00:01:25.000 Joining us now is Mark Paoletta, who's an amazing senior fellow at the Center for Renewing America, personal friend of Justice Thomas, and—doesn't have to say anything—I think he'd be a great Attorney General of the United States if we get a second Trump term.
00:01:38.000 Mark, welcome to the program.
00:01:40.000 Mark, the media will play some of this tape here.
00:01:42.000 They're saying this makes the president a king, an untouchable king.
00:01:47.000 What is the truth of what the Supreme Court decided yesterday?
00:01:51.000 Charlie, thanks for having me on.
00:01:52.000 The Supreme Court decided what everyone in America has known for many, many years, and the Supreme Court has essentially held for many years, which is that the President of the United States has immunity for his official acts.
00:02:06.000 It's always been that way.
00:02:07.000 The Supreme Court touched on that in 1981 in the Fitzgerald case.
00:02:14.000 As John Roberts points out, the whole structure of our government, the separation of powers, requires that the president has immunity.
00:02:21.000 It's only because the left, in this unprecedented lawfare to go after President Trump on every conceivable, despicable level, did they indict him to try and take him out as the opponent in 2024.
00:02:39.000 So the Supreme Court says, we've never dealt with this before.
00:02:42.000 The reason why that is, is because no other party, no other administration has tried to attack a former president like the Democrats are doing now.
00:02:51.000 So what they did was they said, look, Um, you know, the President needs this protection.
00:02:58.000 It's written into the Constitution in the sense that our separation of powers makes it clear that the President and the responsibilities that are entrusted to him by the Constitution to be our chief executive requires him to have that immunity.
00:03:13.000 And if you didn't, right, when you have these crazy scenarios that Sotomayor and then dissent, right, President's ordering assassination Only Democrats would think about that and presidents doing that, right?
00:03:25.000 But what John Roberts says is like, those are ridiculous examples.
00:03:28.000 What the dissent is, is, is like encouraging with their view is the cannibalization of the executive branch, that the president would be basically enfeebled by the fact that, you know, anything he does As Robert points out, by any creative prosecutor, you can go after the president for anything.
00:03:49.000 And so it would really disable, harm the president.
00:03:54.000 And that's what we need.
00:03:55.000 That's what the beauty of our system was.
00:03:57.000 It wanted an energetic president, right?
00:03:59.000 With checks and balances.
00:04:01.000 But it's essential to have an energetic and dynamic president to take on the challenges
00:04:08.000 in the world, to represent our country.
00:04:09.000 And the dissent, in my view, wants to cripple the presidency.
00:04:13.000 In part, I don't think they like a strong president in any event, but it's really to get Donald Trump,
00:04:18.000 right, at all costs.
00:04:19.000 And the idea of Joe Biden coming out last night to sign on to this opinion was just unbelievable.
00:04:28.000 You know, this lawfare on the Supreme Court goes right up to, he's been going that direction, but to come out and give a nationwide address to attack the Supreme Court is just unheard of.
00:04:39.000 Yeah, part of the reason he gave the speech is he wanted to remind people that I guess you can read off a teleprompter or something.
00:04:45.000 And just so everyone is clear, I mean, this protects former Democrat presidents too.
00:04:49.000 Barack Obama drone struck an American citizen without due process.
00:04:55.000 And so this whole idea of like assassination, it's a very bizarre thing.
00:05:00.000 They are, they're really losing it.
00:05:02.000 I want to play cut 62.
00:05:03.000 This is an LGBTQ activist on Instagram with a million plus followers.
00:05:09.000 And he speaks for a lot of people on the American left.
00:05:13.000 Let's play cut 62.
00:05:15.000 Done.
00:05:17.000 I'm done.
00:05:17.000 I'm f***ing seriously done.
00:05:25.000 The Supreme Court has pissed me off so much right now.
00:05:33.000 Like, so much.
00:05:36.000 Joe, you're a reasonable man.
00:05:40.000 You don't want to do this, but here's the reality.
00:05:43.000 This is a f***ing war.
00:05:45.000 This is a war now.
00:05:47.000 And we are fighting for our f***ing country.
00:05:49.000 And these a**holes are going to take it away.
00:05:52.000 They're going to take it away.
00:05:54.000 F*** you, Clarence Uncle Thomas.
00:05:56.000 F*** you.
00:05:58.000 Joe, you now have the right to take that b**** Trump out.
00:06:05.000 Take him out, Joe.
00:06:06.000 If he was Hitler and this was 1940, you'd take him out.
00:06:11.000 Well, he is Hitler and this is 1940.
00:06:15.000 Take him the f*** out.
00:06:19.000 Blow him up.
00:06:21.000 Blow him up or they'll blow us up.
00:06:25.000 So Mark, I mean, that is one person, by the way, that is not a fringe opinion.
00:06:29.000 The one after the other people that were calling for the death of Donald Trump, that Joe Biden should use the military.
00:06:36.000 What do you make of this, Mark?
00:06:37.000 I hadn't seen that clip, Charlie, so I'm actually disturbed by it.
00:06:42.000 He said he has a million-plus followers.
00:06:44.000 Look, here's the bottom line.
00:06:46.000 The Democrats have been encouraging this.
00:06:51.000 Somebody out there with a lot of followers, unhinged and disturbed.
00:06:58.000 The Supreme Court, again, 6-3 decision, absolutely in line with what has been the Supreme Court's—that's what Roberts does.
00:07:07.000 He goes back and says, this is what we're following our prior precedents, extending it, because it's the first time they've tried to prosecute a president.
00:07:17.000 But it's all in line with The court in our history and traditions has had, so it's not a surprise.
00:07:25.000 It's just like the 14th Amendment case, right?
00:07:28.000 The delusion of the left when they come up with these crazy ideas that they're going to win at the Supreme Court.
00:07:33.000 Remember, everyone thought Trump would be disqualified off these ballots.
00:07:37.000 It was a 9-0 decision.
00:07:38.000 This one was 6-3, but it's right in line with Fitzgerald and other cases that the president, of course, has immunity.
00:07:44.000 Now, going back to those very, very disturbing comments, I mean, those are kind of like Schumer talking about physically attacking.
00:07:55.000 That's exactly right.
00:07:56.000 This is a theme.
00:07:58.000 That's right.
00:07:58.000 Please continue.
00:07:59.000 Yes.
00:08:00.000 Yeah, so we go back to March of 20.
00:08:02.000 So again, what's going on, okay, a little bit back is that the left is furious, unhinged, that for the first time in 80 years, they don't control the Supreme Court.
00:08:12.000 And that all happened with President Trump's three appointments, right?
00:08:15.000 And you saw it coming with the first two, so that You know, in March of 2020, before Amy Barrett is appointed and confirmed, Schumer goes to the Supreme Court during an abortion argument, actually, that Mike Johnson had actually argued or been involved with at the district court level, but he basically stands outside the Supreme Court with a press conference type setting and tells Kavanaugh and Gorsuch, by name, you better vote this way
00:08:47.000 Or you will release the whirlwind and you won't know what hit you.
00:08:52.000 Now, I take that as a physical threat.
00:08:54.000 I take that as, you know, you need to vote.
00:08:57.000 I am going to control you.
00:08:58.000 I am going to tell you how you have to vote or you will be harmed.
00:09:02.000 This is the leader of the Democrat Party in the Senate standing on the steps of the Supreme Court.
00:09:06.000 And what happens, Charlie?
00:09:08.000 A couple of years later, during what?
00:09:10.000 An abortion case, Dobbs, an assassin, comes to Brett Kavanaugh's home right outside of it and wants to murder his family, his wife and kids, his daughters, and Justice Kavanaugh.
00:09:27.000 And so I think that's a through line that Schumer and the Democrats have unleashed Physical violence towards the Supreme Court.
00:09:35.000 That's why you see all of these, you know, these protesters, or, you know, I call them violators, outside of justices' homes, nonstop to this day.
00:09:45.000 That's right.
00:09:45.000 They go around, just conservatives.
00:09:47.000 Okay, let's just be clear.
00:09:48.000 These are not liberal justices.
00:09:49.000 I don't know if a liberal justice has ever been protested, even in the crazy, crazy days, right?
00:09:56.000 Are you kidding me?
00:09:59.000 Yeah, so it was never done before.
00:10:02.000 Years and years of Republicans, conservatives, originalists losing case after case after case.
00:10:09.000 We never went to justices' homes to make their lives a living hell, to intimidate them.
00:10:13.000 There's a federal law that makes that a crime.
00:10:16.000 Of course, Merrick Garland doesn't enforce that.
00:10:20.000 So that's what's going on right now.
00:10:21.000 So you get Right.
00:10:23.000 The byproduct of this, or the direct product of this, is this crazy person on X literally threatening the lives.
00:10:32.000 And again, you can see also, right, the racism of the left.
00:10:35.000 It really is despicable.
00:10:37.000 Who's he call out?
00:10:38.000 Clarence Thomas.
00:10:40.000 Who does he use a racial slur on?
00:10:42.000 Clarence Thomas.
00:10:43.000 That's what triggers them, right?
00:10:45.000 A black conservative, a guy, again, and I put this up yesterday, 33 years ago yesterday, President Bush announced Clarence Thomas, nominated him to the Supreme Court.
00:10:57.000 So this amazing Supreme Court, in my view, the greatest Supreme Court in generations, started with Clarence Thomas in 1991.
00:11:07.000 Going on the Supreme Court.
00:11:08.000 He's been laying down the law for 33 years on all of these cases where the court has had all these great rulings.
00:11:14.000 Thomas had a dissenter concurrence somewhere along the line.
00:11:20.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

00:12:15.000 That is patriotmobile.com slash charlie.
00:12:17.000 Patriotmobile.com slash charlie.
00:12:23.000 Mark, I want you to break down the Thomas concurrence and why you think that deserves more attention.
00:12:29.000 Yeah, Charlie, I think this could be the sleeper issue in this case.
00:12:32.000 Justice Thomas, in his concurrence, agreed with the majority's ruling, but he raised the idea that Jack Smith, the special prosecutor in this case, is unconstitutionally appointed.
00:12:46.000 He was appointed by the Attorney General, okay?
00:12:48.000 As Justice Thomas points out, It goes back to our founding.
00:12:52.000 The King had appointed all these officers to harass people.
00:12:57.000 So in the Constitution, they said that Congress will establish the offices, okay?
00:13:03.000 So there is no special counsel office established by Congress.
00:13:08.000 And so the Attorney General appointed a private citizen, Jack Smith, to exercise the powers of a prosecutor.
00:13:14.000 He has no authority to do that.
00:13:16.000 You compare that to the U.S.
00:13:18.000 Attorney, right, in Delaware.
00:13:19.000 We may think he's doing a terrible job, right, on the Hunter Biden, but he was a U.S.
00:13:23.000 Attorney, or is a U.S.
00:13:24.000 Attorney, appointed by the President, confirmed by the Senate as an officer of the United States.
00:13:29.000 So he got sort of an additional responsibility to look into the Hunter Biden stuff here.
00:13:34.000 With the Jack Smith case, with the Jack Smith appointment, there is no office that was created.
00:13:39.000 He was holding no office when he was appointed.
00:13:41.000 And so the Attorney General does not have the power There are these Department of Justice regulations that set this office up, but it's unconstitutional.
00:13:53.000 And Justice Thomas raises this.
00:13:54.000 Now, why is this important?
00:13:56.000 Because it was a concurrence.
00:13:57.000 It wasn't raised below at the Supreme Court.
00:14:02.000 My law firm is the firm that filed, I'm not involved with it,
00:14:05.000 but some of my colleagues filed a brief, an amicus brief at the Supreme Court.
00:14:10.000 That is what Justice Thomas discussed in his concurrence.
00:14:14.000 Right now though, running alongside it, is the Mar-a-Lago case down in Florida.
00:14:18.000 And that case is before Judge Cannon.
00:14:20.000 Judge Cannon, we filed that brief down at the district court in amicus brief.
00:14:23.000 Judge Cannon ordered oral argument on that two Fridays ago to argue this exact issue as to whether Jack Smith
00:14:30.000 is constitutionally appointed.
00:14:31.000 The fact that Justice Thomas has come up with this concurrence right now, when this other case is down
00:14:37.000 in the district court, Judge Cannon has it before her, but she could look and see,
00:14:42.000 here's our greatest Supreme Court justice issuing this decision of this concurrence
00:14:47.000 that says Jack Smith is not constitutionally appointed.
00:14:51.000 What does that mean?
00:14:52.000 Every single thing he's done is invalid.
00:14:54.000 Every indictment, every part of his investigation is fatally flawed.
00:15:02.000 That's a pretty big deal in terms of what's coming out of this case.
00:15:08.000 And so, you know, Judge Cannon had the oral argument.
00:15:10.000 We're waiting for her to rule.
00:15:12.000 But the fact that Justice Thomas devoted his concurrence to it was pretty amazing.
00:15:16.000 Does that also go back to Mueller and these other special counsels?
00:15:18.000 Or were they U.S.
00:15:19.000 attorneys that were confirmed?
00:15:20.000 Or is this just a special carve-out?
00:15:23.000 No, that's exactly right.
00:15:24.000 You have to be, like, you could be a U.S.
00:15:27.000 attorney that had already gone through the process and get added to your responsibility.
00:15:32.000 But, right, if you're a private citizen that hasn't been, there is no special counsel office that was established by Congress.
00:15:39.000 So that would be a problem, too.
00:15:42.000 This came out of the Independent Counsel Statute, right?
00:15:45.000 Which they allowed to, which was a congressionally authorized statute, unconstitutional, because judges appointed those prosecutors.
00:15:51.000 But when that lapsed, and the DOJ, I think under Reno, came up with these regulations for a special counsel, it's always been fatally flawed.
00:15:59.000 Nobody's challenged it.
00:16:01.000 And again, with this, what I'll consider this more originalist court, looking at these types of structural, you know, setups, and not violating them.
00:16:11.000 This is an important thing.
00:16:12.000 The founders wrote into our Constitution that Congress is the one who establishes these offices, and you just can't willy-nilly make up a new officer to go prosecute anybody, let alone the President of the United States.
00:16:28.000 You can't just give Joy Reid as a special counsel because you like what she says on television.
00:16:34.000 You have to go through the process of vetting in front of the US Senate and to be confirmed, and Jack Smith is a deranged lunatic Who also is disgraced.
00:16:44.000 He got overturned 9-0 in the Supreme Court.
00:16:47.000 He was at the Hague.
00:16:49.000 He's a ferocious attack dog.
00:16:50.000 And it begs the question, would he have actually passed through Senate confirmation?
00:16:56.000 Maybe, maybe not, because he would have had to answer a lot of questions.
00:17:00.000 Hey, you know, if you're going to be confirmed, can you explain why you got turned 9-0 on appeal?
00:17:05.000 Yes.
00:17:07.000 These are very important things.
00:17:08.000 That's why Senate confirmation is necessary.
00:17:11.000 So this is not just a technical thing.
00:17:13.000 This is the essence of the entire project.
00:17:16.000 If you can now get a special counsel that does not go through Senate vetting, that does not actually get the approval of the legislative branch, because at its core, this is a separation of powers issue.
00:17:27.000 The executive branch does not get to appoint their own attack dogs to especially go to look into former presidents without the approval of the U.S.
00:17:36.000 Senate.
00:17:37.000 Thank you so much, Mark.
00:17:38.000 Thank you.
00:17:38.000 Excellent job.
00:17:39.000 Thanks, Charlie.
00:17:40.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:17:44.000 America's the first nation in history founded on the idea of God-given natural rights.
00:17:49.000 The first country dedicated to the principles of liberty and limited government.

00:18:46.000 Okay, we have some breaking news here.
00:18:48.000 First, we have Robbie Starbuck, who is amazing.
00:18:50.000 Robbie, welcome to the program.
00:18:52.000 Robbie, I want to talk all about tractor supply and your amazing win there.
00:18:56.000 But first, I want to get your reaction to this viral clip that is really growing.
00:19:01.000 It is Clyburn, who is definitely part of the aristocracy of the Democrat Party.
00:19:06.000 Remember, Clyburn was the vessel of which all things ran through in the 2020 Fake primary the Democrats had in that selection.
00:19:17.000 Remember, Joe Biden finished sixth in Iowa.
00:19:19.000 He finished fifth in New Hampshire, and they had the South Carolina reset because Clyburn did this huge rally with Joe Biden in the midst of COVID, and he essentially christened Biden as the chosen one.
00:19:30.000 Go to your basement, young man, and you shall become president.
00:19:34.000 Clyburn has a lot of power.
00:19:36.000 If Obama is the Pope, Nancy Pelosi is the deputy prime minister.
00:19:40.000 Clyburn is like the foreign secretary of the Democrat regime.
00:19:44.000 This is very telling.
00:19:45.000 Listen carefully.
00:19:46.000 play cut 64.
00:19:58.000 How would you feel if they worked around and tried to go around Kamala Harris because of her lack of high poll numbers and popularity is broadly based?
00:20:08.000 Do you think it's hers to have if it is not his?
00:20:10.000 I will support her if he were to step aside.
00:20:16.000 But I want to support her going forward at some time in the future.
00:20:21.000 I want this ticket to continue to be Biden-Harris, and then we'll see what happens after the next election.
00:20:29.000 No, this party should not, in any way, do anything to work around Ms.
00:20:37.000 Harris.
00:20:38.000 We should do everything we can to bolster her, whether it's in second place or at the top of the ticket.
00:20:45.000 Whoa, whoa, whoa!
00:20:47.000 Second place, top of the ticket.
00:20:48.000 What's going on here, Robbie Starbuck?
00:20:50.000 Yeah, you know, this happens at the same time that this morning Nancy Pelosi went on the news and said, hey, it's a legitimate question to ask whether this was just a one-time thing or whether this is a condition that Joe Biden has in reference to the debate.
00:21:04.000 So, I think that there's very clearly an internal civil war happening.
00:21:09.000 And I think that no matter what, they've got a big problem here because if they try to get rid of Joe Biden, which clearly many of them want to do, and I think everybody understands why, because it was an absolute train wreck the other night.
00:21:21.000 But if they do that, you're stuck with Kamala or you're stuck with everybody realizing that everything that you've preached for the past few years, this whole embrace of DEI and all this stuff, it was all a farce.
00:21:31.000 It was all just a naked grab of power.
00:21:35.000 Because if you go over her and you pick, say, New Semo, you went for the white guy instead of the black lady who was vice president.
00:21:41.000 Now, why is that?
00:21:42.000 They're going to have to explain that to people.
00:21:44.000 And I think everybody understands what's really going on.
00:21:47.000 Remember, the Democrat Party is built on oppression Olympics and you get different points based on your criteria.
00:21:52.000 That means nothing in the real world or in the conservative movement, but being a black female puts you as a high priestess of the entire thing.
00:22:00.000 Now, if she was a black lesbian female in a wheelchair, I mean, this thing would not even be close.
00:22:05.000 I mean, it's just... Untouchable.
00:22:06.000 Forget it.
00:22:08.000 I think that if Kamala Harris becomes president, who in the inner circle has oppression Olympics points?
00:22:15.000 Buttigieg, right?
00:22:17.000 Openly gay.
00:22:18.000 He's a terrible transportation secretary, which obviously gets them extra points.
00:22:23.000 The less competent and the more gay or diverse you are, the more points you get in the Democrat Party.
00:22:29.000 Diversity, equity, inclusion is a great segue.
00:22:31.000 Tell us about your successful campaign against tractor supply.
00:22:37.000 This is a amazing story that deserves more attention.
00:22:40.000 Yeah, you know, I think this is our biggest boycott win that we've had in our lifetime.
00:22:44.000 And it's because we got actual changes and it sets sort of a new mood in corporate America where CEOs are starting to have to ask themselves questions.
00:22:51.000 Because first thing I did is I went out there and we had a three week long expose of Tractor Supply, where we explained to people the policies that had sort of infected corporate in many different levels.
00:23:02.000 And this was something that was wholly out of alignment with the customer base.
00:23:06.000 And, you know, long story short, Tractor Supply came out with the most complete reversal that anybody's ever seen from a boycott, where they said, we're getting rid of DEI entirely.
00:23:17.000 We will no longer fund gay pride anything.
00:23:19.000 We are going to get rid of the roles that we had that were DEI based.
00:23:24.000 It's all going to be gone.
00:23:24.000 Everything.
00:23:26.000 We're going to stop giving any data to the human rights campaign, which is a huge reason why so many corporations have gone woke.
00:23:32.000 And I think all in all, it was a total, you know, sort of a Understanding that that we were right that this is out of alignment with the customer base.
00:23:40.000 And you can see here, this is the Washington or I'm sorry, the Wall Street Journal.
00:23:43.000 It's also in the Washington Post.
00:23:45.000 You can see this is front page Wall Street Journal.
00:23:47.000 Okay, so that that makes a difference.
00:23:51.000 This is hitting every Every corporation, every CEO, every executive's desk this morning and yesterday in the Washington Post, and they're seeing, okay, there's something here.
00:24:01.000 There's a real sort of pullback on these DEI efforts.
00:24:05.000 And at the same time, on the heels of this, Wall Street Journal also did another story.
00:24:10.000 And that story was that the entire McKinsey study that DEI has been pushed from, which was essentially a study that said, hey, DEI is going to make you a ton of money.
00:24:19.000 It's going to make companies rich.
00:24:21.000 It was all a farce.
00:24:22.000 It was all bogus.
00:24:24.000 And Wall Street Journal is now admitting that the DEI does not make companies money.
00:24:28.000 And in fact, the diversity DEI fund that was formed on the London Stock Exchange has underperformed every company that is not on it.
00:24:36.000 So You know, there's sort of an awakening, I think that's happening here.
00:24:40.000 And this proved a model, you know, if we start from the right and work our way left, and we say, okay, what companies have a more right wing, you know, customer base?
00:24:49.000 And have they fallen out of alignment with the values of their customers?
00:24:52.000 Well, I think there's room for a public awareness campaign to bring the news of that to the customers, the customers can make new choices, and we can do the same thing.
00:24:59.000 Across all those places.
00:25:00.000 And the more we normalize it on our side that, hey, it's unacceptable if you have mostly conservative customers go this direction.
00:25:06.000 Well, then after we've completed that, you can go sort of to the right leaning.
00:25:10.000 Then you can go to the center and you work your way leftward until this becomes the norm.
00:25:15.000 And this is the more normal thing for a company to do.
00:25:17.000 And you prove that you can be successful while rejecting this stuff.
00:25:21.000 And I think an interesting point to this is Tractor Supply has done well in the stock market since they released that statement, reversing on all these policies.
00:25:29.000 Yeah, so, I mean, talk more about that criteria.
00:25:31.000 I mean, Tractor Supply, for example, here in Phoenix, the nearest Tractor Supply is up in Cave Creek.
00:25:37.000 Super rural, super red.
00:25:39.000 I mean, the customer base is as MAGA as it gets.
00:25:43.000 Remind our audience specifically of what they were doing and tell us why.
00:25:46.000 Why would Tractor Supply, where their main customer base are a bunch of wingers, why would they involve themselves in anything remotely DEI?
00:25:55.000 Who's running the place over there?
00:25:57.000 Well, so this is sort of something that's affected a lot of corporate America that falls out of touch with the values of their customers.
00:26:04.000 People start to forget who their customers are.
00:26:06.000 You know, when BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street are in your face on a regular basis, making it seem like they're your customer, well, eventually some of these CEOs start to believe that.
00:26:15.000 And the reality kind of slaps you in the face when your customers find out what you're really doing is out of alignment with their values.
00:26:19.000 And then suddenly you realize, oh, BlackRock's not walking through that door to buy our farm supply products.
00:26:25.000 Farmers are.
00:26:26.000 And so, you know, I think to get back to where this all started, I had a whistleblower come to me that works at Tractor Supply, and they showed me some of the DEI policies, and I couldn't believe it.
00:26:34.000 And then they started talking about the support for Gay Pride events, and I was like, there's no way.
00:26:39.000 I actually thought this person was pulling my leg, because I know the customer base.
00:26:42.000 I go to Tractor Supply.
00:26:43.000 I've got cattle.
00:26:43.000 I have a farm.
00:26:44.000 There's no way they're that far gone.
00:26:47.000 We looked into it and we started this investigation.
00:26:49.000 We realized, oh, they are that far gone.
00:26:51.000 They had been giving money to, like, let's say Waco Pride Network.
00:26:54.000 We'll use that as number one, okay?
00:26:56.000 They gave that money to them, $5,000, and that money went toward a Pride event where there was a drag queen performing really inappropriately for kids.
00:27:05.000 And not only that, if you go to Waco Pride Network's website right now, they're currently advertising a summer camp for sixth graders in conjunction with Planned Parenthood that is excluding So I think most tractor supply customers look at that and they go, I don't want to fund that.
00:27:22.000 I'm not okay with my money going to that.
00:27:24.000 And so, you know, my request is like, hey, if you're going to be a company out there that takes money from people on my side, just don't give money to things that are diametrically opposed, not just to our political values, but more importantly, our faith values.
00:27:36.000 That's where I was really upset.
00:27:38.000 It's like, you're asking me as a Christian dad, as a father, to give All of this money I give to Rapture Supply, I've probably spent around $10,000 a year with our farm and our cattle and everything, somewhere around there on farm supplies.
00:27:50.000 And so you want me to spend that money at a company that is going to turn around and fund people who hate me?
00:27:57.000 Another one of those groups that was given money is $100,000 to Conexia Americas.
00:28:02.000 That group said when Trump was president that they were, quote, working around the clock.
00:28:07.000 This is what the founders said, working around the clock to stop deportations, okay?
00:28:12.000 Why Tractor Supply would give money to a group like that, I can't tell you except for to say that at corporate they have really fallen out of touch with who their customers are.
00:28:20.000 But I do want to say this, my goal from the beginning of this was not to just destroy Tractor Supply because the reality is this is infected so many places you have to prove a model of success for other companies to follow.
00:28:31.000 So as much as I I would say I got 90% of what I wanted.
00:28:34.000 The other 10% would have been firings of the CEO and board members.
00:28:38.000 However, I'm a realist.
00:28:39.000 And so you can't let perfect be the enemy of good.
00:28:41.000 And so one thing I would tell people here is I'm actually not holding it against tractor supply in terms of not going there anymore.
00:28:48.000 I will go there at some point.
00:28:50.000 I haven't gone yet.
00:28:51.000 I do have some co-ops and farmers I would rather support right now, but eventually I will make a purchase there.
00:28:56.000 And the reason why is because if Tractor Supply dies, the left is going to blame their rejection of DEI for the company dying.
00:29:05.000 Okay?
00:29:06.000 We don't want that to happen.
00:29:07.000 We want to prove that rejecting DEI, ending the pride donations, ending all of this embrace of leftism is a good healthy thing for a company to do.
00:29:17.000 So as much as we kind of have to grit our teeth and go like, okay, we don't agree with CEO and ultimately it would have been better if he was gone.
00:29:23.000 We do have to understand for this to be successful in the long run, we've got to keep that buying habit.

00:30:31.000 Robbie Starbuck is with us.
00:30:32.000 Robbie, tell us about your very successful and powerful film, The War on Children.
00:30:37.000 Yeah, thanks, Charlie.
00:30:38.000 You know, I think since we last talked, we've logged another 10 million views on the movie, and soon there's going to be news about more places to watch, and we're very excited about that, so that hopefully, you know, by the end of this year, people will be able to watch really easily from any app, pretty much.
00:30:52.000 And so, you know, it's just been incredible to see the effect it's had all over the world, and it's really led to a lot of child protection wins.
00:31:00.000 Like, here in Tennessee, just yesterday, It is now an active law in Tennessee that you can be given the death penalty if you were a child rapist and so a convicted child rapist can be put to death here.
00:31:11.000 That is a massive win and our movie was a big reason that we were able to rally support behind the law and the lawmaker who wrote it, William Lamberth, just thanked us yesterday publicly because I think that the film had a really great effect on that.
00:31:23.000 And this has been happening all over the world, not just here in the U.S., but there's a multitude of states where we've had similar interactions with lawmakers to get child protection laws on the books.
00:31:32.000 So ultimately, it's not just a movie that gave people awareness, but I really think in the long run, if you look like 10 years down the line, it's going to have helped and saved a lot of kids.
00:31:42.000 I love that.
00:31:43.000 Are you seeing Democrats start to wake up to this butchery, this transgender nonsense that's happening in this country?
00:31:50.000 I have seen some wake up to it.
00:31:52.000 But you know what it's been is they've, it's not lawmakers, Democrat lawmakers are all in on this stuff.
00:31:57.000 They will not come back.
00:31:58.000 I'm convinced at this point, nothing that could convince them to come back and pretend to be sane.
00:32:03.000 And what's really sick and evil about that is that they know it's wrong.
00:32:07.000 The Democrat lawmakers know it is wrong, period.
00:32:10.000 There are very few that are actually like true believers that really think it's a good idea to mutilate children's genitals.
00:32:16.000 I mean, that's a small group of crazy people.
00:32:18.000 Okay.
00:32:19.000 Most of them know it's wrong, but functionally feel like it's more important to pretend to support it, so that they can have more power.
00:32:27.000 And that is a very, very, very sick person.
00:32:29.000 And so that makes up the multitude of the leadership in the Democrat Party.
00:32:32.000 But when it comes to voters, I am seeing like, your sort of old blue dog Democrats come around and go, this is wrong.
00:32:39.000 I was told this wasn't happening.
00:32:42.000 Now the Democrat media is telling me it is happening, but it's okay, don't worry about it, it's not that many.
00:32:48.000 And now they're saying any kid should be able to do this, and Parents essentially should have no say.
00:32:54.000 And I think so to them, they're going, something's not right here.
00:32:56.000 And then they see a movie like this and they go, okay, this is wrong.
00:33:00.000 And what I'm seeing from those people is a choice to say, you know what, I can't vote in good conscience for this party anymore.
00:33:07.000 Just based off of this, if they understand the magnitude of what this means, because, you know, it's not just that we're talking about thousands of kids lives here.
00:33:17.000 We're talking about the sort of psychotic state of mind it takes as a party.
00:33:23.000 To stand behind something like this, if you've seen sort of what this does to these kids, we're not even just talking about like straight up murdering them.
00:33:30.000 We're talking about really horrific mutilation these kids live with for many years.
00:33:35.000 I mean, this is a lifelong medical problem that they're having to deal with.
00:33:38.000 Okay, the poor girl, Layla Jane, that we interviewed in the movie, they got a double mastectomy at the age 13.
00:33:44.000 She will never recover.
00:33:46.000 The pain that she's in, the psychological anguish, that's something that will never go away.
00:33:50.000 And so you have to be a very, very, very sick party to get behind something like that.
00:33:54.000 And it tells you that the party is ultimately willing to do anything for power.
00:33:59.000 And a party willing to do anything for power is a party that is, I think, incredibly dangerous to this country.
00:34:05.000 Well said, Robbie.
00:34:06.000 Excellent work.
00:34:07.000 And thank you as always.
00:34:08.000 Appreciate it.
00:34:09.000 Thank you, Charlie.
00:34:09.000 Anybody wants to see it, go to thewaronchildren.com.
00:34:12.000 That is waronchildren.com.
00:34:13.000 Check it out, everybody, waronchildren.com.
00:34:15.000 Thank you.
00:34:16.000 Hey, everybody.
00:34:16.000 Okay, so let's go to this right here.
00:34:18.000 Hey, Charlie, I live in North Carolina for 20 years.
00:34:20.000 Most of my family still resides in New Jersey.
00:34:22.000 Never really cared about politics when Trump came down the escalator.
00:34:25.000 After 2020, I started listening to you, Charlie, Steve Bannon, and Bongino and taking courses through Hillsdale College.
00:34:30.000 I like this person.
00:34:32.000 As a union member in New York, my older brother, he woke up to the BS under Obama.
00:34:37.000 I want to let you know that in North Carolina here, I have flipped four lifelong Democrat voters, two in their seventies and two in their mid thirties.
00:34:46.000 Even one of them with a trans family member to vote Republican and secured their votes for Donald J. Trump.
00:34:52.000 I printed the forms, addressed the envelopes, walked them through how to update their voter registration.
00:34:58.000 They are very concerned about being able to vote in primary elections going forward, since they want to vote for Trump in June and couldn't.
00:35:04.000 If I hadn't been listening to you for so long, I never would have been able to explain the process and successfully flip these voters.
00:35:12.000 Thank you for all you do to make our beautiful country a better place.
00:35:14.000 God bless America.
00:35:15.000 Kate from North Carolina.
00:35:16.000 Kate, I am going to send you a signed copy of my new book, Right Wing Revolution.
00:35:22.000 I'm inspired by it.
00:35:23.000 I think it's amazing.
00:35:25.000 And if everybody took that kind of agency, by the way, those are just people in her life.
00:35:29.000 And she said, why aren't you registered to vote?
00:35:30.000 Let's get registered to vote.
00:35:31.000 Take it out, tpaction.com.
00:35:33.000 You download the Turning Point Action app.
00:35:35.000 This is the citizen force.
00:35:37.000 You've got to educate people on how to do it.
00:35:39.000 And you have to ask them, are you registered to vote?
00:35:42.000 Are you registered to vote?
00:35:43.000 Get it done.
00:35:44.000 If every single person in this audience does that, we're going to have a much better country a week from now than one today.
00:35:54.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:35:55.000 Email us, as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:35:58.000 Thanks so much for listening and God bless.
