00:00:31.000I lay out in this episode some really key facts.
00:00:35.000I lay out the timeline involving the CNN tapes that is coming to light and why it's really, really telling about what Trump was probably shuffling around on his desk.
00:00:44.000You're not going to want to miss that in the second part of this hour.
00:00:47.000I also explain while there's some really, really good news that you're not going to want to miss.
00:00:52.000The mainstream news media is breaking their cone of silence around Hunter Biden.
00:01:24.000We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:02:31.000Not enough knew about it because the censorship worked.
00:02:35.000Twitter, Facebook, the regime media, none of them covered it.
00:02:39.000They called it Russian propaganda, Russian disinformation.
00:02:43.000But in 2016, they covered Trump a lot.
00:02:46.000And this is the essential dynamic I want you to think about as we start the show today.
00:02:50.000And the good news: the media is covering the Hunter Biden finally.
00:02:56.000And they're not just covering it in a way that dismisses it or pushes it aside.
00:03:01.000They're covering it in a serious way where they're being honest with the viewer about how damning the facts are.
00:03:07.000Now, thankfully for the American people, Hunter Biden is such a parasite and such a loathsome human that, frankly, there's not a lot that they can do to cover for this guy.
00:03:21.000You're seeing some people say, well, this is a father's love and this is why he's going to Camp David and going to these state dinners with Prime Minister Modi.
00:03:30.000Yeah, that is because I've got a theory on that.
00:03:34.000But let me just put that aside for one second.
00:03:37.000I'll tell you why I think Joe Biden is keeping his son close.
00:03:41.000But the Hunter Biden story is not going away.
00:03:43.000And this is important because again, think back to 2016.
00:04:14.000Last night, CBS decided to interview the IRS whistleblower at the center of so many of these allegations that are so damning.
00:04:22.000That is Gary Shapley, and it was called Operation Sportsman.
00:04:27.000Now, he's coming up and saying very publicly, and he's not a quack, that the IRS was blocked from doing their investigation into Hunter and most importantly, blocked from doing their investigation into Joe Biden.
00:04:55.000The people that still consume CBS and ABC and NBC and CNN and MSNBC are Legion.
00:05:03.000Now, we are a growing share of the media universe, but there is still a massive group of people that consume their media like robots from the regime media, the legacy media.
00:05:17.000The IRS supervisory agent who helped oversee the investigation of Hunter Biden continues to raise questions about what he alleged was special treatment in the probe of the president's son, telling CBS News that dating back to the Trump administration, he was repeatedly prevented from taking steps he would have considered routine, routine.
00:05:39.000In other cases, we're not talking about special just because, you know, this might be a political case or this might involve the vice president's son.
00:05:49.000No, this was he was all he was asking for was routine investigatory steps.
00:06:36.000I'm going to play some of these clips for you, but CBS brings up several key pieces of evidence that we've known for a while.
00:06:43.000Again, but the consumers of regime media have been clueless about.
00:06:48.000CBS even spoke to two former Biden associates who both told them, get this, 10% for the big guy in an email about getting equity in a Chinese energy company.
00:07:02.000They confirmed that that was Hunter holding 10% equity on behalf of his father.
00:07:12.000The meme, the thing that we've tweeted about, the thing that we've alleged was just confirmed by two independent sources, and CBS corroborated that.
00:08:51.000Now, this figure, Weiss, is very interesting.
00:08:54.000So Weiss is saying that Garland, Merrick Garland, Attorney General Merrick Garland, did not get in the way of his investigation.
00:09:03.000But we are hearing from Gary Shapley that Weiss, or lead prosecutors for him, continually hamstrung his investigation into taxes involving Hunter Biden and Joe Biden.
00:09:18.000According to Shapley, Weiss was rebuffed by prosecutors in California, New York about exploring charges in either state, and he was shut down.
00:09:26.000He was denied special prosecutor status.
00:09:29.000Wouldn't that be nice to have a special prosecutor looking into this?
00:09:32.000And he supposedly told Shapley he would not be the deciding official on bringing tougher charges against Hunter.
00:09:39.000So Weiss told Shapley that he wasn't going to be the deciding factor.
00:09:45.000But Weiss is also saying that Merrick Garland didn't get in the way of the investigation.
00:09:49.000And Merrick Garland is saying that he didn't interfere in the investigation.
00:09:57.000Now, one key piece of information that you need to know is that Weiss has this veneer of impartiality, of nonpartisanship, so much so that the Democrats in Delaware backed him as the selection for this investigation.
00:10:13.000Telling, very telling that Democrats like Weiss.
00:10:17.000We're going to try and get to the bottom of it.
00:11:38.000We're not saying that, you know, we're going to get everything that we wish for here, but we are saying that there is movement and it's real movement.
00:11:46.000Now, we can speculate about the reasons why, but the regime media is breaking its cone of silence around Hunter Biden.
00:12:34.000Some are speculating that he's even living at the White House because the visitor logs are not reporting his whereabouts like they should be or like you would expect them to be.
00:12:44.000And so some people think he's maybe even living there.
00:12:53.000I think Hunt, you know, what we saw with Hunter appearing at the state dinner was, in my suspicion, was the president, his son wanted to come, so his son's going to come to the dinner.
00:13:03.000Was that optically easier for the White House and the White House communications team?
00:13:10.000But I suspect that was more in the family circumstance of him wanting to come and wanting to just, the president wanting to show that he loves his son and he's standing by him.
00:14:18.000Maybe, just maybe, Joe Biden realizes just how fragile his crack addled son really is and how much the walls are closing in on Hunter Biden.
00:15:01.000That, of course, is revolving around that famous, infamous now text message where Hunter is shaking down a Chinese oligarch, business associate, saying, my father's sitting right next to me.
00:15:56.000Shapley, who is still working for the IRS, told us that even before President Biden took office, he was directed to avoid leads involving Hunter's father.
00:16:06.000There were certain investigative steps we weren't allowed to take that could have led us to President Biden.
00:16:27.000All right, I got an important thing to share with you.
00:16:29.000You were probably tired about all these left-wing progressive companies, and you're probably exhausted with trying to keep up with all their virtue signaling and their woke nonsense.
00:16:46.000Adidas might as well have a big sign that says, we hate you.
00:16:51.000Look, progressive left-wing companies are taking over the market, and it's time for us to fight back.
00:16:58.000I want to tell you about a company I really care about, run by a friend of mine who's a great American, and they're growing and they need your help, and it's very important, okay?
00:17:07.000Look, we don't have to fund these companies, the left-wing companies.
00:17:10.000We finally have an alternative, public square.
00:17:21.000Join the movement of millions of patriotic Americans who love truth, our country, and our constitution at publicsq.com.
00:17:30.000I use this app all the time when I'm traveling and also my local neighborhood.
00:17:33.000It's an app and a website where you can get connected to tens of thousands of businesses from all different industries that share your values like life, family, and freedom.
00:17:43.000Michael, who runs Public Square, does a fabulous job, and it's free to join as a consumer or a business owner.
00:17:49.000And you can get started today at publicsq.com.
00:19:04.000They fall short of so many expectations, especially this divide, this chasm that we talk about all the time with the conservative base versus our conservative leadership in D.C. That's why Turning Point Action and some other partners in that are working to actually build, rebuild the party from the ground up, getting committee men and women that actually represent the values and beliefs of the grassroots voter.
00:19:28.000But in this instance, we've made progress.
00:19:30.000There's no doubt that Paul Ryan and Boehner and all of these people would have never attacked with this much vigor these investigations into Hunter Biden.
00:19:40.000So remember, I was actually guest hosting the day that the forensic accounting happened.
00:19:46.000And James Comer from House Oversight came on the news and said, Hey, don't charge Hunter with these tax and this gun crimes until you hear what we have to say.
00:19:57.000And what he did is, and the House Oversight was brilliant in this, they uncovered a network of many, many different bank accounts through which the Bidens were getting money from overseas dealings.
00:20:07.000In those case, in those instances, that was specifically with China.
00:20:11.000Everybody said, Ah, it's not a bombshell.
00:20:13.000I'm not really big on it because, like, we already knew this.
00:20:15.000Well, again, certain people didn't know this, certain outlets weren't covering this.
00:20:20.000But what they did is they actually did the work to lay the groundwork and the foundation for what you're now seeing.
00:20:27.000Because now we're able to uncover this piece of the puzzle.
00:20:31.000We're able to uncover that piece of the puzzle.
00:20:34.000And as the news tightens, as the walls do actually close in on Hunter Biden, now the regime media is having to cover it.
00:20:40.000Now, this creates an important contrast for everybody to be really well aware of.
00:20:48.000Again, this is IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley, again, the lead investigator in the Hunter Biden case, said that if this was any other person not named Hunter Biden, that this person would have already served their sentence.
00:21:06.000If this was any other person, they likely would have already served their sentence.
00:21:09.000Gary Shapley was a lead IRS supervisory agent in Operation Sportsman, the investigation into Hunter Biden.
00:21:17.000Shapley said he uncovered conduct that warranted more serious charges.
00:21:22.000There were personal expenses that were taken as business expenses: prostitutes, sex club memberships, hotel rooms for purported drug dealers.
00:21:33.000How much did Hunter Biden owe in taxes?
00:21:35.000So from 2014 and 2019, it was $2.2 million.
00:22:04.000Like, there's just no getting around it.
00:22:06.000And yet, this is the guy that Joe Biden says is the smartest man he knows.
00:22:11.000I guess he was just really impressed with his ability to launder money and to build out a network of foreign bank accounts through which you could hide income from oligarchs overseas.
00:22:25.000They actually, and remind you, this comes to mind: the Burisma executive said that he thought it would take a decade to uncover this trail of money that was flowing into the Biden's coffers.
00:22:38.000And again, remember, the IRS is now confirmed.
00:22:41.000Two independent sources, four CBS is confirmed that this 10% was actually held out for the big guy.
00:23:25.000Don't we have to draw a line in the sand and make sure that the historical record states very clearly that Joe Biden did X, he did Y, he did Z, and he will stand trial for his crimes.
00:23:38.000Now, let's contrast that to the case that they built via Jack Smith and the DOJ Against President Trump.
00:23:47.000And I have some insight here that I think you guys are going to find really interesting.
00:23:50.000We're doing some deep dive last night, and I found it to be incredibly important about the timeline, why the timeline matters when we think about this Trump tape that was supposed to be so damning.
00:24:02.000Now, Jack Smith is a guy that went after the then Republican governor of Virginia and got overturned eight to zero.
00:24:10.000There was one abstaining judge on the Supreme Court.
00:24:14.000But he has a record of expanding the legal precedence, expanding the reading of laws.
00:24:21.000As Charlie always likes to say, you show me the man, I'll show you the crime.
00:24:24.000Where there is many laws, there is less justice.
00:24:28.000They're digging up a 1917 espionage act to entrap Trump.
00:24:33.000Consider the difference of the way that the DOJ has handled the Hunter case with Kid Gloves' sweetheart deal and the way that they're approaching the Trump case, which they are expanding every possible dot cross of the T of every law to expand it to its max to get Trump.
00:24:57.000We've spent the last week basically talking about this CNN Trump tape where he was on, he was recorded with some ghostwriters of Mark Meadows' book, the publishers talking about this Iran situation.
00:25:12.000Well, well, well, well, CBS strikes again.
00:25:16.000It turns out that that document, underlying document that they are discussing in that scene that played out on the Trump tape is not even part of Jack Smith's investigation or charges brought against Trump.
00:25:45.000I think that the special counsel will be able to use this recording very effectively before a jury because he can argue that they've captured on tape the defendant narrating his own alleged criminal activity.
00:25:59.000And CBS News has learned that Trump has not been charged for keeping the document he's talking about on that tape.
00:26:04.000Special Counsel Jack Smith's office declined to answer our questions about the Iran memo or the audio tape.
00:27:45.000You're going to have an effing war, Mark Milley's fight to stop Trump from striking Iran.
00:27:51.000Now, Jake Tapper tweeted this article out at the time.
00:27:54.000And basically, you know, Millie's trying to paint himself as this hero that staved off war.
00:28:00.000Well, Trump's recounting of events was much different than that.
00:28:05.000Now, that was July 15th, July 15th, very important date because the recording that CNN was leaked to CNN of Trump in that meeting at Bedminster happened on July 21st.
00:28:18.000That's six days after this Milley article was published in the New Yorker.
00:28:23.000So, and that's according to the indictment, Jack Smith's indictment.
00:28:26.000So, he references the date, July 21st, six days after.
00:28:33.000Remember, they're having a meeting with Mark Meadows, Ghostwriters publisher, about this article.
00:28:40.000So, Trump has said, hey, it wasn't about anything else.
00:28:42.000It was about this bunch of papers and articles.
00:28:44.000I didn't have to declassify anything per se.
00:28:47.000So, what was he saying was very private, it was very secretive, it's highly confidential as they laugh, as he's joking.
00:28:54.000Why would he be talking about that with Mark Meadows people?
00:28:57.000In the Chief's Chief, the book that they ended up writing on behalf of Mark Meadows, it recounts the New Yorker article.
00:29:05.000So, that Millie article about Iran was recounted in the Chief's Chief, the book by Mark Meadows, that they were discussing, that Trump was willing to be interviewed about in that meeting.
00:29:17.000And in the Chief's Chief, next to the New Yorker article, they reference a four-page written report by Meadows himself when he was chief of staff, outlining how it was actually Millie who published, who pushed for an attack on Iran, which included large numbers, a large number of ground troops.
00:29:37.000So, again, Trump says, I didn't have a document per se.
00:30:14.000So, of course, it's top of Trump's mind, and Trump's upset.
00:30:17.000Trump is known and took it very seriously, loved the accolades, by the way, that he was the only president in a long string of them that didn't start a new war.
00:30:25.000As a fact, he ended them and got us out of them.
00:30:28.000And meanwhile, you have Millie, TV general, lying about him, the guy who called China and went around his authority at the end of his presidency, saying, I'll let you know if we are planning an attack.
00:31:13.000Now, that's why this meeting was happening.
00:31:17.000They actually got a meeting with President Trump to discuss some of these things.
00:31:21.000Now, again, this is a critically important piece.
00:31:24.000Now, The Chief's Chief by Mark Meadows, this is part of it.
00:31:29.000The president recalls a four-page report.
00:31:32.000This is them writing in the book, typed up by Mark Milley himself.
00:31:36.000It contains the general's own plan to attack Iran, deploying massive numbers of troops, something he urged President Trump to do more than once during his presidency.
00:31:46.000President Trump denied those requests every time.
00:31:49.000In the months since he's been out of the White House, President Trump has grown much calmer, less concerned about the routine matters and petty squabbles of politics.
00:31:57.000So, this scene that you heard on the tapes is actually reflected in the book that was under discussion.
00:32:06.000So, when Trump's pushing those documents around, it makes sense that this is actually what they're talking about, hence, why nothing needed to be declassified per se, according to Trump.
00:32:22.000And the fact that the DOJ is now admitting that this document is not part of the case brought against Trump, and the fact that they are now using very extraordinary means to prosecute Trump, all of this becomes very clear.
00:32:38.000That when Trump says election interference, it's not a far cry from the truth.
