00:01:26.000 July 1st, 2024.
00:01:29.000 Steve Bannon is now a federal prisoner.
00:01:34.000 These are not normal times.
00:01:36.000 This is not something where we have a roadmap or a playbook before.
00:01:40.000 We have been telling you for a couple of years, they want us dead.
00:01:44.000 They want us imprisoned.
00:01:46.000 This is just the beginning.
00:01:48.000 Now, what is Steve Bannon guilty of?
00:01:51.000 Did Steve Bannon go torture Wendy's during the Summer of Love?
00:01:54.000 Did Steve Bannon go and rob a bunch of stores?
00:01:58.000 Does Steve Bannon break into the country illegally?
00:02:00.000 No, no, no.
00:02:01.000 Steve Bannon didn't comply with the illegitimate January 6th Committee, illegally constituted by Nancy Pelosi via Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger.
00:02:14.000 That is his crime.
00:02:15.000 But no, Steve Bannon's real crime is that we're in the middle of an election.
00:02:20.000 And in a functioning country, you allow elections to play out.
00:02:23.000 And you allow people to decide who gets to be in charge.
00:02:27.000 The people are the sovereign.
00:02:28.000 This Thursday is Independence Day.
00:02:32.000 One of the coarsest human events becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political lands that have tied them to another, tied them to another, deriving from the separate but equal station, goes on to eventually say, deriving from the power of the laws of nature and nature's God.
00:02:45.000 In the Declaration of Independence, They said, you get your power from quote, the consent of the governed.
00:02:52.000 A belief that all men are created equal.
00:02:56.000 Our form of government relies upon you determining who's in charge.
00:03:02.000 Our form of government is based on the people being in charge.
00:03:07.000 Our current form, the oligarchy that we're living under, they don't want that.
00:03:13.000 So they are taking Steve Bannon out simply and solely because we're in the midst of an election.
00:03:19.000 And elections are no longer fair, and they're no longer free.
00:03:22.000 If you are too big of a threat to an election, you go to federal prison.
00:03:25.000 He is going to federal prison now for 123 days.
00:03:30.000 123 days in the midst of an election.
00:03:33.000 Things are about to get really hot, everybody.
00:03:36.000 And we have to bring down the temperature.
00:03:38.000 Left-wingers are now openly calling for the public assassination of Donald Trump.
00:03:43.000 Happy Monday, everybody.
00:03:44.000 This has been a bad week to be a Democrat and a liberal.
00:03:47.000 And by the way, you better watch out.
00:03:49.000 They're going to get very violent because that's what the left is. 0.97
00:03:52.000 These people are deranged. 0.86
00:03:54.000 Do not take the bait.
00:03:55.000 They want to trigger us, but be ready to defend yourself and your family if they come hunting you. 0.95
00:03:59.000 Because these are sick people.
00:04:01.000 And I'm going to read some of these tweets, by the way.
00:04:03.000 They are openly calling, for example, Dash Dobrofsky, I strongly encourage Joe Biden to take advantage of the absolute immunity, which has been lawfully granted and do whatever it takes for Donald Trump from becoming president.
00:04:17.000 Bradley Moss said the Supreme Court just gave Biden unequivocal immunity to order the military to take action against Trump today, right now.
00:04:24.000 In full compliance with the Supreme Court's ruling, Max Kernelly says, quote, to serve his country, President Joe Biden should drone strike Donald Trump.
00:04:31.000 Oh, they're openly talking about assassination now.
00:04:35.000 Of the 45th and God willing, the 47th president.
00:04:38.000 Things are about to get really hot, and we need all of us steady and stable at the wheel.
00:04:43.000 Do not take the bait.
00:04:45.000 Joining us now is Mike Davis.
00:04:46.000 He's at the steps of the Supreme Court, where the Supreme Court has now issued a ruling of limited presidential immunity for Donald Trump.
00:04:56.000 Mike, welcome to the program.
00:04:58.000 Mike, break down what happened today at the U.S.
00:05:00.000 Supreme Court.
00:05:00.000 The Supreme Court in a 6-3 decision issued one of its most monumental, consequential rulings in its history.
00:05:11.000 The Supreme Court held that the President of the United States, any President of the United States, is immune from criminal prosecution for his official acts, not his personal acts.
00:05:24.000 And the Supreme Court broke this down in this way, that when the President is performing his core constitutional responsibilities, he is absolutely immune.
00:05:35.000 For example, whether he's going to fire his acting Attorney General as Biden's special counsel, but in his bogus indictment of Trump for the January 6th case in D.C., Trump would be absolutely immune.
00:05:49.000 And then there are categories where the President is presumptively immune under his official acts.
00:05:55.000 And the Supreme Court said when President Trump was pressuring then Vice President Pence
00:06:02.000 to not certify the election, there is presumptive immunity
00:06:06.000 that Jack Smith can rebut with evidence, right?
00:06:10.000 And so, and then in his personal acts, there's no immunity.
00:06:13.000 So what the Supreme Court did today was essentially destroyed Jack Smith's theory of the case on two of these four charges against President Trump.
00:06:26.000 And in the Fisher case, the Supreme Court got it, the other two charges.
00:06:30.000 So Jack Smith doesn't have much of a case left after these two monumental Supreme Court rulings.
00:06:39.000 So Mike, help me understand, Clarence Thomas also went to the core of this and he said that Jack Smith might just be illegally chartered from the beginning to be doing this.
00:06:50.000 Help the audience understand that.
00:06:52.000 Yeah, so in order to be an officer, you have to be an officer of the United States or you have to report to an officer of the United States in order to be constitutional Under our, in our executive branch.
00:07:04.000 So the Attorney General is an officer of the United States.
00:07:07.000 He's nominated by the President, confirmed by the Senate, then appointed by the President.
00:07:13.000 That Jack Smith is a special counsel who was created through regulation.
00:07:18.000 He was not even created through a statute passed by Congress.
00:07:22.000 And the way these Attorney General regulations work, Is Jack Smith is essentially independent of the Attorney General or another officer of the United States, and because an officer of the United States does not fully control the special counsel, the special counsel's office is unconstitutional.
00:07:42.000 The Supreme Court did not decide that issue today, Justice Thomas flagged it, but I imagine that President Trump is going to be filing a motion to dismiss in this January 6th case So let's go even deeper into this.
00:08:06.000 What do you make of the left wingers and the Democrats that are now openly calling for the assassination of Donald Trump?
00:08:14.000 They are saying we should drone strike Donald Trump.
00:08:17.000 Again, we have been predicting this for a couple of months. 0.89
00:08:20.000 We have been saying that all they have left is assassination.
00:08:23.000 They lost in the debate.
00:08:24.000 They're losing in the polls.
00:08:26.000 They lost at the Supreme Court.
00:08:28.000 What do is did the Supreme Court just give Joe Biden the authority to assassinate Donald Trump?
00:08:35.000 Well, I would say absolutely not.
00:08:36.000 And I would say this.
00:08:38.000 They tried to bankrupt President Trump.
00:08:41.000 They're trying to throw him in prison for the rest of his life.
00:08:45.000 They're just trying to throw him off the ballot.
00:08:46.000 That failed, right?
00:08:47.000 This is all their lawfare and election interference.
00:08:50.000 is failing.
00:08:51.000 So what are they trying to do now?
00:08:53.000 They are openly calling for President Trump's assassination. 1.00
00:08:56.000 I mean, these people are sick and insane. 0.98
00:08:59.000 And I would say this, maybe they should nominate a better nominee for the Democrats rather than someone Who is obviously demented and obviously not up to the job so they don't have to take desperate measures like they're doing. 0.97
00:09:12.000 Put up someone who can actually do the job and win the election so the president is decided by the American people instead of a drone strike by President Biden.
00:09:22.000 This is historic times, everybody.
00:09:23.000 This is not a slow news week.
00:09:24.000 They might be pulling Joe Biden.
00:09:27.000 We have a lot of reporting on that.
00:09:29.000 We might end up getting nominee Jill Biden. 0.86
00:09:32.000 Wait till I tell you my little theory there.
00:09:33.000 Just maybe.
00:09:34.000 It's a long shot.
00:09:35.000 But you could have a Biden for Biden swap and maybe Jill Biden becomes the first female president. 1.00
00:09:40.000 We'll see.
00:09:41.000 Jill Biden, Kamala Harris.
00:09:42.000 It's a long shot.
00:09:44.000 We might be seeing even more desperate measures.
00:09:47.000 And now Steve Bannon, for those of us on Real America's Voice, he's gone.
00:09:51.000 They took him off the field.
00:09:53.000 They have removed him.
00:09:57.000 Hey, this is Charlie Kirk, and I know a lot of you have been suffering under the Biden economy.
00:10:01.000 Recently, school loan payments have been reinstated, and for many, it's adding thousands to their monthly expenses.
00:10:06.000 My friends, Andrew Del Rey and Todd Avakian, they're amazing.
00:10:09.000 They really helped me through a tough, tough situation recently.
00:10:12.000 They've been excellent.
00:10:13.000 They're ethical, they're just really great people, they're followers of Jesus Christ, and our worldviews are the same.
00:10:20.000 I love them.
00:10:20.000 And so please go to andrewandtodd.com.
00:10:22.000 Interest rates are coming down, and they may be able to lower your overall payment.
00:10:25.000 In fact, one of our team members said, Charlie, is it time for me to own a home?
00:10:28.000 I sat down, I went through the numbers, I said, get in the owner game.
00:10:30.000 Honestly, enough renting.
00:10:31.000 You are burning your money renting.
00:10:33.000 It might be a little bit more to own, but you're building equity.
00:10:35.000 That's money you'll have for the rest of your life.
00:10:37.000 Perhaps a reverse mortgage is a perfect solution.
00:10:40.000 It's about expertise.
00:10:41.000 You could trust in times like this.
00:10:42.000 I can't tell you how helpful they've been for me personally.
00:10:44.000 They've just been excellent.
00:10:45.000 Andrew and Todd, I'm honored to call them friends.
00:10:47.000 We hang out when I go to Orange County together.
00:10:49.000 They're really great.
00:10:50.000 So say, Charlie sent me 888-888-1172.
00:10:52.000 That's 888-888-1172.
00:10:55.000 They helped me through a mortgage situation recently that was super complex and moving pieces, and it was really, really tough.
00:11:01.000 And other banks, by the way, wanted nothing to do with it, and they crushed it for me.
00:11:04.000 10 out of 10.
00:11:05.000 AndrewandTodd.com.
00:11:06.000 So check it out right now.
00:11:07.000 AndrewandTodd.com.
00:11:11.000 Hey, don't, yeah, no, no, no, no letters because I'm not going to have time to read them because I'm still working every day to elect President Trump and MAGA candidates all over.
00:11:22.000 And also given they can't shut down my first amendment rights.
00:11:24.000 I can't run a business.
00:11:25.000 I'm not going to run a business, but they're not going to shut down my first amendment rights.
00:11:29.000 I'm going to tell Merrick Garland every day that he's corrupt.
00:11:31.000 And on January, on January 20th, he and Lisa Monaco are going to start the investigation that I'm going to start every day.
00:11:38.000 So we're not stopping.
00:11:40.000 That is Steve Bannon last night on a special broadcast.
00:11:42.000 You can listen to the entire thing on the Charlie Kirk Show podcast page.
00:11:45.000 We had 90 minutes with Steve Bannon, who is now federal inmate.
00:11:49.000 He is federal inmate number 05635509.
00:11:55.000 His crime is being an effective MAGA operative.
00:11:59.000 Eric Holder, contempt of Congress.
00:12:03.000 No prison time.
00:12:03.000 Merrick Garland, contempt of Congress.
00:12:06.000 He's not gonna go to prison.
00:12:08.000 We have not enforced contempt of Congress since the House Committee on Un-American Activities.
00:12:16.000 He is now in a federal prison in Danbury, Connecticut.
00:12:19.000 The Danbury Federal Prison.
00:12:22.000 By the way, remember Lois Lerner?
00:12:23.000 Who used the IRS to go after conservative groups?
00:12:26.000 She's on a beach.
00:12:27.000 She gets her full pension.
00:12:28.000 Remember Andy McCabe?
00:12:30.000 Who used the Federal Bureau of Investigation to spy on Donald Trump, lied about it, and then covered it up?
00:12:36.000 Laughing at us.
00:12:37.000 Or how about the Mueller team?
00:12:39.000 Remember the Bob Mueller team?
00:12:40.000 Where they put false passcodes into their phones so many times, so it deleted all the contents of their phones, so no one could actually see what the Mueller team was talking about or what they were doing?
00:12:51.000 They're perfectly fine.
00:12:52.000 No prosecution, no investigation.
00:12:55.000 But Steve Bannon?
00:12:56.000 Federal prison.
00:12:57.000 Mike Davis continues with us from the steps of the United States Supreme Court.
00:13:02.000 Mike Davis, can you comment on the Steve Bannon federal prison sentence and how unprecedented and how ugly this is for our republic?
00:13:12.000 We've had constitutional executive privilege for 250 years, going back to George Washington, so presidents can get candid and confidential advice from their presidential advisors, both inside of the White House and outside of the White House, without fear that their advisors will get hold before courts.
00:13:33.000 Or Congress to reveal those discussions.
00:13:35.000 And the whole point is, if you don't keep it confidential, if you don't have that executive privilege, you're going to destroy the president's ability to get good advice.
00:13:45.000 You're going to destroy the presidency.
00:13:47.000 You're going to destroy our country.
00:13:48.000 There was a constitutional executive privilege with both Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon.
00:13:54.000 The Biden Justice Department eviscerated that to get Trump.
00:13:58.000 And at the same time that they put Navarro in prison and they're sending Trump abandoned to prison now.
00:14:04.000 They turned a blind eye to Hunter Biden, who did a drive-by political press conference at the Capitol and ignored a congressional subpoena.
00:14:17.000 Merrick Garland ignored a congressional subpoena and said he had to get out of jail free card because he has executive or constitutional executive privilege, which is absolutely nonsense.
00:14:28.000 Merrick Garland Released the transcript of special counsel Rob Hurst's conversation with President Biden, but he's refusing to release the tape.
00:14:39.000 How can you release the transcript but not release the tape?
00:14:43.000 So Garland is making a legally frivolous claim of executive privilege and refusing to cooperate with
00:14:51.000 Congress contempt of Congress yet Garland is sending Navarro and Bannon to prison. There must
00:14:58.000 be consequences to this. The House Republicans must hold Merrick Garland in inherent contempt
00:15:04.000 of Congress and send the House Sergeant at Arms to go get him and arrest him and put him in the
00:15:10.000 Capitol jail until Garland turns over those takes. So the yeah I just have to to wonder what what
00:15:17.000 exactly is the path forward then for Republicans to reciprocate?
00:15:23.000 Why is it that our side is so unwilling to ever use political power against Democrats? 1.00
00:15:29.000 Republican politicians are weak and stupid. 1.00
00:15:32.000 They're cowards. 1.00
00:15:33.000 They think that this is all going away when Trump's going away. 0.98
00:15:37.000 And they don't understand 100 years of Marxism with 100 million people who have been killed by Marxism.
00:15:43.000 Remember these Democrats, these Biden Democrats, aren't stopping with throwing Trump in prison or his top aides like Peter Duvall and Steve Bannon.
00:15:51.000 They're going after his attorneys, Jeff Clark and John Eastman.
00:15:55.000 They're going after his supporters.
00:15:57.000 On January 6th, they're going after parents outraged by gender chaos in schools and the resulting rapes in high school bathrooms.
00:16:05.000 They're putting 75-year-old Christians in prison for praying at abortion clinics while the Biden Justice Department and these Biden Democrat prosecutors turn a blind eye to Joe Biden.
00:16:19.000 Alright, I need to tell you guys about StrongCell.

00:18:13.000 Where is our side?
00:18:16.000 Why is our side so afraid of even investigating Democrats?
00:18:23.000 Our side is not serious and not ready to win.
00:18:26.000 I've said that for quite some time.
00:18:27.000 That is why I wrote the book, Right-Wing Revolution.
00:18:30.000 We are hopefully becoming more prepared, but the Democrats will not stop this relentless lawfare campaign unless they themselves are afraid of being indicted, I am proud to go to prison.
00:18:55.000 If this is what it takes to stand up to tyranny, if this is what it takes to stand up to the Garland corrupt criminal DOJ, if this is what it takes to stand up to Nancy Pelosi, if this is what it takes to stand up to Joe Biden, to Joe Biden, I'm proud to do it.
00:19:14.000 The question is, has there been any serious Republican that has investigated a single Democrat in this country?
00:19:21.000 Can somebody explain to me why the Attorney General of Alabama, Steve Marshall, who I've met, he's a gentleman, why he is not currently investigating the Southern Poverty Law Center?
00:19:34.000 Attorney General Marshall, you're welcome to come to my show and explain that.
00:19:37.000 The Southern Poverty Law Center is headquartered in Montgomery, Alabama.
00:19:41.000 There are documented issues with the SPLC.
00:19:45.000 They sit on hundreds of millions of dollars, and they are a cherished left-wing nonprofit.
00:19:49.000 Why have you not investigated them?
00:19:51.000 Can the Attorney General of Kansas, Chris Kobach, who's apparently a really great guy, who's pushing back against the vaccine, Can he explain why he has not criminally investigated BLM for alleged charitable fraud?
00:20:05.000 By the way, the window on the statute of limitations is going to close soon on some of this stuff.
00:20:09.000 Because that was during 2020.
00:20:10.000 This is called accountability.
00:20:13.000 Why is the Attorney General of Kentucky or South Carolina, Alan Wilson, who I also know, do you know what they tell me?
00:20:22.000 And I've called them out and I've been very unsuccessful.
00:20:26.000 Because I just ask questions and they say, well, we don't want to stoop down to the level of Democrats because we cherish the rule of law.
00:20:35.000 Hold on a second.
00:20:38.000 The question in front of us is whether or not there is an equal application of the law.
00:20:44.000 It's like when you never punish your kids for bad behavior.
00:20:48.000 Equal treatment under the law feels like oppression when you're so used to the other side getting its way.
00:20:55.000 And our side is completely unwilling.
00:20:57.000 Or how about the Attorney General of Florida, Ashley Moody?
00:21:01.000 Does she have an open investigation into James Biden?
00:21:05.000 I don't think so.
00:21:06.000 And his alleged Medicare fraud and Medicaid fraud.
00:21:10.000 Or how about the Attorney General of Louisiana?
00:21:14.000 Where the Bidens did a very, very corrupt deal with the nuclear power plant there.
00:21:18.000 Is there a single investigation there?
00:21:21.000 Our Republican Party Is perfectly content watching people like Steve Bannon be perp walked into federal prison and it's not going to stop there.
00:21:31.000 Let's remember, Tyler Boyer, the COO of Turning Point Action is under active indictment from the Arizona Attorney General.
00:21:38.000 The electors in Michigan, all under indictment.
00:21:42.000 The electors in Georgia, they indicted Donald Trump on a local level in Fulton County, Georgia.
00:21:48.000 Donald Trump is going to face sentencing on July 11th in New York and he could face years in prison.
00:21:56.000 And there is not a single Republican Attorney General in the country that is even entertaining reciprocity.
00:22:05.000 Our side almost enjoys losing.
00:22:08.000 And I've called them out, and they are terrified of their own shadow.
00:22:12.000 Oh, I can't do that.
00:22:13.000 And you know, I like Ken Paxman a lot.
00:22:15.000 Ken Paxman says he can't do that, it has to be a local jurisdiction thing, or a local sheriff.
00:22:21.000 Okay, I guess in Texas the Attorney General has no power, is basically what I've been told, for criminal investigations.
00:22:26.000 That's what he tells me, and I believe him.
00:22:29.000 He says that they have weird rules, okay.
00:22:31.000 But then how is it in Arizona the Attorney General is able to indict a bunch of electors?
00:22:37.000 How does that work out?
00:22:38.000 Or in Nevada, or in Wisconsin, or in Michigan.
00:22:42.000 They are going after the regular, everyday rank and file of the conservative movement.
00:22:48.000 And this latest, sending Steve Bannon to federal prison, is a attempted chilling effect.
00:22:57.000 Our Republican Party, as it stands right now, without Donald Trump, is a Vichy French Republican Party.
00:23:07.000 The regime is collapsing.
00:23:09.000 and they are doing everything they possibly can to desperately hold on to power.
00:23:14.000 Let's play cut eight. This is Harry Enton on CNN on how unpopular the current regime actually is.
00:23:19.000 Play cut eight. Do we have new poll numbers for President Biden post debate? We do.
00:23:25.000 You know, CBS News YouGov conducted some polling post-debate.
00:23:29.000 We can compare it to the pre-debate numbers.
00:23:31.000 And the bottom line, Alex, it's not any good.
00:23:34.000 It's not any good.
00:23:35.000 Look at this.
00:23:35.000 Voters who say that Biden has the mental health to be president.
00:23:39.000 It was just 35% pre-debate.
00:23:40.000 Look where it's dropped to now post-debate.
00:23:43.000 27%.
00:23:44.000 How about that he should be running for president?
00:23:46.000 It was 37% pre-debate.
00:23:48.000 It's now 28%.
00:23:50.000 I have never seen numbers this bad for an incumbent president And they are trying to hold on to power in the most desperate ways.
00:24:00.000 You can govern a country through speech, reason, and dialogue or pure, brute political force.
00:24:07.000 And Democrats have selected pure, brute political force.
00:24:13.000 Leg irons, handcuffs, perp walks, and subpoenas.
00:24:18.000 And today with the Supreme Court decision, This might invalidate all of Jack Smith's special counsel.
00:24:24.000 This is Jonathan Turley on Fox News PlayCut 11.
00:24:27.000 In reading through this opinion, I can't see how this doesn't induce cardiac arrest with the special counsel.
00:24:37.000 At one point in the opinion, they say, look, this is a quote, the indictment's allegations that Trump attempted to pressure the vice president to take particular acts in connection with his role with the certification proceeding thus involve official conduct.
00:24:53.000 and Trump is at least presumptively immune from prosecution for such conduct.
00:24:58.000 Continues here, cut 12.
00:25:01.000 The court then goes on to say that the burden of course is on Jack Smith. He has to show that this
00:25:06.000 does not pose any intrusions into the executive branch. And the court says that this quote,
00:25:18.000 may well hinder the president's ability to perform his constitutional functions.
00:25:23.000 So what we're seeing here is that according to Jonathan Turley and the Thomas concurrence,
00:25:32.000 The burden is completely on Jack Smith.
00:25:34.000 He has to show that this does not pose any intrusions into the executive branch.
00:25:39.000 This could obliterate almost all the lawfare against Donald Trump.
00:25:42.000 He's going through why the Jack Smith case is so weak and is so fragile.
00:25:48.000 We have never lived through times like this before.
00:25:50.000 And we have a choice.
00:25:52.000 We have a series of choices we can make.
00:25:54.000 We can decide to just hide and hope it gets better.
00:25:57.000 Or we can actually do something about it.
00:26:00.000 You see, We have an opportunity to win in November in a way that we've never had before.
00:26:06.000 Donald Trump has a path to become president again.
00:26:12.000 But to be very honest with you, I'm not seeing enough work from our side.
00:26:15.000 We're doing our best to try to find voter registration, folks.
00:26:18.000 You know, we got an email.
00:26:19.000 Someone says, Charlie, every day I'm out there working for Trump.
00:26:22.000 I said, what are you doing?
00:26:23.000 Oh, I go out there and I fly flags on the side of the street.
00:26:25.000 Yeah, that does nothing.
00:26:26.000 I don't know why you think that's helpful.
00:26:28.000 I mean, I guess people see the flags.
00:26:31.000 How about you go get a voter registration app and go talk to people, go knock on doors, go ballot chasing.
00:26:37.000 We have given very clear instructions multiple times, happy to again.
00:26:41.000 This country is not going to be saved automatically.
00:26:44.000 It's going to require the grassroots muscle.
00:26:47.000 And that is exactly why I want to keep on having these folks that are out there registering voters in the grassroots.
00:26:53.000 Just this last weekend, Scott Pressler and Noah Formica from Turning Point Action registered dozens of new voters in Pennsylvania, standing for hours on end.
00:27:03.000 Our project is Project 42.
00:27:04.000 Very simple.
00:27:05.000 Wear a MAGA hat this Independence Day and July 4th weekend.
00:27:09.000 Engage in a conversation with people when they see your MAGA hat.
00:27:13.000 When they say they are not registered to vote, help them get registered to vote and show them how to register to vote at tpaction.com.
00:27:21.000 The hat is like a magnet.
00:27:23.000 People are drawn towards it.
00:27:26.000 I could tell you this, we are doing more than ever now at Turning Point Action with our full-time ballot chasers, our voter registration, our precinct project.
00:27:34.000 We are using this as fuel to the fire.
00:27:37.000 And it's tempting and easy just to look at politics like it's a bad movie.
00:27:41.000 Oh well, I hope it works out.
00:27:42.000 We can make a difference in doing that.
00:27:46.000 And many of you have decided to do that.
00:27:49.000 It is not going to be easy.
00:27:52.000 They're not just... Do you think that they're just going to hand back the keys to Donald Trump?
00:27:56.000 Oh, here you go.
00:27:57.000 You're up in the polls and you want to debate.
00:27:59.000 Here you go.
00:28:00.000 Here's the keys to the White House.
00:28:02.000 It's going to require a citizen force, the likes of which this country has never seen before.
00:28:08.000 And currently, right now, we're not working hard enough.
00:28:10.000 Myself included.
00:28:12.000 We've got to put in more hours.
00:28:13.000 We've got to... We have to push ourselves harder.
00:28:16.000 This election is going to be a lot closer than people realize.
00:28:18.000 The civilization is on the line.
00:28:22.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:28:23.000 Is the bird flu the next pandemic?
00:28:25.000 Why do globalists keep talking about disease X?
00:28:27.000 Everyone knows that the next medical crisis is just around the corner.
00:28:30.000 I refuse to lock down or take a vaccine.
00:28:33.000 Period.
00:28:34.000 What can I do?
00:28:35.000 Whether it comes in the form of a pandemic or something more mundane like a tick bite, you and your family need to be prepared.
00:28:42.000 That's where The Wellness Company comes in. 0.84

00:29:16.000 Go to GetWellWithCharlie.com and save 10% with promo code CHARLIE.
00:29:19.000 That is GetWellWithCharlie.com, promo code CHARLIE.
00:29:24.000 Someone says here, Charlie, do not knock the flag waiver.
00:29:28.000 We don't all have smartphones with apps to register people.
00:29:30.000 Okay, again, waving the flag is fine, but if you think that your contribution to Donald Trump is like going out and waving flags, that is not going to move the dial, everybody.
00:29:40.000 Fine, okay, go do that, it's fun.
00:29:42.000 I'm talking about you need to find new voters and register them to vote.
00:29:46.000 Get uncomfortable, everybody!
00:29:48.000 It requires you to go knock on doors of people that otherwise might not be active.
00:29:53.000 How do I do that, Charlie?
00:29:54.000 TP Action app!
00:29:55.000 Very simple.
00:29:57.000 Somebody says here, Charlie, I have an idea.
00:29:59.000 You know people who know people.
00:30:00.000 Why not setting up a voter registration booth at a Kid Rock concert or Jason Aldean?
00:30:04.000 We have tried.
00:30:05.000 Their managers do not want quote-unquote anything political, which drives me nuts because all the left-wing musicians and all the left-wing centers, they have voter registration everywhere.
00:30:13.000 But anytime we try to do voter registration at UFC fights or at major concerts, we're told it's too political.
00:30:19.000 Unfortunately.
00:30:21.000 Cindy says, Charlie, I moved to Georgia from Illinois a month ago.
00:30:25.000 I registered to vote when I got my new driver's license.
00:30:27.000 I just called to check my status, hadn't received my card.
00:30:30.000 I was told they recently had their election, they were waiting to add me to new registrants, should be next week.
00:30:35.000 I live in Harris County, southwestern side.
00:30:37.000 She confirmed I was on a list of 1,200 new registrants.
00:30:39.000 God bless you, Cindy. 0.98
00:30:40.000 And Cindy, since you are new to the neighborhood, go find other new people to try to register them to vote. 0.69
00:30:46.000 You see, we're going to try to stay away from all the noise here.
00:30:48.000 They're talking about, are we going to pull Joe Biden?
00:30:50.000 And by the way, don't be shocked if all of a sudden you see a very serious campaign to try and bring in Jill Biden and replace Joe with Jill.
00:30:59.000 I'm not kidding.
00:31:00.000 Be ready for that.
00:31:02.000 Same name.
00:31:03.000 Don't have to change the ballot.
00:31:04.000 She's kind of been running the country. 0.95
00:31:06.000 She's on the front page of Vogue right now.
00:31:08.000 And by the way, Jill is already basically president.
00:31:12.000 She would have the longest term in American history if she were to be elected to two terms. 1.00
00:31:17.000 They're talking at serious levels.
00:31:18.000 Are we going to pull Joe Biden?
00:31:20.000 The New York Times is all into it.
00:31:22.000 Internal reports are showing that the Obama alums want Joe Biden completely and totally removed.
00:31:27.000 We are seeing a ruling of the Council of Experts.
00:31:30.000 I don't know if we're going to be running against Gretchen Whitmer or Michelle Obama or Jill Biden.
00:31:34.000 I don't know about any of that.
00:31:35.000 Here's what I do know.
00:31:36.000 Steve Bannon's in federal prison.
00:31:38.000 They're trying to lock Donald Trump into prison.
00:31:40.000 Here's what I do know.
00:31:41.000 I don't know Who we're gonna be running against.
00:31:45.000 But I know for certain, that we are not working hard enough.
00:31:48.000 I know for certain there is far too much spectating going on.
00:31:51.000 And we have to go do the work.
00:31:52.000 And the work is very simple.
00:31:54.000 Find people, that usually do not vote, and get them registered.
00:31:59.000 Or at the very least, find people in your life, the people that you know best, the people in your phone, the people that are relate relatives, that might have been sympathetic, To Joe Biden and convince them to vote for Donald Trump.
00:32:14.000 Become a one person force multiplier.
00:32:17.000 Absolutely do not spike the football.
00:32:19.000 This race is not over.
00:32:22.000 Some people on TV are saying the race is over and they're measuring the curtains in the Oval Office.
00:32:27.000 The Democrats still have a machine that is formidable.
00:32:29.000 They're going to try this whole comeback kid arc with Joe Biden.
00:32:32.000 Just wait.
00:32:33.000 It's going to be nauseating.
00:32:34.000 It'll be ferocious and it will be aggressive.
00:32:37.000 They spent billions of dollars on sophisticated, well-staffed GOTV operations.
00:32:41.000 This is the same party that elected John Fetterman in 2022, despite him barely being sentient at the time.
00:32:48.000 This is the same party that managed to install Joe Biden.
00:32:51.000 Joe Biden is an empty vessel, but we're not running against him.
00:32:53.000 It is the machine versus our movement.
00:32:56.000 And our movement has got to get to work.
00:32:59.000 Natalie says this.
00:33:00.000 Myself and 10 other ladies are doing voter registration drives in our local church. 0.75
00:33:03.000 Very successful.
00:33:05.000 Most pastors have said no, but some have allowed.
00:33:07.000 God bless you.
00:33:08.000 That is Natalie.
00:33:08.000 Natalie, I'm sending you a signed copy of my book because you're doing the work.
00:33:12.000 You're actually in Missouri.
00:33:13.000 God bless you.
00:33:14.000 We need Josh Hawley reelected.
00:33:15.000 Terry says, I'm in Arkansas.
00:33:17.000 I try to get my evangelical pastor to voter registration.
00:33:19.000 He says, Christians are not involved in politics. 0.87
00:33:21.000 Yep, we hear that all the time.
00:33:22.000 Time to do the work.
00:33:24.000 tpaction.com slash vote.
00:33:26.000 We're gonna do a whole video on how voter registration works.
00:33:30.000 Do it for Steve Bannon because he can't register people to vote because he's in prison.
00:33:36.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:33:37.000 Email us as always freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:33:39.000 Thanks so much for listening and God bless.
