00:00:52.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:52.000 Here we go.
00:00:54.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:55.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses.
00:00:57.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:01:01.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:01:04.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:01:05.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:01:06.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:01:14.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:23.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:27.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts iTrust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandtod.com.
00:01:36.000 The state of Georgia.
00:01:38.000 V. Donald John Trump, Rudolph William Louis Giuliani, John Charles Eastman, Mark Meadows, Jeffrey Clark, Jenna Ellis.
00:01:51.000 It goes on, on a RICO statute.
00:01:56.000 I go to bed early and I wake up early for the program.
00:02:00.000 Early for me is like 8 30 or 9.
00:02:04.000 I used to be a total night owl before I started doing this program on the West Coast.
00:02:07.000 I had to rewire myself.
00:02:09.000 I'm not naturally that way, but.
00:02:11.000 Don't allow your nature to dominate you.
00:02:14.000 That's a good lesson for life.
00:02:16.000 Anyway, all of a sudden, I'm about to go to bed.
00:02:18.000 I have this whole thing planned.
00:02:19.000 I was going to keep on reading None Dare Call It a Conspiracy, which is a great book, and we are going to review it, by the way.
00:02:27.000 By the way, it feels as if that book was written two years ago, not in 1972.
00:02:33.000 And all of a sudden, my phone starts lighting up.
00:02:34.000 Charlie, they're going for it.
00:02:36.000 I said, What are you talking about?
00:02:38.000 It's 11 o'clock Eastern.
00:02:42.000 What do you mean?
00:02:44.000 They're going for it.
00:02:46.000 And so I turn on MSNBC, intentionally, by the way, intentionally.
00:02:52.000 And you have the man woman, Rachel Maddow.
00:02:57.000 You have the woman man, Chris Hayes.
00:03:00.000 You got Lawrence O'Donnell.
00:03:02.000 You have Andrew Weissman on set.
00:03:06.000 And you got the other Intel spokespeople there for the Intel agencies.
00:03:12.000 And the first takeaway is they're giddy.
00:03:16.000 They are.
00:03:17.000 I felt like I was watching a local news broadcast when a sports team wins a divisional title.
00:03:25.000 That's what I felt like I was watching.
00:03:26.000 Like they were re watching the highlights.
00:03:28.000 Wasn't that amazing when Josh Allen broke that tackle?
00:03:33.000 Wasn't it incredible?
00:03:35.000 That's what I felt like I was watching.
00:03:36.000 I felt like I was watching WGN News in Chicago when the Bears beat the Packers, a very rare thing to happen, unfortunately.
00:03:44.000 That's what I felt like I was watching.
00:03:47.000 Rachel Maddow had to stop herself from just putting her hands in the air and say, Yes, we did it.
00:03:54.000 They had these guests on after guests where this is a very impressive piece of work by Fannie Willis.
00:04:01.000 Oh, I'm sorry.
00:04:02.000 It's Fawny Willis.
00:04:04.000 Fawny.
00:04:06.000 Because she doesn't want us to call her Fannie Willis, apparently.
00:04:10.000 Is she going to indict us because we mispronounce her name?
00:04:14.000 Not a joke.
00:04:15.000 I mean, we read this indictment, which there's, I have a lot of takeaways here, as you can imagine.
00:04:22.000 I have the whole thing.
00:04:23.000 We've read the whole thing.
00:04:24.000 Mr. Blake.
00:04:26.000 In 90 minutes.
00:04:28.000 It was unbelievable.
00:04:29.000 He read the whole thing, had it synthesized.
00:04:30.000 We were sending out tweets, fire tweet after fire tweet.
00:04:33.000 He did a great job.
00:04:36.000 And this is not an exaggeration.
00:04:37.000 This is not hyperbole.
00:04:39.000 This is an attempt to nullify the United States Constitution.
00:04:43.000 I'm going to read some parts of the indictment here, the specifics, which I think are extremely necessary to understand what we're dealing with.
00:04:53.000 How about this one?
00:04:55.000 On December 3rd, 2020, Donald John Trump caused.
00:05:00.000 To be tweeted from the Twitter account, Georgia hearings now on OAN, amazing.
00:05:07.000 This was an overt act of in furtherance of the conspiracy.
00:05:12.000 Watching cable television is the furtherance of a conspiracy in Fulton County, Georgia.
00:05:19.000 Just to remind you, this is a local DA.
00:05:22.000 A local DA.
00:05:24.000 While violent crime is going up crazy in Atlanta, this is a local DA that is indicting a former president.
00:05:30.000 How about this one?
00:05:32.000 Gee, what a surprise.
00:05:33.000 Has anyone informed the so called governor, Brian Kemp, and his puppet, Jeff Duncan, that they could easily solve this mess?
00:05:39.000 So easy.
00:05:41.000 Fannie Willis says this was an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy.
00:05:46.000 Rudy Giuliani stated Georgia Patriot call to action.
00:05:50.000 Today is the day we need you to call your state, house, and representatives.
00:05:54.000 A constitutional right, by the way, to petition your government.
00:05:58.000 Fannie Willis writes this was an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy.
00:06:03.000 Mark Meadows, this is one of the most unbelievable ones, texted United States Representative Scott Perry from Pennsylvania, a good man.
00:06:14.000 Can you send me the number for the Speaker of the House in the Pennsylvania legislature?
00:06:17.000 POTUS wants to chat with them.
00:06:20.000 This was an overt act and further into the conspiracy.
00:06:25.000 Wait, so the local DA in Georgia has jurisdiction over sending a text message to somebody in Pennsylvania, and he wants to have a chat with the Speaker of the House in Pennsylvania?
00:06:37.000 And that's an overt furtherance of a criminal conspiracy.
00:06:42.000 Even if all these charges are dismissed, they're still going to have to spend tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of dollars defending themselves.
00:06:50.000 John Eastman, Mark Meadows, Jenna Ellis, Donald John Trump.
00:06:56.000 This is not justice, everybody.
00:06:59.000 This is seething, neurotic revenge.
00:07:03.000 Revenge against Donald J. Trump for even daring to run for the presidency.
00:07:09.000 For even daring to be a successful president.
00:07:13.000 They're trying to send a message that if you are, if you even dare to step up and to challenge the orthodoxy in DC, you will be indicted all the way across the board.
00:07:25.000 All the way across the board.
00:07:31.000 And let me tell you what's really going on here, because this is deeper than just the indictment.
00:07:35.000 This is a top down exhaustion campaign.
00:07:41.000 Are you fatigued?
00:07:43.000 Are you tired?
00:07:44.000 Well, it's intentional.
00:07:46.000 No, that's not.
00:07:46.000 It might have sounded like I was promoting a pharmaceutical drug.
00:07:49.000 Are you fatigued?
00:07:50.000 Are you tired?
00:07:51.000 Ask your doctor about this.
00:07:54.000 This is psychological warfare, and it has not stopped since a certain day.
00:08:02.000 The Cultural Revolution had a starting point, and it has been relentless.
00:08:09.000 What was the starting point?
00:08:11.000 It has not let up from the absolute tragedy of the 2020 election to Floyd-a-Palooza to the taking down of our statues to the sexualization of our kids to January 6th to the pretrial defendants put in a gulag.
00:08:24.000 To lockdowns, to masks, to vaccine mandates.
00:08:26.000 It has not stopped, but the starting point is worth remembering.
00:08:32.000 This was ready, set, go.
00:08:33.000 From this point forward, you have been participating, whether you realize it or not, in a surround the city exhaustion campaign to invoke your surrender, to break your will, and to crush your spirit.
00:08:50.000 This is when it started.
00:08:51.000 Play Cut 45.
00:08:52.000 This guidance for the next 15 days.
00:08:56.000 Is what our experts say is the best opportunity we have to lower the infection rate over the entire course of the coronavirus.
00:09:06.000 And we're calling on every American to do your part because together we'll get through this and we'll find our way forward.
00:09:13.000 15 days to slow the spread.
00:09:15.000 They have not stopped since 15 days to slow the spread.
00:09:19.000 Three and a half years later, where you thought we'd get our country back, you thought things would normalize, you think we'd get to some place of serenity.
00:09:26.000 They have a plan and they are going for it.
00:09:29.000 And the plan is that they believe the only way forward is through.
00:09:34.000 There is no retreat for them.
00:09:36.000 They have to do this.
00:09:37.000 They have to.
00:09:39.000 They do this as a nonstop psychological projection exercise.
00:09:42.000 They have too many crimes, too many misdeeds that if we ever get power back, they know that they're going to be exposed.
00:09:49.000 So the only thing they can do is nonstop offense, nonstop.
00:09:56.000 And we as conservatives, like, what is going on?
00:09:59.000 Why are they acting like this?
00:10:01.000 Because they went for it.
00:10:05.000 With 15 days of slow spread and the lies about COVID and the smearing about ivermectin and the masks of the lockdowns, the kids in schools, Floyd-a-Palooza, racial justice, reconfiguring the story of America 16-19 Project, gender reassignment surgery, pride, trans, all of that, it's all orchestrated and harmonized.
00:10:21.000 And last night in Fulton County is just the latest chapter in the story of can we permanently take over the country?
00:10:31.000 It's either we win or we lose.
00:10:32.000 There's no ties.
00:10:33.000 There's no brokering piece.
00:10:34.000 There's no happy landing here.
00:10:37.000 Either the bad guys win or we win.
00:10:40.000 Most Republicans refuse to acknowledge that.
00:10:43.000 I want to talk about relieffactor.com.

00:11:17.000 Check it out right now relieffactor.com, relieffactor.com.
00:11:22.000 I'm going to play Newt Gingrich's tape in a second.
00:11:24.000 I really respect Speaker Gingrich.
00:11:28.000 He's an institutionalist.
00:11:30.000 So the way he is speaking is notable.
00:11:34.000 He's going on Hannity's program.
00:11:37.000 I really like Sean.
00:11:38.000 Sean's been really good to me throughout the years.
00:11:40.000 And Newt goes on Sean Hannity's program, and he's speaking like Charlie Kirk's show, like Bannon's War Room.
00:11:49.000 Understand this that not every Republican elected to an attorney's general office or DA is a bad person.
00:11:56.000 There are some that are bad and they're purchased.
00:11:59.000 But they, out of nowhere, are now in a political environment completely foreign to them.
00:12:06.000 They're confused.
00:12:07.000 I mean, I just spoke to a red state attorney general.
00:12:11.000 I was really angry this morning and I called them.
00:12:15.000 I said, Why are you not doing anything?
00:12:18.000 And he did not have the answer.
00:12:19.000 Charlie, I don't understand.
00:12:20.000 He said, they're overreaching, but it was clumsy wording.
00:12:25.000 And he's not a bad person.
00:12:28.000 He's not trying to do evil.
00:12:31.000 But what I told him is that all the old rules are gone, they don't exist anymore.
00:12:38.000 And so you're either going to be perpetually politically irrelevant and culturally irrelevant, or you're going to do something.
00:12:47.000 I believe firmly that this was all targeted.
00:12:50.000 This is why they had to put.
00:12:52.000 Ken Paxton on notice in Texas.
00:12:54.000 Ken Paxton was trying to do something in Texas.
00:12:58.000 So they had to drum up all that nonsense to make an example saying, hey, you step out of line, you're going to have your entire reputation smeared.
00:13:09.000 Isn't it interesting they go after Ken Paxton in Texas while simultaneously they have all of this happening on the state level?
00:13:17.000 If you are an elected Republican and you are scared or you are bothered, By what is going to need to happen next.
00:13:28.000 You are a sunshine patriot.
00:13:31.000 I'm not even going to fault you.
00:13:34.000 Just get out of the way.
00:13:36.000 Resign and say, I don't have the stones.
00:13:41.000 I don't have the spine.
00:13:43.000 I don't have the fortitude.
00:13:45.000 I don't have the willingness.
00:13:47.000 I prefer a comfortable life.
00:13:50.000 I prefer to go back to be a lawyer, to do property law.
00:13:54.000 That's admirable.
00:13:55.000 I prefer to go be on an elder church board.
00:14:01.000 I'm not going to fault you.
00:14:02.000 In fact, I will thank you for telling the world and acknowledging that you are not up for this.
00:14:11.000 There is not a single Republican AG, even the ones that we like to highlight, that is doing what the Democrats are doing.
00:14:20.000 Because these Republican AGs are like, well, you know, that's not how we do things in Louisiana or Alabama or Mississippi.
00:14:28.000 Hold on a second.
00:14:29.000 You have Fannie Willis with an 18 count indictment.
00:14:32.000 Destroying people's lives.
00:14:34.000 You have Dana Nessel in Michigan going after Michigan alternate electors.
00:14:39.000 Will a single Republican DA or attorneys general do anything?
00:14:42.000 And by the way, I do have to brag on this program.
00:14:45.000 We are the only show that has been saying this repeatedly for the last year and a half.
00:14:50.000 Repeatedly.
00:14:51.000 And I'm not one to overly brag on things that we do on the show, but I will say we have moved the Overton window significantly.
00:15:02.000 Dozens of podcasts on this very topic.
00:15:05.000 Tweets, and now it's mainstream.
00:15:07.000 Finally, took an indictment of Donald Trump for this to be mainstream.
00:15:11.000 But if you are a gutless wonder, Vichy French Republican attorneys general, and you get really nervous and you shake like a leaf about the idea of possibly going after or even investigating any one of the myriad of crimes, like for example, in Florida, James Biden, the brother of Joe Biden, allegedly did some nefarious stuff in Florida.
00:15:30.000 Let's investigate it.
00:15:32.000 Or how about how Antifa has been transporting people across state lines?
00:15:36.000 To execute domestic terrorism and all the nonprofits involved in that.
00:15:42.000 There's not a Republican attorney's general that is even willing because they know that they're going to get bad articles written about them in the New York Times.
00:15:49.000 And I get it.
00:15:51.000 This is not how the country used to be.
00:15:53.000 You see, these Republicans that become attorney general, AG, by the way, stands for aspiring governor, not attorneys general, they don't really want to do anything.
00:16:00.000 They want to be like, okay, yeah, we'll go after the rapists and the arsonists.
00:16:04.000 They didn't sign up for this.
00:16:06.000 And in some way, I have compassion for them because they're all of a sudden thrust into a gladiator arena.
00:16:13.000 They're thrust into the Coliseum and they're like, this is a lot.
00:16:17.000 This is way more brutal and harsh than I realized.
00:16:21.000 That's okay, pal.
00:16:22.000 Just go home.
00:16:24.000 I mean that.
00:16:26.000 Go serve on your local community college board.
00:16:28.000 Go make a nice living.
00:16:31.000 And then go find a young patriot who's willing to really fight.
00:16:37.000 Get out of the way.
00:16:39.000 Because Fannie Willis, Alvin Bragg, Jack Smith, this is just the beginning.
00:16:42.000 Dana Nessel, this is not, oh, they've overreached and it's going to be a backlash.
00:16:46.000 No, it's not.
00:16:47.000 You don't understand Marxist philosophy at all.
00:16:50.000 Forward is the only way.
00:16:52.000 Progress.
00:16:53.000 And they're just getting warmed up.
00:16:57.000 Listen, as students begin heading back to school, do you think they'll be learning about the founding principles that made America the freest, most prosperous nation in history?
00:17:04.000 Will they learn that our unalienable rights are God given and not granted by government?
00:17:08.000 Will they be given a full and honest account of our nation's history?
00:17:11.000 The answer to all these questions is yes for students at Hillsdale College.
00:17:15.000 And these days, in addition to teaching college students, Hillsdale has extended its teaching to K 12 students and lifelong learners like you and me.
00:17:23.000 If you're not doing so already, one of the best ways to start learning from my friends at Hillsdale is through In Primus, Hillsdale's free digest of liberty.

00:17:36.000 It's at charlie4hillsdale.com.
00:17:39.000 I look forward to In Primus each month, and you can too.
00:17:42.000 It's interesting, useful, and free.

00:18:01.000 Joining us now is Citizen Kane.
00:18:02.000 He runs citizenfreepress.com, which is the best news aggregator on the right.
00:18:07.000 Citizen Kane, thank you for taking time.
00:18:09.000 We actually spoke last evening.
00:18:11.000 You took 10 minutes off, Kane, and you said, What's going on?
00:18:14.000 And I was reading off the indictment.
00:18:15.000 Kane, how are you doing?
00:18:17.000 Four hours sleep.
00:18:19.000 I've got Gatorade and chocolate milk next to me, and I'm ready for battle.
00:18:23.000 And you know, regarding those 10 minutes, it was all being broadcast on Fox News on Hannity, right?
00:18:29.000 And he came out and he said the indictment's sealed.
00:18:32.000 We've got three hours and another hour passed.
00:18:35.000 So, yeah, I took a 10 minute break to eat and everything broke.
00:18:40.000 Everything broke.
00:18:41.000 So, it's an 18 count indictment.
00:18:43.000 Kane, I hate to do the I told you so stuff, but I'll do this the we told you so stuff.
00:18:47.000 You've been coming on this program for six months.
00:18:49.000 We've been trying to warn people that Georgia is coming.
00:18:51.000 Georgia will be the widest reaching, most aggressive indictment.
00:18:56.000 Here we are.
00:18:56.000 What have we learned?
00:18:58.000 Well, we've learned that Republicans are under attack.
00:19:00.000 We've learned that under no circumstances can you question an election.
00:19:05.000 Charlie, you and I are lucky we're not in this indictment.
00:19:08.000 It sounds like if you give people direction and send people to watch certain election shows on OAN or Newsmax or Fox News, that you could be indicted on this count.
00:19:19.000 It is an absolute travesty.
00:19:21.000 You've got Merrick Garland doing nothing.
00:19:24.000 Haven't heard a word from him.
00:19:26.000 You've got Joe Biden going to the beach.
00:19:28.000 You've got regime media ignoring all of the Hunter Biden scandals and Nancy Mace going on Face of the Nation and saying that the total is actually greater than 50 million that the Biden bribery scheme involved.
00:19:42.000 So you've got all this going on.
00:19:45.000 This was all tossed out.
00:19:46.000 And I wanted to, before I forget it, one of the angles you've been asking me about and pushing for the last three months is is there communication?
00:19:55.000 Is someone controlling this?
00:19:57.000 Is Jack Smith speaking with Fannie Willis?
00:20:00.000 Well, it was interesting.
00:20:01.000 There was a question.
00:20:02.000 I watched the full thing.
00:20:04.000 I was up till 4 45 working on the stack last night.
00:20:07.000 So I watched the full Fannie Willis, and I will not call her Fannie, by the way.
00:20:15.000 I watched the full thing at around 4 o'clock in the morning, and someone asked her whether or not she had been in contact with Jack Smith.
00:20:23.000 And she did not like, she didn't appreciate the question, and she basically said no comment.
00:20:28.000 So I think there, and the question was related to the timing of the trial.
00:20:32.000 So, I think you know your supposition is correct.
00:20:35.000 There has been some communication.
00:20:37.000 Oh, yeah, there's somebody that's harmonizing them, there's someone that's coordinating.
00:20:40.000 It might not be Jack Smith himself, but maybe it's Andrew Weissman, who tends to have suspicious information before it breaks.
00:20:48.000 There's got to be an offensive coordinator to this entire thing.
00:20:51.000 So, I want to play a piece of tape here.
00:20:52.000 I actually saw it on the stack first, citizenfreepress.com.
00:20:56.000 Newt Gingrich had some of the sharpest commentary, and I want to remind you, the audience, Newt Gingrich is an institutionalist, and I don't mean that as a pejorative, I don't mean that.
00:21:06.000 As a negative.
00:21:07.000 It's that when Newt Gingrich starts speaking like this, you really should take notice because what Newt Gingrich says is that we are entering a generation of bitterness.
00:21:18.000 I completely agree.
00:21:19.000 I've been trying to tell people as I travel because, you know, I get people come up to me at events, they say, Charlie, you know, all we need is to win one election and everything's going to solve this.
00:21:28.000 Like, no, no, no, no.
00:21:28.000 You don't understand.
00:21:29.000 This is going to be a generation of struggle, of tumult, of tension.
00:21:34.000 And people don't like that truth.
00:21:36.000 Citizen Kate.
00:21:37.000 People don't like to hear that.
00:21:39.000 Instead, they want to hear that, you know, happy days of Narnia will return.
00:21:44.000 Okay, I want to play this here first.
00:21:46.000 It's a multi part piece of tape.
00:21:48.000 I want to play 29, and then I want to play 31.
00:21:50.000 Play 29, please.
00:21:52.000 And I think we are drifting towards the greatest constitutional crisis since the 1850s and the rise of secession and the Civil War.
00:22:05.000 I don't mean that as hyperbole.
00:22:07.000 And Newt is a historian.
00:22:09.000 For him to say this, Kane, is not, you know, this is not Twitter for Newt Gingrich.
00:22:14.000 He's extremely careful with his words.
00:22:18.000 He's a prudent thinker.
00:22:21.000 He's very measured, is the word I'm looking for.
00:22:23.000 Play cut 31, and then I want your reaction.
00:22:25.000 So, what you're seeing across the country is a desperate last ditch effort by a corrupt machine to destroy their most dangerous opponent in a way which not only breaks the Constitution, Destroys the rule of law and establishes a moment of bitterness, which I think will last for a generation or more.
00:22:48.000 I think this is going to be a horrendous period, and we just need to understand the people who want to control America and dictate to the rest of us will break any law, lie about any topic, and manipulate the system any way they can, and that includes a lot of the elite news media.
00:23:08.000 Now, is that Rush Limbaugh or is that Newt Gingrich?
00:23:12.000 That's a message that you would hear on talk radio, not from a former Speaker of the House, Citizen Kane.
00:23:17.000 Yes, I was watching it live on Hannity and didn't get the clip up in the stat probably until 3 o'clock.
00:23:23.000 Maybe it was 2 30 in the morning.
00:23:24.000 But I had the same reaction as you.
00:23:26.000 You know, I'm not going to call Gingrich a rhino, but he's an institutionalist.
00:23:30.000 That's an excellent way to describe him.
00:23:32.000 And he's measured.
00:23:33.000 In fact, he's so measured that he told Republicans earlier this week to take it slowly with impeachment.
00:23:39.000 And there was some negative pushback on that.
00:23:41.000 So to hear these words from him, it obviously, I jumped up in my chair.
00:23:45.000 I mean, I was watching everything very, very closely.
00:23:48.000 But yeah, Gingrich, you know, when Gingrich is saying these things, you know the Rubicon has been crossed.
00:23:53.000 That's right.
00:23:53.000 And he's 100% correct about what you mentioned, too, this sort of generation of bitterness that's ahead.
00:24:00.000 This, you know, It's a stupid cliche, but the Pandora's box has been opened.
00:24:05.000 I mean, now we're going to charge our political opponents.
00:24:10.000 And this is obviously an extremely sad situation.
00:24:14.000 I don't want to enter this period when Democrats are being charged because Republicans are in power and vice versa, but there's no choice.
00:24:23.000 We have to take revenge at this point.
00:24:25.000 We have to punch back state attorney generals, Texas, Florida, South Carolina.
00:24:31.000 There are places where things can start happening.
00:24:34.000 And none of it's happening.
00:24:35.000 And you talked about it a little bit before because Republicans don't want to get negative press.
00:24:40.000 We don't want to have bad things written about us by regime media.
00:24:43.000 That's right.
00:24:43.000 It's ridiculous.
00:24:46.000 And hopefully, there's some people with some backbone this morning and that's ending.
00:24:51.000 But yes, Newt Gingrich showed us that we've entered a new time.
00:24:56.000 And this indictment, I'm ready for battle.
00:24:59.000 That's how I feel.
00:24:59.000 I'm ready for battle, Charlie.
00:25:01.000 Well, and Kane, the audience doesn't always like when I speak like this.
00:25:05.000 But I don't care because it's true.
00:25:07.000 Because look, there are a fair amount of people in our audience, 70, 80 years old, served in the military, paid their taxes.
00:25:14.000 They remember an orderly America.
00:25:18.000 They remember an America where institutions were trusted.
00:25:21.000 I'm not even saying they were worthy of trust, but let's just say they were trusted.
00:25:26.000 I was born into an America in 1993 in a high trust society.
00:25:31.000 I was raised to look at police, government, as yeah, there might be some problems, but they're not rigged against you.
00:25:39.000 It's not like they've been taken over hostilely.
00:25:42.000 For me, everything's changed.
00:25:43.000 Yeah, for me, this is not a hard shift because also I was raised by the way they lied about Iraq.
00:25:48.000 They lied about the recession.
00:25:50.000 Obama lied all the time.
00:25:51.000 They've lied about the NSA.
00:25:53.000 They've lied about the national debt.
00:25:54.000 They lied about COVID, lied about mass.
00:25:55.000 So for me, I really don't have a lot of muscle memory.
00:25:59.000 I have to deprogram, Citizen Kane.
00:26:01.000 But some people in our audience, God bless them, I feel for them.
00:26:05.000 This is cognitive dissonance territory.
00:26:08.000 They say, what do you mean, multiple generations?
00:26:10.000 Because they have a memory cane of a country that unfortunately no longer exists.
00:26:17.000 And a media that no longer exists.
00:26:19.000 That's a huge part of this, as you make clear almost every day on your show.
00:26:23.000 When the media allows this, when the media takes sides, when you have 95% of all print and television news against one candidate, I really feel like the Rubicon was crossed in 2016.
00:26:40.000 It's as though it gave the regime media an excuse, an excuse.
00:26:44.000 That they've always been looking for.
00:26:46.000 They've been waiting for the chance when they could completely drop all pretense of objectivity.
00:26:51.000 Yes.
00:26:51.000 Gone.
00:26:52.000 Boom.
00:26:52.000 Trump is our reason.
00:26:53.000 The ends justify the means.
00:26:55.000 The orange man is so bad that we can now break every norm.
00:27:00.000 We can break every rule.
00:27:01.000 We can do things that we've never been able to do before.
00:27:05.000 This guy is our salvation.
00:27:06.000 We can use our hatred of him and rile up this hatred in the American populace.
00:27:12.000 And we can use that to finally start saying, Start taking sides.
00:27:17.000 And so, as the media has broken down over the last seven years, you've seen the further breakdown of our institutions.
00:27:23.000 As you talked about watching MSNBC last night, it was like a cheerleading show.
00:27:29.000 They were laughing, slapping, looking back on it.
00:27:33.000 It was like Sunday NFL Countdown.
00:27:35.000 It really was.
00:27:36.000 I mean, it was like watching skinny Rex Ryan and Randy Moss chat about that they're in the leaderboard of the picks for the NFC West.
00:27:48.000 So, Kane, I want to just reemphasize how deep and how profound what you just said is.
00:27:54.000 What Kane just said is against what almost every person on the center right believes.
00:27:59.000 So, the center right or the uniparty or the chamber of commerce crowd, they say that Donald Trump, as a disruptor, made the media lose its mind.
00:28:09.000 What Kane is saying is different and it's super smart.
00:28:12.000 It's that the media has always been radical, they've been looking for an excuse to take their masks off.
00:28:18.000 And Trump gave them that excuse that they've always hated the country, they've always had bitter resentment for the homeland.
00:28:26.000 Donald Trump coming actually said, okay, now we can be who we are.
00:28:31.000 Now we don't have to hide it anymore.
00:28:34.000 That is completely different than the uniparty telling of 2015 and 16, where they say, well, Donald Trump, he came and he smashed it.
00:28:42.000 And it's understandable because he's just, he's just so this.
00:28:46.000 And if we get rid of Trump.
00:28:47.000 No, no, no, no.
00:28:48.000 They've always been this way.
00:28:50.000 These are Marxists and they've increased in ranks and they've gotten crazier, not because of Trump, but because now they use Trump as an excuse to be who they've actually been.
00:29:00.000 Always been.
00:29:04.000 Okay, so Hillary Clinton goes on the Rachel Maddow program, and they say, oh, it's just a coincidence that she was scheduled to appear.
00:29:12.000 You understand Hillary is never going to jail.
00:29:15.000 The audience doesn't like it when I say that, but I've been saying it for years.
00:29:17.000 You know how much hopium has been out there?
00:29:19.000 Oh, we're one step away from the Clintons being indicted.
00:29:22.000 No, because the Republican Party does not want to win.
00:29:26.000 The Republican Party's afraid, they're scared, they shake like a leaf if anything in port never comes across.
00:29:32.000 Hillary Clinton will not go to jail.
00:29:34.000 It's not going to happen.
00:29:36.000 Donald Trump might.
00:29:37.000 Citizen Kane, your reaction.
00:29:39.000 Well, yeah, it was a farce.
00:29:40.000 And I put three or four clips, or actually, I think I put two clips up of Hillary, but I want to direct people before we get back to Hillary.
00:29:48.000 Just like you, I was watching everything last night, and Cost Cash was fantastic.
00:29:52.000 So there are two short clips on Citizen Free Press right now in the stack that people should watch.
00:29:58.000 One's like 45 seconds, and the other's probably about two minutes.
00:30:02.000 He does a really, really good job of breaking it down.
00:30:05.000 Back to Hillary and Rachel.
00:30:06.000 I don't even sort of want to spend more time.
00:30:07.000 How can this woman, you know, as you know, Charlie, this is the woman who John Brennan, CIA, knew was creating a false story of Russian collusion on Trump before the election in 2016 because she couldn't handle the heat, all the heat about her email server.
00:30:24.000 So you had the CIA, and the White House was made aware of it.
00:30:28.000 I've posted stories.
00:30:28.000 You've talked about how Obama and Biden were both aware because John Brennan made them aware that the CIA had learned about the Plot that the Clinton campaign, but it didn't matter.
00:30:38.000 The FDI and Comey were happy to sort of begin this completely ridiculous investigation of Trump.
00:30:47.000 So that's what I was thinking.
00:30:48.000 As I'm watching Mad Cow and Hillary laughing last night, you know, I also put one thing up, right?
00:30:55.000 In one of the Hillary clips, we can win this still, Charlie.
00:30:59.000 It's not over.
00:31:00.000 We're here.
00:31:01.000 We're taking flack.
00:31:02.000 We're getting shots.
00:31:03.000 We're dealing with things that no generation should have to deal with.
00:31:07.000 And you know how we win?
00:31:08.000 We elect Trump in 2024.
00:31:11.000 No, that is correct.
00:31:13.000 I hate to interject, Kane.
00:31:16.000 Then I want anybody in the audience to tell me what the other plan is.
00:31:19.000 There is only one plan, right?
00:31:21.000 And it's a tough one, okay?
00:31:23.000 But this needs to be the greatest consolidation of the sucking up of your own ego and pride for the country.
00:31:29.000 There is one path.
00:31:31.000 People say, oh, well, we could do hearings.
00:31:33.000 Waste of time.
00:31:34.000 Oh, well, we could do maybe defunding some of the stuff.
00:31:36.000 The House won't do that, just to be honest.
00:31:38.000 The House is going to do a CR, run to the hills, go back to their districts.
00:31:42.000 So I'm just going to try to tell you the honest truth.
00:31:44.000 The one chance we have is November 2024.
00:31:47.000 Donald Trump might be in a prison cell.
00:31:48.000 Kane, can you walk through that, by the way?
00:31:50.000 The timeline.
00:31:51.000 It's not inconceivable, but by the time ballots go out, Donald Trump is in a prison cell.
00:31:55.000 What do you mean by that, Citizen Kane?
00:31:57.000 Yeah, no, that is not unrealistic, but you're absolutely correct.
00:32:02.000 And I'll get to the timeline in a second.
00:32:03.000 Something that Gingrich said last night that, well, there's the four hour sleep.
00:32:10.000 That thought just went.
00:32:11.000 So we'll go back to the timeline.
00:32:14.000 Sandy Willis wants his trial in six months.
00:32:16.000 There's no chance it's happening.
00:32:18.000 Kash Patel has laid it out.
00:32:20.000 He believes these RICO cases, these complex RICO cases with 18 separate defendants, There are so many complexities involved that sometimes these cases can drag on two to four years before they're eventually come to trial.
00:32:33.000 He said that jury selection alone, when you're dealing with 18 different defendants, that can take up to six months.
00:32:39.000 So the timeline for this is still likely to be Alvin Bragg Manhattan first.
00:32:46.000 Then in May 24th, we have the Mar-a-Lago case.
00:32:53.000 We'll see.
00:32:54.000 I think Fannie Willis actually is going to go last.
00:32:56.000 I think this one is going to be the most complicated.
00:32:58.000 I don't think it's going to come until next summer.
00:33:00.000 But if the January 6th case comes early, if Jack Smith is able to get what he wants, yes, Trump could be easily convicted in D.C.
00:33:11.000 Then he would be, I don't think he would go to prison while it's held out on appeal.
00:33:15.000 It would be appealed to the D.C. Circuit Court.
00:33:19.000 I'm not sure what number that is.
00:33:21.000 And then it would eventually be appealed to the Supreme Court.
00:33:23.000 And hopefully Trump would be allowed to stay out of jail while he awaits for those appeals.
00:33:28.000 Oh, I remembered it now.
00:33:29.000 So Ginkrich's point.
00:33:30.000 He brought up his very first election.
00:33:32.000 It was against Cheney, and Cheney had a heart attack.
00:33:34.000 And he talked about how the Cheney surrogates said everyone with cardiac problems come out and campaign for Dick Cheney because he's in the hospital.
00:33:43.000 So Gingrich last night said we need 15 million Trump prison surrogates.
00:33:48.000 If they put Trump in prison, that's going to motivate our base, and you're going to have this groundswell, or we could have this groundswell of all these millions of citizen campaigners out there doing Trump's work for us.
00:34:00.000 Look, you have to know the plan.
00:34:02.000 Right now, the Republican establishment, they want Trump to lose.
00:34:05.000 Their plan is to go down in a blaze of glory and say, see, see, see, and they point fingers at Trump.
00:34:12.000 That's a deeper topic.
00:34:13.000 We are not investing, the right is not investing in ballot chasing or any of that stuff.
00:34:17.000 They want Donald Trump to lose.
00:34:19.000 The question is, will the people rise up?
00:34:21.000 Citizen Kane, God bless you, man.
00:34:25.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
