00:03:48.000 2020, the media refused to cover the most important stories surrounding Trump and he didn't win.

00:03:57.000 Even despite the shenanigans, we can safely say, based on polling, that Trump would have won.

00:04:06.000 The spell against Hunter Biden is not holding.

00:04:09.000 Okay, the spell of silence.

00:04:11.000 It is breaking before your very eyes.

00:04:14.000 Last night, CBS decided to interview the IRS whistleblower at the center of so many of these allegations that are so damning.

00:04:22.000 That is Gary Shapley, and it was called Operation Sportsman.

00:04:27.000 Now, he's coming up and saying very publicly, and he's not a quack, that the IRS was blocked from doing their investigation into Hunter and most importantly, blocked from doing their investigation into Joe Biden.

00:04:44.000 This is their opening line from CBS.

00:04:46.000 This is important.

00:04:47.000 Now, none of this stuff is news to you or I. We've been on the case from the jump, but guess what?

00:04:54.000 We were in a silo.

00:04:55.000 The people that still consume CBS and ABC and NBC and CNN and MSNBC are Legion.

00:05:03.000 Now, we are a growing share of the media universe, but there is still a massive group of people that consume their media like robots from the regime media, the legacy media.

00:05:17.000 The IRS supervisory agent who helped oversee the investigation of Hunter Biden continues to raise questions about what he alleged was special treatment in the probe of the president's son, telling CBS News that dating back to the Trump administration, he was repeatedly prevented from taking steps he would have considered routine, routine.

00:05:39.000 In other cases, we're not talking about special just because, you know, this might be a political case or this might involve the vice president's son.

00:05:49.000 No, this was he was all he was asking for was routine investigatory steps.

00:05:55.000 Think about that.

00:05:56.000 Like, I know we are very cynical.

00:06:00.000 We are very cynical and rightly so about the regime media.

00:06:03.000 I do this for a living, by the way, just for those of you who don't know, my background is in PR and communications.

00:06:16.000 And I know when I'm working with a good reporter and I'm working with a hack, this is a big deal.

00:06:22.000 It was just a factual summary of what Shapley was saying.

00:06:26.000 It doesn't say without evidence or falsely claims or people have, you know, tried to cast aspersions against this person.

00:06:33.000 No, they just told the facts.

00:06:36.000 I'm going to play some of these clips for you, but CBS brings up several key pieces of evidence that we've known for a while.

00:06:43.000 Again, but the consumers of regime media have been clueless about.

00:06:48.000 CBS even spoke to two former Biden associates who both told them, get this, 10% for the big guy in an email about getting equity in a Chinese energy company.

00:07:02.000 They confirmed that that was Hunter holding 10% equity on behalf of his father.

00:07:08.000 CBS just said 10% for the big guy.

00:07:12.000 The meme, the thing that we've tweeted about, the thing that we've alleged was just confirmed by two independent sources, and CBS corroborated that.

00:07:22.000 So it's not just CBS either.

00:07:23.000 And this is important.

00:07:24.000 The New York Times is also covering it.

00:07:29.000 Now, one of the key pieces of information that you all need to understand is this figure in the investigation is David Weiss.

00:07:41.000 Weiss was in charge of this Hunter investigation.

00:07:46.000 And we are getting conflicting accounts.

00:07:48.000 This is something that we have highlighted on this show.

00:07:50.000 We've talked about it with some of our guests.

00:07:53.000 We're going to do that again today.

00:08:05.000 The New York Times is doing a published story covering the Hunter Biden investigation.

00:08:37.000 We have to give kudos to this man, Chuck Grassley.

00:08:41.000 He did it diligently.

00:08:42.000 He did it right.

00:08:44.000 He didn't overstep.

00:08:45.000 He played his cards wisely.

00:08:46.000 And all of this information is beginning to leak out.

00:08:49.000 And now the regime media is covering.

00:08:51.000 Now, this figure, Weiss, is very interesting.

00:08:54.000 So Weiss is saying that Garland, Merrick Garland, Attorney General Merrick Garland, did not get in the way of his investigation.

00:09:03.000 But we are hearing from Gary Shapley that Weiss, or lead prosecutors for him, continually hamstrung his investigation into taxes involving Hunter Biden and Joe Biden.

00:09:18.000 According to Shapley, Weiss was rebuffed by prosecutors in California, New York about exploring charges in either state, and he was shut down.

00:09:26.000 He was denied special prosecutor status.

00:09:29.000 Wouldn't that be nice to have a special prosecutor looking into this?

00:09:32.000 And he supposedly told Shapley he would not be the deciding official on bringing tougher charges against Hunter.

00:09:39.000 So Weiss told Shapley that he wasn't going to be the deciding factor.

00:09:45.000 But Weiss is also saying that Merrick Garland didn't get in the way of the investigation.

00:09:49.000 And Merrick Garland is saying that he didn't interfere in the investigation.

00:09:54.000 So something is not lining up.

00:09:57.000 Now, one key piece of information that you need to know is that Weiss has this veneer of impartiality, of nonpartisanship, so much so that the Democrats in Delaware backed him as the selection for this investigation.

00:19:04.000 They fall short of so many expectations, especially this divide, this chasm that we talk about all the time with the conservative base versus our conservative leadership in D.C. 00:19:57.000 And what he did is, and the House Oversight was brilliant in this, they uncovered a network of many, many different bank accounts through which the Bidens were getting money from overseas dealings.

00:20:07.000 In those case, in those instances, that was specifically with China.

00:20:13.000 I'm not really big on it because, like, we already knew this.

00:20:15.000 Well, again, certain people didn't know this, certain outlets weren't covering this.

00:20:20.000 But what they did is they actually did the work to lay the groundwork and the foundation for what you're now seeing.

00:20:34.000 And as the news tightens, as the walls do actually close in on Hunter Biden, now the regime media is having to cover it.

00:20:48.000 Again, this is IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley, again, the lead investigator in the Hunter Biden case, said that if this was any other person not named Hunter Biden, that this person would have already served their sentence.

00:21:09.000 Gary Shapley was a lead IRS supervisory agent in Operation Sportsman, the investigation into Hunter Biden.

00:21:22.000 There were personal expenses that were taken as business expenses: prostitutes, sex club memberships, hotel rooms for purported drug dealers.

00:21:33.000 How much did Hunter Biden owe in taxes?

00:21:35.000 So from 2014 and 2019, it was $2.2 million.

00:21:40.000 Good old Hunter Biden dropping $2.2 million in unpaid taxes, all to pay for sex clubs.

00:21:49.000 I didn't even know this was a thing, really.

00:21:51.000 I mean, I guess I would have assumed it was a thing, but apparently you can pay for membership like a country club and join a sex club. 0.99

00:22:25.000 They actually, and remind you, this comes to mind: the Burisma executive said that he thought it would take a decade to uncover this trail of money that was flowing into the Biden's coffers.

00:22:41.000 Two independent sources, four CBS is confirmed that this 10% was actually held out for the big guy.

00:22:49.000 So we know Joe Biden's corrupt. 0.68

00:23:04.000 Jim Jordan said that impeachment is very much on the table of Joe Biden, not just Merrick Garland, not just my Orkas, not just Ray.

00:23:19.000 Now, the question is obviously: will the Senate act?

00:23:25.000 Don't we have to draw a line in the sand and make sure that the historical record states very clearly that Joe Biden did X, he did Y, he did Z, and he will stand trial for his crimes.

00:23:38.000 Now, let's contrast that to the case that they built via Jack Smith and the DOJ Against President Trump.

00:23:47.000 And I have some insight here that I think you guys are going to find really interesting.

00:23:50.000 We're doing some deep dive last night, and I found it to be incredibly important about the timeline, why the timeline matters when we think about this Trump tape that was supposed to be so damning.

00:24:02.000 Now, Jack Smith is a guy that went after the then Republican governor of Virginia and got overturned eight to zero.

00:24:10.000 There was one abstaining judge on the Supreme Court.

00:24:14.000 But he has a record of expanding the legal precedence, expanding the reading of laws.

00:24:21.000 As Charlie always likes to say, you show me the man, I'll show you the crime.

00:24:24.000 Where there is many laws, there is less justice.

00:24:28.000 They're digging up a 1917 espionage act to entrap Trump.

00:24:33.000 Consider the difference of the way that the DOJ has handled the Hunter case with Kid Gloves' sweetheart deal and the way that they're approaching the Trump case, which they are expanding every possible dot cross of the T of every law to expand it to its max to get Trump.

00:24:55.000 But here's what's very interesting.

00:24:57.000 We've spent the last week basically talking about this CNN Trump tape where he was on, he was recorded with some ghostwriters of Mark Meadows' book, the publishers talking about this Iran situation.

00:25:12.000 Well, well, well, well, CBS strikes again.

00:25:16.000 It turns out that that document, underlying document that they are discussing in that scene that played out on the Trump tape is not even part of Jack Smith's investigation or charges brought against Trump.

00:25:32.000 That's right.

00:25:33.000 Did you hear me?

00:25:34.000 The document involved in that tape is not even part of the charges brought against Donald Trump.

00:25:41.000 Let's go ahead and play cut 37.

00:25:43.000 CBS strikes again.

00:25:45.000 I think that the special counsel will be able to use this recording very effectively before a jury because he can argue that they've captured on tape the defendant narrating his own alleged criminal activity.

00:25:59.000 And CBS News has learned that Trump has not been charged for keeping the document he's talking about on that tape.

00:26:04.000 Special Counsel Jack Smith's office declined to answer our questions about the Iran memo or the audio tape.

00:26:10.000 That last part, right?

00:26:12.000 So it's still the regime narrative that you heard there at the beginning of that clip.

00:26:16.000 Well, I think the prosecution is going to be able to use this recording very effectively.

00:26:21.000 Right at the end, Catherine Harridge, CBS, formerly of Fox News, says, actually, it's not involved in the prosecution of President Trump.

00:26:30.000 So what was the point of leaking that tape?

00:26:34.000 Very simple.

00:26:36.000 Character assassination.

00:26:39.000 That was a deliberate leak to paint a narrative of President Trump as saying, and playing fast and loose with confidential documents.

00:26:49.000 But there's so much more to the story.

00:26:52.000 I'm going to lay out the timeline, but I just want to, and the timeline is very important.

00:26:56.000 I think you're going to catch this, and it's very telling.

00:27:00.000 But again, think about this.

00:27:03.000 The Hunter Biden case is a case that requires people to not do their basic job.

00:27:11.000 The Trump case is taking an old law and expanding it in a way that's never been used before.

00:27:18.000 Hunter, just do the basics.

00:27:20.000 You get him.

00:27:21.000 He would have served a sentence already.

00:27:23.000 Trump, we have to do this novel thing, get a president.

00:27:27.000 But let's play this out.

00:27:29.000 July 15th, 2021, July 15th, 2021.

00:27:33.000 This is very important.

00:27:34.000 The New Yorker publishes an article suggesting that it was Millie who stopped Trump from attacking Iran.

00:27:42.000 This infuriated President Trump.

00:27:44.000 See, there you go.

00:27:45.000 Go.

00:27:45.000 You're going to have an effing war, Mark Milley's fight to stop Trump from striking Iran.

00:27:51.000 Now, Jake Tapper tweeted this article out at the time.

00:27:54.000 And basically, you know, Millie's trying to paint himself as this hero that staved off war.

00:28:00.000 Well, Trump's recounting of events was much different than that.

00:28:05.000 Now, that was July 15th, July 15th, very important date because the recording that CNN was leaked to CNN of Trump in that meeting at Bedminster happened on July 21st.

00:28:18.000 That's six days after this Milley article was published in the New Yorker.

00:28:23.000 So, and that's according to the indictment, Jack Smith's indictment.

00:28:26.000 So, he references the date, July 21st, six days after.

00:28:30.000 Now, here's another piece.

00:28:33.000 Remember, they're having a meeting with Mark Meadows, Ghostwriters publisher, about this article.

00:28:40.000 So, Trump has said, hey, it wasn't about anything else.

00:28:42.000 It was about this bunch of papers and articles.

00:28:44.000 I didn't have to declassify anything per se.

00:28:47.000 So, what was he saying was very private, it was very secretive, it's highly confidential as they laugh, as he's joking.

00:28:54.000 Why would he be talking about that with Mark Meadows people?

00:28:57.000 In the Chief's Chief, the book that they ended up writing on behalf of Mark Meadows, it recounts the New Yorker article.

00:29:05.000 So, that Millie article about Iran was recounted in the Chief's Chief, the book by Mark Meadows, that they were discussing, that Trump was willing to be interviewed about in that meeting.

00:29:17.000 And in the Chief's Chief, next to the New Yorker article, they reference a four-page written report by Meadows himself when he was chief of staff, outlining how it was actually Millie who published, who pushed for an attack on Iran, which included large numbers, a large number of ground troops.

00:29:37.000 So, again, Trump says, I didn't have a document per se.

00:29:40.000 There was nothing to declassify.

00:29:41.000 These were newspaper stories, magazine stories, and articles.

00:29:45.000 So, does it not follow the timeline?

00:29:48.000 That's actually what Trump was holding about, that New Yorker article.

00:29:54.000 I want to lay out the details here because I think it gets lost so easily.

00:29:59.000 And the details are very important.

00:30:02.000 So, again, the timeline is incredibly important.

00:30:06.000 July 15th, the New Yorker article comes out.

00:30:09.000 Six days later, that recording from Bedminster happens.

00:30:13.000 Six days.

00:30:14.000 So, of course, it's top of Trump's mind, and Trump's upset.

00:30:17.000 Trump is known and took it very seriously, loved the accolades, by the way, that he was the only president in a long string of them that didn't start a new war.

00:30:25.000 As a fact, he ended them and got us out of them.

00:30:28.000 And meanwhile, you have Millie, TV general, lying about him, the guy who called China and went around his authority at the end of his presidency, saying, I'll let you know if we are planning an attack.

00:30:38.000 Like, what?

00:30:40.000 White rage, Millie, and Trump's upset about it.

00:30:43.000 So, he's talking about it with the people that are going to write and ghostwrite Mark Meadows' book.

00:30:48.000 Now, ghost writing, if you're not familiar, is where you have the principal.

00:30:51.000 In this case, it would be Mark Meadows.

00:30:53.000 Mark Meadows would sort of outline and discuss the way he wants his book to be.

00:30:57.000 He would give them documents, materials, and a ghostwriter puts it all together and writes it.

00:31:01.000 Now, is it my favorite practice in the world?

00:31:03.000 No, it happens a lot.

00:31:05.000 Okay.

00:31:06.000 A lot of people have a lot of really important things to say.

00:31:08.000 They're terrible writers.

00:31:09.000 So, they work with ghostwriters.

00:31:10.000 It's also obviously easier for them.

00:31:13.000 Now, that's why this meeting was happening.

00:31:17.000 They actually got a meeting with President Trump to discuss some of these things.

00:31:21.000 Now, again, this is a critically important piece.

00:31:24.000 Now, The Chief's Chief by Mark Meadows, this is part of it.

00:31:29.000 The president recalls a four-page report.

00:31:32.000 This is them writing in the book, typed up by Mark Milley himself.

00:31:36.000 It contains the general's own plan to attack Iran, deploying massive numbers of troops, something he urged President Trump to do more than once during his presidency.

00:31:46.000 President Trump denied those requests every time.

00:31:49.000 In the months since he's been out of the White House, President Trump has grown much calmer, less concerned about the routine matters and petty squabbles of politics.

00:31:57.000 So, this scene that you heard on the tapes is actually reflected in the book that was under discussion.

00:32:06.000 So, when Trump's pushing those documents around, it makes sense that this is actually what they're talking about, hence, why nothing needed to be declassified per se, according to Trump.

00:32:19.000 That timeline is very important.

00:32:22.000 And the fact that the DOJ is now admitting that this document is not part of the case brought against Trump, and the fact that they are now using very extraordinary means to prosecute Trump, all of this becomes very clear.

00:32:38.000 That when Trump says election interference, it's not a far cry from the truth.

00:32:44.000 It's probably the truth.

00:32:46.000 It's character assassination, selective leaking, all to paint a picture of a criminal in Donald Trump.

00:32:54.000 The DOJ is just simply doing the people's bidding.

00:32:57.000 It's far from the truth.
