00:01:35.000 The courage to face COVID-19: Preventing Hospitalization and Death while battling the biopharmaceutical complex by Dr. Peter McCullough.
00:01:44.000 New book out.
00:01:45.000 You guys have got to check it out.
00:01:46.000 And he joins us right now.
00:01:49.000 Dr. McCullough, welcome back to the program.
00:01:51.000 Thanks for having me.
00:01:52.000 Tell us about your new book.
00:01:54.000 You know, I teamed up with true crime author John Leake, who was from Dallas, but he lived most of his life in Europe.
00:02:00.000 He returned from Vienna, and we worked for a year on this.
00:02:03.000 He carefully interviewed all the key players.
00:02:06.000 He's an investigative reporter.
00:02:08.000 He's trained as a forensic investigator.
00:02:11.000 And we wrote this book together.
00:02:12.000 It's a nonfiction narrative.
00:02:15.000 It's a true story about the discovery of the treatment of COVID-19 to prevent hospitalization and death.
00:02:21.000 And our shock when we found out instead of celebration and relief, we were crushed with censorship and reprisal.
00:02:30.000 And there was a suppression of treatment to the public, which resulted in catastrophic hospitalization and death.
00:02:38.000 And I mean, you were on the cutting edge from the beginning of trying to talk about treatments.
00:02:44.000 And now we have the latest story out of Florida where the Florida Surgeon General says the mRNA gene-altering vaccine technology resulted in an 84% increase in cardiac events for young men.
00:03:02.000 If I remember correctly, you have a history in kind of the cardiac world, if I'm not mistaken.
00:03:10.000 I think that's the understatement of the century.
00:03:12.000 Does this shock you?
00:03:14.000 No, it doesn't.
00:03:14.000 It comes on the heels of now hundreds and hundreds of peer-reviewed reports, Charlie.
00:03:19.000 And the FDA agrees.
00:03:20.000 The FDA has agreed more than a year that the messenger RNA vaccines, and now we understand the adenoviral vaccines and the antigen-based vaccines, they all present the body with the spike protein.
00:03:31.000 The spike protein goes to the heart and causes heart damage.
00:03:35.000 That's been shown in a paper by Bohmeyer and colleagues from Germany.
00:03:39.000 And now this report of excess all-cause mortality, specifically mortality due to heart inflammation and death, Patone and colleagues in the journal circulation, our best cardiology journal, published 100 fatal cases in the UK.
00:03:54.000 That's just the tip of the iceberg.
00:03:57.000 You probably know that Denmark has said no vaccines for young people.
00:04:00.000 Florida never supported.
00:04:02.000 I've never supported in my practice.
00:04:04.000 And now, what I've said under oath is that any person dying with no prior history of significant disease, it's the vaccine until proven otherwise, because we know subclinical myocarditis leads to sudden death.
00:04:18.000 It's the vaccine until proven otherwise.
00:04:20.000 And what I mean, this is easy.
00:04:22.000 If the person hasn't taken the vaccine, if the family comes forward and says they haven't taken the vaccine, we've ruled it out.
00:04:27.000 But in the absence of that, it's the vaccine until proven otherwise by autopsy or other clinical evaluation.
00:04:33.000 Yeah, I was just watching television the other day, and the Arizona Department of Health is still running commercials saying, get your vaccine, get your booster.
00:04:41.000 And here comes the Florida Surgeon General saying, Yeah, actually, the vaccine shows an 84% increase in cardiac issues for young men.
00:04:50.000 84% increase.
00:04:51.000 Here's CUT 43, pediatric ICU nurse talking about how they were not allowed to talk about heart problems they were seeing due to the vaccine.
00:04:59.000 Play Cut 43.
00:05:02.000 I took care of those children who came in with myocarditis after the vaccine.
00:05:07.000 It was an unspoken thing that we were not allowed to talk about openly on the unit.
00:05:12.000 The day before I was taken away from my position, I was actively giving compressions to a child to keep him alive.
00:05:21.000 Your thoughts, Dr. McCullough?
00:05:23.000 Well, I'm seeing the survivors in my clinic, Charlie.
00:05:25.000 They're coming in in large numbers.
00:05:27.000 Heart damage, we see it by MRI.
00:05:30.000 Sadly, it's not going away.
00:05:32.000 You know, it leads to heart damage, leads to a scar.
00:05:35.000 The scar is the nidis for an abnormal rhythm called ventricular tachycardia, degeneration of ventricular fibrillation asystole, and that's death.
00:05:45.000 The daughter, the 17-year-old daughter of Democratic Congressman Sean Caston from Illinois, she takes the vaccine.
00:05:53.000 He discloses this in the report in the Hill, and then she dies in her sleep.
00:05:57.000 Again, it's my opinion as a cardiologist that death is due to the vaccine until proven otherwise.
00:06:03.000 He discloses she's perfectly healthy.
00:06:05.000 She had perfectly healthy visits with the doctor.
00:06:08.000 She was planning the rest of her life.
00:06:09.000 You can imagine the grief, the shock, the remorse, the guilt that he has in having his child undergo an unnecessary vaccine.
00:06:17.000 So, Dr. McCullough, some people say, well, kids drop dead all the time of heart issues.
00:06:22.000 I mean, you've been in this field for decades.
00:06:24.000 You're a cardiologist.
00:06:25.000 Is that true?
00:06:27.000 It's not true.
00:06:28.000 We have data by Evolio and colleagues from Finland.
00:06:30.000 Before the COVID-19 vaccines, there were four cases per myocarditis for myocarditis per million.
00:06:36.000 It can happen with a parvovirus or another virus, four per million.
00:06:41.000 The current estimates are now from a prospective cohort study from Bangkok, Thailand, 25,000 cases per million.
00:06:50.000 25,000 cases per million.
00:06:51.000 Yes, Charlie, it's through the roof.
00:06:53.000 Myocarditis at this point in time is due to the COVID-19 vaccines until proven otherwise.
00:06:59.000 I mean, this is extraordinary.
00:07:01.000 So you got kicked off Twitter for sharing a lot of this type of information and being truthful.
00:07:06.000 Tell us about that.
00:07:07.000 You know, I previously had a lawsuit with Twitter regarding my first account, COVID-19 treatments.
00:07:12.000 It was a scientific account bringing data to the world is heavily relied upon.
00:07:16.000 Twitter prevailed because they believe they have the right to participate in this conversation by manipulating our accounts.
00:07:22.000 So I had a personal account.
00:07:24.000 I tweeted relentlessly and fearlessly for a year.
00:07:28.000 Just simply the scientific data, the press became reliant on my analyses.
00:07:33.000 And then Twitter on October 6th subtracted all the followers from my account, 512,000 followers.
00:07:40.000 There's millions of people on my feed per day.
00:07:42.000 We caught them previously automatically unfollowing people.
00:07:45.000 And then they temporarily suspended the account.
00:07:48.000 They wouldn't let me download my data.
00:07:50.000 And now my tech and legal teams are working with Twitter.
00:07:52.000 They've backed off a little bit.
00:07:54.000 But, you know, I can tell you, Charlie, these acts of censorship now are so bold.
00:08:00.000 You probably heard recently that PayPal had announced that they were going to declare COVID misinformation and actually subtract money from you.
00:08:08.000 Take money from you.
00:08:08.000 Just take your money, right?
00:08:10.000 It's a new profit model for them, which is to take money away from people they disagree with.
00:08:15.000 And if I understand this correctly, in California, a new law is being passed or has been passed that what you're doing right now, you'd be breaking the law.
00:08:26.000 Is that right?
00:08:28.000 Davin Newsom signed it into law.
00:08:30.000 It's a doctor COVID muscle law.
00:08:32.000 Effectively, doctors can't speak about COVID without engendering danger to their professional licenses and their occupation.
00:08:39.000 I tell you, Charlie, doctors are going to back away from COVID completely in California.
00:08:44.000 It's a disaster at this point in time.
00:08:47.000 Between California, AB 298, the PayPal developments, and Twitter, and we know through court order documents, American First Legal has shown Twitter is directly working with government agencies to do this.
00:08:58.000 That's exactly right.
00:08:58.000 What's next, Charlie?
00:08:59.000 Bank of America, Citibank?
00:09:01.000 Is everyone's bank account now at risk regarding this pandemic?
00:09:06.000 Well, it is, and it's a wide-sweeping agenda to exercise power and control.
00:09:12.000 And so, Dr. McCullough, if you're saying that now the rate is $25,000 per a million for myocarditis, and that doesn't count all the other potential, let's just say, damaging effects from the vaccine, they won't be able to cover this up long term, will they?
00:09:27.000 I mean, eventually, there has to be a turn of the corner.
00:09:31.000 I mean, to the kind of very awful example that you mentioned, which is the death of Sean Caston's daughter, I read the statement, and I don't know why they put that in the statement.
00:09:42.000 They said, well, she was fully vaccinated, COVID-19.
00:09:44.000 Are they trying to tell us that maybe they think it's connected or it's a virtue signal thing?
00:09:48.000 I mean, Dr. McCullough, I was late last night before I went to bed.
00:09:52.000 I said, I feel as if they almost are trying to make us go insane.
00:09:56.000 As if those of us that see what's happening here, they just keep us calling us crazy.
00:10:00.000 Your thoughts, Doctor?
00:10:01.000 You know, I think at this point in time, again, every American has a duty.
00:10:06.000 They have a duty to warn others.
00:10:08.000 They have a responsibility to do so.
00:10:10.000 The rates of death are unacceptable with the vaccine.
00:10:14.000 Our CDC has recorded thousands of deaths on the same day or the next day.
00:10:18.000 The vaccine mandates need to go, and the vaccines need to go.
00:10:22.000 It's unbelievable.
00:10:25.000 Have you noticed that it's becoming more expensive to take care of your overall health?
00:10:28.000 That's why I love my friends over at Centurion Labs and what they're doing.
00:10:33.000 They have combined vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc, copper, and QCERTIN in just one pill to save you money.
00:10:39.000 It's called Centurion Defender, and it defends your immune system against allergies, colds, flu, and the coronavirus.
00:10:46.000 Who knows when the next wave will hit, and you want your immune system to be prepared.
00:10:50.000 All you have to do is take one defender with breakfast and one defender with dinner and keep living your life.
00:10:55.000 Now is the time to defend your health, save money, and support a company that shares your Christian values and loves this country.

00:11:33.000 CenturionLabs.com/slash Kirk.
00:11:35.000 Promo code Kirk.
00:11:36.000 Check it out today.
00:11:40.000 We have a couple emails here of people that are saying, Charlie, you've been focusing on the vaccine, but honestly, it gives me great anxiety because I took the vaccine and now I regret it.
00:11:49.000 Is there anything I can do?
00:11:51.000 Doctor, what's your wisdom on that topic?
00:11:53.000 You know, the government is not recognizing vaccine injuries and the damage that the nucleic acids, the genetic material, and then the spike protein do in the body.
00:12:04.000 Paper by Stanford from Stanford by Rolkin and colleagues, and then Incel DX Bruce Patterson, pre-printed format, shows the genetic material and the spike protein may not ever get out of the body.
00:12:15.000 It has a toxicity to it.
00:12:17.000 So people are scrambling for things to do.
00:12:20.000 No prospective randomized trials.
00:12:23.000 The best thing I can tell you is I'm following my patients carefully.
00:12:26.000 And beyond a year, I'm not seeing the emergence of problems right now.
00:12:30.000 Hopefully, this will hold up.
00:12:32.000 The main point is don't take any more.
00:12:34.000 The toxicity appears to be cumulative.
00:12:37.000 Yeah.
00:12:37.000 So are the boosters the real kicker?
00:12:40.000 Is that what you're seeing?
00:12:41.000 Is that the cumulative cascade of boosters?
00:12:43.000 Well, remember, the boosters, the bivalent boosters, were not tested on humans.
00:12:47.000 They didn't work in animals.
00:12:48.000 And there was a false surrogacy of the antibodies.
00:12:51.000 It couldn't be worse.
00:12:52.000 The first lady, one of the first in Canada in Saskatoon to take the vaccine, the bivalent vaccine, she already taken multiple as a nurse.
00:13:00.000 She dies in the waiting period in the pharmacy while she was texting her daughter.
00:13:05.000 The bivalent boosters can be fatal.
00:13:07.000 So let me just re-emphasize this for everyone listening.
00:13:10.000 You said that they were not tried on humans.
00:13:13.000 Was this the eight mice that they were tried on?
00:13:16.000 Is that right?
00:13:17.000 Yeah.
00:13:17.000 And it failed and they ate mice.
00:13:19.000 But I mean, Dr. McCullough, I don't want to, you know, be the most cynical program in the history of broadcasting, but normal people are going to listen to this and they say, there's no way I possibly believe it.
00:13:30.000 In a country of 330 million people, the wealthiest country ever, you're trying to tell me we are massively distributing vaccines based on a failed test of eight mice.
00:13:40.000 Is that what you're saying?
00:13:42.000 That's correct.
00:13:43.000 It's never been done.
00:13:44.000 This is a complete abrogation of good regulatory practice by the FDA.
00:13:49.000 The FDA is off the rails.
00:13:51.000 Big Pharma is in charge.
00:13:52.000 The money is flowing.
00:13:54.000 By the way, Charlie, these were pre-purchased before the animal studies were released.
00:13:58.000 It's unbelievable.
00:14:00.000 It really is.
00:14:01.000 And so most people need to recognize and realize this.
00:14:04.000 And so if you were to say this to Pfizer or one of the companies, would they agree with you or would they have some sort of argument like, oh, precedent, we know the technology.
00:14:12.000 How would they respond to that if they were ever confronted with the fact that they're massively distributing technology that failed on mice?
00:14:20.000 They would say that half of the current bivalent booster is the old vaccine, which didn't work and is antiquated.
00:14:28.000 And the reason why they needed a new vaccine, so they kept it half, and then half is directed against the BA4, BA5 subvariant.
00:14:34.000 So they're going to say it's a minor modification of an existing product.
00:14:38.000 However, the existing product is not safe and it doesn't work.
00:14:42.000 It's unbelievable.
00:14:43.000 It really is just shocking when you walk all the way through it.
00:14:47.000 We have other emails here.
00:14:49.000 People are asking us a lot about kind of how do we communicate this to people that won't even have an open mind.
00:14:57.000 I'll just kind of close with this, Dr. McCullough.
00:14:59.000 You know, you've been in the scientific field for decades and one of the most respected cardiologists in your field.
00:15:07.000 I mean, just what's your own personal take on the suppression of speech or even the lack of inquiry into the truth around the vaccine technology and COVID?
00:15:17.000 I mean, three years ago, you couldn't have imagined being where you are today.
00:15:20.000 Tell me your take on this.
00:15:22.000 No, I agree.
00:15:23.000 I couldn't imagine we are here today, but the goal seems to be obvious.
00:15:26.000 It's a needle in every arm every six months.
00:15:29.000 The way to break it is simply for everyone to decline it.
00:15:32.000 And I tell you, we can open people's minds by seeing the recent, the last thing I tweeted, Charlie, was, are the kids okay by the Vaccine Safety Research Foundation?
00:15:42.000 These videos are powerful.
00:15:44.000 The data are powerful.
00:15:45.000 The vaccines are resulting in large numbers of deaths, injuries, and disabilities.
00:15:50.000 They have to be stopped.
00:15:51.000 And the only way to stop it is for people to say no.
00:15:54.000 Email from Christine.
00:15:55.000 I got the vaccine one and two in January, February 21.
00:15:59.000 I know I was just diagnosed with an aortic aneurysm.
00:16:02.000 I never had it before.
00:16:04.000 I am 0.5 centimeters from needing surgery, open heart surgery, and a valve replacement.
00:16:08.000 I am sure this is from the vaccine.
00:16:10.000 I'm 56 and in healthcare and regret taking it every minute.
00:16:13.000 Thank you, Chris.
00:16:15.000 It's tragic.
00:16:15.000 Dr. McCullough, thank you for joining our program and keep up the great work and your clarity and your courage.
00:16:21.000 And make sure you guys check out his new book.
00:16:23.000 It's very, very important, The Courage to Face COVID-19.
00:16:26.000 Thank you, Dr. McCullough.
00:16:27.000 Thank you, Charlie.
00:16:28.000 By the way, we receive emails like this all the time from people about people that regret taking it.
00:16:33.000 I mean, this one right here, again, we have thousands of these emails.
00:16:35.000 Charlie, my brother, 46, suddenly died of cardiac arrest in July just after getting the vaccine.
00:16:40.000 I tried so hard to convince him not to, but just couldn't get over thoughts that he wouldn't be able to either travel or attend concerts or sporting events.
00:16:47.000 And his doctor assured him it was safe and okay.
00:16:49.000 I tried so hard to tell him the facts.
00:16:50.000 He was healthy and active and had no signs whatsoever before this happened.
00:16:53.000 It shattered our family, and he is now dead.
00:16:55.000 Tiffany from Nevada.
00:16:57.000 Again, I try not to read too many of these on air because it's just depressing.
00:17:01.000 But then I hear conservatives always pushing the vaccine.
00:17:04.000 I say, you guys are just sellouts.
00:17:08.000 Right now, Bank of America has just lowered its 2022 forecast for the SP 500 by a whopping 900 points to 3,600.
00:17:18.000 Saying we're headed for a recession this year, it said the new year target is the lowest on the street.
00:17:23.000 This is not good news for those of you stuck in equities or anything tied to stock markets.
00:17:28.000 I know thousands of people who have put their trust in Noble Gold to prevent losing money and the financial storm that is brewing.

00:18:07.000 In Scottsdale, near where I live, there is a new marijuana facility.
00:18:15.000 I'm sure some of you live in communities where they're building these.
00:18:19.000 And it's some sort of a weed dispensary thing.
00:18:22.000 Drives me crazy.
00:18:24.000 This is a topic that divides some conservatives.
00:18:27.000 I'm just, I don't understand the push to want to continue to legalize marijuana.
00:18:33.000 But someone who I really think highly of is Heather McDonald.
00:18:37.000 She's so smart.
00:18:38.000 And she has a new piece out called The Marijuana Myth.
00:18:42.000 And anything Heather McDonald writes or publishes, I make sure I read.
00:18:47.000 Heather, how are you?
00:18:49.000 Great piece.
00:18:50.000 Tell our audience about it.
00:18:51.000 Well, thank you.
00:18:52.000 It's really broader even than marijuana, although I agree with you, Charlie, that marijuana in itself is something that I think conservatives should not be promoting in any way.
00:19:04.000 But Biden last week announced that he was granting pardons to everybody who had ever been convicted in federal court of marijuana possession.
00:19:16.000 And this pardon initiative represented the usual lurch back towards the left to the comfort zone of Biden and the other Democrats in announcing that the criminal justice system was racist.
00:19:32.000 This is a theme that they cannot get away from, even though we see the results of that narrative about criminal and police racism, criminal justice system and police racism, which is an unprecedented homicide spike in this country.
00:19:48.000 They make minute gestures to try and say, oh, no, we're actually all for law enforcement.
00:19:53.000 But then here's Biden with his announcement saying that it was all about racial justice.
00:19:59.000 And he trots out a meme that I have come across for the last three decades in writing about the police that was put out there by the ACLU, which claims that Blacks and whites use marijuana at equal rates.
00:20:16.000 And yet, because of these, I hear it all the time, Heather, on campus.
00:20:20.000 Please continue.
00:20:21.000 You're exactly right.
00:20:23.000 That despite the absolute equal use, that Blacks are arrested more and prosecuted more and imprisoned more for marijuana crimes.
00:20:34.000 And so Biden said this is a matter of righting these racial wrongs.
00:20:40.000 Well, there's a whole lot of problems with this, Charlie.
00:20:44.000 The first, and I just want to get this out of the way, to finally put this ACLU meme to rest.
00:20:51.000 It is not the case that Blacks and whites use marijuana in the same intensity.
00:21:01.000 You can look historically at the role of marijuana in Black culture.
00:21:07.000 This has been documented by great chronicles of Black life, whether it's W.E. Du Bois or Claude Brown or Richard Wright.
00:21:15.000 But if you look at currently, what should really concern us is what is the incidence of marijuana dependence, addiction disorder.
00:21:26.000 The rates at which Blacks are treated for marijuana abuse and very destructive use is three times higher.
00:21:39.000 Excuse me, a third of all admissions in the country for marijuana abuse are for Blacks, even though Blacks are only 13% of the population.
00:21:51.000 There was a study in Washington, D.C. that found that Blacks use marijuana at 38 times the rate of whites, and they are treated for addiction at 38 times the rate of whites.
00:22:08.000 This is a concern.
00:22:10.000 Among all drug use, the rate at which blacks are treated for abuse is 58 times higher.
00:22:16.000 So this ACLU myth is wrong.
00:22:20.000 But it also leads to this idea that then the criminal justice system is racist.
00:22:25.000 And that is just not the case.
00:22:27.000 The fact of the matter is, nobody, nobody goes to federal prison because he was caught smoking a joint.
00:22:36.000 It's absurd.
00:22:37.000 Yeah, and that's usually the narrative.
00:22:39.000 So I just want to make sure I understood this correctly, that Blacks actually use weed more than an average white person, only discussing this because I don't love talking about, you know, what racial group uses drugs more, only to counter this prevailing regime narrative that then tries to push forward this kind of, let's just say, new caste system that is being built in America.
00:23:04.000 It's a lie.
00:23:06.000 It's an outright lie, and it ignores the fact that marijuana has hurt Black communities more.
00:23:14.000 You know, we always hear there was this very, very destructive book by a woman named Michelle Alexander called The New Jim Crow.
00:23:22.000 And her argument was that the war on drugs was a covert means to re-enslave blacks, to reimpose Jim Crow by putting them all in prison.
00:23:34.000 She completely overlooked the fact that the push for stronger drug enforcement has virtually always come from the black community.
00:23:43.000 That's exactly right.
00:23:44.000 Whether it was heroin in the 1950s and 1960s or crack cocaine in the 1980s, Black academics have documented this.
00:23:54.000 Randall Kennedy, James Fortner, Michael Fortner, James Foreman at Yale Law School.
00:24:01.000 It's Blacks who've said, as a member of the Black caucus did with regards to crack, this is the worst oppression our community has experienced since slavery.
00:24:13.000 So the idea that the war on drugs is some kind of plot to get Blacks in prison is simply wrong.
00:24:21.000 It was a response to the fact that drug use and abuse and dependency and the extraordinary destruction of children's lives, of the ability to hold jobs, has hit black communities worse.
00:24:37.000 And that's why police are in those neighborhoods to enforce drug laws.
00:24:42.000 Anybody who's lived with outdoor drug dealing, who knows how to spot how a drug set is constructed to try and avoid being caught by the police, they're very clever about breaking up the various aspects of the transaction.
00:25:01.000 So you can't really find anybody with both drugs and money on them at any given time.
00:25:07.000 But if you live with the awareness that there is outdoor drug dealing going on in your neighborhood, you are living under a system of oppression because violence is implicit always in outdoor drug markets.
00:25:25.000 That's exactly right.
00:25:26.000 Yeah, I mean, these people don't live.
00:25:28.000 This doesn't happen in a vacuum.
00:25:30.000 And there is violence that is almost embedded in the trafficking of drugs.
00:25:35.000 But let me ask you, Heather, kind of a broader question.
00:25:38.000 Has there ever been a categorical pardon in the history of our country where you pardon an entire category of people?
00:25:46.000 I'm just curious.
00:25:47.000 I've never heard of such a thing.
00:25:50.000 Well, usually you're right.
00:25:51.000 It is in, it's individualized.
00:25:54.000 Whether Obama did some of those, I don't know, Trump, you know, he sort of got some misconceptions and lies on his hands as well, because he also signed the Second Chance Act saying that it was a way of fighting back against racist drug enforcement.
00:26:13.000 You know, he sounds like the Democrats.
00:26:16.000 So what we have now, of course, is the same thing as across the board pardons, which is prosecutors that have announced that they're simply not enforcing whole categories of crime, which is an absolute difficulty.
00:26:33.000 What fascinates me, Heather, and I want to talk just kind of the rise in crime about America.
00:26:37.000 It's just, I hope that this gets really repeated on other shows and by other people.
00:26:43.000 So you have the president of the United States that is signing basically a pardon allowing and just saying that widespread drug use is fine or even the trafficking of such drugs, okay, while simultaneously using the FBI to go after people that sing hymns outside of abortion clinics.
00:26:58.000 It could be best described as anarcho-tyranny, as Sam Francis would say.
00:27:02.000 I mean, can you help build that out for us?
00:27:04.000 Because you have the president saying you can do whatever you want when it comes to this particular issue, but if you dare be a dissident to my regime, I'm going to show up.
00:27:11.000 You know, a bunch of guys from the FBI are going to show up at your house.
00:27:14.000 And meanwhile, violent crime is going up in our cities.
00:27:16.000 It's enough to drive you insane.
00:27:19.000 It's very scary and one doesn't know really what to do because we do assume that there will be a strong effort to apply laws neutrally.
00:27:30.000 That is the very essence of what Western freedom has consisted of is the rule of law and the confidence that whether you are viewed as a criminal and convicted will not depend on the political regime in power and that judges are independent of the law, that our law enforcement agencies are independent of politics.
00:27:59.000 And if we lose confidence in that, then we are no different than a third world dictatorship.
00:28:06.000 And the ancients on forward, through our founding fathers, understood that there is no power more terrifying than untrammeled government power.
00:28:15.000 It will be abused.
00:28:18.000 And the tradition of respect for the rule of law was built up with extraordinary effort, extraordinary bloodshed, extraordinary depth of understanding into the darkness of the human soul by the great thinkers of the Western tradition that allowed Western society to flourish, that allowed prosperity to flourish.
00:28:43.000 If we're losing that now, and we have the people that head our law enforcement agencies applying grossly double standards, it's really bad.
00:28:54.000 And I don't have an answer.
00:28:58.000 People have to raise their voices and certainly they have to vote.
00:29:05.000 Yeah, I mean, that's the least of it.
00:29:07.000 I mean, talking about it is important and building consensus and shining a light on it.
00:29:11.000 We can't minimize that, where you have gangbangers that are getting away with murder, literally murder, in the streets of Philadelphia and Chicago, where a majority of those cases remain unsolved.
00:29:22.000 But if you participate in an act of civil disobedience outside of an abortion clinic and sing hymns, the FBI is going to go raid you and categorize you as a domestic terrorist.
00:29:36.000 It really goes to show that the left, it's not that they want, it's not that they want anarchy everywhere.
00:29:42.000 It's that there's certain behaviors and practices that are acceptable, such as medicating yourself.
00:29:47.000 Like, that's fine.
00:29:48.000 Like, just go take Soma, right?
00:29:49.000 Just go live in a Huxleyan world and just go off to the side.
00:29:53.000 But if you are active and if you are a threat to the regime, we will use the tanks against you.
00:29:59.000 There's a lot there.
00:30:00.000 And quite honestly, I don't even have clarity on it.
00:30:03.000 It's just this constant grinding contradiction.
00:30:09.000 It seems intentional.
00:30:10.000 Okay, Heather McDonald is here.
00:30:11.000 Also, I'm going to just say check out her book, Diversity Delusion.
00:30:15.000 I plug it every time she comes on.
00:30:16.000 It's fabulous.
00:30:21.000 Hey, Patriot listeners, Charlie Kirk here.
00:30:23.000 Don't miss joining me and Mike Gallagher and Brandon Tatum Sunday afternoon, October 23rd for the Battleground Talkers Tour.
00:30:30.000 This election is so important from our Senate race to our governor's race, the House races, the county attorney.
00:30:36.000 We cannot afford not to win.
00:30:38.000 And it's going to be tough and very close.
00:30:40.000 But we can do this.
00:30:41.000 We must do this.
00:30:42.000 Join us October 23rd as we discuss the stakes and what we all need to know and do.
00:30:47.000 More info at 960thepatriot.com.
00:30:54.000 So Heather, can you just lean into this a little bit more?
00:30:56.000 There is a rise in crime in America, and yet we're being lectured all the time about systemic racism and white supremacy.
00:31:02.000 I hate racializing things.
00:31:04.000 You do too.
00:31:05.000 But also, I don't put up with lies, and you don't either.
00:31:08.000 Is it black on black crime or black crime that is largely responsible for the increase in crime in America right now?
00:31:14.000 Yes, it is.
00:31:16.000 The rate at which the percentage of homicides committed by blacks went up from like 55 to 60 percent last year.
00:31:26.000 Black males between the ages of 10 and 24 die of gun homicide at 25 times the rate of white males.
00:31:33.000 Who's killing them?
00:31:34.000 Not the police, not the cops, and not whites, other blacks.
00:31:39.000 The blacks commit gun homicide at about 25 times the rate of whites in that age group.
00:31:47.000 So this is, I mean, it is astounding.
00:31:50.000 It is completely astounding.
00:31:51.000 In New York City, Blacks are about 22% of the population.
00:31:55.000 They usually commit about three quarters of all shootings.
00:31:58.000 If you add Hispanic shootings to Black shootings, you account for virtually 100% of all shootings.
00:32:04.000 Sadly, the face of violent street crime in today that's drived by shootings and robberies is almost exclusively black and brown, and those are also disproportionately the victims.
00:32:15.000 So you cannot go into a police community meeting in the inner city without hearing those good law-abiding people beg for more police, for more stops, for more arrests of drug dealers, getting the kids off the corners who are fighting.
00:32:29.000 And to pretend that this is somehow a fiction, you know, the left treats crime as a racist fiction.
00:32:36.000 It is not.
00:32:37.000 Don't lie.
00:32:39.000 That's so frustrating.
00:32:40.000 But it's coming to a suburb near you.
00:32:43.000 Well, it already is.
00:32:43.000 Yeah.
00:32:44.000 And Heather, this is what, at least anecdotally, and I'd love your, I mean, you know the data better than I do, but it just seems as if the one-off cruel crimes are increasing.
00:32:53.000 Random joggers, rapes, arson.
00:32:56.000 I mean, this one example here in Georgia of this young 18-year-old football star who is on a date with his girlfriend outside of a Dave and Buster's, shot dead in a mall by two blacks that then flee to South Carolina.
00:33:08.000 I mean, you're nodding in agreement that the kind of cruel one-off crimes are increasing.
00:33:12.000 Tell us about that.
00:33:13.000 Absolutely.
00:33:14.000 The knockout game is back.
00:33:16.000 Wilding is back.
00:33:17.000 We've seen this in subways where these black female teenagers are going around beating up people.
00:33:24.000 They're beating up the elderly.
00:33:26.000 And it is being fed by this narrative.
00:33:28.000 You know, the New York Times is not much read, perhaps, in, you know, 125th Street.
00:33:37.000 Sadly, it is read on the Upper West Side.
00:33:39.000 But I can tell you that the messages that our elites send, and that includes President Biden, which is that this is a white supremacist country, that the police are your enemy.
00:33:48.000 They're only there because they want to put you in prison and oppress you.
00:33:53.000 That message has an effect, and it is breeding hatred.
00:33:57.000 We have been breeding hatred since Obama and before, frankly, but it's gotten worse recently.
00:34:03.000 Obama really can't open his mouth.
00:34:06.000 He has to work very hard at not repeating his favorite theme of the sickness that is in the white American soul, which is racism, and that those messages do matter.
00:34:17.000 And Democrats keep pushing them even into the midterm elections.
00:34:22.000 Really quick, Heather, about a minute remaining.
00:34:24.000 I'm a little rusty.
00:34:25.000 Can you explain wilding to our audience?
00:34:27.000 I think that was mostly a 1980s phenomenon, but now it seems to be back, right?
00:34:32.000 Yeah, it's when youth PACs go around attacking white people.
00:34:36.000 It was replaced by flash mobs.
00:34:38.000 You know, we get those a lot over the summer where in Chicago, for instance, these groups of teens come from the south and west sides and just rampage down the magnificent mile on Michigan Avenue.
00:34:50.000 And even Lori Lightfoot started raising the drawbridges so that they to keep out the invading barbarian hordes, basically.
00:35:01.000 And so there is a sense of impunity when you have prosecutors enforced theft and resisting arrest.
00:35:10.000 They're not going to, you know, force beating up on police officers virtually.
00:35:15.000 That sends a message that we expect you to loot and there's no consequences.
00:35:20.000 I mean, this one example, Elijah DeWitt, 18-year-old football star murdered by two blacks, and we don't even know why.
00:35:27.000 It doesn't seem like it was a robbery.
00:35:29.000 I mean, it's just, it just seems senseless.
00:35:32.000 18-year-old with his whole life in front of him.
00:35:34.000 20 seconds, Heather.
00:35:36.000 Yeah.
00:35:36.000 I mean, we forget that human beings are capable of grotesque safety.
00:35:40.000 That's right.
00:35:41.000 The only thing that restrains that is law and consequences.
00:35:47.000 If you say there's no consequences, people will abuse it, whether it's the government or it's individuals.
00:35:51.000 Yeah, go read something about the 20th century.
00:35:54.000 You could see what human beings are capable of.
00:35:56.000 Just a little bit.
00:35:56.000 Go read the Gulag Archipelago.
00:35:58.000 Heather, thank you so much.
00:35:59.000 That was awesome.
00:35:59.000 Thank you.
00:36:00.000 Thanks, Millennium.
00:36:02.000 It really is maddening what's happening, and it's going to get worse unless we stand up against it.
00:36:06.000 This whole kind of spell they have us under about white supremacy and systemic racism, it's creating paralysis.
00:36:13.000 We can't let it happen.
00:36:15.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
