00:01:34.000 Megan Kelly joins us.

00:01:35.000 Megan, great to see you.

00:01:36.000 And I haven't stopped smiling for the last two and a half weeks, and I don't plan to stop anytime soon.

00:01:43.000 Megan, great to see you.

00:01:44.000 I want to dive into this story with Nancy Mace.

00:01:47.000 What is a woman? 1.00

00:01:48.000 It seems to be the ultimate question that the Democrats can't answer.

00:01:52.000 Megan, welcome to the program and walk us through what's happening on Capitol Hill.

00:01:55.000 Oh, it's great to be here.

00:01:57.000 It's great to see you.

00:01:57.000 And I feel the same.

00:01:58.000 I felt elated since he won.

00:02:01.000 And the things just keep getting better.

00:02:03.000 You know, watching Joe and Mika slither into Mar-a-Lago, like begging to be relevant again. 1.00

00:02:10.000 Please don't hold it against us that we called you a racist and a rapist and a fascist. 0.99

00:02:16.000 We really just want to be in the center. 0.99

00:02:18.000 All of this is so delicious.

00:02:19.000 It's like We just keep winning, so it's awesome.

00:02:23.000 But what's happening with Nancy Mace is, it's kind of interesting, Charlie, because you realize not everybody's been paying attention to all this gender insanity. 0.54

00:02:31.000 And Nancy Mace is conservative.

00:02:32.000 She's from South Carolina.

00:02:34.000 But I guess this hasn't been in her face for a while.

00:02:37.000 And now it's come right to Capitol Hill, and she's having to deal with the issues that you and I talk about all the time.

00:02:44.000 So they elected out of Delaware a man who poses as a woman to the U.S. Congress. 0.98

00:02:50.000 And Tim is his so-called dead name.

00:02:54.000 And now he's going by...

00:02:57.000 I don't remember the new fake names.

00:02:59.000 Susanna McBride, whatever.

00:03:00.000 So now he wants us to believe he's a woman and he's going to Capitol Hill.

00:03:04.000 And there's a question of which bathroom this man...

00:03:07.000 Is going to use.

00:03:08.000 And Nancy Mays said, well, he shouldn't be in my bathroom.

00:03:11.000 He shouldn't be in the women's bathroom. 1.00

00:03:12.000 And actually, there should be a rule set out by the speaker saying he should use, everybody should use the bathroom that corresponds with their biological sex. 0.97

00:03:21.000 And then this person, McBride, and everyone on the left started melting down, calling her a bully, saying how nasty she is. 0.57

00:03:29.000 AOC was saying we're going to have to have genital inspections now before someone uses the restroom. 1.00

00:03:36.000 This is so absurd and like such a trope.

00:03:39.000 And they're trying to say that this is bigoted as opposed to a matter of women's rights. 0.93

00:03:45.000 and Nancy Mace is sort of coming to life on this and getting her facts and learning all the things that we've been talking about which is like the vast majority of so-called trans people who are male to female are in fact autogynophiles meaning they have a sexual fetish.

00:04:03.000 They get sexually aroused from dressing as women and so there's a pretty decent chance that that man in a dress in the stall next to you is turned on by the fact that he's wearing that dress and he's next to you while you're doing your business minding your own business in a stall. 0.53

00:04:18.000 I mean a hard no.

00:04:21.000 But this is a fact.

00:04:22.000 I mean, this has been researched over 90%, they say, by at least some experts, are autogynophiles in this trans community.

00:04:28.000 So we really do need to have our defenses up.

00:04:31.000 It's not to say all of them are.

00:04:33.000 But mental disorders include gender dysphoria.

00:04:38.000 I mean, it's one of them.

00:04:38.000 It's in the DSM-5.

00:04:40.000 It's a mental disorder.

00:04:41.000 So why would we be celebrating this? 0.70

00:04:43.000 Why would we be opening the door for this to walk into our women's rooms where we're most vulnerable? 0.98

00:04:48.000 And long story short, Nancy Mace has already won this fight because Speaker Johnson already issued a rule saying, all over Capitol Hill, we're not having men in women's bathrooms, period. 1.00

00:04:59.000 This should not be controversial.

00:05:01.000 Non-binary activist Evan Greer just interrupted and harassed Nancy Mace on a stage. 0.83

00:05:07.000 I mean you know how nasty these people can become.

00:05:10.000 Let's play cut 86. Are you going to stand up for the lives of trans people, black and brown people?

00:05:32.000 Are we fighting for justice?

00:05:33.000 Or are we fighting for big tech?

00:05:35.000 Are we fighting productive here? 1.00

00:05:39.000 His penis isn't going to be in my back. 1.00

00:05:42.000 Right on. 1.00

00:05:43.000 Please react to that.

00:05:45.000 She's 100% right.

00:05:47.000 And that man just wants attention.

00:05:50.000 What he really wants is to have access to my private spaces and Nancy Mace's private spaces.

00:05:56.000 And it's a no, sir.

00:05:57.000 There's a place for you.

00:05:59.000 It's called the men's room.

00:06:00.000 And frankly, a shrink's office.

00:06:02.000 That's where you belong.

00:06:02.000 You're obviously not well.

00:06:04.000 It's Trans Day of Remembrance.

00:06:06.000 And then the next day is the Trans Day of Visibility. 0.70

00:06:09.000 And then the next day is the Trans Day of... 0.92

00:06:11.000 Who gives...

00:06:12.000 I'm done with your Trans Days. 1.00

00:06:13.000 This is not something to be celebrated the same way we wouldn't celebrate somebody with anorexia or schizophrenia. 0.79

00:06:20.000 This is a disorder.

00:06:21.000 These people are not well.

00:06:23.000 They need help and they need our empathy over what they're obviously going through.

00:06:28.000 But they are not entitled to our participation in their delusions. 0.57

00:06:34.000 And they were certainly not entitled to our participation in their sexual fetish.

00:06:40.000 And I am sick and tired of these men who throw on a woman's wig or a woman's dress and then want to lecture women about what bigots and bullies we are because we don't want I don't want to use our valuable time here, but I just found a list, for example.

00:06:59.000 There is aromatic spectrum awareness week, bisexual health awareness month, zero discrimination day, international transgender day of visibility.

00:07:06.000 We have assembled well over 85 different days I'm not kidding.

00:07:12.000 It's unbelievable, actually.

00:07:15.000 And so I don't want to spend too much time on that.

00:07:17.000 But it's just the one question I do have, which I think is important, is at what point will Democrat women say enough?

00:07:25.000 Is that ever going to happen?

00:07:27.000 No.

00:07:28.000 No, it's not.

00:07:29.000 I mean, you had...

00:07:30.000 I'll give you one example.

00:07:32.000 Katie Couric, who for some reason has decided to eschew makeup, which is not a good idea, is out there like, it's just so mean.

00:07:41.000 And by the way, if you're going to get rid of the makeup and also the hair, the idea is not to then take your phone, hold it...

00:07:50.000 Right here and do little videos.

00:07:54.000 No one wants to see that, especially for women of a certain age, which I am one of them, so I'm allowed to say it. 0.98

00:08:02.000 Secondly, she's out there, she's such a bully. 1.00

00:08:05.000 This is just mean, what Nancy Mace is doing. 0.72

00:08:08.000 She still doesn't get it.

00:08:10.000 She's got two daughters and she still doesn't get it because her whole life is surrounded in leftists who think like she does and who give, you know, kudos and props to women who say Nancy Mace is a bully and that you're a bully too if you don't support the trans community. 0.93

00:08:27.000 This is the same Katie Couric who told Bill Maher a few months ago that Trump voters are anti-intellectual and now post his victory is out there saying, you know, I really just think these Democrats, they're just too elitist and they're just too insulting.

00:08:42.000 Hello, preacher, heal thyself first.

00:08:45.000 So this is the circle that she runs in.

00:08:48.000 And she's not alone.

00:08:49.000 Most of these Democrats have been told for years now that you're mean if you don't allow these men posing as women into your bathroom. 1.00

00:08:57.000 Look at that guy on CNN who went off on sure.

00:09:00.000 Michael Singleton, who was a he's a more moderate conservative who was trying to say girl sports.

00:09:07.000 And that guy went off on him saying, we are not going to be transphobic at this table.

00:09:13.000 We are not going, what did he do?

00:09:15.000 He said these are biological boys.

00:09:18.000 He wouldn't refer to them as trans girls.

00:09:20.000 Neither will I. Neither should anyone.

00:09:23.000 There's no such thing as a trans girl or a trans woman.

00:09:27.000 There are only girls and women and they require no setup.

00:09:31.000 You don't have to say biological.

00:09:33.000 You don't have to say real.

00:09:34.000 We're certainly not saying cis.

00:09:36.000 If I say girl or woman, you know exactly what it means. 0.92

00:09:39.000 And that's how the language must be treated in general.

00:09:42.000 Because take a look at this bathroom situation on Capitol Hill. 0.97

00:09:45.000 How do we say she cannot come into the women's bathrooms? 1.00

00:09:50.000 She... 1.00

00:09:51.000 Cannot come into the women's locker rooms. 1.00

00:09:53.000 You've already lost the fight if you cede the language battle, which is what that guy on CNN was trying to make happen, what Katie Couric wants to see happen, until the rest of us all stand up and say, no, we'll continue losing.

00:10:06.000 Right now, we won.

00:10:07.000 We won.

00:10:08.000 This was the number one issue, according to a Democrat survey of swing state voters in the swing states.

00:10:16.000 In just the swing states alone, this was the number one issue, the trans issue.

00:10:20.000 And so it's great.

00:10:22.000 If the Democrats don't want to come on board, fine.

00:10:25.000 Keep losing.

00:10:26.000 Either way, we win.

00:10:27.000 We either win because you've bent the knee, as you should, or we win because you won't and you go down and we continue winning and you continue losing.

00:10:35.000 Take your pick.

00:10:35.000 I want to play the AOC clip, who I have a prediction.

00:10:39.000 She's going to try to make a run for the presidency in 2028. I know people think that's a little outrageous, but we'll see. 0.99

00:10:45.000 Let's play cut 91. What Nancy Mace and what Speaker Johnson are doing are endangering all women and girls. 1.00

00:10:54.000 Because if you ask them, what is your plan on how to enforce this, they won't come up with an answer.

00:11:00.000 And what it inevitably results in are women and girls who are primed for assault because people are going to want to check their private parts in suspecting who is trans and who is cis and who's doing what.

00:11:14.000 And so the idea that Nancy Mace wants little girls and women to drop drow in front of who? 0.55

00:11:20.000 An investigator?

00:11:21.000 Who would that be? 0.99

00:11:22.000 In order because she wants to suspect and point fingers at who she thinks is trans is disgusting. 1.00

00:11:28.000 It is disgusting. 0.99

00:11:30.000 Okay, and I know this is so silly. 0.98

00:11:32.000 However, Megan, I think it's helpful to our audience for you to address this very weak objection head-on because it is something that is commonly said by the purple-haired jihadis. 0.87

00:11:43.000 Yeah.

00:11:44.000 Well, let me put it in terms that she can understand Sandy. 0.52

00:11:47.000 This is muy estupido. 1.00

00:11:49.000 This is a very dumb point. 1.00

00:11:51.000 It's a lie. 1.00

00:11:52.000 It's a straw man. 1.00

00:11:53.000 And what she may not be aware is she's repeating like a weird piece of trans porn. 0.94

00:12:00.000 Because in these trans forums online, this is a thing that some of these guys who are autogynophiles who get off on picturing themselves as women like to fantasize about. 0.95

00:12:12.000 They love to picture themselves getting their genitals inspected before they go into the women's room Like a real woman who's been MeToo'd, who has to pick up her skirt and show her gender... 0.63

00:12:22.000 Let me tell you something, that there is a very tiny percentage of the population that actually has gender dysphoria.

00:12:29.000 They tend to be more effeminate men who their whole lives have been more effeminate and who genuinely feel like they were born in the wrong body.

00:12:39.000 the last thing they would ever want or get off on is the idea of somebody looking at their male bodies underneath the skirt. 1.00

00:12:49.000 They want to hide that.

00:12:51.000 They are not like Leah Thomas, who as a man who was Will two months earlier, now he's Leah trying to swim against Riley Gaines, parades through the women's locker room with his full Johnson exposed.

00:13:04.000 That's not what an actual gender dysphoric person would ever want.

00:13:09.000 So in these weird chat rooms, they get off on the thought of somebody actually giving them the inspection because they're autogynophiles.

00:13:17.000 And they're And AOC, who knows nothing about anything, decides to repeat this weird, sick fantasy as something that's going to happen in order to try to take the moral high ground of it will in fact happen and little girls and women are now going to be subjected to strip searches before they use the ladies' room on Capitol Hill. 0.98

00:13:37.000 Utter lie, stupid lie, and I'd love to know what chat room she's been in. 1.00

00:13:44.000 Everybody, no institution works harder to give young people the best education in America than my favorite college, Hillsdale College. 1.00

00:13:50.000 For 180 years now, Hillsdale's mission has been to develop the minds and improve the hearts of its students.

00:13:55.000 And today, in just 30 seconds, you can learn what that means by watching a short video at charlieforhillsdale.com.

00:14:02.000 Since 1844, Hillsdale is focused on learning, character, and faith in providing just the kind of education needed to preserve liberty.

00:14:08.000 And they extend their mission nationwide through outreach efforts like their free digest of liberty in primus.

00:14:14.000 Too many colleges and universities today indoctrinate their students to hate America.

00:14:18.000 At Hillsdale, students learn how America became the freest and most prosperous nation in history.

00:14:24.000 And at a time when so many college campuses are rent with division, Hillsdale students sign an honor code promising to respect the rights of others and rise to self-government.

00:14:32.000 Take some time to learn more about what makes Hillsdale College unique at charlieforhillsdale.com, America's greatest college.

00:14:39.000 I love Hillsdale.

00:14:41.000 Go to charlieforhillsdale.com.

00:14:45.000 So speaking of people who go in places where they don't belong, Mika and Joe went to Mar-a-Lago recently.

00:14:52.000 We have your very viral take.

00:14:55.000 Let's play cut 84....have with all presidents.

00:14:59.000 Don't be mistaken.

00:15:01.000 We're not here to defend or normalize Donald Trump.

00:15:04.000 We're here to report on him. 0.99

00:15:09.000 I searched for a way to respond appropriately, and I called on my 10 years as a litigator in addition to my now 20 as a journalist, and I think I found the perfect phrase, go f*** yourselves. 0.99

00:15:20.000 Go f*** yourselves, you dishonest jokes of faux journalists. 0.99

00:15:29.000 Megan, please elaborate. 1.00

00:15:33.000 I love how desperate they are to retain any connection to power.

00:15:39.000 And look, I think I understand why Trump had them come there, allowed it.

00:15:44.000 I think, number one, Trump likes to be covered in the news.

00:15:47.000 He always has.

00:15:48.000 That's how he rose to fame.

00:15:49.000 So if he can get good coverage out of these two, fine.

00:15:52.000 What does it cost him to sit with them for an hour?

00:15:54.000 Number two, I think he enjoyed seeing them brought to heel.

00:15:57.000 And that's the piece of it I kind of enjoyed, too.

00:15:59.000 Like, why shouldn't they slither into Mar-a-Lago and beg him for attention after all they've done to him?

00:16:04.000 It's humiliating what they did.

00:16:05.000 They humiliated themselves.

00:16:08.000 However, literally nobody wanted to see this, this reunion, this come to Jesus.

00:16:13.000 Nobody.

00:16:14.000 Not any Republican.

00:16:15.000 I mean, well, I didn't want to see this.

00:16:17.000 I don't want to see them make up.

00:16:18.000 I don't want to see them get forgiveness from Trump, and I hope he didn't give it.

00:16:20.000 They don't deserve it.

00:16:22.000 I mean, it's not just fascist and Hitler, as I said before. 1.00

00:16:25.000 He's a rapist. 1.00

00:16:26.000 That's what they've been saying about Trump. 1.00

00:16:28.000 That he's a rapist and a racist and a bigot and a misogynist who's getting women killed and will continue. 1.00

00:16:38.000 That's what Morning Joe... 1.00

00:16:39.000 I am in the media.

00:16:40.000 I follow this very closely.

00:16:42.000 That's what they've been saying about him.

00:16:44.000 So why should they get an audience with him?

00:16:47.000 And why should they ever get his forgiveness or a relationship with him?

00:16:50.000 So that's number one.

00:16:51.000 But number two, it's been hilarious to watch their ratings go even further down the bowl.

00:16:57.000 They suffered more than a 20% drop-off just from Monday to Tuesday because people were so angry that they did this on the left who watched that show, hard left.

00:17:04.000 They don't want to see the makeup with Trump.

00:17:07.000 The reason they do it is this.

00:17:10.000 They desperately need ratings and they desperately need access to power.

00:17:15.000 He loved that Joe Biden watched his show.

00:17:19.000 That's why he went out there in March, just a few months before the June debate and said, best Joe Biden ever, ever.

00:17:26.000 He's better than ever.

00:17:27.000 And he's doing somersaults backstage.

00:17:29.000 You just can't see it when he stumbles out on stage.

00:17:32.000 And then the debate happened.

00:17:34.000 And the next day he had to admit, okay, maybe he needs to step down.

00:17:37.000 Then after a week of pressure, he reversed himself again.

00:17:40.000 Well, maybe he can do it.

00:17:41.000 People are being too hard on him.

00:17:42.000 The man's like Sybil, that crazy multiple personality character played by Sally Field in the 60s.

00:17:47.000 He's, I mean, just wherever the wind blows.

00:17:50.000 Then Kamala comes on board.

00:17:52.000 She's the greatest thing ever.

00:17:53.000 Her messaging is right on.

00:17:55.000 The Democrats are the only ones speaking since.

00:17:57.000 Then she gets crushed by Trump, comes out the next day. 1.00

00:17:59.000 I've been trying to tell everybody the trans thing is a loser. 1.00

00:18:02.000 I've been saying it on this show for years. 0.98

00:18:04.000 He'll say anything, anything, to try to look like he's in control and in power and with the right messaging.

00:18:10.000 And that will include going to Mar-a-Lago and humiliating himself. 0.97

00:18:15.000 It's like what people used to do to their dogs when they would soil the carpet and they'd take the back of their head and make them bury their nose in the crap so that they wouldn't do it again. 0.98

00:18:25.000 That's what he just did to himself at Mar-a-Lago. 0.60

00:18:28.000 And it's somewhat amusing to watch, but it's also so... 1.00

00:18:33.000 Pathetic. 0.99

00:18:33.000 It is. 0.99

00:18:34.000 And it's just...

00:18:36.000 Do you think President Trump made the right move to welcome him in?

00:18:39.000 I can kind of see it.

00:18:40.000 It's like, I won.

00:18:40.000 You guys lost.

00:18:42.000 Come to my home.

00:18:44.000 About a minute remaining.

00:18:45.000 What is your take on that, Megan?

00:18:47.000 No.

00:18:49.000 I wish he hadn't done it.

00:18:51.000 It just makes them be able to go out there now and suggest they've got insider information on Trump.

00:18:56.000 It almost lends credibility to their opinions on Trump, like they might have inside info, which almost certainly they will not.

00:19:04.000 And it's going to go south again.

00:19:07.000 Maybe Trump likes having them as a foil and he likes the storyline of up again, down again, but...

00:19:12.000 Me personally, I wish he had not taken the call, and I wish he had relegated them to the basement with their ratings, where they will sit for quite some time now.

00:19:23.000 So Megan, I now want your reaction to some of these accusations being thrown at my friend, Pete Hegseth, and I'm sure that you've, I don't know if you've gotten along with him or not in the past, but I mean, he has a great reputation amongst many people.

00:19:36.000 What do you make of this smear campaign against Pete Hegseth?

00:19:39.000 Yeah, no, I knew Pete well when I was at Fox.

00:19:42.000 I'm the reason he became a Fox News contributor.

00:19:44.000 He was coming on for free, and my executive producer and I went to Roger, and we said, you've got to hire this guy.

00:19:49.000 He's incredible, and he did get hired.

00:19:51.000 So I loved Pete, and I thought he was great.

00:19:53.000 I don't recommend marrying Pete Hegseth.

00:19:55.000 I'm going to be honest.

00:19:56.000 Like, looking at his marital history, it's not an example of fidelity, okay?

00:20:02.000 So I'm just going to be honest and admit that up front.

00:20:05.000 However, having difficulty in one's personal relationships, especially after having served two tours, which it's not uncommon for these combat vets to come back and not be able to navigate their love lives all that well, is much different than being a rapist.

00:20:22.000 And this woman's story smells terribly.

00:20:27.000 Now, I went through that police report line by line.

00:20:30.000 I mean, I've got it right here in front of me, Charlie.

00:20:32.000 It's like you can see the amount of time I spent with this thing with the tabs and the highlighting.

00:20:36.000 And, you know, your audience may know I practiced law for 10 years, was a litigator, was a trial lawyer.

00:20:42.000 This woman's story smells.

00:20:43.000 And if you read the media coverage about this allegation, let me tell you, you will not learn the facts that I'm about to give you.

00:20:51.000 You will learn that they were together at some conference in Monterey back in 2017, October, and that she's alleging that he may have given her a date rape drug and raped her, and that he's alleging it was a consensual affair, and that later, a few years later, he paid her off to stay silent when she began to rattle his cage about a possible lawsuit against him.

00:21:11.000 What you will see in this police report is that she was at a bar with him after the event.

00:21:19.000 Her husband and children were down the hotel room hall.

00:21:21.000 They were there too.

00:21:22.000 She was with her husband and children, two of them.

00:21:25.000 And she was at this bar with Pete after the event at which he spoke.

00:21:29.000 She was part of the Republican Women's Conference.

00:21:31.000 That others said she was flirting with him.

00:21:36.000 She was touching his leg, etc., flirting with him.

00:21:40.000 That he seemed to be more focused on a different woman, not this one.

00:21:45.000 That Pete would later tell the police he never even had it as a thought in his mind, that he would hook up with this woman, who apparently he didn't have any interest in.

00:21:54.000 But then this woman escorted him out of the bar and was going back to his hotel room with him. 0.99

00:22:01.000 And at 1.30 in the morning, she was seen on videotape, which the police reviewed and reported the following facts about.

00:22:08.000 She was fine.

00:22:09.000 She wasn't stumbling.

00:22:11.000 He looked drunk.

00:22:13.000 And security had been called on him because they had had some sort of a fight at 1.30 in the morning out by the pool that led two hotel guests to call and say, could you quiet them down?

00:22:23.000 Now, first of all, that's totally inappropriate.

00:22:25.000 She told cops they were arguing over his treatment of women? 0.79

00:22:29.000 What?

00:22:29.000 You're supposed to be his handler for the conference and you're getting into a personal argument with him over his treatment of women?

00:22:35.000 So loud and belligerent that hotel guests are calling security?

00:22:39.000 You've crossed a line.

00:22:40.000 You're behaving inappropriately, madam. 0.98

00:22:42.000 She says, and so do the other guests that saw her in the bar beforehand, that she had one drink, one champagne.

00:22:48.000 The police say, and an eyewitness who saw her in the bar, two eyewitnesses who saw her in the bar, and the hotel security guy who came to tell them to be quiet by the pool, all say she was fine.

00:23:00.000 She wasn't intoxicated.

00:23:01.000 She wasn't stumbling.

00:23:02.000 She wasn't slurring.

00:23:03.000 Pete was drunk.

00:23:05.000 She was fine.

00:23:06.000 The videotape then shows them leaving the pool and going back to his hotel.

00:23:11.000 And it shows them approaching the pool from 1.15 a.m. to 1.30 a.m.

00:23:15.000 Their arms are locked, like a boyfriend and girlfriend might be.

00:23:19.000 She's smiling.

00:23:20.000 She does not appear drunk.

00:23:22.000 So as 1.15 and then 1.30, she's locking arms with him.

00:23:25.000 She's smiling.

00:23:26.000 She does not appear drunk to four witnesses who lay eyes on her, either in person or via videotape, including the police.

00:23:33.000 She goes back to his hotel room sometime between 1.30 and 2 a.m., She is texting her husband during this time.

00:23:40.000 She sounds totally fine in these texts.

00:23:42.000 She does not sound like she is intoxicated or out of her mind at all.

00:23:46.000 And then the texts shut down And she has an unaccounted for period from 2 a.m.

00:23:53.000 to 4 a.m.

00:23:54.000 The husband calls her twice during that time period.

00:23:57.000 The husband gets out of bed to go check the hotel bar, looking for his wife, wondering where the hell she is.

00:24:02.000 There's no one in the bar called Knuckles in the Hyatt Regency.

00:24:05.000 He goes back home to the room.

00:24:08.000 At 3.40, he tries her again.

00:24:10.000 He says she arrives back home to the hotel room at 4 a.m.

00:24:13.000 She's fine.

00:24:14.000 She's not stumbling.

00:24:15.000 She's not slurring.

00:24:17.000 When was she drugged?

00:24:20.000 When was she drugged?

00:24:21.000 Did Pete get her back to the hotel room?

00:24:24.000 Slipper a Mickey at 2 a.m.

00:24:27.000 Take advantage of her.

00:24:28.000 And then at 4 a.m.

00:24:30.000 got her back to her hotel room.

00:24:31.000 Totally fine.

00:24:32.000 Because the witnesses before and after the time frame say she was fine.

00:24:36.000 A co-worker the next day said she wasn't hungover.

00:24:39.000 What a great summary.

00:24:40.000 Megan, thank you so much.

00:24:42.000 Another smear campaign.

00:24:43.000 I think this one smells to high heaven.

00:24:44.000 It's a Kavanaugh 2.0.

00:24:46.000 Megan, God bless you. 0.84

00:24:46.000 Thank you so much. 0.84

00:24:47.000 And see you soon.

00:24:51.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

00:24:52.000 What an unbelievable start to 2024. We had last month saving babies with pre-born by providing ultrasounds.

00:24:58.000 And we're doing again this year what we did last year.

00:25:01.000 We're going to stand for life because remaining silent in the face of the most radically pro-death administration is not an option.

00:25:06.000 As Sir Edmund Burke said, the only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.

00:25:10.000 And we're not going to do nothing.

00:25:12.000 Your gift to pre-born will give a girl the truth about what's happening in her body so that she can make the right choice.

00:25:18.000 $280 can save 10 babies.

00:25:20.000 $28 a month can save a baby a month all year long.

00:25:23.000 And a $15,000 gift will provide a complete ultrasound machine that will save thousands of babies for years and years to come.

00:25:29.000 And we'll also save moms from a lifetime of pain and regret.

00:25:33.000 Call 833-850-2229.

00:25:35.000 That's 833-850-2229.

00:25:38.000 Or click on the preborn banner at charliekirk.com.

00:25:41.000 That is charliekirk.com and click on the preborn banner.

00:25:44.000 Also save moms from a lifetime of pain and regret.

00:25:47.000 I'm a donor of this organization.

00:25:48.000 They're terrific.

00:25:49.000 Go to charliekirk.com.

00:25:50.000 Click on the preborn banner.

00:25:53.000 There are a lot of questions about What is going to happen to the Department of Education?

00:25:58.000 A lot of questions about it.

00:26:00.000 Now, Linda McMahon has been selected and she's a fighter. 1.00

00:26:03.000 She's tough as the Secretary of Education.

00:26:07.000 But President Trump made a promise repeatedly on the campaign trail that eventually we're going to phase out the Department of Education.

00:26:14.000 You see, the same way that we send power back to the states, education should be done state by state.

00:26:23.000 We need to decentralize the way that we educate our children.

00:26:27.000 Why do we have a Department of Education as it is?

00:26:32.000 Well, it's interesting.

00:26:33.000 The Department of Education actually was a splinter off of a program that actually was about health, education and welfare.

00:26:44.000 It was the HEW department and they broke those into three different categories.

00:26:51.000 Now, the U.S. Department of Education, get this.

00:26:55.000 How much money do you think the U.S. Department of Education has every single year?

00:26:59.000 What do you think their budget is?

00:27:00.000 When you guys go through these numbers, it makes you just have shock and awe.

00:27:05.000 The Department of Education, I want you to, without Googling it, I want you to guess what their budget is.

00:27:12.000 Their budget is $238 billion a year.

00:27:19.000 Said differently, Our Department of Education budget is triple the Russian military budget.

00:27:28.000 Our Department of Education has $240 billion a year.

00:27:34.000 What results are we seeing from spending nearly $240 billion a year on education?

00:27:43.000 Well, here's how it breaks down.

00:27:46.000 So $28 billion Of the budget was spent on Pell Grants.

00:27:57.000 $23 billion is on the Federal Direct Student Loan Program.

00:28:00.000 So right there, Pell Grants and Student Loan Program, send that over to the Department of Treasury.

00:28:05.000 That does not need to be housed under the Department of Education.

00:28:10.000 By the way, I think this is the old budget.

00:28:11.000 I think this is all the way back from 2015, for the record.

00:28:14.000 I'm just looking at this.

00:28:15.000 The new budget, though, of fiscal year 2024 is $238 billion.

00:28:20.000 So those numbers are even bigger.

00:28:22.000 Yet our education is ranked so low across the world.

00:28:26.000 We spend more on education than any other country.

00:28:30.000 Where does all this money go?

00:28:32.000 It goes towards paper shuffling bureaucrats and desk workers and subsidizing failed educational programs.

00:28:42.000 In the Department of Education has the Office of Civil Rights, the Office of Educational Technology, They have the Office of Elementary and Secondary Education, the Office of English Language Acquisition, the Office of Postsecondary Education.

00:28:59.000 $127 million was spent just studying and countering COVID-related speech.

00:29:06.000 And so I would love to see if the Department of Education could undergo any sort of audit.

00:29:15.000 So there's About 5,000 people that work for the Department of Education, and it has a $238 billion budget.

00:29:25.000 Has anyone thought to ask?

00:29:27.000 Has any Senate Republican decided to say, why are we spending all of this money on this monolith, on this Leviathan?

00:29:36.000 Educational outputs have gone down dramatically.

00:29:39.000 We have entire schools in the city of Baltimore where kids literally cannot read.

00:29:45.000 We have dozens of schools where kids cannot read at grade level.

00:29:49.000 And so you would have to ask the question, why is it that the Department of Education exists in the first place?

00:29:55.000 Obviously, we're all very, very pro-education.

00:29:58.000 But is it a protection racket for the current college cartel?

00:30:06.000 Are kids pursuing goodness, truth and beauty?

00:30:10.000 Are they learning about the deeper things?

00:30:12.000 Are they studying the classics?

00:30:14.000 Do they understand rhetoric and dialogue?

00:30:18.000 How many kids can actually, if you lock them in a room without internet connection, can write a four-paragraph essay?

00:30:25.000 How many?

00:30:27.000 No, instead, we should send it back to the parents, we should send it back to the local level, send it back to the states, and different states will do it differently.

00:30:39.000 The federal government has no business whatsoever being in the education of our children.

00:30:44.000 Here is why.

00:30:45.000 Education is the most personal of all the things.

00:30:49.000 Because education goes all the way down to the development of the soul of the child.

00:30:56.000 It goes down to the development of the character, which literally comes from a Greek word which means tattoo of the student.

00:31:07.000 The only effect the Department of Education has had is to inflate costs completely across the board.

00:31:13.000 Not to mention they come in and allow men in women's locker rooms. 1.00

00:31:17.000 Not to mention they come in and push critical race theory.

00:31:24.000 It is a top-down edict and directive with tens of billions of dollars into your local school district.

00:31:31.000 And have you seen your schools rapidly improve?

00:31:35.000 So this was always the Argument of the educational cartel, the National Education Association and the American Federation of Teachers.

00:31:45.000 We just have to spend more money and our kids will do better.

00:31:50.000 So the budget for the Department of Education in 2011 was $70 billion.

00:31:57.000 That was 13 years ago.

00:31:59.000 Now it's $240 billion.

00:32:02.000 So it's gone up by nearly three and a half times.

00:32:06.000 So the Department of Education has nearly tripled in size.

00:32:10.000 The Department of Education has tripled in size in the last 13 years.

00:32:13.000 And are we seeing more kids proficient in math, understanding of core topics, who love their country, that have civic literacy?

00:32:23.000 Of course not.

00:32:24.000 Meanwhile, we went from number one in education to the 25th in education.

00:32:29.000 How's that for an ROI? So where is this money going?

00:32:33.000 And no one can ever answer that question.

00:32:34.000 Well, it goes to Pell Grants and federal student loans.

00:32:38.000 We should stop taxpayer subsidizing of student loans, by the way.

00:32:41.000 We should put it back in the private markets.

00:32:43.000 If you want to go study North African lesbian poetry, then you are going to have to go justify to some banker why the bank should underwrite your loan. 0.96

00:32:53.000 But if you want to study engineering, If you want to become a doctor or a lawyer, well, then the bank can make a good argument.

00:33:00.000 Okay, we'll give you a 5% interest rate.

00:33:03.000 And when Doge comes a-knocking and Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy start asking the obvious question, what do you do here?

00:33:14.000 What do you do here?

00:33:16.000 The Department of Education run by Miguel Cardona has been one of the most bloated, fastest-growing bureaucracies over the last couple of years.

00:33:30.000 And if you look at, if you look even a little bit deeper into the Department of Education, just a little bit, if you count Pell Grants, Title I, Work Assistance, And all the other affiliated cabinet on just grants, according to this article, it is $237 billion just on that.

00:33:53.000 Now, what we need Congress to do is to reauthorize the Presidential Reorganization Act and break apart the Department of Education if there's duplicative type measures.

00:34:06.000 And as Ronald Reagan has said, the most terrifying words from the government are, I'm from the government and I'm here to help.

00:34:14.000 The government, the federal government, should have no role in your kids' education.

00:34:19.000 It should start with parents, community, school boards, localities, and if necessary, state.

00:34:26.000 The federal government has failed miserably in this regard.

00:34:30.000 It needs to be deleted, broken apart, and brought back to the ultimate microbe.

00:34:35.000 The development of a child's soul, character, Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
