00:00:00.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here live from the Bitcoin.com studio.
00:00:04.000 The contrast between the Turning Point USA event and the Gen Z Organizer Summit, if you haven't seen the pictures, if you're listening to just this on audio, it won't do it justice.
00:00:11.000 So go to charliekirk.com to see the images.
00:00:14.000 Something happened in Cincinnati that deserves federal hate crime investigations, and then Rick Scott joins us as I get very fired up with Rick Scott about the U.S. Senate.
00:00:23.000 Email us as always: freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:00:25.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:26.000 Here we go.
00:00:27.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:29.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:00:31.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:34.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:38.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:39.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:40.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
00:00:47.000 Turning point USA.
00:00:48.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:00:57.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:00.000 Noble Gold Investments is the official gold sponsor of the Charlie Kirk Show, a company that specializes in gold IRAs and physical delivery of precious metals.

00:01:21.000 Go to noblegoldinvestments.com.
00:01:26.000 Felt really good to be able to get an adequate amount of sleep this morning.
00:01:30.000 This last weekend, I was honored to be a co-host, a guest host, you could say, on Fox and Friends Weekend.
00:01:38.000 It was a tremendous experience.
00:01:40.000 I just want to commend Charlie Hurt and Rachel Campos Duffy, the two permanent hosts on the program.
00:01:48.000 They were so welcoming.
00:01:50.000 They were so kind.
00:01:52.000 They're just wonderful people and they were really just awesome to work with.
00:01:56.000 And also the entire Fox production team, the producers, just so you understand, you get up for this program around 3:45 on a Saturday morning.
00:02:05.000 You get into the studio, you prep.
00:02:08.000 They give you a whole pile of stuff you got to go through.
00:02:11.000 And then you have to be interesting for four hours straight.
00:02:14.000 And it seems like we did very well.
00:02:16.000 I guess the ratings will come out later this week.
00:02:18.000 But and also I did it all on no caffeine, which is kind of the way that I'm doing things nowadays.
00:02:24.000 So a phenomenal experience.
00:02:26.000 And one of the moments that has really started to go viral and that was most important is where we contrasted the Democrat Party and their perspective on how to reach younger people, specifically with the Gen Z summit they did last week and what we've done at Turning Point USA.
00:02:45.000 And the Gen Z summit that happened last week was a mockery.
00:02:51.000 They literally had a guy in a panda suit on stage talking to like 200 younger Gen Z activists.
00:03:00.000 You contrast that with the Turning Point USA Student Action Summit, which you obviously know what we do at Turning Point USA is the best of the best.
00:03:08.000 The best speakers, the best organizing, the best energy.
00:03:11.000 It's second to none from Pete Hegseth to Christy Noam.
00:03:17.000 We had Tucker Carlson.
00:03:18.000 We had Russell Brand.
00:03:19.000 It was a phenomenal experience.
00:03:21.000 And then, so you see, it's a really amazing transformation.
00:03:24.000 The Democrats 13 years ago, their political events were cool and they were more uplifting and they were attractive.
00:03:32.000 Why is it and how is it possible that we have this robust youth movement?
00:03:38.000 Can we just get this picture up on screen?
00:03:40.000 This is literally the Gen Z Democrat Organizing Youth Summit.
00:03:44.000 It's maybe like 150 people.
00:03:47.000 Just to put this in perspective, our members only lounge at the Student Action Summit, which is for only people that become members of the Charlie Kirk show, members.charliekirk.com, is bigger than that.
00:04:00.000 This looks like a dorm meeting, maybe 100 students.
00:04:04.000 And it's so interesting.
00:04:06.000 I don't have an.
00:04:07.000 Usually I have a really good answer to things why people tune in.
00:04:11.000 How is it possible?
00:04:12.000 And then contrast that with the Turning Point USA stuff.
00:04:14.000 Just look at the images.
00:04:15.000 I mean, it's remarkable.
00:04:16.000 How is it possible that on the Democrat side, they raise billions of dollars, they have connections to Hollywood, they have tons of billionaire donors that were the ones that have these events with 7,000 students.
00:04:28.000 And we have young people from across America that are there.
00:04:31.000 I mean, just look at just the production quality.
00:04:34.000 Go back and forth between.
00:04:35.000 So that's our Turning Point USA Student Action Summit.
00:04:38.000 Just one of our gatherings throughout the year.
00:04:42.000 And by the way, we're drawing thousands of people on campus.
00:04:44.000 Then contrast that with the Democrat Gen Z organizer one.
00:04:46.000 Look at this one.
00:04:48.000 How is that possible?
00:04:50.000 Our stage crew is bigger than the amount of people at the Gen Z Summit.
00:04:55.000 And it wasn't like this was just some sort of afterthought.
00:04:57.000 They had Kamala Harris there.
00:04:59.000 They had Nancy Pelosi there.
00:05:00.000 I mean, this was supposed to be their big summer organizing event.
00:05:06.000 And look again at ours.
00:05:08.000 They are floundering, but it's more than floundering.
00:05:10.000 They're not even investing or trying.
00:05:13.000 And I think the best explanation I have is that what we do is really hard at Turning Point USA.
00:05:19.000 I wish I could take credit for it, but our team, they work nights, they work weekends, they take red-eye flights.
00:05:25.000 It is the hardest working team in American politics.
00:05:29.000 And I don't think the Democrats want to work that hard.
00:05:31.000 I just don't.
00:05:32.000 I don't think the Democrats want to go through the grit or the hustle or the 13 years of investment that we've put through.
00:05:39.000 And that is just one event.
00:05:41.000 This is Nancy Pelosi yammering about whatever.
00:05:44.000 This is the officially sanctioned Voters of Tomorrow summit.
00:05:49.000 Look at this.
00:05:50.000 And then you look at us.
00:05:52.000 Everybody, for those of you that are looking for some good news right now, 13 years ago, it would have been the opposite.
00:05:59.000 13 years ago, Obama would have had gatherings like ours.
00:06:05.000 13 years ago, we were on the outside looking in.
00:06:09.000 And now 13 years later, we are the ones that not just the better events, we have chapters.
00:06:14.000 We're more viral.
00:06:15.000 We're more online.
00:06:17.000 We're not necessarily better funded.
00:06:19.000 And that's the perplexing part of this.
00:06:21.000 Where is all the Democrat money going?
00:06:24.000 It's obviously not going for training and for activism.
00:06:26.000 Just put this Gen Z summit up.
00:06:28.000 This is the Gen Z voters of tomorrow.
00:06:31.000 This is their big shebang.
00:06:33.000 This is the big jubilee.
00:06:35.000 This is the bonanza.
00:06:37.000 And this is such an important point.
00:06:40.000 A friend from Chicago just sent this to me.
00:06:43.000 When I first started Turning Point USA and this movement was birthed, I used to look up to the Democrats.
00:06:51.000 I used to look at the Democrats as a model.
00:06:54.000 They're so well organized.
00:06:56.000 They're in all of our communities.
00:06:59.000 They're well financed.
00:07:00.000 They're well funded.
00:07:01.000 They do big events and they own culture.
00:07:03.000 We used to look at the Democrats as something to try to defeat.
00:07:07.000 And now 13 years later, I mean, this is pathetic.
00:07:12.000 It is paltry.
00:07:13.000 It's almost like intentionally bad.
00:07:15.000 I mean, what is that?
00:07:16.000 A bunch of tents or food tents?
00:07:18.000 Now they're playing catch up to us.
00:07:19.000 And guess what?
00:07:20.000 I will outwork you.
00:07:22.000 We will outwork you.
00:07:24.000 That I guarantee.
00:07:26.000 We are not taking it easy.
00:07:27.000 We're doing more campus events this fall.
00:07:30.000 We are going to wake up even earlier.
00:07:31.000 We're going to be doing more events.
00:07:32.000 We're going to be doing more activism.
00:07:34.000 We're going to be doing more podcasts.
00:07:35.000 We're going to be doing more interviews.
00:07:36.000 We're going to be doing more social media views.
00:07:38.000 We're going to be doing more TikToks.
00:07:39.000 We're going to do more Instagram reels.
00:07:40.000 It is a full-out cultural investment.
00:07:45.000 And meanwhile, you guys are talking about diversity is our strength.
00:07:47.000 What is it?
00:07:48.000 2014 is calling Nancy Pelosi, and they want their talking points back.
00:07:51.000 And you have to wonder, and again, I don't have a great answer to this.
00:07:54.000 I'd love your thoughts.
00:07:55.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
00:07:56.000 I have a feeling most of the audience is going to say the Democrats have stolen all the money.
00:08:00.000 There's probably a lot of truth to that.
00:08:02.000 But let's go to Cut 278.
00:08:04.000 This is from my time on Fox and Friends.
00:08:06.000 They show some of the clips from the actual event.
00:08:08.000 Look at the contrast.
00:08:10.000 Do you want a positive, encouraging story?
00:08:12.000 This happened just over the weekend, this Gen Z of Tomorrow summit.
00:08:15.000 Play Cut 278.
00:08:16.000 Tell us, what's the difference between now and say the GOP youth movement in the past?
00:08:23.000 What's changed?
00:08:24.000 Well, the biggest difference has honestly been President Trump.
00:08:27.000 I mean, he has totally changed politics where now it's entertainment in the best possible way, where it's fun, it's boundary pushing.
00:08:33.000 What we have brought into the political space is that we have made conservatism not just cool again, not just attractive again, but it's appealing.
00:08:40.000 People want to join it.
00:08:41.000 They want to be part of it.
00:08:42.000 And this is one of the major reasons why President Donald Trump was able to win the youth vote in Michigan.
00:08:47.000 He was able to win the youth vote in Arizona, my home state.
00:08:50.000 President Trump did what was unthinkable 13 years ago.
00:08:53.000 I mean, we've known each other for a while here.
00:08:55.000 I mean, to think a decade ago that a Republican running for the presidency would be winning the youth vote is just an incomprehensible concept.
00:09:04.000 And so we here at Turning Point USA, we're going to these college campuses.
00:09:07.000 Our crowds are growing.
00:09:08.000 Our support is increasing.
00:09:10.000 And the data and the statistics bear that out as well.
00:09:14.000 We have outworked the Democrats the last 13 years.
00:09:16.000 And that is why younger voters are substantially coming in our direction.
00:09:20.000 We have to keep them there.
00:09:20.000 We have to deliver for younger voters to stay there.
00:09:23.000 It was a great honor to be able to share that on Fox and Friends weekend.
00:09:25.000 But I think part of this also goes to we're entrepreneurs at Turning Point USA.
00:09:30.000 We create, we take risks, we push boundaries, we come up with new programs, we find problems, and we come up with solutions.
00:09:38.000 Maybe the Democrats are even more demoralized than we realized.
00:09:41.000 And in some ways, they should be demoralized.
00:09:42.000 This is a center-right country.
00:09:44.000 And as long as we have fair elections, we are going to pummel you.
00:09:47.000 We at Turning Point USA are still in, we're still in startup mode.
00:09:51.000 We're still pushing the boundaries.
00:09:55.000 Ask 10 people to define the word capitalism.
00:09:57.000 How many different responses do you think you'll get?
00:10:00.000 This is a word that comes up all the time, but does anyone know what it really means?
00:10:04.000 Do you?
00:10:05.000 Hillsdale College offers more than 40 free online courses.
00:10:08.000 That's right, free online courses on subjects like the book of Genesis, the rise and fall of the Roman Empire, the history of the ancient Christian church.
00:10:16.000 It's hard for me to even say, which is my personal favorite.
00:10:18.000 You guys have got to take these online courses.
00:10:21.000 They've recently launched a new course, Understanding Capitalism, that I've been watching.
00:10:26.000 In seven lectures, you'll learn about the role of profit and loss, how human nature plays a part in our economic system, why capitalism depends on private property rights, the rule of law, and above all, freedom, and why capitalism is ultimately a system that encourages morality rather than undermines it.
00:10:42.000 Right now, go to charlieforhillsdale.com to enroll.
00:10:45.000 There's no cost and it's easy to get started.
00:10:47.000 That's charlieforhillsdale.com, the register, C-H-A-R-L-I-E for Hillsdale.com.
00:10:54.000 So you saw this little gathering.
00:10:56.000 Show the picture one more time of the Gen Z thing.
00:10:58.000 This is a perfect time to do this contrast.
00:11:00.000 This is their little Gen Z that we have more staff than they have organizers and now play Cut 51 as contrast.
00:11:12.000 These students every day are on the front lines being smeared, being slandered, being canceled, being kicked out of classes, kicked out of fraternities, kicked out of sororities.
00:11:26.000 These are the students that worked so hard to register voters this last election.
00:11:31.000 These are the students that start these chapters.
00:11:34.000 They are the vanguard for saving this country.
00:11:37.000 This generation is the most conservative generation that we have seen in well over 50 years.
00:11:43.000 There's something profound happening in this country.
00:11:45.000 There's something that is deep, that is larger than what the media is covering.
00:11:51.000 Youth delivered the White House for President Trump.
00:11:54.000 We've been given this gift.
00:11:56.000 And now it's on us.
00:11:58.000 We have to execute.
00:12:02.000 So at the Democrat organizer event, this guy wore a panda suit.
00:12:10.000 So you just saw a contrast to what we at Turning Point USA put on Play Cut 279.
00:12:15.000 What the f ⁇ is up?
00:12:17.000 Let's go.
00:12:20.000 So some ground rules.
00:12:21.000 I don't think that this will be super necessary because you all seem really cool, smart, and hot.
00:12:26.000 Who the f are we?
00:12:28.000 And why are we here in a panda head?
00:12:30.000 I also have had a long-term feud with former presidential candidate Marion Williamson because she sucks.
00:12:38.000 Memes change people's minds.
00:12:44.000 So what's a meme, huh?
00:12:45.000 Come on, people.
00:12:47.000 Look alive.
00:12:48.000 We have long said the left can't meme because the left can't tell the truth.
00:12:53.000 Memes work when they tell the truth.
00:12:55.000 Memes don't work when they are propaganda tools.
00:12:57.000 The left can't meme because they cannot tell the truth because truth is not a left-wing value.
00:13:01.000 Truth is against everything the left stands for.
00:13:04.000 The left stands for propaganda.
00:13:06.000 They stand for brute force.
00:13:08.000 They stand for totalitarian tyranny, mask mandates, vaccine mandates, lockdowns, open borders.
00:13:15.000 The entire left-wing worldview, the entire left-wing project is elementally at its core a propaganda project.
00:13:23.000 Without propaganda, they would not be able to do this.
00:13:26.000 And I said this on our program.
00:13:28.000 If their victory was inevitable, their propaganda would not be necessary.
00:13:31.000 Commit that to memory.
00:13:32.000 Remember when we were in the bottom of 2022 and 2023?
00:13:37.000 Remember when we were at the absolute rock bottom?
00:13:40.000 Trump's home was raided.
00:13:42.000 He was facing 700 years in federal prison.
00:13:44.000 The doldrums in exile.
00:13:46.000 We were not even, we were banned from everywhere.
00:13:48.000 We were banned from social media networks.
00:13:51.000 We were banned from X, from Twitter at the time.
00:13:54.000 It was as low as it got.
00:13:55.000 And remember, almost every day I said, if their victory was inevitable, their propaganda would not be necessary.
00:14:04.000 Turns out we were right.
00:14:05.000 President Donald Trump is in Scotland enjoying himself.
00:14:08.000 I hope so.
00:14:09.000 It's my mother country.
00:14:11.000 And eventually I will return as a visitor.
00:14:14.000 By the way, Scotland has completely lost its mind politically.
00:14:17.000 The President Donald Trump, he signed a huge, massive EU trade deal, but we'll get to that as time goes on.
00:14:23.000 I'm going to talk about that with Senator Rick Scott.
00:14:25.000 Instead, I want to draw your attention to a very important statement.
00:14:28.000 It is a statement being heard around Europe.
00:14:31.000 And understand one of the reasons why in Europe they're not able to stop mass migration is they don't have freedom of speech.
00:14:36.000 When you don't have freedom of speech, you cannot challenge things that are going wrong if it's against the ruling orthodoxy.
00:14:42.000 Play cut 243.
00:14:44.000 On immigration, you better get your act together.
00:14:48.000 You're not going to have Europe anymore.
00:14:50.000 You got to get your act together.
00:14:52.000 And we, you know, as you know, last month, we had nobody entering our country.
00:14:56.000 Nobody.
00:14:57.000 Shut it down.
00:14:58.000 And we took out a lot of bad people that got there with Biden.
00:15:01.000 Biden was a total stiff.
00:15:03.000 And what he allowed to happen, but you're allowing it to happen to your countries.
00:15:08.000 And you got to stop this horrible invasion that's happening to Europe, many countries in Europe.
00:15:14.000 Some people, some leaders have not let it happen.
00:15:20.000 And they're not getting the proper credit.
00:15:23.000 I could name them to you right now, but I'm not going to embarrass the other ones.
00:15:27.000 But stop this immigration is killing Europe.
00:15:32.000 One of my favorite moments of President Trump, either at NATO or that ridiculous thing in Canada they did, the G7 summit, is President Trump is the unanimous leader of Western civilization.
00:15:44.000 All these other leaders are just completely cowering to his will, bowing to his will.
00:15:49.000 This is President Donald Trump around Keir Starmer.
00:15:52.000 And I don't know who this woman is.
00:15:53.000 Is that Keir Starmer's wife or something?
00:15:55.000 Where President Donald Trump continues to ridicule the leaders of the West for allowing complete and total open borders?
00:16:02.000 Play Cut 272.
00:16:04.000 This is a magnificent part of the world, and you cannot ruin it.
00:16:08.000 You cannot let people come in here illegally.
00:16:11.000 And what happens is there'll be murderers, there'll be drug dealers, there'll be all sorts of things that other countries don't want.
00:16:18.000 And they send them to you and they send them to us and you've got to stop them.
00:16:22.000 And I hear that you've taken a very strong stand on immigration and taking a strong stand on immigration is imperative.
00:16:29.000 Keir Starmer has not taken a strong stand on immigration, but if we're grading on a curve, the people telling President Trump that, President Trump's got a million things going on.
00:16:37.000 It's not to blame him.
00:16:38.000 The people telling President Trump are propagandizing him.
00:16:41.000 No, Kier Starmer has been a disaster.
00:16:43.000 The European project, they are losing central European identity with Islamism and with third world migration.
00:16:54.000 Europe is no more.
00:16:55.000 It is a conquered continent.
00:17:00.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here, a close friend of mine just saved tens of thousands of dollars on his Medicare, and I want you to know how.
00:17:06.000 Medicare enrollment is a maze of misinformation and it's no accident.
00:17:10.000 The more confused you are, the easy it is for big insurance to steer you into overpriced plans that make them more money.
00:17:17.000 Trump's Department of Justice sued three of the biggest brokers in America for allegedly doing just that.
00:17:23.000 Fortunately, there is a way to fight back.
00:17:25.000 I trust Chapter.
00:17:26.000 They're honest and they're independent.
00:17:28.000 Chapter's licensed advisors search every single Medicare option to find what is best for you.
00:17:34.000 My friend made one simple 30-minute phone call and now he's saving tens of thousands going forward and is fully covered.
00:17:40.000 The call is 100% free.
00:17:42.000 No pressure, just real honest help.
00:17:44.000 People are relieved when they speak with Chapter.
00:17:46.000 I trust Chapter.
00:17:47.000 They're honest and they're independent.
00:17:49.000 So if you're turning 65 or already on Medicare, call Chapter today.
00:17:52.000 Dial pound250 and say Charlie to speak with a trusted Medicare advisor.
00:17:57.000 That's pound250 and say Charlie, it could save you thousands.
00:18:02.000 Joining us now is Senator Rick Scott.
00:18:04.000 Senator, you are flying banners urging New Yorkers who hate socialism to move to Florida.
00:18:09.000 Tell us all about it.
00:18:10.000 And good to see you again, Senator.
00:18:11.000 I say you did a great job this weekend.
00:18:13.000 Yeah, it better basically says this.
00:18:16.000 Hate socialism.
00:18:18.000 So do we.
00:18:19.000 All right.
00:18:20.000 Move to Florida.
00:18:21.000 We don't believe in socialism.
00:18:23.000 Think about it.
00:18:23.000 The capital of the world, New York City, who's been built on capitalism, is now going to elect a socialist.
00:18:30.000 This is the craziest thing in the world.
00:18:32.000 We fight socialism in Florida.
00:18:34.000 We don't want socialism.
00:18:35.000 If you don't like socialism, get the hell out of New York.
00:18:38.000 Come to Florida.
00:18:40.000 So, Senator, you are a phenomenal governor of the state of Florida and now a great senator.
00:18:44.000 This is an interesting question that we in the Sun Belt wrestle with.
00:18:49.000 So I live in Arizona and we're going to try to turn Arizona into New Florida.
00:18:52.000 We have a lot of work to do, but I think Andy Biggs is doing a great job.
00:18:54.000 Andy Biggs running for governor of Arizona.
00:18:56.000 But Senator, this is something that's an open debate.
00:18:58.000 No, he's phenomenal, and we're behind him 100%.
00:19:01.000 And we'd welcome your support too in Arizona behind him.
00:19:03.000 And the president endorsed him.
00:19:05.000 No, but Senator, this is an open debate.
00:19:06.000 And I'd love your thoughts on this because you can see the actual data.
00:19:09.000 Does migration to red states make the states more Republican and stable?
00:19:16.000 Or does that migration attract a lot of Democrats and destabilize those states?
00:19:21.000 Florida has a unique perspective on this.
00:19:23.000 What has the data and your experience showed here?
00:19:25.000 I started running for governor April 9th, 2010.
00:19:29.000 At that point, there are 568,000 more Democrats and Republicans.
00:19:34.000 And there was about a little less than 19 million New Yorkers and a little bit less than that Floridians.
00:19:41.000 Take the 2024 race, all right?
00:19:44.000 We're now up to 23 million.
00:19:46.000 New York has stayed the same about 19 million, but we now have 1.2 million more registered Republicans than we have Democrats.
00:19:55.000 So what's happened is people that want our way of life, better jobs, better education, more public safety, they're going to move to Florida or they're going to move to Arizona or they're going to move to Texas.
00:20:06.000 They're not going to see in California and New York and Illinois places like that.
00:20:10.000 So my experience is, is you go tell people what you believe in, right?
00:20:16.000 And those people are going to move there because what you believe in.
00:20:19.000 I go all over the state and people tell me, hey, I moved to Florida when you were governor because I knew I could get a job.
00:20:25.000 My kids would get a great education and you're going to make me feel safe.
00:20:29.000 And so I love that.
00:20:31.000 Senator, do you think, and again, I hope all freedom-loving people come down to Florida.
00:20:36.000 Do you think, though, there's something unique about Arizona and Florida that might exempt Georgia from this?
00:20:43.000 Because Arizona and Florida is a home of a lot of retirees, especially Midwestern retirees that tend to come with a lot of assets and things that they want to conserve.
00:20:53.000 I'm just interested in this whole idea of interstate migration.
00:20:56.000 I think it's one of the more interesting stories of the last five years post-COVID where people, again, elections are interesting, but migration in between states is actually more interesting to me because that's a true vote.
00:21:09.000 I mean, it's one thing to fill out a ballot, it's another thing to fill up a U-Haul.
00:21:12.000 Filling up a U-Haul is a much bigger statement of your values than just filling in a piece of paper whether or not you like Donald Trump.
00:21:19.000 How do we then create policies?
00:21:21.000 Because Georgia has not seen the same thing as Florida.
00:21:24.000 Georgia has become more Democrat because it seems as if they're attracting more younger people, not as many retirees.
00:21:31.000 What I'm getting at, though, is the Sun Belt has an opportunity to become the new blue, the red wall of the country.
00:21:41.000 Senator, your thoughts on this?
00:21:42.000 And Florida, you set this in motion.
00:21:44.000 You deserve great credit.
00:21:45.000 Senator, please.
00:21:46.000 I actually believe any of these states, if you have really good policies, no, you've got to have elected leaders that are going to go sell them and make sure people know what you stand for.
00:21:55.000 But I actually believe you can recruit people to your state that believe in Republican values.
00:21:59.000 But you've got to go, like when I was governor, I was constantly traveling the country, recruiting companies to my state and recruiting people to my state and recruiting tourists to my state.
00:22:11.000 Because people come down to Florida and they want to come as tourists and they say, this is pretty nice.
00:22:15.000 I feel safe here.
00:22:16.000 Hey, I went and looked at the school.
00:22:18.000 It seemed like a really nice school.
00:22:19.000 People say good things about the education.
00:22:22.000 So I think you've got to do the right things and you've got to go sell those things.
00:22:27.000 I think Georgia can be just as Republican as Florida is if they just keep selling the things that we all believe in.
00:22:36.000 Senator, we talked about this yet.
00:22:37.000 Thank you for that.
00:22:38.000 And I totally agree.
00:22:39.000 I do think Florida has to get rid of all this real estate tax and the insurance problem, which I'm confident hopefully Byron Donaldson will do.
00:22:45.000 But yeah, it's a huge problem.
00:22:48.000 But can you comment on that?
00:22:49.000 Why is it that Florida has this insurance?
00:22:52.000 What would you do?
00:22:53.000 I mean, you're a great governor.
00:22:54.000 How do we solve the insurance problem?
00:22:56.000 It's crushing middle class people throughout certain parts of Florida right now.
00:23:00.000 Well, I did it.
00:23:02.000 So when I became governor, there was a big state organized insurance plan called Citizens, and it was growing like weeds.
00:23:11.000 And there was no accountability, and there was actually no real coverage because they had no money.
00:23:15.000 What you've got to do is you've got to allow, you've got to stop all the fraud.
00:23:21.000 Don't allow, you know, the, you know, there's trial lawyers that try to take advantage of the system by going through the courts.
00:23:28.000 There's public adjusters that do that.
00:23:29.000 And what you've got to do is whatever their new gimmick is, you've got to constantly shut it down.
00:23:35.000 So you just have to, and you have to do it every year.
00:23:40.000 You've got to, there's some new gimmick they're going to try and you've got to do it.
00:23:44.000 Because let's remember, insurance is a sharing of risk.
00:23:48.000 So if you buy an insurance policy and it says, hey, my insurance company says I'm just going to cover this, and then they have to start covering something else, somebody's going to pay for all that fraud.
00:23:58.000 And so that's what you have to do.
00:23:59.000 And you've got to do it every year.
00:24:01.000 I think since I left as governor six and a half years ago, property insurance has almost doubled.
00:24:07.000 Car insurance has gone up.
00:24:09.000 And it's really just cracking down on the fraud.
00:24:12.000 I think clearly this next governor's race is going to be a big issue is going to be who is going to fix the property insurance issue in Florida.
00:24:20.000 And I actually have spent a lot of time in Florida.
00:24:25.000 You know, I know the area quite well.
00:24:27.000 It's beautiful.
00:24:28.000 It is in desperate need of that fix.
00:24:31.000 So really quick, Senator, we talked about this yesterday on Fox and Friends weekend.
00:24:36.000 And I'll be very honest.
00:24:37.000 And we're going to do a very fire tweet on this.
00:24:39.000 And you've been great.
00:24:41.000 This is not a criticism of you, Senator, but I am really fired up.
00:24:46.000 I think it's inexcusable.
00:24:47.000 I was a little more restrained yesterday on Fox and Friends weekend because it's a weekend show on Sunday.
00:24:51.000 I didn't want to ruin people's day.
00:24:53.000 It is a disgrace that we have well over 250 to 300 people of President Trump's nominees that are just waiting to get confirmed.
00:25:04.000 This takes away the power of the incoming administration.
00:25:08.000 It's maddening.
00:25:08.000 And Senator, I know you're on the right side of this, but this is inexcusable.
00:25:12.000 We are going to have midterm election problems if the Senate does not give President Trump a full roster confirmed by Labor Day.
00:25:21.000 Recess appointments.
00:25:22.000 Are you in favor of recess appointments?
00:25:24.000 Are you in favor of making the Democrats sweat it out?
00:25:27.000 Does John Thune actually want Donald Trump to have a full roster by Labor Day?
00:25:32.000 Well, I hope so.
00:25:33.000 But look, we've got to get Trump's nominees through.
00:25:36.000 Now, look, here's who's causing the problem.
00:25:38.000 Let's remember who's causing the problem.
00:25:39.000 The Democrats are causing the problem because they're slowing down all these confirmations.
00:25:43.000 However, what can we do?
00:25:45.000 Number one, we can cancel our recess and say we need to cancel our recess and stay and just grind out these confirmations and do it every day, seven days a week until they get done.
00:25:58.000 That's number one.
00:25:59.000 Number two is we can go on recess and give the president the ability to do recess appointments.
00:26:05.000 I think we have to go on recess for 10 days.
00:26:07.000 We can do that and allow him to do the appointments.
00:26:09.000 Now, the appointments aren't as long.
00:26:11.000 It would be through the end of 26 is what it is.
00:26:16.000 But if we can't get them all done, we ought to let the presidents do them.
00:26:20.000 So we all have to stick around until either we get them done or the Democrats say, we'll let you do these nominations either through a regular process or through the recess appointments.
00:26:33.000 Now, we can do the recess appointments ourselves by just basically going on a journey.
00:26:38.000 Well, and so, Senator, I agree partially that you're saying.
00:26:41.000 Again, this is not a criticism of you.
00:26:42.000 You're a phenomenal patriot, but yet we know what the Democrats are going to do.
00:26:45.000 We know they're going to gum up the works.
00:26:47.000 Why is it?
00:26:48.000 I don't understand this.
00:26:49.000 Why are you guys even contemplating a recess?
00:26:51.000 The Democrats, they have fundraisers planned to go raise money to try to take back the Senate.
00:26:55.000 The Democrats have vacations.
00:26:57.000 They have Codels planned.
00:26:58.000 Why don't you just say, John Fune should just come out and say, okay, we're going to work every day, every night.
00:27:03.000 That will break their will within two days.
00:27:05.000 You know that, Senator.
00:27:06.000 These guys, they want to have their vacation in August.
00:27:09.000 If you work one weekend, one weekend, Amy Klobuchar will come begging you guys to just do what you want to do.
00:27:17.000 All of a sudden, you're going to have Ed Markey and you're going to have Murphy and Schumer be like, all right, we give up.
00:27:22.000 The idea of working a weekend in August for a Democrat is like a nightmare.
00:27:26.000 And so why are we playing games with this?
00:27:29.000 Enough of the higher body.
00:27:30.000 It's time to go nuclear on this.
00:27:32.000 Senator Rick Scott.
00:27:33.000 Start early, start voting early in the morning, vote late at night, stay the weekends until we get them done.
00:27:39.000 That's what we have to do.
00:27:40.000 If we want to get these nominations, and if we don't, this is what's, so this is our power.
00:27:45.000 Democrats can do whatever they want.
00:27:47.000 What's in our power is we can stay.
00:27:49.000 We can allow the presidents to do recess appointments.
00:27:51.000 We got to do whatever it takes to get these nominations done.
00:27:54.000 Yeah, the problem with recess appointments is the House also has to adjourn.
00:27:57.000 And technically, like it can't have any sort of parliamentary business for a couple of days.
00:28:01.000 And the Democrats, they're very tricky.
00:28:05.000 They're going to just have someone stay in town to keep the business going.
00:28:08.000 So I don't even know.
00:28:09.000 Forget recess appointments.
00:28:13.000 And again, the way to do that is you make the old crows.
00:28:17.000 Of course, you make the octogenarians in the Democrat Party sit through a weekend and work till 1 a.m. and they will surrender.
00:28:25.000 Break the will of the octogenarian oligarchy in the U.S. Senate.
00:28:29.000 Final thoughts, Senator Rick Scott?
00:28:31.000 Charlie, however long it takes.
00:28:32.000 If it takes one weekend, two weekends, we need to stay until we get it done.
00:28:36.000 We've got to stay because Donald Trump cannot get his agenda accomplished if he doesn't get these nominations confirmed.
00:28:43.000 If we support his agenda, we've got to get these nominations done.
00:28:47.000 So I'm going to stay as long as it takes to get his nominations done.
00:28:50.000 I hope everybody does.
00:28:52.000 You've been phenomenal.
00:28:53.000 John Foon, I hope you're listening.
00:28:55.000 People are watching very closely.
00:28:57.000 President Trump ran on a record election and he deserves a full roster.
00:29:01.000 And they're like, well, the Democrats are gumming it up.
00:29:03.000 Trust me, these 78-year-old senators in the Democrat Party, if they have to work a Saturday or two Saturdays in August, they will come running for a deal and you will get hundreds of people confirmed.
00:29:14.000 Senator Rick Scott, keep up the great work.
00:29:16.000 Thank you so much.
00:29:17.000 All right.
00:29:17.000 See you, Charlie.
00:29:18.000 Great job this weekend.
00:29:19.000 Thank you very much.
00:29:21.000 I'm going to just keep on going.
00:29:22.000 You understand we have highly important positions that have not yet been confirmed.
00:29:26.000 Because yes, the Democrats are gumming up the works.
00:29:29.000 Well, why are we negotiating?
00:29:30.000 Call their bluff.
00:29:32.000 We're going to go work the entire month of August.
00:29:34.000 We're going to start at 5 a.m. and we'll end at 2 a.m.
00:29:37.000 How's that going to work out, Chuck Schumer?
00:29:40.000 He'll surrender.
00:29:41.000 He will fold like the French infantry.

00:30:42.000 So this weekend, a lot happened.
00:30:45.000 And I was trying not to just stare at my phone all day long.
00:30:49.000 I do typically take a Shabbat, but it was obviously a work weekend with Fox and Friends weekend.
00:30:57.000 Okay, so this last weekend, there was a Cincinnati Jazz Festival.
00:31:02.000 I love jazz music, actually.
00:31:03.000 Jazz is beautiful.
00:31:04.000 I play a couple jazz instruments.
00:31:07.000 So we don't know all the details here, but this appears based on the video and based on firsthand testimony that there was a bunch of thugs who were beating up and sucker punching people.
00:31:18.000 This is called wilding.
00:31:20.000 This is very common in the black community, wilding, where you kind of run around and you sucker punch people of a different race, usually white or Asian people.
00:31:29.000 Happens a lot where young blacks kind of parole on the streets and they find, you know, victims.
00:31:34.000 And so this was happening at the Cincinnati Jazz Festival, as you can see on screen.
00:31:39.000 A group of young thugs who happened to be black, and thugs can be any color, but in this case, these were black thugs, were wilding a white man.
00:31:49.000 The brawl involved multiple individuals attacking a man and a woman with graphic footage showing the man being repeatedly punched and kicked in the head, causing him to collapse.
00:31:58.000 A woman who approached to check on him was also assaulted after being punched in the face.
00:32:02.000 The incident took place around 3 a.m. on Saturday following a verbal altercation.
00:32:06.000 An anonymous witness reported the situation began several minutes before the fight was recorded.
00:32:10.000 He returned approximately 15 minutes later with a group of people who were overheard making racial comments, escalating the situation further.
00:32:17.000 So you won't hear any of this on the mainstream media where a group of young blacks are hunting down whites in the streets of Cincinnati, complete and total silence.
00:32:28.000 So now it's time for us to move past talk.
00:32:31.000 Now it's time for action.
00:32:33.000 Look, I don't think we should have hate crime laws the way we have them currently on the books, but what is good for the goose is good for the gander.
00:32:39.000 You guys are going to come after people for saying a bad word or for rolling an SUV truck over a gay pride flag.
00:32:47.000 Okay, well, now it's time to play hardball.
00:32:50.000 Welcome to the Trump administration.
00:32:51.000 Following pressure from the Assistants Attorney General, Harmeet Dillon, Cincinnati police have just identified four suspects involved in the a lot assault.
00:32:58.000 It is now time, in my opinion, for federal hate crime arrests for all of the black thugs that went after the white people at the Cincinnati Jazz Festival.
00:33:07.000 Put Cut 288 up on screen.
00:33:10.000 This woman is lucky to be alive as these blacks were prowling through the streets looking for, allegedly, looking for whites to harm.
00:33:18.000 The Vice President of the United States, to his great credit, is commenting on this, of course, from Ohio was a senator from Ohio.
00:33:24.000 Play Cut 286.
00:33:26.000 What I saw is a mob of lawless thugs beating up on an innocent person, and it's disgusting.
00:33:31.000 And I hope every single one of those people who engage in violence is prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
00:33:36.000 And they will be.
00:33:36.000 They will be so long as law enforcement in the state of Ohio takes their job seriously.
00:33:41.000 I don't know how the fight started, but the one part that I saw that was really gruesome is you had a grown man who sucker punched a middle-aged woman.
00:33:51.000 And where I come from, at least when you have a grown man who sucker punches a middle-aged woman, that person ought to go to jail for a very long time.
00:33:58.000 And frankly, he's lucky there weren't some better people around because they would have handled it themselves.
00:34:03.000 But if they're not going to handle it, the cops in Cincinnati, the law enforcement, you've got to prosecute people.
00:34:08.000 We've had way too much lawlessness on the streets of great American cities.
00:34:13.000 We have got to make great American cities safe again for families and children.
00:34:18.000 I'm going to go a step further.
00:34:19.000 I'm not the vice president of the United States, nor do I plan to be.
00:34:22.000 And by the way, praise God for the moral clarity and hopefully the 48th President of the United States Shady Vance.
00:34:25.000 But I'm going to go a step further.
00:34:27.000 Federal hate crime arrests arrest these blacks for going after whites, if the facts bear it out.
00:34:34.000 But it turns out based on all, quote, overheard making racial comments, escalating the situation further.
00:34:39.000 So therefore, there's witnesses that maybe say, hey, let's go after Whitey.
00:34:42.000 Let's go after the white guy.
00:34:43.000 We already know that there is a deliberate plan on white people in this country.
00:34:46.000 And this is evidence seems as if, no, again, I hate when people do this.
00:34:51.000 I hate it, but it's true.
00:34:52.000 You got to do it.
00:34:53.000 Could you imagine a group of whites running through the streets and attacking blacks?
00:34:59.000 I want you to imagine for a second if a bunch of whites were going wilding in the streets of the Cincinnati Jazz Festival after a little black girl.
00:35:09.000 Put cut 288.
00:35:11.000 I want you to now strip yourselves of how you have been brainwashed and propaganda, propagandized.
00:35:16.000 I want you to imagine that victim on screen was black right now.
00:35:20.000 That, if that victim was black right now, it would be every headline, every story.
00:35:24.000 I'd have to start with a denunciation of which it would be justified, even though I don't even know anything about the white people that were there.
00:35:31.000 The Department of Justice, in my opinion, should move rapidly.
00:35:35.000 We need these black wilding thugs to be arrested for federal hate crime charges if the facts bear it out.
00:35:41.000 And based on all information that we have right now, it seems that way.
00:35:45.000 Set an example.
00:35:47.000 Put them in jail for 30 years.
00:35:49.000 You guys wanted to have these hate crime laws.
00:35:51.000 Well, now it's time to use it against actual hate crimes.
