00:01:57.000 Seriously, they recently shared with me that they are doubling down and want to literally double their number of total happy customers in the next year.

00:02:20.000 The Talbots are amazing people.

00:02:21.000 Check it out.

00:02:22.000 ReliefFactor.com.

00:02:25.000 Are you getting the vaccine?

00:02:27.000 I'm curious.

00:02:28.000 Email me your thoughts on this, freedom at charliekirk.com and whether or not you're getting the vaccine.

00:02:34.000 This has now become the new tension point in our country that so few of our leaders are willing to fight on.

00:02:41.000 I have to say thank you.

00:02:42.000 I think Senator Ron Johnson and Senator Rand Paul are two of the senators that have come out and said they are not taking the vaccine.

00:02:49.000 You know, I'm old enough to remember a Democrat party such as Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders that used to not trust the pharmaceutical companies.

00:02:57.000 I'm old enough to remember a Democrat party that wanted to go after the pharmaceutical companies for, I think it was the Sadler family to bring in OxyCotton and do so much damage to middle America.

00:03:11.000 In a strange turn of events, almost makes you dizzy how many turn of events there are with the Democrats.

00:03:17.000 They are now the defenders of the pharmaceutical billionaires.

00:03:21.000 Democrats are now posting selfies of themselves getting the vaccine.

00:03:25.000 And again, if you're pro-vaccine, I hope it works out for you.

00:03:28.000 I'm not anti-vaccine.

00:03:29.000 I'm not.

00:03:30.000 I'm not pro-vaccine.

00:03:32.000 I'm in the middle.

00:03:33.000 I want to learn as much as I can about it, and I'm personally not taking the vaccine.

00:03:37.000 I've said that before.

00:03:38.000 Sackler family, not the Sadler family.

00:03:40.000 Thank you.

00:03:41.000 Sackler.

00:03:44.000 And now you have these Democrats that, of course, go a step further because they can't help themselves.

00:03:48.000 It's not enough just to get the vaccine.

00:03:50.000 It's not enough just to virtue signal their selfies with getting the vaccine.

00:03:55.000 No, they must always go a step further.

00:03:56.000 They must now mandate you get the vaccine.

00:04:00.000 So the first story I want to get to is a man whose music I deeply respect.

00:04:05.000 I don't know his politics.

00:04:06.000 I don't.

00:04:07.000 This guy might be an international communist.

00:04:09.000 I really don't know.

00:04:11.000 All I know is that he had a very disturbing adverse reaction to getting the Chinese coronavirus vaccine, and now he's speaking out against it.

00:04:20.000 He's coming under widespread condemnation for doing so.

00:04:25.000 But I just kind of love his courage and his clarity to speak out.

00:04:28.000 This is, of course, Eric Clapton.

00:04:30.000 Now, if you want to put someone in the category of uncancelable, Eric Clapton would probably be at the top.

00:04:38.000 Arguably the best guitarist of all time.

00:04:41.000 Eric Clapton is a man who, despite, if you think that AOC and Rashida Talib and Joy Reed and Joy Behar can cancel Eric Clapton, good luck.

00:04:52.000 And everyone knows Eric Clapton.

00:04:54.000 His music has probably touched you in a variety of different ways.

00:04:57.000 Tears from Heaven, Layla, you name it.

00:04:59.000 The man is as gifted as it gets.

00:05:02.000 And he had a very, very troubling reaction to the Chinese coronavirus vaccine.

00:05:08.000 So much so that he is now coming out and he's trying to warn people about what can happen when you take the vaccine.

00:05:15.000 So I want to play Cut 14.

00:05:17.000 But before we play Cut 14, I want to say this is the beginning of many stories I want to go into.

00:05:25.000 Do you know that children going to prom are now being marked on their hands whether or not they're vaccinated or unvaccinated?

00:05:33.000 Now, of course, we have no history whatsoever of marking people based on things they do or don't do.

00:05:39.000 So it's not as if this is creepy or evil or reminds us of something of the 20th century, obviously.

00:05:45.000 Did you know that in Houston, a federal judge just threw out a lawsuit that requires 117 workers to get vaccinated or otherwise lose their job?

00:05:57.000 So let's play Eric Clapton, who says, look, I fear the vaccine and what it will do to my children.

00:06:07.000 This is a guy who got it.

00:06:09.000 Play tape.

00:06:11.000 My fear about vaccination is what will it do to my children?

00:06:15.000 Part of the reason, maybe the biggest part of the reason why I'm talking here today with you.

00:06:21.000 You know, to talk to my daughters about they may not be able to have kids, then I'd probably care.

00:06:28.000 You know, at that point in time of your life, it's not an issue.

00:06:31.000 Do you feel like you were made aware of those risks beforehand?

00:06:35.000 Oh, God, no.

00:06:37.000 So I was never made aware of these risks.

00:06:40.000 Now, of course, you have the hyper-aggressive blue-check know-it-alls on Twitter that are coming after Eric Clapton with a form of aggression that could only be explained as evangelistic zeal.

00:06:52.000 And what's so interesting is that, and I just want to reinforce this point, where are the anti-corporate Democrats?

00:07:00.000 So with the same breath, you have Elizabeth Warren that says she wants to break up Amazon because she doesn't trust corporate tycoons. 0.99

00:07:08.000 She says that she wants to lower drug prices because that pharmaceutical companies are evil. 0.99

00:07:12.000 And then she posts a picture of herself getting the vaccine.

00:07:18.000 Something here doesn't add up, Elizabeth Warren.

00:07:21.000 And now, by the way, maybe this vaccine is the best thing ever.

00:07:24.000 Maybe this vaccine is a gift from God.

00:07:26.000 Maybe this vaccine has no side effects.

00:07:28.000 Maybe everyone who's taken the vaccine and then died from it, it's just an, it's just total coincidence.

00:07:35.000 Maybe Eric Clapton really didn't have an adverse reaction.

00:07:38.000 Maybe William Shakespeare, the first man to get the vaccine in the United Kingdom, 81 years old, celebrated and then died right after.

00:07:45.000 Maybe he died because he had bad fish and chips.

00:07:49.000 Maybe that's why William Shakespeare died, not because of the Chinese coronavirus vaccine.

00:07:55.000 Maybe the nine Yankees players who got the vaccine and then tested positive for the Chinese coronavirus, maybe they're just the exception to the rule.

00:08:05.000 I don't know.

00:08:07.000 But I am going to keep on asking these questions, and I also find it deeply creepy, and I use that word intentionally, creepy with how motivated the other side is to try to vaccinate everybody.

00:08:20.000 In fact, they go as far to say you're a bad person if you don't get the vaccine.

00:08:26.000 So Eric Clapton has come back and he said very clearly and seriously that the vaccine has side effects.

00:08:37.000 The vaccine is not something that he would recommend his daughters to get because he says, well, his daughters and his children, he said, there might be other side effects there.

00:08:48.000 Now, do you think that people should be segregated based on vaccination status?

00:08:56.000 What if I told you that in New Hampshire, unvaccinated students are branded based on their vaccination status?

00:09:05.000 What if I told you that?

00:09:07.000 What if I told you, and you guys can find this story at charliekirk.com, that based on the vaccination status, children are marked differently.

00:09:16.000 By the way, children who are not even close at a major risk of getting a serious reaction or dying from the Chinese coronavirus.

00:09:24.000 Not to mention if a child, an 18-year-old, gets the Chinese coronavirus, we have hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin, as minimetathine.

00:09:33.000 We have all sorts of different treatments that have now been proven to help.

00:09:37.000 But instead, we're going to roll the dice and take the risk of mass inoculation.

00:09:44.000 Now, some people say that this is an emergency use authorization.

00:09:49.000 Some people have emailed me and said this is a violation of the Nuremberg Code.

00:09:53.000 Now, based on the very simple reading of the Nuremberg Code, it says that you are not allowed to have experimental drugs put on a mass population.

00:10:03.000 The response by all the journalists, of which I don't trust, they say this is not experimental.

00:10:08.000 This has gone through many different tests and treatments.

00:10:11.000 What it is, though, is that this has emergency use authorization.

00:10:15.000 This has not gone through the same couple years of trials and of tests.

00:10:21.000 Now, to give a little bit of grace, that's the wrong word, a little bit of an argument to the pro-vaccine people, there was a lot of push to try to get a vaccine in time to try to end the pandemic.

00:10:35.000 So I'm not saying I see it both ways.

00:10:36.000 I'm just saying that that would be their counter argument.

00:10:41.000 I know a lot of people that have got the vaccine that have reacted terribly from it.

00:10:46.000 So this is a very interesting question.

00:10:49.000 Why are some conservatives that are in the radio business or in the speaking business or in the organizing business, why are they defending the vaccine?

00:11:00.000 Why are they not asking questions from the very same people that lied about Lafayette Square? 0.98

00:11:04.000 They lied about the losers and suckers. 0.98

00:11:06.000 They lied about Russian bounties. 0.99

00:11:07.000 They lied about hydroxychloroquine.

00:11:09.000 They lied about masks.

00:11:10.000 They lied about lockdowns.

00:11:11.000 They lied about the infectious rates.

00:11:12.000 They lied about the death rates.

00:11:14.000 They lied about nursing homes.

00:11:16.000 Now all of a sudden they're going to tell us the total and complete truth and nothing but the truth on the vaccine.

00:11:23.000 This is the coming fight in the next couple months.

00:11:26.000 In the next segment, I'm going to tell you about a hostage situation.

00:11:32.000 I'm going to tell you about a real-life hostage situation that you or a loved one might be living through.

00:11:37.000 That hostage situation is going to come to middle-class workers across America.

00:11:42.000 Get the vaccine or lose your job.

00:11:46.000 Ever wondered how free to access social media companies make all their money?

00:11:50.000 Well, by tracking your searches, video history, and everything you click on, and then by selling your valuable data.

00:11:56.000 But you don't have to give big tech website access to your data.

00:12:00.000 That's why I choose to protect my online activity by using ExpressVPN.

00:12:04.000 When I use ExpressVPN, I'm anonymized anytime I go online, and your presence will be hidden, including your IP address.

00:12:12.000 That makes your activity more difficult to trace and sell to advertisers.

00:12:16.000 What's even more is ExpressVPN encrypts 100% of your data to protect you from eavesdroppers on your network.

00:12:23.000 And the ExpressVPN app couldn't be easier to use.

00:12:26.000 You just tap one button on your phone and computer and you're protected.

00:12:29.000 Take back your online privacy with the VPN that I trust at expressvpn.com/slash kirk.

00:12:35.000 By visiting my link, you'll get an extra three months of ExpressVPN service for free on a one-year package.

00:12:41.000 Again, that's expressvpn.com/slash kirk, expressvpn.com/slash kirk.

00:12:49.000 Now, let me say, I am not a lawyer, and nor do I play one on television, but I do have some questions about some of the laws regarding mandatory vaccinations.

00:13:00.000 So, there's a new story over the weekend, and I am so focused on this vaccine story because so many people are ignoring it.

00:13:08.000 Now, let me say at our Young Women's Leadership Summit, our Turning Point USA Young Women's Leadership Summit, I asked Governor Sarah Palin, who I just love Sarah Palin.

00:13:15.000 I just think she's great. 1.00

00:13:16.000 Some people are like, oh, she does it, she's stupid. 1.00

00:13:19.000 Like, honestly, shut up. 1.00

00:13:20.000 She's great. 0.99

00:13:21.000 I like Sarah Palin.

00:13:22.000 She's courageous.

00:13:22.000 She loves her country, and she's made the right enemies.

00:13:25.000 Big Sarah Palin fan.

00:13:27.000 And she's so nice, and she was sweet, and she was generous with her time, and she was just great.

00:13:32.000 And so I asked Sarah Palin, are you taking the vaccine?

00:13:37.000 And she said, Oh, no, I'm not, you know.

00:13:39.000 And the whole place erupted.

00:13:42.000 2,500 students.

00:13:45.000 And I was texting with a friend of mine, who many of you know, and he said, This is one of the issues that is the silent majority issues.

00:13:54.000 This is one of those issues that gets people so fired up, but so few people on television are talking about it.

00:14:03.000 Why so people on television are talking about it?

00:14:06.000 Well, I do know that the social media companies receive a ton of money from the pharmaceutical companies.

00:14:12.000 I know that Johnson and Johnson, Pfizer, and Moderna are heavily funding Facebook, Twitter, and Google for get the vaccine advertisements.

00:14:21.000 Which, by the way, in case you didn't know it, in the last couple stimulus packages, there were extensive budgets for our own governments to go buy advertisement on the tech companies' platforms to go promote the vaccine in public health.

00:14:37.000 Just to give you an idea of how corrupt that whole system is.

00:14:40.000 So when you go send in your taxes, which I'm very familiar with, you are funding the ability for our government to go buy advertisements on social media to tell you to go take a vaccine that you might not want to go take.

00:14:54.000 That's representative government, right?

00:14:58.000 And so over this last weekend, I have been just diving into all of these vaccine stories.

00:15:03.000 And the offer still stands, and producer Andrew's going to work on it.

00:15:06.000 I would love to have someone from NIH come on our program.

00:15:09.000 I'd love to have someone from the National Institute of Health come on our program and answer questions.

00:15:14.000 No one's going to yell.

00:15:14.000 No one's going to scream.

00:15:15.000 I won't interrupt.

00:15:16.000 I'll unplug my microphone.

00:15:17.000 How about that?

00:15:18.000 I will ask a question and unplug my microphone to explain to our audience why we need to have mass inoculation.

00:15:26.000 I would love to also know what is the vaccination rate currently for the Center for Disease Control.

00:15:31.000 Why is it that so few members and employees of the Center for Disease Control have been vaccinated?

00:15:38.000 So over the weekend, we have seen a hostage situation.

00:15:43.000 Now, for those of you that grew up and remember the Iran hostage situation, you remember that hostage situations are tough to watch.

00:15:52.000 For those of you don't know what the Iran hostage situation was, it was when the Iranian government, I'm going to get this somewhat screwed up, took American hostages.

00:16:08.000 I got to really reflect on some of the details.

00:16:10.000 I think I can't remember where it was or the details surrounding it.

00:16:14.000 What I do remember is as soon as Reagan became president, the hostages were released.

00:16:19.000 In the next segment, I'm going to refresh my memory on a lot of this.

00:16:21.000 So a lot of this I'm just kind of wheeling and dealing.

00:16:23.000 But a hostage situation almost never ends well.

00:16:26.000 It doesn't end well for the people that are taking the hostages or the hostage themselves.

00:16:31.000 What's happening right now, a federal judge just basically said not half the country can be taken hostage.

00:16:38.000 Just half the country is basically denying the vaccine.

00:16:41.000 Judge Tosses, Houston hospital workers lawsuit over vaccine requirement.

00:16:48.000 I'm reading from Reuters.com.

00:16:50.000 A U.S. federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit brought by 117 workers at a Texas hospital over its requirement that they be vaccinated against the Chinese coronavirus.

00:16:59.000 U.S. District Judge Lynn Hughes upheld Houston Methodist hospital policy, mandating employees be vaccinated in a ruling on Saturday.

00:17:08.000 Jennifer Bridges, a nurse and lead plaintiff in the case, has argued that if she was fired for refusing a vaccine, it would be considered wrongful termination.

00:17:17.000 She also said the vaccines are experimental and dangerous.

00:17:20.000 The judge should not find merit in either argument, which is, again, I am not a lawyer, nor do I play one on television, but how is that legal?

00:17:29.000 Are you now able to mandate what your employees eat for lunch because it's healthier for them?

00:17:35.000 Are you able to mandate what your employees put into their own body?

00:17:43.000 Is that now the precedent that's been set?

00:17:47.000 In a five-page decision, it says that the hospital is trying to do their business of saving lives without giving them the Chinese coronavirus.

00:17:53.000 It's a choice made to keep staff, patients, and their families safer.

00:17:57.000 So under the guise of safety, you can control an entire U.S. working population to get the vaccine against their will.

00:18:04.000 This is a massive decision.

00:18:07.000 By now, you've all heard me talk about My Pillow and Mike Lindell.

00:18:11.000 And I know a lot of you want to support Mike Lindell and saying, Charlie, how do I support Mike Lindell?

00:18:15.000 Here's how you can support Mike Lindell and our program.

00:19:09.000 God bless America.

00:19:12.000 So there's a New York Times story I want to hit, and I also want to complete the point on the mandatory vaccinations, but I got distracted as I read the New York Times.

00:19:19.000 So remember, I read the New York Times, so you don't have to.

00:19:22.000 For those of you that own businesses, would you ever investigate one of your clients?

00:19:29.000 So I want you to imagine that if you You own a manufacturing plant, maybe 50 or 60 employees.

00:19:35.000 Maybe you own a restaurant and you have a certain clientele and you've become very friendly with them and they give you a lot of business.

00:19:44.000 Would you investigate them?

00:19:45.000 Would you cover them?

00:19:46.000 Would you send reporters after them?

00:19:49.000 Well, this is just about the most corrupt thing I've ever seen.

00:19:53.000 Casually, on the Monday morning edition of the New York Times, what company do you think that is?

00:19:58.000 Of course, it's Google.

00:20:00.000 Google takes out a two-page advertisement, which, of course, is paying off the New York Times, obviously.

00:20:08.000 How much do you think this costs?

00:20:09.000 This is probably a $250,000 advertisement, which is just a rounding error for Google, obviously.

00:20:16.000 But then they start to establish a relationship within the New York Times.

00:20:20.000 They start to maybe get lunch with one of their reporters and they can calm down potential stories of the New York Times coming after them.

00:20:29.000 The capital flow from the masters of Menlo Park goes straight into the pockets of the smear merchants of the New York Times.

00:20:35.000 Literally.

00:20:36.000 You could see here, if you're on Rumble, this is a massive advertising.

00:20:40.000 By the way, whose silly idea was this to have this much dead space in an advertisement?

00:20:45.000 This is not even, they're not even advertising anything.

00:20:47.000 This is basically a handout to the New York Times.

00:20:50.000 There's no call to action.

00:20:51.000 It's just Google Workspace.

00:20:54.000 How it's done.

00:20:55.000 Oh, in case you are wondering, it's done sustainably.

00:20:59.000 And I quote: Google Workspace runs on the cleanest cloud in the industry, whatever that means.

00:21:04.000 Every email you send, sheet you share, docs you edit, and meet you join has net zero emissions.

00:21:09.000 So maybe I'm behind the curve, but how is it when you have a Zoom call that there's emissions?

00:21:18.000 Am I not reading this correctly?

00:21:21.000 Maybe I'm not.

00:21:22.000 Businesses that switch to Google Workplace have reported reductions in IT energy use and carbon emissions up to 85, 87%.

00:21:31.000 The kind of impact you can feel good about and proudly tell the world.

00:21:35.000 Ah, yes, if you use Google, you can be a participant in changing the world for the better.

00:21:42.000 Let me see if they have something about racial diversity.

00:21:44.000 I almost guarantee you they're going to.

00:21:47.000 I also say here that all 100,000 of Google's employees from engineering to marketing to the PhDs in the quantum lab, that sounds really creepy, rely on Google Workspace every day.

00:22:02.000 Our scientists leave comments and research documents, and the security team keeps our inboxes clear of spam and viruses.

00:22:08.000 Google's entire business is writing on it, just like yours, because no matter the task at hand, when your customers are depending on you, Google Workpace is how workspace is how it's done.

00:22:17.000 Two-page advertisement in the New York Times, which is nothing more than bribery.

00:22:21.000 Oh, and on the back.

00:22:23.000 It's on the back as well.

00:22:25.000 And the front.

00:22:26.000 I'm sorry, it's a four-page advertisement in the New York Times.

00:22:30.000 You want to know why the New York Times is doing investigative reporting into Donald Trump still and not into Google?

00:22:36.000 Because they just sent probably a half a million dollar wire to keep them off their back.

00:22:40.000 That's why.

00:22:42.000 You want to know why you don't trust the media?

00:22:44.000 Because they're paid by the most powerful people on the planet.

00:22:48.000 Do you really think they're getting an ROI in this kind of?

00:22:50.000 I don't even know what this is.

00:22:52.000 This is like an empty page.

00:22:55.000 If you want to show the world, 83, how it's done, you have to change the way you do things.

00:22:59.000 The back page is learn how Google, what is this, Google Meets or Google Workspace?

00:23:07.000 Oh, how it's reimagined at Netflix.

00:23:09.000 Well, that makes me really not want to use you.

00:23:11.000 How it's invented at DoorDash, really don't want to use you.

00:23:14.000 How it's launched at Snap Inc., totally don't want to use you.

00:23:18.000 How it's personalized at Cambridge Health Alliance, absolutely don't want to use you.

00:23:22.000 How it's built at Wayfair, absolutely, absolutely don't want to use you.

00:23:27.000 Google Workspace.

00:23:28.000 Learn more at workpace.google.com.

00:23:31.000 This is a paid advertisement brought to you by Google, is what it says here, obviously.

00:23:35.000 You know what's actually kind of interesting, though, is that there is no disclaimer actually on this.

00:23:40.000 Usually, when they make these massive advertisements on New York Times, they're like, this is a paid advertisement.

00:23:45.000 There actually is no disclaimer that shows this is a paid advertisement.

00:23:48.000 Isn't that weird?

00:23:49.000 They almost always say this is a paid advertisement.

00:23:51.000 This is paid.

00:23:52.000 No such disclaimer.

00:23:55.000 Weird how that works.

00:23:56.000 And you wonder why people are not diving deep into the stories that matter.

00:24:01.000 It's because they're getting paid off.

00:24:04.000 A hostage situation is no joke.

00:24:07.000 Now, let me ask you a question.

00:24:08.000 What is a greater threat to the well-being and the health of our citizens?

00:24:13.000 Here's just a very honest question: urban violence or mass vaccinations, meaning the Chinese coronavirus.

00:24:21.000 Why is it that our leaders are so focused on getting you vaccinated when we now know that there are therapeutics that can help you when we are seeing one of the most dramatic increases in violent crime in American history?

00:24:38.000 So bad that even the New York Times can't ignore it.

00:24:41.000 That's where I got this Google thing, by the way.

00:24:43.000 I was just flipping through the New York Times and I found their bribery scheme right there.

00:24:48.000 As virus recedes, mayors confront an old adversary, rising crime.

00:24:52.000 Okay, if the New York Times is covering rising crime, it's bad.

00:24:56.000 If the New York Times is covering rising crime, it has gotten to a place where they are trying to say, hey, we are going to lose if we don't do something about it.

00:25:05.000 By the way, it's a $400,000 ad buy for two full pages in a weekday edition.

00:25:11.000 So that's about a half million dollars.

00:25:12.000 Yeah, that was right.

00:25:14.000 And you're trying to, you try to think, you're trying to tell me that all of a sudden that the New York Times, you know, send reporters to Google after this?

00:25:22.000 Yeah, right.

00:25:24.000 The New York Times has covered extensively the rise in crime in Chicago.

00:25:31.000 And we've seen another wave of gun violence.

00:25:34.000 So now while our leaders are telling you you must get vaccinated or else you don't care about other people, we have just seen over the last weekend in New York City, there were 16 shooting incidents and five homicides.

00:25:47.000 In Chicago, we saw similar amounts.

00:25:51.000 In fact, there have been 52 children, kids shot in Chicago in just this year.

00:25:58.000 Shooting incidents in New York City are up 68%, with a total of 602 incidents reported compared to 358 last year.

00:26:09.000 The south side of Chicago resulted in one person killed and at least nine others injured.

00:26:14.000 Meanwhile, police in Chicago said at least three people were killed and 45 injured in 32 shootings this weekend in Chicago.

00:26:23.000 Just in the last week in Chicago, there have been 102 people shot and wounded, 116 people total shot, 14 total homicides, and 14 shot and killed.

00:26:33.000 Just in June this week, 30 people shot and killed, 177 people shot and wounded, 207 people total shot, and 30 total homicides.

00:26:41.000 Year to date in Chicago, there have been 1,371 people shot and wounded, 1,652 people total shot, and 298 total homicides, with 281 people shot and killed.

00:26:52.000 Every two hours and 24 minutes, someone is shot and wounded in Chicago, and someone is murdered every 13 hours and 13 minutes.

00:27:01.000 And our leaders are now saying that if you do not get vaccinated, you'll lose your job.

00:27:05.000 Meanwhile, the carnage and the violent crime in our streets is absolutely and completely unprecedented.

00:27:14.000 And so the question really remains: why is it that our leaders are so focused on mandatory vaccinations?

00:27:22.000 Is it about control?

00:27:24.000 Is it about trying to show that they have more power over you?

00:27:31.000 Well, speaking of power, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez said the quiet part out loud over the weekend.

00:27:39.000 Let's go to cut six, where AOC said that the HR1 bill is nothing more than really a power grab because we cannot rely solely on wishing to win elections.

00:27:52.000 HR1 will make sure we win every election in the future.

00:27:54.000 Cut six.

00:27:56.000 Mistake.

00:27:56.000 And especially if Senate Democrats are not going to pass reforms on HR1, we cannot rely solely on a wish of winning elections.

00:28:13.000 We can't wish we're going to win elections.

00:28:16.000 We need to make sure we're going to win elections.

00:28:20.000 And AOC has also become a corporate shill.

00:28:23.000 She is a spokesperson simply and solely for the vaccination push of the pharmaceutical companies.

00:28:32.000 There's an agenda at play here, and I don't know what it is, obviously, because they're all in agreement and they're all winking and nodding at each other.

00:28:40.000 But as the carnage continues in the streets, as the push for mail and balloting is relentless, as the audits are now being questioned by our own federal government, which is something I'm going to get into in the next segment, people are now potentially going to lose their jobs if they dare stand up against it, against the mass vaccinations.

00:29:07.000 I can't imagine that this is legal, but a federal judge has said that it is, in fact, legal that an employer can now say that you can do something against your deeply held religious beliefs.

00:29:18.000 So here's a question: Can an employer now force a Muslim to eat pork?

00:29:25.000 Can an employer say that you have to eat bacon because it's good for you? 1.00

00:29:30.000 It's a legitimate question.

00:29:33.000 According to this federal judge, under the guise of safety, you can do just about anything. 0.72

00:29:40.000 If can an employer force a Jewish person to eat a cheeseburger, can an employer require their require certain religious sects to have their children no longer be circumcised?

00:29:58.000 I'm just asking, under the guise of safety, what else can be done here? 0.57

00:30:03.000 We are now seeing one of the massive overreaches of corporations.

00:30:06.000 We predicted this.

00:30:07.000 It's now manifesting itself.

00:30:10.000 Vaccine control is not about vaccines, it's about control.

00:30:16.000 And it seems to be a repeating theme amongst those that wish to have domination and power over our lives and our livelihood.

00:30:29.000 And the story in Houston, I just have to reiterate it: a judge has now tossed out the complaint that shows that workers are asking why vaccines must be required.

00:30:42.000 They're pleading.

00:30:44.000 So hostage situations only end in one of two ways: either the hostages get shot or they get released.

00:30:54.000 And so, really, the situation is this: they're saying that you're going to have to quit your job or get the vaccine to keep a paycheck.

00:31:02.000 They are now holding people's livelihoods, the ability to provide for their family hostage to get a jab in the arm of a vaccine with emergency use authorization with a lot more questions than answers.

00:31:15.000 If we don't rise up against this and say this is disgusting and reprehensible, they're going to do it to every single one of us.

00:31:23.000 You've heard it said there are only two sure things in life, death and taxes.

00:31:26.000 Well, now there's a third.

00:31:28.000 If you're with Verizon, ATT, or T-Mobile, switching to PeerTalk will save you a lot of money.

00:31:33.000 In fact, PeerTalk saves the average family of four over $800 a year.

00:31:37.000 And here's the best part: you don't have to sacrifice coverage because it's on the exact same network as one of those providers.

00:31:43.000 Friends, switching is so easy.

00:31:46.000 You can keep your phone, keep your number, or get huge discounts on the latest iPhones and Androids.

00:31:50.000 Right now, you can get unlimited talk, text, and six gigs of data for just $30 a month.

00:31:56.000 And if you go over on data, they don't charge you for it.

00:31:58.000 Just one of the many reasons they've been named the top wireless provider by Consumer Affairs.

00:32:02.000 From your cell phone, dial pound250 and say Charlie Kirk, and you'll save 50% off your first month.

00:32:07.000 That's pound250 and say Charlie Kirk.

00:32:11.000 I want to complete this point, and we get these emails all the time.

00:32:14.000 Let me read you this one.

00:32:15.000 Hey, Charlie, I'm in a pretty bad situation at work.

00:32:17.000 First off, I'm not vaccinated, and I don't want to be vaccinated.

00:32:20.000 My company just put a new rule saying all vaccinated people are free now, basically, and the unvaccinated still need to wear masks on company property, unless in a room with a closed door.

00:32:29.000 I'm a landscaper, I work outside all day, every day. 0.95

00:32:32.000 As you know, masks are not friendly in a laboring manner.

00:32:34.000 What should I do or can I do?

00:32:36.000 I have been wearing a mask at work this entire quote pandemic, and now it's a written rule that I have to start wearing one.

00:32:42.000 This is not right.

00:32:42.000 I'm very frustrated and just wanted to reach out to you and what I should do.

00:32:46.000 This is a very difficult situation, and because we have raised a very weak corporate class in our country, they are now acting like a tyrannical government.

00:32:56.000 What's so amazing is that the government really does not have the right to do what corporations have the right to do against you to infringe on your freedoms and liberties.

00:33:04.000 And this is quite honestly the greatest fault line in purest libertarianism.

00:33:09.000 We're seeing it happen in real time.

00:33:11.000 Purist libertarianism says, Well, go quit your job and find another one if you don't like it.

00:33:16.000 It's really not that simple.

00:33:18.000 It's not.

00:33:18.000 For a lot of you that have a workflow that you like and it's an issue like a mask, and all of a sudden your rights and your liberties are now being violated, and a judge won't even stand up for you.

00:33:30.000 So the question is: what is the proper course of action?

00:33:34.000 The only thing you could do is either leave your job, not ideal, petition your employer or your boss, again, not totally workable or achievable, find other employees that work the way you do and kind of create a free person's union and try to collectivize your labor.

00:33:48.000 I know we don't like the way that sounds, but it's honestly the only choice you have to try to be able to say that I'm not going to be treated under your control just for that reason.

00:34:01.000 Here's another one.

00:34:02.000 Great event this weekend.

00:34:02.000 I was able to catch part of it online.

00:34:04.000 My alma mater, St. John Fisher College, put this out regarding the vaccine requirement.

00:34:08.000 Students have to have vaccines before returning to class in the fall.

00:34:11.000 Full-time temporary independent contractors must have the vaccine by August 1st.

00:34:15.000 If you do not get the vaccine as a worker, you must submit to voluntary resignation, which doesn't allow you to collect unemployment.

00:34:21.000 Unbelievable.

00:34:22.000 This is St. John's FJFC.edu, St. John Fisher College, which I'm guessing is a Catholic school, and the Catholic schools have been terrible on this.

00:34:31.000 This is in New York. 0.66

00:34:32.000 Mandating vaccinations.

00:34:35.000 Saying, we know better than you, we know how great this is.

00:34:39.000 Therefore, we're going to have to mandate it for you.

00:34:46.000 If you do not get the vaccine as a worker, you must submit the voluntary resignation, which doesn't allow you to collect unemployment.

00:34:52.000 So we're going to hurt you.

00:34:54.000 We're going to make you suffer if you don't do what we tell you to do.

00:34:59.000 And so what we're basically talking about here is who has control over your breath, your ability to breathe as a worker.

00:35:06.000 And if our leaders and our politicians and the people in charge are not going to begin to stand up for this, my goodness.

00:35:13.000 Charlie, my husband works in a group of 80 workers.

00:35:16.000 Only three are not getting the vaccine.

00:35:17.000 Those three have completely different guidelines for wearing a mask, testing four times a week, and limitations on their family activities as well.

00:35:24.000 If they have reached herd immunity within their group, doesn't that mean that the vaccinated are safe and the non-vaccinated are no longer a threat?

00:35:30.000 Of course. 0.53

00:35:32.000 But that's too logical.

00:35:33.000 That's reasonable.

00:35:35.000 What they want right now is no different than a sit-down, submit, and show us that we are in control of you.

00:35:41.000 Safetyism and scientism, which is not even a word, but it's being used more and more often, is now ruling the entire way that we have decided to employ people and hire people.

00:35:57.000 If you are an employer and you are mandating vaccinations, you are doing an evil thing to your workers and your customers.

00:36:07.000 You are violating their deeply held beliefs, and you do not know better.

00:36:10.000 You don't know any more about the vaccine than you do.

00:36:13.000 You are simply trusting the liars and the smear merchants that have been wrong about almost everything.

00:36:20.000 Charlie, my adult special needs son lives in a group home, and I was just told the group home director he will not be able to receive services if he does not get the COVID-19 vaccine.

00:36:28.000 I live in the great state of Florida.

00:36:30.000 I think I'm being manipulated.

00:36:31.000 My response to the director was, well, then I guess my son will not be receiving those services then.

00:36:35.000 I'm fighting for my son.

00:36:36.000 Do you have any suggestions for me?

00:36:39.000 This is a really tough thing.

00:36:41.000 Again, they have the power.

00:36:42.000 We've given power to unelected, faceless people that are now using it to potentially harm you either by getting the vaccine or harm you by withholding the paycheck.

00:36:56.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
