.
00:03:10.000I think that's the understatement of the century.
00:03:20.000The FDA has agreed more than a year that the messenger RNA vaccines, and now we understand the adenoviral vaccines and the antigen-based vaccines, they all present the body with the spike protein.
00:03:31.000The spike protein goes to the heart and causes heart damage.
00:03:35.000That's been shown in a paper by Bohmeyer and colleagues from Germany.
00:03:39.000And now this report of excess all-cause mortality, specifically mortality due to heart inflammation and death, Patone and colleagues in the journal circulation, our best cardiology journal, published 100 fatal cases in the UK.
00:04:04.000And now, what I've said under oath is that any person dying with no prior history of significant disease, it's the vaccine until proven otherwise, because we know subclinical myocarditis leads to sudden death.
00:04:18.000It's the vaccine until proven otherwise.
00:04:22.000If the person hasn't taken the vaccine, if the family comes forward and says they haven't taken the vaccine, we've ruled it out.
00:04:27.000But in the absence of that, it's the vaccine until proven otherwise by autopsy or other clinical evaluation.
00:04:33.000Yeah, I was just watching television the other day, and the Arizona Department of Health is still running commercials saying, get your vaccine, get your booster.
00:04:41.000And here comes the Florida Surgeon General saying, Yeah, actually, the vaccine shows an 84% increase in cardiac issues for young men.
00:04:51.000Here's CUT 43, pediatric ICU nurse talking about how they were not allowed to talk about heart problems they were seeing due to the vaccine.
00:05:32.000You know, it leads to heart damage, leads to a scar.
00:05:35.000The scar is the nidis for an abnormal rhythm called ventricular tachycardia, degeneration of ventricular fibrillation asystole, and that's death.
00:05:45.000The daughter, the 17-year-old daughter of Democratic Congressman Sean Caston from Illinois, she takes the vaccine.
00:05:53.000He discloses this in the report in the Hill, and then she dies in her sleep.
00:05:57.000Again, it's my opinion as a cardiologist that death is due to the vaccine until proven otherwise.
00:07:54.000But, you know, I can tell you, Charlie, these acts of censorship now are so bold.
00:08:00.000You probably heard recently that PayPal had announced that they were going to declare COVID misinformation and actually subtract money from you.
00:08:10.000It's a new profit model for them, which is to take money away from people they disagree with.
00:08:15.000And if I understand this correctly, in California, a new law is being passed or has been passed that what you're doing right now, you'd be breaking the law.
00:08:32.000Effectively, doctors can't speak about COVID without engendering danger to their professional licenses and their occupation.
00:08:39.000I tell you, Charlie, doctors are going to back away from COVID completely in California.
00:08:44.000It's a disaster at this point in time.
00:08:47.000Between California, AB 298, the PayPal developments, and Twitter, and we know through court order documents, American First Legal has shown Twitter is directly working with government agencies to do this.
00:09:01.000Is everyone's bank account now at risk regarding this pandemic?
00:09:06.000Well, it is, and it's a wide-sweeping agenda to exercise power and control.
00:09:12.000And so, Dr. McCullough, if you're saying that now the rate is $25,000 per a million for myocarditis, and that doesn't count all the other potential, let's just say, damaging effects from the vaccine, they won't be able to cover this up long term, will they?
00:09:27.000I mean, eventually, there has to be a turn of the corner.
00:09:31.000I mean, to the kind of very awful example that you mentioned, which is the death of Sean Caston's daughter, I read the statement, and I don't know why they put that in the statement.
00:09:42.000They said, well, she was fully vaccinated, COVID-19.
00:09:44.000Are they trying to tell us that maybe they think it's connected or it's a virtue signal thing?
00:09:48.000I mean, Dr. McCullough, I was late last night before I went to bed.
00:09:52.000I said, I feel as if they almost are trying to make us go insane.
00:09:56.000As if those of us that see what's happening here, they just keep us calling us crazy.
00:10:25.000Have you noticed that it's becoming more expensive to take care of your overall health?
00:10:28.000That's why I love my friends over at Centurion Labs and what they're doing.
00:10:33.000They have combined vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc, copper, and QCERTIN in just one pill to save you money.

00:11:22.000For a limited time, Kirk listeners get 20% off their first order of Defender when you go to centurionlabs.com/slash Kirk and use promo code Kirk.
00:11:29.000That's centurionlabs.com/slash Kirk and get promo code Kirk.
00:11:40.000We have a couple emails here of people that are saying, Charlie, you've been focusing on the vaccine, but honestly, it gives me great anxiety because I took the vaccine and now I regret it.
00:11:51.000Doctor, what's your wisdom on that topic?
00:11:53.000You know, the government is not recognizing vaccine injuries and the damage that the nucleic acids, the genetic material, and then the spike protein do in the body.
00:12:04.000Paper by Stanford from Stanford by Rolkin and colleagues, and then Incel DX Bruce Patterson, pre-printed format, shows the genetic material and the spike protein may not ever get out of the body.
00:13:19.000But I mean, Dr. McCullough, I don't want to, you know, be the most cynical program in the history of broadcasting, but normal people are going to listen to this and they say, there's no way I possibly believe it.
00:13:30.000In a country of 330 million people, the wealthiest country ever, you're trying to tell me we are massively distributing vaccines based on a failed test of eight mice.
00:14:01.000And so most people need to recognize and realize this.
00:14:04.000And so if you were to say this to Pfizer or one of the companies, would they agree with you or would they have some sort of argument like, oh, precedent, we know the technology.
00:14:12.000How would they respond to that if they were ever confronted with the fact that they're massively distributing technology that failed on mice?
00:14:20.000They would say that half of the current bivalent booster is the old vaccine, which didn't work and is antiquated.
00:14:28.000And the reason why they needed a new vaccine, so they kept it half, and then half is directed against the BA4, BA5 subvariant.
00:14:34.000So they're going to say it's a minor modification of an existing product.
00:14:38.000However, the existing product is not safe and it doesn't work.
00:14:49.000People are asking us a lot about kind of how do we communicate this to people that won't even have an open mind.
00:14:57.000I'll just kind of close with this, Dr. McCullough.
00:14:59.000You know, you've been in the scientific field for decades and one of the most respected cardiologists in your field.
00:15:07.000I mean, just what's your own personal take on the suppression of speech or even the lack of inquiry into the truth around the vaccine technology and COVID?
00:15:17.000I mean, three years ago, you couldn't have imagined being where you are today.
00:15:23.000I couldn't imagine we are here today, but the goal seems to be obvious.
00:15:26.000It's a needle in every arm every six months.
00:15:29.000The way to break it is simply for everyone to decline it.
00:15:32.000And I tell you, we can open people's minds by seeing the recent, the last thing I tweeted, Charlie, was, are the kids okay by the Vaccine Safety Research Foundation?
00:16:28.000By the way, we receive emails like this all the time from people about people that regret taking it.
00:16:33.000I mean, this one right here, again, we have thousands of these emails.
00:16:35.000Charlie, my brother, 46, suddenly died of cardiac arrest in July just after getting the vaccine.
00:16:40.000I tried so hard to convince him not to, but just couldn't get over thoughts that he wouldn't be able to either travel or attend concerts or sporting events.
00:16:47.000And his doctor assured him it was safe and okay.
00:16:49.000I tried so hard to tell him the facts.
00:16:50.000He was healthy and active and had no signs whatsoever before this happened.
00:16:53.000It shattered our family, and he is now dead.
00:17:08.000Right now, Bank of America has just lowered its 2022 forecast for the SP 500 by a whopping 900 points to 3,600.
00:17:18.000Saying we're headed for a recession this year, it said the new year target is the lowest on the street.
00:17:23.000This is not good news for those of you stuck in equities or anything tied to stock markets.
00:17:28.000I know thousands of people who have put their trust in Noble Gold to prevent losing money and the financial storm that is brewing.
00:17:34.000You can join them by calling their expert team.
00:17:36.000Noble Gold has recently voted the number one gold company in the country by Consumer Affairs.
00:17:41.000No call centers, no scripted response, no bull, just a straight, honest run through options so you can decide.
00:17:47.000And by the way, they're giving away a beautiful one-tenth of an ounce gold American Eagle coin with every qualifying IRA or 401k rollover this month.
00:18:52.000It's really broader even than marijuana, although I agree with you, Charlie, that marijuana in itself is something that I think conservatives should not be promoting in any way.
00:19:04.000But Biden last week announced that he was granting pardons to everybody who had ever been convicted in federal court of marijuana possession.
00:19:16.000And this pardon initiative represented the usual lurch back towards the left to the comfort zone of Biden and the other Democrats in announcing that the criminal justice system was racist.
00:19:32.000This is a theme that they cannot get away from, even though we see the results of that narrative about criminal and police racism, criminal justice system and police racism, which is an unprecedented homicide spike in this country.
00:19:48.000They make minute gestures to try and say, oh, no, we're actually all for law enforcement.
00:19:53.000But then here's Biden with his announcement saying that it was all about racial justice.
00:19:59.000And he trots out a meme that I have come across for the last three decades in writing about the police that was put out there by the ACLU, which claims that Blacks and whites use marijuana at equal rates.
00:20:16.000And yet, because of these, I hear it all the time, Heather, on campus.
00:20:23.000That despite the absolute equal use, that Blacks are arrested more and prosecuted more and imprisoned more for marijuana crimes.
00:20:34.000And so Biden said this is a matter of righting these racial wrongs.
00:20:40.000Well, there's a whole lot of problems with this, Charlie.
00:20:44.000The first, and I just want to get this out of the way, to finally put this ACLU meme to rest.
00:20:51.000It is not the case that Blacks and whites use marijuana in the same intensity.
00:21:01.000You can look historically at the role of marijuana in Black culture.
00:21:07.000This has been documented by great chronicles of Black life, whether it's W.E. Du Bois or Claude Brown or Richard Wright.
00:21:15.000But if you look at currently, what should really concern us is what is the incidence of marijuana dependence, addiction disorder.
00:21:26.000The rates at which Blacks are treated for marijuana abuse and very destructive use is three times higher.
00:21:39.000Excuse me, a third of all admissions in the country for marijuana abuse are for Blacks, even though Blacks are only 13% of the population.
00:21:51.000There was a study in Washington, D.C. that found that Blacks use marijuana at 38 times the rate of whites, and they are treated for addiction at 38 times the rate of whites.
00:22:37.000Yeah, and that's usually the narrative.
00:22:39.000So I just want to make sure I understood this correctly, that Blacks actually use weed more than an average white person, only discussing this because I don't love talking about, you know, what racial group uses drugs more, only to counter this prevailing regime narrative that then tries to push forward this kind of, let's just say, new caste system that is being built in America.
00:23:44.000Whether it was heroin in the 1950s and 1960s or crack cocaine in the 1980s, Black academics have documented this.
00:23:54.000Randall Kennedy, James Fortner, Michael Fortner, James Foreman at Yale Law School.
00:24:01.000It's Blacks who've said, as a member of the Black caucus did with regards to crack, this is the worst oppression our community has experienced since slavery.
00:24:13.000So the idea that the war on drugs is some kind of plot to get Blacks in prison is simply wrong.
00:24:21.000It was a response to the fact that drug use and abuse and dependency and the extraordinary destruction of children's lives, of the ability to hold jobs, has hit black communities worse.
00:24:37.000And that's why police are in those neighborhoods to enforce drug laws.
00:24:42.000Anybody who's lived with outdoor drug dealing, who knows how to spot how a drug set is constructed to try and avoid being caught by the police, they're very clever about breaking up the various aspects of the transaction.
00:25:01.000So you can't really find anybody with both drugs and money on them at any given time.
00:25:07.000But if you live with the awareness that there is outdoor drug dealing going on in your neighborhood, you are living under a system of oppression because violence is implicit always in outdoor drug markets.
00:25:54.000Whether Obama did some of those, I don't know, Trump, you know, he sort of got some misconceptions and lies on his hands as well, because he also signed the Second Chance Act saying that it was a way of fighting back against racist drug enforcement.
00:26:13.000You know, he sounds like the Democrats.
00:26:16.000So what we have now, of course, is the same thing as across the board pardons, which is prosecutors that have announced that they're simply not enforcing whole categories of crime, which is an absolute difficulty.
00:26:33.000What fascinates me, Heather, and I want to talk just kind of the rise in crime about America.
00:26:37.000It's just, I hope that this gets really repeated on other shows and by other people.
00:26:43.000So you have the president of the United States that is signing basically a pardon allowing and just saying that widespread drug use is fine or even the trafficking of such drugs, okay, while simultaneously using the FBI to go after people that sing hymns outside of abortion clinics.
00:26:58.000It could be best described as anarcho-tyranny, as Sam Francis would say.
00:27:02.000I mean, can you help build that out for us?
00:27:04.000Because you have the president saying you can do whatever you want when it comes to this particular issue, but if you dare be a dissident to my regime, I'm going to show up.
00:27:11.000You know, a bunch of guys from the FBI are going to show up at your house.
00:27:14.000And meanwhile, violent crime is going up in our cities.
00:27:19.000It's very scary and one doesn't know really what to do because we do assume that there will be a strong effort to apply laws neutrally.
00:27:30.000That is the very essence of what Western freedom has consisted of is the rule of law and the confidence that whether you are viewed as a criminal and convicted will not depend on the political regime in power and that judges are independent of the law, that our law enforcement agencies are independent of politics.
00:27:59.000And if we lose confidence in that, then we are no different than a third world dictatorship.
00:28:06.000And the ancients on forward, through our founding fathers, understood that there is no power more terrifying than untrammeled government power.
00:28:18.000And the tradition of respect for the rule of law was built up with extraordinary effort, extraordinary bloodshed, extraordinary depth of understanding into the darkness of the human soul by the great thinkers of the Western tradition that allowed Western society to flourish, that allowed prosperity to flourish.
00:28:43.000If we're losing that now, and we have the people that head our law enforcement agencies applying grossly double standards, it's really bad.
00:29:07.000I mean, talking about it is important and building consensus and shining a light on it.
00:29:11.000We can't minimize that, where you have gangbangers that are getting away with murder, literally murder, in the streets of Philadelphia and Chicago, where a majority of those cases remain unsolved.
00:29:22.000But if you participate in an act of civil disobedience outside of an abortion clinic and sing hymns, the FBI is going to go raid you and categorize you as a domestic terrorist.
00:29:36.000It really goes to show that the left, it's not that they want, it's not that they want anarchy everywhere.
00:29:42.000It's that there's certain behaviors and practices that are acceptable, such as medicating yourself.
00:31:51.000In New York City, Blacks are about 22% of the population.
00:31:55.000They usually commit about three quarters of all shootings.
00:31:58.000If you add Hispanic shootings to Black shootings, you account for virtually 100% of all shootings.
00:32:04.000Sadly, the face of violent street crime in today that's drived by shootings and robberies is almost exclusively black and brown, and those are also disproportionately the victims.
00:32:15.000So you cannot go into a police community meeting in the inner city without hearing those good law-abiding people beg for more police, for more stops, for more arrests of drug dealers, getting the kids off the corners who are fighting.
00:32:29.000And to pretend that this is somehow a fiction, you know, the left treats crime as a racist fiction.
00:32:44.000And Heather, this is what, at least anecdotally, and I'd love your, I mean, you know the data better than I do, but it just seems as if the one-off cruel crimes are increasing.
00:32:56.000I mean, this one example here in Georgia of this young 18-year-old football star who is on a date with his girlfriend outside of a Dave and Buster's, shot dead in a mall by two blacks that then flee to South Carolina.
00:33:08.000I mean, you're nodding in agreement that the kind of cruel one-off crimes are increasing.
00:33:26.000And it is being fed by this narrative.
00:33:28.000You know, the New York Times is not much read, perhaps, in, you know, 125th Street.
00:33:37.000Sadly, it is read on the Upper West Side.
00:33:39.000But I can tell you that the messages that our elites send, and that includes President Biden, which is that this is a white supremacist country, that the police are your enemy.
00:33:48.000They're only there because they want to put you in prison and oppress you.
00:33:53.000That message has an effect, and it is breeding hatred.
00:33:57.000We have been breeding hatred since Obama and before, frankly, but it's gotten worse recently.
00:34:06.000He has to work very hard at not repeating his favorite theme of the sickness that is in the white American soul, which is racism, and that those messages do matter.
00:34:17.000And Democrats keep pushing them even into the midterm elections.
00:34:22.000Really quick, Heather, about a minute remaining.
00:34:38.000You know, we get those a lot over the summer where in Chicago, for instance, these groups of teens come from the south and west sides and just rampage down the magnificent mile on Michigan Avenue.
00:34:50.000And even Lori Lightfoot started raising the drawbridges so that they to keep out the invading barbarian hordes, basically.
00:35:01.000And so there is a sense of impunity when you have prosecutors enforced theft and resisting arrest.
00:35:10.000They're not going to, you know, force beating up on police officers virtually.
00:35:15.000That sends a message that we expect you to loot and there's no consequences.
00:35:20.000I mean, this one example, Elijah DeWitt, 18-year-old football star murdered by two blacks, and we don't even know why.
00:35:27.000It doesn't seem like it was a robbery.
00:35:29.000I mean, it's just, it just seems senseless.
00:35:32.00018-year-old with his whole life in front of him.
